- 3:24I am welcoming first and foremost, her Royal Majesty. I mean not to
- 3:30quite, and I just hope that everything is still working with our systems and
- 3:38that everyone is able to hear us clearly. Could we just hear from you?
- 3:42You're mat Thank you, Thank you so much, Doctor chen Zero for
- 3:45allowing me the pleasure of joining you today. I'm so honored to be here.
- 3:49Thank you for giving me this opportunity, and I'm grateful as well.
- 3:53And I like to go to the formal portion first, just so that we
- 3:59can make sure that we are asking for that vibration of engaging, vibe of
- 4:05unity and love as we welcome her Royal Majesty, Aminata Quoita the Sadaunia Queen
- 4:15of the Kingdom of Furaby Ashanti of Ghana. Her Royal Majesty, who is
- 4:23Queen of the kingdom, traditional leader and an ardent advocate of human development rooted
- 4:29in cultural values. Her role Majesty is the first queen in the history of
- 4:33the full of a Kingdom of Ashanti, Ghana, which dates back hundreds of
- 4:39years, thus making her appointment historical and monumental. She is a transcontinental business
- 4:47owner of two corporations and two angios. Some call her a global Taekunista and
- 4:56a world renowned speaker. She is often requested you speak across the globe about
- 5:01human rights and women's empowerment as she is an advocate of human and women's rights,
- 5:09girl child education and equality and has a goal to help the African continent
- 5:15develop modern farming and ranching. Her Royal Majesty, Queen I Mean Nata has
- 5:23served the community in different capacities in the past twenty years and champion many projects.
- 5:30She has served in several non private organizations and duos, politics and private
- 5:35businesses. One of her best achievements is as the founder and former CEO of
- 5:43Blackwall Street Arizona, Inc. She has assisted many entrepreneurs and businesses by increasing
- 5:51their efficiency and productivity. Under her leadership, BW I'm going to get that
- 6:00together initiated the first African inspired festival called Diaspora Day Arizona, which was honored
- 6:09by Mayor of the City of Phoenix and proclaimed it diasphort Day. To streamline
- 6:15her causes, she founded the startup Unia International Development Organization in twenty twenty three,
- 6:23and she has been able to do charitable work for children, the youth,
- 6:28women in education, health care, community empowerment, and the advancement of
- 6:33good cultural values and practices for sustainable development. She is an icon and a
- 6:39champion who was highly regarded in society for her leadership in mobilizing, sensitizing,
- 6:45and empower youth, women and children, including children with disabilities, and for
- 6:49advancing who Lapoux as a strategic approach in all programs and projects that empowers individuals
- 6:59to claim their cultural heritage and encourages the use of cultural values as an engine
- 7:06for human development. You still see how far this would continue just in terms
- 7:12of the various skills, talents, and expertise that her romanticity provides us with.
- 7:17So just listening to those seeing her groundings as the co founder member of
- 7:25this Black Wall Street African Ltd. You know, being part of these international
- 7:30chairs around architect agriturism even in the continent, in being part of these African
- 7:38Indigenous Governance Council, the African Women's Health Initiative. The list is quite long,
- 7:44and I'm sure it will continue. But with that, I'd like us
- 7:46to at least welcome with all of the grace, honest and migrations of engagement.
- 7:56Thank you, interesting, thank you so much. Ultimately, after all
- 8:03of that, we could have easily just said and thank you and tonight just
- 8:09just sharing some of the work that you've done and engaged in. And I'm
- 8:13very appreciative that this gives us an opportunity, this whole energy that we bring
- 8:18in terms of building a new legacy and being able to speak in regard to
- 8:24the type of work we're already engaged in in the ways that others that may
- 8:28have that same interest may be a part of that to even make it greater.
- 8:33That was the conversations that we were having, and I would love for
- 8:37you to share, you know, some of the group portions that made you
- 8:43establish these various non governmental organizations that allow you to do this type of charitable
- 8:48work as you desire. Please thank you. So my desire to serve humanity
- 8:56started at a young age because my parents and were involved in that kind of
- 9:01thing, so I was kind of raised up in it. But as we
- 9:03travel the world, you know, oftentimes we only know what we're in right
- 9:07our little bubble that we live in. But when you start traveling, which
- 9:11I was traveling with my parents, probably started in my early twenties, late
- 9:15teens, and you go around the world and you can see the conditions of
- 9:20African people all over the world. It's heartbreaking. And so rather than sit
- 9:28around and talk about it or complain about it, or you know, be
- 9:33in the space and not do anything, I said, what can I do
- 9:37in my little capacity to enrich the lives of our people globally, because no
- 9:41matter where you go on this planet, we're at the bottom. Even in
- 9:45countries where we are the majority, we're still suffering and at the bottom.
