- 1:04Speaker 1: are back. We are I don't know what to say, Stu,
- 1:09Speaker 1: I don't have anything to say. Do you have anything
- 1:11Speaker 1: to say? Okay, we're gonna go ahead and get into

- 1:18Speaker 1: have to go to work in the morning and Stu

- 1:45Speaker 1: on iTunes, Subscribe on iTunes or wherever you get your podcast. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
- 1:54Speaker 1: TikTok's back. I was able to did we talk with
- 1:57Speaker 1: this last time? I was able to re download the
- 1:59Speaker 1: app because I prematurely.
- 2:03Speaker 2: TikTok page looks like it's like this you want you
- 2:08Speaker 2: won't let me see your phone, so things supposed to me.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I don't know what do you mean see my phone?
- 2:13Speaker 1: You have access to the emails that show whenever I
- 2:15Speaker 1: post something on TikTok to our account.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Well, I don't know what you're doing on TikTok.
- 2:19Speaker 1: You don't need to know what I'm doing on TikTok.
- 2:22Speaker 1: TikTok is for me, all right. It's like those things.
- 2:26Speaker 1: It's like, no one in my real life better find
- 2:28Speaker 1: me on TikTok or Instagram. Those things are for me.
- 2:30Speaker 1: I actively like on my Instagram, like my one where
- 2:33Speaker 1: I have like I post like our you know, meet
- 2:36Speaker 1: cleaning videos or like morning in my Life or you know,
- 2:40Speaker 1: whatever it is. I actively block suggestions that Instagram puts
- 2:48Speaker 1: of people I know in like my real life. I'm like, no,
- 2:51Speaker 1: don't do not come. You are not welcome here.
- 2:55Speaker 2: But some of them have.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Some of them have found My brother found it. My
- 3:00Speaker 1: other brother found it. But you know what they they're
- 3:03Speaker 1: just like like everything and think it's great and everything.
- 3:05Speaker 1: But there's some you know, there's some catty bitches at work.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I'd prefer not to know about my personal life. We're coworkers, Okay,
- 3:12Speaker 1: we're not friends. No, despite what the you know the
- 3:19Speaker 1: company emails about. Oh you know, we're all.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Friends and family.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Not here just one team that's corporate. Working in an
- 3:28Speaker 1: office with women is like work is like going to
- 3:31Speaker 1: high school. There's the same people that were bitchy and
- 3:34Speaker 1: bullies in high school are bitches and bullies in the
- 3:39Speaker 1: corporate office too. That's just the way. I had never
- 3:42Speaker 1: worked in a court like an office setting like this
- 3:46Speaker 1: until the last year, really so, and I don't think
- 3:51Speaker 1: you ever have. So it's a bit of a shock
- 3:53Speaker 1: to me to see how grown adults act. But anyways,
- 3:59Speaker 1: all right, well that's it. Do you have anything anything
- 4:02Speaker 1: else going on? We're getting ready for a cruise. We're
- 4:06Speaker 1: growing on other cruise. So that's exciting. I threw a
- 4:12Speaker 1: bomb in the or someone threw a bomb in the
- 4:14Speaker 1: old Disney Disney cruises for toddlers with toddlers and families
- 4:19Speaker 1: or whatever. I was like, I prefer a Royal Cribbian
- 4:22Speaker 1: over Disney, and so I was like, I'm just gonna.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Want to look at the comments.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Well, no, I was like in the comments, I was like, this,
- 4:28Speaker 1: why she posted anonymous, because you guys are such bullies
- 4:31Speaker 1: in about if someone doesn't prefer to the Disney Cruise
- 4:36Speaker 1: Line over the Royal Caribbean. Anyways, they're real snobs over
- 4:39Speaker 1: at the Disney Cruise Line groups. It's Disney or bust.
- 4:43Speaker 2: I can imagine.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Yes, Okay, anyways, I'm moving on because you don't find
- 4:47Speaker 1: this interesting.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I do not.
- 4:48Speaker 1: It was just something I did that.
- 4:49Speaker 2: I am the proxy for everybody else listening right now.
- 4:53Speaker 2: They're like going with it.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Well, what I'm saying is I hardly ever comment stuff
- 4:56Speaker 1: because I don't want to get into it people. But
- 4:58Speaker 1: every once in a while I'm like, oh, let's just
- 5:01Speaker 1: do it.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Let's just poke it.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Yeah, let's just poke the bear. It was like that
- 5:04Speaker 1: time I got kicked out of that couponing group because
- 5:06Speaker 1: I did the PSA about how to spell allowed.
- 5:10Speaker 2: A l oud. That's how they were spelling.
- 5:14Speaker 1: That's how the lot of them were spelling it. And
- 5:15Speaker 1: I was like, this is a PSA and I was
- 5:17Speaker 1: like worth it. I got kicked out the coupon in group.
- 5:21Speaker 1: But they're so stupid because you can just make a
- 5:22Speaker 1: fake Facebook group profile and go right back in the group,
- 5:26Speaker 1: which is what I did. So jokes on them. It's
- 5:30Speaker 1: not allowed, but I did it anyways.
- 5:33Speaker 2: As long as you don't do it aloud.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Yes, all right, So let's go ahead and get into
- 5:38Speaker 1: this week's episode Out of Florida slash Wyoming, part two
- 5:44Speaker 1: of the Gabby Patito documentary. So we open with the footage.
- 5:48Speaker 1: So if you haven't listened, go back and listen to
- 5:49Speaker 1: the first episode if you If you don't know what's
- 5:51Speaker 1: going on, okay, I can't fill you in. So we
- 5:54Speaker 1: opened with footage of Gabby that she was shooting for
- 5:58Speaker 1: her YouTube channel. And there's a shot of Brian and
- 6:01Speaker 1: he's doing some of his morning stretches in yoga. What
- 6:04Speaker 1: a tool.
- 6:06Speaker 2: That's probably something she told him to do. Hey, you
- 6:08Speaker 2: need to do this for the camera.
- 6:10Speaker 1: He's just awkwardly like waving at her or so it's
- 6:12Speaker 1: just he's just I just hate him. Anyways, her mom
- 6:16Speaker 1: talks about Gabby staying in a so then it's her
- 6:19Speaker 1: mom talking about how Gabby was staying in a hotel
- 6:22Speaker 1: after the Moab incident just to work on her YouTube channel,
- 6:25Speaker 1: and they were kind of taken a Oh.
- 6:27Speaker 2: He plowed down the empty storage unit or something. He
- 6:31Speaker 2: what he flew to Florida to empty a storage unit,
- 6:34Speaker 2: or he flew somewhere because he had an empty a
- 6:36Speaker 2: storage unit out. So she was alone?
- 6:39Speaker 1: Oh I didn't know then? Is that what this said
- 6:41Speaker 1: on the documentary?
- 6:42Speaker 2: Yes?
- 6:44Speaker 1: No, yes, I don't think so.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Okay, well could I miss that? So that's what Stu
- 6:50Speaker 1: said happened. I don't know if that's true or not.
- 6:53Speaker 2: How did you watch this, write it, summarize it, and
- 6:56Speaker 2: miss that.
- 6:57Speaker 1: I've watched this episode like seven times. I don't recall
- 6:59Speaker 1: a store unit being spoken about.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Are you sure she was alone?
- 7:05Speaker 3: Okay?
- 7:05Speaker 1: Well I knew she was alone because she was staying
- 7:07Speaker 1: in a hotel room working on her YouTube channel. And
- 7:09Speaker 1: then on August nineteenth, twenty twenty one, Gabby posts that
- 7:13Speaker 1: first video to their YouTube channel about the Van Lifers. Yes,
- 7:18Speaker 1: and this was just seven days after that almost arrest. Yes,
- 7:23Speaker 1: that they had or they almost arrested Gabby for being
- 7:26Speaker 1: the aggressor what about dumbasses?
- 7:29Speaker 2: I guess I figured she was scrappy or something. I
- 7:31Speaker 2: don't know.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Anyways, but if you we we completely deep dived into
- 7:37Speaker 1: that video last episode, if you want more on that.
- 7:40Speaker 1: But yeah, so she's did her YouTube channel and then
- 7:43Speaker 1: you know it didn't At the very end of this
- 7:46Speaker 1: documentary it says that she had on this first she
- 7:49Speaker 1: only posted one video obviously because you know, things happened,
- 7:53Speaker 1: but she only posted one video and at the time
- 7:55Speaker 1: of her of her death, it had less than five interviews.
