HubSpot Agent Builder: custom AI agents for Starter and up | Shipped Jun 2026
HubSpot's Agent Builder lets you build your own AI agents on your CRM data, test them without spending credits, cap their monthly runs, and put them to work. HubSpot's help page now lists it from Starter up.
Who it's for: RevOps leaders, marketing ops, service teams that want custom escalation logic, and Starter portals that had no path to agents before. Smart CRM and Revenue Hub are listed on Professional and Enterprise.
