- 0:32Speaker 1: want to make it special. I don't want to sell
- 0:33Speaker 1: a studio. Don't do what everybody do. You know what
- 0:35Speaker 1: I'm saying. I don't want your to come like, make
- 0:37Speaker 1: it more intimate. And we're in Atlanta. Of course my
- 0:40Speaker 1: mom's closed the store Taste. She right in midtown. Yeah,
- 0:43Speaker 1: she's right in the hard of the city. If you're
- 0:44Speaker 1: staying in one of the nice hotels or any hotel
- 0:46Speaker 1: downtown and the Metro Atlanta, just pull up, you know
- 0:48Speaker 1: what I'm saying, Go get you something next door, some
- 0:50Speaker 1: food next door. But I wanted to bring out of
- 0:52Speaker 1: my home. I watched the show and you know, BT
- 0:53Speaker 1: always even the crib my house, like I gotta go
- 0:56Speaker 1: to a gonna go film and I'm I was like,
- 0:58Speaker 1: everybody always had the desk there. I don't know, they
- 1:00Speaker 1: probably want to get the fuck out the studios. Yeah,
- 1:03Speaker 1: thank you for getting this out here. Hey, but look
- 1:05Speaker 1: I appreciate you pulling up because you know ball alert
- 1:07Speaker 1: and bow wow at all? What happened that? Um, We'll
- 1:13Speaker 1: be right back, stay tuned with more of the baller alerts, y'all.
- 1:22Speaker 1: I just go back to if you don't if you
- 1:24Speaker 1: don't like me, I don't like you need Was it
- 1:27Speaker 1: because we were reporting something? Yeah? Because sometimes the ship
- 1:31Speaker 1: that blogs supposed to be false, right challenge no, no,
- 1:35Speaker 1: this way before that, Like this is like I always
- 1:39Speaker 1: felt like, I don't know, like they just always fucking me.
- 1:42Speaker 1: But why do you feel like? I don't understand why
- 1:44Speaker 1: do celebrities get mad at the media. I'm getting mad.
- 1:47Speaker 1: It's like I don't remind you porting the news that's
- 1:50Speaker 1: public or something happened. It's nothing like I could do
- 1:52Speaker 1: about that, right, Like you take that with a grain
- 1:54Speaker 1: of salt. It is what it is. It's gonna be reported.
- 1:56Speaker 1: But a lot of times it can just be like,
- 1:59Speaker 1: you know, maybe they always picked the wrong pictures. Maybe
- 2:03Speaker 1: you know what I mean, right, or maybe the girl
- 2:10Speaker 1: that I was meeting with was my agent because she's
- 2:13Speaker 1: a hot agent, and then you report this is about
- 2:17Speaker 1: I was a new bull and that ship is so
- 2:18Speaker 1: false and she's losing all Texas from like forty girls
- 2:23Speaker 1: talking about you walking out with nigga alert. It's all
- 2:28Speaker 1: the alert and it's like, what nah, I mean just
- 2:33Speaker 1: or however it just gets I'm not just saying just
- 2:35Speaker 1: fall alert. But there's millions of you know what I'm saying. Blogs.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I hear that report stuff, and there are some things
- 2:41Speaker 1: that are false. There are stories that get reported with
- 2:44Speaker 1: or some truth, and there's some ship that comes out
- 2:45Speaker 1: and it's like he's motherfucker's way wrong, and you know,
- 2:49Speaker 1: but that's me. It's not just this is anything like
- 2:51Speaker 1: I'm so it was just something that probably was falsely
- 2:55Speaker 1: probably comments like crazy. These niggas never report the like
- 2:58Speaker 1: none of the good ship. But I think that's any
- 3:00Speaker 1: any celebritors say that, right, Like even in sports, like
- 3:03Speaker 1: Kevin Duran's a good friend of mine. He'll tell Jarles
- 3:05Speaker 1: Barkley and hate each others what I'm saying, but that
- 3:07Speaker 1: but not actually entertaining. They actually entertained the first take.
- 3:10Speaker 1: We love first taken undisputed. They do the same thing
- 3:13Speaker 1: that the media does in our culture to the sports world.
- 3:17Speaker 1: So it's no different than when you see Katie clapback
- 3:19Speaker 1: at Charles Barkley when Dane gets at get bait us
- 3:22Speaker 1: on Twitter. That that's there, that's there in Charlotte, that's
- 3:25Speaker 1: their ball alert. You know what I'm saying, gonna you
- 3:27Speaker 1: know what I'm going with it? So and I think
- 3:28Speaker 1: that you just that defensive mechanism that lives within It's like,
- 3:32Speaker 1: all right, my nigga's only song. Let you play with
- 3:34Speaker 1: me and then we're gonna start pulling up or we
- 3:38Speaker 1: gonna start. We're gonna get to the common ground and
- 3:39Speaker 1: why you always be on my ass for certain shit?
- 3:42Speaker 1: Certain shit is self inflicted, but sometimes shit be left.
- 3:45Speaker 1: But listen, we don't we're not talking about it. We
- 3:47Speaker 1: don't pump Yeah, yeah, we listen. I'll write about Listen,
- 3:53Speaker 1: like show me when all the bottles come out, when
- 3:55Speaker 1: they bring out the ball, the black card and all
- 3:57Speaker 1: that shit. You know what they mean, they have the
- 3:59Speaker 1: ball alert that don't never post that with me. We Robin,
- 4:03Speaker 1: we don't make that half. I'll be in the section.
- 4:05Speaker 1: We'd be it'd be bt know how to pull up,
- 4:08Speaker 1: he says. We'd be outside outside. They never post side outside.
- 4:12Speaker 1: They don't post when the fireworks and all that post that.
- 4:16Speaker 1: We just spent sixty thousand and twenty minutes on bottles.
- 4:21Speaker 1: You want to know why. If you want to know why,
- 4:22Speaker 1: they don't want that. Don't don't the clicks and the
- 4:25Speaker 1: likes and the comments. I don't like that, but it's
- 4:27Speaker 1: called baller alert. I mean, but the average person wants
- 4:32Speaker 1: to be in your business. The Apple listenis this. This
- 4:37Speaker 1: is what's wrong with celebrities and celebrity at least six
- 4:39Speaker 1: of them taking to I'm definitely doing that. But celebrities,
- 4:43Speaker 1: I don't understand the average folk that's watching this right now.
- 4:48Speaker 1: They don't care about your lavish lifestyle. We don't care
- 4:50Speaker 1: about what you drive or anything. They want to care
- 4:53Speaker 1: about zea beyond side. Yeah, they want to know, they
- 4:57Speaker 1: don't want to. They don't want to know Z how
- 5:00Speaker 1: sign that Yeah at home where he should be? You know, yeah,
- 5:04Speaker 1: like stuff like that stuff. It's just so weird to me,
- 5:06Speaker 1: Like I'll never get that part of the game. But
- 5:09Speaker 1: you're just talking about how invested Joe fans are. I
- 5:11Speaker 1: don't know that's true, but I get like that's probably
- 5:13Speaker 1: the only thing that's weird to me because even before
- 5:16Speaker 1: I was famous, I've never been invested in no one's
- 5:19Speaker 1: life but mine. First of all, you've been famous whole life.
- 5:22Speaker 1: That's not true. This wasn't easy, man. Um. Well, I'm
- 5:26Speaker 1: born in Columbus, Ohio, so it all started theory. Um,
- 5:29Speaker 1: you gotta think I didn't pop off until I was thirteen.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I met j D at like eleven, and I set
- 5:35Speaker 1: for two years. We did a song and while that
- 5:37Speaker 1: soundtrack didn't go nowhere. Before that, of course, it was
- 5:39Speaker 1: my death row days, you know, from six to maybe
- 5:42Speaker 1: like nine, and then went back home to Columbus and
- 5:45Speaker 1: then you know, my mom's came on the football field,
- 5:47Speaker 1: like yo, we gotta go to Atlanta, we gotta go
- 5:49Speaker 1: meet this god? Like who is it? At the time,
- 5:51Speaker 1: I don't even I never heard of Jamie at the time.
- 5:53Speaker 1: So um, but that's pretty much how it was. But
- 5:56Speaker 1: growing up, like I said, I played football growing up,
- 5:59Speaker 1: said got all my trophies storage, all my trophies that
- 6:02Speaker 1: I had it at at the old house. Yeah, like
- 6:04Speaker 1: I had I had a normal childhood, like went to
- 6:06Speaker 1: regular school like anybody else did. Um. It's funny because
- 6:10Speaker 1: I always get told like, you've been famous your whole
- 6:12Speaker 1: life shit, and I'm like, no, I didn't get payments
- 6:14Speaker 1: until I was like thirteen. But if you want to
- 6:15Speaker 1: consider that my whole life, and I understand that's most
- 6:18Speaker 1: of the times are actually gonna remember life. I don't
- 6:21Speaker 1: remember when I was absolutely did you have the intention
- 6:23Speaker 1: on wanting to be famous? No? Um, I would just
- 6:28Speaker 1: recite music around the house, entertain my mom's guests. And
- 6:31Speaker 1: you know that that red and yellow blue Fisher Price
- 6:35Speaker 1: set with the mic, I don't know. I know it's
- 6:37Speaker 1: a lot of people watching. I had it, you know,
- 6:38Speaker 1: I'm talking about the table record that was like my everything.
- 6:42Speaker 1: So I would always tell jokes. I was supposed to
- 6:44Speaker 1: be a comedian. First, my mom contested that I was.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I wanted to be a comedian. You were supposed to
- 6:48Speaker 1: be a comedian. Yes, I was not supposed to be
- 6:50Speaker 1: a rapper, but being at but being and I wanted
- 6:53Speaker 1: to be a comedian so bad. I believe that me
- 6:56Speaker 1: imitating people and doing all that type of stuff led
- 7:00Speaker 1: me to be able to imitate rappers. Because my mom
- 7:03Speaker 1: would always listen to rap music, so I would emulate
- 7:06Speaker 1: in what I saw on the TV. That's what I
- 7:08Speaker 1: would do. I would just redo it, robber brush, and
- 7:10Speaker 1: that was just all a part of it until I
- 7:12Speaker 1: got it and I was like, Okay, put all together.
- 7:14Speaker 1: It's like she saw something and you would kind of
- 7:17Speaker 1: dedicated her life to helping you be like kind of
- 7:20Speaker 1: like what Beyonce Dad did. More yeah, more of like
- 7:23Speaker 1: right place at the right time type of thing. First
- 7:26Speaker 1: of all, when I tell this story, people always say,
- 7:28Speaker 1: how did your mother because your mama held you up
- 7:30Speaker 1: like simba. Yeah. But but it's crazy because when I
- 7:32Speaker 1: tell the story, people be like, like, how did you
- 7:34Speaker 1: even get in there? But I don't think it's an
- 7:36Speaker 1: age of stritching on concerts, is it? I mean I
- 7:39Speaker 1: don't know. I don't look at him. Yeah, not most
- 7:40Speaker 1: cup but if you but if you're going too a
- 7:42Speaker 1: Snoop Dogg concert, man, this is I think. I mean,
- 7:45Speaker 1: this is this is when, Yeah they were, this is yeah.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I don't think so neither man. I must have went
- 7:52Speaker 1: because there was no babysitter. I think I don't know why,
- 7:54Speaker 1: but I went, but Mama t so you held them
- 7:56Speaker 1: up like like Simba, and you said, pick my baby
- 7:59Speaker 1: to come up here and wrap She said, bastar rapping. Yeah,
- 8:03Speaker 1: I started wrapping that forward. That's when I started learning
- 8:05Speaker 1: how to put words together. And so went to the
- 8:09Speaker 1: Chronic Tour and then you know, A. J. Johnson got
- 8:11Speaker 1: rest in Peace for those I don't know. That's Easail
- 8:13Speaker 1: from Friday. He was the host or the whole tour
- 8:15Speaker 1: of the Chronic Tour. This is like a ninety three
- 8:17Speaker 1: the Chronic Tour for him to be on stage or
- 8:21Speaker 1: not at all. Oh, Mama said, that's the plug right there.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Welcome to ball Alert. This is my mother's new book.
- 8:34Speaker 1: This quick ad, real quick mixture. You guys, get a
- 8:36Speaker 1: copy of this book right here. I once was heard
- 8:39Speaker 1: by my beautiful mother to Teracha carl Well, a lot
- 8:41Speaker 1: of women in empowerment, A lot of things you could learn,
- 8:42Speaker 1: and you can learn about her journey and hopefully you
- 8:44Speaker 1: can bust on those things in your life in follow
- 8:47Speaker 1: the same path. Yeah, if you really want to know
- 8:48Speaker 1: what happened a K. He don't really know the truth
- 8:50Speaker 1: because he was so young. That's what I'm saying, the truth.
- 8:54Speaker 1: It was so young. You're talking about chronic. You know,
- 8:55Speaker 1: it's a lot of that was atenous because if we
- 8:58Speaker 1: didn't know no about it, Like, it wasn't like we
- 9:00Speaker 1: had to hook up to you come to the show,
- 9:01Speaker 1: we won't get you back. It was it was regular
- 9:04Speaker 1: general mission, get a ticket, and oh we've picked people
- 9:06Speaker 1: out of the the audience who want to come up here.
- 9:07Speaker 1: And it's I'm like the only kid out of seventeen
- 9:10Speaker 1: thousand people. Okay, but don't tell the full story. Let's
- 9:12Speaker 1: let them read. Let them read the book. But you
- 9:15Speaker 1: know what I want to know is that you were
- 9:17Speaker 1: signed to death Row and you posted that you signed
- 9:19Speaker 1: a death Row, and everybody thought that was fake. I mean,
- 9:22Speaker 1: it's just crazy to imagine, honestly, Like I could not
- 9:24Speaker 1: ever envision a child being signed death it was it
- 9:28Speaker 1: was other kids. I was signed Jamal, which illegal, yeah, illegal,
- 9:32Speaker 1: It was hard thought. Um I got the other kid name,
- 9:34Speaker 1: but Jamal and oh and Malik who you here on
- 9:37Speaker 1: Snoon first album. He was a kid on Pump Pump. Oh.
