⚡SILVER & Gold Investor⚡- THIS is STUNNING- (BIG News for Gold and Silver Prices) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:00
Confusion and volatility rule the day in the silver and gold
• 0:05
  market. Probably some frustration as
• 0:07
well. The gold and silver price are
• 0:10
taking it on the chin this morning.
• 0:12
But we're going to look at the reasons why that is happening
• 0:15
and more importantly, the reasons why we invest in silver
• 0:19
and gold. We need a good reminder right
• 0:22
now, Volatility. The prices of the precious
• 0:25
  metals have always been volatile.
• 0:28
Silver is a widowmaker. Silver will put you in your
• 0:34
place. OK, so when we have moves,
• 0:38
imagine like this morning, there's a move in the silver
• 0:40
market to 2 1/2 percent. If that were to happen to the
• 0:44
Dow Jones Industrial Average, all those, all those talking
• 0:48
heads on CNBC would be crying and everything else.
• 0:52
The volatility is a natural part of this market.
• 0:55
The confusion, and there's a lot of volatility and confusion in
• 0:59
the precious metals markets. They're feeling their way
• 1:02
through what is a very difficult period of time, which will be
• 1:07
coming at us. Let's go take a look at the
• 1:09
headline now. This was from yesterday, but it
• 1:12
gives us an idea about what's going on today.
• 1:15
Yesterday CNBC was saying that gold advances as inflation data
• 1:22
fuels a Fed rate, Fed fuels Fed rate cut optimism.
• 1:26
So let's go out and take a look at the CME Fedwatch tool to see
• 1:32
what they're predicting. Now this was yesterday's data
• 1:36
where there was a 98% chance of 1/4 quarter point rate cut.
• 1:41
Next Wednesday when Jerome Powell makes his big
• 1:44
announcement. Let's update this and see if
• 1:48
things have changed and why things have changed and why the
• 1:51
gold and silver market. No, we're still at a 98% chance
• 1:55
of a rate cut. So let's take a look at this
• 1:59
piece of data that came out this morning.
• 2:02
Wrong one. We'll come back to that one.
• 2:05
We got producer price inflation that came in red hot in
• 2:08
November. Yesterday was the consumer price
• 2:12
inflation number. Today was the producer price.
• 2:15
Producer prices came in higher than expected.
• 2:18
But on top of that, guys, it is so critical that we understand
• 2:23
all this confusion, all these, all these conflicting data
• 2:27
points as we're living in this fantasy island, fantasy world
• 2:32
economy, bubble gum, duct tape fantasy world, OK, Fiat money
• 2:37
make believe, debt driven world. Gold and silver are going to
• 2:43
make sense of it. Oh yes, and we are going to talk
• 2:45
about $43,000 gold like the thumbnail said.
• 2:49
And that is a real possibility. I'll stand by that till the
• 2:54
very, very end. And it's all based on simple
• 2:57
  math. We'll, we'll take a look at
• 2:59
that. But as we look at other data
• 3:01
that came in today, so we know inflation's up, but then we got
• 3:05
this piece of data, jobless claims explode higher in the
• 3:10
first week of December. Now the number of Americans
• 3:14
filing for jobless benefits for the first time jumped
• 3:17
significantly last week that during what is supposed to be a
• 3:22
  seasonal, seasonal high hiring period.
• 3:26
Remember that back in the old days before Amazon when the the
• 3:30
jobs numbers would go up because all the retailers would hire a
• 3:33
bunch of, are there even any retailers left anymore?
• 3:37
So let's make a little sense of this.
• 3:40
Let's go look at the US dollar and then let's take a look at
• 3:44
all these data points. Jobless claims, PPI, we have got
• 3:49
a rate cut from the ECB. We got to talk about that.
• 3:52
But put it all together and talk about the reasons why it means
• 3:56
we are OK with silver and gold. Don't forget volatility cuts
• 4:02
both ways, but this is probably temporarily the biggest reason
• 4:08
why right now gold and silver are getting clobbered and wrong
• 4:13
one. Hold on here, where did it go?
• 4:17
Did I lose it? Nope, there it is, the US dollar
• 4:20
  index. This my friends.
• 4:24
Now the dollar. Look at the dollar is moving.
• 4:27
Let's let's look at the one day chart here.
• 4:30
The dollar is moving rather dramatically.
• 4:33
I mean, look at this. I mean, these are big moves in
• 4:35
the dollar, but if we look at a 5 day chart of the DXY dollar
• 4:40
index, as you can see, I mean we got all the way down to one O
• 4:44
5.5 on probably Friday, yes, Friday of last week.
• 4:50
And now we're all the way back to one O 6.5 when the when the
• 4:54
dollar index goes up as of late, the price of gold and silver go
• 5:00
down. We know the big picture, the
• 5:02
DXY. You can see the abbreviation for
• 5:05
it there. It's just a comparison of the
• 5:08
United States and all of their allies.
• 5:12
Fake Fiat make believe paper currencies.
• 5:15
It's been 4 days, so I want to quickly remind you of something
• 5:19
that's very critical, and we're going to talk about this more in
• 5:22
a little bit. But someday us basement
• 5:27
dwellers, excuse me, will be famous.
• 5:30
Hold on here, Hold on. Got a little technical problem.
• 5:35
OK, We'll be famous for having pointed this out.
• 5:38
Well, we'll leave it right there.
• 5:39
That's about where the US dollar index is right now.
