Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: From the Daily Beast and we're going to read about
- 0:07Speaker 1: this moron and his attempts to sue Jeffrey Epstein over
- 0:15Speaker 1: his reputation being destroyed this article was published by the
- 0:22Speaker 1: Daily Beast on March 26th of 2015 The author of
- 0:30Speaker 1: this article, M.L. Nestle. Headline, Model King Jean-Luc Brunel sues
- 0:37Speaker 1: billionaire perv pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The modeling agency Kingpin, who
- 0:45Speaker 1: allegedly teamed up with pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein to supply
- 0:50Speaker 1: his underage beauties, is broke and he wants payback. Well,
- 0:55Speaker 1: guess what? You got all the payback you're going to get.
- 0:58Speaker 1: And that payback is you sitting in that jail cell
- 1:00Speaker 1: right now, my friend, spending Christmas in jail. Merry Christmas,
- 1:05Speaker 1: Jean-Luc Brunel. Whatever the equivalent of bologna sandwiches is, I
- 1:11Speaker 1: hope that's what you're getting in your French jail cell.
- 1:15Speaker 1: I hope that you're having the most miserable Christmas in
- 1:18Speaker 1: the history of miserable Christmases. Jean-Luc Brunel The septuagenarian, French
- 1:29Speaker 1: co-owner of MC2 Modeling Agency and Karen Models, has filed
- 1:34Speaker 1: a lawsuit against his convicted pal Epstein for supposedly losing
- 1:38Speaker 1: him millions in profits and sending him into deep depression.
- 1:43Speaker 1: He's displaying the prescriptions and psychotherapy forms to prove it. Aw,
- 1:49Speaker 1: poor Jean-Luc Brunel. His relationship with Jeffrey Epstein made him depressed,
- 1:56Speaker 1: And he had to be on all kinds of prescriptions.
- 1:59Speaker 1: And he had psychotherapy forms that he provided. Oh, I'm
- 2:02Speaker 1: just so, so gutted for him. I mean, don't you
- 2:09Speaker 1: all just feel so terrible for Jean-Luc Brunel? Especially Monday
- 2:16Speaker 1: morning quarterbacking the situation. Especially using hindsight as our guide.
- 2:23Speaker 1: This guy was a piece of garbage then. And he's
- 2:26Speaker 1: a piece of garbage now. His reputation didn't need Jeffrey
- 2:30Speaker 1: Epstein's disgusting fingerprints on it to be ruined. Even if
- 2:35Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and this dude never crossed paths, this dude
- 2:40Speaker 1: would still have to answer for what he did to
- 2:42Speaker 1: Vizia and to all of the other models who came
- 2:45Speaker 1: forward from France and elsewhere who said that he abused them.
- 2:50Speaker 1: So while the Jeffrey Epstein stink on you makes your
- 2:54Speaker 1: turd disgusting, doubly atrocious. That is not what destroyed your reputation.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Your reputation was destroyed because you're an absolute scumbag, sir. Okay?
- 3:06Speaker 1: Point blank, period. And he's also picking a fight with
- 3:16Speaker 1: a no-name hosting website for tarring his rep. I mean...
- 3:21Speaker 1: That is the biggest mistake one of these so-called elites
- 3:25Speaker 1: could possibly make. Giving publicity to an independent content creator
- 3:31Speaker 1: or a web host, an unnamed, no-name web host. The
- 3:37Speaker 1: last thing you want to do is give them that notoriety.
- 3:43Speaker 1: But these people aren't as smart as we give them
- 3:45Speaker 1: credit for or as people give them credit for. Sure,
- 3:49Speaker 1: they're shrewd and they're Great when they're on the offensive.
- 3:54Speaker 1: But when you put these people on their back heel
- 3:57Speaker 1: and you go on the offensive and you start throwing
- 4:00Speaker 1: the punches, it is a whole different ballgame. And we're
- 4:06Speaker 1: seeing that play out in real time. Look at Prince Andrew.
- 4:09Speaker 1: The narrative was fantastic when they were in control of it, right?
- 4:13Speaker 1: They could say whatever they want, pop out their press
- 4:15Speaker 1: releases and be done with it. But not anymore. Even
- 4:21Speaker 1: Emily Maitlis challenged him. And we're seeing that more and more.
- 4:26Speaker 1: The narrative being snatched from these people, them being put
- 4:29Speaker 1: on the defensive, and them not knowing what in the
- 4:32Speaker 1: hell to do when the barrage comes. When they start
- 4:36Speaker 1: getting kicked with, you know, getting hit with leg kicks
- 4:40Speaker 1: and all of these, you know, legal punches, and they
- 4:44Speaker 1: don't know what to do because they've been in The
- 4:48Speaker 1: driver's seat for so long. They've never had the shoe
- 4:51Speaker 1: on the other foot. Nobody's ever tied up their Timbos
- 4:56Speaker 1: and took these dudes out behind the woodshed. And I
- 5:00Speaker 1: don't mean literally. I'm talking about in the courtroom, right?
- 5:04Speaker 1: That's never happened to these people. Their narrative's never been challenged.
- 5:07Speaker 1: They've always had these high-profile lawyers. They've always had all
- 5:11Speaker 1: of these politicians and people that were well-placed that would
- 5:16Speaker 1: put in a good word for them. or even finagle
- 5:20Speaker 1: the situation. You all know how I feel about Mukasey.
- 5:24Speaker 1: You all know how I feel about the whole situation.
- 5:29Speaker 1: And those are the kind of people that we see
- 5:31Speaker 1: throughout history protecting these people. But now, it's starting to
- 5:39Speaker 1: seem like the wheels are coming off for them, right?
- 5:41Speaker 1: Most certainly, as far as the Epstein case goes, look
- 5:45Speaker 1: where we're at. Nobody would have believed Ghislaine Maxwell and
- 5:48Speaker 1: Jean-Luc Brunel would be sitting in jail a mere year
- 5:51Speaker 1: later since Epstein's so-called suicide. I used to get people
- 5:57Speaker 1: that would be all kinds of cynical about this case.
