- 1:39Speaker 1: a co host. He's here. He did it, hey, and
- 1:43Speaker 1: I brought my muscles. Ah, look at that he's pretending
- 1:47Speaker 1: to be from Baywatch. I'm pretty good. Look he's not
- 1:50Speaker 1: actually sponsored and was not a part of Baywatch. Just
- 1:53Speaker 1: just to clear up the legal stuff. I did watch
- 1:55Speaker 1: it though. He bought it fair and square from the
- 1:57Speaker 1: children's section of Walmart, I'd imagine. So no doubt, no doubt.
- 2:02Speaker 1: So again, this is episode thirty nine. We have another
- 2:05Speaker 1: pretty media uh pretty mediocre episode lined up for you guys,
- 2:08Speaker 1: like we always do. We mentioned we have chez Aiden
- 2:11Speaker 1: from TikTok. If you don't know him and you're non TikTok,
- 2:15Speaker 1: then I feel sorry for you. Go follow him before
- 2:17Speaker 1: we bring him in. And then we have Matt from

- 2:28Speaker 1: guys aren't gonna want to miss this. So what do
- 2:30Speaker 1: you think I'll get into this? Sure? Here it looks shinys.
- 2:34Speaker 1: You used to use the butler, I did. Yeah, they
- 2:36Speaker 1: used the butler. Yeah yep. So uh, let's bring him
- 2:40Speaker 1: in without further ado. Now you're ready back there. He's
- 2:43Speaker 1: been chilling backstage. We had we had the full Canadian
- 2:46Speaker 1: spread for him. Uh, a denim row. We had some putin,
- 2:51Speaker 1: as they might say, I say poutine, some say putin.
- 2:54Speaker 1: We'll have to ask him how he says it. Some
- 2:56Speaker 1: all dress chips. We got some ketchup chips. We got. Yeah,
- 3:02Speaker 1: she's singing, she's singing her heart out and just broke
- 3:05Speaker 1: a glass. It was really weird. I hope Matt's ears
- 3:07Speaker 1: all right. Uh, there was rumor Justin Bieber was gonna
- 3:10Speaker 1: be there, couldn't play fluffer. Yeah he's the fluffer. But
- 3:13Speaker 1: Tom Green showed up instead, so that was cool. Yeah,
- 3:16Speaker 1: so your bumma's on the lips and all that stuff.
- 3:18Speaker 1: It's pretty cool. He brought his own beer, So that's
- 3:21Speaker 1: that's who sponsored the beer, and we could keep going
- 3:23Speaker 1: on and on and on, but let's just bring him in.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Let's just bring him in. What's up? What's up, fellas?
- 3:28Speaker 1: How you doing Hello? We're doing good. So we have
- 3:31Speaker 1: a little side action on how many times between you
- 3:35Speaker 1: and Chez say a. So let's see how many times
- 3:39Speaker 1: that happens. The over unders about seventy five. So take
- 3:42Speaker 1: it easy on him, all right, I'll see what I
- 3:45Speaker 1: can do. So again, for anybody that didn't know or
- 3:48Speaker 1: just joining this, as Matt from the Dirty Beard Co.
- 3:51Speaker 1: The Dirty Beer Company, the inventor of the butler, an
- 3:55Speaker 1: amazing product that that we're going to talk about, you
- 3:58Speaker 1: guys can check them out on face book, dirty Beard
- 4:01Speaker 1: Co or dirtybeard dot com. And you, guys, with a
- 4:04Speaker 1: special announcement just for the stream, you guys can actually
- 4:08Speaker 1: buy one of these used code Beard laws and save
- 4:10Speaker 1: fifteen percent on it. I feel like I'm in a
- 4:13Speaker 1: Guyico commercial, but I'm not. It'll actually save you some
- 4:16Speaker 1: money on an amazing product. Tom's in the house, Rachel's
- 4:19Speaker 1: in the house. Ct O, MG, he's on time. D Lemon,
- 4:23Speaker 1: No he didn't. I don't know what I did.
- 4:26Speaker 2: D Lemon.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Maybe Yeah, I'm sorry to offend your idol beaver lemon
- 4:32Speaker 1: so biber got a good song or dude, did he sure?
- 4:34Speaker 1: I must have missed it? Yeah, me too. No offense
- 4:36Speaker 1: to you. But they said backstage when we were doing
- 4:39Speaker 1: sound check that we could have at it with the
- 4:41Speaker 1: Canadian jokes. No hold bar, just just have it nickelback.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you guys have them. That's terrible. So obviously, uh,
- 4:51Speaker 1: you know, thanks for joining us, and uh, if you want,
- 4:54Speaker 1: why don't you tell us a little bit about uh,
- 4:56Speaker 1: you know, the company and let's just let's show off
- 4:58Speaker 1: this amazing product. Before you know, we get into some
- 5:02Speaker 1: other questions that had nothing to do with beards, because
- 5:04Speaker 1: I'm sure most people come on and you know, you're
- 5:06Speaker 1: a beard company, and everybody just wants to talk about beards.
- 5:10Speaker 1: So what we like to do, obviously we're a little
- 5:12Speaker 1: bit different. We kind of like to talk about, you know,
- 5:14Speaker 1: getting to know the person behind the brand. Obviously you're met,
- 5:18Speaker 1: you're from this company, and when people see you, they
- 5:20Speaker 1: think the multi tool. But we want to kind of
- 5:22Speaker 1: put a little perspective on it. Like you know, when
- 5:24Speaker 1: you're sitting at home or by yourself, you light a candle,
- 5:27Speaker 1: and listen to Justin Bieber and have yourselves, ay a
- 5:30Speaker 1: Puppers what's the beer and have a puppers there, you know,
- 5:34Speaker 1: a Mulson, So you know, let's you know, it's just
- 5:38Speaker 1: kind of fun to see a face, you know, with
- 5:40Speaker 1: a brand because a lot of people, you know, they're
- 5:41Speaker 1: not the spokesperson of their brand. So tell us a
- 5:44Speaker 1: little bit about what you about the butler, go ahead.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Really, first, want to start off just saying we're all
- 5:50Speaker 3: believers up here, so.
- 5:54Speaker 1: We love that guy. First of all, like Logan, thanks
- 5:58Speaker 1: so much for having me out.
- 6:00Speaker 3: You know, we've been back and forth for a little while,
- 6:03Speaker 3: so it's great to actually.
- 6:05Speaker 1: You know, get on the show. Really appreciate it much. Brack. Yeah,
- 6:09Speaker 1: I'm glad it finally worked out. Thanks for coming because
- 6:12Speaker 1: we paired you with a fellow Canadian. How awesome is that? Absolutely,
- 6:16Speaker 1: it just worked out. And I'm a Jays fan about
- 6:21Speaker 1: Canada except Nickelback and Celine Dion Celin Dion. Yeah, I'll
- 6:27Speaker 1: love to get you up here for a Jay's game
- 6:29Speaker 1: when it's a yeah, we're in, I'll catch you COVID.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I don't care, well you can't yees.
- 6:41Speaker 3: So again, thanks again for having me out. Boys and
- 6:44Speaker 3: y'all get into it. You know, founded the Dirty Beard Company.
- 6:52Speaker 1: First of all. It all started with the device.
- 6:55Speaker 3: So we have a patented device called the Beard Butler
- 7:00Speaker 3: or just the Butler.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Now comes in a full grain leather case. This is
- 7:06Speaker 1: like his baby. He wears this all the time, he
- 7:08Speaker 1: sleeps with it. I don't know what else he does
- 7:09Speaker 1: with it. Don't want to know. Hey, whatever you want
- 7:13Speaker 1: to do, what it is up to you. Let's just
- 7:16Speaker 1: say it's a multi tool. Yes, you are all right.
- 7:20Speaker 4: So it comes in this full grain leather case. There's
- 7:22Speaker 4: a clip on the other side. Clip into the side
- 7:25Speaker 4: of your pants. Put it in your bag, put wherever
- 7:28Speaker 4: you want. You're a grown ass man, right, it's true.
- 7:31Speaker 4: Decide you decide where you want to put it. Inside
- 7:34Speaker 4: this full grain leather case. The device, the multi tool,
- 7:40Speaker 4: the butler, the butler.
- 7:43Speaker 5: On one side, the cap comes off in that fresh miss.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Oh yeah, right in there. I can see you getting
- 7:51Speaker 1: handsomer as I can feel it. The other side is
- 7:55Speaker 1: a comb. So the fresh.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Miss cleans, conditions, the beer, moisturize the skin underneath the beard.
- 8:02Speaker 1: The comb just comb it right through. Life is so
- 8:09Speaker 1: much better now done, that before. Mine's fresh and so clean.
- 8:16Speaker 1: It's been done many times.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Let me just say I probably have the cleanest beard in.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Canada right now America. Yeah, I just I just cleaned mind.
