- 0:04Thank you for listening to de Pictures Media Radio. You rat you readything to
- 0:31me? Oh well, jus well not a bad stop. Alone I just
- 1:10see so she called Lass So alone is a man. So welcome back,
- 1:41everybody. I'm here again with Tammy Choe. And you know what we were
- 1:45talking about before we got started. We're talking about friendship and Tammy is probably
- 1:53one of my best friends that she actually and she's one of my best friends
- 2:00because how she makes me think about who I am, how I'm showing up,
- 2:05how my business is showing up, and she does. And that's one
- 2:10of the things that she does for people in general, is she helps people
- 2:15show up the way that they're supposed to. You may not even know that
- 2:19that's the way you're supposed to show up until Tammy actually has worked with you.
- 2:23So I want to get that little promo in there. But today we're
- 2:28going to talk about one of our favorite topics to talk about is self love.
- 2:34And I like the topic of self love because you know, it just
- 2:43helps you feel confident and put yourself out there and you don't worry about the
- 2:50comfort zone. You just worry about Hey, I know I'm confident and I
- 2:53can do this right, what about you, Tammy, So welcome to the
- 2:58show again. Yeah, thanks for having me, Michael, and I thank
- 3:02you so much for welcoming me as one of your best friends. I really
- 3:07feel that we definitely have that connection together and it's honestly, yeah, it's
- 3:13been really good developing authentic relationships where we just want to support each other and
- 3:17it's not so much about a transaction, you know what I mean. So
- 3:21I really value that and so thank you for starting with that. And yeah,
- 3:25like for someone like myself, like I'm self love has been almost the
- 3:30core of my journey and a lot of people ask me about whether, you
- 3:34know what, it's my biggest hurdle and problems and challenges, and honestly,
- 3:38it comes back to, you know, this self love piece for myself the
- 3:44core of almost everything that we deal with, you know, in life,
- 3:47Michael. It often comes back to how we feel about ourselves, our confidence,
- 3:52our yah self honor you know, so to speak. And so yeah,
- 3:57like definitely on the same page here all that. Yeah, Well I
- 4:02like that word self honor because I don't think people give themselves the the honor
- 4:10that they deserve that you know that that being this inside of them, they
- 4:14don't give that being the honor that that it's supposed to have. Yeah,
- 4:21and it's very true. And even in the sense that you know, you
- 4:26know, we hear about self care, right Michael, about taking care of
- 4:29ourselves, it's actually very different from self love and self honor. And I
- 4:33think a lot of people think that if they're doing things to take care of
- 4:36themselves, then they are loving themselves. And obviously that's part of a snippet
- 4:43of the self love journey, but it's it's actually also quite different, you
- 4:46know, And I'm curious how how that lands for you, even because I'm
- 4:51seeing your face, I'm keep going now, I'm really curious to see where
- 4:58you're going with that when because it for me, it is it is different.
- 5:02It's like, it's not just self love and self honor. Isn't just
- 5:10about doing the basics. It's about going beyond the basics, and and you
- 5:18know, really deepening that that relationship with with with self. You know,
- 5:26self is a being and beings all beings need that love, they need that
- 5:31honor, and you know, it's that's the I'm gonna change change something for
- 5:39for a lot of people here because I'm gonna This is something that's been dragging
- 5:43on my brain for for a long time, and and I haven't ever said
- 5:46it. Love and honor is energy. Care is not is is making sure
- 5:51that energy gets there. But but you have to nourish that energy. You
- 5:59have to nourish that, right. Yeah, it's very truely because and then
- 6:02when we self care, whether we go get a massage or we go get
- 6:06a walk, it's so easy to have being the energy of it's something to
- 6:11do so that I can, you know, do more here or I could
- 6:15do that later. Oh I know, I should. It's a very different
- 6:18energy. You're right around this this we're you know, human beings, not
- 6:24human doings, right, And so I find that a lot of the self
- 6:28care that you know, my clients talk about is often with the energy of
- 6:32so that I can do more, and it does give them more capacity.
