- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, darling. Drama, darling. Drama, darling.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Hey everybody, what's up? Welcome back. It's a gorgeous Monday
- 0:25Speaker 2: in gorgeous California, right here in Santa Clarita, where... Things
- 0:30Speaker 2: are looking up because I'm going to be talking about
- 0:34Speaker 2: the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip and Next Gen. Joining
- 0:38Speaker 2: me to do so is Deanna Chang. Deanna Chang, enter
- 0:41Speaker 2: the chat, please. Hello.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Feeling lifted up by this Ultimate Girls Trip.
- 0:49Speaker 2: I mean, wowie zowie. Is this a lift? Oh my gosh. Hi,
- 0:51Speaker 2: welcome in. Okay, wait. First, I mean, I'm not doing
- 0:56Speaker 2: a full dish today, but I have to say- We
- 0:59Speaker 2: announced last week that Leah Remini was joining The Real
- 1:01Speaker 2: Housewives of Beverly Hills. And then yesterday, Tracy Tudor, formerly
- 1:07Speaker 2: of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, is now also joining
- 1:11Speaker 2: This Is Fire. This Is Fire. We talked about Leah.
- 1:16Speaker 2: We talked about how she was going to dish it
- 1:17Speaker 2: out to some people. She's going to be a great addition. Now,
- 1:21Speaker 2: were you ever following Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles? Yes.
- 1:24Speaker 2: I'm so excited about Tracy. She's just great.
- 1:29Speaker 3: Fantastic. You know, she's just a, she is the blueprint
- 1:35Speaker 3: for a real estate agent.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Oh my God. And you, I know how you speak
- 1:39Speaker 2: on those real estate agents. I know. But like in
- 1:41Speaker 2: the best way. But listen, she, um, she's like in
- 1:46Speaker 2: the third quarter of her life where it's like, she's
- 1:49Speaker 2: living her best life right now. You know what I'm saying?
- 1:52Speaker 2: Like she's done all this stuff. She's, you know, she's
- 1:55Speaker 2: done the career, she's done the marriage, she's done the kids,
- 1:57Speaker 2: she's gotten the divorce. She's has, she had or has
- 2:00Speaker 2: the young boyfriend and now she is ripe for the
- 2:06Speaker 2: picking and she's been on a reality show. Oh, she's
- 2:10Speaker 2: done it all. Oh my God.
- 2:11Speaker 3: It was, I think she did get it. I know
- 2:14Speaker 3: she was like, it's coming. I don't know if it came.
- 2:19Speaker 2: It looks like it came and went. Um, I feel
- 2:21Speaker 2: like she's done a lot, but she, and she works
- 2:23Speaker 2: out constantly. Like she's gotten the body. She's done it. I,
- 2:27Speaker 2: we've watched it all on Instagram. Love it or list it.
- 2:31Speaker 2: You know, she's there and I'm excited. Yeah. For her
- 2:35Speaker 2: to join the ranks.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Like I just, I get a kick out of her.
- 2:39Speaker 3: I think she's just great at what she does. I
- 2:43Speaker 3: love her relationship with Josh Altman. It's the weirdest. I
- 2:46Speaker 3: just enjoy her.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. Yeah. She's so great. Yeah. She's wonderful. I'm trying
- 2:54Speaker 2: to remember. I used to have a Tracy impression and
- 2:56Speaker 2: I like have to pull it from cold storage right now,
- 2:59Speaker 2: but I just remember her being like, because I haven't watched,
- 3:03Speaker 2: you know, like so long, but I just remember her
- 3:07Speaker 2: being like, So emphatic about houses. She'd be like, we
- 3:11Speaker 2: are going to do a walkthrough. I mean, she kind
- 3:13Speaker 2: of gives Stacey Roush vibes with like, you know, Stacey
- 3:17Speaker 2: from Potomac is like kind of like a broadcaster. I mean,
- 3:20Speaker 2: Tracy is sort of that. So I'm going to be
- 3:24Speaker 2: having to pull that back, and I'm excited.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Look, Beverly Hills has you going into the, yeah, the
- 3:32Speaker 3: cold freezer and pulling.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that deep freeze. That deep freezer. Yeah. And defrosting. Yeah,
- 3:39Speaker 2: I got to defrost my Tracy Tudor. And I have
- 3:42Speaker 2: to find my Leah Remini because like, you know, as
- 3:45Speaker 2: far as like King of Queens, I mean, that's like
- 3:47Speaker 2: one of Brett's favorite shows. Like Brett loves the King
- 3:50Speaker 2: of Queens and he loves Frasier. So like he, you know,
- 3:55Speaker 2: one of the things if he's really wants to relax,
- 3:59Speaker 2: he'll like at night, he'll put on a Frasier, you know, like.
- 4:02Speaker 2: I love that. Do you know what I'm saying? It's Dr.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Frasier Green. I'm listening. I'm listening. And it's great. And
- 4:07Speaker 2: I love that because Frasier is one of my all-time favorites,
- 4:09Speaker 2: but he loves the King of Queens. And I mean,
- 4:12Speaker 2: that is a quality show. It is. To which she
- 4:15Speaker 2: was the star. She and Kevin James and others. But anyway.
- 4:23Speaker 3: I wouldn't be able to tell you the others, but yes.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Ben Stiller's dad.
- 4:28Speaker 3: She's got the it. She's got the it factor. And also,
- 4:34Speaker 3: you know, she really was the co-star of our youth. Like,
- 4:37Speaker 3: she was in.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Ooh, I like that phrase, the co-star of our youth.
- 4:42Speaker 2: You can find that on How to Be Less Old
- 4:44Speaker 2: with Deanna Chang and Emily Foster.
- 4:47Speaker 3: Well, she, yeah, she was in Who's the Boss? She
- 4:52Speaker 3: was Samantha's best friend from Queens.
- 4:54Speaker 2: She was? Mm-hmm.
- 4:57Speaker 3: And then she had a spinoff on that show called
- 4:59Speaker 3: she was just in a ton.
- 5:01Speaker 2: She was in a ton of stuff.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Like do yourself a favor and go catch some like teenage,
- 5:09Speaker 3: because I remember thinking, oh my God, she's so authentic.
- 5:16Speaker 3: You know, like this is an actress that's like doing
- 5:19Speaker 3: her own thing and like is so authentic.
- 5:22Speaker 2: And yeah, she was, she's one of a kind because
- 5:25Speaker 2: one of a kind that came out of that generation,
- 5:28Speaker 2: like she has the face of a princess, but then
- 5:31Speaker 2: she's got like the personality of Robert De Niro, you know?
- 5:34Speaker 2: So it's like putting those two things together. And then
- 5:37Speaker 2: it was kind of like a, a new thing to, to,
- 5:42Speaker 2: and to entertainment and for actresses. Cause I feel like
- 5:45Speaker 2: after her, a lot of other actresses and personalities.
- 5:49Speaker 3: You know, then you get your, you know, you get
- 5:52Speaker 3: them all, but she was like an early, she was
- 5:56Speaker 3: an early, just like, Very natural, very pretty. Brought an
- 6:04Speaker 3: energy to the small screen.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Joie de vivre, as they say. Darlene.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Darlene.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Darlene.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Speaking of, let's... Speaking of. Yeah, let's talk about The
- 6:15Speaker 2: Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Tour because.
- 6:17Speaker 3: And I do want to say, like, while I was
- 6:19Speaker 3: watching last night, I'm like, yeah, thank you, Amy, for
- 6:23Speaker 3: just highlighting the dynamics between Lou and Vicky. Because... Lou
- 6:29Speaker 3: is riding her ass.
- 6:31Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 6:32Speaker 3: And they just are aggravating each other. And Vicky's riding
- 6:36Speaker 3: Lou's ass. Like they are, that's the stuff sitcoms are
- 6:40Speaker 3: also made of, you know?
- 6:41Speaker 2: I agree. And that is what is a beautiful thread.
- 6:46Speaker 2: And I hope it continues throughout the entire Ultimate Girl
- 6:48Speaker 2: Strip because that's what we want. We want to see
- 6:51Speaker 2: harmless- annoying behavior, one annoying another housewife, and they're so different,
- 6:57Speaker 2: and that's what's so great about it, and they're both
- 6:59Speaker 2: leaning into it.
- 7:01Speaker 3: And they're both alpha, you know, ultimately.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Yeah, good point, good point. They are both alpha.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Yes, and they both think who they are.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Yeah. You know? I mean, Vicky, yeah, Lou is annoyed
- 7:13Speaker 2: with Vicky, Vicky's annoyed with Lou, and they always are
- 7:17Speaker 2: going to speak on it outside of each other and
- 7:19Speaker 2: tell someone else, but Keep it going, you know?
- 7:23Speaker 3: Keep it going.
- 7:24Speaker 2: It's perfect.
- 7:25Speaker 3: And I do get great enjoyment out of it.
- 7:28Speaker 2: So speaking of Lou, we have to acknowledge that her
- 7:32Speaker 2: alter ego immediately has a fedora. Immediately a fedora. There's
- 7:37Speaker 2: no question.
- 7:38Speaker 3: I was screaming.
- 7:42Speaker 2: At the television.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Like, your alter ego is cabaret. Your whole ego is cabaret.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Right.
- 7:48Speaker 3: You are cabaret.
- 7:48Speaker 2: You are cabaret. What are you doing? But she also
- 7:52Speaker 2: said in her, like, to somebody in some room, she
- 7:55Speaker 2: was like, I'm going to just kind of lean into,
- 7:57Speaker 2: you know, the countess of the count of the countess count.
