- 0:09Speaker 1: Come and say to me, sir, sir, we're winning too much, sir.
- 0:14Speaker 1: We can't take it anymore.
- 0:16Speaker 2: We have to.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Stop winning, sir. We can't do it. We're not used
- 0:19Speaker 1: to winning in our country. And each one of them
- 0:23Speaker 1: is going to say every single one, sir, please, please.
- 0:27Speaker 3: You're destroying our country.
- 0:29Speaker 1: We're winning too much. Our country isn't prepared for this.
- 0:34Speaker 4: We're just going to keep on winning. I love that
- 0:36Speaker 4: clip last night, you guys. President Trump announced Dan Bongino
- 0:41Speaker 4: will be America's new deputy FBI director. And right off
- 0:47Speaker 4: the bat, I want to just clear the air. You
- 0:49Speaker 4: guys know we are going to keep running things here
- 0:52Speaker 4: at the Bongino Network. My show, Bongino Report Early Edition,
- 0:56Speaker 4: will continue at the same time, 9 a.m. Eastern, five
- 1:00Speaker 4: days a week. This is a separate show from Dan,
- 1:02Speaker 4: so we're going to keep operating. Haley Caronia, her new show,
- 1:07Speaker 4: Bongina Report Evening Edition, will be launching really soon, 6 p.m.
- 1:11Speaker 4: Eastern time, five days a week. That'll be happening really fast,
- 1:15Speaker 4: coming up on us. And we have even bigger announcements
- 1:18Speaker 4: to come, so just stay tuned. A lot of you
- 1:21Speaker 4: guys want to know, will Dan still have a show today?
- 1:24Speaker 4: The answer is yes. Today, until I believe March 16th,
- 1:28Speaker 4: Dan will be 14th. I'm sorry. Dan will be running
- 1:32Speaker 4: his podcast and radio show, and then he will be
- 1:35Speaker 4: stepping away and into his new role at the FBI.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Things are going to be changing a lot. We're going
- 1:42Speaker 4: to have a lot more details, like I said, in
- 1:44Speaker 4: the coming days, but it is all good news. This
- 1:47Speaker 4: is good, good news. I'm not going to lie and
- 1:50Speaker 4: say that operating without Dan at this Bongino Network isn't
- 1:53Speaker 4: going to be hard. It's going to be hard. It's
- 1:55Speaker 4: going to be hard for Dan as well. Without getting
- 1:57Speaker 4: into too many details, you guys have to understand that
- 2:00Speaker 4: This is a huge, huge sacrifice for Dan, for Paula,
- 2:06Speaker 4: for his daughters. But he said to us when he
- 2:09Speaker 4: told the team last week, he said, you know, I
- 2:11Speaker 4: preach a lot on this show. I say things and
- 2:15Speaker 4: I tell people what we should do and how we
- 2:16Speaker 4: should be as a country. And I have to be
- 2:19Speaker 4: willing to actually practice what I preach. You know, Dan
- 2:22Speaker 4: tells people to donate to the Trump campaign. Well, that's
- 2:24Speaker 4: because Dan donated to the Trump campaign himself. Dan isn't
- 2:27Speaker 4: just here for the talk. He sincerely is doing this
- 2:32Speaker 4: in service to his country. And that's what his podcast
- 2:35Speaker 4: is about as well, right? It's a service to this country.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Dan was doing the Dan Bongino show, his podcast for
- 2:42Speaker 4: years without a single sponsor. The guy made no money
- 2:46Speaker 4: doing it. He just did it. This is why he's
- 2:49Speaker 4: willing to step away from this empire that he's built
- 2:53Speaker 4: for just a time, again, to make virtually no money
- 2:57Speaker 4: for this country. He is doing it for this country.
- 3:01Speaker 4: And that's why he was a police officer and a
- 3:03Speaker 4: Secret Service agent. This man's life has been dedicated to service.
- 3:09Speaker 4: So when he got the call from President Trump and
- 3:11Speaker 4: Kash Patel, he acted not on what would be easiest,
- 3:15Speaker 4: the most convenient, the most lucrative, but what would be
- 3:18Speaker 4: the best for this country. Because he loves this country.
- 3:24Speaker 4: This is a man who would die. for this country
- 3:27Speaker 4: if he had to. That was literally his job, to
- 3:29Speaker 4: take a bullet for the president. And he was willing
- 3:31Speaker 4: to do that for Obama, of all people. If you're
- 3:33Speaker 4: a listener of this show, you know Dan Bongino was
- 3:36Speaker 4: not the greatest fan of Obama, but he was willing
- 3:38Speaker 4: to take a bullet for that man because his life
- 3:41Speaker 4: has been dedicated to service and to sacrifice. And is
- 3:44Speaker 4: anyone surprised that he'd make this sacrifice now? This is
- 3:48Speaker 4: Dan's view on life in a nutshell. This is where
- 3:52Speaker 4: he comes from with everything. Take a listen.
- 3:55Speaker 5: What is your.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Program for staying happy? You know, I'm not a happy guy. No,
- 4:06Speaker 1: I'm not. I love my wife a lot. I talk
- 4:09Speaker 1: about her all the time in the show. I'm kind
- 4:11Speaker 1: of a semi-celebrity just from my show and her crazy
- 4:14Speaker 1: date night stories. You ever read the book The Natural?
