- 0:13LinkedIn the description and now on with the show.
- 0:18Greetings scum and welcome to a very special episode of Flail to
- 0:21the Face. My name is Kevin, I am your
- 0:24wholemeister and I am here with Hi, I'm Thomas and I will be
- 0:28playing Dalton Walls. Ho ho ho, all you little elves
- 0:32on shelves. This is Tom Gambino and I'm
- 0:35playing Colette Stellarno. I'm Mr. Paschke and I'm playing
- 0:39Donnie. Well, time to bring in some
- 0:42holiday cheer and floral. Floral.
- 2:03So it has been yet another hard strenuous day out in the diaper
- 2:09swamps as you guys are still sifting through the muck looking
- 2:13for that cubic zirconium earring that that Princess lost ever so
- 2:17long ago. You guys have finished your day
- 2:20as you've finished many before you and probably more ahead of
- 2:23you and you were led back into your barracks to get cleaned up
- 2:29and get ready for the rest of the evening.
- 2:31You guys through all of your hard work have earned an hour of
- 2:35screen time in the TV room. As you guys are walking by you
- 2:38notice that the TV room and the surrounding area in your
- 2:42cellblock, it looks different for some reason.
- 2:44It's a festive, I guess would be the proper in term.
- 2:48There's there's certain decorations hanging up and just
- 2:52thrown about. I mean, the best you could
- 2:54possibly do on a prison trash planet.
- 2:57And as you guys are walking by, you're getting these feelings in
- 3:01in your hearts that it's it's getting to be that holiday
- 3:03season. What are some holiday memories
- 3:07that all this stuff kind of brings to mind as you guys are
- 3:10making your way to the television room?
- 3:12Being a young lad, growing my first set of pubic hair and then
- 3:15my parents showing me how to RIP it out and praise to the Mecca
- 3:18llama so that you could weave it into a Knick knack to attach to
- 3:22your your your llamas mists scarf so that everyone knows
- 3:27that that you are celebrating the holiday.
- 3:30Donnie, we've talked about internal voice.
- 3:33That was outside voice. Oh well, I'm making a scarf
- 3:37Knick knack for all y'all, I just want you to know that.
- 3:40Thank you. Because we've been working so
- 3:43well together for so long in the in the the type of fields.
- 3:46You know what? That is true.
- 3:49We, the three of us, we've been shoveling shit for 12.
- 3:54I can't even count anymore. But you guys are all right.
- 3:57And for that, you know what? I reach into my jumpsuit and for
- 4:03Donnie I pull out a small wooden llama figure.
- 4:09Make a lot praised don't so beautiful.
- 4:13Don't ask me how I got it, I had to do some.
- 4:15Trading. But here you go, this is for
- 4:17you. You should here.
- 4:21I just made you a fruit bat. Pulls out his red colored fruit
- 4:27bat that he wove himself. Oh, this is lovely.
- 4:31Thank you, Danny. I appreciate this very much.
- 4:34I'm. Going to put this on my wall and
- 4:36and. It's meant to go on your scarf
- 4:39near your face. Oh, thank you and I will.
- 4:43I made it myself. And I will, thank you very much,
- 4:46Danny. And I pat him on the shoulder
- 4:48and I put it in my breast pocket of my jumpsuit, and I turn to
- 4:54Dalton and I go. And I got something.
- 4:56For you too and I reach into my jumpsuit again.
- 5:01I I heard you like to read so I found some first editions for
- 5:05you then they are. I heard you talking about how
- 5:08you like physics and the. Quantitative shit.
- 5:12I didn't know it was good but. I had Sal.
- 5:16Wrangled him up. Here you go.
- 5:17You. Just I, I don't what I don't
- 5:23know what to say, but I, I can. And he like reaches into like
- 5:31his jumper suit and he pulls out two envelopes, one that says
- 5:35Colette and the other says Donnie on it.
- 5:38And he's like these. This is a a tradition from my
- 5:43planet and here. I take my envelope.
- 5:47Donnie take his as well. I open it.
- 5:50OK, so Colette's UC is a spreadsheet with like dot points
- 5:57and stuff, and it has a metric that is generating how many
- 6:01bowel movements you tend to have each day of the week, along with
- 6:05a rating system. And then you can see like a bell
- 6:09curve highlighting possible health issues, gauging off of
- 6:13the smell and the frequency of your bowel movements.
- 6:18You know what? As weird as this is, this is
- 6:21oddly informative. You know what?
- 6:24I'm going to bring this up at the next physical.
- 6:26I am reluctant. To say thank you.
- 6:28But I thank you. Dalton and I, I give him a hug.
- 6:33And he's like, just kind of still holding, like cradling the
- 6:36book and that awkward side hug type thing.
- 6:40And yeah, he's just like in our planet.
- 6:43It's just a way to like, show that like, you matter enough for
- 6:47us to pay attention. Well, so did my bowel movements
- 6:53are very. Are they ever present in your
- 6:55mind, or is this just part of the tradition?
- 6:58It's maybe completely honest. It's really hard to ignore it
- 7:02when you do. Noted that, we'll bring that up
- 7:05by next physical. The second YouTube part ways
- 7:08Donnie comes at you with a pubic scarf Dick neck of a celicant.
- 7:16He's like, it's a celicant, you know, I'm sure I've got on about
- 7:20the significance of the celicant beer.
- 7:24I remember. I remember to see the kid.
- 7:26Yes, you. You bring it up very, very
- 7:27often. Yes, yes, yes, yes, you do.
- 7:31He thinks and like, he kind of like takes it and at the moment
- 7:36kind of puts it as like a bookmark.
- 7:38I don't know. You're supposed to wear it.
- 7:41Oh, on your scarf. OK.
- 7:45Yeah. He's like puts it on the
- 7:47shoulder. Thanks.
- 7:50You're welcome. Opens up download looks like.
- 7:55Man, I wish I could read. Yes, you see a lot of like data
- 7:58points and. Let's data point.
- 8:02I look over at it and. Collette, as you read it, you
- 8:06could see it is a chart with the corresponding estimated length
- 8:11of the pubic hairs that he's been removing at a color
- 8:14coordination and he's trying to map out are the blonde ones tend
- 8:19to be longer or like the dark ones.
- 8:22So like corresponding and then possible like theory because
- 8:26apparently he did at least notice the weaving process, so
- 8:30he was starting to speculate about how many hairs he would
- 8:33need for different possible creatures to be made to match
- 8:38the colors and the hairs. I look at the spreadsheet like
- 8:41I'm a fucking Looney Tunes character.
- 8:43My eyes are like big and bugging out.
- 8:46There's like looking at it up and down, doing double takes.
- 8:49Then I say. I fucked up.
- 8:51Should have gotten you a fucking.
- 8:52Trimmer. So as you guys are making your
- 8:54way to the TV room, exchanging these very heartfelt and
- 8:58surprisingly informative gifts between each other, you make it
- 9:02to the room. There's a few other people that
- 9:04are kind of half assedly staring at the television and one of the
- 9:08guards is flipping through the stations and he stops at one
- 9:11that the title screen comes up as the gift.
