• 1:36
  They

  Seven

  you're

  at,
• 1:40
  depending

  out@monumentgrills.com
• 1:44
  that
• 1:44
  way
• 1:45
  you've

  something
• 1:45
  cool
• 1:46
  when

  your

  over

• 1:49
  and
• 1:49
  it
• 1:50
  just
• 1:50
  makes
• 1:50
  that
• 1:50
  stuff
• 1:51
  taste
• 1:51
  a
• 1:51
  little
• 1:52
  bit
• 1:52
  better.
• 1:52
  This
• 1:53
  is
• 1:53
  our
• 1:53
  midweek
• 1:54
  update.
• 1:54
  This
• 1:54
  is
• 1:54
  the
• 1:54
  stuff
• 1:55
  we
• 1:55
  talk
• 1:55
  about
• 1:55
  that
• 1:55
  didn't
• 1:56
  make
• 1:56
  it
• 1:56
  into
• 1:56
  last
• 1:56
  weekend
• 1:57
  show
• 1:57
  and
• 1:57
  of
• 1:57
  course
• 1:58
  isn't
• 1:58
  going
• 1:59
  to
• 1:59
  make
• 1:59
  it
• 1:59
  into
• 1:59
  this
• 1:59
  weekend
• 2:00
  show.
• 2:00
  And
• 2:00
  it's
• 2:01
  been
• 2:01
  pretty
• 2:01
  interesting
• 2:01
  out
• 2:01
  there.
• 2:02
  I
• 2:02
  wanted
• 2:02
  to
• 2:02
  talk
• 2:02
  about
• 2:02
  something
• 2:03
  that
• 2:03
  I've
• 2:03
  been
• 2:03
  noticing
• 2:04
  because
• 2:04
  I'm
• 2:05
  getting
• 2:05
  my
• 2:05
  house
• 2:06
  ready
• 2:06
  for
• 2:06
  sale
• 2:06
  and
• 2:06
  of
• 2:07
  course
• 2:07
  working
• 2:07
  on
• 2:07
  that
• 2:07
  curb
• 2:08
  appeal,
• 2:08
  getting
• 2:08
  some
• 2:09
  projects
• 2:09
  finished
• 2:09
  up.
• 2:10
  And
• 2:10
  as
• 2:11
  you
• 2:11
  do
• 2:11
  that,
• 2:11
  you
• 2:11
  start
• 2:12
  looking
• 2:12
  at
• 2:12
  other
• 2:13
  homes.
• 2:14
  And
• 2:14
  I
• 2:14
  wanted
• 2:15
  to
• 2:15
  give
• 2:15
  a
• 2:15
  little
• 2:15
  bit
• 2:16
  of
• 2:16
  advice
• 2:16
  out
• 2:17
  there
• 2:17
  for
• 2:17
  people
• 2:17
  out
• 2:18
  there
• 2:18
  taking
• 2:18
  on
• 2:18
  those
• 2:19
  DIY
• 2:19
  projects
• 2:20
  because
• 2:21
  I
• 2:21
  have
• 2:21
  seen
• 2:22
  some
• 2:22
  absolutely
• 2:23
  beautiful
• 2:24
  homes
• 2:25
  where
• 2:25
  DIY
• 2:26
  went
• 2:26
  badly.
• 2:27
  They
• 2:27
  took
• 2:28
  that
• 2:28
  vintage
• 2:29
  home
• 2:29
  and
• 2:30
  took
• 2:30
  that
• 2:30
  beautiful
• 2:31
  brick
• 2:32
  and
• 2:32
  painted
• 2:33
  it
• 2:33
  white.
• 2:33
  They
• 2:34
  took
• 2:34
  the
• 2:34
  cedar
• 2:35
  ceiling
• 2:35
  in
• 2:35
  this
• 2:35
  contemporary
• 2:36
  home
• 2:37
  and
• 2:37
  painted
• 2:37
  it
• 2:37
  white.
• 2:38
  You
• 2:38
  see
• 2:39
  what
• 2:39
  I
• 2:39
  mean?
• 2:39
  Be
• 2:39
  very
• 2:40
  careful
• 2:41
  when
• 2:42
  you're
• 2:42
