Two Fugitives Wanted in Miami Valley | Dayton News
Two dangerous fugitives are on the run in the Miami Valley, and federal and local law enforcement are urgently asking the public for help. Evonna Johnson, 28, is wanted for burglary by Springfield Police, while Julio Francisco, 21, is sought for vehicular homicide by Dayton Police—and is also in the country illegally.
