- 0:20Speaker 3: Hey, okay, what's up. Everybody, put your buffs on, put
- 0:23Speaker 3: your drama Darling buffs on. Emily Deresas has hers on,
- 0:28Speaker 3: and we're talking Survivor Today episodes six and seven, So
- 0:33Speaker 3: spoilers ahead. Please welcome in, Emily Theresas and Jamie Moyer. Lady, welcome, Thanks, Thanks.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I have a lot of questions for Jamie as we
- 0:47Speaker 1: get through this.
- 0:48Speaker 2: Yeah, we do unrelated to Survivor, just just life stuff.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Yes, life strategies.
- 0:54Speaker 3: What point during Perry menopause should you be concerned about
- 0:59Speaker 3: the amount of wepp my body?
- 1:02Speaker 2: Exactly? Ladies, I'm still racking the old aunt.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Well, i am too, But you can be in Perry
- 1:09Speaker 3: menopause while that's happening. That's just not Jamie.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Jamie is twenty three, twenty.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Two okay, sorry twenty two. You got that rock babe,
- 1:15Speaker 2: you're your shirt.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Also, I'm older than Jamie, so why she would have
- 1:19Speaker 3: the answers, I don't know. Maybe we should ask her
- 1:21Speaker 3: about the show Friends and she's rocking a Friends T shirt.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I'll be there for you.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Wow a dog a dog?
- 1:33Speaker 3: Yeah, baby, I'm wearing a Kyiss T shirt that my
- 1:37Speaker 3: husband gave me because he loves the band Kiss. It's
- 1:40Speaker 3: not clearly my thing, but I thought it was such
- 1:42Speaker 3: a cute shirt. I was like, if you were to
- 1:44Speaker 3: ever get me a shirt that is like this, I'll
- 1:48Speaker 3: wear it because it's adorable.
- 1:50Speaker 2: You know, drama don.
- 1:52Speaker 1: I'm sure that's exactly what Gene Simmons and aj Freely
- 1:55Speaker 1: were hoping you. This is an adorable Kiss shirt.
- 1:58Speaker 3: It's adorable. I did used to watch Family Jules. Isn't
- 2:02Speaker 3: that what it was called? Uh huh Yeah, that was
- 2:05Speaker 3: a great rant, one of the first oh wait yeah yeah, yeah,
- 2:08Speaker 3: one of.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Them, and that.
- 2:12Speaker 2: I watched the hell out of that.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Yeah right, oh z.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Get over head, Yeah we'll get.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Okay, so we've got to get into this, this survivor situation.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Holy moly, welcome, thank you, let's go, let's go. What
- 2:37Speaker 3: the hell you know? Like, okay, first of all, you know,
- 2:42Speaker 3: I just got to jump. We have to jump to
- 2:44Speaker 3: the seven when two people go home, and everything was
- 2:50Speaker 3: like ramping up, and I thought things were going to
- 2:54Speaker 3: get crazy wacky, and it's just it's amazing. It's such
- 2:57Speaker 3: a great show. And then I thought they all, you know,
- 3:00Speaker 3: a little lamish in a way, like they really pulled
- 3:03Speaker 3: back that there wasn't a lot of dirty playing. It
- 3:06Speaker 3: seemed pretty clean.
- 3:07Speaker 1: And is that you just saying that because David is
- 3:11Speaker 1: saying that because I don't think anybody's playing clean. I
- 3:14Speaker 1: think he's saying it's clean. Yeah, and it's all the
- 3:17Speaker 1: same shit.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Maybe I don't know. Because Shaheen was I thought that
- 3:23Speaker 3: Camilla and Kyle were ultimately going to go and try
- 3:29Speaker 3: to get Shahen out, and then it that didn't end
- 3:32Speaker 3: up happening.
- 3:34Speaker 2: This Camilla and Kyle pairing that no one knows about
- 3:37Speaker 2: is one of the sexiest things about the season.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Good to hear. I like it too, But why didn't
- 3:43Speaker 3: they end up seeing it through? Did I miss it?
- 3:46Speaker 2: They have to be very very delicate and careful in
- 3:50Speaker 2: their strategy. I think the show did a little bit
- 3:55Speaker 2: of editing magic because they kept cutting to Shaheen a
- 3:58Speaker 2: million times and I was like, he's done, but then
- 4:01Speaker 2: it was not him, so you know, and that was
- 4:06Speaker 2: actually a dumb move. They should have kept Cedric, who
- 4:09Speaker 2: is a probably one of the most hilarious people I've
- 4:13Speaker 2: ever known on television.
- 4:15Speaker 1: What really, what are you telling you about what season?
- 4:20Speaker 1: Are you watching of Jeff's idea of a party that
- 4:23Speaker 1: he went into. Yeah, episode is the weakest.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Cedric is the weakest human I've ever seen. How does
- 4:31Speaker 2: he lift a scalpel and a piece of god?
- 4:35Speaker 1: Okay, I'm just wondering about that. I didn't know if
- 4:39Speaker 1: I missed something where he said he had a muscle injury,
- 4:42Speaker 1: and I didn't understand why he couldn't kill that one.
- 4:45Speaker 2: He is literally the weakest human. And when he dropped
- 4:49Speaker 2: within five seconds, I have never laughed harder at Survivor.
- 4:53Speaker 2: He was like cute Larry David music, the thing fell
- 4:59Speaker 2: and then he goes like walking back and just like
- 5:03Speaker 2: fifteen seconds, everybody second moron literally like they're like this,
- 5:14Speaker 2: They're like and the game has begun.
- 5:17Speaker 3: And Cedric was like, I honestly thought he did it
- 5:22Speaker 3: on purpose, That's how bad it was. I was like, oh,
- 5:26Speaker 3: he must have just been sacrificing himself on a on
- 5:29Speaker 3: account of his team or but no, so weak.
- 5:33Speaker 2: It just was like such a terrible player, and he's
- 5:36Speaker 2: so funny that I frankly think I would have kept
- 5:38Speaker 2: him around. Okay, I did him a million dollars no one.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Yeah, wow, Wow, that's harsh. That is harsh. Poor Cedric,
- 5:46Speaker 3: he was beating himself up too. That was tough. And
- 5:48Speaker 3: you know what, Star has just become an entirely different
- 5:51Speaker 3: person on this show. Like ever since Eva, you know
- 5:55Speaker 3: was you know, shared her story, Star came alive and
- 5:58Speaker 3: has now become essentially like the motivational speaker. She is
- 6:03Speaker 3: everything that's like see you later, Joe, Yeah, and then.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Having people the neck look at me, look at me.
- 6:11Speaker 1: I knew your whole life.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Remember when you were four and you didn't want to
- 6:16Speaker 3: cross that bridge.
- 6:18Speaker 2: You could do this, just like your aunt Tilly. You
- 6:20Speaker 2: have the same strength that she had coming here from
- 6:23Speaker 2: Italy in nineteen thirty five. You've got that same reserve.
- 6:28Speaker 2: And she she had polio. She had polio, and you
- 6:31Speaker 2: know she went on to twelve children.
- 6:35Speaker 3: And your great great grandpa who was called to do
- 6:39Speaker 3: he had the worst vision, which is why you wear glasses.
- 6:42Speaker 3: But you're doing it for him. Remember he was practically
- 6:45Speaker 3: behind Look.
- 6:47Speaker 1: At me, don't die on me.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Ah.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Meanwhile, Joe is just like I need food. I've worked
- 6:56Speaker 3: way too hard to not get food. Has he not
- 6:58Speaker 3: gotten food yet?
- 7:01Speaker 1: I don't think food.
- 7:02Speaker 2: We only famously well Marcus hasn't had a bite. That's
- 7:05Speaker 2: all we know.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Really, they've had tools. Oh wait, David with a milk milk?
- 7:11Speaker 3: Guy who said you said Marcus? Who's Marcus?
- 7:15Speaker 2: Let's say guy's Dave, the sweet little cutie Mitch Mitch.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Mitch's the only one who has I'm.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Like, is that a tribal name?
- 7:26Speaker 2: Like?
- 7:27Speaker 3: What is happening?
- 7:28Speaker 2: But the difference is.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Show went back to a camp that had no way
- 7:34Speaker 1: of hunting or cooking. Is that that's why now he's like,
- 7:39Speaker 1: I guess I gotta eat these almonds because we have
- 7:41Speaker 1: no Because he's like, there's not a flint, there's not
- 7:44Speaker 1: so yeah, there's not a way for him to like
- 7:48Speaker 1: get something of real value.
