- 1:23Speaker 4: Oh.
- 1:23Speaker 3: I keep saying.
- 1:25Speaker 5: We should be giving humans rabies shots like we give them.
- 1:27Speaker 5: a tetanus shots and for some reason it's literally $ 600.
- 1:30Speaker 3: I'm saying like you can do it like preemptively. I
- 1:33Speaker 3: did it.
- 1:33Speaker 5: I was going to go to Thailand and I went
- 1:35Speaker 5: and got one.
- 1:35Speaker 3: It was 600. Is it just in the arm? Yeah.
- 1:38Speaker 4: Super regular shot.
- 1:39Speaker 3: It's two shots. You can get it by having sex
- 1:41Speaker 3: with somebody. What a stupid question, Greg. Yeah. Maybe it
- 1:44Speaker 3: was a butt cheek shot. Wait, you can get it
- 1:46Speaker 3: by having sex with somebody. Thailand getting, no, because they
- 1:49Speaker 3: have monkeys in Thailand. No. Who knows what those things have.
- 1:52Speaker 5: And yeah, your cat and your dog can get it
- 1:54Speaker 5: for 12 bucks, but for some reason it's thousands for
- 1:56Speaker 5: human beings.
- 1:56Speaker 3: I disagree. Today is ask a stupid question day, which
- 1:59Speaker 3: is why I said that, Greg. Oh, babe, I hope
- 2:01Speaker 3: you don't really think I. No, no, no.
- 2:03Speaker 6: That's fine. I love asking dumb questions.
- 2:06Speaker 3: It's National Good Neighbor Day, which Greg, you know, has
- 2:09Speaker 3: problems with neighbors. Only one. Just the one with the
- 2:11Speaker 3: trash bins.
- 2:12Speaker 7: Yep.
- 2:13Speaker 3: It's National Self-Awareness Day, which that neighbor does not have. None.
- 2:16Speaker 3: It's National Strawberry Cream Pie Day. First of all, cream pie.
- 2:22Speaker 3: And it's International Pokey Day. I love it. Pokey ball,
- 2:26Speaker 3: you know? Oh, pokey. Dude, I remember this vividly. And
- 2:30Speaker 3: I was just a kid, man. I was like. Six
- 2:33Speaker 3: years old.
- 2:35Speaker 8: 1982.
- 2:35Speaker 3: It was today. In 1982, the first deaths from the
- 2:40Speaker 3: laced Tylenol capsules. Oh, yeah. Big deal. Seven people died.
- 2:46Speaker 3: And that's why we have all these tamper-proof packaging things
- 2:49Speaker 3: now for consumer products. Because the case to this day
- 2:53Speaker 3: is unsolved. They never figured out. What it was, it
- 2:57Speaker 3: wasn't like, it was like cyanide or something, right?
- 2:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:00Speaker 9: And it's been back in the news lately because I
- 3:01Speaker 9: think they got a new update.
- 3:03Speaker 3: So finally. On the 1982 thing?
- 3:06Speaker 9: The Tylenol murders.
- 3:07Speaker 10: Really?
- 3:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:08Speaker 4: It's so weird.
- 3:08Speaker 3: I'm looking at it right now.
- 3:09Speaker 5: There's a guy who was a primary suspect, sent an
- 3:12Speaker 5: extortion letter to Johnson & Johnson.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Oh, hence Dolvin figured it out. And they couldn't put
- 3:17Speaker 3: two and two together.
- 3:18Speaker 11: Wow.
- 3:19Speaker 3: It's weird to think before that that you just could
- 3:22Speaker 3: open up the bottle. Well, and that's what I said.
- 3:24Speaker 9: Don't you guys remember candy bars used to be in
- 3:26Speaker 9: foil with a piece of paper over it?
- 3:27Speaker 3: You know, just go in the foil and take a bite. Yeah,
- 3:30Speaker 3: like Hershey bars.
- 3:31Speaker 11: Yeah, Nestle.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Was it Hershey bars?
- 3:32Speaker 2: Nestle Crunch.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Yeah, Nestle Crunch and stuff. Yeah. Menace has a taste test.
- 3:36Speaker 4: I do.
- 3:36Speaker 8: What?
- 3:37Speaker 3: Because you know Menace loves him some Walmart.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:39Speaker 3: So Menace was at Walt Deasy's.
- 3:41Speaker 4: And I was in the like health food type section.
- 3:44Speaker 4: I was just walking around. And then like where all
- 3:47Speaker 4: the proteins are and stuff. And I found these. And
- 3:50Speaker 4: they might look like Zins.
- 3:52Speaker 3: They do.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:53Speaker 6: They look exactly like Zins.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Are they?
- 3:54Speaker 4: But they're not Zins.
- 3:55Speaker 3: They're energy. They look like Zin canisters.
- 3:58Speaker 4: They're energy pockets.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Like Zin pouches.
- 4:00Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 4:01Speaker 3: And this one is Sour Apple. Sour Apple.
- 4:04Speaker 4: Then I have white peach and I have winter green.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Is it the same? Are they mints or like pouches
- 4:10Speaker 3: like you'd put?
- 4:12Speaker 4: Like you do like upper deckers and stuff.
- 4:14Speaker 9: Is it basically just a caffeine pill?
- 4:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Which one do you want to try?
- 4:18Speaker 3: Whatever one you open. Okay. Dealer's choice. I mean, I've
- 4:23Speaker 3: never opened them before. It's a tamper-proof, like the Tylenol is.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Is it?
- 4:27Speaker 9: Well, you said energy. I don't know what that means.
- 4:30Speaker 3: Well, yeah, it's got to be like some kind of caffeine.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Caffeine and hygris. You guys remember No-Dos? Yes. For truckers. Vibrin.
- 4:37Speaker 3: I got these open. Revive with Vibrin. These are the peach.
- 4:40Speaker 4: Yeah, this straight up looks like Zin.
- 4:41Speaker 9: Yeah, I know.
- 4:42Speaker 3: It does. Yeah, meniscus going upper deck on that one.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Do you do it between the cheek and the tooth?
- 4:47Speaker 3: You can do that, yeah. You can chew it, I guess. Yeah,
- 4:49Speaker 3: just do it like chaw.
- 4:50Speaker 4: You'll try it?
- 4:50Speaker 3: It's just.
- 4:52Speaker 4: It tastes like sour apple.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Would that be bad for your gums?
- 4:55Speaker 9: It can't be great.
- 4:55Speaker 4: That's pretty mild.
- 4:56Speaker 3: How many milligrams hold on to the apple? It's not bad.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Does it say how long it's supposed to kick in?
- 5:01Speaker 8: No.
- 5:01Speaker 4: Or how long you leave it in?
- 5:11Speaker 3: I didn't read the directions. Am I supposed to put
- 5:12Speaker 3: this in my butthole? What am I doing? You're supposed
- 5:14Speaker 3: to boof it.
- 5:15Speaker 4: Oh, not that way?
- 5:15Speaker 3: Yeah, boof. It tastes good. Yeah, try to stuff it
- 5:18Speaker 3: down your pee hole. Does anyone see a caffeine milligram
- 5:22Speaker 3: on anything?
- 5:22Speaker 9: That's what I'm waiting to hear.
- 5:23Speaker 2: 80. 80?
- 5:23Speaker 8: Okay.
- 5:24Speaker 3: So that's a cup of coffee. And it has.
- 5:27Speaker 4: B vitamins, too. Oh, those are good. Yeah, 80 milligrams
- 5:31Speaker 4: of caffeine.
- 5:32Speaker 3: So that's one cup of coffee per pouch, essentially.
- 5:34Speaker 4: Yeah, no nicotine. Oh, should I do a double upper decker?
- 5:37Speaker 3: What's the name of the thing again? These are energy
- 5:40Speaker 3: pouches from Walmart that Ben has found. So like Zin,
- 5:43Speaker 3: they're like little Zin. The brand is Grinds. Grinds?
- 5:47Speaker 6: Grinds Energy Pouch.
- 5:48Speaker 3: All of our gas stations have these, too.
- 5:50Speaker 10: Oh, really?
- 5:51Speaker 4: Yeah, I thought they were exciting.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Try them. I want the energy. Well, you need it.
- 5:56Speaker 3: It's the beginning of the week. For sure. It's a
- 5:58Speaker 3: good thing to have here. Yeah, what do you think?
- 6:00Speaker 3: I like it. I got the peach one. It's nice.
- 6:02Speaker 3: You don't feel anything yet, right? I wonder how long
- 6:05Speaker 3: would that take? Like if you're ingesting, you know, or
- 6:07Speaker 3: getting caffeine this way.
- 6:10Speaker 9: It's getting absorbed right into your body. It's got to
- 6:12Speaker 9: be fast.
- 6:12Speaker 4: I'm feeling it, dog.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Yeah, you're feeling it?
- 6:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Well, I did a double.
- 6:17Speaker 3: We'll do the birthdays and then check back in.
- 6:19Speaker 7: Yeah!
- 6:20Speaker 2: You all right?
- 6:21Speaker 3: What happened? I put my tongue on one.
- 6:32Speaker 12: Burns?
- 6:33Speaker 3: No, it was gross. Was it like straight flavor? Yeah.
- 6:38Speaker 3: But not the flavor that you got. No, it tasted weird.
- 6:41Speaker 3: It had a weird mouthfeel.
- 6:42Speaker 4: All right.
- 6:44Speaker 3: Celebrity birthdays. Today is Hilary Duff's birthday. What?
- 6:47Speaker 4: Lizzie McGuire.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Nice. H. Duff is 39. You got Bam Margera, who's 47. Somehow.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Naomi Watts is 58 years old today. Mira Sorvino, she
- 7:00Speaker 3: won an Oscar. Love her. She's 59 years old. I
- 7:04Speaker 3: hadn't seen this name. What is this person? Has anybody
- 7:07Speaker 3: seen Janine Garofalo?
- 7:09Speaker 9: Oh, it's been a long time.
- 7:10Speaker 3: I haven't seen her. For the longest time, like the 90s, man.
- 7:12Speaker 3: She was everywhere.
- 7:13Speaker 9: She was the queen of the 90s.
- 7:14Speaker 3: She was. Not lately. Not lately. No, like Reality Bites and,
- 7:18Speaker 3: you know, Wet Hot American Summer. She famously quit Saturday
- 7:22Speaker 3: Night Live. Oh, she did? Yeah. I didn't know she quit.
- 7:24Speaker 3: I knew she was on Saturday Night Live, but I
- 7:26Speaker 3: didn't know that she quit. It's weird because they have to, like,
- 7:28Speaker 3: let you out. You sign a seven-year contract and they
- 7:30Speaker 3: can sue you. Oh, I didn't know you could quit.
- 7:32Speaker 4: Seven years?
- 7:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:33Speaker 3: I just thought Janine Garofalo was, like, the inspiration for Daria.
- 7:37Speaker 3: For sure. Like, her look and her motivation. Yeah, Janine
- 7:41Speaker 3: Garofalo is 62 years old today.
- 7:43Speaker 8: Oh!
- 7:44Speaker 3: And singer-songwriter St. Vincent... is 44. You all right, Menace?
- 7:49Speaker 11: I'm feeling sweaty, man.
- 7:51Speaker 3: Yeah. He got up and just started walking. Yeah. So
- 7:53Speaker 3: much energy. He just can't wait. He has to walk, like,
- 7:56Speaker 3: right now. Yeah.
- 7:58Speaker 4: I'm feeling it, dog.
- 7:59Speaker 3: Your porno birthday is Brooke Banner. And today's birthday girl,
- 8:03Speaker 3: she's been stretched out more than Fat Sammy's jeans.
- 8:06Speaker 4: Oh, that's terrible.
- 8:08Speaker 3: That is stretching. She can't fit. Damn. 751 fine films,
- 8:12Speaker 3: including Once Upon a Snatch.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Yes.
- 8:15Speaker 3: She was in Camel Toe Perversions, Volume 1.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Gross.
- 8:19Speaker 3: In the Jailhouse Flick, Sluts Behind Bars. Nice. Also, Banging
- 8:22Speaker 3: Beaver on the Bus, Volume 2. She was in Hey,
- 8:26Speaker 3: You've Been Pegged, Volume 1.
- 8:28Speaker 4: In case you didn't know.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Sammy, Chesty Cheerleaders, Cheat on the Champs.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Oh, great.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Say that five times fast. She was in, you've heard
- 8:37Speaker 3: of the Gallup poll?
- 8:37Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 8:38Speaker 3: She was in Gallup on his poll. Oh, nice. And
- 8:41Speaker 3: then who can forget her unforgettable role in Suck Start
- 8:43Speaker 3: My Heart?
- 8:44Speaker 8: Oh, yeah.
- 8:45Speaker 9: I love that song.
- 8:46Speaker 3: That's Brooke Banner, who is 43 years old today. And
- 8:49Speaker 3: at your partner birthday and your celebrity birthdays here on
- 8:52Speaker 3: The Woody Show. I mean, Menace is like halfway running
- 8:55Speaker 3: around the room. I'm about to tap out, bro.
- 8:57Speaker 9: Greg and Sammy are like, what's the big deal?
- 8:58Speaker 3: Yeah, Greg, do you feel anything? No, but it's pleasant.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Menace is spazzing out over here.
- 9:03Speaker 14: I know.
- 9:03Speaker 3: Menace brought in, if you're just tuning in, Menace brought in,
- 9:06Speaker 3: they look like Zen canisters, little pouches. Smell lovely. Instead
- 9:11Speaker 3: of nicotine, they're caffeine.
- 9:14Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 9:14Speaker 3: Yeah, instead of nicotine, they're caffeine pouches. Did you upper deck, Craig?
- 9:19Speaker 3: I did not. Did you upper deck, Seabass? No, lower.
- 9:22Speaker 4: I double upper deck.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Every time he touches it with his tongue or his
- 9:25Speaker 3: lips or his fingers, he's like, ah! Yeah, so stop
- 9:28Speaker 3: doing that.
- 9:28Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 9:29Speaker 3: Just leave it.
- 9:30Speaker 4: That seems to be an extra hit or something.
- 9:32Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 9:34Speaker 1: The Woody Show. All right.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Into another new hour. Greg Gorey. Yes, Woody. Cheers and jeers.
- 9:43Speaker 6: I'm going to give cheers to Ryan Murphy... He's done
- 9:47Speaker 6: it again. He's created another masterpiece. I had a chance
- 9:51Speaker 6: to watch Monster, the Lizzie Borden story, which is co-created
- 9:55Speaker 6: by Ryan Murphy, who is an absolute genius. They weave
- 9:58Speaker 6: in Lizzie Borden with Eileen Wuornos, the notorious Florida serial killer.
- 10:04Speaker 6: She was a streetwalker and killed a bunch of her johns.
- 10:08Speaker 6: And not only is the story good, the way they
- 10:11Speaker 6: meld the two stories is seamless. It's so well done.
- 10:16Speaker 6: And only Ryan Murphy could do this to me of
- 10:18Speaker 6: all people. who is very cynical, he kind of made
- 10:22Speaker 6: me sympathize with Lizzie Borden and Eileen Wuornos.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:26Speaker 3: But didn't he do the same thing? He was behind
- 10:28Speaker 3: the Menendez Brothers thing too, wasn't he? Yeah, but I
- 10:32Speaker 3: hated those douchebags.
- 10:33Speaker 4: I'm slightly confused. Are we talking about American Horror Story
- 10:35Speaker 4: or is this something separate?
- 10:37Speaker 9: It's like an offshoot.
- 10:38Speaker 3: It's kind of an offshoot of that.
- 10:39Speaker 6: So they did Monster, the Ed Gein story. They did Monster,
- 10:42Speaker 6: the Menendez Brothers. The Monster, I think they called it
- 10:46Speaker 6: American Tragedy or something like that. That was the Menendez Brothers.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Did he figure out how to weave some gay stuff
- 10:52Speaker 3: in there? No. That's his thing? Yeah. Exactly.
- 10:56Speaker 6: He did do lesbian stuff in this.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Oh, okay. Hardcore. Sort of counts.
- 11:00Speaker 6: So Lizzie Borden and the housemaid became an item.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Nice.
- 11:06Speaker 3: And the one who plays Lizzie Borden is... Annette Bening's daughter.
- 11:10Speaker 9: Yeah, it looks just like her.
- 11:11Speaker 6: Really well done. Really just so crafty on how he
- 11:15Speaker 6: combined Eileen Wuornos. How are you going to do this?
- 11:18Speaker 6: It was really great. So if you get a chance
- 11:20Speaker 6: to watch it, it's called Monster, The Lizzie Borden Story.
- 11:23Speaker 6: Ryan Murphy does it again.
- 11:24Speaker 3: See, he could have been your man.
- 11:25Speaker 1: I know.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Ryan Murphy had like an instant crush on Greg. Right.
- 11:30Speaker 3: When they met because Ryan Murphy was a guest on
- 11:33Speaker 3: our show, came in, and he was just taken by Greg.
- 11:36Speaker 3: And Greg could have been taken by Ryan Murphy and
- 11:40Speaker 3: been living the life, the dream that he has. But no,
- 11:44Speaker 3: now Greg's got to be the bacon. He's got to
- 11:47Speaker 3: bring some of the bacon. He's got to be the earner.
- 11:50Speaker 6: I remember Woody said something along the lines of, I
- 11:53Speaker 6: think this dude's into you. I said, no, he's not.
- 11:55Speaker 3: And then when he left. Also, Greg was, by the way,
- 11:57Speaker 3: when this happened, Greg wasn't even out yet.
- 11:59Speaker 9: Right.
- 11:59Speaker 3: I was in the closet.
- 12:00Speaker 6: And then I walked him to the elevator for him
- 12:02Speaker 6: to leave for the day. And then he ended with saying,
- 12:06Speaker 6: I just want you to know. You're delicious.
- 12:11Speaker 4: Damn it, Greg. You fumbled that bag so hard.
- 12:14Speaker 3: In some alternate universe, you're Greg Murphy. But no. But no. Anyway,
- 12:19Speaker 3: I'm still a fan of his. Awesome.
- 12:21Speaker 6: And then just a simple cheers to mosquitoes. They ruin everything.
- 12:26Speaker 6: I had some friends over the other day. said, oh,
- 12:29Speaker 6: let's go outside and hang out outside for five seconds. Nope,
- 12:31Speaker 6: couldn't even make it five seconds with them treating my
- 12:34Speaker 6: body like a buffet. I can't even go outside.
- 12:37Speaker 3: There's a way to do it. Like the resort that
- 12:39Speaker 3: we go to in Mexico. How do they do it? Man,
- 12:42Speaker 3: I don't know if I saw one the entire week
- 12:45Speaker 3: that I was there. I want to know what they use.
- 12:47Speaker 3: I don't care what kind of cancer it causes or
- 12:49Speaker 3: how bad it is for the environment. I don't care.
- 12:52Speaker 3: You know what environment is great for? Wherever you're hanging
- 12:54Speaker 3: out outside.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:56Speaker 3: Because I'm like you, like they will eat me alive.
- 12:58Speaker 6: Yeah, I can't go 10 seconds. Even if I'm walking,
- 13:01Speaker 6: I think if you're walking, you're creating a breeze. I'm
- 13:04Speaker 6: walking and I look down and I see a mosquito
- 13:05Speaker 6: on my leg.
- 13:06Speaker 9: Are citronella candles a joke?
- 13:08Speaker 3: Yeah, I think all that stuff is kind of a joke.
- 13:10Speaker 6: It's all a joke. But hotels do everything with magic.
- 13:13Speaker 6: Their umbrellas are magical. Their towels are magical.
- 13:15Speaker 9: Their robes are magical.
- 13:17Speaker 3: It smells good. Menace, cheers and jeers.
- 13:20Speaker 4: Well, cheers is going to live NFL games. You know,
- 13:24Speaker 4: it's so much fun. There's so much community. And you
- 13:27Speaker 4: can just like strike up conversations with just random people
- 13:31Speaker 4: because you happen to like the same team. And it's
- 13:33Speaker 4: just super fun just drinking and hanging out. And then, yeah,
- 13:38Speaker 4: and you gang.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Up on other people that are not part of your
- 13:40Speaker 3: team and you talk smack to them. Until it breaks
- 13:43Speaker 3: out into an actual fight. Yeah. I mean, as long
- 13:46Speaker 3: as you don't go that far. Did you see the
- 13:48Speaker 3: fight that was going around where the USC fan, it
- 13:51Speaker 3: was in the stands of the USC game.
- 13:53Speaker 4: There was actually people there?
- 13:55Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. These people were brawling.
- 13:57Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Yeah. And this woman was like right in the middle
- 13:59Speaker 3: of it.
- 13:59Speaker 12: No.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Yeah. But here's the thing. But then she tried to, like, girl,
- 14:03Speaker 3: what are you doing? Just get the hell out of
- 14:05Speaker 3: the way because then. Once, you know, there was a
- 14:08Speaker 3: bit of a clearing, then she decides that she's going
- 14:09Speaker 3: to start to jump in.
- 14:11Speaker 10: Oh, good.
- 14:11Speaker 4: We needed her.
- 14:12Speaker 3: This is not going to end well for you.
- 14:14Speaker 9: That makes me wonder, hypothetically, as a woman, would I
- 14:16Speaker 9: rather be proposed to in the middle of a giant
- 14:19Speaker 9: football game or in the middle of a fight in
- 14:21Speaker 9: a giant football game? And I don't know the answer
- 14:23Speaker 9: to that.
- 14:24Speaker 3: You don't?
- 14:24Speaker 1: No.
- 14:25Speaker 3: That's a considerate, like, take the proposal.
- 14:28Speaker 9: I really, really, that was like my biggest fear that
- 14:31Speaker 9: I would be proposed to in the middle of like
- 14:32Speaker 9: a stadium.
- 14:34Speaker 3: But the other option is there are fists flying. Yeah,
- 14:37Speaker 3: but I can duck. You're a woman. I can dive
- 14:39Speaker 3: over the seat. And you're going to get throttled right
- 14:42Speaker 3: in the face. Yeah, but I can crawl out, right?
- 14:44Speaker 4: Scurry out on the floor.
- 14:46Speaker 3: See, that sounds as dumb to me as like, would
- 14:48Speaker 3: you rather be in the woods with a random man
- 14:51Speaker 3: or a bear? Where's the decision there?
- 14:53Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 14:54Speaker 3: And why is it bear? I said the man.
- 14:57Speaker 6: But that's how much Gina would hate.
- 14:59Speaker 3: A public ballgame proposal.
- 15:00Speaker 9: I'm just saying that's how much. I put Gina on that.
- 15:02Speaker 15: I might take the fight, too. I think I can
- 15:04Speaker 15: get out of it.
- 15:05Speaker 3: We can scurry out of it.
- 15:06Speaker 9: You can't scurry out of a proposal on a jumbotron.
- 15:09Speaker 4: That's your biggest fear?
- 15:11Speaker 16: That's not my biggest fear. It's just something to think about. Yeah,
- 15:14Speaker 16: we had a girl that worked on our show, Vanessa.
- 15:16Speaker 16: Her biggest fear is when she went to the movies,
- 15:18Speaker 16: somebody would puke. on her neck behind her. That was
- 15:22Speaker 16: her biggest fear in life.
- 15:24Speaker 9: You know what?
- 15:25Speaker 17: I was at the movies one time and the lady
- 15:27Speaker 17: next to us started vomiting.
- 15:29Speaker 15: She was with a kid.
