- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, Darling Drama, Darling Drama, Darling.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Welcome in to one in all Darlings. It's a gorgeous
- 0:23Speaker 2: California Friday. Here with two California Darlings, Emily Dresas and
- 0:27Speaker 2: Deanna Chang. Ladies, thanks for joining today.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, thanks for having guys.
- 0:34Speaker 4: Thank you, sister, Deanna, sister, are so happy to be here.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Yes, I'm so excited that they're doing a Netflix documentary
- 0:45Speaker 2: on our sister wifehood and how twisted and it is
- 0:51Speaker 2: so Welcome to our Sister Wives podcast. Today we're going
- 0:53Speaker 2: to be talking about white Swap great, yes, and we
- 0:58Speaker 2: know a lot about that because we are your wives.
- 1:01Speaker 2: And we're also going to be talking about the Real
- 1:03Speaker 2: Housewives of Orange County the penultimate episode of the season,
- 1:12Speaker 2: not including the reunions.
- 1:14Speaker 4: Emily, I saw her look at me well, including to
- 1:19Speaker 4: watch What Happens Lives, you.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Know, because they're lay there.
- 1:25Speaker 4: I want to flip a goddamn table.
- 1:28Speaker 2: I got one person like this, Okay, I will to
- 1:31Speaker 2: be a little bit of a devil's advocate, you know,
- 1:35Speaker 2: because I you know what, I got my start on
- 1:38Speaker 2: watching has Lives, so I have their back. Okay, Yeah,
- 1:41Speaker 2: but also I've noticed, yes, people move for the most part,
- 1:45Speaker 2: don't like it, but then guess what happens? They're like,
- 1:48Speaker 2: I was forced to watch, so I only watched the
- 1:51Speaker 2: first like ten fifteen minutes, and you know what so
- 1:53Speaker 2: and so said, and so they get a little tea.
- 1:56Speaker 2: So you know, but I hear you, I hear you
- 1:59Speaker 2: watch What Happens Live? You know, do do we hear them?
- 2:02Speaker 2: Maybe they need to get those streams. And what if
- 2:05Speaker 2: if they don't get those streams, they get canceled?
- 2:07Speaker 3: Okay, Devil's Advocate, I did, I know what you're talking about.
- 2:11Speaker 3: And guess what happened to me? It went straight to
- 2:14Speaker 3: an old episode of Watch What Happens?
- 2:16Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 2:16Speaker 3: I didn't. You can get the Shannon Garcella. I had
- 2:18Speaker 3: to watch that raw like go away and get it.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Like you're saying, like it if it skips through it?
- 2:26Speaker 3: Are you saying in Peacock? Is that what you're talking.
- 2:28Speaker 2: About at the end of the Orange County episode example,
- 2:32Speaker 2: it'll roll into it. But I see what you're saying
- 2:35Speaker 2: when you're like, continue watching it goes it skips the
- 2:39Speaker 2: episode and goes to watch What Happens Live? Is that
- 2:41Speaker 2: what you're saying, no.
- 2:43Speaker 3: I watched see No. I think so Nycock must have
- 2:46Speaker 3: messed up. Okay, but it auto automatically went to like
- 2:51Speaker 3: tam uh I automatically went to a Miami episode of
- 2:55Speaker 3: Watch What Happens and I was like.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Wait, yeah, well that's that.
- 3:00Speaker 3: I was putting my makeup on it, and I was
- 3:03Speaker 3: like I actually could and it was like over here,
- 3:05Speaker 3: and it's like, wait a second. I know for a
- 3:06Speaker 3: fact Shannon and Garcel were on lastning what is going on?
- 3:10Speaker 2: I see it's skipped to a completely random episode after
- 3:13Speaker 2: the Orange County.
- 3:14Speaker 3: And this could still be part of the AWS meltdown.
- 3:18Speaker 3: We had a few days ago and.
- 3:21Speaker 2: It was I think it was, but Watch what Happens Live?
- 3:25Speaker 2: I love you.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Here's may I make a pitch, sorry just once, let
- 3:31Speaker 4: me just say this. They can have it. We go
- 3:35Speaker 4: to Peacock. We march ourselves over to Peacock to watch
- 3:38Speaker 4: our programs. We go to Real house Eves of Orange County.
- 3:42Speaker 4: You can have it. I'll give you this. You can
- 3:45Speaker 4: have it in the queue chronologically, but do not call
- 3:51Speaker 4: it episode five of Real Housewives.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Of you know what? But is that what they're doing?
- 3:57Speaker 4: Yes, yes, now you're making me wonder if that's what
- 4:04Speaker 4: they're doing. But yes, no, it's it's called Watch what
- 4:12Speaker 4: Happens Live. But it's like the next it's they're considering
- 4:15Speaker 4: it an episode of that series.
- 4:19Speaker 2: All right, I just checked you guys. Yes, they are
- 4:21Speaker 2: titling Watch what Happens to Live episodes as Orange County episodes.
- 4:25Speaker 2: And that's what I'm looking at right now. That is confusing. Okay,
- 4:28Speaker 2: fair enough, all right, Air, your grievance is because we
- 4:31Speaker 2: need to move on what Okay.
- 4:33Speaker 3: I'm just thinking, like I have a friend of the show,
- 4:35Speaker 3: Jessica Joy, who binge watches full seasons to fall asleep to,
- 4:40Speaker 3: including reunions. She can sleep to them. So now are
- 4:46Speaker 3: I have a doctor having to sit through Watch what
- 4:50Speaker 3: Happens Old? Watch what Happens? Which is fine, it's a
- 4:53Speaker 3: great show. I'm just saying, when you are ready to
- 4:56Speaker 3: get through the Housewives app we'll have to ask them.
- 5:02Speaker 4: There's has to be like, yes, I think they could
- 5:05Speaker 4: slot them in there if they had to, because it's
- 5:10Speaker 4: benefiting the Watch What Happens Live, But to name it
- 5:13Speaker 4: an additional episode of the series is not of the
- 5:17Speaker 4: lord and they need to But I don't, but.
- 5:19Speaker 2: I think it's a digital programming issue. They probably cannot
- 5:25Speaker 2: slot that in there after the episode unless they categorize
- 5:28Speaker 2: it under the chat underneath the episode numbers, or else
- 5:31Speaker 2: it wouldn't be allowed to be in there. And I
- 5:34Speaker 2: think they're experimenting with the platform because at the end
- 5:37Speaker 2: of the day, it's an extension of what you just saw.
- 5:41Speaker 2: You're getting interviews with the people who were just on
- 5:44Speaker 2: that episode. And now that that just means when I'm
- 5:48Speaker 2: talking about going right into that the most current watch
- 5:52Speaker 2: it happens live, Emily, we're discontinuing whatever happened in your
- 5:56Speaker 2: glitchy peacock that day and.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Just say dim over that, yes, forget aws.
- 6:02Speaker 2: So I think that they they if they're going to
- 6:05Speaker 2: sort it out, they either needed to have it in
- 6:07Speaker 2: there or have it completely out of there, because I
- 6:10Speaker 2: don't think programming would allow it, you know, from a
- 6:14Speaker 2: digital perspective, is what I'm trying to say. What would
- 6:19Speaker 2: Bo's say. You know, she's the marketing genius. What does
- 6:22Speaker 2: she have to say about it? Let's head on over
- 6:24Speaker 2: to Jimmy Fallon, you know, and see their show branding.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Yeah, I watched the first episode is pretty good and.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Did watch What Happens Live episode just circle, just like
- 6:34Speaker 2: go right into that one.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Branding is now the thirty ninth episode of the season
- 6:40Speaker 3: of Real Housewives Never really Knows.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Yeh, all right, well, none of our Orange County episodes
- 6:49Speaker 2: rolled into Wife Swap. We had to go there on
- 6:53Speaker 2: our own, of our own volition, and as a matter
- 6:56Speaker 2: of fact, we did, and we all watched the first
- 6:59Speaker 2: episode of Wife Swap, which was upper show and she's
- 7:03Speaker 2: swapping on me.
- 7:05Speaker 5: That's off the crude.