- 8:02Speaker 2: Remember when she said that? I'm going to be serious.
- 8:04Speaker 4: She was just.
- 8:05Speaker 2: So silly.
- 8:06Speaker 3: It's not a thing.
- 8:08Speaker 2: But also like that's already you as well because you
- 8:11Speaker 2: were the countess. Isn't this the idea that you're doing
- 8:14Speaker 2: something that you wouldn't normally do? Look, there were a
- 8:18Speaker 2: lot of shades of gray. There were. Thank you.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Everyone really did a choose your own adventure on this task.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Can we just go through them? Because it was like,
- 8:30Speaker 2: all right, first of all, I don't know if they
- 8:33Speaker 2: picked them or someone else picked them. But it sounds
- 8:36Speaker 2: they did because Vicky was confused about Jackie O. Because
- 8:42Speaker 2: on the phone with her assistant, wasn't she like, who
- 8:45Speaker 2: is this? Like, who by Audrey Hepburn? Right? And she like,
- 8:48Speaker 2: I think it would be Audrey Hepburn.
- 8:50Speaker 3: Did some like comedy wig work.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Yes.
- 8:58Speaker 2: She always brings the comedy wig work with her. And
- 9:00Speaker 2: no matter what. Yeah. She's just like, I can't see
- 9:03Speaker 2: which way it goes. I don't know. I said, who
- 9:05Speaker 2: am I? Audrey Hepburn? Catherine Hepburn? Am I burning? Am
- 9:08Speaker 2: I burning bad? What am I? And then, yeah. And
- 9:12Speaker 2: she's just, her assistant is delighted though. He's just like,
- 9:17Speaker 2: you are too much. You're too much. No, you're Jackie O, Vicky.
- 9:24Speaker 3: And Lou was like, Jackie O at her funeral.
- 9:28Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, that's right. Wait, at the very end, the
- 9:31Speaker 4: very end of that sentence, she goes, no. You know,
- 9:34Speaker 4: she like does. She acts like she's in a foreign
- 9:39Speaker 4: country all the time. So she's kind of like.
- 9:45Speaker 2: I mean, I couldn't find the bathroom, no. Everything is just,
- 9:50Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying? Like she'll put on. Stop it.
- 9:53Speaker 2: She did. You know where she did that? Where did
- 9:56Speaker 2: she do that? She does that when she's on like
- 9:58Speaker 2: cast trips in another country. Okay. That's where it really
- 10:03Speaker 2: kicks up.
- 10:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:04Speaker 2: She's talking to a waiter or something. She's like, darling,
- 10:09Speaker 2: the oysters only got on the half shell.
- 10:12Speaker 3: No.
- 10:13Speaker 2: But I wanted a Rockefeller, not on the half shell. No.
- 10:20Speaker 2: I don't know, you know? Oh, man.
- 10:24Speaker 3: What an international woman of mystery she is.
- 10:28Speaker 2: But yeah, she slammed Vicky with her Jackie O. She
- 10:31Speaker 2: slammed her a little bit, you know? And it was warranted.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Vicky has been looking like death on this trip. Even
- 10:40Speaker 3: sitting at the drag show, she's cloaked in a heavy
- 10:46Speaker 3: black garment up to the neck.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I'm like Vicky.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Come on.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Yeah. I noticed that. Let's have a little color. Yeah.
- 10:54Speaker 2: She did look like she was going to another funeral.
- 10:57Speaker 2: I mean, I do love black. She did. Who does?
- 11:00Speaker 2: Who amongst?
- 11:01Speaker 3: But it's just like what she's doing in this black
- 11:04Speaker 3: is not good.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Because you're going to a drag show. I mean, did
- 11:07Speaker 2: you like, let's all look at Kyle. Did you see
- 11:09Speaker 2: what she was wearing? It was a multicolored sequin blazer.
- 11:14Speaker 2: And I'm sure she had turquoise on. But like, did
- 11:16Speaker 2: you see all the colors she brought? You know?
- 11:20Speaker 3: Lisa also likes black, but at least she does it
- 11:23Speaker 3: a little bit cooler than, like, Vicky's just, she's giving,
- 11:29Speaker 3: I don't want to be here. I don't want to
- 11:30Speaker 3: be seen.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Right. Don't look at me. Right. Where as opposed to, like, Lisa,
- 11:35Speaker 2: that's kind of her thing. She really does wear black
- 11:37Speaker 2: all the time. She does. I mean, that is kind
- 11:39Speaker 2: of like her thing. So Vicky is Jackie O. Giselle
- 11:42Speaker 2: is Diana Ross, which I loved. That was fantastic. Did
- 11:46Speaker 2: you like that? Giselle's on my nerve right now with
- 11:48Speaker 2: the microphone. Oh. Oh, with the microphone. Yeah. When she
- 11:53Speaker 2: was talking to them. Yeah, I couldn't figure out. I
- 11:56Speaker 2: was like, is that thing on? Is she just using
- 12:00Speaker 2: it as a prop, though?
- 12:02Speaker 3: I get it. We need her. But let's not see
- 12:07Speaker 3: every turn of the wheel. Do you know what I mean? Like,
- 12:11Speaker 3: I feel like Giselle is, there's no je ne sais.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Quoi about it. No, there's no je ne sais quoi, no.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Exactly, Lou. Like it's just too laid bare and the
- 12:23Speaker 3: microphone only enhanced it and I was irritated.
- 12:27Speaker 2: If she would have put the microphone up to the
- 12:31Speaker 2: other people and had them respond, now that would have
- 12:34Speaker 2: been forgivable and funny. But she didn't do that. She
- 12:38Speaker 2: didn't do that.
- 12:40Speaker 3: She held it.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Now, Diana Ross is a great alter ego
- 12:45Speaker 2: for her because She says she can't dance and she
- 12:48Speaker 2: can't sing. So this really is truly, I feel, the
- 12:52Speaker 2: epitome of a great choice for an alter ego.
- 12:54Speaker 3: May I ask a question? Yes. Who was Lou when
- 12:59Speaker 3: she was?
- 13:00Speaker 2: Well, she said she was Tina Turner. This time?
- 13:03Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 13:04Speaker 4: Okay.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Well, that is insane.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Okay.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Tina Turner. Right. No. But who, when she, many years
- 13:10Speaker 3: ago for Halloween, she wore an afro.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Diana Ross. Okay.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Okay.
- 13:16Speaker 2: How did we not have anyone bring that up? Oh,
- 13:18Speaker 2: my God. I'm so glad you brought that up. Oh, my... Well,
- 13:21Speaker 2: you know, the night is young, right?
- 13:24Speaker 3: That's true.
- 13:25Speaker 2: But you know what? You're right. There's no way that
- 13:28Speaker 2: can't be brought up.
- 13:29Speaker 3: I thought Giselle was doing it to get back at
- 13:31Speaker 3: Lou and be.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Like, I got this.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Thanks, Lou.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Oh, my God. You really... You got into the details.
- 13:42Speaker 2: I freaking forgot about that. And I'm sure... She would
- 13:45Speaker 2: like us all to forget about that. No.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Like she may have forgotten about it because I was
- 13:51Speaker 3: looking at her face real good when Giselle was presenting
- 13:56Speaker 3: that she.
- 13:57Speaker 2: And Lou was. Oh, she didn't even notice. Right.
- 14:02Speaker 3: She may have or she may have played it well,
- 14:05Speaker 3: you know, but she didn't go.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Someone's going to bring up the Diana Ross thing. Here
- 14:10Speaker 2: we go. It was an homage. Who doesn't want to
- 14:15Speaker 2: dress like Diana Ross?
- 14:16Speaker 4: No.
- 14:18Speaker 2: No. It was bronzer. No. Yes. Well, yes. It's a lot. Yes,
- 14:24Speaker 2: it was. And it was not the shade that we
- 14:26Speaker 2: were looking for, you know, on a white woman. No.
- 14:29Speaker 3: It's just like at some point you must drop into
- 14:35Speaker 3: current day.
- 14:36Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 14:37Speaker 3: And just gather around. Ask a question. You know, field it.
- 14:44Speaker 3: to a small group outside of the housewives and just
- 14:48Speaker 3: go temperature check how does this feel.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Let me ask do you think that she's gonna try
- 14:54Speaker 2: to if she remembers and maybe somebody will mention something
- 14:58Speaker 2: to her about it either off camera or on but
- 15:02Speaker 2: what would be so lou is if she tackles this
- 15:05Speaker 2: before anyone gets to it and so she goes up
- 15:09Speaker 2: to giselle and says oh darling you look fabulous You're
- 15:12Speaker 2: doing it much better than me. I mean, I did
- 15:14Speaker 2: it a while ago. I mean, I really loved being
- 15:17Speaker 2: Diana Ross. You know, I had such a great time.
- 15:19Speaker 2: I looked fabulous. But you know what? You're even better.
- 15:21Speaker 2: And then just walk away and not even acknowledge what
- 15:24Speaker 2: actually happened.
- 15:25Speaker 3: I mean, it would certainly be very Lou. But I
- 15:29Speaker 3: have to imagine with all the backlash.
- 15:33Speaker 2: It's got to come up. It has to. I mean,
- 15:35Speaker 2: I don't.
- 15:36Speaker 3: Maybe everyone forgot, you know.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I forgot. But housewives will be reminded by producers.
- 15:43Speaker 3: That's true.
- 15:44Speaker 2: So I'm glad you brought it up. So we'll have
- 15:46Speaker 2: to see about that. Portia being a Stepford wife was good.
