- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where he
- 0:06left off with the Sarah Kellen conversation with congress mister Timmins. So,
- 0:12pre two thousand and seven, hundreds of people have been
- 0:15identified as victims, many of them under age, somewhere between sex, assault, solicitation, whatnot.
- 0:21He went to jail substantially for that. Afterwards, it seems
- 0:25that he did not pursue underage women, but he created
- 0:27a cult like environment for a dozen women. You've been
- 0:31named as a victim, and you've received compensation from the
- 0:34estate and from many other legal settlements. Is that fair
- 0:39Kellen from the estate in a class action suit? Timmins, Okay.
- 0:43The purpose of this endeavor, which I'm sure is very
- 0:45unpleasant to be a part of, is to try to
- 0:48find additional culpable individuals, to hold them accountable, to give
- 0:52the American people the trust that we're taking this matter
- 0:54very seriously, and to make sure it doesn't happen again.
- 0:58So you have given us a new name that I
- 1:00did not have before, which is the man that later
- 1:03became the mayor and ran for governor and is worth
- 1:05hundreds of millions of dollars, So we got a new
- 1:07name of somebody that we can pursue accountability with. I
- 1:11think a lot of people think that the lawyer and
- 1:13the accountant are also culpable. Do you believe that the
- 1:16lawyer and accountant Konnen Endyke have culpability related to the
- 1:20crimes that Jeffrey Epstein was being prosecuted for and that
- 1:23Glenn Maxwell is currently serving twenty years in prison for.
- 1:27Do you believe that they have some responsibility for facilitating
- 1:30those for allowing those to happen? Kellen, I don't know
- 1:33exactly what they would have known or not known. I
- 1:36feel like Darren would be mostly the one to be
- 1:38aware of kind of all the inner workings because he
- 1:42kind of like had his hands in all things legal.
- 1:44He was kind of involved in all the civil suits
- 1:46and hiring attorneys for me. Timmins, was there a black
- 1:50bag of cash when you were in his orbit at
- 1:52the time, Kellen, Jeffrey traveled with a black bag kind
- 1:56of like his briefcase, Timmins? Did he pay people out
- 1:59of the bag in cash? Ham? If it doesn't implicate victims,
- 2:02you can answer to the extent it doesn't implicate victims. Kellen,
- 2:06I don't know what all he used for cash. Timmins,
- 2:10you don't have to answer, That's fine, Kellen, Yeah, Timmins.
- 2:13Did you ever witness were there other powerful people that
- 2:16were in your orbit that you had witness with that
- 2:19were in a situation that caused you to question their
- 2:21presence around Epstein? Did people come to the island and
- 2:25leave with someone and come back. I mean, you can
- 2:28only say what you've seen, but you've seen other women
- 2:31that possibly would be victims having encounters with people of
- 2:34power of influence. Have you seen anything like that? Kellen's
- 2:37I did not. Timmins, Okay. Have you considered suing or
- 2:41pursuing criminal charges against the former mayor of Miami that
- 2:45you say sexually assaulted you Kellen, No, Timmins, He'll probably
- 2:49write you a check, Go ahead. Berlisen, in your deposition,
- 2:53you said that being in Epstein's orbit, that you were
- 2:55in a situation were you even feared for your life
- 2:59or that you thought that you that every time everything
- 3:01would end everything you knew in the world, even your life.
- 3:05Later you said that there were two FBI agents that
- 3:07kind of validated Jeffrey's claim. They were not validating it
- 3:10when you witness his interaction with those agents, in your mind,
- 3:14was validation of his claim or the appearance that he
- 3:17could control any law enforcement agency. Kellen, Uh huh, mister Burlison,
- 3:21So I kind of want to dive into that. Can
- 3:23you go into greater detail about that event at the
- 3:26airport with the two FBI agents? What did they look like?
