SPEAKER_00: Alright, Hulindaf Samikhes, and we're gonna start by the new Perek, Behema Hamakasha Leleid.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_00: So just jump right into it, Zakhtam.
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: So this is the aloha as we know of Ben Pakua.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get more into it, but either way, Behema, that's makasha laylid, it's trying to give birth.
• 0:18
  SPEAKER_00: It's pregnant, obviously.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_00: This is a female, this is a para.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: And the uber sticks out its hand, then it pulled it back in.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: It pulled its hand back into the mother before you shafted it.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_00: Mutter bachilo, it's gonna be mutter.
• 0:31
  SPEAKER_00: What's gonna be mutter?
• 0:32
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see in the gibbar.
• 0:33
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: Hoitzio Sraj, if the Uber stuck out its head, Apa Pisha Gziroi, Harizekhayod.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_00: Even if it pulled back in its head, it's considered like it's born.
• 0:41
  SPEAKER_00: What's an Afgamina?
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: Once it's born, it needs its own shit, right?
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: That that we said it's mutter, it's gonna be mutter to eat this benpakua even without shit.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: And even if it stuck out its hand and pulled it back in, it's still gonna be considered an uber that doesn't need its own sharita.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: However, if it's stuck at its head, that's already considered a leda.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: I don't care that you climb back into the mother, you're gonna need your own shit.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_00: If someone was hoittighmura shame, he's stuck in his hand and he cut off an aver from the uber that was inside the mother.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: Mutabachila, it's still gonna be Mutabachila.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: Even if you chopped it up inside, it's gonna be Mutabachila.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: If you cut, not from the Uber, this is how the Gamar is gonna explain it, but if you don't cut from the Uber, you cut from a piece of the mother, something that the mother doesn't need inherently.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: Like the tall or the clayus that we know that it could survive without technically, and therefore if you cut from the tall or the clayas, then it's gonna be Alasabila, then it is go those things are gonna be Asrbachila.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: And the reason is because again, the shaita of the mother can be matr the benpakua or the the uh this uber that's inside.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: But something that's gufa the para, and you cut that off, the shita's not gonna be matur.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_00: And that's what the Gemara says right now, just uh that's what the Mishnah says, not gonna be our point, so we'll go through it fast.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: Zahl, Dabash Gufa Asr, but she's a gufa matr.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: Something that's its own guh, like the Thonda Klias, even though it's not necessarily needed right now, it's gonna be Asr.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: If you cut that before the Shita, it's not gonna be nitrali de the Shita, whereas the if something that's not its own guh, like the Uber Shibimea, that's gonna be mutter.
• 2:10
  SPEAKER_00: Zak the Gimar.
• 2:10
  SPEAKER_00: Umrbi the Marav.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: The Everatme Asr, focusing on what we said in the Mishnah, that the Hoitsias Yoder, right?
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: Mema macha leilah, and it let stuck out its hand, pulled it back in.
• 2:18
  SPEAKER_00: What do we say?
• 2:19
  SPEAKER_00: Mutter.
• 2:20
  SPEAKER_00: What's mutter?
• 2:21
  SPEAKER_00: Says Rav.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: The Uber Shibimeya is still mutter.
• 2:24
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: Because it didn't stick out its head, it didn't stick out its head, it's not considered born.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: I don't care that you put out an arm.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: You're still allowed to eat the uber without shita.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_00: However, the everatme, that hand that it stuck out, that avir is awesome.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: That avar is gonna be awesome even if it brought it back in.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: My time, what's the reason, Namarkab?
• 2:37
SPEAKER_00: Because the Baska says, Ubasab is de treval is you're not allowed to eat baser beste trefa.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: So this pash is talking about the trefa, right?
• 2:43
SPEAKER_00: You find meat, you find the animal on the field torn apart.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: It was not sh it was not killed by the shit, it was killed out shanitrafa.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: It was it's a trefa, it was ripped apart by a line or whatever it is, that's your classic trefa.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: But why does the pasik say that it was found in a sadah?
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: So that you're not allowed to eat a trefa, right?
• 2:59
SPEAKER_00: But why does the pasik specifically tell you it was found in a sada?
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: So pashrapshah, divarakashabala shanayva, that's usually where it happens.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: But there's a lot of drashs learnt out of basur bisteh trefa laysaychlu, which teaches me that what, as Rash explains, what's a sadah?
• 3:12
  SPEAKER_00: Sadah has no mechitzes.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: And therefore we learn a whole smorgasbord of allochas from this one pasik as it relates to different sugiyas as well.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: Of basar that once it left its mechithah, you're not allowed to eat it.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, this basar bisteh treifah was in a sadah, sadah is outside the mechitha, the sadah doesn't have machitz.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: So a basar, if it left its mechitha, it's gonna be asir.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: Now what machitza does basar have?
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: So it depends what context you're in.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: This could apply to a lot of different things.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_00: Some of the alaqah we learned from Irash explains it by Khotchim, Khchim, Khak, Kachikadash, and we know you're only allowed to eat where in the Besam'ds and the Azara.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: And if it leaves its mechitha, what's mechitzah the Khaymas Azara?
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: If it leaves the Besam'dash, then it's gonna be nifsa.
• 3:49
  SPEAKER_00: Nifsa biyitza, right?
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: Khakshim Khalim can be nachal anywhere in your shalim.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: But if it leaves your shalim, it's a problem, it's nifsayitze.
