  Speaker 1: Luke one nineteen and twenty says the Angel said to him,

  Speaker 1: I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God,

  Speaker 1: and I have been sent to speak to you and

  Speaker 1: tell you this good news. And now you will be

  Speaker 1: silent and not able to speak until the day this

  Speaker 1: happens because you did not believe my words. When the

  Speaker 1: Angel Gabriel appeared to Zechariah, he brought incredible news. Despite
• 0:41
  Speaker 1: years of disappointment and unanswered prayers, Zachariah and Elizabeth were
• 0:46
  Speaker 1: going to have a son. But instead of rejoicing at
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: this great news, Zechariah responded with doubt. He focused on
• 0:54
  Speaker 1: the impossibility, Elizabeth's age and barrenness rather than the power

  Speaker 1: of God God's word, and because of that, the Angel

  Speaker 1: silenced him for nine months. Why because negative words could
• 1:08
  Speaker 1: have sabotaged the promise. This is a powerful reminder for
• 1:13
  Speaker 1: you and me. Our words carry weight. They can either
• 1:17
  Speaker 1: build our faith or it could tear it down. How
• 1:20
  Speaker 1: often do we cancel out what God is trying to
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: do by speaking doubt, by speaking fear, by speaking defeat.

  Speaker 1: We pray for breakthrough, but then we turn around and

  Speaker 1: say I'll never get well. We believe for provision, but
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: then we declare I'll always struggle. Like Zachariah, we talk
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: ourselves out of the blessing that God has already lined
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: up for our future. God silenced Zachariah not to punish him,
• 1:47
  Speaker 1: but to protect the promise. See, sometimes the most spiritual
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: thing you can do is to shut your mouth, zip
• 1:56
  Speaker 1: up negativity, and guard your tongue. If you can't say

  Speaker 1: what God says about your situation, is better to stay
• 2:03
  Speaker 1: quiet and not say anything until your faith rises up again.

  Speaker 1: Here's the good news. Just like God's word came to

  Speaker 1: pass in Zachariah's life, it will come to pass in

  Speaker 1: your life. So don't settle for less than what he

  Speaker 1: promised you. Don't let doubt have the final word. Speak life,

  Speaker 1: speak faith, and declare His goodness even when you don't

  Speaker 1: see it. Because when you stay in agreement with God,

  Speaker 1: no burier, no delay, and no force of darkness can

  Speaker 1: stop His plan from your life. Father God, thank you

  Speaker 1: for the promises that you've spoken into our hearts. Help

  Speaker 1: us to guard our words and not give voice to fear,

  Speaker 1: to doubt or negativity. God, we choose to stay in

  Speaker 1: agreement with your word, to speak a life, and to

  Speaker 1: believe that what you've promised it will come to pass

  Speaker 1: in Jesus' name. Now that's your word for today. I

  Speaker 1: want you to take that apply it to your everyday

  Speaker 1: life and you continue to be encouraged to and inspite
