- 0:01SPEAKER_00: These people are so funny.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: Intuition is a funny thing.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: It's irrational.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: That's the news.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: I'm currently sitting in Sing-a-Rich,
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: as I call it,
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: because I won't say what it's actually called,
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: because if I say that,
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: then I'm sending mixed signals to the universe,
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: and I need the universe to know that I want to be Sing-a-Rich.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: If I say the other one, even though it's spelled differently, it's a low vibration.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: And we can't be sending low vibrations to the universe because I am going to be singer rich.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: Speaking of which,
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: when I left the airport during this 12-hour layover,
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: I didn't know I'd be sitting at the Marina Bay recording this podcast,
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: nor did I know the fountain of wealth is a thing.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: So my Uber driver,
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: who had just finished eating his peanut butter sandwich,
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: picks me up and he tells me that he ate a peanut butter sandwich.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: And we drove around the fountain of wealth three times, as per the myth.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: goes and then he tells me about this merlion statue and I never felt more seen by
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: an animal in my life and so I've now discovered my spirit animal is a merlion and I
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: just think that makes all the sense in the world also these people behind me are
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: having so much fun and I absolutely love it and I thought you know this might seem
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: unprofessional but I think it's just about as professional as we can get in the
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: 21st century I'm recording outside
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: in a city, during a layover, what more do you want from me?
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: So let's get this party started.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: I'm Blizzard Planet.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: This is the self-friendship podcast where playfulness meets societal reflection.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: I just changed that one for tonight's episode and I'm really stoked about it.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: Imagine this.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: You hopped on the band rocket and now you're on Planet Butter.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: A world made of delicious,
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: sparkly,
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: nut butter volcanoes and an adorable disco ball of self-reflection is whirling
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: around in her transforming convertible.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Thanks for joining me in my 32nd episode where I'll be sharing my answer to last week's question.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Time zone advantage.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: A perspective dance with inner dialogue.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: A snippet from June 30th, 2024 self-friendship article.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: A note on contribution.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: A note on my ambidextrous practice.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: A party of one.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: A note on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Why the algorithm is equivalent to the universe.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: My token friend confession.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: A note on length of romantic relationships.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: A perspective dance with fake it till you make it.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: We attract what we exude featuring citywide garbage.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: A note on blind likes.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Follow up on balance attracts.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: A perspective dance with language.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: A note on today's world.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: A new affirmation.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: The most important note on Planet Butter of all time so far.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: And a brand new question for all of us to self-reflect,
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: self-connect,
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: and email me,
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: if you desire,
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: selffriendshippodcast at gmail.com.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: Okay,
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: I actually had to stop recording after that because a bulldozer started going and
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: it just was not conducive to recording a podcast or my brain.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: So now we are finishing the recording here in Bali.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: We made it.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: My answer to last week's question of the week,
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: which was,
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: I told someone I don't do things based on convenience.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: I do things that happen to be convenient, but not because they are convenient.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: So we agreed.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: The question becomes, how do you define convenience?
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: My answer is whatever is most aligned with my path.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: If on the surface something I'm doing seems inconvenient, just know that it's not.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: As I see it, there's always a higher purpose which makes everything convenient.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: All right, now time zone advantage.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: We're familiar with the term home field advantage, and now I offer us time zone advantage.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: It's the benefit of being in a location where the time zone better serves you in
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: relation to other time zones.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: And now a perspective dance with inner dialogue.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: I've discussed self-talk in more ways than one.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: So here's another to add to the list.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: We can also view self-talk as our masculine energy communicating with our feminine energy.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: as we all have both energies within ourselves.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: To reduce the concepts of these two energies for the sake of this context and self-talk,
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: we can recognize our masculine energy as the logical voice and our feminine energy
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: as the intuitive voice.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: So maybe considering self-talk with this perspective will help with your decision-making.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: I hope.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: It helped me with mine.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Now, a snippet from June 30th, 2024 self-friendship article from the Planet Butter Substack publication.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: I titled it, Cool Cocoon, Where'd You Get It?
