Lesley Groff Grilled Over Epstein’s American Express Travel Records (6/30/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Epstein Chronicles. Now, I know this might come as a
• 0:06
surprise to you, but Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell didn't
• 0:11
operate this enterprise on their own. They had a lot
• 0:14
of help along the way. And one of the people
• 0:16
that was most integral to the operation, at least logistically speaking,
• 0:21
was Leslie Groth. And one of the vehicles that was
• 0:24
used to make these travel arrangements to book these flights
• 0:28
to get these girls into a position where they can
• 0:31
be abused was the American Express Black Card. And this
• 0:35
is exactly why they never wanted to follow the money trail.
• 0:39
They know if they follow the money trail, where it
• 0:41
ends up, and it doesn't end up in a place
• 0:43
where you and I are moving on. Instead, if they
• 0:46
were to release the money trail and we all saw
• 0:48
where all this money was going, where it was coming from,
• 0:51
I think that people would take to the streets. And
• 0:53
I truly believe that because people are still under the
• 0:57
impression that this was just a human trafficking ring, but
• 1:01
it was so much more than that. And while of
• 1:04
course the girls and women who were harmed, they were
• 1:07
harmed the most and they have the biggest grievance, but
• 1:11
that doesn't mean that the rest of us haven't been
• 1:13
shit on by these people and having been treated badly,
• 1:18
and they continue to do it day after day brazenly. Now.
• 1:25
They at least had some shame back in the day
• 1:27
and tried to hide their cover ups, but now they're
• 1:29
just running one and plain sight all the while just
• 1:32
laughing in your face and giving you double middle fingers.
• 1:36
And until we have a look at the financials, I
• 1:39
don't think we're ever gonna know just how deep this
• 1:41
went and just how many people were involved. So today
• 1:46
we have an article from CBS News and the headline
• 1:50
Epstein's longtime assistant grilled by US lawmakers over AMEX travel
• 1:54
booked for women or girls. This article was authored by lions.
• 2:02
US lawmakers recently grilled Jeffrey Epstein's longtime assistant, Leslie Groff,
• 2:06
about Epstein's use of American Express to book travel for
• 2:10
multiple women or girls, according to a transcript of her
• 2:14
hours long testimony released this week by the House Oversight Committee.
• 2:18
And as soon as we wrap up with the Bill
• 2:19
Gates transcript, we'll keep it moving right into the Leslie
• 2:23
Groff transcript and we'll see what she had to say.
• 2:26
But isn't it interesting that none of these people had
• 2:28
any idea what was going on? Crazy. CBS News was
• 2:34
first to report in February that the late convicted sex
• 2:37
offender used AMEX top tierrists and cherry and travel service
• 2:41
and an AMEX black card to arrange hundreds of travel
• 2:44
itineraries for women or girls, predominantly from Eastern Europe. And
• 2:48
I think that's where the focus should be. I think
• 2:51
that there is so much to uncover over in Europe,
• 2:55
in South America, in Central America, and I think that
• 2:58
if some of those pieces fall into place, maybe we'll
• 3:01
get a better idea of just how vast this all was. Well,
• 3:06
we're talking about what ten twelve countries at least, how
• 3:11
many continents, how many women over the years, that's the
• 3:15
real question. Groff, who worked for Epstein for nearly two decades,
• 3:22
was a central point person and arranging the bookings with MX.
• 3:26
Documents released by the Justice Department earlier this year indicated yes,
• 3:30
she was the go to woman. She was the logistical
• 3:33
backbone of the operation when it comes to setting up
• 3:37
travel arrangements, you know, doing Epstein's day to day and
• 3:42
that puts her directly in the crosshairs of a Rico investigation.
• 3:47
You see, if this was a real investigation from the start,
• 3:50
they would have charged or threatened to charge Leslie Groff
• 3:54
in order to get her to roll over on Jeffrey Epstein.
• 3:58
But they never even talked to her. They never talked
• 4:00
to les Wexner, they never talked to Sarah Kelln Vickers.
• 4:05
So I don't know how much more proof you need
• 4:07
that the whole thing was to set up from the jump,
• 4:11
and the fact that they never were going to chase
• 4:12
Rico at all, it gives away the game. CBS News
• 4:21
cannot verify the number of women or girls who received
• 4:24
travel bookings or their ages due to the redaction of
• 4:27
names in the files released by the Department of Justice. Well, look,
• 4:31
I don't know. I have no idea how many women,
• 4:34
what their names were, where they originated from. But I
• 4:38
can tell you this, there were literally literally hundreds to
• 4:43
thousands that were abused one way or the other. And
• 4:48
if you think it was all by Jeffrey Epstein, congratulations,
• 4:51
you're dumb as fuck. In her sworn testimony to the
• 4:55
House Oversight Committee on June ninth, Groff said she did
• 4:58
not believe she ever range travel for girls under the
• 5:01
age of eighteen. Well, according to the transcript released Tuesday,
• 5:05
she said that her understanding was the bookings were being
• 5:09
arranged for traveling assistants employed by Epstein. Oh, traveling assistants. Huh.
