- 4:13Mister his Hot coming at you from the business mixer, the LVB and
- 4:17M business mixer. We got it going down up and here, man and
- 4:23I just met an amazing woman. She was telling me her story, Missus
- 4:27Bridget Young Ill, Missus Bridget Hill. Okay, alright, Missus Bridget Hill,
- 4:36I got her sitting down here. We're gonna get into her story.
- 4:39We're gonna talk about where she's got going in her profession and everything else.
- 4:45So Missus Bridget or you can I call you Bridget, call me Bridget because
- 4:51I am not the missus Okay, okay, alright, alright, alright,
- 4:56Bridget is in the house. And so she is a business and financial consultant,
- 5:02yes, and she offers her services as well. I'm looking at her
- 5:09website right now, and can I show the share the phone number if you
- 5:13want to get in touch with her, if you have a business or if
- 5:15you want guidance and your finances. The number is seven seventy five nine nine
- 5:23zero seven one one six. Once again, seven seventy five nine ninety zero
- 5:29seven one one six. Okay, So Bridget, let's talk to you.
- 5:34First of all, just give us a personal touch, tell us a little
- 5:38bit about your background, and then we'll come back and talk about your business
- 5:43and everything, your vision and what you hold to accomplish in your business,
- 5:47your organization. All right, all right, So my name again is Bridget
- 5:50Hill. I am better known as Brand B. If you are looking for
- 5:56me on the Internet, you can find me at Brand B Bridget L.
- 6:00Hill. I am a business consultant, as he said, but I also
- 6:06helped young entrepreneurs understand and build business credit profiles. Specifically, I have a
- 6:15background as a serial entrepreneur. I have been a truck driver and I start
- 6:19trucking businesses. I also have been a caterer and owned my own food service
- 6:26business. We just celebrated thirty one years in August, so food service is
- 6:31my background. Also in the consulting field, I started there simply because I
- 6:39failed at some things. So I've taken that knowledge and I've turned it around
- 6:44to be able to teach others. I hail from Ohio, specifically Canton,
- 6:49Ohio, and so I'm the mother of three children, and I raise my
- 6:56godson, which brings up the fourth child. I have seven grandchildren. I
- 7:03haven't always walked on the right side of the street. So I took what
- 7:08I learned from the left side of the street and put it to game,
- 7:13and I brought that game into the business world. A gentleman told me one
- 7:16time, if you had all the knowledge that you have from the streets,
- 7:20and if you can flip that money the way you can out there, then
- 7:24you have the financial background to put it into business. Raised in the church,
- 7:30but spent ten years in the world. That ten years in the world
- 7:34took me down a path where I was real lonely and I was looking.
- 7:38And when I came back to God and confessed and just revamped and restarted my
- 7:46life with God, he turned me around so deeply and so intentionally that I
- 7:53had to give back. So I don't just teach business or teach people how
- 7:59to build business credits. I do it from a biblical standpoint. So that's
- 8:03the key piece for me. I have not always been the one to have
- 8:09the wisdom, but now that he showed me how to share the wisdom,
- 8:13and it's godly wisdom, I try to share it so that I can empower
- 8:18others. We are called to be business people. There was a marketplace and
- 8:22there were business people in the Bible from the start of time. So this
- 8:28is why I am intentional about teaching these principles and intentional intentional about empowering our
- 8:37people so that we can go to the next level, especially Christians. A
- 8:41lot of Christians think that it is okay to be financially ill literate, and
- 8:48those things are not taught in school. So I do stress teaching financial literacy.
- 8:54We should know how to save. We spend too much money at Starbucks,
- 8:58and we spend too much disposable money on things we don't need. We
- 9:03create idols because we take money and we take the materialistic things that we desire,
- 9:11and we make idols of those things. And so we have to draw
- 9:13it back. And so I try to teach people the understanding of building wealth
- 9:20for the generations to come. It said that we will build for our children's
- 9:24children, and so those are the principles and things that I try to teach.
- 9:30Come on, now, this is amazing and this is right up my
- 9:33alley. So we're gonna be working together, you know what I mean,
- 9:35We're gonna be doing some stuff. I failed a few times in business.
