Transcript
- 0:00Fasten your seatbelts friends. Today we are going to talk about depositions and
- 0:04diversions in a David versus Goliath lawsuit with our friend Scott Shara of
- 0:11our amazing grace.net and update on this suit coming up next.
- 0:20Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues,
- 0:25discerning current events, defending biblical Christianity, no topic off
- 0:32limits. And now here's your host David Virazo. Alright friends we have had
- 0:39Scott in the studio by the way welcome for many many times to talk about this
- 0:44amazing case about amazing grace really but for those of you that don't know
- 0:49the story I know we have a lot of newer listeners and viewers so we'll get
- 0:54into the nuts and bolts of this but it's a massive lawsuit and I don't think
- 0:59anybody else has done this or gotten this far but it's definitely David
- 1:03versus Goliath. I want to bring in Scott Shara he'll explain that to you
- 1:06brother so good to see you welcome to World View Matters. Oh it is fantastic to
- 1:11see you again David thank you for having me. Yeah we were just talking before we
- 1:14started and you're already four hundred thousand dollars in to this lawsuit
- 1:20with a court fees and attorneys fees and it is astounding to the average
- 1:26person watching or listening that we have to go through something like this
- 1:31what you're going through to get justice and I know it's not just justice that
- 1:36you want but repentance from those in the medical establishment the medical
- 1:41industry the hospital industry nurses doctors who went along with COVID
- 1:44protocols and knowing that they weren't helping but they were in fact hurting
- 1:50people so overall your view on that and where we're at to just explain to
- 1:56people what's going on and why you're fighting this battle. Well we're fighting the
- 2:01battle because we were made for a time such as this I mean when I look back at
- 2:06our history and what Gifts God gave me and all the things that he lined up ahead
- 2:11of time I mean how can you turn it down? So that's where we're fighting you know
- 2:15the idea of justice the anti-Christ legal system which we're in this is a
- 2:19civil case for wrongful death you will never get justice it's the end game
- 2:25with any civil cases they write a check so there would not be a check big
- 2:29enough for my daughter's murder. To bring Grace back your daughter Grace 19
- 2:34years old she had Down syndrome she had COVID she was in the hospital in
- 2:38Appleton Wisconsin and I just share the notes and bolts of the who what where
- 2:43when and then why are you doing this. So Grace was 19 she had Down syndrome her
- 2:48first day in heaven was October 13th of 2021 the short story relative to the
- 2:54hospital stay is the euthanized Grace and the euthanized her with a
- 2:59combination of meds Presidex Larazapam and morphine and the Presidex was over a
- 3:05five day period but then what they did in her last day on this earth they added
- 3:11Larazapam and morphine to the Presidex mix of her body was a syringe and in a
- 3:1629 minute window they combined all those meds and she was gone shortly there
- 3:22after when it came time to revive Grace the medical staff refused to even
- 3:28come in the room in the reason their excuse was the doctor put a do not
- 3:33resuscitate order on Grace of course we now have the medical records we learned
- 3:38of the DNR that night as we're screaming to save our daughter and they
- 3:42hollered back she's DNR and they use that as their excuse to never even
- 3:47step foot in the room so we watched Grace die on a FaceTime call while our
- 3:52daughter Jessica was in the room with Grace so those become two of the major
- 3:58pieces of our claim our wrongful death claim obviously the illegal DNR the
- 4:03med combination to euthanize her but we have many many other claims you know so
- 4:09the the to frame the lawsuit David we filed on April 11th of 2023 in order to
- 4:17file a lawsuit of course you have to have the records you have to have a
- 4:21medical professional go through the records to make sure that there are
- 4:25claims and I that's an important piece so our claims of course we have wrongful
- 4:30death we have medical malpractice which means the doctors violated what's
- 4:35called the standard of care yes I'm going to come back to that and of course
- 4:39the doctors violated informed consent so informed consent means they're
- 4:43supposed to inform you as to the good bad ugly pros cons of everything they're
- 4:49doing and then you give your consent of course we didn't have consent at all to
- 4:55the med combination the DNR just about everything in the hospital then the
- 5:00fourth claim that we have is a battery and the reason we have a battery claim
- 5:04lack of informed consent is a battery but because in Wisconsin the creative
- 5:11defense attorneys have put that underneath medical malpractice we have a
- 5:15separate claim for battery so the difference between battery and informed
- 5:18consent is informed consent means they didn't tell you the whole truth battery