- 7:49Speaker 3: He is pissed, you know, like he's over it. He's
- 7:52Speaker 3: over everyone on that tribe and he's done. Even says
- 7:56Speaker 3: like should we talk? He's like, you tell me fucking
- 7:58Speaker 3: what you know, Joe, And I don't blame him. He
- 8:02Speaker 3: is really pulling so much weight, I mean physically but
- 8:05Speaker 3: also socially. So when he comes in and people are
- 8:08Speaker 3: trying to now start a game with him, he's like,
- 8:11Speaker 3: I just need like a pretzel, you know, Yeah, wow, Okay,
- 8:16Speaker 3: So the bucket challenge. If we want to go back
- 8:19Speaker 3: to that. That was crazy. David was like, I have
- 8:23Speaker 3: this and it's gonna end with me.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Yeah, because he thought there was going to be milk
- 8:27Speaker 1: at those peanut butter and Johns. How dare they give
- 8:32Speaker 1: him like passion fruit juice or something?
- 8:34Speaker 3: I was like, what is this shit that?
- 8:36Speaker 2: I got to say that? Like, this challenge was so good.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Every second from the moment that Cedric again, they were
- 8:44Speaker 2: like and begin ever since that moment throughout the whole challenge.
- 8:51Speaker 2: I think this David being like a model. That was
- 8:54Speaker 2: so funny when when Jeff was like, this could be
- 8:56Speaker 2: a model. Shoot. I like David. I think he's as
- 8:59Speaker 2: charming as they wanted to be. I don't even he's
- 9:02Speaker 2: a bimbo or what do they call him? A mimbo?
- 9:05Speaker 3: Bimbo?
- 9:06Speaker 2: A mimbo? He's a mimbo. You've never heard that?
- 9:09Speaker 3: No, but why is he? Is he a slutty man
- 9:12Speaker 3: or something?
- 9:14Speaker 2: I think he's a bimbo. Is he's a dingy man? Oh?
- 9:17Speaker 3: I thought a bimbo was some.
- 9:20Speaker 2: I think a bimbo is like a flighty woman.
- 9:25Speaker 3: I guess I'm the bimbo.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Yeah, you really are right now.
- 9:31Speaker 3: I'm your bimbo.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Mission of bimbo since this was such a success.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Somebody that's a slut, that's a trap tho, someone that's
- 9:40Speaker 3: a trap home Okay.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Attractive but unintelligent or frivolous young woman. Attractive but unintelligent
- 9:48Speaker 2: or frivolous young woman is a bimbo. And I think
- 9:51Speaker 2: that he's a mimbo. Okay, kind of dingy, and he's
- 9:56Speaker 2: very attractive and I like himious personality.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I like it too.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Is it nice to read?
- 10:07Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, no, no, no no, you keep using him, Jamie,
- 10:09Speaker 1: bring him back. I've canceled.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Amy.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Close her window at my home.
- 10:19Speaker 2: I deserve to suffocate.
- 10:20Speaker 1: The oven is on.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Okay, go on, Emily, Okay. Bill Gates with the computer
- 10:29Speaker 2: and Tear two is watching a video right now that
- 10:32Speaker 2: is hilarious.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Based on Jamie's behavior, the decision has been made as
- 10:36Speaker 1: he's filming with her this season. It's just me right now. Nice, Yeah,
- 10:44Speaker 1: I think David when I see him, I can't believe
- 10:47Speaker 1: he has any personality because my own personal bias when
- 10:50Speaker 1: I see a person like that is like they are
- 10:52Speaker 1: just a gym rat. That's all they care about. So
- 10:56Speaker 1: I guess I'm so pleasantly surprised.
- 10:59Speaker 3: He's an r V.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Uh what's that?
- 11:03Speaker 3: He lives in a mobile hall outside of his house.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Harvey, you're about to cancel Amy? Really imagine? How dare you? Amy?
- 11:14Speaker 4: R V?
- 11:15Speaker 3: Right?
- 11:18Speaker 2: I live in the RV. He's got the hotness. And
- 11:21Speaker 2: so when he starts doing the bits, You're like, oh, okay,
- 11:25Speaker 2: he's got I love her.
- 11:30Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, he's like you in fine over here, just
- 11:33Speaker 3: f away, yeah yeah, yea, yeah, yea.
- 11:36Speaker 1: That is my own judgment. I shouldn't have judged him
- 11:40Speaker 1: harshly right out of the gate. I just when I
- 11:43Speaker 1: see that kind of physique, that is so much time
- 11:46Speaker 1: and vanity. So that's where I go.
- 11:49Speaker 2: But it's also a hunt man. He's it's his it's
- 11:52Speaker 2: his job, just like I stay overweight and sassy for
- 11:56Speaker 2: my positions on television. We have to lean into the
- 12:01Speaker 2: job we want when it comes to entertainment. And if
- 12:03Speaker 2: he's a he's a stunt guy, and I'm a neighbor,
- 12:06Speaker 2: he at let.
- 12:08Speaker 3: Me ask you a question.
- 12:09Speaker 1: I'm a neighbor.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Let me ask you a question. Was that bucket challenge
- 12:15Speaker 3: on the show before we've seen that and then that
- 12:18Speaker 3: was why they kept saying they broke a record for
- 12:20Speaker 3: how long they did it?
- 12:21Speaker 2: Correct, It's been on many, many, many different episodes. They
- 12:24Speaker 2: broke a record. And the one he was talking about
- 12:27Speaker 2: was this guy famously just started talking. He was like, Hey,
- 12:31Speaker 2: thanks to my childhood gym teacher. The guy who was
- 12:34Speaker 2: holding the last the last bucket challenge, he just started going.
- 12:38Speaker 2: He just started doing shout outs, kind of like on
- 12:41Speaker 2: Prices right when they've been the Wheel, and Drew's like,
- 12:43Speaker 2: I want to say hi to anyone, and they're like, yeah, Hi,
- 12:46Speaker 2: my Lord Jesus Christ and my whole family.
- 12:50Speaker 3: And be does the Maryland so well that you brought
- 12:53Speaker 3: up a Wheel reference in here?
- 12:55Speaker 1: But that's to Maryland too.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Shout out to Emily's yes.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Side note, do you see the Obamas watch Potomac? Anyway
- 13:04Speaker 1: back to where we.
- 13:04Speaker 3: Were, Oh, I thought I've always known that.
- 13:07Speaker 2: I feel like I didn't know that. I just saw
- 13:11Speaker 2: I've never watched Potomac, Emily. I tried, and then I
- 13:14Speaker 2: got distracked by something else. And Amy has told me
- 13:16Speaker 2: it's a top tier franchise.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Jamie, I'm sorry, we'ren have to let you go. Bring up,
- 13:22Speaker 3: bring your torch up. The tribe has spoken. Now, let
- 13:25Speaker 3: me ask you this because I know that we are.
- 13:27Speaker 3: We're in it right now if you're watching. She just
- 13:31Speaker 3: brought out one of her little uh cacti. Yeah, it's
- 13:36Speaker 3: a cactus glack cactus.
- 13:39Speaker 2: I did a bit with my friend that it was.
- 13:42Speaker 2: It wasn't bought it at TJ Max. It's an original
- 13:47Speaker 2: Daddy war Warhol.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Daddy, I thought your dad put that on there and
- 13:54Speaker 3: made a joke like Daddy Warhol. All right, listen, let
- 13:58Speaker 3: me talk about split tribal what's this all about? What
- 14:01Speaker 3: is this business? So they originally kind of merged all
- 14:04Speaker 3: together in episode six, so I thought we were merging
- 14:09Speaker 3: like for good and then and then they're like, oh, no,
- 14:13Speaker 3: you're going to separate six and six or six and
- 14:15Speaker 3: seven rather right, No, no, six just for the just
- 14:18Speaker 3: for the challenge. Oh, just for the challenge. And that's
- 14:20Speaker 3: what they call a split. But they had split councils
- 14:24Speaker 3: and that's when they voted separately. Now that is normal
- 14:27Speaker 3: to do on this show, right.
- 14:29Speaker 2: Occasionally, you know, the show is what the show needs.
