Speaker 1: Hello everyone, welcome to empower your soul.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: I am here today with the absolutely amazing Claire Falcon, amazing friend of mine, um, and I'm just so excited to have you here today, claire, I'm so excited to be here.
• 0:16
Speaker 2: So great to see you, Nicole.
• 0:18
  Speaker 1: Oh, you too.
• 0:18
Speaker 1: So Claire and I met at, I believe, a Tony Stockwell class a few years ago, uh, and we've been in touch ever since.
• 0:27
Speaker 1: So this is like a match made in heaven, claire.
• 0:29
Speaker 1: I love it, right?
• 0:30
Speaker 1: I know we finally got to see.
• 0:31
Speaker 1: Yeah, I love it.
• 0:33
Speaker 1: So a little bit of background, claire.
• 0:35
Speaker 1: She is a psychic medium, writer and teacher of meditation and intuition.
• 0:40
Speaker 1: She resides in Berlin, germany and Pennsylvania.
• 0:43
Speaker 1: That's a unique mix, claire, combining professional international experience with individuals from all over the world and her practice, and she does mentoring programs and readings.
• 0:52
Speaker 1: And Claire has witnessed the power of connecting individuals with their loved ones in spirit and aiding them in discovering their own spiritual truths.
• 1:00
Speaker 1: Her intention is to assist and educate others in connecting to their own creative power as celestial soul beings having a human life.
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: That's right.
• 1:11
Speaker 2: Thank you Mic drop there.
• 1:17
Speaker 1: For those of you that kind of saw my social media posts a couple of weeks ago.
• 1:22
Speaker 1: By the time this releases, claire is, like the guru, the dream expert.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: But before we dive into that, claire, why don't you introduce yourself, talk a little bit about your past to get to the metaphysical world and anything else you feel compelled to share?
• 1:35
  Speaker 1: Awesome.
• 1:36
Speaker 2: Nicole, thank you so much for that intro.
• 1:38
Speaker 2: Well, one of my deepest passions really you know many years into this now is, through psychic mediumship, to bring the psychic arts to people, to heal and to serve.
• 1:48
Speaker 2: And so, through that are the psychic medium programs that I do, be it teaching about intuition, teaching about dream, mentorship.
• 1:55
Speaker 2: I'm a big teacher, right, I'm a strong advocate of teaching and learning.
• 1:59
Speaker 2: Wherever you are, however, you are doing this, whether you're from the metaphysical universe or, if you're more, just dip your toes in it because you have a metaphysical hobby or an interest in it.
• 2:08
Speaker 2: And, of course, one of my greatest passions is providing readings, psychic readings, but also spirit communication.
• 2:15
Speaker 2: I came into this work actually through spirit communication.
• 2:19
Speaker 2: I thought that I would be a spirit communicator, a psychic medium only, and I thought that I would do that work for ages and ages.
• 2:25
Speaker 2: And, of course, as you and I both know, when you sign up for this you are actually expanded and taking it to places that you never dreamed possible.
• 2:34
Speaker 2: And so one of my greatest loves is astrology and dream interpretation, both of which I've really dove into, even as a young adult, around the age of 20, really reading Freud, reading Jung, understanding that there was a mystical aspect to our dreams, like a spiritual aspect to it, but never, you know, wanting, never really having the vocabulary to define it through the lens of psychic mediumship, but always knowing it was like a bit mystical and so loving that aspect of it, and then, of course, through astrology.
• 3:03
Speaker 2: So one of my greatest goals as a psychic medium is to teach about the nature of consciousness, and I do that through teaching people about intuition, teaching people about their dreams, even teaching psychic mediums.
• 3:16
Speaker 2: For instance, I think one of the lectures that we might've also seen each other is when I was holding a talk on how to use dream interpretation for psychic investigation how they can use it right.
• 3:28
Speaker 2: So really teaching that this modality of interpreting dreams is a modality that is deeply connected to your own mystical soul right, it is one-to-one, spiritual in nature.
• 3:39
Speaker 2: You are connecting with your soul when you dream, and also that it is golden nuggets, as you put it in your post of soul wisdom, that are dropped to you each night that you go to sleep.
• 3:49
Speaker 2: And so I found, as a psychic medium, starting to incorporate the dream interpretation not only increased, like my ability to see and sense and look through and help the person in front of me, but it also was where I could teach individuals actually to be their own greatest psychic right and right because when you go to sleep each night, your outward personality of Nicole or Claire, you know our families, our jobs, paying the bills, driving to soccer practice here and there and everywhere.
• 4:21
Speaker 2: That's a deeply huge aspect of who we are in this human life as a soul being.
• 4:24
Speaker 2: But when you go to sleep at night, all of that is firmly laid to the side and you have the ability to express, see, sense, feel in past, present and future, because all time is one time, with the ability of your soul traveling and traversing consciousness the highways and byways of the dream world.
• 4:41
Speaker 2: So once I got that kind of toolkit together, it's actually all psychic, it's all about intuition.
• 4:48
Speaker 2: We're just seeing it through the tarot or seeing it through dream interpretation, reading the energy of it human to have a beautiful life, right To have a beautiful life, which is the great intention of anyone coming to earth right, coming down as a soul being and living a human life.
• 5:11
Speaker 2: So the dream world, astrology, but in particular the dream world, is a way for you to access that each and every night, and all you need to learn is how to interpret it.
• 5:22
  Speaker 1: And now you're.
• 5:23
Speaker 1: Now the listeners know why I love you so much because it's so inspirational, right and it's and it's so relatable.
• 5:29
Speaker 1: Everything that you're saying, and I think a lot of people perceive this metaphysical work is unattainable If you're not born with it, we don't have access to it.
• 5:38
Speaker 1: I think this is a wonderful way that we can make the saying true that everyone is a psychic, everyone has access to intuition and everyone has access to these nuggets of gold.
• 5:51
Speaker 1: But they have to realize that that's what these dreams are they are nuggets of gold and everyone has access to interpret them.
• 5:57
Speaker 1: So how accurate, claire, are these dream interpretation journals or books that everyone has?
• 6:02
Speaker 1: Cause I know I have like three of them.
• 6:04
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 6:05
Speaker 2: So what I love to tell people is that when you set out to get guidance from your soul, who is this?
• 6:11
Speaker 2: Who is the architect of the dream?
• 6:13
Speaker 2: Right, it's not Claire.
