Latest / Unleashing Intuition Secrets / Mitch Vexler: Could a Texas Court Case Shatter the Property Tax Lie and Set a Precedent for America?
Transcript
- 0:02Hello, everybody.
- 0:02It's Michael Jaco with Unleashing Intuition Secrets.
- 0:05Joined once again by Mitch Vex- Vexler, and he has really taken
- 0:10things to another level with the fraud of, our taxes and so forth.
- 0:15Property taxes, how they've been manipulated in Texas where he has a
- 0:20a very good case against the all the way up to the Texas Supreme Court.
- 0:25And going all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States.
- 0:28So this is incredible.
- 0:29We're gonna be talking about that.
- 0:30So Mitch, thanks so much for joining us once again.
- 0:33Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to help bring people up to
- 0:37speed as to what's happening, and the only word I can think of is egregious
- 0:42action- by the Supreme Court of Texas.
- 0:45But more than likely, it's gonna get undone for a variety of
- 0:49reasons that we'll touch on today.
- 0:51But their actions are such that they created deprivation of rights, which
- 0:56is a federal crime, against not just Vexler, but against all Texans.
- 1:02And they denied a case to be heard, not just under Texas constitutional
- 1:09law, but under the constitutional law of the United States of America.
- 1:14So in essence, the question that's being presented to the Supreme Court of the
- 1:19United States is whether a state, and I'll touch on that in a second, a state m- may
- 1:26do an end run around its own constitution- Yeah … and the Constitution
- 1:32of the United States of America.
- 1:34And why is this so important?
- 1:36Because what the S- Supreme Court of Texas has done is they created a replicable
- 1:42template for other states to follow.
- 1:46So not only have the deprivation of rights been committed against 32 million
- 1:50Texans, but in reality if other states follow the Supreme Court of Texas,
- 1:56you can kiss the Constitution of the United States of America goodbye.
- 2:01Because they would've effectively done an end run around it, and
- 2:05that's why this isn't gonna stand.
- 2:07Yeah, so it's when you break it down you found the fraud because you're dealing in
- 2:13real estate, you're buying and selling and so forth, and you're seeing the property
- 2:17taxes are going up way more than the it should be way more because of, the rate
- 2:24of inflation is a certain percentage, but the rate of the property taxes going
- 2:30up was ridiculously much, much higher.
- 2:33And so you started doing the research and that, these property taxes are…
- 2:38we give them, we b- we trust them.
- 2:40We've given them the trust to do these property taxes and
- 2:43app- and appraise property.
- 2:46And you found that they were appraising these properties illegally in some
- 2:50case all of the cases really to a point where they, they just shut
- 2:54everything down and just started putting in numbers on their own
- 2:59So if you go back five years and you use the average value of a house of
- 3:04$220,000, by virtue of inflation, that $220,000, give or take, legitimately would
- 3:11turn somewhere around $272,000 today.
- 3:15That's not what happened according to the central appraisal districts.
- 3:19What happened was a $220,000 house became worth 440,000.
- 3:24And through that process of the overvaluation, which is fraud, then the
- 3:30net result to the school districts from which bonds are raised is that they
- 3:36stole… This is the fraudulent component, not the total tax, just the fraudulent
- 3:40component, $17,700 from the average property owner who had a $220,000 home.
- 3:48They did that in the last five years.
- 3:50Now multiply that by roughly 149 million homes.
- 3:54The damage, 2.6 trillion.
- 3:57Hard cash stolen, pure fraud, and it's irrefutable.
- 4:03The math is the math.
- 4:05No judge on this planet can change the arithmetic, and no judge can explain the
- 4:12economic damages done through these bonds because no judge can trace it because the
- 4:17courts are prohibiting tracing the CUSIPs.
- 4:21How much money was actually raised?
- 4:23We've calculated it.
- 4:24We did it through a backdoor method of roughly $5.1 trillion.
- 4:29Now, I know it's more than that- … because they have 313 agreements,
- 4:32they have energy contracts, they have off-balance sheet financing.
- 4:35I've seen all that, but I can't quantify it.
- 4:39What I could quantify is looking at the median home income, figuring out
- 4:43what the values were, and then backing in to the multiples of how much money
- 4:48was raised by the school districts with regard to the fraudulent school
- 4:51district bonds, roughly 5.1 trillion
- 4:57Wow.
- 4:57Wow.
- 4:58Incredible.
- 4:59Now I've seen a couple presentations now at the Fraud Fighters summits and
- 5:03the last one you did was incredible.
