- 8:09Speaker 3: times and we always give him a plug like like, look,
- 8:12Speaker 3: you know, we try to plug his rugs. Yes, we
- 8:15Speaker 3: give we get plugs. Stand in these rugs, plug the rugs.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Next up, we got toops. He's also from down under, Doug.

- 8:30Speaker 3: Me and my wife got hooked on that show. Rob.
- 8:33Speaker 3: You would love it. You would love it. You can
- 8:35Speaker 3: stream it. It's about like five hot Australian chicks who
- 8:38Speaker 3: run a cattle ranch. Is there any nudity? Uh No,
- 8:43Speaker 3: none that I remember?
- 8:45Speaker 1: Hm, I might pass. Then the lovely Sally is in
- 8:52Speaker 1: the house. She thought it was going to be Bart
- 8:55Speaker 1: on this show tonight. Sorry, Sally, it's not bought.
- 9:00Speaker 3: I sent Rob a couple of soundbites of Bart, but
- 9:02Speaker 3: I don't know if he'll use them. And no, not
- 9:09Speaker 3: Malcolm Blunt too. That's a hard guy to get. Yeah,
- 9:15Speaker 3: you gotta you gotta go through Allan Dale to get
- 9:17Speaker 3: that guy. Yeah.
- 9:20Speaker 1: We've got Mike the library man up in the house.
- 9:22Speaker 3: What's up, Mike?
- 9:25Speaker 1: Damn Tony Holman, big tone up in the house. What's up, Tony?
- 9:31Speaker 1: Thank God it's Friday. You damn right, son Man.
- 9:34Speaker 3: You know, I'm kind of thinking I want you to
- 9:36Speaker 3: put together like a Wu Tang intro for the Dallas Action.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Now I think, uh we can do it like uh
- 9:44Speaker 3: that that ships sticking in my head man for sure,
- 9:48Speaker 3: because I mean I played Dass Dillinger Ship and you
- 9:52Speaker 3: know WU Tank Ship and other things, and it's not
- 9:55Speaker 3: always family friendly. You know, you never know if you
- 9:59Speaker 3: and you.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Don't get a copy right strake with you know, the
- 10:01Speaker 1: AI ship.
- 10:02Speaker 3: So that's true because it's Ai, that's right. It doesn't
- 10:06Speaker 3: know it don't know, it don't.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Know Morgan McKinley, is it Bull Frasier?
- 10:13Speaker 4: No?
- 10:13Speaker 3: Where you did he do it? I don't think so.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Now they're guessing who was going to be a guesting
- 10:19Speaker 1: on the show tonight.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Oh oh hey, I posted that link on the Dallas
- 10:24Speaker 3: Action facebook page, right yeah, and great guy. You're probably
- 10:28Speaker 3: familiar with his name, Scott Edwards. I met him in
- 10:32Speaker 3: Dallas the last time I was at Atlanta, and uh,
- 10:36Speaker 3: I put I just commented, I think I know who
- 10:38Speaker 3: the mystery guest is going to be, and he commented
- 10:41Speaker 3: at the and the thing he said, Luna, Yeah, I
- 10:47Speaker 3: wish I answered even worse.
- 10:53Speaker 1: James orange Jack, welcome, Doug. This will be a good one.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Thank you, sir, thank you very much. I've been on
- 11:00Speaker 3: the show, but not in this campacit. I was on
- 11:02Speaker 3: live once, but I was eating this that again, was
- 11:05Speaker 3: from Lancer. I had this. I measured too, man with
- 11:09Speaker 3: a shoe. It was almost an entire Adidas tall the
- 11:12Speaker 3: sandwich of brisket when I was on your show from Lancer.
- 11:16Speaker 3: That's why it was all audio, because I had barbecue
- 11:19Speaker 3: sauce all over my face. It was great, though, mmmm
- 11:22Speaker 3: mmmm mmmm we have who this.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Click the fucking button here? Assassin Nation Archives?
- 11:36Speaker 3: Andre? What's up dre and Research Center? That's Alan Dale,
- 11:45Speaker 3: is it? Yeah? At Assassination Archives and Research Center? Andre?
- 11:56Speaker 3: Oh shit.
- 11:57Speaker 1: I can hear Alan laughing all the way from.
- 12:00Speaker 3: An already too. But I happened to know he's probably
- 12:05Speaker 3: wearing a quick Hits hat right now while he's while
- 12:07Speaker 3: he's typing that.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Yeah, Paula, Paula Jane is up in the house.
- 12:13Speaker 3: She says, love to Doug. But that is my nacho buddy,
- 12:19Speaker 3: my nacho lady. Yeah. We we split an awesome platter
- 12:23Speaker 3: of nachos together.
- 12:25Speaker 1: You licked the lugas in the house, Hi, guys, I
- 12:30Speaker 1: licked a what you lick at the luga. I don't
- 12:34Speaker 1: know if I'm pronouncing that right. That's just how I
- 12:36Speaker 1: say it. You lick at the luga right, easy for
- 12:41Speaker 1: you to say, right, Yeah, paula Nichi up in the house.
- 12:46Speaker 1: What's up, Paul, Welcome in, Welcome in.
- 12:50Speaker 3: I'm gonna start calling Alan Andre on the phone.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Now, Hey, it's assassination archives Andre. He changes contact info
- 12:58Speaker 1: on your phone, so it pops up, Andre.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Hey, that's okay, Alan, he is. He's pronounced like three
- 13:05Speaker 3: people passed away, all quick hits over the years that
- 13:08Speaker 3: were in fact alive each and every time.
- 13:10Speaker 1: So Mike the library man just hit us with a
- 13:16Speaker 1: beautiful super chat nine ninety nine. Wowser. Thank you, Mike.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Let me see if I can do this.
- 13:28Speaker 3: All.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I ken, but you can't see it. Hold on, I'm
- 13:32Speaker 1: such an idiot.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Hold please, don't look at me. I'm just a guessed.
- 13:36Speaker 3: I don't know how to do none of that stuff. Hi,
- 13:39Speaker 3: that do this?
- 13:43Speaker 1: Where the hell is it?
- 13:44Speaker 3: Oh?
- 13:45Speaker 1: It's it's popping up there, it is. Thank you, see
- 13:48Speaker 1: it pops up? Thank you, Thank you, Mike. God damn,
- 13:54Speaker 1: I'll get to hanging.
- 13:55Speaker 3: This one day.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Sendar is up in the house. Doug Zendar Zendar. Yes, look,
- 14:05Speaker 1: Alan's laughing, He's ah, I can hear him now.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Oh sorry, Alan, that that was, in fact, the finest
- 14:18Speaker 3: Alan Dale impersonation I've ever heard in my life. Like that.
- 14:24Speaker 1: That was pretty good.
- 14:25Speaker 3: And here's my other one, when when he's skeptical of
- 14:28Speaker 3: one of your ideas, he does this to me a lot. Hmmm. Yes,
- 14:33Speaker 3: that that means you you are not on the right track, Doug.
- 14:35Speaker 3: You need to back up and think about what you're
- 14:37Speaker 3: doing or what you're saying. Yeah, that means you do
- 14:40Speaker 3: not have a handle on things. That's what that means.
- 14:46Speaker 3: He's usually right though, he's usually right. We love Alan well,
- 14:49Speaker 3: you know what along with this gentleman to my left
- 14:54Speaker 3: or to my right, depending on your current perspective, one
- 14:57Speaker 3: of my dearest friends in the world, Alan Dale Hunter,
- 15:00Speaker 3: and I am so glad he's here. Makes me feel
- 15:03Speaker 3: a little calmer about being live on It's on television.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Sense that you might be here, Doug, I don't know, uh, well,
- 15:13Speaker 1: you know, yeah, he knows he will gp ideal. I'm
- 15:19Speaker 1: not show sure who everyone else expected as a guest,
- 15:23Speaker 1: but this was a pleasant surprise.
- 15:25Speaker 3: You will, Thank you, sir, Thank you very much.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Derek talking to Derek earlier today. Derek Schwindermann. Hello, Rob,
- 15:35Speaker 1: good to see you. Good to see you as well.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Even though I can't see you. I'm glad you're here. Damn.
- 15:41Speaker 1: We got a full house up in here, Douglas. But
- 15:45Speaker 1: enough who enough of the shenanigans and horses assery. You know,
- 15:50Speaker 1: we are here for a reason, right.
- 15:53Speaker 3: Uh, to hang out. That's the well. We do this
- 15:56Speaker 3: every month. This is just pretty much what we do.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Yeah, this is the censored version of Quick Hits.
- 16:07Speaker 3: That show can get a little crazy. Yeah. Rob has
- 16:13Speaker 3: no filter on Quick Hits. He doesn't worry about the
- 16:15Speaker 3: YouTube algorithm.
- 16:17Speaker 1: I've gotten much better though since having to do this live.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Yeah, not a lot more, you know.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I've gotten better with the brain the mouth filter. So
- 16:28Speaker 1: we'll see. But we're gonna be talking tonight, folks about
- 16:35Speaker 1: some possible plots against JFK, and some possible fore knowledge
- 16:40Speaker 1: of some plots, some possible threats issued, if you will,
- 16:45Speaker 1: and a whole bunch of other stuff. But let me
- 16:50Speaker 1: just set the table here for what Doug's gonna talk
- 16:52Speaker 1: about a little bit.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Uh.
- 16:54Speaker 1: He's been working on a research project with Bill Simpitch
- 16:58Speaker 1: with some swinging dicks, uh, Bill Sippich, Paul Blow, David Boyling,
- 17:08Speaker 1: and he's gonna get into a little bit about what
- 17:09Speaker 1: they've been looking into. But before we get there, I
- 17:12Speaker 1: just want to remind everybody.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Of some of these.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Various plots, if you will, threats against the president.
- 17:21Speaker 3: You know.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Everybody knows about the Chicago plot. Well, Thomas Arthur Valet,
- 17:31Speaker 1: a thirty year old former marine, was arrested with an
- 17:35Speaker 1: M one grand rifle and other weapons. There was also
- 17:41Speaker 1: four suspect cubans. Bleed think it only got got two
- 17:46Speaker 1: of them. Two of them got away, I think from
- 17:48Speaker 1: remember them correctly, Yeah.
- 17:51Speaker 3: They were. They were released, you know, pretty fast, and
- 17:54Speaker 3: I think correct me if I'm wrong, somebody in the
- 17:57Speaker 3: in the chat. But I don't think that we have
- 17:59Speaker 3: a nailed down record of exactly who those Cubans were.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I don't think so.
- 18:07Speaker 3: I don't think so.
- 18:08Speaker 1: There's Look, I got problems with the Chicago plot, or
- 18:14Speaker 1: at least Abraham Bolden's version of it. Explain Well, I'm
- 18:21Speaker 1: just not one hundred percent sure, and it's nothing personal
- 18:28Speaker 1: against Abraham Bolden. It just seems awfully odd to me
- 18:34Speaker 1: that there's no substantiation for his story, like no other
- 18:39Speaker 1: Secret Service agent came out and backed him up. We
- 18:43Speaker 1: don't have any other documentation about what happened there in
- 18:46Speaker 1: Chicago to support Bolden's theory or story.
- 18:52Speaker 3: The teletype that came into Chicago from the informant named Lee,
- 18:57Speaker 3: we don't actually have that, No, really, you know, I'm
- 19:04Speaker 3: thinking it's it's It's like something we were talking about
- 19:10Speaker 3: on the last quick hits, right, that the the the
- 19:18Speaker 3: guest book, the Eastern Airlines Lounge guest book that what's
- 19:21Speaker 3: his name, Clay Shaw allegedly signed, right, yeah, and that
- 19:27Speaker 3: some lady that worked there allegedly verified that he was
- 19:32Speaker 3: in there and signed the guest book. And but has
- 19:36Speaker 3: anyone ever actually seen that thing? Right? So, I guess
- 19:42Speaker 3: I'm asking the same question about the teletype or the
- 19:46Speaker 3: the lead that came in from the informant Lee. You know,
- 19:49Speaker 3: do we do we know that that? In fact, actually
- 19:52Speaker 3: do we do have it?
- 19:54Speaker 1: I mean, the only person I know that substantiates it
- 19:57Speaker 1: is Judah Bayer, and that that's not a good one
- 19:59Speaker 1: to have on your side, you know what I'm saying.
- 20:04Speaker 3: It's like Fletcher Prouty saying he saw it right, same thing.
- 20:11Speaker 1: So we have the Chicago plot, right, we have the
- 20:14Speaker 1: Miami plot, if you will, the militier plot.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Now did the militier thing, Okay, I don't do so.
- 20:24Speaker 3: You said the Miami plot, do you is it? Is
- 20:27Speaker 3: it your estimation that he was talking about the Miami
- 20:30Speaker 3: plot specifically? Could he be could he have been talking
- 20:34Speaker 3: about Dallas in your estimation?
- 20:37Speaker 1: I don't think so. I think it was more of
- 20:38Speaker 1: a Miami threat than a than a plot, and he
- 20:42Speaker 1: was because he was very careful about what he said.
- 20:44Speaker 1: He never implicated himself. He never implicate, you know. I
- 20:50Speaker 1: don't think he gave up names of where he heard
- 20:53Speaker 1: this from. But I think the threat was to go
- 20:57Speaker 1: down in Miami, if I remember correctly.
- 21:01Speaker 3: The mil tier threat. Yes, I don't remember it being
- 21:04Speaker 3: that specific, just high powered you know, high powered rifle
- 21:08Speaker 3: from a building. They picked somebody up right after. But
- 21:11Speaker 3: I could be wrong, but I always figured he could
- 21:14Speaker 3: be it could have been talking about Dallas. But this
- 21:17Speaker 3: was at a time when there was a time and
- 21:22Speaker 3: this was something I had in my notes to ask you,
- 21:25Speaker 3: like as a possible topic having to do with general walker.
- 21:30Speaker 3: Like you know, I know where you and I were
- 21:32Speaker 3: ten years ago, where we're at now kind of thing.
- 21:35Speaker 3: But as far as mil Tier goes, like I always
- 21:37Speaker 3: figured there was what was it the National thed what
- 21:44Speaker 3: the Independent Party or States Rights Party or what was
- 21:48Speaker 3: it one of these? It was a hard right thing
- 21:53Speaker 3: that had a convention what was it in Indianapolis?
- 21:59Speaker 1: Just the coalition of white folks, Southern white.
- 22:02Speaker 3: Folks, something like that. I can't remember what it was called,
- 22:09Speaker 3: but it was like some third party, you know, hard
- 22:12Speaker 3: right party, and they had their little convention in Indianapolis.
- 22:14Speaker 3: And I always that Miltier, Banister and Walker were all
- 22:19Speaker 3: there right at this thing, like just about a week
- 22:24Speaker 3: week and a half before mill Tier was recorded by
- 22:30Speaker 3: Billy Somerset right in Miami. And I remember you and
- 22:35Speaker 3: I talked about that years ago, Like, man, that's a
- 22:37Speaker 3: great place for mil Tier to have learned that information,
- 22:42Speaker 3: you know. But at that time, I think I was
- 22:44Speaker 3: more all in on Walker having a role in the
- 22:47Speaker 3: assassination than maybe I am now I'm not, as you know,
- 22:53Speaker 3: your your your mind changes over the years, right, yeah, yeah,
- 22:59Speaker 3: you're thinking change.
- 23:00Speaker 1: I don't think Walker had the financial means to pull
- 23:07Speaker 1: this thing off, but damn if his mindset wasn't in
- 23:10Speaker 1: the right place, you know what I mean. Like, I'm
- 23:13Speaker 1: sure he hated the Kennedys, and I'm sure he knew
- 23:18Speaker 1: you know, people with big pockets, you know he was,
- 23:21Speaker 1: and he was meeting them in New Orleans. And I'm
- 23:22Speaker 1: sure he knew hl Hunt.
- 23:25Speaker 3: Oh yeah. And we know he was meeting the gunboat
- 23:29Speaker 3: cowboys you know, through the entire and.
- 23:33Speaker 1: He was a major general. I mean, the guy can
- 23:35Speaker 1: plot shit, you know what I mean?