- 9:15And as you guys are settling in, the theme music starts to play
- 9:20and the credits start to roll. The.
- 10:09So the scene opens as the three of you are working and cleaning
- 10:14up in the Tavern that you all three run, known as the
- 10:18Screaming Donkey, in the village of Shattered Stone Pass.
- 10:21Who are the three of you and what are your roles in the
- 10:25Tavern itself? So my character is Fell Band.
- 10:30He's an individual with long tangled hair.
- 10:33There's that at least one cockroach noticeable weaving
- 10:36itself and running through the strands.
- 10:39He tends to kind of kind of flemi.
- 10:43He tends to pour drinks, which is also not great because he
- 10:47tends to also be kind of careless with things.
- 10:49So it's a lot of a lot of broken glasses as he's serving towards
- 10:55people. The name's Vagal.
- 10:58I work in this Tavern as a as a gambler of sorts.
- 11:03A better. I encourage people to come in,
- 11:07drink beers, nails, eat. Fruit.
- 11:10And I play games with them. I I'm a crack of dice.
- 11:14I loved dice. I'm pretty lucky when it comes
- 11:18to dice rooms, if you know what I mean.
- 11:21You're Clert be a retired Navy man.
- 11:25He works at the door making sure people are allowed in.
- 11:29So as you guys are cleaning up for the night, it is the eve of
- 11:33the holiday season, you're shutting down early so all the
- 11:35patrons can go home to their family and celebrate.
- 11:37So, and just so that you guys can do so as well, along with
- 11:40the three of you, you also have Vagal's daughter running around
- 11:44helping to pick up stuff as well.
- 11:46What's the daughter's name? What is the daughter's name?
- 11:48Bagel. Oh, there's Ruby.
- 11:50There's a little Ruby. You all know little Ruby.
- 11:53So Ruby's out sweeping underneath the tables and
- 11:56fussing. Everything fell bands like Last
- 11:59Call and then just like we, we've gotten to the point
- 12:03because of so many broken glasses, we just have like metal
- 12:06tankards that people have been drinking out of.
- 12:08He puts an arm down and just slides it down the bar and it
- 12:11dumps all the cup cups into a bin at the end of the bar.
- 12:15Time to go. And with a grumble from the
- 12:18crowd, they finish their drinks and kind of shuffle their way
- 12:21out the door. And you guys spend the next hour
- 12:25to kind of picking up, cleaning up, getting everything set up
- 12:27for the next day when court you hear a knock at the door.
- 12:32Your Barbie closed. You should have showed up
- 12:34earlier. Do you hear no response?
- 12:37And on the other side of the door.
- 12:38Yeah, I guess they hurt me. Yeah.
- 12:39So it's glad that everyone's gone.
- 12:42You always have such a great way with people.
- 12:45I find the direct approach is best with most people.
- 12:49Yeah, it does tend to be more favorable approach.
- 12:53And Ruby. Ruby, Do you hear any metal
- 12:56clanging when you're sweeping up?
- 12:58Girl no. Papa.
- 13:00There's nobody was drunk enough to drop any more coins, eh?
- 13:03No, Papa. Good girl, Ruby, good guy.
- 13:06And I pat her head. A few minutes later, you hear
- 13:10another knock at the door, and it's a little more persistent.
- 13:14Yeah, I already said we were closed.
- 13:17And just pounding at this point, just damn near trying to beat
- 13:20the door down. If some people can't take a hit.
- 13:22Is my vicious dog reacting to this viciously?
- 13:25Your small The vicious dog is at the door barking and growling
- 13:30like mad. And then, as the dog starts
- 13:33barking and growling, the pounding on the door stops.
- 13:36I guess they got the message. Well done, Petunia.
- 13:40But as you're praising Petunia, she is still barking and
- 13:43growling at the door. She is persistent, scratching
- 13:47and clawing at the door. Well, I don't want you to mess
- 13:51up the woodwork. You little, You little.
- 13:53Rapscallion you such a cutey, such a good little.
- 13:57Is there people or something I can look out?
- 14:00Yeah, there's some people. All right, so I'll pick up
- 14:02Petunia, who's probably, I'm sure, nipping at me and growling
- 14:07and I just like trying to like gently give her little kisses on
- 14:10her face because that's what every dog owner does of.
- 14:13Course. And I will in one hand hold her,
- 14:17and the other hand kind of lift up the people and kind of peer
- 14:20through. As you're looking out through
- 14:22the people, you see the snow starting to collect, but through
- 14:26the the edge of the people you see at the corner of a box.
- 14:30The box say did anyone order a package?
- 14:33No. Not me mate.
- 14:35Well, there's one out here I ain't heard of 1.
- 14:37What is that? Why are you looking at it?
- 14:40Go bring it. In it's just because I may I I
- 14:44work the door, doesn't mean I have to bring people in.
- 14:47I just. Look it undoes the latch and
- 14:51starts to like open the door if. I were you, I would just keep in
- 14:55mind the ones who may prevent people from stealing.
- 14:58And it's not the guy behind the bar, it's the guy at the door
- 15:01who doesn't let him leave unless.
- 15:03Opens door slowly. Won't be that new delivery
- 15:06service imagine. As you open the door, you see on
- 15:11the step there a long rectangular box wrapped up in a
- 15:15bow with a little card on top of it that says Ruby.
- 15:19Oh, it's got a card on it that says Ruby.
- 15:23I walk over to it and how long is this box?
- 15:25Roughly 3 foot by about 8 inches square 3.
- 15:30Foot. Inches.
- 15:32So long. Long about, you know, maybe 8
- 15:35inches tall, 8 inches wide, 3 foot cross, 3 foot.
- 15:38Ruby, someone got you a baseball bat.
- 15:41Now wait, wait. It's too short to be a harpoon.
- 15:45Who is it from? Who's it from me.
- 15:47And I look at the card and I try to see who it's from.
- 15:50You will see that it is from a woman that is familiar to all
- 15:54three of you, a woman that you all three have had a relation
- 15:58with at one point or another. It is Ruby's mom, Prugal.
- 16:02I take the card of. Prugal is.
- 16:07It. From Alma what's it the what's
- 16:12she want on a statement? What's it?
- 16:14How did the? Basketball.
- 16:17Sweetie, sweetie, this is me. Whatever's in that box, it's
- 16:21from your mom. Mama.
- 16:23No, no, no, no, no. We've talked about this.
- 16:26What have I? What have I told you about your
- 16:28mother? She's a lovely lady.
- 16:29That is not what I said. That's what I heard.
- 16:31No, that's what I said that is. The exact opposite of what I
- 16:34said. What's from Mama?
- 16:36I was like Clert and I had a pretty good evening.
- 16:39I cover Ruby's eyes and I flip off both of you.
- 16:44As you're distracted by by flipping off the other two Ruby
- 16:49Dukes around you and goes and grab the box and brings the box
- 16:52in. Ruby.
