Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein's Estate And The Massive CICO Suit Filed Against It (10/8/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: This article is from lawandcrime.com. The headline, U.S. Virgin Islands
0:05
Speaker 1: can access sealed Jeffrey Epstein deposition and other secret files.
0:12
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Adam Klasfeld. Now, this is
0:18
Speaker 1: a pretty significant move, right? Like we talked about in
0:21
Speaker 1: the other segment when we were discussing this topic, it's
0:24
Speaker 1: a pretty significant move for Denise George to get access
0:28
Speaker 1: to these files as well. It's only going to bolster
0:32
Speaker 1: her case. And she already has a pretty strong case, folks.
0:37
Speaker 1: I mean, she has been dropping subpoenas like pigeons drop poop.
0:41
Speaker 1: She is not playing around. And she is looking to
0:45
Speaker 1: get as many of these people on record and get
0:47
Speaker 1: as much information as possible in regards to Jeffrey Epstein
0:52
Speaker 1: and his behavior in the Virgin Islands at the very least. Now,
0:57
Speaker 1: my question has been and will be, What about her predecessors?
1:02
Speaker 1: What about the people who were there before her? What
1:05
Speaker 1: about the people who were working with Jeffrey Epstein who
1:08
Speaker 1: were part of the government? Are there going to be
1:12
Speaker 1: any sanctions on them? Are they going to face any penalties?
1:17
Speaker 1: Because they should, right? If they were the ones who
1:19
Speaker 1: gave Jeffrey Epstein these sweetheart deals and even common folk
1:24
Speaker 1: on the island, regular old citizens, knew what Jeffrey Epstein
1:28
Speaker 1: was up to, how are we to believe that these
1:31
Speaker 1: elected officials or bureaucrats had no idea? So I think
1:36
Speaker 1: that it would be nice to see Denise George go
1:38
Speaker 1: after some of them as well and at least get
1:41
Speaker 1: them on record, right? So there is a lot going
1:46
Speaker 1: on in the Virgin Islands. And we have these concurrent
1:51
Speaker 1: investigations running and there is a lot to get to.
1:55
Speaker 1: So whenever we can add a little more context, especially
1:58
Speaker 1: when there's a bit of a lull in the news, then,
2:02
Speaker 1: you know, I like to do that because the more
2:04
Speaker 1: we understand what's going on and the easier it is
2:07
Speaker 1: for us to put the pieces together, the more chance
2:11
Speaker 1: we're going to be able to see the big picture
2:13
Speaker 1: clearly and not be confused by all sorts of nonsense, right?
2:18
Speaker 1: And folks, there is a lot of that. I, you know,
2:22
Speaker 1: I get, I'm tagged on some feeds on Twitter sometimes
2:26
Speaker 1: and I see posts from some people and I'm like, man,
2:29
Speaker 1: that's a big statement. What kind of evidence do you
2:32
Speaker 1: have to back that up? You see, you can't present
2:36
Speaker 1: things as fact without the evidence to back that stuff up, right?
2:40
Speaker 1: So I try to be very careful about what I
2:42
Speaker 1: present to you as factual, 100% locked in, and then
2:48
Speaker 1: what I think is happening. And I try to be
2:50
Speaker 1: very clear about that. And it seems like a lot
2:53
Speaker 1: of people don't do that. Like, I don't know. Anyway,
2:59
Speaker 1: for me, unless we have some strong circumstantial evidence, at
3:03
Speaker 1: the very least, I try to just steer clear of it, right?
3:07
Speaker 1: And now that doesn't mean I don't believe that, you know,
3:10
Speaker 1: some of that stuff is true and legit because I do.
3:13
Speaker 1: But it's not about what I believe. It's about what
3:17
Speaker 1: we can prove, right? So it's always important to add
3:20
Speaker 1: as much context as possible and present you folks with
3:24
Speaker 1: as much information as possible so you can make your
3:27
Speaker 1: own choices and come to your own conclusions and form
3:30
Speaker 1: your own opinions. That's what I love about this group
3:34
Speaker 1: of listeners on this podcast. You folks, you get the
3:39
Speaker 1: information and then you form your own opinions, right? You
3:42
Speaker 1: don't let nobody dog walk you or gaslight you. And
3:45
Speaker 1: I think that's the most important part here because there
3:49
Speaker 1: is a lot. And when there is so much information,
3:52
Speaker 1: it's really important to try and get it all into context, right?
3:56
Speaker 1: And that is my goal when we talk about these stories,
3:59
Speaker 1: to try and get them into proper context so that
4:03
Speaker 1: we can have an understanding and a sense of of
4:06
Speaker 1: a little bit of what's going on, right? And pull
4:09
Speaker 1: the shade back a little bit and get a better look,
4:12
Speaker 1: a clearer look behind the curtain. So that's what we're
4:16
Speaker 1: going to do with this article this morning. And we're
4:19
Speaker 1: going to see what Adam Classfeld has to add to
4:25
Speaker 1: the story because his commentary when it comes to Ghislaine
4:29
Speaker 1: Maxwell and the way he breaks it down has been very, very,
4:34
Speaker 1: very good throughout this whole entire case. The U.S. Virgin
4:40
Speaker 1: Islands can access Jeffrey Epstein's sealed deposition and a secret
4:44
Speaker 1: list of other witnesses put on the hot seat for
4:47
Speaker 1: its enforcement action against the accused sex traffickers' estate a
4:51
Speaker 1: federal judge in New York ruled on Wednesday. So we
4:55
Speaker 1: talked about this, right? It's huge. The secret list of
4:58
Speaker 1: witnesses I think is a gigantic deal. Now, I'm sure
5:03
Speaker 1: that several of those secret witnesses have already received subpoenas
5:09
Speaker 1: by Denise George, right? Leon Black, Glenn Du, but I'm
5:13
Speaker 1: sure a couple of those guys are part of this
5:17
Speaker 1: witness list, you would think, right? Again, I don't have
5:19
Speaker 1: that information given to me by anyone with any inside
5:26
Speaker 1: info of the story, but you would think that on
5:29
Speaker 1: those lists would be a couple of those people that
5:32
Speaker 1: have been named in the defamation case and people who
5:37
Speaker 1: played a role within Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. The United
5:43
Speaker 1: States Virgin Islands may use these materials solely in connection
5:48
Speaker 1: with the USVI's pending Virgin Islands Criminally Influenced and Corrupt
5:53
Speaker 1: Organization Act enforcement action against the estate of Jeffrey Epstein
5:58
Speaker 1: and several Epstein-controlled entities. So again, I think it's an
6:04
Speaker 1: incredibly awesome occurrence here in the case that we even
6:10
Speaker 1: see this criminally influenced and corrupt organizations act enforcement in
6:15
Speaker 1: these articles. And the fact that Denise George has initiated
6:19
Speaker 1: the SECO investigation is a huge deal. I think it
6:24
Speaker 1: provides precedent for it to move from the criminal, I mean,
6:29
Speaker 1: excuse me, from the civil realm into the criminal realm.
6:33
Speaker 1: And with the precedent set and there being a civilly
6:38
Speaker 1: motivated RICO case going on, I think that it will
6:42
Speaker 1: not be long before a criminal RICO case is announced.
6:46
Speaker 1: I am almost positive, 100% positive, that they are pursuing
6:51
Speaker 1: this case behind the scenes as a RICO case. And
6:55
Speaker 1: I think once we see one or two more arrests,
6:58
Speaker 1: then that's going to open up the floodgates, folks. U.S.
7:03
Speaker 1: District Judge Loretta Presko wrote in a 17-page order advancing
7:07
Speaker 1: a probe where Epstein had a home on what locals
7:10
Speaker 1: there called Pedophile Island. And I was talking about that
7:13
Speaker 1: in the opening here of the podcast. how even all
7:17
Speaker 1: the locals knew the deal, right? The locals knew that
7:20
Speaker 1: this was pedophile island. You mean to tell me that
7:23
Speaker 1: the politicians that set him up with these tax havens,
7:26
Speaker 1: with these breaks, with these different sorts of benefits down
7:32
Speaker 1: on the island, that they had no idea what Jeffrey
7:35
Speaker 1: Epstein was up to? I'm sorry, but I don't buy it.
7:39
Speaker 1: So I really think that Denise George should be going
7:41
Speaker 1: after some of these people and at the very least
7:44
Speaker 1: getting witness statements from them. The U.S. territory moved to
7:49
Speaker 1: intervene in an open records case involving Epstein's accused accomplice, co-conspirator,
7:55
Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag, child abuser, and bipedal serpent Ghislaine Maxwell,
8:01
Speaker 1: and their alleged survivor Virginia Roberts, in which an effort
8:04
Speaker 1: to bring transparency to the docket has been underway for
8:08
Speaker 1: more than a year. And we know that that all
8:11
Speaker 1: started in Preska's court, right? She got the ball moving.