- 15:31Speaker 18: When I was in high school, we were seeing the
- 15:33Speaker 18: Peter Pan movie.
- 15:35Speaker 3: It was a packed theater.
- 15:37Speaker 17: She threw up all over herself and then sat there
- 15:41Speaker 17: for like still too long of a period of time
- 15:44Speaker 17: because she was with a kid and it smelled disgusting
- 15:47Speaker 17: the whole time.
- 15:48Speaker 15: I get that fear.
- 15:49Speaker 13: It is the worst.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Because you've lived it.
- 15:54Speaker 11: All right.
- 15:55Speaker 3: Fun at football games.
- 15:56Speaker 11: Yeah, yeah.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Fun at football games. My jeers is people.
- 16:01Speaker 4: Winning that you don't want to win. Now, you know,
- 16:04Speaker 4: I'm a big fan of F1 and they recently just
- 16:06Speaker 4: had a race. And the guy that won is a
- 16:09Speaker 4: guy that no one wants to win because he's such like,
- 16:13Speaker 4: I don't know, he's so bougie and he's a diva
- 16:16Speaker 4: all the time. He's always complaining, but he ended up
- 16:19Speaker 4: winning the race. And the guy that I really like,
- 16:21Speaker 4: Max Verstappen for Red Bull, he has yet to win
- 16:25Speaker 4: a race this year. And then so everyone is just like, oh,
- 16:29Speaker 4: he won.
- 16:30Speaker 3: You know, so no one's like, no one's excited.
- 16:31Speaker 4: And like, when people are like recapping the race, they're like,
- 16:36Speaker 4: they don't even want to do it, you know? So
- 16:39Speaker 4: sometimes it happens though. People win that you don't want
- 16:41Speaker 4: to win.
- 16:42Speaker 3: In life. Yeah, it happens a lot. So sometimes people
- 16:45Speaker 3: who you want to lose, lose, and you get to have,
- 16:48Speaker 3: what is it? Shod and cry.
- 16:49Speaker 10: Oh, that's fun.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Or you take pleasure in people who you hate, like
- 16:54Speaker 3: losing something. Karma, bitch. It gets me hard. All right.
- 17:02Speaker 3: It's like someone who's like a real dick. Yeah, totally.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Just getting theirs. Yeah, like they've been dishing it out
- 17:08Speaker 3: and then they get, oh man, is that good.
- 17:10Speaker 4: So sweet.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Love that. Sammy, cheers and jeers.
- 17:14Speaker 17: So my cheers is to that new TV show Brothers
- 17:18Speaker 17: with Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson.
- 17:20Speaker 15: Oh, my God. It is so funny.
- 17:22Speaker 3: Apple TV.
- 17:23Speaker 9: So good.
- 17:24Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 17:24Speaker 17: So well written because Matthew McConaughey. Obviously, we know they're
- 17:27Speaker 17: very good friends in real life. And all of this
- 17:29Speaker 17: is based on the rumor that they might be brothers.
- 17:33Speaker 1: So.
- 17:34Speaker 17: Matthew McConaughey obviously grew up in Texas and Woody Harrelson
- 17:37Speaker 17: was born there but grew up in Ohio and is,
- 17:39Speaker 17: you know, a hippie.
- 17:40Speaker 15: They're both kind of hippies, right?
- 17:41Speaker 13: Smoking weed or whatever.
- 17:42Speaker 17: But Matthew McConaughey is still a Texan at his core
- 17:45Speaker 17: with hunting and all of that. And Woody Harrelson is
- 17:48Speaker 17: horrified by anything like that because he's all nature.
- 17:51Speaker 9: Isn't he a vegan or vegetarian?
- 17:53Speaker 3: Probably.
- 17:54Speaker 9: I think so.
- 17:55Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 17:55Speaker 17: And so they're very opposite in those ways and ideas,
- 18:00Speaker 17: but are still best friends.
- 18:02Speaker 18: And so it's just the best to watch and cool.
- 18:04Speaker 9: And I love it.
- 18:05Speaker 13: So highly recommend.
- 18:08Speaker 15: And my jeers is to bike parades.
- 18:13Speaker 3: Random.
- 18:14Speaker 17: It's so random. But driving home from dinner. there was
- 18:19Speaker 17: a bike parade happening. And at first you think, oh, cool,
- 18:23Speaker 17: a bike parade. And it's all people on bikes and
- 18:25Speaker 17: it's all like light up on their bikes. And they
- 18:28Speaker 17: put all these things to like light up and they're
- 18:29Speaker 17: playing music and stuff. And you're like, oh, they're having fun.
- 18:32Speaker 15: Oh my God. There was so many of them. That
- 18:36Speaker 15: we ended up sitting at a light. We couldn't turn right.
- 18:38Speaker 17: But that light had changed three times already with the
- 18:42Speaker 17: bike parade still going by.
- 18:43Speaker 15: That's how many people there were.
- 18:45Speaker 3: It's like when you get caught at a railroad crossing
- 18:46Speaker 3: for a freight train. It's just like car after car.
- 18:50Speaker 9: Yes, we live here now.
- 18:50Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like seven miles of cars.
- 18:53Speaker 4: So, yeah.
- 18:54Speaker 15: So now traffic's all backed up. People are honking.
- 18:56Speaker 17: We finally cut off the bike parade because we just
- 18:59Speaker 17: have to stop and go, no, we're going to turn now.
- 19:01Speaker 15: The cars are going.
- 19:02Speaker 17: So we turn and all the bikes are filled into
- 19:06Speaker 17: all the lanes around all the cars at the next light.
- 19:10Speaker 18: We sat at that light for five lights without.
- 19:12Speaker 17: Ever moving because what was happening was all the bikes
- 19:15Speaker 17: were going around and in between the cars and getting
- 19:18Speaker 17: to the front of where the light was. So then
- 19:20Speaker 17: they're going through continuously while the cars cannot move at all.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Oh, I feel like there should be some type of
- 19:28Speaker 3: like permitting for that. Yeah. Like if you're going to
- 19:30Speaker 3: have that type of event.
- 19:32Speaker 8: Right.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Not like we're not talking about like an individual here.
- 19:34Speaker 3: There are maybe a couple of people on bikes. Yes,
- 19:36Speaker 3: they have a quote right to the road. But when
- 19:38Speaker 3: you're going to have a massive group of people and
- 19:40Speaker 3: it's going to be tying up traffic, it'd be like
- 19:41Speaker 3: these street takeovers that the cops are cracking down on
- 19:45Speaker 3: because it's disruptive. Yes. Like nobody can get through. Nobody
- 19:49Speaker 3: can go. anywhere. Like you're at the mercy of- you know,
- 19:52Speaker 3: the people doing the takeover, whether it was cars or
- 19:55Speaker 3: in this particular case, bikes.
- 19:56Speaker 9: And this doesn't seem sanctioned. It's just like an email
- 19:59Speaker 9: blast went out.
- 20:00Speaker 18: At a certain point, all the bikes started moving and
- 20:03Speaker 18: we're like, oh, good.
- 20:04Speaker 17: And then these cars were coming around the side that
- 20:06Speaker 17: had sirens and stuff. So we're like, oh, the cars
- 20:08Speaker 17: are coming or the cops are coming to take care
- 20:10Speaker 17: of this. I think those were cars that were just
- 20:13Speaker 17: with the bike parade. I don't think there was anything
- 20:15Speaker 17: legit about it, but they were stopping traffic and making
- 20:18Speaker 17: people think that they were legit.
- 20:19Speaker 6: Well, the one and only time I got caught in
- 20:21Speaker 6: a bike parade, and I've only seen one in my lifetime,
- 20:23Speaker 6: I think it was sanctioned because all of a sudden
- 20:26Speaker 6: a policeman comes and stops at the intersection, cordons off
- 20:29Speaker 6: the intersection, and we wait and wait and wait. And
- 20:32Speaker 6: there's thousands of people on their bikes. And it wasn't
- 20:35Speaker 6: a race because it was very.
- 20:37Speaker 3: Slow and leisurely and caught and hokey.
- 20:40Speaker 6: And where was I headed to that day? the airport.
- 20:43Speaker 6: So I'm like, the one time that I had to
- 20:46Speaker 6: be somewhere, I'm sitting in a bike parade.
- 20:49Speaker 4: You should have just gone on a bike.
- 20:51Speaker 3: I should have.
- 20:51Speaker 17: Seriously, it is the worst to get stuck in one
- 20:53Speaker 17: of those. And then, so, they're all turning left. Good,
- 20:56Speaker 17: because we're going straight now at the slate that it
- 20:58Speaker 17: took us 20 minutes to get through.
- 21:00Speaker 2: And.
- 21:01Speaker 17: I see one lone biker who's looking around and behind
- 21:04Speaker 17: her because she lost to the bike parade because.
- 21:06Speaker 15: She went straight and everyone else turned to left.
- 21:10Speaker 3: I love how happy this is making you. I know,
- 21:12Speaker 3: so I was like a little sad. Guys, this is schadenfreude.
- 21:15Speaker 3: That's what that means right there. That feeling that Sammy's
- 21:18Speaker 3: describing right, that is schadenfreude.
- 21:20Speaker 9: Pleasure in someone else's pain.
- 21:22Speaker 3: Another example is schadenfreude. Somebody on the text, because Menace
- 21:25Speaker 3: was talking about, what's that guy like?
- 21:27Speaker 2: Max.
- 21:27Speaker 3: Max Verstappen. Menace. Max is a douchebag. I'm glad he's
- 21:31Speaker 3: not winning. So when he doesn't win, this guy's psyched.
- 21:34Speaker 3: That is schadenfreude. That's how that works. Is he known
- 21:37Speaker 3: to be a douchebag?
- 21:38Speaker 4: He actually cares about racing. So he's just all about racing.
- 21:41Speaker 4: So yeah, sometimes he can come off as a dick.
- 21:44Speaker 11: I met him.
- 21:44Speaker 4: He was cool.
- 21:46Speaker 3: But yeah, I could see that for sure. I don't
- 21:49Speaker 3: know anything about it.
- 21:50Speaker 6: Whenever you talk about it. I've only heard of him
- 21:52Speaker 6: through menace.
- 21:53Speaker 9: Yeah, all I think about is Sacha Baron Cohen and
- 21:57Speaker 9: Ricky Bobby.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Formula E!
- 22:02Speaker 6: So a pair of nuns in Brazil didn't get along.
- 22:06Speaker 6: They were forced to work together. They ended up getting
- 22:09Speaker 6: pretty close. They both quit the convent, went lesbo for
- 22:13Speaker 6: each other, and got married.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Nice!
- 22:16Speaker 3: How about clam smacking at the con there? Fuzz bumping
- 22:20Speaker 3: for Jesus. I got it. All right. What is it?
- 22:23Speaker 3: Bad habits.
- 22:26Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying?
- 22:30Speaker 3: That's so hot. Couple of nuns. It's Monday. There's Gina Grad.
- 22:37Speaker 3: She's got the trending news headlines.
- 22:39Speaker 9: Well, week three of the NFL is in the books,
- 22:41Speaker 9: so let's start with Sunday night football. The Rams blew
- 22:44Speaker 9: a 16-point lead at halftime. The Broncos took the lead
- 22:47Speaker 9: when they turned a Stafford interception into a 66-yard touchdown.
- 22:51Speaker 9: But that wasn't the only crazy moment of Week 3.
- 22:53Speaker 9: So the Steelers knocked the ball out of Joe Burrow's
- 22:56Speaker 9: hands on a sack, recovered it, and went on to
- 22:58Speaker 9: beat Cincinnati 30-27. The Colts kicked a 53-yarder with 16
- 23:03Speaker 9: seconds left to beat Houston 19-17. And the Ravens got
- 23:06Speaker 9: down the field with 7 seconds left and made a
- 23:09Speaker 9: 56-yard walk-off field goal to beat the Cowboys.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Yeah, Jeff and I are not convinced that they got
- 23:15Speaker 3: that timeout in on time.
- 23:16Speaker 7: Oh, really?
- 23:17Speaker 3: Yeah, because they determined that.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Anyway, they determined that Baltimore called the timeout with one
- 23:26Speaker 3: second left.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Right.
- 23:28Speaker 3: I don't think they got it in.
- 23:30Speaker 9: And this isn't just because you're not a fan.
- 23:32Speaker 14: No.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Of Baltimore. No, because like, you know, when did they
- 23:36Speaker 3: actually determine the play was over?
- 23:39Speaker 2: Right.
- 23:40Speaker 3: I think the clock was done. Ooh.
- 23:42Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:44Speaker 3: So now look, the NFL, they love the fact that
- 23:48Speaker 3: it was such a dramatic game and a big dramatic ending.
- 23:50Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 23:50Speaker 3: A big game in Brazil.
- 23:51Speaker 8: Of course.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Because they really love pushing all this international crap.
- 23:53Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 23:55Speaker 3: But yeah, Lamar Jackson had called the timeout. They said
- 24:00Speaker 3: with one second left.
- 24:01Speaker 4: All right.
- 24:03Speaker 3: I'm not, I'm not convinced.
- 24:05Speaker 8: Okay.
- 24:06Speaker 3: I'm not convinced.
- 24:07Speaker 4: I mean, isn't that easy to figure out?
- 24:09Speaker 3: I mean, you would think, but they have a clock.
- 24:12Speaker 3: They do.
- 24:13Speaker 4: They have endless cameras everywhere.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Yeah, they do. Jeff, there's something Jeff and I were
- 24:16Speaker 3: talking about. Oh, by the way, a menace. Congratulations. You
- 24:19Speaker 3: are once again, the winner of our biggest loser competition.
- 24:22Speaker 19: Who's gonna be the biggest loser of the week meaning
- 24:26Speaker 19: like the team that lost and by the most number
- 24:28Speaker 19: of points and both gina and menace who are the
- 24:30Speaker 19: ones going head to head this week they both picked
- 24:32Speaker 19: the dolphins to lose to kansas city which kansas city
- 24:35Speaker 19: had the biggest spread uh anyway but yes so kansas
- 24:39Speaker 19: city did win dolphins lost menace said that they would
- 24:42Speaker 19: lose by 14 points and they lost by exactly 14.
- 24:45Speaker 4: Points yeah but that still wasn't the biggest game of
- 24:50Speaker 4: The weekend, though.
- 24:51Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no. But I'm saying, like, going
- 24:54Speaker 3: into the week, like, they had the biggest point spread.
- 24:56Speaker 4: Just so people understand.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah. So the game is on the show. Yeah,
- 25:00Speaker 3: we know what to think. Yeah, the game on the
- 25:03Speaker 3: show this football season is, you know, a couple of
- 25:05Speaker 3: people on the show pick who they think is going
- 25:07Speaker 3: to be the biggest loser, meaning the team loses and
- 25:09Speaker 3: by the most points.
- 25:11Speaker 9: Yeah, I had 12. Menace had 14.
- 25:13Speaker 8: Right.
- 25:14Speaker 9: Well, five guys have been arrested near RAF Fairford in England.
- 25:17Speaker 9: That's the airbase the U.S. uses to fight Iran. And
- 25:20Speaker 9: it all happened thanks to a tip that cops got
- 25:23Speaker 9: about three suspicious vans heading toward the airbase. They're accused
- 25:26Speaker 9: of having explosives and planning a terrorist attack. So cops
- 25:30Speaker 9: evacuated about 85 houses in the area while they investigated.
- 25:34Speaker 9: The U.S. government calls the arrest fantastic and says these
- 25:38Speaker 9: a-holes were apparently assassinated. planning to cause major damage.
- 25:41Speaker 3: No kidding. That's what the explosives are for. Thank you
- 25:44Speaker 3: to the tipster. How obvious.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 25:46Speaker 3: What do you think the keys to winning are this week? Well,
- 25:48Speaker 3: it's like we've got to do our best to reduce
- 25:50Speaker 3: the number of errors and penalties and just put some
- 25:53Speaker 3: points on the board. Let me write this down.
- 25:56Speaker 4: What about that other story about those guys that are
- 25:58Speaker 4: going in the manholes? Have you been following that at all?
- 26:01Speaker 3: In New York City?
- 26:02Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Yeah, I saw the random people. Yeah, there's random people.
- 26:05Speaker 3: They're filming. They're just in the street filming something. It's
- 26:09Speaker 3: like sewer people.
- 26:10Speaker 9: Yeah, they're the mole people.
- 26:11Speaker 3: People crawl out from the sewers?
- 26:13Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:13Speaker 3: That's the mole people.
- 26:15Speaker 9: Well, USC has suspended linebacker Desmond Stevens for a game
- 26:18Speaker 9: after that nasty hit on Oregon quarterback Dante Moore Saturday night.
- 26:22Speaker 9: Stevens hit Moore in the head as he was sliding,
- 26:24Speaker 9: and Moore was knocked to the ground.
- 26:25Speaker 3: Oh, he was out.
- 26:26Speaker 10: Oh, dude.
- 26:27Speaker 9: Taken off the field on a stretcher in a neck brace.
- 26:30Speaker 9: Oregon's coach called the hit disgusting. And Stevens ended up
- 26:33Speaker 9: apologizing and saying there was no excuse for smiling or
- 26:36Speaker 9: celebrating while another player was hurt. So he's going to
- 26:38Speaker 9: sit out USC's game against Washington next weekend.
- 26:41Speaker 3: See, that's where he messed up. The hit is one thing.
- 26:43Speaker 3: There's brutal hits that happen all the time. But it
- 26:46Speaker 3: was the kind of carrying on.
- 26:49Speaker 11: Celebration.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Yeah, like the high-fiving his teammates.
- 26:52Speaker 9: That's not great.
- 26:52Speaker 3: And things like that that did not help him.
- 26:55Speaker 9: I sent this to Jeff G and now I can't
- 26:57Speaker 9: remember what team it was, but I saw this clip
- 27:00Speaker 9: that a guy got like, you know, whatever, in trouble
- 27:03Speaker 9: for unsportsmanlike conduct because after he ran in a field goal,
- 27:08Speaker 9: he pretended like he was peeing.
- 27:09Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 27:11Speaker 9: And a significant member.
- 27:14Speaker 3: He was really holding his hand down to the ground. Well,
- 27:16Speaker 3: I mean, he's just, you know, going by what he knows.
- 27:18Speaker 9: Right, sure.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Muscle memory. Like, for me, it would look like I'm
- 27:22Speaker 3: picking off a piece of lint from my pants. Or, yeah,
- 27:27Speaker 3: plucking a hair. Yeah, exactly.
- 27:30Speaker 9: Well, wrestling star Benjamin Satterly, better known as Pac in AEW,
- 27:34Speaker 9: he has died at just 40 years old. And just
- 27:37Speaker 9: one day after wrestling his final match... So far, no
- 27:40Speaker 9: cause of death has been given.
- 27:42Speaker 3: I was going to say, they say how he died.
- 27:43Speaker 3: I saw the headline.
- 27:44Speaker 15: Yeah, I didn't say.
- 27:46Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean, that's usually the guess, a heart condition
- 27:50Speaker 9: with these young guys. Well, Pac started wrestling in England
- 27:53Speaker 9: back in 2004. He spent six years in the WWE
- 27:56Speaker 9: as Neville and joined AEW in 2019. AEW's president, Tony Khan,
- 28:00Speaker 9: says he defined excellence as a husband, friend, and performer.
- 28:04Speaker 3: What's the average age you die after you retire? Like
- 28:08Speaker 3: for wrestlers?
- 28:09Speaker 4: Or just in general?
- 28:10Speaker 3: Oh, just in general? I don't know. I think it's
- 28:11Speaker 3: two weeks after you retire.
- 28:13Speaker 9: I mean, anecdotally, my dad died pretty quick after retirement.
- 28:15Speaker 3: So keep working, everybody. Is that right?
- 28:17Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 28:18Speaker 9: And MTV brought the VMAs back to LA last night.
- 28:21Speaker 9: Snoop Dogg hosted. Madonna won seven awards, including Artist of
- 28:26Speaker 9: the Year in 2026.
- 28:27Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 28:27Speaker 3: What decade is this?
- 28:29Speaker 4: She's been top of Billboard for a while.
- 28:32Speaker 9: Yeah, the rock moment of the night was Nirvana getting
- 28:34Speaker 9: the Video Vanguard Award. Olivia Rodrigo won Best Alternative for
- 28:38Speaker 9: The Cure, which is basically Alt-Rock's whole presence at the show.
- 28:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:42Speaker 3: Nothing against Olivia Rodrigo. It's just the fact that she's
- 28:44Speaker 3: in a category that's for alternative.
- 28:46Speaker 8: It seems.
- 28:47Speaker 3: Straight it's just a weird like what was there there
- 28:48Speaker 3: was like something with me definitely base an alternative but
- 28:52Speaker 3: i would call it pop there was something with um
- 28:54Speaker 3: either movies or television where there was something that wasn't
- 28:57Speaker 3: a comedy that was in the comedy category it was
- 28:59Speaker 3: almost like the bear it was almost like they put
- 29:01Speaker 3: it there it was a show or tv or yeah
- 29:04Speaker 3: i never watched is that what it was the bear.
- 29:06Speaker 6: Yeah that and i believe the martian won best comedy yeah.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Right it's like there isn't They shoehorn it into it
- 29:12Speaker 3: just so it gets the nomination because the other category
- 29:15Speaker 3: where it's supposed to be in is too full. Yeah.
- 29:18Speaker 9: And it would never win in that category.
- 29:20Speaker 4: But the MTV Awards, I watched it. It was pretty fun.
- 29:24Speaker 3: It was cool.
- 29:24Speaker 9: Did you see Casey Musgraves doing the Dolly Parton tribute?
- 29:27Speaker 4: I did see that.
- 29:27Speaker 10: Was that good?
- 29:28Speaker 4: Yeah, it was cool. I think I would like somebody
- 29:31Speaker 4: maybe somebody at a Whitney Houston level, though. Oh, I
- 29:34Speaker 4: respect that.
- 29:36Speaker 3: Are we good on the Dolly stuff now? I mean,
- 29:39Speaker 3: don't ask me.
- 29:39Speaker 7: I'm not.
- 29:40Speaker 4: Asking you.
- 29:40Speaker 3: I look directly at Greg. Yeah.
- 29:43Speaker 4: You know what?
- 29:44Speaker 3: Don't look at Gina. I'm not.
- 29:46Speaker 6: I don't think it got overblown. I think it was
- 29:50Speaker 6: almost understated.
- 29:52Speaker 3: I'm saying now.
- 29:53Speaker 9: He's saying in general.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Yeah. At this point, it happens with all the- I
- 29:57Speaker 3: thought he's not even cold. It happens. I'm pretty sure
- 29:59Speaker 3: it is. I think we can go about another month.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Another month? We're talking how many decades of... Give it
- 30:07Speaker 3: a second. Is it like star power? I'm just asking
- 30:09Speaker 3: because we always have the same conversation when whoever it
- 30:11Speaker 3: is dies, and Greg's usually going, we got it! He's
- 30:15Speaker 3: the first one typically to be like, we got it!
- 30:18Speaker 3: This is so mean. Oh, guys, you see? The prince died. Oh, really?
- 30:22Speaker 3: Whoever it is, I'm just wondering.
- 30:23Speaker 6: This is super mean, but in the same time frame,
- 30:26Speaker 6: Under the category of, we get it.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Sorry, everybody. Hayden Panettiere. We get it. There's been so
- 30:32Speaker 3: much coverage of her death.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:35Speaker 6: Dolly, I thought, got not enough.