- 7:10Speaker 3: An announcement.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Let's talk about this wife Swap episode before we get
- 7:15Speaker 2: into Orange County. All right, well, I mean listen, I
- 7:19Speaker 2: thought it was really cute, really sweet, definitely the same
- 7:22Speaker 2: formula as the original Non Housewives version. And you know,
- 7:28Speaker 2: everybody learns a lesson by the end, Yeah.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Except for expectations.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't think she.
- 7:42Speaker 4: She actively didn't learn a lesson.
- 7:44Speaker 2: She tried to, like say, it's really hard with those
- 7:47Speaker 2: cameras around.
- 7:50Speaker 4: But that's not the lesson. That wasn't really.
- 7:53Speaker 3: What what would be the lesson to go out on
- 7:56Speaker 3: the town more? I think was the idea.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Get great point. I don't like how she she showed
- 8:01Speaker 2: up at Angie's house, and she basically had to do
- 8:03Speaker 2: the same thing that she already does.
- 8:07Speaker 3: That's true, but she got to use more chemicals to
- 8:10Speaker 3: do that and more like like appliances. Right, So it
- 8:16Speaker 3: probably felt like half the work.
- 8:17Speaker 4: I suspect Lindsay and I don't think we're ahead of
- 8:22Speaker 4: ourselves here, but I there's an there's something, there's an
- 8:27Speaker 4: anger running through Lindsay that is like she couldn't let
- 8:33Speaker 4: herself be like, you know what, all she had to
- 8:37Speaker 4: do to settle me down was go taking a hot
- 8:41Speaker 4: shower felt amazing. Let's get real, babe, bib. You know,
- 8:49Speaker 4: she was so up her own ass about being off
- 8:53Speaker 4: the grid that she couldn't give it to us and
- 8:56Speaker 4: I and and you know what, you enjoyed it, honey,
- 9:00Speaker 4: you know you did, like just be like, you know what,
- 9:03Speaker 4: it was nice, It felt good. It was I actually
- 9:05Speaker 4: got a layer of dirt off that's been there for
- 9:07Speaker 4: the last three years.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Yes, Like because when they were trying to camp outside,
- 9:14Speaker 2: you know, she wasn't the first one running into the
- 9:16Speaker 2: tent with a dog piss on it. Like that definitely
- 9:19Speaker 2: bothered her. She was like, I don't want to sleep
- 9:20Speaker 2: in there.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Right, Yeah, so none of them slept outside.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Well, so they tried to and then they were like, no,
- 9:26Speaker 2: we're not doing it.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, so like they even she.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Was like, I didn't want to do it because we
- 9:31Speaker 2: didn't have padding. So you know, at that point, go
- 9:34Speaker 2: a little further like what you're saying. So what I
- 9:37Speaker 2: did was I took a steam and it felt really good,
- 9:41Speaker 2: and then I got into this you know bed that
- 9:43Speaker 2: had more layers than the princess and the pea. And
- 9:48Speaker 2: it was weird to me that she went there and
- 9:51Speaker 2: was like we're gonna gut a fish, We're going to
- 9:54Speaker 2: do all these things, and not as much like they
- 9:57Speaker 2: weren't like, oh, we're gonna go and do more more
- 10:00Speaker 2: things that we normally do. We're gonna go shopping. I mean,
- 10:02Speaker 2: I know she got her hair done. That was nice.
- 10:05Speaker 3: She hated guys. I love Lindsay.
- 10:08Speaker 2: I like style, get out there and we get out there,
- 10:13Speaker 2: get on the grid.
- 10:14Speaker 4: Ye off the grid. I'm super cool. I actually really did.
- 10:21Speaker 4: I love first of all, like I when you see Amy,
- 10:25Speaker 4: when you were like, well, this is what we're going
- 10:27Speaker 4: over today to start up a new show, you know,
- 10:32Speaker 4: the way I have to make my way over to
- 10:35Speaker 4: that platform and just it's so hard for me because
- 10:40Speaker 4: I just have a resistance to the new thing.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Because I do too.
- 10:45Speaker 4: Yeah, it's just like but I feel like I have
- 10:53Speaker 4: to go off the grid to get on the grid,
- 10:55Speaker 4: to get over there.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Nice.
- 10:58Speaker 4: Nice, Nice. I love this show and I thought it
- 11:05Speaker 4: was absolutely adorable and fun and I enjoyed the whole
- 11:10Speaker 4: goddamn thing.
- 11:12Speaker 2: You know.
- 11:13Speaker 4: Wow, So it's it's a I think they did a
- 11:16Speaker 4: great job producing it. It felt like the right amount
- 11:21Speaker 4: of time. I liked that we weren't there for a week,
- 11:24Speaker 4: two weeks. I like that it out.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Here's a little tidbit. I don't know if you saw this,
- 11:29Speaker 2: but it was spoken about I don't know where. I'm sorry,
- 11:33Speaker 2: I can't keep credit, but Melissa Gorga, who was also
- 11:36Speaker 2: going to be on this show, she basically negotiated for
- 11:43Speaker 2: all the housewives to have security in the house while
- 11:47Speaker 2: they slept there because they didn't plan that at all.
- 11:50Speaker 2: They were going to have these housewives sleep in these
- 11:53Speaker 2: strangers' homes and like leave them there, like the crew
- 11:56Speaker 2: would leave them there, everybody would leave. I think that
- 11:59Speaker 2: that's potential, very scary personally. I know, a background check
- 12:03Speaker 2: can go can only go a certain certain ways, and
- 12:07Speaker 2: how weird would you feel? I mean, anything is possible. Also,
- 12:12Speaker 2: a stranger in your home with your kids. I don't know.
- 12:15Speaker 2: It's just very bizarre. And I think that she was
- 12:17Speaker 2: smart in this day and age to do something like
- 12:20Speaker 2: that because they didn't consider that. And so when she
- 12:25Speaker 2: was like, I'm not doing this unless we have security,
- 12:28Speaker 2: they agreed and then everybody got security, and I thought
- 12:31Speaker 2: that was good on Melissa.
- 12:33Speaker 3: That's really smart. I wouldn't have thought of it either, honestly, same,
- 12:36Speaker 3: I just would not have thought of it because it's
- 12:38Speaker 3: like they didn't probably have that in the original wife swap,
- 12:43Speaker 3: like we're only you know, we're cameras down only for
- 12:45Speaker 3: a few hours. What's the like. I just wouldn't have even.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Run out of it, I know. And that's when the
- 12:50Speaker 2: Netflix documentary starts about the time when they did a
- 12:53Speaker 2: wife swap with the housewives, you know, and that's not
- 12:55Speaker 2: what we want.
- 12:56Speaker 3: So also just in terms of like taking liability off
- 13:00Speaker 3: of Melissa's shoulders or any of them, should the hosts
- 13:04Speaker 3: say she did this or this at night or something
- 13:07Speaker 3: like that, and there's no coverage of it because they
- 13:09Speaker 3: didn't you know, you know, I just think that's really good,
- 13:14Speaker 3: just to have a witness there that's out of the
- 13:17Speaker 3: just kind of in the background.
- 13:20Speaker 2: So Emily really loves the idea of living off the grid.
- 13:25Speaker 2: I don't, and this definitely proved it. I like plumbing.
- 13:31Speaker 2: I love plumbing. I'm all I'm here for it, here
- 13:34Speaker 2: for the plumbing, and I appreciate what they're doing on
- 13:40Speaker 2: a certain level. I'm also wondering how the hell they
- 13:43Speaker 2: found them, because if they don't really watch TV, I mean,
- 13:47Speaker 2: how in the world would they have discovered them. It's
- 13:50Speaker 2: just bizarre. Emily, what draws you to the off grid lifestyle?
- 13:55Speaker 2: And then why are you living in Los Angeles, one
- 13:57Speaker 2: of the most populated cities. I likery.