• 6:14
Speaker 2: The personality, it's that deeper aspect of you is that you start to understand that your soul is going to communicate in a way that makes sense to your, to Nicole, when then she's awake the next morning trying to take stuff away from it and messages for life, and so the whole entire purpose is so wanting to communicate.
• 6:33
Speaker 2: And so when you look at the dream journals, you could, of course, get a basic one-to-one of 20 of the most common symbols teeth falling out.
• 6:42
  Speaker 2: I dreamt I couldn't control the car.
• 6:44
Speaker 2: Where was the brake?
• 6:45
Speaker 2: I couldn't get my foot off the pedal Very common ones.
• 6:48
Speaker 2: Yeah, you start to then understand how can I take this symbolism and apply it Really?
• 6:54
Speaker 2: The greatest way to see this is an extension of your intuition, and so when you get the basics down, you need to start saying, okay, before you sleep, dear soul, tell me the message of my dreams.
• 7:04
Speaker 2: When I awake I will remember it, because your subconscious, the soul mind, is very open to suggestion.
• 7:09
Speaker 2: And so, just like, can you?
• 7:11
Speaker 2: You know, many of probably your listeners will remember, when you first go on the spiritual road, when you are really getting into the work, you start to see synchronicities around you, numbers, birds, right, even those in the world of spirit communicating with you.
• 7:24
Speaker 2: It's the same with dreams is that your soul drops little breadcrumbs and you have to put them together right, because this is just like reading consciousness, as if you were giving a reading.
• 7:34
Speaker 2: Right, it's the soul reading your consciousness.
• 7:36
Speaker 2: And so when you get a basic toolkit together, don't spend a lot of time like getting four and five and six journals.
• 7:44
Speaker 2: Get like some fundamental basics together and then build your own encyclopedia.
• 7:52
Speaker 2: It's really the way to get the most out of your dreams.
• 7:54
  Speaker 2: It really is.
• 7:54
Speaker 2: And because the symbolism is one thing, that a dream tells a personal myth about your life, right?
• 8:01
Speaker 2: Whereas, like Greek myth or Roman myth is for the collective humanity, your dreams are your own personal myth.
• 8:07
Speaker 2: So you're going to use like, for instance, you know, every now and again I ask my students for the sake of teaching and learning, could I reference some of your symbols so people will learn?
• 8:16
Speaker 2: But some of my, some of my students are like, always have dreams about, you know, ships that they really love dearly.
• 8:25
Speaker 2: So a ship in dream journal one-on-one is going to say something, but a ship to you, if you've dreamt about it three and four times consistently, means something far different, and so it's that aspect of it that you need to keep in your mind when you're thinking about the accuracy of interpreting them.
• 8:41
Speaker 2: The other thing is that you have to really look at the whole story.
• 8:43
Speaker 2: What was the emotion of the dream?
• 8:45
Speaker 2: If I dream about someone in particular in my family or a friend, I'm dreaming about the aspect that they have that I'm seeing reflected in myself.
• 8:54
Speaker 2: I'm not dreaming about them, right?
• 8:56
Speaker 2: So it's just like the universal language of symbolism it has to be understood, it has to be unpacked and then applied.
• 9:04
Speaker 2: Otherwise we start to itemize dreams which I do find is common in some of the dream books like they want to take it apart when really it needs to be read holistically.
• 9:12
Speaker 2: And you know, and it's really, um, that takes just a little bit of work.
• 9:17
  Speaker 2: In the beginning.
• 9:18
Speaker 2: You know just a tiny bit of, you know, going a little bit through learning of it, looking up some symbols, applying it.
• 9:23
Speaker 2: But once you have your fifth dream behind you that you've interpreted, you really start to see the way that your soul speaks and you don't need the books anymore, you know.
• 9:35
Speaker 1: Wow, okay, I love that so much because I um and I like want to ask you some really wonky things about that happened to me, and I'm sure this happens at the time you chat with somebody.
• 9:45
Speaker 1: I'm like, what about this, this edge case scenario?
• 9:48
Speaker 1: So what about the people who don't dream?
• 9:53
Speaker 2: So what is happening there is when I talked a little bit about the nature of consciousness is that when you're out and about living your life and it's full on, or you maybe you know you might be feeling disconnected from your life, right when I don't like the job I'm in, I feel at a dead right.
• 10:08
Speaker 2: You know when your human life is heavy, sometimes it can be difficult for the soul mind to be able to express it.
• 10:15
Speaker 2: Each night that we sleep, so that you remember it, you are always dreaming.
• 10:18
Speaker 2: It's that the conscious mind the next morning has trouble retrieving it because it's often overloaded about something in your conscious life.
• 10:26
Speaker 2: And but you can.
• 10:28
Speaker 2: You know it's not like a dead end, right, a lot of it is training the soul mind to relax before sleep through the power of suggestion, what I like to call dream incubation questions, and really it's getting your head around what is dreaming.
• 10:43
Speaker 2: Dreaming is the rising of consciousness, raising it at night, the easiest way to do it, right, because you literally that self is put aside.
• 10:52
Speaker 2: You are asleep, that's it.
• 10:53
Speaker 2: Soul can rise and it's like when you get your head around the mechanics of it, you start to understand really that these things can be learned, they can have a flow to it, you know, and you can retrieve the dreams.
• 11:10
Speaker 2: Recall is sometimes hard for people.
• 11:12
Speaker 2: Usually just takes a little bit of a intentional setting and then understanding the mechanics and they can get around it.
• 11:17
Speaker 2: But I know individuals are like Clara I never dream.
• 11:20
  Speaker 2: I haven't remembered a dream since I was five.
• 11:22
  Speaker 2: Clara, I haven't remembered a dream since 10.
• 11:24
Speaker 2: And those are the individuals where I bet, if they worked on it a little bit and set some like intentional stuff, that they could do it.
• 11:30
Speaker 2: It's just they are dreaming, they simply don't remember, they're just having a like.
• 11:34
Speaker 2: You're literally going from a different dimension when you sleep back to the one of here when you wake up.
• 11:41
Speaker 2: That's why, when you've probably experienced it, where you'll be sleeping, you wake up.
• 11:45
Speaker 2: The dream is there, it's wonderful, it's detailed, you're ready to write it down.
• 11:50
Speaker 2: Someone comes in like got to get to school, pack my lunch, where are my shorts?