- 15:50Speaker 1: I loved it.
- 15:52Speaker 2: That outfit was so cute on her. The cherries on
- 15:55Speaker 2: the head. Oh, the cherries were awesome. I love the cherries.
- 15:58Speaker 2: I love the cherries.
- 15:59Speaker 3: She looked And that look, tip to tail, like she
- 16:05Speaker 3: brought it the hardest, I.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Thought, in terms of just a beautiful look. That to
- 16:11Speaker 2: me was a standout. And I'm such a sucker for
- 16:14Speaker 2: like a 50s, 60s. you know, era Stepford wife look.
- 16:19Speaker 2: I mean, it just, it's so fun and can be
- 16:21Speaker 2: campy and kitschy and just cute. And it also was
- 16:26Speaker 2: just fun to see the montage that came with that,
- 16:30Speaker 2: which was when, you know, she was first married and
- 16:35Speaker 2: like that whole, like she wanted to be a great
- 16:37Speaker 2: wife and that's all she wanted to do. And then
- 16:40Speaker 2: we got 265 days a year. We got the Underground
- 16:43Speaker 2: Railroad and then we get her now. It's fantastic. What
- 16:47Speaker 2: a journey.
- 16:47Speaker 3: The Underground Railroad will like go down in history. I
- 16:51Speaker 3: think that the fact that she was 30, only 30
- 16:53Speaker 3: years of age.
- 16:57Speaker 2: That was a really good marker of time that she
- 17:00Speaker 2: gave us that like, I was 30 and I'm 45 now. And,
- 17:03Speaker 2: you know, 15 years have passed and look at how...
- 17:07Speaker 2: And also, you know, when they did, you know, kind
- 17:09Speaker 2: of jumping around, we'll go back to the alter egos
- 17:11Speaker 2: in a second. But I really appreciated the conversation that
- 17:15Speaker 2: they had at dinner before that party where they were
- 17:19Speaker 2: talking with Nini about, you know, being off camera and
- 17:23Speaker 2: what that was like. And Nini was like at the beginning...
- 17:27Speaker 2: I was happy, she said, and I was happy to
- 17:29Speaker 2: be gone. But then when they started shooting, she's like,
- 17:32Speaker 2: you know, I felt weird. And it's an interesting way
- 17:35Speaker 2: to like, you know, she presented it nicely, but that
- 17:40Speaker 2: had to have been tearing her up. And she did
- 17:43Speaker 2: not show us how she truly felt because I'm sure it's,
- 17:45Speaker 2: you know, she's moved on, but she didn't really show
- 17:50Speaker 2: her cards. There's been a lot of background conversations.
- 17:56Speaker 1: A lot.
- 17:56Speaker 3: So I think we needed to, I thought this was perfect.
- 18:02Speaker 2: The way that she handled it?
- 18:03Speaker 4: Yes. Yeah.
- 18:04Speaker 2: She addressed it. She moved forward and she, then she
- 18:07Speaker 2: hit it right over to Portia to kind of like
- 18:10Speaker 2: bookend what she was going to say. Cause she's like,
- 18:12Speaker 2: I mean, Portia, you, when you left the housewives, you
- 18:14Speaker 2: were okay too, right? And Portia, this is where I
- 18:18Speaker 2: thought it was interesting to hear her at that age,
- 18:22Speaker 2: like 45 or whatever it was when she left. She
- 18:25Speaker 2: said she thought she was done with the housewives. She
- 18:27Speaker 2: wanted to see what life was like outside of the housewives.
- 18:30Speaker 2: We know outside of the cameras and that the three
- 18:34Speaker 2: years gave her peace. And that was interesting because she
- 18:39Speaker 2: said that she's really protective over it. But then now
- 18:42Speaker 2: that she's back on camera, she's saying it's got to
- 18:45Speaker 2: be really real stuff. I guess I didn't really understand
- 18:50Speaker 2: what she meant by that. Like she's protective of her
- 18:53Speaker 2: of her peace. So that when she's on camera, it
- 18:56Speaker 2: has to be really, really real. What does that mean?
- 18:58Speaker 3: I felt like she was talking about Shamia personally. And
- 19:06Speaker 3: just saying like, I'm not going to, because I think
- 19:09Speaker 3: she's been quite measured. And I've not watched every frame
- 19:13Speaker 3: of this season of Atlanta. But what I've seen, I
- 19:16Speaker 3: think she has, you see Portia not going all in
- 19:21Speaker 3: like she would have done when she was younger. she's
- 19:24Speaker 3: really put up a boundary. Is that fair to say? Okay.
- 19:27Speaker 2: You're right. Now I'm understanding it on a flip side.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I think what she meant was I'm protective of that peace.
- 19:33Speaker 2: So she's going to have peace on the show by
- 19:35Speaker 2: not creating waves where there aren't any waves and trying
- 19:38Speaker 2: to be as peaceful as she can on the show. Yes. Okay.
- 19:42Speaker 2: That makes so much sense. I didn't understand. I think so.
- 19:46Speaker 3: I mean, that's what my interpretation is. Like, even when
- 19:48Speaker 3: yeah like a situation's really trying her like she's not
- 19:53Speaker 3: gonna just pop off and get into it with everybody
- 19:57Speaker 3: and cause chaos like I'm gonna she and I do
- 19:59Speaker 3: see that growth.
- 20:00Speaker 2: In her yeah yeah absolutely yeah she's like a oh
- 20:03Speaker 2: I don't like a different she's not a different person
- 20:05Speaker 2: but she is very mature matured completely different on her,
- 20:12Speaker 2: you know, involvement in the show. Yeah. So, okay, let's
- 20:20Speaker 2: get back to the alter egos because I want to
- 20:22Speaker 2: keep going through that list because it's just so fun. Okay, wait.
- 20:26Speaker 2: I died when I saw that Angie was Cher. Do
- 20:29Speaker 2: you know that when I do the impression of her,
- 20:31Speaker 2: I basically do a Cher impression?
- 20:33Speaker 3: Well, do you think she's heard it?
- 20:36Speaker 2: I don't know. It's possible. I thought that that was
- 20:38Speaker 2: a little... Like, I don't know, a really big coincidence.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Unless she, you know, the other part of it is
- 20:45Speaker 2: that she just loves Cher because she looks and sounds
- 20:49Speaker 2: like Cher, which is what I picked up on. And
- 20:53Speaker 2: so then that's why she did Cher because she actually
- 20:56Speaker 2: loves Cher. So I'm going to have to go with that.
- 20:58Speaker 2: I don't think that it's because they would have heard
- 21:01Speaker 2: my impression. I'm going to have to go with like
- 21:04Speaker 2: it's serendipitous. It's not out of the realm of possibility
- 21:08Speaker 2: for sure because there have been several things over the
- 21:11Speaker 2: years where I've seen my stuff pop up other places
- 21:14Speaker 2: that it's so specific that I'm like, okay, I see
- 21:17Speaker 2: where you got that. I don't need the kadoos, but okay.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Let's hear your kadoos. Listen, she's who she is. It
- 21:23Speaker 2: is what it is. It is what it is. But
- 21:30Speaker 2: I do think it's probably a complete coincidence. And I
- 21:35Speaker 2: think Angie and I are vibing. Like I picked up
- 21:37Speaker 2: that Cher in her and she loves Cher. So that
- 21:40Speaker 2: made me LOL. I was like, get out, babe. Here
- 21:43Speaker 2: she is in that long black wig. I'm like, wait,
- 21:45Speaker 2: that's probably not a wig. That's probably her hair. Okay.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Mary as Wonder Woman. That was unexpected. And what do
- 21:56Speaker 2: you think that Mary meant by that? Sure.
- 21:59Speaker 3: I mean, I think every girl heightened to your fullest
- 22:04Speaker 3: is Wonder Woman, right?
- 22:05Speaker 2: Wait, I'm just like thinking Mary's like, oh, we got
- 22:10Speaker 2: to do what? Wonder Woman. Okay. Whatever. Wonder Woman. Like
- 22:16Speaker 2: she's just looking at the TV and all of a
- 22:18Speaker 2: sudden something on Wonder Woman comes up. She doesn't care.
- 22:20Speaker 2: She's like, Wonder Woman, whatever. I know.
- 22:23Speaker 3: She's been through it. Like, I don't know where this
- 22:26Speaker 3: is in her timeline, but like, marriage is getting herself anywhere.
- 22:29Speaker 2: You know, this like is, you know, thank you.
- 22:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:35Speaker 2: So then we have Candice. That was wild to see
- 22:39Speaker 2: her back. Oh, my God. Misunderstood. It's pretty good. It's
- 22:46Speaker 2: a message, a very strong message for all the ladies.
- 22:50Speaker 2: And I would I'm going to have to say that
- 22:53Speaker 2: that's definitely not an alter ego. It's just her having
- 22:56Speaker 2: an agenda to try to tell everybody, like, I've been misunderstood.
- 23:01Speaker 3: You know, Amy, you know what it's giving me right now?
- 23:04Speaker 3: You know the Alanis Morissette song, Isn't It Ironic, when, like,
- 23:08Speaker 3: a lot of it wasn't actually ironic. It was just
- 23:12Speaker 3: a misunderstanding or, like, this is– you're giving it the isn't.
- 23:18Speaker 2: It ironic treatment. You know what I mean? Yeah.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Where they don't, they can't, yeah, they can't do it
- 23:28Speaker 3: totally right, you know?
- 23:29Speaker 2: Yeah, right.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Because it's just not, it's not available.
