- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Let's talk about how important branding is for your virtual
- 1:03Speaker 3: assistant business. And the reason I say that is because
- 1:06Speaker 3: people will tap into my webinar on Instagram Live and
- 1:10Speaker 3: say Analisa, I still.
- 1:12Speaker 4: Don't have clients. And usually it's from a branding standpoint.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Some people will have virtual assistanm hairstylist, lash tech, real
- 1:21Speaker 3: estate investor. You have all these things in your Instagram
- 1:24Speaker 3: and your social media bios.
- 1:25Speaker 4: And we don't know exactly what you do.
- 1:28Speaker 3: So you don't want to tear potential clients from wanting
- 1:30Speaker 3: to work with you because you don't have a very
- 1:33Speaker 3: strong brand. And when I say have a strong brand,
- 1:35Speaker 3: that does not mean have a lot of followers. That
- 1:37Speaker 3: does not mean you have to be a virtual as
- 1:39Speaker 3: system for ten to twelve years.
- 1:41Speaker 4: That's not what I mean. I mean that you need
- 1:44Speaker 4: to have.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Some type of cohesive look where it looks like someone
- 1:47Speaker 3: would want to hire you. So branding is important because
- 1:51Speaker 3: it helps you stand out for the crowd. So for me, again,
- 1:55Speaker 3: I didn't actually get a website for my virtual assistant business.
- 1:58Speaker 4: I had already had fifteen cars.
- 2:00Speaker 3: I was already in the double digits of clients before
- 2:02Speaker 3: I even launched a website. So I rely heavily on
- 2:06Speaker 3: my social media platforms to give more clients. But my
- 2:10Speaker 3: social media page everything made sense. I talked about the
- 2:13Speaker 3: services I offer, I talked about why people should work with.
- 2:17Speaker 4: My virtual assistant agency.
- 2:18Speaker 3: So that's the type of content you should be putting
- 2:20Speaker 3: on your social media platforms. And there was some consistency
- 2:23Speaker 3: right with my brand colors because it promotes recognition.
- 2:27Speaker 4: So now that I promote my.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Business generally through my personal social media account, people can
- 2:32Speaker 3: tell the difference between my personal content versus my business content.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Also, it educates a customer on who you are.
- 2:40Speaker 3: So again, some of you all may have started your
- 2:42Speaker 3: virtual assistant journey and we still can't tell what you
- 2:46Speaker 3: do on social media. You may have virtual assistant in
- 2:49Speaker 3: your bio, but I see pictures of your family, I
- 2:51Speaker 3: see pictures of your kid. The caption has nothing to
- 2:54Speaker 3: do with being a virtual assistant and has nothing to
- 2:56Speaker 3: do with the services that you offer. So I would
- 2:59Speaker 3: person recommend separating your personal account and your business account
- 3:03Speaker 3: for your virtual system business.
- 3:05Speaker 4: Okay, you don't want to confuse the people.
- 3:08Speaker 3: You want to be the go to virtual assistant and
- 3:10Speaker 3: when people hear your name, they think of your successful
- 3:12Speaker 3: virtual system business. Right, you let customers know what to
- 3:16Speaker 3: expect based on how you're branding yourself. So, if you're
- 3:20Speaker 3: someone who wants to offer social media management and your
- 3:22Speaker 3: content creation, skills don't look that great on your profiles,
- 3:27Speaker 3: then it's not going to make sense and it's not
- 3:28Speaker 3: going to translate very well to the client, and it
- 3:30Speaker 3: made the tier them for wanting to work with you.
- 3:32Speaker 3: So again I will say that my social media was
- 3:36Speaker 3: not perfect. Okay, my social media was definitely not perfect perfect.
- 3:39Speaker 3: When I started managing clients accounts, I will say, you
- 3:42Speaker 3: just need to be able to do the work better
- 3:44Speaker 3: than your client. There are a lot of people who
- 3:46Speaker 3: don't understand social media. You can learn as you go.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Definitely utilize Canva. Definitely utilize Canva, and it allows you
- 3:54Speaker 3: to connect with.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Your potential buyers as well.