- 14:00Speaker 3: I like a high grid and a no grid. I
- 14:02Speaker 3: can do either what but but I will say there's
- 14:06Speaker 3: something like when you when you think about all the
- 14:09Speaker 3: shit you got to think about in a day to
- 14:11Speaker 3: be on the grid, sometimes it's nice to think about, like,
- 14:14Speaker 3: oh my gosh, all I gotta do is carry water
- 14:17Speaker 3: up a hill. Done. I would love that, and it's
- 14:20Speaker 3: you know, you don't have to worry about anything else.
- 14:23Speaker 3: Just get that water up the hill. That's That's what
- 14:25Speaker 3: I'm talking about.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Okay, So you would be fine soaking in that tub
- 14:29Speaker 2: in the middle of the absolutely and Deanna liked it.
- 14:34Speaker 2: You liked that, Danna?
- 14:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I like the tub. I did like the tub.
- 14:37Speaker 4: I was like, I don't know what Andrew's gonna do
- 14:39Speaker 4: butt naked out here with all these chillen running around,
- 14:42Speaker 4: and you know, I know that mister Tanner is going
- 14:46Speaker 4: to get a peaksy out the window.
- 14:47Speaker 2: But he wanted it disappointed honestly, Well.
- 14:51Speaker 4: They had a chemistry. But yes, I would enjoy the tub.
- 14:57Speaker 4: I would. I didn't look at that tub and turn
- 15:00Speaker 4: my nose down. I said, that looks fun to be,
- 15:02Speaker 4: you know, titties free out in a time.
- 15:06Speaker 3: But also they lived really close to the hot spring.
- 15:09Speaker 3: That's where Angie got like, yeah, that looked great, Like yeah,
- 15:13Speaker 3: there's a lot of cool gangs around.
- 15:14Speaker 2: There, yes, and a great bar where they could go
- 15:18Speaker 2: and do drinks. Yeah, gorgeous. Utah, did anybody get Idaho?
- 15:23Speaker 3: Oh? Sor it was Challice Idaho? Wait? What was it?
- 15:27Speaker 1: Chow?
- 15:28Speaker 3: I wrote it down?
- 15:30Speaker 4: I love it.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Yeah, she wrote it down. She has she has it
- 15:34Speaker 2: pinned on her maps. Emily will be heading there over
- 15:37Speaker 2: the holiday break.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Oh yeah, track me until my phone goes dead.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Did anybody else get total Overboard vibes from Angie being
- 15:48Speaker 2: at that house? I am talking Goldie han Kurt Russell
- 15:53Speaker 2: at the very end when she's driving away in the
- 15:56Speaker 2: car and she's waving out the window and he's like,
- 15:59Speaker 2: look at her, go I love her, and the kids
- 16:02Speaker 2: are like, Dad, don't say that. Like even the raspy
- 16:05Speaker 2: voices reminded me of the actors on Overboard. It was
- 16:09Speaker 2: like he's falling in love with her. They're out at
- 16:12Speaker 2: this bar, she's kind of you know, in the bar,
- 16:16Speaker 2: loosening up, doing shots off the ground. I mean it
- 16:20Speaker 2: was Goldiehawn and Kurt Russell and Tanner. I mean, you know,
- 16:25Speaker 2: we like to see people get emotional. But he got
- 16:28Speaker 2: a little too emotional for my taste. Oh what it
- 16:31Speaker 2: was weird?
- 16:32Speaker 3: Great.
- 16:33Speaker 2: He wanted he wanted, he wanted something more from Angie,
- 16:36Speaker 2: and I think that he thought this was going to
- 16:37Speaker 2: be like a wife swap eve, you know what I mean,
- 16:40Speaker 2: Like he's in the bowl.
- 16:41Speaker 3: Swap well, Tanner is there. Tanner's off the grid with
- 16:45Speaker 3: Lindsay because of Lindsay's rheumatoid arthritis, that's what motivated this.
- 16:50Speaker 3: And so when also when she's like, I went to
- 16:53Speaker 3: the doctor and it was diagnosed, and all they wanted
- 16:56Speaker 3: to do was give me a pill. And I was like, yeah,
- 16:59Speaker 3: because you're going to tell you about off the grid.
- 17:03Speaker 4: It's like, okay, it's like, bad news is you have
- 17:07Speaker 4: rheumati arthritis. Good news is if you want to work
- 17:13Speaker 4: with it and and sort of get it sold, you
- 17:15Speaker 4: can cut like kill your own ox and just you know,
- 17:22Speaker 4: get to chopping and then without seasoning, cook it in
- 17:27Speaker 4: the wild and not. That's actually sort of what we
- 17:34Speaker 4: tend to tell our patients.
- 17:35Speaker 2: It's like bacond option.
- 17:40Speaker 3: There's also a pill, but I would I'm not going
- 17:42Speaker 3: to tell you to do that. Yeah, It's is much easier.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Right because your pharmacy is too far. So just do this,
- 17:48Speaker 2: you know, Right, those kids gnawing on that ox tail,
- 17:52Speaker 2: I gotta say respect, you know, to say respect like crazy.
- 17:56Speaker 2: And also the little girl.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Was so hazel, so cute.
- 18:00Speaker 2: My god, I'm so affectionate and sweet and I loved it.
- 18:04Speaker 2: And I think it's partially because she's just a sweetie. Also,
- 18:08Speaker 2: no one's around, she's so one grateful to see someone else.
- 18:11Speaker 4: You know, she's like another human being, a pretty human
- 18:14Speaker 4: being who's's nice.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Yeah, like a princess that has arrived.
- 18:19Speaker 4: Yeah, right right, truly she looks you know to see.
- 18:23Speaker 4: First of all, thank you producers. I know someone produced
- 18:27Speaker 4: that mannequin with her hat, her cowboy hat. That's that
- 18:31Speaker 4: the head that she used to keep the hat shape
- 18:34Speaker 4: when she walked in. That was so that visual was
- 18:39Speaker 4: so excellent. But you know, ang I, I don't necessarily
- 18:46Speaker 4: always know what to do with her as a as
- 18:49Speaker 4: a housewife. I like her, but she almost seems ai
- 18:53Speaker 4: to me most of the times, Like I don't know
- 18:56Speaker 4: when she's real. I'm like, is this real? Is this
- 18:59Speaker 4: how you are?
- 19:00Speaker 3: You know?
- 19:01Speaker 5: Ye were?
- 19:03Speaker 4: I can't like make throw dors.
- 19:06Speaker 5: I'm gonna throw this horse right now. I'm so many.
- 19:10Speaker 4: She was a bully tanner, but she was so charming
- 19:17Speaker 4: in this and yeah lovely and I loved seeing her
- 19:22Speaker 4: like be like, you know what, let me get comfortable
- 19:25Speaker 4: and correctly dressed, ish and just lose her makeup and
- 19:30Speaker 4: it was delightful.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Yeah, her showing up at the end with a with
- 19:34Speaker 2: a fresh raw face, maybe a little bit of lip.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Oh did you see that she had the flake set's
- 19:46Speaker 3: the family over to her house for to watch it
- 19:49Speaker 3: with them, so she had them travel too.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Did you see that and watching What Happens Live?
- 19:54Speaker 1: I did not.
- 19:55Speaker 3: I saw it on episode forty three of Salt Lake City,
- 19:58Speaker 3: which was just a Angie's Instagram.
- 20:02Speaker 2: It's nodded in making us in all these other wormholes. Yeah,
- 20:08Speaker 2: to a gofund me re.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Association in the Peacock gap right right, and then you
- 20:14Speaker 3: get the show Angie, which is weird from the seventies,
- 20:17Speaker 3: but it's all there like we Yeah.
- 20:19Speaker 2: But it's Angie Harmon's Best of.
- 20:28Speaker 4: Angie's List, which is a Los Angeles non profit.
- 20:34Speaker 3: It's so cool that they're letting high ass Gina do
- 20:38Speaker 3: the programming on Peacock. That's what's happened right now. Yeah,
- 20:43Speaker 3: with some edible it's like, you know what we should do,
- 20:46Speaker 3: just put everything into the app. Okay, is there.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Anything else we want to talk about this episode? Oh?
- 20:55Speaker 2: Mary came in.