- 30:37Speaker 13: Oh, got short-changed.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Really?
- 30:39Speaker 9: Well, and that's the other thing. Like, when they're building
- 30:41Speaker 9: airports that are going to be renamed or there's days,
- 30:43Speaker 9: we're going to keep hearing about it because they're going
- 30:45Speaker 9: to keep building statues.
- 30:46Speaker 3: So which airport is Hayden Panettiere going to get?
- 30:48Speaker 15: I don't know.
- 30:49Speaker 3: I'm clear so far.
- 30:51Speaker 17: With Hayden, though, there's been an investigation, right? So that's
- 30:54Speaker 17: why you keep hearing about it because they're looking into
- 30:56Speaker 17: everything that went on.
- 30:57Speaker 3: But I think we all.
- 30:58Speaker 9: Know at this point.
- 30:59Speaker 3: So menace, you know, Dolly Parton, decades. Okay, clearly. So
- 31:01Speaker 3: is this like my breakup rule? Oh, I hope not. So, okay,
- 31:07Speaker 3: I've always argued, like, this is a good rule for
- 31:10Speaker 3: your own mental health after a breakup. Whether you're the
- 31:13Speaker 3: one who did the breaking up or somebody broke up
- 31:15Speaker 3: with you, however long you've been together, let's say, give
- 31:18Speaker 3: me a number of years.
- 31:18Speaker 9: Five years.
- 31:19Speaker 3: Five years. Okay, so you've been together for five years.
- 31:22Speaker 3: You get five days to feel sorry for yourself and
- 31:26Speaker 3: to wallow in your sadness. And then after that is
- 31:28Speaker 3: when you have to mentally... And just deliberately try to
- 31:32Speaker 3: pick yourself up and not put any more emotional investment
- 31:36Speaker 3: into this person who either you don't want to be
- 31:38Speaker 3: with anymore or has told you they don't want to
- 31:41Speaker 3: be with you anymore. And you got to figure out
- 31:43Speaker 3: how to like get yourself to like just stop dwelling
- 31:46Speaker 3: and just wallowing in it and pick yourself up and
- 31:49Speaker 3: move forward. And we've heard from a number of people
- 31:52Speaker 3: over the years how helpful that's been and how beneficial.
- 31:55Speaker 3: Because if you allow it, it will. It's like when
- 31:56Speaker 3: they say about time, right? Oh, you'll lose months. No,
- 31:59Speaker 3: I say just in time in general. If you give yourself...
- 32:02Speaker 3: four days to get all the spring cleaning or to
- 32:05Speaker 3: clean out a storage area or whatever, it'll take you
- 32:08Speaker 3: four days. If you go, I gotta get this done
- 32:10Speaker 3: by the end of today, you'll get it done. Or
- 32:12Speaker 3: if you have a project for work or school or whatever,
- 32:14Speaker 3: you give yourself whatever it is, but if you just
- 32:16Speaker 3: leave it, dude, it'll take forever.
- 32:18Speaker 9: Well, and you do make a good point, because it's
- 32:19Speaker 9: not like, let's just men in black ourselves and pretend
- 32:22Speaker 9: this never happened, but the wallowing.
- 32:25Speaker 3: Yes, because that will carry on, and then that almost,
- 32:27Speaker 3: in a way, rewires your brain.
- 32:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I think With Dolly, though, it's we probably as
- 32:34Speaker 4: the public probably wanted like a Michael Jackson ceremony.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Yes.
- 32:38Speaker 4: Like saying goodbye and all these different things. But she
- 32:41Speaker 4: was a very private person. So, I mean, she got
- 32:44Speaker 4: what she wanted.
- 32:45Speaker 3: How many years in the public eye? 55, 60. Okay,
- 32:48Speaker 3: so you get 55 to 60 days. Okay, two months,
- 32:51Speaker 3: I'll take it.
- 32:52Speaker 4: I'll take two months.
- 32:54Speaker 3: 55 to 60 days. Starting next week. And then after that,
- 32:57Speaker 3: and it's no disrespect, but it's like, all right, we
- 32:59Speaker 3: don't need any more specials on TV.
- 33:02Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Retrospective. Everything going back to it. It's like, okay, we understand.
- 33:06Speaker 9: Two months is fair.
- 33:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 33:07Speaker 2: I like it.
- 33:07Speaker 3: They don't lower the flags at half mass endlessly. There's
- 33:12Speaker 3: a time.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Yes.
- 33:12Speaker 3: They give you like a week.
- 33:13Speaker 7: Yes.
- 33:14Speaker 9: Good point.
- 33:15Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 33:15Speaker 9: And finally, we'll wrap things up with some Woody Show
- 33:18Speaker 9: food news. Costco has announced that the churro is back.
- 33:25Speaker 9: They discontinued it in 2024 and replaced them with the
- 33:27Speaker 9: chocolate chip cookies.
- 33:28Speaker 3: Which were good.
- 33:29Speaker 9: Yeah, but they're not churros.
- 33:31Speaker 3: They're not. They're cookies. But they're good.
- 33:33Speaker 9: The twisted churro returns to all U.S. food courts for
- 33:36Speaker 9: a limited time for just $ 1.
- 33:37Speaker 7: 49.
- 33:37Speaker 3: And the Instagram announcement. Jesus, people.
- 33:41Speaker 9: Got 350,000 likes in one day. So now everyone's begging
- 33:46Speaker 9: for the combo pizza next. So we'll see what's next.
- 33:49Speaker 9: But right now, let's just celebrate the churro.
- 33:51Speaker 3: For a limited time. Can't they just do both? No,
- 33:53Speaker 3: they don't have that kind of power.
- 33:54Speaker 4: They don't have the capacity, Greg.
- 33:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 33:57Speaker 9: And that's what's going on, Woody.
- 33:58Speaker 3: Thank you very much, Gina Grad. You got it. Yes, Sammy.
- 34:04Speaker 1: Yes.
- 34:04Speaker 17: So I was going through old videos recently and I
- 34:09Speaker 17: did not notice like because I was going through all
- 34:11Speaker 17: the storage on my phone to delete stuff. And so
- 34:14Speaker 17: I saw a bunch of old stuff and I saw
- 34:17Speaker 17: a video from probably a couple of years ago that
- 34:20Speaker 17: we did here on the show.
- 34:22Speaker 18: And I did not realize that.
- 34:24Speaker 17: How much weight Menace and Woody have both lost. Until
- 34:29Speaker 17: I looked back, and I think it's one of those
- 34:31Speaker 17: things where when you're in the room with them all
- 34:33Speaker 17: the time and.
- 34:34Speaker 15: Seeing you guys daily, you don't notice it.
- 34:37Speaker 17: And all of a sudden, going back, it's like, oh
- 34:38Speaker 17: my god, you guys have lost a lot of weight.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Is this to try to get us to stop saying
- 34:43Speaker 3: Fat Sammy?
- 34:44Speaker 9: Yeah, well, we know who picked it up, right?
- 34:47Speaker 4: Yeah, this is actually a conversation Woody and I have
- 34:53Speaker 4: off the air oh really often yeah because i go
- 34:55Speaker 4: dude i found a video the other day or a
- 34:58Speaker 4: photo the other day and i go oh it was
- 35:00Speaker 4: brutal yeah well there.
- 35:01Speaker 3: Was somebody that was just asking for some type of
- 35:04Speaker 3: pictures of the show yeah right and i'm like we'll
- 35:08Speaker 3: just send whatever and somebody said dude you guys look
- 35:12Speaker 3: completely different don't send whatever yeah you.
- 35:14Speaker 6: Guys look completely different we look better now yeah whatever um.
- 35:19Speaker 3: But you know what sucks is when you lose a
- 35:21Speaker 3: bunch of weight, you're still fat. You know what I mean?
- 35:24Speaker 4: It's not like we're skinny.
- 35:25Speaker 3: No, right. We're less fat. I think about that. I'm like, oh, man, yeah,
- 35:32Speaker 3: you've lost some weight. And by the way, by no
- 35:34Speaker 3: real effort, it's just Z-bound. It's just Z-bound. You eat
- 35:40Speaker 3: less because you're not hungry and you feel already kind
- 35:44Speaker 3: of uncomfortably full it's still impressive it's not from thank
- 35:48Speaker 3: you it's not from discipline it's like it's stolen valor
- 35:55Speaker 3: right regardless of.
- 35:58Speaker 17: How you lost it though do you guys feel the
- 36:00Speaker 17: difference like are there more things you can do.
- 36:02Speaker 4: And you're like I do a hundred percent yeah but
- 36:05Speaker 4: I actually like go to the gym Woody doesn't do
- 36:08Speaker 4: that so but things might be different for him things
- 36:11Speaker 4: fit differently yeah yeah.
- 36:14Speaker 15: But you don't have, you're not like, wow, this is
- 36:15Speaker 15: much easier.
- 36:17Speaker 6: Or like daily activities, like putting on your shoes.
- 36:19Speaker 3: But I gotta tell you, even when years ago, at
- 36:25Speaker 3: one point, I forget what I got to, and I
- 36:26Speaker 3: lost 70 pounds. Well, you were walking every day. This
- 36:31Speaker 3: is even different. This is before that. There's been four
- 36:35Speaker 3: different times in my life where I've dropped about, between
- 36:38Speaker 3: 50 and 80 pounds. Damn.
- 36:40Speaker 2: Right.
- 36:41Speaker 3: And I've done it within the course of, you know,
- 36:43Speaker 3: six months to a year.
- 36:45Speaker 8: Right.
- 36:47Speaker 3: But the one time that I did it was I
- 36:50Speaker 3: was just doing the old fashioned way, like really watching
- 36:52Speaker 3: what I ate. I was doing two a days because
- 36:55Speaker 3: I didn't have, you know, a wife or kids. So like,
- 36:57Speaker 3: and I wasn't doing, you know, anything in the morning,
- 36:59Speaker 3: like work wise. So I was going to the gym,
- 37:02Speaker 3: working out there and say like, that was weight training,
- 37:04Speaker 3: resistance training. I'd go to work and then in the afternoon,
- 37:08Speaker 3: the evening, I would go back to the gym for
- 37:10Speaker 3: another workout and do the cardio part. Or if it
- 37:12Speaker 3: was cardio in the earlier, I would go back. And
- 37:14Speaker 3: then I lost a ton of weight.
- 37:15Speaker 6: You were like sickly skinny.
- 37:17Speaker 3: Exactly. Yeah. But then when I when I got down
- 37:20Speaker 3: to whatever it was, you know, even though I was
- 37:23Speaker 3: like I had muscle and I was, you know, really
- 37:25Speaker 3: I was thin. You don't feel that way.
- 37:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:28Speaker 10: You know.
- 37:29Speaker 3: I think once you're fat, you always kind of feel
- 37:31Speaker 3: like you're still a fat person, even though it may
- 37:33Speaker 3: not match what you see in the mirror or the
- 37:35Speaker 3: way that your clothes fit. But I think you still
- 37:38Speaker 3: have that kind of whatever mentality. Yeah.
- 37:40Speaker 4: And I think, just to answer your question, Sammy, yes,
- 37:43Speaker 4: I do feel way different, a lot more energy versus
- 37:47Speaker 4: back then. I mean, I'm still tired here and there
- 37:50Speaker 4: because of our schedule. But back then, I feel like
- 37:53Speaker 4: I was basically narcoleptic. I was falling asleep all the time.
- 37:58Speaker 3: Did you see the thing about GLP-1 users are now
- 38:01Speaker 3: suing over possible vision loss? I did see that. I
- 38:04Speaker 3: only just saw that. Yeah, but like, you know, the
- 38:06Speaker 3: only thing that sucks about that is you can't see
- 38:08Speaker 3: how much skinnier you are. Yeah, how hot you are.
- 38:09Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 38:10Speaker 6: Because that's all that matters.
- 38:11Speaker 3: How do you look?
- 38:12Speaker 4: That's what Greg keeps saying. No, like, that's what matters
- 38:14Speaker 4: in life.
- 38:14Speaker 3: All that stuff doesn't matter. Oh, you didn't lose it
- 38:17Speaker 3: the traditional way? Who cares? There's so many different types.
- 38:20Speaker 3: Did they say which one? It just says Ozempic, Wagovi, Manjaro.
- 38:26Speaker 9: The glp-1 but that.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Yeah to zep bound all day every day happens uh
- 38:31Speaker 3: when the blood flow to the optic nerve is disrupted
- 38:34Speaker 3: and the vision loss is usually permanent researchers have found
- 38:37Speaker 3: a possible connection to glp-1 drugs but so far studies
- 38:40Speaker 3: haven't proven the medications actually cause it okay so juries
- 38:44Speaker 3: out everybody spike up you're fine look it's going to
- 38:46Speaker 3: be something else that you know I have always wondered.
- 38:50Speaker 3: Catastrophic for everybody.
- 38:51Speaker 6: And will always wonder, and I will never know, what
- 38:53Speaker 6: it feels like to have a flat stomach.
- 38:56Speaker 3: If you have a flat stomach, consider yourself so blessed.
- 38:59Speaker 3: Then what do you have? A total belly. I know. Oh, yeah.
- 39:04Speaker 3: Show Gina. You don't have to show us. Just show Gina. Oh,
- 39:06Speaker 3: my God.
- 39:06Speaker 9: Come on. I'm standing up. There's nothing there.
- 39:10Speaker 3: What are you talking about?
- 39:13Speaker 11: It's round.
- 39:13Speaker 3: There's the cutest, tiniest.
- 39:16Speaker 9: Teeny, tiny little bump.
- 39:18Speaker 4: I mean, there's a hint of orca, but not.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 39:22Speaker 9: Greg, I think you have body dysmorphia.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Joking aside, Greg, no, dude. it's wouldn't nobody would say
- 39:29Speaker 3: it's flat nobody.
- 39:30Speaker 4: But here here's the thing you're another guy that doesn't
- 39:32Speaker 4: want to work out at all like you can instantly
- 39:35Speaker 4: get a flat stomach because you have like nothing to
- 39:38Speaker 4: you have no.
- 39:39Speaker 3: Body fat yeah by doing crunches Yeah, probably crunches.
- 39:43Speaker 9: Well, you can't spot trains, so you have to kind
- 39:45Speaker 9: of just do everything.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Oh, really?
- 39:47Speaker 9: Yeah, unfortunately.
- 39:48Speaker 3: Oh, well, I guess I'll live with it.
- 39:50Speaker 4: That was easy.
- 39:51Speaker 11: Oh, well.
- 39:53Speaker 4: With a little effort, you would get a super flat stomach.
- 39:56Speaker 3: 877-44-WOODY. You can send us a text and check in.
- 39:59Speaker 3: Do that over to 22987. Quick break. More Woody Show
- 40:03Speaker 3: next time. We'll be right back. Like Morgan, didn't you
- 40:13Speaker 3: put blow your back out in Asia? That was very specific.
- 40:18Speaker 4: Be more like Morgan.
- 40:22Speaker 3: Speaking of Morgan, cheers and jeers.
- 40:26Speaker 13: Cheers to check out this body, guys, right?
- 40:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:30Speaker 14: Don't get used to it, because today I'm starting peptides, finally.
- 40:33Speaker 4: Oh, my goodness.
- 40:35Speaker 3: Here we go.
- 40:36Speaker 11: I'm so excited.
- 40:37Speaker 3: I'm still kind of confused as to what exactly. I mean,
- 40:39Speaker 3: I understand, like, You can take different peptides to accomplish
- 40:42Speaker 3: different things, right?
- 40:44Speaker 14: Right.
- 40:44Speaker 3: So you can take a peptide for... You get more tan.
- 40:48Speaker 3: You get more tan.
- 40:49Speaker 13: For your skin, for muscle.
- 40:50Speaker 6: This is cryptocurrency of the medicine world to me.
- 40:52Speaker 3: I just don't get it. Me neither, really.
- 40:54Speaker 4: Are you going Retta?
- 40:55Speaker 13: Yes, I'm doing Retta.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Retta True Tide. Okay, so is this a pill? Is
- 41:00Speaker 3: it an injection? Like, what is it?
- 41:02Speaker 13: Injection.
- 41:03Speaker 14: So I had to get all the supplies. I got
- 41:05Speaker 14: my syringes. I had to order the vials of Retta.
- 41:08Speaker 3: From where? What third world country? Or behind what dumpster?
- 41:13Speaker 3: Like Gina used to do. She used to meet this
- 41:15Speaker 3: guy behind a dumpster somewhere. That's exactly right.
- 41:18Speaker 14: I kind of think it's legit. Well, here's the thing
- 41:20Speaker 14: with all of these things. If you buy it right now,
- 41:22Speaker 14: it's not FDA approved.
- 41:23Speaker 7: So.
- 41:24Speaker 13: They sell it for lab purposes only.
- 41:26Speaker 3: Sure.
- 41:26Speaker 14: So on the website, it doesn't even tell you how
- 41:28Speaker 14: to take it, how to mix it because they can't,
- 41:30Speaker 14: you know, because you're not supposed to.
- 41:32Speaker 9: Does it tell you all the ingredients?
- 41:34Speaker 7: Yes.
- 41:35Speaker 13: And it's supposed to be like third party tested, like 99.9%,
- 41:37Speaker 13: you know.
- 41:40Speaker 4: Legit.
- 41:40Speaker 3: Okay, that's one of those claims, though. When they say
- 41:43Speaker 3: third-party tested, I could have given it to Greg. To
- 41:45Speaker 3: test it. It looks good to me. I trust Greg.
- 41:48Speaker 3: It worked.
- 41:49Speaker 14: But I think the place I got it from is
- 41:51Speaker 14: legit because my college roommate, shout out to her.
- 41:54Speaker 13: She's on it and looks banging.
- 41:56Speaker 3: She's loving it.
- 41:57Speaker 13: Her body's banging, man.
- 41:58Speaker 6: So is it to make you thinner? Yeah, so which
- 42:01Speaker 6: ones are you taking?
- 42:02Speaker 3: What does it do?
- 42:02Speaker 13: I'm starting with Retta because it's not cheap either.
- 42:05Speaker 3: And Retta does what? Menace, you brought this up.
- 42:07Speaker 13: It's like a GLP-1, essentially, so it's supposed to help
- 42:09Speaker 13: you not crave food.
- 42:11Speaker 9: Well, it's a third generation, and they kind of call
- 42:14Speaker 9: it a GLP-3. So first we had the Ozempics and
- 42:17Speaker 9: the Wegovis, and then we had the Zetbound, and now
- 42:19Speaker 9: we have the Reta-Trutide, which is still in the FDA
- 42:21Speaker 9: testing process.
- 42:22Speaker 4: Yeah, and they say, and I don't know, this version
- 42:25Speaker 4: is going to be helping retain muscle.
- 42:28Speaker 14: Well, I work out all the time anyways. I do
- 42:30Speaker 14: tons of strength training, so that's not an issue for me.
- 42:33Speaker 14: It's just more like I'm looking at donuts right now.
- 42:35Speaker 14: I don't want to eat them, so I'm tired of
- 42:37Speaker 14: my brain telling me, you want to eat those, right?
- 42:39Speaker 6: How can you not want to? I can understand the
- 42:42Speaker 6: willpower not to, but how do you not want to?
- 42:44Speaker 13: That's what I'm hoping these syringes do for me, right?
- 42:48Speaker 9: Are you starting on a low dose?
- 42:50Speaker 14: That's what I still need to figure out because I
- 42:53Speaker 14: have to mix it with this... BAC water or whatever
- 42:56Speaker 14: it's called.
- 42:57Speaker 3: Oh, I've heard people, yeah, back water.
- 42:59Speaker 13: Like I have to literally make it myself.
- 43:01Speaker 4: Now, why do you want to go RETA and not just,
- 43:03Speaker 4: you know, ZEPP out? Not that you need to lose
- 43:06Speaker 4: weight anyways.
- 43:07Speaker 14: Well, I tried to get, I can't get insured to
- 43:10Speaker 14: take any of that stuff because I'm not fat enough, right?
- 43:14Speaker 9: Yeah, it's very hard to get insured.
- 43:16Speaker 13: And I'm not going to pay out of pocket for that.
- 43:18Speaker 13: I looked into it for sure. But it's just, this
- 43:20Speaker 13: is the cheaper option for me.
- 43:22Speaker 3: So you're doing that one. Is it the only one
- 43:23Speaker 3: you're doing? Just that one?
- 43:24Speaker 13: Yeah, I'm starting with that. So we'll see.
- 43:26Speaker 3: Have you ever injected yourself?
- 43:28Speaker 2: No.
- 43:29Speaker 3: Is there a peptide for bigger penis, Greg? If there was,
- 43:33Speaker 3: I'd be on it.
- 43:33Speaker 13: There might be.
- 43:34Speaker 3: I doubt it.
- 43:35Speaker 4: But I'm telling you, so many people are on RETA
- 43:37Speaker 4: and it's not... FDA approved yet.
- 43:40Speaker 3: Well, I'll get cancer later. Think about all the supplements
- 43:42Speaker 3: and things that are out there. None of that stuff
- 43:44Speaker 3: has ever been FDA approved. People just don't care.
- 43:48Speaker 7: No.
- 43:48Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 43:49Speaker 3: I'll roll the dice. Yeah.
- 43:50Speaker 14: I'll show you pictures of her name's Katie, but she
- 43:52Speaker 14: looks good. And she was never like fat to begin with.
- 43:55Speaker 14: She just wanted to tighten it up.
- 43:57Speaker 3: Tone up.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Right, right.
- 43:58Speaker 13: So get ready for that, guys.
- 43:59Speaker 6: Cheers.
- 43:59Speaker 3: And that's yours.
- 44:00Speaker 8: Oh, wow.
- 44:01Speaker 2: Cheers.
- 44:02Speaker 13: My cheers.
- 44:02Speaker 14: And then let me calm down and say this right,
- 44:04Speaker 14: because it's... jeers to chiggers yes I hate those yes
- 44:10Speaker 14: okay so I don't even know what that is oh
- 44:11Speaker 14: it's there like all over the Midwest tiny tiny red
- 44:15Speaker 14: bugs that like.
- 44:16Speaker 9: Burrow in your skin if you're out.
- 44:17Speaker 13: In a field you don't know it at the time
- 44:19Speaker 13: and then You come back and you got all these
- 44:20Speaker 13: chigger bites.
- 44:21Speaker 9: Chigger bites. And it's like red bumps everywhere. And do
- 44:24Speaker 9: you know how you're supposed to kill them?
- 44:25Speaker 2: No.
- 44:25Speaker 9: We had to do this growing up. You put clear
- 44:28Speaker 9: nail polish over the skin to suffocate them.
- 44:30Speaker 15: Wait, wait.
- 44:31Speaker 13: They're in the skin?
- 44:32Speaker 7: Yes.
- 44:32Speaker 3: I feel like they could have picked a better name.
- 44:34Speaker 2: Yep.
- 44:34Speaker 13: That's my dear.
- 44:35Speaker 9: We grew up with those.
- 44:36Speaker 14: It's because my friend got all these chigger bites and
- 44:38Speaker 14: we're like looking for medicine in the store and I'm
- 44:40Speaker 14: saying chigger, chigger, chigger.
- 44:41Speaker 13: It just was not good.
- 44:44Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 44:45Speaker 6: I just Googled, searched, and Chigger bites on a leg?
- 44:49Speaker 3: I gotta look it up. Yeah, I grew up with those.