- 14:32Speaker 2: So this this, the timing of this is not typical
- 14:36Speaker 2: these This does happen sometimes. But the reason I think
- 14:40Speaker 2: these things come up is it's a shakeup. It's a
- 14:43Speaker 2: shake up. So sometimes if a show is clicking along
- 14:46Speaker 2: perfectly a survivor, I don't think they always do this,
- 14:49Speaker 2: but I have seen it many times over. It's it's like, basically,
- 14:52Speaker 2: you don't. At the beginning of the episode, shit, Shaheen
- 14:55Speaker 2: was like, here's who it is, these seven people, and
- 14:58Speaker 2: we're just going to start picking up off phone by
- 15:00Speaker 2: one and I don't see how this could go wrong.
- 15:03Speaker 2: The producers see that too, and the producers go, oh,
- 15:06Speaker 2: the show will be boring if they are seven strong
- 15:09Speaker 2: and pick off the remaining four. Let's do a challenge
- 15:12Speaker 2: where we split them up and we mix them up
- 15:15Speaker 2: and they're not as protected, perhaps depending on the splitting.
- 15:19Speaker 3: And so the producers are calling the shots as they go,
- 15:23Speaker 3: calling the game.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Wow, that's crazy.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Crazy, it's the show that's crazy.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Every show that's every reality show in the world, that's
- 15:33Speaker 2: just the same. Don't They're rose at this party.
- 15:37Speaker 1: A lot of it to that. To that point, Jamie,
- 15:41Speaker 1: I was wondering, why do they keep making sure Kyle
- 15:45Speaker 1: and Camilla stick together. I mean, I guess they feel
- 15:48Speaker 1: that that is that that compel I've got it.
- 15:51Speaker 2: It is random though, so they all had to so
- 15:53Speaker 2: they always little shake ups like this, So they all
- 15:55Speaker 2: had to reach in and get out of buff anyway
- 15:58Speaker 2: to see what two teams are on. And then Kyle
- 16:01Speaker 2: and Camilla just happened to be on the same one,
- 16:03Speaker 2: which is really good for my when I talk about
- 16:07Speaker 2: my talk about my interest level. Yeah, my mental health
- 16:10Speaker 2: is peaked when I see those two because I just
- 16:12Speaker 2: love that. You know, a lot of times we have
- 16:14Speaker 2: alliances that are secret. Theirs seems deeply undercover at least
- 16:19Speaker 2: right now.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Yeah, and no one, when you're voted out, you can't
- 16:23Speaker 3: yell back like, hey, I teld that they have alliance
- 16:26Speaker 3: by you know that you can't say anything.
- 16:28Speaker 2: No, you can't. That's why so many people in Survivor
- 16:31Speaker 2: lore have been voted out with idols in their pocket.
- 16:34Speaker 2: They can't yell out and be like I'm leaving with
- 16:38Speaker 2: an idol. They don't say it. So so that means
- 16:42Speaker 2: that sometimes idols are back in play, and it takes
- 16:44Speaker 2: a smart player to say, oh, I wonder if Emily
- 16:48Speaker 2: got voted out with an idol in her pocket. Let's
- 16:50Speaker 2: start looking around. Because every time an idol leaves ones
- 16:53Speaker 2: are replaced on the beach. I'm going to tell you
- 16:55Speaker 2: something that happened in this episode that blew my mind
- 16:58Speaker 2: and I can't really remember if I've ever seen this.
- 17:03Speaker 2: It was that handwriting things for.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Not Cedric.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Yeah, I thought that was brilliant. First of all, that
- 17:12Speaker 2: was psychological warfare Cedric again, the comedic relief of the show.
- 17:17Speaker 2: I can't believe his name was written down. It goes
- 17:20Speaker 2: down a spiral like some I've never seen, and it
- 17:25Speaker 2: was exactly what she wanted. And she's like, I don't know, boo,
- 17:28Speaker 2: that's a mess.
- 17:29Speaker 3: That was hilarious.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Oh.
- 17:32Speaker 3: I love that she was like, I needed to get
- 17:33Speaker 3: my just dessert so that he can feel what it
- 17:36Speaker 3: feels like. And I was happy for her about that.
- 17:38Speaker 3: I am so bummed that say is gone, honestly, and
- 17:41Speaker 3: the fact that she left right before she could have
- 17:43Speaker 3: been on jury is really upsetting because.
- 17:46Speaker 2: What I would have.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Oh, so glad she's gone. I love her for entertainment.
- 17:50Speaker 3: I think she's great for the show.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Great on the show. But if I was playing, I
- 17:54Speaker 1: would have done exactly that.
- 17:55Speaker 3: In my friends story, I agree, I agree.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Bitch was the smarter choice, but I was like, she
- 18:01Speaker 1: can't be on that jury because she will make it
- 18:04Speaker 1: so personal. I mean, they all do, but there's no
- 18:08Speaker 1: way of infiltrating that.
- 18:09Speaker 3: That's why I would have loved to have seen her
- 18:12Speaker 3: on on the jury. So as a fan, I absolutely
- 18:14Speaker 3: am so bummed. As a player, I would have done
- 18:17Speaker 3: the same thing. What did you guys think about when
- 18:20Speaker 3: when Charity was tracking, say, down down the path to
- 18:25Speaker 3: like follow her to see where that the prize was,
- 18:29Speaker 3: the idol or whatever it was that thing and Charity
- 18:32Speaker 3: saw it, but then out like a fucking gazelle come
- 18:37Speaker 3: say and grabs it.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Was she got she was Charity was really like over
- 18:45Speaker 1: the top about finding it. She must have been like,
- 18:48Speaker 1: she must have been like maybe she saw it.
- 18:50Speaker 3: At the same time.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Well, there's a thing y'all need to remember too, there's
- 18:54Speaker 2: cameras following them. So as soon as the camera stop,
- 18:59Speaker 2: Charity stop, everyone's looking to the right and say coming
- 19:04Speaker 2: out of nowhere on that sprint was also cinematically one
- 19:09Speaker 2: of the finest moments in aust It was really beautiful.
- 19:15Speaker 2: You know, I live alone and I like to keep
- 19:17Speaker 2: my neighbors on their toes and the idol, Yeah, neighbors, yep,
- 19:25Speaker 2: still no guy up there. It's her pretty sure, no visitors.
- 19:32Speaker 3: I thought Charity deserved to have it taken away from
- 19:34Speaker 3: her because the only way she would have found it
- 19:36Speaker 3: anyway is if she was following Say, so I was
- 19:39Speaker 3: fine with say grabbing it. I also thought that it
- 19:43Speaker 3: was very possible that they were like looking around at
- 19:45Speaker 3: the same time and say may have saught at the
- 19:48Speaker 3: same time. And even if she didn't and she saw
- 19:50Speaker 3: because Charity was going for it, I was fine with
- 19:52Speaker 3: the steel.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you're right, and it's Editing's magic yet again too,
- 19:55Speaker 2: you know what I mean. M h It's it's like, uh,
- 19:59Speaker 2: you know, the who how that really went down will
- 20:02Speaker 2: never know. But that runout was so because, like, here's
- 20:07Speaker 2: my thing, y'all. If it was her stealing it fright
- 20:09Speaker 2: from under Charity's nose, I feel like Charity would have
- 20:12Speaker 2: bitched about that. Bless you, No, thank you, bless you God,
- 20:16Speaker 2: bless you, thank you.
- 20:18Speaker 1: My superpower is sneezing on mute.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Wow, that was really exciting. Tier two, you just thought
- 20:24Speaker 2: what happened? Tier one muted sneeze.
- 20:27Speaker 1: So it's very odd that Jamie thinks Charity would have
- 20:30Speaker 1: complained about that. That is like so not Charity.
- 20:35Speaker 3: So Charity is just like, yeah, it's weird. No one's
- 20:38Speaker 3: like talking to me or pulling me aside.
- 20:41Speaker 1: I'm like, gir old bye.
- 20:42Speaker 4: You know.
- 20:43Speaker 1: It's like, I don't know how Mitch didn't see that
- 20:46Speaker 1: or pick up on that. Like Charity had to be
- 20:47Speaker 1: talking to him, he had to know she would.
- 20:49Speaker 3: Emily please Marcus is the name Mitch marcut coach.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Talking about Mitch for a second, the biggest.
- 20:58Speaker 3: The rest in the game. Everyone's like, Eva's like and Joe,
- 21:02Speaker 3: They're all like, he has got to be put down,
- 21:05Speaker 3: Like they're just so against I'm like, because he's so
- 21:09Speaker 3: lovable and he's also really good at the challenges, so
- 21:12Speaker 3: he is a threat. He's also a quiet threat because
- 21:15Speaker 3: you know, they know that someone like that can make
- 21:18Speaker 3: it to the end and have a lot of allies.