  diving
• 2:42
  into
• 2:42
  these
• 2:43
  projects,
• 2:43
  especially
• 2:44
  if
• 2:44
  you're
• 2:45
  thinking
• 2:45
  about,
• 2:45
  hey,
• 2:46
  I
• 2:46
  want
• 2:46
  to
• 2:46
  update
• 2:47
  this,
• 2:47
  but
• 2:47
  I
• 2:48
  want
• 2:48
  to
• 2:48
  get
• 2:48
  my
• 2:48
  money
• 2:48
  out
• 2:49
  someday.
• 2:50
  The
• 2:50
  biggest
• 2:51
  thing
• 2:51
  is
• 2:51
  you
• 2:51
  don't
• 2:51
  want
• 2:52
  this
• 2:52
  to
• 2:52
  look
• 2:52
  like
• 2:53
  some
• 2:53
  bad
• 2:54
  flip
• 2:54
  house.
• 2:55
  And
• 2:55
  sometimes
• 2:56
  by
• 2:56
  blowing
• 2:57
  through
• 2:57
  there
• 2:57
  and
• 2:57
  hitting
• 2:57
  white
• 2:58
  paint
• 2:58
  on
• 2:58
  everything,
• 2:59
  it
• 2:59
  makes
• 3:00
  it
• 3:00
  look
• 3:01
  really
• 3:01
  low
• 3:02
  end.
• 3:02
  And
• 3:02
  that
• 3:03
  can
• 3:03
  really
• 3:03
  hurt
• 3:04
  you,
• 3:04
  especially
• 3:04
  in
• 3:05
  some
• 3:05
  of
• 3:05
  these
• 3:05
  60s
• 3:06
  and
• 3:06
  70s
• 3:06
  homes
• 3:07
  where
• 3:07
  texture
• 3:08
  and
• 3:08
  color.
• 3:09
  We
• 3:09
  have
• 3:10
  some
• 3:10
  of
• 3:10
  these
• 3:10
  cool
• 3:11
  old
• 3:11
  homes
• 3:12
  that
• 3:12
  maybe
• 3:13
  had
• 3:13
  that
• 3:13
  70s
• 3:14
  vibe
• 3:14
  that's
• 3:14
  really
• 3:14
  coming
• 3:15
  back
• 3:15
  in
• 3:15
  where
• 3:15
  they
• 3:15
  had
• 3:16
  the
• 3:16
  that's
• 3:17
  almost
• 3:17
  that
• 3:18
  kind
• 3:18
  of
• 3:18
  volcanic
• 3:19
  rock
• 3:19
  wall
• 3:20
  and
• 3:20
  they
• 3:20
  paint
• 3:21
  it
• 3:21
  white
• 3:22
  and
• 3:22
  it
• 3:22
  looks
• 3:23
  even
• 3:23
  in
• 3:23
  the
• 3:23
  pictures,
• 3:24
  like
• 3:25
  somebody
• 3:25
  took
• 3:25
  something
• 3:26
  beautiful
• 3:26
  and
• 3:27
  painted
• 3:27
  it
• 3:27
  white.
• 3:28
  So
• 3:28
  be
• 3:30
  super,
• 3:31
  super
• 3:31
  careful
• 3:32
  out
• 3:32
  there.
• 3:32
  You
• 3:33
  could
• 3:33
  be
• 3:33
  doing
• 3:33
  something
• 3:34
  that
• 3:34
  looks
• 3:34
  really
• 3:34
  good
• 3:35
  and
• 3:35
  then,
• 3:36
  holy
• 3:36
  smokes,
• 3:37
  you
• 3:37
  could
• 3:38
  have
• 3:38
  a
• 3:38
  serious
• 3:38
  issue
• 3:39
  down
• 3:39
  the
• 3:39
  road
• 3:40
  because
• 3:40
  you
• 3:40
  could
• 3:41
  take
• 3:41
  5,
• 3:41
  10,
• 3:42
  20,
• 3:43
  $50,000
• 3:43
  out
• 3:43
  of
• 3:43
  the
• 3:44
  value
• 3:44
  that
• 3:44
  because
• 3:45
  of
• 3:45
  some
• 3:45
  bad
• 3:45
  choices
• 3:46
  and