- 9:43I've had other business endeavors and you know, registered with the state and everything
- 9:48and went into default and all this and any other and you know, you
- 9:52know, this is my attempt again. You know, to me, this
- 9:54is a nonprofit organization. But I'm praying, like you know, this is
- 9:58this is it, like this is gonna stick, this is gonna be whatever
- 10:01the launching pad. And also I'm interested in other sources of income or being
- 10:07a serial entrepreneur as well. I have a few in my family, you
- 10:11know what I mean. And it's just but sometimes it's it's just I guess
- 10:18it's hard to find out where to get started. So for a person like
- 10:22myself that it's in you, you know what I mean. And I got
- 10:28one particular passion like this is my baby right here. But I also want
- 10:31to create other streams of me. You know, you don't want to just
- 10:35rely on one source of income. You want to create other streams. You
- 10:39see people doing it all the time, and you're like, you know what,
- 10:41I can do it? So what would your advice be to a person
- 10:46in my situation, My advice to you would be to first ask God about
- 10:54it. Secondly, if he gave you a glimpse of it, it's already
- 11:00done. We don't realize we're standing on the promises. The promise was given
- 11:07long ago, so I'm always in Leviticus twenty six. It talks about how
- 11:13we'll be able to reap the harvest and still have the old while we receive
- 11:20him the new. So you see it multiple streams of income. It's going
- 11:26to come because you are envisioning it. When that happens, because you've envisioned
- 11:33it, and when you ask him, how am I going to do this?
- 11:37Because that's me. I can envision and I can give people platforms to
- 11:45stand on. It's not as easy for me when I'm looking at it for
- 11:48myself. So when I say, take your passion, if this is your
- 11:52passion, you are your passion, You're going to put those two together and
- 11:58he's going to make it happen for you. He will be able to make
- 12:01it happen for you simply because he gave you the glimpse of it. Visionnaires
- 12:11are in place because they can see ahead now The key with God is he
- 12:18can't give it all to you, so we have to in God created time,
- 12:24but he doesn't work in time. The Word tells us not to worry
- 12:28about tomorrow because it belongs to him. So that's why it's so important for
- 12:33us to be led and asked. Okay, I don't know how you're gonna
- 12:35do it, but how you're gonna do it? With this conference, I
- 12:39didn't know how I was gonna do it, but I can tell you.
- 12:41My presentation is coming in. I'm wearing a blind fold and I know the
- 12:46people gonna look at me like, why is she coming in here with this
- 12:48blindfold on? Because I want him to know I had to walk by faith
- 12:52to make this happen. You are a man of faith, so I'm speaking
- 12:56into you right now. It's gonna happen. But the solid foundation is what
- 13:03the church was built on. It's the same principle for your business. You
- 13:07have to bring God into it. You have to have a solid rock foundation
- 13:13in order for your business to grow. I always start with taking the ideal,
- 13:18putting an outline down if this is what you want to do, and
- 13:22then going into research. Research is going to help you understand what obstacles and
- 13:28hurdles you might have to overcome. But it'll also give you a platform to
- 13:33say, Okay, I need to go this direction or that direction to make
- 13:39something happen. The next thing I would do is come to the Urban Chamber.
- 13:45Is who I volunteer with. I say, come to the Urban Chamber
- 13:48simply because we have a multitude of resources. We may not have what you
- 13:54need, but we can put you in touch with the person who does.
- 13:58So we work with SCORE, we work with the Small Business Development Association.
- 14:03We work with different consultants. They don't always charge, so we have business
- 14:09navigators. We have partnerships with the City of Las Vegas. Really we can
- 14:13get things like websites, business cards. We have programs, the Accelerated Program,
- 14:18it's something they just started. So we're putting programs in place to help
- 14:22young entrepreneurs because we understand that they don't always know which direction to go.
- 14:28So that's what I would give Nice. Nice, I love it. I
- 14:31love it. Like I said, you know, we're gonna definitely connect with
- 14:35you. Man, this is amazing. We already shared your phone number.
- 14:41Is there a website or an email address you want to share again? My
- 14:45website is brand b bridget Lhell, So that's www dot brand b bridget lhell
- 14:54dot com. You can reach me at seven seven five nine nine zero seven
- 15:00one one six. If you want to email me, you can email simply
- 15:05Bridget at brand by bridget lhell dot com. I always answer. There is
- 15:13no call that I'm going to turn away because guess what, I pay my
- 15:16bills, so I'm always picking up the phone. I'm looking forward to empowering
- 15:22you. We have our upcoming conference on next Friday. Our Boots and Blazers
- 15:28Conference is bringing in some powerhouse experts. You should be in the building.