- 23:36Speaker 3: Like sure, and we know he was having he was
- 23:41Speaker 3: in contact with anti castro operators that were running out
- 23:46Speaker 3: of South Florida in New Orleans and and things like
- 23:50Speaker 3: in that time period between April of sixty three, at
- 23:55Speaker 3: least probably before then, right and leading up to the assassination.
- 24:00Speaker 3: I mean, that was Philip veat out Santiago's cover story
- 24:06Speaker 3: for crying out loud when he told the Iron When
- 24:08Speaker 3: then the FBI came around or the Irons rather said, hey,
- 24:11Speaker 3: were you in Dallas when you weren't supposed to be?
- 24:13Speaker 3: You know, well, yeah I was. I was talking to
- 24:17Speaker 3: Walker the week before the assassination, you know, about some money.
- 24:22Speaker 1: So there's that, right, yeah, And the Tampa threat right
- 24:31Speaker 1: on November eighteen sixty three, maybe that's.
- 24:34Speaker 3: The one I'm thinking of. When you said Miami threat,
- 24:36Speaker 3: I think I'm thinking about Tampa. That was at the
- 24:39Speaker 3: big uh big gathering. Or am I getting them confused?
- 24:44Speaker 1: The threat was prior to his visit to Tampa. On
- 24:47Speaker 1: November eighteenth, the Secret Service received intelligence regarding a quote
- 24:51Speaker 1: unidentified riflemen shooting from a window in a tall building
- 24:55Speaker 1: with a high powered rifle fitted with the scope. Security
- 25:00Speaker 1: response was due to the threat. The motorcade route was
- 25:03Speaker 1: heavily secured with the over six hundred law enforcement officers,
- 25:06Speaker 1: and security precautions taken for their visit were much stricter
- 25:10Speaker 1: than those later in Dallas. And the possible patsy for
- 25:15Speaker 1: the Tampa plot was one Gilberto Polycarpo Lopez. Allegedly, he
- 25:24Speaker 1: was alleged to be in the fair Play for Cuba
- 25:29Speaker 1: committee in the in the Tampa area and then fled
- 25:34Speaker 1: the country before the actual assassination went down. So that's
- 25:40Speaker 1: an interesting story for sure. And then let's see, we have.
- 25:53Speaker 3: The one that got away, the one that got away.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Yeah, mister Richard all Pavolic who on December eleventh, nineteen
- 26:05Speaker 1: sixty in Palm Beach, Florida, public positioned himself to carry
- 26:09Speaker 1: out the assassination by blowing up Kennedy and himself with dynamite,
- 26:15Speaker 1: but delayed the attempt because Kennedy was with his wife
- 26:17Speaker 1: and two young children. He was arrested before he was
- 26:21Speaker 1: able to stage another attempt. This dude was born in
- 26:25Speaker 1: eighteen eighty seven.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Oh my god, right his dad was like a was
- 26:31Speaker 3: like in the Civil War.
- 26:33Speaker 1: So goddamn so right in nineteen sixty he would have
- 26:38Speaker 1: been seventy three. Like I guess he figured it's.
- 26:43Speaker 3: Time to go. Had a long, good life. He was
- 26:46Speaker 3: gung ho, wasn't he right.
- 26:49Speaker 1: He served in the United States Army during.
- 26:51Speaker 5: A World War One.
- 26:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I had a boy, and.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Then he worked as a postal worker in Boston before
- 26:58Speaker 1: retiring and real life locating to Belmont in the fifties.
- 27:03Speaker 1: He had no family. He became known at local public
- 27:06Speaker 1: meetings for his angry political rants, which included complaints that
- 27:11Speaker 1: the American flag was not being displayed correctly.
- 27:15Speaker 3: God again, good, Yeah, I need a screenshot of that,
- 27:21Speaker 3: just for amim.
- 27:22Speaker 1: He also criticized the government and hated Catholics, focusing much
- 27:27Speaker 1: of his anger on the Kennedy family and their wealth.
- 27:32Speaker 1: So after Kennedy defeated Nixon, Public decided to kill him right.
- 27:38Speaker 1: He turned his property over to a local youth camp,
- 27:41Speaker 1: loaded up his meager possessions in the nineteen fifty Buick,
- 27:44Speaker 1: and disappeared. Soon after that, he started sending bizarre postcards
- 27:51Speaker 1: to the postmaster in Belmont, stating that the town would
- 27:56Speaker 1: soon hear from him in a big way. Nothing that
- 28:01Speaker 1: the postmark dates and locations matched Kennedy's movements, the postmaster
- 28:04Speaker 1: contacted the Secret Service. The Secret Service interviewed locals, had
- 28:09Speaker 1: learned of Public's previous outbursts and that he'd recently purchased
- 28:12Speaker 1: a shitload of dynamite.
- 28:14Speaker 3: That's actually in the document.
- 28:16Speaker 1: No I'm ad living here.
- 28:18Speaker 3: Oh wow, I was about the favorite document ever.
- 28:22Speaker 1: I gotta get. I gotta give it a little flavor,
- 28:24Speaker 1: you know, spice it up a little bit. Sometimes these
- 28:27Speaker 1: documents can.
- 28:28Speaker 3: Be very dry. Documents don't come with Silk City on them.
- 28:32Speaker 1: They do that. No, No, they don't. During his travels,
- 28:39Speaker 1: Public had viitted it, had vited it. He visited the
- 28:43Speaker 1: Kennedy compound in Hyenus Port, Massachusetts.
- 28:49Speaker 3: At the Mighty Hienus You got there, boy, now see
- 28:53Speaker 3: rob time out He is trying to clean up his act.
- 29:00Speaker 3: Because if this were quick, it's a year ago, he
- 29:02Speaker 3: would have said, Miami's Port, That's what he would have said.
- 29:06Speaker 3: See that filter's working to chet way to go, buddy,
- 29:12Speaker 3: way to clean it up over there.
- 29:14Speaker 1: He also surveyed the Kennedy's residence in Georgetown, d C.
- 29:21Speaker 1: So on December eleventh, Kennedy was preparing to leave for
- 29:24Speaker 1: Mass at Saint Edward's Church in Palm Beach, Public waited
- 29:28Speaker 1: in his dynamite laden car, hoping to detonate his nineteen
- 29:31Speaker 1: fifty Buick to cause a fatal explosion. However, he changed
- 29:35Speaker 1: his mind after seeing Kennedy's wife, Jacqueline, and the couple's
- 29:38Speaker 1: two small children. He later said, I did not want
- 29:41Speaker 1: to harm her of the children. While waiting for another opportunity.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Over the next few days, Public visited the church to
- 29:48Speaker 1: learn its interior, but the Secret Service had informed local
- 29:51Speaker 1: Palm Beach police to be on the lookout for his car,
- 29:55Speaker 1: So four days later, on December fifteenth, Palm Beach police
- 30:00Speaker 1: officer Lester Free spotted Public's vehicle crossing.
- 30:04Speaker 3: The Royal.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Shito Point se Ona Bridge. After his arrest, Public said
- 30:13Speaker 1: Kennedy money bought the White House into presidency. I had
- 30:16Speaker 1: the crazy idea I wanted to stop Kennedy from being president.
- 30:21Speaker 1: And on January twenty seventh, nineteen and sixty one, Pablic
- 30:26Speaker 1: was committed to the Federal Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri.
- 30:30Speaker 3: Probably not a bad idea, yeah, then.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Was indicted for threatening his life seven weeks later. According
- 30:37Speaker 1: to Ted Storrison, Kennedy was merely amused when he found
- 30:42Speaker 1: out about Pablic's threat.
- 30:46Speaker 3: Hey, dude was probably already locked up when he found out,
- 30:48Speaker 3: so hence the amusement.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Well, he must have had a really good fucking lawyer, Doug,
- 30:54Speaker 1: because really. Charges against Pavlic were dropped on December second,
- 30:59Speaker 1: nineteen teen sixty three, ten days after Kennedy's assassination. Judge
- 31:06Speaker 1: Emmett Clay choked can't make the sub folks ruled that
- 31:12Speaker 1: Pablic was mentally ill, unable to distinguish between right and wrong,
- 31:17Speaker 1: and ordered that he remain in a psychiatric hospital. Even
- 31:20Speaker 1: though the charges have been dropped because Kennedy's dead and
- 31:23Speaker 1: he's not the one that killed him. The federal government
- 31:27Speaker 1: also dropped the charges in August of sixty four, and
- 31:30Speaker 1: Pablic was eventually released from the New Hampshire State Mental
- 31:34Speaker 1: Hospital on December thirteenth, nineteen and sixty six. He later
- 31:40Speaker 1: died at the tender age.
- 31:42Speaker 3: Of eighty eight.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Wow, on November eleventh, nineteen seventy five, at the VA
- 31:47Speaker 1: Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Wow, bless his heart. What a tragic story. Yeah. I mean.
- 32:00Speaker 1: It's crazy, like I hadn't heard about this probably, you know,
- 32:07Speaker 1: I think I did this show about it at some point,
- 32:09Speaker 1: maybe a couple of years ago, but I hadn't heard
- 32:10Speaker 1: about it before then. This Richard Pavlock dude. Yeah, but uh,
- 32:18Speaker 1: you know, it's it's crazy to think about what the all?
- 32:22Speaker 1: What what almost happened in his you know.
- 32:25Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, how history would have changed, how different it
- 32:29Speaker 3: would have been.
- 32:29Speaker 1: Yeah, the whole butterfly effect thing, you know, like what
- 32:33Speaker 1: would happened if that happened? Who knows?
- 32:38Speaker 3: Yeah, if Jackie and the kids hadn't been with him.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Well we be saying pablic was set up, and you
- 32:45Speaker 1: know it was a passy and.
- 32:49Speaker 3: You know, we'd we'd have the Lone Bomber podcast is
- 32:53Speaker 3: what we'd have. Yes, I like it, absolutely, I love it.
- 32:58Speaker 3: I love it.
- 33:00Speaker 1: But Doug let's get into what you're up to these days.
- 33:03Speaker 3: What am I up to?
- 33:05Speaker 1: Oh, of all kinds of bad shit, probably, but let's
- 33:09Speaker 1: talk about the good.
- 33:09Speaker 3: Shit, the good stuff. Will I have been engaged in,
- 33:14Speaker 3: like you said earlier, a research project with mister Bill Simpitch,
- 33:19Speaker 3: the author of State Secret and the Twelve who built
- 33:22Speaker 3: the Oswald legend, of course, and is legal representative of
- 33:26Speaker 3: the Mary Farrell Foundation. David Boylan, who everybody knows as
- 33:32Speaker 3: a as a lights out amazing documents researcher and someone
- 33:35Speaker 3: who knows the inner workings of the central intelligence agencies,
- 33:41Speaker 3: hierarchy and networks and and and staff and command structure
- 33:45Speaker 3: like nobody I've ever met in my life. And he
- 33:48Speaker 3: he co authored what was the name? I'm so sorry, David,
- 33:55Speaker 3: of the Oswald book with Larry Hancock. I'm drawing a
- 33:58Speaker 3: blank right now, the Oswald Puzzle, The Oswald Puzzle, Yes,
- 34:02Speaker 3: with Larry Hancock and Paul Blow, who many will know.
- 34:06Speaker 3: He writes for Kennedy's and King. He's one of the
- 34:09Speaker 3: co authors of the Chokeholds book that came out a
- 34:13Speaker 3: few years ago, and we had sort of a mutual
- 34:21Speaker 3: area of interest a few years I Guess twenty twenty,
- 34:28Speaker 3: I did a presentation for Lancer, and it was about
- 34:31Speaker 3: this area was based on this sort of chronological order
- 34:35Speaker 3: cachet of Secret Service documents that I ran across across
- 34:39Speaker 3: in the declassified documents about what we're calling now the
- 34:44Speaker 3: Pepe Letters, right, And what the Pepe Letters were were
- 34:49Speaker 3: letters that were sent from Cuba to the United States
- 34:53Speaker 3: beginning on November twenty first of nineteen sixty two. Right,
- 35:01Speaker 3: two pro castro persons ostensibly allegedly in the US that
- 35:09Speaker 3: outlining a plot to murder Kennedy, right, Like, it's getting ready,
- 35:13Speaker 3: and we'll get into some examples. But what struck me
- 35:16Speaker 3: about them when I found this cachet of Secret Service
- 35:20Speaker 3: documents was the similarities between that what happened in sixty
- 35:26Speaker 3: two in an episode that everybody's most people, a lot
- 35:29Speaker 3: of people that have studied the assassination are familiar with,
- 35:32Speaker 3: which is the Pedro Charles letters. Right. The similarities are amazing.
- 35:40Speaker 3: Those are very weird letters, yeah, very well. And what
- 35:44Speaker 3: we have in the Pepe Letters is almost sort of
- 35:48Speaker 3: the same occurrence just a year earlier. Right. And the
- 35:54Speaker 3: analogy that I've been using is a football all analogy right,
- 36:01Speaker 3: same playbook, different set of downs. Right, you're trying to
- 36:04Speaker 3: implicate Castro and pro Castro forces and applied to murder
- 36:08Speaker 3: Kennedy and and the other similarities are crazy, But that
- 36:13Speaker 3: that's sort of what my presentation was about, was was
- 36:16Speaker 3: the similarities between the Pedro Charles letters episode that it
- 36:22Speaker 3: was sort of immediately after the assassination and this earlier
- 36:27Speaker 3: episode that I knew nothing about these these these Pepe
- 36:31Speaker 3: letters is it what we're calling them? They were from
- 36:34Speaker 3: or signed somebody named Pepe. But after I did the
- 36:38Speaker 3: Lancer presentation, and I know you remember it. I think
- 36:40Speaker 3: you even uploaded it on Pepe. Yeah, you even uploaded
- 36:44Speaker 3: that on your like a year later, on your YouTube channel. People, guys,
- 36:49Speaker 3: you guys can probably go to the from the vault, right.
- 36:54Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure.
- 36:55Speaker 3: Yeah, from the vault, I think it's in there. It's
- 36:57Speaker 3: called Letters from Cuba. It's about an hour long, but
- 37:00Speaker 3: I really didn't have a lot of time to get
- 37:02Speaker 3: too deep into it. I kind of stopped on, you know,
- 37:07Speaker 3: here's all the similarities between the two, and sort of
- 37:11Speaker 3: ended it because literally the day before Kennedy has assassinated,
- 37:14Speaker 3: the Secret Service closing investigation nothing to see here right
- 37:20Speaker 3: November twenty first, nineteen sixty three is when they put
- 37:23Speaker 3: a lid on it. They couldn't figure it out. But
- 37:27Speaker 3: I got contacted by Bill Sippicch and he had actually
- 37:30Speaker 3: done some work on it, on these Pepe letters years before,
- 37:35Speaker 3: I don't know, seven ten years before, and I was
- 37:38Speaker 3: completely unaware of it, right, And he said to me then,
- 37:41Speaker 3: he was like, well, I think you've got part one,
- 37:45Speaker 3: and I think I've got part three. I think we
- 37:47Speaker 3: need to do part two together. And we actually started
- 37:53Speaker 3: on it, but then real life gotten away. I even
- 37:58Speaker 3: took the time, me and Tiffany and the boys took
- 38:00Speaker 3: a trip up to the mountains in East Tennessee one time,
- 38:02Speaker 3: and I took on my crap with me right and
- 38:04Speaker 3: sat down and wrote like eight pages, eight brilliant pages
- 38:07Speaker 3: of this narrative. And then again rob real life got
- 38:11Speaker 3: in the way and we kind of put it down. Well.
