- 0:06Hello and welcome to another episode of What Do You Call It
- 0:11podcast, I'm Your Host TV. Today's guest is possibly the
- 0:17future of British wrestling, so please welcome Raymond O'Reilly.
- 0:23We're going. To become this chat mate.
- 0:25But yeah, but thank you for coming on.
- 0:27By the way, mate, I do appreciate you coming on.
- 0:29Thank you for having me. Normally I'm rewind the clocks,
- 0:33but a few questions were submitted for you on my
- 0:35Instagram where I asked the listeners and the followers to
- 0:39submit some questions for you. So we're going to begin with
- 0:41that big boss, Tyson Keaton, friend of the show.
- 0:46I think you know what he's going to.
- 0:48Ask because you. Asked a similar question, he
- 0:51wants to know what's your favorite match of the year Wink
- 0:55wink I I normally I supposed to do the week then but.
- 0:58Yeah, Now I don't know. I don't want to upset Mr. Tyson
- 1:02over here, but I've had so many great matches this year.
- 1:04I've had so many ones that I call my favorite.
- 1:07Obviously the one with Tyson, that was obviously one of my
- 1:10favourites, but I've had so many recently in Tunbridge, my
- 1:12hometown. I was with Connor Mills and
- 1:14that's easily my favorite. That was brilliant.
- 1:17That was so I don't know, just everything about it.
- 1:19It just, it just flows. Just brilliant.
- 1:21Maybe the fact that it was in my hometown as well, that don't
- 1:25know. Maybe there was just something
- 1:27in the air that debut. That was my favorite.
- 1:28But also I had earlier on this year in March, I had a couple.
- 1:32I had a match with Top Gun Tommy Kyle.
- 1:35Yeah, yeah. And then yes, basically, yeah,
- 1:39that was amazing as well. I really enjoyed that one.
- 1:41Nice mate. Thank you Tyson for the
- 1:43question. You might be a bit guided by it
- 1:46wasn't just him that was and only him.
- 1:49But that's cool man. We will touch on some of your
- 1:51highlights and so how you got into Western business.
- 1:53But of course I've got a few more questions.
- 1:56Peckham, Playboy, Khan, someone I know you're very familiar with
- 2:00of yours. He has asked who from Gen.
- 2:04Pro should people keep an eye on.
- 2:07People keep an eye on. You can say you as well.
- 2:12Where should people keep an eye on Ryan Steele?
- 2:18Ryan Steele, I don't know if you heard of him, but he's got this
- 2:20character. He's got this.
- 2:22He's got this book that he likes to really call it.
- 2:24He calls it the Book of Salvation.
- 2:25And he's just so intriguing. Do you know what I mean?
- 2:27He's just, he's always got something going on.
- 2:29And he's really, he's just got that.
- 2:31He's just got about him. He stands out.
- 2:32He's very different in a way that no one else says.
- 2:36So, yeah, Ryan Steele. And he's in great shape and he
- 2:38looks really good. Nice mate.
- 2:40Have you wrestled in before? Yeah.
- 2:42I've wrestled in before. I had a great match.
- 2:43We've been back in. When was it?
- 2:47September 14th of September. Yeah, it was me and Ryan Still
- 2:51and we had this, we had this big spot fest.
- 2:53We did all the all the indie moves and all stuff like that.
- 2:55It was great. It's awesome.
- 2:57Good man, good man, Peck and Playboy also wants to know who
- 3:01do you want to wrestle in 2026? 2026 A big one for me I think is
- 3:10Alexander Roth. I've always I've never I've met
- 3:13him, I've seen him and I've oh, I've just, I love his work.
- 3:16I think he's awesome for Alexander Roth and also.
- 3:18Paul charismatic as well. He's good.
- 3:20Yeah. No, Yeah, he's great with that.
- 3:21And also, yeah, Paul Robinson. Yeah, he's good.
- 3:24Yeah. He's awesome.
- 3:25Paul Robinson. I remember, like, seeing him in
- 3:28Osprey comes together as the Swords of Essex, Yeah.
