- 1:19Speaker 5: Tata holding the damn Welcome in. Good morning everybody. I'm
- 1:24Speaker 5: excited about I don't know a lot of good energy
- 1:26Speaker 5: in here. Football game. Laundra came in playing mister mister
- 1:31Speaker 5: meek Mill. Mister meek Mill playing in the studio. I
- 1:35Speaker 5: was I was your ringtoll in two thousand and nine,
- 1:38Speaker 5: so y'all definitely said what was that song?
- 1:40Speaker 6: Again? We talked about it.
- 1:41Speaker 5: It got brought up yesterday something in nightmares, Dreams and Nightmares. Yeah,
- 1:47Speaker 5: Marla brought that song up yesterday.
- 1:49Speaker 7: Why are you asking me questions when I'm not by
- 1:51Speaker 7: a mic?
- 1:51Speaker 6: Well, because I thought you just yell.
- 1:56Speaker 7: Dreams and Nightmares by Meek Mill.
- 1:57Speaker 6: No, definitely said you will have deaf will hurt hear
- 2:00Speaker 6: this well?
- 2:02Speaker 2: Just now before I played it, I said, I feel
- 2:04Speaker 2: like you'll know it once you hear it, and you said, well,
- 2:06Speaker 2: I'm just that kind of guy.
- 2:07Speaker 6: Yeah, obviously that kind of definitely will.
- 2:10Speaker 7: And you didn't. And I said, Richard, do you know
- 2:12Speaker 7: this song?
- 2:12Speaker 2: And he knew it too, And so I don't think
- 2:15Speaker 2: I've ever been disappointed in you before.
- 2:18Speaker 6: I don't think. I don't think that's a good song.
- 2:22Speaker 7: That's fair.
- 2:23Speaker 6: I'd never heard the whole song. I had heard it
- 2:25Speaker 6: from what you were talking about.
- 2:26Speaker 7: Like he used the word at you, Yeah, got shot.
- 2:29Speaker 7: I'm trying to bless me like I said.
- 2:31Speaker 5: You yep, and it run. It was a smart, respect
- 2:35Speaker 5: lyrical I do respect that. That's what they say about
- 2:37Speaker 5: and that was I think I feel like I brought
- 2:40Speaker 5: up a decent question when it comes to okay, I
- 2:42Speaker 5: said new rap music, but that one you did it was.
- 2:46Speaker 7: Released in twenty twelve.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Okay, so I got that because that was like high
- 2:50Speaker 2: school anthem at the parties. If you played this, yep,
- 2:54Speaker 2: everybody would start rapping.
- 2:56Speaker 5: So, like, my question is I think pretty valid when
- 2:59Speaker 5: it comes to you were rap me, Like where would
- 3:02Speaker 5: I hear this? Like in a normal daily situation? Like so,
- 3:08Speaker 5: I don't feel terrible for not hearing songs because like
- 3:12Speaker 5: a lot of raps on you can't play it on
- 3:13Speaker 5: like which radio station you're going to hear it on?
- 3:16Speaker 5: So it would be at a bar club probably. I
- 3:20Speaker 5: don't really go to those, right, my father and a gentleman.
- 3:23Speaker 5: When the last time you went to like a bar,
- 3:27Speaker 5: I mean, like I got like a crowded bar.
- 3:30Speaker 6: Like now I go to a bar. There might be
- 3:32Speaker 6: twenty people there, twenty five people there.
- 3:34Speaker 5: Crouded bar. Yeah it's been it's been a minute, it's
- 3:37Speaker 5: been a while. I dread bumping into people, and yeah,
- 3:40Speaker 5: now I've been to I've been to a club pretty recently.
- 3:44Speaker 5: Not a big deal. You still get to party like that. No,
- 3:47Speaker 5: I was very tired, but yeah, I just I just
- 3:52Speaker 5: said no, like I feel bad for not knowing it,
- 3:54Speaker 5: and but no.
- 3:55Speaker 7: I just thought you were better than That is my thing.
- 3:58Speaker 6: But where would I have gotten better? Where?
- 4:00Speaker 2: How My my logic was that Chris is right, they
- 4:06Speaker 2: do use it for like football hype videos for the
- 4:09Speaker 2: NFL or college That.
- 4:10Speaker 5: Was like the least hype song I've ever heard. I
- 4:12Speaker 5: feel like he just to you. He just spoke for
- 4:14Speaker 5: a while and then the drop, well.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Because people usually just do the drop, the part where
- 4:18Speaker 4: he's like, hold to.
- 4:19Speaker 5: Wait a minute, Okay.
- 4:20Speaker 3: It was a long build up, like to your point,
- 4:22Speaker 3: like to get to the to the point like let's
- 4:25Speaker 3: celebrate L s U a little bit here.
- 4:27Speaker 5: I was just like, can we just turn this off
- 4:28Speaker 5: and let's just say it off? Like so I have
- 4:31Speaker 5: heard of that one? Yeah, probably nobody, don't.
- 4:36Speaker 2: We got on the topic because Lane starts every practice.
- 4:42Speaker 6: Every way, every practice he starts with that song.
- 4:45Speaker 7: That's what Chris was saying.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Okay, that's why we got.
- 4:47Speaker 7: On the topic.
- 4:48Speaker 5: Well, I know, I know he played it a practice.
- 4:50Speaker 5: I don't remember the part we said he starts every
- 4:52Speaker 5: practice of that song.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Said, he starts the practice with the same song every day. Okay,
- 4:56Speaker 2: I said which one? He said, dreams and Nightmares.
- 4:59Speaker 5: I don't think that's a great song to start practice with.
- 5:01Speaker 5: I'm just gonna be honest with you. I don't know
- 5:02Speaker 5: if that's what I liked it.
- 5:03Speaker 6: During the intro. It's kind of great for stretching, stretching.
- 5:06Speaker 4: To relax, but the build up is what gets you hype.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Though he's telling you his story, he's like, I used
- 5:11Speaker 2: to pray for times like this, to grind like this,
- 5:14Speaker 2: and he's like, man, like I was locked up in
- 5:17Speaker 2: the back of the paddy wagon laundry.
- 5:18Speaker 6: I'm sure you know that Matt is one of the
- 5:21Speaker 6: most stubborn people in the world. No change it.
- 5:25Speaker 7: That's fair. You're allowed to not like the song.
- 5:27Speaker 5: I say, you've never changed your mind.
- 5:33Speaker 6: You're not supposed to tell people.
- 5:34Speaker 4: That you're allowed to not like the song. I'm just
- 5:37Speaker 4: trying to give you a.
- 5:39Speaker 5: Different, maybe look on so sometimes, like when you watch
- 5:42Speaker 5: a movie for the first time, it's not like a comedy.
- 5:45Speaker 5: Sometimes you just don't get it or you just think
- 5:47Speaker 5: it's kind of dumb. Then you watch it a second
- 5:49Speaker 5: time you're like, you know what, that was really funny.
- 5:51Speaker 6: I just had to get over myself a little bit, yeah,
- 5:53Speaker 6: and watch it.