- 3:29Did you overhear the conversation? What exactly happened? Kellen? So,
- 3:33we were leaving the island and we have pre clear
- 3:36customs Saint Thomas in the airport, and there was a
- 3:39handler that usually like will bring us in and handle
- 3:42our luggage and we give our IDs, and I just
- 3:45remember standing there. It was like me, Jeffrey and his
- 3:47girlfriend and I think one other guest. And the handler
- 3:50comes up and says, there's FBI agents that want to
- 3:53talk to Sarah and redacted. And I feel like I
- 3:56could I saw them from a distance, but they were
- 3:58kind of far away, and Jeffrey's like, wait here, and
- 4:01then he went to speak with him, and then ten
- 4:03minutes later he comes back and he's like, okay, let's go,
- 4:07and like then we all just walk on the plane
- 4:10and then he never says anything else about it, and
- 4:12nothing else happened, Burlison, What do you think those agents
- 4:16wanted to talk to Sarah and redacted? Kellen? I knew
- 4:19he was being investigated at the time, Burlison. Were they
- 4:23underage at the time, Kellen, who Ham, No, it wasn't.
- 4:26They wanted to talk to bur Listen to you. I'm
- 4:28sorry to Sarah and redacted. Burlson. Okay, did you ever
- 4:33schedule any meetings, any calls with Epstein with individuals who
- 4:37might have been in any intelligence agencies from the United States? Well,
- 4:42that's weird because Bill Burns was at Jeffrey Epstein's house.
- 4:46Mister Burlson might want to check on that, Kellen. No, Burlison.
- 4:51Did Epstein have other interactions that you were aware of
- 4:54with other government officials, whether it's FBI, CIA, Kellen, I
- 4:58mean other than like Clinton, her Prince. I mean that's
- 5:01not US. I know he was friends with George Mitchell.
- 5:04He remained friendly with Matt Mentchell after his jail time,
- 5:07who I think was one of the prosecutors in his
- 5:09first case. Burlison, Okay, any foreign contacts I know that
- 5:13you mentioned head there were multiple interactions with Edward Barrock.
- 5:17Did those visits include security? Were there other officials at
- 5:21the meetings as well? Kellen, who definitely had security. He
- 5:25would visit the house at New York and a who
- 5:27had also stayed at one of the apartments at three
- 5:30oh one when he visited Burlison. Did any of those
- 5:33Were any of those meetings of a business nature? Were
- 5:37they just personal or social in nature? Kellen, I'm not
- 5:40sure what the nature was exactly. I also remember that
- 5:43there was an associate of Yannie Koryn I believe was
- 5:46his name, that Jeffrey was paying for his medical bills
- 5:50in New York, and then he had me go to
- 5:52the hospital and pay cash for his procedure on behalf
- 5:55of Yanni Kryn Burlison. Did Jeffrey ever discuss or reference
- 5:59working with being protected by like intelligence services or other governments? Kellen?
- 6:04No burtherson, Okay, how did he handle his own personal
- 6:07security during travel? Kellen? He didn't really have security in
- 6:11the beginning. When he went to jail the first time,
- 6:13he had his personal trainer, Igor Zinoviev kind of become
- 6:17like a driver slash bodyguard for a while after, but
- 6:20other than that, he didn't really have like a proper
- 6:23security detail. Burlison was Glenn's father, Robert Maxwell. Was it
- 6:28ever brought up in that relationship, Kellen, Not that I remember.
- 6:31I remember Glaine there was like a book about her father,
- 6:35and she gave a copy to Fidel Castro when we
- 6:37were in Cuba. But I don't know that there was
- 6:39a lot of conversation necessarily, Like I knew that they
- 6:42had a yacht. His yacht was named after her. I
- 6:45didn't even really like kind of research or understand who
- 6:48he was or what you know. He was accused of
- 6:50stealing money from his employees and they weren't sure it
- 6:53was either a suicide or a murder in his death
- 6:56on the boat, Burlison. Were there any other any other
- 6:59meetings with people from the Middle East? Were there any transfers,
- 7:02any kind of information or tech? Kellen. He was very
- 7:06friendly with Sultan bin Suleiman. I think that they were
- 7:09both invested in like a yacht company. I don't know
- 7:12if this was like particular information. I think they were
- 7:15both invested like American yacht company. Burlison. Thank you, miss Bobert.