• 3:56
  SPEAKER_00: So that's its mechitza.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: So baser bis day trefel, just like a sad has no machitas lay safely, you're not gonna you're not gonna be allowed to eat it.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: So to any basar that it had confined machitz that left its machitas, you're not gonna be able to eat.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: So qachim, if it leaves its machitas, you're not gonna be able to eat.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: Our sugiyyah, if the uber stuck out its hand, Zakterav, Basabis De Trevalai Sykh.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: What were its machitas that are collated that consider the shahitah that it's gonna apply to the Uber as well?
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: That was the Rahim of the mother.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: Now, when you stick out the hand, that Avar itself left the machithah, basabis de trevalai sachl.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, that would be included in this fashion to tell you that the eivar atmay zakterav, that's the kiddish, and this is gonna be the main point for today.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see uh Rabbiekin that argues.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_00: But Rav says, we're gonna see Shmuel agrees also, Ravashmu Damachavay.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: But either way, this is the kiddish of Rav, even though we said you even it stuck out its hand, put it back in your ladie eat the Uber still, and it's Nita Aidish Kita, that's not about to go for the Uber, but the Aver itself that left, that's gonna be Osir, even if he pulled it back in.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: Says, and that's what we say came and chyotza machita.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: Nah, sorry, says I marts nine, I'll bring you a Mishnah.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_00: Behema Kashab, meaning I'll try to bring you a ride from the Mishnah.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: It says, Behima machaled it, the hoyti uber seat, vehicle mutterbachila.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_00: Okay, those were the words we just read.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: My lava uber, it says Muturbachila.
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, my lava, ever.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: Aren't we talking about the Ever itself?
• 5:12
SPEAKER_00: It sounds a little bit in the Mishnah like we're talking about the Aver itself.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: That if it's brought it back in, it's gonna be Mutterbachila.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like that even Aver is gonna be Mutterbahila.
• 5:21
  SPEAKER_00: It's not what it's talking about.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: A Uber is talking about the Uber.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_00: The Uber itself is gonna be Mutterbachila.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: If it's talking about the Uber, then why did the Mishnah say it's only gonna be mut kosher and you're only gonna be able to eat it when?
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: If it was Hechziro, if it pulled the Aver back in.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: If we're not talking about the Aver Bakhl, then and and we're talking really talking about the Uber, does it make a difference if it's if it pulled in the Aver or not?
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: Doesn't make a difference in the world.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_00: The point is, was it considered born or not?
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: If it didn't stick out its head, then it's not considered born.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: If most of it didn't come out, it's not considered born.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, the Aver itself, or the Uber itself, I don't care if the Aver even didn't, it wasn't Echzira.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: Even if the Aver is still hanging out, it wouldn't be a problem for the Uber itself.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: So why does it need to say Echzira?
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: So it's much more mass but that echziro is talking about, meaning that when it says it's gonna be motor, it's talking about the Aver.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: That Ichzira, if it pulled it back in, the Aver is gonna be motur.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: Because again, if it's talking about the Uber, I don't need it to be Echzira.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: I don't need it to pull it back in and the Uber is still gonna be mother.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna, I'll tell you, really uh uber.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you or really sorry.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_00: Huh then afagab de la zero.
• 6:19
  SPEAKER_00: Really, you're right.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: The din would be true, it's gonna be motor machila this uber, even if it didn't pull the hand back in.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: We don't care about the hand, we care if it was born or not.
• 6:25
SPEAKER_00: Okay, the i did the kabai miss the seibus.
• 6:27
  SPEAKER_00: So what's the question?
• 6:27
SPEAKER_00: So why did you say zero?
• 6:29
  SPEAKER_00: It's very misleading.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_00: Why did you say that he has to pull it back in if really it could leave the abor hanging out and it's not gonna change the din about the uber?
• 6:34
SPEAKER_00: says the gama, I'll tell you why.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: Because really it's the same thing.
• 6:37
SPEAKER_00: But I did the kaboy miss ni seifa, hoitsius roishhoy since in the seifa we needed a chziroi, why did we need a ghzira in the sefa?
• 6:44
SPEAKER_00: Because in the seifa we were bringing out a point.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: In the seifa we said, Hoitzias Roy should raise a kiola, that if it stuck out its head, this is a humra.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: Even if it pulls it back in, it's still considered born because it stuck out its head, and pulling it back in is not gonna make a difference.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: So since we wanted to say chzira about the roish in the seifa, tononami ratio chzira.
• 7:01
SPEAKER_00: So the ratio that was talking about the ever also said ich zero, even though we're talking about the uber.
• 7:05
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, and even though when we say mutter we're talking about the uber, we still said echzira, even though you're right technically as it relates to the uber, it makes no difference if it was machzir, the aver in or not.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: So again, for poetic symmetry, sometimes the Mishnah is do this, even though we didn't need to say echzira, we said echzira, even though it's machma that we're talking about, the average not, and echzira about the ever is really talking about the fact that the uber is still gonna be mutter, and it doesn't make a difference really um in practice if it was machir's hand or not, because it's gonna be kosher anyway, the uber.
• 7:33
  SPEAKER_00: Say it's married.
• 7:34
  SPEAKER_00: Masepa Maik Mashlaw.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so you're telling me that it said Echzira in the ratio.
• 7:38
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: If it's the sefa, Mseipa, we needed it.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: What was the kidish in the sefa?
• 7:41
SPEAKER_00: That if it stuck out its head, even if it pulled it back in, echzirai, it's still going to be Asir, because it's considered a leda.
• 7:47
  SPEAKER_00: Says Gamar, really?
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: You need to tell me that?
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: Mseb Mahik Mashlon, what's the kidish?
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: They gave me the answer, I have al-Leda.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: The kiddish is that once the head goes out, it's considered born.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: Tanina, we already learned that in the Mishnah.
• 7:57
  SPEAKER_00: What's an example of a bihar?