- 9:39Speaker 1: So it's a couple of a couple of guys. Deah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:41Speaker 1: So what happened was being at that dads was the
- 9:44Speaker 1: one who really grabbed me and brought me to the back.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Das is so talented. Yeah, Dads is the one. Like
- 9:49Speaker 1: a lot of people don't understand. They don't really give
- 9:51Speaker 1: Dashes props like das one of, if not the best
- 9:54Speaker 1: rap album all time. All Eyes on Me, that's Dash production.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Like people think like that's that's draped because it was
- 10:01Speaker 1: around that time. But Dass was the one who did
- 10:04Speaker 1: that album, which it ain't no fun. Yeah, I could
- 10:11Speaker 1: say the dads like, and don't take this the wrong way.
- 10:14Speaker 1: But the reason why I say this because if you strike,
- 10:17Speaker 1: you hit the lottery one time you set and Quincy
- 10:20Speaker 1: hit with Thriller, and I feel like Dash hit with
- 10:23Speaker 1: all on Me, like he is like the West Coast
- 10:26Speaker 1: like because he has that one and he don't got
- 10:32Speaker 1: to do nothing else. Ever, again, I got a question.
- 10:35Speaker 1: I always wanted to ask you this question. Yeah, I'm
- 10:37Speaker 1: so was that beef? Was there ever real beef between
- 10:43Speaker 1: you with Little Romeo? No? It was never. It was
- 10:46Speaker 1: never real beef. Were you guys like cool or Yeah?
- 10:52Speaker 1: I remember years ago like All Star Weekend in La
- 10:56Speaker 1: like we kicked it. I think like me him and
- 10:58Speaker 1: like Raven Simone, like you know, the the Hollywood click
- 11:01Speaker 1: like we. Rome would always be around We always played
- 11:03Speaker 1: ball at UCLA, UM, myself, him and you know mister Jordan,
- 11:08Speaker 1: Michael Jordan's sons Marcus and Jeffrey, who are like really
- 11:11Speaker 1: close friends of mine, and so we will always be
- 11:13Speaker 1: around each other. I think it was more of the
- 11:15Speaker 1: outside people. Was the media that's kind yeah, of course,
- 11:18Speaker 1: because it's it's like like I said, it's like sports.
- 11:21Speaker 1: It's just it's him out during the versus. Yeah, Soldier
- 11:24Speaker 1: brought him out during the verses and you know, which
- 11:26Speaker 1: was a cool moment for him. He gave everybody they roses.
- 11:29Speaker 1: And you know what I mean, I think Rome he
- 11:31Speaker 1: catches a lot of slat and you know, if you
- 11:33Speaker 1: know him, uh, you'll know that he's a really really
- 11:35Speaker 1: good dude, very dude, doesn't bother nobody, very smart and
- 11:40Speaker 1: like I said, he's always stayed out the way. But
- 11:42Speaker 1: we had that one on one conversation and we just
- 11:45Speaker 1: felt like it was just outside people that wanted to
- 11:48Speaker 1: see that. And you know when I came out, I'm
- 11:51Speaker 1: krip walking and I'm doing my thing and Mickey mount
- 11:53Speaker 1: Chainey got the buzz Bunny Chainey hard, I'm shaking like
- 11:55Speaker 1: me and and until he just told me, like, you know,
- 11:58Speaker 1: I took it like as a form of flattery because
- 11:59Speaker 1: once he explain what was going on from from his mouth,
- 12:02Speaker 1: I respected it. You know. It's like, yo, bro, I
- 12:04Speaker 1: looked up to you. That's just what it is, all right,
- 12:06Speaker 1: Like you were my favorite growing up, Like I couldn't
- 12:08Speaker 1: help that I looked up to you and I wanted
- 12:10Speaker 1: to do what you did, like you made it possible
- 12:13Speaker 1: for all of us to believe that we can all rap,
- 12:15Speaker 1: you know what I mean. And I was like, damn,
- 12:17Speaker 1: I never really thought about it like that. So it
- 12:19Speaker 1: was never this when we said eighteen. That line was
- 12:23Speaker 1: not for Pete Man. When I heard that line, I
- 12:26Speaker 1: was like, and I felt like it was it was.
- 12:28Speaker 1: It was um, it was messed up because a lot
- 12:32Speaker 1: of times our situations get a lot of times people
- 12:34Speaker 1: throw themselves in situations and make it something like that
- 12:38Speaker 1: line eighteen. That was stunting on any young nigga that
- 12:40Speaker 1: I hate on Bath like nigga, I'm it's the truth, nigga,
- 12:44Speaker 1: I made more than your daddy. Nigg I'm eighteen with
- 12:46Speaker 1: eighteen year old you know, show me your daddy. So
- 12:49Speaker 1: that was for like all that that was that I
- 12:52Speaker 1: didn't feel like it wasn't like that was more of
- 12:56Speaker 1: that is just to the general pop. I'm just letting
- 12:58Speaker 1: you know. I'm so did you you always all crap
- 13:01Speaker 1: and all throughout your records. Anyway, if I'm gonna say
- 13:03Speaker 1: something'm gonna say a name, like I'm not gonna shy
- 13:05Speaker 1: away from me. If I'm gonna say some I'm gonna
- 13:07Speaker 1: say the name. I don't really believe it. I always
- 13:09Speaker 1: thought he was talking about Romeo over that because at
- 13:12Speaker 1: the time it was that you know, whoever it was,
- 13:15Speaker 1: took that opportunity and said this is it. So listen,
- 13:18Speaker 1: I want to know this. You've been on tour with everybody.
- 13:23Speaker 1: You've been on two tours in the past twelve months.
- 13:27Speaker 1: The next tour, what is it? What is it? Who's
- 13:29Speaker 1: somebody tour that you have and toured that you always
- 13:32Speaker 1: wanted to go on tour with? Man, I'm too layal.
- 13:34Speaker 1: I like I like making I like making money with
- 13:37Speaker 1: my with my bros. And they are like a Marion
- 13:40Speaker 1: and pleasure p or nah. You know you know what
- 13:43Speaker 1: I think would be a good tour? What do you think?
- 13:46Speaker 1: But I want Chris Brown, Yeah, that's all about to
- 13:48Speaker 1: say Bros for Life, that would that would be a
- 13:50Speaker 1: good tour. We need to do the Bros for Life tour.
- 13:53Speaker 1: You know, I think it'd be dope because my mama saying,
- 13:58Speaker 1: oh snoo oh, yeah, no, definitely dog but but but
- 14:02Speaker 1: but but that's my mom in the back. Um, she
- 14:06Speaker 1: wasn't gonna miss it. Yeah nah. But the only thing
- 14:11Speaker 1: is I toured already with Dog, like even though I
- 14:14Speaker 1: tore a brown too, but I toured with Dog and
- 14:15Speaker 1: Dog is so busy like his. That's what I was
- 14:20Speaker 1: going to ask you about the revenge in about because
- 14:22Speaker 1: it seems like Snoop has reinvented himself over and over
- 14:26Speaker 1: over again. Did you see Snoop Dog at Rustlemania? Man?
- 14:29Speaker 1: I loved it, elbow when he hit them, bro, I
- 14:32Speaker 1: don't even think he touched the role. Loved it, man.
- 14:33Speaker 1: But that's why they get hurt. But I who think,
- 14:36Speaker 1: oh hit the ropes? Yeah, but that's why that's why
- 14:38Speaker 1: they love him though, you know what I'm saying. That's
- 14:40Speaker 1: why they love him because like you know, he don't
- 14:41Speaker 1: got to be the best rass's the fact that he
- 14:43Speaker 1: out there doing it and it's and it's comical and
- 14:45Speaker 1: is entertaining. But yeah that's my dog, like I love,
- 14:48Speaker 1: I love, but they smoked were snoop dog. I've tried
- 14:53Speaker 1: and I have failed one man, I hit I hit them,
- 14:54Speaker 1: but I'm but I'm gonna reader. Yeah I brought you man,
- 14:58Speaker 1: Yeah all I hit that. I'm get him in trouble
- 15:00Speaker 1: and ball trouble on the radio. We can say whatever smoke,
- 15:10Speaker 1: we ain't never see it now, but uh now I
- 15:11Speaker 1: tried to hit that. We brought him to the studio
- 15:13Speaker 1: one time and I said, I said, now you don't
- 15:16Speaker 1: like the smoke, but nigga, you gonna it was like
- 15:18Speaker 1: that's sitting out of Friday. I I want to see
- 15:22Speaker 1: you then unk when we when we go through the
- 15:23Speaker 1: we go in the studio. We went in there and
- 15:25Speaker 1: of course Unk for like whoever I come in the
- 15:27Speaker 1: studio way they smoke because not you know what I'm saying,
- 15:29Speaker 1: because I'm a little snooped. So yeah, he I'm just
- 15:32Speaker 1: casually talking. He just passed BT. BT look at it
- 15:35Speaker 1: like damn, I really don't want to hit it, like
- 15:38Speaker 1: it's snooped off inside of Snoop do. The inside of
- 15:40Speaker 1: BT was saying, I don't want to hit definitely, was like,
- 15:43Speaker 1: I don't want to hit this ship. When he hit it,
- 15:45Speaker 1: BT was out of there. I think we left something
- 15:47Speaker 1: the airport. You left it. Something happened after we left it.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Something got left. That's that's what I remember. We was.
- 15:51Speaker 1: We was filming grown up hip hop. Well you and
- 15:53Speaker 1: Snoop was filming the scene, and I remember we was
- 15:57Speaker 1: all having a conversation. He passed battle but bout pass
- 16:00Speaker 1: it back to Snoop. Snoop pass it over to me,
- 16:02Speaker 1: And in my mind, I'm thinking, like, I can't tell
- 16:05Speaker 1: Snoop dog Yeah you got man, I hit that blood
- 16:08Speaker 1: when I tell you. When he was feeling that scene,
- 16:11Speaker 1: I was just looking and I forgot where I was at,
- 16:13Speaker 1: and I was like, why am I here? Ye, I'm like, oh,
- 16:17Speaker 1: hell no, won't need to be smoking that ship. Yeah, man, BT,
- 16:21Speaker 1: that lived a magical life, man, B. I must say
- 16:23Speaker 1: this man were in my business man, This dude where
- 16:26Speaker 1: y'all say, yeah, we appreciate you putting your arms around him. Yeah, man, BT,
- 16:30Speaker 1: that lived the amazing last six years. He's done seen
- 16:33Speaker 1: a lot of shit because you kind of stole him
- 16:36Speaker 1: from you. I ain't gonna lie I you kind of
- 16:39Speaker 1: stole him from it. I hated BT that I didn't
- 16:43Speaker 1: like hill met BT had this booking right, and it
- 16:46Speaker 1: was in Charlotte. We men in Charlotte up and he's
- 16:48Speaker 1: on the mike. He's hosting, so you know, typical host.
- 16:51Speaker 1: See his side of the story. I'm gonna tell you
- 16:52Speaker 1: the real the real side, the typical hole shit. Right, So, Mike,
- 16:55Speaker 1: you're doing this thing. It's packed, it's crazy. He comes
- 16:58Speaker 1: over my sextion like cool. Cool. He's like, yo, you
- 17:01Speaker 1: got You're gonna come to the stage when when you
- 17:02Speaker 1: go before, I'm like, Nigga putform, Like Nigga ain't about
- 17:05Speaker 1: to putform. I'm like, I ain't doing that. He like, man,
- 17:09Speaker 1: but you got too, man, And they got to you know,
- 17:11Speaker 1: in North Carolina. I'm sure I have been to Chlotte
- 17:13Speaker 1: plenty of times. You know they keep the bottles in cages.
- 17:14Speaker 1: You can't touch the bottle. Yeah, that's the craziest thing
- 17:17Speaker 1: in the world. You can't touch the bottle. So I'm
- 17:18Speaker 1: already mad about it. That's coming from Atlanta. Um already right.
- 17:22Speaker 1: So I'm like he over there talking to somebody. I'm like, man,
- 17:25Speaker 1: I'm not getting on the stage there was some more
- 17:27Speaker 1: too it, and then I eventually took some shots and
- 17:29Speaker 1: got my black ass on the stage. No, he's seen
- 17:31Speaker 1: how it was rocking, because this is what I told him.
- 17:33Speaker 1: I said, listen, I was hosting. So I'm like, first
- 17:36Speaker 1: of all, the party was crazy. I'm like, damn, this
- 17:38Speaker 1: shit is crazy. You want to be over there in
- 17:40Speaker 1: the corner. Can't nobody even see you? You know, something
- 17:42Speaker 1: going over there? And he's just like, oh man, uh man,
- 17:45Speaker 1: I can't even touch the bottles. Now what type of
- 17:47Speaker 1: shit is this? And then I was like, bro, this
- 17:50Speaker 1: is their law. Like oh, I can't do nothing about this.
- 17:54Speaker 1: He was like, man, we'll tell them to open up
- 17:57Speaker 1: the bottles so we can drinking party. And so they
- 17:59Speaker 1: got the ship locked up. So then I'm like, man,
- 18:02Speaker 1: this dude don't ripping a damn asshole and this shit
- 18:04Speaker 1: is packed and he want to be here in the
- 18:06Speaker 1: corner and hide from all the people. So then I
- 18:08Speaker 1: remember it was just starting to get crazy, and then
- 18:11Speaker 1: I was like, hey, man, you might want to drop here.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I was like, hey, you might come. It was we
- 18:16Speaker 1: put him in all the four so we dropped. All
- 18:17Speaker 1: the cards are from Atlanta, Ros. Everything we went stupid
- 18:21Speaker 1: up there. But that's that's what we meant. I do
- 18:23Speaker 1: remember because he came back to the Atlanta he was like,
- 18:25Speaker 1: hey man, I was hanging out about all weekend. That's okay,
- 18:28Speaker 1: that was up. The next thing I know, he ain't
- 18:29Speaker 1: hanging out with me no more. He hanging out with you. Yeah. Man,
- 18:34Speaker 1: you still my friends too, You still you still all
- 18:36Speaker 1: my friends. But it's all good. Why aren't people so
- 18:38Speaker 1: surprised when Drake gave you your flowers and Drake was
- 18:41Speaker 1: on Instagram giving you such big problems? Why would people
- 18:44Speaker 1: like why is Drake doing that? I just feel like
- 18:46Speaker 1: people do not give you the respect you know that
- 18:50Speaker 1: you have earned, you know, throughout your career. Why do
- 18:52Speaker 1: you think that is? It never bothered me, but but
- 18:55Speaker 1: then the past fire years I've been getting it. So
- 18:58Speaker 1: I ain't even been tripping. You know what I'm saying.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I do believe that you have the earn yep, Like
- 19:03Speaker 1: now there's all out you know, there's all out here? Now?