- 5:54Speaker 5: Give me an example, what's a movie that Okay, it's
- 5:57Speaker 5: like and then like the second time. So not me particularly,
- 6:00Speaker 5: but there's a lot of people that did not like
- 6:01Speaker 5: the other guys the first time they saw it, and
- 6:04Speaker 5: I had I had people in Green Bay at the time,
- 6:06Speaker 5: very well respected friends of mine, okay, and I respect
- 6:09Speaker 5: their opinions, and I thought they were idiots because they.
- 6:12Speaker 6: Didn't think the other guys was funny.
- 6:13Speaker 5: I was like, watch it again, and they couldn't stop
- 6:15Speaker 5: quoting it for about twelve about fifteen years. You were
- 6:18Speaker 5: big on mcgroover two. What a guy, What a movie?
- 6:23Speaker 5: That's a that's an instant classic. And then gosh, I
- 6:25Speaker 5: remember this is old school. Was this Netflix? It was
- 6:28Speaker 5: used to like they'd mail the DVDs when we were
- 6:31Speaker 5: in college. What was the one you got about the
- 6:33Speaker 5: guys on An Island? It was like the Mister Murdery
- 6:37Speaker 5: was the it was the Club, the Club Draft, it
- 6:41Speaker 5: was the Super Troopers guys. That was a great one too,
- 6:43Speaker 5: Super inderrated. Grandma's Boy, Grandma's Boys, freaking amazing, beer Fest,
- 6:49Speaker 5: beer Fest, great movies. My wife hates them. But what no,
- 6:55Speaker 5: I mean like like those I mean, it's that movie
- 6:58Speaker 5: is catered towards college bros. Of course. Well, okay, I
- 7:04Speaker 5: don't know what that was. Sorry, I was just big
- 7:06Speaker 5: mail got me out a tangent.
- 7:08Speaker 7: Yeah, sorry, called week Mill last week Mail.
- 7:12Speaker 6: I got him.
- 7:15Speaker 5: He's not going to recover from that one.
- 7:19Speaker 6: This is just said Meek Mill retiring. Yeah, I'm gonna
- 7:23Speaker 6: send him to retire.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Actually, Chris yesterday was like P Diddy's boyfriend. And there's
- 7:27Speaker 2: like a little rumor conspiracy theory that oh really P
- 7:30Speaker 2: Diddy and Meek Mill used to.
- 7:34Speaker 6: You. Oh weird.
- 7:37Speaker 5: I saw a quote from fifty I don't know if
- 7:40Speaker 5: this was recently. When was the last Stranger Thinks season.
- 7:44Speaker 7: I don't know. I'm not a stranger a year and a.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Half, okay, because I don't know why. I just kept
- 7:48Speaker 5: crossing and watch it. It was it was a it
- 7:50Speaker 5: was a Diddy thing. Apparently fifty cent had a documentary
- 7:55Speaker 5: on him. Oh yeah, it became number one on Netflix
- 7:59Speaker 5: over or Stranger Things and had a quote like, must
- 8:04Speaker 5: really suck for Stranger Things. They spent five hundred million
- 8:07Speaker 5: on the final final season. Yeah, and just to be
- 8:11Speaker 5: outdone and beat by Diddy doing stranger things.
- 8:19Speaker 2: One of the funniest shady people ever, Like when he
- 8:24Speaker 2: told Floyd Mayweather to read one page of Harry Potter
- 8:30Speaker 2: like elite smack talker, because you know Floyd Mayweather can't read.
- 8:36Speaker 7: They say he can't read.
- 8:38Speaker 6: That's accept all.
- 8:41Speaker 7: Wait, you've never heard that rumor.
- 8:44Speaker 3: The mcgre like in Mayweather fight, Like McGregor threw it
- 8:47Speaker 3: out there that he could read. Fifty cents thrown it
- 8:48Speaker 3: out there. That's like kind of like widely believed.
- 8:52Speaker 6: I'm surprised his contracts don't get taken advantage of more often.
- 8:55Speaker 6: I know.
- 8:55Speaker 7: I mean, I'm sure he has plenty of great lad.
- 8:58Speaker 5: Yeah, but typically, I mean, you have great lawyers, great people,
- 9:00Speaker 5: and they still take advantage if you can't read. So
- 9:02Speaker 5: is this rumor like confs like or we talked about
- 9:05Speaker 5: it like Marilyn Manson's rib. I don't think.
- 9:09Speaker 6: Yeah, and only one person can confirm it. Hand them
- 9:16Speaker 6: a piece of paper.
- 9:19Speaker 7: Yeah, fifty cent told him to read one page of
- 9:22Speaker 7: a Harry Potter book.
- 9:23Speaker 5: God, I can feel Taylor and Richard. I can just
- 9:26Speaker 5: feel your anxiety right now. This is like a Meek
- 9:29Speaker 5: Mills build up in a song.
- 9:31Speaker 6: Right now. They are so ready to go off on
- 9:34Speaker 6: Jane Daniell's.
- 9:35Speaker 5: And I'm going to.
- 9:38Speaker 3: I'm going to disappoint you because I'm not going to
- 9:40Speaker 3: be as fired up as you think I am.
- 9:42Speaker 4: I meant at night they ran.
- 9:48Speaker 5: First time, we get to be to react the reaction,
- 9:51Speaker 5: like the media reaction. Richard's fired up. He came in well,
- 9:56Speaker 5: I opened on Twitter this morning.
- 9:58Speaker 7: I know.
- 9:58Speaker 2: The first thing he said when he you walked in
- 10:00Speaker 2: was what did you something about Jaydeon Daniels.
- 10:04Speaker 7: I was like, whoa, he's coming in hot.
- 10:05Speaker 5: He came in hot. Yeah, he came in hot. I'm
- 10:08Speaker 5: like holding up holding.
- 10:11Speaker 7: I don't even remember what he said.
- 10:13Speaker 6: Uh, yeah, it's gonna be very interesting.
- 10:16Speaker 5: Of course, the news coming out, we are going to
- 10:19Speaker 5: We're gonna talk about that a little bit, don't you worry.
- 10:23Speaker 5: Folks listening on radio, we appreciate you tuning in.
- 10:25Speaker 6: Good morning.
- 10:26Speaker 5: I don't know if you're driving, if you're in the
- 10:28Speaker 5: car at home. I doubt you're at the office because
- 10:30Speaker 5: it's pretty early, but maybe you are. Maybe you're listening, uh,
- 10:33Speaker 5: maybe you're watching on YouTube. We appreciate it. But before
- 10:39Speaker 5: we get to that, we're just we're pumping the brakes.
- 10:42Speaker 5: We're letting it burn a little bit because I know
- 10:43Speaker 5: Richard's about to go off.
- 10:45Speaker 6: I'm just gonna work. Are you ready to talk about it?
- 10:49Speaker 6: I don't want to be here.
- 10:50Speaker 5: How's it going, dude?
- 10:51Speaker 6: How's the week gone going good? I had a lot,
- 10:55Speaker 6: a big, big week, a lot of big jobs coming through.
- 10:58Speaker 6: Seems like the starting to crank up. Turnaround season started playing.
- 11:03Speaker 6: Probably probably been the biggest. This might be the biggest
- 11:06Speaker 6: month of the year so far. Yeah, God, like is
- 11:11Speaker 6: flying off? Is it rerilliant?