• 11:54
Speaker 2: You know like our kids or what have you, and poof, the dream is gone.
• 11:58
Speaker 2: That's because your soul you know Claire outpaying the bills didn't have the dream.
• 12:03
Speaker 2: The soul of Claire had it.
• 12:05
Speaker 2: And when the soul comes back to this outward life we have, we are reentering a different dimension, so it's really hard for us to remember Sometimes we're different.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, that is such an interesting perspective that I never thought about.
• 12:18
Speaker 1: And I have to.
• 12:18
Speaker 1: I have to back you up, because I was one of those people who really never remember their dreams.
• 12:22
Speaker 1: And then I set the intention and I put a dream journal next to my bed now and when I dream, it is so real and so vivid, it's like.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: So it's so interesting that you say that, because I think they were probably way too fucking intense for my brain to process and bring back.
• 12:44
Speaker 2: And sometimes the soul doesn't want you to remember, right, it's like you might be going through something like there are three typical dreams the one is spiritual, the other is physical and the third one is spiritual, is emotional and psychological, and sometimes our soul wants to process it in the emotional and psychological things that are kind of heavy, from the extreme to just a little bit, you know, tricky and edgy, and sometimes the soul would rather let's deal with it in the higher consciousness, in a different dimension, where the personality can't come in and get scared and control it, where the soul, through its infinite wisdom, can look at it, perceive it, walk through it and then get the body to relax a little bit.
• 13:24
Speaker 2: When we wake up again.
• 13:25
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, because your soul remembers, right, your soul remembers, and it can then drop the messaging when, but by the power of dream association, for instance, like, have you ever experienced where you forgot the dream?
• 13:38
Speaker 2: You went out in your daily life and then you saw, like a picture of a giraffe, giraffe, and that was the same giraffe that was in your dream.
• 13:45
Speaker 2: Dream association, always, always, right, and then it comes back in a flash and you just remember, right, that's, you are like that.
• 13:53
Speaker 2: It shows two things.
• 13:54
Speaker 2: You can remember it Intention, meditation, dream journal, like energistically having your dream journal next to you, wonderful ways.
• 14:01
Speaker 2: What it also shows us is that we're dipping in and out of dimensions all day long right, and dipping in and out of different states of consciousness all day long, and so, yeah, you can retrieve it right back and there's the dream.
• 14:14
Speaker 2: There's a dream, yeah, so it talks.
• 14:17
Speaker 2: Well, that's why I love dreams is that it gets in touch with our mystical and our spiritual.
• 14:21
Speaker 2: It teaches about the nature of consciousness that is, everywhere, the different states of consciousness and awareness, and it teaches you that, really, this is some of the greatest information that you can get for yourself, because it's a channel to soul that is pure, yeah.
• 14:38
  Speaker 1: That's incredible.
• 14:38
  Speaker 1: It's so incredible.
• 14:39
Speaker 1: So there's three other things that are running through my mind before I want to go through and interpret these dreams.
• 14:44
Speaker 2: So number one is dreaming of past loved ones, a little bit of insight there, when we dream about people like my grandfather or my, my cousin or my friend or the lady you know, sometimes we'll dream about teachers you know that we had as children.
• 15:05
Speaker 2: They can be simply symbolic in the dream, right, and they often represent what an aspect of them that is also being like awoken in you right, um, to look at, to evaluate.
• 15:17
Speaker 2: But you know, always know the differences of visitation, because the visitation dream is much more.
• 15:22
Speaker 2: I talked to them.
• 15:23
Speaker 2: It felt super real.
• 15:25
Speaker 2: They gave me a message about my life right now.
• 15:27
Speaker 2: They gave me guidance.
• 15:28
  Speaker 2: It's spirit communication.
• 15:29
Speaker 2: It's just not going through a medium.
• 15:31
Speaker 2: They're coming to you right and so, again, when that consciousness is raised and the awareness is in the subconscious, soul, mind state, your loved ones have a greater ease of connecting to you right, because you are in such a different, you are in a raised awareness and literally a different dimension, so it's easier for them to sense you, to touch you with a loving feeling.
• 15:53
Speaker 2: You know I don't know about you, but I thought that everyone dreamt about loved ones fear all the time.
• 15:59
Speaker 2: I've been doing it since a child, since I was a child, right, and I was like everyone does it Right, and then I would tell people and they'd be like Claire, like that doesn't sound like it's about them.
• 16:08
Speaker 2: You sound like you were talking to them.
• 16:09
Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, you know, don't you Like I've had many loved ones?
• 16:17
Speaker 2: Tell me I'll see you next time, claire, it was really hard for me to get back in this old body, you know, they'll tell me, you know dreams of.
• 16:22
Speaker 2: I will always wait.
• 16:23
Speaker 2: And I'm like, okay, if a loved one passes, you know a friend, you name it.
• 16:26
Speaker 2: I'm like, are they going to come through in spirit, communication, like with a friend or a peer, or will be at my dreams?
• 16:31
Speaker 2: And I was, I wait for them, right, Waiting for them.
• 16:33
Speaker 2: So it's an incredible intuitive channel and because of that, your, your loved one in spirit, like, can come and really connect with you in such a deep way.
• 16:43
Speaker 2: I've heard individuals whether I've given them a psychic mediumship reading and I've asked them right, the spirit is telling me that it's come to you in a dream.
• 16:50
Speaker 2: They are so profoundly healing, right, those visitation dreams, just profound.
• 16:55
Speaker 2: So, yeah, that's a big one that people are curious about and it's so powerful and so healing.
• 17:02
  Speaker 1: Amazing.
• 17:03
Speaker 1: I know personally I get a lot of clients who ask me about the visitation dreams.
• 17:07
Speaker 1: So I think for a lot of people that was wonderful.
• 17:11
Speaker 1: The second one is like the dreams that give you panic attacks, that maybe there's a storyline to it.
• 17:18
Speaker 1: Maybe they just wake up with the pounding chest right Insight on kind of those things, claire.
• 17:24
  Speaker 1: So when you.
• 17:26
Speaker 2: You can look at it in two different ways, because the nature of dream interpretation is dependent upon pulling the symbols together, pulling the emotion together and then pulling like different aspects together.
• 17:38
  Speaker 2: You could.
• 17:38
Speaker 2: A really shortcut way is to say to yourself okay, if the overarching emotion in my dream is one of anxiety or panic, then it correlates to an aspect in your waking life where you are experiencing anxiety and panic.