- 19:05Speaker 1: Is did you legend wherever you go? You know? You like?
- 19:09Speaker 1: And I don't know if once again it's that conversation
- 19:12Speaker 1: that dude had with me, it's it's me taking back
- 19:14Speaker 1: what's mine. You know what I'm saying that when you
- 19:16Speaker 1: stop the bullshit and you go to work and you
- 19:18Speaker 1: just and you get back on track and they see
- 19:20Speaker 1: you winning, all you're throwing out this damn he doing
- 19:22Speaker 1: arena tour. Damn he do? He coming right back the
- 19:24Speaker 1: next year with the same arena tour. Then they doing
- 19:25Speaker 1: arenas again. Then you know what I'm saying, It's like,
- 19:27Speaker 1: you just go to work. That the easiest way to
- 19:29Speaker 1: kill shit is go to work. That's all you gotta do.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Shut up and go to work. And um and and
- 19:34Speaker 1: that's and that's really all I did. So after I
- 19:36Speaker 1: did Versus and cats saw the Body of Work, like, damn, damn,
- 19:40Speaker 1: we forgot about Damn that one too. Damn. That's the okay, Nah,
- 19:43Speaker 1: it's it. There's it. And when I watched I watched
- 19:45Speaker 1: All Versus All we watched this morning, everybody was in
- 19:47Speaker 1: the in the what did you call it, the comment
- 19:50Speaker 1: comment thing? Yeah, that when y'all was lie showing my age.
- 19:52Speaker 1: I'm not back. Yeah, that thing. I'm about to say
- 19:54Speaker 1: the chat room. I was about to say the chat room,
- 19:58Speaker 1: but nah, yeah, the comment section. Like I rely watched
- 20:01Speaker 1: something like Drake in here Drake telling Soldier, why didn't
- 20:03Speaker 1: you call me? I would have came out and I
- 20:05Speaker 1: would have did my mom and I'm sorry, I don't know.
- 20:11Speaker 1: You're not on the radio. You can cuss. Oh ye
- 20:12Speaker 1: don't want curs from my mama though, But I don't
- 20:15Speaker 1: like I'm such a competitor. I'm such a competitor that
- 20:18Speaker 1: I wouldn't have cared at all if he did. If
- 20:21Speaker 1: Drake did come out, because me being at me and
- 20:23Speaker 1: Soldier had this you know, we we was in cahoots.
- 20:27Speaker 1: We put this whole thing together and started with us
- 20:29Speaker 1: with the verses. It would have done nothing but just
- 20:31Speaker 1: made that whole entire verses even more of an experience
- 20:34Speaker 1: and even more legendary. The fact that, you know, one
- 20:37Speaker 1: of the best rappers out right now can't pop up
- 20:40Speaker 1: for his own verses or probably wouldn't do his do
- 20:43Speaker 1: a verses, but he came off a biwa Soldier, you
- 20:46Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. And that just shows you the
- 20:48Speaker 1: time that we came in and the work that we
- 20:50Speaker 1: put in. Like a lot of these rappers grew up
- 20:51Speaker 1: on us. Like I just seen someone with Wiz was
- 20:54Speaker 1: like when he was in school, he looked like me
- 20:57Speaker 1: or his brave wanted to be bad. They called him
- 20:59Speaker 1: bay out at school, you know what I'm saying. And
- 21:01Speaker 1: I'm older than wids like so it's like, you know,
- 21:03Speaker 1: Drake giving me his flowers. That's this ain't just me,
- 21:05Speaker 1: but Drake is a fan of just the culture. I
- 21:08Speaker 1: am a really big fan of you the actor. One
- 21:11Speaker 1: of my personal favorites was when you didn't see a side,
- 21:14Speaker 1: appreciate to see aside series Yeah yeah, yeah, I was
- 21:18Speaker 1: a big fan. And then the season went away and
- 21:22Speaker 1: you know what happened. Yeah, see, so we got the
- 21:25Speaker 1: season two. Um Season one, I was going back and
- 21:30Speaker 1: forth from LA to New York. That was a crazy
- 21:32Speaker 1: transition for me because I was hosting one on six
- 21:33Speaker 1: full time. He was doing that as well, and I
- 21:35Speaker 1: was flying to LA to be on set the shoes
- 21:38Speaker 1: here side got slight bro. I was doing this shit
- 21:42Speaker 1: twice a week every week, like taping three episodes and
- 21:44Speaker 1: a day every day, then taking a flight out to
- 21:46Speaker 1: LA and doing that. So season one was crazy. And
- 21:49Speaker 1: then I'm gonna admit this right now, like that was
- 21:52Speaker 1: the hardest acting I've ever done in my crez. Like
- 21:56Speaker 1: that was the Harvard Law acting like shows like Law
- 21:59Speaker 1: Order and so I like the monologues and the fucking
- 22:03Speaker 1: the I mean just everything about shows like that are
- 22:06Speaker 1: so tough. If you can do a show like that,
- 22:07Speaker 1: you can do anything, Like I don't give like you
- 22:09Speaker 1: can do any So they need to put some respect
- 22:11Speaker 1: on Ice tea name most definitely, like those shows are tough.
- 22:14Speaker 1: They're tough. The dialogue, I mean, just everything to dialect,
- 22:16Speaker 1: the pronunciation of certain words. You know what I'm saying.
- 22:18Speaker 1: We were from where we're from, you know what I mean?
- 22:20Speaker 1: So you do that type of shit like data. Some
- 22:23Speaker 1: people say data. It's like they have a certain way,
- 22:25Speaker 1: Like we was getting fucked up on words like that
- 22:27Speaker 1: on set, Like nah, I actually thought that was gonna
- 22:30Speaker 1: be your like Ice Team moment, Like everybody did, you
- 22:34Speaker 1: know what I mean. I just think that when you
- 22:37Speaker 1: have a show like that or like a Law and Order,
- 22:39Speaker 1: and you know it's been on for twenty plus years
- 22:41Speaker 1: and then you try to do spinoffs from the original, um,
- 22:45Speaker 1: it could become a lot. It's something that we've already
- 22:47Speaker 1: seen before. So I was just I was fortunate enough
- 22:49Speaker 1: that I got a chance to work with Patrick Shark.
- 22:51Speaker 1: K was an Oscar Award winner. Um, you know what
- 22:53Speaker 1: I'm saying, and just being around everybody and and and
- 22:57Speaker 1: and working with you know, the whole CBS and CS family.
- 23:00Speaker 1: I mean, it was just dope to be a part
- 23:02Speaker 1: of it. For me to even get casted for because
- 23:04Speaker 1: I got the role was I was literally in my
- 23:05Speaker 1: dress room at BT and they called me like Yo,
- 23:08Speaker 1: I'm like set trying to bright, Yeah, like this is it.
- 23:12Speaker 1: I wait, don't stop there, I'll like getting at older.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Let me stop up in that CBS. Wait, you've had
- 23:21Speaker 1: lead roles and big movies like this is not just
- 23:24Speaker 1: like you're not just a regular person. So I'm just
- 23:26Speaker 1: trying to I really want to play your flowers, bro,
- 23:28Speaker 1: Like you really did some big movies. One of my
- 23:30Speaker 1: favorite movies you did acting it was Lottery. Appreciate it
- 23:33Speaker 1: every thanks, thanks, But how do you differentiate you know,
- 23:40Speaker 1: the music, because I started seeing you when you're doing
- 23:42Speaker 1: the acting. I'm over here like okay, you're doing music again. Yeah.
- 23:45Speaker 1: I was like more of a fan of the actor. Yeah,
- 23:47Speaker 1: even though you made the music. I was like, Yo,
- 23:49Speaker 1: this is it right here, this is the you know
- 23:51Speaker 1: what's crazy role. A lot of people always ask me,
- 23:53Speaker 1: like what do I like better? Or when when's the
- 23:56Speaker 1: music coming with? When are you doing another movie? And
- 23:59Speaker 1: it's so crazy because when I look at it, I'm like, damn,
- 24:03Speaker 1: I really started them both at the same time. So
- 24:04Speaker 1: even I'm understanding why people put the acting thing on me.
- 24:08Speaker 1: So toub, I never really realized that I felt more
- 24:10Speaker 1: of a rapper. I think it's just such a great
- 24:13Speaker 1: actor that people you did really could be that. But
- 24:16Speaker 1: I also think, like I just thought about it, So
- 24:18Speaker 1: I'm like, damn, my first movie was like Mike and
- 24:19Speaker 1: I happened right after my first album. I don't even
- 24:22Speaker 1: dropped my second album yet. So which one made you
- 24:24Speaker 1: the most money? Which I mean, which one makes more
- 24:26Speaker 1: money new? I mean, of course, depending on how much
- 24:31Speaker 1: input you put into the game, if you're putting on
- 24:34Speaker 1: new material or if you got that shit that just
- 24:36Speaker 1: lasts forever. It's just classic shit where you ain't even
- 24:38Speaker 1: gotta drop new ship and you're just already stamped. Then yeah,
- 24:41Speaker 1: you're doing them festival, You're gonna running up a couple
- 24:43Speaker 1: meal throughout the summer, you know what I mean. So yeah,
- 24:44Speaker 1: it can it can get crazy, But for me, I
- 24:46Speaker 1: love things that are organized in the structure of Hollywood
- 24:49Speaker 1: and in the movie businesses show structured the way it's
- 24:52Speaker 1: like a nine to five. It's some shit that as
- 24:54Speaker 1: a musician were not accustomed to. You know what I'm saying.
- 24:56Speaker 1: You get a schedule, you know what you're doing. You
- 24:58Speaker 1: know when you get paid paid on the same day. Man,
- 25:01Speaker 1: I was pulling up to the CBS lot on my
- 25:03Speaker 1: day off, Like we got paid on Fridays every Friday,
- 25:05Speaker 1: and I wasn't on schedule night all day. I was
- 25:08Speaker 1: free from set down on the Friday. Like, I'm pulling up.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I want to see that mother. I'm look. I've never
- 25:12Speaker 1: been a take up a check nigga. I always direct
- 25:15Speaker 1: deposit or I'm picking up the bag. So I you know,
- 25:17Speaker 1: I'm pulling up on the rolls on the CBS lot.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I'm pulling up. Good look, and I'll take it right
- 25:22Speaker 1: to the atam and deposit that mother. Man, every week
- 25:25Speaker 1: you're getting it. So it's like when you see that,
- 25:27Speaker 1: you're like, damn, I fucking lock this ship. We're going
- 25:30Speaker 1: to syndication. It's over. I'm about to retire off. See.
- 25:32Speaker 1: It's like that's what I'm not, you know, that's the
- 25:36Speaker 1: that is the goal. When you're doing a television series
- 25:40Speaker 1: on sitcom, you want to hit five episodes. When you
- 25:42Speaker 1: hit five and they say this is the final season,
- 25:44Speaker 1: just know that a lot of a lot of them
- 25:49Speaker 1: still do have to work. But for a lot of them, man,
- 25:52Speaker 1: it's a rat. Like once you do five, it's over.
- 25:55Speaker 1: What do you mean about it? You get five episodes?
- 25:57Speaker 1: That said, I think you get like six seasons. That's
- 25:58Speaker 1: like the standard when you get that. Like you see
- 26:00Speaker 1: our snow Fall, I believe this is the fifth or
- 26:02Speaker 1: sixth so um final season, right, So once you get
- 26:06Speaker 1: to that, it's it's a rap. Like now you're gonna
- 26:08Speaker 1: start seeing on another networks and syndicated. You know, so
- 26:12Speaker 1: Pallet for the rest of his life, he'll get it
- 26:14Speaker 1: checked from the Snowfall. Yeah, for the rest of his life.
- 26:16Speaker 1: It was getting like a million dollars an episode on Friends.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Jennifer Anderson Like, that's serious, I'm saying again, like that
- 26:23Speaker 1: you get to sit back and enjoy life. Yeah, yeah,
- 26:27Speaker 1: it's the best. It's the best shit in the world.
- 26:28Speaker 1: But then as a rapper, you feel like, damn, I've
- 26:31Speaker 1: been so detached from the culture, you know what I mean,
- 26:34Speaker 1: that's the that's the other side of it that people
- 26:35Speaker 1: don't understand. It's been so many times where I'm on
- 26:37Speaker 1: a movie setting, I feel like I'm the coldest rapper ever,
- 26:40Speaker 1: Like I'm just i just feel like no one knows
- 26:43Speaker 1: me because I'm want to lie. I'm on a set
- 26:44Speaker 1: for three months. I'm not traveling. I'm not hitting other cities.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I'm not I'm right here, and I love it because
- 26:52Speaker 1: I can. I get a chance to do due exactly.
- 26:56Speaker 1: But um, it's tough too. It can play mind tricks
- 26:58Speaker 1: on you because you're like, damn, I don't hear something radio.
- 27:01Speaker 1: I don't. I don't got any concerts. And then you
- 27:03Speaker 1: gotta wait till the movie and the show comes out.
- 27:05Speaker 1: It takes like a year or two. It's like a
- 27:07Speaker 1: mind fuck because you gotta tell you stuff. It's like
- 27:09Speaker 1: an investment. It's like, all right, I might not be
- 27:11Speaker 1: all right now, but watching his motherfucker watch three months. Yeah,
- 27:18Speaker 1: y'all see this fast Yeah all right, so damn yeah
- 27:22Speaker 1: it goes up. So, um, you got any new things
- 27:24Speaker 1: coming up? Yeah? Well, Fast Centers is great to come out. Um,
- 27:28Speaker 1: I'm not in that one, but there is gonna be
- 27:31Speaker 1: one more after that. So we're hoping. And we just
- 27:33Speaker 1: did nine, which is the latest one before the one
- 27:36Speaker 1: is about to come out, which had all of us
- 27:38Speaker 1: and it me Luda the Home and Tie Gang for
- 27:40Speaker 1: the first time. So that's what the fans wanted to see.