- 38:15Speaker 3: Then last year Paul Blow he did a presentation for
- 38:21Speaker 3: he did wrote a piece for Kennedy's and King and
- 38:24Speaker 3: did a presentation I know for Dally Plaza UK about
- 38:28Speaker 3: these letters, the Pepe Letters. And then later last year
- 38:36Speaker 3: Bill Simpach contact us and you know, he said, you know,
- 38:41Speaker 3: we've all done work on it, but it hasn't been
- 38:43Speaker 3: fleshed out, right, We don't know. Like now, we're sort
- 38:48Speaker 3: of and we're not trying to solve anything. Well, I
- 38:51Speaker 3: guess we kind of are, but you know, we we
- 38:55Speaker 3: don't have any expectations that we're going to actually prove
- 38:58Speaker 3: who put these two propaganda campaigns out. But what we're
- 39:02Speaker 3: doing is we're putting our heads together and our research
- 39:04Speaker 3: together to get the story out, right, to get the
- 39:08Speaker 3: narrative out and the chronology, and to see if we
- 39:12Speaker 3: can identify where the two operations may have emanated, if
- 39:21Speaker 3: they indeed emanate from the same place, from the same
- 39:23Speaker 3: people sort of running the operation, if that makes any sense,
- 39:28Speaker 3: you know where I guess we're sort of, you know,
- 39:31Speaker 3: on the hunt. Let's see if we can forgureet where
- 39:33Speaker 3: this may have come from, if we can develop a
- 39:37Speaker 3: good working hypothesis, you know what I mean.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Yeah, And just just to refresh everybody, just briefly, just
- 39:48Speaker 1: briefly explain the context of the letters, if you will,
- 39:52Speaker 1: because some people may not know what the hell we're
- 39:54Speaker 1: talking about here.
- 39:55Speaker 3: Okay, we're talking about the Pedro Charles letters. And I
- 39:58Speaker 3: have notes here. I'm old and I can't member stuff.
- 40:00Speaker 3: So listeners of the Dallas Action, Yes, I use copious notes.
- 40:05Speaker 3: I'm not good off the fly, like like a rob,
- 40:08Speaker 3: not used to this live thing. So when you see
- 40:11Speaker 3: the old man squinting at a notebook like this, you
- 40:14Speaker 3: know that's why I stay with audio only. Yeah. No.
- 40:19Speaker 3: The Pedro Charles letters were actually put together, guys into
- 40:23Speaker 3: Commission Exhibit number two ninety five. They were four letters
- 40:31Speaker 3: postmarked Havana, Cuba, and they were mailed from Cuba. The
- 40:35Speaker 3: first was signed by someone or signed with the name
- 40:40Speaker 3: Pedro Charles, and it was to Lee Oswal right to
- 40:46Speaker 3: friendly let me see, I've got some more notes over here,
- 40:52Speaker 3: apparently Rob. The first letter was postmarked November twenty eighth,
- 40:56Speaker 3: nineteen sixty three. It was signed by a Pedro Charles,
- 41:00Speaker 3: dated November tenth, and it discussed the upcoming assassination.
- 41:06Speaker 1: So it was postmarked on the twenty eighth, but it
- 41:09Speaker 1: had a date that it was written on the tenth.
- 41:12Speaker 3: Right. Now here's the letter. I'm gonna read it to you, Lee,
- 41:16Speaker 3: Harvey Oswald. Now, this is one thing about the Charles
- 41:20Speaker 3: letters that jumped out to me in similarity to the
- 41:23Speaker 3: earlier Pepe letters in that the way the letters are addressed, right,
- 41:31Speaker 3: it's crazy. They're they're addressed jumbled, nonsensical addresses, no addresses,
- 41:36Speaker 3: addresses that don't exist, right, in a way that makes
- 41:42Speaker 3: it very apparent to me, very apparent to Bill, David
- 41:46Speaker 3: and Paul and especially in the in the in the
- 41:50Speaker 3: case of the Pedro Charles letters, they are designed to
- 41:54Speaker 3: be intercepted. Right. Here's how this it was.
- 41:59Speaker 1: This.
- 42:00Speaker 3: It was addressed Lee Harvey Oswald, Mail Office, Dallas, Texas, USA.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Man, I'll tell you what, Harry Holmes must have got a.
- 42:14Speaker 3: Mister bergend.
- 42:15Speaker 4: Do you have a massive erection when.
- 42:17Speaker 1: He saw that letter come through the Dallas Police post office?
- 42:25Speaker 3: Or at least a sweaty upper lip if nothing else, right,
- 42:31Speaker 3: Rob told off of itself. Would you like to borrow
- 42:33Speaker 3: my tissue? Sir, Yeah, yeah, thanks, Okay, here we go.
- 42:37Speaker 3: Would you like to hear this Pedro Charles letter to Lee?
- 42:42Speaker 3: And this this showed up right, the FBI got it
- 42:44Speaker 3: it just in a way it was. It was designed
- 42:47Speaker 3: to be intercepted, I think because it was designed to
- 42:52Speaker 3: tie Oswald to Castro and not be deliverable. Male, right,
- 42:57Speaker 3: exactly right. It's going to raise red flags.
- 43:01Speaker 1: Yeah, especially that on the envelope.
- 43:03Speaker 3: Yeah, especially, yes, sir, Yes, sir, dear friendly, I am
- 43:06Speaker 3: writing to you once more since we saw each other
- 43:09Speaker 3: in Miami. You took the Spanish books from the hotel
- 43:13Speaker 3: and I have practically none left. I want you to
- 43:15Speaker 3: know that the man is thinking about visiting your city
- 43:18Speaker 3: in the near future, so that you must close the
- 43:22Speaker 3: deals so quickly as possible. As I told you previously
- 43:26Speaker 3: in Miami, I recommend utmost caution and do not do
- 43:30Speaker 3: anything crazy with the money I gave you. You're that right,
- 43:39Speaker 3: did I do hope that you will not deceive me
- 43:43Speaker 3: and that our dreams will come true. After this matter,
- 43:47Speaker 3: I am going to put in a good recommendation for
- 43:49Speaker 3: you with the Chief, who undoubtedly will be greatly interested
- 43:53Speaker 3: in knowing you, since they need men like you. I
- 43:57Speaker 3: told him that you believe me. However, I did make
- 44:01Speaker 3: him believe me because I saw you with my own
- 44:06Speaker 3: eyes and he was quite astonished. He's talking about his
- 44:10Speaker 3: marksman skills, Rob hang On. I got a little cloudy
- 44:13Speaker 3: contact here, y'all give me a moment. Okay, well, Lee,
- 44:18Speaker 3: keep practicing your Spanish for when you come to Havana,
- 44:21Speaker 3: because this is the land of freedom, of beautiful women
- 44:24Speaker 3: and of the rich Havana Tobacco. Do not forget to
- 44:27Speaker 3: do everything I told you upon receipt of this letter,
- 44:30Speaker 3: and leave nothing behind that may provide a trail, et cetera.
- 44:35Speaker 3: And whenever you receive my letters, destroy them as usual.
- 44:39Speaker 3: After this matter, I will send you money and we
- 44:42Speaker 3: shall see each other here in Miami as usual. Sincerely,
- 44:46Speaker 3: Pedro Charles. Now I was telling you about let me
- 44:53Speaker 3: open an eye, turn this page over here.
- 44:56Speaker 1: I was telling you Beckham like to call somebody that
- 45:00Speaker 1: chief as well? Who was that Thomas Beckham?
- 45:05Speaker 3: Oh? Who was he calling chief? Banister? Fairy? We don't know.
- 45:11Speaker 1: Oh, really, could have been Hoover, could have been banister.
- 45:15Speaker 3: We think this was a castro. But the first Pedro
- 45:19Speaker 3: Charles letter was addressed to Lee Harvey Oswald Mail Office, Stallas, Texas. Right,
- 45:24Speaker 3: crazy crazy. The second one was actually from a late
- 45:28Speaker 3: of somebody named Mario Molina, and it was to RFK.
- 45:32Speaker 3: This is how it was addressed, Right, mister Roberto Kennedy,
- 45:37Speaker 3: Secretary of Justice, Department of Justice, Washington, d C. Right,
- 45:44Speaker 3: deadly and undeliverable, it's gonna it's gonna raizor red flags. Now,
- 45:50Speaker 3: the second and third Pedro Charles letters, let me see
- 45:59Speaker 3: they were they were basically calling out this Pedro Charles
- 46:05Speaker 3: in Havana, you know, as a pro Castro agent in
- 46:12Speaker 3: the US who orchestrated the Kennedy assassination. So what you're
- 46:19Speaker 3: looking at is propaganda, you know, like the propaganda that
- 46:24Speaker 3: came out of the DRE immediately after the assassination, like
- 46:27Speaker 3: which was the same stories that people like John Martino
- 46:30Speaker 3: and Frank Sturgis, you know, spread for years and years
- 46:33Speaker 3: about Oswald in Miami, Right, And that's what we're looking at,
- 46:36Speaker 3: that kind of thing. Now, the Pepe letters were sort
- 46:42Speaker 3: of the same kind of thing. A letter popped up
- 46:47Speaker 3: with a with a completely nonsense address on November twenty
- 46:51Speaker 3: first of nineteen sixty two, addressed to someone named Antonio Rodriguez.
- 46:58Speaker 3: All right, I want to read you the Rodriguez. This
- 47:00Speaker 3: is again the Secret Service gets it on November twenty
- 47:04Speaker 3: first of sixty two. Let me read you this letter,
- 47:08Speaker 3: Comrade Rodriguez, in accordance with the planning and obstinate attitude
- 47:13Speaker 3: of Kennedy to invade Cuba carry out the attempt on
- 47:17Speaker 3: his life. In the terms conceived, I am not giving
- 47:21Speaker 3: you more data because it is not necessary, since all
- 47:24Speaker 3: that you have to know, and it is for its
- 47:26Speaker 3: own security and effectiveness of the planning. I comply thus
- 47:30Speaker 3: with superior orders. I have had no other ways of
- 47:34Speaker 3: communicating this by any other safer means. For that reason,
- 47:37Speaker 3: I have to do it by letter. In the United States,
- 47:40Speaker 3: they are not in habit of opening the letters. For
- 47:43Speaker 3: that reason, I trust everything will go well. Wink wink, Rob.
- 47:48Speaker 3: A good communist has to run these risks. We have
- 47:53Speaker 3: to count on our own energies. Because USSR has not
- 47:56Speaker 3: adopted a solid position with Cuba. These are high light
- 48:00Speaker 3: of the questions that a good communist card carrying should
- 48:04Speaker 3: not question. If he does it in that way, it
- 48:08Speaker 3: will be for the good of all communists in that
- 48:10Speaker 3: area of the world. Cuba is not all enough. Already
- 48:15Speaker 3: has been done by Cuba. I will send you the
- 48:17Speaker 3: next news if I am able by far safer method.
- 48:20Speaker 3: Give me a prompt answer. I am embracing you all
- 48:25Speaker 3: right now. Immediately. This raised red flags because it was
- 48:31Speaker 3: delivered to a guy, a Venezuelan cat named Antonio Rodriguez
- 48:35Speaker 3: gil and he worked for the Venezuelan delegation to the
- 48:41Speaker 3: Office or the Organization of American States, right, and it
- 48:48Speaker 3: wigged him out. He read it and like, oh my god,
- 48:51Speaker 3: this what's going on here? Attempt on Kennedy's life. So
- 48:53Speaker 3: he goes to his boss, who's a colonel named Trego,
- 48:57Speaker 3: a Venezuelan guy. Well, they get it to the Secret
- 48:59Speaker 3: Service to the authorities, and the authorities get a hold
- 49:03Speaker 3: of it, and the Secret Service they start their investigation,
- 49:06Speaker 3: and they zero in on a guy as their main
- 49:10Speaker 3: suspect to have been the intended recipient of this, you know,
- 49:15Speaker 3: pro castro operation in the US to murder Kennedy. It
- 49:23Speaker 3: that's a good point. That's a good point.
- 49:26Speaker 1: You know.
- 49:26Speaker 3: That's kind of why we're looking around to us see
- 49:29Speaker 3: what we're see what we can come up with. We uh,
- 49:32Speaker 3: I don't. I don't think anybody's standing up going that
- 49:36Speaker 3: we're gonna have an amazing book when this is over.
- 49:39Speaker 3: You know, nothing like that. It's just four guys putting
- 49:41Speaker 3: their heads together and digging through documents and seeing what
- 49:44Speaker 3: we can come up with. Right, But where was I
- 49:49Speaker 3: the So they settle on a guy named Antonio Rodriguez
- 49:53Speaker 3: Jones as their number one suspect to you have been
- 50:00Speaker 3: the intended recipient of this letter that outlines a pro
- 50:04Speaker 3: castro plot.
- 50:05Speaker 1: Right, that name reminds me of sergeyo Arkashia Smith. Antonio
- 50:12Speaker 1: Rodriguez Jones.
- 50:14Speaker 3: I think of Basketball Jones, remember the old cheaching Chong bit.
- 50:17Speaker 1: Almost like these guys come over here and then they
- 50:19Speaker 1: want to americanize their last names with some random shit.
- 50:24Speaker 1: You know that sounds normal. But don't bother to change
- 50:27Speaker 1: their first two names?
- 50:29Speaker 3: No, well they do. They do. Hang on to those hyphens, brother,
- 50:33Speaker 3: they do. Yeah, But they they settled on him because
- 50:39Speaker 3: a couple of informants told him that he was in
- 50:42Speaker 3: with a bad crowd, right, and he was in with
- 50:44Speaker 3: a bad crowd. And this is where it gets. It
- 50:46Speaker 3: gets kind of weird even before the second letter in
- 50:50Speaker 3: these series are mailed, and it gets kind of it's
- 50:54Speaker 3: an sort of a okay, let me explain. They settled
- 50:59Speaker 3: on Jones because they had an informant tell him that
- 51:03Speaker 3: Antonio Rodriguez Jones was in with a bad crowd and
- 51:08Speaker 3: that he was actually the lookout when a pro castro
- 51:16Speaker 3: Cuban working for the Cuban UN delegation tried to defect.
- 51:20Speaker 3: The guy got kidnapped, beat up, threatened with a pistol, interrogated,
- 51:24Speaker 3: all this stuff right by a couple of henchmen. Right that,
- 51:31Speaker 3: basically they're here in the country under diplomatic cover. They
- 51:36Speaker 3: worked for the Cuban delegation to the UN, Carlos Lichuga, Right.
- 51:41Speaker 3: One of these guys' names was Quinton. Yeah, that guy.
- 51:46Speaker 3: One of these guys' names was Quentin Pino Machado, and
- 51:53Speaker 3: he was kind of known as the hatchetman for the
- 51:55Speaker 3: Cuban UN delegation, for the Cuban consulate there in New York.
- 51:59Speaker 3: He was like known as a strong arm guy. He
- 52:01Speaker 3: was known as a sabotage expert bombs and shit like
- 52:05Speaker 3: that during the Batista regime, and he had a reputation
- 52:10Speaker 3: for violence and carrying weapons. Well, apparently, according to this informant,
- 52:15Speaker 3: this Antonio Rodriguez Jones guy was the lookout when they
- 52:18Speaker 3: beat up this other cat. Right, So, the Secret Service says, okay,
- 52:23Speaker 3: he's a he's his name is Antonio Rodriguez. He's hooked
- 52:27Speaker 3: in with some violent, violent pro Castro guys. Maybe it's him, right, So,
- 52:34Speaker 3: now here's the here's the thing. His buddy, the one
- 52:37Speaker 3: that they based their suspicion on, Quentin Pino Machado. After
- 52:44Speaker 3: the assassination of Kennedy, the actual assassination, there was a
- 52:49Speaker 3: propagand there were a bunch of rumors in the anti
- 52:51Speaker 3: Castro community that tied Machado to Lee Harvey Oswald. Oh yeah,
- 53:01Speaker 3: an FBI guy actually got a hold of the Secret
- 53:03Speaker 3: Services name was Wassel and told them that if Castro
- 53:09Speaker 3: did it, the architect of the conspiracy was Quentin Pino Machado,
- 53:13Speaker 3: no doubt, no doubt about it. And the story going
- 53:17Speaker 3: through I mean, like wildfire through the Cuban exile community,
- 53:20Speaker 3: the anti Castro exile community at the time, was that
- 53:26Speaker 3: he allegedly was the guy that was gonna get Oswald
- 53:32Speaker 3: out of Mexico or out of Texas to Mexico. What
- 53:36Speaker 3: are you? Is that from me? What's going on? No? No, no,
- 53:38Speaker 3: I'm throwing comments up while you're talking.
- 53:42Speaker 1: Oh.
- 53:43Speaker 3: I thought you were making all those faces in me.