- 6:39And so that's why it gets confusing. And with self love, it really
- 6:45as you spoke about, Michael, is that deeper energy. It's like whether
- 6:49the core of self love comes back to a place where you're actually feeling the
- 6:55shift in your body and you're experiencing such an expansion in your heart that it's
- 7:03it's like it's there's just no doubt. And I think for a lot of
- 7:10people, Michael, is that we're better at giving that to other people than
- 7:14letting it into ourselves sometimes. And and maybe you could connect to this because
- 7:18we did explore our face and els with you. Michael. You're so brave,
- 7:24You're so brave to take your you know, bring your face. That
- 7:27allowed me to do a face reading on you essentially, you know, online,
- 7:31and it really highlights a lot of the pieces that we may not be
- 7:38aware that we're we're you know, maybe sacrificing or giving away parts of ourselves
- 7:45more to others than ourselves. Yeah, well you said you said something in
- 7:50the see there was there was part of that session that people didn't actually get
- 7:56to see that we that we turned the cameras off and you kept going and
- 8:01you said something to me that was really important and say that how does that
- 8:11that one particular part of me feel? How does that person feel when you
- 8:16show me the image? And you said that that that he looks sad,
- 8:24And it was more the because we have the male and you explained more about
- 8:28the the mascot versus the female part of us, and you said that the
- 8:33female part of me looks sad, and you said, and you asked me,
- 8:37asked me, what was I going to do about that? How was
- 8:41I going to address that? And it made it was like it was like
- 8:48this hard stop. Well wait a second, sad. I don't feel sad,
- 8:54but part of me, part of me was it wasn't getting the energy
- 8:58that it was posed to. And I had to change things in my life
- 9:05so that I could give that female part of me more energy, that energy
- 9:11that was supposed to have. And amazing things started happening. There were some
- 9:22massive changes in business, in products and and how we actually do things.
- 9:31We were talking more about services that we had hidden. And it's all because
- 9:41somebody asked a question, is like, well, what are you going to
- 9:43do about that part of you? It looks sad and it looks neglected.
- 9:50So I owe you a large chunks of gratitude towards that. It was like,
- 9:54and I've been doing more of the photo trips, right, We just
- 10:01me and my wife. We just go go take off and we and we
- 10:05do do the like these massive photo trips in and it's like we're having a
- 10:11ball with it, you know what I mean? Does that make sense?
- 10:15It makes a lot of sense, Michael, and thank you so much for
- 10:18sharing you know what you know. Prior to you know, talking today,
- 10:22I wasn't even aware what you received from opening yourself to looking at this other
- 10:28part of you, right and I I you know, just for some of
- 10:31the audience that is listening, like our the left side of our face is
- 10:35our private are inner world. It's that sort of more feminine part of us.
- 10:41And then the right side is that public face what we show people,
- 10:43you know, and and and the masculine parts of us. And it's and
- 10:50essentially I'm passionate about using someone's face and body to help expand your self love
- 10:56and acceptance so that they can create that impact and that difference. They want
- 11:01the abundance with more ease and flow simply by just eating yourself. Michael.
- 11:05It's not that you didn't have that in you. Is that sometimes we forget
- 11:09about these aspects of ourselves and we don't think it's you know, we haven't
- 11:16given ourselves permission, or we just didn't see that we were necessarily not offering
- 11:22fully expressing all parts of us. And honestly, when we allow ourselves to
- 11:28do that, you know, that's when joy happens. That's when flow starts.
- 11:33That's when I feel it's a true abundance within our heart. It's the
- 11:37energy of loving and honoring ourselves so deeply to let ourselves fully express our gifts
- 11:45in our loving to this planet. And I know this is so important for
- 11:48you, Michael, and so I just feel so blessed that you trust to
- 11:54me the whole that space for you and to ask the you know, questions
- 11:58that may not feel maybe jarring in the moment, but it also opens up
- 12:03self. Well in your screen you had you had this massive hard stop.
