- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: You said when you spoke to your friend who recommended
- 1:02Speaker 3: NAKA to you, that you had ten thousand dollars and
- 1:05Speaker 3: so a lot of times when people here NAKA and
- 1:07Speaker 3: they had no doubt payment. They think, oh, you need
- 1:09Speaker 3: no money, that's not just like that's like one of
- 1:11Speaker 3: these misconceptions like, oh, it's no money down. My credit
- 1:14Speaker 3: can be six twenty, but you need money to be
- 1:17Speaker 3: in a program.
- 1:17Speaker 4: I mean, talk about any any mortgage that you're going
- 1:21Speaker 4: to get, You're going to have things you have to
- 1:23Speaker 4: pay for, taxes, insurance.
- 1:25Speaker 5: Like all of those kind of things.
- 1:26Speaker 4: In addition to that, NAKA wants you to have a
- 1:29Speaker 4: specific amount of money saved. Me I personally try to
- 1:31Speaker 4: tell people save about three and a half percent of
- 1:34Speaker 4: the loan amount that you're looking for, because that covers
- 1:36Speaker 4: your taxes, insurance, and it should cover, you know what
- 1:39Speaker 4: I mean, the cushion of a few months that they
- 1:42Speaker 4: require you to have as well, because what they don't
- 1:44Speaker 4: want to happen is for you to be house rich
- 1:46Speaker 4: and cash poor because a lot of times what tends
- 1:49Speaker 4: to happen to people is they're you know, pay their
- 1:51Speaker 4: down payment fees.
- 1:52Speaker 5: All of those different things you.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Done came out of twenty twenty five thousand dollars or
- 1:56Speaker 4: whatever the case. Mark You've just spent thirty years of
- 1:59Speaker 4: your life saving this money. Now you just gave it away.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Now you have this house, and when something goes wrong
- 2:05Speaker 4: with this house a roof issue, of plumbing issue, you
- 2:07Speaker 4: don't you can't fix it. You don't have the money
- 2:09Speaker 4: to fix it, and they don't want you to do that.
- 2:12Speaker 4: So they set you up to whereas you have money,
- 2:14Speaker 4: they set you up to whereas if you go get
- 2:16Speaker 4: a multi unit, you got cash flow coming in because
- 2:18Speaker 4: they make sure the numbers fall right all of those
- 2:21Speaker 4: different things. And this is why I love them, because
- 2:22Speaker 4: they protected me throughout the whole process. There were times
- 2:25Speaker 4: where contractors tried to do food, food shit. They're just
- 2:28Speaker 4: different stuff, and I could just like ran interference on
- 2:30Speaker 4: all that, like nah, we're not going for that. At times,
- 2:32Speaker 4: like somebody try to sell you a four unit building,
- 2:35Speaker 4: but the building is only zone for three units. In
- 2:37Speaker 4: the garden unit or the basement unit will be like illegal,
- 2:40Speaker 4: but na coull you know, they gonna go through their
- 2:42Speaker 4: due diligence and you know what I mean, like check
- 2:44Speaker 4: you know, city records and all that make sure all
- 2:46Speaker 4: of this stuff is zoned and approved correctly, and a
- 2:48Speaker 4: lot of times like it don't.
- 2:50Speaker 5: And they protect you from all that.
- 2:51Speaker 3: Stuff, even in your own personal right. Like I was
- 2:53Speaker 3: reading that they'll check your patterns, right, Yeah, they'll check
- 2:56Speaker 3: your rent patterns, they'll check your savings patterns. So it's
- 2:58Speaker 3: not like, hey, that look at how much you were
- 3:01Speaker 3: paying how much you make, and they'll say, well, that
- 3:03Speaker 3: money could be saved. So having that as an important
- 3:07Speaker 3: like system makes sense, right, because it's like you don't
- 3:09Speaker 3: want to make sure, like you don't want to have
- 3:11Speaker 3: it where I say five hundred, then I save nothing
- 3:13Speaker 3: for three months and I put three thousand. They're watching
- 3:15Speaker 3: that to make sure that they can making.
