Speaker 1: The witch has been arrested. It is time to rejoice.
0:05
Speaker 1: For one day, folks, for one day, let us savor
0:08
Speaker 1: this victory. Let us savor the fact that Ghislaine Maxwell
0:13
Speaker 1: is finally, finally going to face justice. For over 260
0:19
Speaker 1: straight days, I have been on this podcast screaming at
0:23
Speaker 1: the top of my lungs about this vile woman and
0:27
Speaker 1: the fact that she has not been arrested. And I
0:31
Speaker 1: cannot tell you how many times people have told me
0:34
Speaker 1: I was wasting my time. That we would never see
0:36
Speaker 1: justice in this case. That Ghislaine Maxwell would never be arrested.
0:40
Speaker 1: That Ghislaine Maxwell was in Paris. That there's no extradition
0:43
Speaker 1: laws in Paris. And we'll never get Ghislaine Maxwell. Oh,
0:47
Speaker 1: you're wasting your time. You're swimming uphill. Well, guess what?
0:52
Speaker 1: I knew I wasn't swimming uphill. And I knew that
0:56
Speaker 1: it was important to make sure that these atrocities were
1:03
Speaker 1: put under the spotlight on a regular basis. The survivors
1:08
Speaker 1: deserve that much from us. After all of the years
1:11
Speaker 1: of them being ignored, after all of the years of
1:15
Speaker 1: them being abused by the legacy media, the prosecutors, and
1:20
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's people, well, the shoe is now on the
1:25
Speaker 1: other foot. And the predator, has become the prey. And
1:31
Speaker 1: I have to tell you, folks, it's all because of
1:33
Speaker 1: your hard work. All of the insane amount of time
1:38
Speaker 1: that you have put into this case, all of the
1:41
Speaker 1: pressure you have put on our elected officials, all of
1:44
Speaker 1: the pressure you have put on the legacy media, all
1:48
Speaker 1: of you out there, Sean Atwood, Jason Burmess, every single
1:53
Speaker 1: person who was involved in this as far as content creators,
1:56
Speaker 1: as well as all of you who are out there
1:59
Speaker 1: supporting the work that we do. Because at the end
2:02
Speaker 1: of the day, I'm speaking for myself anyway, this has
2:06
Speaker 1: become personal. This has become a personal struggle for me now.
2:10
Speaker 1: And I have always been the sort of person that
2:12
Speaker 1: steps up and... addresses bullies, addresses people who think they
2:18
Speaker 1: can get away with abusing and picking on people who
2:21
Speaker 1: are not as strong as them. That has always been
2:23
Speaker 1: my biggest pet peeve. And once I got involved in
2:26
Speaker 1: this case and I started researching it and I started
2:29
Speaker 1: to hear the stories of these survivors and I started
2:32
Speaker 1: to understand the scope of what occurred and how these
2:35
Speaker 1: young ladies were abused and bullied and treated like they
2:39
Speaker 1: weren't even human, well, the fighter in me decided it
2:44
Speaker 1: was time. And personally, this is the most rewarding work
2:51
Speaker 1: I have ever done in my life. Certainly not the
2:53
Speaker 1: most profitable as far as financially, but as far as
2:59
Speaker 1: giving me a feeling of accomplishment, this is by far
3:05
Speaker 1: the most rewarding work I have ever done. And seeing
3:09
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell get arrested today and knowing that The feeling
3:13
Speaker 1: that the survivors must have right now in the pit
3:17
Speaker 1: of their stomach and how happy they must be to
3:20
Speaker 1: finally see that the society cares, that the government cares,
3:24
Speaker 1: that somebody is going to step in and bring people
3:27
Speaker 1: to justice for what happened. Boy, that must be a
3:30
Speaker 1: great feeling because I know right now I am walking
3:34
Speaker 1: on cloud nine and I am far removed from this
3:37
Speaker 1: case in regards to what the survivors have went through.
3:41
Speaker 1: But what I will say is this. A lot of
3:43
Speaker 1: these survivors have become my friends throughout this whole ordeal, right?
3:49
Speaker 1: And you see the way they suffer and you see
3:51
Speaker 1: what they have went through and you see just the
3:54
Speaker 1: everyday battle that they've been engaged in for decades. And
3:59
Speaker 1: now we wake up today and all of those struggles,
4:03
Speaker 1: all of that hard work, All of those, the sweat,
4:06
Speaker 1: the tears, the time put into it by these survivors
4:09
Speaker 1: and their lawyers has come to fruition and the tree
4:13
Speaker 1: is now bearing fruit. And with thousands of years of
4:20
Speaker 1: RICO indictments hanging over her head, get ready for the
4:24
Speaker 1: canary to start to sing because that's what's going to happen.
4:30
Speaker 1: These charges that they're holding her on right now, those
4:32
Speaker 1: are just the first wave. That's how the government works
4:35
Speaker 1: when it comes to stuff like this. They'll be the
4:37
Speaker 1: first wave of charges. They'll have enough just to hold you.
4:41
Speaker 1: And then they'll continue to roll out them charges until
4:44
Speaker 1: you are suffocating and drowning in them. And that is
4:47
Speaker 1: the fate that Ghislaine Maxwell has to look forward to
4:51
Speaker 1: at this point. Because there's no going back from here.
4:55
Speaker 1: The evidence is there in abundance. And if they're truly...
4:59
Speaker 1: truly going to prosecute this the right way, and it
5:03
Speaker 1: looks like they're going to, well, we're in for a very,
5:08
Speaker 1: very interesting ride, folks. Now, remember, when this all started
5:14
Speaker 1: and we started to really get into this case, I
5:16
Speaker 1: told you all that when Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested, that
5:19
Speaker 1: I was going to pop a bottle live on air. Well,
5:22
Speaker 1: guess what, folks? That's exactly what's about to occur right now.
5:27
Speaker 1: I am popping a bottle of champagne as we occur
5:31
Speaker 1: on the podcast in honor of Ghislaine Maxwell being arrested.
5:36
Speaker 1: How about that? What do you think about that, folks, huh?
5:39
Speaker 1: Let's see, huh? In celebration of Maxwell being arrested, here
5:43
Speaker 1: is the bottle that I promised would be popped being popped.
5:50
Speaker 1: What up? All right, let's celebrate. Let's get a swig
5:54
Speaker 1: off of that non-alcoholic for me, but for all of
5:56
Speaker 1: you that are celebrating out there with an alcoholic beverage,
6:00
Speaker 1: let's bring one up for a virtual toast. Let's enjoy today.
6:04
Speaker 1: Let's savor the win today. Let's savor this battle that
6:07
Speaker 1: we won today. And then tomorrow, we strap our work
6:11
Speaker 1: boots right back on and we get back at it
6:13
Speaker 1: because there's still others out there that have to be
6:16
Speaker 1: brought to justice. Jean-Luc Brunel, You're next on the list,
6:20
Speaker 1: my man. You're targeted. I see you. We see you.
6:23
Speaker 1: And we're coming for you next. Folks, I've been waiting
6:32
Speaker 1: to pop that bottle and take a swig of that
6:34
Speaker 1: champagne for a very, very, very long time. Not really
6:39
Speaker 1: a fan of the way it tastes by any stretch
6:41
Speaker 1: of the imagination, but that sip of champagne was long coming.
6:48
Speaker 1: And You know, all I can tell you folks is
6:51
Speaker 1: the battle still rages, the war rages on. But today,
6:55
Speaker 1: today is the day that we savor it a little bit.
7:00
Speaker 1: All the hard work, all the struggle, all of the
7:06
Speaker 1: days where you thought that this case would never move
7:09
Speaker 1: in this direction. I can't tell you how many times
7:11
Speaker 1: I've answered emails like that. And I've had people getting,
7:15
Speaker 1: you know, thinking that we're never going to get to
7:16
Speaker 1: a point where there's justice in this case. And believe me,
7:19
Speaker 1: I felt like that at times too. But I knew
7:22
Speaker 1: that if we kept our nose to the ground and
7:24
Speaker 1: we kept grinding and we embraced that grind and we
7:27
Speaker 1: kept pumping out content and we kept keeping this story
7:31
Speaker 1: in the public view that eventually we would get to
7:35
Speaker 1: where we are right now. And folks, I'm going to
7:39
Speaker 1: enjoy today. I am most certainly going to enjoy today,
7:43
Speaker 1: and I hope that the rest of you following this case,
7:45
Speaker 1: who have been following it the way we have, I
7:47
Speaker 1: hope that you take the time to give yourself a
7:49
Speaker 1: little pat on the back, because you have all earned it.