- 4:20Speaker 1: Not the movie. The movie's good. The book, the Malamud
- 4:23Speaker 1: book and There's a line where Roy Hobbs' girlfriend says
- 4:27Speaker 1: to Roy, you know, that we all live two lives,
- 4:31Speaker 1: the one we learn from and the one we live
- 4:32Speaker 1: after that. That's a great line, but it's the second
- 4:35Speaker 1: part she says that really matters. She says the real
- 4:37Speaker 1: path to happiness is through suffering. And she's right. Now,
- 4:43Speaker 1: there's a lot of like biochemical reasons beyond the scope
- 4:45Speaker 1: of this conversation that I won't bore you with about
- 4:48Speaker 1: dopamine and all this other crap. But God gave you
- 4:50Speaker 1: a really intricate happiness reward system. But the only way
- 4:55Speaker 1: to access it so that it feels good, that really
- 4:59Speaker 1: feels good, that it's deep, not liberal happiness, coke, blow, crack, drinking, heroin, whatever.
- 5:06Speaker 1: I'm talking about true happiness where you feel you can
- 5:10Speaker 1: die one day satisfied. Make no mistake and listen to
- 5:15Speaker 1: what I'm telling you. This is the best advice you're
- 5:16Speaker 1: ever going to get. Not because it came from me,
- 5:18Speaker 1: because someone gave it to me and it was genius.
- 5:21Speaker 1: It's only through suffering. So people ask me like, I
- 5:24Speaker 1: joke about this cold plunge thing I have, which sucks
- 5:27Speaker 1: in the morning, like nothing you've ever seen. You ever
- 5:29Speaker 1: jump in 40 degree water at six in the morning,
- 5:32Speaker 1: every morning, and just sit there and freeze? You know
- 5:35Speaker 1: why I do it? Anyone have any idea? Because it sucks,
- 5:39Speaker 1: that's why. That's why I do it, because it sucks. No,
- 5:43Speaker 1: I'm serious. Yeah, there's cold shock proteins and all this stuff.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Your brain is intricately wired by the intelligent creators to
- 5:53Speaker 1: have to earn every ounce of happiness. My wife and
- 5:57Speaker 1: I have a date night on Friday night. That's the
- 6:00Speaker 1: one night a week me and her let loose. And
- 6:02Speaker 1: you know what? I earn that. I'm up every morning
- 6:05Speaker 1: working out, jumping in the damn cold plunge. I'm 50
- 6:09Speaker 1: years old. I'm falling apart. I'm sitting there squatting, deadlifting, sweating.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I'm done with my show. I'm up from six. I
- 6:16Speaker 1: bang out work from what? 10 to 3 p.m. Right
- 6:20Speaker 1: back to show prep the next day. Right in the sauna.
- 6:23Speaker 1: My wife comes. She doesn't do the cold punch. She
- 6:25Speaker 1: hates it. She'll do this. I sit in 190 degrees
- 6:28Speaker 1: for 30 minutes. Why do I sit in it? Because
- 6:32Speaker 1: it sucks. That's why.
- 6:35Speaker 4: This is going to suck. This is going to be hard.
- 6:39Speaker 4: But anything worth doing is hard. The reward requires work.
- 6:45Speaker 4: It is going to suck. But suffering, and this suffering
- 6:49Speaker 4: in particular, is not for nothing. You know, when I
- 6:53Speaker 4: started out this podcast, I didn't know anything about podcasting.
- 6:58Speaker 4: It's really kind of weird to talk to a, I mean,
- 7:01Speaker 4: I'm talking to all of you, but really in reality,
- 7:03Speaker 4: I'm talking to a camera and it's odd to get
- 7:06Speaker 4: used to. And Dan is the master of it all.
- 7:08Speaker 4: And I had no idea what I was doing. Dan
- 7:11Speaker 4: had just seen a few of my Fox hits and
- 7:12Speaker 4: he said, you know, I think she's got some raw talent.
- 7:15Speaker 4: And he took a chance on me. And Dan has
- 7:18Speaker 4: had a million times more confidence in me than I've
- 7:20Speaker 4: had in myself. But that encouragement, the risk-taking, the never-ending optimism,
- 7:26Speaker 4: the work ethic that he modeled, that has made this show,
- 7:30Speaker 4: I think, blossom and grow. And I'm so happy that
- 7:33Speaker 4: all of you are here listening with me. I have
- 7:35Speaker 4: learned so much about podcasting, but also about life from Dan.
- 7:40Speaker 4: And I know that a lot of you are really
- 7:42Speaker 4: disappointed to see him go for a time. Dan is
- 7:45Speaker 4: a part of your routines. He's your news guy, but
- 7:48Speaker 4: also he's kind of like your friend. Maybe he's your
- 7:51Speaker 4: life coach. You probably have a kind of relationship with him,
- 7:55Speaker 4: tuning in every day, listening, laughing, joking, but getting deep
- 7:59Speaker 4: and serious too. He's been part of your lives. He's
- 8:02Speaker 4: been part of my everyday life and Michael's everyday life.
- 8:06Speaker 4: None of this is going to feel the same without Dan,
- 8:08Speaker 4: but I hope that many of you will take a chance.
- 8:11Speaker 4: on Haley, on myself. This network isn't going anywhere. We're
- 8:15Speaker 4: going to continue delivering excellent content for all of you.