- 6:01Speaker 1: And I am too, right? How can you not be?
- 6:05Speaker 1: But people, they just wouldn't accept the fact that Maxwell
- 6:08Speaker 1: was going to end up getting arrested. And as I
- 6:11Speaker 1: dug deeper into the case and I started to... look
- 6:16Speaker 1: at all of the different crimes that were allegedly committed,
- 6:21Speaker 1: I knew that this case had big time legs. And
- 6:24Speaker 1: I knew that the prosecutors, if they were doing their
- 6:27Speaker 1: job correctly, were building a huge, I mean, vast case
- 6:32Speaker 1: against these people. Because not only is there a mountain
- 6:35Speaker 1: of evidence, this is a big time win for the
- 6:40Speaker 1: Department of Justice and for the SDNY, right? The public
- 6:44Speaker 1: wants this. This behooves them. This gives them credibility and
- 6:49Speaker 1: some social credit with the public if they could put
- 6:52Speaker 1: these people in prison. So you know that they want
- 6:55Speaker 1: to put them in prison as well. And I thought
- 7:00Speaker 1: that with the RICO law and some of the tools
- 7:05Speaker 1: that the prosecutors had in their toolbox, that we would
- 7:08Speaker 1: eventually get to the point where we saw these kind
- 7:10Speaker 1: of people arrested. And I still believe that we'll see
- 7:13Speaker 1: the core four also arrested. Now, as far as the
- 7:18Speaker 1: other folks, the Dubins of the world and the Les Wexners,
- 7:21Speaker 1: you all know I'm not so confident in that. Unless
- 7:25Speaker 1: there is a large encompassing financial investigation underway as well.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Because if that's the case and they could bust Indyke
- 7:35Speaker 1: and they bring Indyke in and put him to the screws,
- 7:39Speaker 1: you don't think he's going to rat on some of
- 7:41Speaker 1: these people that he knew that they were in business with?
- 7:44Speaker 1: Hell yeah, I definitely think he would. So as far
- 7:47Speaker 1: as those people go, the Dubins and the Wexners of
- 7:50Speaker 1: the world, I'm not too sure if they're going to
- 7:52Speaker 1: be brought to justice, folks. I just want everyone to
- 7:54Speaker 1: be prepared for that eventuality like we've talked about, right?
- 7:57Speaker 1: You know I don't sit here and blow smoke up
- 7:59Speaker 1: your asses. I tell you folks exactly how I feel,
- 8:02Speaker 1: what my opinions are, and, you know, we go from there.
- 8:08Speaker 1: So I think that There's a chance some of these
- 8:14Speaker 1: people could end up in serious legal jeopardy, but I
- 8:19Speaker 1: am almost sure that the core four is about to
- 8:23Speaker 1: suffer a real rough year in 2021. The fall from
- 8:30Speaker 1: grace over the past six months for the 21-year-old Brunel
- 8:34Speaker 1: has been steep. The man who claims he discovered and
- 8:37Speaker 1: molded the careers of Christy Turlington, Sharon Stone, And Milo
- 8:41Speaker 1: Jovovich is apparently panicking and fears his modeling agency, MC2,
- 8:48Speaker 1: may be underwater, according to the lawsuit. Imagine that's what
- 8:52Speaker 1: he was worried about in 2005. I mean, 2015. His
- 8:57Speaker 1: modeling agency being underwater. Now this scumbag is sitting in
- 9:01Speaker 1: a jail cell, certainly not enjoying his Christmas, that's for sure.
- 9:06Speaker 1: And his modeling agency is the last thing on his mind.
- 9:17Speaker 1: In the suit, which was filed in a Florida court
- 9:19Speaker 1: in January, Brunel paints a grim snapshot of his personal
- 9:24Speaker 1: hell and claims it's all because of one man, the
- 9:28Speaker 1: guy with the ear-to-ear grin, Jeffrey Epstein. Attempts to reach
- 9:32Speaker 1: Epstein's attorney for comment were unsuccessful. Well, I don't know
- 9:36Speaker 1: how hard it would be to reach Epstein's attorney for comment.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz shows up everywhere running his fat yap. He
- 9:43Speaker 1: was on MSNBC all the time, CNN, Fox News, you
- 9:47Speaker 1: name it. And now he's on that story channel. Oh, Newsmax,
- 9:52Speaker 1: what a great outlet. What a balanced outlet that just
- 9:57Speaker 1: fires off the facts. yikes what an absolute dumpster fire
- 10:04Speaker 1: Newsmax is what an absolute dumpster fire MSNBC is and
- 10:12Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz well I won't even get into that idiot
- 10:20Speaker 1: Once Epstein landed back in the news over allegations he
- 10:23Speaker 1: and his rich, powerful friends bedded underage girls, Brunel seems
- 10:27Speaker 1: to have become radioactive. Oh yeah, it was just because
- 10:31Speaker 1: of Epstein, huh? And again, remember, this is five years ago,
- 10:35Speaker 1: so we have hindsight guiding us, and look how much
- 10:38Speaker 1: more we know now. Look how they would just scratch
- 10:41Speaker 1: the surface with Brunel, not bringing up any, you know,
- 10:44Speaker 1: of the other situations that he was involved in, and...
- 10:49Speaker 1: You know, they might later on in the article, but
- 10:52Speaker 1: it's just telling when you read these articles and you
- 10:56Speaker 1: see how the conversation was framed back then or how
- 11:02Speaker 1: little the legacy media really knew because they never really
- 11:07Speaker 1: truly investigated more than just scratching the surface. It wouldn't
- 11:12Speaker 1: take much to understand that. just how locked in and
- 11:17Speaker 1: how connected Brunel and Jeffrey Epstein were. Just take a
- 11:21Speaker 1: look at how many times Brunel went to see Epstein
- 11:25Speaker 1: while he was in jail, or the fact that it's
- 11:27Speaker 1: rumored that Brunel was staying at the Palm Beach mansion
- 11:31Speaker 1: while Epstein was in jail. So these two dudes were
- 11:37Speaker 1: very close. Everybody knew it. In the lawsuit, Brunel says
- 11:43Speaker 1: he can't recruit anymore because the European gals know how
- 11:47Speaker 1: to search his name online. Oh, hold on. Let's read
- 11:50Speaker 1: that again, okay? This is the greatest thing that's ever happened,
- 11:53Speaker 1: if that's the case. Talk about stranger danger personified. Talk
- 11:59Speaker 1: about the bat signal of stranger danger. Girls are Googling
- 12:03Speaker 1: this guy and they're seeing what's going on and they're like,
- 12:05Speaker 1: oh yeah, Jean-Luc Brunel, sick bastard, not messing with him.