- 5:07You exposed that it's not just the bond fraud in the property tax
- 5:12area, it's also the elec- it spills right over into election fraud and
- 5:18the fraud in so many other areas.
- 5:21So they use the same process, is that correct?
- 5:24It's not the same process, but what had happened through a
- 5:31video that I did, Edward Solomon reached out through Mark Cook.
- 5:35So Mark Cook called me and said, "Ed Solomon would like to have a
- 5:39conversation with you." And I said okay.
- 5:42So what Ed saw in me, which wasn't really articulated at that time, he went into the
- 5:49math, but the nexus between the two cases, his case against the manufacturer of the
- 5:58voting machines themselves, so Ed was an expert witness or to be an expert witness.
- 6:03What he saw was correct, which is there's two parallel cases, two different issues,
- 6:10having the exact same problem, which is the inability or the prohibition
- 6:15of having a case adjudicated Edward Solomon, as the expert witness, was
- 6:20never allowed to walk into a courtroom.
- 6:21They knew if he walked in, they lose.
- 6:25It's that simple.
- 6:26He's got the math.
- 6:27I've got their spreadsheets.
- 6:29So it's Ed Solomon, Roger Fuller, and as a different mathematician,
- 6:36Andrew, Dr. Andrew Paquette.
- 6:38They had come to the same conclusion about the election
- 6:42fraud software and how it's done.
- 6:45What's the nexus to the real estate tax?
- 6:48Real estate taxes and the fraudulent component of those taxes, it's
- 6:52money spent at the school districts to cover off fraudulent bonds.
- 6:58The problem is that money to cover off those fraudulent bonds, A, doesn't
- 7:02exist under the median household income.
- 7:04B, the bonds themselves, as I proved at the Fraud Fighters Summit, there never
- 7:10was, and never, a legitimate reason for any school district to go and raise bonds.
- 7:16It is a mechanism of to strip Mom and Pop's equity out of their house.
- 7:22That is clearly what I laid out.
- 7:25It turns out that an analysis was done on Barrow County,
- 7:29Texas, and Harris County, Texas.
- 7:33And what did they find in the school districts?
- 7:35The exact same flip function inside the voting software that took place.
- 7:41In other words, there are people who are sitting on these school
- 7:44district boards that were put there by virtue of fraud inside the software.
- 7:50So it's a cacophony of fraud everywhere, and that's what we called
- 7:55out, and it's a horrible situation.
- 7:58But the bottom line is there is no election that could be even deemed
- 8:04legitimate but for a punch bowl and paper ballots and voter ID.
- 8:10If it touches software, it's automatically suspect.
- 8:14Wow.
- 8:14And we have the math to back that statement up.
- 8:17These voter machines must be destroyed.
- 8:20The software must be destroyed and never allowed to be used again in history.
- 8:25This stuff is poison, and we've proven it.
- 8:28You saw Ed Solomon on stage.
- 8:30You saw Roger Fuller on stage.
- 8:32What they have come across and the method of the hidden vote distortion
- 8:36logic is not up for debate.
- 8:39It's real.
- 8:40You can say I disagree with it." Go ahead.
- 8:43Disprove it.
- 8:44And therein lies the problem.
- 8:45I laid down that gauntlet.
- 8:47Nobody in all these hearings, all these rehearings, have been able to
- 8:54prove that we're wrong on anything.
- 8:58So I laid down the gauntlet, FBI, DOJ, SEC, IRS.
- 9:01If you
- 9:03think we're wrong on something, for crying out loud, say it.
- 9:06We'll remove it.
- 9:07The problem is, there's another 1,100 documents in behind it.
- 9:11The point being, if you can't disprove it, then it occurred.
- 9:15And if it occurred, those people who are stopping adjudication
- 9:20of proven fraud are guilty.
- 9:23And therein is the reason why we're having problems of being heard.
- 9:28There are people who have been put in office that aren't supposed to be
- 9:31there, and we've got the math through the cast vote records to back that up.
- 9:35In fact, on the second amendment to the criminal complaint, there's a
- 9:38photographic evidence that for those who go to a voting booth and you see a
- 9:44touch screen, we have the photographic evidence that the barcodes on the touch
- 9:50screen have the flip function built into each one of those little black lines.
- 9:55These elections are predetermined, and therein is the huge problem.
- 10:01So not only is your money being equity stripped out of your house, your vote
- 10:06may not be what you think your vote is.
- 10:10And the only way to fix it is to destroy, and I mean destroy, the
- 10:15voting machines and the voting software- Wow … and put those who are
- 10:18responsible for prior elections in jail.