- 7:59Speaker 1: But currently, like now.
- 8:01Speaker 2: As of the publishing of the documentary.
- 8:04Speaker 1: It had over seven million views. I didn't go watch it.
- 8:07Speaker 1: I gotta go watch it.
- 8:08Speaker 2: It might have double that now after the documentary.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Yeah, so the the ex boyfriend Jackson, we last episode
- 8:17Speaker 1: we left with him talking to Gabby. He talks about
- 8:20Speaker 1: his experience with Gabby and how they dated for about
- 8:23Speaker 1: a year and they actually spoke of doing these same
- 8:26Speaker 1: things that Brian and Gabby were doing, you know, traveling
- 8:28Speaker 1: the country and filming their life on the road doing
- 8:30Speaker 1: the Van Lifer thing.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Now, Old Jackson seems like he, uh, he was upset
- 8:37Speaker 2: that him and Gabby didn't work out, like he was
- 8:39Speaker 2: pining away for her or something.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I thought he was just a nice guys too.
- 8:44Speaker 2: I didn't say he wasn't a nice guy.
- 8:46Speaker 3: Well.
- 8:46Speaker 1: I think he just said the timing for them just
- 8:48Speaker 1: didn't work out. I don't know what the fuck that means.
- 8:51Speaker 1: They're only like twenty years old so all. But anyways,
- 8:56Speaker 1: so this was something that they had had planned on doing,
- 8:59Speaker 1: and so he Gabby, you know, doing these things with
- 9:01Speaker 1: Brian on social media and stuff, and he's a little jealous,
- 9:05Speaker 1: but not overly. So he's not you know, he didn't know.
- 9:10Speaker 2: He didn't put it out there in the documentary that he's.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Overly just there was no no.
- 9:15Speaker 2: He was like, damn, that was supposed to be me. Yes, Stuart, Well,
- 9:20Speaker 2: some of us watched it, some of us.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I did watch it multiple times.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Stuart obviously not.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Yes, I did. Anyways, shut up, ste Okay, what I'm
- 9:30Speaker 1: what I'm trying to say is that he was not
- 9:34Speaker 1: so jealous that they uncovered some sort of like him,
- 9:37Speaker 1: like crazily texting her or something like that it seemed
- 9:41Speaker 1: as him being like a suspect in all this. He
- 9:43Speaker 1: was just doing normal conversations with her. She was actually
- 9:46Speaker 1: reaching out to him, you know, over the incident that evening,
- 9:52Speaker 1: and you know, he was even surprised to even hear
- 9:54Speaker 1: from her.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Yes, because he texted her or she texted him, and
- 9:59Speaker 2: she's like, I only have like a day alone to
- 10:02Speaker 2: talk to you. Yeah, before he gets back.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Okay, well that's I guess why he was at that
- 10:07Speaker 1: storage unit. Yes, you know what, guys, this is what
- 10:09Speaker 1: happens when Stu actually watches whatever I'm writing about. This
- 10:13Speaker 1: is how annoying it is.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Actually actually, actually he was honest doing a storage unit.
- 10:23Speaker 1: He was even he got a storage in it. You
- 10:24Speaker 1: didn't even watch the documentary.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Shut up.
- 10:28Speaker 1: So Gabby starts talking to Jackson whatever. Stuke kept calling
- 10:31Speaker 1: this guy Josh, his name's Jackson, wanting to leave, telling
- 10:37Speaker 1: Jackson that she wanted to leave Brian, and he got
- 10:40Speaker 1: a sense that she was unsure of how to do this,
- 10:43Speaker 1: you know, how to do the uncoupling of the two
- 10:46Speaker 1: with this whole van. They pot this van together and everything,
- 10:49Speaker 1: and he let Gabby know that he was there for
- 10:51Speaker 1: her and just to be careful now. Gabby continued to
- 10:54Speaker 1: contact Jackson as they work their way up to Wyoming,
- 10:58Speaker 1: and he received a call from Gabby but was at
- 11:00Speaker 1: work and could not answer. And Gabby would later go
- 11:03Speaker 1: missing that day. He didn't realize it, but that was
- 11:06Speaker 1: that day that they went. She went was last year.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Nobody ever heard from her again? Yeah, last time she
- 11:11Speaker 2: was seen on.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Her last time she was actually heard from, not just
- 11:14Speaker 1: something coming from her phone.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm not even sure how you're gonna do a
- 11:19Speaker 2: breakup on the road like that either.
- 11:21Speaker 1: No, not if he's flying back to meet you. If
- 11:23Speaker 1: she was gone and he's coming.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Back, I mean, that's the time you do it. While
- 11:26Speaker 2: he's there emptying a storage shed. You're like, hey, peace
- 11:29Speaker 2: out where we're.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Breaking flame where you're going. But she's not that kind
- 11:31Speaker 1: of person though, Like she's a nice person. She's not
- 11:35Speaker 1: going to do that.
- 11:36Speaker 2: Did you ever see that video?
- 11:38Speaker 1: No?
- 11:38Speaker 2: And with that guy that broke up with his girlfriend
- 11:41Speaker 2: as they were getting on an airplane, no to either
- 11:44Speaker 2: fly home from some vacation they were on or go
- 11:47Speaker 2: to the vacation. No, it was like a four hour flight,
- 11:50Speaker 2: and he broke up with her while they were boarding
- 11:52Speaker 2: the plane.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Why would you break up with her while you were
- 11:54Speaker 1: getting off the plane?
- 11:55Speaker 2: I don't know, but yeah, so it was an awkward
- 11:58Speaker 2: video where she happened. Now they had a video of
- 12:01Speaker 2: this girl crying for like almost four hours that they
- 12:04Speaker 2: broke up, flying all the way out. They had to
- 12:06Speaker 2: like separate them or something.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Well, maybe he'd had enough, you know, I've been.
- 12:09Speaker 2: There, Wow, and then you found the love of your life.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Uh huh. Anyway, wait, anyways, she yes, she but she
- 12:20Speaker 1: seemed like a nice person, like she wouldn't do that
- 12:22Speaker 1: to somebody. You know, she's too. She just there's people
- 12:25Speaker 1: that have are like very I don't know if the
- 12:28Speaker 1: word's soft or whatever, more kind hearted then say someone
- 12:33Speaker 1: like me. Huh, And she has that and that I don't.
- 12:37Speaker 1: So she's not going to do something like that to somebody.
- 12:39Speaker 1: So she probably has a hard time distincting, especially since
- 12:43Speaker 1: they've they've planned this whole life together and everything that,
- 12:46Speaker 1: you know, actually breaking up and going their separate ways.
- 12:49Speaker 1: She would probably have to get to like the last
- 12:51Speaker 1: straw on to do something like that, and then this
- 12:54Speaker 1: situation makes it way more difficult to break up.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Yes, being on the road, probably the person that wants
- 13:00Speaker 2: to do it face to face.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Yeah, well no, I just think that she just has
- 13:05Speaker 1: probably has a hard time. I don't know, I don't
- 13:07Speaker 1: know where. Just go on, we don't know where's due.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Okay, well we're speculating.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Yes, we're speculating. She seems like a nice person that
- 13:13Speaker 1: wouldn't want to hurt someone's feelings, so she would put
- 13:16Speaker 1: up with a lot of shit to not hurt their feelings,
- 13:19Speaker 1: unlike you me. I just called half the people I
- 13:23Speaker 1: work with bitches and bulliest. Well that's good if you're
- 13:27Speaker 1: listening and I work with you. It's not you.
- 13:29Speaker 2: You're not in that half, unless you think you are.
- 13:35Speaker 1: You're questioning. If you are, then maybe.
- 13:39Speaker 2: On August twenty seventh, twenty twenty one, at one eleven pm,
- 13:42Speaker 2: there's footage from Gavy's phone of a restaurant where her
- 13:45Speaker 2: and Brian ate.
- 13:46Speaker 1: It was Miss Piglet's text MECHS, which I find questionable.
- 13:51Speaker 1: I'm not sure how much of they know how to
- 13:53Speaker 1: do Mexican food up in Wyoming. You think it was
- 13:57Speaker 1: probably like when I went to Australia and they were
- 13:59Speaker 1: doing Mexican food, was like, well gotch Yeah, it was
- 14:03Speaker 1: not great.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Now she was complaining that the food made her sick,
- 14:08Speaker 2: and he was gonna pay for it, and he was
- 14:10Speaker 2: going to wait on her, and she's like, no, I
- 14:11Speaker 2: don't want to pay for a shit that made me sick.
