Today on RÚV English Radio, a new exhibition in Húsavík. Gluggi út í heim / Window out to the world seeks to increase visibility of foreign born locals that have settled in the north east of Iceland. It is on now at Menningarmiðstöð (https://www.facebook.com/husavikmuseum) in Húsavík. Nicola van Kuilenburg is behind the project, and she spoke to people from Greece, Ghana, Estonia, Brazil, the Philippines and Poland, about their childhood and upbringing.