- 8:18Speaker 4: We're going to keep grinding. That's what the Banchino Network
- 8:20Speaker 4: is all about. That's what this team does. And when
- 8:23Speaker 4: Dan comes back, we'll be that much stronger. And it's
- 8:27Speaker 4: not going to be forever. Think about it like a
- 8:30Speaker 4: military deployment, right? He's going out. He's got a completed mission.
- 8:33Speaker 4: It's going to take some blood, sweat, and tears, but
- 8:35Speaker 4: he's coming back home. This isn't forever. He's doing this
- 8:37Speaker 4: for America, for our country, for all of us. The
- 8:41Speaker 4: FBI is a fully corrupted organization. I mean, how often
- 8:43Speaker 4: are Dan and I talking about this? It feels like
- 8:45Speaker 4: every day talking about how bad the FBI has become.
- 8:49Speaker 4: This group has targeted half the country. I wouldn't be
- 8:52Speaker 4: surprised if Dan himself was on a list. Dan's been
- 8:55Speaker 4: one of the FBI's greatest critics, arguably the most prominent
- 8:59Speaker 4: critic in the entire country. And now he's number two
- 9:02Speaker 4: with the agency. So you better believe that radical, radical
- 9:06Speaker 4: change is coming. The political persecution is over, the weaponization
- 9:11Speaker 4: done for. But not only that, the agency is going
- 9:13Speaker 4: to finally start doing what it's supposed to do, which
- 9:16Speaker 4: is rooting out the network of illegal migrant gangs operating
- 9:19Speaker 4: across this country. Homicides, robberies, human trafficking, child sex abuse,
- 9:25Speaker 4: investigating the Trump assassination attempts. We know nothing about them
- 9:29Speaker 4: so far. Still, we know nothing. And what we do know,
- 9:32Speaker 4: really sketchy, really concerning, makes you wonder, makes you wonder
- 9:39Speaker 4: So the FBI is in charge of investigating those assassination attempts,
- 9:42Speaker 4: and you better believe that Dan Bongino is going to
- 9:44Speaker 4: get to the bottom of both of them. The FBI
- 9:47Speaker 4: is going back to its mission. I'm 100% certain of this.
- 9:52Speaker 4: I also asked Dan this question point blank when he
- 9:54Speaker 4: announced it to all of us. I said, because I
- 9:57Speaker 4: had to hear it for myself, you guys. I know
- 9:59Speaker 4: what the answers but I had to hear it for myself.
- 10:01Speaker 4: I asked him, are you committed to radical disclosure? Dan
- 10:05Speaker 4: is committed to transparency with the American people. He told
- 10:08Speaker 4: me that. This is what Trump promised, and this is
- 10:10Speaker 4: what Dan and Cash are going to deliver to us
- 10:13Speaker 4: on all these issues, Epstein, 9-11, MLK, JFK, all of it.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Could any of us have dreamed of a better team
- 10:21Speaker 4: to take on the FBI? I mean, Kash Patel and
- 10:23Speaker 4: Dan Bongino, it couldn't be more perfect. So I know
- 10:27Speaker 4: this is a really bittersweet moment for the Bongino army.
- 10:32Speaker 4: I know it is for me and for Michael and
- 10:34Speaker 4: for Guy and Justin. It's going to be difficult. It's
- 10:37Speaker 4: really bittersweet, but this is also a time to celebrate.
- 10:39Speaker 4: This is incredible news for America. The work, the suck,
- 10:44Speaker 4: it has just begun, but I think the reward is
- 10:46Speaker 4: going to be massive. Let's take a quick break. I
- 10:49Speaker 4: heard somebody just comment, his sacrifice is our sacrifice. And,
- 10:53Speaker 4: you know, I know that maybe that sounds a little
- 10:54Speaker 4: bit dramatic, but I do think it's true. You know,
- 10:56Speaker 4: Dan Bongino is a part of our lives. He's a
- 10:59Speaker 4: part of our daily routines. It's going to suck. It's
- 11:01Speaker 4: going to be hard, but he's coming back. We just
- 11:04Speaker 4: have to get through this, like I said, deployment. And
- 11:07Speaker 4: it's going to be so much better and stronger here
- 11:11Speaker 4: at this company, but also for America. I'm so optimistic
- 11:15Speaker 4: about this change. And I'm really proud to call Dan
- 11:18Speaker 4: a colleague, a boss, a friend. It's really inspiring. Let's
- 11:24Speaker 4: get to some headlines. Who remembers the horrible earthquake in
- 11:27Speaker 4: Haiti back in 2010? It was just devastating. If you
- 11:31Speaker 4: read Clinton Cash, you'll recall the amount of corruption around
- 11:35Speaker 4: the aid raised to allegedly help the Haitians. The New
- 11:38Speaker 4: York Post just came out with an excellent piece about
- 11:42Speaker 4: USAID and its NGO partners like the Red Cross and
- 11:44Speaker 4: the way that they botched this entire relief effort. I
- 11:48Speaker 4: think a lot of us knew we had heard about
- 11:49Speaker 4: it in the headlines, like the aid wasn't getting to
- 11:51Speaker 4: the Haitians, but we weren't really putting the blame on
- 11:54Speaker 4: USAID in the way that we are now because we
- 11:57Speaker 4: have so much more information. $ 4. 4 billion was sent to
- 12:02Speaker 4: Haiti after the earthquake and less than 2% of that
- 12:05Speaker 4: reached Haitians. 56% reportedly lined the pockets of DC firms.