- 14:13Speaker 2: So they basically did a dine in day.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Oh they didn't. That is not even remotely what happened.
- 14:18Speaker 2: That's what the video.
- 14:19Speaker 1: No, it didn't, that's not what the video. They did
- 14:21Speaker 1: not dine and dash, she said. He said, I'm gonna
- 14:25Speaker 1: go ahead and pay for it and meet you at
- 14:27Speaker 1: the car at the van and she said, no, I'm sick.
- 14:30Speaker 1: I don't want to pay for food that's made me sick.
- 14:32Speaker 1: And he said, okay, I'll just wait for you. So
- 14:34Speaker 1: he was waiting till she came back so she could
- 14:36Speaker 1: explain it made her sick and that she wasn't going
- 14:39Speaker 1: to pay for it. Well, they didn't dine and dash.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Trust me, if they dined and dash, that would have
- 14:44Speaker 1: been blasted all over the news from Miss Piglets. She
- 14:50Speaker 1: just wanted to explain to the waitress that that.
- 14:52Speaker 2: She well Miss Piglets didn't want people to know that
- 14:55Speaker 2: they were giving people food poisoning.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Anyways, they did not die.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Remember when you got food poisoning.
- 15:00Speaker 1: In Dominican Republic.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Yeah, they were there too, and I got.
- 15:03Speaker 1: I got food poisoning from I believe a lunchable super Bowl.
- 15:08Speaker 1: It was the year that the I don't remember anyways.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Go on, you got sick of Nova Scotia, did I? Yeah?
- 15:18Speaker 1: Maybe I'm just weak.
- 15:19Speaker 2: You are weak. On that same day they were at
- 15:23Speaker 2: the restaurant, they left there, they headed to a Whole Foods,
- 15:27Speaker 2: and security footage picked up their moving it's movements.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Well, my question was when they were like, I'm at
- 15:35Speaker 1: the Whole Foods.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Aren't you people broke exactly.
- 15:38Speaker 1: I guess their parents must have been sending money or something,
- 15:40Speaker 1: because we can't even afford to shop at a Whole Foods.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Like it's expensive.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Yes, mayonnaise for eight dollars a jar or whatever the
- 15:50Speaker 2: hell it is.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Oh, I bought that one mayonnaise, that primal mayonnaise or whatever.
- 15:54Speaker 1: We don't have a Whole Foods here, but we have
- 15:55Speaker 1: like a Natural Grocers or whatever. And it was like
- 16:00Speaker 1: seventeen dollars for that thing a mayo. I'm like, fuck,
- 16:03Speaker 1: it will just be unhealthy.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Oh, I thought you said you bought it.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Oh I did buy it who ate it. We're still
- 16:10Speaker 1: eating it.
- 16:12Speaker 2: We have it.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Yeah, but we've moved back to blue Plate Mayo and
- 16:15Speaker 1: I think we finished it finally. But it was, Yeah,
- 16:19Speaker 1: it's like insane. Oh and then I wanted to be
- 16:21Speaker 1: like to get the kids, like healthier cereal, to do
- 16:25Speaker 1: like a little uh fruit loot, like a little activity
- 16:28Speaker 1: that you do with fruit loops. That magic spoon stuff's
- 16:31Speaker 1: nine dollars a box for a seven ounce box. I'm like,
- 16:33Speaker 1: fuck it. They can just drink, they can just eat
- 16:34Speaker 1: the red dye forty. I cannot be a foreign to
- 16:40Speaker 1: do this. This is insane.
- 16:41Speaker 2: It is like they want us.
- 16:43Speaker 1: To eat healthier, but it's like it's literally like and
- 16:46Speaker 1: then I bought those poppy drinks or whatever they're supposed
- 16:48Speaker 1: to be like probiotic sodas, and they're disgusting and they're
- 16:51Speaker 1: three dollars a can. Oh jesus, You're like, oh, do
- 16:56Speaker 1: you spend all this money anyway? But yeah, you can't
- 17:01Speaker 1: be healthy in this world, Stewart, you just got to
- 17:03Speaker 1: eat shit and die early.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Well, if you're going to be drinking some crappy ass
- 17:06Speaker 2: poppy drinks that don't taste any.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Good, I know I'd rather just drink the regular coke
- 17:10Speaker 1: and just die a couple of years. Arlo.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Well, actually I want the Mexican cokes with cane sugar.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Yes, the Mexican but those are expensive though. Yes, but
- 17:16Speaker 1: unless you go. We we're close enough. I work with
- 17:19Speaker 1: a ton of people that go down to Mexico all
- 17:20Speaker 1: the time. We just need to pick them up their
- 17:22Speaker 1: cheap down there.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Well, we're going to be close this weeken.
- 17:25Speaker 1: We need to have My brother goes to Mexico all
- 17:28Speaker 1: the time.
- 17:28Speaker 2: It gets we need to have some stuff.
- 17:30Speaker 1: So yeah, because the lady I was talking to the
- 17:33Speaker 1: lady at work, not one of the bitches or blues.
- 17:35Speaker 1: She's actually like really nice, and she was telling me
- 17:38Speaker 1: all the stuff she she goes, her and her family.
- 17:40Speaker 1: They go down there and get like super cheap, like
- 17:42Speaker 1: laundry charge and all this stuff, and we pay so
- 17:47Speaker 1: much more here in the US for the same thing.
- 17:49Speaker 2: So anyways, for stuff that ain't even that good.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, anyway, so our kids are just eating the dies.
- 17:55Speaker 1: It's fine.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Well, I don't know, I'm kind of fine of the
- 17:57Speaker 2: blue plate and the duke, so well those good.
- 18:00Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know what the thing is. It's
- 18:02Speaker 1: not worth eighteen or nineteen dollars.
- 18:04Speaker 2: That's insane for some regular jarmanies.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Yes, well it was tall, but it was not fat,
- 18:11Speaker 1: so it was probably the same A body ounces.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Oh Jesus. So yes, they're at the Whole Food shopping
- 18:16Speaker 2: at around two pm. Same day that they were at
- 18:20Speaker 2: the restaurant. Security camera has caught them leaving the store
- 18:23Speaker 2: and this is the last known time that Gabby was
- 18:27Speaker 2: seen alive. That same day, Gabby's mom was texting back
- 18:31Speaker 2: and forth with Gabby and Gabby told her that she
- 18:34Speaker 2: dropped Brian off at a campsite because he had wanted
- 18:37Speaker 2: to camp alone. This is a strange relationship if this
- 18:42Speaker 2: is true.
- 18:43Speaker 1: There if it's.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Not him texting mom. Yeah, She told her mom that
- 18:48Speaker 2: she had the van and was headed to another campsite,
- 18:50Speaker 2: and that her and Brian discussed the van and he
- 18:53Speaker 2: had told Gabby she could pay him for his half
- 18:56Speaker 2: and keep the van. Gabby's mom asked if they were
- 18:59Speaker 2: breaking up, and she said no, that she could just
- 19:03Speaker 2: make more money as a solo female band lifer with
- 19:06Speaker 2: a laughing emoji, and that's what she told Brian as well.
- 19:10Speaker 2: That she could make she could get more views or whatever.
- 19:14Speaker 1: But to me that she doesn't I guess, I guess
- 19:17Speaker 1: she does have that part of her where she was
- 19:19Speaker 1: wanting to make she was wanting to make money off this.
- 19:21Speaker 1: She doesn't seem like the type that would care about money,
- 19:23Speaker 1: but she she was like, we need to make money.
- 19:26Speaker 2: You can't live that life unless you.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Got get shop with the whole foods.
- 19:29Speaker 2: You can't shop with the whole foods. You need to
- 19:30Speaker 2: get gas money.
- 19:31Speaker 1: You need YouTube money. Yes, so we don't know. I
- 19:37Speaker 1: think they thought those were texts were from Gabby, though
- 19:39Speaker 1: they didn't say that they weren't. But I mean it's
- 19:43Speaker 1: hard to well.
- 19:44Speaker 2: I mean, if she's saying that they they were. He
- 19:47Speaker 2: was talking about giving half the van, giving the van up.