• 5:43
If you see my yellow arrow, as you can tell, there has been in
• 5:47
the last what, 4550 years, hardly any time period where the
• 5:52
dollar, and this is the dollar in, in relative terms has been
• 5:57
higher than where it is right now.
• 6:00
And to prove to you, prove to you undeniably that is that
• 6:05
they'll say, oh, the dollar's strong, the dollar's doing
• 6:07
great. The dollar right now is as
• 6:10
strong as basic it's been at any other time in 50 years.
• 6:14
So if we go all the way back here to 1985 when the dollar
• 6:18
index was about where it is right now, about one O 6, one O
• 6:22
7, and they'll tell you, well, the dollars just as strong now
• 6:27
as it was in 1985. This shows you how in real
• 6:31
terms, the value of the dollar is gone down.
• 6:33
Because, you know, if you took that same $100 bill today to the
• 6:39
grocery store that you could have taken in 1985 to the
• 6:43
grocery store, you might get what, a third, half, probably a
• 6:48
third of the number of groceries today that you could have gotten
• 6:53
in 1985 with that same $100 bill.
• 6:56
Yet according to this DXY measure, the dollars at the same
• 7:01
level. So let's talk about all of this
• 7:05
and put it together and talk about a big warning, OK?
• 7:09
And well, let's first let's talk and put it all together.
• 7:11
We got producer price index, inflation up, CPI index up,
• 7:17
employment numbers not looking so good first time unemployment
• 7:22
numbers, Whoa, whoa, whoa. We've got something very
• 7:25
interesting to talk about basement dwellers, when the
• 7:30
inflation numbers are going up and these are the official
• 7:34
numbers that we're getting from the Bureau of Labor and
• 7:37
Statistics, They're telling us that inflation is picking back
• 7:41
up and and they're telling us the jobless claims are on the
• 7:46
rise. When you have inflation and a
• 7:50
slowing economy, what do you get?
• 7:52
Mix it all together and what do you get?
• 7:55
You get stagflation, right? And people, we've not been
• 8:00
talking about it as much. And especially the mainstream
• 8:03
media, they haven't been talking about it as much.
• 8:06
  But what happens during stagflation?
• 8:10
You know, do I need to remind you, right?
• 8:13
Maybe you're not old enough to remember the 1970s and the
• 8:17
  1970s. Gold and silver skyrocketed
• 8:20
because there's no other the, the, the, the list of of, and
• 8:26
this is happening in China right now.
• 8:28
When the list of attractive investment options gets narrowed
• 8:33
down, down, down, right, stocks aren't going to look good.
• 8:37
The stock market, guys, the stock market's in a bubble.
• 8:40
Who's going to buy residential real estate is an investment
• 8:43
right now. It's in a bubble.
• 8:46
I spit under my microphone. I apologize.
• 8:49
So who's going to who wants to buy bonds, right?
• 8:52
We know that there's this massive debt problem in the
• 8:54
world is that becomes clearer and clearer to more and more
• 8:59
people, right? They will move to gold and
• 9:01
silver and we will likely see the gold and silver prices
• 9:05
absolutely skyrocket and it in a world where we've got interest
• 9:10
rates being cut, right? What did we hear this morning?
• 9:13
See if I can get this. Here we go.
• 9:16
The ECB, the European Central Bank today cut rates as
• 9:20
expected. The euro tumbles after reference
• 9:24
  to restrictive policy is dropped.
• 9:26
Europe is a major, major economic trouble right now.
• 9:30
Germany is doing horribly. I don't think France is doing
• 9:33
well, says as expected. The ECB cut rates to the by the
• 9:37
bare minimum avoiding fit of A50 basis point cut with some people
• 9:43
thought might happen when Europe's economy is and
• 9:46
freefall, even though inflation remains sticky.
• 9:52
Again, there it is right in front of us right there economy
• 9:58
is in freefall, but inflation is sticky.
• 10:02
Guys, we are going into a stagflation.
• 10:06
The hens are coming home to roost and it is going to be a
• 10:10
glorious period of time for those of us we who've invested
• 10:16
in precious metals. Stagflation is absolutely,
• 10:20
absolutely the most fertile soil that you could ever ask for, for
• 10:25
the prices of the precious metals.
• 10:28
So warning, I'm going to give you a warning and then we're
• 10:31
going to go talk about $43,000 gold.
• 10:34
And so get your pencils out and your paper and your calculators
• 10:37
because we're going to talk about it's real.
• 10:40
You may not like it that I'd say things like that.
• 10:43
I believe in, I believe in $300.00 silver.
• 10:46
I believe in $43,000 gold. Heck, I believe in $10 million
• 10:51
gold. And we'll talk about that.
• 10:52
But but first big warning or it it dawned on me this morning,
• 10:58
you know, sometimes things just come to you like are we, are we
• 11:01
in? Are we set up, being set up for
• 11:03
a major free, free fall in 2025? Because right now all the
• 11:11
expert, everybody's so excited that Donald Trump was elected
• 11:15
president, right? The business leaders are
• 11:18
  excited. Everything's great, everything's
• 11:20
wonderful. The stock market is near at or
• 11:24
near all time highs. Everything is super high
• 11:28
expectations. Everything is baked in right
• 11:32
now, right? It's already adjusted for what
• 11:35
is apparently going to be this new euphoric period of time that
• 11:41
we're going to live in once Donald Trump becomes president.