- 12:10Speaker 1: And in this sick bastard's mind, he's so narcissistic. He's
- 12:14Speaker 1: so wrapped up in himself and so full of hubris
- 12:17Speaker 1: that even though he knows he's a pervert, even though
- 12:20Speaker 1: he knows that he was involved in this stuff, he's
- 12:26Speaker 1: going to act offended and put in a lawsuit that
- 12:30Speaker 1: the European girls Google him and his reputation is tarnished.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And because of that, he's losing business. Newsflash, dickhead. You
- 12:40Speaker 1: should be losing business. And these girls should be Googling you.
- 12:44Speaker 1: And their fathers? Well, their fathers should have beat the
- 12:47Speaker 1: shit out of you as well. Molesting their kids. Three
- 12:54Speaker 1: 12-year-olds sold to you. We sure got ourselves quite a
- 13:00Speaker 1: disgusting world, don't we, folks? Some of these people that
- 13:05Speaker 1: share our air are absolutely beyond the pale... lowest rung,
- 13:11Speaker 1: worst sort of individuals in the history of the world.
- 13:17Speaker 1: In South America, moms refuse to entrust their daughters with
- 13:21Speaker 1: a man who has been branded a sex trafficker. Brunel
- 13:24Speaker 1: has denied he has supplied girls for Epstein or his pals.
- 13:28Speaker 1: The effects, Brunel says, have him bleeding millions. Nobody cares.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Nobody cared then, and nobody cares now. Bleeding millions. Let
- 13:40Speaker 1: me play the world's smallest violin for you. This guy
- 13:47Speaker 1: is an unbelievably sick person. And the audacity that it
- 13:57Speaker 1: takes to put this kind of stuff in a court filing,
- 14:00Speaker 1: especially knowing, I mean, how do you look in the mirror, right?
- 14:03Speaker 1: You know what you have done. These girls know what
- 14:06Speaker 1: you have done. The rest of us might not be
- 14:08Speaker 1: able to prove it right now. But how do you
- 14:10Speaker 1: look at yourself in the mirror after you do this
- 14:13Speaker 1: to somebody? How can you go around providing girls to
- 14:17Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, abusing them yourself, all of this other weird, wild,
- 14:21Speaker 1: gross shit, and look at yourself in the mirror? But yet,
- 14:27Speaker 1: we have people like this all over the place. You
- 14:31Speaker 1: want to really flip yourself out? Google sex offenders in
- 14:35Speaker 1: your area or something like that, right? And just about
- 14:38Speaker 1: everywhere has a map with all of the registered sex
- 14:41Speaker 1: offenders in your neighborhood listed. And it's a sobering thing
- 14:47Speaker 1: to do. It's pretty scary and pretty sad, to be
- 14:52Speaker 1: honest with you, that there's that many people who are
- 14:56Speaker 1: registered sex offenders. So it's a prevalent problem and a
- 15:01Speaker 1: lot more so than I ever knew. If I never
- 15:05Speaker 1: stumbled into this case face first the way I did...
- 15:08Speaker 1: I would have never had any idea how big of
- 15:11Speaker 1: a problem all of this was. Now he's rolling the
- 15:16Speaker 1: dice in civil court. His lawsuit is loaded with jaw-dropping accusations...
- 15:23Speaker 1: Spelling out how Brunella has become a pariah in the
- 15:25Speaker 1: fashion world... Is dealing with visa troubles... Takes prescription pills
- 15:30Speaker 1: to deal with depression... and is convinced that Jeffrey Epstein
- 15:34Speaker 1: and a small, no-named Canadian website and its founder are
- 15:39Speaker 1: the culprits behind his misery. See, what he tried to
- 15:42Speaker 1: do here was use Jeffrey Epstein as a scapegoat, if
- 15:46Speaker 1: you could believe it, right? Epstein was already radioactive. Epstein
- 15:50Speaker 1: was already glowing. What did it matter if some girls
- 15:54Speaker 1: googled Epstein and found out that he was a sex offender?
- 15:58Speaker 1: It wouldn't matter if Brunel... Was still supplying them girls. Right? So.
- 16:05Speaker 1: You know. It's laughable. To me. That this guy. Would
- 16:14Speaker 1: try this strategy. To make anyone believe. That just his
- 16:18Speaker 1: ties to Epstein alone. Is what made him a pariah.
- 16:21Speaker 1: And this is all Jeffrey Epstein's fault. And Mr. Poor
- 16:25Speaker 1: Jean-Luc Brunel. had no idea what he was getting involved in,
- 16:29Speaker 1: and he had no idea what Jeffrey Epstein was. Meanwhile,
- 16:35Speaker 1: this guy is engaged in his own decades-long run of
- 16:40Speaker 1: sexual abuse and assault. But what's most incredible is Brunel
- 16:49Speaker 1: implicates himself and his once-close pal Epstein on possibly committing
- 16:54Speaker 1: blatant obstruction of justice. Well, there's no doubt that Epstein,
- 16:59Speaker 1: every single time Epstein had any kind of issue in
- 17:03Speaker 1: the court, he engaged in obstruction, paying people off, witness tampering,
- 17:08Speaker 1: all of it. Indyke and Khan as well. Indyke especially.