- 8:28Speaker 1: So you guys saw it all right? Even worry about
- 8:31Speaker 1: par Yeah, unlike our money, you guys are killing us
- 8:39Speaker 1: right now. We're getting it pretty good. This is no
- 8:41Speaker 1: one scripted to. But he did wears Canadian colors. What
- 8:44Speaker 1: do you guys call what do you guys call Baywatch
- 8:46Speaker 1: in Canada? And the bay Watch? Oh I thought it
- 8:49Speaker 1: would be like river Watch or something. Hey, look at
- 8:51Speaker 1: those holders eight the tap Watch.
- 8:57Speaker 5: Yeah, Logan loved the throwback shirt by the way, great thanks.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Yeah, So guys, it's an amazing product that you guys
- 9:04Speaker 1: can obviously go to the Facebook page dirty beard dot
- 9:06Speaker 1: com and get your own. And you guys, like I said,
- 9:09Speaker 1: you guys just saw us use it, big, big beard.
- 9:12Speaker 1: What would you say yours? Like medium? You got like
- 9:14Speaker 1: the medium beer going. It works in any beard, any beard.
- 9:18Speaker 1: It just goes through it nice and easy. And the
- 9:20Speaker 1: best part is COVID times. You got to keep this clean.
- 9:24Speaker 1: And I think one of the benefits too, is it
- 9:27Speaker 1: has to help with the mask beard. You know what
- 9:29Speaker 1: I mean, Like you get that little full you can
- 9:31Speaker 1: spray it, keep the moisture on the skin, keep the
- 9:34Speaker 1: porest clean, keep it clean and sand because that promotes
- 9:37Speaker 1: a healthy beard and growth is the cleanliness of your beard.
- 9:42Speaker 1: You're a favor.
- 9:43Speaker 6: Oh yeah, we're you know, we're we're living in a
- 9:46Speaker 6: time right now where you know, personal hygiene and portable
- 9:51Speaker 6: personal care is really on the rise, and it's really
- 9:54Speaker 6: on the mind of a lot of people.
- 9:57Speaker 3: You know, we found that, you know, our device sort
- 10:00Speaker 3: of it makes a lot more sense to a lot
- 10:03Speaker 3: more people now than it did maybe four months ago.
- 10:07Speaker 7: Well, much like Canada, this does not discriminate at all.
- 10:13Speaker 7: Well played, absolutely, I see.
- 10:17Speaker 1: What thanks so to you know, to throw it back
- 10:22Speaker 1: right to the start. You know, it was about like
- 10:27Speaker 1: I think, almost almost five.
- 10:28Speaker 3: Years ago now, was it was my mother's birthday and
- 10:33Speaker 3: we went to Montana's for all you can eat ribs
- 10:37Speaker 3: and I just destroyed my beard.
- 10:41Speaker 1: I don't know how many ribs I ate, but thousand?
- 10:44Speaker 1: How many did you find later?
- 10:48Speaker 3: Well, I'll tell you this, but by the end of
- 10:51Speaker 3: the meal, I was trying to clean my beard.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I was using on the napkins.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Wet naps and whatever, and you know, I just still
- 10:59Speaker 3: smelled barbecue sauce in there, and how it was tasty.
- 11:03Speaker 1: It smelled good. Well, you know you have a hint
- 11:06Speaker 1: of maple syrup anyway, because I feel like if I
- 11:11Speaker 1: was in Canada, and I'm I'm serious, I'd put a
- 11:13Speaker 1: hint on maple syrup in my barbecue sauce. Why not
- 11:15Speaker 1: the Yeah, it's been tested.
- 11:17Speaker 3: We're maple syrup good. So we can get that out
- 11:21Speaker 3: of your beard as well.
- 11:22Speaker 1: You know, seventy five percent of all Canadians live within
- 11:25Speaker 1: one hundred miles of the border. I run a trivia show.
- 11:31Speaker 8: That was a question, Okay, have you seen the other
- 11:34Speaker 8: part of Canada? That's a long ways away from anything?
- 11:37Speaker 8: Haven't except like trees, a whole bunch of trees and water.
- 11:41Speaker 8: It's true.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's a good little fact for you guys.
- 11:47Speaker 1: That's true. So, speaking of maple syrup, what's the weirdest
- 11:52Speaker 1: thing You've put maple syrup on? The weirdest thing I've
- 11:56Speaker 1: put maple syrup on? Yeah? Can I say that on
- 12:01Speaker 1: the show? Yeah? Yeah, I don't know. I'll leave that
- 12:08Speaker 1: up to the imagination. Oh, okay, I have a weird imagination,
- 12:12Speaker 1: so I know where you're going with it. Was kind
- 12:15Speaker 1: of like that one movie where the guy woke up
- 12:17Speaker 1: with the polar bear or was it just the regular bear?
- 12:19Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, that's it. That's what I'm thinking. Anyways,
- 12:25Speaker 1: that's what happened. Just say it in French. Nobody on
- 12:27Speaker 1: this show understands except us. What's something Canadian? Whether it
- 12:32Speaker 1: be a chip flavor, whether it be a certain meal
- 12:35Speaker 1: that you guys absolutely love that we've probably had. But
- 12:39Speaker 1: a lot of people watching the show but have never
- 12:41Speaker 1: heard of him, been like, what, like we we we'll
- 12:44Speaker 1: talk about poutine. We talked about that earlier and people
- 12:47Speaker 1: are like, what the hell is that cheese curd and
- 12:50Speaker 1: frenchis and gravy, and they're like, yeah, that's disgusting, No,
- 12:54Speaker 1: it's it's in fact, it's gorgeous. It's like the greatest
- 12:57Speaker 1: thing in the world. There something else, uh, you know
- 13:01Speaker 1: that you guys have, whether it be your hometown, an
- 13:03Speaker 1: area maybe somewhere where you grew up that you're like,
- 13:05Speaker 1: this is the best thing ever. Nobody else work.
- 13:09Speaker 3: I think we're maybe like Toronto is also known for
- 13:13Speaker 3: like having like a really good like back bacon sandwich.
- 13:19Speaker 1: It's like a pemal sandwich. Say that again. Yeah. So
- 13:26Speaker 1: this there's this place in called St.
- 13:28Speaker 3: Lawrence Market downtown Toronto and they're known for this sandwich.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Really good place to go to when you're you're hungover,
- 13:39Speaker 3: and really good meal to have. It's just this sandwich
- 13:43Speaker 3: just full of back bacon or p meal bacon.
- 13:46Speaker 1: I don't know if you guys have that up there,
- 13:48Speaker 1: but it's not your regular strip bacon. It's Honkings, the
- 13:54Speaker 1: real thing. It's absolutely it's fantastic trade. Yep, no doubt. Yeah. So,
- 14:03Speaker 1: if you had one CD that got stuck in your
- 14:07Speaker 1: vehicle for the rest of your life, it's the only
- 14:10Speaker 1: CD that you could play. You can't switch to the radio,
- 14:13Speaker 1: you can't play your own music. One CD that it
- 14:16Speaker 1: just stuck in your car for the rest of like
- 14:19Speaker 1: you got to listen to it. What would it be? Huh?
- 14:23Speaker 3: I think the first thing that came in mind was
- 14:24Speaker 3: like a Snoop Dogg SNEA CD school like the one
- 14:29Speaker 3: I can't remember the name of it. I think it's
- 14:30Speaker 3: called the Doghouse and it was yeah, like yeah Doggie
- 14:35Speaker 3: stock like and like you know, I love like all
- 14:40Speaker 3: different types of music you know anything from you know
- 14:46Speaker 3: hip hop, indie, you know underground dance music, all over
- 14:52Speaker 3: the place.
- 14:53Speaker 1: But there's just there's something Snoop Dogg where he just
- 14:59Speaker 1: the test man for sure. Yeah. Now he's he's all
- 15:03Speaker 1: over the place and he's he just records himself just
- 15:06Speaker 1: cooking away. I'm pretty sure Martha Stewart didn't he Yeah,
- 15:10Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure hitting Martha Stewart got a thing going on. Now.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Who wouldn't Who wouldn't have you had the chance, right?
- 15:20Speaker 1: I think about this.
- 15:21Speaker 7: She's not awful looking if you like, you know Satan women,
- 15:24Speaker 7: but like she can cook.
- 15:27Speaker 1: I want some Brazilian food today. She's like boom, there
- 15:32Speaker 1: you go. It makes you think what other things? Is
- 15:35Speaker 1: she good at? Everything? You're hanging with Snoop Dogg. I
- 15:39Speaker 1: bet there's a list, right, you know? So so I
- 15:44Speaker 1: don't know if you want to get into this. We
- 15:45Speaker 1: got about we got some people in the chat. I'm
- 15:47Speaker 1: assuming people are chatting. So if you guys are alive
- 15:50Speaker 1: and awake in the chat, let us know, because Matt
- 15:53Speaker 1: wants to potentially do a little something for all of you,
- 15:56Speaker 1: And I don't know if you still want to or
- 15:58Speaker 1: if you want to move it over to the Instagram,
- 16:00Speaker 1: and it's totally your call and putting you on the spot,
- 16:03Speaker 1: putting me on the spot. Lock it. Let's we're doing
- 16:07Speaker 1: it live. Let's do it all right. So what we're
- 16:10Speaker 1: going to do is we are going to do a
- 16:12Speaker 1: number game. All right, So Logan is going to write
- 16:16Speaker 1: down a number. Okay if we have a pen. Sure
- 16:21Speaker 1: doesn't we have a pencil? A Oh, that's ironic. What's
- 16:25Speaker 1: that pen? Say? Car dealership, card dealership, not yours, not mine? Okay,
- 16:31Speaker 1: all right, so he is going to write a number.