- 15:33It is going to be held at the Ahearn Hotel and Event Center. We
- 15:37are the first group to come into this newly remodeled space and so we're looking
- 15:43forward to putting the information out there. If you don't know it, I
- 15:48call myself the plug. I am the plug because I'm going to get you
- 15:52connected to all the resources to empower your business to be able to stand stable
- 15:58and to roll and expands. Love it. I love it. I love
- 16:03it, and yes, man, I'm gonna have to oh wow, you
- 16:08know nine to one man, I might be working over time this weekend but
- 16:17man, I'm gonna try. I'm gonna try to make that. I definitely
- 16:19want to go, man, I really do. I'm gonna see what I
- 16:22can do. So thank you. I'm gonna let you have your afternoon pleasure
- 16:26me and you trust me, We're gonna be working. We're gonna be actually
- 16:30is right there at the at the end. That's one of my last one.
- 16:33So all right, y'all keep it locked right here to the His Hot
- 16:36radio podcast network. We're covering this event lv B and M and we're gonna
- 16:41talk to some more amazing people before we're out. All right, Hey,
- 16:45hey, hey, mister His Hot here and we are still covering this amazing
- 16:49event. The LVB in M Business Mixer goes down every first Tuesday of the
- 16:56month. We are located at the set Fay Hotel. Shout out to Paula
- 17:02and Sylvester Jackson for bringing all these entrepreneurs together, all these businesses, these
- 17:07professionals. They want to come out and share their talents, their gifts,
- 17:12their expertise with the community. So this is what's happening in the Las Vegas
- 17:18Valley. And right now I'm sitting with Whistle and she's getting ready to share
- 17:22what she does and how long she's been doing it and what she hopes to
- 17:29accomplish here locally in Las Vegas. So I'm gonna go ahead and let her
- 17:33take it away and tell us. You know, what is it that you
- 17:37do and what you offer? Awesome, Thank you, oh very much for
- 17:40letting me do this. My name is Whistle Carrie. I work with my
- 17:42husband Doug. We are individual and we are independent insurance agents and we help
- 17:49people who are sixty five and older who want Medicare or if you're younger in
- 17:53their disabled there's a whole bunch of different rules. We help you choose your
- 17:57own Medicare plan. There are like ten companies in the valley. There's like
- 18:03sixty five plans. There's all sorts of stuff going on. So what we
- 18:07do is we sit down with you, We talk to you, We find
- 18:10out who your doctors are, what medicines you take, what do you want
- 18:15from your plan, and then we hope you choose, let you make up
- 18:18your mind, and then you're kind of stuck with us because then we contact
- 18:22you at least once or twice a year, or if you have a challenge,
- 18:26call us. We live right here in Anderson and that's pretty much what
- 18:29we do. And we do free consultations, so there's no cost to call
- 18:34us. Let me give you my husband's number first, because it's a local
- 18:37number. Seven zero two eight six zero eight two O two. Now I
- 18:44have a scam phone number. I have a Florida phone number. I've had
- 18:48that for twenty three years and all the scams come out of Florida. But
- 18:52my number is four oh seven seven seven zero seven OZH six five and you
- 18:57can reach me at w dot carey at Medicare Hub. And that's what we
- 19:03do. And our goal is to help people in my age group because I
- 19:07just turned seventy. Okay, guys, you agree, Oh, I like
- 19:11him even more to help you find the best medical Medicare plan for you,
- 19:18less out of your pocket and the most benefits wee can get you. Going
- 19:21on, Oh, that's amazing. Okay. So the age you're sixty enough
- 19:25for the Medicare, and then if you're below sixty you say it is disability
- 19:29at sixty five and over, and if you've been disabled for twenty five months
- 19:33you can qualify to get Medicare. There's a lot of other things too,
- 19:38about where you can choose medicare. There's just odds and in so call us.
- 19:42We'll help you understand. There's all sorts of different types of medicare that
- 19:47you can get and then people get so confused. But I'm going to say
- 19:51this, which isn't very nice, trying to ignore the people that call you
- 19:53on the phone are the people on TV because they're giving you information that may
- 19:59not be what you need and some of them, I'm quite forthcoming with the
- 20:03truth. Just want to share and we need more people like you out there.