- 23:32Speaker 2: No, it's not. It's not. And, like, producers aren't going
- 23:35Speaker 2: to argue with them about their choice. They're going to
- 23:37Speaker 2: be like, oh, that's what you want to do? Okay. Great. Great.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Great choice. And Stacey was Tyra Banks. I just thought
- 23:48Speaker 2: that was, like, so funny. I could. I could see
- 23:51Speaker 2: her picking that, though. That actually makes sense to me.
- 23:55Speaker 2: And it was probably before the Netflix documentary that she
- 23:59Speaker 2: chose this and that they shot this because I don't
- 24:01Speaker 2: know if she would have done it otherwise. But anyway.
- 24:04Speaker 2: And then Drew was the princess of rock, which came
- 24:08Speaker 2: out of nowhere. But it is the opposite of her.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Right.
- 24:12Speaker 2: Because she's like a very she's like a soul singer,
- 24:16Speaker 2: R & B singer. And she's like an actress and
- 24:19Speaker 2: she's very chill. She's in a lot of movies where
- 24:22Speaker 2: it's like low key or dramatic. Right, right, right, right.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Princess of Rock is really out of her wheelhouse. So
- 24:31Speaker 2: that was good. Yeah.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Some of them did like a heightening of themselves. Like
- 24:36Speaker 3: Lisa kind of.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Lisa and Kyle had the same heightening. Yeah,
- 24:44Speaker 2: they had like more of a heightening. What did you
- 24:46Speaker 2: think about Kyle's? Because that was appropriate for her because
- 24:49Speaker 2: that's all she wants to be. So I almost felt like, well,
- 24:53Speaker 2: even though that's a part of her, she does ultimately
- 24:56Speaker 2: want to be a full on cowgirl. What did you think?
- 24:59Speaker 3: Ultimately, I wasn't moved by it. I was a little like, wah, wah.
- 25:04Speaker 3: But ultimately, Ultimate Girls Trip didn't do it.
- 25:06Speaker 2: OK. Yeah. You know, I mean.
- 25:09Speaker 3: Like there's a lot of ladies to look at. So
- 25:12Speaker 3: I was accepting, I had some radical acceptance around what
- 25:15Speaker 3: they were bringing me, but Kyle's, Kyle and Lisa just
- 25:21Speaker 3: sort of, yeah, I don't know.
- 25:24Speaker 2: No, they phoned it in like Heather Gay said on
- 25:27Speaker 2: a hot mic. Okay.
- 25:28Speaker 3: I am excited to talk to you about that.
- 25:30Speaker 2: Crazy. But wait, Kyle looked like she looked just last
- 25:35Speaker 2: week when she showed up to go to like, you know,
- 25:37Speaker 2: a sushi party. Like, So she had the same turquoise
- 25:41Speaker 2: a million times. So if she's going to do it,
- 25:43Speaker 2: if she really wants to be a cowgirl, we're going
- 25:46Speaker 2: to need full everything. Like, yes. I mean, tassels, fringe,
- 25:52Speaker 2: same thing. Boots. Like, I mean, Dolly Parton, you know, whatever.
- 25:57Speaker 2: By the way, I beg your pardon. I beg your pardon.
- 26:00Speaker 2: I'm wearing a t-shirt right now.
- 26:02Speaker 3: I love that. Yeah.
- 26:04Speaker 2: That's amazing.
- 26:04Speaker 3: That's amazing.
- 26:07Speaker 2: I know.
- 26:08Speaker 3: I will say I'm very happy she didn't suffer. I
- 26:10Speaker 3: keep thinking that, like, I'm so grateful for that.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Oh, that's a really beautiful point.
- 26:14Speaker 3: She worked right up until the end, right? She had
- 26:17Speaker 3: canceled dates and she didn't suffer. I truly take that
- 26:22Speaker 3: as such a win.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. That is a blessing. You're right. And everyone
- 26:28Speaker 2: on the Ultimate Girls trip should learn from that. If
- 26:31Speaker 2: you're going to dress like a cowgirl, you go big. Lisa, yeah,
- 26:35Speaker 2: just in all black, like with a hat. Wait, what
- 26:42Speaker 2: did you say?
- 26:43Speaker 3: She's like, you know, I really want to live on
- 26:46Speaker 3: the farm.
- 26:47Speaker 2: That's right. She did say that. I want to be
- 26:50Speaker 2: a trad wife. I just want to collect eggs. Just
- 26:53Speaker 2: gorgeous eggs. Baby gorgeous chicks. Listen, if you've tried everything

- 29:17Speaker 2: then who else do we have? Ashley. We've seen Ash, T.O.P.,
- 29:22Speaker 2: and that's fine. All right. Let's go back to what
- 29:25Speaker 2: you wanted to mention. Okay. The hot mic with Heather. Okay. Wow.
- 29:31Speaker 3: Can we just gather ourselves around Lisa and the Salt
- 29:36Speaker 3: Lake City women and what they're trying to get done? Right.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Now? Yeah. What are they trying to get done? They
- 29:44Speaker 2: got to come to this city. They got to come
- 29:45Speaker 2: to Atlanta. Honestly, Deanna, I didn't expect them to be
- 29:50Speaker 2: in Atlanta. We just saw them in Beverly Hills. What
- 29:54Speaker 2: are they doing in Atlanta? Thank you. They are.
- 29:59Speaker 3: And I think Heather's leading the charge. So pissed. It's
- 30:04Speaker 3: something they can unify around.
- 30:05Speaker 4: Oh.
- 30:07Speaker 3: The fact that Lisa has been tapped for this.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Okay.
- 30:12Speaker 2: You're right.
- 30:13Speaker 3: Is rubbing them raw.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Nailed it. That's why... That's why everyone has a problem
- 30:20Speaker 2: with her. What happened? And why Kyle's like in the car.
- 30:23Speaker 2: She's like, who's being mean to you? And she's like,
- 30:25Speaker 2: Heather and Angie and Mary. And she's like, they're dead
- 30:31Speaker 2: to me. Did you hear her say that? It's like having.
- 30:35Speaker 2: That was powerful.
- 30:37Speaker 3: It was very powerful. Porsche has been very powerful in
- 30:40Speaker 3: her support. This is a mouse, in my opinion, a
- 30:45Speaker 3: grave miscalculation on their part.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Oh, wow. Deanna, speak on it.
- 30:54Speaker 3: Well, I think that they.
- 30:56Speaker 2: A grave mistake.
- 30:59Speaker 3: I think they gathered, you know, and... They gathered around
- 31:06Speaker 3: the gathering tree.
- 31:07Speaker 4: What?
- 31:10Speaker 3: There's a restaurant they go to in Salt Lake City
- 31:12Speaker 3: with that guy who RIP. Anyway, I don't remember it.
- 31:15Speaker 3: I'm trying to remember it.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Pull it in. I don't have it. Oh, right. Volter.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Volter's place. Yes. They gathered.
- 31:21Speaker 3: They got around a table in Volter's.
- 31:24Speaker 2: Volter's.
- 31:24Speaker 3: Volter's. And they were like, they can't believe after the
- 31:29Speaker 3: season they had, after the reunion that they had, that
- 31:33Speaker 3: Lisa has been tapped as the one to go in
- 31:38Speaker 3: and represent Salt Lake City.
- 31:40Speaker 2: In a 20th year. Oh, my God.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Ultimate girls trip with all of the OG main girls
- 31:49Speaker 3: that they all watched.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Specifically Heather. Specifically Heather.
- 31:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Yes.
- 31:54Speaker 3: Specifically Heather because Heather is a fan first. And we
- 31:58Speaker 3: can never forget that.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Never forget. But you know what? You know who pretty
- 32:02Speaker 2: much started Salt Lake City? Lisa is like the Kyle
- 32:08Speaker 2: of that city. I think she's the one. Who had
- 32:11Speaker 2: the connections, who they went to first. Darlings, correct me
- 32:16Speaker 2: if I'm wrong, but I'm almost positive. I have heard
- 32:19Speaker 2: Lisa say this numerous times that, like, I'm the one
- 32:23Speaker 2: that they started with. I'm the one who suggested. And
- 32:26Speaker 2: then it was like, I think she suggested Whitney and
- 32:28Speaker 2: maybe Whitney and the connection with Heather because they're cousins.
- 32:34Speaker 2: And Lisa referred Meredith. Like, I think that it all
- 32:39Speaker 2: stems from Lisa. Yeah. And Lisa's the one with the clout.
- 32:42Speaker 2: She's the one with the Sundance and the celebrity this
- 32:46Speaker 2: and that. And not only that, but she was on
- 32:53Speaker 2: another show. Don't know what it was. It was a
- 32:57Speaker 2: reality show from a while back. It could have been
- 32:59Speaker 2: like a real estate show. I don't know. But Lisa...
- 33:04Speaker 2: Or a housewife show, but she showed up on another
- 33:06Speaker 2: housewife show as a cameo.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. Was it with Kyle?
- 33:09Speaker 2: That was like the Salt Lake City. And the Hamptons? Well,
- 33:12Speaker 2: this was....
- 33:14Speaker 3: Oh, I'm thinking you're talking about a more recent show
- 33:17Speaker 3: where her.
- 33:18Speaker 2: It was the Salt Lake City real estate show. Oh, right. No,
- 33:21Speaker 2: I think I'm mixing them. We did recap that. I'm
- 33:23Speaker 2: mixing them. We did.
- 33:24Speaker 3: Okay.
