Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: It's the Alex Marlowe Show. It's the Alex Marlowe Show.
- 0:03Speaker 1: I'm glad you're here. I tell you about Mondays. Mondays
- 0:06Speaker 1: are sometimes the hottest news week of the year and
- 0:08Speaker 1: sometimes the hottest news day of the week. Sometimes it's
- 0:12Speaker 1: the coldest news day of the week. Quickest mistake on air.
- 0:15Speaker 1: First 18 seconds, that's all it took for the first
- 0:18Speaker 1: error on today's show. Look, you know what? It's a
- 0:21Speaker 1: humbling experience being on live radio. It is sometimes the
- 0:24Speaker 1: hottest news day of the week because so much stuff
- 0:26Speaker 1: piles up over the weekend. Sometimes it is cold because
- 0:29Speaker 1: people take a break and watch sports. It is a
- 0:31Speaker 1: hot one today. We got a lot to do. I'm
- 0:32Speaker 1: going to give you some early voting numbers. We're going
- 0:34Speaker 1: to talk about perhaps how Trump tricked Democrats into not voting.
- 0:37Speaker 1: I'll explain that in a little bit. We got the
- 0:39Speaker 1: raid on Ilhan Omar's house. I will mention that momentarily
- 0:42Speaker 1: as well. Was James Talafrico in a mental asylum over
- 0:46Speaker 1: the weekend? I don't know, but I'll tell you what
- 0:48Speaker 1: we know about it in a second, as well as
- 0:50Speaker 1: a lot of clips of Democrats going incredibly woke and
- 0:53Speaker 1: a friendly reminder that the stakes are very high in
- 0:55Speaker 1: this election. But first, how was your weekend? And speaking
- 0:58Speaker 1: of mental institutions, I did something that was very fun
- 1:01Speaker 1: that I had not done in L.A., though it is
- 1:03Speaker 1: one of the coolest things that you can do. I
- 1:05Speaker 1: haven't done this exact itinerary. But one of the cool
- 1:07Speaker 1: things you can do in L.A. is there's a lot
- 1:09Speaker 1: of revival theaters. And I frequent one from time to
- 1:11Speaker 1: time called the New Beverly, which is run by Quentin Tarantino,
- 1:14Speaker 1: and he does all the programming. And it's very inexpensive.
- 1:17Speaker 1: They play classic movies. It's such a blast. And I
- 1:19Speaker 1: took Mrs. Dr. Marlowe to a Chuck Russell double screening
- 1:23Speaker 1: of A Nightmare on Elm Street 3, Dream Warriors. with
- 1:26Speaker 1: a young Larry Fishburne. He went by Larry Fishburne, and
- 1:29Speaker 1: that credit. And then The Blob from 1988, one of
- 1:32Speaker 1: my personal favorites. It's a remake. But first of all,
- 1:36Speaker 1: Nightmare on Elm Street 3, all the one-liners, total bangers
- 1:39Speaker 1: with an audience. Really fun to see movies with a group.
- 1:42Speaker 1: But I bring up The Blob because it was really
- 1:44Speaker 1: fun because this is made in the 80s, and clearly
- 1:47Speaker 1: this was designed to be an anti-Reagan thing. But let
- 1:50Speaker 1: me tell you about how things work out, and there
- 1:51Speaker 1: will be a couple of spoilers. You can tell... that
- 1:54Speaker 1: this has aged so well for our side, for the
- 1:57Speaker 1: good guys, because it's become an anti-Fauci movie. It really is.
- 2:01Speaker 1: The blob, and this is the spoiler, is a failed
- 2:04Speaker 1: government bioweapon. And the people who are tasked with containing
- 2:08Speaker 1: it are the ones who created the bioweapon. It is
- 2:11Speaker 1: exactly the plot of the coronavirus. And they predicted this
- 2:15Speaker 1: in 1988 in what was at the time a B-movie
- 2:18Speaker 1: what is actually pretty brilliant and fantastic, and some of
- 2:21Speaker 1: the best special effects you've ever seen in your entire life.
- 2:24Speaker 1: That is my number one for this year Halloween recommendation.
- 2:27Speaker 1: For any of you who might only get in one
- 2:29Speaker 1: monster movie for the year, make it The Blob, because
- 2:32Speaker 1: you'll see what I see, which is that they try
- 2:33Speaker 1: to make it seem as though this is a Reagan
- 2:36Speaker 1: must be a bad guy.
- 2:37Speaker 2: No, no, no.
- 2:38Speaker 1: This is Fauci's a bad guy. They just predicted it
- 2:40Speaker 1: decades earlier. And Reagan never did any of this stuff.
- 2:42Speaker 1: It was Fauci who did all this stuff. And the
- 2:44Speaker 1: government looks really bad. It's also in a very fun,
- 2:47Speaker 1: not woke move. The bad guy's black. It's a, can
- 2:49Speaker 1: you just have a pure evil black guy be the
- 2:52Speaker 1: main bad guy in a modern movie these days? Can
- 2:55Speaker 1: you do that? Someone email me aloha to alexmarlow.com if
- 2:57Speaker 1: I missed one in recent years, but that would be
- 2:59Speaker 1: such a bold choice now because of how woke we've gotten. So, okay.
- 3:04Speaker 1: So before I get into the James Tallarico mental asylum stuff,
- 3:07Speaker 1: Very apropos of the Nightmare on Elm Street 3. But
- 3:12Speaker 1: I'll talk about Ilhan Omar. This is so exciting. I
- 3:15Speaker 1: woke up today to the Columbus Day news, and happy
- 3:17Speaker 1: Columbus Day to all who celebrate, who should be all
- 3:19Speaker 1: of you. Columbus is a hero in this house, just
- 3:22Speaker 1: to let you all know. But federal agents from the
- 3:25Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security raiding Ilhan Omar's D.C. home early
- 3:29Speaker 1: Monday morning around 6 a.m. So described as pre-dawn, but
- 3:33Speaker 1: I mean, that's kind of courteous. I mean, you should
- 3:34Speaker 1: be up if you're in Washington at 6 a.m. your Congresswoman,
- 3:37Speaker 1: you should be getting to work on a Monday. But
- 3:39Speaker 1: I don't think she was there. So it's a, according
- 3:42Speaker 1: to sources familiar with the operation, multiple agents with jackets
- 3:46Speaker 1: seen at the home, Department of Homeland Security operation, Department
- 3:49Speaker 1: of Justice operation. One thing that is really important here
- 3:52Speaker 1: is that they did have to get a sign off
- 3:55Speaker 1: from a federal judge. So this is not a fly
- 3:58Speaker 1: by night thing. This is obviously the product of a
- 4:01Speaker 1: long investigation and That no doubt is timed as some
- 4:05Speaker 1: sort of an October surprise, which is cool. But it
- 4:08Speaker 1: is a reminder that the Somalis are not sending their best,
- 4:12Speaker 1: and some of their not best are getting to the Congress.