• 7:58
SPEAKER_00: That he's he has the din of a bihar l'a nachhlah, that he gets Pishnaim, but he doesn't have the din of a bihar for qayyan.
• 8:03
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 8:04
  SPEAKER_00: Pidyonaben.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: Then we know Pidunaben, it's learned out of two different things.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: Pidyunaben is learnt out of the fact that he has to be, he has to be the Peter Rachan, which is like the first from the womb, and that's why it's much more limiting.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_00: As Bihar for Nachlah for Pishnaim, it's much more inclusive.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: That's learnt out of uh that's learnt out Rashi brings over here racious.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: Ai noi, Misha Liby, Davil love, Rashi says, someone who that's the Josh, someone who the father is mamisha tzabrachan, and the fact that if this child dies, now that real dove, mishaliba, dove love only happens once it's a born child.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: Not if it's a nafal, not even if it was petarefam, even if it was the beginning.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: So again, someone who Rahmanullah had a nafal, and this this woman had a a stillborn or something like that.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: That is going to be, that is going to be not anymore.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: We know if she has another child next, even if it was a firstborn son, the firstborn son that lived, he is not gonna have a pidinaban because that's not petterrechim.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: The peterachim was the nafal originally, whereas this kid is a day and raish aina, and therefore he is raish aina, misha dabalov, and therefore he's still gonna be considered a Bukharalina Nachla.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: He's still gonna get Pishnaim even though there was a Nathil before him.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be there's gonna have an Akhamina.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: So that's what the Mishra's talking about.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: Someone who was born as a firstborn boy, but he came after Nepal and there was already Nathal.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: Af the Pishy Yatsu Reshaim.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: Even if this Nafel stuck out his head while he was still alive, and then he died, so still you would think maybe that's considered a Leda, and therefore even if he died after that, this this Nafel stuck out his head while he was alive.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: So now that he died and another boy was born after that, this kid was born already, stuck out his head, so maybe it should be considered um maybe it should be considered a Leda that the next one is not considered a Bahar Bachalal.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: No, he's still considered a Baharla Nachal.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: Why we're gonna see in a second, because he's a nafel, none the day.
• 9:49
  SPEAKER_00: A nafal, what's the difference?
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: A nafal is not uh maluchadashav.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: A nafal is not nine months old yet, and therefore it's uh big nafkamina.
• 9:56
  SPEAKER_00: Oibentes, what's another example?
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: Oh and this is where the Rai is gonna be from.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: Oi bentes, Shiyotza Raisha Mes, or uh child or uh uh Uber that was nine months old.
• 10:07
SPEAKER_00: So it was Malulai Khadashav, but it was nine months old.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: This is not a nafel.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: A naphal is not nine months old, and nafal is blessed.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_00: So this Uber was nine months old, see, Shiyotza Raish Maes, that it stuck its head out dead.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: If it stuck its head out dead, it's not considered uh Laida as it relates to Pishnaim, and therefore the next boy is still gonna get Pishnaim, he's gonna be considered a Bakharla Nachhala, but he's not gonna be considered a Bakarla Kayanim for Piddinaban.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gamar, what is it, diuk?
• 10:33
  SPEAKER_00: Prime the Raish Mahes.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: The only reason we said over here that he's the next one is still gonna be considered a Bakarla Nachlah is because this Ben Pesha stuck out his head, Raisha Maes.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: But it sounds like if he stuck his head out alive and he was nine months old, then it's considered a bona fide laida that the one that comes next, meaning the next uh boy that's born, Bakalanakhla Namalah, he's not even gonna be considered a Bakarla Nachlah.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: Because if this child this Uber stuck out his head, even if he died right away, but he stuck out his head alive, nine months old, it sounds that's the Dik and it very much sounds like uh he uh the next one he it's gonna be considered 100% a laida, that the next one is not gonna be considered Bakar Baklaw, says the Gemara.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_00: So that seems to be what we see from here.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: We see a clear rayah, taninochad's inner, right?
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: We already learnt this one time.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: We learnt one time that if uh Uber sticks out his head, Roy Shay Chai, it's considered a Laida.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: So why do you need to tell me again?
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: You tell me the khidish in the seifah the safety we know already from the following what we just saw.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara Bachita Mashmin Badam and Kamahman Behama.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: This that we just learnt is talking about Adam.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: Our mission is talking about a behema, right?
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: So maybe we have to say by both.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: That we just told me by Adam and Kamashman Behamah the Kamashman of our mission in the seva is telling you that this applies also by a behema.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: If it sticks out its head, it's considered a laida.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: Why do you need to tell me both, the adam and behama layalif?
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: Then puzdul the behemah, because you can't learn Adam from Behamah because a behema doesn't have a Pruzdur.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it's much more maybe considered a Laida when you see the matze, because it's much harder for the to come out of the head to come out by a woman, and therefore when it does, maybe that's considered a laida for sure.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_00: So you need, you can't learn Adam from Behema.
• 12:04
  SPEAKER_00: Uh, or the opposite.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: Behema, may Adam Layalfa, the Hushiv parts of Panim the Day.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: A behema from Adam you can't learn because Adam's parts of is very choshiv.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: So when that comes out, maybe it's considered a laida.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: I said it in the opposite.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: I mean a behema would be considered a laida in the first place.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: But either way, a behemah has a reason why you can't learn it from Adam, and Adam has a reason why you can't learn it from behema, the choshiv parts of panim the day, and therefore that's why you can't learn behema from Adam, and that's why I need to say both.
• 12:28
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's really what's going on.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: So it's not tanina, chodah, zimna.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's the khadish in the sefa that yeah, I have to tell you now that really uh a uh behema that sticks out its head, it's gonna be considered a ledah.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: Says a Gemara, Honami Tanina.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: You can't say that though.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: You can't say that that's the kiddosh in the Mishnah to teach you about a behema, that it's also true.
