Jesus became flesh and blood like us, that through death, He might destroy ‘him’ that had the power of death – that is, the devil, (Hebrews 2v14). Jesus died so that we could be adopted into God’s family! That’s the whole purpose of the new birth! By faith we’re born again into the Kingdom of God as children, sons and daughters of God!