- 11:13Speaker 5: I mean they got do they plan turnarounds a little
- 11:17Speaker 5: bit around the summer months?
- 11:19Speaker 6: Typically summers did because I mean it's too hot and
- 11:24Speaker 6: hard hats and all your clothes and working like that. So,
- 11:26Speaker 6: I mean there's emergency jobs they'll do in the summer,
- 11:28Speaker 6: but typically it's a fall spring is when your major
- 11:31Speaker 6: turnarounds happen.
- 11:31Speaker 5: Yeah, it's like so, hey, hucks huks little middle school
- 11:35Speaker 5: team yesterday they couldn't even practice because it was so high.
- 11:37Speaker 5: They couldn't go outside in the varsity, couldn't practice with
- 11:40Speaker 5: helmeotond it because it was like they have the they
- 11:42Speaker 5: followed the wet bulb or whatever it is. Yeah, it's
- 11:46Speaker 5: our eight year olds out of I hope we don't
- 11:48Speaker 5: follow no rules. You probably should, yeah, probably should, you
- 11:51Speaker 5: probably should. I mean, no one told me that they
- 11:54Speaker 5: can still be they can still be get grit at
- 11:57Speaker 5: one hundred and five, but like one hundred and you.
- 11:59Speaker 6: Know, one hundred and twelve, thirteen twelve.
- 12:01Speaker 5: It it feels like, well, yesterday was if you take
- 12:04Speaker 5: the weather's feelings in a consideration, yesterday was I'm almost
- 12:08Speaker 5: embarrassed to say, but uh, it was his day off
- 12:10Speaker 5: from football. But we had our first baseball practice yesterday
- 12:13Speaker 5: for which season of which, Yeah, I don't want to
- 12:17Speaker 5: talk about it. For next spring, they're supposedly gonna play
- 12:21Speaker 5: one fall tournament. I don't want to talk about it.
- 12:27Speaker 5: It's like what you you had baseball practice yesterday? Football
- 12:32Speaker 5: in July. I told the coaches LS, she's not practicing.
- 12:35Speaker 5: The NFL is not practicing. But guess what these eight
- 12:37Speaker 5: year olds are? Yes, sir dude, it's weird. Weird, Okay,
- 12:44Speaker 5: so let's let's let's let's table the football in July
- 12:48Speaker 5: thing for eight year olds. But like baseball practice on
- 12:52Speaker 5: August yesterday, with August twelfth, I don't.
- 12:55Speaker 6: Want to talk about it or was it just like
- 12:58Speaker 6: a media It was more like getting the team together.
- 13:00Speaker 6: So they had tryouts in June, had forty kids come out.
- 13:03Speaker 6: They picked twelve kids. This was like, let's go out
- 13:07Speaker 6: there and just throw the throw around little bit and hit.
- 13:11Speaker 6: It wasn't like a full blown practice, but it was
- 13:13Speaker 6: still okay, getting your bat bag out the Yeah, I
- 13:17Speaker 6: didn't right, see, I had football and baseball practices yesterday.
- 13:20Speaker 5: No, that was a day off in football. Monday, Tuesday,
- 13:24Speaker 5: Thursdays is football, Wednesdays is baseball. He gets Friday, Saturday,
- 13:31Speaker 5: Sunday off.
- 13:32Speaker 6: H It's pretty good though, it's yeah, practice yesterday. Yeah, Landra,
- 13:40Speaker 6: what's up? Good morning, Good morning.
- 13:42Speaker 7: I'm reading the Jay and Daniels one of.
- 13:44Speaker 6: Those guys just forgot that. Are we training for anything
- 13:47Speaker 6: right now?
- 13:48Speaker 7: A half marathon? When November?
- 13:50Speaker 6: Hell?
- 13:50Speaker 7: Yeah, where is it that in New Orleans?
- 13:53Speaker 6: Hell?
- 13:53Speaker 7: They're bringing theirs back okay in like six years.
- 13:57Speaker 6: Hair looks good.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Yeah, recently totally noticed. Well because they the tweet you
- 14:06Speaker 2: sent was like at ten o'clock. Yeah, oh no, my
- 14:09Speaker 2: expiration date.
- 14:12Speaker 6: Well so no, I think I sent that at a
- 14:14Speaker 6: leven You said it.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Late, but then I looked at the time, Sam, I
- 14:17Speaker 2: wouldn't have caught it anyway, Like it was early.
- 14:19Speaker 7: So I'm reading it right now and I don't know.
- 14:23Speaker 6: I think, yeah, it's gonna be fun. It's gonna be fun, Taylor,
- 14:30Speaker 6: how's the razor? Are we good, Matt?
- 14:32Speaker 3: We're better than good. Okay, it's gonna be a fun day.
- 14:34Speaker 3: I'm excited. Why he was well, he was a little
- 14:37Speaker 3: irritable yesterday evening to answer your second question, first irritable
- 14:43Speaker 3: yesterday evening, Yeah, yeh too. But he's so pretty good
- 14:49Speaker 3: throughout the night. So was throwing you like kind of
- 14:51Speaker 3: kind of eight eight thirty nine o'clock. He chills out,
- 14:54Speaker 3: which is better than the alternative, and sleeping all day
- 14:57Speaker 3: and it's not getting any sleep at night. So my
- 15:00Speaker 3: family came over at an hour. He was an angel
- 15:03Speaker 3: when they were there. As soon as they leave, starts
- 15:05Speaker 3: to cry, and I'm like, but you're putting on a
- 15:06Speaker 3: show for everybody else.
- 15:08Speaker 6: Don't appreciate that too much. But uh no, it's going good.
- 15:11Speaker 6: We're making it good. He didn't care about your feelings, no,
- 15:15Speaker 6: not at all. He just wants to sleep.
- 15:17Speaker 3: He's like when other people around there holding him and
- 15:19Speaker 3: they're like oh, look how cute he is.
- 15:21Speaker 6: They leave and then he's just a menace. Yeah, they'll
- 15:25Speaker 6: get at that all kids. Everybody.
- 15:27Speaker 5: Oh, your kids were so great. They didn't do anything,
- 15:29Speaker 5: picked up clean, Ye did my mom? I didn't cry?
- 15:31Speaker 5: They get home?
- 15:32Speaker 6: I'm like, yeah, how did they? Everybody else?
- 15:36Speaker 3: Well, and like my mom multiple times last night said Taylor,
- 15:39Speaker 3: this is the cutest baby I've ever seen. And my
- 15:41Speaker 3: thought was, you know, mom, I was a baby once
- 15:43Speaker 3: and he held me, so uh not the compliment you
- 15:46Speaker 3: think it is.
- 15:47Speaker 6: Yeah, but uh well it is great and it is awesome.
- 15:52Speaker 6: But my god, yes, yes to everything you just said.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Well, he's out of he's out of the newborn diaper
- 15:57Speaker 3: sauce too, So we have Pampers, yeah, obvious.
- 16:05Speaker 7: And apparently the superior diaper.
- 16:08Speaker 6: Yeah yeah, also the most expensive top two and it
- 16:11Speaker 6: makes sense. It's not definitely not top. Happiest moment my
- 16:17Speaker 6: father had is when they were trained, no more diapers.