- 3:31And I got him really into like attending like independent
- 3:33shows. And them two were just amazing
- 3:35scale. But Paul Robson as a single star
- 3:38as well. I think he's wicked.
- 3:39Just. Very, very good at CPF as well
- 3:42as A tag team, maybe with Isaac. That's awesome as well.
- 3:48Also, how is Hakan, by the way, before I do get on to your
- 3:51career and how you got into wrestling, how is he as an
- 3:53opponent? Yeah, no, he's good.
- 3:55He's good. So I've only really wrestled him
- 3:57in sort of main event sort of circumstances and it's always
- 4:01been great. It's always been really fun.
- 4:04Yeah, it's been really fun in. So in Tunbridge at Wrestle
- 4:07Force, I had I had another really good match with him and
- 4:10he said that was his favorite one of the year.
- 4:11So that was really good. Yeah, that was.
- 4:12Awesome, nice man, and. For his Gen.
- 4:15Pro World Championship, that one was even better actually.
- 4:18That's when I had July 13th. That was also really good.
- 4:21Really good times. It's great hacker.
- 4:24Sick mate. So the current champion maybe?
- 4:27Yeah. Mid 26 who knows someone?
- 4:29Yeah, but I'll get it back off then.
- 4:31Don't worry, I'll get it. Good luck to that mate.
- 4:33Good luck. Going to be one of the clocks
- 4:36and I want to discover how Raymond O'Reilly became a
- 4:39wrestler fan. So mom, I don't know if you know
- 4:43this, but my mum and dad both used to be wrestlers and that's
- 4:46how they met. Oh wicked, tell me about.
- 4:48That, you know, so my dad, so actually the gear I'm wearing,
- 4:51the gear I always wear is actually my dad's old gear.
- 4:54And his name is Chris O'Reilly. That's obviously where I get the
- 4:57O'Reilly from my mum. She was lethal Lucy Claydon and
- 5:00she's actually the MC for most of the Genesis shows.
- 5:04Oh nice, so your second. Yeah, yeah.
- 5:07And it was. So they sort of, yeah.
- 5:10So they, I just sort of I've, I've grew up and it was always
- 5:12around me. Do you know what I mean?
- 5:14I've just sort of, I've just sort of grown to love it.
- 5:15It's like it was in the family anyway, you know, I just always
- 5:19used to love watching it on the TV when I was younger and I just
- 5:21loved it. Just my favorite thing.
- 5:24Did you go to a lot of shows that they would be in involved
- 5:28in and did you find yourself? Actually, only one in a couple I
- 5:31went. So I went.
- 5:32I remember, I remember going to one of my dad's and Osprey was
- 5:35actually on the show. Oh cool.
- 5:37And I remember that. That was really cool.
- 5:39But. Oh, yes.
- 5:40So my mum basically, I mean, I said I so I had my first match
- 5:43February of last year. But really I had it when I was
- 5:46in my mum's stomach because she wrestled when she was pregnant
- 5:48with me. No, no, yeah, she didn't know.
- 5:49So that was, that was crazy. Yeah, yes, I suppose that was my
- 5:55debut, Really. Yeah.
- 5:56Bloody hell, my debut went what, like 6-7 months?
- 6:00Yeah, that should be in the Guinness somewhere, mate.
- 6:04Yeah, fair play, Joe. Did your parents kind of sort of
- 6:08get you into the business in terms of making you understand
- 6:11at a young age or did you kind of just develop and understand
- 6:14quite early on sort of how it works?
- 6:17Yeah, kind of. I guess as I just grew up, I
- 6:19just sort of, I didn't even look at it as fighting really.
- 6:23I just sort of looked at it like it was a performance.
- 6:25Yeah. And I just sort of like when
- 6:27everyone's, whenever anybody's asked me like, oh, what do you
- 6:30want to do with youngest? Always?
- 6:31I just want to be a wrestler because I just loved it.
- 6:32It's just sort of, it's one of those things.
- 6:34My parents did it and it was just, I don't know.
- 6:37I don't know. I don't really know.
- 6:39No, that makes sense. Yeah.
- 6:41OK, yeah, but you did grow into it though.
- 6:43You kind of knew what your parents did.