- 53:45Speaker 3: I thought I was doing good. You're like this. I'm like,
- 53:47Speaker 3: fuck yeah.
- 53:48Speaker 1: Linda gian zam Benini.
- 53:55Speaker 3: Oh hey, let me tell you I met that wonderful
- 53:59Speaker 3: lady right there, Linda at lancer A couple of years
- 54:03Speaker 3: ago and had a great conversation with her, took some
- 54:07Speaker 3: pictures with her. Uh yeah, fantastic meeting her. She's so cool.
- 54:12Speaker 3: Hello Linda, Hello Linda, hope to see you again.
- 54:16Speaker 5: She said.
- 54:16Speaker 1: Wouldn't it be great if DNA analysis could be done
- 54:18Speaker 1: on the closures and postage stamps that were licked on
- 54:21Speaker 1: the Pepe letters. DNA and analysis wasn't available to the eighties.
- 54:26Speaker 1: Pepe must have left behind his family tree on those envelopes.
- 54:29Speaker 3: Dog, that is part of it. Miss Linda is trying
- 54:32Speaker 3: to you know, you gotta also got to find somebody
- 54:35Speaker 3: that may have used the alias Pepe. That's the part
- 54:38Speaker 3: of it, you know, and have to have it having
- 54:42Speaker 3: been in Cuba at the right time, that kind of thing.
- 54:44Speaker 3: So it's uh and like I say, we're we're having fun,
- 54:47Speaker 3: we're uh digging. We're getting information down in a narrative
- 54:53Speaker 3: form that a lot of people uh probably haven't read
- 54:55Speaker 3: or heard. But that was not the first letter, Rob
- 55:00Speaker 3: or not the last letter. Right. There was another one
- 55:04Speaker 3: that showed up on December second, and it was delivered
- 55:08Speaker 3: to PO Box sixteen twenty four in Miami, Florida. Right.
- 55:12Speaker 3: It was addressed to Bernardo Morales, a part of Partado.
- 55:18Speaker 3: I guess that means apartment sixteen two four, Miami one, right, Yeah,
- 55:27Speaker 3: so the postman post office people, they dutifully they stuck
- 55:33Speaker 3: it in p O Box sixteen twenty four in Miami, Florida. Right.
- 55:37Speaker 3: But there was no Bernardo Morales Pro Castro Operative associated
- 55:43Speaker 3: in any way with this Miami PO box. Quite the opposite.
- 55:47Speaker 3: In fact, PO Box sixteen twenty four was in nineteen
- 55:50Speaker 3: sixty two rented by a prominent anti Castro anti communist
- 55:56Speaker 3: radio network called Radio libertadd La Vaise Anti Communista Day America,
- 56:03Speaker 3: a network headquartered in Venezuela and with heavy ties to
- 56:07Speaker 3: the CIA. Right intended to be intercepted. Certainly sounds like it,
- 56:17Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying. But yeah, uh, And it outlined, uh,
- 56:22Speaker 3: basically some of the same stuff as the first one.
- 56:28Speaker 3: And there was a third letter as well. But as
- 56:32Speaker 3: I said, the Secret Service never really got any got
- 56:35Speaker 3: any great leads as to where these letters emanated from,
- 56:40Speaker 3: although they tried, and they closed the case, literally closed
- 56:43Speaker 3: the case on November twenty first, nineteen sixty three. And
- 56:49Speaker 3: that was kind of where my research left off.
- 56:55Speaker 1: I thought, you said, they were postmarked November twenty eighth
- 56:58Speaker 1: or the first.
- 56:58Speaker 3: No, that's the that's the Pedro Charles letters. I'm talking
- 57:02Speaker 3: about the Pepe letters. No, okay, yeah, the Pepe letters
- 57:04Speaker 3: started November twenty first of nineteen sixty two, is when
- 57:09Speaker 3: they landed, and the Secret Service officially yeah, okay, they
- 57:15Speaker 3: officially closed the case like nothing to see here, one
- 57:19Speaker 3: day before Kennedy was actually killed, and then immediately after
- 57:23Speaker 3: the assassination, the Pedro Charles letters pop up, also addressed
- 57:28Speaker 3: in the exact same manner intended to be intercepted, pointing
- 57:34Speaker 3: to Castro being involved in the Kennedy assassination in the
- 57:39Speaker 3: way that the Pepe letters the year before painted a
- 57:44Speaker 3: plot to murder Kennedy sponsored by Castro.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Let me ask you a question, Yeah, Were these letters
- 57:53Speaker 1: typed or handwritten.
- 57:56Speaker 3: Both?
- 57:58Speaker 1: Did the handwritten when matched each other? Did the Pepe
- 58:02Speaker 1: handwriting match to this minute Charles handwriting?
- 58:09Speaker 3: They determined there was one that was handwritten. I believe
- 58:12Speaker 3: I've seen photo copies of it, but they were in
- 58:16Speaker 3: both instances. It was determined that they were typed by
- 58:19Speaker 3: the same typewriter, not the Pepe letters were typed with
- 58:22Speaker 3: the same typewriter as the Charles letters, but the Pipe
- 58:26Speaker 3: letters were all typed from the same typewriter. Charles letters,
- 58:31Speaker 3: same typewriter.
- 58:33Speaker 1: Okay, if yeah, handwriting analysis, or if it was all
- 58:37Speaker 1: type written stuff.
- 58:38Speaker 3: Yeah, type written. I believe I've been reading a lot
- 58:41Speaker 3: of documents later. Holy cow, Yeah they are typewritten because
- 58:48Speaker 3: I've been transcribing right from them for this piece I'm
- 58:50Speaker 3: writing for the thing. As a matter of fact. Yeah,
- 58:53Speaker 3: I've actually got the Pedro Charles letter here. But yeah,
- 58:57Speaker 3: they were determined to be typed from in each instance,
- 59:01Speaker 3: the same typewriter.
- 59:03Speaker 1: Gotcha, gotcha.
- 59:05Speaker 3: So we're trying to determine if if this is the
- 59:09Speaker 3: they have the home the same what's the same little cues? Right,
- 59:16Speaker 3: And we're trying to determine if we can determine, I
- 59:19Speaker 3: guess if the operation came from the same mind or
- 59:23Speaker 3: the same uh you know, same propaganda specialist. I guess yea,
- 59:30Speaker 3: And no it wasn't Ed Lansdale.
- 59:33Speaker 1: Lo come on, come on, man, come on, what from
- 59:42Speaker 1: Fletcher Prouty? Uh?
- 59:44Speaker 3: Yeah, but I'm writing a hell of a piece. I
- 59:45Speaker 3: wish you guys could read it well hopefully pretty cool? Yeah,
- 59:49Speaker 3: absolutely absolutely choke holds too gets published. Yeah, oh yeah,
- 59:57Speaker 3: that's right. There was a check. That's Paul's book Colts.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, what was that thing you did? It's a
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: double dick chokehold sorry, one on Pepe and one on Pedro. Baby.
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: The filter didn't last long. It didn't last long at all.
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: You can bet I'm gonna get a screenshot of that later.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: Oh yeah, oh man, that's gonna be a mean favorite.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: Well, what do you think we'd say we take a
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: small break, Doug?
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: We could do that? How long? How long? How long
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: are the breaks on it? Wait a minute? Wait a minute.
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: You you take breaks on on TLG.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: No, but I figured to be appropriate if we took
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: one here, since you're here, and we normally do on
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: quick hits.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: We do that on quick hits. But the thing is,
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: though the ones on quick hits there ninety seconds long
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: after editing, right, sometimes mean you we'd be going a
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: half hour, right. I don't know how long this can be.
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: I think it's a it.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: Well that's not very long, but I think I can
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: loop it.
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: Oh what is it?
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: It's just a screen that says we'll be right back.
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: Oh, you can't like like just loop Jeff's Silk City
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: promo just like that. That would be kind of cool.
- 1:01:16Speaker 3: He'd get like if he played it, like because it's
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: like what a minute, forty seconds something like that.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: I don't think I have it on this computer.
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: Oh he get like the five bang for his money
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: if we did just loop this commercial.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: Right yeah?
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: Yeah, hell yeah.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: But we are live, so we can't take too long
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: of a break.
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: Yeah, Jeff, whichever, whichever the one is, Uh, is it
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: shaking pour over the sauce with the with the with
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: the kiss label like the rock and rollover. Yeah, my
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: son was dousing some ribs in that two nights ago.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Good ship.
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: Oh man, dude, we got we got Silk City all
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: over the house. I bought everybody a gift pack, uh
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: last year for Christmas.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: Psychic Bigfoot.
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: There is some of that around the house too, good lord. Yeah.
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: And what's the one? Uh it's like hot Raspberry honey
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: or something something, Yeah, something like that.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: You get some jam variations too, Yeah, yeah.
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: It's coming up on like April. Man, that's usually uh,
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: when I make the Silk City order for the for
- 1:02:29Speaker 3: the boys' birthdays.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: Hell yeah, sweet, Well, as soon as he grows our
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: peppers and he's gonna make us a joke, joking a
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: bunch of seeds and h he's gonna grow some peppers
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: and make us a exclusive lone gum and variant. Sounds
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: delicious when we call it, David Fairies hot semen. Well,
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: that's not necessary kidding, And we'll be right back after
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: bird from this.
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: Hey, look, look before you do that. If you come
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: back and I'm not here, Guys, I'm outside vaporing, I'm coming,
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: don't worry.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: Yeah, it's all good. We'll be all right back.
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: K think bakka, you know now that Shawn's got this
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: ship hooked up. Never mind, we're back. I keep forgetting.
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: This isn't a quick hits.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: No, no, we are and live.
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: Baby. I can't go back and race things like normal. No, no, no,
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: you've taken the element of control from me, a big
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: bad bob.
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: See, once you figure the studio out there, you can
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: control all this if you figure it out.
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: Oh dude, I wish I could show you what I
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: got on my screen. I got you and the logic
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: pro doing things. Yeah.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: Hey, I got the dual screens up as well.
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: I'm learning though, Hey, you know what I learned. Momo
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: can we just didn't have time to do it. He's
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: doing another session that way. Oh by the way, look,
- 1:08:26Speaker 3: you know, you know I should probably tell you where
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: we're live now. I guess I have to tell you live.
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: But you know how when we do quick hits a
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: lot of times on Saturday mornings, there are things going
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: on at the studio as well, and I have to
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: tell you, hey, look, I might have to hit pause
- 1:08:44Speaker 3: because there's that it does recording over here. They're doing
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: this over here, and they call me about stuff, right.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: Yeah, the lake blew up in studio B.
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, they're filming a music video on the helipad
- 1:08:59Speaker 3: on the roof, so I might guys if I have
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: to duck out. I got my phone on silent. But
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: you know, somebody trips and falls over something, they're gonna
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: call me. So it's just the way it works.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: Hopefully nobody goes flying past your window there, see.
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: Where it funk that corner of the building.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: I'm good, nice, nice folks, Welcome back. This is the
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: Lonegoming Podcast. This is part two, or the second half,
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: if you will. And bug I came across an interesting
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: document as I sometimes do.
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: Hate you know what, I just realized that. I hate that.
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: I don't want to interrupt, but you know, I can't
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: see right and I was reading, and I know, yeah,
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: you were like, you know, look communicating with your chat.
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: You were like, so, were there any comments or questions
- 1:09:53Speaker 3: about what I was talking about that I missed because
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: I was reading or just talking. I don't want to
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: be rude to your to your chat.
- 1:10:02Speaker 4: You know.
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: Okay, so good?
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I got them all all right.
- 1:10:05Speaker 3: Well, if you guys have any questions or you know, hey,
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: tell us, Hey, you fellas are wasting your damn time.
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: You're not going to figure that out. Go think about
- 1:10:12Speaker 3: something else or whatever. You know.
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you know, we're all good, but I don't want.
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: To think we're wasting our time because I'm having a
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: ball with the once a week research Zoom meetings with
- 1:10:23Speaker 3: these three dudes. It's awesome stuff, man, awesome stuff. Get
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: your reinvigorated about this subject, Rob.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: I know when you, yeah, coming across and finding shit
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: that nobody's ever found before, and you're like, I mean, yeah,
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: it gets you psyched up. Man. I know the feeling,
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: and I don't get it often enough.
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: But unsolicited endorsement, Okay, what document did you come across.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: Now that I got that out of way, this is
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: a weird one, all right, since we're talking about ominous Cubans, right,
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: you know how there's an ominous Hernandez and you know
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: involved in things. Carlos Hernandez comes to mind, Celso Hernandez. Yeah,
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: the Hernandez that Robert McCown said accompanied lead to his
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: front door for rifles.
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: Carlos Hernandez. Though David Boiling got on his trail and
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: followed him through some operations he was involved in and
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: where he was and who he was with. And I'm
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: with David on this guy. He's he may have been
- 1:11:41Speaker 3: a player, he might have been.
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: Yeah, And I came across his document from the nineteen
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: seventies bro about Hernandez. Okay, which one is? Fuck if
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: I know? It's weird.
- 1:12:01Speaker 3: So this is a.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: The hell is this? I think it's an FBI document
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: pretty sure, or it might be a Garrison document. I
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: don't know, but seventy six is way too late to
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: be a Garrison document.
- 1:12:22Speaker 3: So could be a Church committee document.
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: That's possible too. Now, this letter that I came across
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: is addressed to Sarah whoever that is, and it's from BG.
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: Whoever that is, Well, I can tell you BG is
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: Bob G something so Bob G big bad Bob G.
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: And it's regarding a missing airplane, as reported to me
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: by Jim Cromwell, former double A to Congressman Michael from Illinois.
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: And it says the following is a possible scenario I
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: have constructed for my notes, contact reports, memory, et cetera.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: You can compare it to the information you and others
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: have and take it for what it's worth now, Jim
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: Cromwell from a contact report. David twelve fifteen seventy five
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: saw a CBS television assassination show. And here's mcewn McCown
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: or whatever how you pronounced his name.
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: That Robert McCown.
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: Yeah, Castro's personal gun runner right.
- 1:13:45Speaker 3: Now. That's it's Oswald allegedly showed up with him. That's
- 1:13:52Speaker 3: the guy David thinks is carlos Hernandez, this dude that
- 1:13:56Speaker 3: ran with Felix Rodriguez and Rip Robertson and all those cats.
- 1:13:59Speaker 3: I mean, this guy was a bad ass, bad ass commando. Yeah,
- 1:14:03Speaker 3: that's the dude that David is convinced that was the
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: guy going with Oswalt to see McCowan.
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: Is this the same Carlos Hernandez, Yes, New Orleans.
- 1:14:14Speaker 3: Yo, that David would have to tell us. It's too
- 1:14:18Speaker 3: bad he's not in the chat, but I know he's
- 1:14:21Speaker 3: got New Orleans connections to people like Frank Bartez. And
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: who is the younger Rodriguez brother, the one that said
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: he had tapes of Oswald Arnesto. Yeah, well, his older
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: brother Emilio was as decorated a CIA agent as a
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: CIA agent could possibly be. I mean, this is one
- 1:14:48Speaker 3: of those dudes they put his fucking bust on the
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: wall at at Langley. Yeah, Arnesto's big brother, Emilio, and
- 1:14:55Speaker 3: and and Emilio had heavy ties to Carlos as well.
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: So Jim Cromwell sees a CBS's assassination show and here's
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: McCown described Oswald and a Latin named Hernandez who came
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: to him to obtain four high powered rifles with telescopic sites.
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: Yep.
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: The description and mention of Hernandez reminds Cromwell of an
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: incident reported to Michelle or Michael's office in nineteen sixty three,
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: thirteen years ago. Now, okay, the fact that he remembered
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: the incident, so readily seems to indicate that it was
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: taken seriously by Michael's office back then and received the
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: double a's attention. Cromwell tells me of a report they
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: received three days before the jfk assassination, in which Bayerley
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: Aviation out of Peoria, Illinois, reports a plane missing which
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: had been rented by a fellow named Hernandez and returned.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: Cromwell contacted the FBI about the missing plane, but feels
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: the FBI lacked much interest in the case. In fact,
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: he was startled by the nonchalant reply Michael's office received
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: from the Justice Department regarding the missing plane. As far
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: as Cromwell remembers, the FBI nor Byerley ever contacted Michael's
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: office or any further regarding the missing plane as to
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: whether it had been found or was still missing.