7:52
Speaker 1: And I couldn't be prouder of any group of listeners,
7:55
Speaker 1: any group of people that I have ever been associated with. Right, left, communist, socialist, republican, conservative.
8:04
Speaker 1: All of you. All of the listeners who have come
8:06
Speaker 1: together in this show and who have worked together and
8:08
Speaker 1: pitched in and sent me emails and sent me articles
8:11
Speaker 1: and sent all sorts of supportive emails to the survivors
8:16
Speaker 1: and supported the survivors. I'd be here all day thanking
8:19
Speaker 1: all of you. Kay Lynn and Lisa and Jen and Tarnia.
8:24
Speaker 1: It just goes on, on and on and on. So
8:26
Speaker 1: thank you guys so much for being so staunch in
8:30
Speaker 1: this battle and for having so much courage. And today
8:33
Speaker 1: is the day that we enjoy this. For one day.
8:37
Speaker 1: For one day, we have earned this. We have earned
8:39
Speaker 1: this win. And today we're going to enjoy it. So
8:44
Speaker 1: if you have a drink, put that mofo up. Let's
8:47
Speaker 1: clank them. Let's have a sip. If you're smoking a
8:49
Speaker 1: fat one right now, let's put it in the air.
8:52
Speaker 1: Let's have a puff. And let's remember, folks, where we
8:55
Speaker 1: started and where we are today. Because it matters. Remember
9:02
Speaker 1: I talked about how it was like a football game?
9:04
Speaker 1: How we're on a long drive here and we have
9:07
Speaker 1: to really, really buckle down when we get into the
9:10
Speaker 1: red zone so we can punch one in over the
9:12
Speaker 1: goal line? Well, that's what happened today. This is a touchdown.
9:16
Speaker 1: This is a big score. And we're going to savor it.
9:20
Speaker 1: And to all of the survivors out there, all of
9:23
Speaker 1: you ladies who listen to the podcast who have been
9:25
Speaker 1: affected by this disgusting man and the animals around him
9:29
Speaker 1: like Ghislaine Maxwell, you are not alone. We hear you.
9:33
Speaker 1: We are with you. And we are ready to rock.
9:39
Speaker 1: All right, so let's jump into the article. We'll read
9:41
Speaker 1: the article from the Daily Beast. And we'll, yeah, we'll
9:44
Speaker 1: go from there. Daily Beast. Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's confidant,
9:50
Speaker 1: caught by the FBI in New Hampshire. This article was
9:54
Speaker 1: penned by Kate Bricolet and Jamie Ross. And the reason
9:58
Speaker 1: I chose this article is... is I wanted to show
10:01
Speaker 1: the Daily Beast some love because the Daily Beast and
10:04
Speaker 1: Kate Bricolet especially have been fantastic throughout this whole entire thing.
10:10
Speaker 1: and I want to make sure that they get the
10:11
Speaker 1: props that they deserve, and as a, I don't know,
10:15
Speaker 1: not really a reward, because I highly doubt the Daily
10:17
Speaker 1: Beast gives a damn about me one way or the other,
10:20
Speaker 1: but I figured it was the right thing to do,
10:24
Speaker 1: reading their article about Ghislaine Maxwell, considering how much good
10:28
Speaker 1: work Kate Brickolet has done throughout this whole thing. So,
10:33
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's closest confidant, who hasn't been seen
10:37
Speaker 1: in public since his death, has been arrested by the
10:40
Speaker 1: FBI in New Hampshire, the Daily Beast has confirmed. Maxwell
10:45
Speaker 1: was arrested at 8.30 a.m. in Bradford, New Hampshire on
10:49
Speaker 1: charges brought by the Southern District of New York. She
10:52
Speaker 1: is expected to appear in federal court in New Hampshire
10:54
Speaker 1: later Thursday. That has already happened. She has been arraigned.
10:58
Speaker 1: And like I said, the first few initial charges, those
11:01
Speaker 1: are just hold charges. So we really don't know what
11:04
Speaker 1: the feds have in their toolbox just yet. We don't
11:06
Speaker 1: know what they're going to whip out and smack her
11:08
Speaker 1: over the dome with. But I have a funny feeling...
11:12
Speaker 1: And I have a few people whispering in my ear
11:15
Speaker 1: that Rico is coming. The six-count indictment against Maxwell, whose
11:22
Speaker 1: arrest was first reported by NBC News, states that she
11:25
Speaker 1: took part in the sexual exploitation and abuse of multiple
11:29
Speaker 1: minor girls by Jeffrey Epstein. From 1994 to at least 1997,
11:35
Speaker 1: Maxwell assisted, facilitated, and contributed to Jeffrey Epstein's abuse of
11:39
Speaker 1: minor girls by, among other things, helping Epstein to recruit, groom,
11:44
Speaker 1: and ultimately abuse victims. Known to Maxwell and Epstein to
11:48
Speaker 1: be under the age of 18, the 18-page indictment alleges,
11:53
Speaker 1: the victims were allegedly as young as 14 years old.
11:57
Speaker 1: So you see why I've called her a co-conspirator? A
12:00
Speaker 1: child molester? I don't need no alleged in front of that.
12:03
Speaker 1: I have all the evidence I need right in front
12:05
Speaker 1: of me, and I rolled with it. And guess what?
12:09
Speaker 1: We were right. Maxwell is accused of enticing minor victims
12:13
Speaker 1: to travel to Epstein's residences in different states, which Maxwell
12:17
Speaker 1: knew and intended would result in their grooming for subjection
12:21
Speaker 1: to sexual abuse. The indictment also alleges that in 2016,
12:26
Speaker 1: Maxwell provided false and perjurous statements under oath regarding, among
12:31
Speaker 1: other subjects, her role in facilitating the abuse of minor
12:35
Speaker 1: victims by Jeffrey Epstein. Folks, they are going to throw
12:40
Speaker 1: the book at her. This is just the very beginning
12:43
Speaker 1: of these charges being rolled out. She is about to
12:46
Speaker 1: get the whole book thrown at her. Their survivors were
12:52
Speaker 1: groomed and abused at multiple locations, including Epstein's mansions in
12:55
Speaker 1: Manhattan and Palm Beach, his New Mexico ranch, and Maxwell's
12:59
Speaker 1: London residence, according to the documents. Okay, so the documents
13:03
Speaker 1: say it happened in New Mexico, right? We know that.
13:06
Speaker 1: All of us definitely know that. Why has Zorro Ranch
13:09
Speaker 1: still not been raided? I'm going to be contacting the
13:12
Speaker 1: Attorney General of New Mexico once again today, and perhaps
13:16
Speaker 1: I'll get a response. The indictment refers to three survivors,
13:21
Speaker 1: including minor victim number one, who was 14 when she
13:24
Speaker 1: met Maxwell, the socialite, nope, we're not calling her that
13:28
Speaker 1: no more, the co-conspirator, the molester, the child abuser, allegedly
13:32
Speaker 1: groomed the victim from 94 to 97 and involved her
13:36
Speaker 1: in group sexualized massages of Epstein. Epstein and Maxwell transported
13:42
Speaker 1: the girl to residences in New York and Florida, prosecutors say.
13:46
Speaker 1: The couple abused minor victim two in New Mexico in 1996.
13:50
Speaker 1: This accusation mirrors the story of Annie Farmer, who was
13:54
Speaker 1: flown to Epstein's ranch alone. And that's so significant. And
13:57
Speaker 1: I am so happy for Annie and Maria. This is
14:00
Speaker 1: such a validation of what they went through. And all
14:07
Speaker 1: to be being honest and upfront, I consider Maria a
14:10
Speaker 1: friend at this point. And it really brings me great
14:14
Speaker 1: joy to know that after all of these years, Ghislaine
14:18
Speaker 1: Maxwell is going to suffer a penalty for what she
14:21
Speaker 1: did to Annie and what she did to Maria. A
14:29
Speaker 1: third victim was groomed and befriended by Maxwell in London
14:32
Speaker 1: between 1994 and 1995, according to prosecutors. Maxwell and Epstein
14:38
Speaker 1: would take the teenagers to the movies, on shopping trips,
14:41
Speaker 1: and some outings would involve Maxwell or Epstein spending time
14:44
Speaker 1: alone with a minor victim. The indictment states, these sick
14:48
Speaker 1: fucking people. Oh, they're so gross. I am so glad
14:51
Speaker 1: that she's arrested. It made my skin crawl reading these
14:54
Speaker 1: articles knowing that she was free. I'm like in a
14:57
Speaker 1: weird position right now. I don't know how to react
15:00
Speaker 1: really with this news. It's still settling in. I feel
15:02
Speaker 1: like I'm all over the place with this podcast. And
15:04
Speaker 1: if I am, you have to excuse me. But I'm
15:07
Speaker 1: just so excited to see that this lady is arrested.