- 27:42Speaker 1: They wanted to see all of us come together on
- 27:43Speaker 1: some like Avengerce type of shit. So I believe, um
- 27:46Speaker 1: the last one, the last final one, will have all
- 27:49Speaker 1: of us back again. And there's some more good things
- 27:51Speaker 1: that they're doing too. But as far as the act
- 27:52Speaker 1: of stuff, absolutely um BT just had to read with
- 27:56Speaker 1: me not too long ago say what it was, but
- 27:58Speaker 1: it's you are with us every week and t he
- 28:02Speaker 1: read like he read, we be like that really sucks,
- 28:05Speaker 1: but he's my brother, so you know I had to.
- 28:08Speaker 1: I had to do it. Do you have an acting coach? No? Never. Never.
- 28:12Speaker 1: I feel like it's just something that's got to be
- 28:13Speaker 1: in either you got it or you don't. Um it
- 28:15Speaker 1: can be taught, but I think even before you get
- 28:17Speaker 1: to schools like Juilliard and all of these performing art
- 28:19Speaker 1: schools and acting schools and all of this, don't be
- 28:21Speaker 1: giving these rappers any ideas. And everybody can Young Miami's
- 28:25Speaker 1: role and being somebody asked me that, and I wanted
- 28:29Speaker 1: and I wondered why people were asking me this. And
- 28:32Speaker 1: I'm a big fan of the BMM show. But it
- 28:34Speaker 1: didn't bother me, like I just it didn't bother me
- 28:36Speaker 1: because it's it's young Miami and she's branded, like I
- 28:40Speaker 1: know her accent. It's only so like you know what
- 28:42Speaker 1: I'm saying. So that's why I accepted that. I don't.
- 28:44Speaker 1: I don't look at her as you know, as I
- 28:46Speaker 1: would look at you know, um, a Megan Good or
- 28:50Speaker 1: someone that's had a history or a long you know,
- 28:53Speaker 1: some some acting background. So of course I'm sure she
- 28:56Speaker 1: got the role because of her influencer, because of who
- 28:59Speaker 1: she is. She's popular. People are just hating on her
- 29:01Speaker 1: because she actually yeah, I mean it's on the show.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Let's see them do it. Acting is tough, yeah, but
- 29:06Speaker 1: you know that's that would be my response about it. Sorry,
- 29:08Speaker 1: let me see you get your your ass up here
- 29:10Speaker 1: and do this shit and remember these lines. Remember you're mark.
- 29:12Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. Remember all the little lingo
- 29:14Speaker 1: that goes on on set when filming. I mean it's tough.
- 29:17Speaker 1: I see cats that are naturally gifted, but put them
- 29:21Speaker 1: in front of on a set and it's time the bang,
- 29:24Speaker 1: It's like, oh shit, they not who oh damn, that's crazy,
- 29:29Speaker 1: Like I'd have seen that. That's what I was asking
- 29:31Speaker 1: about the acting coach because I was gonna ask if
- 29:33Speaker 1: you suggest that or if you don't, But you said
- 29:35Speaker 1: if you don't, you got it. If you don't, I
- 29:37Speaker 1: mean you can learn, anybody can learn. You could not
- 29:39Speaker 1: have a good jump shot, but if you spend a
- 29:40Speaker 1: lot of time in the gym with a coach, the
- 29:44Speaker 1: SHOT's gonna change. You should be able to get better.
- 29:46Speaker 1: So I think any anything you do, if you put
- 29:48Speaker 1: the time into it, you're gonna become good at it.
- 29:51Speaker 1: But for me, shit was just natural. Like all the
- 29:54Speaker 1: roles that I've got, they just came to me at
- 29:57Speaker 1: the right moment in my life, which made it ease
- 29:59Speaker 1: for me to just pull that shit off. So like
- 30:01Speaker 1: you know, fancies roll bounce. I was sixteen going on seventeen,
- 30:04Speaker 1: cut all my hair off. I was in a you know,
- 30:06Speaker 1: becoming a man thing. Me and my mom. You know
- 30:09Speaker 1: how that is grown up, even famous mothers, we still
- 30:11Speaker 1: go through that whole becoming a man, becoming up age thing.
- 30:14Speaker 1: So I was in a dark spot living in Chicago,
- 30:16Speaker 1: all by mysel no homies with me, my own apartment
- 30:19Speaker 1: in the middle of Chicago, and you know, it was
- 30:22Speaker 1: just a dark spot. Me and j D fell out again.
- 30:24Speaker 1: I was probably with the third time, maybe, like you
- 30:26Speaker 1: know what I mean. So I was in a hole.
- 30:28Speaker 1: So when I got a chance to express it through
- 30:30Speaker 1: a craft like acting and beat the car up and
- 30:33Speaker 1: cry and all that, all that shit was real emotion
- 30:34Speaker 1: and real pain that I was going through, you know
- 30:36Speaker 1: what I mean, my dealing with my first publicized girlfriend
- 30:40Speaker 1: at the time and just dealing with so much shit,
- 30:42Speaker 1: and it was like, you know, for real, I really
- 30:45Speaker 1: felt like that was like a comeback, like damn, I
- 30:47Speaker 1: gotta find myself and get back before I moved this
- 30:49Speaker 1: shit type of shit that was. That's what kept getting
- 30:51Speaker 1: repeated in my mind's I don't I don't know if
- 30:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna ever be dow I again. And that was
- 30:55Speaker 1: like on my third album. So question, why do you
- 30:58Speaker 1: and j D keep falling out? Um? I just explained
- 31:01Speaker 1: this to somebody. Well, first of all, we had a
- 31:03Speaker 1: conversation not so long ago, well not even comment. Well, yeah,
- 31:05Speaker 1: we did have a conversation. I'll keep that was it
- 31:08Speaker 1: good there? I'll keep that there. You know, just know
- 31:11Speaker 1: the world can know. I pulled up. Yeah, I was like,
- 31:14Speaker 1: BT was there. BT's always there. BT's a good friend.
- 31:20Speaker 1: He never tells us that happens to you. You know
- 31:23Speaker 1: that friend because he works for a ball alert. He
- 31:26Speaker 1: could be telling us. But listen. That's why. That's why
- 31:28Speaker 1: I feel like I am able to be in certain rooms,
- 31:32Speaker 1: because I have seen other platforms be denied and getting
- 31:36Speaker 1: a certain question. We spoke, We spoke our peace not
- 31:40Speaker 1: too long ago, face to face. Um, and then he
- 31:44Speaker 1: did a ball alert not a ball alert. I'm sorry
- 31:46Speaker 1: he did the breakfast and um, I saw that I
- 31:49Speaker 1: meanly hit him. No, man, I'll say that we made
- 31:51Speaker 1: a little pat that we ain't even gonna speak on us.
- 31:54Speaker 1: We ain't even gonna. We're just gonna But why why
- 31:56Speaker 1: do you even like when he said something about you
- 31:57Speaker 1: on a breakfast cut? Because I feel like JD did
- 31:59Speaker 1: a great job deflecting the question. It's like this, fuck it.
- 32:07Speaker 1: I told him to his face, I said, you're a
- 32:08Speaker 1: fan of Star Wars. You love Star Wars. We notice
- 32:11Speaker 1: if you know Jad, he's a fucking fanatic. When it
- 32:14Speaker 1: comes to Star Wars, and I'm like, you know the
- 32:16Speaker 1: story very well. It's like Obi Wan and Anakin. That's
- 32:19Speaker 1: me and him. It's the the o G who know
- 32:23Speaker 1: it all, been through it all, got the years, you
- 32:25Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, got you know, all the recognition.
- 32:28Speaker 1: And then Anakin, who then turn the Darth Vader later
- 32:32Speaker 1: was the young protej Obie always do want ready to
- 32:35Speaker 1: get out there and get it cracking. Then Obie always
- 32:37Speaker 1: like no, no, no, no, no, no, you're not ready yet,
- 32:39Speaker 1: you know ready, but hold up. But listening, isn't it?
- 32:40Speaker 1: It really be know what you're talking about. And they
- 32:42Speaker 1: always but heads because they so much a light. It's
- 32:45Speaker 1: like Obie raised any you know what I mean. So
- 32:48Speaker 1: then the heart brain comes when he comes Darth Vader,
- 32:50Speaker 1: Obie state the good guy, and then then you go,
- 32:53Speaker 1: that's the That's pretty much like the story of me
- 32:56Speaker 1: and Jade. Same type of person, different outlooks of certain things,
- 33:00Speaker 1: but you know we just were just better apart. Did
- 33:02Speaker 1: he agree with that? Oh yeah, most definitely, most definitely.
- 33:05Speaker 1: I can appreciate that stance on both of y'all. But
- 33:08Speaker 1: but I'm a preest of everything, and and I told
- 33:10Speaker 1: him It's like I'm a priest of of everything that
- 33:11Speaker 1: he's done. Um, and I feel like Brat has it
- 33:14Speaker 1: always reminds you of that every time like he has done,
- 33:17Speaker 1: always got to jump in him and and motherfucker's besiness
- 33:20Speaker 1: bradges being No, I got I got a hell of
- 33:23Speaker 1: I got hell of love for Bratt. I love y'all relationship. Yeah,
- 33:26Speaker 1: that's why I'm responding to her when she when she
- 33:28Speaker 1: came out, and you know, Brad gonna always be there
- 33:30Speaker 1: and defend. Um. I don't know about all that, but
- 33:35Speaker 1: I just congratulations to it. You know what I'm saying.
- 33:38Speaker 1: I'm really like at peace where I'm at, Like I
- 33:40Speaker 1: feel like even when me and even when me and
- 33:44Speaker 1: dude was close and even you can attest to this. Yeah,
- 33:48Speaker 1: even you can attest Jady, Even you can attest to this.
- 33:51Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, It was moren hanging out
- 33:54Speaker 1: and kicking it don't work involved. So when people be
- 33:56Speaker 1: like where I'm like, I mean, me and me and
- 33:58Speaker 1: that man ain't work together. And over no years, like
- 34:01Speaker 1: I don't need JD when I'm acting, I don't call
- 34:03Speaker 1: him when I'm reading my script. I'm going off for
- 34:05Speaker 1: an audition. I ain't got to do with music. You
- 34:06Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. When I'm doing CSR, when I'm
- 34:09Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. Yeah, that was it, like
- 34:12Speaker 1: and and and that's all it really was, you know
- 34:15Speaker 1: what I mean. So I wish I'm nothing but the best,
- 34:17Speaker 1: But I don't think. I just think that we better
- 34:19Speaker 1: off doing our whome thing. I don't agree with that.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I think that you gotta changed that. Eventually. You guys
- 34:25Speaker 1: are gonna you know, you gotta let the family come
- 34:28Speaker 1: together when it's time. And that's why you said, like,
- 34:31Speaker 1: even though I've been around these heated discussions and all
- 34:35Speaker 1: those things, and I can't and keep it to myself
- 34:37Speaker 1: because I don't believe in picking anybody's side. I always
- 34:40Speaker 1: see j D. He was just saying to j he
- 34:42Speaker 1: was just winning. Uh. A couple of weeks after at
- 34:44Speaker 1: the concert, what did you go to concert? Yeah? I
- 34:46Speaker 1: did go to the Division concert, but yeah, it's always
- 34:48Speaker 1: love with j D. Man. I just you know, I
- 34:50Speaker 1: just don't like people picking side because I feel like
- 34:53Speaker 1: even with the with the Birdman and the Wayne situation,
- 34:56Speaker 1: when they was going through what they was going through,
- 34:57Speaker 1: its kind of like you just gotta be like, hey, man,
- 34:59Speaker 1: they're gonna eventually get together, So you over here picking
- 35:01Speaker 1: this person's side and picking this person's side. When they
- 35:03Speaker 1: get back together, they're gonna they gonna remember all the
- 35:05Speaker 1: people that was pinning them against each other. Yeah, And
- 35:08Speaker 1: that's why I always say man bound j D. Many
- 35:10Speaker 1: people ask me, man, they go they would be back
- 35:12Speaker 1: together because they so seeing it. They so he used
- 35:14Speaker 1: to seeing it and they used to get back. But
- 35:17Speaker 1: now thirty program. Yeah, Like now that I'm thirty six
- 35:19Speaker 1: and where I'm at, my life is kind of like
- 35:22Speaker 1: like I don't I'm a father. I don't even know.
- 35:24Speaker 1: I don't only need that guy as. No, I don't
- 35:26Speaker 1: need that like I'm four or forty. You know what
- 35:28Speaker 1: I'm saying, Like I'm good, I'm cool. I appreciate everything
- 35:31Speaker 1: that he's done. I'm able to sell out arenas still
- 35:35Speaker 1: back to back year where we did two arena tours
- 35:37Speaker 1: and just based off all the work that we did
- 35:39Speaker 1: collectively for that time. So it was good for that time.
- 35:42Speaker 1: But now it's just time for niggas the ex to
- 35:44Speaker 1: excel and do big and better things and just keep
- 35:46Speaker 1: it quick. Like he got a whole album with with
- 35:47Speaker 1: currency that here doing move in a direction. I'm over
- 35:50Speaker 1: here doing my business stuff and torn and I'm getting
- 35:53Speaker 1: ready for lovers and friends and all type of other shit.
- 35:55Speaker 1: So what's kind of like we all doing our things,
- 35:57Speaker 1: just people ain't seeing it together. But I'm at peace.