- 20:56Speaker 4: Mary was great, fabulous.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Look at us sister wives finish each other's sentences.
- 21:05Speaker 3: Mary was great.
- 21:09Speaker 2: It did not work, Okay, Mary was fabulous, yabulous, We
- 21:18Speaker 2: got it. I don't know, Okay, So Mary was great.
- 21:27Speaker 2: She of course is the perfect literal fish out of
- 21:30Speaker 2: water situation with her coming in and seeing the gutted fish,
- 21:34Speaker 2: and so no, is this what we're doing? Oh no?
- 21:37Speaker 2: And that was fun?
- 21:38Speaker 3: I mean, aren't you guys a little concerned like we
- 21:42Speaker 3: should all kind of know how to live off the
- 21:44Speaker 3: grid for a couple of days, right? Yeah? I Mary's sake,
- 21:49Speaker 3: and everybody's sick. I'm like, well, like kind of like.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Mary, maybe pay attention a little bit.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I agree.
- 21:56Speaker 2: I mean, and and anyone's perhaps somebody who is living
- 22:01Speaker 2: high end on the grid, like the housewives, or anyone
- 22:04Speaker 2: who's wealthy and just loves the perks of life, life
- 22:07Speaker 2: and they can't get along without it, without their knock
- 22:09Speaker 2: on the dishwasher, dishwasher, and them quite frankly weird, just
- 22:14Speaker 2: too far. But anyway, they may say to themselves and
- 22:18Speaker 2: to others, if I can't live the way I want
- 22:21Speaker 2: to live, I don't want to live at all, And
- 22:24Speaker 2: so I don't need to learn that put me out,
- 22:27Speaker 2: you know.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Okay, very dark, Okay, but I appreciate that, Amy, because
- 22:33Speaker 3: if we get to a point with like a zombie apocalypse,
- 22:35Speaker 3: it's walking dead style, I'm gonna be hitting those homes
- 22:39Speaker 3: up first to.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Get smart supplies smart Yeah, okay, right, but I agree
- 22:44Speaker 2: with you.
- 22:45Speaker 3: I think it.
- 22:45Speaker 2: You know, survival skills I think should be taught in schools,
- 22:49Speaker 2: not just if you're you join like the Scouts of America.
- 22:55Speaker 2: I also think a lot more should be taught in schools,
- 22:57Speaker 2: you know, health wise, you know, things of that nature,
- 23:02Speaker 2: more street sense, tips for living, self defense, things like that.
- 23:09Speaker 2: I really do think that there should be more of
- 23:11Speaker 2: a model and a structure for that in our schools.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Thank you for listening to this, Thank you for you,
- 23:17Speaker 2: Thank you. That a nice emotional ending where they got
- 23:19Speaker 2: together and Angie's like, I just felt bad that I
- 23:22Speaker 2: had bad thoughts about you and your family living off
- 23:25Speaker 2: the grid. That I was like, these people were fucking crazy,
- 23:29Speaker 2: and I was like, I can't believe I just thought that.
- 23:32Speaker 5: And then I also thought like, why her husband is
- 23:36Speaker 5: so undertrapped if I could never be around him for real?
- 23:39Speaker 5: And then I felt bad that I thought that, And
- 23:42Speaker 5: then I thought, Wow, this place is a shit hole,
- 23:45Speaker 5: and I thought, oh, I'm so sorry I thought that.
- 23:49Speaker 1: And then.
- 23:54Speaker 2: All right, well, why don't we move on to Orange County?
- 23:58Speaker 2: Does that sound like a great idea, like a great

- 30:08Speaker 2: As it turns out, Deanna was having some technical issues.
- 30:12Speaker 2: She as I don't know if you guys could hear it,
- 30:14Speaker 2: but there were times when she was going in and out,
- 30:17Speaker 2: and you know, ironically, it turns out that Deanna is
- 30:22Speaker 2: actually off the grid, and she was trying to connect
- 30:26Speaker 2: with us off the grid. Well, Emily, does that work.
- 30:30Speaker 3: I'm jealous of Deanna. She's having she's living with the
- 30:34Speaker 3: flakes now, she's hauling water up with Tanner. Actually tannered
- 30:37Speaker 3: in all.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Shit, No he didn't. And and by the way, we
- 30:41Speaker 2: failed to mention how absolutely ripped.
- 30:45Speaker 3: Lindsay's ripped, ripped, and Tanner, I don't understand how he
- 30:49Speaker 3: is also not ripped. But then point, what did.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Your Shay get your shit together? Tanner? Oh? I said,
- 30:56Speaker 2: we didn't know what he looked like before they went
- 30:58Speaker 2: off the grid. Maybe it was worse I was.
- 31:01Speaker 3: Talking about when you were like, because she's doing all
- 31:03Speaker 3: the work. Oh, yeah, that's right.
- 31:06Speaker 2: I did say that, thank you. Yeah, she's doing all
- 31:09Speaker 2: the work. He's sitting on his ass in that tub
- 31:12Speaker 2: waiting for Angie to come. Got my eyes on you, Tanner, Yep,
- 31:19Speaker 2: all right. Well, so Diana had to go, and so
- 31:22Speaker 2: I apologize she had to go check on the chicken,
- 31:26Speaker 2: and so she will not be joining us for the
- 31:28Speaker 2: Orange County recap. That brings us to the Orange County Recap.
- 31:32Speaker 2: And let's see what happened over there.
- 31:34Speaker 4: It happened.
- 31:35Speaker 2: It's the morning after Shannon was stoned out of her mind,
- 31:40Speaker 2: and we get right back into one shoe. Shannon in
- 31:43Speaker 2: the lobby completely basically still high from the night before.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Yeah, and I was looking forward to Shannon maybe having
- 31:52Speaker 3: this sober California lifestyle where she would not drink as
- 31:56Speaker 3: much but like do edibles. But I don't think Shannon
- 31:59Speaker 3: can handle it because they don't go through her system
- 32:02Speaker 3: that quickly. And she had like an eyepatch in her hair,
- 32:05Speaker 3: and like, what is worse? What is worse? She put
- 32:12Speaker 3: lipstick on her eyelids. Everything is coming up, Shannon.
- 32:15Speaker 2: It's wild, you know, because like if she didn't go
- 32:18Speaker 2: as hard, she probably would have had a great experience.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Maybe she's you know, maybe later on she felt it
- 32:24Speaker 2: was a great experience. But wow, she did, you know,
- 32:28Speaker 2: she went in to the deep end.
- 32:31Speaker 3: I will say on watch what happens. She said that
- 32:33Speaker 3: she will partake again on special occasions. Oh okay. Then
- 32:40Speaker 3: she railed on Earle Love Hotel. Well that yeah, there
- 32:46Speaker 3: was this moment where she was just like, you better
- 32:48Speaker 3: stop posting pictures of me if we're done, And Andy's
- 32:52Speaker 3: like what Also, Shannon didn't know what a dilf was.
- 32:56Speaker 3: It was fun. Yeah, everything was great.
- 32:58Speaker 2: It's always great. I have spanks, I love spanks. I
- 33:02Speaker 2: wears my shoe.
- 33:04Speaker 3: She talked about that.
- 33:05Speaker 2: She did okay, well, when they went to the see
- 33:09Speaker 2: the tulips, they were doing like microdosing mushrooms if you will,
- 33:14Speaker 2: We're going to see the tulips in all of their glory.
- 33:18Speaker 2: So it was really basically like Gina and Heather who
- 33:22Speaker 2: just did that? No one else did. Yeah, that's right.
- 33:25Speaker 2: I wish everybody would have done that. You know, Shannon
- 33:29Speaker 2: didn't need it, didn't need it, Like she's.
- 33:34Speaker 3: Already gonna amount a plastic horse out of like being
- 33:38Speaker 3: crazy on camera. But this made me very nervous. This,
- 33:42Speaker 3: I asked, Shannon trying to mount that horse. Yeah, but
- 33:47Speaker 3: the three of them together, when when Heather and Gina
- 33:50Speaker 3: look over and see like, yeah, horsemen, Yeah, the three horseheads,
- 33:57Speaker 3: horsemen of the horse Women of the Apocalypse.
