For this episode I speak with my dear friend Julius. Julius is about to open a guest house in Oviedo, Spain - something he has been dreaming about for many years. We talk about how breakdown and depression forced him to confront himself with the loss of his father, who died suddenly, when Julius was just five years old. Going through old fears and grief he understood that due to this event he developed a negative self image based on blame and self limiting beliefs.