- 21:21Speaker 2: He's a danger.
- 21:22Speaker 1: He said something, or maybe it was Cedric No, I
- 21:25Speaker 1: think it was Mitch. She said, the way to win
- 21:26Speaker 1: this game is to tell everybody is to disclose who
- 21:30Speaker 1: you are back home and like really be honest with
- 21:32Speaker 1: them about who you are out of the game. I
- 21:34Speaker 1: thought that was off.
- 21:35Speaker 2: It's off, he's wrong, You're what you're when you're telling well,
- 21:40Speaker 2: there's there's there's two things. He's right in one way,
- 21:43Speaker 2: meaning make them like him a little Okay, no problem,
- 21:47Speaker 2: but you better be careful because every life story you
- 21:50Speaker 2: tell is just a precursor to what you're going to
- 21:53Speaker 2: tell the jury. And every player knows it. So if
- 21:56Speaker 2: I was like, well, you know, ever since our house
- 22:01Speaker 2: was blown away into the ocean, you know, and then
- 22:04Speaker 2: and then they're they're just basically picturing me at the
- 22:07Speaker 2: at the thing going my house is blown into the ocean.
- 22:09Speaker 2: So you have to be careful, okay, with your with
- 22:13Speaker 2: your sob story. That's why some people hide it. That's
- 22:16Speaker 2: why some people wait all the way to the end
- 22:18Speaker 2: and they're like, actually, everyone, I don't work at the
- 22:21Speaker 2: grocery store. I make prosthetic limbs. Like they're just they'll
- 22:26Speaker 2: like surprise you with like their beautiful thing. They do
- 22:28Speaker 2: because they don't want people to know during it.
- 22:31Speaker 3: And so when Mitch was telling his story to the
- 22:33Speaker 3: two guys, he was trying to you know, bond with them.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's dangerous, is what I'm saying. It was
- 22:39Speaker 2: he he thinks it worked, and maybe it did, but
- 22:42Speaker 2: I think it puts him more on the radar.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I think it works with Joe, although Joe was pretty
- 22:49Speaker 1: over it.
- 22:50Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, he's done.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Like That's all Mitch has to say is like, Joe,
- 22:55Speaker 1: how would your kids feel if you voted me?
- 22:57Speaker 2: Oh? What about Dave doing that? When Joe had the bucket.
- 23:01Speaker 2: David's like, Joe's doing pretty good on his own. All
- 23:04Speaker 2: of a sudden, David's like a father, you know, cats
- 23:06Speaker 2: in the cradle, Like he.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Gets them all upset.
- 23:09Speaker 3: He's like two.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Children who need their dad more than anything else. And
- 23:13Speaker 2: then two seconds later Joe drops. It's like, hey, Joe,
- 23:17Speaker 2: have you ever seen you ever seen the movie? Like
- 23:22Speaker 2: he's just really going for his jugular.
- 23:27Speaker 1: I by the way, on that challenge, I was like,
- 23:29Speaker 1: I feel like Joe is burning energy by squatting, because
- 23:33Speaker 1: my knees and thighs would be burning.
- 23:36Speaker 3: I think he was down there and he couldn't get up.
- 23:39Speaker 1: You know, That's that's what he said. He did say that.
- 23:43Speaker 1: He did say.
- 23:46Speaker 3: The way can we talk about like at the very
- 23:47Speaker 3: beginning when Joe and Eva, Kyle and David are all
- 23:53Speaker 3: talking about playing like an honest, good game and they
- 23:56Speaker 3: don't want to write that's kind of I mean, I
- 23:59Speaker 3: get it from them because they all seem like good people,
- 24:01Speaker 3: but is that normal? And then they say.
- 24:07Speaker 1: No, one's actually doing it. That's why I was like, David,
- 24:09Speaker 1: I don't see anybody playing fully. Like, wait, I don't understand.
- 24:14Speaker 1: He's clearly trying to paint a picture so people trust
- 24:17Speaker 1: him or whatever. But I'm like, not even you are
- 24:20Speaker 1: doing that, dude. You're talking shit about people, and you know,
- 24:24Speaker 1: like you try to keep those California girls.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Yeah, whatever, poor girls, the poor boy girls that were
- 24:29Speaker 2: so cute together. You're right, everyone, I want to tell
- 24:33Speaker 2: you something, right, I want to tell you something about
- 24:36Speaker 2: that when that actually does happen is boring as hell.
- 24:41Speaker 1: M okay, but that I'm not bored.
- 24:45Speaker 2: No, I'm not bored yet either. But there have been
- 24:47Speaker 2: seasons where it's like like, basically, I'm picturing this one
- 24:50Speaker 2: season with this blond lady, but they're like, we played
- 24:52Speaker 2: it on his game to the end, and the three
- 24:54Speaker 2: people they took to the end were like all nice
- 24:56Speaker 2: and everyone was nice, and it was like Snoresville. There
- 25:00Speaker 2: are other seasons where there's evil players who are so chaotic,
- 25:04Speaker 2: and those are the ones I love, like Sondra, who
- 25:07Speaker 2: I believe was a crossover to Traders was great, one
- 25:13Speaker 2: of the best survivors. You've ever.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Remember her?
- 25:17Speaker 3: Amy, Yes, Like, of course I do.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah. She was just walking up to people. How
- 25:22Speaker 1: much are you getting paid for this?
- 25:24Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 25:25Speaker 1: She's child one Traders wild.
- 25:29Speaker 4: Like.
- 25:29Speaker 2: She would basically have a conversation with you, Amy, She'd
- 25:32Speaker 2: be like, I'll tell you one thing. Emily is a
- 25:34Speaker 2: nice person, but sometimes her buffs off. And then she'll
- 25:37Speaker 2: go right to Emily and be like, Amy said, you're
- 25:39Speaker 2: buffs off. Like she would do it like that. She
- 25:42Speaker 2: would say something dirty and then completely quote the other
- 25:46Speaker 2: person is saying it.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Well, I would thought it was pretty impressive that Camilla
- 25:50Speaker 3: and Kyle worked up this little scam to tell David
- 25:54Speaker 3: that Shaheen had a big play in mind David was
- 25:58Speaker 3: starting to sign on, he was started to go to
- 26:00Speaker 3: other people and you know, really ruffle it up. So
- 26:04Speaker 3: I guess my question is why didn't that end up
- 26:08Speaker 3: happening at the end? Why didn't Okay, so obviously, do
- 26:13Speaker 3: you think that Kyle, do you think that Kyle and
- 26:17Speaker 3: Camille Camilla ended up voting for Shaheen or did they
- 26:21Speaker 3: end up voting for somebody else in the then.
- 26:24Speaker 1: They voted for him, because we saw it in the credits. Okay, yeah,
- 26:29Speaker 1: but but I'm pretty sure that they did. But the
- 26:35Speaker 1: I meant to write it down in the credits who
- 26:37Speaker 1: voted for who? But I forgot. But anyway, they voted
- 26:43Speaker 1: for Cedric.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Someone voted for somebody did There was one vote for
- 26:49Speaker 3: Shaheen that was exposed.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Was it?
- 26:53Speaker 2: It must have been Cedric? Yeah, voted for him. Yeah, yeah,
- 26:57Speaker 2: you know what I mean. This is a thing that
- 26:58Speaker 2: happens a lot too. They make us think that something's
- 27:02Speaker 2: going on just because again they have to fill an hour,
- 27:06Speaker 2: so they're making us go, oh, maybe it will be Shaheed.
- 27:08Speaker 2: And that's why I said earlier. They have all the
- 27:10Speaker 2: cameras angled on him, and they make you think he's
- 27:12Speaker 2: getting voted out, and he should have been voted out.
- 27:17Speaker 3: People didn't do the right thing. That's my opinion. I
- 27:21Speaker 3: do think say is definitely a threat. I could see that,
- 27:24Speaker 3: But I mean, everybody that was over there, there were
- 27:26Speaker 3: some bigger fish to fry. I feel like on both
- 27:29Speaker 3: tribal councils, and I don't feel like they voted out
- 27:32Speaker 3: the right people.