- 36:00Speaker 1: We always talk about the good stuff, you know, Instagram
- 36:03Speaker 1: is always good. We live having a good time. What
- 36:05Speaker 1: about the bad stuff that has been through? Because I'm
- 36:09Speaker 1: a big mental health advocate, how did you overcome the
- 36:14Speaker 1: transgressions that you've been through? Like did you ever go
- 36:16Speaker 1: speak to a therapist? Did you ever like when whenever
- 36:19Speaker 1: you were in dark moments? Um, Chicago was no Chicago
- 36:27Speaker 1: Chicago when I lived there. It was just I didn't
- 36:31Speaker 1: even I was so young. I wasn't even thinking about
- 36:33Speaker 1: finding I think I was more in a becoming a
- 36:37Speaker 1: man thing like this shit is weird, Like I'm really okay,
- 36:39Speaker 1: this is how this feels, or you know, more responsibility
- 36:42Speaker 1: type of thing on. It really wasn't nothing mentor or
- 36:44Speaker 1: anything like that, um so to speak. But for me, Um,
- 36:50Speaker 1: I'm a real woman. I get at the I get
- 36:51Speaker 1: at the puff puff puff. Put it in perspective for me,
- 36:55Speaker 1: I was in la um before all of that ship,
- 37:00Speaker 1: I was in La and uh it was me Snoop
- 37:03Speaker 1: nell Leave was all kicking in at the crib and
- 37:06Speaker 1: he just put me to the side. And I said,
- 37:08Speaker 1: this ship too is it's it's out for people to
- 37:10Speaker 1: look up. But he put me to the side and
- 37:11Speaker 1: sim when you gonna get that clown ass ship that
- 37:13Speaker 1: you're doing. I'm like, wow, Like put me really like yo,
- 37:17Speaker 1: Like put me just like nigga all that clown ass
- 37:19Speaker 1: shit you're doing. Like Nigga, you know you know who
- 37:20Speaker 1: you be around like Snoop raise you, nigga. I'm big
- 37:23Speaker 1: homie like you around all of this success, all this shit,
- 37:28Speaker 1: and you think we're gonna allow some clown shit around us.
- 37:31Speaker 1: Like when you're around us, Nigga, you stamped as one
- 37:33Speaker 1: of them, Nigga, like you one of them, Like they
- 37:36Speaker 1: all seeing you coming from a kid to now like
- 37:39Speaker 1: you are battle. Wow, you need to look in the
- 37:41Speaker 1: mirror and understand who you are. Stop playing with your
- 37:43Speaker 1: brand and started playing with your name and get on
- 37:46Speaker 1: a ass and stop fucking playing around. You don't need
- 37:49Speaker 1: no fucking attention. You're getting attention to your whole fucking life.
- 37:52Speaker 1: I like it that right, there was the all right
- 37:57Speaker 1: that say least and a lot of this ship that
- 37:59Speaker 1: I'll I've done throughout my crisband self afflicted. You ain't
- 38:03Speaker 1: seeing me out crazy walking out the club, stumbling and
- 38:07Speaker 1: biting outside of the club. Nobody knows until you say it.
- 38:09Speaker 1: You feel me like, I ain't never been out there
- 38:11Speaker 1: like that. My should have just been self afflicted. You
- 38:13Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, just bullshit, like do that? Why
- 38:17Speaker 1: would he do that? He don't need that challenge? Yeah,
- 38:21Speaker 1: tired of getting calls being around a man, Listen, I'm tired.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Hey man, I'm tired of getting all these calls and
- 38:29Speaker 1: I can't get mad at it if it's something that
- 38:30Speaker 1: I did. So she even with the Baba challenge Jordan,
- 38:34Speaker 1: you know, just anything on me running with the hood
- 38:36Speaker 1: like all of that, and mind you, that was my
- 38:39Speaker 1: first introduction until like the social media getting dragged because
- 38:44Speaker 1: I was dead too serious. That's the day people, I
- 38:49Speaker 1: don't listen. I get anxiety, Like if it's a lot
- 38:59Speaker 1: of people around and like there's like, yall can't see
- 39:03Speaker 1: my homies that's around, Like I do, I'm a weird
- 39:05Speaker 1: person and I don't want to say like a weird celebrity,
- 39:07Speaker 1: but I do the weird and shit. Like I will
- 39:10Speaker 1: walk if I'm by myself and I'm picking up something
- 39:12Speaker 1: and I see like three girls I know that could
- 39:15Speaker 1: potentially be boy our fans or I know they ain't
- 39:17Speaker 1: gonna react to a certain way. I will get on
- 39:20Speaker 1: my phone and not be talking nobody, and I would
- 39:22Speaker 1: just start talking like hello, ye just so like I
- 39:24Speaker 1: would just man, I think all the celebrities be doing,
- 39:26Speaker 1: I'd say, you're on the blank phone talking to y'all.
- 39:31Speaker 1: Just doesn't depend on your move because is there is
- 39:33Speaker 1: there is there times where maybe you will interact with
- 39:35Speaker 1: fast all the time all the time. Um, I'm very approachable,
- 39:39Speaker 1: like I'm not one of those guys that's not right
- 39:42Speaker 1: now where you know, the only time I do that
- 39:44Speaker 1: is if if I'm with my kids. That's probably the
- 39:46Speaker 1: only time. But I'm gonna still get to it though,
- 39:49Speaker 1: like I'll just ask them nicely like yo, just wait,
- 39:50Speaker 1: time we get to need I got y'all take care
- 39:52Speaker 1: of you. But I'm very approachable, like I'm real cool.
- 39:54Speaker 1: I think you know That's why I'm able to move,
- 39:57Speaker 1: move and gold places and you know, just have fun
- 40:01Speaker 1: with this this thing that I've been working for my
- 40:02Speaker 1: whole life. You know, it's the world is beautiful. I
- 40:05Speaker 1: can't be one of those guys that I can't go.
- 40:07Speaker 1: I can't go to that city. I watch out. You know.
- 40:09Speaker 1: You know what that you had? Oh your tours? So
- 40:14Speaker 1: funny when when you had a fan that you know,
- 40:17Speaker 1: I'll remember, I'll know you remember what she jumped on you?
- 40:21Speaker 1: What was we had? Man? We was in Atlanta, right, Oh? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 40:25Speaker 1: he was in Atlanta. That girl jumped on you, humping me? Yeah, yeah,
- 40:30Speaker 1: she started humping you. And I was like, I was
- 40:33Speaker 1: like this what celebrities go through it Meet and Greece
- 40:35Speaker 1: because I've never seen a Meet and Green before. No, No,
- 40:38Speaker 1: it's it's wild, yo, Like you know, and you gotta
- 40:40Speaker 1: think too, like these girls they grew roub with us,
- 40:42Speaker 1: and you know, like you look at me or Chris Brown,
- 40:44Speaker 1: and you know what I'm saying. Our fans are now
- 40:46Speaker 1: you know, me and Chris we thirty. We in our
- 40:47Speaker 1: thirty So our fans are younger, very well they've been
- 40:51Speaker 1: because they got multiple kids. They bring their kids now
- 40:53Speaker 1: to the millennium, you know what I mean. And the
- 40:55Speaker 1: state chance it's like, yeah, you know, I was your posts.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Now you're in front of me. What's happening all that year?
- 41:00Speaker 1: You talking on the records like they're a little bit
- 41:05Speaker 1: defferend you know it, it'd be some crazy fans because
- 41:08Speaker 1: we we had a couple of out the parties and
- 41:10Speaker 1: it was a couple of fans that just kept following
- 41:13Speaker 1: from city to city to city. No, I have a stalker.
- 41:17Speaker 1: I think I have a real like a stalker man,
- 41:20Speaker 1: like no games, Like it's a girl who literally, you know,
- 41:24Speaker 1: will catch the greyhound. Yeah, to like every city I'm in.
- 41:29Speaker 1: I've met Chicago. I'm like, what the f she's right there.
- 41:31Speaker 1: Go to Philly, she's right there. I go to uh anywhere,
- 41:35Speaker 1: New York, New York right there, authorities or report No,
- 41:41Speaker 1: But like now it's it's talking like now it's no, no, no, no,
- 41:45Speaker 1: no no no no no no no no no no.
- 41:48Speaker 1: It's crazy because like she'll go online and and go
- 41:51Speaker 1: on her lib and will tell people like y'all needs
- 41:55Speaker 1: to see him. I have to get to him, and
- 41:58Speaker 1: people send their money. Oh my gosh, she gets to me.
- 42:01Speaker 1: It's like it's it's yeah, soon has the hive? Right,
- 42:06Speaker 1: what do your people call I'm just kidding you called
- 42:10Speaker 1: what I wouldn't take that, but I'm out to give
- 42:11Speaker 1: a percentage or whatever. What now, I don't call him
- 42:13Speaker 1: nothing like you know, I don't. I don't know because
- 42:17Speaker 1: the only people given has to be one of my
- 42:22Speaker 1: fans started that. But I don't know. You know what,
- 42:26Speaker 1: you know what it is being at black Twitter and
- 42:29Speaker 1: how social media comes up with, like even with the
- 42:31Speaker 1: Bible Wilward thing, like they came up with that, like
- 42:34Speaker 1: the Internet. The Internet not as much as a lot
- 42:38Speaker 1: of other these rappers. Well used to challenge Soldier Boy
- 42:45Speaker 1: getting Soldier Boy, but he's such a good job at
- 42:48Speaker 1: playing into it, like he's such a you know, a
- 42:51Speaker 1: character with Draco and you know, you know, because sometimes
- 42:55Speaker 1: can a little bro go off the end? Sometimes that's
- 42:58Speaker 1: my brother. I love them the death we had the
- 43:00Speaker 1: mom yes, but that's my yeah. But for him, he
- 43:04Speaker 1: knows how to hand of that shit like he's he's hilarious,
- 43:06Speaker 1: like he don't care. It's it's hard to beat Soldier
- 43:08Speaker 1: with the Internet, like this is impossible. It's something that
- 43:11Speaker 1: he's one of the pioneers of this whole thing, so
- 43:13Speaker 1: it's hard to beat the creator of something you know
- 43:16Speaker 1: what I mean. But for me, um, not like none
- 43:19Speaker 1: of that stuff really like ever really get to me
- 43:21Speaker 1: or none of that like as long as the bags,
- 43:24Speaker 1: the roll and the lights. How do you protect your
- 43:26Speaker 1: kids from all that? Because I feel like I've seen
- 43:29Speaker 1: some comments online where people feel like, you know, your
- 43:31Speaker 1: daughter dances like her mom. Her mom is a professional dancer,
- 43:35Speaker 1: and people will be like, oh, posting that little girl
- 43:40Speaker 1: that's like three years old making them faces and be
- 43:42Speaker 1: doing all them dances. You know I'm talking about You've
- 43:44Speaker 1: seen that little girl you don't talking about? Right? Yeah? Um,
- 43:48Speaker 1: First of all, my daughter is be twelve years old
- 43:51Speaker 1: and her mom is a professional dancer, you know what
- 43:54Speaker 1: I'm saying. So, um, all this suther she does is
- 43:56Speaker 1: pretty much like all the TikTok stuff. It's you know,
- 43:58Speaker 1: and she's with her mom. I'm doing it, you know,
- 44:01Speaker 1: and we make sure what she wears is appropriate. Like
- 44:04Speaker 1: you know, I'm one of those dads like I don't play,
- 44:06Speaker 1: like Sean knows, I don't play, and and and I
- 44:10Speaker 1: you know, I hate to say it, but she's built
- 44:12Speaker 1: like me, Like she will straight up be like they
- 44:15Speaker 1: don't bother her, and she don't see that on her
- 44:17Speaker 1: gram and I think it all starts with what I do.
- 44:19Speaker 1: And that's why the past, like you said, it's been
- 44:21Speaker 1: a long time since people play with me. Because after
- 44:24Speaker 1: that conversation, like I said that, it kind of hit
- 44:26Speaker 1: home and I kind of had to rill it back in.
- 44:27Speaker 1: So I'm like, damn, I really have a responsibility now.
- 44:30Speaker 1: At first, I mean I did, but now that I
- 44:32Speaker 1: got my own kids on the earth, now I gotta
- 44:34Speaker 1: be cast on what I do because if I do
- 44:36Speaker 1: something dumb, y'all gonna report it. And then she got
- 44:40Speaker 1: to go to school with her friends, and then all
- 44:42Speaker 1: the grown ups could slide over her place like yo,
- 44:44Speaker 1: daddy is yo dad? And she got to read that,
- 44:46Speaker 1: so I'll make sure I'm supposed to do what I'm
- 44:48Speaker 1: supposed to do. So she never even got to endure
- 44:49Speaker 1: that type of ship. And so far, so good, yep,
- 44:53Speaker 1: coming you know, as far as you come in your
- 44:55Speaker 1: journey to Now, what are some of the things that
- 44:58Speaker 1: the life lessons that you've learned that's far that you
- 45:01Speaker 1: wish you would have knew back then. Don't post everything.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Don't post everything, simple, don't post everything. Um, my life
- 45:10Speaker 1: has been so peaceful these fasts six and a half years.
- 45:12Speaker 1: I don't post nothing. Yeah, because you got you got
- 45:15Speaker 1: close friends. Yeah, every celebrity should have a close friend.
- 45:18Speaker 1: And I have a group chat. I think, honestly, you
- 45:21Speaker 1: really wanted to answer while I like, bou ain't been trolled,
- 45:23Speaker 1: while ain'tybody been playing me these past a couple of years.
- 45:25Speaker 1: Because I have a croup chat. Somebody introduced me to
- 45:28Speaker 1: the group chat steam. My god, we gossip more than
- 45:32Speaker 1: y'all do. Like it's like the place where the dumb
- 45:37Speaker 1: ship that I know y'all would report if I said it,
- 45:39Speaker 1: I say it there and no one season about the
- 45:41Speaker 1: home And it's like, yes, why don't I do this
- 45:45Speaker 1: eight years ago? Like this is the best thing. But
- 45:47Speaker 1: for me, don't post everything. You know what I'm saying,
- 45:49Speaker 1: And because everything is it's like you said, everybody's in
- 45:53Speaker 1: everybody's business. That's the era we live in now. I'll
- 45:54Speaker 1: respect and I totally get it. I'm a part of
- 45:56Speaker 1: the culture. I totally understand it. But you know, I
- 46:00Speaker 1: set a lot of slaveries get mad with a certain
- 46:01Speaker 1: to shake it out because it it beat us. You know,
- 46:04Speaker 1: I move different. I moved you know, you know what
- 46:06Speaker 1: I'm saying, and you know, I avoid it. I've been famous,
- 46:09Speaker 1: like you said that morning, half of my whole life.