- 33:24Speaker 2: I'm mixing them, but you know what? It was before
- 33:27Speaker 2: Salt Lake City was even a real housewife show. Lisa
- 33:30Speaker 2: showed up on... Someone else's show. And I don't know
- 33:33Speaker 2: what it was. So she was on the map. She
- 33:36Speaker 2: was on the map.
- 33:39Speaker 3: It makes sense.
- 33:40Speaker 2: It really does.
- 33:41Speaker 3: It makes sense that she was the Jill Zarin of
- 33:44Speaker 3: Salt Lake City.
- 33:44Speaker 2: Yes. Allie's here. Surprise.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:51Speaker 3: But, you know, I think Heather genuinely feels it should
- 33:55Speaker 3: be her.
- 33:57Speaker 2: And you know what? She's not 100% wrong. Like in
- 33:58Speaker 2: a world. I get that it should be her. Heather
- 34:04Speaker 2: is very much a centerpiece. She is very much the narrator.
- 34:12Speaker 2: She's like a Bethany of the show. She's like a Kyle.
- 34:15Speaker 2: I mean, she's her own person, but she is like
- 34:19Speaker 2: kind of a real main hub of everybody. So I
- 34:25Speaker 2: get why Heather's got a chapped ass. But it still
- 34:28Speaker 2: shouldn't be her. It should still be Lisa.
- 34:32Speaker 3: I am open to it being whomever. I mean, like,
- 34:38Speaker 3: it's a new show. That's the interesting thing, is that
- 34:42Speaker 3: it almost doesn't have enough years under its belt to... Well,
- 34:47Speaker 3: I guess it does. But, you know, there's a world
- 34:50Speaker 3: in which Salt Lake City wouldn't even be on this
- 34:52Speaker 3: show because we don't have enough.
- 34:55Speaker 2: History with it.
- 34:58Speaker 3: But all in... Like they maligned her at the white
- 35:02Speaker 3: party and they are, and Heather, the way she came
- 35:06Speaker 3: for her and was, I'm going to use the word bullying,
- 35:13Speaker 3: even though it's too strong, you know, right off the
- 35:16Speaker 3: bat about her not doing enough and giving, I mean,
- 35:19Speaker 3: we just said the same thing, but it was.
- 35:22Speaker 2: Just such a strong, she wants to make her look stupid. Yeah.
- 35:29Speaker 2: And she was like, there are no cameras on us
- 35:31Speaker 2: right now. Like, what's the big deal? I mean, do
- 35:33Speaker 2: you think that that was real? I mean, it seemed
- 35:36Speaker 2: like it was real, right? That conversation, the hot mic moment? Yeah,
- 35:40Speaker 2: to greet somebody like, looks like you phoned it in again.
- 35:44Speaker 2: I mean, it is immediate fighting words, but. When you're
- 35:48Speaker 2: not in good standing. But she has a point. Lisa
- 35:53Speaker 2: phoned it in, Deanna. I understand that. I mean, we've
- 35:58Speaker 2: just said this is the truth, right?
- 36:00Speaker 3: That is fine. But you know what, Heather? You're not
- 36:03Speaker 3: on this show. You're coming in as a guest. So
- 36:08Speaker 3: we don't really care what you have to say about
- 36:10Speaker 3: what Lisa is like. It's just so blatant that she
- 36:15Speaker 3: wants these icons to think poorly of Lisa and they're
- 36:19Speaker 3: going to do whatever they can. Meanwhile, Lisa has they
- 36:25Speaker 3: have no idea the time of her her life she's
- 36:28Speaker 3: been having and the fact that everyone loves her.
- 36:32Speaker 2: Right. Everyone is riding hard for her. She literally was
- 36:36Speaker 2: laughing until she cried, like in her confessional about how
- 36:39Speaker 2: horrible her city is. Right.
- 36:43Speaker 3: And, you know, our friend Christopher DeRosa, he produced Ultimate
- 36:48Speaker 3: Girls Trip. And I was asking him many months ago
- 36:53Speaker 3: who he loved the most.
- 36:56Speaker 2: He said Lisa, and I was like, excuse me? What
- 37:00Speaker 2: are you saying? Wow. It didn't make sense. Wow. That's amazing.
- 37:07Speaker 3: It's shocking. It's shocking.
- 37:11Speaker 2: But I'm seeing a new color to her. We all are.
- 37:15Speaker 2: The color is black.
- 37:17Speaker 3: Well, yeah.
- 37:18Speaker 2: I guess it's the.
- 37:19Speaker 3: Absence of color.
- 37:22Speaker 2: You're seeing a new absence of color. I don't know.
- 37:30Speaker 3: I don't think this is going to work out.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Is there truth in numbers? Because it's like Bronwyn is
- 37:35Speaker 2: going is like unhappy with her. Heather, who was with
- 37:40Speaker 2: Bronwyn at the white party standing there? Oh, Whitney. Yeah.
- 37:44Speaker 2: They're all so upset. You know, who can we trust? Well,
- 37:49Speaker 2: this is great. I love the hot mic moment. And
- 37:54Speaker 2: I love seeing Kyle be very supportive of Lisa and
- 37:57Speaker 2: saying like whispering like they're dead to me because Kyle
- 38:01Speaker 2: is such a girl's girl. She always has been. So
- 38:04Speaker 2: for her to say that about the other housewives, you know,
- 38:08Speaker 2: typically she can keep an open mind. But she was like, no,
- 38:13Speaker 2: I'm going to ride hard for you right now.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:15Speaker 3: I mean, that's the effect of like what Lisa has.
- 38:20Speaker 3: She's trying the socks off of them. And they don't like,
- 38:25Speaker 3: they don't, I mean, I'm, I'm going, I'm thinking about
- 38:30Speaker 3: Kyle right now. And when the other slam of the episode,
- 38:34Speaker 3: which took my breath away, I went, Oh my God.
- 38:39Speaker 3: When Kyle looked over and said, is that the girl
- 38:43Speaker 3: referring to Ashley?
- 38:47Speaker 2: Oh. Is that the girl? Whoa. Like, she doesn't even
- 38:54Speaker 2: have a name. She's not even on the same network
- 38:56Speaker 2: as she is. Whoa.
- 38:58Speaker 3: You know, and Ashley's been there for quite some time.
- 39:02Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 39:04Speaker 3: And I think Kyle has a sense of who's who.
- 39:07Speaker 2: Is that the girl?
- 39:12Speaker 3: Is that the girl took my.
- 39:14Speaker 2: Wow. I didn't even like catch that, honestly. I didn't
- 39:19Speaker 2: even catch that she said the girl. I remember her
- 39:23Speaker 2: saying like, is that her or whatever? But like the
- 39:26Speaker 2: fact that she said, is that the girl? I think
- 39:28Speaker 2: she compartmentalized it. the Mauricio stable of girls and they
- 39:38Speaker 2: are nameless and they are faceless and they have. Okay. Yeah.
- 39:43Speaker 2: I like it. And you have to kind of, that's girl,
- 39:47Speaker 2: you know? That's just a girl. That could be any girl.
- 39:52Speaker 2: You're any girl.
- 39:54Speaker 4: Yikes.
- 39:55Speaker 3: Like she may have been Ashley prior, but once she
- 39:59Speaker 3: did what she did, now you're a girl.
- 40:03Speaker 2: She did what she did.
- 40:04Speaker 3: What happened?
- 40:06Speaker 2: I'll say. Did you, I mean, I really did feel
- 40:10Speaker 2: like Ashley gave her an apology. She gave her what
- 40:15Speaker 2: she gave her, which I thought was fine. And it
- 40:19Speaker 2: was like, I wouldn't ever want someone to try to
- 40:22Speaker 2: go for my ex-husband. And that wasn't my intention. And
- 40:26Speaker 2: Stacey was sort of forcing my hand. And I think
- 40:30Speaker 2: she could have given a little more. Like we got
- 40:32Speaker 2: caught up in the joke of it. And it was
- 40:35Speaker 2: probably insensitive to do to one of my Bravo sisters.
- 40:38Speaker 2: You know, I think that she could have been a
- 40:39Speaker 2: little softer with her. Apology, but I honestly can't tell if.
- 40:44Speaker 2: She was just so much in character of Ashley T.O.P.
- 40:48Speaker 2: that she couldn't be like an authentic, like a more
- 40:54Speaker 2: gentle Ashley. Like, I don't know. She couldn't like shake
- 40:57Speaker 2: her character because she was in her care. She was
- 40:59Speaker 2: like biting her, you know, her lip and like she
- 41:02Speaker 2: was just in it, you know. Well, I have to
- 41:04Speaker 2: mention a couple other pieces of shade now that we have,
- 41:07Speaker 2: you know, Kyle mentioning that to Ashley and, you know,
- 41:10Speaker 2: they had their thing. That's fine. But, you know. Giselle really,
- 41:17Speaker 2: I mean, her mentioning Candace was like about as ice
- 41:22Speaker 2: cold as it gets. You know, she hasn't seen her
- 41:26Speaker 2: since they filmed together.
- 41:27Speaker 3: And it has been such a, listen, that had gotten,
- 41:31Speaker 3: that had reached a level of toxicity as the audience
- 41:35Speaker 3: where someone had to go, you know, because it wasn't fun.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Yeah. And that was the most obvious one to go. Exactly.
- 41:44Speaker 3: Exactly. Like Giselle is a workhorse.
- 41:50Speaker 2: Oh, my God. She got right in there. at the
- 41:54Speaker 2: dinner with Nini and was like, I've, you know, she's,
- 41:57Speaker 2: I've always given her flowers, but she said some things
- 41:59Speaker 2: about her. And then she was like, hey, Nini, like immediately.