- 4:14Speaker 1: We've talked about in prior shows in the past few days.
- 4:17Speaker 1: how we have seen a uptick in gang violence from
- 4:20Speaker 1: Somali communities, particularly in places like Minnesota, where we are
- 4:23Speaker 1: seeing a very tight Senate race. And all of this,
- 4:26Speaker 1: I do 100% believe is connected. If you judge that negatively,
- 4:29Speaker 1: that's fine. But obviously, I do feel like there's a
- 4:31Speaker 1: political element to this. But if we find out that
- 4:35Speaker 1: Ilhan Omar had violated some sort of immigration crime at
- 4:39Speaker 1: a federal level, then of course, we need to start
- 4:42Speaker 1: cracking down on these people. And we've treated our members
- 4:44Speaker 1: of Congress, if they're too big to fail, that they
- 4:46Speaker 1: can't go to jail, they can't get prosecuted in this
- 4:48Speaker 1: way simply because they've achieved a certain level of power.
- 4:51Speaker 1: It should be the opposite. They should be held to
- 4:52Speaker 1: a higher standard. We should try to return to an
- 4:55Speaker 1: America where we think of our elected leaders as leaders,
- 4:58Speaker 1: as people who are exemplary representatives of the country, not
- 5:02Speaker 1: people who are foreigners who came here and are trying
- 5:03Speaker 1: to undermine America each and every day with open borders
- 5:07Speaker 1: and the like. So there's been so many controversies, including
- 5:10Speaker 1: her financial disclosures, where she reported a large drop in
- 5:14Speaker 1: assets after businesses went under because of investigations that proved
- 5:17Speaker 1: that obviously they were corrupt. There's, of course, the allegation
- 5:21Speaker 1: that she married her brother in an immigration scheme, which
- 5:24Speaker 1: is probably related to this, which she's denied this, but
- 5:28Speaker 1: this really does feel like it could be true. And
- 5:31Speaker 1: there's also that summer raid on her son's residence, which
- 5:34Speaker 1: was linked to a roommate who had illegal firearm possession.
- 5:36Speaker 1: And who knows if there's more to that story. So
- 5:39Speaker 1: we don't have a ton of details as I'm going
- 5:41Speaker 1: live to air now, other than this is real. This happened.
- 5:45Speaker 1: And do I believe it's somewhat political?
- 5:47Speaker 3: Yeah, sure.
- 5:47Speaker 1: But I don't care anymore. In fact, I wrote an
- 5:50Speaker 1: entire book on what happened to Donald Trump in the
- 5:52Speaker 1: interim of his two presidencies. And they did way worse
- 5:55Speaker 1: than this by a mile. They had six major cases
- 5:57Speaker 1: against them. And one of the most famous things was
- 6:00Speaker 1: they did A raid of Mar-a-Lago where they went through
- 6:03Speaker 1: Barron Trump's Peloton room, where his Peloton bike is, looking
- 6:07Speaker 1: for state secrets. They rifled through Melania Trump's underwear drawer
- 6:11Speaker 1: looking for state secrets. What were the state secrets they uncovered? Nothing.
- 6:15Speaker 1: And what was the supposition? The supposition was that all
- 6:18Speaker 1: of this was because Trump was going to sell state
- 6:21Speaker 1: secrets to foreigners. Of course, he didn't do anything of
- 6:23Speaker 1: the sort. And it ostensibly came from the National Records Archive.
- 6:28Speaker 1: which had let so many presidents, basically every recent past president,
- 6:32Speaker 1: as well as CIA directors, as well as vice presidents,
- 6:35Speaker 1: Joey the Biden, Mike Pence, all these people had slid
- 6:38Speaker 1: on similar things. And yet Joe Biden's DOJ felt it
- 6:42Speaker 1: necessary to raid Mar-a-Lago while Trump was gearing up for
- 6:46Speaker 1: a presidential run. All of that led to the Jack
- 6:49Speaker 1: Smith special counsel, which was unconstitutional. And now we're here
- 6:53Speaker 1: today where Jack Smith is still a cause celeb for
- 6:56Speaker 1: the left. So, of course, I hope they have the goods.
- 7:00Speaker 1: I believe they'll have something. I don't think they're doing
- 7:01Speaker 1: this by the seat of their pants. And I am
- 7:05Speaker 1: very eager to see what this is. But this is just–
- 7:07Speaker 1: note what's going on with the Republicans who are trying
- 7:10Speaker 1: to control the conversation, and they're having a hard time
- 7:13Speaker 1: doing that because it seems like every day the Democrats
- 7:15Speaker 1: have some way of controlling the narrative, controlling what's going on.
- 7:19Speaker 1: And one of the things that is dominating the news
- 7:22Speaker 1: is Kimberly Guilfoyle has got all these accusations against her.
- 7:26Speaker 1: And we have all the basics at Breitbart News, but again,
- 7:29Speaker 1: she did a great job as Greece ambassador. And I
- 7:32Speaker 1: don't know what her relationships are with donors, and I
- 7:35Speaker 1: haven't looked into it as deeply as maybe I should have.
- 7:37Speaker 1: But that's what the left wants to talk about today,
- 7:39Speaker 1: is Trump's Greek ambassador. Not the fact that we let
- 7:42Speaker 1: our country get completely overrun with an open border, an
- 7:45Speaker 1: open border that is being encouraged specifically by individuals who
- 7:49Speaker 1: are running for office right now. Let me play cut 10.
- 7:52Speaker 1: This is from 2018. This is Abdul El-Sayed. who's a Democrat,
- 7:56Speaker 1: who would like to be in the Senate and could
- 7:57Speaker 1: get sent there in a few weeks, cut templates.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Under my leadership, our state will not expend a dime
- 8:05Speaker 4: of state taxpayer resources enforcing federal immigration policy that at
- 8:09Speaker 4: best is incoherent and at worst is heartless. We will
- 8:12Speaker 4: not participate with them through our state police. We will
- 8:16Speaker 4: not participate with them through the State Department of Corrections,
- 8:19Speaker 4: because I do not believe that they are doing what's
- 8:21Speaker 4: in the best interest of our state. We as a country,
- 8:25Speaker 4: I believe, owe it to the world to open our doors.
- 8:28Speaker 4: And we're better because of it, right? I've never met
- 8:30Speaker 4: an immigrant in my life who didn't want what's best
- 8:32Speaker 4: for their family and what's best for our country.