- 46:11Speaker 1: So I'm at a point to where now I'm I'm
- 46:14Speaker 1: I want to live way out in My neighbors have
- 46:16Speaker 1: sheeps and no one else is out there. You know
- 46:17Speaker 1: what I'm saying. I'm I'm moved out way for it.
- 46:20Speaker 1: I'm don't really care about the club like that. I'd
- 46:22Speaker 1: rather bring it to me. I don't really want to
- 46:24Speaker 1: go outside and do it. And then I'm you know what,
- 46:26Speaker 1: I'm man, and then y'all got me go. I'm balancing
- 46:30Speaker 1: the clone, his shirt off, waiting around. I don't got
- 46:32Speaker 1: too many videos like I'm not doing it. I'd rather
- 46:34Speaker 1: while out in the cover of my home, my security,
- 46:36Speaker 1: there no phone, and we all having a good time,
- 46:39Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. So I learned how to
- 46:41Speaker 1: preserve a lot of things that I would put out
- 46:43Speaker 1: there that everybody would repost. And I've now look back
- 46:45Speaker 1: at it. I'm like, yo, I like a shock ass,
- 46:48Speaker 1: like I like a whore, Like I was gonna ask
- 46:52Speaker 1: you that, because don't you think that comes with an age?
- 46:54Speaker 1: Because I would. I would also say the same thing
- 46:56Speaker 1: I used to be outside lit wild and baby mamas
- 47:00Speaker 1: all that. Now. I stayed thirty five minutes out. I
- 47:03Speaker 1: don't know my neighbors. My neighbors don't know me. I
- 47:05Speaker 1: go to the go to the grocery store on the
- 47:07Speaker 1: I love it. I like it. You having more control
- 47:11Speaker 1: and and like you said, being more private, is that
- 47:13Speaker 1: kind of why you haven't you know, come out with
- 47:15Speaker 1: you know, pictures of your son and stuff like y'all
- 47:17Speaker 1: won't do it. I won't do it, you know what
- 47:19Speaker 1: I'm saying, just because it's like why, like he just
- 47:22Speaker 1: goes back to like a weird factor, like when I
- 47:24Speaker 1: see celebrities. Not saying it's some problem with it, but
- 47:27Speaker 1: it's like I don't see pictures of y'all kids. I'm
- 47:30Speaker 1: not saying like I'm not I'm not saying like, well,
- 47:35Speaker 1: if you don't sew yall kids, I ain't go so y'all.
- 47:37Speaker 1: It's just like if I wasn't about y'all, wuldn't get
- 47:39Speaker 1: to your control in the situation exactly like my son go, well,
- 47:43Speaker 1: we're gonna see him though in real life. Well, I
- 47:46Speaker 1: mean you think it would be a little different if
- 47:48Speaker 1: like the lead up to it was like not so dramatic, right, No,
- 47:52Speaker 1: I still want to know, and you know what, it's
- 47:55Speaker 1: not even about design. It's just like I don't understand why,
- 48:00Speaker 1: like Poe's boy, all right, might blow this, all right,
- 48:03Speaker 1: let me put this up here, all right, let me
- 48:04Speaker 1: see what they're saying about my boy. Okay, something that
- 48:08Speaker 1: sound when you break it down like you and his
- 48:10Speaker 1: mom say, you know what, Nona, because if my son
- 48:13Speaker 1: got it, listen, and then then you know the mom
- 48:15Speaker 1: gonna do it. It's her baby too. So of course
- 48:18Speaker 1: my son has an Instagram. Okay, he has? He has.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Your son definitely got Instagram. Is he like a star
- 48:24Speaker 1: like his sister? Nah, he gonna be different? Is he
- 48:29Speaker 1: more chilled? He's an incredible kid. He's calm. He's about
- 48:34Speaker 1: to be three, so he's calm. He's cool. He's a
- 48:38Speaker 1: sweet kid. For him to be about to be three.
- 48:40Speaker 1: The way he talks, it is like you can't talk
- 48:42Speaker 1: to him like no three year old. You gotta talk
- 48:44Speaker 1: to him like he five or six, because he that
- 48:47Speaker 1: boy can talk already. So it's amazing, you know, trying
- 48:50Speaker 1: to articulate the words. Yeah, he knows, he knows what's
- 48:53Speaker 1: going on, for sure. But now I just always like
- 48:57Speaker 1: it's just I don't know, man, I just have a
- 48:58Speaker 1: sense of like real this in my brain where it's
- 49:01Speaker 1: just weird. I don't feel like like when I go
- 49:04Speaker 1: on my Instagram, it's about bow wow, Like that's the celebrity,
- 49:08Speaker 1: that's the artist, your brand. Yeah, you're gonna get the brand,
- 49:11Speaker 1: you know what I mean. I'm not trying to put
- 49:13Speaker 1: personal out there. Yeah, like I'll just just like it's weird.
- 49:17Speaker 1: But you're active, was shy on there? So is there
- 49:19Speaker 1: ever this thought that like maybe he'll grow up and
- 49:22Speaker 1: feel like, why wasn't not part of this part of
- 49:24Speaker 1: his life? No, I'd rather I'd rather not force it on,
- 49:27Speaker 1: rather him to choose it. If he grows up and
- 49:29Speaker 1: he sees all of his friends doing and is TikTok,
- 49:31Speaker 1: daddy sees dagger as well, Okay, cool, Now turn out
- 49:33Speaker 1: out you're flying my little man. You know we're gonna
- 49:35Speaker 1: come on. I'm not gonna keep him in clothes. He's
- 49:39Speaker 1: not even in closes now. It's just that he with
- 49:40Speaker 1: me all the times. In fact, they ain't no cameras
- 49:42Speaker 1: around and ain't nothing popping. But I think people are
- 49:45Speaker 1: kind of curious too because of you know when you
- 49:48Speaker 1: kind of denied it at the beginning. Yeah, that was me,
- 49:50Speaker 1: not one people in my ship. Okay, it was just
- 49:53Speaker 1: so you never actually truly questioned whether he was your
- 49:56Speaker 1: child or we did a show, right, yeah, a reality
- 49:59Speaker 1: TV show? Right up? What I said on the reality
- 50:01Speaker 1: TV show there was your kid? Yeah, I took the
- 50:02Speaker 1: test on the show, and he was excited about it.
- 50:04Speaker 1: And that's that's that's the funny thing about it, because
- 50:06Speaker 1: it's almost like if you if you're not posting what
- 50:09Speaker 1: you're doing people it's a problem. Then you like, like,
- 50:11Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. And even then now sometimes
- 50:12Speaker 1: I'll tell BT, I watch this now. You know. We
- 50:15Speaker 1: just did the episode where I just said, right now,
- 50:17Speaker 1: I watch this dumb I'm gonna sure how dumb people be.
- 50:19Speaker 1: And then people just running a narrative and I was
- 50:21Speaker 1: just playing to it, trolling, like when I was like,
- 50:22Speaker 1: I'm listening to Billy Jan cleaning up. I'm just trolling
- 50:25Speaker 1: just to clear that up, because I know people were
- 50:27Speaker 1: speculating about that that the funny part is that that
- 50:30Speaker 1: his sun was always over there at his house. Why
- 50:33Speaker 1: he was on the internet saying that it was denied
- 50:38Speaker 1: because he because he'll be like he'd like, B two
- 50:40Speaker 1: you want you won't know how dumb the internet is
- 50:42Speaker 1: say anything at all? But it was, but has to
- 50:46Speaker 1: grow up and see it now. But I never said
- 50:47Speaker 1: the boy, I never publicly saying and shit like that.
- 50:51Speaker 1: But um, at the same time, it's a documented on KIM,
- 50:54Speaker 1: So it's more of like how dumb can you be?
- 50:56Speaker 1: The questions of ship When I took a test on
- 50:58Speaker 1: live TV and was excited, Do you want more kids? No?
- 51:03Speaker 1: What not? Not even like did you get married? I
- 51:07Speaker 1: got lucky man like I got no. I would never
- 51:09Speaker 1: get married in my life. Wow, never get married. I
- 51:12Speaker 1: don't want to. I'm not even to the girl who
- 51:14Speaker 1: hops on the greyhound to see you from state to state?
- 51:17Speaker 1: But why why are you? Why why do you gets marriage? Um?
- 51:22Speaker 1: I just learned that marriage is for everybody. You know? Um,
- 51:25Speaker 1: Like I said, I'm I'm kid. You almost got married
- 51:28Speaker 1: a couple of times, but we only know the second one.
- 51:34Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you the first. Y'all gotta do something.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Who was the first one? We ain't gonna get on that.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Check this out. I've been engaged twice. I've been engaged twice.
- 51:46Speaker 1: I've been engage twice. I's not gonna say, well who,
- 51:48Speaker 1: but I've been I've been engaged twice. But um, marriage
- 51:51Speaker 1: is now, it's who they're gonna find it. Just get
- 51:53Speaker 1: cough feet about it. It wasn't even cofeet like I
- 51:55Speaker 1: knew I wasn't gonna do it. Damn, I don't know
- 51:59Speaker 1: from you know what, I don't know. Your mom's in
- 52:03Speaker 1: the road. I don't listen. Listen, I gonna do it. Listen.
- 52:06Speaker 1: I think my mom might be happy to man, but
- 52:09Speaker 1: but check it. I know I'm listen. I was told
- 52:15Speaker 1: right by a famous rapper. I'm not gonna say his name,
- 52:19Speaker 1: possibly one. I'll give you out this possibly one of one.
- 52:22Speaker 1: He's one of the greatest rappers of all time and
- 52:26Speaker 1: no so uh he told me. I'm like, yo, man,
- 52:33Speaker 1: Like he's like, man, you gotta get you gotta just
- 52:35Speaker 1: give him a ring, man, just a ring. And I'm like,
- 52:38Speaker 1: I was like what I said, No, it ain't just
- 52:40Speaker 1: drink drink no, no, but because ice full of engagement.
- 52:49Speaker 1: But it's one of the greatest rappers of all time
- 52:50Speaker 1: on facts. But that wasn't my intention though at that time, though, um,
- 52:55Speaker 1: you know what, I'm saying with Erica or whatever, like
- 52:57Speaker 1: you know, I was in love with it, and you know,
- 53:00Speaker 1: hopefully I was at that time. I wanted to get
- 53:02Speaker 1: to that point. But um, I just start saying it
- 53:04Speaker 1: not happening being you know, once we start going through
- 53:07Speaker 1: a little rif raft and things kind of unfolded. Um
- 53:10Speaker 1: that it was what it was. But speaking on marriage,
- 53:12Speaker 1: just for me, it's just something I know I can't handle.
- 53:16Speaker 1: I know how I am. I like my space. I
- 53:18Speaker 1: love being at home, being at home alone. I love
- 53:21Speaker 1: um and don't ladies, I know, don't jump me when
- 53:24Speaker 1: I say this. When I say the word option, I
- 53:25Speaker 1: don't mean options as far as like many women. I
- 53:28Speaker 1: mean options as far as the world is big. I
- 53:30Speaker 1: like to wake up and have my options of doing
- 53:32Speaker 1: whatever it is I want to do. Like I'm a
- 53:36Speaker 1: little unconventional, so it's like, you know, I don't want
- 53:39Speaker 1: to and that's just me, right, I got the like
- 53:41Speaker 1: options too. Yeah, I like to just live free. I
- 53:44Speaker 1: want to wake up and you know, I don't like breakfast.
- 53:47Speaker 1: I like to go strike the lunch. But if my
- 53:49Speaker 1: wife from my girls here, she might be like, we
- 53:51Speaker 1: can't eat Popeyes. Now I was only eleven thirty world,
- 53:53Speaker 1: that's what I don't want to ask. I don't answer
- 53:57Speaker 1: to people now, so it's like I don't want to
- 53:58Speaker 1: hear that. I don't want to hear. Yeah, I don't
- 54:02Speaker 1: want to argue. I don't like that. And I felt
- 54:04Speaker 1: like I just told somebody this. I forgot who it was,
- 54:05Speaker 1: but I felt like God put great women in my
- 54:10Speaker 1: life and I messed that up, you know what I'm saying.
- 54:13Speaker 1: And I feel like I won't not saying I'll never
- 54:16Speaker 1: meet somebody, but the ones that were in my past life,
- 54:19Speaker 1: they were the ones I know that anyones that will
- 54:22Speaker 1: take back no, because there's so much time that had passed,
- 54:26Speaker 1: but in my mind and I've come to live with that,
- 54:30Speaker 1: probably until I die, that I've met the ones that
- 54:34Speaker 1: I should have been with it. I feel like Angela
- 54:36Speaker 1: was the first engagement I wasn't not at all, never
- 54:40Speaker 1: never close, never close. We've always been friends, like everybody
- 54:42Speaker 1: always thought it was born and something, but we've always
- 54:44Speaker 1: remained friends. And I think, you know, if she was
- 54:46Speaker 1: here right now, I should tell you like that. I
- 54:47Speaker 1: was always an advocate of me being happy finding somebody,
- 54:50Speaker 1: So seeing where she's at right now, um, with Goddy,
- 54:53Speaker 1: Like it's amazing, Like she she needs that me knowing
- 54:56Speaker 1: her and the type of guys and she's dated. I
- 55:00Speaker 1: I love it, Like I'm I'm happy she got her
- 55:03Speaker 1: real like a real one. I like got it, you
- 55:07Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. So uh yeah, like if you
- 55:09Speaker 1: can see it in my face, I'm extremely happy for
- 55:11Speaker 1: her because I understand, Yeah, that's my dog, like you know,
- 55:16Speaker 1: like and I think a lot of people didn't know
- 55:18Speaker 1: what it was. It was confusion between us, but it's
- 55:20Speaker 1: always remained a balance of friendship. I mean, she's known
- 55:24Speaker 1: me for damn that half my life. So I definitely
- 55:27Speaker 1: wish her the best of luck. But to exs now,
- 55:30Speaker 1: it ain't no no no, I take that. What did
- 55:32Speaker 1: you learn from your last public relationship? Um? To stay single?