- 6:46Yeah, definitely. You couldn't sort of escape her,
- 6:48could you really sort? Of Yeah, yeah.
- 6:50And I was asking my mum, like, obviously this is a couple of
- 6:52years ago. And I was like, is there
- 6:53anywhere that does children's professional wrestling?
- 6:55And she went, Oh yeah, there's one in Maidstone actually.
- 6:57And she used to know the promoter and then we went down
- 7:00to there and that's Genesis. And that was just, was just
- 7:02brilliant. Genesis is great.
- 7:04Genesis is great, yeah. Is that how you would get your
- 7:08foot interest in? Was it the encouragement of your
- 7:10parents or did you sort of do it on your own So.
- 7:13No, I did it on my own. So I was nagging.
- 7:15I kept nagging my mom about if there was children's pro
- 7:18wrestling in like, like just just in general.
- 7:20So I didn't know if kids were allowed to do it.
- 7:22And then luckily Genesis had a children's class, which I think
- 7:25it's from age 8 to like, age 16 or something.
- 7:28And I was 11 at the time, 11 or 12 at the time.
- 7:30And I went down there and I loved it.
- 7:31It was like, it was like everything you could imagine.
- 7:34Like maybe it was just just because it was my first session.
- 7:36We sort of, yeah, no. So I went outside and like
- 7:39before the beginning session, there was a big rain session and
- 7:43I just sort of walked in and I saw the ring.
- 7:45I thought, oh, this is awesome. And then we went and then we
- 7:47messed about on the mats, but it was literally, it was so fun
- 7:50because when you think of going to a wrestling session as a
- 7:52child, you all you want to do is like Rkos and stuff and that
- 7:55first session. Swanton bombs and 4:50 Yeah,
- 7:57yeah. And that first session was
- 7:58literally you could like just have funds, you know what I
- 8:01mean? And then just, and then you sort
- 8:02of learn like the basics over time.
- 8:04But you know, Jem bro was great for that.
- 8:06It was really good for that. Yeah, I think Hakan's talked
- 8:09about the school as well, teaching young adults and
- 8:12children as well, which I think is pretty cool.
- 8:14If I was a kid, sort of a teenager even, and I asked my
- 8:19parents if I can wrestle, I would immediately get shut down
- 8:23and told crack on with school. Hello there.
- 8:26I've got a special announcement for my next guest.
- 8:30This is. The Turkish Delight, the
- 8:34talented Captain Peng himself, the Peckham Playboy Hakan Yahud.
- 8:53When is it that you felt confident enough to start, OK,
- 8:58I'm actually going to make something of this and then you
- 9:00would basically have your first match official in ring debut.
- 9:06Well, I, I don't know how how long I was.
- 9:09I'd say I was just just under a year into training.
- 9:11No, no, I was just over a year into training actually.
- 9:15And then I went to this training.
- 9:17So for, for Genesis, for ages, we didn't have a ring or nothing
- 9:21because I know. So we only did matted sessions
- 9:24until it like for about like a year and a half.
- 9:27We just did mat sessions until we had a ring.
- 9:29Yeah, until, until we did ring sessions again.
- 9:31So we had out the ring and then there was a supper company who
- 9:34had a ring and we, we just all went there because it had a ring
- 9:37and it was it was in Dover. We were like a whole lot of the
- 9:40jam pro guys just went there because it had a ring.
- 9:41It was all dying to get in the ring and then it was so two of
- 9:46the trainees would be selected into the like the battle Royale
- 9:48at the end and then me and I don't know if you know Cletus
- 9:52Cannonball. He also also trains about.
- 9:55Yeah, things about. Yeah, he also trains.
- 9:56And then me and Cletus got picked.
- 9:59And at the time I was under this, I wasn't Raymond O'Reilly.
- 10:01I was under this mask. I call myself deranged.
- 10:03It was like a big clown. It was like scary, but I
- 10:06literally just looked like a little like scrawny kid in like
- 10:08a mask just doing my finger. It was.
- 10:10It was so much. Fun.
- 10:10How old were you at this point, by the way, when you did do this
- 10:13before or when you were dating? Yeah, I was thirsty.