- 16:32Speaker 1: What do you want to do? Let's do one through
- 16:35Speaker 1: you you let us know one through what Matt, Let's
- 16:38Speaker 1: do one through through one, one through eight Yeah, let's
- 16:48Speaker 1: go higher. Okay, we got we got about twenty twenty
- 16:51Speaker 1: five people watching, okay, all right, when we're going through
- 16:56Speaker 1: one through eighteen, one through eighteen. All right, we're one
- 16:59Speaker 1: through eighteen, right at number one through eighteen on a
- 17:01Speaker 1: piece of paper. So when we say we're gonna ask
- 17:05Speaker 1: everybody in the chat to write a number that is
- 17:07Speaker 1: one through eighteen whatever, he deterned. Unless you want to
- 17:11Speaker 1: pick the winning number, you want to write one down?
- 17:14Speaker 1: You got some you want to do it? No, no, okay, cool,
- 17:20Speaker 1: you's got a number written down on this piece of paper.
- 17:22Speaker 1: When we say everybody in the chat write a number,
- 17:26Speaker 1: we're gonna give you guys a little bit. Whoever is
- 17:28Speaker 1: gets it or whoever is closest. Do you want to
- 17:31Speaker 1: do without going over or just closes? No, you gotta
- 17:33Speaker 1: get it, otherwise you're doing it again. Okay, you gotta
- 17:36Speaker 1: get it, or we do it again? Sure in the chat?
- 17:39Speaker 1: If you and what's up for grabs? What is up
- 17:42Speaker 1: for grabs? Well?
- 17:44Speaker 7: Well, well well everybody, let me tell you what is
- 17:49Speaker 7: up for grabs today?
- 17:51Speaker 9: Ah a device?
- 17:55Speaker 1: What does it come with? Bi case? Device? And your
- 18:02Speaker 1: choice of either gun metal or rose gold.
- 18:10Speaker 7: Rose gold, that's fancying if I ever heard one?
- 18:16Speaker 5: No leader fresh missed, and your choice in three cents
- 18:23Speaker 5: as well, let or smoky vanilla.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Oh could you imagine smoky vanilla and marld with Martha Stewart.
- 18:35Speaker 1: That's yeah, all right, So ladies and gentlemen, if anybody
- 18:41Speaker 1: just joined, you need to get ready. When I say go,
- 18:44Speaker 1: I see some people put it in there. Not yet,

- 23:52Speaker 1: gonna discuss. How I have to say, I thought it
- 23:54Speaker 1: was chess like Pez because I love Pez. That's fair.
- 23:58Speaker 1: I got fifty percent of it, right? Sure you? All right?
- 24:00Speaker 10: Yep, As we just mentioned, we have an amazing guest
- 24:24Speaker 10: backstage to follow.
- 24:25Speaker 1: An amazing opener. All right, Apparently it's Shay Aiden. And
- 24:29Speaker 1: I've been saying Chez. Apparently the and the z are
- 24:32Speaker 1: silent in Canada, Chads, I've been saying Chaz the whole time. Sha,
- 24:37Speaker 1: I spelled it right, that's half of anyways. He's a
- 24:39Speaker 1: man who is a self proclaimed king of tiny hands,
- 24:42Speaker 1: a man who lifts more than a UPS employee during
- 24:45Speaker 1: the holidays. A man who apparently doesn't own a chair,
- 24:48Speaker 1: or at least didn't to start twenty twenty. A man
- 24:50Speaker 1: who rocks a cowboy hat and no shirt better than
- 24:52Speaker 1: Jack Twist. A man who crushed a watermelon with his
- 24:55Speaker 1: legs for two thousand followers, allegedly there's no video proof.
- 24:58Speaker 1: A man who doesn't want to be called the snack anymore,
- 25:01Speaker 1: Ladies call him a taco. A man who really wants
- 25:04Speaker 1: to find a woman who's into some pretty rough stuff.
- 25:06Speaker 1: A man who win he puts on a shirt which
- 25:09Speaker 1: is pretty rare, does what every man does and talks
- 25:13Speaker 1: like the great corn Holio. A man who started growing
- 25:15Speaker 1: a beerd because Iron Sanctuary followed him, even though I
- 25:18Speaker 1: thought it was me. A man who has more voices
- 25:21Speaker 1: than a Tampa Bay Ray's game pre covid. A man
- 25:24Speaker 1: whose spirit animal is a bear eating pizza. A man
- 25:26Speaker 1: who rocks size nine cons A man that I'm happy
- 25:30Speaker 1: to call my beard. A brother, the one, the only
- 25:34Speaker 1: shay Aiden, Hey god, hey, oh how about that for
- 25:42Speaker 1: an intro?
- 25:43Speaker 2: Oh man, I have just been dying backstages entire time,
- 25:47Speaker 2: crying honestly.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's what we're about. We try to keep
- 25:51Speaker 1: things a little different, free flowing. And first off, I
- 25:54Speaker 1: want to say congratulations on twenty thousand followers on Instagram.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Thank you so much accomplished, and uh, obviously one point
- 26:02Speaker 1: six or something million followers on the TikTok absolutely amazing,
- 26:06Speaker 1: And it was one thing that I kind of liked
- 26:08Speaker 1: to ask every guest right out the gate. And the
- 26:10Speaker 1: reason I ask it and every single one is one
- 26:13Speaker 1: because I want to do a video, like a YouTube
- 26:15Speaker 1: recap of all the cool answers from this question. But
- 26:17Speaker 1: second of all, every kind of a TikToker has a
- 26:21Speaker 1: different answer, a different story, whether it's a unique cool
- 26:23Speaker 1: story or whether it's just kind of like a this
- 26:26Speaker 1: is why. But what got you into TikTok? Uh?
- 26:30Speaker 9: You know what it was?
- 26:30Speaker 2: Man?
- 26:31Speaker 1: I don't I I'm.
- 26:37Speaker 2: I used to make these Instagram videos and I would
- 26:40Speaker 2: take a bunch of pre workout and then throw on
- 26:43Speaker 2: a metal song with like a long breakdown or a scream,
- 26:46Speaker 2: and I would pretend to do that, and my buddy
- 26:48Speaker 2: messages me. He's like, hey man, He's like, you got
- 26:50Speaker 2: to get TikTok.
- 26:53Speaker 1: You'd kill it on there.
- 26:54Speaker 2: So for the first little while it was it was,
- 26:57Speaker 2: you know, it was like okay, But then it started
- 26:59Speaker 2: to pick up up and I was just like, oh, oh,
- 27:03Speaker 2: I'm like this is a thing.
- 27:04Speaker 1: So like me, you really like me? Remind me that's
- 27:11Speaker 1: do you remember one of the first people or a
- 27:14Speaker 1: person you know, or group or whatever that you followed
- 27:16Speaker 1: on TikTok because they say everybody remembers their first you
- 27:20Speaker 1: know what there was.
- 27:21Speaker 9: I'm going to forget his name.
- 27:23Speaker 2: I am going to forget his name, but he was
- 27:25Speaker 2: an African African American gentleman that was a little person
- 27:31Speaker 2: and I'm.
- 27:33Speaker 9: Forgetting his name. But he's honestly the funniest guy ever.
- 27:36Speaker 2: I followed him since like day one, and he doesn't
- 27:39Speaker 2: love having hard stuff and it just cracks.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Me up every single time. That's awesome. Do you remember
- 27:46Speaker 1: kind of the the first video that went what they say,
- 27:49Speaker 1: viral or the one video that got a lot of
- 27:51Speaker 1: traction and you were like, oh shit, this is what
- 27:54Speaker 1: I maybe have to do.
- 27:56Speaker 9: Uh yeah, I do. It involves me having a chair.
- 28:02Speaker 9: So when I started getting too TikTok, I couldn't find.
- 28:05Speaker 2: A lot of the metal songs that I wanted to
- 28:08Speaker 2: use because the app is in design.
- 28:11Speaker 1: And what I.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Started noticing was that like people were kind of joshing
- 28:15Speaker 2: about women doing that's my buddy Larry. By the way,
- 28:23Speaker 2: Please tell me he's a cable guy.
- 28:25Speaker 9: No, he's he's a CNC machine. As that worked with me.
- 28:29Speaker 8: You know, there's always does he work for CNC factory?
- 28:33Speaker 8: That's an early nineties joke, anybody, No, I was born.
- 28:36Speaker 9: In ninety six.
- 28:36Speaker 1: I'm sorry. Yeah, they were already out.
- 28:42Speaker 9: But people were kind of joshing women for doing these
- 28:45Speaker 9: kind of eccentric dances on TikTok. So I said, you
- 28:48Speaker 9: know what, let me just throw on my.