• 12:46
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 12:46
  SPEAKER_00: Because Hunami Tanina.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_00: We also learnt that elsewhere about a behema already, so I don't need an armish.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_00: But where did we learn about a behemah that if it sticks out its head, it's gonna be considered a leda?
• 12:55
  SPEAKER_00: Excuse me.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: It says Shilyo Shiyotsa Mikzasa Asura.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_00: Shilya is like the sack where the animal is held in the womb.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: So the Shilyo Shyotza Mikzasa, some of the sack came out.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_00: So and even a miktsu the sac it came out, it's also it's gonna be asabah.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_00: Why is it gonna be asabah?
• 13:11
SPEAKER_00: Kesiman Vlad Kah Simon be Vlad Bebehema.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, Kesiman Vlad Bisho, the Simon of a Vlad born by a woman is gonna be considered the same simon vlad babehema.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: The way the Rash explains because we have to be Hyishish that this sack it came out a little bit.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: Now, do you know which Aver of the animal was in that part of the sack that was Yotze from the from the animal?
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: You don't know, and therefore it could have been the head.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: It could have been the head that came out, and that's why we're gonna be hoysh that it was the head.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_00: If it was the head, it's gonna be considered yolet.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: If it's considered yolid, it's gonna be asur, and that's why Shui Shayatsa Mikasa is gonna be Asura because of the Hishinan Zakterashi, Dilma Beahtastinophik.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: And that little part that came out, Yotza Roy Shaviki, Yolodilkah Kula, Asura, the Shadinna Basuresha, because we go after the head and it's considered yolid.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: So we see this in that as well.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: If it sticks out its head, it's gonna be considered a yolod.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: And that's what we're highish for over here.
• 13:55
  SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_00: So why do you need our Mishnah?
• 13:58
  SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why.
• 13:58
  SPEAKER_00: And the Gemara explains.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that when we said Hechziroi in the ratio, the ratio was talking about the Avar, not the head.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: It stuck out its Aver and it pulled it back in, Echzeroi, then mutter, it's gonna be mutter.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_00: Now we have two ways to learn that.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: Mutter is talking about what?
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: Mutter is talking about even the Avar is gonna be mutter since it brought it back in?
• 14:18
SPEAKER_00: Or no, Zakhtarav, it's talking about the Ubr, the Uber is gonna be mutter if it brought it back in.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: But the Aver is gonna the Aver's gonna be awesome, Ranav Shach.
• 14:25
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: Poser Bisday Travel Sekh, right?
• 14:27
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 14:28
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemar.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: E Ahmed Bishlam Echzi, the ratio dafka.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that Echzira in the ratio is Dafka, what does that mean, Dafka?
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: That if it was Machzirit, then even the Aver is gonna be mutter, the like Raf.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: Not like what Rav said.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna tell me Echzira in the ratio is Dafka, we needed it.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: We didn't just say it like Rav said, I did the Seifa to poetic symmetry, but no, it's Dafka in the ratio.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: We need it in the ratio to teach you if it pulls back in the Aver, the Aver itself is gonna be Motor.
• 14:52
  SPEAKER_00: Not like Rav said.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that, so now we understand.
• 14:55
  SPEAKER_00: Tona Seifa Autoratio.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_00: Then I said in the Seifa autoratia, because again, I just showed you the seva was no chidish.
• 15:01
SPEAKER_00: I already learned it from somewhere else, but the hemorrhag.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: So I said the seifa, zero also auturatio, because I said in the ratio, because I needed it in the ratio.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Yahmut, but if you're gonna tell me that aloy the ratio dafka, the loy de ratio dafka, the loy de seva dafka, if you're gonna tell me that the ratio is not dafka, why?
• 15:15
  SPEAKER_00: Like Raf said, right?
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: Because it's really true, anyways.
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: Because when we say mutter, it's not talking about the Aver, Mutter is talking about the Uber.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: So Akzira, it doesn't make a difference, actually, if you put it back in the body or not, because the Aver could be still hanging out, and the Uber wouldn't make a difference in the Uber.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: This Uber is still gonna be mutter 100%.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna tell me the Echzira in the ratio is not Dafka, and in the Sefa, by the way, it's Lav Dafka Bahla.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: We know that was never needed in the Seifa, because we already learnt it just now and it's somewhere else.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: So Lamalin Lamas nikla, Lamisnaikla.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: So why do I need to say the word echzira bichlaal?
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: Why do I need to say it at all?
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: I understand if you need it in the seifa, so you say it in the raisha as well.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: But we showed you just now that what you don't even need it in the sefa, because we learned it elsewhere.
• 15:49
SPEAKER_00: So, okay, so the only the only possibility is for this to work, as the Gemar just spoke out, is that I need it in the Risha.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_00: How would I need it in the Risha Dafka?
• 15:57
  SPEAKER_00: The like Rav.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: It wouldn't be like Rav, right?
• 15:59
SPEAKER_00: Because you would need it in the Ratha to tell you if it was Mashir, then even the Aver is gonna be Motor.
• 16:02
  SPEAKER_00: Rav said no.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: The Ava's gonna be also a motor show.
• 16:04
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: So if I said it in the ratio, then I understand you said the seva because of the ratio.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: But if I don't need a biklal, because you're gonna tell me that we're working like Rav, and we don't definitely don't need it from the Seifa.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: And Rav says you don't need it in the ratio because the ratio is just saying it because of the sefa, but even the seva you didn't need to say.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: So if I don't need it at all, lama lila, lama lele miss nay claw.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: Why did the Tana Bakhl say the wordziroi?