- 17:15Speaker 1: And they never paid any penalties for that. You know
- 17:17Speaker 1: what happens if the mafia does that? If the mafia
- 17:20Speaker 1: leans on a witness or if the mafia tries to
- 17:23Speaker 1: get somebody to change their story? Oh yeah, it becomes
- 17:25Speaker 1: even more of a RICO case. But not Epstein. Not
- 17:29Speaker 1: Epstein at all. Him and Jean-Luc Brunel, they were engaged
- 17:33Speaker 1: in obstruction for sure. Not even a question. The fall
- 17:37Speaker 1: into severe emotional stress, Brunel alleges in the lawsuit, is
- 17:42Speaker 1: all because of his association with the convicted Palm Beach
- 17:45Speaker 1: sex offender. Epstein's conduct was the direct cause of Brunel's
- 17:50Speaker 1: psychological state. Let me break it down for you, okay?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Because of Jeffrey Epstein's conduct, Jean-Luc Brunel lost his mind.
- 18:04Speaker 1: All because of what Epstein did. Not because Brunel was
- 18:09Speaker 1: engaged in it. Not because Brunel was.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Today, what business needs most is creativity. So let's create
- 18:15Speaker 2: new possibilities from intelligent automation to cloud management that requires
- 18:20Speaker 2: less management. Let's create something that changes everything.
- 18:23Speaker 1: IBM, let's create.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Learn more at IBM.com.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Doing it. Oh, no, no, no. Just because Brunel was
- 18:29Speaker 1: hanging out with Epstein and the stink of Epstein was
- 18:33Speaker 1: enough to ruin Brunel's career. That's what they would want
- 18:38Speaker 1: you to believe in this lawsuit. Talk about asinine. How
- 18:43Speaker 1: much do these people pay for these lawyers again? Because
- 18:46Speaker 1: I don't know if they're getting their money's worth. And
- 18:48Speaker 1: that goes for Ghislaine Maxwell, too. If I was paying
- 18:53Speaker 1: all of this money for these lawyers and I was
- 18:56Speaker 1: coming up with bupkis, I'd be trying to find a
- 18:59Speaker 1: new lawyer, probably. A Bruce Cutler kind of lawyer, you know,
- 19:04Speaker 1: the dude that got Gotti off all those times. Because
- 19:09Speaker 1: they're not going to get off because they're innocent, right?
- 19:12Speaker 1: They're certainly not getting off because they're innocent. They better
- 19:14Speaker 1: find the technicality. Epstein's conduct was the direct cause of
- 19:23Speaker 1: Brunel's psychological state. The press reporting was extensively on the
- 19:29Speaker 1: lurid details of Epstein's illegal activities with the underage girls,
- 19:34Speaker 1: the paper says. So it was the media as well.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Them reporting on it played a part in Brunel's mental breakdown.
- 19:43Speaker 1: And anyone who talked about this should probably feel bad
- 19:46Speaker 1: because John Luke Brunel had a mental breakdown, according to
- 19:51Speaker 1: his lawyers, according to whatever handpicked doctors were cherry picked.
- 19:56Speaker 1: You want to talk about emotional distress? You sick bastard.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Go take a look at what these girls have went through.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Go and listen to some of their stories. Go and
- 20:05Speaker 1: hear about how they had to turn to drugs or
- 20:08Speaker 1: alcohol or other risky behavior. To try and escape from
- 20:11Speaker 1: their own heads. Because what you were engaged in. Because
- 20:14Speaker 1: of what you participated in. So don't even attempt to
- 20:20Speaker 1: make us feel bad for you. And to act like
- 20:23Speaker 1: it's just because of what Epstein did. You have your
- 20:26Speaker 1: own skeletons in your closet. Your own crimes to answer for.
- 20:30Speaker 1: And you're just as radioactive, you sick son of a bitch.
- 20:36Speaker 1: The modeling magnate has since been on medications to deal
- 20:39Speaker 1: with the effects of this and has also turned to psychotherapy.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Maybe you should start with chemically castrating yourself. That's probably
- 20:49Speaker 1: a good idea. Psychotherapy. Please. These people are not reformable
- 20:54Speaker 1: in my opinion. When you're one of these kind of
- 20:56Speaker 1: sex offenders, somebody who is prolific and does it all
- 21:00Speaker 1: the time, it's like a serial killer, right? You don't stop.
- 21:03Speaker 1: You don't retire. You either die or you get caught.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Brunel submitted in his lawsuit his actual clinical depression diagnosis
- 21:14Speaker 1: of 6 to 7 on a scale of 0 to 10.
- 21:18Speaker 1: And that he's been able to get through nights with
- 21:20Speaker 1: a sleep aid. Yeah, welcome to the real world, pal.
- 21:23Speaker 1: You know how many people have to take sleep aids
- 21:25Speaker 1: every single night? Not because they're sick perverts either, but
- 21:28Speaker 1: because they don't know how they're going to feed their
- 21:30Speaker 1: kids the next day. And they can't get out of
- 21:32Speaker 1: their own minds long enough. to make the anxiety stop
- 21:35Speaker 1: running a marathon in their head. You think you got problems,
- 21:39Speaker 1: my friend? Try being poor. Try not knowing where your
- 21:43Speaker 1: next meal's coming from. Try not knowing how you're going
- 21:46Speaker 1: to pay your rent or how you're going to tell
- 21:48Speaker 1: your kid, ah, there's no Christmas this year, kiddo. Sorry
- 21:50Speaker 1: about that. Think you got problems? Six or seven on
- 21:57Speaker 1: a scale of zero to ten. What is it like
- 22:00Speaker 1: when you go to the doctor and they show you
- 22:01Speaker 1: the little picture? Show me on this picture what kind
- 22:04Speaker 1: of pain you're in. Well, obviously I'm in a lot
- 22:07Speaker 1: of pain, dickhead. I'm here, right? According to the Frenchman's
- 22:12Speaker 1: Fort Lauderdale doctor, Royce N. Gelazo, Brunel needs psychotherapy due
- 22:18Speaker 1: to a subjective sense of depression related to what he
- 22:21Speaker 1: believes is a loss of business and is in his
- 22:24Speaker 1: modeling agency as a result of slander published against his business.