- 12:09We did it in episode one would we did with you that hard stop that
- 12:15you started thinking about things, and that's what started you doing Paths to the
- 12:20Heart. That's what That's what the whole initiation of it was. Was you
- 12:24realizing that this hard stop, that something was neglected inside of you. Right
- 12:31Yeah. I mean I was essentially in my own healing space at a healing
- 12:35retreat, and it downloaded that I meant to do this and alvisotly I needed
- 12:41to. I didn't know what my messaging was or what exactly my business was
- 12:48called at the time, right, but I knew the energy. I recognized
- 12:52the energy that was like dropping into me so strongly and demonstrated in that healing
- 12:56circle that I was, you know, was expanding from me into the healing
- 13:01circle. And in that it was really about me choosing to honor what I
- 13:09knew that was non tangible, and to trust myself again and again, to
- 13:15believe in myself again and again so I could really shine who I am meant
- 13:20to be in this world. And I truly and honestly think that I'm entirely
- 13:26on purpose with my gifts, and I'm always looking to the next self honor
- 13:30in myself that how can I expand Because it's actually through our own hearts and
- 13:35expressing authentically who we are within our gifts. That's how we change the world.
- 13:41Yeah, raising that energy vibration in ourselves, we're sending those ripples all
- 13:46over and it's non tangible. We can't see that. Yeah. Yeah,
- 13:54you're reminding me of the butterfly effect. They've ripples, the butterfly just flapping
- 14:03its wings has has on our world. But one question I'd never asked you,
- 14:13and I'm going to ask it now, is a who is tammy to
- 14:20you? M hmm. I honestly feel that I stand for love, Like
- 14:35people have asked me this, and I've actually introduced myself this way in a
- 14:39networking circle and they ask you, who are you? And honestly, if
- 14:45I were to speak without my mind and just from my heart, like I
- 14:48honestly it's like, I am love. I'm here to support people to embody
- 14:52self love and acceptance. This is who I am. Like I'm I'm in
- 14:58the essence of innocence and and and compassion. Just because I have so many
- 15:05people give me that feedback that I emanate that calm, loving, compassion,
- 15:09energy and at the core of our soul. You know, it honestly comes
- 15:13it comes from the essence of who we are. And so for me,
- 15:18I honestly and and I almost feel I don't feel weird about saying that,
- 15:24Like I feel actually quite aligned that I am love. And it was a
- 15:30journey, Michael, for me to step into that and to actually feel that
- 15:35I am that. M And I will say also, Michael, that there
- 15:41are there are obviously times in my life there I fall off of that.
- 15:46And it's coming back to this again. I like to call it a self
- 15:52honor. It's like seeing that's who I am, and when I fall or
- 15:56get triggered. It's like I'm able to step back in the space and move
- 16:02from you know, the not self back into self, which is love for
- 16:06me. And so it's always having that deepest vision of our self and our
- 16:12why to just come back to you know, there's it's not out there,
- 16:17right, it's all always in here and from here we create that in the
- 16:22world. And so yeah, so when you ask me that that's what comes
- 16:26through honest, they might go, yeah, yeah, and I can see
- 16:33that, and I can see that that when you talk about that, there's
- 16:37like this glow that comes around you, you know. And yeah, when
- 16:45when people realize who who who they are, they they have that glow.
- 16:52You know. It's like the universe says, okay, your light's on now
- 16:57or maybe or is it the other way around that that you found the that
- 17:03switched it turns that universal light on, you know, yeah, and it's
- 17:10it's like all of us have this. It's just a matter of like letting
- 17:12go of the barriers, the conscious or unconscious blocks that are in the way.
- 17:18And it's like that's why I'm passionate to help someone see themselves again so
- 17:23they could stop, you know, running away from themselves and to see their
- 17:26their face because oftentimes we look in the mirror and we're really not seeing ourselves.
- 17:33And so Michael, may I ask you the same question. It was,
- 17:38Michael, oh I as as as an energegetic being, I am that
- 17:53the that transformation that helps you find your love. It's like I I hope
- 18:06it's it's who I am. Is Also what I do in a lot of
- 18:11respects is because we tell I take that story that you tell me, and
- 18:17I help you see it so that you understand that that you're worth all that
- 18:23love. And I feel really good to do with people is and see I'm
- 18:27getting Tingley all over the place because me because when when somebody tells you the
- 18:34story is like, it's like, but you're when you turn it back to
- 18:41them and say, hey, look take a look at this this way,
- 18:44it's like, hey, oh wow, I am worthy of being loved.
