So let's start with the basics. If you want a glass of red wine, you say: Ett glas rött vin, tack. Luna: Ett glas rött vin, tack. That's pretty straightforward. Lucas: Yeah, 'ett glas' is 'a glass', 'rött vin' is 'red wine', and 'tack' is 'please' or 'thanks'. Luna: Ett glas rött vin, tack. I can definitely say that. Lucas: Now what if you want a dry white wine? You ask: Har ni ett torrt vitt vin? Luna: Har ni ett torrt vitt vin? That means 'Do you have a dry white wine?'. Lucas: Perfect. 'Har ni' is 'do you have', 'torrt' is 'dry', 'vitt vin' is 'white wine'. Luna: Har ni ett torrt vitt vin? I like that. Sounds elegant. Lucas: It does.
