Oceanside Pier Water Quality, Sandag New CEO, Camp Pendleton Marine Identified
San Diego County officials will be testing the water quality near Oceanside Beach after a fire damaged the pier. A new CEO is taking over Sandag amid past failures with tolling systems. The U.S. Marine Corps is now identifying a marine who died during training at Camp Pendleton earlier this week. Here's NBC 7's Jackie Crea with the top stories of the day.