• 17:51
Speaker 2: And whatever the message of that dream was, it's trying to tell you soul always wants to heal you and help you, and soul is trying to communicate in that dream a lesson or a tip or a guidance about how to come around that anxiety.
• 18:05
Speaker 2: It's just you have to unpack the symbolism, because it's like a foreign language, right, Because it really is, and so you have to unpack the symbolism, just as you would unpack the synchronicities in a waking life.
• 18:17
Speaker 2: The other thing that I will say about it is, if you are going through a very challenging time period of your life where you're waking life is like you know work and children and you know finances you name it Like what can happen often is that that little anxiety of life, if you are living like, if you feel really out of balance or even a little bit that conscious awareness can creep in into the subconscious state in a dream.
• 18:41
Speaker 2: Little bit that conscious awareness can creep in into the subconscious state in a dream and it can influence it a little bit of it doesn't necessarily have like a deep meaning that you have to look at, it's just like if you imagine consciousness going like this and you are up here, normally you might be dipping down to the conscious state and connecting to the monkey mind or the anxiety mind a little bit, because you're just a little bit out of balance within your body temple.
• 19:02
Speaker 2: So yeah, it's, the dreams can touch on so many metaphysical aspects that that's probably why I have loved them since I was like 20 years old, right, just like five years ago, you know four years ago.
• 19:19
  Speaker 1: I love it.
• 19:20
Speaker 1: Um, the last one I want to ask is why and maybe this is less of a dream question I have to ask about the 3am club, like what?
• 19:27
Speaker 1: Why do people wake up at like 3am or at a certain time every night?
• 19:32
  Speaker 2: That's a brilliant, brilliant idea.
• 19:34
Speaker 2: So it has a little bit to do with states of consciousness and awareness, it has to do with sleep cycles and it has to do a little bit with what we are like, what is coming, you know, in our life.
• 19:46
Speaker 2: So I can say that you know from a psychic medium, but also a person that is inclined to be on a spiritual journey and to observe the world, that 3am is just a little bit of a very thin dynamic in the conscious highways and byways that we have the ability to connect deeper right.
• 20:04
Speaker 2: And so sometimes the soul wants to wake you up at 3 am so that you remember the last dream, because, again, sometimes we're having dreams simply just to review stuff and we've just got to get it out of our system.
• 20:16
Speaker 2: But nine times out of 10, soul would really like to cue you in about something or tell you something or help you with an emotional, psychological, like you name it.
• 20:25
Speaker 2: So I think sometimes soul will wake, sometimes your spirit guides will wake you and be like hey, buddy, remember that dream you just had, because I'd like to unpack it with you the next day.
• 20:37
Speaker 2: This is a little bit of you know, my own experience about teaching dreams and mentoring people about interpreting their dreams is that we tend to dream of the future after 3 am.
• 20:47
Speaker 2: Really, what is to come?
• 20:51
Speaker 2: What the great yeah, the great Edward Cayce said.
• 20:54
Speaker 2: You know one of America's finest psychic mediums.
• 20:57
Speaker 2: He said that nothing of importance, or even of like normal importance, that you ever experienced in life, you have first dreamt of it, it has first been given to you and seen to you and like sensing of it in the dream world.
• 21:11
Speaker 2: And I have found that more often than not because there's another category, there's prophetic dreams, right.
• 21:17
Speaker 2: Have you ever had a dream of the future where it came true?
• 21:18
Speaker 2: Yes, all the time, yeah.
• 21:21
Speaker 2: A dream of the future where it came true, yes, all the time, yeah, and so, yeah.
• 21:26
Speaker 2: And so we tend and this is just me of, like you know, clinical research of my students where, if it's after 3am and it's a really profound dream, it tends to be about the future, of what is to come in, anything you know.
• 21:36
Speaker 2: And sometimes it's as simple as like next week at the PTO meeting, right.
• 21:40
Speaker 2: Sometimes, like next week at my event, my meeting sometimes it's deep into the future, right, and those of us who have been big dreamers since we were involved, that is so futuristic that I just sense and feel from you know, understanding my soul language, that I'm in the future.
• 22:17
  Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a big one.
• 22:20
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's a big one.
• 22:26
Speaker 1: Yeah, well, now I'm literally gonna start.
• 22:27
Speaker 1: If my team it's really, I'm gonna mark it down so I know what dream happened before three.
• 22:29
Speaker 1: And then what dream happened and then, like I'm, I'm gonna, I'm gonna throw myself under the bus like I'm a twi, hard right.
• 22:34
Speaker 1: So, like the fact that, like with stephanie myers probably dreamt about that, her dream that produced the whole twilight series is probably after 3 am she did it.
• 22:45
Speaker 2: I I think also like she dreamt of the vampires and the diamond skin in the fields, right, and I actually think that what stephanie meyer is having my, when I was you know, I'm I'm a trained teacher as well, and my teenage girls were all reading it, so I was was like I should read it.
• 22:58
Speaker 2: So I read all of them, of course.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: I'm not feeling under that bus.
• 23:04
  Speaker 2: Okay, right.
• 23:05
Speaker 2: And so I remember when she talks about I'm like girl, you have had a lucid dream.
• 23:10
Speaker 2: I think that she was practicing major lucidity in a dream, because I have a feeling.
• 23:16
Speaker 2: I have a feeling these days that authors are like massive psychics and they just don't know it.
• 23:20
  Speaker 1: I love that.
• 23:21
Speaker 2: You know Wow days that authors are like massive psychics and they just don't know it.
• 23:22
Speaker 2: I love that, you know, and I I think that she was like we can have lucid dreams and then we can practice scales of lucidity and dreams.
• 23:29
Speaker 2: And when she talks about like the diamond skin and you know, seeing the van edward in the field of the flowers with bella, you know, like that's the type of dream that inspires you, where, like it was so real, you know.
• 23:40
Speaker 2: So, yeah, many great inventions have been, um, have been discovered in dreams.
• 23:47
Speaker 1: Oh, no kidding, I had.
• 23:48
Speaker 1: I had no idea about that.
• 23:51
Speaker 1: So I'm gonna have to really just make sure I'm doing my intuition and like setting the intention to remember my dreams.
• 23:57
Speaker 1: Holy moly, life is so much easier now.