- 16:20Speaker 3: He's in the one now. Like it goes from newborn
- 16:22Speaker 3: to one to two, he's in the one now.
- 16:24Speaker 6: Big boy, so eating good, good job, mama.
- 16:27Speaker 3: We've been having to cut the feet off of his
- 16:29Speaker 3: newborn onesies because they well they fit everywhere else, but
- 16:32Speaker 3: we've been to have to cut the Feetcause his legs
- 16:33Speaker 3: are too long. We can't move him up to the
- 16:35Speaker 3: three month closed yet because they swallow him. So we're
- 16:39Speaker 3: in a little bit of a predicament right now. He's
- 16:41Speaker 3: in that awkward phase.
- 16:41Speaker 6: Try to get him out of diapers before he gets
- 16:43Speaker 6: over six because sevens and eights are really hard to find.
- 16:46Speaker 6: And I don't know if a lot of babies get
- 16:48Speaker 6: that big, but my little baby, yeah he got, I
- 16:50Speaker 6: got big. And yeah once they got to like the
- 16:53Speaker 6: seven and eight size, the really big ones. I thought
- 16:56Speaker 6: you were saying seven or eight years old ones, twos,
- 17:03Speaker 6: threes whatever, then oh yeah, but I can remember them
- 17:06Speaker 6: later on, like running out of diapers. My wife's like
- 17:09Speaker 6: seven o'clock at night, we are out of diapers, go
- 17:11Speaker 6: get them. And when it was at that size, I
- 17:13Speaker 6: might have to hit three stores.
- 17:15Speaker 7: That's crazy.
- 17:17Speaker 5: You just go online, Le'll just drop it at your house.
- 17:20Speaker 5: Not if at seven o'clock at night. Well you got

- 20:45Speaker 5: Rouses as well.
- 20:47Speaker 6: So looking forward to it. Get that breakfast bar. You
- 20:50Speaker 6: hit that breakfast bar a couple of times last year.
- 20:52Speaker 6: Sure do hey?
- 20:57Speaker 5: All right? Jadon Daniels the news bro like after it
- 21:01Speaker 5: was I was laying in bed doom scrolling and I
- 21:04Speaker 5: saw it at eleven thirty.
- 21:06Speaker 3: I was about that. I was, can I put this
- 21:07Speaker 3: picture up? Actually he can sue me. I'll probably don't
- 21:10Speaker 3: have anything he wants, I'll just leave it up.
- 21:13Speaker 6: Wow, what a complete little woman.
- 21:15Speaker 5: Okay, So, Jayon Daniels, of course, the reports come out
- 21:18Speaker 5: yesterday that his attorney has basically a cease and desist
- 21:23Speaker 5: letter to l s U, maybe basically saying you cannot
- 21:28Speaker 5: no longer use his name, image and likeness because his
- 21:33Speaker 5: him and his family are deeply disappointed that LSU has
- 21:37Speaker 5: made the decision uh to give out the number five jersey.
- 21:42Speaker 6: And this was this was made known?
- 21:44Speaker 5: Was it was it a week ago last week where
- 21:46Speaker 5: the whole the con vers it was first started.
- 21:50Speaker 3: Yeah, Kiffin's first media availability for fall practice.
- 21:55Speaker 6: Yep.
- 21:55Speaker 5: So so DJ Pikett of course war number three last
- 21:58Speaker 5: year and as a sophomore this year he has been
- 22:00Speaker 5: given the number five jersey to where a creating some
- 22:03Speaker 5: controversy last week and saying it was promised to him
- 22:07Speaker 5: from the previous staff. And so of course Jadon Daniels
- 22:11Speaker 5: camp is profoundly disappointed in this.
- 22:14Speaker 6: And yes they have I guess it's a lawsuit.
- 22:20Speaker 5: It's a cease and desist letter that says basically, you
- 22:22Speaker 5: cannot use our ni ol so the name, image likeness
- 22:25Speaker 5: to benefit.
- 22:26Speaker 6: The university anymore because they are disappointed the decision.
- 22:29Speaker 5: They feel disrespected, don't I think I'm gonna be doing
- 22:34Speaker 5: a disservice if I if I don't throw this to
- 22:36Speaker 5: one of y'all right now, because y'all are both giving
- 22:37Speaker 5: me a a death stare right now, Richard, I just
- 22:41Speaker 5: think it's so petty.
- 22:43Speaker 6: I mean, look, they're your goal is to be loved
- 22:47Speaker 6: by the fan base, you know, be respected by the
- 22:49Speaker 6: fan base. Everybody wants to remember you when you come back.
- 22:52Speaker 6: This tarnishes his name in the LSU fan base. To me,
- 22:54Speaker 6: I mean, because you're aaron out dirty laundry. I get
- 22:56Speaker 6: ving pissed off about it. I get being upset, get
- 22:59Speaker 6: being you know, a little bit disrespected. But I might
- 23:02Speaker 6: have a conversation with Jack, I might call somebody in
- 23:05Speaker 6: house and I dude, this this kind of sucks. You know,
- 23:07Speaker 6: I'd let him know I wasn't pleased about it. But
- 23:10Speaker 6: to go out there and ESPN leaked leak the article
- 23:12Speaker 6: that you're taking your name in likeness away is petty.
- 23:16Speaker 6: I just think he looks like a little baby girl.
- 23:18Speaker 6: He's whining. I don't like him anymore. He did say so.
- 23:22Speaker 6: It did say there was a quote that This is
- 23:25Speaker 6: the article on Louisiana Sports dot Net. You can go
- 23:27Speaker 6: check it out.
- 23:28Speaker 5: Uh, Jayden in this camp didn't make it clear that
- 23:31Speaker 5: they did that he did not want the number given
- 23:34Speaker 5: out to another player, So maybe that conversation had already
- 23:37Speaker 5: been had and they had The.
- 23:38Speaker 6: Conversation was had with Brian Kelly, who was his coach
- 23:41Speaker 6: who promised the number to DJ Pickett. So before they
- 23:44Speaker 6: start talking about l shit, his coach is the one
- 23:47Speaker 6: that promised the number to somebody. I mean, we're skipping
- 23:49Speaker 6: over that port, you know. Now he's coming after LSU
- 23:52Speaker 6: where Brian Kelly's no longer here. I just think it's
- 23:55Speaker 6: you know, for me, I think it's stupid. I get
- 23:58Speaker 6: he want to hires and he was here for two
- 24:00Speaker 6: years and there were great seasons, but it's still petty.
- 24:03Speaker 6: It just makes him look like a I can't say
- 24:05Speaker 6: the words I want to say. Yeah, so it is a.
- 24:11Speaker 5: So a little female dog. Yes, I understand, like Lady
- 24:15Speaker 5: Kane over here, So we don't know what happened behind
- 24:21Speaker 5: the scenes. So when he made his wishes, when it
- 24:22Speaker 5: says he made his wishes, know that he doesn't want I.
- 24:25Speaker 6: Do feel like, who the hell makes wishes to retire
- 24:28Speaker 6: my number, like that you should be given there, that's
- 24:30Speaker 6: an honor. I don't go say, hey, I was a
- 24:33Speaker 6: great quarterback here, you should retire my number. That's even
- 24:35Speaker 6: more than you saying that makes me matter. You don't
- 24:39Speaker 6: demand to have your number. He was probably asked.