15:09
Speaker 1: And it's so surreal to know that after all of
15:12
Speaker 1: these decades and after all of these days of covering this,
15:16
Speaker 1: that this lady is actually in bracelets. She has been
15:18
Speaker 1: arraigned and she's going to face punishment. The indictment states,
15:25
Speaker 1: having developed a rapport with a victim, Maxwell would try
15:28
Speaker 1: to normalize sexual abuse by discussing sexual topics, undressing in
15:33
Speaker 1: front of the victim, being present when a minor victim
15:35
Speaker 1: was undressed, and or being present for sex acts involving
15:39
Speaker 1: the minor victim and Epstein, it adds. Maxwell helped put
15:43
Speaker 1: the victims at ease because an adult woman was present,
15:45
Speaker 1: prosecutors say, and this is an important part. We have
15:49
Speaker 1: to understand that it's not just men who can be predators.
15:54
Speaker 1: It's not just men who were screwed up. All of us,
15:57
Speaker 1: all human beings, are gray characters, men and women. And
16:00
Speaker 1: women are capable of great evil just like men, especially
16:05
Speaker 1: when they're involved in a cult-like environment such as the
16:09
Speaker 1: one Jeffrey Epstein provided. After Epstein's apparent jailhouse suicide, allegedly,
16:16
Speaker 1: the hunt was on for the deceased financier, pedophiles, longtime consort,
16:20
Speaker 1: whom he once described as his best friend... and who
16:23
Speaker 1: was complicit in the sexual trafficking of underage girls, according
16:27
Speaker 1: to his survivors. Yeah? Well, the hunt was on for us. Now,
16:33
Speaker 1: I told you the FBI definitely knows where she is.
16:35
Speaker 1: It was all about evidence. What they were putting together,
16:38
Speaker 1: what sort of indictments they're looking at, and if it
16:40
Speaker 1: was Rico, well, I understand that it takes some time.
16:44
Speaker 1: But what I didn't understand was why they were letting
16:47
Speaker 1: her still run her mouth the way she was. Why
16:49
Speaker 1: they weren't just swooping her up. Well... Hopefully, going forward,
16:53
Speaker 1: the prosecution will explain what their game plan was, right?
16:58
Speaker 1: So we understand a little bit better. But I will
17:00
Speaker 1: tell you this much right now. There was no chance
17:04
Speaker 1: this lady was in France. I told you folks that
17:07
Speaker 1: from the jump-off point. Zero chance she was in France.
17:09
Speaker 1: She was not in Israel, okay? She was right here
17:13
Speaker 1: in the United States. The feds had their eye on her.
17:16
Speaker 1: And like I always say... Nothing happens in this world
17:19
Speaker 1: when it comes to intelligence without the CIA putting their
17:22
Speaker 1: stamp on it. The Mossad is not this all-encompassing security force. Now,
17:29
Speaker 1: don't get me wrong. They're good at what they do.
17:31
Speaker 1: And they excel in these sorts of operations. But at
17:34
Speaker 1: the end of the day, the 500-pound gorilla in the
17:38
Speaker 1: room is the CIA. And there was no way that
17:42
Speaker 1: the CIA or the FBI was letting Maxwell out of
17:46
Speaker 1: the United States of America. The 58-year-old British heiress, co-conspirator,
17:53
Speaker 1: child molester, all-around scumbag, seemingly vanished after the feds busted Epstein,
17:58
Speaker 1: prompting publications to ask, where in the world is Ghislaine Maxwell?
18:03
Speaker 1: At one point last year, photos surfaced of the upper-cruster
18:06
Speaker 1: at an In-N-Out burger in Los Angeles. The Sun reported
18:10
Speaker 1: in recent weeks that she was hiding out in a
18:12
Speaker 1: Paris flat. And all of this was misdirection, misinformation, Typical
18:18
Speaker 1: of spies and people engaging in spycraft. We talked about this.
18:22
Speaker 1: We talked about how Ghislaine Maxwell grew up at her
18:25
Speaker 1: father's knee in a world full of spies. All she
18:29
Speaker 1: was doing while she was on the run was dumping
18:32
Speaker 1: disinformation and firing warning shots to people like Indyke and Khan.
18:37
Speaker 1: You're going to see. As this goes forward, wait, she's
18:40
Speaker 1: going to rat on all of these people, folks. She
18:43
Speaker 1: ain't built for this life. What, all of a sudden?
18:46
Speaker 1: She's more built for this life than Sammy the Bull Gravano?
18:50
Speaker 1: Absolutely not, my friends. She raised eyebrows in March by
18:56
Speaker 1: filing a claim against Epstein's estate, arguing to the money manager,
19:00
Speaker 1: arguing the money manager promised to always support her financially,
19:04
Speaker 1: and that she was racking up legal bills and paying
19:06
Speaker 1: for private security because of death threats. Again, another threat.
19:11
Speaker 1: to the estate. You better pay me. I have all
19:15
Speaker 1: the secrets. What's up? I want my dough. I want
19:18
Speaker 1: you to pay for my defense. And she knew that
19:20
Speaker 1: this was coming down the pipe. She understood that she
19:22
Speaker 1: was about to be indicted. She knew. Maxwell is a
19:27
Speaker 1: defendant in at least three pending lawsuits, including those filed
19:30
Speaker 1: by Annie Farmer and Jennifer Oroz. Jane Doe's lawsuit claims
19:34
Speaker 1: the socialite, co-conspirator, molester, helped supply Epstein with a steady
19:39
Speaker 1: stream of young and vulnerable girls, many of whom were
19:43
Speaker 1: fatherless like Jane Doe and came from struggling families. And
19:47
Speaker 1: that's another reason I think that this hits me so hard.
19:50
Speaker 1: and made me so damn mad. Look, I come from
19:53
Speaker 1: the inner city. A majority of my friends come from
19:57
Speaker 1: broken homes, male and female. I know what it's like
20:03
Speaker 1: to have nothing. I know what it's like to grow up,
20:05
Speaker 1: you know, hard. And to see these girls who... had nothing,
20:11
Speaker 1: never even had a chance of having anything, way worse
20:14
Speaker 1: than even my experiences. Because when I was growing up,
20:18
Speaker 1: I might've lived in the inner city, but my parents
20:20
Speaker 1: always provided, right? I didn't come from a broken home.
20:24
Speaker 1: My parents have been married for a very long time.
20:27
Speaker 1: And I had that benefit at least. But the people
20:32
Speaker 1: around me, a lot of the people around me that
20:34
Speaker 1: came from broken homes, a lot of them ended up
20:36
Speaker 1: in bad circumstances. And a lot of them ended up
20:39
Speaker 1: at my house to find a little bit of normalcy
20:42
Speaker 1: because my parents were willing to provide it. So when
20:45
Speaker 1: I hear about him going after poor girls and underage
20:48
Speaker 1: girls and girls from disadvantaged backgrounds, I took that shit personal.
20:54
Speaker 1: I took that shit personal. And that's why you see
20:59
Speaker 1: me eviscerating these people on every single episode. Pure, visceral
21:07
Speaker 1: emotion is what this elicits in me. According to Araz's complaint,
21:14
Speaker 1: Maxwell hired the young recruiter who approached Araz outside her
21:17
Speaker 1: school and oversaw the process that led to the recruitment
21:21
Speaker 1: and grooming of Araz for Epstein. Maxwell is believed to
21:24
Speaker 1: have contacted Araz directly to arrange visits to the Upper
21:27
Speaker 1: East Side Mansion, the lawsuit says. And you know they
21:30
Speaker 1: have documentation of this, right? The FBI has all the receipts. Today,
21:41
Speaker 1: my fellow Epstein survivors and I are able to take
21:44
Speaker 1: a breath of relief as Maxwell's arrest means some justice
21:47
Speaker 1: for survivors can exist, Araz said in a statement Thursday.