- 5:22means they didn't tell you anything and that's what happened in Grace's case
- 5:25and then the last leg of that stool is we have a declaratory judgment for the
- 5:31illegal DNR and the med combination the standard of care thing I'll just hit on
- 5:35that sure so what happens and I'll just be blunt during the COVID era most
- 5:42people who died in hospitals were given either Remdesivir or put on a ventilator
- 5:48or a combination of those two is having to 1.2 million Americans during that
- 5:5339 month era all right so Grace was one of 1.2 million if we would have
- 5:58authorized a ventilator Grace would not have died on October 13th she would
- 6:04have died 22 days later so Grace never needed a ventilator but they wanted us
- 6:08to authorize it just in case and they said these type of things tend to happen
- 6:13in the middle of the night when you can't get a hold of the family so we never
- 6:16authorized that if we would have authorized a ventilator we would not have a
- 6:20lawsuit because the ventilator was the standard of care so if they follow the
- 6:26standard of care they have immunity from liability because Grace died the
- 6:31way she did and we were in the room I was in the room from the 6th of October
- 6:37through the 10th taken out by an armed guard as you know Jessica came in to
- 6:41replace me after 47 hours without an advocate so we saw what was happening and
- 6:46we documented it that's why we have a lawsuit there's so much to learn from
- 6:50your story and part of it is everyone needs an advocate when they're in the
- 6:54hospital and there's a patient in the hospital and there's so many other
- 6:58things too first of all the the combination of those three meds if you want to
- 7:03call them meds the substances that were administered to Grace you have
- 7:09talked about the package inserts clearly labeled with warnings that there are
- 7:15certain things you should not combine so those three things should never am I
- 7:22overstating by saying they should never be used together in that combination the
- 7:27package insert for morphine specifically says if you do combine those meds keep
- 7:34the reversal drug bedside and actively monitor the patient wow that's how
- 7:39deadly that combination is this is what you use to euthanize somebody in their
- 7:44last hour of hospice care and there is no reversal drug even there available not
- 7:51only was it not there but they couldn't there they wouldn't come into the room
- 7:55because of the DNR now that's another thing that people are upset just hearing
- 8:00this that you did not authorize the do not resuscitate but the doctor put that
- 8:05on Grace how does this happen well yeah that's that's the million dollar
- 8:11question I'm gonna read a couple sure because it will blow you away as the
- 8:16how it happens so when you when you hear so I filed a complaint with the
- 8:23medical examining board relative to what happened to Grace and actually I'm
- 8:27gonna bring the actual quotes up after the break but I filed a complaint with
- 8:31the medical examining board they wrote back and said chapter 154 of the
- 8:35Wisconsin statutes which is the DNR statute does not apply to doctors in a
- 8:40hospital setting so I think through what they're saying a doctor can write a
- 8:45DNR and anybody that he wants so you think how is this even possible right
- 8:49so how it's possible is there's the public health policy should be called the
- 8:55public death policy in the reason is is because they are under the impression
- 9:01that we have limited resources so we have to ration care this is why Medicare
- 9:06Medicaid was put into existence to give people on those programs and then
- 9:11write standards of care that literally kill them because we have too many
- 9:16people on the planet we don't have enough resources we've got to balance the
- 9:20budget these are all the excuses that the collectivists use to train the
- 9:25medical staff I want to I'll end up reading the quote from the district
- 9:30attorney's office because this will blow people away but there's something I
- 9:34just learned last Saturday relative to this and it's now it's bigger than the DNR
- 9:38okay the most people would believe so just think about you go into a hospital
- 9:44you're your wife go into a hospital you would automatically assume the hospital
- 9:49has a responsibility to call the husband or wife right guess what Wisconsin is
- 9:57not a next of kin state so there's so I found the map for the whole country
- 10:03there's several states that are next of kin state where the hospital has a
- 10:06responsibility to contact the next of kin Wisconsin in this case is not a
- 10:12next of kin state that means if you do not have your paperwork together your
- 10:17power of attorney for health care together the hospital takes over decision
- 10:21making oh my goodness that's big news I haven't reported this at any place yet
- 10:25this is the first thing so this is breaking a lot of states have this where
- 10:29there's this this assumption that the hospital has to call someone from the
- 10:33family or next of kin but that's not the case across the country that's