- 20:07Wow, that is amazing. I think you're doing an amazing work out
- 20:11here for people who need it. And it's good to stand up for people
- 20:15who can't stand up for themselves. So you're out there getting the information you
- 20:18need, letting me know if that there's choices, you're not locked into one
- 20:22thing. Don't listen to the people calling you on the phone. It's good
- 20:26to have some trustworthy people out there, and I think it's just amazing.
- 20:30So share one more time, your contact, your your website. Actually share
- 20:34your website so people can look more into your organization. It is dug and
- 20:40Whistle Medicare dot com and our phone number seven oh two eight six zero eight
- 20:47two oz two. You can call us, you can Texas and leave us
- 20:51a message. We actually do callback, which is a miracle. Today's it's
- 20:53already eight. So that's it. Dugan Whistle, Medicare dot Com and four
- 20:57oh seven seven seven seven O six five our seven O two eight six oz
- 21:03eight two oz two in my name, Whistle, Carrie, Whistle, Carrie.
- 21:08All right, one more thing before we get out of here. I
- 21:12think it's great that we're meeting up in this event, this atmosphere right here,
- 21:18the LV being him business Mixer. This is their seventeenth year during this
- 21:23event. Shout out to Paula Sevestor Jackson. I just want to get your
- 21:27opinion. What do you think about this event that they have every month right
- 21:32here at the Santa Fe. I think it's a fabulous experience because number one,
- 21:37you don't just come here to sell yourself or to sell the things.
- 21:41You'll meet your network with other people who have the same values that you do.
- 21:45And the one thing that I've noticed that people here are concerned about others.
- 21:51They're very forthcoming, they're very honest, they're very trustworthy. And I
- 21:55feel the same about Paula. We've only been I guess here for like six
- 21:59months now, and every time I come, I'm so impressed by what they
- 22:03offer and for the things that they do for us and the networking out there.
- 22:07It's amazing just to meet other people who do different things that you didn't
- 22:11even know we're out there. So it's definitely worth it to come out if
- 22:17you just want to come and patronize, or if you are a business owner
- 22:21or a professional and you want to booth, you want to get a table
- 22:23out here, coming out here and get in touch with them, and yeah,
- 22:27you'd be able to meet me and people like Whistle as well. You
- 22:30know what I'm saying. So coming out to the Santa Fe every first Tuesday
- 22:34o the month. All right, So do you have any closing word?
- 22:38No, but I want to thank you for letting me talk because I just
- 22:42think it's a great opportunity and come out and go to the chef's corner.
- 22:45They have amazing food. Other people that are here providing things that you can
- 22:51purchase. They're amazing. They Oh, they're sensing candles, there's clothing,
- 22:56there's jewelry, there's natural makeup, there's food, you name it, they
- 23:00got it. They're growing all the time, and these are just a fantastic
- 23:04group of entrepreneurs. We want to go back to the roots where small people's
- 23:11own businesses. I have nothing against big corporations, but it's wonderful to see
- 23:15these people out here that have a vested interest in themselves, in their country
- 23:18and just the things that they can provide for others. Yes, yes,
- 23:23that is I believe the backbone of the country is small business, you know
- 23:27what I mean. And it creates community and culture at the same time.
- 23:32So yeah, we appreciate what you do and we're gonna let you go back
- 23:36and have a great and amazing afternoon at this event. We thank you for
- 23:41spending time with us right here on the His Hop podcast. Thank you so
- 23:44much. I appreciate it. You're great. Thank you. All right,
- 23:48y'all, keep it locked. Mister hiss out here. This is the LVB
- 23:51in M. This is mixer. Stay tuned as we talk to the amazing
- 23:55people that come through these doors. Make sure you are here the next time.
- 24:00All right, Hey, y'all, what's going on. We are back.
- 24:03This is mister Hisshot with the Hishot Radio podcast Network. We are covering
- 24:10this event the LVBN M Business mixer. We are throwing down. Man,
- 24:17this event is going great. We've been able to meet some amazing people out
- 24:21here. So now we're actually sitting down and we're gonna talk to missus Chantelle,
- 24:29and she's gonna tell us about her business or service and what she does.
- 24:33So Chantelle, tell us a little bit about you and what you do.
- 24:37My name is Shantell. Hello, okay, my name is Chantelle.