- 44:51Speaker 14: So Gina, if my friend got bit by them and
- 44:53Speaker 14: had all these bites and I'm with her, the bugs
- 44:55Speaker 14: are in her legs right now?
- 44:56Speaker 9: I mean, that's what I thought because you sit on
- 44:58Speaker 9: the grass in shorts and you get up and you
- 45:00Speaker 9: have all these chigger bites and then moms would put
- 45:03Speaker 9: clear nail polish over the bumps to quote unquote suffocate them.
- 45:07Speaker 9: I don't know if it's true, but that's what I
- 45:08Speaker 9: grew up hearing.
- 45:09Speaker 6: I don't know if the bugs are in there, but
- 45:11Speaker 6: the nail polish probably helps the healing process.
- 45:14Speaker 2: Healing?
- 45:14Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 45:15Speaker 6: I recently heard you can take, and I tried it,
- 45:18Speaker 6: when you have a mosquito bite, just put scotch tape
- 45:20Speaker 6: over it.
- 45:21Speaker 3: And it didn't really do anything. It just looks like
- 45:23Speaker 3: a little spider, a little red spider carrying a little
- 45:25Speaker 3: red candy.
- 45:26Speaker 4: Look how cute he is.
- 45:27Speaker 3: My choice is a baby.
- 45:29Speaker 4: Were you out in a field? Like, how did you
- 45:30Speaker 4: obtain these?
- 45:31Speaker 13: Yeah, it's like this grassy, fieldy area.
- 45:33Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 45:33Speaker 9: Morgan, I'm sorry to tell you, after feeding for a
- 45:35Speaker 9: few hours or days, the mites drop off your body.
- 45:38Speaker 9: So while they're feeding, they're in there.
- 45:40Speaker 3: But they don't burrow into you.
- 45:41Speaker 13: They're not on my body.
- 45:42Speaker 3: I thought they burrowed. Apparently not.
- 45:45Speaker 9: But they're not like on top of your skin.
- 45:46Speaker 4: Are they like crabs or something?
- 45:48Speaker 3: They look like teeny like little mites. They look like ticks.
- 45:51Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 45:51Speaker 13: But jeers to just the name because it's just a
- 45:54Speaker 13: weird name to say. It's not great. I feel bad
- 45:56Speaker 13: saying it.
- 45:58Speaker 3: Honestly. Well, that's your white guilt coming through. It is.
- 46:02Speaker 3: Gina Grad, cheers and jeers.
- 46:04Speaker 9: Well, a big cheers to the film festival that I
- 46:09Speaker 9: got to see my late very good friend and co-host partner,
- 46:13Speaker 9: Bald Brian, Brian Bishop. He entered his movie Growth, the
- 46:17Speaker 9: documentary about having an inoperable brain tumor, into many festivals.
- 46:21Speaker 9: This was one of them. And he was supposed to
- 46:23Speaker 9: be there for the Q & A afterwards, but he
- 46:25Speaker 9: passed away on September 18th. So we got the word out,
- 46:29Speaker 9: absolutely flooded the theater, standing room only. People flew in
- 46:33Speaker 9: from all over the place, and we absolutely packed the theater.
- 46:36Speaker 9: It was amazing. The documentary asked the question, can you
- 46:40Speaker 9: laugh at cancer? Is cancer ever funny? And apparently the
- 46:43Speaker 9: answer is yes, because there was tons of survivors, tons
- 46:46Speaker 9: of comedians, names you guys would recognize, Adam Carolla, Greg Fitzsimmons,
- 46:50Speaker 9: our buddy Brad Williams, Adam Ray, tons more. And it's
- 46:53Speaker 9: an unbelievable documentary, so funny, so heartfelt. So incredible. And
- 46:59Speaker 9: I was honored to be able to give a little
- 47:02Speaker 9: speech before the before the movie. And so big cheers
- 47:05Speaker 9: to that big, successful film at the Da Vinci Film Festival.
- 47:08Speaker 3: Is it going to be easy to find it?
- 47:10Speaker 9: Well, they're looking for a distributor. So that's no word
- 47:13Speaker 9: on that yet. But I believe it's being I don't
- 47:15Speaker 9: want to I don't want to jinx anything. I believe
- 47:17Speaker 9: it's being entered into Sundance. So that would be incredible.
- 47:21Speaker 9: And cheers, Greg. I'm with you.
- 47:25Speaker 3: The whole country is about to be underwater.
- 47:27Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 47:27Speaker 9: The entire country.
- 47:28Speaker 3: It's consuming me. Check out some of these.
- 47:30Speaker 9: Headlines that are like taking over right now. Powerful nor'easter
- 47:34Speaker 9: lashes east coast with rain and flooding. Heavy rain and
- 47:37Speaker 9: a new flood risk are heading to the Midwest this week.
- 47:39Speaker 9: Hurricane Nola still threatens Hawaii and Mexico's Baja braces for
- 47:43Speaker 9: major hurricane. Two hurricanes raging off the coast of Baja, California,
- 47:46Speaker 9: expected to send another round of destructive waves to Southern California.
- 47:50Speaker 3: I don't want to hear about this anymore. I don't
- 47:51Speaker 3: want to hear about drought after all that.
- 47:52Speaker 9: I know, exactly.
- 47:53Speaker 3: I don't want everybody complaining about battle craps. Oh, waterways.
- 48:00Speaker 3: It is still wasteful.
- 48:00Speaker 6: Just because you come into a big amount of anything
- 48:03Speaker 6: doesn't mean you should waste it.
- 48:04Speaker 9: And people don't know how to save it.
- 48:06Speaker 3: They're like, I don't know where it went. Down the drain.
- 48:10Speaker 9: So we're all about to be underwater, and I am
- 48:12Speaker 9: now joining Greg and getting a little depressed about it.
- 48:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:16Speaker 6: I can't express to you how much this has I
- 48:19Speaker 6: was going to say affected my life.
- 48:20Speaker 3: It's changed my life.
- 48:22Speaker 6: All I look at is weather news and, oh, the
- 48:24Speaker 6: East Coast is getting inundated. I'm texting my friends who
- 48:27Speaker 6: live in North Carolina.
- 48:28Speaker 4: Are you okay?
- 48:28Speaker 3: Let me know next hour. Are you okay? Let me
- 48:30Speaker 3: know next hour. I can't take it anymore. Okay, so Greg,
- 48:33Speaker 3: your advice to a lot of people would be, well,
- 48:36Speaker 3: then don't. Right? Then don't worry.
- 48:38Speaker 4: Don't stress.
- 48:39Speaker 3: Yeah, then don't look at it. Don't watch it. I know.
- 48:41Speaker 3: I know. When it comes to the news, I need
- 48:44Speaker 3: to stop. Easier said than done.
- 48:45Speaker 4: Because we don't know what's going to be true or not.
- 48:48Speaker 3: But the one thing that I... Especially if you know
- 48:49Speaker 3: that you are predispositioned to be nuts about stuff and obsess.
- 48:54Speaker 6: The one thing I don't agree with is what my
- 48:56Speaker 6: mom always says to me when I worry or something.
- 48:58Speaker 3: She says... Rubbers are for punks. Yeah, well, that is
- 49:01Speaker 3: her number one rule. Her number two rule is... Don't fret.
- 49:06Speaker 3: Don't fret. Don't fret.
- 49:08Speaker 4: Like, okay, it's.
- 49:09Speaker 3: Easy to say that.
- 49:10Speaker 4: I mean, there is this headline there will be 450,000...
- 49:13Speaker 4: people dead because of this.
- 49:15Speaker 3: Well, cross that bridge when you get to it. Unless,
- 49:17Speaker 3: of course, that bridge has been washed out. True.
- 49:19Speaker 2: See?
- 49:20Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Big old jeers. Right. I'm with you, Gina. Let's get it.
- 49:26Speaker 3: All right. Follow us on social media. You can look
- 49:34Speaker 3: for us there at The Woody Show. You can send
- 49:38Speaker 3: us a text at You send those texts over to 22987.
- 49:41Speaker 3: You can send us an email, email at thewoodyshow.com. And,
- 49:46Speaker 3: of course, you can call in during the show, 877-44-WOODY.
- 49:50Speaker 3: After the show, it becomes the After Hours voicemail. So anytime,
- 49:54Speaker 3: like whenever you're getting around finally to listen to the
- 49:56Speaker 3: podcast or you just got something random that you want
- 49:59Speaker 3: to share with us, you can do that anytime on
- 50:02Speaker 3: all those different places. But the After Hours voicemail, 877-44-WOODY.
- 50:09Speaker 4: And I figured we'd check in, see what we.
- 50:11Speaker 3: Got on there. Get a lot of calls, that thing.
- 50:15Speaker 3: I tell you, we got a lot of feedback on
- 50:17Speaker 3: the argument between the squeaky wheel gets the blank.
- 50:21Speaker 9: This was a passionate argument.
- 50:22Speaker 3: This was hardcore.
- 50:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:25Speaker 3: And Greg said it was the biggest disagreement that you
- 50:28Speaker 3: think you've ever had with Gina.
- 50:30Speaker 6: Gina was visibly pissed off at me.
- 50:33Speaker 3: I was pissed off at the situation.
- 50:35Speaker 9: I love you. Maybe I was a little mad at you.
- 50:40Speaker 6: But thank God it was over something innocuous.
- 50:42Speaker 3: Yeah. So the squeaky wheel gets the what? Grease. That's
- 50:46Speaker 3: the saying. Gina says oil. She was making a very
- 50:49Speaker 3: impassioned argument about... How I grew up hearing it. That's
- 50:52Speaker 3: how she heard it. I can't undo that. Yeah, yeah. Anyway,
- 50:54Speaker 3: so here's Nat Driver's voicemail.
- 50:56Speaker 7: Hi.
- 50:58Speaker 20: This could be a drunk dad voicemail also. Anyways, I'm
- 51:00Speaker 20: listening to the podcast about the squeaky wheel gets the grease,
- 51:05Speaker 20: the oil, whatever. I'm on Gina's side, and my mom
- 51:10Speaker 20: always said, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
- 51:14Speaker 7: Oh, no.
- 51:14Speaker 20: The squeaky wheel gets the oil. Now I'm all confused
- 51:16Speaker 20: because I've listened to this thing and I've, like, rewound
- 51:19Speaker 20: it a few times to see who's on what side.
- 51:22Speaker 20: And also, f * * * you, Seabass. Like, why
- 51:25Speaker 20: are people stupid if that's just what they've heard? I
- 51:28Speaker 20: want to punch Seabass so bad.
- 51:30Speaker 19: Thank you.
- 51:31Speaker 20: But goddamn, he does have good content, and I say
- 51:33Speaker 20: that every time I call in. We can't get rid
- 51:36Speaker 20: of him on the show, but Sometimes I wish I
- 51:38Speaker 20: could get rid of him in life.
- 51:40Speaker 3: Oh, God.
- 51:40Speaker 20: And I know he's probably going to say, because I
- 51:43Speaker 20: have a low, rusty voice, that I'm probably ugly and
- 51:46Speaker 20: a smoker, ugly, whatever. But I'm not, bitch.
- 51:51Speaker 3: Love you guys.
- 51:52Speaker 1: Bye.
- 51:53Speaker 9: I love this woman.
- 51:55Speaker 3: I love her voice.
- 51:56Speaker 5: Bye.
- 51:56Speaker 3: She knew exactly what to say before she even said it.
- 52:00Speaker 3: Let me guess what you're going to say, Seabass. Here's
- 52:02Speaker 3: your response to that. That's great. 877-44-WOODY, after hours voicemail.
- 52:07Speaker 12: I'm listening to the podcast Seabass talking about how she-
- 52:11Speaker 12: Is that the same chick?
- 52:12Speaker 4: I think so.
- 52:13Speaker 3: Sounds like it. It sounds like it could be the
- 52:15Speaker 3: same chick.
- 52:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 52:16Speaker 3: Doesn't it? Maybe she was really drunk. I would like
- 52:18Speaker 3: to get more from her. Yeah, I like her. That's good.
- 52:21Speaker 3: It just says listener has menace's back. It doesn't say... Oh, okay.
- 52:25Speaker 3: So I don't know who's who.
- 52:26Speaker 8: Right.
- 52:26Speaker 3: So apparently she's just flooding the after hours.
- 52:28Speaker 8: She has thoughts.
- 52:29Speaker 3: I like her. Okay, here we go. From another one
- 52:31Speaker 3: of our favorite people here.
- 52:32Speaker 12: I'm listening to the podcast. Siva's talking about how he
- 52:37Speaker 12: is the reason that your show is successful or whatever.
- 52:41Speaker 12: And poor menace.
- 52:43Speaker 7: Poor Menace, who, like, does so much s * * *,
- 52:46Speaker 7: shows up to these places, f * * * ing
- 52:48Speaker 7: meets his listeners, is, like, the backbone of the Woody show, honestly. Like,
- 52:54Speaker 7: as much as Menace can't spell words and can't pronounce words, like,
- 52:58Speaker 7: he is the best. I have mixed feelings about Seabass.
- 53:02Speaker 7: I mean, I think he brings good content. God damn, do.
- 53:08Speaker 8: I f * * * ing roll.
- 53:08Speaker 7: My eyes at that guy every day. So I can
- 53:12Speaker 7: tell that Menace was very annoyed. And you know what,
- 53:16Speaker 7: little buddy, I got your back.
- 53:19Speaker 3: All right. Thank you. She was very busy. She was
- 53:22Speaker 3: busy that day. That's cool. That's very nice.
- 53:25Speaker 11: She might actually be on more voicemails because I just
- 53:27Speaker 11: went and looked at the phone numbers. I didn't really
- 53:29Speaker 11: notice that one right there. Now that you mentioned it,
- 53:32Speaker 11: I went back and there's like four total from that
- 53:35Speaker 11: phone number.
- 53:36Speaker 3: I think it might be her. She's great.
- 53:38Speaker 9: Let's just carve out time for her own segment because
- 53:40Speaker 9: I like her.
- 53:41Speaker 3: Which other ones are hers?
- 53:42Speaker 11: The one about her wanting to bonus.
- 53:44Speaker 3: Oh, really? Yeah. Gotta hear that.
- 53:47Speaker 6: She wants to bone us?
- 53:49Speaker 3: Let's see. It might be this one.
- 53:52Speaker 12: Hi.
- 53:53Speaker 10: Not hi, but hoi. I'm just thinking, like, Jeff is
- 53:58Speaker 10: pretty hot.
- 53:59Speaker 3: Is that her?
- 54:00Speaker 1: No.
- 54:01Speaker 9: That's a different one.
- 54:02Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 54:03Speaker 3: All right.
- 54:03Speaker 10: Like, I would so do him.
- 54:04Speaker 2: Gina, too. Oh, my gosh.
- 54:07Speaker 12: Morgan, too.
- 54:08Speaker 2: You know what?
- 54:09Speaker 10: Let's just say, like, the whole cast. Like, let's just
- 54:12Speaker 10: do the whole cast.
- 54:15Speaker 2: Like sea bass.
- 54:18Speaker 10: Guess whatever I think I'm like a solid 5 but
- 54:21Speaker 10: who knows anyways I think it is her that is
- 54:27Speaker 10: her using.
- 54:28Speaker 3: A different voice? no I think she's just.
- 54:30Speaker 5: Not drunk maybe I don't think it's her the voice
- 54:35Speaker 5: didn't sound as raspy.
- 54:37Speaker 3: Because she's not as drunk I think the other ones
- 54:40Speaker 3: are I don't know.
- 54:41Speaker 9: Well, Jeff, we always know we have a port in
- 54:43Speaker 9: a storm in case things go south in our relationships.
- 54:45Speaker 2: Yes, thank you.
- 54:46Speaker 9: Thank you, honey.
- 54:49Speaker 3: Thank you for the content. 877-44-WOODY.
- 54:51Speaker 8: Hey, what's up, crew? Coming with a Pokemon. Target day,
- 54:57Speaker 8: shopping Sunday is my thing, so I come in here.
- 55:00Speaker 8: Next thing I know, I just see drones of people
- 55:02Speaker 8: like herds of cattle. Apparently, they had stayed all night,
- 55:05Speaker 8: wrapped a line around the parking block for some Pokemon cards. Oh.
- 55:10Speaker 8: I don't even know how to describe what I just witnessed,
- 55:12Speaker 8: but it was the wackest shit I've ever seen.
- 55:16Speaker 3: I don't think people realize how sad it is. Of
- 55:20Speaker 3: course not. They have no idea. They have no idea.
- 55:23Speaker 3: But you know what?
- 55:24Speaker 6: Good for them that they have the time and the
- 55:27Speaker 6: money to do this. Everybody is just millionaires.
- 55:30Speaker 3: That's awesome.
- 55:31Speaker 4: And another thing, they probably built their own community, so
- 55:33Speaker 4: they're all hanging out with each other.
- 55:34Speaker 3: These are their people.
- 55:35Speaker 4: These are their friends.
- 55:36Speaker 3: Dude, this guy in Ohio... He was trying to make
- 55:38Speaker 3: some extra cash and he was going to these old stores.
- 55:41Speaker 3: He was scalping and reselling Pokemon cards as soon as
- 55:45Speaker 3: they would come out. So whatever he was able to get, though,
- 55:47Speaker 3: I guess wasn't enough. And so he hatched this new plan.
- 55:51Speaker 3: He saw one of the delivery drivers. Easy for me
- 55:57Speaker 3: to say. So one of the drivers that was dropping
- 56:00Speaker 3: off these cards and then waited for them to go
- 56:03Speaker 3: into the store, leave the truck. And then he put
- 56:06Speaker 3: a tracker... On the truck.
- 56:09Speaker 10: Oh.
- 56:09Speaker 3: So he could follow them along to every store so
- 56:12Speaker 3: he could grab the cards as soon as they were
- 56:14Speaker 3: put out.
- 56:14Speaker 9: You know what? I don't hate that plan.
- 56:16Speaker 3: He's not stealing. The driver found the tracker, called the cops.
- 56:21Speaker 3: They tracked it back to this dude, arrested him, and
- 56:24Speaker 3: now he's the one being tracked. He's got to wear
- 56:26Speaker 3: an ankle monitor for the next three months.
- 56:28Speaker 15: I mean, it is stalking.
- 56:30Speaker 3: And all this for Pokemon cards. Now, ask me how
- 56:32Speaker 3: old this guy is. How old is this guy? How
- 56:35Speaker 3: old was a person who does something like this big?
- 56:37Speaker 9: Someone that obsessed with Pokemon?
- 56:41Speaker 8: 16?
- 56:41Speaker 2: 17? 32.
- 56:41Speaker 8: 37?
- 56:41Speaker 3: 19.
- 56:42Speaker 7: 72.
- 56:42Speaker 2: What?
- 56:42Speaker 3: Wait a second.
- 56:44Speaker 9: Now I'm totally confused.
- 56:48Speaker 3: 72 years old.
- 56:50Speaker 4: I thought you were going to say that he went
- 56:51Speaker 4: and paid off the driver to get the packages.
- 56:54Speaker 8: No.
- 56:54Speaker 4: I've been a lot smarter.
- 56:55Speaker 3: 72 years old.
- 56:57Speaker 9: I don't understand.
- 56:58Speaker 3: It's always spending his retirement. Yeah, exactly.
- 57:00Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 57:02Speaker 9: Columbo over here.
- 57:04Speaker 3: 877-44-Woody. Hey, Woody Show.
- 57:07Speaker 2: My name is Steven. Reconnected with you guys. You guys
- 57:13Speaker 2: complete my morning again. Kind of lost doing the morning
- 57:16Speaker 2: show stuff, but menace. love you thank you and um
- 57:22Speaker 2: it's good to see new faces on the show uh
- 57:24Speaker 2: the show is 3 000 times better than when i
- 57:28Speaker 2: last heard it um you guys make me look forward
- 57:31Speaker 2: to driving to work in the morning again and i
- 57:34Speaker 2: just love hearing your voice woody i love you guys
- 57:40Speaker 2: i it's just it's it feels like uh comfort food
- 57:45Speaker 2: when i listen to your y'all voices and i love
- 57:47Speaker 2: the new additions Fatass Sammy or Fat Sammy. Gina, love
- 57:53Speaker 2: you guys. Seabass, love Narc. Look, just the whole show
- 57:56Speaker 2: is f * * * ing dope.
- 57:58Speaker 3: Okay, bye. We love Fatass Sammy.
- 58:01Speaker 14: I really have gained some weight.
- 58:04Speaker 3: Just leveled up. Fat Salmon and now Fatass Salmon.
- 58:10Speaker 6: Dumbass Tyler and Fatass Salmon.
- 58:14Speaker 3: I'll give you one more. When we had... So Paul
- 58:19Speaker 3: is the guy who, what did you say his title
- 58:22Speaker 3: was again?
- 58:22Speaker 13: Oh, market president, I think?
- 58:24Speaker 3: No, it's something.
- 58:25Speaker 4: Division president?
- 58:26Speaker 3: Maybe that's what it is. Anyway.
- 58:28Speaker 4: He oversees a lot.
- 58:28Speaker 3: Yeah, he oversees all the radio stations that we have
- 58:32Speaker 3: in our building here.
- 58:33Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 58:33Speaker 3: So he's like, you know, one of the big managers here, right?
- 58:37Speaker 3: So we had him in. He was the guy who
- 58:39Speaker 3: couldn't come up with Gina's name.
- 58:40Speaker 7: Right.
- 58:41Speaker 3: You know, even though he was in charge of everything.
- 58:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 58:44Speaker 3: I was on the spot, yeah. People loved him. Yeah, seriously.
- 58:47Speaker 3: When he came in. I heard about it nonstop. We said,
- 58:50Speaker 3: all right, well, you know, maybe Paul comes in every
- 58:52Speaker 3: once in a while. So after I was voicemail, this
- 58:55Speaker 3: person got a suggestion.
- 58:56Speaker 7: What up, Woody Show?
- 58:57Speaker 3: My name is Ruben. Big-ass fan.
- 58:59Speaker 2: I was listening to the podcast today, and you guys had, uh,
- 59:03Speaker 2: I guess the, the Mucky Muck Paul.
- 59:06Speaker 10: Come in and, uh, like talk.
- 59:10Speaker 2: You guys are throwing out ideas. Like he should do
- 59:12Speaker 2: the Greg's immature replies.
- 59:14Speaker 11: You should have him do.
- 59:15Speaker 3: A interview roulette.
- 59:18Speaker 8: Uh, I'd like to hear it on, on the show.
- 59:21Speaker 3: So, uh, just thought, but, uh, yeah.
- 59:26Speaker 8: Love the show.
- 59:27Speaker 11: Love the podcast.
- 59:28Speaker 3: That's what's up.
- 59:29Speaker 8: All right.
- 59:29Speaker 3: Thank you, man. That's what's up. Ruben, that's a great idea.
- 59:32Speaker 4: You could make Paul doing the interview roulette so damn funny.
- 59:36Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 59:36Speaker 3: I don't know if he would do it, though, but.
- 59:38Speaker 3: I don't think he cares. I think he'd probably do it.
- 59:39Speaker 3: I think he would.
- 59:40Speaker 9: He's down for a good time.
- 59:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 59:42Speaker 3: Oh, it would be so funny. Dude, yeah, he'd probably
- 59:45Speaker 3: do it.
- 59:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 59:46Speaker 3: And he loves any time he gets, you know, time
- 59:49Speaker 3: on the air.
- 59:49Speaker 9: And this would be a featured thing.