• 11:44
But what they're talking about doing, right, cutting major
• 11:47
expenses, making massive changes, could create a lot of
• 11:52
turmoil. Are we set up right?
• 11:55
Think about it, the stock market at all time highs, real estate
• 11:58
market at all time highs. Remember what we talked about
• 12:01
with the Chinese, right? Like at some point it is all
• 12:05
these things start falling apart and as people start thinking,
• 12:08
wow, where am I going to put my money?
• 12:12
I always have to bring it back to gold and silver.
• 12:14
I believe it'll be gold and silver.
• 12:17
Even gold prices are at or near all time high.
• 12:20
What's the one thing that's not at our crypto?
• 12:24
I've almost forgot everything. Does that make sense?
• 12:27
Like right now, everybody's so excited that Trump got elected
• 12:31
as president. So we got a stock market through
• 12:34
the roof. You get everything's through the
• 12:36
roof. It's all priced in right.
• 12:39
The markets are forward-looking and, and, and, and so when
• 12:43
reality sets in, right, that, that, and, and I'm not making
• 12:49
any kind of political statement here.
• 12:52
I'm just, I'm just assessing risk.
• 12:54
You don't come here for me to say everything's awesome,
• 12:57
  everything's great because it's not.
• 12:59
They've got major challenges ahead of them.
• 13:02
What Vivac and Elon are talking about doing.
• 13:04
These are major issues. So when reality sets in and,
• 13:09
and, and you know, look, if the market, everything remains the
• 13:13
same, Donald Trump's going to be put into office with an all time
• 13:16
high stock market, all time high cryptos, Bitcoin and everything
• 13:21
else, all time highs, real estate at all time highs.
• 13:25
The bond market hasn't really adjusted to reality.
• 13:29
I think potentially, potentially, I just want to make
• 13:32
you aware that we could be in for some very, very crazy times.
• 13:37
And Oh my gosh, I almost forgot this is, this is, this is
• 13:40
critical as we're talking about the stagflationary environment
• 13:45
and inflation taking off, right? Jobless claims went up, right?
• 13:49
The economy, I don't know who knows, right?
• 13:51
It's, it's so fake right now. But if we go into an A
• 13:55
stagflationary environment where we have inflation, right, and a
• 13:59
  slowing economy, think about this.
• 14:02
When it comes to inflation, the interest rate cuts that that the
• 14:07
Fed has done to this point, it there's a lag effect, it takes
• 14:11
six months to 18 months when they raise rates.
• 14:14
It takes 6 to 18 months for that to really have its impact on the
• 14:18
economy. When they cut rates, it's the
• 14:21
same thing. So as inflation is already
• 14:24
ticking up right now, we haven't really even begun to feel the
• 14:28
full impact of the rate cuts that they've already done.
• 14:31
And we're talking about cutting rates again next week.
• 14:34
So nonetheless, all right, let's go.
• 14:38
Let's go talk about $43,000 gold.
• 14:40
Let's do the basic math. And we're going to go to the
• 14:43
Silver Academy for this one where we read that.
• 14:50
OK, here we are. Gold's historic bowl runs
• 14:54
charting a path to $43,254 per oz gold amongst geopolitical
• 15:02
tensions and uncertainty. Oh boy, I almost forgot.
• 15:05
Guys, let's get a dose of reality here.
• 15:08
Let's check on the gold and silver price.
• 15:10
I know today is not a good day. Remember volatility?
• 15:13
This is not updated. Let's see.
• 15:16
OK, Silver's down $0.57. Earlier it was down $0.80, so
• 15:21
we'll keep an eye on this and see how it does.
• 15:24
Hey, if you waited till today to buy yourself some gold and
• 15:27
silver, congratulations, you're getting a better deal.
• 15:31
I might recommend that you consider checking out Pin Backs.
• 15:34
They're an online bullion dealer and they are sponsor of Ron's
• 15:38
  Basement. I've worked with them.
• 15:40
I worked with them buying silver before they sponsored the
• 15:44
  channel. I get overwhelmingly positive
• 15:47
response from everyone in our community.
• 15:50
The brothers that own the company or both Cpas, very high
• 15:54
quality people. I feel privileged number one
• 15:57
that they sponsor the channel, but they also help our community
• 16:01
get more metal for their money because their prices and compare
• 16:04
them for yourself are ultra competitive.
• 16:07
Compare them to the big online bullion dealers in particular
• 16:11
and I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised.
• 16:14
They always have a great selection and they're a company
• 16:17
that you can trust. I like I said, I hear over and
• 16:20
over from everyone in the community how happy they are
• 16:23
with Pmbec. So thank you Pmbecs for
• 16:25
sponsoring Ron's basement. Oh yeah, and the gold price
• 16:31
  $2687.00. Not too bad.
• 16:34
Let's go check out this 43,000. How do we get to $43,000 gold
• 16:40
and are we crazy? No, I believe that it absolutely
• 16:43
is in the cards during my lifetime.
• 16:45
OK. And it's going to be it's going
• 16:49
to be a a fun rise. So let's look at the previous
• 16:52
big bowl runs in the gold price. Remember, we just this is 1970.
• 16:59
Make sure I got everybody on the right page, which we do.
• 17:02
  This is 1970 to 19 eighty 1971 to 1980.
• 17:07
We just talked about it during that period.
• 17:10
OK, here, I'm going to Draw Something on here for you guys.
