Day 40. Leviticus 24-25
Instructions are given for maintaining the lamps and bread in the tabernacle. A case of blasphemy arises and a judgment is carried out among the people. God establishes the Sabbath year and the Year of Jubilee, when land rests and property is returned. These rhythms shape how Israel is to live in the land.