- 19:49Speaker 2: If she paid him for half, then it probably was
- 19:52Speaker 2: her in my opinion.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Now the next text message is I don't think were her?
- 19:56Speaker 1: No. So on August twenty eighth, they're showing photos. So
- 20:00Speaker 1: this is the documentary. They're starting to show photos from
- 20:02Speaker 1: Brian's phone where he was taking pictures of like bones
- 20:05Speaker 1: and skulls and stuff like animals. Yes, yeah, animals, And
- 20:10Speaker 1: we are introduced to a woman named Norma Jean. Now
- 20:13Speaker 1: Norma Jean. She's not from the South, but she with
- 20:17Speaker 1: that kind of name, she could be. She lives in
- 20:19Speaker 1: the area and was headed to a church church service
- 20:22Speaker 1: at five PM in Grand Titon National Park. Now she's
- 20:27Speaker 1: leaving this church service, she comes across a hiker and
- 20:32Speaker 1: she stopped for him. He asked if she could take
- 20:34Speaker 1: him to Jackson, and she told him no, that she
- 20:37Speaker 1: wasn't headed that way, but she was heading she was
- 20:39Speaker 1: heading north, and so he asked if she could take
- 20:41Speaker 1: him to Spread Creek campsite and she said sure. See
- 20:45Speaker 1: this is where wait August twenty eighth, So this is
- 20:48Speaker 1: where I think he was. I think that was Gabby
- 20:51Speaker 1: because I think he was camping alone at whatever location
- 20:58Speaker 1: and he went back to that camp that creek whatever,
- 21:03Speaker 1: it's Spread Creek campsite. That's where she was, and then
- 21:05Speaker 1: that's where everything went down when he got back. But
- 21:10Speaker 1: I think he was camping alone. But I don't know anyway,
- 21:12Speaker 1: it's hard, it's hard to tell exactly the timeline because
- 21:15Speaker 1: of everything.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Nobody's alive. Yeah, yeah, I don't know why he wanted
- 21:19Speaker 2: to go to Jackson because that can never be explained.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Yeah, why he would go, So that's what I'm thinking
- 21:24Speaker 1: she might have still been alive at that point or something,
- 21:27Speaker 1: and he went back and met her at that campsite
- 21:29Speaker 1: and then killed her because he was okay with going
- 21:31Speaker 1: to Jackson, but she the van wasn't there, nor her.
- 21:34Speaker 1: You know, it's weird. So anyway, so she she he
- 21:40Speaker 1: says or he wants to go to the Spread Creek campsite,
- 21:43Speaker 1: and she says sure. As she is talking to him,
- 21:46Speaker 1: he tells her that his fiance and him were working
- 21:48Speaker 1: on a vlog and she was at Spread Creek and
- 21:51Speaker 1: it was at about a ten minute drive. So I
- 21:52Speaker 1: think he's telling the truth this whole time now. She
- 21:55Speaker 1: said that his demeanor was calm and there was nothing
- 21:58Speaker 1: out of the order, like out of order with him
- 22:00Speaker 1: or anything like that. He did try to get out
- 22:02Speaker 1: of the car while she was still driving it whenever
- 22:05Speaker 1: they would to go enter the gate, because she said,
- 22:07Speaker 1: do you want me to take you into the campsite
- 22:10Speaker 1: or or whatever, and he's like, no, the gate's fine.
- 22:12Speaker 1: He just starts trying to get out. But I think
- 22:14Speaker 1: he's also just a nervous little weirdo kind of based
- 22:19Speaker 1: on the video footage and just how he interacts. So
- 22:22Speaker 1: she thinks this is odd, but didn't think much of it.
- 22:25Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sure she runs into some weirdos up there,
- 22:28Speaker 1: and she she had no ideal that she was actually
- 22:31Speaker 1: driving around brian laundry and that this might have been
- 22:34Speaker 1: potentially after he had murdered Gabby. This is why you
- 22:40Speaker 1: do not Well, I don't know, I find it odd.
- 22:42Speaker 1: He said he was going to wanted to go to
- 22:44Speaker 1: he was okay going to Jackson, and then when she
- 22:47Speaker 1: said she couldn't take him, he's like, well, can you
- 22:48Speaker 1: take me to Spread Creek? Unless he was going to
- 22:50Speaker 1: just abandon the van and everything there, maybe that's it.
- 22:55Speaker 1: And then he couldn't get back to Jackson, so he's like, well,
- 22:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to go deal with.
- 22:58Speaker 2: This and the body everything.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe that's it. So anyways, but don't pick up pitchhikers.
- 23:06Speaker 1: That's the moral of the story. Could it could have
- 23:09Speaker 1: been a Brian laundry all right?
- 23:10Speaker 2: Ted Bundy?
- 23:11Speaker 1: Yes.
- 23:12Speaker 2: On August thirtieth, the Gabby's mom received a text from
- 23:15Speaker 2: Gabby asking her if she could help Stan, which mom says,
- 23:21Speaker 2: this is odd.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Because stands the grandpa yep, and she would never call
- 23:27Speaker 1: him stand.
- 23:29Speaker 2: She would call him grandpa.
- 23:30Speaker 1: So we don't really know. They didn't really go into
- 23:32Speaker 1: detail all right about why what he meant by help.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I'm assuming that the grandpa maybe was calling asking Gabby.
- 23:41Speaker 1: You know, it might have been something might have been
- 23:44Speaker 1: like can you help me with this? Or can you
- 23:45Speaker 1: help me with that? And he was calling and texting
- 23:47Speaker 1: or something and leaving voicemails. And then if Gabby's already gone,
- 23:52Speaker 1: Brian's like, I can't call him back obviously, and he
- 23:54Speaker 1: keeps calling, and so this was his solution to get
- 23:57Speaker 1: the grandpa off his back. Yes, that's what I theorize.
- 24:03Speaker 2: This is what the text message Gabby's mother is getting. Now.
- 24:10Speaker 2: While this is weird, Gabby's mom didn't think too much
- 24:13Speaker 2: of it until she tried to get hold of her
- 24:15Speaker 2: over the next several days. Now I think she said, yeah,
- 24:19Speaker 2: she was like, well, you know, they probably got spotty signaled, or.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Maybe Brian was texting for Gabby because she was driving
- 24:26Speaker 1: something like that.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Yeah, So she excused some of the behavior away until
- 24:33Speaker 2: the days rolled by and she couldn't get hold of
- 24:35Speaker 2: her and she wasn't receiving any messages or phone calls
- 24:38Speaker 2: from her. Then she started getting progressively worried over the
- 24:42Speaker 2: days she looked at her social media. Gabby's mom looked
- 24:47Speaker 2: at her social media, and her last post was from
- 24:49Speaker 2: August twenty fifth. After about ten days of no response
- 24:52Speaker 2: from Gabby, her mom contacted Gabby's dad and asked if
- 24:56Speaker 2: he had heard from her. He said no, I.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Will say I did look up Gabby's Instagram where that
- 25:02Speaker 1: post was. Her Instagram is still up, however, Brian's has
- 25:07Speaker 1: been removed. So wow, they took his down Instagram?
- 25:14Speaker 2: Did I'm assuming Instagram or the parents?
- 25:16Speaker 1: Well, yeah, I don't know which ones because the Gabby
- 25:21Speaker 1: one says remembering, So I guess they switched it to.
- 25:26Speaker 1: But you know, sometimes Facebook and Instagram they take down stuff.
- 25:28Speaker 1: If there's like someone that was like a shooter or
- 25:31Speaker 1: something like that, they'll take him down.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Yeah, they'll take them down.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:33Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know if they did that in
- 25:35Speaker 2: Brian's case. After the whole highly suspected that he had
- 25:42Speaker 2: something to do with it. After everyone figures out that
- 25:46Speaker 2: nobody has heard from Gabby, they all start trying to
- 25:49Speaker 2: contact her again, but with nothing in response. Her friends
- 25:53Speaker 2: were wondering where she was as well. Her best friend
- 25:56Speaker 2: Rose did not hear from her on her birthday, and
- 25:59Speaker 2: she knew something was wrong because her and Gabby had
- 26:03Speaker 2: planned to talk to each other.
- 26:05Speaker 1: On her birthday. Gabby said she would make sure and
- 26:07Speaker 1: call Rose on her birthday. This is Rose, the actual friend,
- 26:10Speaker 1: not Giggles, Brian's friend that we hate.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Yes, don't worry.