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: Now, remember.
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: Michael is a Illinois congressman, okay, and Jim Cromwell, the
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: guy reporting this to the FBI is is AA. I
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: don't know if that's administrative assistant maybe secretary to Congressman
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: Michael of Illinois. The FBI didn't take what he had
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: to say seriously, all right, now, it says Jim Garrison
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: says in one of his books, the god Banister of
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: New Orleans, friend of David Ferry, had previously in charge
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: of the Chicago FBI office. Since Bayery Aviation was located
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: in Peoria, the Chicago FBI office would have done the
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: investigation in the case. It's entirely conceivable that the Chicago
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: FBI investigation was directly or indirectly influenced by this fact,
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: especially if the plane was actually taken by Hernandez and
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: Banister and her Nandez are connected. Cromwell suggested to contact
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: Sharon Yard in Michael's office about the case, since she
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: worked in the office in sixty three and might remember.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: I contacted her on December eighteen, seventy six under the
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: name of Jim Cromwell, and although she did recall the case,
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: she couldn't offer any more than Cromwell. So they contacted
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: this Sharon woman who worked in the office in sixty three,
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: and she remembers when it happened, but she didn't have
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: any more information. Eventually, I did request her to locate
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: the file on the case, but I never heard from
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: her again. I called back once to see what progress
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: had been made in locating the file, but she did
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: not seem to have done much. That was the last
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: I heard from Congressman Michael's office, and then it goes
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: on another contact report of December sixteenth with Jim Byerley
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: and on the seventeenth Walter Staker were inconclusive and determining
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: whether the plane had been rented by someone named Hernandez
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: and never returned or was returned late in sixty three.
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: Now this is the owner of the aviation company right
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: Byerley said he did not have records going back that far,
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: and it's possible the plane could have been owned by
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: someone else who was renting space on Byerley's field at
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: the time, but that he could not recall the incident.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: But this certainly doesn't mean that it didn't occur, especially
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: in light of Cromwell's immediate recollections. Cromwell suggested that Ralph Vinovitch,
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: Michael's present AA, might remember something, as he was in
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: the office in sixty three. Also, I never spoke with
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: Vinevitch about it. However, when I told Cromwell that Bayerley
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: cannot recall the incident, he was surprised and was very
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: sure that it did occur, as he described it to me.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: When these facts are coupled with the following background information,
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: this contact seems worthwhile pursuing to its fullest. And then
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: it lists four things here. Number one, all of this
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: occurs in the Chicago area, where you have previous Banister contacts,
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: and where numerous underworld figures related to the Mafia and
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: Jack Ruby operate.
- 1:19:41Speaker 3: Number two.
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: The investigating agency in this case, the Chicago FBI office,
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: was previously headed by a companion of David Ferry, thus
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: a possible CIA connection.
- 1:19:52Speaker 3: Number Three.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Garrison in his book repeatedly refers to a Chicago phone
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: number which Ruby and Ferry had both called just prior
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: to the assassination. Number four the mysterious fact that Cromwell
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: and Sharon Yard recalled the incident thirteen years after it occurred.
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: But the principles involved Byerley in the FBI don't seem
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: to have done much after the initial contact with Michael's office.
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: Knowing the significance of airplanes missing and waiting in the investigation,
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: I thought I should bring this contact report to your
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: attention for further consideration. Sincerely, Bob G.
- 1:20:25Speaker 3: Hmm, Bob G. I would definitely look at Carlos Hernandez
- 1:20:32Speaker 3: David also has him at Redbird Airport trying to rent airplanes. Really, yes,
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: prior to the assassination.
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: So now this document cuts to an interview and I
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: don't know who's asking questions and who's answering. It just
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: has a Q and a Okay, it's a very as thing.
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: But dude, these are our favorites.
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:21:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: So there it just jumps into something a random page,
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: and it says what about this crash? Was this recorded? Answer? Yes,
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: the government certainly knew about it because the Naval air
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: base and Corpus Christi they cleaned it all up. David
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: said at the time there was some information about it.
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: But Steve tells me and mister Lane tells me there
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: is no evidence of it. Question did the plane crash
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: close to Corpus Christie?
- 1:21:31Speaker 3: What now? Hold up? Answer?
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: Off of it on an island, on a sandy island
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: off of Corpus Christi. Question was it recorded in the
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: Corpus Christie papers that day? Answer? Steve said he checked
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: the Corpus Christie papers and it's not in there. Question
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: I said, we had somebody try and check the Corpus
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: Christie papers and couldn't find it. Did he say exactly
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: what day it was that the plane took place.
- 1:21:57Speaker 3: Same day.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: Question November twenty second, sixty three. Answer yes, yes, Holy shit, dude.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: Now did he say who the other man was in
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: the plane with Carlos? Answer a Caucasian? Question? What was Carlos?
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: Answer?
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: He was Spanish, he was from he was a Cuban exile.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: Question did he say he had ever known these two
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: men before?
- 1:22:29Speaker 3: Answer? Yes?
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: Question did he say where?
- 1:22:33Speaker 3: Answer? Here in New Orleans?
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: Question what did he say? Well, he felt that Kennedy
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: was selling out to the communists, that Kennedy was selling
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: out to the communists. Yeah. Question you say he indicated
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: that he knew this Carlos here in New Orleans? And
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: what connection how well or where? Answer? He didn't say.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: At that time, the whole thing didn't really mean too
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: much to me. You've got to remember, I was in
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: the homosexual underground, Doug, and I was busy trying Kevin Bacon.
- 1:23:05Speaker 3: It's damn Kevin Bacon.
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: And I was too busy, mister Garrison, trying to have
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: fun and hustle a buck.
- 1:23:11Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying. Hey, look, look, look, I
- 1:23:13Speaker 3: hate to interrupt, but I need you to send me
- 1:23:16Speaker 3: that all right, because I guarantee you not all the guys,
- 1:23:21Speaker 3: not all those guys are watching. And I would very
- 1:23:25Speaker 3: much love to share that document in our We've got
- 1:23:28Speaker 3: a we've got a little research, little study group zoom
- 1:23:31Speaker 3: meeting tomorrow. I would very much like to share that
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: with David and Paul and Bill because this is amazing.
- 1:23:37Speaker 3: I'm sorry, go ahead.
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: You've got to remember I was in the Homosexual Underground
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: and I was too busy trying to have fun and
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: hustle a buck.
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: To say homosexual or homosexual homox oh it does.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: Homosexual wasn't spelled.
- 1:23:55Speaker 3: They didn't have the little umlats over the O there.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Still, I wasn't really too interested because I could really
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: care less. And that's literally the only page I live.
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: This interview is in this document, like it's just randomly
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: stuck in there.
- 1:24:12Speaker 3: What in the hell bro that is? That is intriguing
- 1:24:17Speaker 3: and suggestive as hell. And I'm not talking about the
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: homosexual part. I'm talking about the plane crash because when
- 1:24:22Speaker 3: you said plane crash, I'm thinking Alexander Rourke, right, But
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: then you said November twenty second, and I'm like, oh shit,
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: you know now, Carlos Hernandez did live. He was alive
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: after the assassination.
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: I know, right, yeah, I mean just because the plane crash,
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: don't mean that they died, you know what I mean?
- 1:24:42Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: Right now, So I'm thumbing down through the documents because
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: this is all There's thirty four pages in this file. Right, yeah,
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: some of them are repeated. They're repeated over and over
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: and over, same fucking document.
- 1:24:59Speaker 4: Right, So.
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: Come on down or see some another piece of this interview. Right,
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: question and answer, no names. But they're talking about David Ferry,
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: and he says he was always extremely frightened when he
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: was sober, extremely frightened. They're talking about Faery. Question, did
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: he ever tell you how he got to Houston or
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: what he did after the plane didn't show up?
- 1:25:28Speaker 3: Answer? He told me he drove. Oh shit, Okay, now
- 1:25:32Speaker 3: I made the connection. You're talking about somebody. He's gone
- 1:25:37Speaker 3: to Texas during that thunderstorm, the ice skating trip. He's
- 1:25:44Speaker 3: gone to meet a plane that doesn't make it. Okay,
- 1:25:48Speaker 3: this is cool as hell. Yeah, carry answer.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: He says, he told me he drove. Question and this
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: is what happened after the plane didn't show up. Answer.
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: I don't believe I told you that Steve I don't
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: recall now how he told me he got back all.
- 1:26:04Speaker 3: Right, Jaffy. Maybe he did a lot of interviewing for Garrison. Man.
- 1:26:10Speaker 3: You know what that makes me want to do, is
- 1:26:12Speaker 3: you remember the the thing we did the episode on
- 1:26:16Speaker 3: on the that was at the Dallas action with hl Arledge.
- 1:26:21Speaker 3: That that that diary of the Garrison investigation by one
- 1:26:26Speaker 3: of his investigators. Yeah though, Tom, Yeah, yeah, Tom, what's
- 1:26:31Speaker 3: his name? But you can kind of go back through
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: there and look for some Steve names. I mean, if
- 1:26:36Speaker 3: you're trying to narrow it down who that might be.
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: I think he's still alive too. Yeah, actually that.
- 1:26:42Speaker 3: Might be a file that might still be out there
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: somewhere in whole form, you know, yeah, it might be right.
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I hate d that's what just like quick hits,
- 1:26:51Speaker 3: I interrupt the hell out of him constantly with stupid questions.
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: Question did he go to Houston with anyone? Answer?
- 1:26:59Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: Three of question what was their purpose?
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: Answer?
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: He claimed they went to And I find this very
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: hard to swallow that anyone would go to Houston in
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: November from New Orleans to ice skate, because I'm sure
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: you must have an ice skating rink here. I think
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: he made that up an ice skating rink in Houston.
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: It's hot in Houston in November. Question who were the
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: men who went with him?
- 1:27:22Speaker 3: Answer?
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: Well, this one I mentioned to you Terry linfk.
- 1:27:29Speaker 3: All right, that's not familiar.
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: Now this is weird because I've only ever heard that
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: Ferry had two guys with him, Alvin Boboff and.
- 1:27:42Speaker 3: Wasn't Morris Brownly? Who is the other guy?
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: Al Boboff and Melvin Coffee?
- 1:27:49Speaker 3: Maybe? Does that sound right? I know the Boboff name
- 1:27:53Speaker 3: you heard, Terry lynd Fork. Was Coffee also a roommate
- 1:27:58Speaker 3: of his at one time? Or or was that Boboff?
- 1:28:02Speaker 3: Huh huh?
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: I think they all were at some point.
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: Oh oh night er two. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:28:10Speaker 3: You talked about entanglements and whatnot. Oh yeah, oh boy, Yeah,
- 1:28:14Speaker 3: we read that letter, didn't we? On the Dallas Action
- 1:28:17Speaker 3: years ago we did a Hey, all the Rob's listeners
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: go to the Dallas Action and find one called David
- 1:28:24Speaker 3: Faery known creep. That's an episode with Rob and I did.
- 1:28:28Speaker 3: We read from a fat David Fairy file that had
- 1:28:33Speaker 3: some dude. We were reading that stuff and I wanted
- 1:28:38Speaker 3: to use hand sanitizer just reading it. You know it
- 1:28:42Speaker 3: was bad.
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: Just a gay fan of black women as well, I
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: remember correctly.
- 1:28:49Speaker 3: And he was a fan of lots of things, mister fairy,
- 1:28:54Speaker 3: lots of things, lots of things flying around. Yes, Uh,
- 1:29:01Speaker 3: where was that?
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: Terry Lynn Fork? Terry Lynn Fork, Terry Lynn Fork. Now
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: there's just a bunch of jibber jabber bullshit going on here.
- 1:29:14Speaker 3: And then we get to.
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: What appears to be an a r r B document
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: stuffed in here, and it's the originator is uh no,
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: it's just a review a review board h document from
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: the HSCA, I guess from an interview with the Reverend
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: Raymond for shears.
- 1:29:37Speaker 3: Oh wow, he's been Uh he's been a repeat subject
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: on the Lone Guming podcast over the years, says he not. Heys,
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: Yeah, leader of the Lavender Panthers.
- 1:29:54Speaker 3: Uh. That'll be isolated for a sound bite for later
- 1:29:58Speaker 3: use on quick hits. Yeah that's precious, he said, Uh,
- 1:30:04Speaker 3: he says.
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: Let me say this, David Ferry was a very kind person.
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: He saved my life. I can't tell you what I
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: mean by that, but he actually physically saved my life.
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: He was a very kind person. He was a very
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: generous person. And anything that he was involved with, he
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: did it out of the sense of not out of
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: a sense of negativity. He did it out of a
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: sense of pure goodness. Doug. He just loved to love
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: and the immortal words of Fred Litwin.
- 1:30:40Speaker 3: Was a good guy. Yeah, yeah, great guy, great guy,
- 1:30:47Speaker 3: great guy. You know, didn't uh did we talk about
- 1:30:55Speaker 3: because he was Atlanta a couple of years ago last
- 1:30:57Speaker 3: time I was there. Uh, we talked about me just photocopying,
- 1:31:03Speaker 3: just printing out that letter, that fairy thing we read
- 1:31:05Speaker 3: and go check this out. Bro.
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: Shit, Now you tell me again when you get done reading.
- 1:31:11Speaker 3: If he was a good guy. I think Sally has
- 1:31:14Speaker 3: actually listened to that episode. Maybe Sally Frankie Mack, what's bullshit?
- 1:31:24Speaker 3: Who's uh was that me? Was that full of bullshit?
- 1:31:29Speaker 3: Was that me? I'm sorry, Sally, look at says bullshit?
- 1:31:32Speaker 3: Damn it. Oh, I don't know what I do.
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: I think that he was a meaning he was a
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: good guy.
- 1:31:36Speaker 3: Bull Oh okay, yeah, no, no, no, he was not
- 1:31:41Speaker 3: uh like like the like The title of the episode says,
- 1:31:44Speaker 3: known creep.
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: South Towest says Doug had the best description of Fairy's
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: mind quote, it was like he had five hundred tabs
- 1:31:51Speaker 1: opened on it on an internet browser.
- 1:31:53Speaker 3: And some other mother and some other motherfucker's got the mouse.
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: Yeah, yeahright back to the document. I'm guessing Brashar's is
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: talking to Garrison here actually, because Garrison says, well, patriotism,
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: maybe brashears it goes beyond that. And I can give
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: you my word on that as a humanitarian, I can
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: give you my word on that that he was a
- 1:32:18Speaker 1: good person and anything that he got involved in he
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: did because it was right in his heart. All I
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: know is that he weighed the pros and the cons
- 1:32:26Speaker 1: and what he did he felt he was doing for
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: the good of the country. And he wasn't some radical person.
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: He really wasn't. I found it to be a very
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: rational person. He could set and he would analyze things out,
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: you know, and lay it out for you. But he
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: did tell me that he went to Galveston, Texas. Like
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: he just throws that out there. He says Houston was
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: involved in it, But he went to Galveston to fly
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: a plane. And that's all I know for absolutely sure.
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: He was to fly a plane to Cape Town, South
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: Africa then later on to Victoria. He was gonna take
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: flyplane from Galveston to Cape Town and then to Victoria. Yeah,
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: via a route through the Americas. So this serious plane
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: they crashed. And Corpus Corpus Christie is down.
- 1:33:14Speaker 3: South, yeah, like on the coast. Yeah, in the bay,
- 1:33:18Speaker 3: and so.
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: Is Galveston, which is pretty is pretty close to Corpus Christal.
- 1:33:22Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I mean there's literally a Corpus Christie Bay.
- 1:33:26Speaker 3: You can't get much more, you know.
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: Yeah, and if you start putting, you know, one plus
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: two plus three plus four, who knows what the hell
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: this is?
- 1:33:35Speaker 3: Right? A lot of tiny little airports that will take
- 1:33:42Speaker 3: cash for fuel, you know, between American dollars between there
- 1:33:48Speaker 3: and there.