- 10:22That's on both sides of our aisle
- 10:25That sounds good to me.
- 10:26I like the way you're thinking.
- 10:28And it's… And a lot of people are like let's just stop paying property
- 10:32taxes." But you have made a case that that's not the way this works.
- 10:36And in the military I learned very early on, if you have a
- 10:40bitch, you better have a solution.
- 10:42So you, you've been pointing out fraud, but you also have a solution.
- 10:47You could take away the fraud and then start to put out a prop- not a property
- 10:51tax, but a a tax, a county tax which would cover within two to three years all of
- 10:57the issues that needed to be covered, and then, you could reassess at that point.
- 11:01Is that kind of correct?
- 11:03So in the case of Texas, now this is not applicable in particular to
- 11:07Montana, which could do this at a 9% sales tax rate effective today.
- 11:12Wow.
- 11:13But in the case of Texas, because of what I had mentioned before with
- 11:16regard to the 313 agreements, the off-balance sheet financing, all
- 11:21this other kabuki theater having to do where money is put into economic
- 11:25development commissions as an example.
- 11:28The way to get around this is you say, "Fine, for three years
- 11:31the sales tax total in the state of Texas will go to 15%." Wow.
- 11:36Upon stabilization after the school districts take bankruptcy,
- 11:40it'll drop to about 11%.
- 11:42Texas is probably the worst out of the worst.
- 11:45Ohio is bad, but in terms of sales tax, Texas is probably at the top of the list.
- 11:51So that's about as bad as it's gonna get, but it's a very short-term basis.
- 11:55So then the next question would be, why the sales tax?
- 11:59Because the infrastructure exists and it's immediate, right?
- 12:04If you go to a grocery store and you buy a chocolate bar, you're gonna
- 12:06pay 15% and that's the end of it.
- 12:09You buy a two-by-four at Home Depot, 15% tax.
- 12:12It's immediate, the infrastructure exists, and municipal items- Fire
- 12:19departments, police departments, what have you, and even schools have to have
- 12:24their true operating expenses covered.
- 12:28They have to submit a legitimate budget, not based on raising bonds,
- 12:32a legitimate budget, and that is what that tax covers and should cover.
- 12:38No problem.
- 12:39The issue that we're speaking about is the fraud, because what they've
- 12:42done is they took from the school districts and they created bonds.
- 12:47So they take the money from mom and pop, but you have to realize that what you
- 12:52would normally get in your amortization schedule on your house when you pay off
- 12:56your mortgage, that's your amortization.
- 12:58When they raise the taxes on an annual basis, de facto, they are
- 13:03equity stripping your amortization.
- 13:06You will never own that house.
- 13:08You would just keep paying in perpetuity.
- 13:11So what do we have?
- 13:12We have a sales tax that kills off all real estate tax,
- 13:18restoring true property ownership.
- 13:22No longer will any real estate tax or property tax be in existence.
- 13:27You bought it, you own it, never to be taxed again.
- 13:31Wow.
- 13:32Good.
- 13:33That's incredible.
- 13:34And now I'm gonna, I'm gonna put on the screen the letter.
- 13:38I guess you've got some… Peter Ticktin is involved in this.
- 13:43Peter Ticktin for those of you, he- I did a show with Peter Ticktin.
- 13:46He was with President Trump when they were going to school together,
- 13:50a military academy, so they've known each other for a long time.
- 13:53Peter Ticktin was involved with freeing Tina Peters.
- 13:57Obviously, that took some time, but he was, directly involved in that.
- 14:00And now he saw Mitch's presentation, and he was like, he wanted
- 14:06to talk to you right away.
- 14:07That- that's great.
- 14:08So tell us a little bit about what happened.
- 14:11It went through a series of meetings, so I spent probably six, seven hours
- 14:17with Mr. Ticktin over those two days.
- 14:20And David Kenney was also there.
- 14:22So these two gentlemen are both attorneys, both of which happen to
- 14:26be licensed to appear in front of the Supreme Court of the United States.
- 14:30Wow.
- 14:31So the way to get this done is to get the attention of Solicitor General
- 14:36Sauer, which is what it is that you're looking at in front of you.
- 14:40Because he is the backdoor to the Supreme Court of the United States, and
- 14:44he can insist, as can the president, that the Supreme Court of the
- 14:48United States should hear this case.
- 14:51This is not just a Texas case.
- 14:53This is now a national problem.
- 14:56Because if other states copy what the Supreme Court of Texas did,
- 15:00constitutional rights no longer exist.