- 18:49I am worthy of of joining into that that that universal energy that is love,
- 18:57you know. And that was one of one of my struggles was was
- 19:04actually learning myself how to plug into that universal energy that is love. It's
- 19:11like and it's and that that that universal energy it flows through everything. It's
- 19:18like it doesn't matter if you're a star, you're a planet, you're a
- 19:23tree, you're a human being, or even I'm going to say a bunny,
- 19:29because there's always bunnies running outside my window. It doesn't matter. It's
- 19:36like we all have it and all all the other things that that they exists
- 19:44can can just fall away. And that's who we're going to be. Is
- 19:49that that embodiment of of that that universal love, you know. So it's
- 19:56so cool flipping around and show people and I love helping people transform to that.
- 20:04So yeah, that's beautiful and I just love that we got shivers at
- 20:08the same time, just like you know, it's so beautiful. The space
- 20:12that you've your help for me, you know, in in you know,
- 20:17doing interviews and conversations with myself, is that I can really feel that is
- 20:22what you're here and what you're meant to do in so many aspects you are
- 20:26that bridge is what I'm seeing. Yeah, like transformation, but you're like
- 20:33bridging people in your way through your gifts, and so that's yeah. I
- 20:40just I just feel so good to speak truth to you. We all have
- 20:47those secret gifts and for me is is like you said, the bridge and
- 20:53that story using this story as a bridge also, but for you is a
- 21:03the way you make you help people see themselves and it becomes a transformation.
- 21:10There is also so what are some of your favorite sacred gifts that you have?
- 21:18One of my sacred gifts is definitely breaking down any barriers to union and
- 21:25connection and a lot of that. And it actually says that in my you
- 21:30know, human Designs, where the expression how I meant to express in this
- 21:34world and I actually connected to that connection piece, that joining of the masculine
- 21:40and feminine energy. And then when I read that in my Human design,
- 21:44I'm like wow, Like that just blew my mind how accurate it was.
- 21:47For one, but it gave me sort of new words to connect to it,
- 21:51like, because it's it's that breakdown of the union of that inner and
- 21:56out or self. It's like coming to a deeper recognition and integration in these
- 22:03places, these shadows within ourselves that are keeping us from ourselves. And what
- 22:08I truly believe is that the connection we create in ourselves, that's what creates
- 22:15the confidence for us to show up fully as ourselves when we're not like oh
- 22:19I need to be this, but I need to be that and it's really
- 22:23interesting that I just watched the Barbie movie and it was interesting how it talked
- 22:27about these dynamics in there with feeling these all these conflicts, and obviously they
- 22:34kept it really light in the movie. But where are we saying that we're
- 22:38this and then we're doing something opposite or you know, we say we we
- 22:42should have you know, money or to be thin. But deep down it's
- 22:47like I need to say I'm healthy, and I need to say that,
- 22:49oh I don't want that much money or you know what I mean. There's
- 22:52just all these separations in ourselves. Yeah, and honestly, yeah, I
- 22:59just it's it's a blessing for me when I want. After that watch that
- 23:02movie, I realized within myself that man, this is what I'm supporting the
- 23:04world with. And it just like sent shivers down in my body. This
- 23:08is my gift. And if I you know, deep in, you know
- 23:15my love in myself and what I've discovered in my human design is that you
- 23:21know, planning, you know, content or what to say, it's just
- 23:25not my jam like it's actually being guided in the moment of now. Yeah,
- 23:32and then now my intuition to guide me that is actually my truth in
- 23:37my fullest expression. Yeah, I had to say that this though, if
- 23:45because I've known I've known you for for over three years now, and if
- 23:51there's ever a person who is centered in now, it's you here to you
- 23:59you can please, it's a center in now. And yeah, there's as
- 24:08human beings in our society, there's always pastors and there's all always going to
- 24:15be future. But because that's just how our society works, and that's how
- 24:19our systems actually work. But when we find a person that they can can
- 24:29center us and now that that's a true gift from people, you know,
- 24:33it's that's a that's a gift to be to be able to center yourself and
- 24:37now, because then you're always stable. It doesn't matter to all out the
- 24:44path a little bit because hey, oh wait, I just center myself back
- 24:48and now again and then and then you find your path again. Yeah,
- 24:52because honestly, once we see ourselves and receive ourselves, even though we fall
- 24:57off, like our body has the memory of how to return to self,
- 25:03it's really just getting back, getting out of your own way. And I
- 25:07you know, also want to thank you Michael for yeah, speaking that about
- 25:11me that you know I am now and and I feel drawn to just sharing
- 25:17with the audiences that maybe as we're having this conversation, you know, what
- 25:19are going what's going through someone's mind. It's like, well, how do
- 25:22I find you know myself or my fullest truth or you know, someone still