• 23:59
Speaker 2: Thank is and it is.
• 24:00
Speaker 2: It's all about the intention, that the the soul, mind and the subconscious state is very open to suggestion, right?
• 24:06
Speaker 2: That's why intentions work so well.
• 24:08
Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, that's amazing.
• 24:09
Speaker 1: So do you want to try to interpret some of the dreams?
• 24:12
  Speaker 1: Let's do it.
• 24:14
Speaker 2: Okay, all right, so I'm going to actually talk about um, this first one because I love how, the timing of it, so I'll just I'll read through it really briefly.
• 24:27
Speaker 2: I've never remembered the details of the dreams, but about two weeks ago, for three nights in a row, the dream always ended with modern day, me back in ancient Egypt with all these healers.
• 24:36
Speaker 2: The thing that stood out the most is that it was at nighttime and in each dream there was a huge angelic halo with glowing golden light over the pyramid.
• 24:45
Speaker 2: What's crazy to me is, when I meditate, that that same image continues to pop up in my mind's eye Always the pyramid with the halo.
• 24:52
Speaker 2: And she writes I don't know, it's really a crazy dream, but it's just wild to me that the symbol comes to pop up and I don't have a clue what it means for my personal life.
• 25:01
Speaker 2: So this is amazing on a couple of different levels.
• 25:03
Speaker 2: This really shows that, collectively, when we discover things of a metaphysical nature, it leaves reverberations in the entire collective field.
• 25:13
Speaker 2: So when our scientists and friends were recently in Egypt under the pyramids, discovering those long towers that have the coil of it, you could feel the reverberations of it go throughout the entire collective Precisely if this is someone who practices the psychic arts, has a connection to healing and has a connection to ancient Egypt.
• 25:33
Speaker 2: Most individuals who are even doing it as a hobby or practicing psychic medium, like you and myself, have had an incarnation in ancient Egypt.
• 25:42
Speaker 2: That was massive right, and so that's one thing.
• 25:45
Speaker 2: I'd like to say that, particularly because she had it about two weeks ago, and particularly because it's that golden three that I always talk about, where you will often have dreams that are of importance.
• 25:55
Speaker 2: I have a lot of past life dreams like this Well, I'll have three in a row right, three in a row One, two, three, three in a row right.
• 26:04
Speaker 2: Three in a row One, two, three.
• 26:05
Speaker 2: It's some golden three, three being a very symbolic number, right.
• 26:07
Speaker 2: So I want to say that about that dream.
• 26:09
Speaker 2: What I also want to say about this dream is that she is literally having a past life healing attribute awakened in her blueprint, healing attribute awakened in her blueprint Right, and so it like if she were coming to me as a client, I'd be like you're going to.
• 26:28
Speaker 2: I would actually, because she's so um descriptive about the glowing golden light over the pyramid and obviously the healing connotations that would have to it, particularly because she's talking.
• 26:38
Speaker 2: You know, many of those pyramids, as we all know, were used for healing, amongst other things.
• 26:41
Speaker 2: Is that I would she the she really described the color so well and which is like the soul to be able to do it that I would probably encourage her to either draw a picture of the pyramid, about what she saw, about using color, even even of the golden, white light.
• 26:57
Speaker 2: Color is a major vibratory force.
• 26:59
Speaker 2: The soul sees it and remembers.
• 27:01
Speaker 2: Put it in the palm of your hand before you sleep, connect to it energetically and put it underneath your pillow at night and see if you can get more out of that dream to show you, when you've connected to it so deeply, like that, like a past life, what kind of healing was I doing.
• 27:17
Speaker 2: Could I get an image of how I looked at that time, because these are major memories for her, being like awakened, as it were, in there.
• 27:24
Speaker 2: So I want to start with that one.
• 27:27
Speaker 2: That's a great kind of example about how we are all connected in the collective field and how we dream about certain past lives and the nature of them, that we experience, what we took out of them.
• 27:38
Speaker 2: If you will, the other one that I'll do, which I thought was really interesting too, let me find it down here.
• 27:47
Speaker 1: I know people submitted so many wonderful dreams.
• 27:49
  Speaker 1: Yes, they did.
• 27:51
Speaker 2: I mean really lovely.
• 27:52
Speaker 2: So I'm going to take the one about she's having a crazy dreams through the years, two short ones, repetitive, repetitive dreams like bar none are messages from the soul of.
• 28:05
Speaker 2: I would really like you to look at this right, and it'll be very patient with you, your soul right, and your guides and anything that you connect to in dreams.
• 28:13
Speaker 2: But for the majority of it, it's the higher mind, the soul, the power within you, trying to actually get you to look at something.
• 28:20
Speaker 2: That is a baseline truth about any recurring dream, whether it's you need to process something of it, whether you need to see a different aspect of it, whether you need to let it go, you name it.
• 28:29
Speaker 2: But there's something that the soul really wants you to see.
• 28:30
Speaker 2: And so she's saying here that I'm about 10 years old, sitting on the floor in the living room of my childhood home with about six other kids who I don't know.
• 28:39
Speaker 2: We're all sitting at the feet of my great-grandfather, who was dressed all in all red.
• 28:43
  Speaker 2: That's it.
• 28:43
Speaker 2: The dream only lasts a few seconds, so, immediately, what I would ask her, if she were here, is how do you feel about your grandfather?
• 28:50
Speaker 2: Because your soul is using your grandfather as a symbol in this dream.
• 28:55
Speaker 2: Now, if she were to tell me my great-grandfather came and said it's lovely to see you, I've seen you in your life, I've seen what you're doing, then we're leaning more towards a visitation.
• 29:03
Speaker 2: This feels symbolic of like okay, how do you feel about him?
• 29:07
Speaker 2: And what you need to ask yourself is, whenever you dream about uncle Toby, friend Sheila, cousin Mary, what is the defining aspect of that person that characterizes them?
• 29:18
Speaker 2: For me, like she's my most spiritual friend, she's the most caring one, or she's, like you know, the the one always to her emotions get the better of her.
• 29:25
Speaker 2: So it's an aspect of them that is being reflected through them.
• 29:29
Speaker 2: Talking about you, so like when we say I had a dream about you, we're actually having a dream about an aspect of you that correlates to me making sense, it's almost like symbolic.
• 29:42
Speaker 1: Yeah, you're blowing my mind because this relates directly to my mediumship, because we get names of my own people in mediumship reading and I was like why the fuck are you coming in to this reading right now?