- 12:12Speaker 4: The Red Cross raised $ 500 million and they built six houses.
- 12:20Speaker 6: Six.
- 12:22Speaker 4: And what happens is that the money from donations and
- 12:25Speaker 4: our tax dollars, they pass through these layers of connected
- 12:28Speaker 4: subcontracts as well as administrative overhead. So by the time
- 12:32Speaker 4: the money reaches the people in need, there isn't much left.
- 12:36Speaker 4: But then there's also corruption and there's fraud and all
- 12:39Speaker 4: the opaqueness of USAID and its partners allows for that
- 12:44Speaker 4: to thrive, allows for the corruption to happen. And there's
- 12:49Speaker 4: been decades of USAID operating with virtually no oversight. They
- 12:54Speaker 4: skim funds. They don't follow through. Do you guys remember
- 12:58Speaker 4: when Michael Jackson put together that song with all the
- 13:00Speaker 4: celebrities in the 80s?
- 13:02Speaker 7: We are the world.
- 13:04Speaker 4: We are the children. Let's play that, Michael. you go
- 13:13Speaker 4: back and watch that video at the very beginning, you'll
- 13:16Speaker 4: see Michael Jackson. He's so impressed, unimpressed with Lionel Richie's
- 13:21Speaker 4: vocal performance. You just look at him, you can see
- 13:23Speaker 4: he's just like, watch the video, you'll see what I mean.
- 13:27Speaker 4: But the point is that you have USAID, which was
- 13:31Speaker 4: heavily involved in the Ethiopian famine relief efforts during the mid-1980s,
- 13:35Speaker 4: which included the aid efforts tied to We Are the
- 13:38Speaker 4: World and USA for Africa. And it was likely all
- 13:43Speaker 4: foreign aid operations, completely marred by mismanagement, inefficiencies, political entanglements, corruption.
- 13:49Speaker 4: It was a disaster. It was a failure. Same goes
- 13:52Speaker 4: for when Justin Bieber and all those other celebrities decided
- 13:55Speaker 4: to remake We Are The World for Haiti in 2010.
- 13:57Speaker 8: There comes a time when we heed a certain call
- 14:04Speaker 8: When the world must come together as.
- 14:08Speaker 4: One Justin Bieber is very cute in that. He's very,
- 14:11Speaker 4: he's cute. He's little, his voice is so sweet. Overall though,
- 14:14Speaker 4: that video, that song, that remake was not as good
- 14:17Speaker 4: as the 1985 version. I will say it was like
- 14:20Speaker 4: all auto-tuned and bad. And I don't know, 2010's music,
- 14:24Speaker 4: not as good as 1985. Either way though, 2010 and 1985,
- 14:29Speaker 4: USAID and the entire government has gotten away with acting
- 14:33Speaker 4: like All their foreign aid is Cindy Lauper and Lionel
- 14:36Speaker 4: Richie and Justin Bieber serenading us with, we are the
- 14:38Speaker 4: world and it feels good and we're helping people. That's
- 14:41Speaker 4: what it's supposed to feel that way. That's what it's
- 14:43Speaker 4: been billed to us as. But USAID isn't about helping people.
- 14:47Speaker 4: It's about statecraft. They've lied to us about their true
- 14:51Speaker 4: intentions and goals. It's about influencing foreign governments. Really, I
- 14:55Speaker 4: think it's about corruption and embezzlement and a lot of
- 14:57Speaker 4: other things. USAID has... a budget that is roughly triple
- 15:03Speaker 4: the official size of the CIA. It's a left-wing slush fund.
- 15:06Speaker 4: It was meant to combat communism during the Cold War, which, fine,
- 15:10Speaker 4: that's an okay goal. But since then, it's become a
- 15:12Speaker 4: vehicle for fraud and left-wing, frankly, demonic political activism. And
- 15:20Speaker 4: those aren't American values. Those aren't American ideals. I'm cool
- 15:22Speaker 4: with exporting American culture abroad, but it has to be
- 15:24Speaker 4: authentic American culture. Transgender operas and atheism in Nepal... are
- 15:29Speaker 4: not American ideals and values. We are the children. No,
- 15:34Speaker 4: we are financially responsible now. That's what we are. You know,
- 15:38Speaker 4: a big reason we have trouble properly exporting culture is
- 15:41Speaker 4: because the cultural movers and shakers, Hollywood, the music industry, fashion,
- 15:47Speaker 4: has been overrun by cultural Marxists. Their priorities are poisonous.
- 15:53Speaker 4: Here was actress, producer, writer, director, comedian, Natasha Leovan. at
- 16:00Speaker 4: the Spirit Awards over the weekend on what concerns her
- 16:03Speaker 4: the most about the Trump admin.
- 16:05Speaker 6: Like when I think of the kids or like the
- 16:07Speaker 6: 12-year-old girl that can't get an abortion or something or,
- 16:11Speaker 6: you know, that's what really like rips me apart that I, so,
- 16:16Speaker 6: but you know.
- 16:18Speaker 4: Really, Natasha? That's what rips you apart? The 12-year-old girl
- 16:22Speaker 4: who can't get an abortion? Chat. How do 12-year-old girls
- 16:25Speaker 4: get pregnant? How do they get pregnant?
- 16:28Speaker 5: Abuse.