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: If it's Lav Dokkin about the ratio in the Seifa, Tasha on Rav says the Gemara, Loila Uber.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: Rav could still tell you that Zeroy is talking about the Uber.
• 16:34
  SPEAKER_00: Aye.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: Then why did it say Hziroi?
• 16:37
  SPEAKER_00: Why it doesn't make a difference?
• 16:38
  SPEAKER_00: I don't need it at all.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: If it's talking about the Uber, it does.
• 16:41
  SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_00: Because Uh the Ammar Imnachmann Rayitzak.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna work with something Ramnahmraitzak said.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: Just like Ramnachman Maritzmak said somewhere else, we're about to see it.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about the Makkum Khatach.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about the Makkum Khatah, and that's what it's gonna happen in Afkamina.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: What's what are we talking about?
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: There is a part of the Aver, depending on where it is in its exit of the animal, that it will be an Afkamina if it was Maxirit or not.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: Basically, something that completely left according to Ravi is gonna tell you, it doesn't matter if it ever brought it back in, it's gonna be also mimosh.
• 17:13
SPEAKER_00: Something that was inside the animal, the Uber is gonna be considered uh mutr all day, right?
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: But the part that's mamish in between, it's in the exit, in the exit exactly, I don't know where this place is exactly, but something that's in the exit and it's considered out, but it's also considered in, that will be an Afgamina.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: If it's Maxir, then it's gonna be considered mutter.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: But if it was in Mahsiri at the time of the Shet, and it's still in that place at the time of the Shita, then it's gonna be Yasir.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_00: So that is, you're right.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_00: We need it to say Akzira, but not for the Aver itself.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_00: The Aver itself went out, Zakhtra, it's gonna be a problem, Basab a stay travel is a lot.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: But this part that's in between, if it came back in before the Shita, then it's not gonna be a problem.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be a problem even if Basib est trevalay sidehlu, because it didn't leave the machitas, but it is an afkamina of zero zero, and that's what we're talking about.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemarata Shma Behemah Makshala, so this is a Bryceo.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_00: Very much sounds like the Mishnah, but expands a little bit like Bryce usually do.
• 18:07
  SPEAKER_00: So says the Baiso.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_00: He put out his hand and brought it back in.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: Then you shach to the mother, Mutter it's gonna be Mother Bahilah Shoch de Zimalatka Khzira, Asbahila.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: If you if you shach to the mother and then it pulled the aver back in, it's Asrbachila, right?
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be a ride from here.
• 18:25
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 18:26
SPEAKER_00: Because what do you mean Asabhila?
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: What's As Mahila talking about?
• 18:28
SPEAKER_00: If it's talking about the Uber, the Uber is Motorbachila.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_00: What do I care if it pulled in the Aver or not?
• 18:31
SPEAKER_00: Did it stick out its head?
• 18:32
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: So the Uber is Mutterma Manosha, right?
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: So I just said it's Asir Bahilah Asmahilah must be going on the Aver.
• 18:37
  SPEAKER_00: And we see what?
• 18:37
  SPEAKER_00: Where's it Asma Bahila?
• 18:39
SPEAKER_00: Only if you left it out.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be the right.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: That's what we're gonna come back to.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: But either way it's gonna be Asubakhila.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: So that's the game about Hotsi continues the Isa.
• 18:44
  SPEAKER_00: Hoitsias Yagai Bihathoi.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: If it stuck out its hand and you chopped off the Ava, Shachatisima, and then you shachted the mother.
• 18:52
  SPEAKER_00: Interesting turn of events.
• 18:53
  SPEAKER_00: So Shabochut, Tameva Asr.
• 18:55
SPEAKER_00: What was ready on the outside is gonna be Tameh and Asir.
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: Tame?
• 18:58
  SPEAKER_00: It's Tamas Navela.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: It's Aver and Nachai Vimin Akai is a dinner nabela, then it's gonna be ha it's gonna have Tumas Navela, it's gonna be Asura de I.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: If you Shabashname is something inside, that's taramatter, it's gonna be considered 100% tar and it's gonna be motor.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: Shachh the Sima Bachakh, right?
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: If you schechte the mother and then you chopped it off, so it's stuck out its hand, you schechted the mother, and then you chopped off the avar.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: So in this case, a basar maganavela, the basar is going to be considered maganavela, something that touched an avela.
• 19:24
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: Because the second it's stuck out its hand, and then you killed the mother, then you schech to the mother, that the avar that was outside is considered an avela.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: But the avar is still attached and you only chopped it off after it's stuck after you did the shita.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, this avar that was still attached to the mother after you did the shita is a nevela and it's touching the mother.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: So all the busr of the mother is gonna be considered maga nevela, like it touched a nevela and the vela is tomas nevela.
• 19:49
  SPEAKER_00: That's a remember.
• 19:49
  SPEAKER_00: It says magatrefashkut.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: No, it has it has a din not of Tumas Nivela, but rather the entire busar over here, all the mother, the para and everything, has the din of magatrefashkuta.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_00: This isn't the point over here, so uh we'll get we'll get to the the point we said a second ago.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: But it has the din of magatrefashkutta, something that touched a trefa shuta that uh that is gonna happen afkamine and cutchin.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: But either way, katani mia, what's the what do we need from this, Brian?
• 20:14
SPEAKER_00: So Katani Mia Rachel, Hoitsu Uberis Yodak Zirbachkak Shafazima.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: If the Uber struck out its end and it put it back in, and then you shek to the mother Mutterbachila, it's gonna be Mutterbachila.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: My lava Aver, isn't that talking about the Aver that it's gonna be Mutter Bachila?