- 10:16Hell yeah. Yeah.
- 10:20You know, I remember. I loved it.
- 10:22I loved every second of it. It was so fun.
- 10:24And then, and then a couple of months later, actually, it was.
- 10:28Yeah, it was the same promoter. He gave me this opportunity to
- 10:31be in a triple threat match. And then and then it was like on
- 10:34the day and I was bricking it. I was so scared.
- 10:37I was so worried. But you know, I got through it
- 10:39and it was it was fun. It was really fun.
- 10:42Nice mate, nice. Have your parents, basically
- 10:45your family, have they seen you wrestle live multiple Times Now
- 10:49at this point? Yeah, yeah, there's always, I
- 10:50mean, because because of my age, my like one of my parents have
- 10:54to take me like all the time. Yeah.
- 10:56And yeah, no, they all come like sometimes I think for the first
- 10:59couple of them, because obviously it was special because
- 11:01I hadn't, I hadn't had like a lot of shows at that point.
- 11:03I get my whole bloodline to come along just to hold and watch it.
- 11:07Just come and watch it and, and there'll be like a crowd of like
- 11:09100 people and they're like 30 of them will be my family.
- 11:13Nice automatic cheers for you then.
- 11:16Yeah. No chance you're working here
- 11:18that night. That's that's pretty cool, man.
- 11:21That's pretty cool. I did that.
- 11:22Did actually want to ask, you know, when you was like training
- 11:24the match for quite a long time and then he'd eventually Start
- 11:28learning to use the ropes. How was that first, by the way?
- 11:31Like that sort of transition from mats onto the ropes?
- 11:35Was it quite hard hitting? The struggle it was, it was such
- 11:38a struggle because like from being the mats, it's all well
- 11:41and good knowing that's a bump and that's a roll and all that
- 11:43stuff. As soon as you get in serene,
- 11:44you think there's like ropes and you just you don't and and all
- 11:47your positionings often it's like weird, but I don't know as
- 11:50it's like obviously we don't. We do like way more ring
- 11:52sessions now. We do like twice a month for
- 11:54ring sessions. So we get used to it and
- 11:57obviously me working sort of every other week or every week,
- 11:59just sort of, you know, it helps, but you know, it's rough.
- 12:03It was rough at first. It was rough to start with, but
- 12:06we we got there, we got there. No, it's mine.
- 12:08I know you have got there because I have seen the content,
- 12:11I've seen the matches, especially specifically for
- 12:14Wrestleforce because we have just touched on Gen.
- 12:16Pro, but Wrestleforce. Tell me about the highlights
- 12:19that you've had there. Wrestleforce So what was it?
- 12:23Wrestle Force So so Genesis there was other guy, there's
- 12:25other guy. DK Williams, I don't know if
- 12:27you've heard is another one of the yes, a promoter of Wrestle
- 12:32Force wanted DK and then he'd also seen me in like other
- 12:35training clips and he said I'll bring Raymond along.
- 12:37Then I came along and I know the rest is history and we did like
- 12:41this Fair show. I wrestled Kieran Lacy and that
- 12:43was one of my best matches at that point.
- 12:45I mean, I'd only had like 5 matches, but I really loved that
- 12:47match. And then Tunbridge it was so it
- 12:50was May 5th was that fair show. And then Tunbridge was on the
- 12:53May 25th and then he booked me for Tunbridge and I wrestled the
- 12:55Rap Master and that was really fun.
- 12:57And then the rest is history, really.
- 12:59Nice mate. Well.
- 13:01I had a couple sort of throughout that year.
- 13:03I had like maybe 3-4 more Wrestle Force bookings at that
- 13:06year. And then since December last
- 13:08year, I've been on it. I've been on like every single
- 13:10show for Wrestle Force. Nice, I see wrestled Isaac
- 13:14Blair. Yeah, yeah, we have.
- 13:16We have fun ones. We have.
- 13:17We just, we just do every move in the whole entire world.
- 13:20It literally doesn't stop, does it?
- 13:23I I had this really, really fun one with him at Whittam.