- 16:28Speaker 4: Abuse. Sexual abuse. And this is the liberal brain rot
- 16:32Speaker 4: that is abortion activism. Abortion only re-victimizes abuse victims, especially
- 16:38Speaker 4: if you're a 12-year-old girl. And why is it Natasha's
- 16:41Speaker 4: main concern that a 12-year-old was sexually abused? And they're
- 16:45Speaker 4: constantly preaching like this all the time at all of
- 16:49Speaker 4: their award shows, at every single interview. They just can't
- 16:52Speaker 4: stop with the Trump derangement. But it's not just Trump derangement.
- 16:55Speaker 4: It almost feels like a contempt. And frankly, it is
- 16:57Speaker 4: a contempt. For the people who are supposed to be
- 17:00Speaker 4: consuming the media that they're creating. A hatred of the
- 17:05Speaker 4: way this country voted. And here's what I'll say about
- 17:08Speaker 4: art and artists. They've lost their way. And it's been
- 17:11Speaker 4: that way for a long time. This isn't a new phenomenon.
- 17:14Speaker 4: This is not like, oh, really recently art and artists
- 17:18Speaker 4: have started to become really poisonous and bad at their jobs.
- 17:22Speaker 4: Ever since Friedrich Nietzsche declared God is dead, The modern
- 17:26Speaker 4: world has had no central, transcendent, moral, or existential anchor.
- 17:31Speaker 4: We don't know why we're here. Life feels meaningless, and art,
- 17:34Speaker 4: which is supposed to imbue meaning, suddenly became meaningless too.
- 17:39Speaker 4: There was a time, probably in the early to mid-20th century,
- 17:42Speaker 4: where art was articulating this existential despair, chaos, nihilism, as
- 17:47Speaker 4: global totalitarianism materialized in the most horrifying ways. I'm talking
- 17:53Speaker 4: two world wars. civilizational suicide of the West. But now
- 17:58Speaker 4: we're not even trying to articulate the existential crisis we're in.
- 18:02Speaker 4: Now you just have bananas duct taped to walls and
- 18:04Speaker 4: art galleries and selling for millions of dollars. That's not art.
- 18:08Speaker 4: That's not an existential crisis. You're not articulating anything about
- 18:11Speaker 4: the culture that we're in.
- 18:12Speaker 5: Nothing.
- 18:13Speaker 4: That is art. By the way, if you're looking, I'm
- 18:14Speaker 4: just showing some Renaissance paintings right now. That's art. Art
- 18:20Speaker 4: right now is fragmented and confused without a philosophical framework
- 18:24Speaker 4: to work off of, and instead of informing and guiding,
- 18:26Speaker 4: it confuses. In the case of mainstream media, it's become
- 18:30Speaker 4: straight-up propaganda. Nothing is inspired. I'm talking movies, TV shows.
- 18:36Speaker 4: Here's how you know they're transfixed on propaganda. This was
- 18:40Speaker 4: Jane Fonda at the Screen Actors Guild's awards last night.
- 18:44Speaker 3: Make no mistake, empathy is not weak or woke. And
- 18:47Speaker 3: by the way, woke just means you give a damn
- 18:49Speaker 3: about other people. Have any of you ever watched a
- 18:54Speaker 3: documentary of one of the great social movements, like apartheid
- 18:59Speaker 3: or our civil rights movement or Stonewall, and asked yourself,
- 19:05Speaker 3: would you have been brave enough to walk the bridge?
- 19:09Speaker 3: Would you have been able to take the hoses and
- 19:11Speaker 3: the batons and the dogs? We don't have to wonder
- 19:17Speaker 3: anymore because we are in our documentary moment.
- 19:22Speaker 1: This is it.
- 19:24Speaker 4: And it's not a rehearsal. Our documentary moment, apartheid and
- 19:30Speaker 4: civil rights, really?
- 19:32Speaker 3: Really, guys?
- 19:33Speaker 4: It's so self-important to me. They just view themselves as
- 19:36Speaker 4: just the center of the universe. You can tell every
- 19:39Speaker 4: time they open their mouths. And they view their role
- 19:41Speaker 4: in the country as the political police of the nation.
- 19:45Speaker 4: They are the ones who can define our value system
- 19:48Speaker 4: and we have to follow it to a T. And
- 19:49Speaker 4: if we don't, if we dare vote for a candidate
- 19:52Speaker 4: that they don't pre-approve of, well, they're going to make
- 19:55Speaker 4: a documentary about it. They're going to, they're going to
- 19:57Speaker 4: make a bunch of movies and TV shows and music
- 20:00Speaker 4: decrying the culture that's not following their ethos in the,
- 20:05Speaker 4: the elite circles of Hollywood and music industry. Hunter Schaefer,
- 20:11Speaker 4: probably don't know her, but she's a very famous, him, sorry, him.
- 20:15Speaker 4: He is a very, see, this is how they confuse you. Him,
- 20:19Speaker 4: Hunter Schaefer, is a very famous Gen Z transgender identifying man.
- 20:25Speaker 4: And he just said this about Trump's passport rules, which
- 20:30Speaker 4: have been updated to require your government issued passport or
- 20:33Speaker 4: any ID to reflect biological reality. So here's what he
- 20:36Speaker 4: had to say. After finding out his passport says M
- 20:39Speaker 4: for mail now.