- 15:03This is, cannot stand under any circumstance.
- 15:06So temporarily, until this- Yeah, tell us
- 15:08how they did that.
- 15:09They took our constitutional rights and basically built a box around
- 15:13them so that if you tried to come in and, protest, "Hey, I n- I
- 15:17need judicial clarity on this.
- 15:19I need the judicial system to look at this.
- 15:21This seems fraudulent to me," you wouldn't even be able to do that.
- 15:25Exactly, and that's the problem.
- 15:27So there are laws against this.
- 15:2918 US Code Section 242, it's a crime.
- 15:33Literally, it's a crime, federal crime, for any person acting under
- 15:38the color of law to willfully deprive someone of their rights protected
- 15:42by the Constitution or the US laws, including states' constitutions.
- 15:47It is an undeniable fact that my rights and the rights of every Texan have
- 15:53been denied as adjudication of known proven fraud has been prohibited.
- 15:59One word, denied.
- 16:01Other states can do the same thing, and using the way you just said it,
- 16:04yeah, they built a box around it.
- 16:06"You can't touch us. We're a court."
- 16:09Except for one problem: 18 US Code 242 wouldn't exist- If a
- 16:15crime was never being committed.
- 16:19And then chapter US code 42 section 1983, individuals can sue.
- 16:27Mom and pop can sue these people, including the judges,
- 16:31for deprivation of federal rights committed under the color of law.
- 16:36They can't hide from this.
- 16:38And it goes one step up in that a contract that is designed to break the law isn't
- 16:44a contract in the eyes of the law.
- 16:47No court has any capacity whatsoever to make a determination that, "Oh,
- 16:53no, you don't get to go into court." That's not the job of a judge.
- 16:59Adjudication is the job.
- 17:02Prohibition of adjudication is not, and that is what the Supreme Court of
- 17:07Texas did, and what makes it national now in scope is that other states
- 17:12may very well try to follow suit.
- 17:14This has to be shut down
- 17:17that's incredible.
- 17:18So what we're seeing right now in similarly not exactly the same, but
- 17:23similarly Nick Shirley in California Senate committee, they're h- holding
- 17:28a hearing to stop Nick Shirley Act.
- 17:32This bill will criminalize and punish anyone from looking into fraud inside
- 17:37immigrant c- communities in California.
- 17:40They started this bill because he b- he was starting to expose fraud
- 17:45of, in the billions of dollars.
- 17:46And so they're creating a bill, kinda like what we're talking about
- 17:49right now, which would prohibit anyone from looking at their fraud.
- 17:53It's unbelievable, but this is what we're talking about here.
- 17:57It's widespread.
- 17:58So this would set a precedence potentially, which would collapse
- 18:03all of these systems of fraud and control around the country.
- 18:06Is that correct?
- 18:07They're gonna collapse one way or the other.
- 18:09The only question is- Yeah … do you have controlled demolition,
- 18:12which is the preference, or-
- 18:14Good
- 18:14point
- 18:14do they keep pushing this can to the point where it just simply blows up?
- 18:17And when blows up- … you're gonna walk into the market one day and
- 18:22it'll be down 2,000 or 3,000 points because all credibility on behalf
- 18:26of the US government will be shot.
- 18:28If you have the ability to say, "Okay, fine.
- 18:30We recognize the fraud.
- 18:32We know where it is.
- 18:33We know who did it.
- 18:34We know how it was done," the $5.1 trillion in outstanding fraudulent
- 18:37school district bond debt, why would you not go after that in
- 18:42order to rescue the big kahuna?
- 18:45The big kahuna are the US Treasuries, twos, fives, sevens, 10s, and 30s.
- 18:50W- without credibility of the US government, they will disintegrate.
- 18:55Now are they 30 cents on the dollar, 40 cents on the dollar?
- 18:58I don't know.
- 18:59Don't care.
- 18:59I don't have any of them, but a lot of people do.
- 19:03So this is really an issue about credibility, including that what you just
- 19:07mentioned at the state of California.
- 19:09But to be crystal clear, the federal predicate is deprivation
- 19:14of rights under color of law.
- 19:17That's exactly what's happening in California, and that's
- 19:19exactly what has happened with the Supreme Court here in Texas.
- 19:22It's a federal crime.
- 19:25But here's the problem on the Texas side, which may grow exponentially
- 19:31That deprivation of rights, you must understand that is a guarantee of
- 19:37taxation without representation.
- 19:41Representation means law.
- 19:43Taxation without law.