- 13:27Yeah, that was awesome. That was in Isaac's hometown.
- 13:28When I beat him. I beat Isaac in his hometown.
- 13:32Oh, certainly. So I feel like he's got to
- 13:33return the favour now and beat you in your hometown of
- 13:35Tonbridge. No, no, he's so so the first
- 13:37match you had was in Seven Oaks, which is only about 20 minutes
- 13:40down like down the road from me. And he, yeah, he beat me in
- 13:43Seven Oaks and then I beat him in Whitham.
- 13:45So that's right. So even playing field.
- 13:47And then and then at Rayleigh we had another one that was really,
- 13:50that was another really good one.
- 13:51We, we, there was a double, there was a double full finish.
- 13:54So we've got we've got to have one more season.
- 13:58I'm going to say in 2026, that is what fans should be
- 14:01expecting, at least in your wrestling calendar.
- 14:04The match with Isaac Blair. Yeah, Nah, that'll be so many.
- 14:08OK, mate, I feel that'll be good.
- 14:11What I do want to ask as well is you faced off against the Wonder
- 14:15Kid, Johnny Storm. Yeah, so he was one of the first
- 14:18wrestlers that really up my eyes up to something that isn't WWE
- 14:21or WWE, whatever. So when I was pretty young,
- 14:24first ever independent show that I went to, Jonny Storm was
- 14:28there, blew me away. It was amazing.
- 14:30And then just see where he is at now and just what he's achieved.
- 14:34I think he's just such an underrated British wrestling
- 14:37legend in my opinion. Tell me about the experience of
- 14:40being in the ring with him. It was, it was brilliant.
- 14:42So, yeah, so typically, so it was, it was July 2024 is when I
- 14:47first wrestled Johnny Storm. I I didn't, I didn't have a lot
- 14:50of matching, but I was like 1520 matches in.
- 14:53That's where, that's where I first wrestled Johnny.
- 14:55And usually he, what he does is he arrives and then he sets up
- 14:58his merch table and then, but then, and then he comes back
- 15:02just to the show's starting and then I'm like, I'm so worried.
- 15:04But no, he was great. Johnny's film was awesome.
- 15:08Yeah, so. And you learn so much from him,
- 15:10like even now. So the first time I wrestled him
- 15:12was July 2024 and then I wrestled in March this year.
- 15:15And you still, like, every time I work him, I learn so much more
- 15:18every time. But yeah, Johnny's, Johnny's
- 15:20great. Johnny's really good.
- 15:21Still moving well man, honestly. Yeah, and he what?
- 15:25How old is he? Like 50 or something.
- 15:27I mean, I'm not, I'm not getting to the aid.
- 15:31But I mean, that's right. Me and me and Johnny are tight
- 15:33like that. Me and Johnny are tight.
- 15:36But now he's like, he's just moved so well with like, like I
- 15:39just, he's like 15 minutes, five years.
- 15:42And yeah, that's honestly, I've always been such a like big mark
- 15:45for him. I think I've still got his
- 15:47signature somewhere. Yeah.
- 15:50That's good. I'm showing my age now, but
- 15:52right. And who else at the moment?
- 15:55I know we talk about like feature opponents and stuff, but
- 15:58who willistically would you like to wrestle in wrestle force that
- 16:02you haven't wrestled yet? Oh, I wrestle force.
- 16:04Well, AJ Payne, I want to wrestle him.
- 16:08Yeah, he's good. Compensate for his match the
- 16:10other day. And Regan, you know, Regan
- 16:13Blade. Yes, he's really very good.
- 16:16Yeah, Regan's awesome both. But like, like all these sort of
- 16:19all the young people who that I see like working for drop kicks
- 16:22and they, they always end up at Wrestle Force.
- 16:24All of them. I want to wrestle all of them
- 16:25because they all just sort of they're all like hungry, like
- 16:28how I'm hungry. We're all hungry to sort of get
- 16:30out there and impress people. And that's that's just why I
- 16:32enjoyed my matches with Isaac so much, because we, we put
- 16:35absolutely everything into them and try to impress like
- 16:38everyone's, you know what I mean?