8:14
Speaker 1: She got everything in motion. And she's been pretty steadfast.
8:18
Speaker 1: in the releasing of these documents. She hasn't been playing games,
8:22
Speaker 1: she hasn't been getting bullied, and she's faced some high-profile people, right?
8:26
Speaker 1: We know that Alan Dershowitz isn't coming to the party
8:30
Speaker 1: without some high-profile attorneys. We know that Ghislaine Maxwell's attorneys
8:34
Speaker 1: are high-profile, and we know that Preska has handled herself
8:38
Speaker 1: and them very well. One of the depositions unsealed recently
8:45
Speaker 1: showed Epstein's former house manager, John Alessi, claiming that Maxwell
8:50
Speaker 1: constantly took photos of topless young women visiting Epstein's pool
8:55
Speaker 1: and kept them in an album. And you see, this
8:58
Speaker 1: is an interesting thing here. The album stuff has been
9:00
Speaker 1: something that I've been asking about, and I have not
9:04
Speaker 1: been able to find any proper answers for it. where
9:08
Speaker 1: is this album or these albums? Does the government have them?
9:12
Speaker 1: Were they stashed somewhere? Does Borgerson have them? Does the
9:18
Speaker 1: CIA have them? Where are the albums? And I think
9:24
Speaker 1: that would be a decent question to ask the prosecutors
9:27
Speaker 1: at one of these, you know, press conferences, if we
9:30
Speaker 1: ever get to have one of them ever again. You know, look,
9:36
Speaker 1: It's obvious that there were mountains of evidence as far
9:40
Speaker 1: as Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's documentation of these topless
9:46
Speaker 1: girls and other racy rated X type pictures of minors.
9:53
Speaker 1: We know that they exist. Now, my question is, where
9:56
Speaker 1: are they and are they going to come into play
9:58
Speaker 1: during the trial? You would think so right? And if
10:02
Speaker 1: they go the route. That I think they're going to go.
10:04
Speaker 1: And supersede the indictment. And add RICO charges. Then for sure.
10:10
Speaker 1: Those albums and those pictures. And the videos. All of
10:14
Speaker 1: that will be added to evidence. But. Again, I don't
10:23
Speaker 1: really trust the government and their procedures at this point.
10:26
Speaker 1: We see the way they handled the whole entire Epstein ordeal.
10:29
Speaker 1: We see what happened with their internal investigation to the
10:31
Speaker 1: Department of Justice. So forgive me if I don't have
10:35
Speaker 1: too much faith in them doing their jobs correctly. So
10:40
Speaker 1: while I will continue to hope that they pursue this
10:45
Speaker 1: the right way. I'm not going to let my guard
10:48
Speaker 1: down and think that the federal government is just magically
10:50
Speaker 1: going to do the right thing. They have to be
10:53
Speaker 1: coaxed into it, right? We have to keep on them
10:55
Speaker 1: and we have to let them know that this is
10:58
Speaker 1: important to the populace. This is important to the citizenry.
11:02
Speaker 1: And this is important to establishing a little bit of
11:05
Speaker 1: trust in the justice system once again. The U.S. Virgin
11:10
Speaker 1: Islands government wanted the files for an enforcement action against
11:14
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate and several entities under his control pending before
11:18
Speaker 1: a superior court there. And I think that this puts
11:22
Speaker 1: Indyk and Khan into a lot of jeopardy, folks. That's
11:25
Speaker 1: an aspect that isn't being talked about a lot here,
11:28
Speaker 1: but they have been named by their actual names by
11:32
Speaker 1: Denise George in court documents and elsewhere as co-conspirators with
11:37
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. and people who are under the scope, right?
11:42
Speaker 1: There are people that are being looked at by this
11:44
Speaker 1: investigation as co-conspirators, not just enablers, not just employees, but co-conspirators.
11:52
Speaker 1: She has called them that. So, Indyk and Connor are
11:55
Speaker 1: in a lot of peril here, in my opinion. The
11:59
Speaker 1: USVI asserts in its SECO action that Epstein ran a
12:03
Speaker 1: criminal sex trafficking operation in the Virgin Islands. wherein he
12:07
Speaker 1: used his vast wealth and property holdings and a deliberately
12:11
Speaker 1: opaque web of corporations and companies to transport young women
12:16
Speaker 1: and girls to his privately owned islands, where they were
12:19
Speaker 1: held captive and subject to severe and extensive sexual abuse,
12:23
Speaker 1: Judge Preska summarized. And now you see right there in
12:27
Speaker 1: her summary why I talk about the Finson files and
12:30
Speaker 1: we talk about the shell companies, etc., etc., For those
12:33
Speaker 1: of you who might be new listeners and you caught
12:35
Speaker 1: that Finson Files episode and you were wondering what the
12:38
Speaker 1: hell I was talking about in the financial world, well,
12:41
Speaker 1: it all ties in together very nicely here. And it's
12:45
Speaker 1: been part of our ongoing narrative on the podcast since
12:48
Speaker 1: pretty much the beginning. One of the first shows was
12:51
Speaker 1: about Rico and about these sorts of these criminal companies,
12:57
Speaker 1: these offshore companies, these shell companies, and how they're used
13:00
Speaker 1: by people like Epstein. So that's why the FinCEN files
13:03
Speaker 1: coming out when they did, it was like perfect timing
13:06
Speaker 1: because we were able to add that to our conversation
13:10
Speaker 1: and we were able to use it to add a
13:12
Speaker 1: little bit of context to the overall theme of how
13:16
Speaker 1: corrupt these rich people are and how they use these
13:20
Speaker 1: sort of offshore companies to hide vast amounts of wealth
13:25
Speaker 1: and to engage in crime. Epstein dodged deposition questions by
13:31
Speaker 1: repeatedly invoking his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, and Maxwell
13:36
Speaker 1: argued that this was a reason to deny the Virgin
13:39
Speaker 1: Islands access to that file. Yeah, that's really a great reason.
13:44
Speaker 1: You know, again, look, folks, I've said it a million times,
13:47
Speaker 1: and it just becomes more apparent as the days go by.
13:52
Speaker 1: They realize that they don't have a leg to stand on,
13:54
Speaker 1: Maxwell's defense team, and they know that She is not
13:58
Speaker 1: an innocent person. So they continue to try and go
14:01
Speaker 1: hard on these technicalities and loopholes, hoping that one of
14:05
Speaker 1: them pops, hoping that one of them provides some relief
14:09
Speaker 1: for the bipedal serpent. Disagreeing, Preska noted that the government
14:15
Speaker 1: can draw an adverse inference from the fact in civil litigation.
14:21
Speaker 1: So you see, this is why, again, why we're reading
14:23
Speaker 1: this article and adding to the original Miami Herald article.
14:27
Speaker 1: because there's always little nuggets, right? Klassfeld goes into a
14:31
Speaker 1: little bit more detail here than we got from the
14:34
Speaker 1: Miami Herald article. Second, the substance of the deposition questions may,
14:42
Speaker 1: on their own, be fruitful, a jumping-off point for the
14:45
Speaker 1: USVI's significant investigatory power, she added. So, she is saying
14:52
Speaker 1: that the substance of the deposition questions... on their own,
14:57
Speaker 1: not the answers, but the questions on their own, can
15:00
Speaker 1: jumpstart and help the USVI's investigation. So Preska is very,
15:08
Speaker 1: very forthright with how she's putting this to them. She's
15:13
Speaker 1: letting them know that their attacks on the technicalities and
15:20
Speaker 1: trying to use these loopholes, she's going to stymie them
15:23
Speaker 1: at every chance possible. because this is not about the
15:28
Speaker 1: loopholes that you can find. This isn't about your relationship
15:31
Speaker 1: with the prosecutors. This is about justice being served finally
15:37
Speaker 1: after decades of this bipedal serpent allegedly getting off on it.
15:44
Speaker 1: The judge agreed, however, that the survivors may have privacy
15:48
Speaker 1: interests that deserve protection, which is why she denied a
15:51
Speaker 1: previous request to Harvard professor, Alan, I kept my underpants on, Now,
15:57
Speaker 1: she didn't let Dershowitz get any of this, but she
16:01
Speaker 1: did give it to the Virgin Islands and Denise George,
16:05
Speaker 1: considering that they are a an investor, an investigatory body.