- 19:46250 years ago, the War of Independence and the founding of the United States
- 19:50of America was over that issue.
- 19:54No taxation without representation.
- 19:58It's back.
- 20:00And because this is so egregious, and I know that attorneys, while we have to
- 20:05talk nice to judges, et cetera, et cetera, under normal circumstances, I get it.
- 20:10But the bottom line here, there's nothing nice about this.
- 20:13It's basically the Supreme Court of Texas has stripped the
- 20:18constitutional rights of all citizens.
- 20:22The same grievance that founded the United States of America is back.
- 20:27The Supreme Court of Texas is supporting fraud.
- 20:32They don't want this case adjudicated.
- 20:34Too bad, because in exchange for you not wanting this case adjudicated and
- 20:38keeping me out of a courtroom, and keeping all Texans for that matter out
- 20:41of a courtroom, what should happen?
- 20:44The entirety of the bench, the Supreme Court of Texas, should be impeached.
- 20:51That's how bad and how egregious this is.
- 20:53This is no joke.
- 20:54The United States of America is a republic.
- 20:57It has a constitution.
- 20:59This is what separates us from everybody else on the planet.
- 21:03Under no circumstance should that even be questionable, and yet here we are.
- 21:11Yeah.
- 21:11It's incredible.
- 21:12And you, one of the slides and you shared this with me that you
- 21:17put out in your recent briefing.
- 21:20So you said, "This is not a theoretical case. 42 million American households
- 21:26are one $9,000 emergency away from losing their homes. Roughly 7,000 of
- 21:33those dollars are property tax." Wow.
- 21:37So this is something everybody needs to really stand up and take notice of.
- 21:43The actions of the Supreme Court of Texas and I changed the title on my
- 21:47document a couple days before I gave that presentation, and it's foretelling.
- 21:55What has happened here is foretelling of an act of war.
- 21:59Why?
- 22:00Because history says so.
- 22:02Our country was founded on this one issue, no taxation without representation.
- 22:07We have law.
- 22:09We know that.
- 22:10We have facts.
- 22:11We know that.
- 22:13We have the math.
- 22:14We most certainly know that.
- 22:18What do they have?
- 22:19They have the crimes, and the Supreme Court of Texas has chosen, not once
- 22:27but twice, to protect the crimes.
- 22:31Wow.
- 22:31They're protecting the fraud
- 22:35Therein lies the problem What happens if our public- If other states move
- 22:38to copy, we it's a national issue
- 22:41Yeah.
- 22:42So it is back on the f- 250th anniversary of the founding of our republic.
- 22:47This, taxation without representation and that's what we're seeing in
- 22:52Texas, and across the country, probably in every county.
- 22:55Do you you've looked at this is going on pretty much in every county.
- 22:59What do we have how many counties do we have in America?
- 23:01Thousand, 3,000- Three,
- 23:023,147, I believe.
- 23:06Yeah.
- 23:06Wow.
- 23:07Every- Yeah, we have not seen… Let's put it this way.
- 23:10If a s- school district is involved, and the school district is raising
- 23:14bonds, we have not seen a single county that is being held accountable
- 23:20for the fraud that they have created.
- 23:22And there's a slide in that deck, I believe it's slide eight, called
- 23:28the Infection Rate Spreadsheet.
- 23:31And in that Infection Rate Spreadsheet, I have proven irrefutably that
- 23:36there's not a single central appraisal district that is part of a c- a school
- 23:41district that, in fact, is legitimate.
- 23:45They cannot adhere to uniform standards of professional appraisal practice.
- 23:50They are in breach.
- 23:51Why?
- 23:52Because just like COVID, infections will continue to get bigger and bigger.
- 23:57So one little bad number, one little bad property comparison, turns into
- 24:02tens, turns into hundreds, turns into thousands, and it moves very quickly.
- 24:07In fact, the Denton Central Appraisal District, I proved that in a
- 24:1060-day cycle, 50% of the database was irretrievably corrupted.
- 24:16I took it out three years past that, and 100% of the database
- 24:20was irretrievably corrupted.
- 24:22The bottom line is, if it touches bonds, it's corrupted.
- 24:26The CAD is utter garbage.
- 24:29Their databases literally are not worth 10 cents.
- 24:33Crimes are being committed.
- 24:34The pattern and practice of how this is done is clear.
- 24:38The pattern and practice of who did it, right?
- 24:41Because you have chief appraisers, and you have school district
- 24:43superintendents who are committing bond fraud and accounting fraud.
- 24:47So who did it, how it was done, when it was done, 'cause it appears
- 24:51in the QSIPS, it's all trackable.