- 27:33Speaker 2: They didn't, you guys, and what they did was they
- 27:36Speaker 2: wasted their one chance to break up one of those
- 27:39Speaker 2: powerful alliances when they do this survivor. Yeah, so when
- 27:45Speaker 2: they do a thing like this where they because they're
- 27:47Speaker 2: going to keep doing this, They're going to keep breaking
- 27:49Speaker 2: them into different teams for challenges, and they do that
- 27:52Speaker 2: so that you know, let's say three people who usually
- 27:55Speaker 2: never even spoke, they all go on a reward together.
- 27:58Speaker 2: That's good because then they get them all at the
- 28:00Speaker 2: table talking blah blah blah. So when they had these
- 28:04Speaker 2: the best vote would have been David they're fools.
- 28:10Speaker 3: Or Joe, Like I mean David or Joe, any of
- 28:13Speaker 3: the guys, the big guys that are winning all of
- 28:15Speaker 3: these challenges, like who are all Why would you not
- 28:18Speaker 3: go for them? You have the numbers at this point.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Sorry I mean to cut you off, but it seems
- 28:22Speaker 3: like you got the numbers.
- 28:23Speaker 2: Yeah, it's crazy. I don't know why, because I don't
- 28:26Speaker 2: think say was a great idea necessarily.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Gave it be voted off?
- 28:31Speaker 3: Oh no, oh that's right, And I'm like, why did
- 28:36Speaker 3: you go for them? I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
- 28:38Speaker 2: But but even like a tile or you know what
- 28:41Speaker 2: I'm saying, any of the any of the of the
- 28:43Speaker 2: really good winners of challenges should have been voted off
- 28:49Speaker 2: in one of these shakeups. The weak people usually will
- 28:52Speaker 2: get together and be like, you know what, let's just
- 28:54Speaker 2: take it. Let's just take Kyle out because he's too strong,
- 28:57Speaker 2: you know. But they didn't. They took out Cedric, the
- 28:59Speaker 2: weakest man who's ever performed surgery. You have to remember
- 29:04Speaker 2: every episode Cedric has done something nuts. He's like, oh
- 29:07Speaker 2: my ankle, like he's just that guy. And then within
- 29:12Speaker 2: Daddy's also super paranoid. He cries, Remember how he cries.
- 29:16Speaker 1: What a what a hymning it back?
- 29:22Speaker 3: Who blocked size vote? Because I thought Mitch had the block?
- 29:27Speaker 1: Yeah he did.
- 29:28Speaker 3: He ended up blocking her vote. Wow, Okay, that's so crazy. Okay,
- 29:35Speaker 3: he was had. He was definitely had. I thought that
- 29:38Speaker 3: he wanted to build trust with say. That was the
- 29:41Speaker 3: last I heard, and then at tribal council her vote
- 29:44Speaker 3: was blocked. So I don't know what I missed in between.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Well, I think he was not. I think I think
- 29:52Speaker 1: he was just having to film with her and listening
- 29:55Speaker 1: to her. I didn't get the vibe he was fully
- 29:57Speaker 1: on board with her.
- 29:58Speaker 3: Well, and it's confessional thought that.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Okay, so all right, what else do we want to
- 30:10Speaker 3: talk about? Oh wait, I have to say during the
- 30:12Speaker 3: bucket challenge when Shaheen was doing the music, that was hilarious.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I love that. And then they.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Yeah the commercial because they had all the time to
- 30:24Speaker 3: kill like they were probably holding that for what over
- 30:27Speaker 3: almost an hour? Maybe it was?
- 30:29Speaker 1: It was yeah, like under almost he said almost, And
- 30:33Speaker 1: I was like, give us the time stamp so we know,
- 30:36Speaker 1: like the new record.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you.
- 30:39Speaker 3: I wanted that too. I was very I was concerned.
- 30:42Speaker 1: Well because they asked we got Yeah, the last time
- 30:45Speaker 1: stamp we got was forty four minutes.
- 30:47Speaker 3: All right, well, hold on, while while Jamie's looking that
- 30:50Speaker 3: up on Siri, why don't I take a quick break.

- 32:36Speaker 3: first order. Okay, and we're back talking Survivor with Emily
- 32:40Speaker 3: Dereesis and Jamie Moyer. Jamie, you looked up what the
- 32:43Speaker 3: record breaking time was for David holding the bucket and
- 32:47Speaker 3: how much is that? How much time?
- 32:49Speaker 2: In this article from USA Today it says almost an hour?
- 32:56Speaker 3: All right, So they don't have any more information than we.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Appreciate that. We try hard to get focused, and here
- 33:03Speaker 2: we got screwed by the internet.
- 33:05Speaker 3: When Eva goes in and does her vote, she was like,
- 33:09Speaker 3: why is everything shaped like garlic? And then Star was
- 33:14Speaker 3: like dancing in and the music was playing. It was
- 33:16Speaker 3: fun because you realized that a lot of these people
- 33:18Speaker 3: haven't been in there yet. Yeah, you know, and so
- 33:22Speaker 3: that's just like they're looking around like, oh my god,
- 33:24Speaker 3: I'm on Survivor. I'm like, I'm actually voting to vote
- 33:27Speaker 3: someone out right now? And it was just very exciting
- 33:29Speaker 3: to see that.
- 33:30Speaker 2: And Amy, You're absolutely right, Star is blashoming episode. The
- 33:34Speaker 2: first few episodes she was quiet, brooding, and then everyone's
- 33:37Speaker 2: picking on her too. Now she is having the time
- 33:40Speaker 2: of her life.
- 33:41Speaker 3: She found herself, she really has. When they went and
- 33:45Speaker 3: ate the banquet and when they came back and say,
- 33:51Speaker 3: for by the way, had the like thing that she found?
- 33:54Speaker 3: Is that also called an idol? When she went and
- 33:56Speaker 3: did the gazelle move and swapped it, is that also
- 33:58Speaker 3: an idol as well? That saves her from not having
- 34:01Speaker 3: to compete in the first rung of that company.
- 34:04Speaker 2: That is not considered an idol. It's considered an advantage.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Okay, thank you. So she didn't she had that amazing advantage.
- 34:11Speaker 3: And she's just sitting pretty not covered in one dot
- 34:14Speaker 3: of mud and then ends up. You know, she dropped
- 34:17Speaker 3: her bucket pretty early. But she gets this amazing meal
- 34:20Speaker 3: and she comes back laying on the hammock and she's like,
- 34:22Speaker 3: we had toastedos, we had hot dogs, we had I.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Was like, so tone deaf, why are you doing that?
- 34:30Speaker 1: I thought for sure that somebody asked her that we
- 34:34Speaker 1: just do see that.
- 34:35Speaker 3: That's what I'm thinking too, because you know what when
- 34:38Speaker 3: Mary did that, like a couple episodes ago, she was like,
- 34:41Speaker 3: we're good. We had all this, we did this, were
- 34:44Speaker 3: that and the other thing. And then say got so mad.
- 34:47Speaker 3: She's like, no, why should keep that to yourself.
- 34:50Speaker 1: It wasn't even that. It was before they even got there.
- 34:52Speaker 2: She was just happy that they won and happy they
- 34:55Speaker 2: won her get right, I can't wait to eat and
- 34:58Speaker 2: say it was like, how dear, you can't wait to eat?
- 35:04Speaker 2: Then she gets back she's like, we have been tomatoes potatoes.
- 35:11Speaker 1: But after the bucket challenge, when say, when Joe didn't
- 35:16Speaker 1: win and he busted his ass trying to win, say goes.
- 35:21Speaker 3: No peanut butter, I know no no no no no
- 35:26Speaker 3: no no no no no no no no no no
- 35:27Speaker 3: no no no no no. When tribal console uh began
- 35:33Speaker 3: and like the first one, I mean, and Jeff was
- 35:37Speaker 3: all like, hey, you know when you're at a party,
- 35:40Speaker 3: that's what this is, right, or like a dog park? Yeah,
- 35:43Speaker 3: like you said yeah, and like this person's doing the way,
- 35:46Speaker 3: but this person's slow dancing and I'm like you talking.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Enough enough, we.
- 35:54Speaker 2: Don't know what you're talking about.
- 35:57Speaker 1: It was they had to go with him though they're like, yeah, Jeff, yeah.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Kissing, everyone kisses his ass. Can you imagine how Jeff
- 36:05Speaker 2: gets treated at an average Chili's like a damn hero.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Like a president.
- 36:09Speaker 3: I resent that every every person who goes to Chili's
- 36:13Speaker 3: is treated with an honor.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Chilies.