- 28:50Speaker 2: Shorts, pair of shorts, stuff a pillow in the back,
- 28:53Speaker 2: and do a provocative dance. And that was my first
- 28:57Speaker 2: fire video. So I was also a shirt So that
- 29:00Speaker 2: was the Yeah, there's not a lot of tiktoks. You
- 29:05Speaker 2: got a shirt on?
- 29:06Speaker 1: And why would you if you work that hard to
- 29:09Speaker 1: look like that. It'd be like getting a whole bunch
- 29:11Speaker 1: of tattoos and getting a sleeve and covering them all
- 29:14Speaker 1: the time. Yeah.
- 29:15Speaker 9: Right, I appreciate it.
- 29:16Speaker 1: I really do. I appreciate it. And I mean I've
- 29:18Speaker 1: been working on my dad bought for thirty something years,
- 29:22Speaker 1: so much chance to show it off. I show this thing. Hey,
- 29:27Speaker 1: you you got you know what I mean? You got
- 29:28Speaker 1: what you got? You? I got a hand line that
- 29:31Speaker 1: nobody else has and I love it. Yeah, it comes
- 29:36Speaker 1: off and you're like, hey, you're like whoa, And I'm like, yeah.
- 29:41Speaker 9: That's what's God, that's awesome.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Yeah. So, so is it true that you really started
- 29:48Speaker 1: growing your beard because Iron Sanctuary followed you or did
- 29:50Speaker 1: you use that an excuse to enter the manhood of
- 29:52Speaker 1: the bearded Brotherhood?
- 29:54Speaker 9: I wanted to be a man. No, it was little
- 30:00Speaker 9: bit of a fifty to fifty.
- 30:01Speaker 2: It was the beginning of quarantine and I got kind
- 30:03Speaker 2: of lazy with it.
- 30:04Speaker 9: I've been debating it for a little while, you know what.
- 30:11Speaker 2: And I was like, you know what, if I can
- 30:13Speaker 2: get the approval of Irony. He was extremely popular in
- 30:17Speaker 2: my news feet at the time. So it's just like
- 30:18Speaker 2: I'm like, you know what, if I can get this guy's.
- 30:19Speaker 9: Approval, I'll do it.
- 30:20Speaker 2: I'm gonna do it either way, but it just makes
- 30:22Speaker 2: a little bit better if he says so.
- 30:25Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, this is kool aid. He's Ontario, Canada.
- 30:30Speaker 1: It's all about the Canadian love. You guys really travel well,
- 30:33Speaker 1: they do, yeah, except for living wise, because seventy percent
- 30:36Speaker 1: of Canadians live within one hundred miles of the border,
- 30:38Speaker 1: which is cool. The Border's cool. I love the river,
- 30:41Speaker 1: love it. Yeah. So where did the beab skit come
- 30:47Speaker 1: from obviously d Lemon's coming out here saying and it's
- 30:52Speaker 1: it's a skit that still is a present one, and uh,
- 30:55Speaker 1: I'm just curious where where kind of came from.
- 30:59Speaker 9: It's it was a combination of two things.
- 31:01Speaker 2: It was something that like my ex girlfriend and I
- 31:03Speaker 2: used to call each other or whatever, just as like
- 31:06Speaker 2: a short form of.
- 31:07Speaker 9: How to get each other's attention.
- 31:09Speaker 2: And then as well as like I kept seeing a
- 31:12Speaker 2: little bit more like people were doing like relationship content.
- 31:15Speaker 2: I'm like, you know what, I'm like, I don't have
- 31:17Speaker 2: a girlfriend, but I can probably do that. So I
- 31:20Speaker 2: just kind of mashed that together and it became what
- 31:25Speaker 2: it was. People really seem to like it. It got
- 31:28Speaker 2: to a point where my following was eighty seven percent
- 31:31Speaker 2: females because I don't know, chicks.
- 31:33Speaker 9: Loved it at the time, and honestly, I enjoyed doing it.
- 31:37Speaker 9: It's hilarious.
- 31:37Speaker 2: It really gets If I don't laugh at my videos
- 31:40Speaker 2: before I post them, I won't post.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Them for it that way. It's true. I've never had
- 31:44Speaker 1: eighty seven women follow me, like on a real scale level.
- 31:50Speaker 1: That's my whole life. That's true. Yeah, he's getting and
- 31:54Speaker 1: he's getting old. So what's up with the with the
- 31:57Speaker 1: washcloth on the head. Is that part of or is
- 32:00Speaker 1: that time were you don't want to talk about?
- 32:02Speaker 9: No, no, I just I I didn't own a wig.
- 32:04Speaker 2: I wasn't about to go buy a wig because it
- 32:07Speaker 2: was January, so I was.
- 32:08Speaker 9: I'm like, you know what, I have a rag. This
- 32:11Speaker 9: works and that's it.
- 32:13Speaker 1: It's it's hilarious. He probably he's got a TikTok that
- 32:16Speaker 1: he doesn't really use it. I don't even know if
- 32:18Speaker 1: he knows how to use it, but like I tell him,
- 32:20Speaker 1: like the show ends, and I you know, you try
- 32:22Speaker 1: open it and go hey moves. Yeah. Yeah, maybe eventually
- 32:29Speaker 1: you could have eighty seven women follow you just because
- 32:31Speaker 1: you're on TikTok and just throw that beard lass. If
- 32:35Speaker 1: you say beard laws, that's good for at least three
- 32:37Speaker 1: follows exactly. You know.
- 32:39Speaker 9: I'm just say, you know, I'm watch your watch, yours
- 32:41Speaker 9: your skyrocket.
- 32:43Speaker 1: So you listen to a variety of music. You do
- 32:46Speaker 1: a lot of skits, you know, kind of where you know,
- 32:48Speaker 1: you got the country, you got the metal, you got everything.
- 32:51Speaker 1: So if there's a go to song that just never
- 32:55Speaker 1: gets old, doesn't matter. If you're just sitting at the
- 32:57Speaker 1: house by yourself, you're going to the gym. There's there's
- 33:00Speaker 1: just one song that maybe it's just present or maybe
- 33:02Speaker 1: it's just kind of like an old school intelic. We
- 33:04Speaker 1: all had that school you know that song when we
- 33:06Speaker 1: were in high school and stuff. Just if there's just
- 33:08Speaker 1: one song that pops in your mind that's like this
- 33:10Speaker 1: is my go to? What's one of them? It doesn't
- 33:13Speaker 1: have to be.
- 33:15Speaker 2: It's a strong tie between two songs, okay, And I
- 33:19Speaker 2: can only say it because like I can't pick no
- 33:21Speaker 2: matter what how many times they do it. First off,
- 33:24Speaker 2: it's Back and Black by a CDC. It was actually
- 33:27Speaker 2: the first rock song I ever heard. I remember hearing
- 33:30Speaker 2: it and it completely switched me to rock and classic rock.
- 33:35Speaker 2: And then it's Love Bites by Deaf Leopard.
- 33:39Speaker 9: Wow, a classic?
- 33:41Speaker 1: It is a classic. Yeah, Hey, what's going on?
- 33:43Speaker 9: Man?
- 33:44Speaker 1: Thanks for popping in Love Bites by def Leppard. And
- 33:48Speaker 1: you were born in ninety six.
- 33:49Speaker 2: I know, I know, I actually have, Guys, I have
- 33:52Speaker 2: a love Bytees tattoo.
- 33:55Speaker 1: All right, turn them off because I've seen a out
- 34:00Speaker 1: of your skits that involve some rough things. I'm not
- 34:03Speaker 1: sure we're love Bites. Show it on the on the
- 34:07Speaker 1: social media's but.
- 34:08Speaker 7: Got a pretty good guess he's gonna have a lot
- 34:10Speaker 7: more people following them.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Yes, so when he hits twenty million, he will show
- 34:15Speaker 1: off love bytes on TikTok. Oh.
- 34:18Speaker 9: That should be a reveal.
- 34:19Speaker 1: A yeah, do reveal. Let's make it happen tomorrow, twenty million,
- 34:23Speaker 1: let's go perfect. Yeah, so you did the two thousand
- 34:29Speaker 1: you how long did you really work squashing that watermelon?
- 34:32Speaker 1: Because that's unfortunate the video didn't because you were working
- 34:35Speaker 1: it pretty hard, Like that's not an easy thing.
- 34:39Speaker 2: No, I decided to do it for just the I
- 34:43Speaker 2: was like, you know what, this is something to do
- 34:44Speaker 2: for two thousand people were doing like milestone videos and
- 34:48Speaker 2: at the time, I really didn't know how to properly
- 34:50Speaker 2: work my TikTok. So I would I would press the
- 34:54Speaker 2: button and then it would cut out, or I'd have
- 34:56Speaker 2: the time it properly. I worked on that thing for
- 34:58Speaker 2: about forty five minutes to an hour, like, and I
- 35:01Speaker 2: was sweating.
- 35:02Speaker 1: I was gonna say, it look like a gym workout.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Have you ever just brought in a watermelon to the
- 35:06Speaker 1: gym and just sat down and was like, all right,
- 35:08Speaker 1: let's go. You should do that.