- 24:53The problem is we don't have the subpoena power that the SEC does.
- 24:59SEC can walk into these school districts and say, "Turn over those
- 25:01QSIPS and the amortization schedule. You got five minutes. If you don't,
- 25:05we'll arrest you." They have that type of power, and they need to use it.
- 25:09But the bottom line is the crimes have been committed.
- 25:13Yeah, so they're so they're up against the wall now.
- 25:16And when does this case go before the s- I guess the Supreme Court of Texas?
- 25:22So the Supreme Court of Texas is done.
- 25:24Yeah … that case was finalized on May 7th, I believe.
- 25:29May 7th or May 8th.
- 25:31So we have till August 6th to get a writ of certiorari into the
- 25:39Supreme Court of the United States.
- 25:41Wow.
- 25:41And that's what I'm working on with Peter Ticktin right now, and
- 25:44David Kenney, and ideally Solicitor General Sauer immediately to get
- 25:49this into gear to get it submitted.
- 25:52And ideally, because it's an emergency basis, it could be
- 25:55heard within 60 to 90 days.
- 25:58But this case better be heard or the United States of America is in big trouble
- 26:04So what kind of timeframe do you see could you about the- would probably, be exposed
- 26:11to the point where it would crash the stock market 2 or 3,000 points in one day.
- 26:17What kind of timeframe do you see happening for that potential to happen?
- 26:23Nobody knows the exact answer.
- 26:25The problem is that 42 million households, that's a huge problem.
- 26:32The outstanding fraud in school district bond debt, that liability has gotta
- 26:35come off these houses very quickly.
- 26:37There is no money.
- 26:39The median household income existing today cannot pay the interest
- 26:43on the outstanding bonds, 5.1 trillion, nevermind paying them off.
- 26:49And I wanna point something out.
- 26:51In Godley, Texas, right now today, roughly $120,000 is outstanding in
- 26:57school district bond debt per house.
- 27:00The average house in Godley's 160 grand.
- 27:02In 30 years from now, that 120,000 goes up 580%.
- 27:08You have the exact same problem on the 5.1 trillion.
- 27:12In 30 years from now, it turns into 29 trillion.
- 27:17It's mathematically impossible to pay off.
- 27:20So the only question, and to your point, when does the market start to
- 27:24freak out when they realize the truth?
- 27:27What I'm trying to do is push the government to recognize
- 27:30the truth and deal with this so we have controlled demolition.
- 27:35Why?
- 27:36Because, yes, it's true that some people in their portfolios hold municipal
- 27:40bonds, and a portion of those municipal bonds are school district bonds.
- 27:44But on an individual basis, that's extremely small.
- 27:485.1 trillion is a lot of money, but on an individual basis, it's manageable.
- 27:54The problem is if you don't get rid of it, what in essence on a 200 and… It's
- 27:59called $120,000 worth of debt, that's roughly $592 a month per household
- 28:04to pay for that in Godley, Texas.
- 28:06But in 30 years, that turns into over $3,400 a month.
- 28:12It's… There is no way that this is going to get paid off.
- 28:18Best to deal with it rather than let it blow.
- 28:21But the direct answer to your question is, it could be six
- 28:24months, it could be eight months.
- 28:26When the market wakes up and says, "Yeah, we're not playing this game
- 28:28anymore, we're out," you'll know
- 28:33Yeah.
- 28:34The fraud has been going on for quite some time.
- 28:36When exactly did they start doing school bonds?
- 28:39That's, there wasn't… It was, like, in the '70s or something?
- 28:42Yes.
- 28:43So it, it goes back depending on where what community you're looking at.
- 28:46However, the bonds then weren't the problem.
- 28:52It… Not good, it was a fraud.
- 28:55But the math of the bonds- the rule of 72 kicks in.
- 29:01And when that occurs, you end up in a problem.
- 29:05So around 2000, 2001 is when the interest on the bonds jumped the principal.
- 29:14When that happened, it's been downhill ever since.
- 29:18So the bonds get bigger, and then you have the compound cumulative effect of
- 29:23the interest on top of the bonds from which they have to go out and raise
- 29:27more bonds to pay for that interest.
- 29:30So you've got a circular argument in reality straight into hell.
- 29:34This cannot ever be paid off.
- 29:37It's mathematically impossible.
- 29:39The income does not exist
- 29:44Wow.
- 29:45Incredible.
- 29:45Because it's been going on for so long they've been stealing for so long
- 29:49we've seen a lot of people losing their houses because of the property taxes.