- 24:42Speaker 5: He was probably if I assume, he was like, hey,
- 24:44Speaker 5: do you mind if we give out the number five?
- 24:45Speaker 5: And he was probably like, yeah, I do. Did you
- 24:48Speaker 5: have you given away Joe Burrow's number? Have you even
- 24:50Speaker 5: given away Billy Cannon's number? Like so if you haven't
- 24:53Speaker 5: given what there's a way, why would I give mine away? Well,
- 24:55Speaker 5: ask Brian Kelly. You should have called him. Why'd you
- 24:58Speaker 5: promise it to him? Brian Kelly also didn't get them
- 25:00Speaker 5: the number.
- 25:01Speaker 6: Yeah. Well.
- 25:01Speaker 5: Bran Kelly is also quoted as saying, like they that
- 25:04Speaker 5: his staff wasn't prepared to do it until we got
- 25:08Speaker 5: full commitment from the Heisman Trophy winner, so they didn't
- 25:12Speaker 5: issue that and he and he also said, Jay, I
- 25:15Speaker 5: know there was a lot of controversy or a lot
- 25:17Speaker 5: of like back and forth about what constitutes a Jersey retirement,
- 25:23Speaker 5: And you know, I think Taylor you said, like, well,
- 25:25Speaker 5: Joe Burrow his should be because it was a Heisman
- 25:28Speaker 5: plus a Natty Jane Daniels just the Heisman. But like Bran,
- 25:35Speaker 5: Kelly is saying that you have to treat Joe Burrow
- 25:38Speaker 5: and Jade the same, which kind of confirms that that
- 25:40Speaker 5: coaches staff that promised it.
- 25:41Speaker 6: Let's view in the Heisman as like the prerequisit.
- 25:44Speaker 3: I mean Kelly can say that that. I don't mean
- 25:47Speaker 3: I'm saying it, but uh no, I was just trying
- 25:50Speaker 3: to put together. So like Ulshu doesn't quote unquote retired numbers,
- 25:53Speaker 3: they require retire jerseys like Jerry stove Valls twenty one,
- 25:57Speaker 3: except Michael Turner, except after Billy who won the Heisman,
- 26:02Speaker 3: and Natty. So I'm just trying to put which, but
- 26:04Speaker 3: which of those is the reason why they retired. I
- 26:08Speaker 3: think the combination is a combination of both, is it
- 26:11Speaker 3: this was saying.
- 26:11Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 26:12Speaker 3: I'm just trying to guess. Because this is the only
- 26:14Speaker 3: Jerk number that is currently not given out. All the
- 26:17Speaker 3: other jerseys that are retired in the stadium, players on
- 26:20Speaker 3: the current roster are wearing them.
- 26:21Speaker 6: So Jaden's not being treated differently.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Billy Cannon is if you want to look at it
- 26:25Speaker 3: that way, and like, yeah, nobody wears nine, but theoretically good.
- 26:32Speaker 5: They could, well, yeah they could they they wasn't. Theoretically
- 26:37Speaker 5: they could. Theoretically they could wear five as well, and
- 26:41Speaker 5: they are. So it's but then we had the conversation
- 26:46Speaker 5: last week whether it should be Yeah, I think it's
- 26:48Speaker 5: jerseys should be retired. I think it should be a
- 26:50Speaker 5: Heisman thing. It should be if you win the Heisman,
- 26:53Speaker 5: nobody wears a jersey. And I heard the Morning The
- 26:56Speaker 5: Morning radio show talking about, well, there's two people wearing
- 26:58Speaker 5: fifteen in Florida. You know, I hate Florida. I have
- 27:01Speaker 5: no love loss for Tebow and Florida, that whole team.
- 27:04Speaker 5: But it does still piss me off that someone where
- 27:06Speaker 5: it's fifteen at Florida like that.
- 27:07Speaker 6: To those one of the greatest college quarterbacks ever. Right, Yeah,
- 27:12Speaker 6: So it's it's one of the things that I understand
- 27:17Speaker 6: Daniels t Bo.
- 27:18Speaker 5: Go freak out about it. Did he go throw a
- 27:19Speaker 5: fit about it? Might does he sue Florida? Know he's
- 27:23Speaker 5: on the Florida sidelines about every game, doing stuff with Florida,
- 27:26Speaker 5: and he look, I get being upset about it. Taking
- 27:30Speaker 5: it to this level just petty.
- 27:32Speaker 2: Yeah, can I put it this way like Arizona State,
- 27:35Speaker 2: would he have won a Heisman? Like LSU gave him
- 27:38Speaker 2: that platform and that opportunity to do that, Like that's
- 27:41Speaker 2: kind of like a slap in the face to LSU
- 27:44Speaker 2: to be like, Okay, you gave me this opportunity, I'm
- 27:48Speaker 2: gonna turn around and send you a.
- 27:49Speaker 7: Cease and desist.
- 27:50Speaker 4: Like, I don't know, I don't feel like this is
- 27:52Speaker 4: a good look on Jayden.
- 27:53Speaker 2: I think that I can see both sides, like I
- 27:56Speaker 2: can see Jaden being upset, like you gave my number
- 27:59Speaker 2: out when I said I wasn't okay with it.
- 28:01Speaker 7: You don't do that for Joe whatever. I can understand that,
- 28:03Speaker 7: But I do think that it's a bad look on Jayden.
- 28:07Speaker 3: To that point, you could ask like Jayden could say, oh,
- 28:10Speaker 3: well that's my number at l s U, is it
- 28:12Speaker 3: or to like yeah, like thed l s U kind
- 28:14Speaker 3: of make you not say an he wasn't a good
- 28:15Speaker 3: quarterback before he was here, but he was To that point, yeah, does.
- 28:20Speaker 6: And does it?
- 28:21Speaker 5: You could say that there is there any quarterbacks anymore
- 28:25Speaker 5: in college football that aren't transfers, like you can say
- 28:27Speaker 5: about everybody right, shoot anymore like.
- 28:33Speaker 6: Richard dry Like, Look, I'm I'm a fan.
- 28:36Speaker 3: I'll do it from a fan perspective like Jaydon Daniels
- 28:38Speaker 3: is beloved here at LSU. Nobody has a bad thing
- 28:40Speaker 3: to say about him on the field. He was great
- 28:42Speaker 3: off the field, he was a great, nice guy, never
- 28:44Speaker 3: got any trouble, never said a bad thing about anybody.
- 28:47Speaker 3: This this taints that this puts a damper on that
- 28:50Speaker 3: like it. At least for me, it done a little bit.