- 36:20Speaker 3: But what I was going to say about Jeff in
- 36:22Speaker 3: that moment, so he is just loving life with all
- 36:27Speaker 3: of his dance analogies and such, and you know he
- 36:34Speaker 3: I just have like a technical question. So he's a
- 36:37Speaker 3: producer on this show. How long has he been a producer? Jamie?
- 36:41Speaker 3: Has it been like after the first two seasons to
- 36:43Speaker 3: get in on the ground floor, like early well it.
- 36:47Speaker 2: Was April seventeenth, two thousand. I have no fucking idea.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Should know, you should know.
- 36:54Speaker 2: I do think that he has been a producer for
- 36:57Speaker 2: a while because he's a big part of that. They're
- 36:59Speaker 2: not going to replace him. He's I bet it was
- 37:01Speaker 2: like Bob Barker or something.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Season ten or something. We had to get real use
- 37:07Speaker 1: to him and then.
- 37:08Speaker 2: Then let's just see this is a this is a
- 37:10Speaker 2: niche question. When did Jeff Probes begin producing Survivor He
- 37:19Speaker 2: is trap ho oh? This says I was I said
- 37:24Speaker 2: April seventeenth, two thousand. This says Jeff Probes began hosting
- 37:29Speaker 2: and producing Survivor in the year two thousand, so perhaps
- 37:32Speaker 2: he started right in the very beginning.
- 37:36Speaker 3: I'm wondering, like I wondered, if he just joined later.
- 37:40Speaker 3: I didn't expect him to know part of the beginning.
- 37:43Speaker 3: But it's what he launched it.
- 37:45Speaker 1: As a producer.
- 37:46Speaker 3: Oh. Interesting, Well, it's Mark Burnett.
- 37:50Speaker 1: It's a Mark Burnett production.
- 37:53Speaker 3: Mark Burnett, Everybody, Everyone is.
- 37:57Speaker 2: The host of Survivor, a globally syndicated America reality show,
- 38:00Speaker 2: which he has hosted since its inception in two thousand.
- 38:03Speaker 2: He stated that he was working hard to get a
- 38:06Speaker 2: meeting with series creator Mark Burnett, as he believed the
- 38:10Speaker 2: show was something special. Propst Copp Burnette's eye in nineteen
- 38:15Speaker 2: ninety nine when he interviewed Sandra Bullock while working for
- 38:18Speaker 2: Access Hollywood. Burnette was impressed by Probe's ability to garner
- 38:22Speaker 2: honest answers from media trained celebrities, and felt his relative
- 38:26Speaker 2: anonymity would allow the show to be built from the
- 38:29Speaker 2: ground up. Wow, he's also one four Primetime Emmy Award
- 38:36Speaker 2: four Primetime Emies. Can I just say something about this.
- 38:39Speaker 2: This is what I tell my acting students about all
- 38:42Speaker 2: the time. You never know you. Every night you go
- 38:47Speaker 2: to bed and you think nobody wants me, and things
- 38:49Speaker 2: are already in motion for you. You know your life
- 38:52Speaker 2: and your future is coming to fruition and you don't
- 38:55Speaker 2: even know it. Here's Jeff Probst introducing and interviewing Sandra Bull,
- 39:00Speaker 2: not realizing that Mark Burnett watching that interview.
- 39:03Speaker 3: You never know who's watching.
- 39:05Speaker 2: You never fucking know who's watching, especially.
- 39:17Speaker 3: Good stuff. You never know where the road's going to
- 39:20Speaker 3: take you.
- 39:21Speaker 2: I love this. After being a Survivor fan, I had
- 39:25Speaker 2: no idea that he kind of was there since its
- 39:28Speaker 2: inception and that he basically pitched it, and that Mark
- 39:32Speaker 2: Burnett saw him do some other crappy little thing and
- 39:35Speaker 2: was like, I like that guy. Amazing.
- 39:38Speaker 3: You want to tell it again?
- 39:40Speaker 2: You know, here's Jeff Probes interviewing, interviewing people on Access Hollywood.
- 39:46Speaker 2: What's my future? What's my life going to be? And
- 39:49Speaker 2: it's already in motion. He doesn't even know it. A ghost.
- 39:57Speaker 1: A ghost came in and stabbed Jeff Probs.
- 39:59Speaker 4: In the.
- 40:01Speaker 3: With a penis. Okay, go snab Jeff Probes to the
- 40:05Speaker 3: penis in the penis. Okay, that's good. I love that
- 40:11Speaker 3: little branch off we did. How about the the challenge
- 40:15Speaker 3: with the balancing the ball and the poles? That's nuts?
- 40:21Speaker 2: Right?
- 40:23Speaker 3: Have they done that before, Damie?
- 40:26Speaker 2: Yes, I can tell you that.
- 40:29Speaker 3: I believe you've seen that.
- 40:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:32Speaker 2: I never feel more important than when I'm on this Survivor.
- 40:37Speaker 2: I go, I go off with this and I'm like, God, damn,
- 40:39Speaker 2: I am needed in this world and I love.
- 40:42Speaker 3: You are I can tell I could have told you
- 40:45Speaker 3: that without this recap Jamels. Now this this new tribe
- 40:51Speaker 3: is called like name you or nunye? Right?
- 40:55Speaker 4: Is that?
- 40:56Speaker 3: I don't know what is it called.
- 40:58Speaker 2: I have no idea.
- 40:59Speaker 3: Okay, so, but that that's like the tribe of the thirteen?
- 41:02Speaker 2: Right?
- 41:02Speaker 3: But now twelve? Correct?
- 41:05Speaker 1: Correct?
- 41:05Speaker 2: I believe it's now eleven?
- 41:07Speaker 1: Is eleven? Okay? Eleven?
- 41:10Speaker 3: So can we talk about a numbers?
- 41:12Speaker 2: Yeah? Sorry, I'm sorry, Yes, let's do that. Because was
- 41:14Speaker 2: it not six and six?
- 41:16Speaker 4: Right?
- 41:16Speaker 3: It was?
- 41:17Speaker 2: Now?
- 41:17Speaker 3: There were thirteen?
- 41:18Speaker 1: Okay?
- 41:19Speaker 4: No?
- 41:20Speaker 3: Right, Oh, I'm wrong.
- 41:22Speaker 2: I guess think about this. Everyone they were evenly split
- 41:27Speaker 2: to do these two challenges. Six and six. Yeah, people
- 41:30Speaker 2: went home. That equals ten people being left.
- 41:34Speaker 3: Okay, you got it? Well, so then can we just
- 41:37Speaker 3: talk about so as I'm seeing these groups are forming
- 41:43Speaker 3: and they're talking about like, well, Siva has this amount
- 41:45Speaker 3: and Loggie has this amount, and so we have the
- 41:48Speaker 3: numbers to get rid of people all a a lot.
- 41:51Speaker 3: So where do we land now? Do you have the
- 41:54Speaker 3: sheet in front of you, Jamie, to see like who's
- 41:56Speaker 3: left of each tribe? I mean I do. If you don't,
- 41:58Speaker 3: I can send it to you.
- 42:00Speaker 1: I don't have that, I can tell you, okay, it's
- 42:10Speaker 1: I'll send Mary uh, Mary, Chrissy, Camilla, Mitch, Kyle, David,
- 42:19Speaker 1: that leaf.
- 42:20Speaker 4: Blower, sorry, that bread out there, no Eva Star in
- 42:31Speaker 4: shen and show.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 42:35Speaker 3: Okay, just send it to you. Open your tech.
- 42:38Speaker 2: I'm sorry for cussing Darling's okay. Can I just remind
- 42:43Speaker 2: y'all of something. The reason that this is all lazy
- 42:47Speaker 2: talk amongst survivors when they say we have to stay
- 42:51Speaker 2: Siva strong, Loggy Star, Lulas strong. It's all smoking mirrors.
- 42:55Speaker 2: But that's a general way for people to group themselves.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Do you know what I mean?
- 43:00Speaker 3: Copy that?
- 43:01Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 43:02Speaker 3: But it sounded like Loggi and Siva had a lot
- 43:06Speaker 3: of numbers in order to vote people off, and they
- 43:09Speaker 3: really didn't end up going in that direction when they
- 43:11Speaker 3: had the numbers. So that's why I'm saying, like, by
- 43:13Speaker 3: the end of this it seemed like an odd choice
- 43:15Speaker 3: for which way they went. But who what tribe from
- 43:19Speaker 3: the get go is looking the strongest at this point
- 43:21Speaker 3: with the numbers. Let's take a look.