- 29:53In your estimation, that's it's a real stretch to figure out what those
- 29:58numbers are, but what would you say percentage-wise across the United States,
- 30:02and some areas are gonna be more than others of course, of people that are
- 30:05losing their homes through this fraud?
- 30:08In… It's everywhere, but the answer is tens of thousands so far this year alone.
- 30:14Wow.
- 30:14So in Texas, you've got over 4.2 million.
- 30:17It's coincidental on the number.
- 30:19It's over 4.2 million households cannot afford the roof over their head.
- 30:23That money just doesn't exist to pay the taxes.
- 30:26And it's even tied to hunger.
- 30:29So back in December, I did a story about hunger, and I tied that
- 30:34back to the real estate taxes.
- 30:36You get rid of these taxes, you can feed people who are hungry, no problem.
- 30:40Yeah.
- 30:42Yeah.
- 30:42A lot of people in the chat are saying, their property taxes, we have taxes
- 30:46in here too are super, super suspect.
- 30:49They've been exploding upwards like you've been talking about.
- 30:51So people are aware of this before we even had this discussion.
- 30:55And there's like we're talking about, there's no recourse.
- 30:59They protected themselves legally from, exposing the fraud and saying,
- 31:04"How is this, how is our property tax going up so much?" Now we're
- 31:07seeing properties are losing value.
- 31:11I've seen like in just this one Reventure Consulting, this gentleman that comes up,
- 31:15he was in Atlanta, Georgia, and there's 40, 50% decrease in property values.
- 31:22So how is that going to start to impact on this?
- 31:25So you would think that they're having to like, constantly inflate these numbers,
- 31:29and now we're gonna start to have real property values go down significantly.
- 31:35How… That could accelerate the collapse, couldn't it?
- 31:39Technically speaking, you should end up in a 50 to 60%
- 31:44devaluation from the high- Yeah
- 31:46of what the CAD was saying with regard to value.
- 31:50In other words, the reversion to the mean- … but for the fraud is the bogey.
- 31:56If the fraud didn't exist, this money that I mentioned from the $220,000 home
- 32:01at 17,000 being stolen the last five years, that never would've happened.
- 32:06But I'm gonna give you the cheat code.
- 32:09So they're gonna lie, and they're gonna say, "Well-
- 32:13We need to change the mill rate.
- 32:15We have to up our tax rate because the values are going down, so
- 32:19we'll change the mill rate.
- 32:21This is a crime.
- 32:22This is utter nonsense, and why is it a crime?
- 32:25Because that's not how uniform standards of professional appraisal practice works,
- 32:29which is the law, which is required in all states, a- which also is being
- 32:36ignored, and therein is the problem.
- 32:40There's no doubt, zero, that these people, these chief appraisers, the school
- 32:45district superintendents, are colluding.
- 32:48It's called conspiracy.
- 32:50Conspiracy to defraud.
- 32:52They're caught, there is no way out, and what the judges are doing by backstopping
- 32:57them temporarily is just that.
- 32:59It's a temporary fix.
- 33:02Best the government get involved, or you're likely to end up
- 33:05in a kinetic war, civil war.
- 33:09You can't steal from people and think you're not gonna be held accountable
- 33:14Yeah civil war against the institutions that are doing the fraud, which
- 33:18was, like we talked about, judicial and these appraisers and so forth,
- 33:22so it's not a big civil war.
- 33:24It's like there's a f- just a few individuals that are
- 33:27gonna be held accountable.
- 33:28And civil war because, we're not getting any representation, so people
- 33:32turn into vigilante almost and start, and go into this civil war type of
- 33:37environment where they strike back.
- 33:39We don't want that obviously, so you are bringing justice so that we don't
- 33:44have to, go to that extreme, and I think that's gonna be extremely valuable.
- 33:48And that's why it goes to Supreme Court.
- 33:52Now, we've seen the Supreme Court has not, done some good things lately.
- 33:56What are your thoughts on will, will they rule rightly in this case?
- 34:01I think so, but what are your thoughts?
- 34:04I don't think they have any choice in the matter, and it's not even
- 34:06a question of I don't think.
- 34:07I know, factually speaking, they do not have any choice in the matter.
- 34:12Wow.
- 34:13This is so crazy to deny the rights of a citizen the existence
- 34:19of the Constitution of the United States of America is beyond insane.
- 34:25But nonetheless, this is what they have done, the fear being
- 34:29that other states will follow.
- 34:31If other states follow, those states, and in truth the Supreme Court,
- 34:39would make everything illegal.