16:11
Speaker 1: They have power of subpoena and they could be. put
16:16
Speaker 1: under sanctions by the court if they leak this information,
16:20
Speaker 1: whereas those safeguards aren't in place when you're dealing with Dushiewicz,
16:24
Speaker 1: and you know for a fact Oldboy is going to
16:26
Speaker 1: leak whatever information he has if he feels like it's
16:29
Speaker 1: going to provide him a good look, right? In order
16:36
Speaker 1: to make crystal clear to the USVI the significance of
16:39
Speaker 1: the privacy interests here, the court will provide separately to
16:44
Speaker 1: the USVI a copy of the sealed order explaining why
16:48
Speaker 1: it excluded from its prior production to Mr. Dershowitz materials
16:52
Speaker 1: related to a certain non-party dough with particularly weighty privacy
16:57
Speaker 1: interests in the sealed materials at issue in this case,
17:01
Speaker 1: her ruling states. So again, there is still a dough
17:04
Speaker 1: here A big fish, it would seem, who does not
17:08
Speaker 1: want their name to be made public. And we see
17:13
Speaker 1: the wrangling going back and forth. And hopefully, moving forward,
17:16
Speaker 1: we'll find out who this person is who wants their
17:19
Speaker 1: name kept secret. My guess is that it's Alan Dershowitz.
17:23
Speaker 1: He'll say that, no, no way, it's not me. I
17:25
Speaker 1: want all of this stuff made public. But I have
17:28
Speaker 1: a sneaking suspicion it's Dershowitz. Do I have any evidence
17:30
Speaker 1: to back that up? I don't. But it would be
17:33
Speaker 1: my guess that it's Dershowitz. If not Dershowitz, maybe Bill
17:36
Speaker 1: Clinton or perhaps Glenn Dubin. I don't know. One of
17:41
Speaker 1: those type of folks, though, is probably the person that
17:45
Speaker 1: is trying to keep their name from the public sphere here.
17:49
Speaker 1: The last thing they want is that sort of egg
17:51
Speaker 1: on their face. Rumor and innuendo are one thing. Seeing
17:55
Speaker 1: it on paper and taking a look at it for
17:58
Speaker 1: yourself in a court document, that is something else entirely. Entirely.
18:03
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
18:06
Speaker 1: at bobbycappucciatprotonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find
18:16
Speaker 1: me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of the
18:22
Speaker 1: links that go with this episode can be found in
18:25
Speaker 1: the description box. As for my email... Hello everyone and
18:32
Speaker 1: welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm your host Bobby
18:36
Speaker 1: Cappucci and this is a morning update. What's going on everybody?
18:41
Speaker 1: So I've had a lot of people ask me about
18:45
Speaker 1: the pictures that I post on Twitter and some folks
18:48
Speaker 1: were asking if those prints were for sale. And the
18:53
Speaker 1: good news is they most certainly are. I have a
18:57
Speaker 1: profile set up on Picfair.com where you can go over
19:00
Speaker 1: and purchase some of my prints. Right now, I have
19:05
Speaker 1: four prints on there, I believe. And by the end
19:08
Speaker 1: of the day today, there will be 12 or so
19:11
Speaker 1: on there. So make sure that if you're interested in
19:16
Speaker 1: some of those pictures, and you've sent me a message
19:18
Speaker 1: before asking about them, well, they will be there now
19:22
Speaker 1: for purchase if that is something you are interested in. Now,
19:27
Speaker 1: as you all know, I really don't have much to
19:28
Speaker 1: sell you as far as the Jeffrey Epstein case goes.
19:32
Speaker 1: I'm not writing any books or any of that stuff
19:34
Speaker 1: at all. It's just with the pictures, it's something that
19:39
Speaker 1: I've always really enjoyed doing, right? And now that PicFair
19:44
Speaker 1: has a place where I could just post my pictures
19:46
Speaker 1: the same as I would on like Instagram or something.
19:49
Speaker 1: And and it gives people the ability to purchase them
19:52
Speaker 1: if they'd like I think that's a pretty cool deal
19:55
Speaker 1: so if if you're interested in those kind of pictures
19:58
Speaker 1: landscape pictures pictures of you know the the great southwest
20:02
Speaker 1: mainly Nevada Arizona Utah Southern California national parks all across
20:12
Speaker 1: the West Coast, that kind of stuff. If you're interested
20:14
Speaker 1: in that, the link to the PicFair page will be
20:19
Speaker 1: in the description box along with the link to this
20:24
Speaker 1: article that we're going to get into and to the
20:27
Speaker 1: PayPal if you're looking to help out the podcast. All right,
20:32
Speaker 1: so on to today's article. We're going to talk a
20:36
Speaker 1: little bit about this article in the New York Post
20:38
Speaker 1: article about Glenn Dubin and the subpoena from the Virgin Islands. Now,
20:44
Speaker 1: we were way ahead of the curve here, right? OK
20:48
Speaker 1: Magazine and Chris Spargo talked about this a couple of
20:50
Speaker 1: weeks ago. And like I've said, Chris Spargo over at
20:54
Speaker 1: OK Magazine has been all over this. And they've done
20:58
Speaker 1: a fantastic job with the news that's coming out of
21:01
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands. And Chris especially deserves a tip of
21:04
Speaker 1: the cap, no doubt about it. Him, Kate Bricklett, Those
21:09
Speaker 1: are two of the journalists that have been covering this
21:12
Speaker 1: case that really stand out to me, that have done
21:14
Speaker 1: a fantastic job. And I think that it's pretty telling
21:19
Speaker 1: that OK Magazine and Chris Spargo are so ahead of
21:23
Speaker 1: the curve when it comes to this subpoena situation. Now,
21:26
Speaker 1: the New York Post is usually way out ahead of
21:29
Speaker 1: things when it comes to page six kind of reporting.
21:34
Speaker 1: But This comes a few weeks after we had originally
21:39
Speaker 1: learned about this. The reason I'm adding it to the
21:41
Speaker 1: catalog this morning is, like usual, we'll get some context
21:46
Speaker 1: and perhaps we'll glean a little nugget or two that
21:50
Speaker 1: we missed the first time around. So, we're going to
21:54
Speaker 1: talk about bitch-ass Glenn Dubin and the fact that him
21:57
Speaker 1: and his wife were a lot closer to Jeffrey Epstein
22:02
Speaker 1: than they'd like to let on. And now... Denise George, man,
22:07
Speaker 1: I almost just called her Denise Richards. Denise George down
22:10
Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands, the attorney general down there, she
22:15
Speaker 1: is involved in a civil RICO case right now against
22:18
Speaker 1: Epstein and his estate. And she has fired off all
22:21
Speaker 1: sorts of subpoenas to Glenn Dubin in relation to Glenn
22:26
Speaker 1: Dubin's children and their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. So shit's
22:31
Speaker 1: getting hot and heavy down in the Virgin Islands, as
22:33
Speaker 1: we have known. And let me tell you what, as
22:38
Speaker 1: much as I'm not a fan of Denise George looking
22:40
Speaker 1: for that money grab, I am a big fan of
22:43
Speaker 1: the way she has pursued this. I'm a big fan
22:46
Speaker 1: of her firing off a grip of subpoenas. And I
22:49
Speaker 1: want more, right? I think that not only subpoenas, there
22:53
Speaker 1: should be some indictments down there and she should arrest
22:55
Speaker 1: some people. That would be fantastic. Let's turn this civil
22:59
Speaker 1: racketeering case into an actual criminal RICO case down in
23:03
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands, and then have two concurrent RICO investigations
23:07
Speaker 1: running at the same time. Boy, that would be fantastic.
23:11
Speaker 1: And that certainly would make up some ground that they
23:13
Speaker 1: have lost throughout these decades, huh? All right, so our article,
23:19
Speaker 1: New York Post. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein case subpoena seeks documents
23:24
Speaker 1: related to billionaire Glenn Dubin's kids. Author, Isabel Vincent. Now,
23:30
Speaker 1: let's just pump the brakes right away. Imagine being Glenn
23:34
Speaker 1: Dubin and his wife and having your kids embroiled in
23:37
Speaker 1: this whole entire brouhaha. You are supposed to protect your
23:43
Speaker 1: children from shit like this. Not have them hang out
23:46
Speaker 1: with Uncle Jeffy. Not have Uncle Jeffy have a trust
23:49
Speaker 1: in their name. Not have Uncle Jeffy as the godfather.
23:53
Speaker 1: And certainly, the last thing you want is your children's
23:57
Speaker 1: names being brought up in an investigation into one of
24:01
Speaker 1: the most prolific pedophiles in the history of America. Talk
24:06
Speaker 1: about a failure as a human, and talk about a
24:09
Speaker 1: failure as a parent. It just goes to show you
24:11
Speaker 1: all the money in the world, all of the status
24:14
Speaker 1: in the world, doesn't mean shit if you're a douche. U.S.