- 55:39Speaker 1: If she was say right now, she she would be
- 55:40Speaker 1: like this, he's crazy. But just to say single, I'm
- 55:43Speaker 1: in a good like she got a password on your laptop?
- 55:47Speaker 1: Wait the last time on that growing up hip hop
- 55:49Speaker 1: episode with that crazy girl? How did you get away
- 55:51Speaker 1: from her? Um life life? But I will say this,
- 55:55Speaker 1: I'm waiting a crazy girl, the one on a bike
- 55:58Speaker 1: ride or something. Oh oh oh, talking about the one
- 56:03Speaker 1: forgot she had a baby. Congratulation to her too, she
- 56:08Speaker 1: had a she had a baby recently. Congratulation. How did
- 56:12Speaker 1: you she's a sweetheart on talking about Cory Cory sweetheart. Okay,
- 56:16Speaker 1: I like the lot. Yeah she was. She was you know,
- 56:19Speaker 1: I think it was her though. Honestly, like as far
- 56:21Speaker 1: as like the show, I just think that wants the
- 56:22Speaker 1: cameras on and you've never done to you before. The
- 56:24Speaker 1: extra kind of gets put yea. So she really wasn't
- 56:27Speaker 1: like that. It was just a little extra for the cameras,
- 56:30Speaker 1: not by producers doing, but you know something you could
- 56:33Speaker 1: put the camera on them a person. They just felt
- 56:34Speaker 1: they got activate. Yeah, it's not act and they feel
- 56:37Speaker 1: like even after cameras are off, they still gotta be
- 56:40Speaker 1: like in But she didn't hang out. She didn't tell
- 56:43Speaker 1: me if I let you hit it, you mind. Yeah,
- 56:46Speaker 1: she was definitely like that boy she brought that. I
- 56:50Speaker 1: was like, I was like, you know what, didn't like
- 56:52Speaker 1: you know, she in the city still like in Atlantis yourself.
- 56:55Speaker 1: I told you passing nah nah, no me and everybody's like, yo,
- 57:02Speaker 1: she cold cold, Like I'm like Dune, I always get
- 57:06Speaker 1: the cold. I see her out and I text, I said, Damn,
- 57:10Speaker 1: I said man, I said, I said, man, that one
- 57:14Speaker 1: girl that was on the show Man, she up here
- 57:16Speaker 1: in the club and she's looking good. Man. That's what
- 57:18Speaker 1: I'm saying. So like, like right, that's what I'm saying, bro. Like,
- 57:21Speaker 1: I felt like I'm so lucky to like, all right,
- 57:25Speaker 1: I haven't had one cocky moment this whole time, but
- 57:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna happen right now. Come on, I'm sole sighted, right,
- 57:33Speaker 1: I'm so happy to be me and endure this ship
- 57:35Speaker 1: that I've endured. When it comes to women that I
- 57:38Speaker 1: am good like I feel like i've been when all
- 57:42Speaker 1: the girls out of wo be with I feel like
- 57:44Speaker 1: that it's just extra. If there's anything out now, it's
- 57:46Speaker 1: just extra. But I'm so content on where I'm at.
- 57:50Speaker 1: I'm at peace. I'm you know, I'm in it. Just
- 57:53Speaker 1: conversations and kicking it, you know what I'm saying, Like
- 57:55Speaker 1: I'm in I might I might fly. Girl don't want
- 57:57Speaker 1: to say in the same room as me. I might
- 57:58Speaker 1: put her in her own room. Like just different type
- 58:01Speaker 1: of ship. Like you know what I'm saying, I'm just
- 58:02Speaker 1: attacking it just way differently. Now. But yeah, I'm I'm
- 58:06Speaker 1: good man, I'm a lucky guy. God damn, how did
- 58:10Speaker 1: your daughter change your life? Because it seemed like when
- 58:12Speaker 1: you became a father, I started seeing the shot moss
- 58:16Speaker 1: more than the bow. Wow, correct me if I'm wrong. No,
- 58:19Speaker 1: I was lit turning shit up. That's why I want
- 58:24Speaker 1: you know, Um I mean, or how did she change
- 58:28Speaker 1: your life? Then just putting I would say certain things
- 58:31Speaker 1: in perspective, as far as like I never had patience,
- 58:35Speaker 1: so that was something that you know when you have kids, Um,
- 58:39Speaker 1: you learn to You learn about patience fast if you
- 58:41Speaker 1: don't have any. So that was one thing. And then
- 58:44Speaker 1: just women in general, just watching you know, her go
- 58:46Speaker 1: from a little girl to now a preteen and watching
- 58:50Speaker 1: with women. This is my first time seeing when a
- 58:51Speaker 1: woman goes through from one to groan like it's it's
- 58:54Speaker 1: a weird process. But for me, it's just I think
- 58:58Speaker 1: on my relationship with women in hogh go by women.
- 59:00Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. Just the whole patience thing
- 59:02Speaker 1: and being I talked to her every day all day.
- 59:05Speaker 1: I mean, BT, ain't know she beating up BT and
- 59:08Speaker 1: all types of stuff. But it's just I would say
- 59:10Speaker 1: nothing really dramatic. I think I probably became more fun
- 59:14Speaker 1: and like more lit. She'd be running now. Yeah, I
- 59:17Speaker 1: mean she tried. She's a little like scammer. Y'all, y'all
- 59:22Speaker 1: really liked the same person. Yeah, it's it's crazy, like
- 59:26Speaker 1: like right now, she's in this money phase, you know, money,
- 59:29Speaker 1: money and yeah stuff. I just asked my mom to day.
- 59:33Speaker 1: I'm like, yo, where where the fuck is this ship
- 59:34Speaker 1: coming from? She's like me, I'm like, yeah, I know, yeah,
- 59:37Speaker 1: and then she doesn't. The crazy thing is she doesn't
- 59:39Speaker 1: even want my money. She wants everyone else's money. What
- 59:41Speaker 1: you mean she's scared to ask me. Oh, she asked
- 59:43Speaker 1: everybody as my mama. She'll call my mom and say
- 59:46Speaker 1: I need to fifty. Then she'll call my aunt and
- 59:48Speaker 1: then she say I need to fifty, and then she'll
- 59:50Speaker 1: call her mom. My money like three hundred, she almost
- 59:53Speaker 1: had a thousand, and then she'll call me and be
- 59:54Speaker 1: like dad. Her favorite places Target. So I was getting
- 59:57Speaker 1: with the Target bill. I need three hundred. I want
- 59:58Speaker 1: to go to Target. Of course I'm do it for
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: she's a straight a student. She'd be you know what
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: I mean, she'd be she'd be doing the stuff. So
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: you look up twelve ye over like fifteen hundred pocket.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: That's what she do. She huss and spends it all
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: in Target. Look now, now all the parents is watching this.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: They are yeah, it's gonna be set. How they getting hustled? Yeah,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: oh no, that's exactly how it goes. They go to
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: multiple family members, you know what I'm saying. They just
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: add it up, so they got a bag on them.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: So my daughter always she stayed with a bag. But
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: now I'm teaching her like money management. You know, she
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: was with me the last time. I'm like, look, I'm
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: seeing the Target with two hundred, come back with like,
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: don't spend it all. Come back with at least like fifty.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: And she's like, Dad, that's in powerland. Know it ain't impossible,
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. You know, she'll go out
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: with her friends and be like she'll Apple pay me
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: a request and be like five honey, And I'd be like,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: what the fuck are we have a sushi? But it's
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: her and all her friends, and I think her I'll
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: be telling like, you know, your friends might know daddy is,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: so you got to be cautious. So when you at
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: dinner with your girlfriends and y'all hanging out everybody. Yeah,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: are you trying to pay for everybody you went with?
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: Because I think that's what's going on sushi first of all, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: They probably like yeah yo yo yo, dad gotta have
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: you have you? Or she just like I'm so now
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: so now I got her in this solo money man,
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: it's been phased that that I'm that I'm teaching her.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: So how's the acting going? I know that you know,
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: you got her into acting classes, you know what. I
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: felt like she would have enjoyed it more if I
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: live in La was with her more, because you know,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: her first gig probably would have been with Dad, so
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: it would have been easier. Um, But for her, it
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: just felt it was a lot for her, you know
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: what I mean, Like she tried it, she loves it,
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: she likes it, like she'll still do it. But I
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: think she really wants to do it with me, like
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: she don't want to want to do it with nobody
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: else and um, and I think she just had like
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: a you know, bad apple out the buns for her
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: first rodeo, the auditioning and then have a homework and
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: then going to acting classes and having to pass a
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: test tomorrow school and then I'm watching her calling me crying,
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: and I'm like, you know what, you know you want
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: to be that too, You want to be that it
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: didn't tell you like daddy, I'm stressed, like you imagine
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: like a twelve year old calling you're telling you that.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: So I'm like, I'm like, listen, you know you're not
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: forced to do this, like you already know, Like just
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: because Daddy do it and you around it don't mean
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: you gotta do it, you know what I mean. You
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: can catch onto this later on in life, you know
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: what I mean, Go to school, be a kid, and
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: and have your fun, because those are the things that
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: I didn't have. I was gonna ask, how do you
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: navigate her? You know, being that you have already been
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: in this business for so long, I mean it's easy.
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: I mean, you know, being it. I lived it and
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: I'm still living it. It's really easy to you know,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: keep her away from certain things. And you know how
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: I am, even even though how I run my I
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: G or my social media's like before she was born,
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: it's like Noah's barred. Now that she here and she
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: runs her own Instagram now that it's like I gotta
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: be careful I gotta be weary, I gotta put everything
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: on close friends. So it's like it's just like I
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: like you that in you know what I mean. So
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: it's like it's it's it's different, but I mean she's
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: she's protected though, like from her mom to me, to grandparents,
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: like everybody does. It's bigger than just me and what
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: the media and the block she and she goes viral
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: with mama with dad. It's it's a good like that though,
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: because I always always wondered that, uh, you know, us
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: being friends, like do you like your daughter being famous
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: or do you wish that you guys kind of actually
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: like help her out of the public eye. And it's
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: gonna be tough. You know, she is a star. Appreciate
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: it again, Yeah she is. She is a star. It's
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: it's um, it was inevitable, I think, whether y'all trying
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: to keep her from it or not. Man, I mean, yeah,
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: it's tough. And being that she's the first, you know
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: what I'm saying, because you know, I got my son,
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: So it's like being that she's the first and living
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: in a social media era that is just whatever the
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: fuck we call this shit. It's like she's that she's
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: the new era era what's to come? Souse, she was
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: already on TICKTI. It's like it's yeah, it's it's hard.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Like she got more followers and like some of these
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: celebrities that's like ultra famous, like yeah it's yeah, yeah,
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: she famous. But she like she she does good with
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: it now, but before she hated it, Like she go
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: to the airports like, oh my god, dad, like I
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: wish they talking to me, like they just like they
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: know that they want picture. I'm not taking a picture,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: like y'all weird, though I don't. That's so weird. Like
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: people bothering celebrity kids. It's like they will. But she's
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: a celebrity kid with talent. Yeah yeah, like she got
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: some talent. But I was gonna ask, how is the
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: co parenting? Oh that's lovely. I have no baby mama drama,
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: not anymore. No, not anymore. But a lot of my
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: baby mama drama was like self inflicted because you was
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: around it, like a lot of you. I'll put it
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: on myself and like my my like deal with no,
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: it's just no, he's just not really hard to do it.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: I can create, I can make something out of like nothing.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: I can turn some shit into what it shouldn't even be,
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: you know what I mean. So I'm blessed and I'm
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: lucky to have like two wonderful um you know baby mothers.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: I hate saying that word though, Um you know what
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: I'm saying, because like I'm blessed that you know my
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: son's mom. I don't even think she has a fucking Instagram,
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: So ain't gonna you ain't gonna find this, Like she's
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: really off the fucking griding, like you know that, Like
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: she's super chill, she's quiet, she doesn't care about none
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: of this. She gives you peace, man, and the same
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: thing with joy with with Shah's mom. You know what
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: I mean. We had a point in our life, but
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: we like be homies for real, Like you don't argue
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: you Like I don't even know the last time we
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: had to argument. Like she called me. If it's something
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: that she needs, she needed to take care of, it
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: gets done right on the spot, vice versus. Like we're
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: a team team. And I think once you come, when
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: you get to that point, you allow the other person,
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: whether it's the baby, daddy baby, to go about there
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: where I think pieces ends everything when when both parties
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: is happy. Everybody happy. So that was something. You know,
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: I watched one of my ogs do it, and I
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: kind of took a page out of his book and
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: I'm like, damn, this shit really does work. So yeah,
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: I don't got no baby mama dumped that up. So
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: it was cool when she was on Diddy's boat and
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: all that. No, I mean she she knew better than
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: you know what I mean, We'll be right back with
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: more of the Baller Alert show. For me, it's more
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: of a man thing, you know what I'm saying. Like,
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: you know, me and her, we had our discussion about that.