- 9:50So for me, I think it's important that when we are when the universe
- 9:54places us in a position, that we are to be responsible for that position
- 9:58and give back because we weren't elevated to the status we're at just to sit
- 10:01and glorify ourselves and take it all in for ourselves. We're put in places
- 10:05for a reason, and I believe this is my calling, this is why
- 10:09I was created and put on this planet, to make a difference in whatever
- 10:13capacity that is, no matter how small, because if you can change and
- 10:18influence the life of one person, then it's all worth it. So for
- 10:20me, the motivation came from being in the spaces and making a point to
- 10:24get out and get out of the tourist areas and get to where the people
- 10:28are, get to know the people, talk to the people, learn about
- 10:31the cultures and traditions, and when you start doing that thing, it changes
- 10:35you and it changes you in a magnificent way that you never even would have
- 10:41thought possible. So for me, my motivation was just that getting around,
- 10:45going around and seeing the different conditions that our people were in, talking to
- 10:48the people and really listening for what they're saying. Fantastic, give thanks for
- 10:56sharing that, just you know, it's wonderful hearing that. That was the
- 11:01manner in which you were able to be immersed in the culture, in the
- 11:05traditions, in the heritage, and then all of the different more ways and
- 11:11other things that brought all of that together, like as a tapestry that's phenomenal,
- 11:18simply phenomena. And what are some of the various opportunities that you see
- 11:24need to be more pronounced. What are some things that are going well in
- 11:30regard to persons being able to either engage with reconnections and relationships with African communities,
- 11:39African businesses, etc. And also bringing it across into the Caribbean as
- 11:46well as Central and South America in addition to North America, because there's a
- 11:50lot of pollination in those other areas. What are some things you suggest?
- 11:54So for me, what I would suggest to people, what I like to
- 11:58say to people is you really need to do some self healing and reflection on
- 12:05yourself before you jump into this kind of work, because it's really it's a
- 12:09lot, right, it's a lot to port into other people. So you
- 12:13really have to be in a somewhat healthy space for yourself, and then you
- 12:16need to find out what is it that you're passionate about, because there's something
- 12:20for everyone, right, So if it's if it's education, then jump in
- 12:26the education field and do your work in education. If it's entrepreneurship, then
- 12:31jump in the entrepreneurship lane and go to work. So really, what I
- 12:35would suggest for people is to whatever your passion is. If it's children,
- 12:39if it's young boys, if it's working with troubled youth, then you get
- 12:43in that lane, get yourself geared up, put on your arm or get
- 12:46in there and you fight and you do what you need to do to make
- 12:50a difference in the lives of the people in the area that you're passionate about,
- 12:54because at that point it's not going to seem so draining and it's not
- 12:56gonna seem like work because you're going to be enjoying it because it's your purpose,
- 13:01you're passionate about it, you're giving it your all, and you'll be
- 13:03surprised at how that will be received because people will feel that energy when you're
- 13:09vibrating on a higher level because it's something that you're passionate about. It's going
- 13:13to be successful and people will receive it and it's going to be fulfilling,
- 13:16not just for those that you're serving, but for you as well. Thank
- 13:20you so much for sharing that. And there are a number of times,
- 13:24you know, whether it's through activities within the permanent forum for people of African
- 13:31descent, you know, various convenience through the United Nations and other associations and
- 13:39configurations of ways that persons are beginning to look at recognition, justice and development
- 13:46and a broader scale. I would love to also ask of you to just
- 13:52share, you know, what we're what are some of the priorities that you,
- 13:56your organizations, your circle and see as to be of essence in terms
- 14:05of us moving forward if you were to have some that you would prioritize.
- 14:09So in my kingdom right now, what we're focusing on is a couple of
- 14:13things education and girl child really bought children. Let me just say children,
- 14:22because we don't want to ever leave our boys, our young men out.
- 14:26So in my kingdom, not just my kingdom kind of this is all across
- 14:31South America, all across the continent of Africas in India, everywhere. The
- 14:35issue of period poverty. It's a very serious issue because when our young girls
- 14:41are on their mensis, they can't go to school because they don't have products.