24:20
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands prosecutors are demanding billionaire... MoMA benefactor and board
24:25
Speaker 1: member Glenn Dubin turned over all communications that his friend
24:30
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein had with Dubin's three children. It's gross, right,
24:34
Speaker 1: to read that. I know I have a penchant for
24:37
Speaker 1: being a sarcastic person when it comes to this stuff,
24:41
Speaker 1: and I think that that is the proper measure when
24:46
Speaker 1: we're dealing with these people. But at the same time,
24:49
Speaker 1: it's spine-tingling and gross and chilling to think that your
24:54
Speaker 1: children would be involved in a subpoena that has to
24:58
Speaker 1: do with Jeffrey Epstein. Now look, I'm not a parent.
25:02
Speaker 1: I don't have any kids. I have four dogs. Those
25:04
Speaker 1: are like my kids. And I wouldn't let my dogs
25:07
Speaker 1: spend a minute with Jeffrey Epstein. Never mind my children.
25:12
Speaker 1: And then you want to add a little whipped cream
25:15
Speaker 1: on top of that banana split? Oh yeah, now your
25:18
Speaker 1: kids' names are being brought up in legal documents, subpoenas.
25:23
Speaker 1: That have to do with Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. Glenn Dubin.
25:28
Speaker 1: Eva Dubin. You both suck. As human beings. And obviously
25:36
Speaker 1: as parents. A subpoena seeks all documents and communications related
25:42
Speaker 1: to any of your three children, May, Selena, or Jordan,
25:46
Speaker 1: which also relate in any way to Jeffrey Epstein or
25:50
Speaker 1: any Epstein entity. This is how you put the pieces together, folks.
25:53
Speaker 1: This is how you build a case. Remember when I
25:58
Speaker 1: told you that RICO is very invasive and that RICO
26:02
Speaker 1: charges are far-reaching, meaning even people in your family can
26:07
Speaker 1: get caught up in it? Well, you're seeing it here,
26:11
Speaker 1: but in a civil version. Now, the criminal version of
26:14
Speaker 1: this is even worse, even more draconian. You ask me
26:18
Speaker 1: how I know? Well, I've experienced it firsthand in my life.
26:22
Speaker 1: I've had a loved one face RICO charges. I've had
26:25
Speaker 1: a loved one look at a hundred RICO charges. All right.
26:32
Speaker 1: And that's what they do. They throw a bunch of
26:34
Speaker 1: RICO charges at you. And then they go after the
26:36
Speaker 1: people that you loved. Anybody you might have given money to.
26:39
Speaker 1: They'll tap your children's phones. They'll do all sorts of
26:43
Speaker 1: wild shit. When they have RICO power. And you see
26:49
Speaker 1: that here. When they're bringing up the names of his children.
26:52
Speaker 1: And it's just the part and parcel. For how a
26:57
Speaker 1: RICO investigation is conducted. And once the FBI gets their
27:01
Speaker 1: teeth sunk in on a RICO investigation. At least to
27:05
Speaker 1: regular folks. All right, Italian folks anyway, right? Because I
27:08
Speaker 1: can only speak about my experiences and what my people
27:11
Speaker 1: have dealt with. So when they start with that Rico shit,
27:15
Speaker 1: forget it. It doesn't matter if you're a 16-year-old kid
27:18
Speaker 1: walking home from school. They're going to try and hem
27:20
Speaker 1: you up and ask you about your loved one. Try
27:22
Speaker 1: and put you in the back of that car. They're
27:24
Speaker 1: going to try and threaten you. They're going to try
27:27
Speaker 1: and tell you that your parents are going to go
27:29
Speaker 1: to jail if you don't talk to them. And this
27:32
Speaker 1: is the kind of shit the FBI does against us,
27:34
Speaker 1: the average citizen. But when it comes to bitch-ass mother
27:38
Speaker 1: effers like Glenn Dubin and the rest of this posse
27:41
Speaker 1: of scumbags, they don't get that kind of treatment. They
27:45
Speaker 1: get overlooked. They get lost in the sauce. They get
27:49
Speaker 1: moved around in the system. But me or you or
27:54
Speaker 1: your loved one, forget it. They get involved in bookmaking? Well,
27:59
Speaker 1: they're looking at seven years, seven prime years taken away
28:02
Speaker 1: from them and from them and their families. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Epstein,
28:07
Speaker 1: 13 months? I'll just say right now, straight up, point blank, period,
28:13
Speaker 1: F the FBI, okay? They're a bunch of scumbags. They're corrupt.
28:17
Speaker 1: The whole organization is corrupt, in my opinion. The island's
28:23
Speaker 1: attorney general is probing alleged racketeering by the late billionaire
28:27
Speaker 1: pedophile and has issued subpoenas to numerous Epstein associates, including lawyers, accountants,
28:32
Speaker 1: and bankers. Now, again, I really wish that we'd see
28:36
Speaker 1: this in the SDNY. And I think we're going to
28:40
Speaker 1: once we get another arrest, if we get another arrest.
28:44
Speaker 1: But I'm on record saying that if it doesn't go RICO,
28:48
Speaker 1: then in my opinion, the fix is most certainly in.
28:51
Speaker 1: And that will be the most telling sign that the
28:53
Speaker 1: elite are once again protecting the elite. This is a
28:57
Speaker 1: RICO case if I have ever seen one. And we
29:01
Speaker 1: have the proof right there in the pudding. With Keith Ranieri.
29:06
Speaker 1: Getting himself 120 years under Rico. And racketeering. Allison Mack
29:11
Speaker 1: gets charged with racketeering. And Rico. But Ghislaine Maxwell doesn't.
29:14
Speaker 1: It doesn't sit well with me. And if it doesn't
29:19
Speaker 1: go Rico. Then you know for a fact. That the
29:23
Speaker 1: fix is in. And I will definitely be on every
29:26
Speaker 1: mountaintop yelling even louder than I am now about the
29:29
Speaker 1: corruption in the government. And for those of you who
29:32
Speaker 1: think that Joe Biden is going to ride in on
29:35
Speaker 1: his white horse, swinging his sword and cutting down all
29:39
Speaker 1: of the orcs of Egypt. evil around us folks I
29:42
Speaker 1: got bad news for you meet the new boss same
29:47
Speaker 1: as the old boss the idea is to stop sending
29:51
Speaker 1: people like Biden to DC and I get it. Right.
29:58
Speaker 1: A lot of people hate Trump. And, you know, this
30:00
Speaker 1: was a referendum on Trump. And I understand completely. But
30:04
Speaker 1: at the same time, you must stay vigilant just because
30:08
Speaker 1: Biden has been elected as the president elect of the
30:11
Speaker 1: United States of America doesn't mean that we all throw
30:14
Speaker 1: up our hands and say, all right, things are going
30:15
Speaker 1: to go back to normal. Everything's good. Nothing is good.
30:18
Speaker 1: Nothing is normal. We've had a look behind the curtain now, folks.
30:22
Speaker 1: We can't go back. It's only moving forward now. There
30:29
Speaker 1: is no retreating. There is no regrouping. There is forming
30:33
Speaker 1: a vanguard and smashing hard right into the heart of
30:38
Speaker 1: the elite's lines and crushing them and putting them on
30:41
Speaker 1: their back foot and making them scatter for once. And
30:45
Speaker 1: that's going to happen if we do it. No politician
30:49
Speaker 1: is going to save us. Joe Biden or otherwise. One
30:55
Speaker 1: of you out there in the audience run for office.
31:00
Speaker 1: You might save us. One of you good-hearted people with
31:02
Speaker 1: a moral compass who understands that the work of the
31:05
Speaker 1: people is more important than enriching yourself. You might save us.
31:09
Speaker 1: But none of these retread-ass politicians are going to save us.
31:12
Speaker 1: Just like none of these asshole coaches who have never
31:15
Speaker 1: succeeded anywhere in the NFL are going to make a
31:18
Speaker 1: team succeed magically when they get hired again. Epstein, who
31:27
Speaker 1: hanged himself, allegedly, in a Manhattan lockup last year, had
31:31
Speaker 1: openly declared his plans to marry Selena Dubin, sources told
31:35
Speaker 1: Binnis Insider last year. Epstein and Selena developed an especially
31:41
Speaker 1: close relationship when Selena was 12 and it continued into adulthood,
31:46
Speaker 1: according to the Palm Beach Post. The whole thing was weird, right?