- 25:27in the journey of that maybe you have it and you're not sure and it
- 25:32honestly comes you know, everything comes through in the now. But what I
- 25:37want to speak into the now is that when you're in the space of wanting
- 25:41to discover that, it's like, are you able to hope? The be
- 25:45present is one thing, but in dropping into a deeper presence in yourself to
- 25:52see yourself in this way and to really allow yourself to feel this truth within
- 25:57your body and to feel like the you know, sometimes it feels like an
- 26:03expansion and sometimes it feels like a tangle and whatever that is for you,
- 26:10like, allow yourself to explore that and set the intention that your body highlights
- 26:15this to you. Yeah, And I just want to speak to I've been
- 26:22in a place where at one point in my life, like I couldn't feel
- 26:26in my body and I when I was connecting into myself, Michael, like
- 26:32I honestly I literally couldn't feel this lift, and now I could feel the
- 26:38lift in its entirety. But I am also conscious to the fact that there's
- 26:42parts of me that when I start to feel the rise in my body,
- 26:47part of me wants to shut it down. So for whatever reason, you
- 26:52know, for whoever is less than you're on that journey where you feel like
- 26:55nothing's happening in your body. That is really providing a lot of information to
- 27:00you is that you know there's a deeper place for you to look to practice
- 27:07receiving and letting yourself back into yourself. And yeah, I just I just
- 27:15feel really cold to say that, because I've been coming across a lot of
- 27:18people that seem to they struggle with this, and at the end of the
- 27:22day, it's like, you know, that's beautiful, sacred information wherever you
- 27:27are with that about where you're on your journey of receiving, because your essence
- 27:33is already here. It's how much you can let go of to come back.
- 27:38Yeah. Yeah, yeah. One of the heaviest bags that I think
- 27:47that people carry is that one that they have to give, give, give,
- 27:52give, and then they don't remainbermber to receive. Well, not remembering
- 28:02to receive. Is that is like not remembering to inhale. So true,
- 28:11so true, Michael, and I will I'll speak to is that you know,
- 28:17I think many of us here that we need to fill our own tanks
- 28:22to give people. But I want to add another layer to this because the
- 28:26truth is is that if we are not giving ourselves what we need actually in
- 28:33the energy that we need it and being able to actually receive the energy of
- 28:41what we're wanting to create, Like even though you're giving to other people,
- 28:47you're not necessarily creating more of that in this world. Because the energy of
- 28:52giving was from an empty place, maybe from a place of fear or pain,
- 28:55whatever that is, We're actually not making the impact were meant to make.
- 29:02It's only through shifting our internal energy in the giving, filling our tanks,
- 29:08filling ourself with the love and the energy that we want to put out
- 29:12in the world, that is going to make the difference. And so for
- 29:17people that are out there, you know we're all about wanting you have this
- 29:19big heart, we want to help people, and I just want to give
- 29:23that perspective for people. It's like, do you really want to make that
- 29:27difference or you know you're because you may be playing smaller than your gifts and
- 29:36that that's the I feel the killer for our people. It says, it's
- 29:40that part that that missing, that part that feels missing or alone or disconnected
- 29:45or misaligned. You know, that's what it's all about, creating that energy
- 29:48alignment. Yeah. That brings us all the way to the beginning of the
- 29:52conversation Michael. Yeah, so that's all very interesting back to energy. Yeah,
- 30:03and now that's one of the one of the things about that that connection
- 30:10back to back to love itself. It's like when we have when we're truly
- 30:15connected to that central source of love, that universal source of love, that
- 30:22we don't have to worry about filling up because it it also reminds us to
- 30:30oh, yeah, you need to breathe in as well as out. We're
- 30:34going back to that analogy of give versus versus to give versus receive in that
- 30:45whole breath scenario is like it's like there is that that breath and in everything
- 30:53we do, you know, and you can't give a breath if you don't
- 30:59have a breath, yeah, or you give a breath and it's like a
- 31:04very shallow breath. Yeah, And so you know, Yeah, it's just
- 31:10not the fullest expression. And I just been meeting a lot of people that
- 31:12have been saying they really want to fully get themselves out there and to fully
- 31:18express who they are. And that's that's the pain point I think for a
- 31:22lot of us that cares so much we want to make a difference, you
- 31:26know. Yeah, I have to say this because I think a lot of
- 31:32people that actually do find this, they're looking for that bigger presence and they're
- 31:40finding they're finding us for the reason of the that they know that we can
- 31:45help them make that bigger presence. And we have to also be that example
- 31:52of that bigger presence too, right, Yeah, and how we actually get
- 31:59our message across in you know, nowadays we're like this little video on someone's
- 32:02phone this size. It really is our energy. It's our confidence and conviction
- 32:07and what we're saying about who we are and how it can help them.