- 22:30Speaker 1: So if it's slander and none of this shit is true,
- 22:32Speaker 1: then sue everybody. What are you waiting for? Jean-Luc Brunel,
- 22:37Speaker 1: what are you waiting for? You can't sue nobody. You
- 22:43Speaker 1: cannot sue nobody over this because you know that shit
- 22:45Speaker 1: is true and you know the day in court will
- 22:48Speaker 1: come and your time will come where you'll get blasted.
- 22:52Speaker 1: It'll be proven that what is said was true and
- 22:55Speaker 1: your lawsuit will be proven to be frivolous. So you're
- 22:58Speaker 1: not going to sue nobody, right? Because you know it's
- 23:01Speaker 1: true and you'll just say it's slander. You'll say it's defamation.
- 23:04Speaker 1: You'll try and muddy the waters and you'll not provide
- 23:07Speaker 1: any receipts. Meanwhile, there are... multiple girls coming forward and
- 23:13Speaker 1: women that you abuse them Brunel says his choir boy
- 23:20Speaker 1: image was shattered once he was fingered falsely he claims
- 23:25Speaker 1: his choir boy image in 2015 am I the only
- 23:30Speaker 1: one who remembers the 60 minutes in like 1988 that
- 23:33Speaker 1: talked about this disgusting guy or the book that put
- 23:38Speaker 1: him on blast His sparkling image, huh? Yeah, this guy's
- 23:43Speaker 1: a pillar of society. I mean, he is just a
- 23:46Speaker 1: modern-day Buddha. The pillar of society, folks. Nothing wrong with him.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Just such a great guy. As the proprietor of young
- 23:59Speaker 1: talent for Epstein and others to allegedly prey upon. Yet
- 24:04Speaker 1: Brunel was accused of the sexual harassment of models as
- 24:07Speaker 1: far back as 1988. By a blockbuster 60 minutes profile.
- 24:13Speaker 1: A decade later. He was named in a BBC expose.
- 24:17Speaker 1: On modeling agencies. That exploit very young girls. According to
- 24:21Speaker 1: Ian Halperin's book. The Bold and Beautiful. Inside the dazzling.
- 24:27Speaker 1: And deadly world of supermodels. And. We've covered Brunel. At length.
- 24:34Speaker 1: And we covered. That very article. Maybe I'll repost that
- 24:39Speaker 1: one again as a flashback. But all of the accounts
- 24:42Speaker 1: that are on the record about Brunel are disturbing. They've
- 24:46Speaker 1: been disturbing for a very long time. And the fact
- 24:49Speaker 1: that he tried to sue Jeffrey Epstein and take some
- 24:53Speaker 1: of that spotlight off of his own crimes is like
- 24:57Speaker 1: a top-shelf narcissistic move, in my opinion. According to another
- 25:04Speaker 1: court document reviewed by the Daily Beast... At least one
- 25:08Speaker 1: alleged Epstein survivor has accused Brunel of bringing young girls,
- 25:13Speaker 1: ranging to ages as young as 12, to the United
- 25:16Speaker 1: States for sexual purposes and farming them out to his friends,
- 25:20Speaker 1: especially Epstein. Now, we know that person is Virginia, who
- 25:27Speaker 1: came out and made this statement that the Daily Beast
- 25:30Speaker 1: is talking about here. In his lawsuit, Brunel implies that
- 25:35Speaker 1: because of these allegations... He has lost considerable time and
- 25:39Speaker 1: money by being unable to get a visa to come
- 25:42Speaker 1: and go from the U.S. as he pleases. Yeah, no shit.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Glad you should have never had one in the first place.
- 25:48Speaker 1: The second one of these allegations was made against him,
- 25:51Speaker 1: a full, far-ranging investigation should have been kicked off. And
- 25:56Speaker 1: he should have never been allowed to come in the country.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Nobody cares that you're losing money, you sick bastard. You
- 26:02Speaker 1: mean the money that you got from Jeffrey Epstein's ill-gotten gains?
- 26:05Speaker 2: Every.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Brunel has been forced to cancel his latest visa applications
- 26:10Speaker 1: as a result of the delays, the lawsuit says. And
- 26:14Speaker 1: the broke Brunel says that the monetary damages he's suffering
- 26:18Speaker 1: to this day are going to force him to pony
- 26:20Speaker 1: up lots of cash to get out of the red. Again,
- 26:24Speaker 1: the least of your problems. I hope you didn't pony
- 26:26Speaker 1: that cash up yet. I hope you have that cash
- 26:29Speaker 1: stored away for a rainy day. Jean-Luc Brunel, you're going
- 26:34Speaker 1: to need it. You are going to need it. Brunel
- 26:41Speaker 1: would need to spend millions of dollars in order to
- 26:43Speaker 1: restore his business to what it once was worth. Money
- 26:47Speaker 1: that Brunel does not have. Well, guess what? That's called
- 26:51Speaker 1: the market, right? That's capitalism. Your company is no longer viable.
- 26:57Speaker 1: You will be knocked out of the marketplace and someone
- 27:00Speaker 1: better and brighter will come along to take your place.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Welcome to the real world, Jean-Luc Brunel. And furthermore, again,
- 27:11Speaker 1: you're going to need a lot more money than what
- 27:14Speaker 1: you were going to need to get your business out
- 27:15Speaker 1: of the red to fight these charges. And you better
- 27:19Speaker 1: hope and pray that the United States can't figure out
- 27:22Speaker 1: a way to get you extradited to the United States.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Because I got news for you, my friend. It's not
- 27:29Speaker 1: a 15-year sentence in the United States of America for
- 27:32Speaker 1: raping a kid. And if you bring 12 of them,
- 27:36Speaker 1: I mean three 12-year-olds over here, to be abused, you
- 27:40Speaker 1: could tack on another 20 or 30 or 40 or
- 27:43Speaker 1: 50 or 100. So you better hope that your ass
- 27:47Speaker 1: stays in France. Also included in the lawsuits are medical
- 27:52Speaker 1: exhibits of various prescriptions for Prozac and Rivotril that bear
- 27:57Speaker 1: Brunel's name on a label from a Bangkok hospital. Uh, what?