- 42:03Speaker 2: And Portia's like, Giselle is doing what she does. And
- 42:06Speaker 2: it's amazing to hear. It's great to hear Portia be like,
- 42:08Speaker 2: there goes Giselle. You know? I know. That they ran
- 42:13Speaker 2: into each other, Karen and Nini in Beverly Hills, and
- 42:18Speaker 2: that Nini was like, beat up Giselle. So, I mean.
- 42:24Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh.
- 42:25Speaker 2: It was it was funny. This turned out to be very,
- 42:28Speaker 2: very cute moment. Yes.
- 42:31Speaker 3: And I mean, I was like, can Nene have a
- 42:34Speaker 3: drink in an app first, please? Oh, my God.
- 42:38Speaker 2: Jesus H. That happened right before she had Neone come out. Like, right.
- 42:44Speaker 2: I mean, I think. And by the way, him coming out,
- 42:46Speaker 2: it was like, come on down. I mean, he just
- 42:48Speaker 2: had his own thing. legit entrance. I thought it was like,
- 42:52Speaker 2: is Andy Cohen introducing him or are we at a reunion?
- 42:56Speaker 2: He came out from the stage and there he was.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Oh my God. He's got some sex appeal, that guy.
- 43:05Speaker 3: You know, first of all, Vicky's reaction was everything.
- 43:09Speaker 2: Oh my God.
- 43:11Speaker 3: I loved how we got to see everyone's adoration for Nene.
- 43:20Speaker 2: Hmm. Yeah.
- 43:23Speaker 3: Did you not love that?
- 43:24Speaker 2: Oh God.
- 43:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:25Speaker 2: Yeah. Going back to the, when she entered the surprise
- 43:28Speaker 2: at the drag brunch, that was amazing. I loved how
- 43:32Speaker 2: Kyle ran up there again. So cool to hear about
- 43:35Speaker 2: their history together. No, that was Kyle's like first housewife friend.
- 43:40Speaker 2: Oh my God. I love it.
- 43:42Speaker 3: He clearly loves Nene and, Teresa, Lou.
- 43:47Speaker 2: You know, it just, that was great. That was so great.
- 43:51Speaker 3: So much fun. And yeah, Nini and her man have
- 43:55Speaker 3: had beautiful entrances into this program.
- 43:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:59Speaker 2: Oh my God. Nini coming out on the stage. Like
- 44:02Speaker 2: it's so good. That was so good. It was so,
- 44:05Speaker 2: such a soft landing into a bunch of warm and
- 44:08Speaker 2: welcoming housewives. And of course Giselle took it right into,
- 44:12Speaker 2: you know, business and working, but like, You know, even
- 44:15Speaker 2: like just talking about Greg and Vicky was like, he
- 44:18Speaker 2: loved you so much. You could see, I saw it.
- 44:20Speaker 2: I saw it for my own self. And everybody was
- 44:22Speaker 2: so supportive. It felt so deserving. And it really felt
- 44:29Speaker 2: like the gang's back together. It really scratched an itch
- 44:32Speaker 2: that I think all of us have been wanting to
- 44:34Speaker 2: see happen, which is like resolution for Nene and just
- 44:39Speaker 2: being like back in, in a good way.
- 44:44Speaker 3: Well, that's the whole thing is like sometimes time is
- 44:50Speaker 3: the best thing that could ever happen. She, I think,
- 44:56Speaker 3: has gone through every step of grief from this process
- 45:01Speaker 3: of housewives.
- 45:03Speaker 2: She's, you know, had.
- 45:07Speaker 3: Legal problems with Bravo. She's been hurt. And the time
- 45:12Speaker 3: that has passed and having this moment, and thank God
- 45:17Speaker 3: she said yes to it. Because you have to also
- 45:20Speaker 3: know your moment to come back. And she may not
- 45:24Speaker 3: do another thing. But this, looking beautiful, I'm like, I
- 45:28Speaker 3: think we need Facetunes way too much online because I
- 45:32Speaker 3: thought she looked gorgeous. And the last few times I've
- 45:34Speaker 3: seen her, I've been like, you know, because I think, like,
- 45:37Speaker 3: her nose looked beautiful. Nothing looked beautiful.
- 45:40Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not like her social media. Like, her social
- 45:44Speaker 2: media always looks weird to me with the face tuning.
- 45:47Speaker 2: I mean, you know, so many of these housewives do it. Like,
- 45:49Speaker 2: Adrienne Maloof and NeNe are up there. Like, there's so many.
- 45:54Speaker 2: Kathy Hilton, you know, but like, she did not look
- 45:57Speaker 2: like she does. And I was very glad about that. No,
- 46:02Speaker 2: she looked beautiful.
- 46:03Speaker 3: She felt queenly, calm. Even the way she handled Giselle,
- 46:09Speaker 3: she took a beat. You know, she was able to
- 46:12Speaker 3: address it, recover it.
- 46:14Speaker 2: Nice beat. Nice beat. Only a seasoned housewife can come
- 46:19Speaker 2: in after not being there for many, many years around
- 46:23Speaker 2: housewives that she doesn't normally work with and just take
- 46:27Speaker 2: the ball that's given to her and just dribble it,
- 46:31Speaker 2: dribble it, get ready, walk on back, walk on over
- 46:35Speaker 2: to that three-point line, you know, and just being like, oh,
- 46:38Speaker 2: thank you for the ball. I'm going over here. going
- 46:41Speaker 2: over here and I'm going to go over to the side,
- 46:43Speaker 2: you know, and that's just going to do a three
- 46:44Speaker 2: pointer from the back line in the center. No, I'm
- 46:47Speaker 2: going to the right and just, you know? Yeah.
- 46:51Speaker 3: And then Giselle's cuddling with her and they're laughing and
- 46:55Speaker 3: it's perfect.
- 46:56Speaker 2: It's perfection. It was great.
- 46:58Speaker 3: So I just felt so, I was emotional with the
- 47:02Speaker 3: Greg package and talking about Greg. Yeah.
- 47:06Speaker 2: That was, that was really, that was touching. Very touching.
- 47:11Speaker 3: And just the history that these ladies have together. And
- 47:15Speaker 3: first of all, Vicky can't fake anything for love or money.
- 47:18Speaker 3: So her– Vicky, because she's been such a pill with
- 47:24Speaker 3: an orange up her ass this entire time, her ability–
- 47:29Speaker 3: her genuine feelings about seeing Nene and, like, were just
- 47:35Speaker 3: pure because she can't be anything else, you know? Mm-hmm.
- 47:39Speaker 3: I just loved everything about it.
- 47:41Speaker 2: It made me emotional.
- 47:42Speaker 3: It's making me emotional right now. And no, cause it's just,
- 47:48Speaker 3: it was perfect.
- 47:49Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. It was great. The montages that they deliver
- 47:54Speaker 2: on this show are worthy of a bucket of tears,
- 47:58Speaker 2: just like you're saying, because where we've been and where
- 48:01Speaker 2: they are, it is, it's like, it's a retrospective every week.
- 48:07Speaker 2: And it's not to be taken lightly. And I think
- 48:09Speaker 2: that your heart is in the room. Oh, Deanna, I
- 48:11Speaker 2: love you getting emotional. No, don't mind me.
- 48:14Speaker 3: I don't know why I'm getting emotional. It just, listen,
- 48:17Speaker 3: I like when things are perfect.
- 48:18Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. You know?
- 48:21Speaker 3: And I think everything lined up for this moment, for
- 48:27Speaker 3: NeNe to have this moment and to come in like
- 48:30Speaker 3: she did. Yeah. And even with her gorgeous man who
- 48:33Speaker 3: caused a stir, she was seated perfectly.
- 48:37Speaker 2: They were all, none of them got up, which I loved.
- 48:41Speaker 2: And he just went around the table, duck, duck, duck, duck, goose,
- 48:44Speaker 2: and he's out, you know? That scarf. Oh, my God.
- 48:48Speaker 2: He's a darling. Look at this. He's such a darling.
- 48:51Speaker 2: He smells so good.
- 48:52Speaker 3: He's such a darling. No, Vicky, she needs man. You know,
- 48:59Speaker 3: she needs man.
- 49:01Speaker 2: She needs man.
- 49:03Speaker 3: She's a freak in the sheets. We know it. We
- 49:05Speaker 3: love it. She, as most of these Christians are that
- 49:12Speaker 3: protest too much, they are nasty girls.
- 49:18Speaker 2: And I think.
- 49:20Speaker 3: just him getting this, I don't, whoever you are, sir,
- 49:24Speaker 3: you know, they've been together a while. Nini was completely
- 49:28Speaker 3: at ease.
- 49:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:29Speaker 3: He came in and did his tour of duty and it.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Just, he did a roundabout around like his own little
- 49:37Speaker 2: parade and then left. They were, yeah, they were seamless.
- 49:41Speaker 3: Yeah. It was wonderful. It was.
- 49:44Speaker 2: And, you know, it's not the end. Phaedra was great
- 49:46Speaker 2: to see. Though we've seen a lot of her lately,
- 49:49Speaker 2: but her just being like, yeah, yeah, yeah. Like the
- 49:51Speaker 2: dirty Phaedra is like the best. She's like, eh, eh.
- 49:54Speaker 2: Like just pelvic thrusting in her outfit. She is so funny. Oh,
- 50:01Speaker 2: my God.
- 50:02Speaker 3: I'm really happy they addressed her drag queen because that
- 50:05Speaker 3: was just.