21:51
Speaker 1: For years, I feared Epstein and his ring. Maxwell was
21:55
Speaker 1: the center of that sex trafficking ring. Now that the
21:57
Speaker 1: ring has been taken down, I know that I cannot
22:00
Speaker 1: be heard anymore. Day after day, I have waited for
22:03
Speaker 1: the news that Maxwell will be arrested and held accountable
22:06
Speaker 1: for her actions. Her arrest is a step in that direction,
22:10
Speaker 1: and it truly means that the justice system didn't forget
22:14
Speaker 1: about us. That's what I think about Jennifer Oroz's statement, okay?
22:25
Speaker 1: That is what I think about it. She is right
22:29
Speaker 1: to say that. She is definitely right to think that.
22:32
Speaker 1: And the fact of the matter is, for all of
22:34
Speaker 1: these years, it's like the Justice Department did forget about them,
22:38
Speaker 1: but not no more. And it's not because the Justice
22:41
Speaker 1: Department is this great entity all of a sudden, but
22:45
Speaker 1: it's because of the pressure that was exerted by all
22:48
Speaker 1: of us and the incredible work of these survivors' lawyers
22:53
Speaker 1: that have pushed justice and pushed, and pushed, and made
22:57
Speaker 1: sure that this justice was coming. Maxwell, the daughter of
23:05
Speaker 1: the late disgraced British media tycoon Robert Maxwell, hobnobbed with
23:09
Speaker 1: the global elite, forging bonds with the Clintons. She attended
23:13
Speaker 1: Chelsea Clinton's wedding in 2010. And Donald Trump, She also
23:19
Speaker 1: partied with Britain's Prince Andrew, whom she introduced to Epstein.
23:23
Speaker 1: Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts claimed she was forced to have
23:26
Speaker 1: sex with the prince when she was a teenager. Buckingham
23:29
Speaker 1: Palace has denied the allegations. David Boyes, a lawyer for
23:33
Speaker 1: Roberts and other survivors, said, This is a great day
23:36
Speaker 1: for justice. Damn right it is, Mr. Boyes. Damn right
23:39
Speaker 1: it is. Our clients are very pleased and very grateful
23:42
Speaker 1: to the prosecutors that this important step has been taken
23:45
Speaker 1: towards bringing to justice Jeffrey Epstein's co-conspirators, Boies told the
23:50
Speaker 1: Daily Beast in a statement. Jeffrey Epstein did not act
23:53
Speaker 1: alone and could not have engaged his sex trafficking system
23:56
Speaker 1: without the help and support of others. Elaine Maxwell's indictment
24:00
Speaker 1: for her perjury in our civil case against her should
24:02
Speaker 1: answer once and for all who is telling the truth. Boy,
24:05
Speaker 1: oh boy, that is a shot across the bow, a
24:08
Speaker 1: slap in the mouth, and let me tell you what
24:10
Speaker 1: this really is, okay? This is a huge, gigantic victory
24:16
Speaker 1: for Virginia in that defamation case. And Alan Dershowitz, Mr. I-kept-my-underpants-on,
24:23
Speaker 1: is shitting bricks right now. Shitting bricks. Spencer T. Coven,
24:29
Speaker 1: an attorney for a number of Epstein survivors, said her
24:32
Speaker 1: arrest and prosecution brings this sad story full circle to
24:36
Speaker 1: a close. We are proud of the FBI and the
24:38
Speaker 1: state's attorney's office for their voracious investigation, and the survivors
24:42
Speaker 1: are again hopeful that the justice system will hold these
24:45
Speaker 1: people accountable. He added, we will now wait and see
24:49
Speaker 1: if this holds true. Well, we're not done yet. Oh,
24:52
Speaker 1: we are not done yet. The core four and Jean-Luc Brunel.
24:56
Speaker 1: Once those five are also arrested, then I'll do a
24:59
Speaker 1: real victory lap. But again, today is, we savor today.
25:02
Speaker 1: Today is a victory. We won the battle. The war
25:05
Speaker 1: still rages on, but we enjoy today. And these survivors
25:09
Speaker 1: most certainly should as well. If you see one of
25:11
Speaker 1: these survivors on Twitter today, make sure you reach out
25:14
Speaker 1: to them. You congratulate them. Tell them that you're with them,
25:17
Speaker 1: because they deserve that. After her father's death in 1991,
25:24
Speaker 1: Maxwell moved to New York, immersed herself in the city's
25:27
Speaker 1: social circuit, and dated the mysterious Jeffrey Epstein. Their romance faded,
25:32
Speaker 1: but she became his majordomo. Ooh, using the old Roman
25:36
Speaker 1: terms here. Majordomo, huh? I see you, Kate Bricklett. Traveling companion,
25:41
Speaker 1: and according to Epstein's survivors and their lawyers, his accomplice
25:44
Speaker 1: in an international child sex trafficking ring. Co-conspirator. Epstein's accusers
25:51
Speaker 1: have long claimed Maxwell recruited, groomed, and sexually abused the
25:55
Speaker 1: minor girls who visited Epstein's lairs in New York and Florida.
25:59
Speaker 1: During their 2005 investigation, Palm Beach cops tried to interview
26:03
Speaker 1: Maxwell but couldn't reach her, according to sealed testimony by
26:06
Speaker 1: retired detective Joseph Ricari. Maxwell's lawyers pointed out in one
26:11
Speaker 1: court filing that Rakari failed to uncover any evidence against
26:14
Speaker 1: her and that she was never considered a suspect by
26:17
Speaker 1: the government. Yeah, okay, and I am a bazillionaire. I
26:20
Speaker 1: am an oil sheikh from Saudi Arabia. Want to come
26:24
Speaker 1: hang out in my Bedouin desert dwelling? In 2009, Maxwell
26:31
Speaker 1: was identified as a recruiter for Epstein in a lawsuit
26:33
Speaker 1: filed by Roberts, who was then identified only as Jane
26:37
Speaker 1: Doe 102. The suit was one of many filed by
26:40
Speaker 1: survivors after Epstein's 2007 sweetheart deal with the U.S. Attorney's
26:45
Speaker 1: Office in Miami. Don't think I forgot about that, George W.
26:48
Speaker 1: Bush and friends. While cops found Epstein molested dozens of girls,
26:54
Speaker 1: Epstein pleaded guilty to two state charges and served only
26:57
Speaker 1: 13 months in jail, mostly on work release. Roberts went
27:02
Speaker 1: public in an interview with the Daily Mail in 2011
27:05
Speaker 1: and again accused Maxwell of facilitating her sexual encounters with
27:09
Speaker 1: Epstein and Prince Andrew. Again, Virginia, the bravery that you
27:15
Speaker 1: have shown And the courage that Robert has shown standing
27:19
Speaker 1: by your side this whole entire time. I want to
27:22
Speaker 1: take a minute to recognize Robert right here and right now.
27:27
Speaker 1: Because guess what, folks? The unsung hero is always the
27:32
Speaker 1: partner of the person who has went through the trauma,
27:34
Speaker 1: be it a disease or something as heinous as this.
27:38
Speaker 1: Robert deserves all the credit in the world. That's what
27:41
Speaker 1: being a man is. So I salute you, my dude.
27:46
Speaker 1: I've told you this when we've talked before, and I'm
27:49
Speaker 1: telling you again now. What you have done with Virginia,
27:51
Speaker 1: the courage that you have displayed standing side by side
27:54
Speaker 1: with her, when everybody else bounced on her, nobody wanted
27:57
Speaker 1: to stand up with her and stand up for her.
28:00
Speaker 1: My dude, you deserve a medal, and if I had
28:02
Speaker 1: one to give you, I would give it to you today.