- 35:10Speaker 9: I don't know if I can answer that on camera.
- 35:13Speaker 1: If you haven't, if Jim's haven't opened back up, you
- 35:16Speaker 1: should just do it and put a camera up or
- 35:18Speaker 1: have somebody record it, just for fun to see how
- 35:20Speaker 1: people react when you're trying to push a watermelon. I
- 35:22Speaker 1: feel like you're a pro now.
- 35:27Speaker 8: Or if you have a friend named Jim, go to
- 35:29Speaker 8: his out when he's having family dinner.
- 35:33Speaker 1: We're off the watermelon. No more, guys, I got it?
- 35:38Speaker 1: So how many? So what are you gonna do crazy
- 35:41Speaker 1: for two million? Do you have anything planned for that?
- 35:44Speaker 1: Or you don't have to do the surprise? I'm just
- 35:46Speaker 1: curious because it's gonna happen.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Uh, I'm you know what, man, I'm probably gonna let
- 35:52Speaker 2: somebody pick its out to.
- 35:56Speaker 9: Keep it underneath the tuny size. Yeah for you guys,
- 36:00Speaker 9: that's a large bottle cap.
- 36:03Speaker 2: Money and I'm just gonna leave it like that and
- 36:10Speaker 2: just see who comes up with the best thing and
- 36:12Speaker 2: put it in a spot that's maybe not, you know,
- 36:15Speaker 2: super visible all the time, but enough that I.
- 36:18Speaker 9: Can say, ha ha, look what I got.
- 36:20Speaker 2: Like, Yeah, a little right here, Mike Tyson, that the
- 36:26Speaker 2: Mike Tyson thing right there, Oh.
- 36:34Speaker 1: No, Gordon Downy singing on your neck? Cool? Wow, you
- 36:40Speaker 1: went there. Every time somebody from Canada comes in here,
- 36:43Speaker 1: you have to talk about the hip God. He's all right,
- 36:47Speaker 1: so the last we should have asked Matt, but he's
- 36:50Speaker 1: still backstage watching out. So, Matt, are you a tragically
- 36:52Speaker 1: hip fan? Thumbs up or thumbs down? All right? Are
- 36:56Speaker 1: you a tragically hip fan? No? I'm sorry, all right,
- 36:59Speaker 1: So that three Canadians and two were not tragically hip fans.
- 37:03Speaker 1: I'm not not a huge not a huge hip fan.
- 37:07Speaker 1: But that's a that's a topic you know later, So clearly, sorry, Matt.
- 37:11Speaker 9: You know, argument for another day.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Yeah, well, we'll we'll do not talking me, me, me, me,
- 37:18Speaker 1: I'll draw it. It'll be lemon related.
- 37:22Speaker 9: Perfect, is it?
- 37:24Speaker 1: Though? I would rather have watermelon on your thighs or something,
- 37:29Speaker 1: or put or put watermelon crusher one on.
- 37:34Speaker 9: Big letters on the side of the interparts with.
- 37:37Speaker 1: My thighs the water and then and then you just
- 37:41Speaker 1: gotta find never mind, we're gonna we're gonna move on moving.
- 37:45Speaker 1: So did you know that they're actually bringing Beavis and
- 37:49Speaker 1: but Head back and they're gonna start remaking them again.
- 37:52Speaker 9: I did see that yes.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Isn't that exciting? You know what, I'm excited. I hope
- 37:59Speaker 1: it's gonna be just as good as I remember it being.
- 38:01Speaker 1: And then I when I heard the news, I actually
- 38:03Speaker 1: looked up some old episodes and I'm like, yeah, it's
- 38:05Speaker 1: still really good. It's funny to see their take because
- 38:08Speaker 1: a lot of like the stuff was the music videos
- 38:10Speaker 1: and stuff, and it's a different culture, it's a different time,
- 38:13Speaker 1: Like you don't really watch the music videos like like
- 38:17Speaker 1: we used to, so.
- 38:19Speaker 2: Can I have a thing only for the fact that,
- 38:22Speaker 2: like I really hope that they try to keep as
- 38:24Speaker 2: close to the animation style as possible.
- 38:26Speaker 9: I know it was a little grainy back in the day,
- 38:28Speaker 9: but you know what.
- 38:30Speaker 2: That that at your sketch kind of type of cartoon
- 38:33Speaker 2: was was perfect and I hope you don't ruin it.
- 38:37Speaker 1: I think it would do well again. Like remember for
- 38:39Speaker 1: a little while they kind of did a Simpsons where
- 38:40Speaker 1: they kind of made them lifelike and it was so creepy,
- 38:44Speaker 1: like just in butt head if they were real people,
- 38:47Speaker 1: Like have you seen the memes of people like that?
- 38:50Speaker 1: Are real? Beatus in bod Like, nobody's gonna watch that.
- 38:53Speaker 1: It's funny and cartoon for it. Could you imagine Hey
- 38:55Speaker 1: Arnold as a person? Like there's like that in real
- 39:00Speaker 1: life either, No, we don't want to see that. So
- 39:06Speaker 1: what's one of the weirdest things that you think you've
- 39:08Speaker 1: dressed up as? Could have made it on TikTok could
- 39:11Speaker 1: have not been released? Something that you want to because
- 39:13Speaker 1: you do some of the you know, the makeup and that,
- 39:15Speaker 1: like there was the Devil and you got some other stuff.
- 39:18Speaker 1: So what's one of the weirdest things you've dressed up as?
- 39:21Speaker 2: Oh, that is a This is a good one. I
- 39:24Speaker 2: gotta think about that one, because like I I've done
- 39:27Speaker 2: a few things, like I've done mediocre, Like I'm gonna
- 39:29Speaker 2: try to do cosplay but it never end up working out.
- 39:32Speaker 9: Or I'm just gonna do something for the TikTok. I O,
- 39:37Speaker 9: it's tough.
- 39:38Speaker 1: They're gonna bust out crazy train I I I hockey puck.
- 39:47Speaker 9: Surprisingly Matt.
- 39:49Speaker 2: No, I think I'll just have to leave it at
- 39:56Speaker 2: Oh you know what I did, Okay, I tried to
- 39:58Speaker 2: do a Mandalorian costume when I was a kid, and
- 40:02Speaker 2: I made it a lot of cardboard and it looked great,
- 40:05Speaker 2: but it just disintegrated the more I walked, and it
- 40:08Speaker 2: just it was the worst thing.
- 40:10Speaker 9: I loved it to death, but it looked horrible.
- 40:13Speaker 1: From Mandalorian to homeless really quick.
- 40:17Speaker 2: Basically basically the Walmart version of Mandalorian just all out
- 40:21Speaker 2: of card.
- 40:22Speaker 9: Yeah, ikea version.
- 40:23Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, well played, well played good. So you have
- 40:29Speaker 1: from like the two thousand to the ten to the
- 40:32Speaker 1: eighty to the one point six in just a couple
- 40:35Speaker 1: of months. I had to be a pretty wild ride.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Like honestly, man, I honestly yeah no, I mean like
- 40:46Speaker 2: it happened so rapidly that I guess, I don't know.
- 40:51Speaker 2: I just kind of can like day by day, I
- 40:53Speaker 2: was just like, oh, that's that's one hundred thousand followers
- 40:56Speaker 2: in like twenty four hours. I'm like, cool work, And
- 41:02Speaker 2: that's basically what it was.
- 41:03Speaker 9: And I just kept doing. Oh I did do Bob
- 41:07Speaker 9: Ross for Halloween, and I did.
- 41:08Speaker 2: I want a costume contest with that too.
- 41:11Speaker 1: That's not weird, that's awesome.
- 41:13Speaker 9: See, yeah, that's awesome. Yeah, Larry's coming in clubs today.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Yes, it happened so rapidly, and I was real really excited.
- 41:21Speaker 2: And then what kind of piled on was the Oh
- 41:25Speaker 2: I got to keep this up like I gotta keep making,
- 41:27Speaker 2: you know, a.
- 41:28Speaker 9: Viral video, a viral video viral, and then just kind
- 41:30Speaker 9: of piled on. I got really stressed. I'm not even
- 41:32Speaker 9: gonna lie like I know it sounds kind of.
- 41:33Speaker 2: Stupid, but I got really stressed at one point where
- 41:35Speaker 2: I was just like I just was was trying very hard.
- 41:40Speaker 2: And then I took a step back and was like, okay,
- 41:42Speaker 2: you set yourself up a little while ago and said, okay,
- 41:46Speaker 2: never make something that you're just gonna do for cloud, Like,
- 41:51Speaker 2: always do stuff that you want to do, and if
- 41:53Speaker 2: they like it, they like it.
- 41:54Speaker 9: If they don't, they don't.
- 41:55Speaker 1: And that was.
- 41:56Speaker 2: Basically it, and then that's what I've done ever since.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Like I said earlier, it's just like I don't laugh
- 42:00Speaker 2: at it. I won't post it exactly. I don't find
- 42:03Speaker 2: it funny that that's you know.