- 50:06Speaker 2: Jokes, too. Oh, my God. That was hilarious. Yeah, the pink. Yeah.
- 50:10Speaker 2: Which I thought the drag queen that I thought was
- 50:12Speaker 2: the best was Lou because it's like you're always going
- 50:15Speaker 2: to nail it because all you have to do is
- 50:16Speaker 2: put on some sequins and a fedora and, like, you're done.
- 50:19Speaker 2: And so I just felt like they did a great job.
- 50:21Speaker 2: But anyway, all right. Well, more to come next week.
- 50:26Speaker 2: And let's head on over to Next Gen. Next Gen.
- 50:34Speaker 2: just some broad strokes. I mean, first of all, a
- 50:38Speaker 2: ski trip is, oh man, is this what I want? Like,
- 50:41Speaker 2: I am so happy that we can watch a younger
- 50:44Speaker 2: generation go on a ski trip. There's nothing I love
- 50:48Speaker 2: more than going to a colder climate. That's why I
- 50:51Speaker 2: love Salt Lake City. You know, I love when they
- 50:52Speaker 2: go and they do whatever they do, ice fishing or
- 50:55Speaker 2: what have you, and skiing. So this is great. Love
- 51:00Speaker 2: that they're in a cabin of sorts and that we've
- 51:04Speaker 2: got a couple people who do know how to ski
- 51:07Speaker 2: and some are just trying to figure it out. Love
- 51:10Speaker 2: it that they're doing the, what do you call it? The,
- 51:14Speaker 2: oh my God, snowboarding. Boy, oh boy. You know, this
- 51:20Speaker 2: perimenopause is really bad. I don't know what I'm going
- 51:23Speaker 2: to do, but my brain is like mush all the time. Okay. Anyway,
- 51:30Speaker 2: we'll get back at it. So Some people are learning
- 51:33Speaker 2: how to snowboard. Great. And let's just head on over
- 51:37Speaker 2: because let's go up to this cabin where they're, for the,
- 51:43Speaker 2: Jesus Christ.
- 51:43Speaker 3: Stunning.
- 51:44Speaker 2: What a cabin. Wyndham ski trip. Excellent. And we get,
- 51:53Speaker 2: you know, there's some stuff about the rooms. Lucky for
- 51:56Speaker 2: Liam and Ariana that they're going to get their own room.
- 52:00Speaker 3: Wow. Okay. Okay.
- 52:02Speaker 2: That's a big step on a trip. Big.
- 52:05Speaker 3: You know, we're doing huge steps and then it seems
- 52:07Speaker 3: like no steps. You know, it's weird.
- 52:09Speaker 2: Oh, my God. You're talking about when she was like,
- 52:13Speaker 2: I am not your girlfriend. I don't even know you. Yeah,
- 52:17Speaker 2: they're like, you should get in there. Dying. No, it's– yeah.
- 52:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 52:24Speaker 2: And then he's like, I love you in the 530
- 52:27Speaker 2: in the morning. What are you doing with Charlie? That's like,
- 52:30Speaker 2: you got to go to bed. You know, you got
- 52:32Speaker 2: to know when to shut it down. You guys are
- 52:33Speaker 2: all up too late. Go to go night nights.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 52:36Speaker 2: Yeah. That was really bad. You know, I, we have
- 52:41Speaker 2: got to talk about that dinner that night though, because
- 52:43Speaker 2: it's like, you know, obviously the elephant in the room
- 52:45Speaker 2: is like, Ariana went over to your house at 1am
- 52:49Speaker 2: and she's like, fine. If y'all need to know, I
- 52:53Speaker 2: went to go smoke a joint with my gals and
- 52:55Speaker 2: that's no big deal. And like Liam has my location.
- 52:59Speaker 2: That's also like a wow. Well, that's what I'm saying.
- 53:04Speaker 3: But the youths do have more steps. Just FYI.
- 53:10Speaker 2: Yeah, they have more steps. They are really loose about
- 53:13Speaker 2: those locations.
- 53:16Speaker 3: Well, you know, my sister tried to get my location
- 53:18Speaker 3: off me and I said no.
- 53:20Speaker 2: Really? Really.
- 53:22Speaker 3: Yeah. I don't want her.
- 53:25Speaker 2: No, I wouldn't either. I don't want. No.
- 53:29Speaker 3: She loves to have location. She's like Sheena.
- 53:32Speaker 2: She loves to have everyone's location. But what is it
- 53:34Speaker 2: about that? Like, I don't really understand it. Do all of,
- 53:37Speaker 2: you know, as the host of the podcast and Substack,
- 53:40Speaker 2: how to be less old, like, can you at least
- 53:43Speaker 2: just give me an understanding as to are all of
- 53:46Speaker 2: the youths sharing their locations just willy nilly? Because that's
- 53:50Speaker 2: the vibe that I start, I'm getting from all these shows.
- 53:54Speaker 3: Well, I do think a lot, I think it's more
- 53:56Speaker 3: of way more of a thing. And of course it
- 53:59Speaker 3: causes tons of problems because, um, people are being left out,
- 54:03Speaker 3: but also it's not always being left out. It's like
- 54:06Speaker 3: two people can hang out together and that's okay. You know?
- 54:11Speaker 2: Yeah. People aren't mature enough to handle holding people's locations.
- 54:16Speaker 2: That's too much. Social media is too much and location
- 54:20Speaker 2: takes it to another step.
- 54:22Speaker 4: It does.
- 54:23Speaker 2: It absolutely does.
- 54:24Speaker 3: And you know, there is the seeing each other step,
- 54:30Speaker 3: Then the, like, it's like what we see, it is
- 54:33Speaker 3: what we saw in Love Island. There's the seeing each other.
- 54:37Speaker 3: Then you get, like, locked off. But you're still not
- 54:41Speaker 3: boyfriend and girlfriend. And then there's some sort of ceremony
- 54:45Speaker 3: in general where when, to become boyfriend and girlfriend, you, like,
- 54:49Speaker 3: the guy takes, in a heterosexual relationship, the guy's going
- 54:54Speaker 3: to take the girl to, like, a dinner.
- 54:56Speaker 2: And.
- 54:59Speaker 3: make it official, boyfriend and girlfriend. Like just one date
- 55:01Speaker 3: because they all start with just hanging out. Like there's
- 55:03Speaker 3: never dates. So to make it official is at the
- 55:07Speaker 3: back end of things.
- 55:07Speaker 2: Got it. The date is at the back end of things.
- 55:09Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
- 55:10Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 55:10Speaker 3: But there's, for the girls, you know, if you're in
- 55:14Speaker 3: the mood to be in a relationship and you kind
- 55:19Speaker 3: of want to wait to have sex till you're in
- 55:20Speaker 3: that relationship, there's a lot of stages to get to.
- 55:27Speaker 3: And then you start feeling like, well, if I don't,
- 55:29Speaker 3: you know, have sex in the locked off stage, will
- 55:33Speaker 3: I ever make it to the, you know what I'm saying?
- 55:34Speaker 2: Like, it's just a lot.
- 55:36Speaker 3: And so I think this is exactly right for what
- 55:40Speaker 3: it is. But Liam is looking to be in a relationship,
- 55:47Speaker 3: you know, very much so. He's trying to skip steps.
- 55:52Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. I was shocked to hear that. Ariana say
- 55:57Speaker 2: that she is totally into Liam and she doesn't want
- 56:03Speaker 2: the next girl to get him. And she is like
- 56:05Speaker 2: all about him. Honestly, I did not know that she
- 56:08Speaker 2: felt that strongly about him. I really didn't. That was
- 56:10Speaker 2: a shocker to me. Did you?
- 56:13Speaker 3: I was not shocked. But what I did think was
- 56:17Speaker 3: all of that is true. And she's just out of
- 56:21Speaker 3: a very long term relationship and she doesn't want Liam.
- 56:26Speaker 2: To be exclusive.
- 56:27Speaker 3: I think both of those things are combating each other
- 56:30Speaker 3: right now.
- 56:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 56:32Speaker 2: That's going to be difficult because this is a transitional
- 56:35Speaker 2: relationship for her that I think she probably is aware of,
- 56:38Speaker 2: which is why she has her boundaries up in terms
- 56:40Speaker 2: of like defining it. But she also wants to have
- 56:44Speaker 2: her cake and eat it too, which is to try
- 56:45Speaker 2: to lightly lock him down so that when she is ready,
- 56:49Speaker 2: she'll be able to have him, which I think is
- 56:52Speaker 2: very interesting.
- 56:54Speaker 3: Yes.
- 56:54Speaker 4: Yes.
- 56:55Speaker 2: Yes.
- 56:56Speaker 3: And this Charlie, it's hard to say how much, I
- 57:01Speaker 3: think he's talking mostly shit and like he's wanting the drama.
- 57:08Speaker 2: He's a shock jock, you know? I'll F your girl
- 57:12Speaker 2: if I want to. And then what this comment that
- 57:15Speaker 2: he made about like, let's stop slut shaming Ariana and,
- 57:19Speaker 2: you know, like move this along. That was a really
- 57:22Speaker 2: weird thing to say because no one was doing that.
- 57:27Speaker 2: And then he put words on it as if that's
- 57:29Speaker 2: what they were doing, which he was acting like he
- 57:33Speaker 2: was sticking up for her, but he actually slammed her
- 57:35Speaker 2: down by putting that on the table, which wasn't on
- 57:38Speaker 2: the table. And I'm glad that Ariana was angry about it. Weird.