- 8:34Speaker 1: We owe it to the world to open our doors.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I played on the show before, but it's important to
- 8:38Speaker 1: note these things because they can't leave our consciousness. These
- 8:42Speaker 1: are the type of people that are the hottest commodities
- 8:45Speaker 1: in Democrat circles. These are who they're elevating. This is
- 8:48Speaker 1: the type of guy they'd like to run for president,
- 8:50Speaker 1: a guy who not only doesn't think that there's no
- 8:52Speaker 1: American ethnicity, which I played that clip as well, but
- 8:54Speaker 1: this is a guy who thinks we owe it to
- 8:56Speaker 1: the world, that we're stealers, we're takers, very apropos on
- 8:59Speaker 1: Columbus Day, right? where we talk about whether or not
- 9:02Speaker 1: Columbus discovering the new world and discovering America. What an
- 9:05Speaker 1: incredible blessing from God that has been to all of
- 9:08Speaker 1: humanity that he did that. Instead, he's demonized. And you'll
- 9:11Speaker 1: see U.S. senators celebrating indigenous people's days as if it
- 9:15Speaker 1: would have been better if the Europeans hadn't shown up,
- 9:18Speaker 1: particularly the Italians. Shout out, Italy. All right. Let me
- 9:21Speaker 1: tell you about something I'm doing for pain, which is
- 9:23Speaker 1: I'm using red light therapy. You guys know this super
- 9:26Speaker 1: fresh did the five K yesterday, did the 45 minutes,
- 9:29Speaker 1: super high intensity workout yesterday. I was up early this
- 9:32Speaker 1: morning working out. Why can I do that? Partially because
- 9:34Speaker 1: my recovery routine now involves red light therapy is I
- 9:38Speaker 1: use it on my back of my knee. I use
- 9:39Speaker 1: the PBM, which is photobiomodulation handheld known as the super
- 9:43Speaker 1: palm 10 50, and it's working. What is red light therapy?
- 9:47Speaker 1: It is a technology called photobiomodulation, which sends red and
- 9:50Speaker 1: near-infrared light into your cells where you have pain and inflammation.
- 9:54Speaker 1: The SuperPOM 1050 is what I use to treat myself,
- 9:57Speaker 1: and it's drug-free, no doctor's office, nothing. addictive, no pill popping,
- 10:01Speaker 1: and I can use it right at home. It heats
- 10:03Speaker 1: up quick. It cools down quick. The LED device helps
- 10:07Speaker 1: all sorts of issues. People are using it for arthritis,
- 10:09Speaker 1: joint pain, muscle aches. For me, it's recovery. That's a
- 10:12Speaker 1: great thing. They've got a patent-pended cooling system. They even
- 10:14Speaker 1: got a helmet, which people are using for sleep issues, migraines,
- 10:18Speaker 1: even Parkinson's. This is cutting-edge technology. SunpowerLED.com is the website. SunpowerLED.com.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Could Marlo get you 10% off? The guys do interest
- 10:28Speaker 1: financing options. Your insurance might offset some of it. You've
- 10:31Speaker 1: got to check it out. See what they have to offer.
- 10:33Speaker 1: It's amazing tech. SunpowerLED.com. I'm so excited about what we've
- 10:42Speaker 1: been able to do with our friends at Preborn this year.
- 10:45Speaker 1: By the end of the year, more than 60,000 babies
- 10:48Speaker 1: will be saved at Preborn centers. Just this year. And
- 10:51Speaker 1: for every baby who's saved, there's a mom who's saved
- 10:53Speaker 1: from a lifetime of pain and regret. When you join
- 10:56Speaker 1: us saving babies with Preborn by providing ultrasounds, you're really
- 10:59Speaker 1: making a difference. One baby and one mom at a time.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Take a stand for life by providing an ultrasound for
- 11:06Speaker 1: a young woman. When you do, she's twice as likely
- 11:09Speaker 1: to choose life. Just $ 28 helps provide that ultrasound that
- 11:12Speaker 1: saves one baby. $ 140 helps save five. A gift of
- 11:16Speaker 1: $ 15, 000 provides an ultrasound machine that can save thousands of
- 11:20Speaker 1: babies for years to come. And $ 28 a month can
- 11:23Speaker 1: help save babies all year long for less than a
- 11:25Speaker 1: dollar a day. Call 833-850-2229 or click the preborn banner
- 11:32Speaker 1: at alexmarlow.com today. All right, some nice blob music. From
- 11:36Speaker 1: Sean that won't show up on the podcast. They got the...
- 11:42Speaker 1: You see, I haven't watched the original blob enough. There
- 11:46Speaker 1: we go. You got it. It's going to be a
- 11:52Speaker 1: fantastic radio show and a horrific podcast today with this stuff.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Thank you, Sean. No, it's really good. It's a good song,
- 11:58Speaker 1: but that's the different... The 88 one, much more my speed,
- 12:02Speaker 1: but both are great. Okay, so let's get into the
- 12:04Speaker 1: Tallarico stuff. So I theorize maybe on Friday, Tallarico was
- 12:08Speaker 1: finally doing it. He was becoming his true self. He
- 12:11Speaker 1: was getting a gender transition surgery. It is not true.
- 12:14Speaker 1: It is not true. And me floating that was completely
- 12:17Speaker 1: irresponsible and I regret it completely. And maybe the flu
- 12:21Speaker 1: was real or maybe it wasn't real. Maybe he was
- 12:23Speaker 1: in a mental institution, specifically the Lindner Center of Hope
- 12:29Speaker 1: in Mason, Ohio. Shout out Mason, Ohio. And these claims
- 12:33Speaker 1: have been unsubstantiated, shall we say, and even denied by
- 12:36Speaker 1: Tallarico's campaign and even the facility itself. But who knows
- 12:40Speaker 1: who got to them and under what conditions. But all
- 12:42Speaker 1: sorts of very credible conservative influencers were reporting, including Nick Sorter,
- 12:47Speaker 1: Sarah Gonzalez from Turning Point. Caroline Wren, who is a
- 12:51Speaker 1: longtime Republican consultant and knows a bunch of stuff, knows
- 12:54Speaker 1: a lot of people, very well connected, suggesting he'd been
- 12:56Speaker 1: treated at this Linder Center of Hope, a mental institution
- 12:59Speaker 1: near Cincinnati. So here's my thoughts. Do you believe that
- 13:03Speaker 1: James Tallarico was in a mental institution for the last
- 13:06Speaker 1: couple of weeks? My answer, in all honesty, is probably not.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Probably not. It feels like people had got to him
- 13:12Speaker 1: and said, hey, buddy, even if you're freaking out, and
- 13:14Speaker 1: maybe you are, because you are completely nuts, and we
- 13:18Speaker 1: have tons and tons of evidence that you are completely nuts,
- 13:21Speaker 1: probably is a bad move to go to Ohio to
- 13:22Speaker 1: get institutionalized right before the election. And I feel like
- 13:25Speaker 1: some Democrat consultant, because remember, he's bankrolled by the biggest
- 13:29Speaker 1: guys around. Reid Hoffman, in particular, is bankrolling that campaign.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Reid Hoffman, as you know, was one of the people
- 13:35Speaker 1: most prominently featured in the Epstein Files. People want to
- 13:38Speaker 1: make this an Epstein Files election?