- 43:24Speaker 2: From the very beginning of the show.
- 43:27Speaker 1: Well, Green's like knocked out all they're all except for Mary, right,
- 43:31Speaker 1: we're just talking Loggie and Siva.
- 43:33Speaker 3: I didn't even hear Vula's name mentioned one, so we
- 43:37Speaker 3: had Well, Charity's gone, So Loggi's got Star, David, Eva
- 43:42Speaker 3: and Mary. So that's four. Ceva has Mitch, Say's gone, Okay,
- 43:48Speaker 3: Chrissy and Cedric is gone. Oh wow, Okay, so Civa
- 43:51Speaker 3: only has two, Loggi has four, and then Vola has Kyle, Joe,
- 43:58Speaker 3: Camilla and Shaheen. That's so interesting. Sova has the least.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Yeahiva has the least. And I just want to say
- 44:05Speaker 2: something that I put in my notes. I thought it
- 44:07Speaker 2: was fascinating how unbothered Chrissy seems about being voted off.
- 44:12Speaker 2: Why is she so comfortable?
- 44:15Speaker 1: I feel like nobody's really talking about I feel like
- 44:18Speaker 1: she's we're not seeing something about her confidence among people,
- 44:22Speaker 1: Like they are not talking about her at all.
- 44:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't get it. Yeah, it's odd to me
- 44:29Speaker 2: saying well yeah. And then Chrissy started talking too much
- 44:33Speaker 2: at tribal. I'm like, yeah, what was she said?
- 44:36Speaker 3: I like, okay, So she was just basically like, yeh,
- 44:39Speaker 3: you can't trust anybody in these games, and uh, like
- 44:41Speaker 3: what was she spouting off about?
- 44:45Speaker 2: She just was talking and she should have zipped it.
- 44:50Speaker 2: I don't know what else I'll tell.
- 44:51Speaker 3: You, but it did seem to raise a few eyebrows. Yeah, yeah,
- 44:57Speaker 3: renoticing her. I don't think they noticed.
- 45:00Speaker 2: Yeah that's the thing. She's like flying deeply under the radar.
- 45:03Speaker 2: But what I've never seen her talk to anyone about
- 45:05Speaker 2: an alliance, or if I have, I've forgotten you. I'll
- 45:08Speaker 2: remember ever seeing her talk. Does she even have a number?
- 45:10Speaker 3: She just people come up to her. She's just a
- 45:12Speaker 3: number to people. So what will happen is people will
- 45:15Speaker 3: come up to and be like, hey, Chrissy, you're not
- 45:17Speaker 3: doing shit. So we're thinking, let's let's vote on Mitch.
- 45:21Speaker 3: She's like, you know what, I was thinking the same thing. Like,
- 45:23Speaker 3: but okay, thanks by Chrissy. You know, like she's just
- 45:25Speaker 3: somebody they go to and they tell her who to
- 45:27Speaker 3: vote for and then she's in.
- 45:28Speaker 2: Yeah, she's That's what I think Cedric should have been.
- 45:31Speaker 2: That's why Cedric should be stuck around just as much
- 45:33Speaker 2: as her. They are not threats. You can keep them
- 45:36Speaker 2: and then get rid of them at your ledger.
- 45:40Speaker 1: Okay, well, but I think like Chrissie, that's why I say,
- 45:44Speaker 1: I think we're not seeing something because they do kind
- 45:46Speaker 1: of uh give her leadership that we're not seeing like
- 45:51Speaker 1: they do revert. She's like alpha or something.
- 45:53Speaker 2: Well she does light on fire station.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Yeah, Like she's just some She's like a non factor
- 46:00Speaker 1: in the sense that she should. She has a lot
- 46:02Speaker 1: of strong opinions, but she's still not a factor. That's
- 46:07Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Like she's a leader and people are like, great,
- 46:11Speaker 1: that's Chrissy.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Yeah, but she's on the tribe that is almost dead.
- 46:15Speaker 2: Like according to what Amy's saying from this picture she
- 46:17Speaker 2: sent me that I poured over all night long and
- 46:20Speaker 2: somehow lost. Anyway, Mitch and Chrissy are the only two left.
- 46:26Speaker 2: And why is Mitch so worried and Chrissy, not at all.
- 46:29Speaker 3: I know Chrissy is just like hell, hell if I
- 46:32Speaker 3: do Helifa, don't, let's go. Yeah, Mitch is freaked out
- 46:38Speaker 3: because his only ally was Charity and now she's gone.
- 46:45Speaker 2: He's soon to go. I'll promise you that he's a
- 46:49Speaker 2: threat in the challenge and his story is too sweet
- 46:52Speaker 2: and he's too cute and nice. He's out. My prediction
- 46:56Speaker 2: is he's out. And my other prediction is the second
- 46:59Speaker 2: they can, they're to vote David out. The second he
- 47:02Speaker 2: doesn't win a challenge, he's gone.
- 47:04Speaker 3: Okay, who do you think is a bigger threat? Kyle
- 47:08Speaker 3: or David or Joe?
- 47:11Speaker 2: Great question, Amy, God, Emily, you answer first. I gotta
- 47:15Speaker 2: really ruminate on that.
- 47:17Speaker 1: I mean, I I don't know. I mean, Kyle, because
- 47:20Speaker 1: of what he's building with Camilla, might be the biggest threat,
- 47:25Speaker 1: because that's what I'm saying. From the outside, I see
- 47:30Speaker 1: that as the biggest threat. From the inside, probably Joe
- 47:34Speaker 1: because I can see that he has these bonds with
- 47:38Speaker 1: people and he is good at keeping people going. But
- 47:44Speaker 1: I think I think Mitch is even.
- 47:47Speaker 3: More Mitch even more Wow.
- 47:50Speaker 1: Yeah, But from the from out here, I think Kyle,
- 47:55Speaker 1: because Kyle is so good he could win it.
- 48:01Speaker 2: What do you think, Jamie, I'm agreeing with Emily. I
- 48:04Speaker 2: think Kyle is the guy to beat. To me, the
- 48:07Speaker 2: most dangerous outside of it, and inside of it is
- 48:11Speaker 2: David over Joe just a little bit. Joe's got the
- 48:14Speaker 2: better social game, but David is a beast, and I
- 48:18Speaker 2: think that if they don't vote him out, he has
- 48:20Speaker 2: a chance to win almost every single immunity. I mean
- 48:23Speaker 2: when he was in that how sexy was it when
- 48:25Speaker 2: he was in the community and he looked at Kyle
- 48:26Speaker 2: and he goes and take off. I can do this
- 48:29Speaker 2: all day.
- 48:30Speaker 3: And then he like showed his muscles at and I
- 48:34Speaker 3: was like, oh.
- 48:34Speaker 2: My God, to come over and show me what you
- 48:39Speaker 2: can do all day.
- 48:43Speaker 3: But really, you can park outside my house in that RB.
- 48:46Speaker 2: I mean they I would never be able to pull him,
- 48:50Speaker 2: nor would I want to to to chiseled. But he's
- 48:53Speaker 2: a challenge.
- 48:55Speaker 3: It would hurt your body. You know, he's too sharp
- 48:57Speaker 3: on you. So Joe's stare, like that stare of his
- 49:05Speaker 3: is really intense. Yeah, like when he was he did
- 49:11Speaker 3: that with Evo when she was having her breakdown, you know,
- 49:13Speaker 3: and and then during the bucket thing, he was like,
- 49:18Speaker 3: you know, don't let go.
- 49:20Speaker 1: Yeah, and then and.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Then someone else was doing something with the bucket, and
- 49:23Speaker 3: he was just like looking at them like you got this.
- 49:26Speaker 4: You know.
- 49:26Speaker 3: He just is like the picture of intensity, of like
- 49:29Speaker 3: positive intensity, you know, just makes me laugh. He's the
- 49:33Speaker 3: comedic relief.
- 49:35Speaker 1: If he was not, if we didn't know any better,
- 49:38Speaker 1: I would think he was very scary, just like with
- 49:41Speaker 1: that look alone, because it like cuts through, but it
- 49:44Speaker 1: cuts through through your sire.
- 49:48Speaker 2: Yeah, the word we're looking for his intense gaze. He
- 49:55Speaker 2: has a very intense gaze.
- 49:56Speaker 3: How dare you speak about the gay community like that?
- 50:00Speaker 4: In ten?
- 50:00Speaker 3: Oh wow?
- 50:02Speaker 1: In being in a tent gaze?