- 28:52Speaker 3: Maybe maybe not the whole fan base, but it does
- 28:54Speaker 3: a little bit. And I told you, Matt, I was
- 28:56Speaker 3: gonna pose a question to you that I mean, nobody
- 28:59Speaker 3: really knows the end or two. But he was saying
- 29:02Speaker 3: LSU is no longer allowed to use the name image
- 29:04Speaker 3: of likeness. I don't know how accurate this is, but
- 29:06Speaker 3: in the ESPN article it says in the c's and
- 29:09Speaker 3: desist letter sent to Verge Allsbury, Jaden daniels attorney noted
- 29:13Speaker 3: that Daniels' contract with LSU permitted the school to use
- 29:17Speaker 3: his nil for one hundred and eighty days beyond his
- 29:21Speaker 3: final game. We're way past that, so I guess my
- 29:24Speaker 3: question is in twenty twenty six. How much money's LSU
- 29:27Speaker 3: still making off of Jayden? But also, if you want
- 29:30Speaker 3: your jersey retired and you want to statue outside the
- 29:33Speaker 3: stadium unless you can't use your name, is that going
- 29:36Speaker 3: to happen?
- 29:37Speaker 6: I don't think it does.
- 29:38Speaker 5: I think pretty much is saying treat me like you
- 29:40Speaker 5: treating Joe Burrow's number. Okay, give me an example right now,
- 29:42Speaker 5: Like what how LSU is using his nil to make money?
- 29:46Speaker 5: That's what That's what I'm saying. He's basically he's basically
- 29:49Speaker 5: telling the public.
- 29:50Speaker 6: I mean, that's all it is. That's what it is.
- 29:52Speaker 5: He telling them to take us, take take us jerseys,
- 29:55Speaker 5: and take us pictures off of the football ops. I
- 29:57Speaker 5: don't know what it is, but they're using his image
- 30:01Speaker 5: and his accomplishments for something recruiting, recruiting and which brings money.
- 30:06Speaker 6: I'm like, like, there's ways he's using it.
- 30:08Speaker 5: So I'm on, okay, I'm not on defending, Like what
- 30:14Speaker 5: how this whole thing is playing out with the attorney
- 30:16Speaker 5: and making it public. I agree with you it should.
- 30:20Speaker 5: I I'm on Jayden's side of being pissed about it,
- 30:22Speaker 5: for sure. I would be pissed. Should be his number?
- 30:26Speaker 5: Should be retired and I'm I'm on that. I'm in
- 30:28Speaker 5: that camp and l s U is in the wrong
- 30:32Speaker 5: here from that standpoint, like they've like pissed off one
- 30:36Speaker 5: of your one of three Heisman winners in the history
- 30:39Speaker 5: of LSU. Field is more important right now, DJ Pickett,
- 30:45Speaker 5: I'd rather have him on the field than him pissed
- 30:47Speaker 5: off and transfer. If your DJ Pickett, do you even
- 30:51Speaker 5: want to wear it?
- 30:51Speaker 2: Not?
- 30:52Speaker 1: Know?
- 30:52Speaker 6: Like you just I don't even know how he handles
- 30:55Speaker 6: this part because now he's tied into the Heisman guy
- 30:58Speaker 6: pissed off, he's wearing his number. You know did they
- 31:03Speaker 6: probably met him when he was getting recruited two or
- 31:05Speaker 6: three years ago. Yeah, you know, it's kind of awkward.
- 31:08Speaker 6: Like like I said, I agree with being upset, I
- 31:11Speaker 6: agree with being mad. Taking it to this level is
- 31:14Speaker 6: just a bad, bad move. Yeah, they like the making
- 31:19Speaker 6: the public attorney statement and everything. It's a bad look
- 31:23Speaker 6: for him. But I do think that LSU kind of
- 31:25Speaker 6: pushed him to do that. Does he have to do it?
- 31:28Speaker 6: Should he air his grievances out in private? Yes, but
- 31:31Speaker 6: maybe he did that. I don't know this. Maybe they
- 31:34Speaker 6: did that.
- 31:34Speaker 5: And you go back to the Monday show. You weren't
- 31:37Speaker 5: saying that you were in agreement, that he was promised
- 31:39Speaker 5: the number and he got it. You weren't fighting back
- 31:42Speaker 5: when we were talking about getting the number the other day.
- 31:44Speaker 5: That's well, that's probably if I had to guess, I
- 31:47Speaker 5: would say that Landing his camp reached out to him
- 31:49Speaker 5: and asked, are you okay with us? That's probably where
- 31:52Speaker 5: it starts. That better have been the process. They better
- 31:55Speaker 5: not just have given it out like you got a
- 31:57Speaker 5: Heisman winner. You need to ask him and maybe he
- 32:00Speaker 5: said no, Maybe it's and they did it anyway. So
- 32:03Speaker 5: would you be pissed? I'd be pissed. Yeah, I wouldn't
- 32:06Speaker 5: be leaking this all over the Like I said, you
- 32:09Speaker 5: don't air out family business. And if you want to
- 32:12Speaker 5: be part of the LCU family, you handle this, you know,
- 32:14Speaker 5: under the scenes.
- 32:15Speaker 6: I'd be pissed if it was my number.
- 32:17Speaker 3: But also like, I'm a grown man trying to take
- 32:20Speaker 3: my team back to the NFL playoffs? Why am I
- 32:24Speaker 3: really disconcerned about my college or number? That I'm married?
- 32:26Speaker 3: In help?
- 32:27Speaker 5: And that's why he got an attorney. I didn't get
- 32:29Speaker 5: should That's why you have an agent so he can
- 32:31Speaker 5: deal with your contract when you're playing Football's when he
- 32:33Speaker 5: got an attorney, so he can do things when you're pissed.
- 32:36Speaker 6: You know, I don't have to deal with it. My
- 32:37Speaker 6: high school retired my jersey, and then when the coach left,
- 32:40Speaker 6: the new coach came in and gave it out. Yeah,
- 32:42Speaker 6: I should go in there and make him take all mind.
- 32:43Speaker 5: You should, you absolutely should come on. Then I'd be
- 32:47Speaker 5: hated in the city Ocean Springs. All right, Well, see
- 32:49Speaker 5: what I assume that. You know, the fan base is
- 32:53Speaker 5: going to be a little bit split on this. I
- 32:55Speaker 5: don't know if it's fifty fifty, maybe it's ninety ten.
- 32:58Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 32:58Speaker 5: I think we can all agree that we don't like
- 33:00Speaker 5: the optics of it from a Jaden Daniel's perspective, but
- 33:02Speaker 5: I agree the principle behind it. So that's that's where
- 33:07Speaker 5: I leave that female, little female dog. Okay, I got it, hey,
- 33:11Speaker 5: and I can't. I can't disagree with that. It's a
- 33:13Speaker 5: bad look, it's a weak look.
- 33:15Speaker 6: But you know, I don't know.
- 33:18Speaker 5: I agree with his numbers. Agree And again, is DJ
- 33:22Speaker 5: Pickett even want to wear the number anymore? We'll see,
- 33:24Speaker 5: We'll see what happened.
- 33:25Speaker 4: It's gonna be fun Yeah, DJ Pickets that we're here.
- 33:28Speaker 6: Oh, man, I didn't want to that. So he changes
- 33:30Speaker 6: his number and everybody's like, oh, it's it doesn't matter.
- 33:34Speaker 6: He can change his number right now, they can retire,
- 33:35Speaker 6: and everybody's gonna remember that he sued the school.
- 33:37Speaker 3: It'd be so funny if Picket was like, all right,
- 33:39Speaker 3: i'll give back five is nine available?