- 26:15Speaker 1: She shows back up again.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Oh does I have not seen episode three?
- 26:20Speaker 1: She was in this episode? Giggles, Yeah, yeah, Stuart, I
- 26:30Speaker 1: had a bubble, what do you want for me?
- 26:33Speaker 2: On September tenth, Gabby's mom decided to text Brian's mom
- 26:37Speaker 2: Roberta and Roberta and she could see that the text
- 26:42Speaker 2: did go through since it was blue. So the I
- 26:45Speaker 2: message if you got an iPhone, whenever you send an
- 26:48Speaker 2: eye message, it goes through.
- 26:51Speaker 1: They go in blue because they're like eye messages or whatever.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Yeah, because they're Apple to Apple. But if you do
- 26:57Speaker 2: an Apple to Android, it'll be green. Or if you
- 26:59Speaker 2: send a Apple to.
- 27:02Speaker 1: You send an Apple to an Apple and there's no
- 27:04Speaker 1: service or something, it'll say, send us a text message
- 27:07Speaker 1: and it'll go green or whatever. But she said, she
- 27:11Speaker 1: said when she didn't hear from her, and then then
- 27:13Speaker 1: the next one went green She's like, I either her
- 27:17Speaker 1: phone was off or I got blocked. I'm assuming you
- 27:20Speaker 1: got blocked.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Now. Gabby's dad also reached out to the parents of
- 27:24Speaker 2: Brian and as well as his sister Cassie.
- 27:28Speaker 1: Cassie's a bitch too, and she don't know how to
- 27:31Speaker 1: dress for her body.
- 27:32Speaker 2: Took no, but no, I want to respond that. Even
- 27:35Speaker 2: after Gabby's dad said he was going to call the police,
- 27:38Speaker 2: it's like, Hey, I'm going to call the police, and
- 27:40Speaker 2: you know, I gotta find.
- 27:41Speaker 1: My gues someone's He's like, why would anybody call me
- 27:44Speaker 1: and say, like why? Whoa, what's going on?
- 27:47Speaker 2: What's yeah, what's happening, who's missing? What's going Why are
- 27:50Speaker 2: you calling the police? Hang on, yeah, let's talk.
- 27:54Speaker 1: So on September eleventh, they made a post with her mom.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Gabby's mom paid a post with Gabby's picture and it
- 28:01Speaker 1: just said real big across the top, where's Gabby. She
- 28:05Speaker 1: posts this on Facebook and she asked her friends to
- 28:07Speaker 1: you know, spread it around, and some thought, so this
- 28:11Speaker 1: is where Giggles comes back in.
- 28:13Speaker 3: She's like, oh, yeah, we disgusted in our we disgusted
- 28:16Speaker 3: in our high school group chat, and we just thought
- 28:20Speaker 3: maybe that Gabby and Brian just threw their photes out
- 28:23Speaker 3: and were living off the grid.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Giggles has a crush on Brian and it's still continuing
- 28:29Speaker 1: maybe to this day. I think so. Yeah. So she
- 28:33Speaker 1: just they were all saying, oh, well, they're just like
- 28:35Speaker 1: living their life off the grid or whatever. Yes, yeah,
- 28:40Speaker 1: eating at Whole Foods. Rose however, was concerned like the
- 28:44Speaker 1: parents because she knew the relationship and she knew what
- 28:49Speaker 1: Gabby was, her situation with Brian was, and she had
- 28:51Speaker 1: her concerns about Brian. So this post would eventually go
- 28:55Speaker 1: viral and Gabby's story would start making it too national.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Nude parents started calling all of the parks in the
- 29:02Speaker 1: area that they knew, last knew where they were.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Yeah, they started calling news stations, friends, the family, and
- 29:08Speaker 2: all these places. So it started gaining traction because because
- 29:11Speaker 2: they were calling all the local news stations where they knew,
- 29:14Speaker 2: they hadn't been saying hey this is happening and sending
- 29:18Speaker 2: out there.
- 29:19Speaker 1: I didn't see that.
- 29:20Speaker 2: They yeah, yeah, they were talking to like they were like, hey,
- 29:23Speaker 2: our kids were here.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Well, because it's a weird situation because they're not the
- 29:27Speaker 1: parents are up in New York. She was living down
- 29:31Speaker 1: in Florida with Brian's parents. But remember, if you remember
- 29:33Speaker 1: last episode, Roberta the Bitch changed Gabby's address back legally
- 29:39Speaker 1: back to the one in New York.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Yeah, she just forwarded her mailed back to the New
- 29:43Speaker 2: York address.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Not forward it back. She put a change of address.
- 29:46Speaker 2: In that's what well, yeah, changed address.
- 29:48Speaker 1: But they're off in Wyoming or Utah or wherever they thought.
- 29:51Speaker 2: That they were in Utah when the I believe the
- 29:56Speaker 2: incident went down.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Yeah, they were a moab or the sister. Wise, Christine
- 30:00Speaker 1: has an airbnb there.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Yeah, are we getting paid for Christine?
- 30:05Speaker 1: No, remember we went in the whole thing and then
- 30:07Speaker 1: the police officer was the douchebag and now he does
- 30:10Speaker 1: a tour.
- 30:10Speaker 3: Great.
- 30:11Speaker 2: I don't know why we got to mention Christine's Airbean
- 30:15Speaker 2: wives to Okay, well she needs to pay our as so.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Anyway, so they're calling around, they're trying to find they're
- 30:21Speaker 1: contacting all these park rangers, all these national parks, like, hey,
- 30:25Speaker 1: my daughter's missing. She was last seen in this area,
- 30:28Speaker 1: and they said, we can't really do anything about it.
- 30:30Speaker 1: I mean, we can look for but you need to
- 30:32Speaker 1: contact the police department where she is a resident, so
- 30:35Speaker 1: they contact their local police department because technically, like we said,
- 30:39Speaker 1: her address was changed that police department, and they also
- 30:43Speaker 1: contacted the one where she was living with Brian, which
- 30:46Speaker 1: was the Northport, Florida Police Department. So now we've got
- 30:50Speaker 1: all these people working on this. We got the people
- 30:52Speaker 1: up in Long Island working it, we got the people
- 30:54Speaker 1: down in Florida working it, and they're like, she was
- 30:58Speaker 1: last seen in this Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.
- 31:02Speaker 1: The Northport PD they went to Brian Laundry's parents home
- 31:06Speaker 1: to ask about Gabby and they're in this whole time.
- 31:09Speaker 1: They're in contact with the Long Island Police Department and
- 31:13Speaker 1: they see to see if she or Brian were there,
- 31:16Speaker 1: you know, check in. They were very evasive Brian's parents,
- 31:20Speaker 1: but they did say that Brian was there at the house,
- 31:23Speaker 1: but that it was all they were going to say.
- 31:26Speaker 1: And they said that they had an attorney. Yeah, they
- 31:29Speaker 1: said that Gabby's parents had been calling them, but they
- 31:32Speaker 1: had an attorney and that if the police or her wanted,
- 31:35Speaker 1: if they wanted anything answered, then they could give them
- 31:38Speaker 1: their hit their attorney's phone number.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Who is this attorney? Do we have his name?
- 31:42Speaker 1: Well? He's an attorney out in Wyoming, I thought, is
- 31:45Speaker 1: what it was. I don't know anyways, but.
- 31:48Speaker 2: I haven't gotten that far.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Well, the whole thing is like, you're not going to
- 31:51Speaker 1: look suspicious if you get an attorney, but you are
- 31:54Speaker 1: going to look suspicious if you get an attorney before
- 31:56Speaker 1: even any like suspicion has been placed on you, Like
- 31:59Speaker 1: they pemptively got this attorney. So this is very suspicious behavior.
- 32:04Speaker 2: Yes, we don't know anything that you would get an
- 32:06Speaker 2: attorney for.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Yeah, if you get brought.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Something happened to her. I don't know.
- 32:12Speaker 1: If you've been brought to the police station, sure, get
- 32:14Speaker 1: yourself an attorney. But if you haven't, nothing's even happened.