- 16:55And as she's tearing apart the box, she opens it up and she has
- 16:58a very confused look on her face.
- 17:01What is it, sweetie? She kind of tilts the box
- 17:03towards the three of you and it appears to be a flail.
- 17:08You're never too young to have your first flail.
- 17:11But I don't understand. And as Ruby goes to pick up the
- 17:16flail to hold it, you see something happen to her.
- 17:20All the color starts to drain from her skin and her eyes start
- 17:24to gloss over. As they're glossing over.
- 17:27They're starting to have a reddish pink glow and she goes
- 17:32from being confused to smiling as she starts to start swinging
- 17:39the flail around. Great day.
- 17:41Sure, every day of you, guy. OK, sweetie.
- 17:46And as she says that, she catches eye of Petunia and
- 17:51starts to make a mad dash to Petunia.
- 17:54Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa there. Sweetie.
- 17:58I try to get in the middle of her.
- 18:01I'm going to try to tackle this kid.
- 18:03Don't you tackle my dog? Your daughter's attacking my
- 18:06dog. I think the priorities are in
- 18:08place. I'm trying to wielding stop it.
- 18:13Help me stop that. As you guys are having this
- 18:15conversation, oh, no, I'm acting.
- 18:17I'm, I'm. Yeah.
- 18:18No, I'm, I'm. I'm actively getting in front of
- 18:21Ruby. OK.
- 18:22Both of you guys make agility tests?
- 18:23Oh shit well I am lucky I will 2 dose. -3 on agility.
- 18:29And I wait. Let me see what's mine, I think.
- 18:31I got a 14. I have a 0 to agility that's a
- 18:3715. OK, so as you guys go to grab a
- 18:42Ruby, she feels different. She feels hot to the touch.
- 18:48She is burning up. She is flamed right now.
- 18:51She's so hot and she's. Got the fever?
- 18:54She's writhing and wriggling and has still got her eyes focused
- 18:58on Petunia, and as Petunia catches wind of the fact that
- 19:02they're being chased, Petunia makes a mad dash out the door.
- 19:05No, my precious little doggy, I follow Petunia I.
- 19:10Keep holding on to Ruby. Run.
- 19:12Run Petunia. Save yourself.
- 19:14I just keep holding on to Ruby. I'm like.
- 19:15Sweetie out, out, sweetie, out, out, out, out.
- 19:18You're kind of burning, but it's OK.
- 19:20That's OK. Daddy's here.
- 19:22Out, out, out. And she is just relentlessly
- 19:26trying to break free as you guys are holding her.
- 19:29The heat just raiding off her is is almost unbearable.
- 19:35Wow. Court As you go outside, you see
- 19:38Petunia make a mad dash for the middle of the street.
- 19:43As Petunia is crossing the street you do notice that there
- 19:46is a gang of what appears to be 5 other children running down
- 19:52the street chasing your neighbor Missus Throckmorton with flails
- 19:57swinging them madly and she is not making very good progress.
- 20:04As they cross in front of you. They end up catching up with
- 20:08Missus Throckmorton and they pummel her to a bloody mess with
- 20:13these and as she drops laying there bleeding in the street.
- 20:18They run off down the street. Children of the Flails park
- 20:24here. The Flails.
- 20:25OK, Felben and Vagal, go ahead, make a strength check DR14 to
- 20:30keep hold of our sweet, sweet Ruby.
- 20:33That's a note. Definitely wait, wait, wait.
- 20:36Strength. Strength.
- 20:38Yes, that's a 16. OK, so as she's writing in your
- 20:42hands and the heat just rating off her, she slips from your
- 20:47grass there, Felvin. But Vagel, you still have a firm
- 20:50hold on her. Sweetie, I told you.
- 20:53I told you not to drink all that vim cow.
- 20:55It's full of sugar. And she is just.
- 20:58Let me go. Let me go.
- 21:00Now. You listen here, young lady.
- 21:01I did not raise such a violent, quite tepid daughter.
- 21:07How old is Burns? A lot.
- 21:09Don't like it? Go ahead and make another
- 21:11strength check DR14 to keep hold right?
- 21:15The heat is just intense. Nope, don't make it.
- 21:21Wait. Yeah, no, don't make.
- 21:22It OK, so as she's still writhing around, the heat has
- 21:26become so unfairable that you just end up letting her go and
- 21:30she makes a mad dash, bursting between the two of you out the
- 21:33front door, running past court aimlessly down the street.
- 21:38I immediately run after her. Ruby, Ruby, love, Daddy's
- 21:42coming. I'm going to drop a map of our
- 21:46fair city, the Shattered Stone Pass, in the discord chat.
- 21:49Oh. My God this is fucking bananas,
- 21:52boys. Yeah, look at that.
- 21:55So along with where you guys are centrally located in the town,
- 22:01there is all your ex's house Krugal down to the southeast.
- 22:06There is the guardhouse, which is basically the law enforcement
- 22:10agency up in the northeast. And then there's also Lord
- 22:15Torgan's matter. He's basically the the ruling
- 22:17faction. Vassal.
- 22:19The vassal of the village, yes. As you guys get outside, as
- 22:23court has already seen, there is just troves of children running
- 22:28back and forth, chasing adults with flails, catching some of
- 22:33them, catching each other. They're recklessly swinging
- 22:36these things and causing a mass of chaos and disorder in the
- 22:42town. Outside I find I like, I find
- 22:46court and I'm just seeing what he's seeing and I just go to him
- 22:49and. Like what the bloody fuck is
- 22:52this? Yeah, I, I, I've heard stories.
- 22:56We've never seen anything like this myself.
- 22:59I It's a real Hatch Berry cuckoos, Children of the Corn
- 23:03kind of scenario. I only understood some of those
- 23:06words, but I get what you're saying.
- 23:08So as you guys are standing here in pure utter shock and and Bill
- 23:14Wilderman was exactly as going on.
- 23:15I immediately flashed back like. Wait, what am I thinking?
- 23:18I I grabbed. Ruby.
- 23:20Did you see Ruby? Which I Ruby go?
- 23:22I I've seen things tonight like that we.
- 23:26Points over at the woman laying motionless in the street.
- 23:30I look. Down and like.
- 23:31Oh my God, it's just me. Strong.
- 23:34Bloody hell. Sorry, I wasn't paying attention
- 23:37to where Ruby went and what happened.
- 23:39Your case is as good as mine mate.
- 23:42I come on thinking caps guys. Think about it, kid with flail.
- 23:48Yeah. Attack Dog.
- 23:50But why? Why do?
- 23:52They remember. Remember that time I said that?
- 23:54This is like, you know, Children of the Corn scenario.
- 23:57Yes, that was. Literally 3.
- 23:59Minutes ago. Yeah, more like 3 seconds, but
- 24:01we'll move. On SO, time escapes me at the
- 24:03moment. Kids went, grabbed flails,
- 24:08chased Mrs. Stockport and then they they, they laid her out in
- 24:11the street. Wait, wait, wait, wait flails.