- 3:18Speaker 4: Sure you got good good money spend like good money
- 3:20Speaker 4: habits like and this is and it's not bad, like
- 3:24Speaker 4: you should want to have good money happens. You should
- 3:25Speaker 4: appreciate this kind of training, like, Okay, I need this
- 3:28Speaker 4: because I've been not disciplined for the longest amount of
- 3:30Speaker 4: time and now I have somebody challenging me to do better.
- 3:33Speaker 5: Why wouldn't you want that? So they approve you for
- 3:36Speaker 5: you come with your information, da da da.
- 3:37Speaker 4: They put it in the system and they say, okay,
- 3:39Speaker 4: you're based off of what we think you can get
- 3:42Speaker 4: a two hundred thousand dollars more if you're going for
- 3:45Speaker 4: a single family home. Yes, but that's not how it
- 3:46Speaker 4: works with multi units. Okay, with multi units, how it
- 3:49Speaker 4: works is even with naka, so they have limits. So
- 3:53Speaker 4: with a single family home, which just these are examples,
- 3:55Speaker 4: it depends on what area you're in. They'll give you
- 3:56Speaker 4: a max. So, let's say a single family home, they
- 3:59Speaker 4: might give you a max. Two hundre thousand and two unit.
- 4:01Speaker 4: They might give you a max of three fifty three unit.
- 4:02Speaker 4: They might give you a max a six hundred. On
- 4:04Speaker 4: a four unit, they'll give you a max of like
- 4:06Speaker 4: nine hundred and nine to fifty or something like that.
- 4:08Speaker 4: So for me, I'm like, why not max out and
- 4:11Speaker 4: go crazy? If I'm trying to go get me a
- 4:13Speaker 4: rental property, I'm gonna get four units. The four units
- 4:15Speaker 4: are gonna make sure I have a place to live
- 4:17Speaker 4: for free. Is gonna make sure my mortgage is paid.
- 4:19Speaker 4: On top of steel, having some money at the end
- 4:21Speaker 4: of the month is cash flow, So I'm gonna do that.
- 4:24Speaker 4: On top of that, it's gonna allow me to go
- 4:25Speaker 4: for a bigger mortgage, which is gonna put me in
- 4:27Speaker 4: a nicer neighborhood, you know what I'm saying. In addition
- 4:31Speaker 4: to that, if I go find a four unit in
- 4:33Speaker 4: a nice neighborhood. That means the rents are gonna be high.

- 7:24Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 7:27Speaker 5: You know what I mean, because that's just what it is.
- 7:29Speaker 4: When you live in nice neighborhoods, you got higher rents
- 7:32Speaker 4: and apartments are nice. So how NACA qualifies you or
- 7:35Speaker 4: lenders qualify you in general for multi units is totally
- 7:38Speaker 4: different than they do for single family homes. A single
- 7:41Speaker 4: family home, you're qualified strictly using your income. When it
- 7:44Speaker 4: comes to multifamilies, and this is why I tell people,
- 7:47Speaker 4: go find you a multifamily that has people living in
- 7:50Speaker 4: it already, because what they do is they'll take seventy
- 7:52Speaker 4: five percent of the income that the property is generating
- 7:55Speaker 4: already added to yours, and that is what makes the
- 7:58Speaker 4: property more than affordable. For example, this is what I
- 8:01Speaker 4: like to tell people. So let's say you make two
- 8:03Speaker 4: thousand dollars a month at your job, right, and the
- 8:05Speaker 4: mortgage on this property you're looking at is three thousand dollars.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Of course you can afford it. You're a thousand dollars short.
- 8:10Speaker 4: But let's say the property that you're looking at also
- 8:13Speaker 4: generates four thousand dollars a month in rent. They'll take
- 8:16Speaker 4: three thousand dollars of dock add it to your two thousand.
- 8:19Speaker 5: Now that's five thousand. Subtract three thousand from that.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Now you have two thousand dollars left over at the
- 8:24Speaker 4: end of the month, which makes this property way more
- 8:26Speaker 4: than affordable. On top of they only used seventy five
- 8:29Speaker 4: percent of the rent, they're still twenty five percent.