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: So they're they're pressing him. They said, uh, he said
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: he was supposed to fly, but he never did. Garrison said,
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: I'm asking you now, what did David Fairy tell you
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: was the reason he was going to go there and
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: fly this plane? And Brocher says, no, you're making it
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: sound like and I don't like what you're saying. Gearrison says, no,
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: I want you to say it. Brashire says, please, you're
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: making it sound like he told me this in sixty three,
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: and he told me this in sixty five. It's in
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: the past tense, right, I said, Garrison's dog in the dass,
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: trying to get him to talk, and he said, okay,
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: in nineteen sixty five when you had this conversation with
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: David Ferry, was this two years after Kennedy was dead?
- 1:34:32Speaker 3: Right? Yeah, all right?
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: In sixty five, did Fairy tell you what this flying
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: of the plane was all about? What did he plan
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: to do or what was going to do or what
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: he did? Brahier said, he was supposed to have flown
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: the plane New Mexico. Blah blah blah. I don't know
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: all the stops I can't remember, but it was to
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: eventually end up. And then it goes end of tape
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: one sat A, dang it starts off. All right now,
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: mister Forshears, I've just turned the tape over. Now, you
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: were telling us that David Ferry in sixty five had
- 1:35:05Speaker 1: related something to you about this plane trip that he
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: was going to take or fly. And you said, he
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: told you that he was going to fly them. Now,
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: what did the them relate to or they relate to?
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: And he says he was supposed to have flown three
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: people who were coming in from Dallas to this is
- 1:35:23Speaker 1: what he said, South Africa, which did not have an
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: extradition treaty with the US at the time.
- 1:35:29Speaker 3: How we damned Huh makes a tiny bit of sense.
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: Yeah, And Brosher says, and then these three people were
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: people who were involved in the assassination of JFK. Garrison says,
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: that's what David Ferry told you, and Brasher says, that's right.
- 1:35:52Speaker 3: Hey, yo, put up. Claude Williams's comment.
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: I lived and corpus is like, thirty miles.
- 1:36:03Speaker 3: Dude, what are you doing? You need to ride down
- 1:36:05Speaker 3: there tomorrow start looking for us.
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: See you find that?
- 1:36:08Speaker 3: Yeah? Did did a plane crashing around there somewhere as
- 1:36:12Speaker 3: some locals? Bro, Yeah, you've been enlisted. You're now part
- 1:36:16Speaker 3: of the Lone Going podcast Investigatory what Rob.
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: Street team?
- 1:36:23Speaker 3: What he said? Hell, yeah, take and you Dean, let
- 1:36:29Speaker 3: her take like some cast rolled or some ship and
- 1:36:31Speaker 3: pass it around. Somebody will tell you something.
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: Yeah, wear a short skirt and get their knees out.
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: Layton Martins that was the other.
- 1:36:44Speaker 3: Guy he was with. Oh yeah, yeah, I was gonna
- 1:36:47Speaker 3: say that, said.
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: I and Layton Martin's that little punk and the other punk.
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: So I guess uh Bars didn't like him.
- 1:37:01Speaker 3: Jealousy. That's pure jealousy right there, Yeah.
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: Bo Boff and Martin Martins and then they go on
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: and talking about well Bush here says, uh, I have
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: reason to believe that it was based upon his affiliation.
- 1:37:22Speaker 1: I have reason to believe it was Carlos Marcelo. Did
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: did fairy tell you who was paying for him transporting
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: all these people? And he says, I have reason to
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: believe it was Carlos Marcelo. And he says Marcelo or
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: Sergio Smith? And Garrison who he said?
- 1:37:37Speaker 3: Who is he?
- 1:37:39Speaker 1: What was that other name? Sergio Smith? Would you say
- 1:37:42Speaker 1: it again?
- 1:37:43Speaker 3: Slowly? Smith?
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: What's his name? And uh Sergio Seggio Garrison said, Here
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: says sir g Oh, well the fucker yeah, do you
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: hear me that time?
- 1:37:59Speaker 3: Motherfucker? Good lord, Garrison must have been harder here.
- 1:38:04Speaker 1: Now, Garrison says, now, who is this Carlos Marcelo you're
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: talking about? As if Garrison has no clue who Carlos is?
- 1:38:11Speaker 3: So what's he just? He's just playing dumb with the guy. Yeah, man, yeah,
- 1:38:15Speaker 3: for she.
- 1:38:15Speaker 1: Says, all I know is he's somebody with the syndicate
- 1:38:18Speaker 1: and he was involved in a lot of heroin trafficking
- 1:38:20Speaker 1: in New Orleans and all over really, so they talk
- 1:38:25Speaker 1: about him working for Marcelo and Fly.
- 1:38:28Speaker 3: Now Marcelo said he was just a simple tomato salesman.
- 1:38:31Speaker 1: Rob Yeah, yeah, yeah, but Une yeah, man, I mean this,
- 1:38:39Speaker 1: this document just goes on and on. I'm trying to
- 1:38:42Speaker 1: think of the see if there's any anything else in
- 1:38:44Speaker 1: here about Carlos and Hernandez. Let's see. I think that's
- 1:38:55Speaker 1: about it, because yeah, we're getting back to more duplicate
- 1:38:59Speaker 1: documents of same thing.
- 1:39:00Speaker 3: So don't you love that?
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: Yeah, gotta love it. Ooh, here's something different. This is
- 1:39:12Speaker 1: from June twenty fourth, nineteen and seventy six, all right
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: to the to the r SS or the DSS from
- 1:39:22Speaker 1: sw L R E JFK. A lot of abbreviations in this,
- 1:39:25Speaker 1: and it's very faded. It's hard to tell, but it says.
- 1:39:31Speaker 1: Bob Goldberg called this morning with his suggesting that we
- 1:39:34Speaker 1: go back to the tip from Congressman Michael's former a
- 1:39:37Speaker 1: Jim Cromwell, who've said a plane that disappeared from an
- 1:39:41Speaker 1: Illinois airfield three days before the assassination. The plane was
- 1:39:44Speaker 1: rented by a man named Hernandez and never returned. I
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: agree with Bob that it might be good to go
- 1:39:50Speaker 1: back to Michael's office to see if they can dig
- 1:39:51Speaker 1: anything out. And this now, this is a year later
- 1:39:55Speaker 1: from you know, from when they were originally talking about it. Yeah,
- 1:39:59Speaker 1: and then there's a no on here that says NB
- 1:40:03Speaker 1: colon I have similar lead r E Redbird Field in Dallas.
- 1:40:08Speaker 3: Memo to come t y six twenty four. Oh shit, Yeah,
- 1:40:16Speaker 3: I need you to send me that. I would love
- 1:40:18Speaker 3: to share that with David because he's been sort of
- 1:40:22Speaker 3: hot on Carlos Hernandez's trail through Redbird through Mcowan for
- 1:40:27Speaker 3: a few years. I think we may have talked about
- 1:40:30Speaker 3: that on the show several years ago.
- 1:40:34Speaker 1: Yeah, now this is weird. What do you know what
- 1:40:37Speaker 1: RSS is? Does anybody tiny dancer?
- 1:40:41Speaker 3: RSS? Yes? Can you share the document? Let me look
- 1:40:46Speaker 3: at Is it an abbreviation? What do you got?
- 1:40:50Speaker 1: Well, they're calling him, this is who the thing is
- 1:40:54Speaker 1: addressed to, d m TG d N RSS return earned
- 1:41:00Speaker 1: a DM for file and then it's RSS staffer and
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: the initials BG.
- 1:41:07Speaker 3: I'd have to look at it. I mean, I don't
- 1:41:09Speaker 3: know if it's FBI what it is.
- 1:41:16Speaker 1: Let me keep going and see if see if there's
- 1:41:20Speaker 1: anything else that might lead us to what the hell
- 1:41:22Speaker 1: this is?
- 1:41:27Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:41:28Speaker 1: I'm sure Simpits knows, but uh, weird, weird.
- 1:41:35Speaker 3: David's pretty good at deciphering those abbreviations because you know,
- 1:41:39Speaker 3: like RSS cos you know it's it, And sometimes when
- 1:41:44Speaker 3: he explains them to me, I'm like, oh, well that
- 1:41:46Speaker 3: was obvious if I, you know, thought about it for
- 1:41:49Speaker 3: two minutes.
- 1:41:50Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, But I'll send you this file and
- 1:41:54Speaker 1: feel free to share with them guys and see what
- 1:41:56Speaker 1: they think about it.
- 1:41:58Speaker 3: Tiny wants you to say it again, r s S.
- 1:42:01Speaker 1: Hang on, let me see if I can share this.
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: Hold tight, let me see if I can snipe it
- 1:42:14Speaker 1: because I'm in the I'm in pro scenes and I
- 1:42:16Speaker 1: don't want to screw ship up, but hopefully I can
- 1:42:21Speaker 1: save this and then share it.
- 1:42:23Speaker 3: Hang on, this dancer, he is working on it for us,
- 1:42:26Speaker 3: so we can get a gander of it.
- 1:42:27Speaker 1: You and die, it's coming ready and let's see here
- 1:42:32Speaker 1: ed a new layer a media file up.
- 1:42:38Speaker 2: Where is it?
- 1:42:40Speaker 1: Where is it? Where is there?
- 1:42:44Speaker 3: It is? Tiny, said.
- 1:42:50Speaker 1: Nacroiss Home all right, can you see that, Doug, it's
- 1:42:58Speaker 1: French Gubert.
- 1:42:59Speaker 3: Let me see.
- 1:43:04Speaker 4: Quo.
- 1:43:08Speaker 3: That is definitely well, you know, it looks like it
- 1:43:12Speaker 3: could be CIA, but I don't know. I would love to,
- 1:43:14Speaker 3: uh yeah, definitely get that to David and Bill tomorrow
- 1:43:19Speaker 3: and I could probably have you an answer for your
- 1:43:21Speaker 3: show next week.
- 1:43:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. I mean there's a lot of abbreviations.
- 1:43:26Speaker 3: Going on there.
- 1:43:26Speaker 1: You know, shit, how do I get.
- 1:43:37Speaker 3: All is? Well?
- 1:43:38Speaker 1: Heye, poppy, there we madam? All right, Doug, you want
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: to drop what I said? It's rob Yeah, we're back.
- 1:43:47Speaker 1: We're back, all right, Doug. You want to get into
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: some of the other documents you sent me earlier?
- 1:43:54Speaker 3: Uh sure, I thought you what did you had some emails?
- 1:43:59Speaker 3: I gotta tell you, man, some of those documents. I
- 1:44:01Speaker 3: was like, hey, we'll look through this file, but I
- 1:44:04Speaker 3: gotta tell I kind of hit it in. There's just
- 1:44:06Speaker 3: not much there.
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: I gotta tell you, Oh okay, well yeah, it's up
- 1:44:09Speaker 1: to you. We can skip it and hit hit emails.
- 1:44:12Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:44:12Speaker 1: Really, I was like, it was like, you know, go
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: back up for what you know, if we needed some
- 1:44:18Speaker 1: extra fluff, right, it.
- 1:44:20Speaker 3: Would have been a backup for a backup segment on
- 1:44:23Speaker 3: Quick It's maybe I gotta tell you I'm sorry I
- 1:44:26Speaker 3: let you down, but I hope I redeem myself with
- 1:44:29Speaker 3: my with my little with my little pepe peppe peppy thing. Yes,
- 1:44:34Speaker 3: but now you know, we're not, like I say, we're
- 1:44:37Speaker 3: not gonna solve the case or anything. We'll just see
- 1:44:40Speaker 3: if we can identify just where those two operations could
- 1:44:43Speaker 3: have emanated. Right. And also, here's another thing, another facet
- 1:44:50Speaker 3: to it. Right, in the interest of pairing down your
- 1:44:54Speaker 3: conspiracy theory, I guess you know, because these guys are
- 1:44:58Speaker 3: kind of in the same school we are, you know,
- 1:45:00Speaker 3: the monolithic, gigantic, huge conspiracies. Probably not what happened, right,
- 1:45:05Speaker 3: in trying to identify if there are any people that
- 1:45:09Speaker 3: we think were genuinely probably involved in the assassination, right,
- 1:45:16Speaker 3: who could have been in a position to affect a
- 1:45:20Speaker 3: propaganda operation like the Pepe letters or the Pedro Charles letters.
- 1:45:27Speaker 3: You know, people who are like the spoke of the wheel, right,
- 1:45:32Speaker 3: like like, Okay, there are other people that you and
- 1:45:34Speaker 3: I are convinced or personally ourselves are convinced or involved
- 1:45:39Speaker 3: in the assassination.
- 1:45:40Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:45:40Speaker 3: John Martine would be one of them, right, exactly, yeah, exactly, Well,
- 1:45:46Speaker 3: who would be in a position to have access, say
- 1:45:50Speaker 3: to the information regarding black information propaganda operations, right, Paul
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: Blow He calls these like a black letter operation, and
- 1:46:04Speaker 3: that's a good term for it. But someone in a
- 1:46:07Speaker 3: position to affect both, you know, the the assassination itself
- 1:46:13Speaker 3: and that operation and something like the Pedro Charles letters
- 1:46:19Speaker 3: or the Pepe letters. You know, who's in a position
- 1:46:21Speaker 3: to do that. Like you and I talk a lot
- 1:46:23Speaker 3: about the Mexico City operation, right of the Oswalden Mexico
- 1:46:28Speaker 3: City thing, right, regimental support staff, that makes perfect sense,
- 1:46:35Speaker 3: and that would be yeah, actually, damn right, good work, misdancer. Yes,
- 1:46:43Speaker 3: beIN trabajo, madam. Absolutely, But yeah, you know, like you
- 1:46:49Speaker 3: and I talk, like with the assassination itself, not very
- 1:46:54Speaker 3: many people a dozen people in the world are going
- 1:46:56Speaker 3: to know that those microphones are in the Cuban consulate
- 1:46:59Speaker 3: and and the Soviet consulate in Mexico City. So that
- 1:47:03Speaker 3: really cuts down the number of people who could have
- 1:47:06Speaker 3: the idea to send an oswald impersonator through Mexico City
- 1:47:10Speaker 3: to get him on tape. Right. It pairs it down, right,
- 1:47:14Speaker 3: So one of the things we're trying to do, is
- 1:47:16Speaker 3: okay the stay behind networks in Cuba that possibly would
- 1:47:23Speaker 3: have been the source of the mailed letters, right, tying
- 1:47:27Speaker 3: Pedro Charles to Oswald, tying Antonio Rodriguez to a pro
- 1:47:33Speaker 3: Castro plot to murder Kennedy and to Pino Machado. Right, okay, Well,
- 1:47:38Speaker 3: who was in a position, say within the agency, right
- 1:47:42Speaker 3: or within the anti Castro mill you as it were,
- 1:47:51Speaker 3: Thank you, sir, Hey you momos quicker on the button, Brot.
- 1:47:54Speaker 3: I gotta give him that. I gotta give him that.
- 1:47:56Speaker 3: But you know, seeing if we can pay to picture
- 1:48:01Speaker 3: draw some lines too, from the Dallas plot to say,
- 1:48:06Speaker 3: the Mexico City plot, to the black propaganda operations, specifically
- 1:48:12Speaker 3: these two that emanated around the assassination and before it.
- 1:48:17Speaker 3: And you know, I don't know if we're gonna come
- 1:48:18Speaker 3: up with a you know, Golden Key type answer and nothing,
- 1:48:23Speaker 3: but uh.
- 1:48:24Speaker 1: I'll give you to look into who's that one?
- 1:48:30Speaker 3: Man?
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: Our boxes are all fucked up? Hold on a second,
- 1:48:34Speaker 1: how does get all fucking.
- 1:48:36Speaker 3: Bro don't look at me. This is the first time
- 1:48:39Speaker 3: we're doing a show and it's not anchored. I'm listening.
- 1:48:42Speaker 3: I'm not I didn't fuck nothing up this time? This time.
- 1:48:46Speaker 1: I'm sure I time. I just don't know how I did.