- 24:14All of them matching flails like they were given out.
- 24:17This like the must have holiday Christmas item that you can get
- 24:21at your local store. Get it now for 1995.
- 24:25Buy one for Yorkshire loved ones and children.
- 24:29This is a paid advertisement for the flails processing industry.
- 24:33Anyways, sorry that was I don't know what came over there.
- 24:37Good product. Placement.
- 24:38But anyway. But lads, we have quite a
- 24:42mystery on our hands Who, whoever gave much sweet precious
- 24:45fruit that flail gave flails to all the other kids in the town.
- 24:49Well, according to the Tagamus, her mother, her mother, who
- 24:51cares very deeply about buying the child what she wants this
- 24:55year for the holiday. Like a flail that.
- 24:58Cold hearted witch. She's the one that did this.
- 25:02I I immediately start walking, stomping towards Perugal's
- 25:07house. I'll lean towards clerk if we're
- 25:10going to see Perugal again. You think we'll she'll let us do
- 25:13what we did the last time? Not a fucking word.
- 25:17I get the top this time, not the bottom.
- 25:19Shut your bloody pie hose or I'll shut them for you.
- 25:23And as you guys are making your way towards Perugal's house and
- 25:26walking by the bleeding, dying body of your good neighbor, Mrs.
- 25:31Throckmorton. She looks that bitch, hands
- 25:34reaching for some sort of semblance of help.
- 25:36No time, Mommy, we got to go. It's just like this would be a
- 25:40great time for a break. Like an advertisement, break a
- 25:44break to let you know about flails available at your local
- 25:46supermarket. Come one, come all, join us as
- 26:05we dive into the dying world of More Ford and the Bored
- 26:09Universe. Whispers of the Dying Lands is a
- 26:12podcast with 1 mission to spread the word of Mecker Bell as third
- 26:17party content creators share the prophecies of Viru.
- 26:22Hi, your host Oloskos teams up with everyone's favorite scum,
- 26:26Iron Tusk Tevin. From Flail to the Face, you sit
- 26:30down with content creators to help promote and try to give
- 26:33maximum exposure and efforts to support their crowdfunding
- 26:37campaigns. And now back to the show.
- 26:51So you guys are standing out in front of the screaming donkey
- 26:55Misses Throckmorton. Your lovely neighbor is bleeding
- 26:58in the street and there are just groups of children swinging
- 27:03these big monstrous bloodied flails chasing after random
- 27:07villagers. You guys have decided that
- 27:09you're going to go to see all of your ex-wife, Krugal.
- 27:13Yes. I imagine that clutter and fell
- 27:17Ben they're they're not ex husbands approval.
- 27:20We just happen to have a very fun weekend at Cancun together.
- 27:24You know yeah I I I don't mean to assume anybody's marital
- 27:27status with the with the good Miss Pruegel but you guys are
- 27:31actually just standing outside. Are you planning on arming
- 27:34yourselves or are you guys just going to go gung ho?
- 27:38What is What's the thought process as you guys are seeing
- 27:40all this massacre in the? Streets.
- 27:44Montage. It's Montage Guy, Yeah.
- 27:46I'm going to grab my backpack with my crossbow.
- 27:49And I have my crossbow. And then I have a large heavy
- 27:51silver crucifix. I have my crossbow, I have my
- 27:56scale armor on, and I have my Lantern.
- 28:00I grab a knife, that's really all I my character she gave me
- 28:05for a weapon is a fucking knife. 00.
- 28:10They're only kids, so. That's true.
- 28:14To them, it might be a dagger. Perfect.
- 28:17OK. So you guys have armed yourself,
- 28:19you guys are standing in the streets seeing all these groups
- 28:22of children chasing villagers around, and you have a few
- 28:24choices to get over to Frugal's house.
- 28:26You could take the main streets, you could take like the back
- 28:29streets, or you could take like some alleyways, just depending
- 28:32on which route you want to go to get there.
- 28:34Oh guys, I'm going to say we go ahead and do the backstreets.
- 28:38It's what Prugal like. We are I believe that to be the
- 28:43the case as. Rainbow shutters, but ultimately
- 28:46agrees. OK, as you guys make your way
- 28:49through the back streets as Frugal so likes you, round a
- 28:53corner and you see one of the town's guard dragging his
- 28:57shattered leg behind him as he's running away from a child that's
- 29:02mercilessly swinging this flail at him and gaining ground.
- 29:06So his leg is broken. His leg is broken and he's just
- 29:08dragging behind him as he's trying to get away from the
- 29:11child. But it's the town's guard.
- 29:13It is one of the town's guard, yes.
- 29:14And the kid is distracted. The kid is distracted a cat
- 29:17motherfucker. Sorry, sorry about your luck and
- 29:19I'm just going to keep going to improve I.
- 29:21I I follow suit. I'm just focused on just getting
- 29:24to prove it right. Through this backstreet, you're
- 29:26basically going to have to pass the child and all we have is the
- 29:30town's guard as you guys are passing by.
- 29:33The child doesn't pay seem to pay you any money, no?
- 29:38I. All right, I just kidding.
- 29:39As we as we were getting close, if if the kid doesn't realize
- 29:43it, I'm going to go throw a rock in the vicinity of that guard to
- 29:46see if the kid will notice it. OK, As you throw the rock, the
- 29:50child doesn't seem to pay it any mind and finally catches up with
- 29:54the town's guard and takes out the other leg, dropping the
- 29:57guard to the ground, and begins to mercilessly pummel this guard
- 30:02to death with this flail. You know, all of this violence
- 30:05might not be a bad thing. It could be a blessing in
- 30:08disguise. Here.
- 30:09I need to check out that that flail.
- 30:12I Shank the child. Okay, go ahead and make an
- 30:15attack roll. That's a 19 to shame.
- 30:18Fucking God. Okay, so you have shanked this
- 30:23child. You just went really dark
- 30:25around, didn't you? Go ahead and roll damage.
- 30:29I believe that's AD 4, yes. My old friend.
- 30:33I did 3 damage. OK, so as you go and stab into
- 30:37this child and twist and twist, it goes in deep, real deep into
- 30:42the side. But as it gets to a certain
- 30:45point, the child pulls away and you see just blood pouring out
- 30:49of this child's chest. This poor boy is just bleeding
- 30:53and bleeding, but somehow they're still up.
- 30:55Roll Initiative. Do I stole my advantage for for
- 30:58an oh wait, no initiative? Yeah, you are all initiative.
- 31:01You do the the no. Because initiative is the six.
- 31:03Yeah. My abilities I'll do the
- 31:06initiative 5. That's you guys Child has
- 31:10focused on court. The one that just stabbed them
- 31:13as they were mercilessly pummeling this.
- 31:15Guard and I stabbed that child again in the eye.
- 31:18OK, make an attack. We'll make a sailor out of you.
- 31:21Yet the ball. Would kill it first.
- 31:24Another 19 shit. Fantastic.