- 32:12That's what people actually feel. Yeah, it's like all the other stuff is
- 32:20somewhat noise and distracting you from you know, really getting your message out there.
- 32:25And again it's that that energy that you you know, put out,
- 32:30you know, at the end of the day, and so and I just
- 32:31find that really supports me and seeing and keeping myself aligned and spreading my message.
- 32:38Yeah. Yeah, And that's the whole thing thing is is like when
- 32:45we align ourselves to our message, other people aligned to it also. Yes,
- 32:52And how's that showed up for you? Did you notice in the line
- 32:58of work you do. I'm just I'm curious, like, how how is
- 33:01that sort of showing up in your life? Well, we had at the
- 33:08beginning of the year, we had we just finished editing a documentary about a
- 33:14hate crime, and the release happened in March and to a film festival in
- 33:23India. And since then that since that film festival, we won award and
- 33:31we and it's been spreading all the way back around towards back towards North America.
- 33:37It's coming around the entire globe and we've been winning awards with it.
- 33:44We've won up to twenty five awards for Best Documentary or my friend and partner
- 33:53mts Poppa, he won Best Director, So we won tour awards at that
- 33:58particular festival. Wow, I'm still waiting for the best editor to come up.
- 34:04But it's not always a actual category in some of the in in some
- 34:09of these festivals at the editor doesn't always necessarily get the award, but the
- 34:20fact that I get the award because hey, I edited the film. It
- 34:25was my piecing it all together along along with a blueprint that that actually got
- 34:32the film the award. So best Film is actually my award. Yes,
- 34:38And this is where that you know, our mind comes in and tries to
- 34:43take away or win. And I love how you came back to you.
- 34:46I edited this film and put it together, and it's how many times do
- 34:51we create this beautiful impact and you're getting this recognition outside of you in the
- 34:57sense of rewards, right, And there's like, I mean, some of
- 35:00us don't get that instant I guess reward or validation, and it's really just
- 35:06coming back to that trust that I am making this impact, you know.
- 35:09And anyway, I just wanted to speak to that, and I just congratulations
- 35:15to you, Michael, just such an amazing, amazing expression of this alignment
- 35:22and putting yourself out there and receiving in such a like I guess, yeah,
- 35:30through awards and recognize in such a way from the community that you're in.
- 35:36Well, a lot of it had to do with that with that ones
- 35:40because we we had that session. That that session, and we did that
- 35:45that one episode about the facial analysis. It was fall wasn't it. Yeah,
- 35:52yeah, I believe it was. And that was still sitting on my
- 35:58plate and and I had a lot of frustration around it, and then we
- 36:01did the session and all of a sudden it just kind of lit up.
- 36:06Okay, this is the way to do it. This is how to use
- 36:08the editor, just this way for this film to make to make that happen.
- 36:15And it's it was some of some of your words still tingling in the
- 36:23back of my my my brain saying no this Tam he said, said said
- 36:30you're worth that impact, So do this. This is what's going to make
- 36:35the impact. You start to see it. It's like, I don't know
- 36:42how better to describe it. Is is that when you start to believe,
- 36:51you start to see it, isn't the other way around. And it's like,
- 36:57and I think that that's something that it's it. It's embedded in our
- 37:00corporate society. Oh, you have to see it to believe it, but
- 37:05it's the other way around. We have to believe it so that we can
- 37:08see it. Yeah, and I agree, that's definitely a lot of what
- 37:16society's narrative is and it's like, and I notice that sometimes it's important to
- 37:25live the narrative and be able to mutate and build the bridge for people with
- 37:32definitely seeing it in themselves and you know, face analysis and then supporting that
- 37:38bridge into believing in themselves and for you know. And it's coming back to
- 37:45me now the conversation we had with you wanting to create this film and things
- 37:51like this, and I'm I'm so glad that I was able to support you
- 37:54and I my voice is in your head now, I'm glad that it's a
- 38:00good voice. Though it's a good voice. We want to take on what
- 38:04supports us right and serves us. And obviously from receiving these twenty five awards
- 38:09and my Guinness, it's amazing. I'm so proud of you, so happy
- 38:15for the difference you are bringing to this world. Michael. Yeah, well,
- 38:17that's kind of what a lot of your your coaching is about. It's
- 38:22a high achievement. The high achievement comes from finding more deep inside of self.