28:07
Speaker 1: She told the tabloid that when she was 18, Epstein
28:09
Speaker 1: hinted she was too old for him and that he
28:11
Speaker 1: and Maxwell once suggested Roberts have Epstein's child. They said
28:15
Speaker 1: I would have to sign a contract relinquishing rights to
28:17
Speaker 1: the child and consenting to Jeffrey having as many relationships
28:21
Speaker 1: as he liked, Roberts told the Mail. It was a
28:23
Speaker 1: smack in the face. On January 5th, 2015, court filing
28:28
Speaker 1: by Roberts further implicated Maxwell. She said that when she
28:31
Speaker 1: was 15 or 16, Epstein and Maxwell trained me to
28:35
Speaker 1: do what they wanted, including sexual activities and the use
28:38
Speaker 1: of sexual toys in New York and Florida. I hope
28:41
Speaker 1: that Maxwell gets the same treatment when she's in the
28:44
Speaker 1: federal lockup. Put her in general population and let the
28:48
Speaker 1: inmates do their work. Ghislaine Maxwell was heavily involved in
28:54
Speaker 1: the illegal sex. I understood her to be a very
28:57
Speaker 1: powerful person. She used Epstein's money and he used her
29:01
Speaker 1: name and connections to gain power and prestige, Roberts stated
29:04
Speaker 1: in a declaration. One way to describe Maxwell's role was
29:10
Speaker 1: as the madam. She assumed a position of trust for
29:14
Speaker 1: all the girls, including me. Oh, wow. What Virginia has
29:18
Speaker 1: went through, folks, is absolutely mind-boggling. And the way she
29:24
Speaker 1: pulled an end around on the legacy media and used
29:27
Speaker 1: social media was a stroke of genius. But Maxwell allegedly
29:32
Speaker 1: used that trust to also sexually abuse dozens of girls herself.
29:40
Speaker 1: and take nude photos of them, Roberts claimed. She had
29:43
Speaker 1: sex with underage girls virtually every day when I was
29:46
Speaker 1: around her, and she was very forceful, Roberts stated. I
29:49
Speaker 1: first had sexual activities with her when I was approximately
29:51
Speaker 1: 15 at the Palm Beach Mansion. I had many sexual
29:55
Speaker 1: sexual activities with her over the next several years in
29:58
Speaker 1: Epstein's various residences, plus other exotic locations. Again, folks, let
30:04
Speaker 1: the inmates do their work. Put her on the main
30:07
Speaker 1: line on the main car and let's see how hard
30:09
Speaker 1: she is. In response, Maxwell called Roberts' bombshell claims obvious lies,
30:16
Speaker 1: prompting the accuser to file a defamation suit months later.
30:20
Speaker 1: The lawsuit was settled in 2017, and the Miami Herald
30:23
Speaker 1: took legal action to unseal a trove of thousands of
30:26
Speaker 1: documents in the case. Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz and right-wing
30:30
Speaker 1: blogger Mike Cernovich also rallied to release certain court filings
30:35
Speaker 1: in the matter. A tranche of records in the Roberts v.
30:38
Speaker 1: Maxwell were unsealed August 9th. Epstein committed suicide, allegedly, at
30:43
Speaker 1: the Metropolitan Correctional Center the next day. Lawyer Brad Edwards,
30:48
Speaker 1: who has been fighting for justice on behalf of the
30:50
Speaker 1: Epstein survivors since 2008, told the Daily Beast, Today is
30:54
Speaker 1: a long time coming. As you read in my book,
30:57
Speaker 1: Ghislaine was an important part of the enabling Epstein to
31:00
Speaker 1: do what he did. Our clients are relieved that the
31:02
Speaker 1: SDNY prosecutors are committed to holding everyone accountable. Another person
31:07
Speaker 1: who was a hero in this story, Bradley Gillespie. Edwards,
31:11
Speaker 1: another person that you should reach out to if you're
31:13
Speaker 1: on social media and you see him and give him
31:15
Speaker 1: a nod and let him know that we see him
31:17
Speaker 1: and we appreciate his hard work because all you have
31:20
Speaker 1: to do is listen to the survivors talk about Bradley
31:22
Speaker 1: Edwards and his courage. And it's quite obvious that that's
31:25
Speaker 1: a man you would want defending your daughter if she
31:29
Speaker 1: was in this position. Sigrid McCauley, an attorney for Roberts
31:34
Speaker 1: and other Epstein survivors, said, The victims of Ghislaine Maxwell
31:37
Speaker 1: breathe a sigh of relief knowing that this sexual predator,
31:40
Speaker 1: who not only engaged in sexual abuse herself but also
31:43
Speaker 1: assisted Jeffrey Epstein for decades in running his sexual trafficking scheme,
31:47
Speaker 1: is behind bars. The pain she has caused will never
31:51
Speaker 1: go away, but today is a step towards healing, she added.
31:55
Speaker 1: I am so proud of the women we have represented
31:57
Speaker 1: over the last six years who never gave up fighting
31:59
Speaker 1: for justice. Today we saw prosecutors who had unrelenting courage
32:05
Speaker 1: work to take down a sexual trafficking scheme. Today is
32:08
Speaker 1: also a powerful message to all Epstein accomplices that justice
32:13
Speaker 1: will prevail. God damn right, Sigrid McCauley. All the co-conspirators
32:21
Speaker 1: that are out there, if you listen to this podcast,
32:24
Speaker 1: You already know. 2020 is the year that the predator
32:27
Speaker 1: turns into the prey. And now, your boss is the
32:30
Speaker 1: first one we went after. The first one. The first
32:33
Speaker 1: domino to fall. Talk about big game hunting, huh? Folks,
32:40
Speaker 1: I am over the moon happy right now. And I
32:43
Speaker 1: am going, like I said, I am going to take
32:44
Speaker 1: the rest of the day and I am going to
32:46
Speaker 1: savor this. I'm going to put one in the air.
32:49
Speaker 1: I'm going to drink my non-alcoholic Champ Pipple over here.
32:54
Speaker 1: And I'm going to enjoy my damn day. And I
32:57
Speaker 1: suggest all of you who have worked hard on this case,
32:59
Speaker 1: I suggest you do the same thing. And to all
33:02
Speaker 1: of the survivors out there who might be listening, I
33:06
Speaker 1: just want you all to know, you are not alone.
33:09
Speaker 1: We are all in this with you. We are shoulder
33:11
Speaker 1: to shoulder with you. And we will continue to pursue justice.
33:15
Speaker 1: And when the trial starts, when Ghislaine Maxwell is sitting
33:19
Speaker 1: there and her accusers and these survivors are sitting in
33:23
Speaker 1: the courtroom, I will be there as well, either outside
33:27
Speaker 1: the courtroom covering it or inside the courtroom, because I
33:31
Speaker 1: am seeing this all the way through to the very
33:34
Speaker 1: end at this point. Ghislaine Maxwell, enjoy your time in
33:42
Speaker 1: the clink. If you'd like to contact me, you can
33:45
Speaker 1: do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
33:53
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I.
33:58
Speaker 1: So today we have an article from RT.com. Oh, I know,
34:03
Speaker 1: the evil Russians. But to tell you the truth, I
34:08
Speaker 1: read news sources from all over the world, as you
34:10
Speaker 1: all know. And when I stumble across an article, no
34:15
Speaker 1: matter really the publication that strikes home, I'll add that
34:20
Speaker 1: bad boy to the catalog. So the same goes here
34:22
Speaker 1: for this RT article. And considering this documentary is kind
34:28
Speaker 1: of a whitewash of Maxwell, kind of looks like it's
34:32
Speaker 1: trying to position her as a victim, I think that
34:35
Speaker 1: a nice, rough opinion piece about Maxwell was in order.
34:42
Speaker 1: So again, this is from RT.com. Headline, Guilty or Innocent?
34:47
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is a Morally Bankrupt Monster. and she's exposed
34:52
Speaker 1: in all her horror in Epstein's Shadow documentary. This article
34:57
Speaker 1: was authored by Damian Wilson. Sky's new documentary, Ghislaine Maxwell,
35:05
Speaker 1: Epstein's Shadow, paints a vivid picture of the damaged co-conspirator,
35:10
Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpents, infatuation with evil men,
35:15
Speaker 1: and the slavish devotion that had led her to languishing
35:20
Speaker 1: in a New York prison awaiting trial. See, right off
35:23
Speaker 1: the bat, that whole premise is wrong. And you can
35:27
Speaker 1: tell that Mr. Wilson doesn't really follow the case, right?