- 32:16Speaker 1: No one's even talked to you. Why do you have
- 32:18Speaker 1: an attorney? It's questionable. So the van was in the driveway,
- 32:22Speaker 1: so while all this is happening, so the one police officer,
- 32:27Speaker 1: he goes back to his vehicle, and while this is happening,
- 32:29Speaker 1: another officer had called Brian's sister, Cassy the bitch who
- 32:33Speaker 1: doesn't know how to dress for her body type, and
- 32:35Speaker 1: she said that Brian was at the house and that
- 32:37Speaker 1: he left Gabby at a hotel and flew back. So
- 32:40Speaker 1: now we're getting conflicting stories because she's saying hetti flew back,
- 32:44Speaker 1: but the other police officers like, hey, the van's in
- 32:46Speaker 1: the driveway. Yes, So the officer on the phone says,
- 32:50Speaker 1: it's looking pretty shady and things just aren't adding up,
- 32:54Speaker 1: and she tells the responding police officer that he needs
- 32:57Speaker 1: to contact his supervisor because he's let's be honest, the
- 33:00Speaker 1: st of me have different opinions on them. But the
- 33:03Speaker 1: responding officer to me sounded like he just didn't want
- 33:06Speaker 1: to do any PaperWorks. He's like, I don't know if
- 33:08Speaker 1: we can really do anything with this, blah blah blah.
- 33:11Speaker 1: So the the responding officer, he, uh, he talks to
- 33:17Speaker 1: a supervisor, and then he talks to the police department
- 33:19Speaker 1: up in New York. And he's kind of a smart
- 33:22Speaker 1: ass when he's talking to the lady up there and
- 33:24Speaker 1: he says, well, this is Southwest Florida and that is
- 33:27Speaker 1: New York. Like it's a different It's like, bitch, you've
- 33:29Speaker 1: seen what's happened in Florida. Like Florida's like Florida, man
- 33:32Speaker 1: for good's sake, Like shady shit happens in Florida. Okay,
- 33:37Speaker 1: you you might be one up in New York at
- 33:39Speaker 1: this point, so the police officer says that this is
- 33:44Speaker 1: a the one up in New York says, this is
- 33:46Speaker 1: like a missing person case, and she's in she's not
- 33:49Speaker 1: getting anywhere with him, so she's like, let me have
- 33:50Speaker 1: you talk to my supervisor. So the responding officer agrees
- 33:54Speaker 1: to talks to the supervisor and agrees to go and
- 33:58Speaker 1: like he's like, hey, I'll go talk to the parents
- 34:00Speaker 1: one more time and see if I can get any information. Well,
- 34:03Speaker 1: this is when the parents fucked up, because they were like,
- 34:05Speaker 1: Brian's here, He's not going to talk to you. He's
- 34:07Speaker 1: not answering any questions. And they were like, super just short,
- 34:11Speaker 1: like we're done talking to you. And so I think
- 34:13Speaker 1: it pissed the police officer off, and he's like, well,
- 34:14Speaker 1: that vehicle out there is in Gabby's name only, so
- 34:17Speaker 1: I'm taking the van, okay. And so I think if honestly,
- 34:21Speaker 1: if they had just talked to that police officer, I
- 34:22Speaker 1: think he would have just been like, I don't really
- 34:24Speaker 1: want to deal with this tonight, and he might have
- 34:26Speaker 1: just pushed it off down the line. They could have
- 34:27Speaker 1: bought themselves another week or two. But because they were
- 34:30Speaker 1: so rude to him and saying, well, I'm not going
- 34:32Speaker 1: to talk to you, and he's like, well, what if
- 34:33Speaker 1: this was your son. She's like, well, I'm not going
- 34:36Speaker 1: to revert to the bitch. He's like, we're not going
- 34:37Speaker 1: to answer any questions. We're not answering anything else.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Thank you, and good night, Sarah.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Yeah, you want to talk to our attorney. He's like, well,
- 34:44Speaker 1: that the attorney's not going to pick up at eleven
- 34:45Speaker 1: o'clock at night. And she's like, well, that's all we're saying.
- 34:48Speaker 1: We're not saying anything else, and so that's it. He said, well,
- 34:50Speaker 1: the van's in Gabby's name. Yea, so we're taking the van.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Yeah. They were basically closing the door in his face
- 34:55Speaker 2: as they were saying this too.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Yeah. So they basically pissed him off. From my point
- 34:59Speaker 1: of view, was and then he was like, okay, I'll
- 35:02Speaker 1: just take I don't.
- 35:03Speaker 2: Know, there could have been some editating and he went
- 35:05Speaker 2: back and he looked it up and then found out
- 35:06Speaker 2: that it was just in her name.
- 35:08Speaker 1: No, but he wasn't going to do it in between.
- 35:10Speaker 2: The first trip and the second trip.
- 35:11Speaker 1: No, but he wasn't going to do anything the way
- 35:13Speaker 1: he made it sound. On things. He's like, well, we
- 35:14Speaker 1: couldn't even turn this into a missing person case. And
- 35:17Speaker 1: the other officer up in New York was like, well,
- 35:19Speaker 1: doesn't this look suspicious to you? And he's like, yeah,
- 35:21Speaker 1: but we couldn't even do anything about this down here.
- 35:23Speaker 1: This is southwest Florida, not New York. He had an attitude. Okay,
- 35:29Speaker 1: I'm trying that. Oh, anyways, we have a different opinion
- 35:33Speaker 1: of the responding officer seemed I hate him.
- 35:38Speaker 2: We have lots of different the different opinions about many things. Yes,
- 35:43Speaker 2: one of them we ought to record them.
- 35:45Speaker 1: This is just one of them.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Gabby's parents are told of what had transpired at the
- 35:52Speaker 2: laundry's home and they become distraught over this news because
- 35:56Speaker 2: they know something bad has happened, because nobody knows that
- 36:00Speaker 2: Gabby is, you know, what has happened to her? And
- 36:04Speaker 2: then they find out that Brian's lawyered up nobody's talk
- 36:07Speaker 2: and the cops can't get any information and the Vans there,
- 36:10Speaker 2: with the Vans.
- 36:11Speaker 1: There, and that means where is she? Like she would
- 36:14Speaker 1: have called them if she was at a hotel. If
- 36:16Speaker 1: you're at a hotel room. You have enough service to
- 36:18Speaker 1: contact somebody.
- 36:19Speaker 2: Yes, if you've been abandoned somewhere with your phone or something,
- 36:23Speaker 2: are you going to call her collect or something, You're
- 36:25Speaker 2: going to get hold of mom somehow in this day
- 36:27Speaker 2: and age, Yeah, so yes, the family is highly distraught.
- 36:33Speaker 2: They start working to get Gabby's picture out there, and
- 36:36Speaker 2: within a few days, the media has latched onto the case.
- 36:39Speaker 2: On September thirteenth, Gabby's stepdad Jim, headed out to the
- 36:43Speaker 2: park where Gabby was last known to be and starts
- 36:45Speaker 2: working with the local authorities there. The local sheriff in Jackson, Wyoming,
- 36:50Speaker 2: who was completely overwhelmed with the onslaught of media attention.
- 36:54Speaker 2: So he calls in the FBI and they told him
- 36:58Speaker 2: they needed help because he was going to this was
- 37:01Speaker 2: going to be a huge case.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Yeah. He actually told the guy, He's like, you need
- 37:04Speaker 1: to get your ass down here because we're up here,
- 37:06Speaker 1: because we're in Yeah, this is some little town in Wyoming.
- 37:10Speaker 1: They I mean, I mean, the whole state of Wyoming
- 37:15Speaker 1: has what maybe ten people, and so now like all
- 37:17Speaker 1: of this. So Kyle from the Denver Division of the FBI,
- 37:22Speaker 1: he came up to Jackson to assist, and they began
- 37:26Speaker 1: pulling cell phone data to determine the last known area
- 37:29Speaker 1: and this pinpointed Gabby's last activity to that Spread Creek
- 37:34Speaker 1: Campsite area. Now, while it was narrowed down, it was
- 37:38Speaker 1: still a very remote area with lots of brush. There
- 37:40Speaker 1: was a river running through it. I mean, you're still
- 37:42Speaker 1: out in the middle of like just wild land. By
- 37:47Speaker 1: this point, the FBI from both Denver, the FBI agents
- 37:50Speaker 1: from both Denver and Tampa, the Sheriff's department in Jackson, Wyoming,
- 37:55Speaker 1: and the local New York and Florida police departments were
- 37:57Speaker 1: all working this case. So this is a massive undertaking
- 38:01Speaker 1: that they're having to communicate across state lines and talk
- 38:05Speaker 1: to each other. Now, this is where we meet Loretta Bush,
- 38:08Speaker 1: who is an FBI agent from Tampa who is part
- 38:11Speaker 1: of tracking the laundries down in Florida and Stu. I
- 38:15Speaker 1: don't know if you know this, but Loretta is quite
- 38:19Speaker 1: the TikTok star. Yes, because they're so all the like
- 38:24Speaker 1: straight women were like, you know, I'm so they're like
- 38:27Speaker 1: tiktoks with me. I'm me watching the the Gabby Patito
- 38:32Speaker 1: as a straight woman happily married. That's never had a
- 38:36Speaker 1: thought about seeing Loretta on the.