- 20:42Speaker 2: And I guess I'm just sort of scared of the
- 20:47Speaker 2: way this stuff like slowly gets implemented. You know, because
- 20:57Speaker 2: things just sort of like start happening. I think as
- 21:01Speaker 2: we've seen in like historical rises of fascism and this,
- 21:07Speaker 2: sort of, you know, everything that this new administration kind
- 21:12Speaker 2: of represents.
- 21:15Speaker 5: Right.
- 21:15Speaker 4: This new administration represents fascism. That's the message. More Trump
- 21:19Speaker 4: is Hitler. More fear-mongering. And this man was made a
- 21:23Speaker 4: celebrity by Hollywood for a reason. He's not some incredible actor.
- 21:27Speaker 4: I watched Euphoria. Not that great. His identity is a
- 21:31Speaker 4: political message that they want to amplify in Hollywood. That
- 21:37Speaker 4: is the purpose. That's why he's in the position he's in.
- 21:40Speaker 4: He's not a talent. That's not it. And what makes
- 21:44Speaker 4: Trump so special is that he understands what he's up against.
- 21:47Speaker 4: It's not just Joy Reid, whose show, by the way,
- 21:49Speaker 4: was just canceled. He's up against an entire vapid, entrenched,
- 21:53Speaker 4: and poisoned cultural landscape that's beyond just the corporate media,
- 21:57Speaker 4: but everything. All the movers and shakers in culture. And
- 22:02Speaker 4: this is why he appointed him. Sylvester Stallone, Mel Gibson,
- 22:06Speaker 4: and John Voight as his ambassadors to Hollywood. Now, it's
- 22:09Speaker 4: still unclear exactly what the ambassadors to Hollywood are going
- 22:12Speaker 4: to do, but whatever it is, this is very on-brand
- 22:15Speaker 4: for President Trump. The stories we tell shape our reality.
- 22:22Speaker 4: Stories are real. They matter. They answer the questions of
- 22:25Speaker 4: who we are. I think if Trump's ambassadors stand a chance,
- 22:30Speaker 4: they need to be Christian, It needs to be an
- 22:33Speaker 4: essential component of how we imbue meaning back into culture
- 22:38Speaker 4: and Hollywood and music and everything. But what I know
- 22:41Speaker 4: for sure is that Trump is taking this issue seriously.
- 22:44Speaker 4: More seriously than any Republican alive has taken the culture.
- 22:49Speaker 4: I think for decades, Republicans have not cared about sincerely
- 22:53Speaker 4: addressing the culture. They didn't get it. They didn't think
- 22:57Speaker 4: it was important. I don't know what it was. President
- 23:00Speaker 4: Reagan was known as the great communicator, thanks to his
- 23:03Speaker 4: acting experience and his stage presence. But President Trump took
- 23:06Speaker 4: it to a new level. He's enabled a team of
- 23:09Speaker 4: communicators that surpasses Reagan's efforts. You're going to see a
- 23:14Speaker 4: lot of criticisms of Dan, just like you saw from
- 23:18Speaker 4: Pete and from my dad, as well as the entire
- 23:21Speaker 4: Trump admin. Questions about their past roles. How are they
- 23:24Speaker 4: relevant to the current ones that they hold? Trump's not
- 23:27Speaker 4: making picks like that. not going to pick somebody because
- 23:30Speaker 4: of how long they've been in the bureaucracy. That's frankly
- 23:33Speaker 4: not the experience he wants. Not this time around. He's
- 23:37Speaker 4: looking for competence, loyalty, and communication skills. Carolyn Leavitt, Tom Holman,
- 23:47Speaker 4: my dad, Pete Hexeth, Dan Bongino, these are incredibly effective communicators,
- 23:54Speaker 4: incredibly effective at advocating for for the administration's agenda dominating
- 24:00Speaker 4: media coverage. As Jeremy Karl writes in The American Mind,
- 24:04Speaker 4: Trump has created a new communications template for the GOP
- 24:07Speaker 4: after decades of being famously inarticulate. The new-look Republican Party
- 24:12Speaker 4: is flooding the zone with breaking news and almost instantaneous
- 24:16Speaker 4: responses to criticisms that the regime media cannot even begin
- 24:20Speaker 4: to effectively counter. We have a message and a stride,
- 24:25Speaker 4: and it is incredible to witness. And you know, Dan
- 24:29Speaker 4: Bongino is only going to enhance the transparency and communication
- 24:34Speaker 4: efforts of this administration. This is incredibly positive news for
- 24:38Speaker 4: the American people. He is a believer. He is a patriot.
- 24:41Speaker 4: He's going to do the right thing. And he has
- 24:43Speaker 4: experience in the federal government, by the way, important experience.
- 24:45Speaker 4: This man has a career in law enforcement. And he
- 24:53Speaker 4: also was going to be able to effectively reach the
- 24:56Speaker 4: American people. And I think a way that is unprecedented.
- 25:00Speaker 4: On the flip side of this, progressives are an absolute
- 25:03Speaker 4: train wreck. Currently, governor of Wisconsin, Wisconsin's where I grew up,
- 25:06Speaker 4: governor of Wisconsin, Tony Evers, has proposed a budget that
- 25:11Speaker 4: replaces the word mother with the term inseminated person, as
- 25:16Speaker 4: well as paternity with parentage, wife and husband for spouse,
- 25:21Speaker 4: parent in the place of father, and parent who gave
- 25:23Speaker 4: birth to the child also in place of mother as
- 25:27Speaker 4: well as inseminated person. Who are they winning with this?