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_00: Loy A Uber.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: It's talking about the Uber, Satan knocked it off right away.
• 20:31
  SPEAKER_00: Tama the Uber.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: But here's the real Raya that we mentioned before.
• 20:33
  SPEAKER_00: Sasakamar, really?
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Uber, if it's really talking about the Uber, then the Uber is gonna be Mutter Bachila, then Aimas Sepah.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: Let's see if that works with the sepah Shah the Zima Bakha Zero if you shach to the mother, and then it brought the Aver back in.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: Asr Bahachila, it's gonna be Asr Bahahila the Uber.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_00: If we're talking about what's mutter and usr, it's talking about the Uber itself, then am I Usr?
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: Why is it Asser Bahahila?
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: Why is the Uber Asser Bahilah because the Aver didn't come back in?
• 20:55
SPEAKER_00: My Shnaev, what do I care about the Aver?
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: Let the Aver stay out.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: The point is that the Uber didn't stick out its head, it's considered not Yolla, and it's Nitali De the Shit and the Mother.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: So if the Asr and the Mutr over here is really talking about the A is really talking about the Uber and not the Ever, so why are we saying it's Usr if it didn't, if it wasn't Masir?
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: It very much sounds like we're talking about the Ever.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: The Ever is gonna be Asser because it didn't bring it back in.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: Mashma Ivan brought it back in, it's gonna be Mutr.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: Which is not like Ram.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Kidamar of Nakhun Rayetz, Al Khanami, Lenitzchal Makamchatah.
• 21:25
  SPEAKER_00: Same answer.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: The Ichzira is not talking about the Uber, it's not talking about the it is talking about the Uber.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_00: But it's not talking about the Aver Machlaw, it's talking about the place in between.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be the Nafkamina, but it's not a Kasha.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: So we're Amy, is that true?
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: He came and brought a brass with him.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: The Brice was very cryptic.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: It said, Prasa Hichzir, if it but the prasa's like its leg, it's hoof, right?
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: So if it brought back in its hoof, so it's mass, we're talking about a case where it stuck out its hoof and it brought it back in.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: Prasa hichir, uh oh, then you could eat it.
• 21:58
  SPEAKER_00: Prosite hikzir.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: If it brought back in both its oobs, then a chal.
• 22:02
  SPEAKER_00: You could eat it.
• 22:02
  SPEAKER_00: It's very cryptic.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: So what are we talking about?
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: My love hit surprises, echol prasa.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: Are we talking about that if the animal, this uber inside, stuck out its uh leg and then it brought it back in, then a hole prasa?
• 22:11
SPEAKER_00: You could eat that abor.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: You could eat that aber itself, which is a which is a rain alakarab, sazigamar loi.
• 22:16
  SPEAKER_00: Not what it means.
• 22:16
  SPEAKER_00: Hitzirprasa echal uber.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: If it sticks back in its prasa, then you're gonna be able to eat the uber.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: If we're talking about the uber, what do I care if it brought back in its leg or not?
• 22:25
SPEAKER_00: The uber's gonna be kosher anyways, it's gonna be motor anyways.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: What do we mean when we say hipser?
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about the machum chatah.
• 22:34
  SPEAKER_00: That part in between.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_00: Mammish at the exit, that if he brings it in before the shita, that thing itself is going to be mutter says digimar of the hot shaken la.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: But in the end of the day, this braisa that brought prasa hikzir a half prasois hikzer echal, this braisa is really talking about two psokim, rather two droshas from a pasik.
• 22:54
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 22:55
SPEAKER_00: Because we're darshaning both the word prasa and prose.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_00: The posak says, and behold, isn't the posak that we know already from the last parak, ironically, the him mafres says parsa, vishaisa sha ste prasais.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_00: So it said parsa and prasas.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: We're darshaning both those words.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, since we're darshaning both those words, we have two words over here.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: So we're understanding, says the Gemara, my love, Aver Bah, the Makkum Chatah, aren't we learning two things out of these two words?
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: One is talking about the Avar itself is gonna be mutter, Prasa Hichzer Mutr, Prasois Hichzer Mutr.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_00: So there's two coming to tell me two things.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: Probably one is talking about the Avar itself is gonna be mutter, and one is talking about like Ramnachun Maryitzik said the Makam Chatah is gonna be mutter, says the Gemara, and therefore I have a Ryan like Rav again.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_00: That if you brought back in the Avar, it's gonna be mutter, it's not gonna be also the girl.
• 23:43
  SPEAKER_00: That's not what it's talking about.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_00: You read I have two drushes over here, but it's khad le mokem chatah, le khad le kalut bime para.
• 23:49
SPEAKER_00: The other one is something something totally different.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: What's the din if you have a kosher animal that gives birth to a non-kosher animal?
• 23:57
SPEAKER_00: How do you have such a thing?
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: So if you have a para, let's say, split hooves, chooses cut, very good, gishmach, but let's say a para gives birth to a cow, or we think it's a cow, whatever it is, without split hooves.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: It gives birth to a kalut, which means no split hooves.
• 24:09
  SPEAKER_00: Kalit bime para.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: So it's machlik, it's machleg is between Shimon and the Rabbanan.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, that's where what the Josh is gonna be talking about.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: One is talking about, as we know, Makam Khatah, that place is gonna chap an afimena was mafserate or not.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: Bikal the callet bim para.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: What's shading collab bim para?
• 24:24
  SPEAKER_00: Balib the ribshiman.
• 24:25
SPEAKER_00: This is according to Ribbshiman.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: This is one of the two sheetas.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_00: Dhamma Ribshim and Ribshiman says, Kalat bin para usur.