- 34:00Speaker 2: I loved three or Housewives of the Apocalypse, the three Horsewives.
- 34:09Speaker 2: That's really funny. But on the way there the sprinter van,
- 34:15Speaker 2: you know, Tamara and Gina and Emily are talking about
- 34:17Speaker 2: how Gretchen, like the night before, is creeping around Tamaran.
- 34:21Speaker 2: I'm like, she's just trying to be part of the group.
- 34:24Speaker 2: You know, this is sort of after filming and they're
- 34:26Speaker 2: at the hotel bar and there's high jinks. I think
- 34:30Speaker 2: Gretchen is trying to look for an opportunity maybe an
- 34:33Speaker 2: organic opportunity to be having fun. I suppose, I don't know.
- 34:37Speaker 2: I didn't mind her being there. I mean they're kind
- 34:41Speaker 2: of sort of were mean girling, like why is she
- 34:43Speaker 2: even there. It's like, well, she's part of the cast,
- 34:45Speaker 2: you guys. She wants to unwind at the bar and
- 34:47Speaker 2: see if anything something can happen. I was trying to
- 34:50Speaker 2: give her the benefit of the doubt.
- 34:53Speaker 3: Yeah, because really at that point I think that they
- 34:56Speaker 3: must if you notice, they really we like just went
- 35:00Speaker 3: straight into like that footage, and I'm just like, well,
- 35:04Speaker 3: that's just Tamra being a loud assd If Gretchen was
- 35:08Speaker 3: like trying to be a part of that, it would
- 35:09Speaker 3: not have been welcomed. It was like the Tamara Show.
- 35:13Speaker 2: There was no room for her to jump in on
- 35:15Speaker 2: any of that, so she had to just sit there. Yeah,
- 35:19Speaker 2: unless she was, like I mean, you know, if she
- 35:21Speaker 2: was really going to go all the way, she could
- 35:23Speaker 2: have just been chuckling along or come a little closer.
- 35:26Speaker 2: The fact that she wasn't near them was what was
- 35:29Speaker 2: weird about it. You know, she was like a stranger
- 35:31Speaker 2: at the bar.
- 35:33Speaker 3: Yeah, And I guess, like to that whole point, like
- 35:36Speaker 3: I do think she's probably on the periphery a lot.
- 35:39Speaker 3: And honestly, that's I know we're getting there, but I
- 35:42Speaker 3: that's why I thought she was maybe like really upset
- 35:45Speaker 3: because she was exhausting to be like, where's my entrance.
- 35:49Speaker 2: I also think this whole episode, you know, with her
- 35:52Speaker 2: crying and stuff like that, honestly think it had I saw,
- 35:55Speaker 2: like Gina, I honestly think you to do with jit leg.
- 36:00Speaker 2: I think she was jet lagged. That's exactly why I
- 36:02Speaker 2: think she was acting like that. Okay, totally, yeah, Yeah,
- 36:05Speaker 2: I don't think it was used to that. All the
- 36:08Speaker 2: other housewives, you know, they'y pretty you know, used to
- 36:11Speaker 2: traveling at this rate, you know, so their bodies can
- 36:15Speaker 2: acclimate faster. Gretchen has been out of the loop. She's
- 36:19Speaker 2: been home, she's doing influencing, you know, all her work
- 36:22Speaker 2: has been at home. So she was thrown for a
- 36:26Speaker 2: freaking loop with that jet lag. And we all know
- 36:30Speaker 2: what that feels like, we all do, all of us
- 36:32Speaker 2: jet setters anyhow. And then Tara was like, it's nervous
- 36:38Speaker 2: about just just nerves us something coming her way. It's
- 36:42Speaker 2: nervous about just nervous and yeah, and then we get
- 36:46Speaker 2: into like Jen and Gina's really talking about Jen and
- 36:52Speaker 2: how she's basically fake and she's whoever her friends want
- 36:56Speaker 2: her to be. And I find this to be interesting
- 37:00Speaker 2: because this episode really did unravel a lot of kind
- 37:04Speaker 2: of like who Jen is. I mean, it was the
- 37:06Speaker 2: same situation that we never saw the other side of,
- 37:09Speaker 2: like with Katie and Gretchen, where it's like Jen is
- 37:13Speaker 2: saying what are you doing right now? Like what are
- 37:16Speaker 2: you saying? I did not do that. I did not
- 37:18Speaker 2: say that. But in this case, we actually got a
- 37:21Speaker 2: flashback of Jen saying, yeah, I don't know why she's
- 37:25Speaker 2: helding this bridal shower for me, Like that's very strange.
- 37:28Speaker 2: So Jen, you're caught. You're caught. You're caught.
- 37:33Speaker 3: You're caught. But I'm also like, Geina, what is this?
- 37:37Speaker 3: What is this party you're pitching to? Shannon? Travis and
- 37:40Speaker 3: I were fighting Perry here where was my party? Because
- 37:43Speaker 3: we're in a good spot.
- 37:45Speaker 2: I mean it's like a castle roll, you know, she
- 37:47Speaker 2: wants a party. But I was like, well, I mean
- 37:49Speaker 2: Jen's getting married, it's an event. It So I agree
- 37:56Speaker 2: with you. This pitch does not make sense. It's very
- 37:59Speaker 2: much which where's my cast?
- 38:01Speaker 3: Role.
- 38:03Speaker 2: I don't know, but to Jen's point in this, I
- 38:08Speaker 2: see how it's totally bizarre that this party turned into
- 38:11Speaker 2: a bridal shower a day before. Yes, that makes no sense,
- 38:16Speaker 2: totally fine to call that out. Yeah, part of me
- 38:19Speaker 2: is like, well, I get it that, it's like ridiculous
- 38:23Speaker 2: that it turned into that. So then it's like, Gina,
- 38:26Speaker 2: why are you bringing this up? As if she's saying
- 38:30Speaker 2: this is the stupidest thing. I think Jen was saying.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Production was not.
- 38:36Speaker 3: Yeah, but Jen was wrong. I mean Jen was wrong
- 38:38Speaker 3: to deny that she didn't have a problem with it. Now,
- 38:43Speaker 3: I will say I did watch the after show and
- 38:44Speaker 3: Jen really leans into like what we already know because
- 38:47Speaker 3: she said it, but like about how this is a
- 38:50Speaker 3: lot of the marriage's gonna is triggering because she's been
- 38:53Speaker 3: divorced and she's still dealing with all that, so to
- 38:56Speaker 3: celebrate it in this way was like off putting. But
- 38:59Speaker 3: she was very grateful for Shannon to do this. Got
- 39:04Speaker 3: it Okay, But that is not what she said to Gina.
- 39:07Speaker 2: It's not. No, it's definitely not and that's her sort
- 39:11Speaker 2: of like not backpalet pedaling, But she definitely explained it better.
- 39:15Speaker 2: It just it just makes her look like a liar.
- 39:17Speaker 2: And it's the same wording, do you know what I'm saying,
- 39:19Speaker 2: just as Gretchen uses I misspoke several times when we
- 39:24Speaker 2: find that to be off putting because we were like,
- 39:26Speaker 2: that's just lying. Now Jen is always deflecting and putting
- 39:30Speaker 2: it back, like what are you doing? I don't know
- 39:32Speaker 2: what you're talking about? When it's like did you message
- 39:38Speaker 2: eight degrees? Wife? I don't know, like yeah, yeah or not?
- 39:43Speaker 2: Did you message?
- 39:44Speaker 3: Did you follow?
- 39:45Speaker 2: I don't know, you know the whole thing. Did you
- 39:47Speaker 2: follow a degrees guy? Did you? Did you? And Katie,
- 39:52Speaker 2: you know, hear what Gretchen said at this dinner. I
- 39:55Speaker 2: don't know what you're talking about. It's giving your liar face.
- 39:58Speaker 2: That's the problem.
- 40:00Speaker 3: Okay, you said that also like Gina the Tony just said,
- 40:05Speaker 3: it's the problem. That's kind of also how Gina was
- 40:08Speaker 3: talking high I don't even know something, I have a question,
- 40:14Speaker 3: like it was like the soft gentle tones.