- 33:43Speaker 6: I love it? All right. We got more of this
- 33:46Speaker 6: and a lot more to get to, all more than
- 33:48Speaker 6: loss to stick with us right here and off the bench,
- 33:51Speaker 6: Off the bench, alright.

- 35:27Speaker 4: Bo he feels the way I too about you.
- 35:30Speaker 5: Now, all right, welcome back here off the bench Thursday morning.
- 35:38Speaker 6: This week is kind of flown by a little bit.
- 35:41Speaker 5: Yeah, Tank, pretty quick week are first you were partying,
- 35:48Speaker 5: you were doing twenty one year old.
- 35:50Speaker 7: Birthday because I just got back here.
- 35:52Speaker 6: You just got back Yes, very short.
- 35:54Speaker 7: For you, which is exciting the best part of the
- 35:59Speaker 7: week is like first four week in school.
- 36:01Speaker 6: The bus picks up my son at seven twenty, they
- 36:04Speaker 6: get the bus drops off at four. We leave at
- 36:07Speaker 6: five fifteen for practice, get home at eight thirty. The
- 36:11Speaker 6: dude is dying right now. You get back at eight
- 36:14Speaker 6: thirty for practice from six eight and it's about twenty
- 36:17Speaker 6: minutes from the house six eight, six to eight a
- 36:22Speaker 6: week at eight years old.
- 36:24Speaker 5: Yeah, y'all need to relax, I don't you sports you're
- 36:27Speaker 5: getting you're getting you're drunk.
- 36:29Speaker 6: Yeah, you're getting too crazy. Baseball last night was from
- 36:31Speaker 6: five thirty to seven thirty, which is a little bit better,
- 36:33Speaker 6: but it's harder to get there from work. But they
- 36:35Speaker 6: said the attack of football practice is six to eight
- 36:38Speaker 6: serious in this climate.
- 36:40Speaker 5: In this climate, three nights a week, right, kids are tough. Yep,
- 36:45Speaker 5: y'all better win every game. We'll see. Dude is not
- 36:51Speaker 5: I don't think anybody's out there out working, y'all. You
- 36:53Speaker 5: know there is another team that I know is practicing
- 36:54Speaker 5: five nights a week for two hours right now. Okay,
- 36:56Speaker 5: that's too much, that's too much. None of these kids
- 36:59Speaker 5: are going to want to play for bow and they're older. No,
- 37:01Speaker 5: be careful they're gonna get burned out. Y'all are playing
- 37:04Speaker 5: your kids too much. I started every season like, hey,
- 37:07Speaker 5: you do not have to play. I mean, but for real,
- 37:10Speaker 5: let't you let your kids be kids a little bit?
- 37:12Speaker 5: I told them five days a week at eight If
- 37:15Speaker 5: you don't guess what we get to do. We get
- 37:17Speaker 5: to go fishing every weekend. We gonna go on the boat.
- 37:20Speaker 5: You gonna go to the camp. Right now, I pay
- 37:22Speaker 5: for a camp, but I have to pay somebody to
- 37:24Speaker 5: cut the grass. I ain't four months.
- 37:28Speaker 6: Hold on. This pisses me off right now. That's not
- 37:30Speaker 6: the team, my mom. But there's a there's a Baton
- 37:33Speaker 6: Rouge team five days a week, eight years old, and
- 37:37Speaker 6: they're practicing in two hours a day. Yep, dude, this
- 37:41Speaker 6: useport stuff is crazy all right.
- 37:46Speaker 5: Now. When I was take a breath because this really
- 37:48Speaker 5: pisses me off. When I was the coach of my
- 37:50Speaker 5: flag team, we practiced one day a week for an hour.
- 37:54Speaker 5: Were still came in third in the league. For anybody
- 37:58Speaker 5: that thinks that that's okay, it's not.
- 38:01Speaker 6: It's not. You're wrong, it's not okay. Let your kids
- 38:05Speaker 6: be kids.
- 38:08Speaker 5: Ten hours like that, that's that's more than a professional
- 38:12Speaker 5: football team practices. That's more than a college team practices. Yeah,
- 38:17Speaker 5: y'all need to chill out. It's not that important. They
- 38:20Speaker 5: ain't getting scholarships at eight they're getting tough though they ain't.
- 38:25Speaker 5: They're not getting tough. They getting worn out of football
- 38:27Speaker 5: and they're my god. And guess what, it doesn't matter
- 38:31Speaker 5: how much they practice. Every kid's gonna hit puberty. You
- 38:34Speaker 5: know what all they do and everybody just blocks down.
- 38:40Speaker 5: All right, you just trigger me. I want to say
- 38:45Speaker 5: a lot more things, but I'm not going to. But
- 38:48Speaker 5: I think youth sports people take it to the extreme,
- 38:51Speaker 5: and I think it is way too much. When did
- 38:55Speaker 5: you start? And a lot of people are focusing on
- 38:57Speaker 5: one sport way too much? Let them be multi sport athletes,
- 39:00Speaker 5: do a lot of different things. Makes you a better athlete?
- 39:03Speaker 5: Eight years old? When did you start football?
- 39:07Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 39:08Speaker 5: Seventh grade? I got beat out. I was a backup
- 39:12Speaker 5: quarterback in seventh grade.
- 39:15Speaker 6: Made you better? Yeah? I started a date, I played.
- 39:22Speaker 6: I did play in third grade.
- 39:23Speaker 5: I played offensive line and I hated and I quit
- 39:24Speaker 5: and almost never went back to for real. I never
- 39:28Speaker 5: almost never played football again because of one bad youth experience.
- 39:32Speaker 5: Now I gotta imagine there's a lot of kids out
- 39:33Speaker 5: there getting bad youth experience. So y'all need to chill out. Yeah,
- 39:38Speaker 5: let him play, but don't practice more than the LSU
- 39:42Speaker 5: football Tigers. Don't practice more than the New Orleans Saints
- 39:45Speaker 5: do three days a week. Is all right? Okay, I
- 39:49Speaker 5: got it. We're gonna I'm gonna get a break here
- 39:51Speaker 5: because I'm getting really mad. And you know what, if
- 39:54Speaker 5: you're in carporoor now, I'm sorry. Maybe maybe I should
- 39:56Speaker 5: have picked a different time to get mad at that,
- 39:58Speaker 5: but we love you, and uh I want you to
- 40:00Speaker 5: stick with us. Right here, we're gonna talk a little bit.
- 40:03Speaker 5: There was a big cell for a professional sports team.
- 40:06Speaker 5: You know what I just thought about about harpool. Every
- 40:09Speaker 5: kid go see dad, tell them. Sometimes you just gotta
- 40:15Speaker 5: tell the parents. Gotta tell the parents what you want kids,
- 40:18Speaker 5: because sometimes there's a lot of parents out there that
- 40:20Speaker 5: are just dumb.
- 40:21Speaker 6: You know, everybody's looking at them when it comes when
- 40:24Speaker 6: it comes to youth sports.
- 40:25Speaker 5: Your parents that if you're listening right now, your parents
- 40:27Speaker 5: are smart, but there's someone out there that, uh, don't
- 40:30Speaker 5: make wise decisions when it comes to youth sports. But anyway,
- 40:33Speaker 5: we're gonna go break. We are going to tell you
- 40:34Speaker 5: which professional sports team sold for a lot of money
- 40:38Speaker 5: when we come back right here.