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: The Under-Acknowledged Phase of Eclosion.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: Side note,
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: I did discuss this concept in episode 31,
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: so go back and check that out for more details on the butterfly phase of eclosion
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: from Planet Butter's perspective.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: All right, here's the snippet.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: I don't typically publish the weekly self-friendship article this late in the week,
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: But this article has been brewing and it simply wasn't time yet.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: I couldn't bring myself to write an article about anything else.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: This one needed all of my article energy.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: This week,
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: I was exiting my most recent cocoon,
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: so I couldn't possibly share with you what I was still self-reflecting and
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: self-connecting about.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: Each of my articles are extremely tied to my current thought wave,
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: and it doesn't feel genuine to dig into something else,
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: even if it's also true at the time.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: There's just something about the given article I'm writing that I feel particularly
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: connected to creating.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: I believe the strength of my connection also directly correlates to the strength of
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: your connection to what I'm sharing.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: I personally choose to consciously lean into my cocoon phases of life well beyond a metaphorical sense.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: I literally create the space in my life to hyper focus on grounding into this
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: necessary transitional phase of my existence.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: And perhaps most importantly, I'm always excited about it.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: I show up as my party of one, having fun with myself, for myself, as myself.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: Pre-cocoon, leading up to this cocoon, I faced a lot of extremely valuable mirrors in my life.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: It was the final cycle of a variety of mirrors all at once.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Pretty intense.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: I showed up as my highest self yet, yet still facing the same mirrors.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Naturally, in their highest form too.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: Recognizing this and consciously choosing differently,
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: I initiated new outcomes and the path for my cocoon.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: And you can read the rest on Planet Butter's sub stack.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: The link tree is in the show notes.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: A note on contribution.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: I was in a meeting the other day chatting about Planet Butter's trajectory and whatnot.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: And the gentleman said, I wish I could offer more of a contribution.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: To which I replied, conversation is contribution.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: I liked the ring of it and felt it was valuable to share with you lovely listeners
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: to hopefully keep in mind when you're indulging in conversations with your friends
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: or business acquaintances or otherwise.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: conversation is contribution.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: A note on my ambidextrous practice.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: As you may or may now know,
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: I deeply believe in the practice of using both our dominant and non-dominant sides
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: of our bodies in as many activities as we have the luxury of participating in.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: For example, I write every day with both hands and brush my teeth.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: When I play basketball, I practice shooting with both hands and everything else in between.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: My latest practice is,
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: well,
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: since I was in Tokyo,
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: I indulged in practicing using chopsticks with my non-dominant hand,
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: which for me is my right hand.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: And that was super fun.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: And I was pretty good at it.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: I think that's because I so consciously use it regularly in so many other practices.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: Now,
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: I share this to hopefully inspire you to use both sides of your body if you have
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: the luxury of movement.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: Yay!
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: Also, it stimulates both hemispheres of your brain when you choose to do this.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: So, I think that's awesome and also why I think I'm so capable of being my analytically creative self.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: Now, a party of one.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: As a loving reminder, party of one means having fun with oneself, for oneself, as oneself.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: Anywhere, everywhere, no matter who's there.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: We become our party of one by consistently practicing self-friendship.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: Each episode,
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: I share little stories from my life that happened thanks to me showing up in the
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: world as my party of one.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: Now, this is a big one.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: Hang tight and have fun.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: As you know,
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: I'm Loca LeMote,
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: a word I made up which can be found in Planet Butter's Substack section,
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: Blizzard's Booktionary.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: I publish new words every other week with their definition and an anecdote using or
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: building up to the creation of the word.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: So in Nishikoyama,
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: an area in Tokyo where I stayed for all of three days,
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: I made friends with the local tailor,
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: designed a bag with her,
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: and she taught me how to stitch it.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: Then she connected me with another friend who showed me a cool restaurant.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: I also made friends with Hiro, the owner of the vintage store on my corner.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: Fell in love with a jacket.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: It's stunning, black, mid-length.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: Sheer,
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: silk cuffs and collar,
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: and gorgeous black and gold buttons to connect the corners of the collar,
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: which makes it like a choker.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: And the center flares open a bit, so it's slightly like a cape style.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: It's beautiful.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: Anyway, after I bought it and went home, I noticed there was a small hole in it.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: So I came back to the shop and Hiro was hanging with his friend Yuki.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: I chatted with them, ended up hanging for a while.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: It was such a fun vibe.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: Hiro ended up covering up the hole with another button and I thought this was so
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: genius and then I asked if I could look at the box of buttons just for fun because
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: like buttons are cool and it was a box of hundreds of buttons and the one that
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: called to me I picked up and I said how cool is this one and Hiro started laughing
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: and he said that's the same button he was originally gonna put over the hole but
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: instead he put the one that matched the other two.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: So obviously, we knew we had to change the button on the jacket to the one that we both chose.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Magic!
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: Also, the three of us agreed the matching button was not the vibe.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: The mismatched third button is absolutely cooler.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: And so, I love my new jacket.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: I also showed them the purse that I made with Keiko.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: And Yuki taught me that the flower on the fabric that I chose is the emperor's
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: family symbol,
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: which I thought was so cool.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: Because of course, I chose fabric symbolic of the emperor's family, you know?
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: Lastly,
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: for this party of one,
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: Hero and Yuki asked me after,
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: quote unquote,
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: analyzing my brain,
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: as they called it,
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: they said,
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: how did you decide to live your life the way you do?
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: So special.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: I said, because I practice self-friendship.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: This is the result.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: Smiles were received, and that's my party of one.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: I hope you had fun.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: It's a little bit crazy, but I did my best to keep it concise.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: All right, next, a note on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: When you sincerely do things for yourself, intrinsic motivation,
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: You don't give up.