- 50:10Speaker 3: Now when Charity was you know, off and her little
- 50:15Speaker 3: torch got snuffed out, She's just got the cutest little
- 50:19Speaker 3: blazer short set. I'm like, where the heck did that
- 50:21Speaker 3: come from? You know, like where they get are you
- 50:24Speaker 3: hanging it from a train? You know and letting the
- 50:27Speaker 3: wrinkles fall out? Like how did you get that on?
- 50:30Speaker 3: She leaves with this little tiny backpack, like where are
- 50:32Speaker 3: these clothes coming from?
- 50:34Speaker 1: Well, they all have their night gear, but I do
- 50:38Speaker 1: have a lot of questions for production, Like Jamie, Well,
- 50:42Speaker 1: because really the guys are shaving, so they must have
- 50:47Speaker 1: some access. Yeah they are. Joe is not. They don't
- 50:50Speaker 1: have a full beard by now, they're twelve days in.
- 50:53Speaker 2: Like they got shaven. They can't. They can't shave. The
- 50:57Speaker 2: only allowances for women and their menstrels is my is
- 51:01Speaker 2: my thought, because I didn't know someone else. Some of
- 51:05Speaker 2: them can't grow facial hair. Some people can't grow facial hair,
- 51:09Speaker 2: not all of them. They don't have they're not shaving.
- 51:12Speaker 2: They don't have tooth brushes. Why would they let them
- 51:14Speaker 2: shave but not brush their teeth. They're brushing their teeth
- 51:16Speaker 2: on a stick and then shaving. It's I just don't
- 51:19Speaker 2: think that they're shaving.
- 51:21Speaker 3: I really don't, unless they're using their machetes mm hmmm,
- 51:26Speaker 3: which that would be difficult.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Last night I clocked that they all were like not
- 51:32Speaker 1: they all because Shaheen's beard is so pronounced, And then
- 51:37Speaker 1: you look at like Joe David like they they they
- 51:42Speaker 1: should have a lot more facial hair by now.
- 51:44Speaker 2: All right, I think we should go on shave watch
- 51:47Speaker 2: and just start noticing. But I'm telling you dollars a donuts.
- 51:50Speaker 2: They don't provide them a vanity kit or a mirror
- 51:54Speaker 2: to shave it. They just don't. They just don't. They
- 51:56Speaker 2: don't give them any other I even someone like or
- 52:01Speaker 2: someone I know talked to a survivor. I was like,
- 52:03Speaker 2: what happens. They're like, yeah, they just people just poop
- 52:06Speaker 2: out there in the in a hole.
- 52:08Speaker 3: Well, I just looked it up. No Survivor contestants do
- 52:12Speaker 3: not have access to razors or the ability to shave
- 52:14Speaker 3: during their time on the island. Here's why no toiletries.
- 52:18Speaker 3: Contestants are stripped of personal hygiene items like razors, toothbrushes,
- 52:22Speaker 3: and soap. The show's producers want to emphasize the challenge
- 52:26Speaker 3: of survival and the contestant's ability to adapt to harsh conditions.
- 52:30Speaker 3: So yeah, there you go. I mean, it's day thirteen
- 52:34Speaker 3: is what we're on.
- 52:35Speaker 2: So some people just can't grow them. I've seen guys
- 52:40Speaker 2: they cannot get it going. Have you ever seen someone
- 52:42Speaker 2: up up but guys.
- 52:43Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a lot of guys here and you're like, yeah.
- 52:46Speaker 2: What's going on there, buddy, And they're like, you're growing
- 52:48Speaker 2: my beard And I'm like, you're growing three patches of
- 52:50Speaker 2: great here. I don't know what you're doing here that
- 52:52Speaker 2: you might want to stop.
- 52:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna look very I'm gonna look again, because it
- 52:57Speaker 1: there's no way that many guys can't grow a beard.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Let's just watch. I'm excited to see because you're right,
- 53:05Speaker 2: maybe maybe by the end that they're going to have
- 53:08Speaker 2: those little patchy patches. But Amy also brought up a
- 53:11Speaker 2: good point. What if they are using the edge of
- 53:13Speaker 2: a machete.
- 53:14Speaker 1: We don't now, Yeah, yeah, that would be what I
- 53:17Speaker 1: would think too. Something is going on.
- 53:20Speaker 2: I also want to say, while we're talking about this,
- 53:23Speaker 2: I think if I was going to go on Survivor,
- 53:25Speaker 2: you would not see me in a skimpy bathing suit.
- 53:27Speaker 2: I'd be wearing like boys shorts and a very sturdy
- 53:33Speaker 2: bathing suit top. And I think if you pack, you
- 53:36Speaker 2: better be careful because you're so right. Who needs a blazer?
- 53:39Speaker 2: You should pack? You only get to bring the clothes
- 53:41Speaker 2: on your back body.
- 53:42Speaker 3: I love want to bring a blazer and a sturdy suit,
- 53:47Speaker 3: you know, I mean that's where I mean. But you know,
- 53:50Speaker 3: also the gals could have gotten laser hair removal, which is.
- 53:56Speaker 2: Actual wells could have as well. I mean, when I
- 54:00Speaker 2: get my eyebrows threaded, they don't grow back for a
- 54:03Speaker 2: long time, So I wonder if that's part of it too.
- 54:05Speaker 2: Emily they all got threaded ahead of time.
- 54:09Speaker 1: Maybe I need to know because I was watching last
- 54:13Speaker 1: night and I'm like, okay, well, clearly they're shaving.
- 54:16Speaker 2: Well let's talk about this. What about their chests? They
- 54:21Speaker 2: guys shaved their chests and arms. A lot of them,
- 54:23Speaker 2: guys like David Well or they get it.
- 54:25Speaker 1: Waxed or lasered.
- 54:27Speaker 2: So I mean like a lot of them their chest
- 54:30Speaker 2: Oh that's more waxable.
- 54:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I think like I could see that happening and
- 54:35Speaker 1: that not being but the face is where I was like,
- 54:39Speaker 1: are these guys shaving? Like, let's be on beard Watch?
- 54:42Speaker 2: Y'all want to Yeah? What beard Watch?
- 54:46Speaker 3: Watch too? Beard Watch? Okay, any last thoughts on these
- 54:54Speaker 3: two episodes? Guys, No, I guess and it's U.
- 55:01Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 55:01Speaker 1: It's hard to even predict who's going to be out
- 55:04Speaker 1: next because we don't know what protections they will have.
- 55:08Speaker 3: Well, somebody needs to have productions because this episode, these
- 55:12Speaker 3: two episodes were pretty lackluster with like anything anyone was
- 55:16Speaker 3: bringing to the table. Jeff was like, now's the time
- 55:20Speaker 3: to play your tools whatever it is, and they're like crickets.
- 55:27Speaker 2: Well, I want to say something that's kind of controversial,
- 55:35Speaker 2: these last welcome these last two episodes. Compared to the
- 55:40Speaker 2: one just before it, which was the most compelling episode
- 55:43Speaker 2: of television I'd seen in a long time, these last
- 55:46Speaker 2: two have been not as exciting as that one.
- 55:49Speaker 3: And that's okay, you know, that's okay. They can't all
- 55:51Speaker 3: be like that. But it is a great season, and
- 55:53Speaker 3: everybody really does seem very likable, with the exception of
- 55:57Speaker 3: just a couple people, and the ones that even aren't
- 56:00Speaker 3: that likable are so interesting to watch anyway that I'm
- 56:04Speaker 3: just wondering, is it always like this or is this
- 56:06Speaker 3: an exceptional cast?
- 56:09Speaker 2: I think it's always good. I love Survivor. I when
- 56:12Speaker 2: I did a Pandemic rewatch, it was pretty good almost
- 56:15Speaker 2: all the way through. The only time I didn't like
- 56:17Speaker 2: it is when they were like, we're going to play
- 56:19Speaker 2: an honest game to the end and they all agree
- 56:21Speaker 2: to do it, and I'm like, if I wanted to
- 56:24Speaker 2: watch a bunch of nice people skip it through the lilies,
- 56:28Speaker 2: do it a different.
- 56:30Speaker 3: Show, right, You're an emosean over to like, you know
- 56:36Speaker 3: the Lifetime.
- 56:38Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right, Lifetime Network of Nice people.
- 56:47Speaker 3: Okay, well that was fun. I can't for the next episode. Okay,
- 56:59Speaker 3: so you got guys.