- 31:27All right. I would say roll damage, but you
- 31:28can't possibly not kill this poor child.
- 31:31Please tell me how you do this. I I once learned this when I was
- 31:35sailing off the shore. And that's the sound it makes
- 31:39when it goes into the child's brain and probably the last
- 31:42thing that he hears. Perfect.
- 31:44And as you stab this child in the eye, the child drops to the
- 31:47ground, flail still clutched in its.
- 31:49Merry Christmas. All right.
- 31:51I would like to investigate the. Flail, you are one stone cold
- 31:55motherfucker. OK, as you look at the flail in
- 31:57the child's hand, you see that the hands on this flail seem to
- 32:01be melted to the handle of this flail.
- 32:04Like it's like welded. Oh.
- 32:06But like, you know how hot that Ruby was?
- 32:09Oh, so the skin just melted like it was hot steel into the as it
- 32:13grips the flail. Yeah, like it's gripped so much
- 32:16that the hand in the flesh is melted to the the handle of the
- 32:20flail. OK, so it didn't like grow into
- 32:23the flail. It's just burned into place,
- 32:26Correct. Yeah, I'd not be using that.
- 32:28I loot the guard. OK on the guard itself he is got
- 32:32a short sword D6 damage. I will.
- 32:35I will yoink that. OK, and as you guys are looting
- 32:39this body, you hear behind you the sounds of more swinging and
- 32:45bludgeoning and children laughing as they are
- 32:49slaughtering the villagers. I think it's time for us to get
- 32:52moving. I'm also a little worried that
- 32:55Ruby's hand is going to. Start looking like that.
- 32:59Oh, it's like my hands. Do you think she'll play piano
- 33:03again? Do you think she'll play Vienna
- 33:05again? I don't.
- 33:07Think she ever actually learned? You're just wasting your money
- 33:09on the lessons. She was good, she got the chords
- 33:13right. She wasn't good.
- 33:15She wasn't. She was Chopin.
- 33:17And I keep walking. Toward Brutal's house.
- 33:20All right, Mr. Gambino, go ahead and roll me AD 8.
- 33:22AD 8. Oh.
- 33:24Yes, please. You're going to use.
- 33:25My little metal bag. Oh, fancy.
- 33:29That's a 5. All right.
- 33:31As you guys are making your way down this backstreet, you start
- 33:34to round a corner. You see a group of 10 kids that
- 33:38are busting out the glass in the corner store, and they're
- 33:42grabbing just huge glass jars of candy.
- 33:46And how they're doing it with these flails in their hands, I
- 33:49don't know. I didn't think about that
- 33:51logistically until I said it just now.
- 33:53It was my immediate question, yeah.
- 33:55They are bashing the the glass jars of candy and dumping their
- 34:00heads into the pile of candy and glass and trying to devour as
- 34:04much candy as possible. How much glass is stuck to their
- 34:07face? Kevin will do have glass of
- 34:08face. So much glass stuck to their
- 34:12face, as it turns out, But there's about 10 kids, flails in
- 34:15hand, face full of candy and glass.
- 34:17They don't notice us. At the moment they have not
- 34:19noticed you yet. And we have to walk past them in
- 34:22order to proceed. Yes, well guys, I'd rather not
- 34:27have to stab and maim additional kids, so if we could try to
- 34:30sneak past this, this would be great.
- 34:33Why I didn't have a problem with it?
- 34:34I just look at. Side eye squinting next year
- 34:37the. Hell is wrong with you mate.
- 34:39Look, they're all glued to be maims for the rest of their
- 34:42lives. So anything I did that little
- 34:44lot of favor. I'm just going to sneak over.
- 34:46Yeah, we're going to just sneak agility tests for everybody
- 34:50that's sneaking DR10. Oh, that's 14.
- 34:58Perfect. So as you guys are making your
- 35:00way past this group of children, they are more than preoccupied
- 35:04with cramming their face full of glass and candy.
- 35:07Glass, candy, rock candy, candy and glass.
- 35:10But. And they pay you no mind.
- 35:11But even still in the background, you still hear the
- 35:14sounds of the whole town being ravaged by flail wielding
- 35:18children. But as you're progressing down
- 35:21the backstreet, Mr. Pashley, go ahead and roll me AD8D8.
- 35:25Was here. Get them away other days 6.
- 35:29OK, so after making it down this long stretch, you finally get to
- 35:35the perimeter of Kruegel's house.
- 35:37And as you're getting to the perimeter, you do notice that
- 35:40there are a group of four children taking their flails the
- 35:45butt in and trying to bash in the door.
- 35:48And you hear distant screaming inside of the house.
- 35:51I encourage the children. Good, good.
- 35:55Smash that house. Kill that bitch's kneecaps.
- 36:00Don't we want to get some answers 1st?
- 36:01Oh. Wait, what?
- 36:02Wasn't it your decision to come here?
- 36:05You. You.
- 36:05We are following you. Finally guessing to me dancers
- 36:10and. I just mumble.
- 36:13Does this mean we get to kill more children?
- 36:15That is not the goal. What is wrong with you man?
- 36:19As you say that, you feel something rush against your leg
- 36:22court and you see zooming past you Petunia making a mad dash
- 36:29for the children that are beating down the front, yipping
- 36:33and howling and just I thought a dog possessed.
- 36:37I I would follow this dog into battle like I did many times in
- 36:42my days in the military on the sea.
- 36:45Yes, I go, I follow, but you all here is.
- 36:48Yar, we must go kill these kids. I look at Felbin and I go.
- 36:53When did we become friends with this guy and.
- 36:56I'm kind of wondering, like, are we the bad guys now?
- 36:59I mean, you don't want to. The kids aren't possessed by
- 37:02evil and they're all horribly made, never fully recover.
- 37:04If anything, we're doing them a favor.
- 37:06It's outside them. Kill or be.
- 37:07Killed. They're still children, right?
- 37:10He's just yelling from a distance.
- 37:12It's really like you're you're impressed with the fact that
- 37:16he's still replying to what you have to say.
- 37:17It's. Not a good luck capacity to tell
- 37:20him no. I just knock an arrow in my
- 37:23crossbow and I'm just like, oh, I really didn't want to do this.
- 37:29OK, go ahead and roll for your attack.
- 37:31Oh, I all right. I aim at one of the kids.
- 37:37There you go. That doesn't feel good to say.
- 37:40Holy fuck I roll double ones my crossbow explodes.
- 37:49Twice. Oh God.
- 37:51So as you knock the bolt in the crossbow, actually you tell me
- 37:57how this fun. By some divine intervention, God
- 38:01heard me out of the words. I guess I'm going to have to
- 38:03kill a kid and my crossbow explodes like the as soon as I
- 38:12pull it back the tension just breaks and the butt of it.
- 38:16Hits me square. In the face and breaks my nose.
- 38:19OK, take a point of damage. And I'm at 5.
- 38:24As your crossbow explodes in your hand, the three of you
- 38:29noticed that the beating of the flail butts against the doors
- 38:33have stopped, and these four children have got their focus on
- 38:38the three of you completely, and they start to charge.