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: When it's for external validation,
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: extrinsic motivation,
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: you give up because you don't get the validation you're seeking as quickly as your
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: trained brain for immediate gratification expects.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: You're more susceptible to losing motivation,
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: which is ironic because of course you don't have depthful,
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: Blizzard's dictionary word alert,
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: motivation when you're seeking it through inauthentic methods.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: marinate on that let me know your thoughts now why the algorithm is equivalent to
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: the universe much like the uni the algorithms of our social media channels are ever
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: changing much like the uni people try to understand it much like the uni people try
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: to control it as i see it the algorithm functions the way the universe functions we
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: need to just be ourselves while offering what others perceive as valuable.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: Be consistent, be patient, and try new things while clarifying our intentions.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: The algorithm will meet us halfway.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: For the love of the bigger picture, stop chasing the algorithm.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Leave the algorithm alone.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: Leave yourself alone.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: Pay attention to your analytics as I see it.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: Be introspective and react as you feel best serves you.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: My token friend confession.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: Okay, everyone.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: I have to tell you, I have a token friend.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: She's corporate.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: I literally only have one friend who's in corporate.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: Obviously, she's my friend, so she's amazing and her perspective is invaluable.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: And I love picking her brain about her approach and relationship to the corporate world.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: And she makes really amazing decisions,
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: contributions to society at an international level,
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: and has clarity around her personal vision and what she's working toward for herself.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: It's the most respectable corporate human I've ever known and the only one I'm friends with.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: My token corporate friend.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Now a note on the length of romantic relationships.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: The length of a relationship has nothing to do with the depth of a dynamic.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: Furthermore, I genuinely think most people stay in relationships longer than would best serve them.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: But for some reason, we collectively as a society admire and respect time.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: As if being married for 20 years is a success.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: It is a beautiful relationship if it's a beautiful partnership.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: But if it's a shitty marriage and you've been together for 20 years, I don't really need to say more.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: Depth is about capacity for vulnerability and communication.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: Now a perspective dance with fake it till you make it.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: My pitch is be it because you are it and then become more of it.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Now we attract what we exude featuring citywide garbage.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: The cities with the least amount of garbage also have the least amount of garbage cans.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: Think about it.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: New York, garbage can on every corner.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: One of the dirtiest cities in the world.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: Tokyo, no garbage cans like anywhere except recycling bins next to vending machines.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: It's remarkable.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: No garbage anywhere because there's nowhere to put it.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: So then there's no, people don't litter because there's no like association to garbage.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: So you attract what you exude.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: You put out a garbage can, you attract garbage.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: You don't put out a garbage can, you don't attract garbage.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: Blind likes.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: This is a phrase I've come up with to describe the utter mindslessness some people
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: dish out with their likes on social media.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: Liking things just because of the person who said it.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: The likes with no consciousness or critical thinking attached to it.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: The likes that wouldn't be dished out if someone who wasn't already popular said the same thing.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: It's a form of idolizing individuals rather than choosing to see them as mirrors,
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: which makes them equals.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: The trick is everyone is a mirror, so everyone is equal.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: And theoretically,
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: through the practice of self-friendship,
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: we can practice our critical thinking skills regardless if our loved one said it or
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: our favorite singer or our favorite big business human.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: Now a follow-up on balance attracts.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: Last week on episode 31, I said opposites don't attract, balance does.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: Listen to the episode for more on that, but for now, a little tidbit for the follow-up.
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: I gave the example of a romantic relationship.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: If one person cooks and the other one loves to eat, that's great balance.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: And the next day, I went to a super cute cafe in Hatagaya, Tokyo called Kabe Te Tamago.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: I hope I said that right.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: I think I might have had a typo.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: It's owned and run by this adorable couple,
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: and get this,
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: the man cooks curry and the woman bakes dessert.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: Savory and sweet.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: Balance.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: That's the follow-up.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Isn't that cool?
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: Now, a note on today's world.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: I'm an old soul, but I totally belong in this generation.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: There's so much about technology that just never ceases to amaze me and makes life
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: so interesting and convenient.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: It allows us to be such a full expression of our true selves in ways that never
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: would have been previously possible.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: Well, obviously, but that's so cool.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: And I want us to give a little gratitude toward this day and age we're living in
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: and how much it supports our ability to
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: extract exponential depth in our self-friendship practice,
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: embracing,
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: understanding,
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: and enjoying ourselves.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: And now a new affirmation.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: I'm infused with excitement to build my dream.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: My dream is to build my dream.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: I'm infused with excitement to build my dream.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: My dream is to build my dream.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: Now the most important note on Planet Butter of all time.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: So far.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: I actually wrote this note before I decided to make that subtle change to the
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: tagline from where playfulness meets self-reflection to where playfulness meets
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: societal reflection.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: So this is a perfect way to wrap up today's episode.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: A few people have commented to me stuff about Planet Butter being in the self-help space.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: We can for sure categorize Planet Butter as self-development, but in my mind, it's just the human space.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: If you listen closely and look at everything I'm doing and have done, it's what I often say.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: I'm not a fucking coach.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: I'm the self-friendship expert,
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: which comes with a mix of critical thinking,
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: perspective dancing,
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: creative brainstorming,
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: art,
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: humor,
- 18:20SPEAKER_00: entertainment,
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: soon to be your favorite food,
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: and a whole lot of love.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: It's play, because life is fun and games, and evolution is our nature.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: So if we really need to play the category game,
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: it's the category of the human condition,
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: which as I see it,
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: is conscious creativity.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: All right, now the question of the week.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: Really, this week?
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: It's a question for continuous reference.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: What would make my life easier in this moment?