- 7:20So you had testified that you had fairly extensive interactions
- 7:23with President Clinton did President Clinton know that you were
- 7:26being abused by Jeffrey Epstein Kellen, No, Bobert. In your testimony,
- 7:31it seems that you were made to be available at
- 7:33all times at Jeffrey Epstein's pleasure. He would wake you
- 7:36up in the middle of the night even and so
- 7:38did those interactions happen on the plane Kellen? Yes, Bobert,
- 7:43And were other people present on the plane when the
- 7:45abuse occurred Kellen, It wasn't in front of them. He
- 7:48had a bedroom in the back with the door on it. Bobert.
- 7:51And was anyone suspicious of what was of the interactions
- 7:54that were happening behind the closed doors? Kellen, I don't know.
- 7:58No one ever really spoke about things like that. Like
- 8:01he kind of made sure we were all kind of
- 8:03separate and didn't like talk to each other, and he
- 8:05was very strategic about that, Bobert. Were you allowed, Were you,
- 8:09specifically or anyone working with Jeffrey Epstein not allowed to
- 8:12speak with the guests or friends that he had on
- 8:14the plane or no one talks on the plane? How
- 8:18was that separation made Kellen? I mean, we would just
- 8:21talk about service things, but nobody spoke about anything private. Bobert,
- 8:26and did anything sexual ever happen in the presence of
- 8:28Bill Clinton, Kellen no Bobert. Was he on the plane
- 8:31at the time when he would bring you into a
- 8:34room and abuse you? Was President Clinton on the plane
- 8:37when Jeffrey Epstein would bring you in the room and
- 8:39abuse you? Kellen no Bobert. Never once were you abused
- 8:43on a plane while President Trump, or excuse me, President
- 8:45Clinton was a board, Kellen no Bobert. President Clinton testified
- 8:51that he did not have a friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 8:54Do you believe that Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Clinton were
- 8:56friendly and did have a friendship Kellen. They seemed to
- 8:59be friendly for a short period of time around the
- 9:01times that Jeffrey flew him to Africa and Asia, But
- 9:05I didn't see like it lasted or was anything kind
- 9:08of more beyond that time period, Bobert. Were you ever
- 9:11in contact with President Clinton in arranging flights or meetings? Kellen,
- 9:15I was on all the flights with mister Clinton, President Clinton, Bobert,
- 9:19were you ever part of Were you ever the one
- 9:22to arrange meetings with Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein Kellen No,
- 9:26Like for those particular trips, it would have been I
- 9:28think Laine mostly organized with the staff and the scheduling
- 9:32for those, Miss Bobert. While Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Clinton
- 9:36were friendly during that short period of time, did you
- 9:38see them together and witness their interaction? Kellen, yes, Bobert.
- 9:43What was it? If you can recall that they had
- 9:45spoken about Kellen, I don't remember specific so what they
- 9:49spoke about. I mean I was present with them on
- 9:51the plains and various like the Sultan of Brunei's house.
- 9:54We went and had lunch there. We were together in
- 9:56President Clinton's hotel room in Brunei in the pool, Miss Bowl.
- 10:00Were you abused in the hotel room at the time
- 10:03while Bill Clinton was there? Kellen, No, definitely not when
- 10:06Bill Clinton was there. I don't remember if anything happened
- 10:08privately with Jeffrey on that trip, Bobert. Did any did
- 10:12any other men ever approach you with a desire to
- 10:14be connected with other women or girls? Kellen, No, Bobert.
- 10:18You had mentioned that there was at least three other abusers.
- 10:21Are those the only other three abusers? Or were you
- 10:24abused by anyone else? Miss Kellen, Jeffrey Glaine, Philip Levine
- 10:30and Frederick Focai, Patrick de Martier, nothing happened, but he
- 10:34tried Burlsen. What was that name again, Patrick de Martier.