- 10:37across what you're saying wow and I'll be publishing the link so people can find
- 10:41their own state but I'm just not it's brand new I mean I just found this out
- 10:44on Saturday goodness what a journey you're on brother by the way friends I
- 10:47didn't give the site our amazing grace dot net our amazing grace dot net
- 10:52couple more minutes before we take our brief pause Scott Shara and you are in
- 10:57the deposition stage of the lawsuit you've been through all the all these
- 11:01depositions and you've learned you've learned a lot and it must be tedious and I
- 11:05saw the ones with Jess to your daughter and it's hard it's hard to watch knowing
- 11:12just just how hard it was for her to go back to those moments so could you
- 11:17share a couple things about the depositions because they're over now and you're
- 11:21moving on to you're waiting to get what did you call reports expert reports the
- 11:25defense expert report so to frame the whole thing we're in what's called
- 11:28discovery right now so before the next significant dates are May 19th 20th
- 11:36and 21st there's a three day hearing in out of game economy court for the
- 11:41defense to present their argument for summary judgment to throw the whole
- 11:45case out so that's the next piece that's significant but right now we're in
- 11:50what's called discovery so in discovery there's interagitories which are
- 11:54questions back and forth there's depositions and then there's expert reports
- 11:59and depositions so we have finished our family depositions we've deposed all
- 12:03the doctors and nurses our experts have been deposed and on February 10th the
- 12:10defense has to disclose their experts along with their reports and then the
- 12:14first expert for the defense deposition is February 13th so February 10th that's
- 12:20when you will know their strategy is that did I understand that right correct so
- 12:24because we'll have written reports from all of their experts and so we'll see
- 12:28what their strategy is I mean our strategy is very simple the truth yeah you know
- 12:33it amazes me when you hear this in a case like this when you're talking about
- 12:37wrongful death it is life and death and you hear strategy that word strategy
- 12:42and it's just so sad that this we're even using that word when it comes to a
- 12:47situation where someone will someone died someone lost their life and it
- 12:51shouldn't and it didn't have to happen well here's why it's it's another piece of
- 12:56the puzzle why the plaintiff has you know why you call it David and Goliath which
- 13:01is true you know that's our logo well it is David and Goliath so the you just
- 13:05process what goes on with the jury so we'll have a 75 person jury pool that
- 13:12will get narrowed down to 12 the 12 that are part of the jury the actual jury what
- 13:19is their bias everybody comes to the table with a bias and the programming to
- 13:23trust the medical establishment is high so they're gonna come with a bias to
- 13:28trust the medical establishment so then as our attorneys have wisely said you
- 13:33know I look at we have the truth on our side but they have they they call me
- 13:38down regularly and one of the things they say Scott this is going to be two
- 13:42stories and you will be surprised at how polished their story is even though
- 13:46they lie I mean I've caught the doctors lying under all multiple times in
- 13:50these depositions now sure a shocking discovery in the depositions when I'm
- 13:54done explaining this so you so they tell me this two stories so you're we've
- 14:00got to present the story they have to present the story and ultimately the
- 14:04jury decides how do people decide perception right they don't decide based on
- 14:09reality they decide on perception so you know part of our strategy is you know
- 14:15the the charting and you know all the the things to show the jury in simple
- 14:20form why grace died the facts in the details so get those quotes ready to share
- 14:26when we come back from our break and friends so much more including part of
- 14:30Scott's deposition on faulty equipment it's really mind-blowing and how the
- 14:35nurse responded more I was got share on world he matters in just a minute

- 15:36make sure to follow us on rumble so Scott share is our guest today so much more
- 15:40that we could get into a lots of details but everything's available at our
- 15:44amazing grace dot net so Scott before we get to your deposition on the faulty
- 15:49leads and faulty equipment which was really astounding but I guess it shouldn't
- 15:55be right you wanted to share a quote or two with us yes so I want to share it
- 16:00it's funny because I have so many speaking slides on my laptop I hopefully I
- 16:04can grab this quick but if I can't I'll just paraphrase it but I do want to
- 16:08share one of the most surprising things I found in the depositions when we're
- 16:14are attorneys are questioning the doctors who ordered the meds specifically
- 16:18press it X and so they're their name is we have the med order their name is on
- 16:24the order and they denied ordering it two of the two of the doctors denied even