31:50
Speaker 1: This whole thing with Selena Dubin and Jeffrey Epstein? Always odd,
31:55
Speaker 1: in my opinion. I mean, why in the hell, as
31:59
Speaker 1: an adult, as a parent, would you have this little
32:01
Speaker 1: kid calling Jeffrey Epstein Uncle Jeffy sitting on his lap?
32:05
Speaker 1: You know what he was. Hell, after he was arrested,
32:08
Speaker 1: you had him over for some good old turkey dinner. Meanwhile,
32:14
Speaker 1: you're going to try and distance yourself from Jeffrey Epstein?
32:17
Speaker 1: You're going to try and act like you weren't one
32:19
Speaker 1: of his top dogs? and that your wife wasn't his
32:23
Speaker 1: chick back in the day, who knows? You guys might
32:25
Speaker 1: have still been doing the same kind of thing. You
32:28
Speaker 1: might have still been... Who knows what kind of relationship
32:31
Speaker 1: these people had. Maybe they were involved in a thruple.
32:34
Speaker 1: Who the hell knows? My point is this. They were very,
32:38
Speaker 1: very close to Jeffrey Epstein. Selena wrote glowingly of their
32:44
Speaker 1: weekly science lesson when Uncle Jeff, as she calls him,
32:48
Speaker 1: takes time from his personal business schedule... To go over
32:51
Speaker 1: to her apartment and discuss science and mathematics lessons she
32:55
Speaker 1: is learning at school, reported the newspaper, citing a profile
32:59
Speaker 1: prepared by Epstein's lawyers in 2007, the year they negotiated
33:03
Speaker 1: a non-prosecution agreement that allowed him to avoid federal sex
33:08
Speaker 1: trafficking charges. So... The most ironic thing about this is
33:14
Speaker 1: that the Dubins themselves opened their mouth and this can
33:17
Speaker 1: of worms by writing this glowing report for Jeffrey Epstein.
33:21
Speaker 1: They involved their daughter. They brought their kids into this.
33:25
Speaker 1: And they were the ones who put their kids in jeopardy,
33:27
Speaker 1: in my opinion, by having them around a scumbag like
33:31
Speaker 1: Uncle Jeffy Epstein. There is no evidence that Epstein ever
33:37
Speaker 1: had a romantic relationship with Selena, now 25, according to
33:41
Speaker 1: Business Insider, adding that his motivation to marry her might
33:45
Speaker 1: have been driven by his desire to leave her his
33:47
Speaker 1: fortune and avoid inheritance taxes. That makes no sense, okay? Sorry, really?
33:53
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, Mr. Scumbag, extraordinaire himself, couldn't have found a
33:58
Speaker 1: way to launder that money to marry her? That's why
34:01
Speaker 1: he wanted to marry her? No, let's stop making excuses
34:03
Speaker 1: for these people. He wanted to, quote-unquote, I'm using air
34:06
Speaker 1: quotes right here, folks. You can't see me, but that's
34:08
Speaker 1: what I'm doing. He wanted to marry her? No. He
34:11
Speaker 1: wanted to be romantically involved with her. He wanted to
34:15
Speaker 1: abuse her, and he wanted to do what he did
34:18
Speaker 1: with every other young teenage girl he came into contact with.
34:23
Speaker 1: All right? Let's not sugarcoat it anymore. Let's not cut corners.
34:26
Speaker 1: Let's not act like Glenn Dubin and his wife deserve
34:29
Speaker 1: the benefit of the doubt. They do not. Look, this
34:34
Speaker 1: isn't like a regular case, right? Where everything's happening in
34:36
Speaker 1: real time and shit's convoluted and we don't know up
34:40
Speaker 1: from down. There's spin, there's propaganda. Of course there's that.
34:45
Speaker 1: But we've had plenty of years to go through all
34:49
Speaker 1: of these details with a fine-tooth comb. We've had plenty
34:52
Speaker 1: of time to compile these articles. And we know from
34:55
Speaker 1: the articles that we have read about Glenn Dubin... and
34:59
Speaker 1: his wife that they are scuzzbags and that they are
35:04
Speaker 1: very much involved with Jeffrey Epstein on an intimate level.
35:08
Speaker 1: No pun intended. The subpoena, which was filed in Virgin
35:13
Speaker 1: Island Superior Court in September, is also seeking all financial
35:17
Speaker 1: records between Dubin, who is married to Epstein's former beauty
35:20
Speaker 1: queen girlfriend, Eva Anderson Dubin, and Epstein. It also seeks
35:25
Speaker 1: all documents and communications with a Swedish female traveling with
35:29
Speaker 1: or employed by Epstein. That's huge. That is the little
35:33
Speaker 1: girl that cried to the guy in Dubin and Eva
35:41
Speaker 1: Andersson's kitchen, right? The little Swedish girl that we've talked
35:44
Speaker 1: about that we always wondered what the hell happened to
35:46
Speaker 1: this kid. Well, She is also involved in this and
35:51
Speaker 1: they're asking for documentation that has to do with their
35:54
Speaker 1: contact with this unnamed 15-year-old Swedish girl. Who in the
35:58
Speaker 1: hell is this poor kid, folks? Where is she? What
36:01
Speaker 1: has become of her? And I can only hope that
36:05
Speaker 1: she is doing okay now. Court papers unsealed a day
36:11
Speaker 1: before Epstein's death last year included allegations that a 15-year-old
36:15
Speaker 1: Swedish girl was held against her will on Epstein's compound
36:19
Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands. The girl allegedly told her story
36:23
Speaker 1: to Rinaldo Rizzo, a chef who worked for the Dubin family,
36:27
Speaker 1: according to court papers. Now, remember, this isn't just hearsay.
36:30
Speaker 1: This isn't just shit thrown at the wall. That's for
36:33
Speaker 1: other people involved in this Jeffrey Epstein case to do.
36:37
Speaker 1: That's an adventure for them to take you on. We
36:40
Speaker 1: don't do that here on this podcast, okay? Our work
36:43
Speaker 1: speaks for itself. Everything we talk about is in the
36:46
Speaker 1: newspapers and based on court documentation. When I go hard
36:50
Speaker 1: on somebody here on the podcast, you better damn believe
36:53
Speaker 1: there is a reason, folks. And that is exactly what
36:58
Speaker 1: we have here with the Dubins. All of this stuff
37:01
Speaker 1: is court documented. This man gave this statement under oath.
37:06
Speaker 1: And it's obvious that the Dubins are being protected right
37:09
Speaker 1: along with Jeffrey Epstein. But they shouldn't be. Our prosecutors
37:14
Speaker 1: and our justice system should be big game hunting right now.
37:20
Speaker 1: Both Dubin and his wife, who dated Epstein for 11 years,
37:24
Speaker 1: have vigorously denied any knowledge of Epstein's wrongdoing. A spokesman
37:28
Speaker 1: for Dubin refused to comment last week. And let's not
37:32
Speaker 1: forget also, okay, the 500-pound gorilla in the room. Not
37:37
Speaker 1: only is Dubin accused of all of this nonsense, okay?
37:43
Speaker 1: Let's not forget what Virginia... Alleges happened to her at
37:46
Speaker 1: the hands of Glenn Dubin when she was trafficked to him.
37:50
Speaker 1: All right. Let's keep that in the forefront of our mind.
37:54
Speaker 1: And the scumbags who have been mentioned by Virginia as
37:57
Speaker 1: people who have actually partaken in the abuse. Those people
38:02
Speaker 1: all need to be brought in. under the auspices of
38:05
Speaker 1: this grand investigation. They all need to be spoken with.
38:09
Speaker 1: Those aren't allegations of stealing a bologna sandwich or, you know,
38:16
Speaker 1: you shoved me in the street. These are serious allegations
38:19
Speaker 1: that need to be looked into. And Glenn Dubin, my friends,
38:24
Speaker 1: is setting himself up for a huge fall from grace,
38:27
Speaker 1: in my opinion. In addition to Dubin, a subpoena in
38:33
Speaker 1: the Epstein case has also been served on billionaire Leon Black,
38:37
Speaker 1: who is a member of the Museum of Modern Arts
38:39
Speaker 1: Board of Directors along with Dubin. Fellow travelers, huh? And
38:43
Speaker 1: what do you think? It's just a coincidence that all
38:45
Speaker 1: of these scuzzbags are in the art world or the
38:48
Speaker 1: modeling world or the world of finance? No. These people
38:53
Speaker 1: have been scummy since the start of time. I mean, look,
38:57
Speaker 1: I'm not a religious guy, right? I, you know, my...