- 13:40Speaker 3: Well.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Let's talk about Tallarico. Tallarico is propped up by one
- 13:44Speaker 1: of Epstein's homeboys, Reid Hoffman, Democrat mega-donor, the guy who
- 13:49Speaker 1: is also behind the E. Jean Carroll hoax, etc.
- 13:51Speaker 3: etc.
- 13:53Speaker 1: What was Tallarico doing then? If he was in a
- 13:55Speaker 1: mental institution, we don't know. No one knows because he's
- 13:58Speaker 1: not being honest. And that's the main point. And that's
- 14:00Speaker 1: why I don't care if any of these stories swirl
- 14:03Speaker 1: around him or whether or not they're true or not.
- 14:05Speaker 1: He's not telling the truth about who he is, and
- 14:07Speaker 1: he hasn't. He acts like he's a Christian, but he
- 14:10Speaker 1: thinks that God is non-binary, as if God the Father
- 14:12Speaker 1: doesn't appear in the book of Genesis. Complete denial of that.
- 14:18Speaker 1: And he acts as though he knows every transgender person.
- 14:20Speaker 1: He's a vegan, but he wants to run Texas, which
- 14:23Speaker 1: is an oil state known for its barbecue. It's all
- 14:27Speaker 1: completely absurd. It's all ridiculous. And now he's lying about
- 14:31Speaker 1: his flu. So was he institutionalized? I don't know. And
- 14:33Speaker 1: to be honest, I think he probably wasn't. But I'll
- 14:36Speaker 1: tell you, I stopped caring about this stuff. I also
- 14:39Speaker 1: hearken back to when Donald Trump, remember how he was
- 14:42Speaker 1: getting those blood splotches on his hands because he's 80
- 14:44Speaker 1: years old and is on a blood thinner, which is
- 14:47Speaker 1: probably just aspirin. So he's on aspirin, so it looks
- 14:50Speaker 1: like he's got some more bruising on his hands, and
- 14:52Speaker 1: people are acting as if it was some sort of
- 14:53Speaker 1: a national health crisis and he's on the brink of death.
- 14:57Speaker 1: So they set these rules. The left did. The way
- 15:01Speaker 1: they smear Trump all the time. The way they act
- 15:03Speaker 1: like he's unhealthy when he's robust. So if we have
- 15:06Speaker 1: people on our side who want to go around and speculate...
- 15:09Speaker 1: based off of some evidence that he was at some
- 15:11Speaker 1: sort of mental institution, it doesn't logically make sense to me.
- 15:14Speaker 1: And I'm an Occam's razor guy. I'm a guy who
- 15:16Speaker 1: believes that the most logical explanation is probably the most
- 15:19Speaker 1: logical explanation, which is that they're running a basement strategy.
- 15:23Speaker 1: They're running a strategy where they're hiding him because they
- 15:26Speaker 1: think Ken Paxton is a very flawed candidate. I think
- 15:29Speaker 1: he will be a fantastic senator, but he's not a
- 15:31Speaker 1: charismatic speaker. He's got a lot of personal baggage. He,
- 15:35Speaker 1: Dalarico wants to hide and let Paxton be the focus.
- 15:39Speaker 1: And he feels like that's his best strategy to win
- 15:41Speaker 1: because the more Tallarico talks, the more slimy he seems.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Let me give you some examples. These are the same
- 15:48Speaker 1: day him talking about the flu. First cut three, please.
- 15:52Speaker 5: And last night it got so bad that I went
- 15:54Speaker 5: to the urgent care here in Dallas and I was
- 15:58Speaker 5: diagnosed with the flu.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Okay, now let's play cut four.
- 16:06Speaker 5: How bad was it for somebody who wants to know,
- 16:07Speaker 5: is this just like in bed rest or did you
- 16:10Speaker 5: ever have to go to a doctor or a hospital?
- 16:12Speaker 5: I just went to my primary care physician, but it
- 16:15Speaker 5: wasn't anything worse than, you know, a nasty case of
- 16:18Speaker 5: the flu.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Busted, James. Is that even your real name? He went
- 16:23Speaker 1: to urgent care and his primary doctor's? He's lying to us.
- 16:27Speaker 1: He's a fraud. He is a fraud right down to
- 16:31Speaker 1: his Lego plastic hair that he clips onto his head
- 16:35Speaker 1: with a snap. Every morning he gets his hair piece
- 16:38Speaker 1: and he snaps on the top of his head. This
- 16:40Speaker 1: guy is completely full of baloney. I used baloney last
- 16:45Speaker 1: week and people like that. So I'll use that again.
- 16:48Speaker 1: We're going to take a break, but more on this
- 16:49Speaker 1: freak show, the Talafreak show, when we come back. This
- 16:52Speaker 1: is the Alex Marlow Show. Don't miss one of the
- 16:55Speaker 1: most powerful documentaries of the year.
- 16:57Speaker 4: Can You Hear Me Now?
- 16:58Speaker 1: Featuring Charlie Kirk. Stream it now exclusively on salemnow.com. Just yesterday, Bear.
- 17:14Speaker 3: I love bear aspirin. I take an aspirin a day.
- 17:16Speaker 3: I don't know if it works, but psychologically, I need it.
- 17:21Speaker 3: It thins the hell out of your blood, I guess.
- 17:24Speaker 3: I don't know if it works or not, but I've
- 17:26Speaker 3: been doing it for a long time. And here I am,
- 17:29Speaker 3: making speeches.
- 17:31Speaker 4: Bear.
- 17:34Speaker 3: And I like bear aspirin, the little yellow. And I
- 17:38Speaker 3: take the big one. You know, they want me to
- 17:40Speaker 3: go down to the 80s. I take the 386. I
- 17:44Speaker 3: don't know what the hell it is.
- 17:45Speaker 1: It's a monster.
- 17:46Speaker 3: They said, sir, you don't need that. I said, do
- 17:48Speaker 3: me a favor. I've been doing okay for 35 years.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Leave me alone. I'll switch to the little tiny one.
- 17:54Speaker 1: You know, it's tiny.
- 17:56Speaker 3: It doesn't look right, you know. I'll switch to that
- 17:59Speaker 3: little tiny thing and then something bad will happen. I'll say,
- 18:02Speaker 3: you son of a doctor. Now I keep taking the
- 18:06Speaker 3: big one. They say, sir, you don't need that. You
- 18:08Speaker 3: don't need it. Thank you, doctor. I appreciate it. that
- 18:11Speaker 3: I order new— a whole brand-new stack of big ones.