- 25:18y O U t I f U l dot Creations c r E A t
- 25:22I O n Z. And again I look forward to seeing everybody and thank
- 25:27you for having me. Oh yes, yes, thank you for spending time
- 25:33with this out here. So I actually have a question for you. Sometimes
- 25:38it's hard for men to get waxed, you know what I mean. It's
- 25:41like, you know, men are kind of more it's more the ladies doing
- 25:47it. But I had to my wife actually when we were dating. She's
- 25:51like, you know what you're gonna go, you gonna try this, and
- 25:53wow, it was like, yes, it was different man. So so
- 25:59just just just encouraged men out there, you know, if they're thinking about
- 26:03it, or maybe the woman, the lady in their life they want them
- 26:07to do it. How do you make it comfortable for men to come and
- 26:11get wax or how does it or is it like real excruciate most definitely every
- 26:18experience it's a different experience. I do encourage it as well for the men
- 26:23actually believe it or not. Men get mandilions. So that's something Actually I'm
- 26:30real big on self care. So people think like waxing, you know,
- 26:33just one thing, but to go beneath and actually pull that hair from the
- 26:37root, exfoliate, do all those different factors that help within your scared skin
- 26:41care and body care journey. That's something I promote. So I also do
- 26:44men's facials, so I'm big on that too, like men needs self care
- 26:48just like women need self care. The waxing obviously your pain tolerance. That's
- 26:55just how it's gonna go. If you have a high pain tolerance, then
- 26:57you'll be good. If not, I mean there's you know, things the
- 27:02precautions that you could take, take some you know, if you want to
- 27:04take some tiling all or I'd be profit or something like that just to ease
- 27:08it. But it's put the strip, pull the strip, and let's get
- 27:11through it basically, you know. So and as you come over time,
- 27:15with one of the benefits of waxing though it does it thins your hairs.
- 27:19So as you keep coming and I always encourage people don't just like, if
- 27:23you want to get into this, then be consistent. Just like anything else
- 27:26you want to see results, you have to be consistent. So with that
- 27:29being said, as your hair, especially with African Americans, we have course
- 27:33hair, so with over time, your hairs are thinner. So once you
- 27:37keep coming to your appointments, then it's literally a breeze you you know,
- 27:40you come in there, it's not even gonna feel the same as how I
- 27:41feel when you first was coming about to scream and run out and not make
- 27:45it through the appointment. But man, I definitely, you know, I
- 27:48talk through the service, not just like quiet mute. You know, I
- 27:51get to know my clients, you know, like I ask them I take
- 27:55a break if they need to. You know, I haven't. I probably
- 27:57had maybe one client, but you know, everybody again is different. It's
- 28:03it's it's not that it's not as bad as people make it out to be.
- 28:07And it is good on you once you feel the after results and see
- 28:10that after results and feel that smoothness, especially for men with the chest.
- 28:14So even if you don't get the other but that chest is something us important.
- 28:18So yeah, definitely men give it a try. Facials as well,
- 28:22because self care is the best care for everybody here. And sometimes my my
- 28:30face gets dry, like riding around the nose area and stuff like that,
- 28:36it gets dry, and I don't know, like do you help with that
- 28:40as well, like with the facials, with the facial help, I don't
- 28:44know if any more moisture. It's it's funny because like up here it's I
- 28:48can't keep you dry. It's like I'm always it's always greasy up here.
- 28:52So I'm wiping my forehead. But around here is dry to where it appeals
- 28:56a lot so so so of course up there that's your hairline, so naturally
- 29:03our pores are gonna produce like more oils up there. And then on top
- 29:07of naturally, if you have you know, on a day to day,
- 29:11if you put oils in your hair or grease or sprays or whatever the case
- 29:15may be. But when you come to an appointment, it's not just you
- 29:19know, come here because you wanted to treat yourself, or because you had
- 29:22this pimple and you want to pop it, or because you needed some hydration
- 29:26for the day. So we actually go I go over what your goals are.
- 29:29So if you're saying, you know this area is more dehydrated in a
- 29:33sense, usually that's what it is, what the dryness is, especially because
- 29:36we're in Vegas. We're just where a desert. We're no water, so
- 29:40no moisture really and we get a little bit of moisture, but again you
- 29:42dehydrated. Once you drink a little water, you need the whole gallon,
- 29:45you feel like, instead of that normal adounce or whatever you would drink.