• 17:13
This was the stag, the big S, the big S word.
• 17:20
Wow, that's pretty good. This period right here, 1971 to
• 17:25
1980 gold went from like what, 35 bucks to, I don't know, 800
• 17:29
bucks here. We can we'll go down here and
• 17:31
read what he says. 1970 started at 35 when as high as $850 per
• 17:38
oz. It went up 23 times guys, 2300%
• 17:46
during that period because of stagflation.
• 17:48
I'm going to yell at you for a minute.
• 17:52
My mom used to always say to me, I got to get this through your
• 17:55
thick skull. Apparently I have a thick skull.
• 17:57
Maybe you do as well. OK, it went up 24X23X during
• 18:03
  that period because of stagflation.
• 18:06
OK, I'm going to get up and I got to jump around because,
• 18:09
guys, all the conditions that created that massive run from
• 18:14
1971 to 1980 are all in place now.
• 18:19
Plus we've got even more conditions in place and the
• 18:22
conditions that are in place are more extreme now.
• 18:27
OK? So that can happen again, but
• 18:29
we're not going to go that high. We're not.
• 18:31
We're going to dial it back. Let's dial it back here a
• 18:33
second, OK? The next run that you can see
• 18:38
was from 1999, right after the tech bubble burst through 2011,
• 18:43
during which the gold price went from here.
• 18:46
We'll get rid of that went from what was it like $235 up to
• 18:52
almost $2000.00. So we'll do a quick history
• 18:55
lesson. The 1971, the price surge was
• 18:58
driven by high inflation, political turmoil, energy
• 19:01
  crisis, and economic instability.
• 19:03
The second gold bowl run. Let's focus on that.
• 19:06
That wasn't so long ago. Oh, and by the way, during that
• 19:10
period from from about 2000 to 2011, the silver price went up
• 19:16
  like 10X from under $5 to $50.00.
• 19:19
But during that period, the gold price did climb by six 7 * 657%.
• 19:27
This bull run coincided with several major events
• 19:31
includingthe.com bubble burst. Rather, think about the tech
• 19:36
stocks now, which are valued more highly right from any
• 19:41
metric than they were duringthe.com bubble burst 911
• 19:46
and the GFC. The price increase was fueled by
• 19:50
economic uncertainties, loose monetary policies and growing
• 19:54
concerns about the US global debt levels.
• 20:00
OK, the US growing debt levels, Hold on, Let's just make sure I
• 20:05
got you guys on the right screen, which I do.
• 20:08
Let's go take a look at this. Do we have growing U.S. debt
• 20:12
levels? No, no, that was during that.
• 20:16
We're talking about 2000. Let's do The Time Machine here.
• 20:20
Let's go back to the So right now, the US national debts at 36
• 20:23
  trillion. Where was it?
• 20:25
If we do The Time Machine and go back to the year 2000, Whoa, I
• 20:30
didn't realize 5 trillion. OK, this is the year 2000 up
• 20:36
here in the right corner. the US national debt was $5 trillion.
• 20:41
We actually apparently had a federal budget surplus at that
• 20:47
point. See, it was green, $370 billion.
• 20:52
  Wow. OK, very interesting, very
• 20:55
interesting. How do I get back-to-back to the
• 20:58
  mothership? There's the mothership.
• 21:00
OK, All right. I'm going to show you the
• 21:04
$43,000 gold right now. OK, so now the gold market has
• 21:10
indeed entered a new phase after a period of consolidation from
• 21:13
2011 to 2024. It goes through all the reasons
• 21:18
that we talked about on a regular basis.
• 21:20
But here here's here's the third bull run takes gold to $43,254
• 21:27
  per oz. It's just math.
• 21:29
The current gold price, this was as of yesterday about 2700.
• 21:34
The gold prices can be volatile given the current price of 2700.
• 21:38
We're going to calculate the potential here.
• 21:41
We'll go down here and again, OK, The first gold bull run, the
• 21:47
percentage increase was 2300%. The second bull run was 657%.
• 21:55
You add those together and get the average and the average of
• 21:59
those two numbers of those last two major gold bull runs is
• 22:04
1500%. If you multiply that right times
• 22:09
2717, which was the gold price yesterday, OK, you will get 43.
• 22:16
So if we have an average return in the coming, let's say 10
• 22:21
years, five years, 15 years, however long it takes, if we get
• 22:25
an average return based upon the last two gold bull markets
• 22:30
starting from where we are yesterday in the gold price,
• 22:33
that would result in a gold price of 43,000.
• 22:36
I know it sounds absurd, absurd. That would be if we have massive
• 22:42
devaluation in the US dollar. That would be if if the US
• 22:46
  national debt continues to climb.
• 22:50
And as we just saw from 2000 to 2024, that has been the case.
• 22:55
But what about silver? The silver price?
• 22:58
If you calculate the silver price at a 60 to one gold to
• 23:01
silver ratio based off the $43,000 potential gold price,
• 23:08
you would get $720.90 for the gold price.
• 23:15
Let's go out and do an update on the silver and gold price
• 23:19
because today is a very volatile day now.
• 23:22
Silver down $0.78 guys, it is moving everywhere.
• 23:27
Remember, volatility is part of the game, part of what we deal
• 23:31
with Ray. We're going to talk about Ray
• 23:33
Dalio, who's who's saying that you should buy gold over
• 23:38
  Bitcoin. Yes, that Ray Dalio.