- 16:39So that all all like the like, like the guys my age that like
- 16:42Wrestle Force who were like just starting to break out, like them
- 16:45all. Nice.
- 16:46There's a good cup of talent, DKW, great promotion.
- 16:50You know, can't say anything bad about them.
- 16:52Much love to them. Tell me if you used to come back
- 16:56in this podcast, let's say three years time, not necessarily
- 16:59opponents, but what would you have liked to achieve on the
- 17:02rest in CV? So you could think, OK, I'd like
- 17:05to wrestle in Japan, America, Mexico or whatever, you know,
- 17:10just it's, it's your journey, it's your career.
- 17:13But I'm just thinking in in a few years time because it can go
- 17:16quick. What do you think top of your
- 17:18head? Oh, I would love to do this all
- 17:19that as well, you know, just. I'd love to, yeah.
- 17:25I think right now the sort of the aim is to maybe wrestle in
- 17:27sort of like outside of the country, maybe like like even if
- 17:31it's in like France, Germany or like Spain or something.
- 17:33I feel like. So earlier this year I went up
- 17:36to Manchester and that was the furthest I ever went from.
- 17:39They're called Stockport Plaza Wrestling and that.
- 17:41But that was really fun. They were all really nice.
- 17:44But I think maybe, I think maybe for this year or maybe like next
- 17:48year, maybe like Wales or Scotland or something like that
- 17:51or maybe even. Ireland less insane as Scotland
- 17:53still basically. Yeah, yeah, or Ireland maybe,
- 17:56but just yeah, anywhere outside of the country and obviously try
- 18:00and get on like the big leagues in the UK and stuff as well.
- 18:03Hello there, I've got a special announcement for my next guest.
- 18:09Yep, that's right. Dubai World champion Jay Lamb.
- 18:14Rod, I know you know the name. So TuneIn.
- 18:17And take a look at this interview.
- 18:21Yeah. Don't ask you a fun question.
- 18:34Doesn't have to be resonated, but it's entirely up to you,
- 18:36Ramon. Yeah, but you dream dinner
- 18:38guests for your dream party. Dream guests for a dream party.
- 18:45Yep, you're the host. It can be fiction, nonfiction,
- 18:48anything, mate. I had someone say Jesus the
- 18:51other week. It could be anything mate,
- 18:54anything. But I want a quick reason as to
- 18:56why you want this individual at your party.
- 19:00Give me #1. Dream guests are my dream pie.
- 19:10Did you help charted? Heroes Dolph Ziggler.
- 19:14Nice, nice. Yeah, because, you know, I was
- 19:16just so mental. Like how?
- 19:18Like all of his sending is just mental.
- 19:19I feel like he just carried that over to the party.
- 19:21Do you know what I mean? It's such a fun day.
- 19:24It's such a fun night. So.
- 19:25Dolph Ziggler. I reckon he can drink as well.
- 19:29Yeah. #2. #2 and I think, I'm trying to think there's not
- 19:35wrestling. Imagine Tyson Kane watching
- 19:45this. Be like me.
- 19:46Me. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 19:49Tyson Keaton. Yeah.
- 19:51Big Boss. He's going to love that.
- 19:52Yeah, Big Big Boss is the second guess so we've.
- 19:56Got Dolph Ziggler, pig boss, Tyson Key and and the last guest
- 20:00#3. Last guest.
- 20:05So we've got Big Boss, we've got Dolph Ziggler and then we've got
- 20:12John Cena. I feel just dumb for asking this
- 20:17because it's probably going to be quite obvious, but I want to
- 20:19hear why you specifically want do do do do John's in there.
- 20:26Well, I don't know. I don't.
- 20:26I don't think I'll need to explain why.
- 20:29I mean, it's John Cena. Do you know what I mean?
- 20:31Yeah, I'm going to shed tears during this last match.
- 20:38I don't know. I'm not the one to share tears
- 20:41personally, but I don't know. It'll be, it'll be upset.
- 20:43And I think how many, how many days do you got left?
- 20:44Like 4-3 or four. Yeah, I think it's 3.
- 20:48So I think last it's December, isn't it?