- 18:15Speaker 3: One of the few things I take is a bare aspirin.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Can you believe it? So I say it only because
- 18:20Speaker 3: I like them, because they moved into Ohio, announcing they
- 18:23Speaker 3: are investing $ 2. 2 billion to open a massive pharmaceutical manufacturing
- 18:29Speaker 3: campus right near Columbus, Ohio.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Hundreds and hundreds of articles about how Trump is on
- 18:39Speaker 1: the brink of death because he was on an aspirin.
- 18:42Speaker 1: We witnessed all that. And Tallarico can go off the
- 18:46Speaker 1: campaign trail for two weeks in one of the hottest
- 18:48Speaker 1: elections in the country with hundreds of millions of dollars
- 18:50Speaker 1: being spent. And we're not entitled to any answers. He
- 18:53Speaker 1: can't even keep his own story straight where he's lying
- 18:55Speaker 1: from one interview to the next. And Texas is going
- 18:58Speaker 1: to go for this? I honestly don't believe it. I
- 18:59Speaker 1: really don't believe it. But since we're on the subject
- 19:02Speaker 1: of Trump, he did this over the week. This is yesterday.
- 19:06Speaker 1: I can't believe he gave us this gift. Can we
- 19:08Speaker 1: play Cut 8, please, guys?
- 19:11Speaker 3: They are.
- 19:12Speaker 1: They speak.
- 19:13Speaker 3: We will kill. We will kill everyone. Everyone. We will
- 19:19Speaker 3: kill everyone. And I hear like 20 guys behind him.
- 19:21Speaker 1: He's talking.
- 19:22Speaker 3: We will kill everyone.
- 19:24Speaker 1: They don't talk that way anymore, by the way.
- 19:26Speaker 3: We will kill everyone in behind deck at 20 guys.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Praise be to Allah. Praise be to Allah. Praise be
- 19:34Speaker 3: to Allah.
- 19:36Speaker 1: He's clearly one of the funniest stand-ups in the world
- 19:39Speaker 1: at 80 years old. He's also the president. You get
- 19:41Speaker 1: to see, you miss some of the visuals. He's doing
- 19:43Speaker 1: this funny bowing thing and everyone behind him and this
- 19:46Speaker 1: rally is cracking up, but he just broke into a
- 19:49Speaker 1: Muslim impression. And look, I'm not trying to get canceled
- 19:52Speaker 1: here on the show, but I do think we need
- 19:54Speaker 1: to evaluate given the El Sayeds of the world. I
- 19:57Speaker 1: think we need to evaluate how the importation of the
- 19:59Speaker 1: Muslim world is going for America. Hasn't gone great for Europe.
- 20:03Speaker 1: And we did have a little thing called nine 11.
- 20:05Speaker 1: And then we've got some people who are the most
- 20:07Speaker 1: prominent Muslims in America who Or saying things like October
- 20:10Speaker 1: the 7th was just hurt people hurting people. We got
- 20:13Speaker 1: the Sompikers of the world who actually said 9-11 was
- 20:15Speaker 1: a good thing. Where are these moderate Muslims that we
- 20:17Speaker 1: heard all about during the George Bush years? Are they
- 20:20Speaker 1: popping up here and doing all this great stuff? Are
- 20:22Speaker 1: they coming out and saying, condemning October the 7th? Where
- 20:26Speaker 1: are the prominent Muslims who are out there condemning October
- 20:28Speaker 1: the 7th that are household names that any of you
- 20:30Speaker 1: know in the audience? Is there one? Is there a
- 20:32Speaker 1: single person? Is there a single person? Who do we get?
- 20:35Speaker 1: We get Ilhan Omar. We get Abdul El-Sayed. It's not great.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I don't even know what Ilhan Omar is. I mean,
- 20:41Speaker 1: does she even know what she is? She's married to
- 20:44Speaker 1: her brother, I think. Who knows? Here's El-Sayed getting confronted
- 20:48Speaker 1: on his ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Let's play cut nine, please, guys.
- 20:53Speaker 6: For Michigan voters who are hearing those attacks against you,
- 20:58Speaker 6: who are looking to separate fact from fiction, can you
- 21:01Speaker 6: set the record straight about whether you or your family
- 21:04Speaker 6: have any ties to the Muslim Brotherhood?
- 21:07Speaker 1: No, but let's talk about this.
- 21:09Speaker 6: No, you don't have any ties.
- 21:11Speaker 3: No.
- 21:11Speaker 6: And your family doesn't.
- 21:12Speaker 5: No.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Can you clear it up? And then he says, no. No,
- 21:17Speaker 1: I'm not going to bother with that. He doesn't talk
- 21:19Speaker 1: about it, just for spoiler alert. He doesn't really get
- 21:22Speaker 1: into it. He doesn't have much of an answer other
- 21:24Speaker 1: than general sliminess. And are we cool with that? Is
- 21:27Speaker 1: this going well? Is it going well when we are undermining–
- 21:30Speaker 1: Columbus Day is a perfect day to talk about this.
- 21:33Speaker 1: We're undermining Americans' cultural identity at every turn. And then
- 21:36Speaker 1: we're considering in purple and even red states electing people
- 21:41Speaker 1: who just genuinely do not like what America stands for
- 21:44Speaker 1: and don't like Americans. They don't like Americans. But it
- 21:49Speaker 1: is noteworthy that Abdul El-Sayed has a documented history of
- 21:54Speaker 1: writings as well as a statement supporting Muslim Brotherhood aligned
- 21:59Speaker 1: political outcomes in Egypt from his family, from his in-laws,
- 22:03Speaker 1: from organizations who support him, from donors who support him.
- 22:07Speaker 1: There are significant ties. So do I think he's showing
- 22:11Speaker 1: up at all the Muslim Brotherhood meetings? I don't. But
- 22:14Speaker 1: I think he's very comfortable to have their support, and
- 22:16Speaker 1: so is his family. And so it would be nice
- 22:19Speaker 1: to talk about that stuff because he should have the
- 22:22Speaker 1: decency to acknowledge that it's completely different from everything we've
- 22:25Speaker 1: known as Americans about what America is all about for
- 22:29Speaker 1: as long as we've had this country, that this is
- 22:30Speaker 1: brand new. And it's coming on very quickly after we
- 22:34Speaker 1: saw the 9-11 terror attacks that have sustained itself into
- 22:37Speaker 1: various wars and other people of the Muslim faith, radical
- 22:41Speaker 1: portions of it, which is the only prominent portions of it,
- 22:45Speaker 1: killing Americans and fighting American values. So it'd be nice
- 22:49Speaker 1: to get reassurance here. And in the meantime, I hope
- 22:52Speaker 1: Trump does a lot more of the Muslim impression. It
- 22:54Speaker 1: was almost a perfect impression. All right. So back to
- 22:57Speaker 1: Tararico and him going to mental institution or not. Here's
- 23:01Speaker 1: the thing. Is it whether or not he got institutionalized?