• 23:40
Let's talk about him and then we'll talk about this invasion
• 23:44
of, of, of like minivan sized drones that nobody knows where
• 23:50
they're coming from. There's AUS politician on the
• 23:53
record saying that he thinks it's coming from an Iranian
• 23:56
mothership that's like hovering off the east.
• 23:59
  I don't know, it's all very interesting.
• 24:02
But let's talk about what Ray Dalio says about gold and
• 24:05
Bitcoin because we need some good news this morning.
• 24:08
First, who is Ray Dalio? Let me get that pulled up.
• 24:14
Why do we want to listen to Ray Dalio?
• 24:16
Ray Dalio is the founder of Bridgewater Associates, which is
• 24:19
like one of the biggest hedge funds in the world.
• 24:22
He is worth $14 billion. So he's a multi, multi
• 24:28
billionaire. What I find interesting about
• 24:31
Ray is this, he grew up in a middle class Long Island
• 24:35
neighborhood and started playing the markets at age 12, OK.
• 24:39
And he basically started his company and built it on his own
• 24:46
out of a 2 bedroom apartment in New York City.
• 24:48
So this guy wasn't handed hundreds of thousands, millions
• 24:52
or billions of dollars. He earned $14 billion, which
• 24:56
tells me he knows how to read markets.
• 24:59
He knows how to to see what is really going on out there.
• 25:03
And here's an interesting piece and we're going to talk about
• 25:07
why Ray is saying gold is good and Bitcoin maybe not so good.
• 25:13
This comes from Kitco and Ernest Hoffman.
• 25:15
Bitcoin remains a speculative vehicle and won't work as a
• 25:20
reserve. I prefer gold by our friend Ray
• 25:24
Dalio. Let's listen to his reasons why.
• 25:27
Excuse me, reasons why he's saying that.
• 25:30
Hold on. Let's all have a quick sip of
• 25:31
coffee and we'll get right into this article.
• 25:39
OK, even with Bitcoin trading above 100K and crypto friendly
• 25:43
US administration taking office, legendary investor in
• 25:47
Bridgewater associate founder Ray Dalio still chooses gold.
• 25:52
He says, Quote, I have a small percentage of My Portfolio in
• 25:55
crypto, he said in a recent interview with Investopedia
• 25:59
editor editor in cheap club silver Quote, I prefer gold.
• 26:05
Dalio added that his exposure to both crypto and precious metals
• 26:10
is driven by the necessity of holding alternative forms of
• 26:14
money. Dalio said he chooses gold as
• 26:20
the premier alternative currency because he believes crypto still
• 26:25
faces unique challenges. Right, 'cause we're getting
• 26:28
bombarded like all of a sudden the world has become crypto
• 26:32
crazy after Donald Trump got elected as president.
• 26:36
And, and it's kind of cast a shadow over the gold and silver
• 26:39
market. So when Ray Dalio gives us his
• 26:42
reasons why he prefers gold and silver over crypto, we're going
• 26:49
to pay attention, he said. The reason I'm concerned about
• 26:51
crypto is privacy. The government knows exactly
• 26:55
what you've got, where it is, and it's also an and also an
• 26:59
effective way of taxing it. Dalio said while Bitcoin has
• 27:05
merit to it, the number one crypto has yet to fully prove
• 27:08
  itself. He's also unconvinced that
• 27:11
Bitcoin is a tried and true hedge against inflation, while
• 27:17
gold has a 5000 year track record as a hedge against
• 27:21
  inflation. Right.
• 27:23
I'm sure you've probably heard thousands of times that it's
• 27:26
been valuable for thousands of years that the same one ounce
• 27:31
gold coin that today would buy a very expensive men's suit, that
• 27:37
same gold coin would have bought a very expensive men's garment
• 27:41
suit. Whatever they wore 1000 years
• 27:43
ago, 3000 years ago, gold and silver are the ultimate forms of
• 27:49
of protection against inflation. And Ray Dalio saying he's not
• 27:53
convinced that crypto has proven that the reliability of crypto
• 27:58
in terms of, let's say, does it correlate with inflation?
• 28:01
Does it correlate with those things?
• 28:03
No, it doesn't really not Well, it's still largely a speculative
• 28:08
vehicle. He added that unlike gold,
• 28:10
Bitcoin probably won't become a major reserve currency anytime
• 28:17
soon. He says quote, it's not likely
• 28:20
to be a reserve for a currency. It won't work here.
• 28:24
Gold, I forgot to highlight. This is the highlight of the
• 28:27
highlights. Gold is still the third largest
• 28:31
reserve currency, the US dollar, the euro and gold and then
• 28:35
Japanese yen. So I prefer gold.
• 28:38
All right. And then I found it interesting.
• 28:40
I'll show you guys this on Forbes.
• 28:43
They have a list I want. I said, I wonder where he
• 28:45
compares as a billionaire. I have no idea.
• 28:49
Look at this. This is a list on Forbes.
• 28:51
It's a real time list of the world's richest men.
• 28:55
OK, the real time billionaires list.
• 28:58
Look at Elon Musk. We talk about him a lot.
• 29:01
He has a net worth of $433 billion dollars.
• 29:07
Jeff Bezos right behind him at 243.
• 29:10
I didn't realize Larry Ellison, 200 and these guys have hundreds
• 29:14
of billions of dollars. But when you look at Elon Musk,
• 29:18
I want to compare him to the silver market because Elon is
• 29:23
running these industries right. Space, solar, electric vehicles,
• 29:29
the name, a few AI that all are silver intensive.