- 34:42There would be no law
- 34:47Wow.
- 34:48So the overvaluation, overtaxation I'm reading from this one letter.
- 34:53Overvaluation, overtaxation in order to carry the interest on debts that are
- 34:57not properly tracked so that they've done these, like you say in one of your
- 35:04slides, these workarounds, which is not…
- 35:07There's no legal word for workaround, but they've actually said that.
- 35:11So there's so many different things that they're being exposed for.
- 35:16Like you say, the Supreme Court is they're gonna look at this there's no
- 35:19other… They're gonna rule against this.
- 35:22Let me try to bring this down real quick just to help everybody
- 35:27understand how egregious this is.
- 35:30What is the Supreme Court of Texas hiding?
- 35:33One of the documents is something called unlimited tax.
- 35:39I defy anybody that's watching this video to define what an unlimited tax is.
- 35:43There's no such thing.
- 35:46There's no such thing as unlimited tax.
- 35:49You don't have unlimited money.
- 35:51Nobody does.
- 35:53Not even Elon Musk.
- 35:55Therefore, if there's no such thing as an unlimited tax, or if there's no
- 36:01such thing, then the question becomes why is that being sold to the public?
- 36:08That's the tax that is used to raise the bonds.
- 36:13All nonsense
- 36:18He
- 36:18can bring the whole house of cards down with two words.
- 36:21Yeah.
- 36:21Wow.
- 36:23Yeah it's unbelievable.
- 36:25And so I know you, you've had, after our fraud event you, you had
- 36:30some throat issues and you're still recovering from that, so I don't
- 36:33wanna keep you too much longer.
- 36:35Thank you so much for coming on 'cause I know you- you're fighting through that,
- 36:38and you wanted to get on and share this information, so we really appreciate that.
- 36:41What are the final things we would like to end with?
- 36:45So we can focus on something going forward.
- 36:48Some kind of recourse maybe that we're gonna see.
- 36:50What are your thoughts?
- 36:53Getting the attention of Solicitor General Sauer right now, top priority.
- 36:59This has to happen because he is the backdoor to the Supreme
- 37:02Court of the United States.
- 37:04Get me in front of the judges, I'll take care of the rest of it.
- 37:07That's what it comes down to.
- 37:08This case needs to be remanded and tried on its merits.
- 37:12That's all we're asking for.
- 37:14But continuing to hide the fraud is not gonna fly.
- 37:22Very good.
- 37:23Very good.
- 37:24And it is not gonna, it's not gonna fly much longer 'cause
- 37:27everybody's piling in now.
- 37:29So you got the top guys that are, Peter Ticktin, he's gonna
- 37:33be… He's like a pit bull.
- 37:34You get him involved and it's pretty much game over.
- 37:37At some point they have to give up, and that's where we are right-
- 37:40that's where we're at right now.
- 37:41Mitch, thanks so much.
- 37:42Now, how can people reach you if they want to?
- 37:46So my website is mockingerproperties.com/dcad.
- 37:54And the current information is all up top with regard to the couple
- 37:59of presentations that I'm giving, including these, some of these slides.
- 38:04So it's all there, and probably within three days the document that I just
- 38:10sent to Michael will actually be posted, and that is the letter that
- 38:14went to Solicitor General Sauer and Peter Ticktin and David Kenney- Wow
- 38:19discussing it.
- 38:20And I've shared everything with the public since day one.
- 38:23As fast as we draft it, it's out there.
- 38:26We're doing that on purpose, especially now, because we need Solicitor General
- 38:31Sauer to step up and do his job.
- 38:36So he's he's up against the wall, so he's got nowhere to run, nowhere to hide.
- 38:40The information's there, so we're gonna see some s- some
- 38:43resolution here pretty soon.
- 38:45And I definitely look forward to having you back on and we- we talk about that.
- 38:49So fantastic as always, Mitch.
- 38:53Again thanks for coming on.
- 38:54You've had, issues with your throat prayers for you to get well soon.
- 38:58And we'll look forward to this resolution coming.
- 39:01So keep us informed and we'll we'll have you back on, and we'll talk about it.
- 39:04Thanks a lot.
- 39:05Absolutely, and thank you very much for giving me the
- 39:07opportunity to help update people.
- 39:10Absolutely.
- 39:11Yeah.
- 39:12Lots… I- I'm sure everybody, we say lots of love, and we're sending
- 39:15you lots of love and success in this.
- 39:17So appreciate all your efforts and what you've done to expose all this.
- 39:20Thank you.
- 39:21Thank you.