39:00
Speaker 1: That's not my thing. But I will tell you this.
39:02
Speaker 1: I believe that Jesus was a real man. And who
39:05
Speaker 1: did he get pissed off at? The bankers. The only
39:08
Speaker 1: people he ever got pissed off at. Flipped over their table.
39:11
Speaker 1: The whole flip. And that's because bankers. Even since before
39:16
Speaker 1: Jesus was around. Have been scumbag. Shit birds. Who have
39:20
Speaker 1: done nothing. But destroy the poor populations. That they're in
39:25
Speaker 1: charge of lending to. And Glenn Dubin. and Leon Black
39:32
Speaker 1: and the rest of the pieces of shit that come
39:34
Speaker 1: from that world all deserve the karma train that has
39:38
Speaker 1: just left the station that is barreling towards them at
39:42
Speaker 1: light speed. In January, Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George
39:48
Speaker 1: sued Epstein's estate, alleging violation of the Virgin Law's civil
39:52
Speaker 1: racketeering law. And that's what I was talking about earlier
39:56
Speaker 1: about the Civil Rico case. That's what she's engaged in here, folks.
40:00
Speaker 1: And she's engaged in a Mongolian type of campaign of
40:03
Speaker 1: scorched earth, right? She's trying to be Genghis Khan and
40:07
Speaker 1: stand atop all of these skulls when she's done. But
40:11
Speaker 1: my question is, Let's why is it just civil? Let's
40:15
Speaker 1: move it out of the realm of civil and move
40:17
Speaker 1: it into the criminal realm down in the Virgin Islands, too,
40:21
Speaker 1: because I've said a million times on this podcast, I
40:24
Speaker 1: don't care how these people end up in jail. I
40:26
Speaker 1: don't care if it's financial crimes or crimes due to
40:30
Speaker 1: their participation with Jeffrey Epstein. All I care about at
40:34
Speaker 1: this point, folks, is justice. If you'd like to contact me,
40:39
Speaker 1: you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I

Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. And
41:01
Speaker 1: to everybody who... Down to the Virgin Islands tonight, folks.
41:04
Speaker 1: And we have an article from the St. John's Source.
41:08
Speaker 1: And this article is throwing around some heavy words, some
41:12
Speaker 1: big words, words like Rico. So is Denise George going
41:16
Speaker 1: to take this case to the next level and really
41:20
Speaker 1: go after these clowns? Because if she's going to do
41:23
Speaker 1: that and she's going to start evoking words like Rico
41:27
Speaker 1: and using power like Rico to bring in the associates
41:29
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein, not one of these people will get
41:32
Speaker 1: a good night's sleep while this case is active. Believe that.
41:35
Speaker 1: That's how powerful Rico is. RICO is the sort of
41:40
Speaker 1: charge they bring to people like El Chapo or John Gotti, right?
41:45
Speaker 1: These are serious charges. When you get slapped with a
41:48
Speaker 1: RICO case, you're really in the crosshairs of the federal government,
41:52
Speaker 1: and you know that they're going to use every tool
41:54
Speaker 1: at their disposal to bring you down. And one of
41:58
Speaker 1: the main tenets of a RICO case, one of the
42:02
Speaker 1: most powerful parts of it, is how... long these sentences
42:08
Speaker 1: are for associates who are involved in these criminal organizations.
42:11
Speaker 1: So it's not some slap on the wrist for the
42:14
Speaker 1: core four, right? When they start getting wrapped up and
42:17
Speaker 1: they start getting pulled in and they see the charges
42:20
Speaker 1: that they face and their lawyers see that this is
42:22
Speaker 1: a RICO case, their lawyer, whoever their lawyer may be,
42:26
Speaker 1: is for sure going to try and cut a deal. 100%,
42:30
Speaker 1: not even a question, will try and cut a deal
42:32
Speaker 1: with the federal government to mitigate how bad the punishment
42:37
Speaker 1: is for their client by serving up bigger fish up
42:41
Speaker 1: on the hierarchy, right? Hire people on the chain of command,
42:45
Speaker 1: serving them up, bringing evidence against them, being willing to
42:48
Speaker 1: testify against them in court, et cetera, et cetera. So
42:52
Speaker 1: once you start using the RICO statute, once you start
42:55
Speaker 1: breaking that out as a prosecutor, that's like breaking out
42:58
Speaker 1: the big bazooka for the Federal Reserve and injecting $ 6
43:02
Speaker 1: trillion of liquidity into the market. That's the same kind
43:06
Speaker 1: of thing when Rico starts getting thrown around. That's the
43:08
Speaker 1: kind of thing that will have everybody who's ever been
43:10
Speaker 1: involved with any sort of transaction financially or otherwise with
43:14
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein literally having sleepless nights. So much so that
43:19
Speaker 1: Andy is even going to start sweating again, I'm sure.
43:22
Speaker 1: Because the word Rico getting slapped at you and being
43:27
Speaker 1: thrown at you by the federal government of the United
43:30
Speaker 1: States is by far one of the most daunting things
43:34
Speaker 1: that the government can do to you because there are
43:36
Speaker 1: all sorts of charges when it comes to Rico. They're
43:38
Speaker 1: going to get you for a leadership role. They're going
43:41
Speaker 1: to get you for all kinds of crazy shit. And
43:43
Speaker 1: they'll bring 100, 200 counts of Rico at you. And
43:47
Speaker 1: even if just two or three of them stick, you're
43:50
Speaker 1: going to college, baby, right? You're in big trouble. And
43:53
Speaker 1: if that's the route that Denise George is going to
43:56
Speaker 1: go here, then I'll tell you what, a lot of
43:58
Speaker 1: people are going to end up going to prison. So
44:01
Speaker 1: let's jump into this article and see exactly what it says.
44:04
Speaker 1: I have not read the article yet. I just had
44:07
Speaker 1: a brief conversation with somebody on Twitter about this article.
44:11
Speaker 1: So I decided to add it to the catalog tonight.
44:14
Speaker 1: So we're going to jump into it and see just
44:16
Speaker 1: exactly what they say. But if... What I hear is correct,
44:21
Speaker 1: and there is talk of Rico in this article. That's
44:23
Speaker 1: a big move, man. That's a big step in the
44:25
Speaker 1: right direction, and that's the kind of thing that the
44:28
Speaker 1: survivors can rally around, because it should be Rico or
44:32
Speaker 1: Bust at this point, right? I don't want no weak-ass
44:34
Speaker 1: charges on these people. I want them all caught up.
44:37
Speaker 1: I want Endyke and Khan wrapped up. I want Ghislaine
44:40
Speaker 1: Maxwell wrapped up. Every single person that was helping facilitate
44:44
Speaker 1: these people being trafficked in and out of Jeffrey Epstein's locations.
44:47
Speaker 1: I want everybody involved in that. Slap with Rico. Every
44:50
Speaker 1: last one of them. All right, so this is from
44:54
Speaker 1: the stjohnsource.com. The headline is Justice Opposed Terms of Proposed
45:00
Speaker 1: Epstein Survivors Fund by Judy Schimmel, April 9th, 2020. Now,
45:06
Speaker 1: we talked a little bit about how they had the
45:08
Speaker 1: court ruling on Tuesday. We talked about what was going
45:12
Speaker 1: on in the courtroom. So this article might be a
45:14
Speaker 1: little bit, rehash a little bit of that as well
45:17
Speaker 1: as give us some new information. So let's see just
45:20
Speaker 1: exactly where this journey takes us. The creation of a
45:24
Speaker 1: survivor's compensation fund from the estate of convicted pedophile Jeffrey
45:28
Speaker 1: Epstein still has a ways to go, according to Attorney
45:32
Speaker 1: General Denise George. George provided updates on such a fund
45:36
Speaker 1: in a statement issued by the Justice Department this week.