- 23:04Speaker 1: We know he's nuts and we know he's nuts because
- 23:06Speaker 1: he says stuff like this. Cut five, please.
- 23:10Speaker 5: I am so thankful that you asked this question and
- 23:12Speaker 5: also thankful that young activists have really drawn the link
- 23:15Speaker 5: between climate change and white supremacy and capitalism in our country.
- 23:20Speaker 5: And I think only And in the ways that all
- 23:23Speaker 5: three of those oppressive systems work together, are we going
- 23:25Speaker 5: to be able to begin the process of dismantling them?
- 23:28Speaker 1: So climate change, white supremacy, all related. And we got
- 23:33Speaker 1: to acknowledge it so that we can start the process
- 23:35Speaker 1: of dismantling it. We're so lost. We're so lost as
- 23:39Speaker 1: a society. And also, I'm starting to get skeptical of
- 23:42Speaker 1: the child lists here, running here, because I don't have
- 23:45Speaker 1: time to think about this stuff. I try to connect
- 23:47Speaker 1: all these dots. Can we play this one again, guys?
- 23:48Speaker 1: Because this is just, it's too much. Cut five.
- 23:51Speaker 2: I think if we lose the House, I think if
- 23:53Speaker 2: we lose the House, we're done.
- 23:54Speaker 5: I am so thankful that you asked this question and
- 23:56Speaker 5: also thankful that young activists have really drawn the link
- 23:59Speaker 5: between climate change and white supremacy and capitalism in our country.
- 24:04Speaker 5: And I think only in the ways that all three
- 24:07Speaker 5: of those oppressive systems work together are we going to
- 24:09Speaker 5: be able to begin the process of dismantling them.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Climate change, white supremacy, capitalism, we're dismantling it all. Texas,
- 24:15Speaker 1: you going to go for this guy? He is nuts.
- 24:17Speaker 1: He needs help. If he has not had help, he
- 24:20Speaker 1: needs help. He needs intervention. He is mentally ill. I
- 24:24Speaker 1: don't know if he went to an insane asylum in
- 24:26Speaker 1: Ohio this week. I don't know if he had the flu.
- 24:29Speaker 1: I don't know if he went to urgent care. I
- 24:31Speaker 1: don't know if he went to his primary care doctor.
- 24:33Speaker 1: I don't know if he went to the Lego store
- 24:35Speaker 1: to get fitted for a new haircut. But what I
- 24:37Speaker 1: do know is this guy is mentally, he is sick
- 24:40Speaker 1: in the head. Cut 11, please, from 2020. I think
- 24:42Speaker 1: we have to.
- 24:44Speaker 5: Understand, especially for the white educators that are on this
- 24:49Speaker 5: call that these violent hierarchies, these systems, white supremacy, heteropatriarchy,
- 24:56Speaker 5: economic exploitation, those things have colonized our own minds.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Colonize our own minds? One more time again. It's hurting
- 25:10Speaker 1: my brain to get through all this stuff. I haven't
- 25:12Speaker 1: heard this level of craziness since I left the Berkeley
- 25:15Speaker 1: campus in 2008. Or was it 2008? Yeah, 2008. That's
- 25:20Speaker 1: when I was done with college. Can we play that
- 25:21Speaker 1: one more time, guys?
- 25:22Speaker 5: I think we have to understand, especially for the white
- 25:25Speaker 5: educators that are on this call, that these violent hierarchies,
- 25:30Speaker 5: these systems, white supremacy, heteropatriarchy, economic exploitation, those things have
- 25:38Speaker 5: colonized our own minds. Unbelievable.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Unbelievable. Our relationship with the word violence has gotten so nuts.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Remember during the pandemic when people were talking about how
- 25:47Speaker 1: silence is violence and certainly Black Lives Matter, silence is violence. No, no.
- 25:51Speaker 1: It's actually the exact opposite. And now we've got this
- 25:55Speaker 1: thing where Lindsay Clancy killing her kids with an exercise
- 25:58Speaker 1: band is cool. But Nadal Hassan shooting up a bunch
- 26:01Speaker 1: of service members because he's on the jihad. We can't
- 26:05Speaker 1: do a public execution of him. Like that's not cool.
- 26:08Speaker 1: So it's like, what is the violence that's legit? What's
- 26:11Speaker 1: not legit? Shooting Trump in the ear, shooting Charlie Kirk
- 26:13Speaker 1: in the throat. Well, you know what? We got to
- 26:16Speaker 1: hear what their beefs were of these guys. Like what
- 26:19Speaker 1: the rationale? They could add a good rationale. So it just,
- 26:23Speaker 1: we're completely nuts on the word violence, violent hierarchies, the
- 26:28Speaker 1: white patriarchy, white educators. You got to check your privilege
- 26:32Speaker 1: on your 72 K a year to teach kindergarten. What's
- 26:36Speaker 1: going on? You're going to elect this guy. All right,
- 26:40Speaker 1: I've got the guys pull for me. I haven't heard
- 26:41Speaker 1: this yet, but the guys pull for me a clip
- 26:44Speaker 1: of Senator Kennedy. And he's always good. I don't play
- 26:47Speaker 1: a lot of him on the show because he gets
- 26:49Speaker 1: a lot of spins everywhere. It's kind of like, you know,
- 26:52Speaker 1: I'm not a Taylor Swift fan, but I wouldn't want
- 26:54Speaker 1: Taylor Swift in the bumpers because she gets enough attention.
- 26:57Speaker 1: You know, let's play cut 12, though. Oh, now we're
- 27:00Speaker 1: unable to play it. So I was going to call
- 27:01Speaker 1: for it because you guys gave it to me. All right,
- 27:03Speaker 1: this will give me an opportunity to talk about what
- 27:05Speaker 1: could be one of the fun stories that's developing. Now,
- 27:07Speaker 1: I was just checking in on this. So we're at
- 27:09Speaker 1: the point now, as I've been saying on the show,
- 27:13Speaker 1: election day is here. Results day is in three weeks,
- 27:16Speaker 1: three weeks from tomorrow. But election day is happening. People
- 27:19Speaker 1: are already voting at this point. And so we can
- 27:21Speaker 1: track early voting numbers. And even though the North Carolina
- 27:25Speaker 1: Senate race is one of the ones that I think
- 27:27Speaker 1: it's not looking great for us just because what I
- 27:29Speaker 1: know about name ID for Michael Watley, who's a great guy,
- 27:31Speaker 1: who's the Republican versus Roy Cooper, who's a bad guy,
- 27:34Speaker 1: who is a– I'm moving on. I'm moving on, dudes.