- 59:50Speaker 3: This would be a win-win. I think he hates the
- 59:52Speaker 3: job he's got. I think he'd rather be someone who's
- 59:55Speaker 3: in front of a camera. I think you're right. Or
- 59:57Speaker 3: behind a microphone.
- 59:58Speaker 9: Yeah, he's got the energy for it.
- 59:59Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, somebody, I just remember when we
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: had him on, somebody on the text said, this guy
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: sounds like he Fs hookers. He's awesome. Maybe he, I mean, dude.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: Hey.
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: One never knows. Yeah, I don't want to out the guy. Uh,
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: but he was like walking around and this is like,
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: you know, inappropriate, uh, Paul, which he's been known for,
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: but he'll walk around and he'll start telling these stories
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: to people in the hallways about stuff. He probably shouldn't
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: be telling people here. I'm going to, I'm going to,
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: I'm going to, I want to, I want to tell Sammy, uh,
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: I want to tell Sammy about one of the, one
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: of the stories he was, uh, he was going around, uh,
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: telling people. Okay.
- 1:00:40Speaker 9: Okay.
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: And then I'll turn the mic backs on for the, for,
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: you know, as you can get her reaction, but, uh, uh, Yeah, here,
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: hold on one second.
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: What?
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:00:47Speaker 20: Like, recently.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: Yeah. Like, within the last, I don't know, couple weeks
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: from what I heard from.
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: A number of people.
- 1:01:11Speaker 17: That does not make anyone cool anymore.
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: I don't know. I mean, I don't know if that's
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: the story you share around the office, but that's what
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: I'm saying. I don't think he'd mind interview roulette. I'm
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: just putting it out there. That's a good point.
- 1:01:23Speaker 9: He'd have fun with it.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:01:24Speaker 10: Wow.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: He's a character, dude.
- 1:01:27Speaker 18: What a strange flex at this moment in time.
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:01:31Speaker 9: I know.
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: It doesn't sound or look appealing at all. Ew. It's
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: just like, you've got to pretend that they're actually entertaining.
- 1:01:37Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: And I don't like pretending. It is exhausting. The Woody Show.
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: I heard about that old dude who was... putting a
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: tracking device on the delivery truck yeah so he would
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: know where the pokemon cards were being delivered that was
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: a good idea yeah i thought man this is gonna
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: i'm really gonna have the advantage over yeah i'm gonna
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: come up yeah all these uh all these people yeah
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: people are people are doing people are doing what they
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: can man you know trying to get a couple extra bucks.
- 1:02:14Speaker 6: I agree it's It's dorky, but it's also not the
- 1:02:17Speaker 6: worst idea.
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: No, I thought it was a good idea. It's not dangerous.
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: He's not... No, but the bigger thing on that is
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: if they allow... It's unfair. No, it's not even that
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: it's unfair. It's the part that he put the tracking
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: on there. So that becomes stalking. Right.
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: Yeah, but that makes it sound worse than it is.
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: Yeah, but you can't turn a blind eye to that.
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: What if he just followed it? What if you just
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: followed it without the tracker? But I think that's different, right?
- 1:02:44Speaker 4: It could be stalking as well.
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: I mean, it seems stalking. Well, if you're making a...
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: I mean, Sammy might be the expert on this because
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: she thinks that everybody is up to no good every day. Yeah,
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: but like, I don't know if you were just, say,
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: following somebody, but you weren't engaging. Like a private investigator,
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: they follow people around, right?
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: All day.
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: They're stalking. Yeah, it's up to who wants to charge
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: you with a stalking charge.
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: Yeah, but like, what makes it Like, what's the line
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: where it becomes stalking? Right.
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:03:14Speaker 9: When you're threatening somebody, you pose a threat.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:03:17Speaker 6: That's a perfect example. The private investigator. Why are they
- 1:03:20Speaker 6: not getting charged?
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: I'd say that's pretty threatening.
- 1:03:22Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:03:23Speaker 9: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: Yeah, Sammy, why? No, yeah.
- 1:03:25Speaker 15: Now I'm curious on that as well. Because it should be.
- 1:03:29Speaker 6: And if you just followed the truck without tracking it,
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: is that illegal?
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:03:35Speaker 9: Getting to a lot of gray area right now.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: People looking to make a couple bucks, to save a
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: couple bucks, you know, wherever they can. Like I was
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: just reading this thing about things that used to be
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: free but now cost money. Here we go. Keep setting.
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: You know, like.
- 1:03:50Speaker 6: Bringing a bag to the airport.
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: Airline check bags. Definitely made the list. The worst phenomenon.
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: Commercial free streaming. Oh, yeah. You know.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: Used to be a thing.
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: Now, it's like you're still paying. Who were we just
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: talking about recently where you're still paying a monthly fee,
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: but it's ad supported? Was it YouTube?
- 1:04:09Speaker 13: Disney.
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, Disney Plus and Hulu. I think it's all
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: of them.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:04:12Speaker 9: It's the lowest tier.
- 1:04:13Speaker 15: You're still paying to have the service and you still
- 1:04:15Speaker 15: get ads.
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: Yeah. It's like, dude. I think Hulu has that too. Okay, fine.
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: The one that you didn't pay anything for had ads
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: in it. I can accept that. Yeah, because it's offsetting
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: the cost of- Right, like Tubi. Like you guys watch Tubi.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: But wait a minute. I'm supposed to pay a monthly
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: fee and you're going to feed me ads? To also
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: watch the ads.
- 1:04:33Speaker 6: That's why I can't stand it when people are fine
- 1:04:35Speaker 6: with movie theaters showing ads.
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: I'm never okay with that.
- 1:04:37Speaker 9: I will never forget when that started.
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: Never, ever, ever, ever. Why am I.
- 1:04:40Speaker 9: Watching a commercial?
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: People say, oh, it doesn't matter. It does. Menace, how
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: about extra dipping sauces? I know, dude. Week AF.
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: Extra dipping sauces that go, oh, well, if you order
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: this size nuggets, it's one. And then you get two
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: if you get the 10 piece.
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: Counting everything.
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: Yeah. That's why I love, I mean, Chick-fil-A, I feel
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: like they put them in there by the fistfuls. I
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: have so many extra leftover Chick-fil-A sauces from when we
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: ordered Chick-fil-A.
- 1:05:10Speaker 9: That's a good point. Because even at Taco Bell, you're like, oh,
- 1:05:12Speaker 9: I'll have some mild sauce. Well, how many? I don't know.
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: They used to put fistful of that stuff in there. Yeah,
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: but they're still very generous with it.
- 1:05:21Speaker 9: Well, they want to know how many.
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: In the article that I was reading about this, again,
- 1:05:25Speaker 3: things that used to be free but now cost money,
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: they mentioned, and I don't know, I don't ever really
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: deal with this, but stir sticks and lid openers from
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: the paint department at places like Home Depot or Lowe's.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: They used to just give them to you whether you
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: want them or not. Yeah, they would have a bucket
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: of them. Yeah, now you gotta pay.
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: Ew, thumbs down.
- 1:05:42Speaker 9: Thumbstick?
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: Weak.
- 1:05:43Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: Owning software. Now every piece of software that you own
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: is a paid subscription. That's so weak.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: You would just buy whatever the program was and you
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: would use it until the newest thing came out that
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: you really wanted or that you had to then upgrade
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: because you stopped supporting whatever it was. And then you
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: went out and you bought the new one. But now
- 1:06:08Speaker 3: it's subscription.
- 1:06:10Speaker 6: I'm sure you'll all agree the worst. offender is wine
- 1:06:14Speaker 6: tasting used to be free.
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: Yeah i get it don't you hate them no but
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: i did uh see an article that they're probably bringing
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: it back because so many people are not drinking.
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: Wine they should yeah because.
- 1:06:26Speaker 6: It compels you to buy it when it's not when
- 1:06:28Speaker 6: you're not getting charged.
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: Yeah yeah somebody said in my area paper plastic glass
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: recycling like we used to have a few spots around
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: town with huge dumpsters labeled what could go in them,
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: and you just stack up your recyclables and just drop
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: them off there. Then they switched to single-stream recycling, and
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: now you have to pay extra every month for a
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: recycling bin to be picked up from your house.
- 1:06:48Speaker 9: Wait, because when he says it like that, I think like, oh,
- 1:06:51Speaker 9: I get paid to drop off this glass or this plastic.
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: You're paying them to drop it off. Beta testing games.
- 1:06:58Speaker 3: Not only is it not free, but they also tricked
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: gamers into.
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: Arguing and defending the fact that they were actually being
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: charged for it by calling it early access.
- 1:07:08Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:07:09Speaker 9: Interesting.
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: Here's another good one. Waiting in line. Amusement parks, ski resorts, Ridgeport.
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: It used to be that everyone waited in the same line,
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: but if you got extra money, front of the line
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: for you. Fast pass it up. I saw it, man.
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: I saw a ski resort where it's like, how many
- 1:07:26Speaker 3: runs do you get in if that's the line you're
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: waiting in? It looked like... it looked like you were
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: in line. You had to like, it just, it looked
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: like a concert. Yeah. Like how many people were just
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: all gathered at the bottom, you know, of the, of
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: the chairlift. Right. Waiting to get on.
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: How long would that take? What a crappy way to
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: spend the day.
- 1:07:44Speaker 17: It can take a really long time. Well, because that's
- 1:07:46Speaker 17: the first lift, right? And once you get on that one,
- 1:07:49Speaker 17: people can go on different ones from there to get
- 1:07:50Speaker 17: up the mountain or whatever way they want to go.
- 1:07:52Speaker 17: But when it's packed, that first chairlift that's getting you anywhere,
- 1:07:56Speaker 17: everybody has to get on.
- 1:07:58Speaker 9: No, thank you.
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: I'll be in the lodge. Greg, here's something else I'm
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: off board with. And I have defended them for a long,
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: long time. And my last two trips have been so mid.
- 1:08:12Speaker 3: Panda Express.
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: Really?
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: Yeah. I love their food. Don't get me wrong. That's
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: number one where I'm off board. Really? Yeah. Because the
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: last couple times, and I've gotten the thing that's got
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: to be the most popular, the orange chicken. Orange chicken,
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: of course. And it tasted like it's been sitting there.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: Really?
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: Like there was no crisp to it whatsoever.
- 1:08:32Speaker 4: Is that the same location though?
- 1:08:34Speaker 3: But you know how things will taste when they've been reheated?
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: It had a reheated taste to it. It has like
- 1:08:40Speaker 3: a chew to it. Which I don't mind if I
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: have reheated my day old Panda Express, but I don't
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: expect that when I get it fresh. Yeah, you want
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: a slight crunch. Yeah. I was gooning out. And I'll
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: be honest, like after we talked to the Chinese people,
- 1:08:52Speaker 3: buffet until I get food poisoning guy. I was craving.
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: And so I dropped my son off at his hockey practice.
- 1:08:58Speaker 3: And I'm like, dude, I'm going to goon out. And
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: so I stopped by.
- 1:09:01Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: I stopped by the Panda Express and it was the
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: second time where the food wasn't that great.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: But here's where I'm like, okay, they have a new thing.
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: And I was willing to try it, but I wasn't
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: willing to commit to it until I could try it.
- 1:09:14Speaker 7: Right.
- 1:09:14Speaker 3: They're offering barbecue brisket.
- 1:09:17Speaker 7: Huh?
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: At Panda Express.
- 1:09:18Speaker 9: Is that a Chinese delicacy?
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: It looked okay.
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: Well, it's just as authentic as Taco Bell Mexican or
- 1:09:25Speaker 3: Olive Garden. I've just never heard of barbecue brisket at
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: a Chinese restaurant. Would they let you sample it? They
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: don't do samples anymore. Wait a second.
- 1:09:32Speaker 7: No, no, no.
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah. So they used to be free. There's another
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: example of something that used to be free. Yeah, just
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: grab a toothpick and put one little piece.
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: Yeah, how hard is that? Are you having the bad
- 1:09:41Speaker 4: experience at the same location?
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: There's two that are relatively close to each other, both
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: in my area. And I've not tried. There's actually a
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: third one. There's one at the mall.
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: Oh.
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: And there's one right down the street from the mall.
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: And then there's another one that's pretty close to, like,
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: where my son plays hockey.
- 1:09:57Speaker 8: Mm-hmm.
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 1:09:58Speaker 6: They have a new item, too, the hot orange chicken,
- 1:10:00Speaker 6: and it is actually hot.
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: It's good. Now, the portions, Greg, were still, no, it
- 1:10:04Speaker 3: was a lot.
- 1:10:05Speaker 9: A lot of something you didn't like.
- 1:10:06Speaker 3: You've got to take me to one of your magical pandas.
- 1:10:09Speaker 3: I'll go with you. I'm saying, like, I'll show it
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: just to show you at this point, you know. Exactly.
- 1:10:14Speaker 3: Mine are all stingy. I understand, like, you don't need
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: to hand out samples of the stuff that's been on
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: the menu for years. 20 years, the orange chicken, for example, like, yeah,
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: like you don't need a sample of that. But when
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: you have a brand new item that you're trying to
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: get people to try, here's the thing. I'm not willing
- 1:10:32Speaker 3: to pay for a whole portion of this on my
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: two entree platter or whatever you call it. Yeah. Risk
- 1:10:38Speaker 3: and entree. And, and, and just to hear, yeah, that's,
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: that's not good at all. I don't really like that.
- 1:10:43Speaker 3: I'd rather have something else. Can I bring it back?
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: If that's the case.
- 1:10:48Speaker 9: Yeah, like at all these places, if there's something new,
- 1:10:51Speaker 9: there's somebody outside standing there with a tray, making sure
- 1:10:54Speaker 9: everybody has a sample.
- 1:10:55Speaker 3: And I've been a Panda Express defender for many, many years. Yes,
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: you have.
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: Greg has defamed them. I like their food, but their
- 1:11:02Speaker 6: portions are tiny. And I just Googled it, and it's
- 1:11:05Speaker 6: a long list of people saying, what is happening?
- 1:11:09Speaker 3: On the text, it's kind of back and forth. It said,
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: the brisket is very tasty. The next text, the Panda brisket,
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: not good, rubbery.
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: I've tried the brisket twice. First time was amazing. Now
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: the second time was not so good.
- 1:11:22Speaker 4: That's why I have to bring up. That's why I'm
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: asking as well. It's by location, man. There's some good
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: locations and some bad.
- 1:11:30Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: I'll take you to a good one. I know one
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: that has actually like secret menu items.
- 1:11:36Speaker 3: And I got to tell you, man, that chick was
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: not nice. It was dishing out the food. She was
- 1:11:41Speaker 3: not very friendly at all.
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: Weak. Yeah.
- 1:11:47Speaker 3: Well, I'm kind of glad that you're feeling that way. Yeah.
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: By the way, and I do know what gooning gives
- 1:11:54Speaker 3: you this. What do you know what gooning really means?
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: People are confused.
- 1:11:56Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, if you've watched the Chinese food buffet until
- 1:11:59Speaker 3: I get food poisoning guy.
- 1:12:01Speaker 9: Mullet review.
- 1:12:02Speaker 3: He is all about the crab rangoon. He goes, we're
- 1:12:04Speaker 3: gooning out, boys. I thought you did know. We had
- 1:12:07Speaker 3: him on the show.
- 1:12:07Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:12:08Speaker 3: I thought you did not know. So, yeah. Now, whenever
- 1:12:11Speaker 3: we have now with.
- 1:12:13Speaker 3: Whenever we have anything about Crab Rangoon, and whenever I
- 1:12:17Speaker 3: see it, that's what I'm thinking now.
- 1:12:21Speaker 8: We're gooning now, boys.
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: We're gooning now, boys. Love that guy.
- 1:12:26Speaker 6: He's the best.
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: What do they think you're saying?
- 1:12:29Speaker 3: No, I am saying, no, because the other way it is, like,
- 1:12:33Speaker 3: we're talking about the people at the dollar store that were, like,
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: joing and raining on people.
- 1:12:39Speaker 9: Right.
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:12:41Speaker 9: That's not what this means.
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: Yeah. No. Someone said, oh, it also means joing. No.
- 1:12:45Speaker 3: Joing for a long time. In this particular case, it
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: means getting the crab rangoon, which they don't even pretend
- 1:12:52Speaker 3: there's crab in it at Panda Express. They just call
- 1:12:54Speaker 3: them cream cheese wontons. Because that's what they are. They're
- 1:12:57Speaker 3: so good.
- 1:12:58Speaker 4: I love those.
- 1:12:59Speaker 3: Yeah, they are good. They're good. All right. Quick break.
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: And then we're going to come back. More Woody Show. 877-44-WOODY.
- 1:13:03Speaker 3: Send us a text over to 229-878. We'll be right back.
- 1:13:14Speaker 3: What is quote popular and huge? The Woody Show. Menace,
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: look who's here. I know.
- 1:13:22Speaker 6: I'm so excited.
- 1:13:24Speaker 3: Finally.
- 1:13:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: It's your boy, Seabass.
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: Hey, Seabass.
- 1:13:28Speaker 3: Now, why has Menace been so excited for you to
- 1:13:33Speaker 3: arrive and walk in the studio today, Seabass? Because we
- 1:13:36Speaker 3: didn't FaceTime yesterday like we always do?
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: No, it's because it was just Seabass's birthday.
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:13:42Speaker 3: Oh, so that's over then.
- 1:13:43Speaker 4: A little birdie told me, Sammy. Sammy.
- 1:13:46Speaker 3: She said, it's Seabass's birthday.
- 1:13:48Speaker 7: I go, what?
- 1:13:48Speaker 10: No way.
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: Because Sammy remembers all birthdays. Yeah. He's the keeper of birthdays.
- 1:13:53Speaker 17: Yeah, his birthday was mysteriously taken off of the calendar
- 1:13:55Speaker 17: that we keep here at work with everybody's birthdays.
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: Well, you can't find a race, Sammy. Yeah. First off, obviously,
- 1:14:00Speaker 3: I did that. Number one.
- 1:14:01Speaker 7: Yes, I know.
- 1:14:02Speaker 5: Number two, why do we need to put people's birthdays
- 1:14:05Speaker 5: on the calendar?
- 1:14:05Speaker 7: Because.
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: So menace knows to go to the grocery store and
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: get the birthday cakes.
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: And the cakes, and you said... You don't like the cakes.
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: Well, the grocery store cakes are garbage. They're dry and
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: the frosting sucks.
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: You still eat them, but yes.
- 1:14:18Speaker 3: You know what? I don't want to make you feel bad.
- 1:14:21Speaker 3: You use a cookie to scoop the spoon.
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: And then so I go, okay, well, I'm going to
- 1:14:24Speaker 4: go donuts then. And then you say you don't like
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: them from certain places, so I make sure not to
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: get them from that place. And then you said that
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: you don't like cake donuts.
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:14:34Speaker 4: So I did. get two dozen donuts some cake donuts
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: for everybody else and some non-cake donuts.
- 1:14:41Speaker 3: They're over there on the table i'll see i'll see
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: so they've been sitting there and he hasn't dipped into
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: them see that's because he's been waiting for you to arrive.
- 1:14:48Speaker 4: Yeah and everybody else wanted to and i said nope we.
- 1:14:51Speaker 5: Gotta wait the only person who cries about people eating
- 1:14:53Speaker 5: their donuts is woody because when people take his maple
- 1:14:55Speaker 5: bar he's it's all pissy.
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: When there's one maple bar. Oh, I made sure to
- 1:14:59Speaker 3: get two. Well, go ahead and see, because I listen
- 1:15:01Speaker 3: and I pay attention. But on your birthday, you can
- 1:15:03Speaker 3: have first dibs on the maple bar.
- 1:15:04Speaker 9: Yeah, and in honor of Seabass's birthday, let's make sure
- 1:15:06Speaker 9: to keep all the boxes wide open.
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: Well, see, people, let me address this issue.
- 1:15:11Speaker 5: People, like if we bring in, let's say, donuts or whatever,
- 1:15:13Speaker 5: and there's a box or something, people will keep it closed. Well,
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: it's not like they're sealed airtight for freshness. It should
- 1:15:18Speaker 5: be open so that people can access what's inside.
- 1:15:21Speaker 3: Here's the reason. God knows what's floating around in this studio.
- 1:15:23Speaker 3: Do you see the stuff that, no, seriously, do you
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: see the stuff that collects on all surfaces in here?
- 1:15:27Speaker 3: Not for the course of a morning for some food.
- 1:15:30Speaker 9: But none of us are getting up to get donuts
- 1:15:31Speaker 9: often enough to keep the box open.
- 1:15:33Speaker 3: Well, but then someone, Jeff G. walks in, you know,
- 1:15:35Speaker 3: he wants to, like, we had a bag of chips
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: in here. You could have a lifting a box lid.
- 1:15:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:15:39Speaker 3: They should be open and presented for consumption. They are
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: your birthday donuts. You can do with them whatever you'd like. Menace,
- 1:15:46Speaker 3: I would prefer... Happy birthday, sea bass. I reject that,
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: but Menace, I will allow you to open them and
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: distribute however you choose. He really wanted you to read
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: the note.
- 1:15:56Speaker 13: You can hand.
- 1:15:57Speaker 3: Me the note while you're at it. Oh, there's a note?
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: I didn't realize there was a note. Really sweet note
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: on there. Are you, what, 45? That's right. 45. All right,
- 1:16:08Speaker 3: there's your note.
- 1:16:09Speaker 5: That's Seabass's birthday donuts. Sammy remembered, parentheses, parentheses, Menace got them,
- 1:16:14Speaker 5: and hopefully to his standards.
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: All right. So everything we already covered.
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:16:18Speaker 3: All right. But in case. But he took the effort to. Yeah.
- 1:16:24Speaker 3: In case you forgot.
- 1:16:25Speaker 13: Nice font.
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: And these are the good ones, right, Menace?
- 1:16:28Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:16:29Speaker 3: The good joints.
- 1:16:29Speaker 7: Oh.
- 1:16:30Speaker 3: Yeah. I should have known.
- 1:16:31Speaker 9: Kind of sprinkling.
- 1:16:32Speaker 3: I couldn't beat Sammy's brain with this.
- 1:16:34Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: Nice try. A bunch of maple bars. I've noticed it's like, okay, see,
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: this looks like a good neighborhood.
- 1:16:39Speaker 8: Oh, my God.
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: That's a solid selection. Good neighborhood donut store. There are
- 1:16:44Speaker 3: those places that are like the quote gourmet donuts. Why
- 1:16:48Speaker 3: are those always disappointing?
- 1:16:50Speaker 9: Because they always have too much crap on them.
- 1:16:52Speaker 3: They don't taste all that great. You're talking about the
- 1:16:54Speaker 3: voodoo donut types. I don't know about them specifically.
- 1:16:57Speaker 18: There's cereal on top and other stuff.
- 1:17:00Speaker 3: They're the ones who break down a Nutter Butter bar
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: and throw.
- 1:17:03Speaker 4: It on there.
- 1:17:04Speaker 3: Which could be fine, but those places, man, you're paying
- 1:17:07Speaker 3: like 15 bucks it feels for three donuts. Yes, you are.
- 1:17:11Speaker 3: And it is a dessert.
- 1:17:12Speaker 18: Having that for breakfast is a little much.
- 1:17:14Speaker 9: That's insane.