- 42:05Speaker 1: Yeah, and you're I mean, you're content creator. And that's
- 42:08Speaker 1: this new wave of stuff that wasn't around the while ago.
- 42:10Speaker 1: And it's no different than a musician or a comedian
- 42:13Speaker 1: going out to do what they do, feeling the pressure
- 42:16Speaker 1: when they can't, you know, they kind of get that block,
- 42:18Speaker 1: you know, where I can't write this, I can't perform this.
- 42:20Speaker 1: I can't come up with something that's hilarious. It's just
- 42:23Speaker 1: it's just different to a lot of people because you know,
- 42:26Speaker 1: things are different these days. And speaking of different, you
- 42:29Speaker 1: you are a bodybuilder as well, And how difficult and
- 42:33Speaker 1: how have you been able to kind of adapt during
- 42:35Speaker 1: COVID with gyms closed? And I know it's not going
- 42:38Speaker 1: to be easy, but you know what I mean, being
- 42:40Speaker 1: a competitor being you know who you are. I know
- 42:43Speaker 1: you've adapted and overcome.
- 42:46Speaker 2: It's it definitely was rough in the beginning because it
- 42:50Speaker 2: kind of happened so quick, Like it went from like
- 42:52Speaker 2: I was starting to search for oasis gyms where like,
- 42:55Speaker 2: oh this one's closed, Okay, I go to this one,
- 42:57Speaker 2: like oh I still have a membership of this one,
- 42:59Speaker 2: and then they all was closed.
- 43:00Speaker 9: So I'm resourceful in some ways. And I was like,
- 43:04Speaker 9: you know.
- 43:04Speaker 2: What, I have bands, I'm gonna borrow some metal from work.
- 43:07Speaker 2: I'll just lift the metal. And I was doing home
- 43:10Speaker 2: workouts for about a month, maybe two months, and then
- 43:12Speaker 2: my friend kind of had access to a secret gym.
- 43:15Speaker 2: I can't say names, I can't say places now, Yeah,
- 43:19Speaker 2: she had a key to a place and we're just like, Okay,
- 43:21Speaker 2: well let's go. And then last month, my buddy he
- 43:26Speaker 2: rents out a gym with a gymnastics team and there
- 43:29Speaker 2: was a squad rack and some dumbbell. So I've been
- 43:31Speaker 2: using that ever since, and I've still meant I'll maintain
- 43:38Speaker 2: ball is his workout. Yes, I do love some spyball
- 43:41Speaker 2: for a workout.
- 43:42Speaker 9: Good cardio of.
- 43:43Speaker 1: Ascular watermelon, that's what he does.
- 43:49Speaker 9: Just blowed right to the net.
- 43:52Speaker 1: So tell us why split faces the best filter ever?
- 43:56Speaker 9: Honestly, but I love it. I mean like it's if
- 43:58Speaker 9: I could imagine myself.
- 43:59Speaker 2: As a cartoon character on say nickelode in our cartoon
- 44:02Speaker 2: network or whatever, that's exactly how I wouldn't want to look,
- 44:06Speaker 2: just like a little squished face. And it's just me like,
- 44:10Speaker 2: if God forbid the filter decides to not be around
- 44:13Speaker 2: on TikTok anymore, it'll be unfortunate, but it's not gonna
- 44:16Speaker 2: be any different than the content that I would do normally.
- 44:19Speaker 2: It's just my face is missing this much.
- 44:21Speaker 1: Yeah, And what's what's crazy and very unfortunate is it's
- 44:25Speaker 1: not beard friendly most And I don't know if you've
- 44:28Speaker 1: had it, but like I can't I tried today for
- 44:30Speaker 1: thirty minutes because I was gonna do a duet and
- 44:32Speaker 1: I was gonna show you something funny on here. And
- 44:34Speaker 1: it just goes or it just doesn't work, and you're like,
- 44:37Speaker 1: is it gonna kick in? No, and then all of
- 44:38Speaker 1: a sudden, when it does, it goes bounce, is all over.
- 44:41Speaker 1: So I recorded when I'm like, well, I was gonna
- 44:44Speaker 1: be like and now I have to redo it because
- 44:45Speaker 1: it's aid chez aiden and clearly it's shade Aiden.
- 44:49Speaker 9: It is Shaye.
- 44:50Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Shaye. I don't know. I'm not French, but yeah, yeah.
- 44:54Speaker 1: So it doesn't quite work. But so you gotta tell
- 44:58Speaker 1: us you're the king of tiny hands. I've been waiting
- 45:01Speaker 1: to see them pop up. However you do it. Tell
- 45:04Speaker 1: us a little bit about the tiny hands. Why are
- 45:07Speaker 1: you the king of tiny hands?
- 45:10Speaker 9: Because I do it so well. No, Honestly, I.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Had seen them somewhere, but they were the ones where
- 45:19Speaker 2: that you slipped in your sleeves and you kind of
- 45:21Speaker 2: hold the nub.
- 45:21Speaker 9: These weren't the little finger ones that I have.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Here, and I found them hilarious, and I just kept
- 45:28Speaker 2: doing it and kept doing it and kept doing it,
- 45:30Speaker 2: and I don't know, I would say, like it is
- 45:33Speaker 2: a little self proclaimed. I'm gonna be honest, I'm gonna
- 45:35Speaker 2: put my little crown on because it is a little
- 45:37Speaker 2: self proclaim. But I don't see anybody else kind of
- 45:40Speaker 2: doing the same thing I do with the I would
- 45:44Speaker 2: say popularity, I guess.
- 45:46Speaker 1: And nobody's being at you saying you're not the king, right.
- 45:49Speaker 2: Nobody said like, hey man, how about you step down
- 45:52Speaker 2: because I'm the king and etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
- 45:54Speaker 9: So that's basically it. You could be the king of Norway.
- 45:56Speaker 2: And as long as nobody says you're not, have you
- 46:00Speaker 2: offended any little people or people with small hands or
- 46:03Speaker 2: children at that matter.
- 46:06Speaker 9: Not yet, which is surprising.
- 46:08Speaker 1: Well that's coming from a guy that has small hands.
- 46:14Speaker 1: So I mean, if anybody ever challenges you to there
- 46:16Speaker 1: and you need someone to like be in your army,
- 46:19Speaker 1: like I'm in tiny hands army, just yeah, apparently the
- 46:27Speaker 1: lemon is coming for your title ready, tiny hand slapt
- 46:32Speaker 1: fight yeah us. So obviously to something that everybody loves
- 46:41Speaker 1: on TikTok or just loves in general is impersonations. You
- 46:46Speaker 1: have a plethora of them. Is it something that you've
- 46:49Speaker 1: kind of always been able to do or have done,
- 46:52Speaker 1: like since a kid, was there a certain point in
- 46:53Speaker 1: your life where you're like, I'm gonna learn this or
- 46:55Speaker 1: it just come natural because like some people try to
- 46:58Speaker 1: do impersonations, you know what I mean, it's very forced,
- 47:00Speaker 1: and it just feels like it comes very natural, and
- 47:03Speaker 1: it's very fun and it's just a cool thing that
- 47:04Speaker 1: you like to do. And I feel like, you know,
- 47:06Speaker 1: certain people, things just come easy to them and and
- 47:10Speaker 1: and I feel like that was one of them. Maybe
- 47:12Speaker 1: it's the vibe I got, But you.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Know, honestly, man, like it started with. Yeah, it did
- 47:17Speaker 2: start off when I was a kid. I didn't always
- 47:20Speaker 2: have the greatest childhood, so I spend a lot of
- 47:23Speaker 2: time like kind of watching movies and watching cartoons and
- 47:27Speaker 2: and I just kind of got into like doing the voices,
- 47:31Speaker 2: and like I try to practice a little bit more.
- 47:33Speaker 9: But then it became like a like a growing up.
- 47:34Speaker 2: It became a thing, and then it became like a
- 47:36Speaker 2: party trick to the point where like I'll be walking
- 47:40Speaker 2: past my coworker and Larry will be will be testimony
- 47:42Speaker 2: to this. I'll walk past him with no context, I'll
- 47:45Speaker 2: laugh like playing it, and I'll just walk past like
- 47:48Speaker 2: and then just walk away, and I just I say
- 47:53Speaker 2: do it for for for fun all the time and
- 47:55Speaker 2: it makes people laugh and.
- 47:57Speaker 9: Uh I really enjoyed doing it. I really did.
- 48:00Speaker 1: Yeah, you're the coworker. Everybody needs my work atmosphere with
- 48:06Speaker 1: some impressions. And that's cool. That's cool. So what's one
- 48:10Speaker 1: piece of advice that you think you could give somebody
- 48:12Speaker 1: that's just kind of starting out with TikTok? You know,
- 48:16Speaker 1: you know a lot of people come in and they
- 48:18Speaker 1: see a lot of these numbers and they're like, oh,
- 48:20Speaker 1: I could get there, and then when they don't, it's
- 48:21Speaker 1: like an instant frustration, you know what I mean. And
- 48:23Speaker 1: there's a lot of people that are doing great content
- 48:25Speaker 1: that haven't had their moment. So if there's just a
- 48:27Speaker 1: kind of a piece of advice that you might be
- 48:29Speaker 1: able to give somebody, you know what would you kind
- 48:31Speaker 1: of tell them if you know you just starting out,
- 48:34Speaker 1: you know what?