• 3:47
  that
• 3:47
  might
• 3:47
  help
• 3:47
  you
• 3:48
  or
• 3:48
  hurt
• 3:49
  you
• 3:49
  get
• 3:49
  into
• 3:50
  that
• 3:50
  next
• 3:50
  home.
• 3:51
  So
• 3:52
  here's
• 3:52
  my
• 3:52
  best
• 3:52
  advice,
• 3:53
  is
• 3:53
  getting
• 3:53
  the
• 3:54
  rest
• 3:54
  of
• 3:54
  that
• 3:54
  back
• 3:55
  out.
• 3:55
  If
• 3:55
  you
• 3:55
  want
• 3:56
  to
• 3:56
  get
• 3:56
  the
• 3:57
  full
• 3:57
  value
• 3:57
  out
• 3:57
  of
• 3:58
  your
• 3:58
  house,
• 3:58
  but
• 3:59
  you
• 3:59
  still
• 3:59
  want
• 3:59
  to
• 3:59
  make
• 3:59
  it
• 4:00
  yours,
• 4:00
  find
• 4:01
  that
• 4:01
  common
• 4:02
  ground
• 4:02
  of,
• 4:02
  okay,
• 4:03
  I
• 4:03
  want
• 4:03
  to
• 4:03
  honor
• 4:04
  the
• 4:04
  heritage
• 4:05
  of
• 4:05
  this
• 4:05
  home.
• 4:06
  I
• 4:06
  want
• 4:06
  to
• 4:06
  honor
• 4:07
  the
• 4:07
  history.
• 4:07
  I
• 4:08
  want
• 4:08
  it
• 4:08
  to
• 4:08
  look
• 4:08
  like
• 4:08
  it's
• 4:09
  part
• 4:09
  of
• 4:09
  that
• 4:09
  period
• 4:10
  or
• 4:11
  going
• 4:11
  to
• 4:11
  twist
• 4:11
  it
• 4:12
  and
• 4:12
  make
• 4:12
  it
• 4:12
  more
• 4:12
  desirable
• 4:13
  for
• 4:13
  other
• 4:14
  people.
• 4:14
  Now,
• 4:15
  if
• 4:15
  this
• 4:15
  is
• 4:15
  going
• 4:15
  to
• 4:15
  be
• 4:16
  your
• 4:16
  forever
• 4:17
  home,
• 4:17
  do
• 4:17
  what
• 4:17
  you
• 4:17
  want.
• 4:18
  Your
• 4:18
  kids
• 4:18
  or
• 4:19
  relatives
• 4:19
  or
• 4:20
  when
• 4:20
  you
• 4:20
  sell
• 4:20
  it
• 4:21
  to
• 4:21
  go
• 4:21
  into
• 4:22
  the
• 4:22
  later
• 4:22
  years,
• 4:23
  you
• 4:23
  can
• 4:23
  deal
• 4:23
  with
• 4:24
  it
• 4:24
  then.
• 4:24
  But
• 4:25
  my
• 4:25
  biggest
• 4:25
  concern
• 4:26
  is
• 4:26
  always
• 4:27
  getting
• 4:28
  the
• 4:28
  money
• 4:28
  back
• 4:29
  out
• 4:29
  of
• 4:29
  it.
• 4:29
  So
• 4:29
  that
• 4:29
  might
• 4:30
  be
• 4:31
  if
• 4:31
  you're
• 4:31
  going
• 4:31
  to
• 4:31
  be
• 4:31
  putting
• 4:31
  it
• 4:32
  up
• 4:32
  for
• 4:32
  sale.
• 4:32
  Just
• 4:33
  think
• 4:33
  about
• 4:33
  that.
• 4:34
  Honor
• 4:35
  the
• 4:35
  heritage.
• 4:36
  And
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  more
• 4:36
  historic
• 4:37
  the.
• 4:37
  The
• 4:38
  more
• 4:38
  you
• 4:38
  should
• 4:38
  pay
• 4:38
  attention.
• 4:40
  This
• 4:40
  might
• 4:40
  be
• 4:41
  where
• 4:41
  you
• 4:41
  want
• 4:41
  to
• 4:41
  bring
• 4:41
  a
• 4:42
  designer
• 4:42