• 24:33
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_00: Even according to Ribshiman that says it's asr, Hanimili, we qualify that.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: That's only true that Ribshiman says it's gonna be usra this color, since it doesn't have split hooves.
• 24:42
  SPEAKER_00: Hanimilichy Yaswaviran.
• 24:43
SPEAKER_00: That's only if it was born.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_00: It's if it's its own animal, that's where it's gonna be usar if it doesn't have split hooves.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: But if it's in its mother, then it's gonna be mutter, and that's the highzir layhsur that we're talking about.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: The first one, the first drash of prasha we're talking about the machum chatah.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: The next one that we're the next Jusha from here is talking about the colored bimepara, if it was hikzir, yeah, laychr, no, because again, even according to the Shimma that says Asr on his own, if it's Bime Para is gonna be Mutr.
• 25:12
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gamar.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: That was all very nice.
• 25:13
  SPEAKER_00: That was all Rav.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: Rav says aloha, that was the main part for today.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: We asked Kashas, we answered Kashas, right?
• 25:18
  SPEAKER_00: What did Rav say?
• 25:19
SPEAKER_00: Rav said aloha, that if you have, if you have, we know a benpaku is gonna be mutter, as we learnt.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: But if it was maqsir, the Mishnah said if it stuck out its hand, stuck out an aver, pulled it back in, it's gonna be mutter.
• 25:31
  SPEAKER_00: What's mutter?
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: Rav said, the uber is mutter.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_00: But the aver itself, even if it pulled it back in, is gonna be usr.
• 25:37
  SPEAKER_00: That's what Rav said.
• 25:38
SPEAKER_00: Says Gamar, Ula Amraby'aichanan, Ula quotabychanan, and says, no, the Averatsma, Mutr.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: The Aver itself is going to be mutter.
• 25:46
  SPEAKER_00: Not like Rav.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_00: Rav said the Aver itself is gonna be Usr even if it brought it back in.
• 25:49
SPEAKER_00: Rav says the Aver itself is gonna be mutter.
• 25:51
  SPEAKER_00: Deloik Rav.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gamar, I'm a revu, I'm a review the Lula, review the Astulado.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: Then Ram and Shmuel, now we see Shmool also.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_00: Then Ram and Shmool both say that the Aver Atma is gonna be asked, even if it brought it back in.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: Amalei told him, Man nyovlan me after the Ravishmool.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_00: Rav and Shmool, you should know what they mean to me.
• 26:11
SPEAKER_00: They are the greatest of the great.
• 26:12
SPEAKER_00: Who would give me from the offer mamash the dirt by the Kvarim of Rab and Shmuel?
• 26:15
SPEAKER_00: I'll fill my eyes with the dirt from their khvarim.
• 26:17
SPEAKER_00: But even so, Rab and Shmool are so great.
• 26:19
  SPEAKER_00: Allah Rabbichun.
• 26:20
SPEAKER_00: Like I can't do anything about it because I'll tell you what Rabbi Echnan told me.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi Echlan told me that I call Hani Bikhal Basubastay Trevila Sekhlu.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: Everything was included in this Isr, Basubis Day Trevali Seklu, meaning everything we learned from it.
• 26:31
SPEAKER_00: We learned Hilch's Khajim from it over here by Treyflu.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: So we the different things.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: There are all these different things that what was the draw show again?
• 26:36
SPEAKER_00: Anything outside its mechitzah is gonna be Asir.
• 26:39
SPEAKER_00: The sada has no mechitzah so lay seklu, you can't eat it.
• 26:41
SPEAKER_00: So basabish, everything was learned from here, and this pasik again was what?
• 26:45
SPEAKER_00: This was the premise for the aloha of Rav.
• 26:47
SPEAKER_00: That if it left its mechitza the saver, I don't care that it was mahir, it's gonna be usur.
• 26:50
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 26:51
  SPEAKER_00: Because Basabach Trevilay Seklu.
• 26:52
SPEAKER_00: So Sanji Beikhan, and everything was included in this pasuk of Ubasibiste Treval Sekhlu, which was the premise for Rav's aloha.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: But Kesheparducha Kazakhbechatashiyatza Hutza Michael Hazra Asr, when the Pasuk goes out of its way elsewhere, to teach you about a chatas.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_00: Now it went out of its machiza.
• 27:09
  SPEAKER_00: What's its machiza by a chatas?
• 27:10
SPEAKER_00: Hat's kochikadash, so it's machizo is the azara.
• 27:13
SPEAKER_00: So if it goes out of the azara and it comes back in, asir, it's gonna be asar, right?
• 27:17
SPEAKER_00: So sit why does the pasik have to tell me that separately if I already learnt it from where from Basubasty Chavalseh?
• 27:24
SPEAKER_00: We learned it earlier on that on Naman Aleph, right?
• 27:26
SPEAKER_00: So if I already know the salaha, that kochikadashim are gonna be nifsal if they go outside the machitha, which is the azara, I know it from Basubash al Asechu.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_00: Why does the Pasak need to tell me specifically about a Khatas?
• 27:37
  SPEAKER_00: I know this.
• 27:37
SPEAKER_00: By anything that has a machitha, it goes out, it's gonna be a problem.
• 27:39
SPEAKER_00: Whatever you want to apply that to.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_00: So why does the Pasik have to tell me specifically by Kojikadashim?
• 27:44
SPEAKER_00: So it must be, it's telling you that, that the Torah Dafkur told you this is true, that it's gonna be Asur, even if it comes back in by a chattas.
• 27:54
SPEAKER_00: Avocal me lee, but everything else that has a machithah, you can't bring it out of the machitza, but if it comes back in, came in the Hadr, Shari.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_00: If it comes back in, it's gonna be motur.