- 14:45So you know, if you don't go to school, you can't finish
- 14:46school. That impacts the rest of your life. So we have embarked on
- 14:50a campaign to raise fund so that we can provide these sanitary supplies to the
- 14:56young girls. And along with that, we're trying to not trying to re
- 15:00are doing, we're educating our young boys to get rid of the stigma of
- 15:03the monthly mensies because there's a stigma in some of these lower income communities,
- 15:09these underdeveloped communities and where the girls feel ostracized and the boys don't understand that
- 15:15this is a natural, healthy process that girls go through and it enables you
- 15:18to have children and all these things, so we always want to incorporate education
- 15:24into that. We're also the major thing is we're doing is we are focusing
- 15:28on setting up mobile medical clinics for our women in youth because they don't have
- 15:33access to get to hospitals because they live in remote areas. So those are
- 15:37the two big things in my kingdom right now that we're focusing on is the
- 15:41education component enabling our youth to go to school and the medical health issue.
- 15:48Excellent. Thank you so much for sharing that because and please make sure that
- 15:52we have you know in our chats in the comments as we're moving forward,
- 15:56you know, websites for persons to be able to get more information about what's
- 16:02being done ways to be able to offer their respective support and to at least
- 16:07be able to share this narrative of what is really happening on the ground,
- 16:11what resources are being requested for what, and how we can assist. The
- 16:15whole idea is this unity. We have to bring our unity within various communities.
- 16:23And I'm not trying to just run but I'm just saying that unity is
- 16:27really important right now. So thank you so much for sharing that. And
- 16:32what are some other areas like with your education component? Is that like an
- 16:38institutionalized type of arrangement or is that something that's more open ended for persons that
- 16:47are involved in various works within your kingdom. It's a little bit of both.
- 16:52So my kingdom is not very wealthy. We're struggling, and so for
- 16:59the children and that are lucky enough to be able to finish what we would
- 17:04call high school secondary school, they don't have the money to go to college.
- 17:08And so these students, these young kids end up on the street.
- 17:11And you know, with that an idle mind, you know what they say
- 17:15about that, it creates problems, right, So what we're trying to do
- 17:18is make some agreements with the local technical community colleges and the technical universities,
- 17:23and we're still in talks for it, but it looks like it's going to
- 17:26go well. So that we're trying to partner with professionals that work in different
- 17:32fields like automotive fields, electrical fields, sewing, canning, foods, clothes
- 17:37making and fabrics and these kind of things so that we can get our students
- 17:41some on the job training, just like as if they were going to school,
- 17:45and then they would be able to test at the university and then if
- 17:48they pass the test, the university will go ahead and certify them after two
- 17:52years of on the job training if they can pass the tests and give them
- 17:56the certification for a smaller price than it will cost for them to actually go
- 18:00to the university. We're working really hard to finish that and make that go
- 18:03through because I think that would be really helpful in giving our youth some skills
- 18:08that would be able to give them employment or they can even start their own
- 18:12business or whatever. But at this point, they really need some skills and
- 18:17they need some help with that. So we have gone out to different people
- 18:19in the community who are skilled and professional in those areas and ask them to
- 18:23partner with us to train our youth. Excellent, excellent, and that is
- 18:30fantastic. That's the type of engagement that is essential throughout all of these different
- 18:37regions. I think what you've shared with us is just exceptional and we're grateful
- 18:42to know that that is already in process. It's something that's already being done.
- 18:48And with more engagement and more knowledge that persons are aware that these things
- 18:52are happening, how can they help, how can they support so it can
- 18:56become even greater? And it's spready to farther giving thanks Giving, Thanks,
- 19:02Yes, are there some other areas that perhaps happeny and I have asked of
- 19:07you, that are places where you feel that we should be able to present
- 19:12that in a wider space. What are some projects that are coming? And
- 19:18please do not let us forget any websites come in fact, thanks We are
- 19:26celebrating our Lamido, which means king in our language in the Fula language.
- 19:30His throne anniversary is coming up this November, so we are inviting all those

- 22:30Ghana that are going well, that are very supportive. Have already been that
- 22:37and have we embraced that and be a part of that. So you've given
- 22:41us a wonderful opportunity. And I just would ask that you please repeat the
- 22:48website so we can make sure that that is inside of our comments there for

- 23:30That's f U l b E Kingdom dot org. That's where you're gonna learn
- 23:36all about His Majesty King Osman and myself and the kingdom that we lead.