  in,
• 4:43
  especially
• 4:43
  if
• 4:43
  you're
• 4:44
  just
• 4:44
  painting
• 4:44
  a
• 4:44
  wall,
• 4:44
  who
• 4:44
  cares?
• 4:45
  But
• 4:45
  if
• 4:45
  you're
• 4:45
  going
• 4:46
  to
• 4:46
  be
• 4:46
  painting
• 4:46
  up
• 4:47
  a
• 4:47
  fireplace
• 4:48
  or
• 4:48
  brick
• 4:48
  on
• 4:48
  the
• 4:48
  front,
• 4:49
  maybe
• 4:49
  bringing
• 4:50
  a
• 4:50
  professional,
• 4:51
  that
• 4:51
  might
• 4:51
  be
• 4:52
  able
• 4:52
  to
• 4:52
  tell
• 4:52
  you
• 4:52
  if
• 4:52
  you're
• 4:53
  hurting
• 4:53
  yourself
• 4:54
  or
• 4:54
  if
• 4:55
  you're
• 4:55
  going
• 4:55
  to
• 4:55
  make
• 4:55
  it
• 4:55
  much
• 4:56
  more
• 4:56
  desirable
• 4:57
  to
• 4:57
  people
• 4:57
  out
• 4:57
  there.
• 4:58
  It's
• 4:58
  kind
• 4:58
  of
• 4:58
  like
• 4:58
  when
• 4:59
  we
• 4:59
  saw
• 4:59
  people
• 4:59
  go
• 4:59
  through
• 5:00
  and
• 5:00
  take
• 5:00
  all
• 5:00
  that
• 5:00
  beautiful
• 5:01
  cedar
• 5:01
  sighting
• 5:01
  out
• 5:02
  there
• 5:02
  and
• 5:03
  they
• 5:03
  put
• 5:04
  vinyl
• 5:04
  right
• 5:04
  over
• 5:04
  the
• 5:05
  top
• 5:05
  of
• 5:05
  it.
• 5:06
  They
• 5:06
  didn't
• 5:06
  want
• 5:06
  to
• 5:06
  paint
• 5:06
  it,
• 5:07
  they
• 5:07
  didn't
• 5:07
  want
• 5:07
  to
• 5:07
  stain
• 5:07
  it,
• 5:08
  but
• 5:08
  you
• 5:09
  kind
• 5:09
  of
• 5:09
  left
• 5:09
  something
• 5:10
  secret
• 5:10
  there
• 5:11
  when
• 5:11
  that
• 5:11
  popped
• 5:12
  out
• 5:12
  without
• 5:13
  a
• 5:13
  lot
• 5:13
  of
• 5:13
  work.
• 5:13
  Sometimes
• 5:14
  you
• 5:14
  can
• 5:14
  go
• 5:14
  through
• 5:15
  there
• 5:15
  and
• 5:15
  really
• 5:15
  clean
• 5:16
  that
• 5:16
  up.
• 5:17
  And
• 5:17
  that
• 5:18
  vinyl
• 5:18
  somewhat
• 5:19
  protected
• 5:19
  it.
• 5:20
  So
• 5:20
  you
• 5:20
  can
• 5:20
  haul
• 5:20
  the
• 5:20
  vinyl
• 5:21
  off
• 5:21
  to
• 5:21
  recycle.
• 5:22
  But
• 5:22
  the
• 5:22
  cool
• 5:22
  thing
• 5:22
  is
• 5:23
  you
• 5:23
  might
• 5:23
  have
• 5:23
  something
• 5:24
  underneath
• 5:24
  it.
• 5:25
  So
• 5:25
  be
• 5:25
  really
• 5:25
  careful.
• 5:26
  Guys,
• 5:26
  just
• 5:26
  some
• 5:26
  quick
• 5:27
  advice
• 5:27
  on
• 5:28
  working
• 5:28
  through
• 5:29
  a
• 5:29
  more
• 5:29
  heritage
• 5:30
  or
• 5:30
  a
• 5:30
  more
• 5:31
  classic
• 5:31
  home.
• 5:32
  Don't
• 5:32
  make
• 5:32
  a
• 5:32
  mistake
• 5:33
  of
• 5:33
  doing
• 5:33
  damage.
• 5:34
  That's
• 5:34