- 1:48:50Speaker 3: You guys have no idea how how many Saturday mornings
- 1:48:53Speaker 3: doing quick hits at MOMO and I have had to
- 1:48:55Speaker 3: call the lead engineer here at the studio at home
- 1:48:58Speaker 3: so he could remote in to fix something Momo fucked
- 1:49:02Speaker 3: up before we could even start. Rob's over there on
- 1:49:06Speaker 3: the other end, like twiddling his thumbs, but just just.
- 1:49:10Speaker 1: Digging into some things and seeing certain documents.
- 1:49:16Speaker 4: Was it.
- 1:49:19Speaker 1: Carlos Bringer's uncle was a stay behind in the in
- 1:49:24Speaker 1: the dre.
- 1:49:28Speaker 3: No, I wouldn't It wouldn't surprise me.
- 1:49:30Speaker 1: I think it was Jorge Bringer. So I'm just saying
- 1:49:38Speaker 1: maybe after the assassination he talked to his brother and
- 1:49:45Speaker 1: Carlos said, hey.
- 1:49:48Speaker 3: You know for the Pedro Charles letters, that's that's that's
- 1:49:52Speaker 3: pretty good thinking. I mean, if he's if he's still
- 1:49:55Speaker 3: a stay behind part of one of these stay behind
- 1:49:58Speaker 3: networks of the CIA in Cuba, you know, I mean,
- 1:50:05Speaker 3: just throwing it out there, just throwing it out there,
- 1:50:07Speaker 3: and yeah, for sure, but you know, and when we say,
- 1:50:13Speaker 3: like like I used the football analogy of same playbook,
- 1:50:16Speaker 3: different set and downs, you know, between say, the Pepe
- 1:50:18Speaker 3: letters and the Pedro Charles letters. It's I don't believe
- 1:50:25Speaker 3: so I but I can't say for sure. And interestingly enough,
- 1:50:31Speaker 3: uh no war with Iran. I believe Paul Blow has
- 1:50:37Speaker 3: found documents with the kryptonyms in them, with links between
- 1:50:44Speaker 3: Pino Machado and June cop But unfortunately, excuse me, we've
- 1:50:49Speaker 3: shared so much information between the four of us in
- 1:50:52Speaker 3: the past couple months, and I've read so much information.
- 1:50:56Speaker 3: I'm forgetting the details right now, and I do apologize,
- 1:50:58Speaker 3: but I guarantee you that's gonna be part of the
- 1:51:01Speaker 3: whole thing.
- 1:51:01Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, and we can update you a little
- 1:51:04Speaker 1: bit on the next quick hits, bring them up to speed,
- 1:51:08Speaker 1: you know.
- 1:51:10Speaker 3: Yeah. And now that this we know, this is so
- 1:51:12Speaker 3: easy to do, I've just come back on here. Fuck wa,
- 1:51:16Speaker 3: y'all see how y'all see? I just invited myself, like
- 1:51:19Speaker 3: like like my in laws do on my damn vacation
- 1:51:22Speaker 3: every year. Just invite yourself.
- 1:51:24Speaker 1: I've got I've got an empty seat over there, you know,
- 1:51:27Speaker 1: for the future.
- 1:51:28Speaker 3: So I'm I'm gonna have to sit under that light fixture. Emma, No,
- 1:51:35Speaker 3: we'll put up some cardboard up over yeah, we don't
- 1:51:38Speaker 3: want to almost gave away some inside baseball there. I'll
- 1:51:41Speaker 3: shut the fuck up now.
- 1:51:45Speaker 1: Oh lord, all right, Doug, you ready for some emails?
- 1:51:50Speaker 3: Hell yeah, I'm ready for even like quick hits. We
- 1:51:53Speaker 3: got that. These are quick Hits emails or these the
- 1:51:55Speaker 3: lone Gumming podcast emails?
- 1:51:57Speaker 1: Because look, huh, these are the lone Gumming podcast email.
- 1:52:01Speaker 3: Oh good, because I'm like, we're scheduled in two weeks. Man,
- 1:52:04Speaker 3: don't don't like.
- 1:52:05Speaker 1: I'm not gonna blow the load here.
- 1:52:07Speaker 3: Don't don't. Don't enter your whole sack right now.
- 1:52:11Speaker 1: No, No, I just figured it'd be cool to do
- 1:52:13Speaker 1: some lung gumming emails because I never read them on
- 1:52:16Speaker 1: the show. I get them all the time, but I
- 1:52:18Speaker 1: just never read them.
- 1:52:20Speaker 3: Oh that's Awesome's too bad we don't have our quick
- 1:52:22Speaker 3: Hits email theme.
- 1:52:23Speaker 1: I try to answer most of them, but you know,
- 1:52:25Speaker 1: it's a lot.
- 1:52:27Speaker 3: It's a lot, dude, for real, for real. I shut
- 1:52:30Speaker 3: mine down years ago. It was just ding ding ding
- 1:52:33Speaker 3: ding ding all day time. Yeah, alright, emails, that's right,
- 1:52:45Speaker 3: Hell yeah, brought to you by Rob Clark. Hell yeah,
- 1:52:52Speaker 3: he is awesome. It was got to be mails. Yeah,
- 1:52:58Speaker 3: triple b mails. Hell, yeah, triple emails.
- 1:53:02Speaker 1: Let me put my whistle before we get into this. Okay,
- 1:53:08Speaker 1: this comes from Dave Boom. It's titled praise and a
- 1:53:13Speaker 1: couple of corrections, because you know how much I love
- 1:53:15Speaker 1: being corrected.
- 1:53:16Speaker 3: Though I love you.
- 1:53:17Speaker 1: You fucked up, Hey, Rob, longtime listener, first time emailer.
- 1:53:24Speaker 1: Love all your podcasts. Informative and entertaining for sure.
- 1:53:28Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 1:53:30Speaker 1: I very much appreciate your current dives into the lore
- 1:53:34Speaker 1: and your attempts to set the record straight. You're making
- 1:53:37Speaker 1: important points and doing valuable work.
- 1:53:40Speaker 3: Thanks Dave.
- 1:53:40Speaker 1: I appreciate that. But in that spirit, I'm hoping to
- 1:53:47Speaker 1: help correct a few things in a tale of two morticians,
- 1:53:53Speaker 1: just pointing out that Jane Mansfield was not decapitated. It's
- 1:54:00Speaker 1: it's an unfortunate story that has become part of the
- 1:54:02Speaker 1: lore of her death.
- 1:54:04Speaker 3: Well that's news to me. I thought I thought that
- 1:54:06Speaker 3: was the case, but nay.
- 1:54:07Speaker 1: You know, an early reporter looked at the scene and
- 1:54:11Speaker 1: or photographs and noticed her wig on the dashboard or
- 1:54:15Speaker 1: tangled in the steering wheel. That erroneous report was Rinston
- 1:54:19Speaker 1: repeated throughout the years. To quote your observation on Quick
- 1:54:25Speaker 1: Hits sadly, her daughter Mariska Hargatea, who was asleep in
- 1:54:29Speaker 1: the back of the car by the way.
- 1:54:34Speaker 3: She could get one. Doug. Oh oh yeah, yeah, yeah
- 1:54:40Speaker 3: twice if she has nice.
- 1:54:41Speaker 1: Yeah, has had to live with that unfortunate and ugly
- 1:54:45Speaker 1: rumor all her life. Just wanted you to be aware,
- 1:54:48Speaker 1: because I can tell you don't want to be a
- 1:54:50Speaker 1: party just spreading incorrect info. Oh heaven forbid, I spread
- 1:54:56Speaker 1: incorrect info. Doug.
- 1:54:57Speaker 3: Oh, I know, man, you can't do that.
- 1:55:00Speaker 1: Oh, I mean, I feel like I do it all
- 1:55:02Speaker 1: the time. You know, there's always been disclaiming.
- 1:55:08Speaker 3: Maybe I don't think I spread incorrect info. I just
- 1:55:11Speaker 3: wish I didn't forget shit so much, you know, when
- 1:55:14Speaker 3: we're doing shows. That's the bad part. I can't remember
- 1:55:16Speaker 3: anything anymore. That's why I got these notebooks. That's what
- 1:55:21Speaker 3: those are for.
- 1:55:22Speaker 1: And that's why I do spread misinformation sometimes because I
- 1:55:25Speaker 1: don't write shit down. I just go off the top
- 1:55:28Speaker 1: of my head. And trust me, it is a mess
- 1:55:30Speaker 1: in there, folks, a mess thirty thirty five years of
- 1:55:37Speaker 1: fucked up quotes and paragraphs and books and stories and
- 1:55:44Speaker 1: forums and everything else and podcasts.
- 1:55:46Speaker 3: Good lord, dude, I wrote I wrote sixteen pages about
- 1:55:49Speaker 3: some letters this week, and while of God, couldn't even
- 1:55:52Speaker 3: remember if they were all fucking typed. I've been studying
- 1:55:55Speaker 3: that all week.
- 1:55:57Speaker 1: What the hell, Hey, it happens.
- 1:56:01Speaker 3: I know. That's the thing about this live thing. Right,
- 1:56:05Speaker 3: one time you and I did a did a did
- 1:56:07Speaker 3: a show together Robbie Robertson's very fine podcast Out of
- 1:56:13Speaker 3: the Blank yep, right, And uh, I don't think we
- 1:56:20Speaker 3: did it live. I think he taped it. He pre
- 1:56:23Speaker 3: recorded it, right, but he was gonna like upload it
- 1:56:25Speaker 3: that very same day. It was hours later. I was
- 1:56:28Speaker 3: just going over in my head and I realized that
- 1:56:30Speaker 3: I swapped the CIA kryptonyms for the United States in Cuba, right,
- 1:56:35Speaker 3: I got him backwards PB rooming in PB Prime And
- 1:56:39Speaker 3: that fucked with me all day. Man, And I said
- 1:56:41Speaker 3: that dude, I actually sent that dude to like sending
- 1:56:44Speaker 3: an email like could you beat that out please? Because
- 1:56:47Speaker 3: I'm a dumb ass, you know, And he's like, nobody's
- 1:56:51Speaker 3: nobody's gonna know, man, nobody's I'm like, but I will, right,
- 1:56:57Speaker 3: That's why I write everything down, damn.
- 1:56:59Speaker 1: It, dude. I used to beat myself up so much
- 1:57:03Speaker 1: for saying wrong shit on here. Now, I just don't
- 1:57:05Speaker 1: care anymore.
- 1:57:06Speaker 5: I just.
- 1:57:08Speaker 1: I don't even highlight it anymore. I just don't even
- 1:57:10Speaker 1: mention it. I'll just keep it going.
- 1:57:12Speaker 3: I remember one time in the early days, early early days,
- 1:57:16Speaker 3: right before we get edit, I did like a forty
- 1:57:19Speaker 3: minute before we can pause. Yeah, before we could pause. Yeah,
- 1:57:24Speaker 3: fuck edited, we couldn't even pause it. He's right now,
- 1:57:27Speaker 3: he's right. We used to do this when we started
- 1:57:29Speaker 3: doing this. You better not hit fucking stop.
- 1:57:34Speaker 1: If you fucked up twenty minutes into a thirty minute podcast,
- 1:57:38Speaker 1: trash it over.
- 1:57:40Speaker 3: Fuck yep. Yeah, that's all it took. You lose You
- 1:57:44Speaker 3: lose your spot one time. But I did. I got
- 1:57:48Speaker 3: the Oswald in Mexico City, visit to the consulate wrong
- 1:57:55Speaker 3: by two days, right like the date. Yeah, And I
- 1:58:00Speaker 3: was like I had to think and right the upload button,
- 1:58:03Speaker 3: and I'm like, fuck, it was like forty two minutes long.
- 1:58:08Speaker 3: Finally I said, I can't do that. I gotta redo it,
- 1:58:11Speaker 3: and I redid that whole damn thing. Yeah. Those were
- 1:58:14Speaker 3: the days, man. Yeah, And this was back when, like
- 1:58:18Speaker 3: you know, our kids were little and they'd bang on
- 1:58:20Speaker 3: the door and shiit thirteen minutes fourteen minutes into it,
- 1:58:22Speaker 3: you'd be like, fuck, I gotta start over now. Damn.
- 1:58:25Speaker 1: I'll be sitting in my car at work, birds tripping
- 1:58:29Speaker 1: in the background.
- 1:58:30Speaker 3: That's right. You used to used to record him in
- 1:58:32Speaker 3: the cart work. Yeah.
- 1:58:33Speaker 1: Yeah, whatever song was playing on the on the car
- 1:58:36Speaker 1: radio would be my interest song.
- 1:58:40Speaker 3: Hell yeah, uploaded at lunchtime, recorded, recorded. But you know,
- 1:58:45Speaker 3: I was thinking about Buel Fraser today. That motherfucker rob
- 1:58:49Speaker 3: it upload eighteen minutes bam, Yeah, I was quoting rob there.
- 1:58:54Speaker 3: I'm not calling that man that name. Robby. Can't even
- 1:58:56Speaker 3: edit that out, can you?
- 1:58:58Speaker 4: No?
- 1:58:58Speaker 3: Damn, I keep forgetting I'm not a quick hit.
- 1:59:02Speaker 1: That's all right, nobody watches.
- 1:59:04Speaker 3: Uh he probably does know my luck. I'm sorry, sir, And.
- 1:59:08Speaker 1: Let me just tell everybody thank you out there for
- 1:59:12Speaker 1: I think last week's show was the quickest ever to
- 1:59:17Speaker 1: reach the most views in a week, over twelve hundred
- 1:59:21Speaker 1: views on the Matt Doubted episode in less damn. So
- 1:59:26Speaker 1: that's pretty damn good.
- 1:59:28Speaker 3: That's pretty awesome, dude. Maybe you have that guy back
- 1:59:31Speaker 3: next week?
- 1:59:33Speaker 1: Right Where were we here?
- 1:59:37Speaker 3: Oh? Yes, why pro chargers are better than turbos? More corrections?
- 1:59:42Speaker 1: Oh okay, going back to episode three seventy five, which Doug,
- 1:59:47Speaker 1: I couldn't tell you what the hell three seventy five was,
- 1:59:49Speaker 1: and we're only on three eighty four, but I'm hip it.
- 1:59:55Speaker 1: Maybe this will clear it up. A lot was made
- 1:59:57Speaker 1: of Johnny Brewer's testimony about the lobby or a fourier
- 2:00:01Speaker 1: or alcove. There was confusion about was Oswald in the
- 2:00:05Speaker 1: store or not, and I think, looking at different versions
- 2:00:07Speaker 1: of his accounts was somehow misinterpreted as him changing his
- 2:00:11Speaker 1: story or lying. And he sends a photo of Hardy's
- 2:00:14Speaker 1: Shoe store which I can I'm looking at, I see it.
- 2:00:19Speaker 1: The door is set back from the sidewalk by at
- 2:00:21Speaker 1: least ten to twelve feet, creating an alcove or an
- 2:00:25Speaker 1: outside lobby if you will, on either side, or glass
- 2:00:29Speaker 1: display windows. It's almost like a hallway and an ideal
- 2:00:33Speaker 1: place to duck in if someone didn't want to be
- 2:00:36Speaker 1: noticed standing directly on the sidewalk in front of the building.
- 2:00:40Speaker 1: It's a small detail you may not have caught in
- 2:00:43Speaker 1: photos or recreations of the Oswald and Brewer account. I
- 2:00:47Speaker 1: only bring it up to help clear up the confusion,
- 2:00:49Speaker 1: because the longer that discussion went on, the more, it
- 2:00:51Speaker 1: seemed to spiral away from the facts. Hey, just because
- 2:00:56Speaker 1: the other windnesses inside the store didn't see Oswald enter
- 2:00:59Speaker 1: the door, doesn't mean Brewer was lying on this point,
- 2:01:06Speaker 1: not criticizing, just offering info. Mm hmmm, uh, I'll skip
- 2:01:15Speaker 1: that part.
- 2:01:17Speaker 3: Uh No, it must be bad.
- 2:01:20Speaker 1: Uh looking forward to more fantastic info sent from my
- 2:01:29Speaker 1: iPad without spell checking, proofreading, or other common courtesies. Oh no,
- 2:01:34Speaker 1: thank you Dave for your kind words at the beginning
- 2:01:37Speaker 1: of your email. And as for your corrections, go fuck yourself, Dave.