- 1:17:15Speaker 3: I don't need to spend the 15 bucks. Give me
- 1:17:18Speaker 3: the neighborhood... Yeah, the tried and true. The quote cheap
- 1:17:22Speaker 3: donut place. I'll take the cheap donut every day over
- 1:17:25Speaker 3: the big expensive gourmet. They blow what they're doing. It's
- 1:17:28Speaker 3: not just Voodoo Donuts, but they set the bar.
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: Never gone to a quote cheap one and thought it
- 1:17:34Speaker 6: was bad.
- 1:17:35Speaker 3: They're all good. Okay, you guys.
- 1:17:36Speaker 9: Speaking of cheap... Oh, Menace is presenting more donuts.
- 1:17:40Speaker 3: These are all caked donuts.
- 1:17:40Speaker 9: Speaking of cheap, I've been thinking about this for a
- 1:17:42Speaker 9: long time. And I've been traveling a lot more than
- 1:17:46Speaker 9: I had in the past. And I've been trying to
- 1:17:49Speaker 9: find like the perfect travel bag, toiletry bag. And that's
- 1:17:51Speaker 9: something that men use, women use. We all need the
- 1:17:53Speaker 9: right toiletry bag. I've gone through countless from Target, from
- 1:17:58Speaker 9: expensive places, from Amazon. A girlfriend of mine even got me.
- 1:18:02Speaker 3: This Sorry, I was caught.
- 1:18:04Speaker 9: Very, very crazy expensive one for my birthday. It has
- 1:18:08Speaker 9: all of these different little nooks and crannies and pockets
- 1:18:12Speaker 9: and zippers.
- 1:18:13Speaker 3: How much crap are you bringing? Toiletry bags? For makeup
- 1:18:17Speaker 3: and for toiletries.
- 1:18:18Speaker 9: She said, this is what I need.
- 1:18:19Speaker 3: This has got to be it. My wife's got one
- 1:18:22Speaker 3: that kind of folds up to something that size, but
- 1:18:24Speaker 3: when you get to wherever you go, it hangs.
- 1:18:26Speaker 9: Got that right here.
- 1:18:28Speaker 3: It hangs down like a nuzzle. It's much bigger than that.
- 1:18:31Speaker 9: I have the long fold ones, too.
- 1:18:32Speaker 3: It hangs kind of almost like a garment bag. Yes,
- 1:18:34Speaker 3: I have that, too. But I'm looking at this thing
- 1:18:36Speaker 3: and I go, how much crap do you bring? That's
- 1:18:41Speaker 3: so much stuff.
- 1:18:42Speaker 6: That's everything you own in the toiletry world.
- 1:18:44Speaker 9: I probably have nine, maybe ten toiletry bags, and they
- 1:18:49Speaker 9: are not cheap. They are all expensive. They're a pain
- 1:18:51Speaker 9: in my ass. And you know what I will not
- 1:18:53Speaker 9: give up, why all of these are collecting dust in storage?
- 1:18:56Speaker 9: Because the greatest toiletry bag to ever exist that I
- 1:18:59Speaker 9: have brought on every trip for the last few years,
- 1:19:03Speaker 9: this is.
- 1:19:04Speaker 3: A Ziploc bag.
- 1:19:05Speaker 9: A Ziploc bag. It is the best toiletry bag, hands down.
- 1:19:10Speaker 9: And I'm sick of being inundated with all of these
- 1:19:12Speaker 9: other ones that I do not need and am wasting
- 1:19:15Speaker 9: so much money on.
- 1:19:16Speaker 3: So just use the Ziploc bag.
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: I do.
- 1:19:18Speaker 3: But everyone's trying to.
- 1:19:19Speaker 9: I'm getting these for my birthday because a girlfriend of
- 1:19:22Speaker 9: mine who I traveled to Iceland with, she's like.
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: I couldn't watch you with a goddamn Ziploc bag.
- 1:19:27Speaker 9: I'm like, but it's the best. You can see everything.
- 1:19:29Speaker 9: If you have to take it out at the airport,
- 1:19:31Speaker 9: it's perfect.
- 1:19:32Speaker 3: It's not broken in any way. I got shamed into
- 1:19:34Speaker 3: a wallet. If anything leaks. I have to carry everything
- 1:19:37Speaker 3: loose in my pocket. Cash, credit cards, my dollar signs.
- 1:19:40Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: Yeah you got random bills yeah that is talk to
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: me about that that because if it's just loose at
- 1:19:46Speaker 5: least put it in a small ziploc how do you
- 1:19:48Speaker 5: know like how do you know what you're how do
- 1:19:49Speaker 5: you know that you're going to get your driver's license
- 1:19:51Speaker 5: as opposed to your credit card as opposed to i don't.
- 1:19:52Speaker 3: Know i was reaching there i was reaching there and
- 1:19:54Speaker 3: i pull out what are the cards i look at
- 1:19:56Speaker 3: and i go here same way you would oh you
- 1:19:58Speaker 3: would take your whole wallet open it up and then
- 1:19:59Speaker 3: find your driver and pull that out not fine it
- 1:20:01Speaker 3: doesn't i'm saying it doesn't take any extra.
- 1:20:03Speaker 4: Time anything that i do with that i would I
- 1:20:05Speaker 4: would drop stuff all the time.
- 1:20:07Speaker 3: Yeah, that's gonna be my fear too.
- 1:20:08Speaker 9: While you're getting like a bill out, mints would fall out.
- 1:20:10Speaker 3: I know you're making an argument for man purses and
- 1:20:13Speaker 3: things like that, Greg. Time to normalize them. I bring
- 1:20:16Speaker 3: all my stuff to and from work. In just a
- 1:20:19Speaker 3: plastic shopping bag. You do every single day. I have.
- 1:20:22Speaker 3: And you know what? It's the best. It's the best.
- 1:20:23Speaker 3: Because when it gets messed up, I throw it away
- 1:20:26Speaker 3: and I grab the next one.
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: Yep.
- 1:20:28Speaker 9: And then you have these like if you're on vacation. Oh,
- 1:20:30Speaker 9: my swimsuit's wet. Like, perfect. The Ziploc bag cures all ailments.
- 1:20:35Speaker 3: Yeah. Plastic waste, Gina.
- 1:20:37Speaker 9: Don't care.
- 1:20:38Speaker 3: Don't care at all. Think about Mother Earth. Yeah. Is
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: there like something like you tried the expensive version of it?
- 1:20:46Speaker 3: And then you ended up preferring just the cheap version
- 1:20:50Speaker 3: of that. What's your Ziploc? Like, Greg, I mean, I
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: know you like fancy things. I do.
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: Well, I prefer shark vacuums over Dyson. And Dyson is about,
- 1:20:58Speaker 6: you need a second mortgage to get one. And then
- 1:21:01Speaker 6: you recommended that cottage cheese. It was some name brand.
- 1:21:05Speaker 3: Yeah, Good Culture, I think it's called.
- 1:21:06Speaker 6: And I like store brand better.
- 1:21:08Speaker 3: Really? And it's half the price. That's true.
- 1:21:11Speaker 5: I mean, I think Woody was on point with that,
- 1:21:13Speaker 5: but I can appreciate that. I'm a store-bought guy myself.
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: Yeah, store-bought is fine. Always have been, always will be. Yeah.
- 1:21:18Speaker 3: Does it taste better or you just don't want to
- 1:21:20Speaker 3: spend the extra money? I like the texture of it better. Oh.
- 1:21:23Speaker 6: The other one had a hint of sourness.
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: Really?
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: Because I thought the Good Culture one tasted creamier. Really? Yeah.
- 1:21:31Speaker 9: Well, and there's a whole... the shift online of D influencers.
- 1:21:35Speaker 9: And this is kind of what they do. Like I'm
- 1:21:37Speaker 9: here to D influence you from buying this expensive product.
- 1:21:40Speaker 9: Like here's all the dupes, you know, cause knockoff is.
- 1:21:42Speaker 3: Now a call those hacks, right?
- 1:21:43Speaker 9: Oh yeah.
- 1:21:44Speaker 3: They call them tips and tricks.
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:21:45Speaker 3: Well, they call them hacks. I call them what they
- 1:21:47Speaker 3: were always known as advice.
- 1:21:50Speaker 9: And that's what, and you know, nobody ever wanted to
- 1:21:51Speaker 9: buy a knockoff, but we all want dupes.
- 1:21:53Speaker 3: That's true. I mean, that's, that's a, that's a good rebrand.
- 1:21:55Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:21:55Speaker 9: It's great rebrand. And I am here for it.
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: Yeah. I used to carry like a little pharmacy in
- 1:22:01Speaker 3: my pocket, but again, all loose. Yeah, you have given
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: me a loose Advil before. Yeah, loose Advil, loose Imodium.
- 1:22:07Speaker 3: I always have some Imodium. Every once in a while,
- 1:22:09Speaker 3: I'll keep like a Mucinex D around. Like if I
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: know there's people in the studio that have like, You know,
- 1:22:14Speaker 3: some sinus thing going on. Pocket pills?
- 1:22:16Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: I saw you sneezing.
- 1:22:18Speaker 4: You should get a little pill box.
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: No, I have a pill Ziploc. See? That's what I'm
- 1:22:23Speaker 3: talking about.
- 1:22:24Speaker 9: That's my man right there.
- 1:22:25Speaker 3: Hold on, hold on.
- 1:22:26Speaker 4: A fistful of pills.
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: That pill Ziploc bag, that lives in your pocket?
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:22:31Speaker 8: Wow.
- 1:22:32Speaker 3: That's like a court-sized bag. It is. It seems very bunchy.
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: I have it at all times. It's not bunchy.
- 1:22:37Speaker 6: What an insane thing.
- 1:22:40Speaker 3: This is the equivalent.
- 1:22:41Speaker 5: I know you love it when the clip of Tom
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: Cigar and Bert Kreischer when Bert reveals that he drinks
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: two gallons of full sugar Kool-Aid every day. When he
- 1:22:47Speaker 5: just pulled out, what, Greg, a dozen different pills in
- 1:22:50Speaker 5: a Ziploc bag that he keeps in his pocket.
- 1:22:53Speaker 6: Every day just buzz and have you ever noticed it
- 1:22:56Speaker 6: no which would look very odd if a cop saw
- 1:22:58Speaker 6: you right but that would look.
- 1:23:00Speaker 3: Very strange sir what's with all those loosies Advil and
- 1:23:02Speaker 3: Imodium what is clearly an aged Ziploc bag it's soft
- 1:23:05Speaker 3: well it looks aged it's not actually I switch it
- 1:23:08Speaker 3: out like every like I would say probably once.
- 1:23:09Speaker 4: A week of course you do yeah It's very old man, dude.
- 1:23:13Speaker 3: Yes, that's for real. Oh, yeah, I don't care about that.
- 1:23:15Speaker 4: That's very grandpa. That's drug addict.
- 1:23:17Speaker 9: In his defense, so is a pill bottle or a
- 1:23:21Speaker 9: pill case.
- 1:23:22Speaker 3: Either should be done. And by the way, I think
- 1:23:24Speaker 3: everybody in this room, maybe with the exception of Seabass,
- 1:23:27Speaker 3: has benefited from my pill bag.
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: I have.
- 1:23:29Speaker 3: At some point. Yeah, except for Seabass. And the day
- 1:23:33Speaker 3: will come. What she just did is insane. Is it? Well,
- 1:23:36Speaker 3: they used to just be loose. It's better than loose, though.
- 1:23:38Speaker 3: Neither is necessary. They used to just be loose in
- 1:23:40Speaker 3: my pocket. Yeah, yeah. Which is gross.
- 1:23:43Speaker 8: I agree.
- 1:23:43Speaker 6: Why don't you just keep that in your work plastic bag?
- 1:23:46Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:23:46Speaker 3: In your other plastic bag.
- 1:23:47Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 1:23:48Speaker 9: Your attache that you take to and from work.
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:23:51Speaker 3: It just lives in my pocket. It lives. My wallet
- 1:23:53Speaker 3: lives in my pocket. It just lives in my pocket.
- 1:23:55Speaker 3: At least they'll be body-tempered.
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: I'll take it.
- 1:23:56Speaker 5: That is your grandmother with her thing full of sweet
- 1:23:59Speaker 5: and lows and ketchups and.
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: Her coffee stirrers. What was that era where they didn't
- 1:24:03Speaker 4: have any money?
- 1:24:04Speaker 8: The Depression.
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: The Depression. What was that called? Can you hold that
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: up to the camera?
- 1:24:08Speaker 9: When people were really sad about it, what was that called?
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: Can you hold that up to the camera so Vaughn
- 1:24:12Speaker 5: can get a real clear shot of the bag of
- 1:24:15Speaker 5: assorted pills that Woody, 365 days a year, keeps.
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: It's a Ziploc sandwich size, you know, it's their regular
- 1:24:22Speaker 3: sandwich size.
- 1:24:24Speaker 4: That should be in a fanny pack.
- 1:24:25Speaker 3: Yes, and a lot of the pills inside are in
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: blister packs, which are separated up. Do you fold it?
- 1:24:29Speaker 3: Or do you just bunch it up and put it...
- 1:24:32Speaker 3: I just go like that. And it goes right in
- 1:24:33Speaker 3: my pocket. It looks like what my parents used to
- 1:24:35Speaker 3: keep loose screws in.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:24:36Speaker 3: In a junk drawer.
- 1:24:37Speaker 6: That's just in his pocket all the time.
- 1:24:41Speaker 9: But he could afford a gold-plated case, but this is
- 1:24:45Speaker 9: what he prefers because it's more efficient.
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: So who cares? The same reason I carry the plastic
- 1:24:50Speaker 3: shopping bag.
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: That's right.
- 1:24:51Speaker 9: I have a million toiletry bags.
- 1:24:53Speaker 3: My wife goes, you know, you can buy like a
- 1:24:55Speaker 3: backpack or carry your stuff. I'm like, nah.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: We're good.
- 1:24:59Speaker 3: This is just easy enough. There's no point in trying
- 1:25:01Speaker 3: to convince you otherwise.
- 1:25:02Speaker 20: Yeah.
- 1:25:03Speaker 3: Like that could live in your fake briefcase. It could.
- 1:25:06Speaker 3: Or it could just live nowhere. It's not necessary. Oh,
- 1:25:08Speaker 3: it is. Because I've been in plenty of situations where like, man,
- 1:25:12Speaker 3: I got a splitting headache. Boy, do I wish I
- 1:25:13Speaker 3: had some Advil. Or even worse. Imodium. The Imodium thing
- 1:25:17Speaker 3: has come in handy a number of times.
- 1:25:20Speaker 9: I don't think I've ever taken Imodium.
- 1:25:21Speaker 3: Does it just stop you up?
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: Like if all of a sudden you got bubble guts
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: and you're, you know. You're having some... I've never taken
- 1:25:27Speaker 3: one either. I don't even know what it looks like.
- 1:25:28Speaker 3: I probably should. I mean, they're super tiny. And you
- 1:25:31Speaker 3: just take like two little tiny Imodiums. They look like
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: the size... They're smaller than Tic Tacs. And you take
- 1:25:36Speaker 3: those and then you're, you know... Bubble guts are gone.
- 1:25:41Speaker 9: Okay, because I'd be afraid I'd still have bubble guts,
- 1:25:43Speaker 9: but now I can't do anything about it.
- 1:25:44Speaker 3: No, no, no. It just stops. It's like, you know,
- 1:25:46Speaker 3: it's the cork in it.
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: I think I've heard of something called Imodium AD.
- 1:25:49Speaker 3: That's what this is.
- 1:25:51Speaker 9: Anti-diarrheal.
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: That's what it is. Right. But, you know, don't have
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: any because you don't want to look old. Yeah.
- 1:25:57Speaker 4: You know what I don't want?
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: I don't want bubble guts and diarrhea when I'm out
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: in public.
- 1:26:01Speaker 9: I don't want to look old when I'm ishing my pants.
- 1:26:03Speaker 3: It's not that you look old. It's just an old
- 1:26:05Speaker 3: man thing. Bring a tig. You look crazy, Andal. Let
- 1:26:07Speaker 3: me give you that. I mean, look at me. Does
- 1:26:10Speaker 3: it look like I concern myself with any kind of, like,
- 1:26:14Speaker 3: you know, image or fashion?
- 1:26:17Speaker 4: You're always going to the image thing. It's not an
- 1:26:20Speaker 4: image thing. It's an old man thing.
- 1:26:23Speaker 3: I know, but an old man. Does it look like
- 1:26:24Speaker 3: I concern myself with that, though? We're not talking about
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: a Versace belt. It's not an image thing at all.
- 1:26:29Speaker 5: It's a weird behavior of an odd person.
- 1:26:32Speaker 3: Yeah. I mean, I take that from you as a compliment,
- 1:26:35Speaker 3: I guess.
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:26:36Speaker 3: Yeah, right? I mean, yeah. As the king of odd.
- 1:26:40Speaker 9: Exactly.
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: I can't tell if that's a good.
- 1:26:43Speaker 6: Like when you're sitting around the table reminiscing about childhood.
- 1:26:45Speaker 7: Yes.
- 1:26:46Speaker 6: Remember old man Miller had that bag of pills?
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: He was hopeless about what would happen. It's true.
- 1:26:53Speaker 6: He'd work on his truck and then the pill bag
- 1:26:55Speaker 6: fell out.
- 1:26:55Speaker 3: I like butterscotch candies. Those are delicious. Circus peanuts. Circus peanuts.
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: Hell yeah, dude.
- 1:27:01Speaker 10: I'm down.
- 1:27:02Speaker 3: This is a story your grandkids will tell. I'm ashamed.
- 1:27:04Speaker 3: Crazy old... Give, give me, give saltwater taffy. Oh yeah.
- 1:27:08Speaker 3: Give it all to me, baby. He's got diarrhea. Cause
- 1:27:11Speaker 3: you know, he's ready for that. That's right. Yeah, that's right.
- 1:27:15Speaker 3: The Woody show. All right. Cheers and jeers. Let's go with, uh,
- 1:27:20Speaker 3: Jeff G. What you got?
- 1:27:22Speaker 11: I am going to start with my jeers today instead
- 1:27:24Speaker 11: of cheers, uh, jeers today. After I get off work,
- 1:27:28Speaker 11: I have to unfortunately put down my big dog.
- 1:27:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:27:32Speaker 11: She's got a lot of problems and, uh, Too many
- 1:27:35Speaker 11: to name right now, but yeah, unfortunately today.
- 1:27:38Speaker 3: She really did outlive, even healthy, outlived her life expectancy.
- 1:27:42Speaker 3: Jeff was telling me by a lot.
- 1:27:44Speaker 11: Yeah, she's a Bernese Mountain Dog, so she's just big, cuddly, fluffy.
- 1:27:47Speaker 11: They usually do like six to eight years, and she's
- 1:27:49Speaker 11: ten and a half.
- 1:27:50Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 1:27:50Speaker 11: So she did really well, man.
- 1:27:53Speaker 3: You know, we did a lot.
- 1:27:53Speaker 11: I was talking on the phone actually with Menace or
- 1:27:55Speaker 11: texting back and forth. On Friday, we were at the
- 1:27:57Speaker 11: emergency for like 12 hours. So we're just trying to
- 1:28:00Speaker 11: make her comfortable this weekend. And it's a bummer day,
- 1:28:03Speaker 11: and it's going to be rough. But we'll get through it,
- 1:28:06Speaker 11: you know?
- 1:28:06Speaker 9: I always say the same thing to anyone who's in
- 1:28:08Speaker 9: this situation. I always say.
- 1:28:09Speaker 3: Suck it up.
- 1:28:10Speaker 4: That.
- 1:28:11Speaker 3: Stop being a pussy.
- 1:28:12Speaker 8: Geez, Gina.
- 1:28:13Speaker 3: Oh, wow.
- 1:28:14Speaker 9: I always say, thank you for doing for them what
- 1:28:16Speaker 9: they cannot do for themselves.
- 1:28:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:28:17Speaker 9: Because it's such.
- 1:28:18Speaker 3: A tough thing. God, there's been so much bad dog
- 1:28:20Speaker 3: news on The Woody Show between Morgan's dog, right? And then,
- 1:28:25Speaker 3: you know, what's up with your dogs?
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: Uh, well, Chiro, my, uh, my oldest Frenchie who's 12.
- 1:28:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:28:31Speaker 4: We put her on different drugs and she's been very loopy.
- 1:28:34Speaker 4: So it's very hard for her to like walk around.
- 1:28:36Speaker 3: Yeah. So that's kind of where we're at right now.
- 1:28:40Speaker 3: last we heard it was, you know?
- 1:28:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: So we, so she was on, uh, um, drugs for
- 1:28:46Speaker 4: about a year and a half for cancer treatment and
- 1:28:49Speaker 4: she was fine. She switched drugs and she's been super
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: loopy again, like really difficult for her to walk around.
- 1:28:56Speaker 4: And then, so we've, probably taking her doctor probably like
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: five different times to try to get her on the right,
- 1:29:02Speaker 4: on the right, uh, mixture.
- 1:29:04Speaker 3: Yeah. So it's still a little bit difficult for her.
- 1:29:06Speaker 4: So, That's pretty much where we're at right now.
- 1:29:09Speaker 8: Okay.
- 1:29:10Speaker 3: But she's hanging in there for now.
- 1:29:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:29:12Speaker 4: I mean, she's still eating.
- 1:29:13Speaker 3: What's the prognosis? Do they know? No.
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: No.
- 1:29:16Speaker 4: But she's still eating like crazy. Still drinking water like crazy.
- 1:29:19Speaker 4: So that's a good sign. But again, difficulty walking.
- 1:29:22Speaker 3: So is it one like what Morgan did where they
- 1:29:25Speaker 3: come to the house?
- 1:29:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:29:26Speaker 11: Yeah. I'll shout them out. Lap of love. I don't
- 1:29:29Speaker 11: know if they have them across country, but they're amazing.
- 1:29:30Speaker 13: They're amazing.
- 1:29:31Speaker 11: They've done that with my previous dog.
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh.
- 1:29:33Speaker 11: But my cheers is actually to all the family and
- 1:29:36Speaker 11: friends that have come out and like kind of showed
- 1:29:38Speaker 11: her love over the weekend. Cause, um, She's kind of
- 1:29:40Speaker 11: like a rock star. Whenever someone comes over to the house,
- 1:29:43Speaker 11: like whether it be my kids' friends or our family
- 1:29:45Speaker 11: friends or just visitors in general, she's the first one.
- 1:29:48Speaker 3: Give me pets.
- 1:29:48Speaker 11: Give me pets.
- 1:29:49Speaker 3: Love, love, love.
- 1:29:49Speaker 11: So she kind of became everybody's favorite.
- 1:29:52Speaker 9: The mascot.
- 1:29:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:29:53Speaker 11: So over the weekend, last couple of days, they've come
- 1:29:57Speaker 11: over and kind of showed her love, which is cool.
- 1:29:59Speaker 11: And I think that's the way she deserves to go out.
- 1:30:01Speaker 11: She showed so much love. So it's nice to see
- 1:30:03Speaker 11: everybody give her love back.
- 1:30:04Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:30:05Speaker 11: My house over the last couple of days has been
- 1:30:07Speaker 11: just nonstop, you know, but it's been so fun and
- 1:30:10Speaker 11: she deserves that. And you're going to give her chocolate. I, yes,
- 1:30:13Speaker 11: I'm going to give her, I got her a Reese's
- 1:30:15Speaker 11: peanut butter cup and I'm going to buy her a
- 1:30:17Speaker 11: burger and fries.