  going
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  hurt
• 5:35
  your
• 5:35
  value
• 5:35
  down
• 5:36
  the
• 5:36
  road.
• 5:37
  Now
• 5:37
  I
• 5:37
  get
• 5:37
  it.
• 5:38
  Some
• 5:38
  of
• 5:38
  those
• 5:38
  things
• 5:38
  you're
• 5:38
  like,
• 5:39
  there's
• 5:39
  no
• 5:39
  way
• 5:39
  I'd
• 5:39
  live
• 5:39
  with
• 5:39
  that.
• 5:40
  I
• 5:40
  understand.
• 5:41
  But
• 5:41
  maybe
• 5:42
  if
• 5:42
  it's
• 5:42
  something
• 5:43
  super
• 5:43
  rare,
• 5:44
  something
• 5:44
  super
• 5:45
  cool,
• 5:45
  but
• 5:45
  you
• 5:46
  just
• 5:46
  don't
• 5:46
  like
• 5:46
  it,
• 5:47
  maybe
• 5:47
  move
• 5:48
  on
• 5:48
  to
• 5:48
  another
• 5:48
  house,
• 5:49
  you
• 5:49
  can
• 5:49
  make
• 5:49
  your
• 5:50
  own
• 5:50
  without
• 5:50
  hurting
• 5:51
  that
• 5:52
  heritage
• 5:52
  house.
• 5:52
  And
• 5:53
  I'm
• 5:53
  talking
• 5:53
  about
• 5:53
  something
• 5:54
  where
• 5:54
  it
• 5:54
  was
• 5:54
  a
• 5:54
  classic,
• 5:55
  where
• 5:55
  it's
• 5:56
  something
• 5:56
  that
• 5:56
  could
• 5:56
  be
• 5:56
  on
• 5:56
  the
• 5:57
  historical
• 5:57
  register
• 5:58
  or.
• 5:58
  Or
• 5:58
  it's
• 5:58
  something
• 5:59
  that
• 5:59
  was
• 5:59
  architecturally
• 6:00
  significant.
• 6:01
  Just
• 6:02
  be
• 6:02
  careful
• 6:02
  out
• 6:02
  there.
• 6:03
  You
• 6:03
  can
• 6:04
  have
• 6:04
  a
• 6:04
  lot
• 6:04
  of
• 6:04
  fun,
• 6:05
  but
• 6:05
  just
• 6:05
  don't
• 6:05
  do
• 6:05
  any
• 6:06
  damage
• 6:06
  that
• 6:06
  hurts
• 6:06
  you
• 6:07
  a
• 6:07
  little
• 6:07
  bit
• 6:07
  later.
• 6:08
  All
• 6:08
  right,
• 6:08
  guys,
• 6:09
  next
• 6:09
  one
• 6:09
  up
• 6:09
  here
• 6:09
  I
• 6:10
  wanted
• 6:10
  to
• 6:10
  talk
• 6:10
  about
• 6:10
  is
• 6:11
  what
• 6:11
  is
• 6:12
  going
• 6:12
  on
• 6:13
  with
• 6:13
  cable
• 6:14
  home
• 6:14
  improvement
• 6:14
  television.
• 6:15
  We
• 6:16
  are
• 6:16
  seeing
• 6:17
  so
• 6:17
  many
• 6:18
  things
• 6:18
  change
• 6:18
  and
• 6:18
  I
• 6:19
  wanted
• 6:19
  to
• 6:19
  comment
• 6:19
  a
• 6:19
  little
• 6:19
  bit
• 6:20
  on
• 6:20
  this.
• 6:20
  We
• 6:20
  saw
• 6:21
  all
• 6:21
  the
• 6:21
  shows
• 6:22
  that
• 6:22
  got
• 6:23
  canceled
• 6:23
  over
• 6:23
  on
• 6:24
  hdtv
• 6:25
  and
• 6:25
  this
• 6:25
  is
• 6:25
  not
• 6:26
  just
• 6:26
  an
• 6:26
  HDTV
• 6:27
  thing.
• 6:28
  This
• 6:28
  is
• 6:28
  one
• 6:29
  of
• 6:29
  those
• 6:29