- 28:02Speaker 1: You're from France, bro. Why are you going to Bangkok
- 28:06Speaker 1: to get your medical profile worked up? to get your
- 28:09Speaker 1: mental profile worked up. I'm sure Bangkok's a solid place, right?
- 28:14Speaker 1: I'm not trying to demean Bangkok, but I'm wondering why
- 28:17Speaker 1: a guy like Jean-Luc Brunel with the means and all
- 28:20Speaker 1: of the ability to travel wherever he wanted, why would
- 28:23Speaker 1: he go to Bangkok for that? Why not go to
- 28:26Speaker 1: your home country with a doctor you have a relationship
- 28:28Speaker 1: with already and speak with that doctor and get those
- 28:31Speaker 1: prescriptions from a psychologist home? But no, he goes to Bangkok? Again,
- 28:38Speaker 1: none of this shit makes sense, but you know what
- 28:39Speaker 1: does make sense? The fact that we have these folks,
- 28:46Speaker 1: Epstein and friends, all of these scumbags in Thailand a
- 28:50Speaker 1: bunch of times now, multiple times now. So that Thailand
- 28:54Speaker 1: story is something we're going to have to dive into soon.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Definitely it's on the back burner. It's added to the
- 28:59Speaker 1: list of get-tos. And there's a lot going on in
- 29:03Speaker 1: Thailand with this story, considering how often these people were
- 29:06Speaker 1: going there. As it turns out, it's not just Epstein
- 29:11Speaker 1: that Brunel is beefing with. He also blames his woes
- 29:15Speaker 1: on a Canadian-based hosting website called yi.org, which he says
- 29:21Speaker 1: runs stories about escorts and Epstein on the various sites
- 29:25Speaker 1: it allegedly hosts. Oh, no, someone's running stories about Epstein? Well, duh,
- 29:31Speaker 1: you dumb asshole. It's news. People want to know about it.
- 29:37Speaker 1: People want to know. this sort of shit, especially when
- 29:42Speaker 1: they start to find out the details. The lawsuit calls
- 29:48Speaker 1: out Tyler McDonald, who Brunel says is the owner of YI.org
- 29:53Speaker 1: for hosting hyperlinks that Brunel contends damaged Brunel's reputation and
- 29:58Speaker 1: As an owner of a well-established modeling agency. You know
- 30:01Speaker 1: what always cracks me up? Oh, the posts were the
- 30:06Speaker 1: ones and the sites were the ones that ruined my
- 30:10Speaker 1: credibility and they ruined my reputation. Bro, you ruined your
- 30:14Speaker 1: reputation when you started abusing people. You ruined your reputation
- 30:18Speaker 1: when you started hanging out with Epstein. You did it.
- 30:21Speaker 1: It's not the media's fault for reporting on it. As
- 30:24Speaker 1: long as they do it fairly. It's not the media's fault.
- 30:27Speaker 1: for bringing it to light. It is your fault. Take
- 30:32Speaker 1: some responsibility. Never mind the stories about Brunel on sites
- 30:38Speaker 1: like Jezebel, HuffPo, and the aforementioned 60 Minutes, it's YI.org
- 30:44Speaker 1: that apparently got his goat. In about 2009, YI.org, by
- 30:50Speaker 1: and through the actions of its owner, McDonald, began hosting
- 30:54Speaker 1: websites that contained hyperlinks, that contained blatantly false and extremely
- 30:59Speaker 1: disparaging information about Brunel, the lawsuit says. Oh yeah, you know,
- 31:05Speaker 1: I bet you that aged well. I bet you that
- 31:08Speaker 1: kind of shit has aged well after all we know
- 31:10Speaker 1: about Brunel now, and especially now that he's in jail.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Who's the idiot now, Jean-Luc? A screen grab of the
- 31:21Speaker 1: sites allegedly hosted by YIOG, uh, YI.org and included in
- 31:28Speaker 1: the lawsuit show Brunel's name splashed under racy headlines like
- 31:32Speaker 1: Miami Beach, Florida escorts and escort girls in Florida among others.
- 31:38Speaker 1: So I'm not too familiar with this website and I'm
- 31:40Speaker 1: not too sure what they were getting at, but anyone
- 31:43Speaker 1: who is posting links about Jean-Luc Brunel's behavior, I think
- 31:47Speaker 1: that's a good thing. In the past six months, Brunel
- 31:52Speaker 1: claims in the lawsuit he's been alienated by everybody in
- 31:55Speaker 1: the fashion business, from photographers to international scouts. And he
- 32:01Speaker 1: says he can't get fresh faces to replenish MC2' s modeling stable.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Who would want to send their kid to work with
- 32:08Speaker 1: this guy? Anyone? Bueller? Anyone? Nobody. Crickets all around. Nobody
- 32:17Speaker 1: sending you their kid. Screw your company. I hope that
- 32:21Speaker 1: while you're in jail, it crumbles, every last bit of it.
- 32:27Speaker 1: And I hope at some point, that scuzzbag Mnuchin has
- 32:30Speaker 1: to answer for his involvement with you scumbags as well.
- 32:37Speaker 1: While Brunel has previously denied that Epstein gave him seed
- 32:40Speaker 1: money to found MC2, in the new lawsuit, Brunel claims
- 32:44Speaker 1: that a year after opening the shop, he received a
- 32:47Speaker 1: letter of credit from Epstein at 5% interest. Brunel says
- 32:52Speaker 1: he chipped in $ 1 million of his own money. But
- 32:55Speaker 1: that seed capital evaporated, he says, after false links between
- 32:59Speaker 1: Brunel and Epstein began to gain strength online. You know,
- 33:05Speaker 1: Brunel is not a very good liar. He's not very
- 33:08Speaker 1: good at this game. He's not good at being put
- 33:10Speaker 1: on the spot. He's very Prince Andrew-ish, in fact. And
- 33:14Speaker 1: that's why he's been so quiet as well. That's why
- 33:16Speaker 1: we hadn't seen the dude. That's why he never came
- 33:19Speaker 1: forward to answer any questions. Dude's a moron. That's my opinion.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Attempts to merge with Elite Model's Paris also tanked, and
- 33:32Speaker 1: Brunel's million bucks was gone. Moreover, Brunel contends that because
- 33:37Speaker 1: of Epstein's sexual deviance, he's lost potentially $ 10 million in
- 33:41Speaker 1: profits due to this $ 1 million loss. I mean, it's insane.