• 28:02
SPEAKER_00: And that's why I say, Caesar Bechnan, that if the Aver goes out of the machithah, as long as it comes back in, it's gonna be mutter.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: Why is it different than anything else?
• 28:10
SPEAKER_00: Because by a chatas, the Tariq told you specifically over there it's gonna be a problem even if it comes back in.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: Mashmah, these other places where machitah needs machitz and it can't leave its machitz, that's true, it's gonna be a problem outside the machitza.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_00: But if it comes back in, it's gonna be mutter.
• 28:25
SPEAKER_00: That's why Bechnan says Delai Karab and the Lai Khmu.
• 28:30
SPEAKER_00: What's in this possible division?
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: Since we find by Mays Sushani and Bikurim Sha'afalpisha Khutz mechitzh, even though Maysh Maestrus Shane and Bikurim left their machitzah where they're supposed to be, where is that?
• 28:44
SPEAKER_00: So since we know that Maïshani and Bikurim, even though they left their machitza, the chazr, if you bring them back in, Yirushalaimutar and it's gonna be Mutra.
• 28:52
  SPEAKER_00: There's no Psulya, I'd say.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_00: So Yochal Af Zechan, so I would think also Basar.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_00: Baser Bestay Trevalzech, I would think even Basir that left its mechitza, it's going to be just like that.
• 29:01
SPEAKER_00: That if it comes back in, it's gonna be mutter.
• 29:03
  SPEAKER_00: Tamulaimar Trefa.
• 29:04
  SPEAKER_00: No, it's still Trefa.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_00: If it comes back in, it's gonna be a problem.
• 29:08
  SPEAKER_00: What is that?
• 29:08
SPEAKER_00: What's the Josh over here?
• 29:09
SPEAKER_00: Amarabba Rabba said, Kit Trefa.
• 29:11
SPEAKER_00: It has the dinama trefa.
• 29:12
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 29:13
  SPEAKER_00: What's the point?
• 29:13
SPEAKER_00: Ma trefa came in shinitrapa.
• 29:15
  SPEAKER_00: Shove einloh heter.
• 29:16
  SPEAKER_00: Just like a trefa.
• 29:16
SPEAKER_00: Once it becomes a trefa, it doesn't have a heter.
• 29:18
SPEAKER_00: There's no way to be metara trefa, right?
• 29:20
SPEAKER_00: Once it becomes a trefa, you find it ripped up in a field, you can't just shachan and it's gonna be okay.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_00: There's no absolutely no way to come back from being a trevah shove in the heter.
• 29:27
SPEAKER_00: Av basar came in chihatza, chutza mechitasa.
• 29:29
SPEAKER_00: So so too, this is like a trefa that once it goes out of its machitha the butter, shov einloy heter.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_00: There's no more heter anymore.
• 29:36
  SPEAKER_00: Meaning what?
• 29:37
SPEAKER_00: Even if it comes back in, I don't care.
• 29:39
  SPEAKER_00: There's no heter.
• 29:40
SPEAKER_00: Coming back in is not gonna help things, and therefore it's still gonna be usr.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_00: Says the gimmara tiuftah, theuftah there's a clear tiuftah, there's a bona fide raya against Ulah, really against Rabbi'hana.
• 29:50
SPEAKER_00: Ula was quoted quoting Rabbi'hana, and a raya to who?
• 29:52
SPEAKER_00: A raya to rab and shmo that says, Basir is different.
• 29:56
SPEAKER_00: Baser, if it comes back in, still gonna be usar.
• 29:58
SPEAKER_00: The Ava that stuck its hand out, no to no takana.
• 30:01
  SPEAKER_00: It's like a tref.
• 30:02
SPEAKER_00: Just like trefer doesn't have a taqana uh a takana, so too, if it brought its hand back in, it's still going to be usur.
• 30:07
SPEAKER_00: Says Gammar Amar Mar, just to close up with one thing we said, that Lufish Matina Ma Masashana Mikurim, since we find my Master Shane Mikurim, that even if they left Yerushalaim, which is their machitha, they could come back in and you could eat them, it's gonna be fine.
• 30:18
SPEAKER_00: Heikhan Matsina, where do we find that?
• 30:19
  SPEAKER_00: The Pasik says, right?
• 30:25
SPEAKER_00: So this is a famous pasik, as it relates to Maysushani.
• 30:27
SPEAKER_00: So this Pasuk says, You're not letting Maya Sushani Bisharacha, meaning in your towns, in Tom's River, whatever it is.
• 30:33
  SPEAKER_00: You can't eat a Bisharachu.
• 30:34
SPEAKER_00: You have to eat it in your shalim.
• 30:36
SPEAKER_00: Okay, which teaches me, Bisharachu Dalai Seychel.
• 30:39
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to eat it at Bisharachu, where you live.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_00: In random uh in random place, the Avo Yatsu chutzmikasm, meaning you can eat it in your shalim.
• 30:45
SPEAKER_00: But if it left, the machita left your salah in Bachr, but it went back in, it's not Bisharachu.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_00: It's not in your own town.
• 30:51
SPEAKER_00: It's in the end of the day, it's in your shalim if it came back in, and if it came back in, then Mutarn it's gonna be mutter.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_00: So we see my Sashaney and Bikurim that if it comes back in, it's going to be mutter.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_00: Unlike the Din by busser, which we saw Raya against Ulanar Bachan, a riot to Rab and Shmuel, like we started off with today, that a Aver, the busr, if it goes out, that's it, done.
• 31:10
SPEAKER_00: Even if it comes back in, it's still going to be a problem.
• 31:13
  SPEAKER_00: Good job.