• 29:33
Do you realize the last data that I saw show that the entire
• 29:37
silver mining industry. I want you to look at this
• 29:39
  number. Let me circle it.
• 29:41
Elon Musk, I mean, that's absurd.
• 29:43
He's going to be a trillionaire soon.
• 29:45
Has $433 billion. The entire silver mining
• 29:51
industry, the entire entire, all the silver miners added
• 29:55
  together. I've heard 19 billion.
• 29:57
I've heard like 30 billion. Whatever it is, Elon Musk could
• 30:02
buy the entire silver mining industry like 20 * / 15 times
• 30:09
over. It is absolutely crazy to look
• 30:12
  at those numbers. Let's go.
• 30:14
Since we're on Bitcoin, let's just talk quickly here about El
• 30:18
Salvador, who's been making the news a lot.
• 30:22
First, let's talk about because El Salvador was this big deal
• 30:26
about they were moving to Bitcoin, blah, blah, blah.
• 30:29
Well, listen to this now, El Salvador, this is breaking news.
• 30:33
This is a crazy El Salvador eyes a $3 trillion gold mine beneath
• 30:40
its soil. This comes from Newsweek and
• 30:44
three trillion. Hold on here, you on the right.
• 30:47
Are we in technical problems? Yes, we are.
• 30:49
There we go. Sorry about that guys.
• 30:54
There it is. El Salvador, $3 trillion gold
• 30:56
mine beneath its soil. This is a lot of gold, OK And
• 31:03
they because they had banned all metal mining, OK, because of
• 31:06
  environmental reasons and everything else.
• 31:09
And then we know what went on with them and Bitcoin.
• 31:11
But listen to this, because President Naive Bukili is now
• 31:15
calling for a reversal of the landmark ban, claiming that
• 31:19
beneath the country's fertile soil lies an untapped fortune.
• 31:23
According to Bukili, the small Central American nation sits
• 31:27
atop an estimated 3 trillion in unmined gold reserves, a
• 31:32
potential jackpot that could radically transform El
• 31:36
Salvador's financial future. Now El Salvador's interesting
• 31:42
because because now we also know that El Salvador, let's go to
• 31:49
this headline, Bitcoin is having a Bitcoin retreat, OK?
• 31:57
El Salvador is reportedly in talks to scale backs its use of
• 32:02
Bitcoin as legal tender and a reserve asset so that they can
• 32:07
secure a $1.3 billion loan from the IMF.
• 32:13
There's a lot going on in El Salvador.
• 32:15
They have 3 trillion in, in, in, in gold underneath their soil.
• 32:21
They're this country that supposedly, let's get this.
• 32:24
I need to look you in the eye for this one.
• 32:26
El Salvador has $3 trillion of gold in their soil, according to
• 32:29
their president. They are also this country that
• 32:32
was like the first to like completely adopt Bitcoin.
• 32:35
Although when I understand only like 1% of financial
• 32:39
transactions in El Salvador are actually conducted in Bitcoin.
• 32:43
Don't quote me on that, that might be wrong.
• 32:45
That just popped into my mind. And then on top of that, this
• 32:49
country that's becoming rich on Bitcoin is going to the IMF to
• 32:53
borrow 1.3 a billion dollars right when supposedly they have
• 32:59
like 3000 times as much in gold underneath their soil and they
• 33:03
own a bunch of Bitcoin which is at an all time high.
• 33:06
Does this does any of this make sense?
• 33:08
It gets even more bizarre when we hear about guys apparently
• 33:13
like off New Jersey, there are drones the size of minivans that
• 33:18
are like hovering above people's houses.
• 33:21
It's becoming very bizarre. We even have AUS politician
• 33:25
  who's saying that it's might be like there's like it's let's go.
• 33:29
I'll go out to the article. If this is crazy, very crazy.
• 33:35
Hold on. I got to find it now.
• 33:37
Here we go. OK, we'll come back to this.
• 33:40
We'll come down to this in a second.
• 33:41
Let's read the headline, though, because But the Pentagon denies
• 33:45
a congressman's claim of an Iranian mothership launching
• 33:52
drones off the US coast. Now, the US, the, the, the, the
• 33:56
US government denies that this is the case.
• 34:00
But they're also saying that they're not military drones.
• 34:02
We don't know where these drones are coming from.
• 34:05
OK, That was who? Anyway, she says they're not
• 34:09
military drones. That's the press, Defense
• 34:11
Department briefing. OK, if it's not Iran, a foreign
• 34:17
entity or the US military, that would leave the people are like,
• 34:21
what is going on? Because guys, apparently these
• 34:24
are like big drones, like the size of cars.
• 34:27
And people are saying they're like hovering above.
• 34:29
That'd be like if you went outside your house and suddenly
• 34:32
there was this. It's just like something out of
• 34:34
a science fiction movie and the government saying we don't know.
• 34:39
Well, that was, if you don't know, how can you say that?
• 34:42
I don't know. I'm just throwing it out there.
• 34:44
And then you have this, this US congressman who was on Fox News,
• 34:49
OK, says the drones over New Jersey are from Iran, he said.
• 34:57
And I listen to this. Congressman Jeff Andrew claims
• 34:59
Iran has stationed a mothership. I'm just reporting the news guys
• 35:05
off the US East Coast and reportedly launching drones now
• 35:10
flying over New Jersey, a mothership.