- 3:56Speaker 3: So when you think about creating content and branding for
- 4:00Speaker 3: your social media profile, you can also put your personality
- 4:03Speaker 3: in there and be creative. It doesn't have to be
- 4:05Speaker 3: so robotic. You want to find your ideal clients, someone
- 4:10Speaker 3: that messes with your vibe, right, it makes sense. There's
- 4:13Speaker 3: perfect alignment. So when we think of from a branding standpoint,
- 4:17Speaker 3: there are certain businesses out there based on the way
- 4:20Speaker 3: that their structure, based on their colors, we know who
- 4:22Speaker 3: they are, like Starbucks, like Target. You can see their
- 4:25Speaker 3: logos and you know what they represent and know what
- 4:27Speaker 3: they offered. It should be the same thing for your
- 4:30Speaker 3: virtual assistant business, right because a lot of you all
- 4:33Speaker 3: may have started another business in the past and you're
- 4:37Speaker 3: listening to me and think it may make sense for
- 4:39Speaker 3: me to start a virtual assistant business because it's a
- 4:41Speaker 3: business where.
- 4:42Speaker 4: You already have the skill set.
- 4:43Speaker 3: It's all about monetizing what you're able to do and
- 4:47Speaker 3: putting a price tag on there. Okay, So steps to
- 4:50Speaker 3: branding your business. So I like to say, define your
- 4:53Speaker 3: branding goals, what's your business expertise, and create a strong
- 4:57Speaker 3: branding statement.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Right.
- 4:58Speaker 3: So for me, coming up with an that makes sense
- 5:00Speaker 3: for your virtual as system is important. When I start
- 5:03Speaker 3: your name on social media platforms.
- 5:05Speaker 4: Is it too long? Is it easy to spell? Right?
- 5:09Speaker 3: And I know you all know because I know that
- 5:10Speaker 3: there's some entrepreneurs in the room. Sometimes coming up with
- 5:12Speaker 3: the business name is not the easiest thing. The name
- 5:15Speaker 3: may already be taken, right, So you want a name
- 5:19Speaker 3: that you enjoy, but it also needs to make sense
- 5:22Speaker 3: for your mission statement for elevated assistance.
- 5:25Speaker 5: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.

- 7:16Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:19Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 7:23Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 7:27Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 7:31Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President

- 8:11Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 8:16Speaker 3: This our goal is take to take businesses to the
- 8:18Speaker 3: next level by offering admin and social media social media
- 8:21Speaker 3: related services. We are very confirmed on this on what
- 8:25Speaker 3: we do for businesses and what we don't do for businesses. Right,
- 8:28Speaker 3: and you're the services that you have and offer for
- 8:31Speaker 3: your virtual assistant business.
- 8:32Speaker 4: It can evolve.
- 8:33Speaker 3: For example, we used to create logos for businesses. We
- 8:36Speaker 3: don't create logos anymore. We used to We used to
- 8:39Speaker 3: create websites for businesses. We don't create websites anymore. So
- 8:43Speaker 3: it can kind of evolve depending on the demand of
- 8:46Speaker 3: services for potential clients.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Okay, and like I.
- 8:50Speaker 3: Talked about before, just consistency from a branding standpoint, consistent colors,
- 8:54Speaker 3: consistent funds, hosting templates. Be consistent with how how often
- 8:59Speaker 3: you're speaking to your audience. Right, Some people, some of
- 9:02Speaker 3: my students that i've worked with in the virtual assistant community.
- 9:04Speaker 3: I will write on some of their social media posts.
- 9:07Speaker 3: If they haven't posted recently, I would say where you've
- 9:10Speaker 3: been at, Your clients are looking for you. Right. Consistency
- 9:13Speaker 3: will always win. Okay, Consistency will always win. You don't
- 9:17Speaker 3: have to be the smartest in the room. You don't
- 9:18Speaker 3: have to have the most degrees. I will tell you.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Consistency will win every single time.
- 9:24Speaker 4: Okay.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Also, do your research on your do your research on
- 9:27Speaker 3: your audience. I was just on Live talking about this.
- 9:29Speaker 3: Don't slide in people's DMS and send them emails if
- 9:33Speaker 3: you haven't done research on them beforehand. Right, Start engaging
- 9:37Speaker 3: with the clients that you want to work with your
- 9:39Speaker 3: virtual assistant business.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Right.
- 9:41Speaker 3: Start following them on social media platforms. Start understanding their business,
- 9:45Speaker 3: the services that they offer. So at some point when
- 9:48Speaker 3: they post about a virtual assistant opportunity.
- 9:50Speaker 4: You're knowledgeable about their business.
- 9:52Speaker 3: Or when you decide to reach out to them, you
- 9:54Speaker 3: already known the pain points of their business.