- 38:39Speaker 2: On the Netflix documentary.
- 38:44Speaker 1: Yes, so anyway, so she's she's definitely TikTok famous as well. Yep.
- 38:52Speaker 1: So the Laundries were on top of all this. They
- 38:55Speaker 1: are dealing with the protesters out in the front, which
- 38:57Speaker 1: I was telling Stu. I was like, if anybody needs
- 38:59Speaker 1: protesters out in their lawn, and it's these motherfuckers and
- 39:02Speaker 1: they're still not cooperating with police. They did learn that
- 39:05Speaker 1: right after Brian came home with the van, the Laundries
- 39:09Speaker 1: went on a family camping trip and seemed to be
- 39:11Speaker 1: carrying on as with life as normaling nothing to see here, folks.
- 39:17Speaker 1: So the sister Cassie, and yes I'm being a bitch
- 39:20Speaker 1: about her not dressing for her body type because I
- 39:23Speaker 1: hate her and her husband. They show them on the documentary.
- 39:27Speaker 1: They come out to speak to the media from their
- 39:30Speaker 1: front yard and they claim that they have been cooperative
- 39:32Speaker 1: since the beginning. Lies. She says that when they went
- 39:35Speaker 1: to the camping trip after he got back, that Gabby
- 39:38Speaker 1: never came up. Doubt it. And she says that her
- 39:40Speaker 1: parents aren't talking to her and she is just as
- 39:43Speaker 1: upset as everyone else. Again lying bitch, because we do
- 39:46Speaker 1: find out in the third episode she has been communicating
- 39:49Speaker 1: with her mother.
- 39:50Speaker 2: Wow.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Spoiler alert, Yeah, spoiler alert, Cassie's a liar and wearing
- 39:55Speaker 1: an ill fitting dress.
- 39:57Speaker 2: If the media frenzy was not high enough, the bodycam
- 40:01Speaker 2: footage that from episode one about Gabby crime, the whole
- 40:05Speaker 2: being pulled over thing, that that starts hitting the news.
- 40:09Speaker 1: Yeah, they find the media finds this footage, this police
- 40:13Speaker 1: cam footage out there.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Yes, so that gets start getting put up on the news.
- 40:18Speaker 2: So everybody's starting to go crazy over this case now,
- 40:20Speaker 2: because i mean, you got this girl on video, they
- 40:23Speaker 2: got all this video of the YouTube that they put out.
- 40:27Speaker 1: I'm sure that's her social media or social media.
- 40:30Speaker 2: So this is just one of those cases that's right
- 40:33Speaker 2: for being talked about on social media and spreading like wildfire. Basically. Now,
- 40:39Speaker 2: this was the first time Gabby's family saw the footage
- 40:42Speaker 2: and they got the full picture of what actually happened
- 40:45Speaker 2: in Moab, and it was very disturbing in them as
- 40:48Speaker 2: they did not know how serious it was and that
- 40:51Speaker 2: he was seen, that there was actually a witness that
- 40:54Speaker 2: had seen Brian hitting her, and that she was the
- 40:57Speaker 2: one that was treated as the aggressor.
- 40:59Speaker 1: Yeah, because if you're remember, she did call her mom
- 41:01Speaker 1: during that time, but she definitely did not paint the
- 41:04Speaker 1: picture of what was actually happening.
- 41:06Speaker 2: Now, the world was upset, basically, as you can imagine
- 41:10Speaker 2: and as you if you followed this case at all,
- 41:13Speaker 2: and they couldnt believe how the cops handled the situation
- 41:15Speaker 2: at the time. On September seventeenth, the Florida Police Department
- 41:19Speaker 2: received a tip saying something was going on at the
- 41:22Speaker 2: laundry house and he thought that Brian was dead or
- 41:25Speaker 2: that he had odeed, and that the police needed to
- 41:28Speaker 2: do a welfare check on the home.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Which is a weird call of everything. So I don't
- 41:32Speaker 1: feel like there was a plant or something.
- 41:34Speaker 2: I don't know, somebody.
- 41:35Speaker 1: By the family or somebody to have him. What family,
- 41:40Speaker 1: the laundries?
- 41:41Speaker 2: You think the laundries, Yeah, called the cops on themselves.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Uh, yeah, something happened. Yeah.
- 41:48Speaker 2: Oh I thought you thought it was somebody outside that
- 41:50Speaker 2: wanted to wanted them to go in.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Well I thought that, but then they said that they
- 41:54Speaker 1: that whenever they got there, they did say that he'd
- 41:56Speaker 1: been missing for several days. And then I'm like, okay,
- 41:59Speaker 1: or maybe it was somebody else. I don't know it.
- 42:01Speaker 1: It did seem like a plant, either from the family
- 42:03Speaker 1: or outside.
- 42:05Speaker 2: Now police arrive and the parents said that Brian was
- 42:08Speaker 2: not at home and they wanted to report him as
- 42:10Speaker 2: a missing person, and that he had not he had
- 42:13Speaker 2: been missing for several days, that they had not seen him. Supposedly,
- 42:18Speaker 2: Brian and the family were under surveillance because they had
- 42:21Speaker 2: a camera that could see in the backyard and they
- 42:23Speaker 2: had one down the street. And the cop was saying that,
- 42:26Speaker 2: you know, this probably would have been great, but all
- 42:29Speaker 2: the protesters kind of they had too much stuff going
- 42:33Speaker 2: on in the cameras to actually see.
- 42:35Speaker 1: Well. They talk about it more in the next episode
- 42:37Speaker 1: two about how they how they got like lost Brian
- 42:42Speaker 1: or whatever.
- 42:42Speaker 2: Yeah, he could have slipped by with all the people
- 42:44Speaker 2: just wandering around protesting in the streets. To make matters worse,
- 42:49Speaker 2: Gabby's stepdad he was he was going on the air
- 42:54Speaker 2: with Chris Cuomo with Chris Cuomo on CNN, and he
- 42:59Speaker 2: had not heard.
- 43:00Speaker 1: This news about Brian missing.
- 43:02Speaker 2: Brian being missing, so Cuomo just sprung this on him.
- 43:05Speaker 2: He's like, Hey, this is what just happened. What do
- 43:07Speaker 2: you think about that?
- 43:08Speaker 1: It was a total setup. You know. I'd just like
- 43:10Speaker 1: to say all the people that used to watch that
- 43:12Speaker 1: have watched twenty twenty years and years ago. Chris Cuomo
- 43:15Speaker 1: was on twenty twenty, and man, he sure has fallen
- 43:18Speaker 1: from those days because he was doing like a gotcha
- 43:21Speaker 1: interview with him.
- 43:22Speaker 2: Yeah, it was an ambush.
- 43:23Speaker 1: Yeah, basically that's what the father said. He said, I
- 43:26Speaker 1: was being cued up to be on air, and then
- 43:28Speaker 1: all of a sudden, I was hit with this on
- 43:30Speaker 1: live TV to have to process. So it's a really
- 43:33Speaker 1: shitty move.
- 43:34Speaker 2: He was like, I was like a deer in the headlights.
- 43:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Now they were able to search the laundry's home, where
- 43:39Speaker 2: they found a note from Roberta to Brian that said
- 43:42Speaker 2: burn after reading fucking Roberta. Fucking Roberta.
- 43:46Speaker 1: She should be in jail.
- 43:48Speaker 2: She should be, yeah, because we know she ate it.
- 43:51Speaker 1: Her the husband and the sister and the dumbass brother
- 43:55Speaker 1: in law that was standing next to her during that interview.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Oh, the poor brother in law. He just looks like
- 43:59Speaker 2: he wanted to know where the next sandwich is going.
- 44:03Speaker 2: We're gonna go to go and corral after this or what?