- 57:42Speaker 2: Weird choice of words. Weird choice of words.
- 57:45Speaker 3: Well, he's someone who, he has tremendous resistance to boundaries.
- 57:54Speaker 3: He does not I mean, it's literally like his.
- 57:58Speaker 2: Whole life is... Is breaking boundaries.
- 58:01Speaker 3: He doesn't... He will do anything to not have one
- 58:07Speaker 3: set on him. And so... Interesting. That's why, like, him,
- 58:11Speaker 3: you know, being friends with George's ex, starting business with him,
- 58:15Speaker 3: you know, this is not about that guy.
- 58:19Speaker 1: He.
- 58:20Speaker 3: Being friends with Ariana's ex... Hudson, yeah.
- 58:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Listen, you know, I'm a Hudson head. You know, I,
- 58:28Speaker 2: I feel bad. He's not on the show. I, I do.
- 58:30Speaker 2: I feel bad that he's not on the show anymore.
- 58:32Speaker 2: I think he's, I liked him on the show. I
- 58:34Speaker 2: hope he comes back. All right. That's just my Hudson corner.
- 58:38Speaker 3: I would love you to maybe make a little tick
- 58:41Speaker 3: talk about that and see if you have any other
- 58:44Speaker 3: Hudson heads unite, because I can't imagine there's anyone but you,
- 58:48Speaker 3: but then again, probably maybe there are, you know, it's okay.
- 58:52Speaker 2: I don't need to reach out. I, I'm fine on
- 58:55Speaker 2: my own. But also, but I'm becoming a Kendall head
- 58:59Speaker 2: because she is like that. She's like a crash test dummy.
- 59:03Speaker 2: You know, she's just sitting there. I think it was
- 59:06Speaker 2: Charlie that said that she has no animation to her.
- 59:10Speaker 2: And it's funny. Now I'm enjoying that we've called it out.
- 59:15Speaker 2: We are acknowledging it. So let's lean into that comedy
- 59:19Speaker 2: and see where we go, because I think there's going
- 59:21Speaker 2: to be some comedy with it.
- 59:22Speaker 3: You know, she's not bothering anyone, but like she's certainly there.
- 59:26Speaker 3: I mean, it's almost like having like a little garnish
- 59:31Speaker 3: on the plate that just sits there and it doesn't
- 59:35Speaker 3: mess the meal up. It doesn't change the flavor.
- 59:37Speaker 2: It just is. It's there. Right. You can take it
- 59:41Speaker 2: or leave it and it's just going to be on
- 59:43Speaker 2: the top or on the side.
- 59:44Speaker 3: I keep wondering if production has her there because they
- 59:48Speaker 3: are of the opinion that she is deeply in love
- 59:50Speaker 3: with Liam.
- 59:52Speaker 2: And I know we've squashed that. Yeah, it might still
- 59:56Speaker 2: be true.
- 59:57Speaker 3: Although I don't think he has any feelings for her.
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: I don't get any vibes.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: I mean. No, I mean, look who he's going after.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: He's going after Ariana, who's like got personality for days.
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: I mean, I think that's more his type. It would
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: be kind of the opposite. I think. sometimes people who
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: have big personalities need someone who don't have big personalities
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: at all so that they can just be absorbed by
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: somebody at all times. And that's probably what it is.
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: That's a great point. Like she, right, be absorbed. Like
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: she can take him in and she's there. She knows
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: his fireman schedule. She knows when his shooting schedule is.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: She knows when he's doing his ski instructor, Mr. Hollywood.
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: Like, yeah, it's a lot of, You can take it
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: all in.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: There's not much to push back on. So it's like
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: it's all good.
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: I do get the sense the girls really like her, though.
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: And genuinely, you know. So, yeah, maybe she'll pop out
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: one day, you know.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: There, you know, I like people who are like kind
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: of a quiet force. They're just kind of there. Maybe
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: that's just what it is. Like she just. She's growing
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: on everybody because she's around and she's not causing any
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: problems and she's just kind.
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: Yeah, she's definitely not threatening anyone and their jobs, you know, so.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: And she's not even doing what she was told to do,
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: which is to go back to Liam and tell him
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: about the Charlie thing and rustle some feathers.
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: She's very careful, which is a quality we don't love
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: in a reality star, you know.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: Right, right.
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: She's doing her own, you know, R & D, which
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: we don't love. You know, we'd rather you light the
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: match and toss it.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: Yes. Now, let me just shed a little spotlight on
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: Brooks Mark's socks on the ski trip, which he was
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: very excited about. Happy to see he has a line
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: of socks. I'm interested. And he finally got this gaggle
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: of people in his terrycloth sweatsuits.
- 1:02:11Speaker 4: To walk across a busy New York street for a
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: photo shoot.
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: And a mess bike passenger will not stop. You guys
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: keep walking. Just keep walking. Ow, you ran me over.
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: Just keep walking.
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: These terrycloth jumpsuits are sweatsuits. They look very cultish. You know,
- 1:02:34Speaker 3: it's giving part of a cult.
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: Yeah, it's giving like Waco vibes. Yes.
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: It's giving Waco. And, you know, I don't know that
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: anyone needed or asked for a lightweight terry cloth. You know,
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: that's the other thing.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: Well, I beg you to differ, Deanna. As a matter
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: of fact, when we're summering, that's all anybody who talks
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: about is lightweight sweatsuits.
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: Listen, I'm open to that. Like, I thought, okay, a
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: lightweight terrycloth. And then I thought, oh, I do understand
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: that it did fall apart because it does need to
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: have more to it the first round.
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: Oh, right. The first round fell apart.
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: First round fell apart.
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: And now we're in it.
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: And I'm like, God, it is so– we're not breaking
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: it up with any kind of embellishments or, you know, cinching.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: No cuffs. No cuffs. No, like, stripes on the side.
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: Oh, it's so just, yeah.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: You know what, to be honest, it's Kanye West, but
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: it's also Home Shopping Network. Oh my God, Amy. You know,
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: it's like, this is the sweatsuit that you want, ladies.
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: I am talking spring into summer, summer into fall. This
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: is the time, the transitional time when we don't know
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: what to put on ourselves and we are running around,
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: we're doing errands. We're doing drop-off pickup. You got to
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: pick up the kids. You got to take them to camp.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: You want to make some lemonade. You got to cook.
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: This is it. You can throw this on. You zip
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: it up. You take it off. If you get too hot,
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: it's never going to be too hot because it's terrycloth.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: It's lightweight. It's practically falling apart.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: And if you have a spill, you take off the top,
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: you wipe it up, and you wring it out. Very absorbent.
- 1:04:31Speaker 3: It comes in a bunch of different colors. We have
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: a mustard yellow. We have a dusty gray. We have
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: a peach essence.
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: I was wearing the wine burgundy and I went out,
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: my husband was washing the SUV. And as a matter
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: of fact, It was all rinsed off. And he said,
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: I am out of chamois. And I said, let me
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: help you out. And I just shook my tuchus right
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: over that. And I waxed and waned. And my husband
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: was so proud of me. And let me tell you what,
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: we ended up having some sexy time.
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: Oh, now that's something that a, you know, champion sweatshirt
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: is not going to do.
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: No, no. Yeah.
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: Well, there you go.
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: So there's that.
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: And it's like the rub of it all is that
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: like shyness.
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: Clothes are really cool. And even his shirt that he
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: was wearing, I thought looked great on him. It's like
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: shy actually has something cutting edge and cool. Maybe not
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: cutting edge, but like I'm, if I would, I would
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: invest in shy, you know, and we're giving Brooks the,
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: the treatment, you know.
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: The platform he was there first. He's got the name.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: He's got the attitude. You know, and he's got the
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: sketches and he's got the connections. But like it's sometimes
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: you can have all that. And then you got this
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: shy over here and he he's doing what he's doing
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: from the ground floor up. You know, he's like building
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: from nothing and making a name for himself. He's literally
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: taking scraps and making art. So I guess we'll see.
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: You know, I want a little crystal ball to look
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: into the future and see who's thriving because I did
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: think the original Brooks Marks sweatsuit, which.
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: Did, I believe, have a stripe, was cool. Yeah, we
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: all went bananas for it. We went like literally nuts
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: for that.
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: I'm worried about this line. I got to be honest
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: with you.
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: I am very worried about it. I don't know who
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: would look good in that unless you're stick thin. And
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: even then.
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: And even then it's just.
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: It looks like, okay, I have to go to the
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: hospital and have surgery today. Yeah.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: And like just in case something happens on the way
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: and they need to cut my clothes off.
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: They need to be easy. I'm going to wear this.
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: No friction. Because I don't care about this. And it'll
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: be easy to cut through.
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: Yeah. And I guess just like throwing Brooks marks on everything.
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: Like the socks did give me a lift.
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: The socks did. Because it's doing less. And it's.
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: Yeah, it was kind of like a kitschy thing to do,
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: and that's where he needs to land. He can't shoot
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: that high, you know? Do a fanny pack. Do some socks.
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: You've got your sweatsuit already. Like, don't do another sweatsuit
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: because we just saw what happened. But, like, you know.
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think he should be creating fabrications that
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: don't exist.
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: I think that is, you know, such a swing.
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: Like use the fabrications that are with us or, you know,
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: young man, you know, just don't like, cause you're all
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: your energy is to create a lightweight terry cloth that
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: doesn't rip and can get more than six washes out
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: of it. Well, you've spent all your time doing that
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: and the actual item doesn't look great.
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: I wonder how that photo shoot turned out. We'll have