- 10:38He is a famous fashion photographer, Bolbert, and you said
- 10:41nothing happened, he tried, Kellen. He walked over to me
- 10:44with his pants down, and I refused, miss Bolbert, and
- 10:47he accepted your refusal. I'm sorry. I know that's uncomfortable
- 10:51for you to relive. I'm not trying to be harsh
- 10:53in my questioning and in any of these did you
- 10:55you said you never connected with any men with girls ever? Oh? Ham,
- 11:01Sorry to clarify, you never connected any of Jeffrey Epstein's
- 11:04associates with other girls Kellen correct Ham, Yeah, okay Bolbert.
- 11:09When I made the statement, I did mean associates to
- 11:11Jeffrey Epstein. Thank you for clarifying. Burlison. Can you describe
- 11:16Jeffrey Epstein's relationship with Hillary Clinton? Kellen, I never met her,
- 11:20so I'm not sure. I'm not aware of what relationship
- 11:22they would have had, Burlison. Did you ever schedule any
- 11:25meetings between the two Kellen? No, Berlisen, Okay, Bobert. I
- 11:30think that's all I have for now, question, Okay, thanks,
- 11:34miss Kellen. In two thousand and five, police in Palm Beach,
- 11:37Florida began investigating mister Epstein, and in July of two
- 11:40thousand and six, mister Epstein was arrested for the first
- 11:43time for soliciting prostitution from minors. When did you first
- 11:47become aware of the investigation into mister Epstein? Answer two
- 11:51thousand and five question how did you become aware? Answer?
- 11:54I don't think I can say. Ham. Yeah, I think
- 11:57that implicates another victim, unfortunately. But why don't we give
- 12:01you their approximate time period? Was it before or after
- 12:03the search warrant? Kellen? Before Brignac? Did someone tell you
- 12:07about the investigation? Ham? I think she can't discuss specifics.
- 12:11Question did someone tell you about the investigation? Answer? Yes,
- 12:15question it was a victim? Ham. We think this may,
- 12:19based on allegations, implicate a victim, but I think you
- 12:22can say generally how the information got to you? Was
- 12:24a by phone? Was it by email? Did somebody come
- 12:26and talk to you Kellen? It was by phone? Brignac. Okay,
- 12:30did you believe that at the time that the allegations
- 12:32were true? Ham? I don't think at the time she
- 12:35knew the allegations Kellen, exactly, I wasn't sure what the
- 12:38allegations were. Brignac, I'm sorry, could you repeat that quite? Answer?
- 12:43I didn't know what the allegations were at the time.
- 12:46Question when did you first hear about the allegations? Answer?
- 12:49I don't know exactly. Jeffrey kind of presented it all
- 12:53that he was the victim, that he was being taken
- 12:55advantage of, like unscrupulous women that were out to get
- 12:58his money and in cahoots with each other, that their
- 13:01attorneys were out to extore them. He would give me
- 13:03examples of Scott Rothstein making up false civil suits that
- 13:07he forged the judge's signature and like was committing fraud
- 13:11and was like getting investors to pay off these settlements
- 13:13that didn't exist. And he was like, see, they're making
- 13:16it up. Question did you believe them? Answer? I did? Question? Why? Answer?
- 13:21Because I only had his side, his reference. Nobody questioned me,
- 13:26nobody approached me, so I only had his narrative. Question
- 13:30given that he was abusing you at the time, why
- 13:32did you think that these other victims were not being truthful? Answer?
- 13:35I didn't view my abuse at the time. I didn't
- 13:38blame them. I blame myself because I never spoke up.
- 13:41I never said no, I never thought I chose. I know,
- 13:44like trauma response is usually fight flight or flee or freeze,
- 13:48and I chose fawn to kind of appease them to
- 13:50stay on his good side and be safe. All right, folks,
- 13:53we're gonna wrap up right here, and in the next
- 13:55episode dealing with the topic, we're gonna pick up where
- 13:57we left off. All the information that goes with this
- 14:00episode can be found in the description box.