- 33:50Speaker 1: It is absolutely insane that this guy would have the
- 33:53Speaker 1: audacity to look at Jeffrey Epstein and say, because of
- 33:58Speaker 1: your reputation. Now, don't get me wrong. Epstein's reputation is
- 34:02Speaker 1: not good for Jean-Luc Brunel. It's not a good weight
- 34:05Speaker 1: to be hanging around his shoulders. But my point is,
- 34:08Speaker 1: you have your own crimes to answer for, you sick bastard.
- 34:11Speaker 1: And in this lawsuit, you're just putting yourself on blast
- 34:14Speaker 1: for people to take a look at you, cock their eye,
- 34:17Speaker 1: and wonder if you have brain damage. The lawsuit claims
- 34:23Speaker 1: that Jolanta Saduskine, owner of Modalino's agency in Lithuania, informed
- 34:30Speaker 1: Brunel that a prime recruit walked after she said she
- 34:33Speaker 1: found some article on the Internet. The same thing happened
- 34:37Speaker 1: with Vladimir Yudishkin, director of Ukrainian-based One Mother agency, who
- 34:42Speaker 1: last October delivered Brunel bad news when a model they
- 34:46Speaker 1: hoped would sign rejected. Hallelujah. Good for those models. And
- 34:51Speaker 1: now I'm not saying any of these other modeling agencies
- 34:53Speaker 1: are better. I don't know one way or the other.
- 34:55Speaker 1: I'm not saying they're worse either, by the way. But
- 34:57Speaker 1: what I do know is this is a prevalent problem
- 35:01Speaker 1: in the modeling world and it needs to be addressed.
- 35:04Speaker 1: And these agencies need to provide better protection to their clients. Initially,
- 35:12Speaker 1: she intended to sign the contract. But later she came
- 35:15Speaker 1: across that article on the internet about you involved in
- 35:19Speaker 1: illegal activities with young models. Yudishkin said, according to the lawsuit,
- 35:24Speaker 1: mothers of models in Brazil apparently won't deal with Brunel either.
- 35:28Speaker 1: He's lucky. You better not forget the mothers in Brazil.
- 35:34Speaker 1: What happens when Pops double legs you, takes you to
- 35:37Speaker 1: the ground and rips your arm off and beats you
- 35:39Speaker 1: to death with it? Making a big mistake down there
- 35:43Speaker 1: trying to molest these kids. Boy, I'll tell you what.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Brunel says that Sandra Petkanik of the Fox Fashion Agency
- 35:52Speaker 1: wrote him in a letter. We can't place any new
- 35:55Speaker 1: faces with you because the parents will refuse and it
- 35:59Speaker 1: makes us look bad to propose the girls to your agency.
- 36:03Speaker 1: The fact that they would even answer him. You just
- 36:05Speaker 1: ghost him. All of these people should have ghosted him.
- 36:08Speaker 1: He would have got the idea. and I like to
- 36:11Speaker 1: hear that the parents wouldn't let their kids go. That's refreshing.
- 36:15Speaker 1: Imagine being a parent and hearing that this is the
- 36:18Speaker 1: dude that's in charge of the modeling agency that your
- 36:21Speaker 1: daughter's going to work at. Yeah, that would ever happen.
- 36:26Speaker 1: On MC Square's website, the agency says it continues to
- 36:30Speaker 1: keep its doors open in New York. A staffer there
- 36:33Speaker 1: defended Brunel when the Daily Beast visited its offices last
- 36:37Speaker 1: month during a separate investigation... into the death of beloved
- 36:41Speaker 1: model and party promoter Pedro Gaspar, who overdosed in his
- 36:46Speaker 1: apartment directly upstairs from MC Squared. I don't know anything
- 36:50Speaker 1: about that, so I won't even touch it. The modeling
- 36:55Speaker 1: agency's website also says it has annexes in Miami and
- 36:59Speaker 1: in Tel Aviv. Does that shock anybody? You know, you
- 37:02Speaker 1: got to have your office in Tel Aviv so your
- 37:04Speaker 1: boy Ehud Barak can get hooked up correctly, right? We
- 37:07Speaker 1: know he's a sick bastard, according to Virginia. We know
- 37:10Speaker 1: that he was caught at Epstein's and other properties. So, yeah,
- 37:16Speaker 1: I'm not shocked about Tel Aviv. We know that. And Miami, too.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Got to be close to your boy Epstein, right? Had
- 37:22Speaker 1: to be close down to Epstein. When the Daily Beast
- 37:27Speaker 1: attempted to reach Brunel at his New York office for
- 37:30Speaker 1: comment on the lawsuit, A woman answering the phone said
- 37:34Speaker 1: her boss wasn't even in the U.S. Jean-Luc Brunel is
- 37:37Speaker 1: not in town. He's in South America. His lawyer also
- 37:41Speaker 1: confirmed that his client was not in the country. Dude
- 37:45Speaker 1: knew even back then not to be in this country.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Dude knew. Yeah, the writing was on the wall and
- 37:51Speaker 1: Brunel's time was short. Did it take a little bit
- 37:55Speaker 1: longer than we all would want? Of course. But guess what?
- 37:59Speaker 1: At the end of the day... This rat bastard, this narcissist,
- 38:03Speaker 1: this arrogant son of a bitch is sitting in a
- 38:07Speaker 1: jail cell. Brunel, in his lawsuit, makes a bid to
- 38:13Speaker 1: absolve himself entirely from involvement in Epstein's alleged underage sex parties.