• 29:55
Speaker 1: And now I know why they're doing it.
• 29:59
Speaker 2: I know why, and it's all about symbolism, any energy work you do, dream interpretation, mediumship, like you name it, even while I actually forgot to mention it.
• 30:08
Speaker 2: The reason why she's also seeing about the pyramids and the meditation is the soul wants to see that symbol and hang on to it, right, just like you just said.
• 30:16
Speaker 2: You know, so it's, it's the soul really.
• 30:18
Speaker 2: So she should always meditate with that symbol, actually, and even before bed, to get more out of that dream, to see more of it.
• 30:24
Speaker 2: And so I would have to ask her that it feels the red.
• 30:29
Speaker 2: So there's a couple of things that jump out Sitting on the living room floor.
• 30:32
Speaker 2: You're 10 years old, you're at your childhood home, and then number six, the kids you don't recognize.
• 30:37
Speaker 2: Otherwise you'd ask yourself what do you think about James, johnny, tim, right, mary?
• 30:41
Speaker 2: When it's other kids you don't know, it generally reflects aspects of yourself, right?
• 30:46
Speaker 2: But yeah, so I would say to her okay, I'm seeing deep symbolism with the childhood home.
• 30:53
Speaker 2: I'm seeing symbolism with the number six.
• 30:55
Speaker 2: It is, you can take numbers out of dreams and know exactly like what's going on, like I, I, I instance, I dreamt of a dream the other night where I saw the number 16 everywhere in a bit.
• 31:05
Speaker 2: It's a bit like numerology, where you can add it together and you come to seven, right, and so you need to tie that into it.
• 31:15
  Speaker 2: So that's a symbol.
• 31:15
Speaker 2: Great-grandfather is a symbol and red is a symbol.
• 31:16
Speaker 2: So if she were here in this dream I would say look, what do you feel about great-grandfather?
• 31:20
Speaker 2: If you were sitting at his feet and he's an older figure, it tends it could also mean did he have wisdom?
• 31:26
Speaker 2: Did you look up to him?
• 31:28
  Speaker 2: Right?
• 31:28
Speaker 2: Red can be symbolic in the sense of you know it can denote anger, but again, you have to look at the entire, like providence of the dream.
• 31:37
Speaker 2: Or it can be like spirit and energy and energization you know of, like the life force, right, our blood is red, for instance, and so if this is a recurring dream which, if she were sitting here, I would ask her what happened when you were 10 in your childhood home that left an imprint that either had to do with your great grandfather, like making you feel safe, or wisdom that he told you that is also you is.
• 32:02
Speaker 2: The six can also represent healing, it can be balanced, it can be a few other things, but those are.
• 32:12
Speaker 2: It's a personal myth for the person, and so I would be like here's the symbols, here's how it's all flowing.
• 32:18
Speaker 2: How does this shake out for you?
• 32:20
Speaker 2: And it'd be the same for the second half.
• 32:22
Speaker 2: She talked about being a child in her, as a young, as a young adult, standing in the middle of the road of my childhood home, waves of water coming to me, but there's a whale in between me and the waves a very short dream, yeah.
• 32:35
Speaker 2: So again, I would ask her what emotional happening in the childhood home was, at times, maybe overwhelming for you, or just deep right, that had a lot of emotion attached to it the giant waves of water, and how do you feel about whales.
• 32:51
Speaker 2: If she tells me I love whales, they make me feel safe, which some of my clients dream about whales all the time then I would say, okay, there's something between these really deep emotions because a whale can also be very deep emotions and what happened at the childhood home and how would it impact you as a young adult.
• 33:08
Speaker 2: And so what is it Do we need?
• 33:10
Speaker 2: Is it the whale making you safe or do we need to go deep into these emotional waters to get around it so that you feel as if you have come to terms with how it impacted you emotionally, and so that's big.
• 33:22
Speaker 2: These are two heavy hitters of the category of excuse me, emotional, psychological, yeah.
• 33:29
Speaker 2: So the last one I will do is just because it's also really neat is the last one.
• 33:37
Speaker 2: She said I had a dream that I was in Maine.
• 33:40
Speaker 2: All of a sudden a UFO came and put a dome over me.
• 33:43
Speaker 2: And my childhood was projected to me.
• 33:46
Speaker 2: I was also projected from the dream into another dream.
• 33:53
Speaker 2: Then I fell into my bed and then I was shot out of bed against my wall, and then this carnival ride appeared, but it was a rocket that launched people.
• 33:59
Speaker 2: I was worried that these people were going to die because they were being launched.
• 34:02
Speaker 2: Great, awesome dream I love her too, I have a little background on her too.
• 34:08
Speaker 1: So yeah, keep going.
• 34:16
  Speaker 2: Good.
• 34:16
Speaker 2: So, like this is, um, I would ask her a few questions, but knowing what I have here in front of me, I have a feeling that when we have the ability to astral project so easy like that as a soul because she's clearly astral projecting like two and three and four times um, then the soul feels so free in the dream that it's just natural.
• 34:30
Speaker 2: It's like some souls hit the bed and they're like I'm out for the next eight hours.
• 34:34
Speaker 2: See ya, you know I don't want.
• 34:36
Speaker 2: I want to be away from the human life for a second.
• 34:39
Speaker 2: I want to be away from the conscious chatter of this, what it means to like ride, drive this human body and I'm out so clearly.
• 34:47
Speaker 2: She's very good at that, I.
• 34:49
Speaker 2: But when we come as souls to this world, it's my understanding, through spirit communication and through other past life regression books, that we get an entire preview of the world that we're about to enter.
• 35:02
Speaker 2: And sometimes it's not the whole story, bits are left out, but we can get like a projection of of what we're about to experience and I believe that this individual has deep memories of that and the reason I'd have to ask her why UFO?
• 35:18
Speaker 2: Do you love UFOs?
• 35:19
Speaker 2: Do you research them?
• 35:20
Speaker 1: Yeah, oh good, she sees UFOs in Maine.
• 35:23
  Speaker 1: She sees them.
• 35:24
Speaker 1: She has videos of them.
• 35:25
Speaker 1: She has videos of them.
• 35:27
Speaker 2: Yeah, and so I have a feeling that it's like having a deep ability as the soul to project a national travel period.