- 29:49But we start off with a consultation, so with the consultation that will go
- 29:53over you know, the things that you know, you whatever concerns that you
- 29:57have for your skin, and then we'll do the facial. The facial that
- 30:00would help you know during that time. So when you leave, yeah,
- 30:03you'll feel that hydration, you'll feel that glow. But the key is,
- 30:07like I said, to be consistent. So once you leave there, you'll
- 30:08be educated on a skin care routine and products that can help you for those
- 30:15results. So facials, your esthetician, that's like your therapists, your skin
- 30:18therapists. So you came in, you had the service done, but I
- 30:25sent you home with homework and you needed to do that homework. And then
- 30:27you come in you know, once a month, and then we check in
- 30:30on you and see, you know, how are the results or did you
- 30:33what are you doing or did you do what we said that you needed to
- 30:37do. So it's it's a it's a whole experience, not just you know,
- 30:41come here and you know, get this done. I want to follow
- 30:44up with you and make sure you know, you get in those results because
- 30:47that's why you came in the birthplace, you know, where you came to
- 30:49visit me again. Of course, man, definitely, I want to look
- 30:53you up. I want to try your services, amazing chair one more time.
- 30:59You're contact in for if you have a website and email address or a
- 31:03number where people can hit you up and book an appointment with you, I
- 31:07can you share that with our audience. Yeah, So my booking link is
- 31:11going to be because I do provide. I'm a service based business, so
- 31:18I do have a booking link. It is directly on my Instagram, so
- 31:22directly in the bio. So that would be the way that you would the
- 31:25most effective way to contact me. So again that would be beautiful. Got
- 31:27creations on Instagram. Again, it's not beautiful. We all are beautiful,
- 31:33but I want you to be you. So not only are you a beautiful
- 31:36creation put on this earth, but bu because I'm gonna come, I'm ana
- 31:40be me. So I'm not you know, I'm gonna be genuine, I'm
- 31:42gonna be raw, I'm gonna be real. So again that's b E y
- 31:47O U T I f U L dot creation. So c R E A
- 31:52t I O n Z. So just hit me up, follow me,
- 31:56like some stuff, share some stuff if it's something that you can't utilized,
- 32:00and telefriend to telefriends. So I'm always doing special treats and giveaways and things
- 32:06like that. So I'm out here growing the growing the brand. All right,
- 32:12that's awesome. That's awesome, and we would definitely like to help you
- 32:15out any way we can with our radio station and our podcasts. Anytime you
- 32:20want to get on here and talk about a service or a promotion that you
- 32:22may have, you know, hit us up. You know, we'll get
- 32:25it out to our audience. And one more thing I want to ask you
- 32:29to do. We connected and we met here at the LV being in mixer
- 32:35here at the Santa Fe Hotel. Shout out to Paula and Sylvester. Can
- 32:39you tell us what is your opinion about this event and how do you think
- 32:44that this event can benefit the local business owners here in Las Vegas. Okay,
- 32:51the event is amazing. I'm part of another organization, nonprofit business Vestie.
- 32:57So we're a community of women entrepreneurs whereas that basically just get together and
- 33:02where each other support system for growing in business. We not only feed into
- 33:08each other, but we you know, provide more connections and stuff like that.
- 33:12So I actually stumbled across this event honestly being on one of my business
- 33:15besties, like just scrolling through, you know, like liking some stuff,
- 33:20supporting, you know, because a like is support, So everything don't have
- 33:22to be monetary, so like a share, tell a friend to tell a
- 33:25friend. And I stumbled across this, so I think that the event is
- 33:30amazing. It's probably twenty plus vendors here, all different things. You got
- 33:36tons of things you have here. We got the hip hop radio, which
- 33:39is cool. We have some artists in the building. We have some chefs
- 33:45in the building making treats. We have pin creators. Like it's just dope.
- 33:51I met some did you. I don't know the organic farms people,
- 33:55so they yeah, they were cool. So like how they do the meals
- 33:59to your or you can get fresh fruits to your door. It's it's it's
- 34:02great. I always mean, I try to find any event that I can't
- 34:06come out to and meet people. You might not be in my client but
- 34:08you might have a service or something that you can offer me, and I
- 34:13can offer you something in exchange to help me grow my business. Education.