- 25:33Speaker 4: Who are they winning with? They continue to clown themselves.
- 25:38Speaker 4: Here is the number one most stupid member of Congress,
- 25:41Speaker 4: and it's no, it's not AOC. Dan Bongino has dubbed
- 25:45Speaker 4: it AOC on this show, Bongino Report Early Edition. It
- 25:48Speaker 4: is Jasmine Crockett through and through. Here is what she
- 25:52Speaker 4: had to say about Republican voters. their ability to learn
- 25:57Speaker 4: the facts.
- 25:58Speaker 9: You look at who's voting for who the less educated folk.
- 26:02Speaker 9: And when I say educated, I'm not even talking about
- 26:04Speaker 9: formal education. I'm talking about people that literally don't want
- 26:08Speaker 9: to read and enlighten themselves on facts. Those are the
- 26:11Speaker 9: people that typically vote for the Republicans. And it's one
- 26:13Speaker 9: of the reasons that we have to stop writing in
- 26:16Speaker 9: theses as Democrats.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Right.
- 26:18Speaker 9: Like we want to give you every single little detail
- 26:20Speaker 9: that we can find so that you can have all
- 26:22Speaker 9: the information. But the reality is that the average person
- 26:25Speaker 9: that is going out there and voting, they're not paying
- 26:27Speaker 9: attention to that.
- 26:29Speaker 4: Okay. How many of you think that Jasmine Crockett has
- 26:32Speaker 4: read a book any time since graduating college? Did she
- 26:36Speaker 4: even go to college? I don't know. I wouldn't be
- 26:37Speaker 4: surprised if she didn't. This woman has, I don't think,
- 26:42Speaker 4: ever picked up a book recreationally. And she's going to
- 26:46Speaker 4: tell Republicans that they're the illiterate ones? I mean, are
- 26:49Speaker 4: we joking right now? And again, also demeaning to the
- 26:52Speaker 4: voters that she's trying to court. Oh, they just don't
- 26:54Speaker 4: read books. They don't understand the facts.
- 26:56Speaker 7: We are not in the business of giving out money.
- 26:59Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. Remember she said that recently about the $ 5, 000
- 27:03Speaker 4: refunds that President Trump may or may not give out
- 27:06Speaker 4: to the American people for the waste, fraud, and abuse
- 27:08Speaker 4: that they've uncovered? She said, oh, we're in the business
- 27:11Speaker 4: of giving out money. Democrats are in the business of
- 27:13Speaker 4: giving out money. What are you talking about, Jasmine? That's
- 27:15Speaker 4: all you do. That's all they run on is handing
- 27:17Speaker 4: out free money. And this isn't even free money. This
- 27:19Speaker 4: is a refund for the American people who have been
- 27:23Speaker 4: defrauded out of our tax dollars. Ilhan Omar had a
- 27:27Speaker 4: really similar take. Here she was this week.
- 27:29Speaker 7: These people are just idiots.
- 27:31Speaker 5: I really, you know, I'm at the point where it's
- 27:34Speaker 5: become really hard to have an intellectual debate with any
- 27:38Speaker 5: of these people because the level of stupidity that they
- 27:41Speaker 5: are displaying every single day is frankly embarrassing, not just.
- 27:46Speaker 7: In Congress, but as Americans, and the fact that these
- 27:49Speaker 7: people are allowed to say just the most ridiculous things
- 27:54Speaker 7: tells you that the dumbing of the United States has
- 27:57Speaker 7: arrived because how else do we get a Trump presidency again?
- 28:03Speaker 4: And she's no joke saying this, coming from the party
- 28:06Speaker 4: that wants us to use the term parent who gave
- 28:09Speaker 4: birth to the child, an inseminated person instead of mother.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Really?
- 28:12Speaker 4: Really? And we're the stupid ones. Elitist, condescending, divorced from reality.
- 28:20Speaker 4: They become caricatures of themselves. I think there's a lot
- 28:24Speaker 4: of momentum behind us right now. Our message is great.
- 28:28Speaker 4: The public is fed up with the left and the
- 28:31Speaker 4: zeitgeist is shifting. It's shifting. The art does need to
- 28:35Speaker 4: catch up. It does. A moral and philosophical underpinning needs
- 28:40Speaker 4: to be once again present. And these battles that we're
- 28:43Speaker 4: going to engage in for those long-term goals, they're going
- 28:46Speaker 4: to suck.
- 28:47Speaker 5: It all sucks.
- 28:48Speaker 4: But we aren't on Earth to be happy. It's this
- 28:51Speaker 4: obsession with happiness and distractions and cheap dopamine hits that
- 28:56Speaker 4: makes us unhappy. It's like Jan said, when you recognize
- 29:01Speaker 4: that you're not going to always be happy, and that's
- 29:04Speaker 4: not the purpose of life on Earth, that you really
- 29:06Speaker 4: are able to enjoy the joys of life. And that's
- 29:10Speaker 4: all I have for you guys today. Make sure to like,
- 29:12Speaker 4: and follow this podcast. My ex and Instagram is Evita
- 29:16Speaker 4: Duffy underscore one. If you want to follow me there, uh,
- 29:19Speaker 4: we have an office meeting, a team meeting coming up
- 29:21Speaker 4: right now. Uh, and we have really big things coming
- 29:24Speaker 4: more announcements ahead. Dan will have a lot more to
- 29:27Speaker 4: explain to you all today on his show at 11 AM.