- 40:18Speaker 2: Adult Gina, right, So it really muted a lot of
- 40:23Speaker 2: her tulip colors, and yet didn't because she wouldn't stop talking.
- 40:28Speaker 2: It just was a different level.
- 40:32Speaker 3: Yeah, and oh my god, seeing Emily it's just like
- 40:35Speaker 3: at her limit.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Shot, will you shut the fuck up? I do like
- 40:40Speaker 2: a friendship where someone can actually say can you please
- 40:43Speaker 2: shut the fuck up? And it pretty times seriously, Yes.
- 40:48Speaker 3: I get it. Yeah, no, I get it many times
- 40:51Speaker 3: and then scream and then Gina's like, that's I got
- 40:55Speaker 3: the note. Thank you.
- 40:57Speaker 2: There's like, let's play the quiet game. That Tulip Garden
- 41:05Speaker 2: or whatever you call it looked so cool it made
- 41:08Speaker 2: me want to go there so bad. I loved it.
- 41:11Speaker 3: No, I know, so pretty what Gina miss here like
- 41:17Speaker 3: everything's going to die? What everything's dying? Well, it's seasonal Ah.
- 41:24Speaker 2: Heatherre's like, is this tulip outline? And they like put
- 41:29Speaker 2: a face on it. I do. I wanted more of that,
- 41:32Speaker 2: the tripping out kind of situation. I I absolutely loved it.
- 41:36Speaker 2: So yeah. They were talking about that in the Sprinner
- 41:38Speaker 2: van about Jen is whoever her friends want her to be,
- 41:41Speaker 2: and we got into the save the date thing. What
- 41:44Speaker 2: were you saying?
- 41:45Speaker 1: Oh I?
- 41:46Speaker 3: Because it also is all coupled in. The Jen and
- 41:48Speaker 3: Shannon thing is also coupled in with the Alexis and
- 41:53Speaker 3: Jen being friends with her and and how dare Shannon
- 41:56Speaker 3: say anything? And I don't get I can't get there
- 42:00Speaker 3: with everybody. I stay with Shannon on that Shannon went
- 42:03Speaker 3: through hell. And if you watch that and you don't
- 42:07Speaker 3: see that as a warning for yourself, I don't. And
- 42:10Speaker 3: I get that Shannon was not blameless, but my gosh, yeah,
- 42:16Speaker 3: I would not want to be friends with those people.
- 42:19Speaker 2: Absolutely, and camera shouldn't either, considering yeah.
- 42:26Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, I don't think. Here's the semantics. I don't
- 42:31Speaker 3: think Shannon's ever going to say I will be friends
- 42:33Speaker 3: with you if you're friends with them. But it is
- 42:36Speaker 3: a good personality.
- 42:37Speaker 2: Indicator because I'm I can't trust you.
- 42:42Speaker 3: I mean, yeah, I don't have to be friends with
- 42:47Speaker 3: you just because you're friends with them, And that's a
- 42:50Speaker 3: pretty big red line for me.
- 42:52Speaker 2: There was a lot of confusion, and I'd like to
- 42:54Speaker 2: apologize for last week when I said that Jen received
- 42:57Speaker 2: a wedding invitation to Alexis and and Johnny jay Is wedding,
- 43:02Speaker 2: that she was invited, that wasn't true. She only got
- 43:07Speaker 2: a save the date, and so at that point we're
- 43:10Speaker 2: sort of seeing what happen now, which is she got
- 43:13Speaker 2: to save the date, she decided not to go right
- 43:16Speaker 2: because she's friends with Shannon. So she must have told
- 43:20Speaker 2: that to Alexis, I don't feel comfortable going, and that
- 43:23Speaker 2: is why she didn't get the wedding invitation. But then,
- 43:26Speaker 2: didn't you say something like Shannon said and watch What
- 43:29Speaker 2: Happens Live, that Alexis gave Jen a wedding invitation the
- 43:36Speaker 2: day of her wedding or how would that have even happened?
- 43:39Speaker 2: Did she text her the day of her wedding?
- 43:40Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 43:41Speaker 2: I bet who has time for that.
- 43:45Speaker 3: It is the worst move to make if you're on
- 43:48Speaker 3: the fence about inviting somebody. I just think that was
- 43:52Speaker 3: so weird. I think it was so weird. And the
- 43:55Speaker 3: source on the gen didn't get an invitation is Alexis,
- 43:59Speaker 3: and I to your point, I think that's exactly how
- 44:02Speaker 3: it laid out. I think Jen made the choice not
- 44:04Speaker 3: to be invited. I think she said thank you, but
- 44:06Speaker 3: out of respect to Shannon, I'm making all this up.
- 44:10Speaker 2: No, but I think you're that's I'm on that same page.
- 44:12Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, And I think then Alexis I could turn
- 44:15Speaker 3: on her heel and be like, well, I didn't even
- 44:16Speaker 3: send her an invitation, right right? But then to Shannon,
- 44:21Speaker 3: according to Shannon that the.
- 44:24Speaker 2: Day of that makes you sense, That makes no sense. Yeah,
- 44:29Speaker 2: I don't know, Well you don't and neither do I,
- 44:33Speaker 2: and so I guess we just leave it here. So
- 44:36Speaker 2: that's weird. You know, there was some confusion with the
- 44:40Speaker 2: ladies that Shannon told her not to go, and Shannon's like,
- 44:43Speaker 2: I said, no such thing. So I did appreciate them
- 44:47Speaker 2: clearing that up, and that we know that Shannon wasn't like,
- 44:50Speaker 2: don't go, because that was that was a fight that
- 44:53Speaker 2: all the other ladies were looking to have at that
- 44:56Speaker 2: table on this trip, and it was like, gals, I
- 44:59Speaker 2: know that you're looking for something through these tulips to
- 45:02Speaker 2: fight about, but that's not it. So they moved on, yep.
- 45:08Speaker 2: And then that's when the whole thing happened about Jen,
- 45:13Speaker 2: you know, talking about being honest with Shannon, like you
- 45:18Speaker 2: even said that you had to take time out of
- 45:20Speaker 2: your data faster this fake friend sheep. That's weird. I mean,
- 45:28Speaker 2: Gina is like not afraid to take all the shit
- 45:31Speaker 2: from off camera that Jenna said and just throw it
- 45:33Speaker 2: on the table, not afraid at all.
- 45:36Speaker 3: Yeah, and is very uninhibited right now and getting and
- 45:42Speaker 3: the thing is she's not getting everything correct, and she's
- 45:46Speaker 3: people like so anything she said there, Shannon's almost believing,
- 45:50Speaker 3: but then like remembering that Gina is very high, so
- 45:55Speaker 3: she's like, I don't know where to land on this.
- 45:57Speaker 3: Shannon doesn't understand how this works. It's not like drinking
- 46:01Speaker 3: where you might like run your mouth and say too
- 46:03Speaker 3: much or whatever. But like Channon, shit, I don't think
- 46:07Speaker 3: any of it like really landed with her.
- 46:09Speaker 2: It must way I have, because they had a great
- 46:11Speaker 2: time at dinner.
- 46:12Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, and they and to your point, all of
- 46:15Speaker 3: the other gals are like, oh man, we set that table,
- 46:20Speaker 3: now they are falling through it to.