- 27:37Speaker 1: So the– who is a– not a great guy who
- 27:40Speaker 1: let out a bunch of criminals but is– has 100
- 27:44Speaker 1: percent name ID and was fairly popular Democrat governor in
- 27:48Speaker 1: a state that kind of leans right. We're seeing the
- 27:50Speaker 1: voting numbers, and they're very favorable for Republicans. Republicans are
- 27:53Speaker 1: charting better, and fewer people are turning in ballots in
- 27:57Speaker 1: past elections. Not totally surprising, given the nature that it's
- 28:00Speaker 1: a midterm. But also, we're seeing it also skew a
- 28:04Speaker 1: little bit higher towards Republicans, even though Democrats have dominated
- 28:08Speaker 1: mail-in voting. And recall that Trump, in the early eras
- 28:11Speaker 1: of Trump, would say, don't vote by mail. We want
- 28:15Speaker 1: to vote at the polls. So I will tell you,
- 28:17Speaker 1: the first conservative who ever said you should really vote
- 28:19Speaker 1: by mail if you can that I ever heard make
- 28:21Speaker 1: a compelling case for it was the one and only
- 28:23Speaker 1: Hugh Hewitt, my colleague here on Salem, and who's been
- 28:25Speaker 1: a total mensch to me since I've joined the faculty here.
- 28:30Speaker 1: But Trump was saying, don't vote by mail. Don't vote
- 28:32Speaker 1: by mail. Don't do it. And then now he's back
- 28:34Speaker 1: on it and Republicans are shoring up their mail vote strategy.
- 28:38Speaker 1: And the Democrats are now spooked thanks to Donald Trump
- 28:42Speaker 1: trying to use the post office to do things like
- 28:45Speaker 1: the census, mail-in voting. They're skeptical of Donald Trump's post office.
- 28:49Speaker 1: So I think a lot of paranoid Democrats are are
- 28:52Speaker 1: not turning in early ballots because they think falsely that
- 28:57Speaker 1: Trump is going to pull some sort of shenanigans. So
- 28:59Speaker 1: this is where all those lies that Trump is going
- 29:01Speaker 1: to rig the election, he's going to rig the voting system,
- 29:03Speaker 1: all of which Trump is not going to do, would
- 29:06Speaker 1: never do it in a million years. All these people,
- 29:09Speaker 1: I think, are hearing this on MSNOW or their famous
- 29:12Speaker 1: podcast or whatever, their favorite podcast. that Trump is going
- 29:16Speaker 1: to disenfranchise them by making sure they can't use a
- 29:19Speaker 1: post office to turn their mail-in vote, I don't think
- 29:21Speaker 1: those people are turning in ballots. And I'll tell you,
- 29:22Speaker 1: not all of them are going to show up on
- 29:24Speaker 1: election day. They're going to get busy. They're going to
- 29:26Speaker 1: show up at the polls. They're going to see the
- 29:27Speaker 1: lines long. And they're going to leave. And they're going
- 29:29Speaker 1: to feel like, well, what's my vote count anyway? And
- 29:32Speaker 1: that's going to be psychology. So I think the left
- 29:34Speaker 1: may have hoaxed themselves and may have talked a bunch
- 29:37Speaker 1: of their voters into not turning in their mail-in vote.
- 29:40Speaker 1: How cool is that? All right. I know the bond
- 29:42Speaker 1: market is hot right now, but I don't want you
- 29:44Speaker 1: to sleep on gold. Gold is about 20% off. It's
- 29:47Speaker 1: high from earlier this year. Could be a buyer's market.
- 29:50Speaker 1: And the easiest way to get into physical gold is
- 29:52Speaker 1: with the help of monetary gold. For over 25 years,
- 29:55Speaker 1: Monetary Gold has been helping Americans convert an old IRA
- 29:59Speaker 1: or 401k, a lot of you guys have those, into
- 30:01Speaker 1: an IRA in gold. And if you have a 401k
- 30:03Speaker 1: from an old employer that's sitting around, Monetary Gold can
- 30:07Speaker 1: help you convert it into an IRA in physical gold.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Take a look at the fundamentals for gold. There's a
- 30:12Speaker 1: growing debt. There's a weakening dollar. There's high demand from
- 30:15Speaker 1: central banks. If you want to own gold now, this
- 30:17Speaker 1: could be the time. And Monetary Gold has a special
- 30:20Speaker 1: offer for you. Qualifying purchases will get you a free
- 30:26Speaker 1: 24-carat commemorative gold coin. So you can open a gold
- 30:29Speaker 1: IRA today and qualify for the free gold. You just
- 30:33Speaker 1: go to alexlovesgold.com. That's alexlovesgold.com or call 800-888-0807. It's a
- 30:41Speaker 1: buyer's market. So claim your free gold. Go to alexlovesgold.com
- 30:44Speaker 1: or 800-888-0807. All right, let me shout out the contributors
- 31:00Speaker 1: to the show. We've got our producer, Greg Evan. Sean
- 31:02Speaker 1: McConnell runs the board. Roger Wicker Jr. edits. Rick Locke
- 31:07Speaker 1: runs our studio here. Matt Zibble does TV, as does
- 31:09Speaker 1: Ricky Lopez. Misty Callahan helps me on the podcast. John
- 31:12Speaker 1: Cascio cuts clips for me, and Daniel West is our ombudsman,
- 31:15Speaker 1: does all sorts of different stuff. Thanks to everyone for
- 31:17Speaker 1: doing this and for helping me out on the broadcast.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Each and every day. All right. We got a new
- 31:23Speaker 1: press secretary, Katie Zachariah, who is a familiar face. Those
- 31:26Speaker 1: of you who watch any sort of cable news, punditry.
- 31:28Speaker 1: I don't know Katie very well, but we've had some
- 31:30Speaker 1: pleasant interactions in the past. She is a frequent TV
- 31:35Speaker 1: talking head, as I am from time to time. So
- 31:37Speaker 1: we show up in certain places. And she's incredibly nice,
- 31:39Speaker 1: very beautiful, very accomplished. And also, I like the fact
- 31:43Speaker 1: that she's got a lot of life experience. She's got
- 31:46Speaker 1: four children. She's also a lawyer. So a beautiful woman
- 31:48Speaker 1: doing it all is very cool. And I point this
- 31:50Speaker 1: out because Trump, who gets this bad rap for being
- 31:53Speaker 1: a bad guy towards women, who are the bad guys
- 31:55Speaker 1: towards women? It's Democrats. Democrats are the worst towards women.
- 31:58Speaker 1: And I'll play some cuts either on the show or
- 32:01Speaker 1: probably I'll save it for a podcast. There's so many
- 32:03Speaker 1: people in the feminist left continuing to defend Train Ho,
- 32:07Speaker 1: as we're calling her now, from Cornell University, who is–
- 32:12Speaker 1: willingly participate in a gangbang with a bunch of gross guys.