- 8:31Speaker 5: That's still there. You get what I'm saying to you.
- 8:34Speaker 4: So like, that's that's how the multi unit math works.
- 8:37Speaker 4: And people don't understand that, and they're like, I can't
- 8:39Speaker 4: afford a multi unit. It's so expensive. How do you
- 8:42Speaker 4: afford a multi unit and you're making twenty six thousand
- 8:44Speaker 4: dollars a year? Because I understand how multi unit math works,
- 8:46Speaker 4: and I went and found me property that had high
- 8:48Speaker 4: rents and cash flowing already, and all I had to
- 8:51Speaker 4: do was pretty much sign a paperwork and move in.
- 8:54Speaker 3: So you found the property yourself. Didn't apply for the program, right,
- 8:57Speaker 3: So does it when you apply for it? Does it
- 8:59Speaker 3: have to be the primary residents? How does that work?
- 9:02Speaker 4: Yeah, so you do have to live in a property
- 9:05Speaker 4: for the life of the loan. But NAKA has a
- 9:06Speaker 4: five year leaning on a property because they're not designed to,
- 9:10Speaker 4: you know, create investors. They're designed to balance our neighborhood.
- 9:13Speaker 4: So they want you to live in a property and
- 9:15Speaker 4: for the first five years you have a twenty five
- 9:18Speaker 4: k lean on it. Every year drops off five thousand dollars.
- 9:20Speaker 4: So after the fifth year, you probably like cleaning free
- 9:23Speaker 4: to go do whatever you need to do, whether it
- 9:24Speaker 4: be refinanced or whatever the case may be. And at
- 9:28Speaker 4: this point, my first one, I've been in there for
- 9:29Speaker 4: eight years. The second one it's been five years. So
- 9:31Speaker 4: now I'm kind of like free and clear to Nacolin
- 9:33Speaker 4: and I can kind of go move around how I
- 9:35Speaker 4: want to. But it's just like I'm set up to
- 9:39Speaker 4: the point where now I can pull equity out of
- 9:41Speaker 4: my properties, not ConA set me up to the point
- 9:43Speaker 4: in the beginning on my first deal. We ain't even
- 9:47Speaker 4: talk about this yet, but my first deal was immaculate.
- 9:50Speaker 4: I got a four unit property I moved in, so
- 9:53Speaker 4: I lived for free, all three units. You know what
- 9:56Speaker 4: I mean, we're paying rent already. I they didn't put
- 10:00Speaker 4: any money down. I walked away from the clothing table
- 10:02Speaker 4: with a five thousand dollars check. That same day, I
- 10:06Speaker 4: got paid from my job. In addition to I kept
- 10:09Speaker 4: all of my money because I was going through the
- 10:10Speaker 4: process and they required me to keep saving. So that
- 10:12Speaker 4: ten thousand turned into fifteen thousand. So I went from
- 10:15Speaker 4: making about twenty six thousand dollars a year at my
- 10:18Speaker 4: job to having twenty six thousand dollars in cash in
- 10:21Speaker 4: my account after my first deal, which allowed me to
- 10:24Speaker 4: go start investing in the stock market, you know what
- 10:26Speaker 4: I mean, doing more deals, traveling network and building business,
- 10:30Speaker 4: meeting guys like y'all.
- 10:32Speaker 5: And that just came from that first deal.
- 10:33Speaker 4: And this is why I try to encourage people to
- 10:35Speaker 4: go through NAKA, because they set you up so beautifully.
- 10:38Speaker 4: After the deal, it's like, damn, I still got all
- 10:40Speaker 4: this money left. The average person, they out of what
- 10:43Speaker 4: ten fifteen twenty thousand dollars on the deal with Faha.
- 10:46Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, It's not that with Naka. Yeah,
- 10:48Speaker 4: I had to spend Actually I didn't spend nothing. But
- 10:50Speaker 4: you may have to spend a little money, like I said,
- 10:51Speaker 4: your taxes, insurance and little stuff like that. But man,
- 10:54Speaker 4: it's nowhere near the same. It's what a convention to
- 10:56Speaker 4: with Faha.
- 11:03Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 11:07Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