- 38:43Somebody please roll emission. I'll do.
- 38:45It yeah, nobody trust me. 5. Nice.
- 38:50That is you guys. I used my newly acquired short
- 38:54sword to murder a child. Yes.
- 38:59Short. Swords also available at
- 39:01retailers that sell flames. Buy a short.
- 39:05Sword today. So yeah, whatever child comes up
- 39:07at me first just, you know, straight shot to the head
- 39:10fantastic that's. Do I have any omens?
- 39:14I have two omens. I would like to use up one of my
- 39:16omens. I will allow it.
- 39:18All right get out of here too. I rolled A1 with my omen.
- 39:23Before then I had a 2. Go ahead and roll me.
- 39:26AD 21 will be the sword breaks 2 will be the sword is loosed from
- 39:32your hand. I have a knife.
- 39:34OK, so tell me how you lose your sword.
- 39:39Well. You see, this town was poorly
- 39:41funded by its local Lord, Tugger Trigger McGee.
- 39:47Tugger McGee. So, you know, just real cheap
- 39:50metal basically went to swing it.
- 39:53The peen on the pommel of the sword just wasn't really even
- 39:57barely peed on there. So like the inertia of me, like
- 40:00bringing the sword out just launched it over the head of the
- 40:04kid. And just stuck into the wall of
- 40:07the the house. That sounds about right.
- 40:11OK, with that being said, who's next?
- 40:13I guess I'll go, this'll be fun. Can I find like a rock or
- 40:17something? Oh absolutely.
- 40:19You can find any Rock You want to throw at.
- 40:21These I pick up the biggest rock in Pruegel's yard, and I'm going
- 40:26to use that as a bludgeon for this kid coming at me.
- 40:29Absolutely, I would love for you to roll this.
- 40:33This, this doesn't feel good, but we're going to do it.
- 40:38I do not do it. OK, please explain what happens
- 40:43exactly. So I pick up a rock and I like,
- 40:46I threaten the kid like. Stay back.
- 40:48I'm going to bring you with this.
- 40:49I swear to go to bring you. And the kid keeps charging
- 40:52towards me manically swinging it's flail and I just try to
- 40:57overhead like smash the rock against it but I go why and I
- 41:02misjudge like the height of the child's head in comparison to my
- 41:06swing and I miss him completely. OK, Thomas Feldon.
- 41:10Yeah, I'm really having like, this crisis of, you know, I got
- 41:15to punch his kids through. So, like, he has this crossbow
- 41:19and he's going to try to like, just basically maim 1.
- 41:22He wants to just like, arrow to the knee.
- 41:25I can't chase after him. OK, Perfect.
- 41:29And IT presents. That is a 15.
- 41:33All right, You shot an arrow into the child's knee.
- 41:37What is the damage? That Crossbone was AD 80 Max.
- 41:42Please roll that. Damage.
- 41:43Roll that 8. Roll that 8.
- 41:45That's a 7. Yes.
- 41:46All right, I'm going to aim for the knee.
- 41:48Oh, that's the head. Thomas, please tell me how you
- 41:54killed this child. So basically is he lines up this
- 42:00shot and he's like really intent.
- 42:02I'm trying to take arrow to the knee.
- 42:04And that last instant before he pulled the trigger, he like
- 42:07closed his eye because he was just like, I, I can't believe
- 42:10I'm doing this. And the shot actually goes up a
- 42:13little bit and hits like that artery in the upper leg and
- 42:18causing the kid to just fall unconscious.
- 42:20And lead out there. Child drops.
- 42:24I am a terrible person. Stop smiling.
- 42:27Stop smiling. Yeah, I'd be proud of you, boy.
- 42:32You're finally becoming a man unlike that child will never be.
- 42:37What is wrong with you dear? Fucking God, man.
- 42:41That being said, these three flail wielding children are
- 42:44coming at the three of you. Everybody please make an agility
- 42:47test in defense. That's 17.
- 42:52Okay, that's 16 -, 3 that is a negative.
- 42:57Wait, actually, if it's Agility, it's 18.
- 43:01Yeah, no. I forgot to add it's a dirty 20.
- 43:05Fantastic. I just got a 16.
- 43:07OK so the ones that are swinging at Klort and Vogel, they are
- 43:13still trying to get their balance down as they're swinging
- 43:16it. The one coming after Felbin
- 43:19basically runs over the one that was shot by Felbin using them as
- 43:26a jumping point and swings whole hog at Felbin.
- 43:31Please roll AD 8 for damage. That's a three, three points of
- 43:35damage I'm going to spend in home and to try and reduce that.
- 43:38I would love it if you did. You know you have two hit
- 43:41points. That's a four.
- 43:44Oh shit. So, Selvin, these children that
- 43:49you know that their innocence is still there as this flail comes
- 43:53swinging at you, Please tell me how this child takes you out.
- 43:56Oh. My God.
- 43:58No, I prevented the damage. Oh, you did?
- 44:00OK, Disregard that whole thing. OK, so the child swings at you,
- 44:04it trips over the arrow that was lodged in the other one's knee
- 44:07and misses completely. Disregard the fact that you
- 44:10died. OK, Somebody roll initiative.
- 44:12Oh. They'll do it.
- 44:13Shit, that's a term. That is them.
- 44:15OK, so again, these children still whipping these flails
- 44:19around, coming at the three of you in no particular order.
- 44:23Everybody make an agility test to defend.
- 44:27I got a 12. I got an 18. 13 All right,
- 44:31they're still trying to balance themselves, trying to wield
- 44:35these things you guys are narrowly avoiding as they are
- 44:37missing your guys is attacked. Do we recognize these kids or
- 44:41are we like? These are just some rando kids
- 44:43from the village. Okay.
- 44:46But you do see, just like you saw with Ruby, that all the
- 44:49color has been drained from their skin.
- 44:51Their eyes have kind of glossed over and have a bit of a pink,
- 44:55pinkish red glow to it. I'm getting out of this.
- 44:59I am going to try and climb like the side of Pruegel's house to
- 45:03try to get to like an upper, like to the rooftop or like a
- 45:06second story window or whatever, trying to get away from these
- 45:09monsters. OK, Yeah, there's like a little
- 45:11shack that's connected to Pruegel's house that you can get
- 45:14on top of if you make an agility test.
- 45:18Really good agility. I don't know, this seems like
- 45:20the right thing to do. That's a three.
- 45:22That is a three. So as you're making your way
- 45:24past, you catch some loose dirt, you make it to the shed, but you
- 45:27don't just. Crash through the front.
- 45:29Of the shed rest. Of you guys.
- 45:33Is there anything in the shed? Thomas is in the shed.
- 45:35Now Thomas is in the. Shed.
- 45:36I'm in the shed now, Belvin. All right, who's next?
- 45:40I'm kind of hoping to see if I can find like an axe.
- 45:42In the shed. I guess I will try to.
- 45:47What's the word I'm looking for? I would like to.