- 40:39Speaker 6: And off the bench.
- 40:40Speaker 1: After bench, all.
- 40:42Speaker 5: Right, go to Central Plumbing dot org. Central Plumbing dot org.
- 40:45Speaker 5: You're plumbing experts in the greater Baton Rouge area and
- 40:49Speaker 5: now the Lafayette area as well. You know paying family. Yeah,
- 40:52Speaker 5: they're great, great people. Uh, they've run a great company
- 40:55Speaker 5: for a long time. Third generation company over at Central Plumbing.
- 40:58Speaker 5: And so if you're doing something for that long three generations,
- 41:01Speaker 5: you know a couple of different things.
- 41:02Speaker 6: You know that you're doing business the right way.
- 41:04Speaker 5: You know you're providing quality work, and you know that
- 41:06Speaker 5: there's probably nothing that can get thrown at you that
- 41:09Speaker 5: you hadn't seen and you're not a master at So
- 41:11Speaker 5: give them a call. If you have a project happening.
- 41:13Speaker 5: Maybe you are doing a home renovation. Maybe you're putting
- 41:16Speaker 5: in a little powder room, an extra room. Maybe it's
- 41:18Speaker 5: a you want a tankless water heater. You're tired of
- 41:21Speaker 5: running out of hot water at night.
- 41:22Speaker 6: You got a bunch of.
- 41:22Speaker 5: Kids, you got five hour youth practices in the in
- 41:25Speaker 5: the evening every single day, and you gotta wash a
- 41:27Speaker 5: lot of clothes. You gotta feed people, you gotta bathe people.
- 41:30Speaker 5: You run out of hot water, well, never run out
- 41:31Speaker 5: of hot water again with the tankless water. Here give
- 41:33Speaker 5: Central Plumbing, I call you got twenty four to seven
- 41:35Speaker 5: emergency service. Go to Central Plumbing dot org. That's Central
- 41:38Speaker 5: Plumbing dot Org.

- 42:08Speaker 5: live from the Raisin Caines studio.
- 42:11Speaker 6: We appreciate everybody. This is.
- 42:14Speaker 5: Sours flowing buy. A lot of emotions running high about
- 42:17Speaker 5: different things. Jersey numbers, numbers, youth sports, it's going crazy.
- 42:25Speaker 5: I'll tell you there is a sport that has enough
- 42:27Speaker 5: people to play. Now, let's you basketball. We got one,
- 42:31Speaker 5: We got our fifth, we got our fifth piece of
- 42:33Speaker 5: the puzzle, and technically that's all you need.
- 42:36Speaker 6: Taylor, tell us about who.
- 42:37Speaker 3: We got, Yeah, UCLA transfer guards. Sky Clark comes over there.
- 42:42Speaker 3: He also played at Illinois and Louisville, so this is
- 42:45Speaker 3: going to be his fourth team in college play. Twenty
- 42:48Speaker 3: six games for the Bruins last year. Twenty three of
- 42:51Speaker 3: the twenty six games he did start. I shot forty
- 42:54Speaker 3: from three, which is really good. Numbers don't jump off
- 42:57Speaker 3: the page at you. Eleven and a half points a
- 42:59Speaker 3: game two. It's but look, he's a six three guard
- 43:02Speaker 3: and he gives you another playable body on this team.
- 43:05Speaker 6: You now have three backcourt players.
- 43:07Speaker 3: You have Divine Uga Chuku and Austin Nunez to go
- 43:10Speaker 3: along with h now Sky Clark with two whys?
- 43:13Speaker 6: So sk why why? Oh Clark?
- 43:16Speaker 3: So yeah, you got another guy that's gonna come in
- 43:18Speaker 3: and give you some valuable minutes who's played big time
- 43:21Speaker 3: college basketball.
- 43:22Speaker 2: I'm not sure if I trust somebody that has like
- 43:24Speaker 2: an unnecessary letter in their name, like don't need that
- 43:27Speaker 2: extra yet like his parent that's fair because it is
- 43:33Speaker 2: his parents phone untrustworthy parents.
- 43:37Speaker 7: Are you trusting.
- 43:39Speaker 6: Or you do want to break the cycle and you
- 43:41Speaker 6: want to be a great person?
- 43:44Speaker 5: And I get, I get phonetics, and I get like,
- 43:47Speaker 5: you know, a country of origin with silent letters and
- 43:49Speaker 5: things getting hidden like salmon. You know, I don't really
- 43:54Speaker 5: say the l looks like it looks like salmon, but
- 43:57Speaker 5: the the why at the end of why, it doesn't
- 44:00Speaker 5: really I don't think it adds anything.
- 44:02Speaker 7: First, he is from Los Angeles, California, So that makes sense.
- 44:07Speaker 6: He's from California, makes sense.
- 44:08Speaker 7: It makes sense, but it makes it worse.
- 44:10Speaker 3: It's a I've seen it once before with Sky Skott
- 44:14Speaker 3: Moore in the NFL the Receiver.
- 44:15Speaker 6: He's case. We had two wise, well still does I mean?
- 44:18Speaker 5: He had him?
- 44:22Speaker 6: He got rid of this.
- 44:24Speaker 5: I read it the second one because he realized how
- 44:26Speaker 5: dumb it was. Well, it's not dumb, it says, He's sure.
- 44:28Speaker 5: It's a great a family names.
- 44:30Speaker 6: You know, you walking about, I don't want to make
- 44:33Speaker 6: fun of your name.
- 44:34Speaker 5: You know. I read a book one time. It's about business.
- 44:36Speaker 5: What's that old book? It's like written the early nineteen hundreds.
- 44:39Speaker 5: It's not like businessman. Yeah, there's a lot of them.
- 44:42Speaker 6: I got it. You know that should one, Richard. It's
- 44:48Speaker 6: the one.
- 44:48Speaker 5: People still read it today to learn how to deal
- 44:51Speaker 5: with people in business. So the most important name I
- 44:54Speaker 5: think in the world is everybody's own name. I can't
- 44:59Speaker 5: think give it. They all read it because it tells
- 45:03Speaker 5: you how to deal with people. It tells you to
- 45:04Speaker 5: write thank you notes and things like that.
- 45:06Speaker 2: Real quick back to the j and Daniels thing, Daniel
- 45:08Speaker 2: Bashm brings up a great point. Fauci can no longer
- 45:11Speaker 2: plead the fifth.
- 45:12Speaker 6: Oh nap, you have to give Daniels a dollar everything else.
- 45:18Speaker 5: Who's got that five or five deal? It's a restaurant,
- 45:21Speaker 5: Wendy's Fast Food, Wenday's number five five.
- 45:25Speaker 6: Ross's would do it like on the sandwich meats five
- 45:26Speaker 6: for five and get better?
- 45:29Speaker 2: Watch out, everybody, Can I not play that I got
- 45:31Speaker 2: five on it instrumental anymore?
- 45:34Speaker 5: You probably can't. You should play it until we get
- 45:37Speaker 5: the seasons. Actually, probably be good. Great, play that before
- 45:42Speaker 5: the conversation. All right, that's it for our first hour.
