- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's fuck ya Friday!
- 0:01[SPEAKER_01]: Fuck you!
- 0:02[SPEAKER_01]: Get ready for some wins!
- 0:05[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the Beat till you see it podcast, where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also Logan, prize instructor, and fitness business coach.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_01]: I've trained thousands of people around the world, and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: My friends, action brings clarity.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_01]: and it's the antidote to fear.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: Each week my guess will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it till you see it.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: Hi, Vib.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_01]: Hello from Tor.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_01]: My eighth tour.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my God.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_01]: Hello.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_01]: We're on the road.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_01]: We've done a couple stops and I'm just so excited to come into your ears.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously I've recorded this before we left, but I am super excited to share what my win is.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not just being on tour.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_01]: I promise you, there's some actual applicable things that you can use.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_01]: But first,
- 1:06[SPEAKER_01]: On these FIAP episodes, we do something inspirational that you might have missed on internet, but we just need to hear about and celebrate.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_01]: We do a win of yours, we do a win of mine, and then an affirmation.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_01]: So first up, we've had to have you know the clean on the podcast before.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_01]: So this post came up and I was like, oh my god, what is he done?
- 1:19[SPEAKER_01]: You guys, he has written a book.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_01]: So his book officially released on the fifteenth of May.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_01]: At the time that I was reading this, I could not pre-order on the US, but they told me that they're working on it.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_01]: We are going to have them back on the pod.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_01]: But his book is called You Are Not Your Limits.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_01]: You are not your limits, so to be in a McLean, that is the inspiration, because first life you're not following him, you will see some great inspirations.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_01]: I promise you, I promise you, one is doing to show people that they are not.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_01]: Their limits just makes me cry happy tears, and so you'll be inspired all of them.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_01]: He'll mean inspired all of the time with him.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_01]: I promise you, I promise you, so his book is out.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_01]: By the time you hear this, you should be able to go get it hopefully in the States as well.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure they're making that work.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: He's got an amazing team on his side.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_01]: All right, now the wins of yours.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so wins of yours.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_01]: Let me pull these up because these are ones you guys sent me on Instagram.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_01]: So, here we go.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_01]: Gen V fitness.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: We made our last payment on our Ford Focus today.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: Wait, fuck, I mean, I remember when I made my last in my student loans, I was like, oh,
- 2:23[SPEAKER_01]: just did that's long as I've ever had to commit to something.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_01]: Ryan May, my share is about leading with love, had amazing engagement interaction.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, let's all leave with love, Ryan May.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_01]: You guys let Ryan May has also been on the be a pod, so check her out, Ryan May McFly.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_01]: H.L.I.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_01]: Pilates got a new client from my auction donation way to go and Lori W. Watson, seven, seven.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_01]: I decided to post my final honor to my best friend, Ivy, keeping her in my heart forever.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_01]: That's good.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_01]: That's so good.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_01]: You know, that is so, so good.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_01]: I think like, so hard to like, see grief as a win.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_01]: But like, when we do things that allow us to have a special place for them and then honor them with others, like, that is a win.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: So thank you for sharing that with us.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you so much.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: All right, you guys.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_01]: A win of mine.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: By the way, you can send your wins in to beapod.com slash questions.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_01]: I know
- 3:15[SPEAKER_01]: That doesn't make sense because it's a win amount of question, but on the form you can either put a question, or you can put a win, or you can do both, and then we can celebrate you and send them out here.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_01]: So be a pod.com for questions.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_01]: All right, my win.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so the tour is off.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_01]: It's doing great.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_01]: Of course, we love it.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: We're on the eighth one.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_01]: But the win is actually in that every time we do the tour, I find ways to make it even better, not just for the people who are attending, but for me to be the best version of me so that I can make sure everyone has a good time.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: I think this is really important.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_01]: I always say self-care isn't self-ish care, but actually truly,
- 3:52[SPEAKER_01]: You take care of yourself means that you can be the best version of yourself or others and so then they have a better experience in their day, right?
- 3:58[SPEAKER_01]: So I have to make sure that I'm sleeping well and I'm feeling myself well and then I my stomach doesn't hurt and like my hormones are great, like all these different things.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_01]: And so now that we've had seven tours, each tour gets better and I'm able to go, oh, I like this.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like this.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_01]: Well,
- 4:13[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just about reflecting, that is a win, which we've done in the past, that it's the implementation.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_01]: So truly implementing what it is that I need.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_01]: And so what I did is I hired a trainer so that my workouts at the gym can be efficient and support my needs.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's my win.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_01]: And so I want to celebrate that.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: with you because I'm hoping you see that if you like sign up for OPC or you hire a trainer, you go to a studio, you have a gym membership like that is huge an investment that you're doing is an actual win.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just a checklist on a to-do list.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_01]: Like, okay, did that?
- 4:45[SPEAKER_01]: No, you invested in you.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_01]: Things don't make you feel good.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_01]: I worked with my trainer for several months before I left.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_01]: So it could really get to know each other.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: And then that way she can create workouts for me that don't take a long time.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_01]: That helped me stay when my goal stay strong, have energy of more energy on the days I work out than the days I don't.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's what I did.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_01]: That's my win.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_01]: I invested in that for me so that I can be the best for myself.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_01]: So have the most fun on this tour so that you can have a good time on it too.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_01]: So there it is.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_01]: Now, an affirmation.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_01]: Make mistakes.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_01]: Ooh, make mistakes.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: I, of course, make mistakes.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not so good at celebrating that.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_01]: That's something I work on daily.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_01]: So I celebrate those mistakes.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_01]: And I try really, really hard not to be hard on myself.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: But maybe we can all take it as like, I gotta make more mistakes because you wanna know something.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_01]: The stakes are how people like some of the best things in science came from a freaking mistake.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_01]: I can't name off the top of my head, but I feel like mold is one of those things.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_01]: So I just wanna say, don't be so hard in yourself.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes your mistakes actually turn into some really incredible things.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_01]: and you are a truly amazing person.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: So send your wins in to be a pod.com for questions.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_01]: I want to celebrate you.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_01]: And until next time, be it till you see it.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_01]: That's all I got for this episode of The Beat Tell You See A Podcast.
