Legal drama for Lansing’s Punks with Lunch is winding down as two of three defendants drop out — including co-founder Martin Mashon, who’s now cleared of financial misconduct allegations and praised for his role in launching the mobile food pantry. A former employee, Derek Deloof, has already been ordered to pay over $18,000 in restitution, while the judge also dismissed his counterclaims against the nonprofit’s leadership.