- 23:41And you can also go to my website which is Queen ami Nata dot org.
- 23:48Yeah. Thanks, yeah, thanks, oh yeah thanks. You please
- 23:56join us. Well, we're gonna have to join you because this You've made
- 24:00this sound so wonderful and it's an opportunity to gain the knowledge, the experience,
- 24:08as I said, in a space that's very welcoming and very nurturing,
- 24:15and it's a part of the return for many. For some it may be
- 24:18the first time. For others that may be repeated visit. But this is
- 24:22a great opportunity and we're very grateful, very very grateful. Thank you so
- 24:30much for just being able to share that. I have one more, small,
- 24:34small, small question, because I think that I can really enjoy this
- 24:41whole discourse moving into some other areas. What are some of your plans in
- 24:49the immediate future in terms of doing certain things throughout the region. On your
- 24:56in addition to what you're going to be hosting in Ghana, other opportunities for
- 25:02persons to be able to have exchanges be a part of some of this work.
- 25:07To think you share according with things of course. So my organization,
- 25:12the Sodonia International Development Organization, which I formed in just last year so that
- 25:17I could bring all of my programs together. We're currently looking for people to
- 25:21help us because the diaspora is huge. So if you want to get involved
- 25:25and you want to serve in any capacity, please please reach out to us
- 25:30so that we can have a conversation see what it is that you're interested in
- 25:33and how we can work together. Because I'm all about collaboration. I'm all
- 25:37about collaboration, So it doesn't matter where you live in the diaspora, We're
- 25:42going to work with you and try to bring you in. If you live
- 25:47on the continent of Africa, we also have a branch in Africa. In
- 25:49Ghana. His Majesty also has an organization called Sulubaba which means of my father's
- 25:56house. He would love to have some people come on board. We do
- 26:00have projects ongoing there. So if you live in Ghana, join us.
- 26:06I mean the more the merrier because Ghana, you know, there's about thirty
- 26:08million people living there, so the more people we have on board, the
- 26:11more people we can serve in whatever capacity. If you want to come on
- 26:17the trip, if you're looking for business opportunities but you don't know who to
- 26:21talk to, or you're looking to repatriate back and buy land, I'm going
- 26:25to tell you that you need to know somebody because you know there's things can
- 26:29happen that aren't right, okay, So I if that's what you're interested in,
- 26:33reach out to us. We can help you get connected to the right
- 26:34people to make sure that you actually get what you paid for and you don't
- 26:38get taken advantage of because you know, it's all about connections and protecting one
- 26:44another rightful for that information. And that's what we're moving in the direction of
- 26:49being able to have that kind of return to the whole discourse work and getgement
- 27:00these types of exchanges where we can speak about how do we move forward.
- 27:07You've given us a number of examples of things that are in progress, what
- 27:11are some intentions, and then some things for the future or things that require
- 27:17long term implementations. Steps that we're still moving in the direction forward. I'm
- 27:22so grateful for that. I'm really really grateful for that. If you have
- 27:27any and closing or reflective inquiries or comments that you'd like to share with our
- 27:37viewers our listeners, I would welcome that. Thank you. In closing what
- 27:45I would like to say, I just want to encourage everybody to let's walk
- 27:51in the name of love. And I want to encourage our women out there
- 27:53because I experienced this a lot, and I'm sure it doesn't just happen with
- 27:59women, but because I'm a woman, I'm addressing my sisters. The next
- 28:02sister that you see sitting next to you is not your competition. She's your
- 28:06sister. Let's love up on one another, and let's encourage one another.
- 28:11Let's support one another, and let's get involved. And like I said earlier,
- 28:15whatever your passion is, there's something out there for you. You just
- 28:18need to get plugged in. If I'm not doing something that you're interested in,
- 28:23please still contact me because I might know somebody who is, and then
- 28:26I can connect you to that person. I'm all about collaboration and working together
- 28:32and building one another up in unity and in love. So my encouragement for
- 28:37everybody today and my all call is to connect with me or connect with somebody
- 28:41that can get the ball rolling. And again I want to iterate that I
- 28:45would love to see all of you guys and meet all of you guys in
- 28:48person in November and Ghana. That would be so wonderful. The trip is
- 28:52going to be led by myself and another queen from the North Queens, so
- 28:56suddenly, nah, we will be escorting you guys to all of these different
- 29:00activities, so I'm gonna be one on one with everybody. Yeah, we're