35:30
Speaker 1: He's going off what he saw in the documentary. And,
35:34
Speaker 1: you know, again, it is a issue that has been
35:41
Speaker 1: plaguing this case from the beginning. Way too much mud. Way,
35:46
Speaker 1: way too much murk in the water. And not enough
35:49
Speaker 1: people just trying to cut their way through that shit
35:53
Speaker 1: to get back on the path. And I just, it
35:59
Speaker 1: makes me crazy over and over to see these same
36:03
Speaker 1: people treading the same ground instead of exploring what they
36:10
Speaker 1: really should be digging into. Binge-watching all three parts of
36:16
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell Epstein's Shadow was a long way from the
36:19
Speaker 1: entertaining experience I was expecting. Far from a fast-paced, bawdy
36:23
Speaker 1: romp through the bad behavior of transatlantic high society, it
36:28
Speaker 1: revealed a dark, sordid, and totally corrupt parallel world that
36:32
Speaker 1: left me feeling kind of sick. Yeah, hey, welcome to
36:36
Speaker 1: the party, pal. I know I use that one a lot,
36:38
Speaker 1: but it's apt, right? John McClane? Definitely knew what he
36:42
Speaker 1: was talking about with that shit because I feel like
36:44
Speaker 1: John McClane. And this whole entire case is the Nakatomi
36:48
Speaker 1: Plaza building. And I'm stuck in the air ducts and
36:51
Speaker 1: trying to, you know, rid this place of these scoundrels,
36:55
Speaker 1: these vermin. And all the jerk-offs that are on the
37:02
Speaker 1: outside looking in are making it difficult. So I get it, right?
37:08
Speaker 1: I get it when you feel kind of sick. Because
37:11
Speaker 1: this whole entire case is sick. The whole entire structure
37:14
Speaker 1: of it is sick. And the way it's been pursued
37:17
Speaker 1: is just as sick. One thing the author does get right, though,
37:23
Speaker 1: is this most certainly was a transatlantic conspiracy criminal of
37:29
Speaker 1: the higher echelons, upper society, and some of the most
37:33
Speaker 1: powerful men in the world. Point blank. That's exactly what
37:36
Speaker 1: this was. Let's just call it what it is. Let's
37:39
Speaker 1: avoid all the BS. Let's sidestep all the stupid-ass, you know,
37:44
Speaker 1: naming of things that aren't, and let's just call it
37:47
Speaker 1: what it is. Whether it was pump-priming innocent teenagers for
37:53
Speaker 1: massages and sex with her naked boyfriend, co-conspirator, promising the
37:58
Speaker 1: world to wide-eyed schoolgirls she was attempting to lure into
38:01
Speaker 1: their debauched orbit, launching a bonkers global campaign to sell
38:06
Speaker 1: off the world's oceans... Or climbing the social ladder like
38:09
Speaker 1: a well-dressed gecko. Not for a minute did I warm
38:12
Speaker 1: to Robert Maxwell's youngest daughter. Well, that's what most right-thinking
38:17
Speaker 1: people will walk away from this feeling, right? But I
38:21
Speaker 1: can't shake the feeling that it's kind of a pump
38:25
Speaker 1: of Maxwell, right? They didn't go hard enough. And that's
38:29
Speaker 1: why whenever I get contacted by mainstream journalists or documentarians...
38:36
Speaker 1: A lot of times I won't even give them a response, honestly,
38:40
Speaker 1: because I for what? Right. For what? So they can
38:45
Speaker 1: produce a project that treads over the same old ground
38:49
Speaker 1: we've been running around for all these years. They got
38:54
Speaker 1: to be more brave, have more courage and dig deeper
38:58
Speaker 1: and be willing to go into places nobody else is
39:00
Speaker 1: willing to go. Look, all of these documentaries that have
39:03
Speaker 1: come out, how many of them have explored the allegations
39:06
Speaker 1: that Virginia has made against the powerful, powerful, powerful men
39:11
Speaker 1: who she says she was trafficked to? Have any of
39:13
Speaker 1: them dug deep? Leon Black, Glenn Dubin, Bill Richardson? Where's
39:18
Speaker 1: all of that sort of hard-charging reporting? I mean, I
39:26
Speaker 1: realize that the divisiveness sells better. I realize... that having everybody...
39:31
Speaker 1: at each other's throats... is the better way to sell papers...
39:35
Speaker 1: and the better way to govern... for the criminals in charge.
39:39
Speaker 1: But for the actual populace... you know, us... who are
39:42
Speaker 1: being manipulated by it... not so good. So, the legacy media...
39:49
Speaker 1: With all their money, all of their resources, all of
39:51
Speaker 1: their access. Can't pony up enough courage to really dig deep.
39:57
Speaker 1: To go after all of these disgusting ass super elite
40:01
Speaker 1: who they say that they hate. But in reality, who
40:06
Speaker 1: they aspire to be. So I have no sympathy for
40:11
Speaker 1: her as she languishes in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, denied
40:15
Speaker 1: bail and awaiting trial on charges related to the sex
40:18
Speaker 1: trafficking of minors for her former boyfriend and co-conspirator and
40:24
Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag and pedophile and sex beast Jeffrey Epstein.
40:30
Speaker 1: The trial is expected to start in November this year.
40:34
Speaker 1: I don't know how anyone could have sympathy for her, honestly. Look,
40:38
Speaker 1: I get it. Due process is... probably one of the
40:41
Speaker 1: most important things for any of us right and until
40:45
Speaker 1: you're convicted you are innocent and Ghislaine Maxwell under the
40:50
Speaker 1: law is still innocent so there's a certain level of
40:54
Speaker 1: treatment that people should get and I'm completely on board
40:58
Speaker 1: with that I mean I don't know how much more
41:00
Speaker 1: clear I can be about how disgusted I am about
41:04
Speaker 1: the justice system as a whole But that said, Ghislaine
41:07
Speaker 1: Maxwell and her friends, they're the ones who set these rules.
41:10
Speaker 1: They're the ones that put the chess pieces on the board.
41:13
Speaker 1: Now they have to live with them. Because I don't
41:17
Speaker 1: want to hear about how rough she had it in
41:20
Speaker 1: prison or how bad it is in lockup. That's what
41:23
Speaker 1: lockup's supposed to be. And there's zero chance that my
41:29
Speaker 1: heartstrings get tugged on by somebody like Ghislaine Maxwell who
41:33
Speaker 1: is facing the charges she's facing. with all of the
41:37
Speaker 1: mountains of evidence laid up against her. So no, I
41:41
Speaker 1: don't feel any sympathy for her at all. In Maxwell's case,
41:46
Speaker 1: she avoided embarrassing legal questions. Oh, excuse me. We got
41:51
Speaker 1: ahead of ourselves, folks. Let's back up here. There are
41:54
Speaker 1: many who don't expect that to happen, of course. Because,
41:58
Speaker 1: as this thorough documentary is at pains to point out,
42:03
Speaker 1: The wealthy and powerful aren't subject to the same rules
42:07
Speaker 1: as the rest of us. There is generally a legal technicality,
42:11
Speaker 1: a plea bargain to be struck, or the friend of
42:13
Speaker 1: a friend prepared to look the other way to get
42:16
Speaker 1: someone off the hook. Well, what do you know? Who
42:20
Speaker 1: does that sound like? Who's been telling you folks that forever?
42:23
Speaker 1: A technicality? You know, a loophole? We got ourselves a rich,
42:29
Speaker 1: powerful buddy who's gonna step in while the rest of
42:32
Speaker 1: us are put up against the wall, dragged out of
42:37
Speaker 1: our cars, and treated like general shit by the authorities.
42:44
Speaker 1: But if you got a couple of bucks, it doesn't
42:45
Speaker 1: matter what you're alleged to have done. It doesn't matter
42:49
Speaker 1: what sort of criminal enterprise you're engaging in. Because at
42:55
Speaker 1: the end of the day, the only sin to these people, folks,
43:00
Speaker 1: is if you're broke. In Maxwell's case, she avoided embarrassing
43:07
Speaker 1: legal questions once before, when, in 2008, Epstein thwarted an
43:13
Speaker 1: FBI investigation in Palm Beach, Florida, and pleaded guilty to
43:19
Speaker 1: state charges of soliciting minors for prostitution, copping a soft,
43:24
Speaker 1: day-release stretch of 18 months for himself. He also secured
43:28
Speaker 1: immunity for prosecution for any co-conspirators to his crimes, namely, Ghislaine.