- 46:23Speaker 2: Like and like just random TikTok dances. I don't know
- 46:30Speaker 2: what was going on, but it was really funny and
- 46:32Speaker 2: I really enjoyed it and I like them together, so
- 46:35Speaker 2: good on them. It's been a bumpy road, but I'm
- 46:39Speaker 2: happy that we're not getting fully stuck there because it's
- 46:42Speaker 2: just not worth being invested in. So yeah, what's worth
- 46:45Speaker 2: being invested in is jet Leg Gretchen. And before we
- 46:49Speaker 2: get into the jacuzzi boats, I want to mention that
- 46:52Speaker 2: she has h six businesses. She's a she's a very
- 46:55Speaker 2: big influencer. I mean that is like her job. I
- 46:58Speaker 2: think she makes a lot of great money. I think
- 47:00Speaker 2: she's done a really nice job for herself at setting
- 47:03Speaker 2: up a career as an influencer. So many housewives of
- 47:08Speaker 2: yesteryear have gone on to not be able to you know,
- 47:12Speaker 2: execute or take advantage of their platform in a way
- 47:15Speaker 2: that branches out in a completely different area where they're
- 47:18Speaker 2: just doing products, you know. And I think she's done
- 47:21Speaker 2: a really nice job at that and has been for
- 47:24Speaker 2: such a long time. So it is shocking for her
- 47:26Speaker 2: to be back on the show because she kind of
- 47:28Speaker 2: escapes the web. So I feel like being back on
- 47:31Speaker 2: the show is I don't know if that's gonna I'm
- 47:34Speaker 2: sure it'll help her business. I mean, what am I nuts?
- 47:37Speaker 2: But it's not helping her one bit. These jacuzzie boats,
- 47:42Speaker 2: where do you stand on these?
- 47:44Speaker 3: You and I both hate hot ups. I don't want
- 47:47Speaker 3: to be in it, and I don't want to be
- 47:49Speaker 3: in the jacuzzie boat. Just put me in a boat.
- 47:52Speaker 3: I don't need to be in this.
- 47:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it's weird.
- 47:55Speaker 3: Sit. Yeah.
- 47:56Speaker 2: What I liked was what they did once they got in,
- 47:59Speaker 2: which is just putting their feet in and they sat
- 48:02Speaker 2: on the ledge.
- 48:04Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, I am sure if I like jacuzzi's,
- 48:08Speaker 3: it would be a much different story and it would
- 48:10Speaker 3: be amazing. I just didn't like, I don't want it
- 48:13Speaker 3: to me. What it looked like was let's all get
- 48:15Speaker 3: in a hot ass bath together. I don't want to
- 48:19Speaker 3: do that, especially with like like Channon's foot.
- 48:24Speaker 2: Well she did put it outside of a jacuzzi, so
- 48:26Speaker 2: good on her.
- 48:28Speaker 3: Yeah, she.
- 48:30Speaker 2: I want to say when it comes to jacuzzi's, Emily,
- 48:34Speaker 2: let's say you have a jacuzzi okay, mm hmm, and
- 48:40Speaker 2: very few people go in it. I come over. I
- 48:44Speaker 2: would feel comfortable in your jacuzzi. And if that was
- 48:48Speaker 2: the situation at my house, would you feel comfortable in
- 48:50Speaker 2: my jacuzzi? Or still? No?
- 48:53Speaker 3: Nope?
- 48:53Speaker 2: Oh god that hurts. That hurts a little bit. It
- 48:56Speaker 2: hurts a little Not gonna lie, hurts a lot. I
- 48:59Speaker 2: just think it's like a brand new and I have
- 49:01Speaker 2: people coming and cleaning it, and like it's just capt
- 49:05Speaker 2: up to the nine in terms of cleanliness.
- 49:08Speaker 3: Below deck style where they drain it and refill it.
- 49:11Speaker 2: Oh, like no, clean it, no.
- 49:15Speaker 3: Because I would do that, But the second I'm not
- 49:20Speaker 3: getting back.
- 49:20Speaker 2: It's a waste of water. Emily, what are you gonna do?
- 49:22Speaker 2: I tell Grid.
- 49:23Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying, get in the hot spring that
- 49:26Speaker 3: I'll do running water natural.
- 49:29Speaker 2: In a hot spring with Would you get into a
- 49:31Speaker 2: hot spring with other people?
- 49:34Speaker 3: Yes, of course and have done it many times.
- 49:36Speaker 2: Well, I'm gonna have to talk to you about that
- 49:39Speaker 2: for a second. How would you get into a hot
- 49:42Speaker 2: spring when there's no chlorine in it? That seems more
- 49:47Speaker 2: dangerous and like you're getting exposed to more things when
- 49:52Speaker 2: you're getting into a hot spring with strangers or other people,
- 49:55Speaker 2: as opposed to a jacuzie, it actually has anti bacterial
- 50:00Speaker 2: fighting agents that will protect you from the likes of
- 50:04Speaker 2: someone's std.
- 50:06Speaker 3: Hot springs have running water through them, so it's all
- 50:10Speaker 3: it's circulating constantly, and I look, you enjoyed that chlorine,
- 50:19Speaker 3: my friend, I'm not into it.
- 50:23Speaker 2: If your problem is if your problem is germs, is.
- 50:26Speaker 3: It, it's it's a lot of it's a it's a
- 50:30Speaker 3: Petri dish. I just I don't want it.
- 50:32Speaker 2: I feel the same way. But I'm trying to tell
- 50:34Speaker 2: you I wouldn't get into a hot spring with strangers.
- 50:39Speaker 3: Something happens in my head when it's a heated pool.
- 50:41Speaker 3: I hate that. When it's uh, there's just something about
- 50:46Speaker 3: a man made heat water thing where I'm like, I
- 50:50Speaker 3: don't want.
- 50:51Speaker 2: This a man made heat. Okay, yeah, drilling down, I'm
- 50:57Speaker 2: getting I'm hearing what you're saying. I still think it's
- 51:01Speaker 2: peculiar that you would get into a hot spring with strangers.
- 51:04Speaker 2: Though those two things don't line up for me. I
- 51:06Speaker 2: think you're gonna need to look inward. But it's I
- 51:10Speaker 2: see you and I now now I will go in
- 51:12Speaker 2: your jacuzzie, but I wouldn't go into a hot spring.
- 51:16Speaker 2: You would not with other people like strangers, that with strangers,
- 51:21Speaker 2: with strangers, but you would, and you wouldn't come into
- 51:25Speaker 2: my private jacuzzie where it doesn't have lots of strangers.
- 51:29Speaker 2: But you will go into a hot spring with strangers.
- 51:32Speaker 3: Yeah, great, all.
- 51:33Speaker 2: Right, but that's where we slid out. That's where we
- 51:35Speaker 2: slid off. Okay, in the hot spring, all right, we
- 51:40Speaker 2: will get into everyone's like mom and dad are fighting again.
- 51:47Speaker 3: I'm asleep. But what is hot springs? What is chacuzzi?
- 51:52Speaker 2: Why are I would love to hear about how you
- 51:56Speaker 2: guys feel.
- 51:57Speaker 3: You know that is true? Yeah, and let me tell
- 52:00Speaker 3: you I know I am odd man out, Like I
- 52:02Speaker 3: get it. Everybody loves a hot tub. I am here
- 52:06Speaker 3: to say, I am weird.
- 52:07Speaker 2: I get it as am I by not wanting to
- 52:12Speaker 2: go in it with a bunch of people. Last time
- 52:14Speaker 2: I was on vacation, don't remember where. I think it
- 52:18Speaker 2: was Palm Springs. Yeah, it was Palm Springs, and all
- 52:21Speaker 2: my friends jumped into this hot this jacuzzie with a
- 52:25Speaker 2: bunch of strangers that had been sitting there for god
- 52:29Speaker 2: knows how long drinking, and I was like, you're sitting
- 52:32Speaker 2: in hot piss. God bless see you back at the room. Yep,
- 52:37Speaker 2: all right. So we got them in these boats and
- 52:41Speaker 2: Shannon was just like, I grew up on boats. I
- 52:44Speaker 2: grew up on boats. I'm a boater. I'm a boater. Crash,
- 52:48Speaker 2: excuse me, sir. I died when she was like does
- 52:52Speaker 2: that boat say Janson? And it did?
- 52:57Speaker 3: Yes. Yeah. I was like, don't hit it. Like there
- 53:01Speaker 3: was a moment where she was like, let me at it,
- 53:03Speaker 3: and I was like, don't do this.