- 9:57Speaker 4: Because you're following them, you know what they need. Right.
- 10:00Speaker 3: One thing that annoys me is when people reach out
- 10:02Speaker 3: to me and they haven't done research.
- 10:04Speaker 4: On my business. They spell my name wrong.
- 10:06Speaker 3: I'm gonna let you know right now, if you reach
- 10:07Speaker 3: out to me for a business opportunity, you spell my
- 10:10Speaker 3: name wrong, it will likely be getting looked over. And
- 10:14Speaker 3: then also, people don't know the proper research, right. They
- 10:17Speaker 3: don't know anything about my business. They just want to
- 10:19Speaker 3: know how we can partner and work together. Do your
- 10:22Speaker 3: research on your clients before you sign on their dms,
- 10:24Speaker 3: before you sign on their emails. And even if you're
- 10:27Speaker 3: at a networking event, if you can quickly do some
- 10:30Speaker 3: research on someone that you know their name, just so
- 10:33Speaker 3: you can leave a memorable experience, I would recommend that
- 10:36Speaker 3: as well. And also create great content that is unique
- 10:39Speaker 3: for your business and attract ideal clients. So if you're
- 10:41Speaker 3: not running to go get a website, I'm gonna always
- 10:44Speaker 3: push video content and video content and video content. I
- 10:47Speaker 3: had a real get over a million views on Instagram,
- 10:50Speaker 3: which is crazy to me because two years ago I
- 10:53Speaker 3: was so anti social media. But social media has done
- 10:56Speaker 3: amazing things for my business. Okay, social media has done
- 11:00Speaker 3: amazing things for my business. So there are some of
- 11:02Speaker 3: you out there who want to start that virtual as
- 11:04Speaker 3: system business and you're thinking, do I have to be
- 11:07Speaker 3: perfect at social media. You don't have to be perfect,
- 11:09Speaker 3: but you do need to be consistent. You do need
- 11:12Speaker 3: to be consistent. I need you to show up and
- 11:14Speaker 3: be present. And I always tell people position yourself so
- 11:18Speaker 3: opportunities can come to you right and position yourself correctly.
- 11:21Speaker 3: And what that means is your branding looks. You're branding
- 11:25Speaker 3: from a virtual assistant standpoint, looks good. Right, we can
- 11:27Speaker 3: tell what services you offer. The colors look good, the
- 11:31Speaker 3: content is educational, and you have everything. You have what
- 11:35Speaker 3: you need to start your virtual as system. Business life
- 11:37Speaker 3: of a virtual assistant, because I know people follow me
- 11:39Speaker 3: on social media and they're like, you know, I wonder
- 11:42Speaker 3: what she does. I wonder what she does. So this
- 11:45Speaker 3: is a picture of me and Toulum, Mexico. Maybe not
- 11:49Speaker 3: last year, but the year before last, and I actually
- 11:52Speaker 3: was still working on things with Andre. I didn't take
- 11:54Speaker 3: my laptop, I didn't take my iPad. I was still
- 11:57Speaker 3: doing work from myself on and getting things done even
- 12:00Speaker 3: though Andre told me, don't do anything. But I wanted
- 12:03Speaker 3: to make sure my client was taken care of while
- 12:06Speaker 3: I was on vacation so I wouldn't come back to
- 12:08Speaker 3: any type of chaos.
- 12:09Speaker 4: When I got back.
- 12:10Speaker 3: So when you think about the life of a virtual system,
- 12:12Speaker 3: I need you all to visualize what you want your
- 12:15Speaker 3: life to look like. And now that I'm on this
- 12:17Speaker 3: platform and you are in my community, now I need
- 12:20Speaker 3: you all to literally, if you have a notebook in inkbin,
- 12:23Speaker 3: write down what you want your life to look like.
- 12:25Speaker 4: Because for me, I always said I want to make it.
- 12:27Speaker 3: I want to make I want to make enough money
- 12:30Speaker 3: where I can travel, right, I want to make enough
- 12:32Speaker 3: money where.
- 12:33Speaker 4: I can travel.
- 12:33Speaker 3: And I've been able to create that life for me
- 12:35Speaker 3: by having the flexibility and make an additional stream of
- 12:38Speaker 3: income by being a virtual assistant.
- 12:40Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 12:44Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 12:48Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 12:52Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 12:56Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 13:00Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 13:03Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, Attempted illegal border
- 13:08Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 13:12Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 13:15Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 13:19Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 13:23Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 13:27Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws,
- 13:35Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