• 35:37
Speaker 2: Clearly from this dream I'm like, babe, you can national travel, it's one of your great gifts.
• 35:40
Speaker 2: The second thing I would say is that we're having a memory, a soul memory, of people coming to this world right, of choosing these lives and of seeing them projected.
• 35:51
Speaker 2: Um, and I probably think that you know there could be a number of reasons why she sees that Um, and I probably could guess, but I won't guess today.
• 35:59
Speaker 2: Um, and I would also probably say that um it's.
• 36:03
Speaker 2: She might be really concerned about people coming in with their goals as a soul into this world and can they achieve it and who are they and what are they, what are they building towards?
• 36:13
Speaker 2: And the other thing, if she's seen ufos, then clearly this individual understands that um it's.
• 36:20
Speaker 2: You know, we, we are here having a human life, but we have existed in many other lives in many different forms and it's probably with all the astral projection abilities.
• 36:29
Speaker 2: Here it's a memory of, you know, having once spent a life in not in human form in a very different dimension.
• 36:35
  Speaker 2: So that's, that's a.
• 36:37
Speaker 2: That's actually an excellent dream about understanding astral projection as well.
• 36:43
  Speaker 2: You can.
• 36:43
Speaker 2: You know, it's very easy to do.
• 36:45
Speaker 2: So, yeah, actually really beautiful dreams.
• 36:49
Speaker 2: And the final thing that I'll say, just because it's quick, is the individual that commented on.
• 36:52
Speaker 2: You know, when I dream it's always at night.
• 36:54
Speaker 2: She says it's a bit like stranger things, but not terrifying, it's actually feel safe.
• 36:59
Speaker 2: A lot of dreaming at nighttime is, and if she's remembering it and if she feels safe in it, it's a little bit that when her soul has the ability to, like, leave the human physical vessel for eight to 10 hours a night, if you're lucky, um, that it feels safe swimming through the unconscious and subconscious waters and that it has the ability to traverse in that world with feeling very safe and going, as she literally says.
• 37:25
Speaker 2: I often go about my day and do my job as usual, and so, um, that's probably a little indication of her ability just to again the soul to travel in a different state of consciousness.
• 37:36
Speaker 2: So, yeah, I could keep going, but those are some great dreams that kind of touch upon like a few different things.
• 37:43
Speaker 1: Great stuff that's so interesting.
• 37:44
Speaker 1: And obviously I am not a dream expert, claire, but that one really stopped me in my tracks and obviously I am not a dream expert, claire, but that one really stopped me in my tracks.
• 37:50
Speaker 1: It feels like the upside down and it feels like the other side and stranger things.
• 37:54
Speaker 1: Because I was like how kind of your soul, as you're talking, I'm like how kind of that soul to be able to travel, but don't turn the light on.
• 38:01
Speaker 1: Let's let that body rest.
• 38:02
Speaker 1: Let's let that body rest.
• 38:04
Speaker 2: And let's go into cause.
• 38:06
Speaker 2: Sometimes, you know you'll get anxiety in a dream about where am I going?
• 38:09
Speaker 2: Will I be able to get back?
• 38:10
Speaker 2: Right, I'm falling and if, if the soul is, has the ability to feel very safe cause it is a very familiar place for a soul then it's going to um.
• 38:19
Speaker 2: The conscious mind will remember it when it wakes up.
• 38:22
Speaker 2: I actually remember um.
• 38:24
Speaker 2: Didn't you talk about a killer bee dream?
• 38:28
Speaker 2: I wanted to tell you about that one.
• 38:29
Speaker 2: So now that you're here, we can ask a few questions.
• 38:32
Speaker 2: Yeah, so when you were, when the killer bees were around, were you frightened of them or were you like, how did you feel towards them?
• 38:41
Speaker 1: I was terrified of them.
• 38:42
Speaker 1: I was like trying to run away, I was trying to hide, I was trying to squish them yet, but they weren't.
• 38:46
Speaker 1: They were swarming me, or at least there was a hives, a lot of them were swarming, but they weren't stinging me.
• 38:52
Speaker 1: They were just landing on me and I was like, oh, I'm going to get stung.
• 38:54
Speaker 1: I'm going to get stung, and then they never actually stung me.
• 38:57
Speaker 2: And they never actually stung you, and did you not say that you had, like a couple on your head that you concerned about?
• 39:01
Speaker 2: That is going to sting you or throw you off balance or make you like a little bit like, oh, afraid of.
• 39:15
Speaker 2: Is it going to sting me?
• 39:16
Speaker 2: Is it going to hurt?
• 39:17
Speaker 2: And when you go a little bit of level deeper with it, bees can be abundance, and bees can be like fertility and pollination.
• 39:25
Speaker 2: What they can also be, though and that's heavily dependent upon how you feel about them, but how they represent in the dream is they can be like that which stings or bites or gets at us.
• 39:36
Speaker 2: So if they go, if you remember, if you bring back in your conscious mind that they are at one point on your head and it was so aware that you remember them being there, then sometimes the symbolism then is in tune with whatever part of the body.
• 39:50
Speaker 2: So when you think about, like, especially the last two weeks as we went through, like this portal of reviewing so much in our lives, were there any kind of like thoughts the head inside of you that were on a loop, thinking that maybe were from your past, or stuff that were old habits that was maybe a little bit biting or stinging, that in the end didn't hurt you, but that you were dealing with, like some old ways of thinking it, or always thinking about it, or even like those you know old patterns.
• 40:18
Speaker 2: So that would be the question Did you notice that at all?
• 40:22
Speaker 1: Oh God, claire, when I'm in, when am I not thinking in a loop?
• 40:25
Speaker 1: Is the question, um?
• 40:26
Speaker 1: I would say it's probably related to I'm going to be honest with you and I'm honest with a lot of the people on the podcast Like is this going to work?
• 40:38
Speaker 1: Is this going to be successful?
• 40:38
Speaker 1: I'm going to be able to build with this Right and so like and I keep hearing over and over again, it's going to be fine, but then I'm like I'm so fucking terrified that I'm going to go back to corporate America and like that would be my yeah.
• 40:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, and the thing about it is is what's so decisive about this dream is that the when they came, you were afraid it was going to sting you and then it didn't.
• 40:57
Speaker 2: So like any, any thoughts you have of something biting at you and being like not going to work out are are like are just thought patterns that you have to let go of because in the end, they didn't sting you, it wasn't no panic, right.