- 34:16So if you are serious about growing your business and getting out there, you
- 34:21have to expand your circle. So definitely come out. I'll be out the
- 34:24next one. This is I don't know why, but again everything is in
- 34:28this divine timing. That's how I figure for things, So I don't I
- 34:31haven't heard about this my first time. Like I said, I just stumbled
- 34:35across it and I was like, okay, I'm available, I'm gonna go.
- 34:37And then that's actually the president of business, Essy's over there, so
- 34:39I invited to her. So we're here networking. But yeah, the event
- 34:43is ten out of ten recommend I'm ready to see it keep going and then
- 34:47we're expanding these walls because so to get bigger. So y'all got businesses out
- 34:52there, then definitely come out, definitely support, definitely, just just move
- 34:59like let's let's grow, let's get it. Yes, yes, all right,
- 35:02I appreciate that, and thank you for spending time here on the Hitsie
- 35:07Radio podcasts. If you download the app or go to the website, you'll
- 35:10be able to listen to the rebroadcrat read. I can't even yeah, I
- 35:15can't even pronounce and read broadcasts. You know. Any event, we will
- 35:20share the link out to you and everything, and man, this has been
- 35:23amazing and definitely we want to support what you're doing as well and learn more
- 35:30about the business besties as well. So keep it locked. Let's stay connected
- 35:36and you have an amazing rest of your evening at this event. Thank you
- 35:43you as well, Thank you for your time. All right you too.
- 35:45Alright, all right, y'all, keep it locked right here to the Hitside
- 35:49Radio Podcast as we show some local love. We are on location at the
- 35:52lv Beating Him Business Mixer, supporting Sylvester and Paula. This is amazing.
- 36:00You heard it yourself. You've heard so many amazing people get on here telling
- 36:04you that you need to come out and support. So hey, we'll see
- 36:08you at the next one, the first Tuesday of every month. Come on
- 36:12now, all right, all right y'all, but we're gonna wrap this up
- 36:16with one more interview here at the LVB and M Business Mixer. Yes,
- 36:22your boy mister his Hoop from the hits Hote Radio podcast Network. Now we
- 36:27have Jeremiah, and Jeremiah has a crucial service any business, any entrepreneur out
- 36:34there. It doesn't matter what kind of product you have. You might have
- 36:37the greatest service, but if no one knows about it, you're not gonna
- 36:42sell. You're not gonna be able to be as successful. So this man
- 36:45here, he knows about marketing, digital marketing, he knows how to get
- 36:49your brand out there, the word out there, and this is something that
- 36:52we need here at the Hi Hoop Nation nonprofit organization. So Jeremiah Man,
- 36:58just tell us a little bit about yourself. What type of service you offer?
- 37:01Sure, thanks for this opportunity. So my company is called Jerry Vicious
- 37:07Digital Media, where you are a marketing and creative service, so basically digital
- 37:13marketing, you know, trying to get you guys connected with your target audience.
- 37:17What kind of platforms will be like ideal for you? If you're in
- 37:20social media, you know, not everything has to be on Facebook or Instagram.
- 37:23Graham maybe might look into LinkedIn because you got more professional like contacts out
- 37:29there, so that would be like the right platform. Also for creative services,
- 37:34if you're doing like a product launch, we're going to take care of
- 37:36that for you, whether it's promotional videos, photography, web, you know,
- 37:42everything in between like that deals with marketing and communication. So that's what
- 37:45we done. And I saw some of your work. I saw some of
- 37:51your your videography. It is very professional, very clean, very well put
- 37:55together. How can people contact you or even go to your website or your
- 38:04YouTube so people can see some of your content. Sure, thank you.
- 38:08So right now I'm working on my website. Originally got hacked unfortunately, so
- 38:14I have to recode it. But the website is JDM make It Happen dot
- 38:17com, so later the letters JDM and make it Happen dot com. That's
- 38:22the slogan that I chose because when I do things, I want to make
- 38:25sure I make it happen for my clients. Email is Yo at JDM make
- 38:31it Happen dot com, so you can reach me through my email. I'm
- 38:35on Instagram, which is Jevisi's digital media LinkedIn. You can find me there,
- 38:39Jeremiah Meno, and those are the key places where you can find my
- 38:45work and myself and information about the business. Okay, okay, man,
- 38:50that is awesome. That is awesome. So can you just tell us real
- 38:52quick man? You know what, how crucial is it? How important is
- 38:57it for a business owner or organization to have marketing? I feel marketing is
- 39:04very crucial. It's very vital because it's it's not tangible like a sale,
- 39:08like we could see sales, we could see numbers, but the unique thing
- 39:13about marketing is it's the emotion that we capture, either from the event like
- 39:17what's going on tonight, or like a product like a cell phone. You
- 39:22know, there's there's battles between Android versus Apple. And that's straight on marketing
- 39:25right there. And if that wasn't marketing, I don't know what is.