• 5:15
You don't find it weird that all of his traveling
• 5:17
assistants are these younger women. You don't got one male assistant, dude,
• 5:23
one guy that you know is part of the crew.
• 5:26
It's to tell anytime you have one of these disgusting
• 5:29
old scumbags that just surrounds themselves with young women, I
• 5:34
have questions and you can double that shit. When those
• 5:37
people look like Jeffrey Epstein, what a goofy ass looking dude.
• 5:41
So all the people that are out here talking about, oh,
• 5:43
we had no idea. Yeah, all those young women, good
• 5:46
looking young women, they decided they just wanted to hang
• 5:49
out with Epstein because you know, hell of a guy,
• 5:52
real good guy, that Jeffrey Epstein. Grafton, I being aware
• 5:59
of any instant in which the purpose of travel was
• 6:02
for Epstein or anyone in Epstein's network to engage in
• 6:05
sexual activity with the women involved, Well, let's see the
• 6:09
paper trail. Let's get some testimony. What are the names
• 6:13
of the women, Let's track them down. Oh wait, the
• 6:16
Justice Department said, there's nothing left to look at. She
• 6:19
was pressed by the House Oversight Committee about whether decoy
• 6:21
flights had been arranged for the purpose of obtaining visas
• 6:25
for women or girls that were involved. As CBS News
• 6:29
were reported last month, Amex had a dedicated relationship manager,
• 6:33
Natalia Malatkova, assigned to Epstein's account, and emails in the
• 6:38
files released by Justice Department appear to show she was
• 6:41
arranging such flights at Groff's request to obtain visas for
• 6:45
the women or girls. Immigration fraud another aspect nobody's talking about.
• 6:51
And I'm sure that'll change when they figure out a
• 6:53
way to politicize that as well, because that's the only
• 6:56
thing they care about, politicizing this and trying to use
• 7:01
it as some kind of weapon against their enemy. Meanwhile,
• 7:04
the whole lot of them are responsible, every single person
• 7:08
who's held office over the last what forty years? You
• 7:13
tell me you had no idea Nobody could have stopped them,
• 7:16
Nobody heard any rumors. Nobody decided to walk into Justice
• 7:19
one day and say enough is enough. So please save it.
• 7:23
Some of us have been around since the very beginning,
• 7:25
and your bullshit distractions aren't going to work. In one
• 7:28
twenty sixteen email exchange, graff Ro to Molokova, Natasha, we
• 7:32
need to find a flight that departs Rome and goes
• 7:35
to London on the twenty ninth for redacted. This flight
• 7:39
should depart around the same time the flights we are
• 7:42
holding for a redacted Rome to Miami ten thirty five am.
• 7:46
No return flights for this flight. This is a decoy flight.
• 7:50
She will not really take it, but she needs to
• 7:52
show an itinerary for this flight. Fraud, immigration, fraud all
• 7:57
over the place, being helped and propagated by American Express. Folks,
• 8:02
if you think American Express is the only culprit in
• 8:05
the financial sector, you're missing the whole entire boat, because
• 8:09
the truth is the financial sector. If you're looking for
• 8:12
a boogeyman there, it is no no, Not your local banker,
• 8:17
not your you know teller down at Wells Fargo. The
• 8:20
people that are at the very top, the people that
• 8:24
are making money hand over fist, no matter the situation.
• 8:29
Banking on wars, both ends of it, banking on tragedies,
• 8:32
both ends of it making off with everybody's wealth in
• 8:36
the greatest transfer of wealth from the bottom up in
• 8:38
history since COVID. But sure, let's continue to fight with
• 8:42
each other, because I'm sure that's what terrifies them. When
• 8:45
everybody's at each other's throat arguing about dumb shit, these
• 8:50
motherfuckers are able to continue with the heist, no repercussions,
• 8:53
nobody ever going to prison, and they just move on
• 8:56
to the next tragedy that they're gonna milk. When asked
• 9:00
whether the purpose of the flight was to obtain visa,
• 9:02
Groff's attorney, Michael Backner, told the committee, with all due respect,
• 9:06
there is no indication that it was to obtain a visa.
• 9:09
This woman wanted to take a flight to visit mister Epstein.
• 9:13
She did not want to tell her parents that she
• 9:14
was going to take this flight. She wanted to keep
• 9:17
the flight that was taking her to London and have
• 9:20
a different flight though, take her really to see mister Epstein.