45:39
Speaker 1: And that's interesting, too, that the Justice Department is issuing
45:42
Speaker 1: this statement. I would think that Denise George would come
45:46
Speaker 1: out and sort of, you know, go at this as
45:49
Speaker 1: kind of a lone wolf almost. But with the statement
45:54
Speaker 1: coming out by the Justice Department, I wonder just how
45:58
Speaker 1: closely she's working with the actual prosecution in New York
46:03
Speaker 1: as well. Maybe they're coordinating things. their attack here. Again,
46:07
Speaker 1: I don't know that for sure, but you would think
46:09
Speaker 1: that with both of these cases, you know, on the burner, uh,
46:14
Speaker 1: in both, uh, court systems that the authorities would be
46:17
Speaker 1: at the very least, you know, conversating with each other
46:19
Speaker 1: about their strategy. You would hope so, right? The attorney
46:23
Speaker 1: general said several details in the proposed settlement fund have
46:27
Speaker 1: improved since they were discussed in a February probate hearing
46:30
Speaker 1: in superior court. But the territory's top justice official says
46:34
Speaker 1: there are continued objections to one provision. Lawyers for the
46:39
Speaker 1: Epstein estate say sex abuse victims who file legitimate claims
46:43
Speaker 1: against Epstein must sign releases before receiving compensation. And again,
46:48
Speaker 1: I have a funny feeling that's a lot of Ghislaine
46:51
Speaker 1: Maxwell finessing in Dyke and Khan with her shots over
46:54
Speaker 1: the bow from the sun. Now, we know that Ghislaine
46:57
Speaker 1: Maxwell is a master manipulator. We know that once she
47:00
Speaker 1: gets involved with things, she's trying to form the narrative
47:03
Speaker 1: so it fits the story she's trying to tell. We
47:06
Speaker 1: know that she's not above things like that, cloak and
47:09
Speaker 1: dagger activities. We understand the stock she comes from. We
47:13
Speaker 1: understand who her father was. And we also understand that
47:17
Speaker 1: she's trying to put the screws to Endyke and Khan,
47:20
Speaker 1: at least in my opinion, with the warning shots that
47:24
Speaker 1: she gave through her mouthpiece, Laura Goldman. And we see
47:27
Speaker 1: that here as well, because... This is a big sticking point, right?
47:33
Speaker 1: Why would this be such a big sticking point if
47:35
Speaker 1: Khan and Indyk weren't being finessed or they weren't being,
47:39
Speaker 1: you know, talked to about their decision here? Who are
47:42
Speaker 1: they trying to protect at this point? Jeffrey Epstein's dead.
47:45
Speaker 1: The party should be over. But no, they're still attempting
47:48
Speaker 1: to protect people. And again, I believe that all goes
47:51
Speaker 1: back to Ghislaine Maxwell. The release prevents them from pursuing
47:56
Speaker 1: additional claims against Epstein associates who may have also inflicted
48:02
Speaker 1: abuse on them. Again, that's just straight garbage. I've said
48:05
Speaker 1: that was garbage from the jump. That's a non-starter for me.
48:08
Speaker 1: If I'm one of the lawyers for the girls, I
48:11
Speaker 1: will never, ever, ever, ever advise them to sign something
48:14
Speaker 1: like that. Now, if it's a girl who has only
48:20
Speaker 1: been abused by Jeffrey Epstein, perhaps, that might be a
48:24
Speaker 1: different situation. But if I was the lawyer of a
48:27
Speaker 1: client who had been abused by multiple people involved with
48:30
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, I wouldn't take some hush money. At least
48:34
Speaker 1: I would advise my client not to take the hush money.
48:36
Speaker 1: because it's important that they go after every single person
48:40
Speaker 1: who was involved. And furthermore, I would bring lawsuits against
48:43
Speaker 1: every single person who was involved, however that works out.
48:46
Speaker 1: You know, again, I'm not a lawyer, right? So I
48:48
Speaker 1: might be shooting for the universe here. But I would
48:51
Speaker 1: be dropping lawsuits on every single person who was involved
48:54
Speaker 1: in even facilitating the abuse. With this demand still in place,
49:00
Speaker 1: the fund cannot ensure a fundamentally fair and legally sufficient
49:04
Speaker 1: process for survivors to participate, George said. Such a broad
49:08
Speaker 1: release essentially amounts to a misuse of probate funds and
49:11
Speaker 1: an abuse of the probate process solely to protect persons
49:15
Speaker 1: who are not part of the estate. Again, these are
49:18
Speaker 1: the clues the breadcrumbs that are so important, right? Who
49:21
Speaker 1: are they protecting and why? What would motivate the estate
49:25
Speaker 1: to protect people that are on the periphery? What would
49:29
Speaker 1: motivate them, right? And why would Ghislaine Maxwell come out
49:32
Speaker 1: and say the things that she said at the times
49:35
Speaker 1: that she would said them? You start putting the pieces
49:39
Speaker 1: of the puzzle together, and you know, I'm not a
49:40
Speaker 1: Jacques Clouseau or anything over here, but come on. You
49:44
Speaker 1: don't need to be the world's greatest investigator to see
49:46
Speaker 1: what's going on. Once you have everything right in front
49:48
Speaker 1: of you and all the context there... Epstein, a New
49:53
Speaker 1: York-born financier, pedophile, was a business and property owner, pedophile,
49:58
Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands. In June 2008, he pleaded guilty
50:02
Speaker 1: in Florida to sexually abusing a female minor, pedophile. Investigators
50:07
Speaker 1: say the extent of that abuse lasted more than a decade,
50:10
Speaker 1: involved hundreds of victims, and occurred at Epstein's properties in
50:14
Speaker 1: New York, Florida, Paris, New Mexico, and the Virgin Islands.
50:20
Speaker 1: At the time of his death, on August 10th, Epstein
50:22
Speaker 1: was in federal custody in a Manhattan jail cell on
50:25
Speaker 1: charges of sex trafficking. In the will that Epstein finalized
50:29
Speaker 1: with his lawyer on August 8th, he declared himself a
50:32
Speaker 1: resident of the Virgin Islands. Again, why would he do that, huh? Oh,
50:36
Speaker 1: because he wanted to protect his money. He thought that
50:38
Speaker 1: he had the in down there in the Virgin Islands
50:40
Speaker 1: because of all of the people who have provided cover
50:42
Speaker 1: for him there previously. And now Denise George comes along
50:47
Speaker 1: and she's looking like she doesn't give a god dang
50:49
Speaker 1: about any of that, right? Looks like she's ready to
50:52
Speaker 1: bulldog this dude. Again, my only problem with Denise George
50:56
Speaker 1: is the financial side of it. I don't want to
50:59
Speaker 1: see the Virgin Islands go after any of this money.
51:01
Speaker 1: They shouldn't try and recoup any of this money, all right?
51:04
Speaker 1: The money's gone, okay? There's no reason for the Virgin
51:08
Speaker 1: Islands to be getting a piece of the dough that
51:12
Speaker 1: the survivors should be getting. Enough would be the notoriety
51:16
Speaker 1: that it, imagine the publicity for the Virgin Islands if
51:20
Speaker 1: it's her, Denise George, some backwater attorney general who goes
51:25
Speaker 1: after and seeks justice for these survivors and actually brings
51:28
Speaker 1: these people down as opposed to the so mighty and
51:32
Speaker 1: powerful SDNY. Can you imagine what that would do for
51:35
Speaker 1: her future? Forget money. You don't need, she wouldn't need
51:38
Speaker 1: any money for the Virgin Islands, right? She would have
51:41
Speaker 1: a super profile, the kind of person that's almost guaranteed
51:45
Speaker 1: to get elected to office if they want to run,
51:49
Speaker 1: and the kind of person who the country can look
51:51
Speaker 1: at and say, man, there are heroes here. There are
51:54
Speaker 1: people who truly care. Because all of these prosecutors seem
51:57
Speaker 1: like they're limp-wristed and they're scared. All of them seem
52:00
Speaker 1: like they're betas. Are there any alphas left amongst these prosecutors?
52:05
Speaker 1: Seems like Denise George is the only one that's looking
52:07
Speaker 1: to step up and put the screws to these cats. So,
52:11
Speaker 1: you know, look, as I've said, always, my problem with
52:13
Speaker 1: her has been the financial aspect. I think what she's
52:16
Speaker 1: doing on the other side of things, I think it's
52:18
Speaker 1: a very shrewd and I think she's she's using the
52:22
Speaker 1: system as well as she can against some very powerful people.