- 45:54On Judge. Alive via slitting of the
- 46:01throat. A child.
- 46:07OK, we are all going to be on a watch list because of this
- 46:09episode, did you know that? What?
- 46:12Why would we be on a a watch list?
- 46:15Because I just went up from behind a child that like missed
- 46:19his swing out of Mace and I tried to just, you know, grab
- 46:24his head and, and just pull my knife along his his.
- 46:27Throat. Slowly.
- 46:32Did you make the attack? I think it was the 13.
- 46:37That is a solid hit. Go ahead and roll your damage.
- 46:40All right, back to the stupid knife.
- 46:44Couldn't have a sword anymore. And you're short stuck in the
- 46:47house. Yeah, that's only one damage.
- 46:51All right, so as you. Know the child killing time for
- 46:55Mr. Patchkey to be. The child lives.
- 47:00Yeah, as you go to slice the child, it does nick the neck and
- 47:04blood does start to trickle, but it doesn't seem to be slowing
- 47:08down the child. Voggle I.
- 47:10Would you try to unlodge the sword from the side of Frugal's
- 47:14house? OK, go and make a strength
- 47:16chest. Actually make an agility test to
- 47:20get past these kids first. I'm gonna do that.
- 47:25Watch me do that. That's a 15.
- 47:29All right, now go and make a strength check as you zip past
- 47:32these children to pull the sword out of the wall. 14 Perfect.
- 47:39So you have successfully pulled the sword out of the wall.
- 47:42And as you do, the front door opens and you see the town guard
- 47:47leader, Sergeant Haversham, comes out with the sword and
- 47:51he's kind of wrestling with his pants as he's coming out the
- 47:54door. What the, what, what is going
- 47:56on? What is what is going on out
- 47:57here? So you've been spending time
- 47:59with approval too. You guys know approval?
- 48:01Yeah, I believe you were just warming her up.
- 48:04I mean, she's never mind. Never mind what?
- 48:06What the fuck is going on out here?
- 48:08Oh, you know, it's just a normal Tuesday killing kids.
- 48:14Claude what Claude don't understand.
- 48:17We don't know what's going on either.
- 48:18These kids just got they got that armor flails and you're
- 48:21just killing people. That's.
- 48:23Fucking you know how insane that sounds, right?
- 48:25Yes, but look. Bloody look.
- 48:28Roll initiative. Who's?
- 48:30Doing it, Sure. You got to die.
- 48:32You got a four. That is you guys.
- 48:34So there's two children that haven't even been hit and then
- 48:37there's one that's got a small nick on them and they are still
- 48:39in proximity of you guys. I take the one child that I
- 48:42nicked, I rotate him towards the the town's guard and you know.
- 48:47Show him what you. Got.
- 48:48I kind of give him a little nudge at the at the captain of
- 48:51the guard. OK.
- 48:53See what this does is it proves our point that the children are
- 48:56vicious and attacking. So I'm hoping the kid will just
- 48:59go attack the guard, therefore making him join our side of the
- 49:04fight. OK.
- 49:05And to further assist with Cloret's efforts, I will say.
- 49:10Look, look, does that kid look normal?
- 49:12He's got no color in his skin and his eyes are pink.
- 49:15And he's trying to attack you. More importantly, he's trying to
- 49:20kill us. Exactly, did you?
- 49:22Hear the banging outside the door.
- 49:23Yeah, I just thought it was Pruegel's 1030.
- 49:29That's me. If, if if this were.
- 49:33Any other day of the week, right, I would gut you like a
- 49:36fish, but for now we have more pressing matters to deal with.
- 49:39All right, so Mr. Patchkey is trying to weaponize the
- 49:43possessed child against the down guard.
- 49:46I'm. Just nudging it along the path
- 49:49it wants to go on. You know what?
- 49:53The child runs towards the guard.
- 49:55See. It's nature, it's course.
- 50:01All right, what would Thomas or Mr. Gambino like to do?
- 50:05Well. I'm going to let that card that
- 50:08Clark pushed towards the guard have Adam.
- 50:11And I think what matters to me is going inside the house and
- 50:16find proval, because proval to my notch is the source of if
- 50:19it's if she was the source of Ruby's flail, then she must know
- 50:23something about all the other ones.
- 50:24OK, so as you end to the house, you see Pruegel getting herself
- 50:27situated, but you could tell that she's just frantic, just
- 50:30tears running from her eyes and she's she looks terrified.
- 50:34I point my sword at her, and I go.
- 50:37You to me, bitch, What'd you do to our daughter?
- 50:40I don't know what you're talking about.
- 50:42Don't. Well, you centered that stupid
- 50:44flail in the bloody box and I. Didn't send anybody a flail.
- 50:48Why would I send somebody a flail?
- 50:49It's sex on the card. I court, you fucking idiot.
- 50:52You know I can't write. I'm vagal.
- 50:55Oh, so sorry. You know I can't write.
- 50:59You all look alike. It's Clark out there.
- 51:01I am here for my 11:00. I'm here for the 11:30.
- 51:08Did you bring a friend? I'm still here.
- 51:11Vagal just pinches the spot of his nose between his eyes.
- 51:17That being said, Feldman, what are you doing that you were
- 51:21still outside with a few of the Yeah, no, I was going to try and
- 51:24follow suit with going into the house because I don't want to
- 51:29fight these kids if I have to. He's off the clock.
- 51:31You enter the room as well, you see.
- 51:34Oh, hey, Pruegel. Hi, Felben.
- 51:35So little early. Keep it in your pants.
- 51:39Keep it in your pants. What Pruegel?
- 51:41You don't know anything about the flails.
- 51:43I have no idea about the flails. All I see is his children
- 51:46running around with flails. That's why I've been hiding with
- 51:49Sergeant Haversham. He's been in there protecting
- 51:51me. Hiding Wink.
- 51:53Wink, wink. Wink wink, wink, blink.
- 51:58Hi, Clark. Oh fucking damn it.
- 52:00As she's seeing this, you see Sergeant Haversham standing in
- 52:03the doorway, a bit confused about this whole conversation.
- 52:07As he's standing there you hear the sound of heavy spiked metal
- 52:13contact with flesh and skull as the back of his head caves in
- 52:17and he drops to the ground. Oh, too bad, so sad.
- 52:19One of the children that you guys were fighting, standing
- 52:22over him. OK, I loot the body.
- 52:25He's going to get his sword now. Sure.
- 52:28As you approach the body, the child that was standing there
- 52:31stops what it's doing, turns around and walks into the yard
- 52:37of a Pruegel's house. Oh like it like it like stops
- 52:40the child stops attacking all together and just like turns
- 52:43around and fuck off. All together.
- 52:45Oh wow, the town guard had a short sword as well and roll
- 52:492D6. 2 and A5. OK, and seven silver in a small
- 52:53pouch. Clor.
- 52:54As you are looting the body of Sergeant Haversham, you notice
- 52:58that not only is the child that just murdered him as walking
- 53:01into the yard, but more children are starting to collect in the
- 53:05yard. In Pruegel's yard.