- 20:49Last one Saturday night's main event.
- 20:51So I think I'll be sad. I mean, I probably won't cry
- 20:53then, but I feel. Will.
- 20:55Get to me with the crowd and. Yeah, definitely.
- 20:58But it's one of those, right? It was my favorite wrestler when
- 21:00I was growing up, and it's just like he's retiring now.
- 21:02It's just like, don't know. It just makes you start thinking
- 21:04about it. Don't.
- 21:06Know it is my it is Dave retired.
- 21:07But then going back to what I said the the introduction,
- 21:10you've got to look to the future.
- 21:13Yeah. You know, possibly you are the
- 21:14future of British wrestling. Who is Raymond O'Reilly if you
- 21:18had to describe to someone that hasn't discovered you yet?
- 21:24I'd say Raymond O'Reilly is a a second generation wrestler who
- 21:29is a mix about, he's a mix of high flying and because he he
- 21:34does amateur wrestling in real world, freestyle wrestling in
- 21:36real life as well. So he's athletic, he's technical
- 21:40and he's high flying and he's, yeah, that's about it really.
- 21:44I don't know. Nice, tell me about the
- 21:46freestyle lesson quickly before I sort of put an end to this
- 21:49chitchat, as it's actually played by really gone quite
- 21:52quick. Yes.
- 21:54So my uncle, he was 10th in the world when he was 18.
- 21:58His name, his name's Buster. He Yeah.
- 22:00So he, he used to, he teaches me and my cousins how to do like
- 22:04the freestyle wrestling. Obviously he's really good at
- 22:07it. And my cousin Ronald, he got, I
- 22:11think he's got first or second in the British Championships
- 22:14recently. So he's, he's doing really well.
- 22:16Yeah. He's.
- 22:17So he's doing it. He's doing it way more than me.
- 22:19I mean, I like, I mean, I do it like once in a while, like now
- 22:23with my uncle, you know, my my cousin Ronald, he's smashing it.
- 22:26He's yeah, I think he got, I think he did win the British
- 22:28Championships actually. And then my cousin Lila, she got
- 22:32third in the British Championships.
- 22:34So yeah, I know we're all doing pretty good at that.
- 22:36And I'm just here doing my pro wrestling.
- 22:39Yeah. You're you're smashing though.
- 22:41But I make a pretty damn athletic family mate.
- 22:44Fuck, you know. Yeah, I know.
- 22:46Yeah, that's what I say. So it's all in the family, all
- 22:49the wrestlings in the family. Have you wrestled any of your
- 22:52family members, by the way? No, no.
- 22:55I was supposed to do a earlier this year.
- 22:58I was supposed to do A tag match with me and my dad.
- 23:01Yeah, but that just didn't happen.
- 23:02That didn't happen in the end. Another thing, it's 2026 mate.
- 23:08Yeah. But no, I've never, no, I've
- 23:09never wrestled any in my family, no.
- 23:11Fair play. I'm sure it'll happen, mate.
- 23:13So the last question for you, is there anything you want to say,
- 23:16anyone in particular? I know we've mentioned a few
- 23:18future opponents, but is there anyone you want to call out
- 23:21right now or any matches you want to promote?
- 23:24Because we're now at the end of the interview, mate.
- 23:27I'll match, so I'll promote. So tomorrow at Rumble Wrestling,
- 23:30Friday the 31st of October, it's me and Leland Bryant versus Mark
- 23:34True and Kieran Lacey. That's on tomorrow in at Kemsley
- 23:38in Sittingbourne and on Sunday in Alton in Hampshire.
- 23:42I've got I'm going one-on-one with Jordan Sparks, who I
- 23:44haven't wrestled before. Yeah, that should be fun.
- 23:48That's that's all. That's all really.
- 23:51Isaac Blair. I want to call out Isaac Blair
- 23:53for that final match, for that final match who's going to win
- 23:57Me. Hopefully I'll.
- 23:58Tag him and if people want to keep up to date with what you've
- 24:03got lined up for the rest of the year and 2026, because we spoke
- 24:06about that quite a lot, how can they keep up to date with you on
- 24:08social media? We just follow.