- 2:01:46Speaker 3: No, kay would not be in your favorite as long
- 2:01:49Speaker 3: as you know. He's not the one to play with.
- 2:01:51Speaker 1: There's more than one side to a story, you know
- 2:01:53Speaker 1: what I'm saying, And there's more than I mean, I'm
- 2:01:57Speaker 1: just taking what the document said that face value, and
- 2:02:00Speaker 1: he's looking more into what Brewer's testimony means, you know,
- 2:02:05Speaker 1: And it said what it said, and that's all we
- 2:02:08Speaker 1: went by.
- 2:02:08Speaker 3: You reported the information. He's engaged in analysis, right right, yeah, yeah,
- 2:02:14Speaker 3: you know, different things.
- 2:02:16Speaker 1: Does it matter if Oswald was in the store, if
- 2:02:18Speaker 1: he was right outside the front door, It really doesn't matter, really,
- 2:02:25Speaker 1: I mean, but.
- 2:02:27Speaker 3: Whatever, what are you gonna do?
- 2:02:29Speaker 1: What are you gonna do so, Thanks Dave, and uh
- 2:02:33Speaker 1: keep listening to the show.
- 2:02:34Speaker 3: We love You.
- 2:02:36Speaker 1: I was joking when I say good for yourself. It's
- 2:02:39Speaker 1: a term of endearment for me. All right, next email up,
- 2:02:45Speaker 1: let's see, h we got one from Urine ur In
- 2:02:51Speaker 1: check at well. I'm not gonna give his whole email
- 2:02:54Speaker 1: address out there. Uh oh it's James. James says, Hi,
- 2:03:00Speaker 1: guys or guy guys. Thank you for the many, many
- 2:03:05Speaker 1: excellent podcasts. As I was searching for evidence that Marina
- 2:03:10Speaker 1: Oswald did not know how to use the camera that
- 2:03:13Speaker 1: took the backyard photos, I stumbled across quote on the
- 2:03:18Speaker 1: Trail of Delusion Fred Litman's podcast episode twenty, the Marina
- 2:03:23Speaker 1: Oswald tape.
- 2:03:25Speaker 3: I have never heard it. I cannot comment on that podcast.
- 2:03:29Speaker 3: Wait a minute, Wait a minute, backup. Yeah he has
- 2:03:34Speaker 3: a podcast.
- 2:03:36Speaker 1: Yeah, really, yeah, I'm in the opening to his fucking podcast.
- 2:03:41Speaker 3: My audio.
- 2:03:44Speaker 1: From excuse me from the first time I had him
- 2:03:46Speaker 1: on my show. He stripped the audio of me praising
- 2:03:49Speaker 1: him and put it in his intro to his podcast.
- 2:03:53Speaker 1: That is.
- 2:03:56Speaker 3: Pretty fucking fuddy. It is pretty fucking funny. Well played,
- 2:04:03Speaker 3: mister littling.
- 2:04:05Speaker 1: Yeah, Fred Lewin interviews Steve Rowe, who have had on
- 2:04:12Speaker 1: the show as well, and Dennis Morssett movie makers, and
- 2:04:16Speaker 1: a Russian born documentary filmmaker named Marianna Eurov Scott.
- 2:04:22Speaker 3: Yah, yeah, yeah, never heard of.
- 2:04:27Speaker 1: Her, who translated for a film about these tapes. Strangely
- 2:04:33Speaker 1: and the notes about the podcast, the film's name's not mentioned.
- 2:04:36Speaker 1: Later in the podcast, Paul Gregory my familiar.
- 2:04:41Speaker 3: He's he's the Uh.
- 2:04:45Speaker 1: Shit his dad's name?
- 2:04:48Speaker 3: Uh?
- 2:04:49Speaker 5: Oh?
- 2:04:49Speaker 3: Is that the guy who was a rush dad knew Oswald?
- 2:04:54Speaker 1: It was a Russian interpreter from Marina.
- 2:04:56Speaker 3: Oh oh, not the guy that met him through Peter
- 2:04:59Speaker 3: gre Maybe met him due de mornshield or was at
- 2:05:04Speaker 3: the the the part? What was that party they call it?
- 2:05:07Speaker 3: It's named after a tree.
- 2:05:10Speaker 1: Magnolia party.
- 2:05:11Speaker 3: Yeah, the Magnolia party. Yeah, weren't they there? Maybe? Or maybe?
- 2:05:16Speaker 1: I don't know, he says.
- 2:05:19Speaker 3: Uh.
- 2:05:19Speaker 1: Later, Paul Gregory joins the discussion, Several excerpts of phone
- 2:05:24Speaker 1: calls of Marina are played. I don't speak Russian, but
- 2:05:26Speaker 1: one thing I noticed about the excerpts was when Marina
- 2:05:29Speaker 1: said anything indicating in the slightest way she thought Lee
- 2:05:31Speaker 1: was guilty. That the entire spoken text was translated every
- 2:05:36Speaker 1: now and then. For instance, when Marina's girlfriend Katya Ford
- 2:05:40Speaker 1: asked why Lee came home on a Thursday, there is
- 2:05:42Speaker 1: no translation of what Marina said, and several other places
- 2:05:46Speaker 1: Marina spoke for an entire minute, but the translation was
- 2:05:49Speaker 1: he did. In other words, I don't trust the translations
- 2:05:53Speaker 1: of missus yaro vaska ya ya. It appears to me
- 2:05:58Speaker 1: that what was translated and the excerpts of the wire
- 2:06:01Speaker 1: taps was dependent on proving Oswald's guilt. Positive was that
- 2:06:05Speaker 1: they concluded that what Marina said on these tap phone
- 2:06:08Speaker 1: calls showed she wanted to believe her husband was innocent.
- 2:06:12Speaker 1: And then he asked, are you guys aware of these
- 2:06:14Speaker 1: tapes of a short time in sixty four when the
- 2:06:16Speaker 1: FBI admitted we're tapping Marina's phone? We were, and we
- 2:06:22Speaker 1: actually went over him in a member's only show. James,
- 2:06:26Speaker 1: obviously you're not a member or you missed that show.
- 2:06:29Speaker 1: Are you aware of an English transcript of the calls
- 2:06:31Speaker 1: or the tapes? No, I don't think anybody has legitimately
- 2:06:36Speaker 1: translated every word of the tapes. Although that sounds something
- 2:06:42Speaker 1: that sounds like something that Jefferson Morley would try to
- 2:06:46Speaker 1: do what hasn't and probably get it wrong. But perhaps
- 2:06:53Speaker 1: the contents of these wiretap calls. I think they only
- 2:06:56Speaker 1: cover a few weeks. Sixty four contained some interesting comments
- 2:06:59Speaker 1: from Marina which will make a good podcast. Again, we
- 2:07:02Speaker 1: did it, you missed it again, many many thanks for
- 2:07:07Speaker 1: the many fantastically researched podcast you guys have produced. James,
- 2:07:11Speaker 1: Thank you, James, and yeah, become a member, go back
- 2:07:14Speaker 1: and find it.
- 2:07:15Speaker 3: Yeah, and then you can watch it. Yeah, yeah, hell yeah.
- 2:07:19Speaker 1: We provided excellent commentary, Sir. I think it's been a while.
- 2:07:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I can't remember that stuff either. What I've done
- 2:07:29Speaker 3: in the past, what I've done in the past.
- 2:07:32Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, you got an email from Bill Reid, says Rob,
- 2:07:38Speaker 1: I just listened to your recent episode with Matt on
- 2:07:41Speaker 1: the JD. Tippett Murder. I have an answer for you
- 2:07:44Speaker 1: on the question about the pronunciation of Niches as in
- 2:07:49Speaker 1: six oh one Niches Street the Niches River, and I'm
- 2:07:55Speaker 1: probably saying it wrong.
- 2:07:56Speaker 3: I am fuck.
- 2:07:58Speaker 1: It located in East text and flowing through Bomont, is
- 2:08:01Speaker 1: pronounced nations or nations. The name is pronounced with the
- 2:08:07Speaker 1: long a sound, rhyming with neighbors, so nay neighbors Nations,
- 2:08:13Speaker 1: followed by a chez or schiz sound nation's nations. Having
- 2:08:19Speaker 1: grown up in Bowmont, I'm familiar with the name. Hope
- 2:08:22Speaker 1: this helps. Also, Matt mentioned that he gave Tippett tours.
- 2:08:26Speaker 1: I'd be very interested in doing that. Would you send
- 2:08:29Speaker 1: my email to Matt about wanting more info?
- 2:08:31Speaker 3: Thanks? Oh, and please tell Doug Campbell. Hi, Hi Doug.
- 2:08:37Speaker 3: And I guess Momo too.
- 2:08:39Speaker 1: Well, that was nice.
- 2:08:42Speaker 3: That was nice that dude. I'll tell Momo Hello over you.
- 2:08:45Speaker 3: Momo's over there. I'm in studio Studio E. He's in
- 2:08:52Speaker 3: Studio A doing engineering a vocal section session. They're doing
- 2:08:57Speaker 3: like background vocals, like harmonies, yeah kind of thing. And
- 2:09:00Speaker 3: it's some kind of it's some kind of R and
- 2:09:03Speaker 3: B thing. It's not a not a country thing. Yeah.
- 2:09:08Speaker 1: The reason that he was asking that because I was
- 2:09:11Speaker 1: asking Matt because remember that that mysterious package address to
- 2:09:14Speaker 1: Lee Oswald that they found the nixy Ben after the
- 2:09:19Speaker 1: Nation because it was undeliverable.
- 2:09:21Speaker 3: Male.
- 2:09:22Speaker 1: Yeah, had the wrong address on it. It had six
- 2:09:24Speaker 1: O one West n A S S I O U
- 2:09:29Speaker 1: S Street Nashists, not Nassau, Nashius. And I was thinking
- 2:09:37Speaker 1: and I saw a street like close to like Zang's
- 2:09:40Speaker 1: and Beckley where his rooming house was, and Elsbeth, but
- 2:09:44Speaker 1: there was one spelled n E C h E S.
- 2:09:49Speaker 1: So I was thinking, Okay, well, you know, Oswald couldn't
- 2:09:51Speaker 1: spell where the ship, so maybe he had heard Nation's
- 2:09:56Speaker 1: nations like this guy said it was they nations and
- 2:10:00Speaker 1: maybe that's how Oswald.
- 2:10:02Speaker 3: Spelled it phonetically. Yeah, yeah, because there is no he
- 2:10:07Speaker 3: couldn't spell worth a dam, there.
- 2:10:09Speaker 1: Is no West Nation Street in Dallas. So I looked
- 2:10:14Speaker 1: up on Google Maps six oh one West Niches Street
- 2:10:20Speaker 1: or Nation Street, and you could see on the side
- 2:10:24Speaker 1: of a house in the six hundred block, and it
- 2:10:28Speaker 1: was a house that was right on the corner. And
- 2:10:32Speaker 1: you know how back in the day they used to
- 2:10:34Speaker 1: divide the houses up into apartments, you know, and rent
- 2:10:38Speaker 1: them out or whatever. Well, you could see there was
- 2:10:41Speaker 1: still a porch on the side of this house where
- 2:10:45Speaker 1: a door used to be, but they walled it in
- 2:10:48Speaker 1: and I guess it became a single family house instead
- 2:10:51Speaker 1: of being busted up into like pray two or three apartments.
- 2:10:55Speaker 1: But it was a perfect little shitty apartment, you know,
- 2:11:00Speaker 1: for Oswald to be staying because it was addressed to
- 2:11:04Speaker 1: Lee Oswald, six to one West Nation Street, Dallas, Texas.
- 2:11:09Speaker 1: But the way he spelled it, they didn't deliver.
- 2:11:11Speaker 3: It wound up in the dead letter box, drawing attention again.
- 2:11:16Speaker 1: Yeah, and then what was in it was a paper bag.
- 2:11:21Speaker 3: Yeah. That that that's interesting because of what he allegedly
- 2:11:26Speaker 3: possibly had some curtain rids.
- 2:11:27Speaker 1: In right, allegedly, And.
- 2:11:34Speaker 3: There was a theory and I believe I heard you
- 2:11:35Speaker 3: talking about it now like it might have been some
- 2:11:38Speaker 3: sort of marked card or something like him mailing something
- 2:11:42Speaker 3: to himself.
- 2:11:43Speaker 1: It was open on one end. Yeah, so who knows
- 2:11:47Speaker 1: what might have been in it?
- 2:11:48Speaker 3: Who knows?
- 2:11:51Speaker 1: Who knows?
- 2:11:52Speaker 3: But yeah, thank you Bill for that email. All right,
- 2:11:56Speaker 3: I'm getting hungry, Rob, I'm just letting you know.
- 2:11:59Speaker 1: Ah, we got one from Preston Kennedy. Thought you might
- 2:12:03Speaker 1: find this interesting or at least humorous. Found it on
- 2:12:07Speaker 1: a Facebook page called Bad Album Cover Collective, best wishes
- 2:12:12Speaker 1: and hopes for a speedy return.
- 2:12:13Speaker 3: Please let it be Beverly Oliver and the Dummy. Please
- 2:12:17Speaker 3: let it be Beverly Oliver and the Dummy, because that's
- 2:12:19Speaker 3: where I discovered it.
- 2:12:21Speaker 1: Uh, it's Beverly Oliver.
- 2:12:25Speaker 3: Oh but there's no ventriloqu was dummy.
- 2:12:27Speaker 1: It ain't with the dummy. Let me pull this thing
- 2:12:30Speaker 1: up real quick.
- 2:12:31Speaker 3: Have you ever featured that on the Long Guming podcast,
- 2:12:34Speaker 3: because I know we've done it on a Quick Hit.
- 2:12:37Speaker 3: We've played her with the gospel singing Ventrilo was dummy?
- 2:12:41Speaker 3: What was his name, little Dicky or some shit?
- 2:12:44Speaker 1: I don't remember what his name was.
- 2:12:47Speaker 3: All right here it is.
- 2:12:49Speaker 1: Uh, he'll do it again, obviously, not with you. Once
- 2:12:53Speaker 1: more once would be more than enough.
- 2:13:00Speaker 3: That is a wig. That is one hundred percent a wig.
- 2:13:04Speaker 1: That is some Dolly Parton want to be shit if
- 2:13:06Speaker 1: I've ever seen it, And.
- 2:13:07Speaker 3: That is one hundred percent not babuska, lady, No, no, no,
- 2:13:11Speaker 3: no no.
- 2:13:13Speaker 1: I wonder if her bobushka looks like that, you know,
- 2:13:18Speaker 1: there's like that much hair down there.
- 2:13:19Speaker 3: Does the babushka match the drape drop? That's whatever?
- 2:13:29Speaker 1: She ever wore a bikini, she'd have to put another
- 2:13:31Speaker 1: bobuska around her bottom half bikini. This man, good lord,
- 2:13:38Speaker 1: thank you Presting for that lovely image.
- 2:13:42Speaker 3: Tarzan pops out. Oh oh, and well we finally did
- 2:13:55Speaker 3: degenerate into it Quick Hits episode. It took two and
- 2:13:58Speaker 3: a half hours. But there we go. We got there,
- 2:14:00Speaker 3: We got there.
- 2:14:01Speaker 1: But yeah, that's I got another email. But we're going
- 2:14:04Speaker 1: to save this last series of emails for the next
- 2:14:09Speaker 1: members only because it's good. It's a good it's a
- 2:14:12Speaker 1: good one.
- 2:14:13Speaker 3: Hey, Southwest Beverly saying, Jesus put a yodel in my heart.
- 2:14:17Speaker 3: Isn't that the one with the Ventriloicus dummy. I think
- 2:14:19Speaker 3: it is. Yeah, that's one we played on Quick Hits. Yes, yeah,
- 2:14:23Speaker 3: and that is that. It's delightful. Let's just face it.
- 2:14:27Speaker 3: It's delightful. Oh she had that little wooden fucker bouncing
- 2:14:36Speaker 3: under knee. It was awesome.
- 2:14:40Speaker 1: Oh and folks, that's it. That's it, that's it, that's
- 2:14:48Speaker 1: the show that that's what we call a pod though.