- 1:30:18Speaker 3: Hell yeah, you are. Oh yeah. And you're taking her
- 1:30:20Speaker 3: through the drive-thru. You did tell me that.
- 1:30:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:30:21Speaker 11: I'm going to take her to the drive-thru.
- 1:30:23Speaker 3: She loves rides.
- 1:30:24Speaker 11: I say the word ride and she goes nuts. So
- 1:30:26Speaker 11: I'm going to take her for a ride. We're going
- 1:30:27Speaker 11: to get a burger in the drive-thru and she's going
- 1:30:29Speaker 11: to get down, you know? And at least you won't
- 1:30:31Speaker 11: be in pain anymore.
- 1:30:32Speaker 3: Because that blows. Well, I'm sorry to hear that.
- 1:30:34Speaker 11: No, thank you guys.
- 1:30:35Speaker 3: For the support.
- 1:30:36Speaker 11: Appreciate it.
- 1:30:36Speaker 9: Oh, man, that's tough.
- 1:30:37Speaker 3: Seabass, cheers and jeers. All right. Fun to follow that
- 1:30:41Speaker 3: one up.
- 1:30:41Speaker 4: Yeah, I set you up real good, right, Seabass?
- 1:30:44Speaker 5: Actually, I've got a clip for mine, Woody, in my
- 1:30:45Speaker 5: folder there. Cheers to actual, authentic, real.
- 1:30:50Speaker 3: OG bums. Like with a spindle stick on a drum?
- 1:30:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:30:54Speaker 3: See, so maybe it was the right decision going to
- 1:30:56Speaker 3: Seabass afterwards. You just needed a little levity.
- 1:30:58Speaker 5: We've had, in these days of fentanyl zombies and people just,
- 1:31:02Speaker 5: you know, crapping everywhere and stealing copper and you can't,
- 1:31:06Speaker 5: and everything's locked up at the damn drugstore and taking
- 1:31:10Speaker 5: over sidewalks.
- 1:31:11Speaker 3: Like the classic OG just smile on his face. Yeah.
- 1:31:16Speaker 1: Tramp.
- 1:31:16Speaker 5: Jolly.
- 1:31:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: And I ran into one of these in the, epicenter
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: of the fentanyl zombie san francisco and this guy he
- 1:31:23Speaker 5: was singing a little tune it's a solicit cash and
- 1:31:26Speaker 5: i recorded it and here it is.
- 1:31:28Speaker 14: Jingle bells jingle bells help me.
- 1:31:30Speaker 3: Get drunk today.
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: Drinking and stinking and stinking and drinking.
- 1:31:37Speaker 4: That's the Jingle Bell way, boy.
- 1:31:40Speaker 5: It's nowhere near, by the way, nowhere near Christmas right now.
- 1:31:43Speaker 3: Get a nice vibrato. You wouldn't know it going into
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: like a Home Depot or a Costco. They're already rolling
- 1:31:49Speaker 3: out all.
- 1:31:49Speaker 4: The Christmas stuff.
- 1:31:50Speaker 3: Very true. Very true.
- 1:31:52Speaker 11: I much like Seabass appreciate when the unhoused will be
- 1:31:56Speaker 11: honest with you and say they want a beer or
- 1:31:58Speaker 11: say they want weed. And I'm like, I donate to
- 1:32:00Speaker 11: them first.
- 1:32:00Speaker 9: Yeah, don't lie to me.
- 1:32:02Speaker 3: My favorite guy was the guy, Seabass. Menace I think
- 1:32:05Speaker 3: it was also San Francisco right when we lived there
- 1:32:07Speaker 3: The guy said I bet you can't hit me with
- 1:32:10Speaker 3: a quarter Yeah that's great yeah he'd be set up
- 1:32:14Speaker 3: he'd be set up in a busy intersection a four-way
- 1:32:17Speaker 3: intersection and so people as they're making the turn dumb
- 1:32:19Speaker 3: money they were like throwing quarters and stuff at him
- 1:32:21Speaker 3: I love that that's hilarious that brings up a good
- 1:32:23Speaker 3: point like the homeless used to be like fun jolly
- 1:32:27Speaker 3: jolly not really mean yeah what's wrong with these homeless.
- 1:32:31Speaker 5: People you know be happier it's because cheer up when
- 1:32:34Speaker 5: you're drinking all day that's fun like there's a You
- 1:32:37Speaker 5: know what?
- 1:32:38Speaker 3: That is fun. You can do anything when you're drunk
- 1:32:39Speaker 3: and it's fun. Yeah, the lovable hobo. But when you're
- 1:32:42Speaker 3: on fentanyl and super meth and all this other garbage,
- 1:32:45Speaker 3: you're just hunched over like a zombie.
- 1:32:46Speaker 9: Yeah, you dope drop.
- 1:32:46Speaker 3: Yeah, you're just sitting there just crapping yourself.
- 1:32:49Speaker 4: It's not fun.
- 1:32:50Speaker 3: Cheers to old school bums. Yeah. A song in their heart.
- 1:32:55Speaker 3: And vomit on their shirts. Okay.
- 1:32:59Speaker 5: So, cheers, though, to the season premiere of Saturday Night
- 1:33:03Speaker 5: Live with Jalen Brunson from the Knicks. And look, they've
- 1:33:07Speaker 5: had various– he's an athlete if you don't know. He
- 1:33:10Speaker 5: was the big star for the Knicks and they won
- 1:33:11Speaker 5: the championship. And that's why they had him on.
- 1:33:12Speaker 3: Because New York. Holy Christ. And he was trying his hardest,
- 1:33:16Speaker 3: but he's not an actor. He's not a comedian.
- 1:33:20Speaker 5: They had him lead a lot of sketches, which is
- 1:33:22Speaker 5: a bad idea.
- 1:33:23Speaker 3: And it's everything.
- 1:33:25Speaker 5: That was– and I'm a big Saturday Night Live apologist.
- 1:33:28Speaker 3: I watch it all the time. I cape for that
- 1:33:30Speaker 3: as they say.
- 1:33:31Speaker 4: Do you know what I heard about way more was–
- 1:33:34Speaker 4: and I totally forgot about SNL UK. was making more
- 1:33:37Speaker 4: news than SNL.
- 1:33:39Speaker 3: I didn't even know that SNL UK existed until last
- 1:33:42Speaker 3: week or the week before.
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 1:33:43Speaker 3: It's new. It's available on streaming. Do you think people
- 1:33:46Speaker 3: there say, oh, the American SNL is so much better?
- 1:33:50Speaker 3: People here were always like, oh, the British office is
- 1:33:54Speaker 3: so much better.
- 1:33:55Speaker 5: Well, they're leaning on the American SNL, like Tina Fey
- 1:33:57Speaker 5: hosted the first episode over there. So they're really trying
- 1:33:59Speaker 5: to lean on that. But yeah, Jalen Brunson, again, he
- 1:34:01Speaker 5: seemed like he was really trying and having a good time,
- 1:34:03Speaker 5: but holy Christ. When it's a non-actor, they never make
- 1:34:06Speaker 5: them leave the sketches.
- 1:34:07Speaker 3: That's the idea, yeah. You don't want them being the
- 1:34:09Speaker 3: comedic engine.
- 1:34:10Speaker 8: No.
- 1:34:10Speaker 3: You want them being like the guy in the office who's, oh,
- 1:34:12Speaker 3: what are you doing?
- 1:34:12Speaker 2: Yeah, right.
- 1:34:13Speaker 3: Peyton Manning did a pretty good job. Right, there's Michael Jordan,
- 1:34:16Speaker 3: Peyton Manning, and that's about it.
- 1:34:18Speaker 4: Charles Barkley.
- 1:34:18Speaker 5: Charles Barkley does a good job. But yeah, so I
- 1:34:21Speaker 5: get it. SNL does this. They have Kim Kardashian and
- 1:34:24Speaker 5: Elon Musk, and they have all these people who just
- 1:34:26Speaker 5: to gain buzz, but man, was that a tough watch.
- 1:34:28Speaker 2: It was.
- 1:34:29Speaker 3: It was. I got to watch it. I didn't really
- 1:34:33Speaker 3: think people were watching SNL. I thought maybe they were
- 1:34:35Speaker 3: just kind of consuming the clips. Oh, that's for sure.
- 1:34:38Speaker 3: I'm saying more than actual watching. Same with any of
- 1:34:41Speaker 3: the late night TV shows. Are they staying up to
- 1:34:43Speaker 3: watch a late night TV show? I usually watch it
- 1:34:46Speaker 3: the next day, but I was traveling. Or are they
- 1:34:48Speaker 3: catching it via clips from Instagram and things like that?
- 1:34:53Speaker 3: Of the better sketches. Probably the majority. A thousand percent, yeah.
- 1:34:57Speaker 3: All right, welcome back. Uh, a lot of people texting
- 1:35:03Speaker 3: over their condolences to, uh, to Jeff G.
- 1:35:07Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:35:07Speaker 3: It was, uh, not just doing it at the moment
- 1:35:11Speaker 3: because he's, uh, he's in the office getting some stuff, uh,
- 1:35:13Speaker 3: wrapped up so he can get out of here and
- 1:35:17Speaker 3: get to where he, yeah, get to where he needs
- 1:35:19Speaker 3: to be. So, uh, yeah, that sucks. Yeah.
- 1:35:23Speaker 9: The price of having a puppy.
- 1:35:25Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:35:26Speaker 3: The price of love is free.
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:35:28Speaker 3: They, they, uh, I've seen like a meme or something
- 1:35:31Speaker 3: at some point. It's like, man, why do they give
- 1:35:35Speaker 3: human beings something like dogs, right? Who is just as unconditional, blah, blah, blah, blah. No,
- 1:35:42Speaker 3: in such a short lifespan, like turtles will last. Oh,
- 1:35:45Speaker 3: not live as long. 150, 200 years. Yeah. But like
- 1:35:49Speaker 3: a dog, like he was talking about his dog, six
- 1:35:52Speaker 3: to eight years, you know?
- 1:35:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:35:55Speaker 3: That's such a short amount of time. It's a blink
- 1:35:57Speaker 3: of an eye.
- 1:35:57Speaker 6: I've always wanted a Great Dane, but their lifespan is
- 1:36:00Speaker 6: so short.
- 1:36:01Speaker 3: So short.
- 1:36:01Speaker 9: The bigger the dog, yeah.
- 1:36:03Speaker 3: My dog is going into surgery today for his second
- 1:36:05Speaker 3: knee surgery, basically the same one that Woody's dog had.
- 1:36:09Speaker 3: So he's going to come home and have all the
- 1:36:12Speaker 3: good drugs, and he'll finally be able to go and
- 1:36:14Speaker 3: run and chase cars without us worrying. Somebody, you know,
- 1:36:19Speaker 3: they were saying, like, they were going to postpone the
- 1:36:22Speaker 3: surgery three weeks because they found a skin infection when
- 1:36:24Speaker 3: they shaved his legs. So now he's got to wait,
- 1:36:27Speaker 3: you know, to see what that's, you know, all about.
- 1:36:31Speaker 3: I've got a list of animals that live about as
- 1:36:32Speaker 3: long as humans for you.
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: Oh, really?
- 1:36:34Speaker 3: Such as? Well, elephants. Okay.
- 1:36:37Speaker 5: Awesome.
- 1:36:37Speaker 3: They do. Not a great pet.
- 1:36:39Speaker 9: Great pet.
- 1:36:40Speaker 3: Saltwater crocodiles. Yeah, another great pet. Another great pet.
- 1:36:43Speaker 8: I would have.
- 1:36:44Speaker 6: Never thought they lived there.
- 1:36:45Speaker 4: Greg, sturgeon.
- 1:36:46Speaker 3: Ooh, they do.
- 1:36:47Speaker 18: Not when Greg's around, you know what I mean?
- 1:36:48Speaker 3: Yeah. They're just milking for caviar. They're sliced open. Galapagos tortoises,
- 1:36:53Speaker 3: then parrots are most of the rest.
- 1:36:55Speaker 10: I'm good.
- 1:36:55Speaker 4: All those parrots, man.
- 1:36:57Speaker 11: They can live for a really long time.
- 1:36:59Speaker 9: I'm trying to figure out.
- 1:37:00Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 1:37:00Speaker 9: They're like 200 years old.
- 1:37:02Speaker 15: Yeah, they'll outlive you.
- 1:37:03Speaker 9: I was just told that it's time for little Pip,
- 1:37:05Speaker 9: my dog's space surgery. And I don't know. I'm like, OK,
- 1:37:08Speaker 9: you just hand him over.
- 1:37:09Speaker 3: You don't want your dog in a period, dude.
- 1:37:11Speaker 2: No.
- 1:37:11Speaker 3: Oh, my God. I have a friend. Growing up, man,
- 1:37:14Speaker 3: the mom, his mom refused to get the dog. They
- 1:37:18Speaker 3: put diapers on this dog. It's like bleeding all over
- 1:37:20Speaker 3: the house. My friend had a what is it called?
- 1:37:22Speaker 9: Like a Staffordshire.
- 1:37:23Speaker 3: So a mastiff.
- 1:37:25Speaker 9: In heat with a diaper and little like Daisy Dukes
- 1:37:28Speaker 9: over them. Can you imagine?
- 1:37:30Speaker 3: It probably would look like a crime scene.
- 1:37:32Speaker 9: Yes, I do not want this. I know I'm trying
- 1:37:35Speaker 9: to beat the clock here.
- 1:37:36Speaker 3: Yeah, dude. So speaking of like some medical stuff, but
- 1:37:41Speaker 3: I heard the story. Remember talking about how how do
- 1:37:43Speaker 3: you even find out that you have X, Y, Z?
- 1:37:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:37:46Speaker 3: You know, whatever. And people like, oh, it was the
- 1:37:48Speaker 3: weirdest thing I went in for. Whatever it was. Yeah,
- 1:37:51Speaker 3: and they found a bum. It made me think about
- 1:37:53Speaker 3: when they said they were postponing this dog surgery because
- 1:37:55Speaker 3: they found that skin infection when they shaved his leg. Anyway,
- 1:37:57Speaker 3: this guy in 2021, he was in Vegas with his buddies,
- 1:38:03Speaker 3: and his friend inadvertently saved his life by twisting his nipples.
- 1:38:09Speaker 3: He said it really hurt. The pain didn't go away.
- 1:38:11Speaker 3: He tried to ignore it, but he kept rubbing his
- 1:38:14Speaker 3: chest where it hurt, and that's when he felt a lump,
- 1:38:17Speaker 3: and it turned out to be breast cancer. Oh my God.
- 1:38:19Speaker 3: And so he's had a ton of procedures, a lumpectomy, radiation.
- 1:38:23Speaker 3: And so far they think they've nixed it. Although he's
- 1:38:26Speaker 3: still got to go in for some, scans from time
- 1:38:29Speaker 3: to time. So a little titty twister saves his life.
- 1:38:32Speaker 9: So he kept twisting it and he was like, ow, ow.
- 1:38:35Speaker 3: No, no, no, no. They were out with his butt.
- 1:38:37Speaker 3: It was like a guy's weekend in Vegas. And I
- 1:38:39Speaker 3: guess his guy gave him like a real good titty twister.
- 1:38:42Speaker 9: And then he's like holding it afterwards.
- 1:38:43Speaker 3: Because it hurt so much. He was just like rubbing like, ow, ow.
- 1:38:47Speaker 3: And then he felt a lump. Yeah, he wasn't continuously
- 1:38:49Speaker 3: twisting his nipples.
- 1:38:50Speaker 9: No, no, no, I understand that. I'm saying he only
- 1:38:52Speaker 9: found it because he was like, ah, from the titty twister.
- 1:38:54Speaker 3: Yeah, from rubbing the sore area.
- 1:38:56Speaker 4: That's the whole story.
- 1:38:57Speaker 3: And so now he's doing what he can to raise
- 1:39:00Speaker 3: awareness about breast cancer in men.
- 1:39:02Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:39:03Speaker 3: Not common. Yeah, you don't think you hear about breast
- 1:39:05Speaker 3: cancer all the time.
- 1:39:06Speaker 4: I learned from an episode of Nip Tuck. They had
- 1:39:10Speaker 4: a whole episode about it.
- 1:39:12Speaker 3: That's right. So should we do hand-on-hand? Like, I'll feel yours,
- 1:39:15Speaker 3: you feel mine.
- 1:39:15Speaker 9: It's like you're not doing that anyway. It says fewer
- 1:39:17Speaker 9: than 1% of men have breast cancer. But it could happen.
- 1:39:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:39:23Speaker 9: One in about, yeah.
- 1:39:23Speaker 4: Nip-tuck, dude.
- 1:39:24Speaker 8: It's crazy.
- 1:39:25Speaker 3: Yeah, see, nip-tuck. Yeah. To save somebody's life. Yeah, nip-tuck. Nip-tuck.
- 1:39:31Speaker 4: Great show, man.
- 1:39:32Speaker 3: Yeah, purple nurple.
- 1:39:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:39:34Speaker 3: Purple nurple. Same deal.
- 1:39:36Speaker 9: I know this is very politically incorrect, and please excuse
- 1:39:39Speaker 9: me if this offends you, but is that the same
- 1:39:41Speaker 9: thing as tune in Tokyo?
- 1:39:42Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:39:43Speaker 3: That's all the same thing? Yeah, it's all the same.
- 1:39:44Speaker 9: Because that's what everyone called it when we were kids.
- 1:39:46Speaker 3: Like tweaking nipples.
- 1:39:47Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:39:47Speaker 3: I'd never heard that.
- 1:39:48Speaker 7: Really?
- 1:39:49Speaker 3: Well, tune in Tokyo is like what, you know, dudes would.
- 1:39:53Speaker 3: joke about like when they'd see a chick like ah
- 1:39:55Speaker 3: I want to tune in Tokyo like in other words
- 1:39:56Speaker 3: I want to play with.
- 1:39:57Speaker 9: Her nipples like an old like war reference that's so
- 1:40:00Speaker 9: you guys have.
- 1:40:01Speaker 5: Never heard that no by the 1985 movie Girls Just
- 1:40:04Speaker 5: Wanna Have Fun which I love that movie yeah so
- 1:40:06Speaker 5: the idea of Tokyo I've heard it like radio knobs
- 1:40:09Speaker 5: yeah yeah because if you know ham radios you can
- 1:40:12Speaker 5: get like across the world basically.
- 1:40:14Speaker 3: Yeah yeah you can listen to Tokyo people still do
- 1:40:16Speaker 3: that ham radio yeah oh yeah it's.
- 1:40:19Speaker 9: Still a thing you can still get a Boy Scout
- 1:40:20Speaker 9: badge for it I know that.
- 1:40:21Speaker 3: Much you can oh yeah I didn't know it was
- 1:40:23Speaker 3: still a thing. Trying to talk him out of that one.
- 1:40:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:40:25Speaker 3: Teach him tune in Tokyo. Okay, I will. 877-44-Woody. Are
- 1:40:30Speaker 3: truck drivers still talking on CB radios? Oh, yeah, for sure.
- 1:40:34Speaker 7: They are?
- 1:40:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:40:35Speaker 3: I don't know if that changed because now everybody's got
- 1:40:37Speaker 3: the internet and you can basically jump into, you know.
- 1:40:41Speaker 3: chat rooms or whatever, right?
- 1:40:42Speaker 4: These truck drivers have tricked out their cars.
- 1:40:45Speaker 11: Oh, yeah.
- 1:40:46Speaker 4: Big on social.
- 1:40:47Speaker 3: I didn't know that technology was still in use. I
- 1:40:50Speaker 3: would think so. Like with police officers and firefighters and stuff,
- 1:40:52Speaker 3: the radios, but I'm saying with the over-the-road truck drivers,
- 1:40:56Speaker 3: are they still doing it?
- 1:40:57Speaker 6: Alert your fellow drivers of a smoky up ahead.
- 1:40:59Speaker 3: Right, exactly. What's your handle? 10-4, good buddy. That's right.
- 1:41:06Speaker 6: And I've always wanted to see the inside of one
- 1:41:08Speaker 6: when they have, like, basically a little apartment in the back.
- 1:41:10Speaker 3: I'm sure it's pretty easy to do. We talked to
- 1:41:13Speaker 3: a listener who said it's awesome. I bet.
- 1:41:15Speaker 4: You've never been to a truck shop stop, Greg?
- 1:41:19Speaker 3: I've been to a truck shop. I've been next to one.
- 1:41:23Speaker 3: They don't often give tours, man. They don't let you in.
- 1:41:26Speaker 4: I'm sure they would if you asked really nice.
- 1:41:28Speaker 7: 877-44-WOODY.
- 1:41:28Speaker 3: Excuse me, sir. Send us a text over to.
- 1:41:30Speaker 4: 229-87-WOODY shows next time.
- 1:41:43Speaker 3: The Woody Show. The Woody Show.
- 1:41:48Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:41:50Speaker 3: Woody, Greg, Menace, Gina Grad.
- 1:41:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:41:54Speaker 3: We got the phones open. 877-44-WOODY. Text 22987. You can
- 1:42:02Speaker 3: find us, follow us on social media. Look for us
- 1:42:04Speaker 3: there at The Woody Show on YouTube, youtube.com slash The
- 1:42:07Speaker 3: Woody Show. And on our YouTube page, there's a whole
- 1:42:10Speaker 3: section just dedicated to these animated podcasts. A playlist, as
- 1:42:14Speaker 3: it were. Yeah, so just little moments from the show
- 1:42:18Speaker 3: that we have a guy. It used to be a team, and,
- 1:42:21Speaker 3: you know, times are lean. So now we're just down
- 1:42:24Speaker 3: to the one guy, right? Yeah, it'll be AI soon,
- 1:42:26Speaker 3: but not yet. Yeah, down to this one guy who
- 1:42:28Speaker 3: then animates the whole thing into like a little... cartoon
- 1:42:31Speaker 3: episode from the audio from the podcast, animated podcast. And
- 1:42:35Speaker 3: we have a brand new one. Seabass, which is this one?
- 1:42:37Speaker 3: It is where Sammy. revealed her disgusting, filthy, awful secret.
- 1:42:42Speaker 3: All right, new animated podcast.
- 1:42:44Speaker 18: I kind of have a fart secret to tell you.
- 1:42:46Speaker 3: Oh.
- 1:42:48Speaker 15: So, do you remember.
- 1:42:50Speaker 18: When we went to the Joe Coy show and you
- 1:42:52Speaker 18: talked about the fart?
- 1:42:53Speaker 3: Yes. I was looking around to see if anybody else
- 1:42:57Speaker 3: noticed it, but, like, how does a fart hang that
- 1:42:59Speaker 3: heavy in a big open arena?
- 1:43:01Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:43:03Speaker 3: That was me.
- 1:43:04Speaker 7: What?
- 1:43:05Speaker 17: If somebody asked me, I would have admitted to it,
- 1:43:07Speaker 17: but that was me. And I didn't know that it was, like,
- 1:43:10Speaker 17: that bad, though, for you guys to, like, come back
- 1:43:12Speaker 17: and be like, this ruined the show.
- 1:43:14Speaker 3: It's Sammy. Nobody asked you. Nobody thought to say, Sammy,
- 1:43:18Speaker 3: was that you?
- 1:43:19Speaker 18: Well, that's how I always get away with it, because
- 1:43:21Speaker 18: they don't make.
- 1:43:21Speaker 17: A sound, and I'll be near someone else who everyone
- 1:43:24Speaker 17: just assumes it is. I've never assumed as a person
- 1:43:27Speaker 17: having these crazy, stinky farts.