- 16:28ordering the med how could they do that if their name is on it it's it's
- 16:32interesting I'll be you know I'm releasing depositions one a week as a going
- 16:37through them in preparation for the trial but they're excuses we work as a
- 16:40team and so if you just think that through we're under the perception that a
- 16:45doctor is ordering the med and what I've learned is the nurses have a lot more
- 16:53authority for these orders than what you think and then they'll put the doctors
- 16:57name on it and then they review it after the fact oh my goodness it's shocking
- 17:04wow we've learned a lot but what you said it goes back to before the break what
- 17:09you said about people's perception of the medical industry or establishment of
- 17:14hospitals and these are private businesses they're in it to make they have to
- 17:18make money to survive people tend to still think that hospitals want to have
- 17:25the best interest of the patient at heart now some do and a lot of medical
- 17:29personnel do so we're not covering everybody with this big blanket here but
- 17:34what you've learned should open a lot of people's eyes but as you said that's
- 17:38part of the battle is changing perceptions right well it's it's huge I mean
- 17:42even just locally when people know what we're doing you know the general
- 17:48perception is why don't you get back to working why don't you get back to what
- 17:51you're doing why are you chasing this and the reason we're chasing this is
- 17:56because this is our responsibility this isn't a chase anymore this is about
- 18:00saving lives I mean you know our our scripture verse that we stand on as
- 18:07Genesis 50 20 what you meant for evil God meant for good the saving of many
- 18:11lives graces death has not been in vain and this has become our family's
- 18:16mission that's what we're called to do and I want to emphasize that friends just
- 18:20in case you missed it which most people picked up on it and I've had you on
- 18:24before this isn't to you can't bring grace back and this isn't to be
- 18:30vindicated or anything like that but you can save a lot of lives not you
- 18:34personally but this suit if it goes the right way and you guys win the suit
- 18:39there's gonna be some repentance and there's gonna be some change and there's
- 18:42gonna be some lives saved because of it but just the fact that you're doing this
- 18:46Scott and I know it's it's I want that tedious is not really the right word
- 18:51that just you've been working so hard tire tirelessly at this and just raising
- 18:57awareness like you have been for several years now that is helping a lot of
- 19:03people I'm not sure if you realize that well it's interesting you know we
- 19:07realize it locally yeah with the podcast and people writing but we also have
- 19:12been directly involved with saving lives I mean you remember we saved my wife
- 19:17and I saved Robert Pazer's life in November of 22 my wife right now was in
- 19:22Chippewa Falls with a lady that's being an advocate being an advocate she saved
- 19:27her life literally she was going to die in July in a Madison hospital and my
- 19:32wife saved her life and you know how did we even get involved in these
- 19:36things oh it's because of Grace's death I found that quick quote so where
- 19:39that what this quote is just to set this up we had a different attorney involved
- 19:44to file a criminal claim for Grace's death with the Otigame County District
- 19:50Attorney so I'm gonna read from that district attorney's letter this will shock
- 19:54anybody you when you when you hear this you think is this really true this is
- 19:59right out of the letter the district attorney wrote back in in response of
- 20:03the request a doctor is not required to administer treatment she or he believes
- 20:08is not medically effective this includes authorizing a DNR the parties clearly
- 20:14had a dispute about how doctors show car should treat Grace doctor show car
- 20:18did not abide by the wishes of the family however there is no law in Wisconsin
- 20:24that requires him to do so let that sink in however there shouldn't be a
- 20:30however he did not abide by the wishes of the family so what does that tell
- 20:36you that's how deep this medical industrial establishment has control of
- 20:41yeah health care in our country and it's so sad and it shouldn't be like that in
- 20:46a country like America but this is the these are the type of battles we need to
- 20:52be aware of and we're just thank God for your brother thank God that you
- 20:55are fighting this so now before we run out of time part of your deposition that
- 21:00I didn't you know didn't get a kick out of but I it just just hearing you
- 21:05explain again the nurse's response to the pulse emitter ox emitter the the
- 21:11leads that were sweaty and the and I guess that happens all the time and they
- 21:15just know they're not always accurate explain that please and the question and
- 21:21how you responded and what happened it is it's so big this what I'm going to
- 21:25explain next and ultimately this type of thing is why I was escorted out of the