52:26
Speaker 1: So if she would just, you know, back up off
52:29
Speaker 1: of the financial BS and stop calling the Virgin Islands
52:33
Speaker 1: a victim of Jeffrey Epstein, then she'd be, you know,
52:36
Speaker 1: top notch in my book. So let's hope she pivots
52:39
Speaker 1: away from that, like I said, and focuses more on
52:42
Speaker 1: bringing this criminal organization down. On January 15th, justice officials
52:49
Speaker 1: announced the filing of a civil lawsuit against the Epstein
52:52
Speaker 1: estate seeking compensation for the territory and for survivors who
52:56
Speaker 1: were believed to have been subject to abuse at Epstein's
53:00
Speaker 1: compound on Little St. James Cay in Pillsbury Sound. The
53:04
Speaker 1: lawsuit alleges violation of the Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, Rico,
53:12
Speaker 1: but it so far contains no criminal charges. See, this
53:16
Speaker 1: is very interesting. So she evoked Rico, but she hasn't
53:19
Speaker 1: charged anybody under the statutes yet. Now, I wonder how
53:23
Speaker 1: much this motivated Ghislaine Maxwell to open her yap and
53:27
Speaker 1: fire off some comments through the sun. because again, this
53:31
Speaker 1: is the big threat. This is the nuclear bomb. This
53:34
Speaker 1: is the bazooka that a prosecutor can use. And it
53:37
Speaker 1: doesn't matter how rich or how famous or how connected
53:40
Speaker 1: you are when it comes to RICO. Cause here's, here's
53:43
Speaker 1: the thing. Look, when you follow the drugs, right? Let's
53:46
Speaker 1: just use this as an example. When you follow the drugs, well,
53:49
Speaker 1: you get led to the drug dealers, right? That's how
53:52
Speaker 1: that works. But when you follow the money in a
53:54
Speaker 1: drug case, you have no idea where the hell you're
53:57
Speaker 1: going to end up. And the same holds true with
54:00
Speaker 1: this case here with Jeffrey Epstein. If you follow the
54:02
Speaker 1: money in this case, I'm telling you right now, if
54:05
Speaker 1: there's a forensic accountant out there that is listening to
54:10
Speaker 1: this podcast, or if any of you know a forensic
54:12
Speaker 1: accountant out there, they'll tell you. They will tell you
54:15
Speaker 1: the deal. When it comes to a criminal organization like this,
54:18
Speaker 1: follow the money. That's how they get all of these guys.
54:21
Speaker 1: Very rare do they get them on murder or they
54:23
Speaker 1: get them on, you know, any other charge. But when
54:25
Speaker 1: you use Rico, it makes it a lot easier to
54:27
Speaker 1: nail these mother-effs on financial crimes, right? And at the
54:32
Speaker 1: end of the day, let me tell you what, it's
54:34
Speaker 1: a very powerful statute. So it's interesting that she has
54:37
Speaker 1: evoked it, but it doesn't contain criminal charges as of yet.
54:43
Speaker 1: By invoking local RICO statutes, Justice charges Epstein and associates
54:47
Speaker 1: working with some of his enterprises with facilitating sex trafficking
54:51
Speaker 1: of women and girls in the Virgin Islands, some as
54:55
Speaker 1: young as 14. Wow. So, again, they bring this RICO
55:03
Speaker 1: charge in front of a judge and a grand jury?
55:05
Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now. If you bring a ham
55:08
Speaker 1: sandwich in front of a grand jury, you can get
55:10
Speaker 1: it indicted. If they bring this stuff in front of
55:12
Speaker 1: a grand jury with all of the evidence they have
55:15
Speaker 1: and the prosecution really believes in the case and they
55:18
Speaker 1: charge hard, we'll start seeing arrests tomorrow. The second the
55:23
Speaker 1: prosecution does that, the second it begins to really do
55:26
Speaker 1: that sort of thing, then you're going to see big
55:28
Speaker 1: trouble for these co-conspirators. If the lawsuit prevails at trial,
55:34
Speaker 1: justice officials say they want to make sure that Epstein's
55:36
Speaker 1: survivors have a chance to show up and make legal
55:39
Speaker 1: claims against the estate over a period of years and
55:43
Speaker 1: that those whose claims are honored have funds set aside
55:46
Speaker 1: to compensate them. At the January 15th press conference announcing
55:52
Speaker 1: the lawsuit, George explained the approach is similar to those
55:55
Speaker 1: used in other cases involving multiple sexual abuse survivors. The
56:00
Speaker 1: Attorney General is asking the probate court whether they approve
56:05
Speaker 1: of the estate's demand that independently culpable third parties be
56:08
Speaker 1: released from potential culpability. The Attorney General's office will forcefully
56:13
Speaker 1: continue its work to hold accountable Epstein's criminal enterprise through
56:18
Speaker 1: the government's RICO lawsuit and send a clear message that
56:22
Speaker 1: the USVI is not and will not be a safe
56:25
Speaker 1: haven for sex traffickers or sexual abuse, George said. Wow.
56:30
Speaker 1: All right. So there you have it, folks. We're finally
56:32
Speaker 1: getting to hear a prosecutor talk a little bit about Rico. And,
56:38
Speaker 1: you know, better late than never. Right. I wish it
56:41
Speaker 1: was earlier and I wish they were talking about Rico
56:43
Speaker 1: from the very beginning. But at least now we have
56:47
Speaker 1: it here in this article from the St. John, the St.
56:50
Speaker 1: John source dot com. Right from Denise George's mouth that
56:53
Speaker 1: Rico at the very least has been brought up. It's
56:56
Speaker 1: not something that's being forgotten about all of a sudden.
57:00
Speaker 1: They sure love to use RICO when they're knocking in
57:02
Speaker 1: drug dealers' doors in South Central Los Angeles or when
57:05
Speaker 1: they're kicking in doors in the South Bronx. It's about
57:09
Speaker 1: time they use RICO on some of these scumbags that
57:12
Speaker 1: are amongst them, that are hidden amongst them in polite society.
57:16
Speaker 1: It's about time some of these people have all of
57:18
Speaker 1: their assets seized. It's about time they get their doors
57:21
Speaker 1: kicked in and SWAT teams roll in and pull them
57:23
Speaker 1: out of their houses. That time is long overdue, folks.
57:28
Speaker 1: And if we're talking about Rico here like Denise George is,
57:31
Speaker 1: if we're starting to use that word and we start
57:33
Speaker 1: seeing the movement towards that, it's going to be a
57:36
Speaker 1: wrap for these people. An absolute bloodbath for these people
57:39
Speaker 1: when it comes to people being arrested because everyone's going
57:43
Speaker 1: to get caught up. I'm telling you, if they go
57:45
Speaker 1: the Rico route and they really chase the Rico route,
57:48
Speaker 1: then it's going to be a whole serious... because everybody
57:54
Speaker 1: who got broke off money-wise is now implicated because how
57:58
Speaker 1: does the government know where that money has come from?
58:01
Speaker 1: If Epstein is involved in fraud and human trafficking and
58:05
Speaker 1: all sorts of other illegal behavior, nobody could tell what
58:09
Speaker 1: the clean money is and what the dirty money is.
58:12
Speaker 1: So they're just going to seize all of that shit.
58:15
Speaker 1: And anybody who had transactions from Jeffrey Epstein... They're going
58:20
Speaker 1: to have to answer some questions. And I'm not talking
58:22
Speaker 1: about questions from reporters or independent content creators. I'm talking
58:27
Speaker 1: about real questions from investigators and interrogators who know their business.
58:34
Speaker 1: Because let's remember, folks, all right, it's not the I'm
58:36
Speaker 1: not when I when I bash. on the FBI and
58:42
Speaker 1: even like the CIA. It's not the rank and file
58:46
Speaker 1: agent that I'm talking about. I'd say most of the
58:48
Speaker 1: people in those organizations are good people, right? You know,
58:52
Speaker 1: the frontline workers, the FBI agent who's, you know, chasing
58:55
Speaker 1: down cases every day, breaking up child sex abuse rings.
58:59
Speaker 1: Those kinds of people are not where my anger is directed.
59:04
Speaker 1: My anger is directed at the bureaucrats who have been
59:07
Speaker 1: in their positions of office and they've never been elected
59:11
Speaker 1: by the people and they work all of these black
59:14
Speaker 1: sites and they're involved in all of this disgusting, devious
59:17
Speaker 1: shit that the American people would never sanction or be
59:20
Speaker 1: okay with. And they wrap it all in a nice
59:23
Speaker 1: little shield of, oh, this is about national security. Yeah, right.
59:27
Speaker 1: Stop it. It's not about national security. It's about you
59:31
Speaker 1: increasing your power right? Consolidation of power, like I always
59:35
Speaker 1: talk about, that's what the intelligence agencies want to do.
59:38
Speaker 1: And of course you want them dossiers because what does
59:41
Speaker 1: information do? It helps you consolidate your power. And the
59:45
Speaker 1: most important commodity for people that work in intelligence is information.
59:52
Speaker 1: So these people who have gotten away with this for
59:55
Speaker 1: so long and for so many decades, I would love,
59:59
Speaker 1: love for them to all Get Rico-cased. I'd love for
1:00:03
Speaker 1: them to have Rico statutes dropped on them like they
1:00:07
Speaker 1: were the Sopranos. Every last one of them. As many
1:00:10
Speaker 1: as you can throw at them. Litigate them into the
1:00:13
Speaker 1: poorhouse like you do with everybody else. If you'd like
1:00:19
Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com.