- 29:30Speaker 4: And like I just said before, we're going to keep
- 29:32Speaker 4: plugging away. This show is going to continue. Haley's show
- 29:35Speaker 4: is going to announce more things are coming. And I
- 29:37Speaker 4: just hope that you guys stick with us. The content
- 29:39Speaker 4: is going to continue to be excellent and high quality.
- 29:43Speaker 4: We're going to keep things running until Dan comes back.
- 29:45Speaker 4: And I hope that you'll stick with us until then.
- 29:48Speaker 4: And know that this is only going to make us stronger,
- 29:50Speaker 4: I think. And that's all I have for you guys today.
- 29:52Speaker 4: Thank you so much for bearing with me. I think
- 29:54Speaker 4: we have a new record today. Close to a new record. Yeah.
- 29:57Speaker 4: Based off of the election, post-election, we had a big
- 30:01Speaker 4: audience too. So thank you all for tuning in. I
- 30:04Speaker 4: hope that was enlightening. I'll see you all tomorrow. We're back.
- 30:08Speaker 4: Dan Bongino is back here with us. You guys, this
- 30:11Speaker 4: is huge news. And he wanted to have something to
- 30:13Speaker 4: say while we're still having live on this show.
- 30:16Speaker 1: One, it's my fault. So I did tell Avita, you
- 30:19Speaker 1: know how I am about time. Me and you were like,
- 30:21Speaker 1: if you're five minutes early, you're 10 minutes late. So
- 30:24Speaker 1: I- Obviously, we're dealing with a lot of logistics stuff
- 30:27Speaker 1: since last night, but I just want to take this
- 30:30Speaker 1: opportunity on Evita's show. I know she gave you kind
- 30:33Speaker 1: of an update on what's happening. I'll give you a
- 30:35Speaker 1: more complete rundown on my show. We had a long
- 30:37Speaker 1: conversation last night, but I wanted to thank you for
- 30:40Speaker 1: being a friend first, you and your family both, you
- 30:44Speaker 1: and Michael. You guys are amazing. Nothing's going to stop,
- 30:47Speaker 1: as she told you, with Evita's show. Everything is status
- 30:50Speaker 1: quo there. Evita's her own separate. show, product. You guys
- 30:55Speaker 1: know her. You love her. I'll explain more later. And
- 30:58Speaker 1: just hang in there, Bongino Army. I hope you understand.
- 31:02Speaker 1: I would have loved to tell you more earlier, but
- 31:08Speaker 1: I think you get it. There's a lot going on
- 31:10Speaker 1: right now, and it's bigger than me. So thank you
- 31:12Speaker 1: for everything you've done. Her show is a top new
- 31:15Speaker 1: launch news podcast. I appreciate it. I was a little
- 31:19Speaker 1: bit late, but I think you all understand. So Thank you, Evita.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Thank you, Michael. I walked in, she's like, we just
- 31:25Speaker 1: missed it. She's like, I'm not good at like small
- 31:27Speaker 1: talk and filibuster. I said, good, either am I. So
- 31:30Speaker 1: I really appreciate it, guys. I'll see you in a
- 31:31Speaker 1: little bit on the Dan Bongino show. And thank you
- 31:34Speaker 1: and your family and Michael. You're awesome. You're amazing. And
- 31:37Speaker 1: nothing's going to change.
- 31:38Speaker 4: Well, thank you, Dan. And I told everybody on the show,
- 31:40Speaker 4: we are all so grateful for the sacrifice that you
- 31:42Speaker 4: are making for this country. It is such a, I mean,
- 31:46Speaker 4: I know probably better than most what it's like on
- 31:48Speaker 4: your family and to have that time apart. And but
- 31:51Speaker 4: also to step away from this empire that you've built
- 31:54Speaker 4: and the team that we've created here. But it's not
- 31:56Speaker 4: going to end. We're going to get stronger from this,
- 31:59Speaker 4: I think. And that's what it is. I mean, Dan,
- 32:01Speaker 4: you talk about all the time the suck and how things,
- 32:04Speaker 4: the best things in life are hard. And that's what
- 32:06Speaker 4: we have to do right now. We have to do
- 32:07Speaker 4: it for this country. We're going to sacrifice here at
- 32:09Speaker 4: the network. You guys are going to with Dan not
- 32:11Speaker 4: being part of your daily routine anymore, but he's going
- 32:13Speaker 4: to come back. And I think we're going to be
- 32:15Speaker 4: even better for it.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Thank you. I appreciate it. Love you guys. See you
- 32:18Speaker 1: in a little bit. Thanks, Evita. Thanks, Michael.
- 32:20Speaker 2: See you guys.

- 32:23Speaker 6: I'm your host, Megan Klingenberg, and I am super stoked
- 32:26Speaker 6: to be joined by Daryl Dike.
- 32:28Speaker 3: Arguably, your most impressive quality cannot be measured. You're a
- 32:32Speaker 3: guy who is the definition of grit. Injuries have ended
- 32:35Speaker 3: plenty of careers, but instead you decided yours would only
- 32:38Speaker 3: be a chapter instead of the ending. Welcome to the show, Daryl.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Thank you so much.
- 32:41Speaker 1: That's a good intro right there.
- 32:43Speaker 3: That's good.