- 53:07In Pruegel's yard, there's 10, there's 25, there's 40.
- 53:11All these children are just standing in the yard facing
- 53:15Pruegel's house. I just raised my sword back up
- 53:17at her and I'm just like. Bullshit.
- 53:19What? This isn't me, I swear.
- 53:21And as she says that, you see that the group of children
- 53:24parked, and you see a teenage boy that you all recognize as
- 53:29Lord Torgan walking from the crowd and standing in front of
- 53:33them. Same drained color from his
- 53:35skin, same reddish pink glow in his eyes, and he just stands
- 53:39there laughing. Does he have a flail in his
- 53:41hands? He does not have a flail in his
- 53:43hands. Isn't it amazing?
- 53:46Have you ever seen anything so beautiful?
- 53:48He's so glorious, isn't? It lovely.
- 53:50What have you done, you little twat?
- 53:53Well, obviously I've taken care of the adult problem in this
- 53:56town. Now I can do what I want.
- 53:59I can do exactly what I want. Do I want this farm?
- 54:02Of course I can have this farm. This is mine.
- 54:04There's no one to tell me no. That store.
- 54:06I can have all the candy I want. This is mine.
- 54:09This is all mine. Fully mine.
- 54:11Everything. Everything.
- 54:12You, you ever stop to think to yourself there, boy, that you
- 54:16were the Lord of the of the entire town?
- 54:19Maybe it was already all yours. And as he says that, a few of
- 54:26the children are nudging Lord Torgens parents, beaten and
- 54:30bloodied, and bringing them to his feet, making them kneel
- 54:34down. See Mother, see Father, see if I
- 54:37can do anything I want now. But none of you can tell me
- 54:41anything. Hey Chloe, it looks like you've
- 54:42got competition for one fucked up motherfucker of the night.
- 54:45Or maybe I was just right the whole time.
- 54:48You're always right, we are. Shut.
- 54:51Guarantee. Oh, oh, sorry.
- 54:55As Lord Torksen is staring at his parents, beaten and
- 54:59bloodied, a loud bang crashes and echoes through the town.
- 55:04Thunderous shakes every wall around Kruegel's house shakes
- 55:08harder than the 10:30 and the 11:45, but together.
- 55:11God. Damn it.
- 55:13The air is starting to fill with the smell of thick ozone and
- 55:18it's starting to heavily snow just dumping down all around
- 55:23everybody. Wolfer.
- 55:24Ash. It's it's snow.
- 55:25Oh, it's regular, but it is just it went from just being a light
- 55:29doesn't choose just a heavy thick snow.
- 55:32What the fuck it is? Oh, it takes.
- 55:34As that crash shakes and rattles everything, it basically knocks
- 55:38everybody on their ass, including Lord Torx, and you
- 55:40guys are kind of shifted off of your balance.
- 55:45Oh fuck. As the snow and every and the
- 55:48dust starts to settle, a large dark hairy creature begins to
- 55:52stand from the pile. Huge goat like horns, large
- 55:57pointed tongue, sharp black fangs and he's standing right
- 56:00there in front of Lord Torxen. You see Torxen's eyes just open
- 56:05wide with fear as the creatures is walking towards him.
- 56:09Oh. Oh, my.
- 56:10Who? You want to know?
- 56:11No. No.
- 56:12What's What can possibly. You can't.
- 56:13You can't do this. You can't do this.
- 56:15I have my army of children. I can take you out.
- 56:17I can take care. Anybody else?
- 56:18Anybody else? As he's saying this, you see
- 56:21that as he's pleading and begging for his life, he is
- 56:23basically just standing in an ever expanding puddle of your
- 56:27coating the snow around him. Without even saying a word, this
- 56:31creature grabs Torx in by the throat and stuffs him into a
- 56:36huge burlap sack. In one swift motion, he takes
- 56:41the sack, beats it against the ground three times, and then
- 56:45springs off into the air and out of sight.
- 56:48Is that Uncle Ricky? Uncle Ricky, he's not supposed
- 56:51to be here until next week. What?
- 56:53You said you weren't going to see him anymore.
- 56:56Well. He's my uncle.
- 56:59That makes things a little awkward for me.
- 57:01As the snow and everything starts to settle, you see the
- 57:05children get their color back into their skin.
- 57:08Their eyes fade from that reddish pink glow and their
- 57:12hands let go of all the flails dropping to the ground around
- 57:15them, their hands still scorched and burnt.
- 57:18Names for life called. Do I see Ruby amongst the
- 57:22children? Yes.
- 57:24Ruby. Ohh, Ruby sweetie.
- 57:26And I run toward her, and I scoop her up.
- 57:31Oh, sweet baby. Ruby.
- 57:35Oh, it's OK. It's OK.
- 57:36We'll get some aloe Vera on baby.
- 57:38It's OK, sweetie, it's OK. Felpen's gonna lean over to
- 57:44court. Guess we won't have to listen to
- 57:46the piano anymore. Yeah, all she could do is play
- 57:49chopsticks. They'll probably be about the
- 57:53same really, when you think about it.
- 57:55And as you guys are saying this, you see the children still
- 57:58confused, kind of walking around with their hands just burnt and
- 58:01maimed. They started to disperse and you
- 58:04see Ruby staring into Voggle's eyes, just looking at him and
- 58:09saying do. These look infected.
- 58:12Well, yeah, they do look a bit infected.
- 58:14Now if you excuse me Ruby, I've got to talk to approval about a
- 58:17possible 1230. I got to say, I'm not sure what
- 59:00the point of that show was. The point is, they reunite at
- 59:03the end of 1230. The point?
- 59:05Is don't trust children, they will only grow up to hurt you I.
- 59:11Mean yeah, that was a given, but I thought everyone knew that.
- 59:14Well, it's it's, it's bears repeating and reiterated.
- 59:19When you really look deep down to the subtext that the story
- 59:23tells, it is about the group overcoming that what the, the
- 59:28forces that oppose them and the evil that will come for us all.
- 59:32The only thing you can do is band together and forgive one
- 59:35another, much as the 12:30 appointment shows that Frugal
- 59:40will reunite with her month's love and soon Ruby will have a
- 59:44sibling. As Donnie talks, Colette sort of
- 59:48flashes back to Christmases at her home, back when she married
- 59:51her first husband, not Sal Guy named Vinny.
- 59:55And she flashes back to Christmas at their house, and
- 1:00:01fresh under the tree, she hears the stomping of her son.
- 1:00:05Coming down the stairs and excitedly opening a present and
- 1:00:10he rips it open and she remembers her son Gaetano.
- 1:00:14Look at her and go mom. You got it.
- 1:00:16How did you? Know how did you know what I.
- 1:00:18Wanted and she kneels down in front of him and goes sweetie.
- 1:00:23I always know what you want. And then I flashback to the TV
- 1:00:27room. Beautiful.
- 1:00:29Well, happy holidays everybody. Happy.