- 21:30hospital because I was I was challenging these type of things they didn't
- 21:34like that so this was the morning of October 9th Grace what she just she
- 21:40gets up she's telling me she's hungry she has a mask on so it's so cute David
- 21:45when you think about Grace so she starts I can't understand what she's saying
- 21:48because of the mask so she starts signing I don't understand sign language so I
- 21:51remove the mask dad can you order me food so I order food I start feeding Grace
- 21:56of course Grace could feed herself but not with this mask on and the nurse came
- 22:00running in and said you can't do that I said what what's the reason she said well
- 22:05her oxygen saturation is only at 85% and so I so you can't feed her well
- 22:12because they wanted to be above 90 and so when you remove the mask it's
- 22:16dropping the oxygen I thought this doesn't make any sense so then I after about
- 22:22five minutes I thought well Grace is doing greater oxygen can't be at 85%
- 22:26there's no way so I put we had a pulse oximeter in the room so I put it on
- 22:32Grace's finger and it read 95% so I called the nurse back in and I said is my
- 22:36meter accurate and she said yes it is I said well why is my $50 meter more
- 22:43accurate than your expensive machine that's reading Grace's oxygen you know
- 22:49so just to frame this she's outside the room looking at this big monitor
- 22:54the nurse's right okay so that's how she knows it's at 85% okay and so she
- 23:00says so when I challenged what's going on she said well the leads get sweaty I
- 23:06said well if that's a known why aren't you proactively changing out the
- 23:10leads given this is the major statistic you're using to manage my daughter's
- 23:14care and then she shook her finger at me and said you should just be thankful
- 23:21you caught this and you know as I've learned and I have really studied what is
- 23:27going on you know they have a vested interest in having the records match the
- 23:32goal records in a medical records are called Prima fascia evidence means that
- 23:38they are held as true unless you can prove otherwise so when they
- 23:42under-report things like oxygen and there's a $300,000 payday for a ventilator
- 23:49connect the dots so they share with the family or the patient hey look your
- 23:52oxygen is so low and so then the patient or the family believes oh we got to do
- 23:57a ventilator because the oxygen so they have a vested interest in charting
- 24:01oxygen that's arbitrarily low we're running out of time Scott would you please
- 24:05for those that are not familiar with the payday the payday with especially
- 24:10during the covid with the covid protocols well in covid that it was the first
- 24:14time the government directly funded protocols so one of the protocols they
- 24:19funded was ventilators so during covid if you got put on a ventilator for
- 24:23more than 96 hours it was a $39,000 bonus for one person for one ventilator at
- 24:30one hospital at one hospital right but it ends up being 300,000 when you
- 24:35extrapolate out the the number of days the average number of days somebody is
- 24:39on a ventilator before they died which was 90% of them died this was ends up being
- 24:44about 300,000 with 22 days of pay how tragic so some over a million people that
- 24:51probably more than that died and the hospital got a whole lot of money each
- 24:55hospital it's just something is so wrong about that and a lot of people are
- 25:00out there grieved when they hear these things and I think a lot of people are
- 25:04surprised if they haven't heard your story before they're hearing this and
- 25:08surprise shaking their head because perception the hospitals want to help cure
- 25:15us right not always and if they're following protocols like a lot of nurses
- 25:20a lot of whistleblowers have come forward now and said yeah I knew these weren't
- 25:25the best things to do for that particular these patients but I did it because I
- 25:28didn't want to lose my job and we've heard these testimonies now absolutely and
- 25:32the biggest thing I could explain is this really has nothing to do with
- 25:36covid covid exposed it these standards of care have been around since the
- 25:42early eighties yes Medicare Medicaid started on July 30th 1965 standards of
- 25:48care were developed in the eighties and I explained I think on the last show
- 25:51the standard care for cancer everybody knows it chemo chemo has a 97.9%
- 25:56kill rate five years and longer so the people don't survive more than five
- 26:01years 97.9% of the time if they go on chemo and yet that's the standard of
- 26:06care so you see why I call them standards of death okay we are just down to
- 26:11like a minute and a half so we'll have to have you back after was it February
- 26:1421st February 10th February 10th so that's when you get their reports so you
- 26:20know their quote unquote strategy strategy and then what's next after that
- 26:24briefly then we depose all of their experts so that will be February March
- 26:31then discovery is cut off then the defense puts together their motion to