- 44:07Speaker 2: And the letter she says things like nothing will or
- 44:11Speaker 2: ever could drive divide us. No matter what you do,
- 44:16Speaker 2: You're my boy. Nothing can make me stop loving you.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Hashtag boy momb energy m hmm.
- 44:21Speaker 2: If you are in prison, I will bake a cake
- 44:23Speaker 2: with a file in it. If you need to dispose
- 44:26Speaker 2: of a body, I will show up with a shovel
- 44:28Speaker 2: in garbage bags.
- 44:29Speaker 1: And while they're reading this letter or whatever, they show
- 44:33Speaker 1: the footage of Roberta like leaning over It was Gabby
- 44:37Speaker 1: and Brian on the beach and Brian had been buried
- 44:40Speaker 1: in sand up to his neck end. Yeah, and the
- 44:42Speaker 1: mother's like leaning over him, like cleaning his eyes out
- 44:44Speaker 1: with her bathing suit and stuff. It's just fucking real.
- 44:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it looked like she was breastfading. Yeah, she was
- 44:48Speaker 2: about to breastfading.
- 44:49Speaker 1: Like she was. She was in putting her place as
- 44:52Speaker 1: if she was the girlfriend or whatever you know that
- 44:55Speaker 1: a girlfriend would do. And Gabby's just sitting over their side. Anyway,
- 44:58Speaker 1: She's weird and she should be in prison, but she's not.
- 45:01Speaker 1: But I hope her life is ruined, including the rest
- 45:03Speaker 1: of the family. I hope they're just they should all
- 45:06Speaker 1: be in prison. Anyways, Do do you have a y'all.
- 45:08Speaker 2: Need Jesus for why, Yes, I do.
- 45:09Speaker 1: Okay, Well, why don't we go ahead and get into that. Okay,
- 45:12Speaker 1: I'm sure it's not out of Florida, because Florida is
- 45:15Speaker 1: the epitome of all things going right in life. They
- 45:20Speaker 1: never do any they never have any problems, no missing persons,
- 45:22Speaker 1: no serial killers.
- 45:24Speaker 2: Every other state would have just as fed up shit
- 45:28Speaker 2: if they had sunshine laws.
- 45:29Speaker 1: No, Stewart, Florida is a special set of circumstances.
- 45:34Speaker 2: Well, yes, a lot of people flock there because.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Well it's the weather, and it's more affordable than California
- 45:39Speaker 1: has its problems too with serial killers, killers and things
- 45:42Speaker 1: like that, but it's less affordable, so all the crazies
- 45:45Speaker 1: can afford to live in Florida with the nice weather.
- 45:48Speaker 2: That's your theory. I think it's the sunshine. If they
- 45:51Speaker 2: had sunshine laws in California, I think.
- 45:53Speaker 1: We know there's still lots of serial killers. A lot
- 45:56Speaker 1: of them are down in a lot of them are
- 45:58Speaker 1: in Texas too. It's it's a big you know, just
- 46:00Speaker 1: enjoying the taxpay Well, it's a lot of it's a
- 46:03Speaker 1: lot of population. Okay.
- 46:06Speaker 2: Man dressed in Dalmatian onesie outruns troopers, shakes off tasers
- 46:12Speaker 2: before he's caught at girlfriend's home. Well, good for him,
- 46:15Speaker 2: Florida or not Florida, Florida, Florida man by Caitlyn and McCormick.
- 46:21Speaker 1: Was his name Marshall because we've been watching a lot
- 46:23Speaker 1: of papetrol.
- 46:25Speaker 2: It was not.
- 46:25Speaker 1: I'm all fired up?
- 46:27Speaker 2: Yes wa whoa whoa whoa New York Post, Caitlin McCormick,
- 46:34Speaker 2: published February fourth, twenty twenty five. He was easy to spot.
- 46:39Speaker 2: See what she did there?
- 46:40Speaker 1: She did there? I appreciate you.
- 46:42Speaker 2: A Florida man bizarrely dressed in a Dalmatian onesie bolted
- 46:46Speaker 2: during a traffic stop after being handcuffed on one wrist,
- 46:49Speaker 2: and he remained on the lamb for an entire day
- 46:52Speaker 2: before finally being caught at his girlfriend's home. What is
- 46:57Speaker 2: this girlfriend thinking?
- 46:59Speaker 1: I don't know?
- 47:00Speaker 2: Ord to Highway Patrol, we're in hot pursuit of thirty
- 47:02Speaker 2: six year old Keith Devereux for nearly.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Six thirty six oh from Louisiana.
- 47:07Speaker 2: You think for nearly a day after they attempted to
- 47:11Speaker 2: pull him over for reckless driving just after midnight on
- 47:14Speaker 2: January twenty seventh, was.
- 47:15Speaker 1: He hanging his head out the windows.
- 47:17Speaker 2: Maybe he must have been enjoying and flopping his ears.
- 47:20Speaker 2: Devereux had allegedly been driving erradically.
- 47:23Speaker 1: Well what do you expect, He's a dog, I.
- 47:25Speaker 2: Know, stopping and pulling away at high speeds while dropping
- 47:29Speaker 2: off a passenger. According to the FHP, it was I
- 47:35Speaker 2: don't know. It must have been if he didn't slow down.
- 47:37Speaker 2: It must have been a rough, rough stop. While fleeing
- 47:41Speaker 2: from the police, Devereux eventually rammed his truck into a
- 47:44Speaker 2: tree and then pete on it. He pulled himself from
- 47:47Speaker 2: the wreckage and tried to keep running. A video posted
- 47:50Speaker 2: deb by the FHP shows he was quickly tased by
- 47:55Speaker 2: pursuing officers per criminal probable cause affectated after affid David
- 48:01Speaker 2: obtained by the TV station. Despite being shocked, Devereux picked
- 48:07Speaker 2: a fight with the trooper and began to push and
- 48:09Speaker 2: thrash against him, before once again attempting to take off.
- 48:14Speaker 2: Somehow he successfully fled. By this point, his truck was wrecked,
- 48:18Speaker 2: he had been tased by the troopers, and he still
- 48:21Speaker 2: had one wrist handcuffed, and yet he went straight to
- 48:24Speaker 2: his girlfriend's home, one place authorities were almost guaranteed to check. First,
- 48:30Speaker 2: the troopers watched him flee through the forest while they
- 48:32Speaker 2: waited for back up, a canine unit that could pick.
- 48:36Speaker 1: Up weil flee as an of course.
- 48:39Speaker 2: Now so the canine. They went on the canine unit
- 48:42Speaker 2: to pick up devereux scent.
- 48:43Speaker 1: Which is ironic.

- 48:49Speaker 1: The canine barking up the wrong tree.
- 48:51Speaker 2: I don't know. The real dog took off after Devereaux
- 48:55Speaker 2: and turned up at his girlfriend's home. Why think I
- 48:58Speaker 2: got called Devereux a real dog?
- 49:02Speaker 1: Maybe maybe I didn't fight as a dog?
- 49:04Speaker 2: Got all right? His girlfriend was home at the time
- 49:08Speaker 2: and told troopers that she didn't want anyone to go inside,
- 49:11Speaker 2: including Devereaux, because they had drugs inside and she didn't
- 49:14Speaker 2: want to face any jail time.
- 49:18Speaker 1: She's honest.
- 49:20Speaker 2: So the troopers had to leave, and they filed an
- 49:22Speaker 2: arrest warrant so police could return to the home the
- 49:25Speaker 2: following day. They had to get a judge sign off
- 49:27Speaker 2: so they can go in the house. When police arrived,
- 49:30Speaker 2: they detained Devereaux and booked him for reckless driving, fleeing
- 49:36Speaker 2: fl ee I gie, assault of law enforcement, resisting with
- 49:41Speaker 2: violence and his girlfriend, and as his girlfriend had alluded
- 49:45Speaker 2: to possession of meta amphetamine among other charges.
- 49:50Speaker 1: His girlfriend had been dressed as like a cat or something.
- 49:52Speaker 1: Would have really been fire hydrant, yes, chew toy. Anyways, Okay,

- 50:21Speaker 1: And then we do a lot of movie nights around here.
- 50:24Speaker 1: Because they like to make their palette in the front room,
- 50:26Speaker 1: and because they don't go to daycare or anything, they
- 50:29Speaker 1: just sleep until they in the morning, until.