43:35
Speaker 1: And all of that stuff, right? All of that stuff
43:40
Speaker 1: is part of the overall issue. When you look at
43:43
Speaker 1: things piece by piece here a la carte, you can
43:47
Speaker 1: write it off as, well, the system just failed. But
43:50
Speaker 1: when you put everything together and you have the whole
43:52
Speaker 1: entire puzzle built in front of you, it's a different
43:57
Speaker 1: picture entirely. And it's much, much sinister, much more devious.
44:04
Speaker 1: And folks, downright terrifying, honestly. While the FBI probe did
44:11
Speaker 1: come back to bite the financier, pedophile, Epstein is now dead,
44:15
Speaker 1: having apparently chosen suicide, allegedly, by his prison cell's orange
44:20
Speaker 1: bedsheets rather than trial by jury. So, we will never
44:24
Speaker 1: know the whole story. Now, only his former lover, co-conspirator,
44:29
Speaker 1: remains to face the music and, as a number of
44:32
Speaker 1: legal experts predicted in the documentary, We could well see
44:36
Speaker 1: Maxwell adopt the strategy of blaming Epstein for everything without
44:41
Speaker 1: fear of his denial. Of course that's what's going to happen.
44:44
Speaker 1: You've already seen them set themselves up for that. Oh, Ghislaine,
44:48
Speaker 1: she was just a shrinking violet. She was just a
44:51
Speaker 1: rose on the vine. She had nothing to do with it.
44:55
Speaker 1: She could never do anything this evil. Shut up. That's
45:02
Speaker 1: really what I want to say to them. And that's
45:04
Speaker 1: what the jury is going to say to them too,
45:05
Speaker 1: I believe. There's so much evidence going the other way
45:10
Speaker 1: that the profile they're going to try and build of
45:12
Speaker 1: Ghislaine is going to be shattered in a million pieces.
45:17
Speaker 1: And any halfway competent prosecutor should do an absolute happy
45:24
Speaker 1: dance all over these people. So I guess that means, hopefully,
45:30
Speaker 1: Maureen Comey's not involved. Funny how Maureen Comey is involved
45:35
Speaker 1: in this case and also involved in prosecuting Tartaglione, huh? Hmm,
45:39
Speaker 1: just another coincidence, folks. The documentary suggested that, just like
45:47
Speaker 1: the underage girls she allegedly found in the art galleries, schools,
45:52
Speaker 1: and streets of Manhattan and Palm Beach, so she could
45:54
Speaker 1: coerce them to having sex with Epstein and his powerful
45:58
Speaker 1: grubby pals, Maxwell will claim that she, too, Is a
46:02
Speaker 1: victim in all of this... She will portray herself... As
46:05
Speaker 1: a slavishly devoted handmaiden... To a man who enchanted her...
46:09
Speaker 1: At a vulnerable time in her life... And for whom...
46:13
Speaker 1: She would have done anything... Absolute garbage folks... Absolute straight
46:18
Speaker 1: up BS... Maxwell knew Epstein... Before her father died... This
46:25
Speaker 1: shit was kicked into effect... After her father died... And
46:29
Speaker 1: the whole premise... that Ghislaine Maxwell was a vulnerable person
46:35
Speaker 1: at this time is absolute trash. People like her are
46:39
Speaker 1: never vulnerable. This is nonsense and rubbished by the former friends, lawyers, and,
46:46
Speaker 1: most of all, the victims who Maxwell has left in
46:49
Speaker 1: her wake. What the documentary makes perfectly obvious is that
46:54
Speaker 1: she is a cold, calculating, and damaged woman who believes
46:58
Speaker 1: she operates on a higher plane than the rest of us.
47:01
Speaker 1: And her arrest, detention, and ample misfortune are all just
47:05
Speaker 1: some silly mistake. And that's how they all feel, right?
47:09
Speaker 1: That's how they all roll. Oh, this is just a mistake.
47:12
Speaker 1: I had nothing to do with this. Come on, this
47:15
Speaker 1: couldn't be me. You see how much money I donate?
47:17
Speaker 1: You see how much money I spread around? And that's
47:23
Speaker 1: their shield, right? That's their armor that they wrap themselves in.
47:27
Speaker 1: All of their supposed good deeds. We all do good deeds, right?
47:32
Speaker 1: We all do things to help other people. But in
47:37
Speaker 1: their twisted mind, the fact that they have some kind
47:40
Speaker 1: of charity or the fact that they might have donated
47:42
Speaker 1: some money, well, that's all the shielding they need, all
47:46
Speaker 1: the armor they need. While it's spent some time exploring
47:53
Speaker 1: Maxwell's familial setup, it's impossible to watch this investigation again
47:57
Speaker 1: without shuddering at the parallels between her relationship with Epstein
48:01
Speaker 1: and that which she enjoyed with her corrupt, now dead father,
48:05
Speaker 1: the brutish Bob Maxwell. Again, I don't buy into any
48:09
Speaker 1: of that. I might be, you know, off or wrong
48:13
Speaker 1: or whatever here, but for me, Ghislaine Maxwell was very calculating,
48:19
Speaker 1: very cold, very shrewd, and she knew exactly what she
48:22
Speaker 1: was doing. Nobody was manipulating her. Nobody was dog-walking her.
48:28
Speaker 1: And she is way too smart to act the fool here.
48:35
Speaker 1: And as she jumps out of this proverbial plane, well,
48:39
Speaker 1: we're not going to give her that parachute. As former
48:44
Speaker 1: Oxford University pal Anna Pasternak points out, Ghislaine's story is
48:49
Speaker 1: essentially his daddy's little girl. And it went horribly wrong
48:52
Speaker 1: when daddy turned out to be a crook. Oh yeah,
48:55
Speaker 1: I'm sure that that's all it was. you know, just be,
48:58
Speaker 1: you know, Robert Maxwell being a crook. That's what led
49:00
Speaker 1: Ghislaine down this, this alley. That's what made her this
49:04
Speaker 1: disgusting predator. I know we should all feel bad for her,
49:09
Speaker 1: said nobody with a brain. She continues, it's quite easy
49:14
Speaker 1: to see why a girl who had this father fixation,
49:17
Speaker 1: who was a daddy's girl, would move on to this
49:20
Speaker 1: equally satanic father figure and do his bidding at whatever
49:24
Speaker 1: cost oh shut up man so this is the narrative
49:28
Speaker 1: huh here it is folks you know you always say
49:32
Speaker 1: our true enemy has not really revealed himself yet like
49:36
Speaker 1: in star wars that's the case here And the true
49:40
Speaker 1: enemy is starting to reveal itself, right? Which is, obviously,
49:44
Speaker 1: all of these scuzzbag so-called elites and their puppets in
49:49
Speaker 1: the media. And you see them trying to lay a
49:53
Speaker 1: little cover fire down for her in a roundabout way here. Oh,
49:57
Speaker 1: going to dig up all of these ex-pals of hers
49:59
Speaker 1: from college. Oh, she was a daddy's girl, and the
50:02
Speaker 1: issues with Bob Maxwell caused her to be this fragile
50:05
Speaker 1: person who was easily manipulated by Jeffrey Epstein. That's what
50:10
Speaker 1: they want you to believe. Question is, will you? While
50:20
Speaker 1: it is understandable that the daughter who just lost the
50:23
Speaker 1: most influential figure in her life might simply have replaced
50:27
Speaker 1: like for like, the documentary found that Maxwell had, in fact,
50:31
Speaker 1: been introduced to Epstein by her father in the 1980s
50:35
Speaker 1: when the financier, pedophile, and the corpulent pension thief were
50:39
Speaker 1: involved together in arms dealing and the shady world of
50:43
Speaker 1: Israeli intelligence. Oh, wait a minute. Intelligence? I thought that
50:51
Speaker 1: angle was a conspiracy theory. Isn't that what some people say?
50:57
Speaker 1: That this was just an evil man and his friends
50:59
Speaker 1: conducting this business. Of course it wasn't. And of course
51:04
Speaker 1: Epstein and Maxwell weren't members of the Mossad or the
51:08
Speaker 1: CIA or anything like that. Anybody running you that line, folks,
51:12
Speaker 1: you should be very, very, very, very cautious of anything
51:16
Speaker 1: else that comes out of their mouth. It's a big
51:20
Speaker 1: difference between being an actual spy and being an asset.