• 41:13
Speaker 2: I know that, I know right, and this is why, at value, at first glance we can be like, okay, it was bees, it was this, it was that.
• 41:21
Speaker 2: But when we start to see the personal messaging and myth behind it, it opens up such a deep, deep, deep understanding within us.
• 41:28
Speaker 2: I've had individuals that have come through dream mentorship, where they have done dream incubation, where you put a question underneath your pillow like what is you know?
• 41:37
Speaker 2: What can I expect as an outcome surrounding X, y, Z, right, or how do I really see this?
• 41:42
  Speaker 2: Or can you?
• 41:43
Speaker 2: I've had individuals write letters to their guides please, guys, I'd like to experience a past life in my dreams.
• 41:49
Speaker 2: So I've had individuals where they've taken really difficult emotional, psychological stuff that they've been carrying around for a long time and work through three or four questions and get profound insight that they otherwise would not have gotten right, and so I understand it's moving, it's emotional and moving and healing.
• 42:09
Speaker 2: So that's why I love to incorporate it and I tell you, when you have this ability as a psychic medium, you can help people so incredibly much.
• 42:18
Speaker 2: When you learn to teach them, learn to interpret their dreams and also teach them, it's because you're working with consciousness in that matter.
• 42:31
Speaker 2: I've had individuals where I do a reading for them five days in advance and then five days before it I have a dream about them Like, oh so that was your loved one who died of lung cancer.
• 42:37
Speaker 2: Thank you, yeah, that's happened.
• 42:40
  Speaker 1: I love it.
• 42:40
Speaker 1: It's one of my favorite things.
• 42:42
Speaker 2: It's one of my absolute favorite things.
• 42:43
Speaker 2: Or even like, for clients, right, if they're in my mentorship program and I see them more like, more than just the one-to-one capacity, you know, people will rock up and they'll be like, can you know?
• 42:56
Speaker 2: Almost like, can you get the message to her?
• 42:57
Speaker 2: I know she's your student, can we come and talk?
• 42:58
Speaker 2: You know so they'll do that every now and again because, um, they it's just when you, when you open up that channel, you are in some of the deepest soul consciousness states that it's just easier for them to connect.
• 43:10
Speaker 2: So, yeah, deeply healing, right, deeply healing stuff and available to everyone.
• 43:15
Speaker 2: I loved how you said that, at the top of the hour, the metaphysical, the dream channel of intuition, is a wonderful channel for understanding that the metaphysical is available to all of us, to all of us.
• 43:27
Speaker 1: Yeah, damn, like I have nothing else to ask you, you, you, I mean, I've known you, I've seen you do this spiel a couple of times and every time it blows me away.
• 43:36
Speaker 1: Claire, like I have no doubt people were going to be knocking down your door, so how do people get in touch with you?
• 43:42
Speaker 2: So I am on the highways and byways of the old Instagrammies um, pen, underscore, falcon and I do lots of free readings over there.
• 43:51
Speaker 2: So I want to do way more lives this year.
• 43:52
Speaker 2: Maybe you and I can do.
• 43:53
Speaker 2: A Nicole who knows um would love to right Um and I um.
• 43:59
Speaker 2: So do some free readings over there.
• 44:00
Speaker 2: I do, you know.
• 44:01
  Speaker 2: Talk about work.
• 44:02
Speaker 2: I talk a lot about intuition.
• 44:03
Speaker 2: I talk a lot about dream interpretation, mediumship, readings, you name it everything psychic arts and metaphysical.
• 44:09
Speaker 2: Clairefalconcom is my website.
• 44:16
Speaker 2: I'm building there really a community space.
• 44:16
Speaker 2: I think that the metaphysical arts is changing in that direction where people want to be in communities and want to be and learn with each other about the mystical side of life.
• 44:22
Speaker 2: I think that's a big part of the teaching and learning that I love to do and I, so the best way is to come on down there Now.
• 44:31
Speaker 2: The other thing is, I'm a deep advocate of teaching and learning on so many different levels.
• 44:35
Speaker 2: I actually it's so cool that one of your readers and clients submitted the dream on Egypt.
• 44:40
Speaker 2: I'm a huge fan about teaching about ancient Egypt and the travel of the soul, so one of the best ways that people can link up with me is visit me at clarifalconcom and I have a free masterclass on intuition blueprint and how to access your intuition and I walk it through how to a quick flow framework for interpreting dreams.
• 44:59
Speaker 2: I talk a little bit about the benefits of meditation.
• 45:01
Speaker 2: I talk a little bit about the body as a physical temple and how I actually bring up ancient Egyptian paintings and talk about how they knew the story of the soul and how they knew about the metaphysical aspect.
• 45:12
Speaker 2: So it's a full hour of teaching and learning of some of my cornerstone teaching and pillars of what I do as a psychic medium.
• 45:19
Speaker 2: So that's one of the ways to connect at clarifalconcom and otherwise.
• 45:23
Speaker 2: You know, through the great work of psychic mediumship right, that I always try to communicate through my community but also on Instagram.
• 45:32
Speaker 2: So those are some of the best ways to link up and, like I said, as metaphysical arts change and I'm sure you feel this too I want to get different ways of getting that work out there this year.
• 45:42
Speaker 2: That's a big deal for me with the energy of 2025.
• 45:46
Speaker 1: I love that so much, claire.
• 45:48
Speaker 1: This was absolutely amazing.
• 45:50
Speaker 1: I will put all this info in the show notes, but I just want to thank you so much for being here and sharing this wisdom with my audience, who I know will be flocking to your Instagram especially reading that you offer.
• 46:00
Speaker 1: And, by the way, she's an astrology expert too.
• 46:03
Speaker 1: I know we didn't go too far into the weeds here, but she does a lot of astrology work on her page too.
• 46:14
  Speaker 2: So very true.
• 46:14
  Speaker 2: Thank you, nicole.
• 46:15
Speaker 2: As always, a pleasure, and thank you for you.
• 46:16
Speaker 2: I love, love, love to do this with you.
• 46:16
Speaker 2: I want to do it more, but thank you for yourself and all of the work that you bring to this world.
• 46:18
  Speaker 2: Nicole, it's beautiful.
• 46:18
  Speaker 2: You're so sweet.
• 46:20
Speaker 1: Thank you so much, Claire.
• 46:21
Speaker 1: Have a great day you too.