- 39:28Because it's capturing our emotions and you know, our our buiding decision. So
- 39:34that's that's that's key right there. Yes, it's actually very enlightening. I
- 39:38really didn't consider that. Yeah, you're right, there's there's people who they're
- 39:43diehard Apple or diehart Android. You know what I mean. It's that's really
- 39:47good marketing. Man. All right, So what what advice would you give?
- 39:52Let's say a person like me. I have a nonprofit organization. We
- 39:55are more of a service. We want to we do have products, you
- 40:00know, like our podcast, our radio or tving and stuff like that.
- 40:02But you know, we were in the service end, and we do have
- 40:06products. We sell, uh, you know, clothing and we have our
- 40:08own clothing line. And we actually create a culture because the youth, the
- 40:13young adults, they love music, they love their culture and stuff like that.
- 40:16So how could being at you know, this article is it a real
- 40:22journal back in twenty twelve, and we're still almost like we're starting all over
- 40:28again, you know what I mean. Like, I mean, we've reached
- 40:30a lot of people in the valley, but it's like since COVID and stuff,
- 40:35we're starting over and trying to reach people again. So what would be
- 40:38your advice to us as far as how can we get back out there and
- 40:43be like a household brand like we were at one time? Oh? Man,
- 40:47I think this is like the perfect opportunity. I mean, there's there's
- 40:52nothing better than rebranding yourself, you know. So currently what you guys are
- 40:58doing. You guys got a lot of a lot of products and this is
- 41:00going on. I see you keep it going because people people are gonna see.
- 41:04And it's all about consistency and just just sticking with it. People get
- 41:07discouraged so fast, and it's all about the process. You gotta trust the
- 41:12process, like with anything, Like I don't know about like some people,
- 41:15I'm very spiritual it so I always got to trust the process when things aren't
- 41:17going right and then it just happens. So I think you're in a great
- 41:22situation where you can rebrand yourself. You could get creative and you know,
- 41:28re event because that's that's awesome. Like all you need to do is just
- 41:31kind of like you know, turn just you know, there's yourself in a
- 41:35different way and you're gonna see like completely different results, but in the positive
- 41:39light. So it's all about reinventing yourself, especially after COVID, but maintaining
- 41:45what you've been doing in the past. So it's all about just improving as
- 41:49well. So you know, you're honing your skills, you're ironing out all
- 41:52decreases and yeah, man, the stuff I'm seeing this news article. You
- 41:57got your podcasts, you got your march. You know you're doing it.
- 42:01You know, you just gotta keep you going. Yeah, and then you
- 42:04know, and just keep learning, like don't don't be afraid to learn new
- 42:07things. And I feel like that's what marketing is all about. Work.
- 42:10We're constantly learning, we're constantly evolving, and if you don't involve, you're
- 42:15just gonna be left in the dust. Yeah. So yeah, man,
- 42:19I say keep you going. Okay, Yeah, all right, appreciate it.
- 42:22I definitely want to talk a little more about your services and how we
- 42:27can network and collab and and uh, you know, the people that I'm
- 42:30involved with. You know, they can use your services too, so so
- 42:32I definitely want to connect with you, my brother, all right now,
- 42:37yes, thank you for spending time with us. All right, y'all,
- 42:39we're grabbing it up. Everybody's packing it up out here. The LV Being
- 42:44in Him Business Mixer goes down the first Tuesday of every month here at the
- 42:47Santa Fe Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. If you are a professional, an
- 42:53entrepreneur, if you have a service or a product that you want to get
- 42:58out to the community, definitely, definitely, definitely get in touch with us.

- 43:06our app, Hiss Hoop Radio in your app store to get more information.

- 43:14into this event. So yes, we're signing off mister His Hoop, and
- 43:17I'm gonna sign off like I always do. It's not about us, It's
- 43:22all about the Christ in us, his hot baby