  things
• 6:29
  that
• 6:30
  we
• 6:30
  have
• 6:30
  seen
• 6:31
  many
• 6:31
  different
• 6:32
  networks
• 6:32
  go
• 6:33
  through
• 6:34
  and
• 6:34
  do
• 6:35
  a
• 6:35
  ton
• 6:35
  of
• 6:35
  cancellations.
• 6:36
  Look
• 6:37
  what
• 6:37
  happened
• 6:37
  to
• 6:37
  the
• 6:37
  Motor
• 6:38
  Trend
• 6:38
  Network.
• 6:39
  If
• 6:39
  you
• 6:39
  guys
• 6:39
  are
• 6:39
  watching
• 6:41
  anything
• 6:41
  over
• 6:41
  there,
• 6:42
  they
• 6:42
  have
• 6:42
  just
• 6:42
  gutted
• 6:43
  that
• 6:43
  network.
• 6:44
  Got
• 6:44
  rid
• 6:44
  of
• 6:44
  all
• 6:44
  their
• 6:45
  self
• 6:45
  produced
• 6:45
  shows
• 6:46
  and
• 6:46
  they
• 6:46
  got
• 6:47
  basically
• 6:47
  just
• 6:48
  reruns.
• 6:49
  And
• 6:49
  so
• 6:50
  then
• 6:50
  you
• 6:50
  start
• 6:50
  looking
• 6:51
  at
• 6:51
  what's
• 6:51
  going
• 6:51
  on
• 6:52
  here
• 6:52
  on
• 6:53
  the
• 6:53
  list
• 6:53
  of
• 6:53
  canceled
• 6:54
  shows.
• 6:55
  I
• 6:55
  mean,
• 6:55
  they
• 6:55
  canceled
• 6:56
  a
• 6:56
  ton
• 6:57
  of
• 6:57
  stuff
• 6:57
  over
• 6:57
  there.
• 6:58
  And
• 6:58
  it's
• 6:59
  interesting
• 6:59
  because
• 6:59
  it's
• 7:00
  some
• 7:00
  of
• 7:00
  the
• 7:00
  biggest
• 7:00
  people.
• 7:02
  So
• 7:02
  I
• 7:02
  think
• 7:03
  it
• 7:03
  was
• 7:03
  last
• 7:03
  week
• 7:04
  they
• 7:04
  said
• 7:04
  that
• 7:05
  Christina
• 7:05
  hacks
• 7:05
  Christine
• 7:06
  on
• 7:06
  the
• 7:06
  coast,
• 7:07
  the
• 7:07
  flipping
• 7:08
  El
• 7:08
  Moussas
• 7:09
  and
• 7:09
  a
• 7:10
  lot
• 7:10
  of
• 7:10
  other
• 7:10
  shows
• 7:11
  got
• 7:12
  the
• 7:12
  ax.
• 7:13
  So
• 7:13
  it's
• 7:14
  interesting
• 7:14
  to
• 7:14
  see
• 7:15
  what's
• 7:15
  going
• 7:15
  on
• 7:15
  there.
• 7:16
  So
• 7:16
  I
• 7:16
  think
• 7:16
  a
• 7:16
  couple
• 7:17
  things
• 7:17
  that
• 7:17
  are
• 7:17
  happening
• 7:18
  here,
• 7:19
  and
• 7:19
  this
• 7:19
  is
• 7:20
  my
• 7:20
  guess,
• 7:20
  I
• 7:20
  don't
• 7:20
  have
• 7:21
  a
• 7:21
  ton
• 7:21
  of
• 7:21
  information
• 7:21
  on
• 7:22
  this,
• 7:22
  but
• 7:22
  being
• 7:22
  where
• 7:23
  I've
• 7:23
  worked
• 7:23
  in
• 7:23
  television
• 7:24
  and
• 7:24
  I've
• 7:24
  seen
• 7:24
  what's
• 7:24
  going
• 7:25
  on,
• 7:26
  I
• 7:26
  think
• 7:26
  what's
• 7:26
  happened
• 7:26
  is
• 7:27
  you've
• 7:27
  got
• 7:27
  HDTV
• 7:29
  and
• 7:29
  Discovery
• 7:29
  networks
• 7:30
  who
• 7:30
  bought