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: Trust me, that might have been the last time. What
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: about the video, Um, that was cool. No, I wouldn't
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: even like all of that shit really didn't hit like that,
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: Like it took me because BT was with me. It
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: took me like a couple because you know, I don't
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: give a fuck type of person, like no shit bothering me. Yeah,
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: and he don't really be watching the media too, so
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: it'd be a lot of of a lot of stuff
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: he don't even being about la. So for me, it's like, oh,
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: once I say okay, cool, let me just get on
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: the phone and just hollow. So we had our little
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: rap and then of course me and dude, we definitely
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: had our rap. I'll keep that between us, you know
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: what I'm saying. We had our power while you feel
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: me and um we handled out how Blue was supposed
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: to handle it, and that was just that. But all
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: men know, it's a certain conducting colde you go by.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, the certain things it's off limits,
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: and everybody knows wives and baby mamas and just some
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: shit that you know, you stay clear from. You know
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: what I mean. I mean, I'm a I'm a savage,
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: but I do savage fuckery ship to niggas. I don't
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: really give a fuck about or if I don't know you,
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: are you and didn't even friends like that to be
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: worried about it. Um, I mean, like I said, we
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: spoke face to face FaceTime. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: Was on the phone for like an hour I think
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: when you have the man, y'all was on the phone
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: loaner than that. Yeah, it was a majority of me talking.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: But but like I said, we we spoke about it. Um,
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: I've seen him since, you know what I'm saying, And
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: for me, it's kind of like there's things that I've done.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: It's like, even though this might sound kind of crazy,
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: but Snoop game Snoop raised me. Man. So when it
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: comes to certain should that be crazy? None don't really
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: phase me. So it's like, I know sometimes I could
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: be it. I ain't shit ass nigga. I thought, I
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: ask nigga, I get off the drink. It's up. I
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: don't get around everybody that nigga girl gonna start looking good.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: He So it's like player respect play it like it
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: is what it is. But I'm not gonna say why
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: I think it could could maybe I could have had
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: something that belong to here a long time ago. Okay,
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. So it was like player
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: respect the game. So I was just respecting the game.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: It is what it is. I mean, if it's player
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: respect the game, then it's like why you even addressed
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: the matter, you know what I mean? Like if y'all
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: are together. Yeah, And that's another thing to him Number one,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: I think a lot of men, and there's a lot
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: of men that do this shit just because you have
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: a kid. I'm looking at the camera, says, because you
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: got a kid with a woman. Don't mean she belonged
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: to you, you know what I'm saying. A lot of
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: cats be feeling like that's my baby, mama, And I
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: still got like that's property, that's mine still like nigga,
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: no nigga go not together, y'all just a team now,
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: Like you know what I mean here, there's certain boundaries
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: and things that you don't cross. But at the same time,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: she not yours, you know what I mean, She's gonna
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: move on and get married. Then she probably another kid
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: or you know what I'm saying. Something life goes on.
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: So that's how I look at it. I keep it moving.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Can't no fun up the bag, so I don't. I
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: don't get out of line. I got one more question.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: How have you stayed relevant for so long? Wow? Um?
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: The culture that's me coming in at the at the
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: right time. Um, the early two thousands was just like
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: a golden era. Man, it was just a moment in history.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: That music film you just had to be a part of.
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: And I think because of that era and not saying that,
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: you know, everybody has man, because there's a lot of
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: cats with here big when I was out. Now they
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: know where to be found. But I credited that the
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: music going into the studio not wanting to make a
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: hit for radio or make a hit for the club,
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: is how can I make something that's gonna last? And
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: we stand time, you know what I'm saying. So it's
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: records like like You that will never die. It's movies
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: like Role Bounds that will play forever because it's a
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: seventies piece in VH one airs that they played almost
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: every week. Or you know, just making sure you pick
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: right things, right, job, right opportunities that you know are
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: gonna last forever. Like I don't. I don't step into
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: nothing if I know for a fact this won't last.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: You know what I mean? And I think if you
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: think short term, it's gonna be short. If you stretch
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: it out, then you know it's gonna last. But you're
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: gonna go through it. You're gonna hear the falloff part.
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: I give them how hot you are when you come out.
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: You're gonna battle to the sophomore album Jeeks. Excuse me,
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: everybody goes to the sophomore album Jinks. And you know
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: you're gonna make it once you pass to he fell
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: off part, or he's supposed to fall off apart, right,
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: Everyone hits like a little moment in their career, which
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: is normal, that happens. But it's all about how you
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: come about that, motherfuck and if you can come up
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: about that motherfucking keep going, which I did, and I
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: did that right around the time I dropped my third album.
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: That was the only album that I dropped. It only
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: sold like seven hundred thousand and we Can Go, And
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: that was my low point. That was right when around
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: the time when I was doing Role Bounds, like we said.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: But how I got about that whole was I told
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: jayd either we get backracking or I quit. And next
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: you know, that fourth volbum came and ask wh y'all
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: gotta like you let me hold you fresh some men
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: and then it was out of my system and flirt
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: and I'm Ann Flint and all the other things just
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: start coming up to that. So I think that's really it, man.
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: It's just doing good work and and trying your best
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: to do things that you you believe in and things
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: that are going to withstand. Tom. You know, if you
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: knew that, you'd be like, well, we appreciate you so
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: much and I'm just you know, grateful to meet you.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: And I'm glad you came on here. Despite what happened
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: in the past, we can start a new No, it's
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: all good man. Like I said, I'm different now. Man,
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: I'm thirty six, I'm grown. I don't really be tripping
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: to understand. This will come with the game. I signed
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: up for it, so I take the good and the bad.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: But you know, it's no beloved Battle Alert. Like I said,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: I'm in so many nightclubs hosting and getting my bag
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: every time my bottles come out. I see Battle Alert.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: It's a black card, it's a it's a it's brandy,
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: it's everything. Y'all got the club on smash. So it's
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: done beloved, Yeah, y'all, and y'all the culture, you know
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: what I mean. So anything that's that's that's that's moving
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: the culture forward. And you know, it's a place where
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: we can go to and get our news. And I
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: understand everybody want to be nosy and all that, you
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: know what I mean. So I told you you're handling
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: it though I've been doing it too long. So it's
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: like it's like flowing water to me. And I'm just
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: so proud of your growth. You're doing it right there.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: That were lovers and friends coming up. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: we gotta do that when your lovers and friends coming up.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: That's gonna be crazy. That's gonna be really crazy. Bro.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: That is the dopest R and B line up I
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: think I've ever seen in my life. Yeah, I think.
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: I think. Honestly, I'm not just saying it's because we
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: all own it, but I really feel like, you know,
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: this might be the biggest one of the year. I
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: think because of the theme of it is, you know,
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: the like not saying the one that has talent now days,
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: but you get what I'm saying. From the two thousands up.
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: This is the this is the man, judge. I'm gonna
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: be out to come like a fan. Mean, you got fifty,
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: you got Chris, you got Usher, Mariah, you got Missy Man. Absolutely,
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: and then of course you know we got the we
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: got the documentary coming out, we got the movie coming Um.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: I just like it's time. Now, what's the documentary? I
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: was mine, It's the it's the bow Wow story. It's
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: it's gonna be crazy story. Um. I don't have a
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: name for you, but the trailer's been shot. I'm sure
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: it's crazy. It's it's unlike anything else, and you gotta think,
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: like I have such a unique story that it just
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: has to be told. And I'm not the type of
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: person to be waiting until I'm fifty. Like you know
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Like I already said, I'm like BT,
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: like y'all give me, give me my give me my
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: award achievement, and give me mine now, like I already
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: don't want to order him, give me mine now while
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: I'm young and I can do what I do. Yeah,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: and if you think about it, I've done twenty plus years.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: That's that's you know. I just did it at a
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: young age. So they a lot of times they don't
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: want to give it to you too because of the
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: age thing. But it's like like, BT, give me my flaps,
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: give me my flowers. Yeah my mind now fore, like
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: go ahead and give me all that. So we got
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: the documentary coming, UM's look, no, I don't think I'm
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: gonna do a book. Why not, m That's what I
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: got the documentary for. I know, But you can't put
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: it in the I'm a I'm like a visionary. But
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: you can get somebody to write it for you. You
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: could just tell I wouldn't even read it. I'll be like,
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: oh my god, I can't read this. Ship I know,
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: I gotta. I like the vision things. I like to
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: watch stuff. No, no, I agree, I love I love documentary,
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: So I'm a documentary buff. Yeah. Like, I just had
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: a girl over and she brought her Bible over into
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: my house. That's how you know I'm getting this. How
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: you know I'm getting very comfortable with y'all. And she
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: trying to read me some scriptures and I told her,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: I said, so you're on your phone while I'm trying
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: to read the script I said, Look, it's not that
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: I'm like hearing you. It's just that you're reading it
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: to me. If you put TD Jakes on this big
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: ass hundreds TV, I would sit here and watch them
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: for two hours. But but that's how I receive it.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: I receive it that way. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: It's like it's hard me to You could have looked
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: at her while she was reading. Yeah, but if she
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: was like can you read? Then she was like, you
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: read this that part. And it's if I read too much,
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: I get sleepy. I agree with that, Like, I'm only
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: reading if i'm in the mood too. But for the
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: most part, I'm watching something get sleepy like I get
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: sleepy reading Instagram, like reading left It right, It's like
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: it hypnotizes me and I just those off yo that yo.
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: That documentary is gonna be crazy excited about it. So
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: you got the doc coming? What else you got coming
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: to any comedy shows? Because you said would you ever
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: call the comedy I would definitely dream out, Um no,
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: no side quest nah, but I would tell you what
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: I do love enjoy doing. I love my branding, like
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: all my businesses with you know, red by kissing of course,
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: kiss colors, I'm killing them. I'm like, get into that business.
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: My mother, my mother came to me presenting an idea.
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: At first, I thought like, here we go, they're gonna
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: meet me again. I'm thinking about like, okay, what and
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: then um, I really didn't. I really wasn't taking this
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: serious at first, and my mother was just on it,
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: like believing in it, and I'm all right, let me
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: just buy X. You know, my mom always comes to
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: me and stuff and I'm always like half ass, and
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: so let me buy in, let me see what's going on.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: And then it clicked in. I'm like damn, Like hold up,
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: like dude, Rax has been a part of the culture
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: forever and it's always be random asks people on a
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: due racket that you don't know you know what I'm saying.
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: And I'm like, damn, I had braids, waves fade like
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: videos all my vide I'm wearing due rags. I'm like,
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: why wouldn't I take the opportunity to go in business
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: with the biggest hair product, hair accessory company in the
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: United States of America is probably worldwide. And I'm like,
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: all right, let me start taking this thing serious. And
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: I started seeing once we started working together and we started,
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: I started to see the product and how fast they
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: would move in and I'm like, oh, this is for real.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: And then I'm driving Bob in New York. I see
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: my face on the thing I want to get America
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: from my brober here in Atlanta, and hopped out my
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: card and I just see my face right there. I
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: got it Beariers. I'm like, goshit because it was like
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: a beauty supplister. Because I was trying to be low key,
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: I was blumming that I don't want nobody know bat
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: alert with the picture me bumming, you know, so but
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: I'm having so much fun with that. And like now
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: you know, with with the other side of the company,
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: with Kiss Colors and care, we just ink the deal
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: with Walmart. So now not only are we in all
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: the beauty supply stores everywhere, but now I'm in every
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: Walmart too, So half of that wrestling contract too. Yeah,
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: like yeah, see, everybody was something about the wrestling thing too,
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: And you know, now you see a lot of people
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: diving in the wrestling, but hopefully the opportunity, the opportunity
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: is still hanging there though. Um, because you was there
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: in Miami when when AW came to to the Millennium
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: Tour and I met those guys. It's a whole different
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: fan base. And I grew up all wrestling, so a
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: lot of the things are gonna see me get into
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: it and get involved with. Um. Like when the wrestlers
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: they came came about and went everywhere, it was just
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: like a I mean it everywhere. But that's something that
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: is a part of me that people don't know. My childhood,
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: you know, wrestling played a big part. You know, even
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: when I go on tour, if you go to my
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: concerts in any city I go to, when it's my tour.
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: If it's a millennium tour, bow out tour. You see
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: the production, it's all based of wrestling. You know, a
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: lot of artists still from the artists. They get inspired
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: by artists. I don't. It's not an artist that inspires me.
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: You know, I might look up to someone, but you
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: don't inspire me like wrestling. In the production aspect of
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: how they put it together, it's probably some of the
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: best production in the entertainment business you will ever see
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: in your rock Stone call and I and I, um yeah,
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: so I definitely take for those guys. But shout out
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: to the aw don't mean we definitely gonna make some
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: things pop and it should have been happened, but I
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: had to go on tour in Australia and top of
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: January so we could make it happen. But UM, holler
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: at me, Jad this on the table. It ain't it
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: ain't gonna wear any new music. I know you had
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: the of the the the album or EP that you
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: were going to do about all your exes. Wherever happened
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: on Dad, I was drunk, I was I was okay,
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: that's not ever happening. That would never happen. I was
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: going through and face see what love makes you do?
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: You see what I'm a single. I was in a
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: relationship and it was so toxic and chaotic that it
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: made me really go to the studio and sit there
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: in front of the mixed boards. You knew what I'm
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: about to write a whole album about all this shit
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: I went through with my exes, each song about each girl,
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: and I knew what that was gonna do, especially in
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: the social media, that it would have been like the
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: biggest But you know, players don't tell. You know what
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: I'm saying, Players don't tell. So that's why a lot
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: of times you even here, I'm like old girl or
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: not saying no names, but players don't tell. But I
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: would never Yeah, I was in a dark moment and
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: I was drinking. How do you get out of her
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: dark moments? I asked you that earlier. You deflected no, no, no.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: But it wasn't like no mental thing. I was just
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: like a break up. You know, you're going through some
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: toxic shit. You just you think with your heart, you
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: think with your emotions. Yeah, in the bottom and the
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: liquor didn't help, not at all. It was coming all
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: out I was ready to just tell everything. At one point,
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: I quit, So you don't drink anymore? No, no, no, no, no.
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: I had my birthday. Run was too much from me.
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: I think thirty six is catching up to the boy,
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: and I felt that Philly took me under. I think, okay,
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: I think I might have had one shot right in moderation.
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: It's been very accurate. Moment. No, I said there's no
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: alcohol at my house, like you know, I just yeah,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: there's no He just ain't went to the liquor store.
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: I can't do it, so smoke say that. Yeah, I
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: do my thing. Okay, all right, listen, man, you gotta
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: give people some motivation. Man, you've been in the business
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: for twenty plus years. I want you to look at
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: that camera right now. Give people some motivation because now
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: it's time for a pelertone. All right, this is the
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: part I'm post to save my name. Yep. But I'm
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: not gonna say because y'all know the face. So I'm
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: just gonna go ahead and get straight to the motivational part.
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: But now, anything in life you want to do, pursue it.
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. Let nobody say that you
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: can't do nothing and when when you can? You know
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: what I mean. Just just stay focused on the task
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: at hand, Stay away from knuckleheads, stay focused, keep it going,
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: keep moving, stay positive, and go for what you believe in.
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: And that's all I gotta, that's all I stand on
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: the I safe sex, wrap it up. I can't get