- 53:05Speaker 2: Yes, that was amazing, like amazing. She can't even get
- 53:11Speaker 2: on the water and enjoy herself without a freaking boat
- 53:14Speaker 2: being called jack more. Shannon just trying to like heal
- 53:24Speaker 2: her blistered up toe and drive the boat hungover and
- 53:31Speaker 2: there's a boat, a vessel like a freighter, a ship,
- 53:35Speaker 2: a cargo ship. That says Jansen, that's my cargo ship.
- 53:41Speaker 2: I was pranking Shannon, Oh brother, Okay, so where do
- 53:48Speaker 2: we land this? Gretchen and Tamera. I really thought at
- 53:52Speaker 2: the end of this whole thing with Judge Emily in
- 53:55Speaker 2: the middle trying to negotiate that that it did get
- 53:59Speaker 2: to a good place, so that when we went to
- 54:02Speaker 2: dinner that night and Tam was like, well she was
- 54:06Speaker 2: puffed again, I was like, but I thought that you
- 54:08Speaker 2: guys kind of made up again. So I didn't understand
- 54:11Speaker 2: why she was mad at dinner again.
- 54:13Speaker 3: Because she read Gretchen not showing up, which is a
- 54:16Speaker 3: big deal, okay, as Gretchen feeling sorry for herself because
- 54:21Speaker 3: of what something like, because all they knew is Jen
- 54:26Speaker 3: reporting that Gretchen was really upset of from the boat.
- 54:31Speaker 3: That's so that's their information, and then Jen being like,
- 54:35Speaker 3: but you know it's it's you know, she's just processing
- 54:38Speaker 3: the whole thing, And I can see Tamar being like, no,
- 54:40Speaker 3: she's not, she's reloading, Like that's exactly the vibe.
- 54:44Speaker 2: I think reloading great point, because well she went on
- 54:48Speaker 2: the sprinter van and she was crying and she couldn't
- 54:51Speaker 2: get a hold of herself, which again jet lag. But
- 54:54Speaker 2: that's going to bring up some stuff and triggers, and
- 54:57Speaker 2: so I think she was being vulnerable to say, like
- 54:59Speaker 2: I I'm looking inward and she said that to Tamra.
- 55:02Speaker 2: I think she humbled herself a lot by saying, I'm
- 55:05Speaker 2: just speaking my truth. But maybe when I do that,
- 55:10Speaker 2: I do things that I shouldn't and say things that
- 55:13Speaker 2: I shouldn't. And I thought that was a good step
- 55:16Speaker 2: in the right direction, considering some of the choices that
- 55:20Speaker 2: she's made, not to say that, plenty of housewives have
- 55:22Speaker 2: done the same. But Tamara accepted that and was like,
- 55:25Speaker 2: that's the gust thing I've ever heard to say. And
- 55:29Speaker 2: I think she was continuing to reflect on that unless
- 55:33Speaker 2: she knew what was coming about about what Gina is
- 55:38Speaker 2: going to bring up next week, do you think that
- 55:40Speaker 2: she was like crying because she knew something was coming
- 55:43Speaker 2: for her, Like Tamra said, she's scared. She's nervous because
- 55:47Speaker 2: something's she's worried something else he's going to come at her.
- 55:51Speaker 3: Maybe maybe I don't. I could I could see that.
- 55:57Speaker 3: I also think that. You know, Tamar is one to
- 56:01Speaker 3: be like we apologize, so it's the clean plate club
- 56:06Speaker 3: like she we saw her try to do that with
- 56:08Speaker 3: Shannon on the Girls Trip. You know, we've seen it
- 56:10Speaker 3: for a hundred years with Tama. But I think she
- 56:13Speaker 3: got out of that boat and was just like, so
- 56:15Speaker 3: we're great now, so no more. Gretchen can never cry again,
- 56:19Speaker 3: And it's like, okay, well, Tamra, So like part of
- 56:23Speaker 3: me is like I get Tamra logic, and then at
- 56:26Speaker 3: the same time, like I don't. I think Tamara has
- 56:29Speaker 3: so much shit on Gretchen that like she could say
- 56:34Speaker 3: that she could say something's coming down the pike and
- 56:39Speaker 3: be right too, you know what I mean, Like she has.
- 56:41Speaker 2: Right so much. Yes, I see what you're saying. Yeah.
- 56:45Speaker 2: And maybe and if she did think that something was
- 56:47Speaker 2: coming meaning Gretchen, she wouldn't have shown up to dinner.
- 56:50Speaker 2: But she got her stuff together. She called Slade, and
- 56:54Speaker 2: she was able to rally and get on down to dinner.
- 57:00Speaker 3: I think if she knew that was coming from Gina,
- 57:02Speaker 3: she would have addressed it head on. She wouldn't have
- 57:04Speaker 3: waited for it to be brought up.
- 57:07Speaker 2: Maybe maybe Slade was like don't bring it up unless
- 57:11Speaker 2: they bring it up.
- 57:14Speaker 3: I mean, it's so public, the posts and stuff. Yeah,
- 57:20Speaker 3: it's like I don't know what I mean.
- 57:23Speaker 2: Kah okay, But before we jump in there, which we're
- 57:27Speaker 2: gonna probably just save until next week because that's where
- 57:29Speaker 2: they left. Yeah, but in the van, when Gretchen was crying,
- 57:32Speaker 2: she was like, you know, crying about the person who
- 57:34Speaker 2: she is, and it's a defense mechanism. I don't feel
- 57:38Speaker 2: like the ladies really did a great job at telling Tamra.
- 57:43Speaker 2: It seems like Gina's heading in the right direction with this.
- 57:46Speaker 2: She's looking inward and she's asking herself these questions. I
- 57:49Speaker 2: don't know, because Tarmra seemed so passed. Any Who, Gretchen
- 57:54Speaker 2: brings it up and is like I hate this back
- 57:56Speaker 2: and forth and oh no, no, no, I'm sorry. Gretchen's like,
- 58:00Speaker 2: I just hate this back and forth. And Gretchen's like,
- 58:02Speaker 2: but you started it again, you know. So then we're
- 58:05Speaker 2: getting back there, and I just want to like, be
- 58:08Speaker 2: done with this, be done with this. So anyway, dinner's over.
- 58:12Speaker 2: We have a cliffhanger about Gina, who's like trying to
- 58:17Speaker 2: figure out whether or not she's going to bring up
- 58:19Speaker 2: these headlines because heatherre's you know, he needs out.
- 58:24Speaker 3: I mean it's not even headlines, it's these posts. You
- 58:28Speaker 3: can google it posts see it allegedly. But yeah, I
- 58:33Speaker 3: I as this episode wrapped up, I can't. I I'm
- 58:38Speaker 3: never gonna enjoy hearing Gretcher's I.
- 58:43Speaker 2: It's like that needs a chalkboard. I think there's probably
- 58:46Speaker 2: more fun for them to say. They don't realize how
- 58:50Speaker 2: much it actually hurts our ears. You know, like when
- 58:53Speaker 2: you're popping packing bubble bubble bubble packing and it's so
- 58:59Speaker 2: fun to do and the noise doesn't bother you because
- 59:02Speaker 2: like you're in charge of it, but it's really annoying
- 59:04Speaker 2: to other people, especially when you're jumping on it. Yeah,
- 59:08Speaker 2: it's that's what it's like when you says.
- 59:10Speaker 3: Yeah, and then it also been also how there's like,
- 59:13Speaker 3: what's up? G She called her g she did. I'm like,
- 59:17Speaker 3: why are we coming up with fun nicknames?
- 59:19Speaker 5: Right?
- 59:19Speaker 3: Like just call her Gretchen. Other people have two syllable names,
- 59:25Speaker 3: and we figured it out, like what are you?
- 59:27Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't know. It's almost like they
- 59:31Speaker 2: treat her like a little toddler or something. Well, yeah,
- 59:35Speaker 2: she dresses a little like sometimes suggest as a little
- 59:38Speaker 2: toddler like, but like a little toddlers and tierras, I mean,
- 59:41Speaker 2: not just like any toddler.
- 59:45Speaker 3: Yep, yeah right, Well we will.
- 59:48Speaker 2: Hear about what these realmas. I know I'm gonna marry
- 59:56Speaker 2: all right, Well, listen, it's a great time to start