- 1:43:28Speaker 2: Shit.
- 1:43:29Speaker 17: But I did have chicken fingers and fries at the
- 1:43:33Speaker 17: airport food that I had that I don't normally really
- 1:43:36Speaker 17: eat something like that, and that's what happens when I do.
- 1:43:39Speaker 15: The stinkiest farts.
- 1:43:41Speaker 3: Wow, I think less of you. Yep.
- 1:43:45Speaker 5: So I had to go back to find the original
- 1:43:49Speaker 5: audio at Bort Pullet. When you guys told the story
- 1:43:52Speaker 5: of the Joe Coy show, you can hear her giggling.
- 1:43:54Speaker 3: So she knew what you guys were talking about. She
- 1:43:57Speaker 3: does that all the time. And didn't admit to it.
- 1:43:59Speaker 3: So it was brought up. She knew what the answer
- 1:44:01Speaker 3: was and just laughed in your face.
- 1:44:03Speaker 4: She got us good. Wasn't me.
- 1:44:06Speaker 13: You didn't ask me, so tee hee hee.
- 1:44:08Speaker 3: I ruined your night that night. We were talking about
- 1:44:12Speaker 3: things that are the old people things, you know, like things, man,
- 1:44:17Speaker 3: I don't know what age it is, but you hit
- 1:44:19Speaker 3: a certain age and like older people, like old people,
- 1:44:22Speaker 3: I don't want to say not even older. I mean
- 1:44:24Speaker 3: like old people, man, they don't care. They'll just let
- 1:44:27Speaker 3: it rip.
- 1:44:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:44:28Speaker 3: There was a woman in front of me at the
- 1:44:30Speaker 3: grocery store. It's always the grocery store. And she's just
- 1:44:33Speaker 3: standing there and she goes, Oh, my God. And she
- 1:44:36Speaker 3: doesn't flinch, doesn't look around. It just happened, and she
- 1:44:40Speaker 3: just owned it. And she didn't go, oh, I'm sorry,
- 1:44:41Speaker 3: excuse me. Nothing, just sat there.
- 1:44:43Speaker 4: It's natural.
- 1:44:44Speaker 18: Would you acknowledge it to a stranger in line? Would
- 1:44:46Speaker 18: you turn around and go, oh, excuse me, I'm sorry?
- 1:44:48Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:44:49Speaker 4: Really?
- 1:44:49Speaker 3: Because if I was that person, let's just reverse roles
- 1:44:53Speaker 3: for a second. I'm the person that did the fart. Yeah.
- 1:44:57Speaker 3: I would not be intentionally letting it rip. I would
- 1:45:00Speaker 3: try to camel it as best I can and- If
- 1:45:02Speaker 3: it's one of those where you thought it was going
- 1:45:05Speaker 3: to either be silent or you just couldn't for whatever
- 1:45:10Speaker 3: reason and it escaped, I'd go, oh, guys, I'm sorry.
- 1:45:14Speaker 3: I'm really sorry. Excuse me.
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: Really?
- 1:45:16Speaker 15: I would ignore all day. I don't know these people.
- 1:45:19Speaker 15: I don't owe them anything.
- 1:45:20Speaker 3: No, but I'm saying it's loud and everybody knows. You
- 1:45:23Speaker 3: have to acknowledge it. It's the same way if you–
- 1:45:25Speaker 3: and we all think belches are funny in this room.
- 1:45:27Speaker 3: They are hilarious. But if you– You know, whatever. You're
- 1:45:31Speaker 3: supposed to say, I'm sorry, excuse me. It's the polite thing.
- 1:45:34Speaker 3: It is the polite thing to do.
- 1:45:35Speaker 17: But even as the person behind you in line, I
- 1:45:37Speaker 17: don't want you turning around and apologizing to me over
- 1:45:40Speaker 17: your fart.
- 1:45:40Speaker 15: And then I'm like.
- 1:45:42Speaker 3: Oh, it's okay. Did she lift her leg and really
- 1:45:46Speaker 3: like kind of, yeah. Did her skirt flap up? Right.
- 1:45:49Speaker 2: Like, yeah.
- 1:45:49Speaker 3: If you are going to be old man. Like Marilyn Monroe,
- 1:45:51Speaker 3: the subway. Can I give you an alternative? If you
- 1:45:54Speaker 3: are going to be old man who farts in public.
- 1:45:56Speaker 3: I don't think I'm going to be. But if it happens,
- 1:45:57Speaker 3: you could always do the old joke. Did somebody step
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: on a duck? That's an old man thing to do
- 1:46:03Speaker 3: where you're sort.
- 1:46:04Speaker 4: Of an apology.
- 1:46:05Speaker 9: I had a substitute teacher in like fourth grade and
- 1:46:08Speaker 9: she would just walk, like clomp across the classroom and fart.
- 1:46:11Speaker 3: And every time she did, she'd be like, good grief,
- 1:46:13Speaker 3: good grief. And like, that's what she would do. It
- 1:46:17Speaker 3: did happen to me recently, man. Like, there was just
- 1:46:19Speaker 3: a big pocket of gas up there. And I was
- 1:46:21Speaker 3: by myself, right? There was nobody around or whatever. But
- 1:46:24Speaker 3: every step I took was another, like, boop, boop. And
- 1:46:27Speaker 3: I was having the best time. I was going to say,
- 1:46:29Speaker 3: it's fun. I was entertaining myself. It was great. It's
- 1:46:31Speaker 3: totally fun. There was nobody there to be either grossed
- 1:46:34Speaker 3: out or disgusted or, you know, whatever.
- 1:46:36Speaker 4: It's like a little machine gun.
- 1:46:37Speaker 3: It's my own little personal, yeah, exactly. Good grief, this
- 1:46:40Speaker 3: is fun.
- 1:46:40Speaker 6: I always see with old men at a urinal, they'll
- 1:46:43Speaker 6: just stand, first of all, with their hands on their waist,
- 1:46:45Speaker 6: which is so strange. Like, they're not holding anything. They've
- 1:46:48Speaker 6: got their hands on their waist, and they're peeing, and
- 1:46:50Speaker 6: then they.
- 1:46:51Speaker 3: Yeah. For, like, the whole pee.
- 1:46:54Speaker 2: What?
- 1:46:54Speaker 3: And it's only mega old guys.
- 1:46:56Speaker 9: In front of everybody?
- 1:46:56Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 1:46:57Speaker 3: Well, because, you know, like, sometimes, man, you've got to
- 1:46:58Speaker 3: pee really bad, fellas, right? And then you pee... And
- 1:47:03Speaker 3: as it's going, it'll kind of slow up. But you
- 1:47:06Speaker 3: know you're not done yet. But it's just a pocket
- 1:47:08Speaker 3: of gas that, for whatever reason, is impeding your urine elimination.
- 1:47:15Speaker 3: And then once you let that rip, then all of
- 1:47:18Speaker 3: a sudden, there's like another quart in there, it feels like. Yeah,
- 1:47:22Speaker 3: it's great. Yeah, like let it go. So Sammy's Dirty
- 1:47:27Speaker 3: Secret animated podcast. You can see it right now. Just
- 1:47:29Speaker 3: go to. Disgusting. The Woody show dot com. There's a
- 1:47:33Speaker 3: link there. Our YouTube pages go directly there. Or we
- 1:47:36Speaker 3: also have links that we'll post there on our social
- 1:47:38Speaker 3: media at the Woody show. So the baseball postseason is
- 1:47:47Speaker 3: all set. Looking at the favorites, the odds on who
- 1:47:54Speaker 3: will end up being World Series champion currently stand. The
- 1:47:59Speaker 3: Dodgers are plus two hundred. The Brewers plus 600. Then
- 1:48:04Speaker 3: you got the Tampa Bay Rays plus 800, followed by
- 1:48:07Speaker 3: the Yankees. Guardians, the Red Sox and the Braves at
- 1:48:11Speaker 3: plus 1,500. And then the Chicago Cubs at plus 1,700.
- 1:48:16Speaker 3: The AL is insanely weak this year. Yeah. Look at
- 1:48:22Speaker 3: the Houston Astros plus 2,500. Chicago White Sox plus 4,000.
- 1:48:28Speaker 3: They should just be happy to be there. I mean,
- 1:48:29Speaker 3: it's been so long since the White Sox were any good.
- 1:48:31Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:48:31Speaker 5: And the Astros, I think they got in with a
- 1:48:33Speaker 5: 500 record. They just happened to be, again, that's how
- 1:48:35Speaker 5: bad their division was.
- 1:48:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:48:36Speaker 3: And how bad the AL as a whole really is.
- 1:48:38Speaker 9: I have a stupid sports slash betting question. So are
- 1:48:41Speaker 9: there people out there who bet on the absolute worst
- 1:48:43Speaker 9: team just in case?
- 1:48:45Speaker 3: Yeah, why not? Like put on some serious money?
- 1:48:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:48:47Speaker 7: Well, yeah.
- 1:48:48Speaker 3: I don't know about serious money, but people will bet
- 1:48:50Speaker 3: the long shot.
- 1:48:51Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: Just in case. Like, what can you stand to lose?
- 1:48:53Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:48:53Speaker 4: They do that all the time.
- 1:48:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:48:55Speaker 3: And if it hits.
- 1:48:56Speaker 5: You know, it's whatever people bet on, whoever, the Raiders. But,
- 1:48:58Speaker 5: you know, there's a saying in betting that the only
- 1:49:01Speaker 5: good ticket is the one that cashes. So you could
- 1:49:03Speaker 5: throw a 10,000 to one on, you know, whoever to,
- 1:49:06Speaker 5: you know, Georgia Tech to win an NCAA national championship
- 1:49:10Speaker 5: in football.
- 1:49:10Speaker 3: It's never going to happen. So you're just wasting your money.
- 1:49:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:49:14Speaker 3: Dude, there was a woman. At a San Francisco Giants
- 1:49:18Speaker 3: game and she was caught on camera. You probably saw
- 1:49:20Speaker 3: this woman. She was carrying her baby.
- 1:49:22Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:49:23Speaker 3: And all these containers of food to her husband who
- 1:49:25Speaker 3: was just like sitting there waiting for her. So the announcers,
- 1:49:28Speaker 3: they're calling her like mom of the year and blah, blah, blah. Well,
- 1:49:30Speaker 3: people online have been trashing the husband.
- 1:49:32Speaker 9: Dogging him hard.
- 1:49:34Speaker 3: And their marriage. And so you know what? Good for
- 1:49:36Speaker 3: her because she has come out with a statement to
- 1:49:38Speaker 3: shut those idiots up.
- 1:49:39Speaker 2: Yep.
- 1:49:41Speaker 3: She said that she got up to go to the bathroom.
- 1:49:44Speaker 3: She chose to bring the baby with her. She was
- 1:49:47Speaker 3: going to change the baby. It was strapped to her chest.
- 1:49:48Speaker 3: And then she chose to get the food. He didn't go,
- 1:49:52Speaker 3: all right, well, see you back here.
- 1:49:54Speaker 1: Yeah, bye, bitch.
- 1:49:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:49:56Speaker 3: She also explained that the husband had offered to hold
- 1:49:58Speaker 3: the baby while she went to the restroom. And she's like, no.
- 1:50:01Speaker 3: And offered to take the food off of her lap.
- 1:50:03Speaker 3: And she's like, no. I'm all good.
- 1:50:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:50:05Speaker 9: She said, I was going to take the baby anyway
- 1:50:07Speaker 9: to change it. And I saw something that looked really
- 1:50:09Speaker 9: good on the menu and texted him.
- 1:50:11Speaker 3: Do you want this? I'll bring it back. Yeah. And
- 1:50:13Speaker 3: he looked like just a great a douche. But this
- 1:50:16Speaker 3: guy is just getting crushed. She's like, leave him, leave him.
- 1:50:20Speaker 18: It looked like he just sent her like, oh, go
- 1:50:22Speaker 18: get me some food and take the.
- 1:50:23Speaker 4: Baby with you.
- 1:50:25Speaker 3: It's always the narrative, right? Guy's always the jerk.
- 1:50:28Speaker 7: Always.
- 1:50:28Speaker 4: Piece of crap.
- 1:50:30Speaker 3: The video was very damning. She says that he's an
- 1:50:34Speaker 3: amazing husband, an even better father, and quote, he knows
- 1:50:38Speaker 3: who he is and doesn't let strangers define his relationship
- 1:50:41Speaker 3: with us.
- 1:50:41Speaker 2: Oh.
- 1:50:42Speaker 3: He is our family's rock, and it's one of the
- 1:50:44Speaker 3: reasons I married him.
- 1:50:45Speaker 15: Good for her.
- 1:50:46Speaker 9: You know who started it were the announcers. They were
- 1:50:49Speaker 9: jogging him hard.
- 1:50:50Speaker 3: Mom of the year. Well, they were like, this guy's
- 1:50:52Speaker 3: a jerk.
- 1:50:53Speaker 9: And they were like, yeah, he does kind of look
- 1:50:54Speaker 9: like a jerk.
- 1:50:55Speaker 3: I mean, they are both jerks for bringing a baby
- 1:50:57Speaker 3: to a baseball game. Agreed. Yeah. The baby doesn't know
- 1:50:59Speaker 3: what's happening. It's just a... Pain for you. Never initially.
- 1:51:02Speaker 3: Just a blob. I mean, it's weird. Little kids are
- 1:51:07Speaker 3: one thing. Toddlers. That's just more of a pain in
- 1:51:10Speaker 3: the ass. Like, why ruin your good time? It's not
- 1:51:12Speaker 3: going to piss me off. I'm saying if you're going
- 1:51:14Speaker 3: to a place that is otherwise really not for them,
- 1:51:16Speaker 3: there's nothing there. All you're going to do is be
- 1:51:18Speaker 3: spending all your time just trying to occupy them.
- 1:51:20Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:51:20Speaker 9: And like toddlers with giant headphones on. Or just get
- 1:51:23Speaker 9: a babysitter.
- 1:51:24Speaker 3: Dude, I saw... Not a newborn newborn. This kid was
- 1:51:29Speaker 3: not three months old. And they were there at the concert. And,
- 1:51:33Speaker 3: you know, the parents were just like holding their hands
- 1:51:37Speaker 3: over their ears.
- 1:51:39Speaker 15: Yeah, that'll work.
- 1:51:40Speaker 3: You so badly just needed to be there.
- 1:51:43Speaker 6: And you don't know one person in the world.
- 1:51:45Speaker 3: I think half the time it's a prop. It's like, look,
- 1:51:48Speaker 3: baby's first concert. Please give us likes on Instagram. But
- 1:51:52Speaker 3: when you see, if you're in Vegas and you see people,
- 1:51:55Speaker 3: it's like one o'clock in the morning and they're pushing strollers.
- 1:51:57Speaker 3: Legit bad parents. Those are degenerates. They're like dragging their
- 1:52:01Speaker 3: kids across the floor of the casino at one o'clock
- 1:52:03Speaker 3: in the morning. Like, what are you doing? You can't
- 1:52:06Speaker 3: judge my parenting stuff. Yes, I can. And I am.
- 1:52:08Speaker 9: Well, I think they're more, Steve-Ass, instead of like the, oh,
- 1:52:10Speaker 9: baby's first concert. I think it's more the people of like, Look,
- 1:52:13Speaker 9: you don't have to change your lifestyle. The baby will
- 1:52:15Speaker 9: just go where you go. There are exceptions.
- 1:52:18Speaker 3: We used to be dinks, but now we're not. But
- 1:52:20Speaker 3: it's not stopping us. We're still living our life. The
- 1:52:24Speaker 3: only criticism I have, I don't care. Look, I don't
- 1:52:26Speaker 3: care what you do. It's not ruining my time. I'm
- 1:52:29Speaker 3: not getting asthma. My wife and I just look at
- 1:52:31Speaker 3: you and go, God, why would you do that? Because
- 1:52:32Speaker 3: it's ruining your time. We know as parents that you're
- 1:52:35Speaker 3: not really truly enjoying yourself. You are babysitting while you're
- 1:52:40Speaker 3: at this event that you otherwise would have had a
- 1:52:41Speaker 3: lot more fun had this kid not been there. This
- 1:52:44Speaker 3: is like a regular season Padres game, I believe, or something.
- 1:52:46Speaker 3: Or no, Giants game.
- 1:52:48Speaker 9: It had to be there.
- 1:52:49Speaker 3: Sometimes, I get it. It's a last minute thing. There
- 1:52:53Speaker 3: is no sitter. You have no other option but to bring...
- 1:52:56Speaker 3: I don't know how Seabass feels about it because he
- 1:52:58Speaker 3: goes to HR about everybody else. You have no other
- 1:53:01Speaker 3: option but to bring your kid to work with you.
- 1:53:04Speaker 3: And the kid sits there in the corner of the
- 1:53:06Speaker 3: office somewhere and just like colors or something.
- 1:53:08Speaker 9: It's gotta be done.
- 1:53:09Speaker 3: You know, that I understand. If it's a every now
- 1:53:12Speaker 3: and again thing.
- 1:53:13Speaker 5: Well, Julianne used to do that up here. She would
- 1:53:14Speaker 5: have stuff to do on the weekend, especially in her
- 1:53:16Speaker 5: little kid would just, you know, play toys.
- 1:53:18Speaker 3: Yeah, it's fine. Do you have a problem with that?
- 1:53:20Speaker 5: No, because what she didn't do, it was just, I only,
- 1:53:24Speaker 5: the reason I noticed it was incidental.
- 1:53:25Speaker 3: What she didn't do is say, Oh, here, check who's
- 1:53:27Speaker 3: here today. Take her on a tour.
- 1:53:29Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:53:29Speaker 3: Walking around. She wasn't doing it for the show of it.
- 1:53:32Speaker 4: Take some photos.
- 1:53:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:53:35Speaker 3: I always feel bad. It's like, man, I encourage new
- 1:53:37Speaker 3: parents all the time. The best thing you're going to
- 1:53:40Speaker 3: do for yourself, start it when you're pregnant, right? When
- 1:53:43Speaker 3: you're expecting the baby, start looking around for sitters, start
- 1:53:48Speaker 3: getting to know. And we're not talking about the little
- 1:53:49Speaker 3: girl next door who's like 12 years old and babysitting.
- 1:53:52Speaker 3: We're talking about somebody who is like a young adult
- 1:53:56Speaker 3: who's maybe still like in college or something like that,
- 1:53:58Speaker 3: or you know, recently out of college, but have some
- 1:54:00Speaker 3: extra time nights and weekends looking at her. And cause
- 1:54:02Speaker 3: everybody's broke when you first get started as an adult,
- 1:54:04Speaker 3: you can hire Randy or old. Right. Somebody like that
- 1:54:08Speaker 3: in a situation like that, where for a little extra money,
- 1:54:11Speaker 3: you know, someone who's responsible, who can drive, get to
- 1:54:14Speaker 3: know those people so that you can go out and
- 1:54:16Speaker 3: you can have a night out with your spouse. You
- 1:54:19Speaker 3: can go away for a night.
- 1:54:22Speaker 15: Yeah, they're still so expensive, though.
- 1:54:24Speaker 18: Even the 15 year old responsible kid is expensive.
- 1:54:27Speaker 3: I'm saying, but it's worth it. Like you need a
- 1:54:29Speaker 3: break from those kids. The kids need a break from you.
- 1:54:30Speaker 3: It's also good for them to like be with other
- 1:54:32Speaker 3: people and know how to, you know, be around other
- 1:54:35Speaker 3: people that mom and dad just not attached at the
- 1:54:38Speaker 3: cord all the time. And like you said, it's expensive,
- 1:54:41Speaker 3: but it's not every night.
- 1:54:42Speaker 9: It's like once a month we have date night and
- 1:54:44Speaker 9: it's like saving our marriage.
- 1:54:46Speaker 3: There's no Rugrats.
- 1:54:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:54:47Speaker 3: And we don't want to like really get into it, Greg.
- 1:54:49Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:54:49Speaker 3: But the people like, oh, I don't have any money.
- 1:54:51Speaker 3: But yet they're going out and buying the iPhone. Totally. Exactly.
- 1:54:54Speaker 3: I don't want to hear that. Well, you got to flex.
- 1:54:56Speaker 3: I'm saying, you've got money for something. And if it's
- 1:54:59Speaker 3: for your own, you know, peace of mind, mental health,
- 1:55:02Speaker 3: you know, just to get a few out, go to
- 1:55:04Speaker 3: a dinner. Where the place doesn't have, they don't even
- 1:55:07Speaker 3: offer crayons. There's not two different menus. Yeah, they don't
- 1:55:11Speaker 3: have a kid's menu. Go to a place that doesn't
- 1:55:13Speaker 3: have a kid's menu. It does amazing things for you.
- 1:55:15Speaker 6: The thing I always wondered about when you have kids,
- 1:55:17Speaker 6: and I know, Gina, you recently stayed in a hotel
- 1:55:19Speaker 6: with the kid.
- 1:55:21Speaker 3: How does that.
- 1:55:21Speaker 6: Work with the kids in a hotel room?
- 1:55:23Speaker 3: That would suck.
- 1:55:23Speaker 6: What do you mean?
- 1:55:25Speaker 3: It's not bad.
- 1:55:25Speaker 6: You have to make sure there's two beds. If you're
- 1:55:28Speaker 6: a baby, do you have to bring some sort of
- 1:55:30Speaker 6: portable thing? It's a pack and play. Also, hotels will
- 1:55:33Speaker 6: offer those.
- 1:55:33Speaker 3: Oh, they will? Yeah, they'll bring one up.
- 1:55:35Speaker 6: And then it just seems like a baby might even
- 1:55:38Speaker 6: be easier than a kid.
- 1:55:39Speaker 9: Oh, for sure. And for a lot of years, I
- 1:55:42Speaker 9: wouldn't do it because I just, I don't know, I
- 1:55:43Speaker 9: felt weird.
- 1:55:44Speaker 3: Maybe this is my stepson.
- 1:55:45Speaker 9: But now, like, we just, what I do is I
- 1:55:48Speaker 9: would never get two queen beds because why would a
- 1:55:50Speaker 9: small child get his own queen bed?
- 1:55:51Speaker 14: No.
- 1:55:52Speaker 9: I get a king bed and then a rollaway.
- 1:55:54Speaker 15: Here, you go sleep in the rollaway.
- 1:55:55Speaker 3: Next to the wall. See, that's where my wife and
- 1:55:56Speaker 3: I messed up. We would get the two queens. Right.
- 1:55:59Speaker 4: No.
- 1:56:00Speaker 3: If we got the hotel. I made that mistake one time.
- 1:56:02Speaker 3: But we have two kids.
- 1:56:03Speaker 2: True.
- 1:56:03Speaker 8: True.
- 1:56:04Speaker 9: So, but the one time Andy and I slept in
- 1:56:07Speaker 9: one bed and this tiny kid had this whole bed.
- 1:56:09Speaker 9: I go, uh, that's the boy's bed. This is the
- 1:56:12Speaker 9: girl's bed. There should not have to be. And then
- 1:56:14Speaker 9: from then on, I said, King bed, roll away.
- 1:56:16Speaker 4: That's it.
- 1:56:17Speaker 5: We were, we were the Kings of, uh, residents in
- 1:56:20Speaker 5: because they had all those couches are fold-out couches oh
- 1:56:23Speaker 5: yeah so that my mom would just throw four of
- 1:56:25Speaker 5: us on there or the rest good luck have fun