• 7:31
  these
• 7:31
  TV
• 7:32
  networks
• 7:33
  for
• 7:33
  premium.
• 7:34
  They
• 7:35
  paid
• 7:35
  full
• 7:36
  meal
• 7:37
  deal
• 7:37
  for
• 7:37
  this
• 7:38
  stuff
• 7:39
  and
• 7:39
  now
• 7:39
  all
• 7:39
  of
• 7:39
  a
• 7:39
  sudden
• 7:40
  they're
• 7:40
  having
• 7:40
  to
• 7:40
  pay
• 7:40
  the
• 7:40
  bills
• 7:41
  on
• 7:41
  this.
• 7:42
  In
• 7:42
  my
• 7:43
  opinion,
• 7:43
  HGTV
• 7:44
  got
• 7:45
  away
• 7:45
  from
• 7:46
  really
• 7:46
  their
• 7:46
  core
• 7:47
  audience,
• 7:47
  which
• 7:47
  was
• 7:48
  people
• 7:48
  looking
• 7:49
  to
• 7:49
  learn,
• 7:49
  looking
• 7:50
  to
• 7:50
  be
• 7:50
  inspired
• 7:52
  by
• 7:53
  home
• 7:53
  improvement
• 7:54
  projects.
• 7:55
  They
• 7:55
  moved
• 7:55
  away
• 7:56
  from
• 7:57
  much
• 7:57
  more
• 7:57
  of
• 7:57
  an
• 7:58
  honest
• 7:58
  show
• 7:59
  and
• 8:00
  then
• 8:00
  got
• 8:00
  into
• 8:01
  a
• 8:01
  little
• 8:01
  more
• 8:01
  of
• 8:02
  a
• 8:02
  game
• 8:02
  show
• 8:02
  or
• 8:03
  a
• 8:03
  contest
• 8:04
  or
• 8:04
  even
• 8:04
  worse,
• 8:05
  just
• 8:06
  reality
• 8:06
  television
• 8:07
  where
• 8:08
  it's
• 8:08
  a
• 8:08
  little
• 8:08
  more
• 8:08
  shock,
• 8:09
  a
• 8:09
  little
• 8:09
  more
• 8:10
  awe,
• 8:11
  a
• 8:11
  little
• 8:11
  bit
• 8:11
  of
• 8:11
  that
• 8:12
  stuff.
• 8:12
  And
• 8:12
  I
• 8:12
  think
• 8:12
  they've
• 8:13
  gotten
• 8:13
  really
• 8:13
  away
• 8:14
  from
• 8:14
  that.
• 8:14
  And
• 8:15
  of
• 8:15
  course,
• 8:15
  with
• 8:15
  people
• 8:16
  watching
• 8:16
  less
• 8:17
  and
• 8:17
  less
• 8:17
  cable
• 8:17
  TV
• 8:19
  and
• 8:19
  so
• 8:19
  many
• 8:19
  people
• 8:19
  moving
• 8:20
  over
• 8:20
  to
• 8:20
  streaming,
• 8:21
  I
• 8:21
  think
• 8:22
  they're
• 8:22
  in
• 8:22
  the
• 8:23
  smack
• 8:23
  middle
• 8:24
  of
• 8:24
  all
• 8:24
  of
• 8:25
  their
• 8:25
  worst
• 8:25
  nightmares
• 8:26
  of
• 8:26
  how
• 8:26
  do
• 8:26
  we
• 8:26
  keep
• 8:27
  this
• 8:27
  thing
• 8:27
  going.
• 8:27
  We're
• 8:28
  making
• 8:28
  payments
• 8:29
  on
• 8:29
  something
• 8:30
  that's
• 8:30
  not
• 8:31
  worth
• 8:31
  what
• 8:31
  it's
• 8:31
  worth
• 8:32
  and
• 8:32
  it's
• 8:33
  really
• 8:33
  put
• 8:33
  in
• 8:33
  a
• 8:34
  bind.
• 8:34
  So
• 8:34
  I
• 8:34
  think
• 8:34
  what
• 8:35
  you're
• 8:35
  seeing
• 8:35
  is
• 8:35
  some
• 8:35
  of
• 8:36
  these
• 8:36
  bigger
• 8:36
  show
• 8:36