51:26
Speaker 1: And what Maxwell and Epstein and the whole operation were,
51:29
Speaker 1: in my opinion, were assets. So the fact that Maxwell
51:34
Speaker 1: knew Epstein before her father died, it just completely torpedoes
51:38
Speaker 1: the whole entire theory that everybody was running with. The
51:42
Speaker 1: whole legacy media and all the people that thought they
51:45
Speaker 1: knew about the case. No, you were wrong. Sorry. Okay?
51:51
Speaker 1: Had nothing to do with love, folks, with Epstein and Maxwell.
51:54
Speaker 1: There was never any kind of love there. Oh, they
51:56
Speaker 1: could have been faking the funk. How many people fake
51:58
Speaker 1: the funk all the time? A real good narcissist is
52:01
Speaker 1: great at that, aren't they? So when Ghislaine resurfaced in
52:07
Speaker 1: New York after Captain Bob went overboard on his yacht,
52:11
Speaker 1: the Lady Ghislaine, in the middle of the night near
52:13
Speaker 1: the Canary Islands in 1991, she already had someone to
52:16
Speaker 1: turn to. A provider. A father figure, even. Epstein. More
52:21
Speaker 1: like a partner, okay? A co-conspirator. And a general all-around scumbag.
52:27
Speaker 1: Several long-term acquaintances, no one describes themselves as a friend
52:31
Speaker 1: of the disgraced socialite, co-conspirator, bipedal serpent, recall the relationship
52:36
Speaker 1: between Ghislaine and Epstein always seemed more transactional rather than
52:41
Speaker 1: sexual or romantic. Oh, well, what do you know? Of
52:45
Speaker 1: course it did, because it wasn't romantic. I've had that
52:50
Speaker 1: feeling in my stomach for a very long time. And
52:53
Speaker 1: from the people I've talked to that were around them,
52:55
Speaker 1: people who knew them personally, for me, it is rather
52:59
Speaker 1: obvious what was going on here. This is the age-old
53:03
Speaker 1: intelligence operation, running assets, moving pieces on the chessboard, all
53:13
Speaker 1: for the simple goal of collecting information and compromise. What
53:17
Speaker 1: do I tell you all the time here about information?
53:19
Speaker 1: It is worth more to these people than actual money.
53:22
Speaker 1: They have money in such an abundance, they have to
53:24
Speaker 1: weigh it when they count it. Information, on the other hand,
53:29
Speaker 1: is like gold. It's suggested that she longed to be
53:35
Speaker 1: Miss Epstein, but even in a court deposition, when asked
53:39
Speaker 1: if she would describe herself as his girlfriend, Ghislaine Demers,
53:43
Speaker 1: that's a tricky question. Surely a simple yes or no
53:46
Speaker 1: works here. She wasn't his boyfriend, okay? I'm sorry. I
53:50
Speaker 1: don't mean to keep railing on this part, but I
53:52
Speaker 1: think it's very important that we hammer this out. And
53:56
Speaker 1: I'm just not going to accept that portion of the narrative, folks.
54:01
Speaker 1: I'm just not going to do it. I'm going to
54:02
Speaker 1: challenge it at every turn, and we're going to talk
54:04
Speaker 1: about it all the time here because there's no way
54:08
Speaker 1: that these people were in love or anything like that.
54:11
Speaker 1: All of this was a big, gigantic ruse. And they
54:14
Speaker 1: were both playing a part in my opinion. In fact,
54:16
Speaker 1: I'm just convinced of that at this point. It would
54:18
Speaker 1: take some earth-shattering evidence to knock me off of that perch.
54:28
Speaker 1: Ghislaine clearly doesn't use our social framework. Boyfriends, girlfriends, who
54:32
Speaker 1: you are sleeping with is not important. It's the influence
54:36
Speaker 1: you can derive from the relationship that matters. What doors
54:39
Speaker 1: do they open? Who do they know? Can you trust them?
54:43
Speaker 1: Falling deeply in love with someone is a waste of
54:45
Speaker 1: time if there's nothing in it for you. And that's
54:49
Speaker 1: exactly right. I definitely agree with that assessment. Ghislaine Maxwell
54:53
Speaker 1: is cold calculating and all of that stuff that you
54:57
Speaker 1: could possibly imagine. And to think that anyone would try
55:02
Speaker 1: and run some kind of cover story for her or
55:05
Speaker 1: try and soften the blow is just mind-boggling to me.
55:09
Speaker 1: And how people could miss this is also mind-boggling to me.
55:17
Speaker 1: I don't know the woman personally, although I do know
55:20
Speaker 1: a few of those among the interviewed on the documentary.
55:23
Speaker 1: And when they chose to call her cold, calculating, distant,
55:27
Speaker 1: a traitor to her sex, and even monstrous, these are folk, remember,
55:32
Speaker 1: who once called her a friend. Then I accept their appraisal.
55:37
Speaker 1: That's true, right? If these were people that were around
55:39
Speaker 1: her friends and this is what they say about her character,
55:42
Speaker 1: are you going to believe that? Or what her family
55:45
Speaker 1: and lawyers are trying to pitch? You see, folks, I'm
55:48
Speaker 1: looking at the whole picture here. All of the evidence
55:51
Speaker 1: as one. And we're getting closer to that trial. It's
55:54
Speaker 1: already July. And as this evidence builds up, it's rather
55:59
Speaker 1: obvious what's going on here, what occurred here, and who
56:04
Speaker 1: was involved. For the next chapter in this sort of tale,
56:10
Speaker 1: we will just have to wait. Although, for the numerous
56:13
Speaker 1: women demanding justice, this really is too much. Most of
56:17
Speaker 1: those would have preferred Epstein to face trial rather than
56:20
Speaker 1: to take the cowardly route out. And, while Maxwell may
56:24
Speaker 1: yet engineer a fix to her problems, she will most
56:27
Speaker 1: likely end up in jail for her alleged crimes. Most likely? Oh,
56:31
Speaker 1: she's going to end up in jail, folks. There's no
56:33
Speaker 1: doubt about that. The question is, who is she going
56:35
Speaker 1: to take with her? The remarkable thing is that the
56:40
Speaker 1: network Epstein built, trafficking young girls handpicked by his house
56:44
Speaker 1: madam around the world on private jets so filthy old
56:48
Speaker 1: men could have sex with them, might still be in
56:50
Speaker 1: full swing, if not for a Florida mum's suspicion. Imagine that, huh?
56:56
Speaker 1: All of these great CIA people, NSA people, people who
57:01
Speaker 1: are tapping the phones of journalists, world leaders... Every phone
57:05
Speaker 1: call you send out. Every text. Every email. Metadata collection.
57:13
Speaker 1: But they have no idea what Jeffrey Epstein was up to.
57:16
Speaker 1: They had no idea the communications Jeffrey Epstein was making.
57:19
Speaker 1: And they certainly had no idea he was engaged in
57:21
Speaker 1: a trafficking ring. Yeah, okay, right, sure. Such a joke.
57:28
Speaker 1: And how people believe this nonsense is beyond me. The
57:31
Speaker 1: gaslighting that occurs. The cognitive dissonance. and the people who
57:35
Speaker 1: just are so caught up in their being a demagogue
57:42
Speaker 1: that they can't see the forest through the trees. When
57:47
Speaker 1: she discovered an unexplained $ 300 in her daughter's trouser pocket
57:51
Speaker 1: after she had just returned from a visit to the
57:53
Speaker 1: Palm Beach home of a rich, powerful man, the concerned
57:56
Speaker 1: parents sounded the alarm. Justice ultimately failed Epstein's survivors. And
58:03
Speaker 1: although his pedophile network is no longer operating, there is
58:06
Speaker 1: a woman who holds many of the answers to what
58:09
Speaker 1: went on currently sitting in a prison cell before trial.
58:13
Speaker 1: When or if she chooses to speak later this year,
58:17
Speaker 1: the world will be listening. It is Maxwell's final chance
58:22
Speaker 1: of redemption. No, it's not. There is no redemption here.
58:26
Speaker 1: No rehabilitation, nothing. All there is is shame, disdain, and
58:32
Speaker 1: hopefully a long, long prison sentence. If you'd like to
