  to understand that this is real and this journey that we own, this life

  that we're living, it's real, and the warfare that we go through.

  No matter what your belief is, we we we all go through struggles.

  We all have trials, tribulations and and tests that we must overcome. So

  it happens. But yeah, I can hear you. I'm excited to have

  when I started, I definitely, definitely, definitely didn't think I would still

  be here saying that, you know, just acknowledging that I'm gonna CEEO of

  this organization impact the women around the world. So everything is good, right,

  So so Angela, Yeah, I muted at myself because I was trying

  to listen on my phone because it's a delay. It's a serious delay.

  I don't know what's going on. So Real sisterm Wise, Yeah, is

  the organization that's focused on business development, primarily home based business own for home

  base. It's business owners women. We have to help some man already.

  We have then come along during it did different in how too. However,
• 7:25
  this is a business. We have tools and resources to do to thriving.

  When you're starting a home based business, it's really really hard some time because
• 7:46
  you do if you're big, say you bake cakes, so we're gonna right,
• 7:51
  you bake cakes. You know how to bake that cake, domestic baking
• 7:56
  a cake. But the business side it uh in your businesses those things may
• 8:05
  not be something that ain't around mentors that that you you know you have to
• 8:15
  be in Drew delightful because you have us especially as women, because you know,
• 8:24
  I don't I don't want to do mc eliminate against the men right when
• 8:31
  we raising the children. Some of us have husbands or so a support system
• 8:46
  and really take a business to the next level. Not only mm hm mm
• 8:54
  hmm. Your your business, take you in business. They intertwined. You
• 8:58
  will have a successful business. Did m hm. You know your house and
• 9:07
  the steps and implement that you need to take to have a thriving business.

  So learning the you have the CEO system, right, So I took the
• 9:20
  CEO system is a curriculum I teach the members of the organization that just getting
• 9:30
  the foundation together to marketing and being in the right position to apply for grants,
• 9:37
  to apply for certifications and just have confidence as an entrepreneur. I went
• 9:43
  this organization, We went through so oh many struggles. Every month, every
• 9:54
  day something's changed mhm m. So you always got to stay a step so
• 10:03
  a step ahead of the UPAYR industry, so that way you can know what's
• 10:07
  going on. So as it's an association that out in industry, so that
• 10:16
  when we can educate the women that come through our membership and our the members
• 10:20
  that come through the the women who come through our membership, we become family
• 10:28
  three two thousand and six that to this day we call each other, ask
• 10:35
  each other about our children, husbandships, so many things things. Lets have
• 10:45
  happened group. You know, we started from home. It was oh developing
• 10:58
  those in today's market because like I said, when most people start business,
• 11:09
  you feel like you to support you need simply because they don't know that you're
• 11:15
  serious. You probably tried to start a dozen businesses and they didn't work out.
• 11:20
  So the family don't have the faith that faith in system, and that's
• 11:28
  what real sisters rising. That's how I'm the CEO. But you will have
• 11:35
  access to me to be able to talk to your mental you and just point
• 11:39
  you in the right direction. I don't know how long I have because I
• 11:46
  could talk about real sisters rising all day and I just want to know how
• 11:52
  much time do I have? However, you want everybody you share your organization,
• 12:01
  so okay, you can, you can share, Okay, com forward.

  We we started as a y'all who grew up and again we have We're

  on Facebook and we're on LinkedIn, We're on every social media platform during this
• 12:22
  time, and yeah, we take the time to strengthen our team, work
• 12:26
  on our processes, make sure that our technology is working, our systems is
• 12:31
  working. Yeah, so you know they're they're no stopping us click list,
• 12:43
  but nobody body it's email and I hope to review their business or your businesssiness
• 12:54
  and see if your systems is working. Make sure your the team is together.

  Everybody knows team as well as run through your business and make sure you
• 13:09
  know your numbers and you have your personal goals. And if you have personal
• 13:11
  you're part of an association. See how that association goes for the new year,
• 13:20
  coming up, a couple of work with the goals you have and to
• 13:24
  make things a little bit easier, right, So if you plan on going
• 13:28
  to networking, to go to two of the networks that you're part of if
• 13:41
  they have have upcoming events, check those dates and see if those those will
• 13:48
  help you with that goal. Right, So look at your goal, see
• 13:52
  the networks and associations that you're part of. The just people in your network.
• 13:56
  You don't even have to be a member of anything, just the people
• 14:00
  in your network. You want to see if any anything that the new year
• 14:05
  coming and in the next year, we want to make sure that we you
• 14:11
  know, we're not overwhelmed and trying to recreate the will when there's things going
• 14:16
  on and our and our network that can help us. Have questions like I'm

  have resources people that companies and agencies that way we can where we can refer

  you to to get the services you need. There's so many services out here,

  and you know business saying that. People say that whatever it is that

  you need or want, there's an app for that, right so I agree.

  However, there's also a person for that, a company for that.

  There's nothing out here. It's so many things out here right now that desire
• 15:54
  in your business that you cannot achieve. You can achieve anything that you want

  to do. You just got to point you yourself in the right you know,
• 16:03
  our best friend and Google, just google it, it'll come up,

  it will come up. It's so much, it's so much out here right
• 16:15
  now, especially with AI. Everybody's using AI, but so many things.

  I just want to make sure that you know, you know that the resources
• 16:25
  are out here. The way our world is right now, it eliminates it
• 16:30
  limits. I don't know how to do it because there's too many resources.

  You can do a search on TikTok, you can search on Facebook, you
• 16:47
  can search on YouTube, and you can search on Google. You don't have
• 16:51
  to go look. And there's a lot of organizations out there giving money that
• 16:56
  help you get started. And you know we on the crew Podkay Angela,

  I'm quite sure she has a lot of resources available. So anybody's resources,
• 17:07
  reach out to your network. That way you can then pool all are looking
• 17:15
  for the choos and resources to take your business the next level or other companies

  we partner with for funding, resources to do in corporations and many other things.