  hosts
• 8:37
  that
• 8:37
  are
• 8:37
  getting
• 8:38
  probably
• 8:38
  decent
• 8:39
  money.
• 8:39
  They're
• 8:40
  trying
• 8:40
  to
• 8:40
  cut
• 8:40
  that
• 8:41
  back,
• 8:41
  run
• 8:42
  some
• 8:42
  reruns
• 8:43
  and
• 8:43
  see
• 8:43
  if
• 8:43
  they
• 8:43
  can
• 8:44
  keep
• 8:44
  those
• 8:44
  numbers
• 8:44
  going.
• 8:46
  What's
• 8:46
  going
• 8:46
  to
• 8:46
  happen
• 8:46
  to
• 8:46
  hdtv?
• 8:48
  I
• 8:48
  really
• 8:48
  don't
• 8:49
  know,
• 8:49
  but
• 8:50
  it
• 8:50
  looks
• 8:51
  like
• 8:51
  they
• 8:51
  might
• 8:51
  be
• 8:51
  circling
• 8:52
  the
• 8:52
  drain
• 8:52
  a
• 8:53
  little
• 8:53
  bit.
• 8:53
  So
• 8:53
  we'll
• 8:53
  see
• 8:53
  if
• 8:54
  they
• 8:54
  get
• 8:54
  spun
• 8:54
  off,
• 8:54
  if
• 8:55
  they
• 8:55
  get
• 8:55
  sold
• 8:56
  or
• 8:56
  if
• 8:57
  they
• 8:57
  just
• 8:57
  end
• 8:57
  up
• 8:58
  going
• 8:58
  to
• 8:58
  a
• 8:58
  streaming
• 8:59
  only
• 8:59
  thing
• 8:59
  where
• 8:59
  they're
• 9:00
  on
• 9:00
  some
• 9:01
  streaming
• 9:01
  network.
• 9:02
  I
• 9:02
  think
• 9:03
  we're
• 9:03
  going
• 9:03
  to
• 9:03
  get
• 9:03
  to
• 9:03
  a
• 9:03
  point
• 9:04
  here
• 9:04
  where
• 9:05
  they're
• 9:05
  going
• 9:05
  to
• 9:05
  actually
• 9:05
  drop
• 9:06
  off.
• 9:06
  You're
• 9:06
  going
• 9:06
  to
• 9:06
  start
• 9:07
  seeing
• 9:07
  these
• 9:07
  channels
• 9:08
  dropping
• 9:08
  off
• 9:08
  cable
• 9:09
  and
• 9:09
  heading
• 9:10
  out.
• 9:10
  We'll
• 9:10
  see
• 9:10
  what
• 9:10
  happens.
• 9:11
  I
• 9:11
  could
• 9:11
  be
• 9:11
  totally
• 9:12
  wrong,
• 9:13
  but
• 9:13
  I'm
• 9:13
  still
• 9:13
  kind
• 9:14
  of
• 9:14
  looking
• 9:14
  at
• 9:14
  this
• 9:14
  going
• 9:15
  there's
• 9:16
  something
• 9:16
  really
• 9:16
  big
• 9:17
  going
• 9:17
  on
• 9:17
  here
• 9:18
  because
• 9:18
  they're
• 9:18
  getting
• 9:18
  rid
• 9:19
  of
• 9:19
  some
• 9:19
  of
• 9:19
  their
• 9:19
  most
• 9:19
  popular
• 9:20
  shows
• 9:21
  which
• 9:21
  means
• 9:22
  they're
• 9:22
  not
• 9:22
  making
• 9:22
  money
• 9:23
  because
• 9:23
  if
• 9:23
  they
• 9:24
  were
• 9:24
  making
• 9:24
  money
• 9:25
  they'd
• 9:25
  be
• 9:25
  doing
• 9:26
  it
• 9:26
  because
• 9:27
  that's
• 9:27
  what
• 9:28
  keeps
• 9:28
  that
• 9:28
  big
• 9:29
  machine
• 9:29
  going.
• 9:30
  Hey,

• 9:45

• 9:59
  is

• 10:00
  so
• 10:00
  they

• 10:05
  Not
• 10:05

• 10:06
  So

  that's

• 10:07