• 35:14
I don't I mean, I'm really this is like science fiction and it's
• 35:18
and it's from Iran is what he's saying.
• 35:20
And he's saying he has that from record on quote what he said
• 35:24
reliable sources that he can't disclose because they told him
• 35:27
on a condition of anonymity. I'm not, I'm not saying I
• 35:30
believe that's the case and I'm not and I'm saying that the US
• 35:34
government says that it's not the case, but a congressman, AUS
• 35:39
congressman is telling us, I'll repeat that one this.
• 35:42
And is this real or are we sleeping?
• 35:46
Let's see if there's anything else down here we need to look
• 35:48
at. There's like pictures of these
• 35:51
things flying everywhere in videos you can watch.
• 36:00
I it's just unbelievable truck sized drone crashes.
• 36:05
OK, so maybe they'll figure out here, here we go.
• 36:08
Since no one believes the aliens invading New Jersey, we're back
• 36:12
to Iran, China World War three. Yeah, it is just absolutely, I
• 36:17
mean absolutely mind numbing what we're experiencing in our
• 36:22
world right now. Absolutely madding what we're
• 36:25
experiencing right now with the gold and silver price as well.
• 36:31
So you know what? On that note, let's go take a
• 36:33
look at something good and optimistic.
• 36:37
See if I can find it here. Here we go.
• 36:41
Hey, on bad days, let's always we'll go back to our friend
• 36:43
Gratty, OK? This guy has some very, very
• 36:47
interesting technical analysis and a lot of people are
• 36:50
following him. He's showing us again, guys on
• 36:54
the silver cup and handle that we could break out to $370 per
• 37:01
oz and maybe go much higher briefly at the end of the bowl
• 37:07
  market. All right, That's that's what I
• 37:09
believe we're in for. I don't know how you feel about
• 37:12
it. And I know that days like today
• 37:15
when the silver and go, I mean, it's frustrating, right?
• 37:17
I mean, it's volatility. It was fun.
• 37:21
It was fun when silver was up a dollar not too long ago.
• 37:25
It's not so fun when it goes down by a dollar.
• 37:27
  I get it. I understand.
• 37:29
But the important thing to remember is an upward step
• 37:33
movement in the markets. And when you look, the reason
• 37:37
why we want to look at the big picture is because when we look
• 37:41
at the big picture, when we look at this condition that our
• 37:45
country is in, unfortunately, from a fiscal perspective,
• 37:50
national debt, everything else. When we then zoom out and look
• 37:54
at what the condition is in the world, right, On a geopolitical
• 38:00
basis, where we are in a world that is massively changing.
• 38:03
And then, OK, you look at what's going on in the United States,
• 38:07
right? Reason number one, look at
• 38:09
what's going on in the world, reason #2 And then you know the
• 38:12
cherry on top, right? While we really in particular
• 38:16
with both the metals, but for different reasons, the
• 38:19
fundamental reasons, right the fact that the world if you look
• 38:24
at gold, look no further than the fact that the world central
• 38:28
banks are buying all the world's gold up.
• 38:30
You know, choppity, chop, chop, chop.
• 38:33
When you look at silver, the world is absolutely it's
• 38:37
undeniable, right? Absorbing all the world's
• 38:41
silver. Now we're at a little bit of a
• 38:43
of a disadvantage in the United States because because most
• 38:47
people are asleep, right? But the world is absorbing all
• 38:51
the world silver. This is happening right now.
• 38:53
That's the big picture. Yes, today stinks, right?
• 38:59
But remember this. Hey, Cliff, thank you.
• 39:01
Wow, alien donation. Can you believe this?
• 39:06
Right? An Iranian mothership and a
• 39:08
congressman is saying this. A congressman, not some guy in
• 39:12
his basement in Saint Louis with a tinfoil hat on.
• 39:16
A United States congressman is telling us there's a Iranian
• 39:19
mothership off the coast of the United States.
• 39:22
  I don't know. You know, the government's
• 39:24
denying it. I'm not saying I believe it, but
• 39:27
I'm just reporting the news. We don't.
• 39:29
We don't, you know, the fundamentals behind this have
• 39:34
not changed. Let's do a little show and tell,
• 39:37
  OK? Look at this.
• 39:39
It's a 3 oz Silver Heart that I bought for Susie and then I
• 39:43
stole it for Valentine's Day one year, 3 oz.
• 39:47
We get $300.00 silver. In U.S. dollar terms, it would
• 39:50
be worth 1000. But we can't forget this stuff,
• 39:54
right? This stuff, we don't want to
• 39:57
value it in paper money. The paper money, there's only
• 40:00
one way. There's only one way, guys.
• 40:05
There's only one way that this gets fixed.
• 40:07
Thanks again, Cliff for that awesome donation.
• 40:10
There's only one way that basement dwellers that this gets
• 40:14
fixed. Let's go back in The Time
• 40:15
Machine one more time, because again, if we go back to the year
• 40:19
2000, the US national debt was. $5 trillion.
• 40:25
Let's go back a little further. How far will they let us go
• 40:27
back? If we go back to 1990, how old
• 40:31
were you in 1990? OK, we had three trillion.
• 40:36
Let's go back one more time. We'll go back 1980.
• 40:39
I was 10 years old, $1 trillion. And I remember when that
• 40:44
happened and people were like, Oh my God, the world's ending,
• 40:46
You know, we're going to the United States is a trillion
• 40:49
dollars in debt today. Where are we?
