"If you don't increase rents, they can't ask more of you on the management side, because you can't pay anybody. Right? And you can't pay for infrastructure. And you can't pay to keep the property up. And you can't pay for new improvements because the government is constantly raising taxes on us. Insurance is constantly raising their rates. Our plumbers are constantly raising their rates, etcetera. So as the lot rents get higher, it's not pretty. I don't like it any more than anybody else does as prices go up. But we get more professional management, right? And that's better for the residents…
