Governor Hochul’s big afternoon in Monroe County means New Yorkers could be getting cash back—over 8 million energy rebate checks starting September 21. Joint filers earning under $150K get $200; those between $150K–$300K get $150. To qualify: filed NY tax return on time, full-time resident, not claimed as a dependent.