- 48:34Speaker 9: Simply put be yourself and be original. That's basically those
- 48:39Speaker 9: are the two things.
- 48:40Speaker 2: Like don't, like I said before, don't don't try to
- 48:42Speaker 2: do something for cloud because you think it's going to
- 48:44Speaker 2: get you all this and stuff like that. Be yourself
- 48:48Speaker 2: I didn't cloud chase for these things. I just did
- 48:50Speaker 2: what I did and it happened to take off. That's
- 48:52Speaker 2: basically it. I've done nothing out of the ordinary besides
- 48:56Speaker 2: just be myself.
- 48:57Speaker 9: And just make original content.
- 49:00Speaker 1: Yeah, fair, yep, and that's good, and you're continuing to
- 49:03Speaker 1: have fun, Like that's what I think it is about.
- 49:06Speaker 1: I mean, apparently it's not what it intended when it
- 49:09Speaker 1: first came out TikTok, because I read a whole bunch
- 49:11Speaker 1: of weird articles. But I'm glad to see how it's
- 49:14Speaker 1: kind of came about because it was weird when it
- 49:16Speaker 1: when it transitioned over, and I think is very key,
- 49:18Speaker 1: Like you said, to keep it fun, be yourself, be
- 49:21Speaker 1: original and yeah, So if there's there's so many trends
- 49:26Speaker 1: TikTok is trends, is there any trends that I'd like
- 49:31Speaker 1: to see your opinion? One or two trends that you're like,
- 49:34Speaker 1: this one was awesome. I really enjoyed either doing this
- 49:37Speaker 1: or seeing this because sometime, I mean, there's so many
- 49:39Speaker 1: trends you don't always partake in them. And is there
- 49:42Speaker 1: a trend that you saw and you're like, I cannot
- 49:45Speaker 1: wait until this shit is over because for me, there
- 49:49Speaker 1: that I'm that I'm just not loving is all these
- 49:52Speaker 1: people shaving off their beards. Gillette doing a sponsorship with
- 49:56Speaker 1: the shave it Off and it happened to be the
- 49:58Speaker 1: weekend I was camping with service. You. I couldn't fight that. Agree.
- 50:05Speaker 1: I'm still mad at you, Gillette, bitch. Yeah, and I
- 50:08Speaker 1: don't like the Patriots anyway, so what even more fuel
- 50:11Speaker 1: on the fire. I'm Brady left you New England in
- 50:15Speaker 1: Boston and Massachusetts. You deserve it, and every other front
- 50:18Speaker 1: runner exists. Yeah, oh my god, still suck. Take that
- 50:25Speaker 1: d there. Okay.
- 50:32Speaker 9: The the one trend that I really really like is
- 50:37Speaker 9: that's a tough one. Be like, Okay, I'll be I'll
- 50:40Speaker 9: get in, I'll get into it.
- 50:42Speaker 2: It's like a little bit mushi, Like it does make
- 50:44Speaker 2: my heart melt a little bit, but like I love
- 50:45Speaker 2: when it's just it's the you know, I like my
- 50:49Speaker 2: best friend for so long and I now I'm gonna
- 50:52Speaker 2: tell them.
- 50:53Speaker 9: Or give them a kiss or whatever.
- 50:54Speaker 2: That is like honestly, that hits you right in the field,
- 50:57Speaker 2: and I'm just like, oh, does it make me feel
- 50:59Speaker 2: super sick?
- 51:00Speaker 9: Absolutely? But does it? Is it a nice heartwarming moment.
- 51:04Speaker 6: Absolutely on the same side.
- 51:08Speaker 9: On the same side. I wish it would stop.
- 51:12Speaker 1: Yeah, because how many times can you kiss Larry until
- 51:15Speaker 1: he's finally like, hey man, I'm sick. You're either getting
- 51:21Speaker 1: punched or tongue.
- 51:23Speaker 9: I just like randomly to blow and kisses.
- 51:29Speaker 2: And that.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen. Why he is the king of tiny Hands.
- 51:33Speaker 1: It's funny because uh the uh I do a news
- 51:36Speaker 1: segment for a show every Tuesday called Talking Beards, and
- 51:39Speaker 1: one of them plays with the tiny Hands. He's on TikTok.
- 51:44Speaker 1: He's not overly into TikTok, but he's on there, and
- 51:47Speaker 1: I was going to try to get him on the
- 51:48Speaker 1: show for a little tiny handoff. But he's traveling for
- 51:53Speaker 1: some beard competitions down in Florida right now, so uh
- 51:56Speaker 1: he he does a lot of judging and stuff like that, so.
- 51:58Speaker 7: He's really and yes, it is.
- 52:03Speaker 1: A good one. Yeah. There's a lot of online competitions
- 52:05Speaker 1: and stuff and you're if you're ever interested, I'll send
- 52:07Speaker 1: you some links. They do different categories and the best
- 52:09Speaker 1: part of any beard competition is everything is for charity.
- 52:13Speaker 1: Every one of these competitions raises money for a different charity.
- 52:16Speaker 1: The one this weekend. Uh, I forget the exact name,
- 52:18Speaker 1: but it's something like the COVID Couch something or ever,
- 52:21Speaker 1: and it's a it's a big one for I believe
- 52:24Speaker 1: it's prostate cancer. So they're gonna do a lot of
- 52:27Speaker 1: money for that. Last weekend one was one out of
- 52:29Speaker 1: Philadelphia that they donated to another charity. So, and they
- 52:32Speaker 1: do different categories, which is cool. I mean, you got
- 52:34Speaker 1: your your zero to four inches, you're four to eight,
- 52:36Speaker 1: you're eight to twelve, twelve plus, And they even have
- 52:39Speaker 1: the one for for women that they can decorate beards,
- 52:44Speaker 1: you know, based on the category or a theme they create.
- 52:46Speaker 1: And sometimes they do like a realistic one, so they
- 52:49Speaker 1: take like some hair and stuff, or they just make
- 52:51Speaker 1: like there was one a couple contests ago where somebody
- 52:53Speaker 1: made one out of like ramen noodles and stuff, which
- 52:57Speaker 1: was awesome, and I think actually one. So there's a
- 52:59Speaker 1: cool thing and anybody, you know, any women that are
- 53:01Speaker 1: interested or gentleman, they do this cool contest. It's called
- 53:04Speaker 1: the Texas whisk Arena Club and they randomly get you
- 53:08Speaker 1: a package. They do it live, you open it and
- 53:11Speaker 1: then you compete against somebody else to see who can
- 53:13Speaker 1: make the best fake beard. And they're they're doing their
- 53:16Speaker 1: fourth one this Monday Live, and I really want to
- 53:19Speaker 1: do that, and maybe I'm going to challenge you. I'll
- 53:21Speaker 1: probably challenge him just because we're co host and it'll
- 53:24Speaker 1: be a battle. But uh, yeah, I'll pass you the information.
- 53:26Speaker 1: It's a really cool thing. Yeah, the whisker yet the
- 53:30Speaker 1: couchvid colon, Yep, yep, thank you, thank you so much.
- 53:34Speaker 1: In the whisk arenas. Yeah, it's a great Uh, it's
- 53:36Speaker 1: a great thing. So yeah, and he's only an hour
- 53:39Speaker 1: from there. Yeah, it's pretty cool. That's pretty cool. So yeah,
- 53:43Speaker 1: so we're kind of getting towards the end of the hour,
- 53:45Speaker 1: and what I like to do kind of at the
- 53:47Speaker 1: end of the show is just give you an opportunity
- 53:49Speaker 1: to kind of just do whatever you want, tell anybody
- 53:53Speaker 1: what you want to say, if you've got a message,
- 53:54Speaker 1: if you've got something coming up, if you have anything
- 53:57Speaker 1: follow me here this or that, or just you know,
- 53:59Speaker 1: just a something that you just want everybody to know.
- 54:02Speaker 1: Whether it's on the YouTube, whether it's on the Twitch,
- 54:05Speaker 1: whether it's on the Facebook, whether it's on the TikTok,
- 54:07Speaker 1: whether it's on Spotify, and every single podcast social media.
- 54:11Speaker 1: Now's your time to tell you, and we're gonna put
- 54:13Speaker 1: you on the big screen. So don't get nervous. Okay,
- 54:16Speaker 1: if you're ready for it, you're gonna be like, Oh,
- 54:18Speaker 1: I'm comfortable in this pot. Now I'm huge.
- 54:22Speaker 9: I have such huge news, so much that I couldn't
- 54:25Speaker 9: even fit it in my tiny hands.
- 54:28Speaker 1: No, I have.
- 54:29Speaker 2: My birthday is next month, is August twentieth. But this
- 54:32Speaker 2: year I decided that I, instead of receiving, I wanted
- 54:35Speaker 2: to give something back.
- 54:36Speaker 9: So I'm actually gonna be.