- 38:18Speaker 1: That's not what they were. Sex parties, you know, that
- 38:21Speaker 1: was occurring, right? But this was a flat-out trafficking ring, folks.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Brunella's clean hands and was never involved in sex trafficking,
- 38:32Speaker 1: the papers say. Oh, absolutely clean hands. We're talking, again,
- 38:36Speaker 1: a pillar of the community. A man above reproach. Meanwhile,
- 38:43Speaker 1: the dude's as scummy as they come. Smells like an
- 38:48Speaker 1: overflowed porta potty. And is an absolute moron to boot.
- 38:58Speaker 1: It adds, Epstein's illegal activities were outrageous and extreme. They
- 39:03Speaker 1: involved receiving massages from underage girls while the girls were
- 39:07Speaker 1: nude or nearly nude, penetration of the girls with a
- 39:10Speaker 1: finger or object, or full intercourse. Epstein pleaded guilty to
- 39:15Speaker 1: soliciting a minor child for prostitution in 2008. So again,
- 39:20Speaker 1: he's calling Epstein, oh, Epstein's a sick bastard, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 39:24Speaker 1: And again, of course he is. But for this guy
- 39:27Speaker 1: to be leveling those charges, it is absurd, okay? Absolutely
- 39:33Speaker 1: absurd and gross. In the lawsuit's kookiest claim, Brunel seems
- 39:39Speaker 1: to throw both himself and Epstein into possibly more legal
- 39:43Speaker 1: trouble by suggesting the pair colluded in dodging a federal deposition. Oh,
- 39:49Speaker 1: another one, huh? Ghislaine's mom was sick. I can't go
- 39:51Speaker 1: to the deposition. Brunel has still never been deposed. And
- 39:56Speaker 1: to think that him and Epstein engaged in a bit
- 40:01Speaker 1: of legal screwery as they colluded to dodge a deposition. Oh,
- 40:06Speaker 1: that doesn't that doesn't seem like it falls far from
- 40:09Speaker 1: the mark. Brunel was subpoenaed to testify in Epstein's federal
- 40:14Speaker 1: civil cases by lawyers for various alleged survivors back in
- 40:18Speaker 1: November of 2009. At the time, Brunel, who had already
- 40:24Speaker 1: demanded and been granted a delay to be deposed, informed
- 40:27Speaker 1: the lawyers that he couldn't make the mandatory meeting. Must
- 40:30Speaker 1: be nice, huh? Yeah, I'm not going to be able
- 40:32Speaker 1: to make that deposition, y'all. I got better things to do.
- 40:35Speaker 1: I'm going to fly to France. I got some, uh,
- 40:38Speaker 1: You know, cheese to eat, I'm going to go down
- 40:40Speaker 1: to the coast. I mean, what do you mean you
- 40:42Speaker 1: can't make it? In a separate court document acquired by
- 40:48Speaker 1: the Daily Beast, the lawyers for at least one alleged
- 40:51Speaker 1: survivor claimed Brunel made false representations when he said he
- 40:55Speaker 1: couldn't make the depositions. They also asked the judge to
- 41:00Speaker 1: sanction him. Oh, sanction him. Oh, he's really scared. Mr.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Rich Guy's really scared of your sanctions. Give me a break.
- 41:09Speaker 1: arrest him, okay? That's what should have happened in America
- 41:12Speaker 1: as well. Brunel's latest lawsuit claims he was told to
- 41:18Speaker 1: flee the country once the subpoenas were handed down. Brunel
- 41:22Speaker 1: was told by Epstein to leave the Palm Beach area
- 41:25Speaker 1: in anticipation of a deposition of Plaintiff Brunel in a
- 41:28Speaker 1: criminal case against Epstein. So he colluded with Epstein to
- 41:31Speaker 1: withhold evidence here. He colluded with Epstein to not be
- 41:36Speaker 1: deposed and then he fled when he knew that authorities
- 41:40Speaker 1: would be looking for him. A pillar of the community,
- 41:43Speaker 1: they say. Brunel says that a medical emergency in the
- 41:47Speaker 1: family of his attorney caused further delay, and Brunel lost
- 41:51Speaker 1: a huge opportunity to clear his name, and that of
- 41:54Speaker 1: his agency, MC Squared. A medical emergency in the family
- 41:58Speaker 1: of his attorney. My attorney's wife's cousin's cousin's friend had
- 42:04Speaker 1: a toenail that was ingrown. So that's why I couldn't
- 42:10Speaker 1: make the deposition. This is the kind of shit they
- 42:13Speaker 1: were let get away with for all of these years.
- 42:16Speaker 1: This is why so many people are fired up right now.
- 42:19Speaker 1: This is why so many people are pissed off. And thus,
- 42:25Speaker 1: he never made good on the subpoena. It was never
- 42:28Speaker 1: rescheduled and he was never deposed. Think about that. The
- 42:32Speaker 1: allegations that Virginia has made and this dude has never
- 42:35Speaker 1: even been deposed. Thankfully, he's in jail now, right? Thankfully...
- 42:39Speaker 1: Hopefully he's going to get convicted, but thankfully he's now
- 42:42Speaker 1: starting to understand that there are repercussions for his shitbag behavior.
- 42:50Speaker 1: The lawsuit announces this was a blatant example of obstruction
- 42:54Speaker 1: of justice in the criminal case. Dissuading Brunel from testifying
- 42:58Speaker 1: and convincing him to skip town could amount to a
- 43:01Speaker 1: jailable offense, Peter Lushing, who teaches criminal procedure at Cardozo
- 43:06Speaker 1: Law School, told the Daily Beast. If you encourage people
- 43:09Speaker 1: who appear as witnesses in prosecutions to leave to evade subpoenas,
- 43:14Speaker 1: that could easily be considered obstruction of justice. And it
- 43:21Speaker 1: most certainly was obstruction of justice. Epstein was engaging in
- 43:25Speaker 1: that all the time. How many times was he involved
- 43:28Speaker 1: in witness tampering? How many times did he pay people off?
- 43:33Speaker 1: And this is just another layer to the story, folks.
- 43:37Speaker 1: Another thread that had to be pulled on. And more
- 43:42Speaker 1: context to the sordid, disgusting, parasitic relationship between Jeffrey Epstein
- 43:52Speaker 1: and Jean-Luc Brunel. If you'd like to contact me, you