• 9:23
Groff told lawmakers, I don't know why she didn't want
• 9:26
to tell her parents, but this was not for a visa. Well,
• 9:30
somebody that doesn't know much Leslie Groff seems to know
• 9:33
a whole hell of a lot, doesn't she Well, this
• 9:35
wasn't for a visa. Oh it wasn't, was it? So
• 9:39
you do know more than you let on. Leslie Groff
• 9:43
needs to be hit with a subpoena. In a December
• 9:47
twenty twelve email exchange, Graff wrote to Modelkova redacted has
• 9:51
an interview with the consul at ten thirty. She needs
• 9:54
proof of a hotel, stay and air for this meeting.
• 9:58
Malakova asked Graff directly whether the woman needed a flight
• 10:01
and accommodation reservation only for visa purposes. You know the
• 10:06
amount of fraud that's going on here is staggering. How
• 10:10
much more evidence is needed. It's against Damac's policy to
• 10:14
be honest, she wrote to Groff. But here's the option.
• 10:17
We can hold it till tonight. Graff directed Malakova to
• 10:21
cancel the fully refundable travel itinerary that was being held,
• 10:24
and signed off to Malakova, You've been great. A day
• 10:28
after alleged consolate appointment took place, the files released by
• 10:32
the Justice appeared a show in an exchange with House
• 10:37
Oversight Committee Senior Council Britney Brignac, in which she was
• 10:40
asked what the purpose of that particular booking was, Graff replied,
• 10:45
I don't know. I think that this was an assistant
• 10:48
of mister Epstein that wanted to get her visa. The
• 10:52
only thing that I facilitated was getting her a ticket
• 10:54
and a hotel room reservation. Cool, you're a part of
• 10:57
the conspiracy. Now, now you're part of the rico. Now
• 11:01
you're going to prison. It looks to me like she
• 11:05
needed to get her visa and she was requesting it,
• 11:07
and that's it. I was asked to get the ticket.
• 11:10
I was dealing with Amex Centurion. That's it. You know.
• 11:13
It's like in Game of Thrones when the Lanister boys
• 11:17
were killed by Carstark and then they arrest everybody that
• 11:21
killed them, and there's one guy that's standing there and
• 11:24
he says, well, I didn't take part. I didn't kill anybody.
• 11:27
I was only watching, And then Rob Stark goes, okay,
• 11:31
well this one was only watching. Hang him last. That's
• 11:35
basically the same shit with Leslie Groff here, right, Well,
• 11:39
it wasn't me. I wasn't taking part in the abuse. No,
• 11:42
But if it wasn't for the logistics, the abuse couldn't occur.
• 11:45
So that puts you smack dab in the middle of
• 11:47
a criminal conspiracy, plus you were benefiting from it, and
• 11:50
you were doing it to further the criminal conspiracy because
• 11:53
it benefited you. This is a clear cut case, and
• 11:58
the fact that there's never Enrico is the biggest tell
• 12:02
in history that Jeffrey Epstein was being protected by the
• 12:05
United States government, not by Israel, not by Russia, not
• 12:09
by green men, by our government right here in the
• 12:13
United States. When challenged on whether this was an example
• 12:18
of a decoy flight, Groff replied no. American Express declined
• 12:21
to comment Friday on Grov's testimony and whether the company
• 12:25
had carried out enough due diligence on epstein'sccount. In February,
• 12:29
an American Express spokesperson told CBS News the company strongly
• 12:33
condemns abuse, exploitation, and human trafficking. We take our legal
• 12:39
and regulatory responsibilities seriously, including reporting suspicious activity. Nothing suspicious
• 12:45
about a guy using his AMEX card to move hundreds
• 12:48
of Eastern European women from whatever country they're in to America,
• 12:53
especially when that guy's already a sex offender. No big
• 12:56
deal here, guys, We have regulations. We terminated his account
• 13:00
following federal charges against them, and we continuously update our
• 13:04
process in controls. We regret having them as a customer,
• 13:08
the spokesperson said, Notice, it's that after his federal charges.
• 13:13
So that was in twenty nineteen. Again just to point
• 13:17
out that was the plan. Make sure it was state,
• 13:21
make sure it didn't hamper Jeffrey Epstein's ability to do
• 13:24
what he was doing for insert government here, and in
• 13:27
return for that protection for him to do whatever he wanted,
• 13:31
he played Paul with the United States government and gave
• 13:34
them information, whatever that information was. But if anyone thinks
• 13:39
that American Express is the only financial outlet that was
• 13:42
helping Epstein along the way, they're crazy. And if you're
• 13:47
wondering why they don't want to follow the money trail,
• 13:49
this is why. Because they can't control where it ends up,
• 13:53
they can't control the blast radius, and most importantly, they
• 13:57
wouldn't be able to control the narrative. All right, folks,
• 14:02
that's gonna do it for this one. All the information
• 14:05
that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 14:08
  description box.