• 40:54
Oh, here, let's go. Let's go see where they let's go
• 40:56
see where they think it's going to be in 2028.
• 41:00
Fifty $1 trillion. All right, so there's only one
• 41:06
  way. This is 2028.
• 41:08
There's only one way, this 51. Let your brain absorb that $51
• 41:14
trillion, a trillion, a trillion dollars.
• 41:20
  One trillion is 1,000,000 * 1,000,051 trillion.
• 41:25
The only way that that can this is real.
• 41:27
We can talk about all these fancy economic concepts.
• 41:30
Everything else, this is real. Simple.
• 41:33
The only way that that 51 trillion or today's 36 trillion
• 41:38
gets paid off is with less valuable dollars.
• 41:42
That's the only way it works. They have to make the the the
• 41:46
the the unit of measure less valuable and when they make the
• 41:51
unit of measure less valuable, that creates inflation that
• 41:55
makes things like silver. Let's look at some more silver
• 41:58
here here we go. Here's a beautiful.
• 42:00
I love that with the Indian on it beautiful silver round.
• 42:04
Look at that. OK, that makes this more
• 42:07
  valuable. This who cared?
• 42:09
  I know I get it. I'm, I'm look, I show you the
• 42:12
prices measured in dollars, but you could be, we could be
• 42:15
looking at the, the, the value of this one ounce of silver,
• 42:19
which is what down a dollar today?
• 42:21
Who cares, right? We could be comparing it to
• 42:24
loaves of bread. I could be down here saying,
• 42:26
look, guys, the price, the, the value of silver measured in
• 42:29
bread went up or gas. I don't want to have gasoline
• 42:33
down here, but you, you get what I'm saying.
• 42:35
It's so easy for us and the only if we're going to measure it in
• 42:39
dollars, OK, if we do that, the only way that this whole system
• 42:44
works out is with the dollar that is worth much, much, much
• 42:49
less. Let's run through and see what I
• 42:51
missed today. Oh, Oh my gosh, I forgot.
• 42:53
I want to. I'm going to pull up.
• 42:56
Thanks, Cliff for that super chat, my friends.
• 43:00
Thank you to channel sponsor Fortuna Mining.

A lot of great information, great company, great CEO and our
• 43:17
friends at First Mining Gold. Another stock that I own.
• 43:21
I don't get financial advice but I do own both these companies.
• 43:24
I will only take sponsorships from companies in which I own
• 43:28
what to me is a significant amount of shares.
• 43:31
They are a gold development stage company with two multi
• 43:34
  million ounce projects in Canada.
• 43:37
If you have questions about the company, they got a great guy
• 43:39
that works there named Paul Morris.
• 43:42
I always have his e-mail address in the description of all the
• 43:45
videos. Oh my gosh, we almost forgot.
• 43:48
Since we're at the debt clock, let's just make sure that the
• 43:51
government oh wrong. Oh boy, this will be.
• 43:54
I wonder if they have the silver to dollar ratio estimates.
• 43:58
Wow, dollar to gold ratio. Dollar to silver ratio in 2028
• 44:04
would be at almost 1400. But let's go back to present day
• 44:11
  2024. Here we go.
• 44:14
Let's just check on our dollar to silver ratio.
• 44:17
It's always fun, OK? Oh boy.
• 44:19
Yep, we're at 1107 paper dollars per per each one ounce of
• 44:28
  silver. That's mine.
• 44:30
All right, guys. Hey, thank you to the
• 44:31
moderators, Jake from Jake's Custom Parts.
• 44:34
Thank you to Annie Oakley, the one and only for moderating big
• 44:37

• 44:39
Thank you to Silver Susie. Good to see you, Silver Surfer.
• 44:42
You guys have a great day. OK, Thank you for all the
• 44:45
  support. Let's go.
• 44:47
I don't want to, but let's do it one more time.
• 44:50
Let's go check on the silver and gold price, see if maybe it
• 44:54
didn't get worse and it did get worse.
• 44:57
Silver down 87, volatility, gold down $35 per oz.
• 45:02
Gold still around 2700. Silver above $31.00 per oz.
• 45:08
We're in good shape. Don't forget, one year ago today
• 45:12
I was down here talking to you guys and we had a silver price
• 45:16
  at 22 dollars, $23. Today we're at $31.00.
• 45:20
If I'd sat down here a year ago and told you that in one year
• 45:25
we'd be at $31.00, what is today, the 12th of 12/12,
• 45:29
December 12th, right? 2023, one year ago when silver
• 45:35
was at $23. Now you listen to me.
• 45:38
Is this we need, we need to remain happy, grateful and
• 45:42
optimistic. One year ago we sat down here
• 45:46
when silver was a $23 and I said, guys, one year from now,
• 45:51
today, where we are sitting right now live talking, the
• 45:55
silver price will be $31.00. It'll be a full eight, $910.00
• 45:59
higher than where we are. You would say we will be, I will
• 46:03
be jumping for joy and I'd say, OK, well then remember that on
• 46:07
that day because the price is going to be down.
• 46:09
It's going to be down from 32 to 31.
• 46:11
He said, I don't care, I'll still be happy.
• 46:13
So let's be happy. Have a great day, OK.
• 46:18
I will see you guys soon. Thank you for everything.
• 46:21
  Bye bye.