- 32:15Speaker 1: And this is the height of feminism now. No, the
- 32:18Speaker 1: height of feminism is what Donald Trump does, continuing to
- 32:21Speaker 1: promote women one after the next after the next. You
- 32:24Speaker 1: guys completely lost the plot here. Chief of staff for
- 32:27Speaker 1: the White House, most powerful person in the government other
- 32:29Speaker 1: than Trump, Susie Wiles. Now he keeps picking one after
- 32:33Speaker 1: the next after the next, beautiful, impressive, accomplished young women
- 32:36Speaker 1: to have cabinet secretary roles, to be the press secretary,
- 32:39Speaker 1: to be the face of his operation. Whenever you go
- 32:42Speaker 1: to a Trump property, you're always greeted by smart, talented,
- 32:45Speaker 1: beautiful women. They exist in the world. And Donald Trump
- 32:47Speaker 1: is like a magnet for finding them. And what do
- 32:49Speaker 1: we get? We get the lecherous media mad at him
- 32:52Speaker 1: because he hired Natalie Harp. They're sick freaks. That's the
- 32:56Speaker 1: stakes here. They're the same people who love the idea
- 33:00Speaker 1: of seeing a beautiful, articulate person with four kids, seemingly
- 33:03Speaker 1: a loving marriage and a law degree be the press secretary.
- 33:06Speaker 1: This is an outrage for people. They're going to comb
- 33:08Speaker 1: through all our old tweets, try to cancel her before
- 33:09Speaker 1: she's even started. Stupid, completely stupid. I'm excited. I think
- 33:13Speaker 1: she could be great. I think she could be a
- 33:14Speaker 1: great pick. And she's been very kind to me personally
- 33:17Speaker 1: in the past. So hopefully that bodes well for her
- 33:20Speaker 1: communicating with me, with Breitbart. And so hopefully we'll have
- 33:22Speaker 1: exclusives soon. And she starts, I think her first press
- 33:25Speaker 1: conference is going to be tomorrow, Tuesday. as we're recording this.
- 33:27Speaker 1: So I'm looking forward to that. And we wish Katie
- 33:30Speaker 1: the best is a important role and they could use
- 33:32Speaker 1: the help because if we lose, then it is going
- 33:35Speaker 1: to be, we as in conservatives, Republicans, et cetera, then
- 33:38Speaker 1: there's going to be a lot of investigations can be
- 33:39Speaker 1: a lot of impeachments. And she's basically going to have
- 33:41Speaker 1: to run a war room 24, seven, to keep an
- 33:44Speaker 1: eye on all the spin and to fight back and
- 33:46Speaker 1: to give the president a fighting chance in the media
- 33:49Speaker 1: as Republicans seek to maintain the power that we've accumulated.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Steve Bannon had a great summary of this over the
- 33:56Speaker 1: weekend in an interview that he did that I clipped
- 33:58Speaker 1: because it was so efficient. Cut six, please, guys.
- 34:02Speaker 2: I think if we lose the House, we're in trouble
- 34:04Speaker 2: because I've always been an advocate. The House, like the founders,
- 34:08Speaker 2: set it up as the House of Commons. All revenue,
- 34:11Speaker 2: all spending, the investigative apparatus, I think it just bogs
- 34:15Speaker 2: down everything President Trump's going to do. And they're not
- 34:17Speaker 2: going to be able to, as much as they try
- 34:19Speaker 2: to convince people they're going to be able to control
- 34:21Speaker 2: their more radical elements, they're just not. I think you'll
- 34:24Speaker 2: see Bobby Kennedy impeached. I think you'll see Pete Hegseth impeached.
- 34:27Speaker 2: I think you'll see subpoenas flying every day. They will
- 34:30Speaker 2: look to destroy President Trump and will be bogged down
- 34:33Speaker 2: for two years.
- 34:34Speaker 3: Does that sound like your argument for you've got to
- 34:36Speaker 3: vote Republican this year?
- 34:38Speaker 2: It's pretty compelling.
- 34:39Speaker 1: Yeah, it's pretty compelling indeed. And so even if you're
- 34:41Speaker 1: not totally satisfied with the whole of Trump's agenda, that
- 34:44Speaker 1: is the stakes. It is important to note that each
- 34:46Speaker 1: and every day, and I will preach this on the
- 34:48Speaker 1: show each and every day until election day, that if
- 34:51Speaker 1: you are unhappy with gas prices, I am too. If
- 34:54Speaker 1: you wish certain parts of the agenda were put forward
- 34:56Speaker 1: and made more front and center than other parts, understood.
- 35:00Speaker 1: But you've got to get every person in your life
- 35:02Speaker 1: to turn out to vote because we are either going
- 35:04Speaker 1: down the path of El-Sayed and Assam Piker, or we
- 35:06Speaker 1: were going down the path of trying to make America
- 35:09Speaker 1: great again. That is the stakes. It could not be higher,
- 35:12Speaker 1: and I think it's really important to note that, especially
- 35:14Speaker 1: because we've got so many frontiers that are ahead of us.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Jeff Bezos was over the weekend claiming AI could allow
- 35:20Speaker 1: for a three-day work week, and he's, I guess, kind
- 35:23Speaker 1: of conservative now, I guess. He'd say at least MAGA
- 35:26Speaker 1: adjacent seems to like Trump more than the Democrats. And
- 35:29Speaker 1: he wants one-income families again where we have three-day work.
- 35:32Speaker 1: How are we going to do with the three-day work week, Jeff?
- 35:34Speaker 1: How's it going, the digital era right now? So we
- 35:37Speaker 1: have more time to do what? Are we going to
- 35:38Speaker 1: go back to church? Are we going to do community service?
- 35:40Speaker 3: No.
- 35:40Speaker 1: We're going to be on reels. We're going to be scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, scrolliosis,
- 35:45Speaker 1: nonstop scrolling, more Lindsay Clancy, more true crime podcasts. I
- 35:48Speaker 1: don't want the three-day workweek. We need to go to
- 35:50Speaker 1: the six-day workweek. We need people busier, not less busy.
- 35:54Speaker 1: That is a threat saying we're going down the three-day workweek.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Why don't these guys shut their mouths and go let
- 36:00Speaker 1: the people vote, please? Stay out of our business. You've
- 36:03Speaker 1: enough power, Jeff. Don't ever do that again. That is
- 36:06Speaker 1: a threat to us. We don't want the three-day workweek.
- 36:08Speaker 1: We want a life of purpose and deep meaning. You
- 36:11Speaker 1: don't tell us what that purpose is, Jeff. Go back
- 36:15Speaker 1: on your yacht. All right, that's good. I still got
- 36:17Speaker 1: to fill 10 more seconds, but that seemed like a
- 36:19Speaker 1: good place to round out the show. Everyone, go in
- 36:21Speaker 1: peace to love and serve the Lord. Thank you for
- 36:23Speaker 1: listening and watching and indulging on my ranting today. See
- 36:26Speaker 1: you all in the morning.