- 54:37Speaker 2: Doing a meet and greet in Toronto with a few
- 54:41Speaker 2: other popular creators, which I will be mentioning later on
- 54:43Speaker 2: this week. We will obviously be practicing social.
- 54:47Speaker 9: Distancing and wearing our masks.
- 54:48Speaker 2: It'll be in a public park where we can all
- 54:50Speaker 2: be there, but it'll be our first time to actually
- 54:53Speaker 2: do a meet and greet. You can meet me and
- 54:55Speaker 2: a few other popular creators, so that's gonna be super exciting.
- 54:59Speaker 9: And and uh, yeah, that's basically it. Oh, I'm trying
- 55:03Speaker 9: to start a YouTube channel, so that's always.
- 55:07Speaker 1: Yeah. So once you get the YouTube channel, let's uh
- 55:10Speaker 1: obviously send me a link or whatever and I'll you know,
- 55:12Speaker 1: post it out the best that I can as well,
- 55:14Speaker 1: and I'm interested to see the content and everything. And
- 55:17Speaker 1: if you ever want to collab, we're always around in
- 55:19Speaker 1: the Beard Laws studio. I'd love to do something pet
- 55:22Speaker 1: or patter, let's get at her.
- 55:25Speaker 9: I'm always down, man. Do you ever want to have
- 55:26Speaker 9: you back? You got you got my head phone.
- 55:28Speaker 1: You can messed up. My people will call your people, yeah,
- 55:32Speaker 1: except for I don't have people, So you're you're you
- 55:35Speaker 1: will call me y you. But yeah, there's uh, there's
- 55:38Speaker 1: lots of opportunities. We have some cool segments and some
- 55:41Speaker 1: different stuff coming up, so definitely we'll reach out. We'll
- 55:44Speaker 1: get you on some of these cool shows. Or if
- 55:45Speaker 1: you Matt backstage or anybody that is watching the show
- 55:49Speaker 1: right now wants to be a part. We do a
- 55:50Speaker 1: trivia show every week. It's either on a Tuesday or
- 55:53Speaker 1: sometimes we do it on a Wednesday. Just keep people
- 55:55Speaker 1: on the to Trivia Tuesday and Wednesday, sometimes Trivia Tues
- 55:58Speaker 1: animal Tuesday on Tuesday, and we'll do a multi choice.
- 56:02Speaker 1: We're also gonna host on Twitch one of these nights
- 56:05Speaker 1: some jack Box Party games and just a couple of
- 56:07Speaker 1: different stuff. So if you're ever around and just be like, hey,
- 56:10Speaker 1: what's up tonight, get ahold of us. We always have
- 56:12Speaker 1: trivia or games or there's something fun and everybody love
- 56:16Speaker 1: to see you and anybody else that kind of wants
- 56:17Speaker 1: to jump. And I think it's cool because a lot
- 56:19Speaker 1: of people see these, you know, content creators that have
- 56:21Speaker 1: millions of followers, and you see them on a kind
- 56:24Speaker 1: of a smaller platform or a different social media type,
- 56:27Speaker 1: you know, like the YouTube or a show like this,
- 56:29Speaker 1: and they see you on a much different level. It's
- 56:32Speaker 1: not a fifteen thirty or sixty second clip of you
- 56:34Speaker 1: being funny. It's you being you and this is this
- 56:38Speaker 1: is what you get, you know what I mean. So yeah,
- 56:41Speaker 1: hopefully meet and greet in Toronto. Would you say it
- 56:43Speaker 1: was the end of August.
- 56:45Speaker 2: It'll be August fifteenth, It'll be the Saturday before everythday.
- 56:48Speaker 1: If they're talking about opening the borders, when was that.
- 56:52Speaker 1: I don't think they're going to because it today.
- 56:54Speaker 9: New York went back in the shutdown mode July twenty four.
- 57:00Speaker 1: They thought that that was laid. Then I heard potentially
- 57:03Speaker 1: the middle of August. But if there's a chance that
- 57:05Speaker 1: we can do that and they do open the border,
- 57:07Speaker 1: I'd love to take a Toronto chip. Maybe Matt from
- 57:10Speaker 1: uh from Dirty Beard. He's backstage going yeah maybe, Yeah,
- 57:15Speaker 1: I'm gonna be there. He's so if man comes up,
- 57:18Speaker 1: if you see Matt, you'll remember Man if he comes
- 57:20Speaker 1: up and he's like Shay shay or chez because that's
- 57:23Speaker 1: on me and he's going clean you, let me clean you. Okay.
- 57:30Speaker 1: Just I'm gonna tell you a quick, little funny story
- 57:32Speaker 1: before we hit the outro. I got this the first
- 57:34Speaker 1: time and I was like, oh, this is cool. Like
- 57:36Speaker 1: I didn't read it. I just opened it and I
- 57:38Speaker 1: was like, oh, you know what I mean, Yeah, got
- 57:42Speaker 1: me bad to read my face because I wasn't like
- 57:45Speaker 1: you know what I mean, like I wasn't expecting it.
- 57:47Speaker 1: Like I just was like this, and I was like
- 57:48Speaker 1: I thought it was a pen at first, even though
- 57:51Speaker 1: like he sent it to me. But I just yeah,
- 57:53Speaker 1: those moments every once in a while. So I was like, oh,
- 57:55Speaker 1: I got this. I was like, I'm thinking, oh, does
- 57:57Speaker 1: the comb pop out or something like I can't remember.
- 57:59Speaker 1: I was like, oh, does the cone or something? And
- 58:02Speaker 1: I was like, ah, it's so good, it's so nice.
- 58:06Speaker 1: Eyes good. Just to let you guys know it didn't
- 58:09Speaker 1: hurt the eyes, so I don't recommend using it as
- 58:12Speaker 1: mace or it's not what it's intended for.
- 58:15Speaker 8: It's awfully tasting either, I mean it's not bad.
- 58:18Speaker 1: I always taste the beard oil just because why not?
- 58:21Speaker 9: It would be additional slogan. Make your enemies smell fantastically.
- 58:25Speaker 1: Yeah, ever wanted a vanilla smoky scent before you go
- 58:31Speaker 1: in for that kissy? Probably better than you know some
- 58:38Speaker 1: some of those you have too many of those moss
- 58:40Speaker 1: and Canadians or those Labat heavies. A little smokey vanilla,
- 58:46Speaker 1: you can't go wrong. So if anybody out there has
- 58:48Speaker 1: a success story of them buying the butler spraying it
- 58:53Speaker 1: in their mouth, which is not its intended use, we
- 58:55Speaker 1: do not recommend it. And it's disclaimer do not do
- 58:58Speaker 1: this but for some and people do weird things when
- 59:01Speaker 1: they've been drinking. If you do and have a success story,
- 59:03Speaker 1: how well you met your future wife or somebody because
- 59:06Speaker 1: you did this and they loved the scent and they
- 59:08Speaker 1: loved that kiss, please let us know. And I'm pretty
- 59:11Speaker 1: sure we keep with the testimony on the site. Well,
- 59:13Speaker 1: I figure if you put that in your mouth and
- 59:15Speaker 1: then kiss your wife with a beard. Her beard's gonna
- 59:17Speaker 1: be nice, but we don't recommend you going around kissing
- 59:19Speaker 1: other people's wives. That's not what it's about.
- 59:22Speaker 9: Anyways, that's a little late to tell me that, man.
- 59:25Speaker 1: Well, but yeah, seriously, we can't thank you enough for
- 59:31Speaker 1: taking the time. Hopefully you had a good time, and
- 59:33Speaker 1: we're gonna be excited to have you back, because that's
- 59:35Speaker 1: what we try to do. We'll get some shows in.
- 59:36Speaker 1: We're thirty nine in, and then we'll uh, like there's
- 59:39Speaker 1: a couple of Canadian people that I'm already thinking, and
- 59:42Speaker 1: we're gonna have like you guys come in and we're
- 59:44Speaker 1: gonna do like a Canadian trivia reunion, Beard Law show.
- 59:47Speaker 1: Just a cool little thing. The gears always turning. But
- 59:49Speaker 1: we're gonna have you on lots of fun and then
- 59:51Speaker 1: we'll do some giveaways on the show. So and maybe
- 59:54Speaker 1: we'll even take that cool little Canadian logo that I
- 59:56Speaker 1: made up slap it on something I never even thought
- 59:58Speaker 1: of it. I should have wear my cake the end of
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: the tank. I mean, that's close. It's the colors just
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: so oft in life. Yeah, well that's that's a different
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: So shay Aiden, I've been practicing in my brain. Thank
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: you so much for taking the time. Man. We can't
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: thank you enough. And uh, have a good rest of
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: the time. And we're gonna we'll keep in touch and
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: let's you guys are gonna see us doing some collabse
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: even if he doesn't want to, I'll throw it out there.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: We're do some funny stuff.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: Likewise, thank you so much for having me. I really
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: really appreciate it. And I'll be happy to be back anytime.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: Let's go. You heard it live on TV and we
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: got it, so he's got to come back now. Absolutely

- 1:00:36Speaker 1: Thanks again, man. Yeah, and if you want, we will