- 38:30You know. It is It's honestly like, we can experience and receive
- 38:35happiness and joy without achieving another thing. And it starts from believing we deserve
- 38:42it and believing that we have everything we need. It's just about taking that
- 38:47new energy and taking action with it. And it's yeah, and that's what
- 38:53you did, Michael. It's it's a beautiful thing. And yeah, yeah,
- 39:00I'm just so grateful to have supported that journey bring you Michael Well.
- 39:06I had to say, I'm grateful, grateful for having you around. It's
- 39:13like, you know, we need more, more of the more of the
- 39:20energy that you provide in our society, in our lives. You know that
- 39:25we need to look past just the surface and we need to really dig a
- 39:34mind out of ourselves. What is already there is already there for us.
- 39:37All we have to do is mind it up. Yeah, And I would
- 39:42even say it's like, not my energy, it's just the energy of fully
- 39:46expressing your authentic gifts uniquely as yourself. That's what we need. That's what
- 39:52I'm doing. Yeah and yeah, and it all looks and feels different,
- 39:57and it's just literally we create the impact. But it's by allowing ourselves to
- 40:02be ourselves, receiving ourselves deeply, loving and self honoring ourselves so deeply that
- 40:09honestly, what other people say doesn't give a matter, just use that word
- 40:15and yeah, and we're just excited allowing the joy to just come in and
- 40:21flow us forward and flow us back when it's needed, and understanding that the
- 40:27flow back and forward is still serving us, and to be able to be
- 40:30connected to ourselves to know that that's okay. Yeah, that's the journey,
- 40:37right, It's creating the ease and flow just by loving what we do,
- 40:43doing what we love, Loving ourselves honestly just comes back to this core truth.
- 40:50Everything else is just noise. Yeah. Yeah, it's interesting. Our
- 41:00corporate systems are designed to create noise in when it's when we can quiet it
- 41:07into ourselves that we start to find our real impact, our real truth and
- 41:15who we really are, you know. So yeah, yeah, it's so
- 41:21interesting how this conversation has all panned out together. And so I'm so grateful
- 41:27to have shared this like you know, energy with you, Michael, and
- 41:30to allow truth to be spoken together and how it shows up in you know,
- 41:37our lives as we're making this difference together out there. Yeah, so
- 41:40thank you so much. Yeah, final thought for impact sake, Yeah,
- 41:50go ahead, oh okay, so meaning final thoughts for me? I feel
- 42:00the what's coming through right now for me is to truly allow yourself to slow
- 42:07down in the moment and accept wherever you're at, because often what keeps us
- 42:16stuck is that we're not accepting where we are. And it's about accepting where
- 42:23we are where we start to accept who we are. And so that is
- 42:30something I want to excuse me leave for the audience, is that this is
- 42:36the place that I find people's interesting. As I say this, I'm coughing.
- 42:40I'm just going to grab some water. It is this place of allowing
- 42:51ourselves to fully accept ourselves. And that is the one little nugget that is
- 42:59going to make the biggest difference if we just accept where we are in the
- 43:01moment, not judge ourselves, not judge that we should be there or we
- 43:07should be here. It's accepting where we are in the moment and just practicing
- 43:14loving, finding something loving in that for yourself, finding some sort of piece
- 43:22positivity, and just accepting that that's what's going to make the impact. And
- 43:30then now in the moment of now, and so gift your that yourself that
- 43:37today Yeah, oh all right, contact information so people can find you and
- 43:45work with you. Yeah, I would love to share with the audience.
