SPEAKER_03: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
• 4:00
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_03: We are$90 away from our weekly goal, which is$250, which is a very the lowest goal I could set.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_03: So we need$90 by the end of this episode if we want to be a have a had a live show Monday for everybody.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_03: Set that goal at the beginning of the week.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_03: Explain to y'all, you know.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_03: We all know, we all know what we're dealing with now with this economy and what's going on.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_03: Uh I'm sure we'll get there by the end of the episode.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_03: But yeah, we need$90 short.
• 4:43
  SPEAKER_03: Matter of fact, I I forgot.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_03: I gotta put the uh link.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_03: The link is in the show notes, but let me add the link to support the show in the chat right now.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_03: I almost forgot about that.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_03: I'm so big, I'm so ready to get into this Diddy appeal talk.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_03: I forgot to even put the link in the damn chat.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_03: Hold up, hold up, hold up.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_03: I didn't I tell y'all even before the appeal stuff started, they are trying to weasel Diddy's ass out of there.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_03: They are trying their damnedest to come up with a reason why he gets an appeal.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_03: Why he gets an appeal.
• 5:29
  SPEAKER_03: Let's see, boom.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_03: Uh I'm gonna put the link in the chat.
• 5:40
  SPEAKER_03: Uh, where is this?
• 5:42
  SPEAKER_03: What is going on?
• 5:45
SPEAKER_03: TMZ is championing uh for Diddy to be uh for Diddy to get out.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_03: Y'all see that he is going hard talking about Diddy is going to be Diddy is going to be uh looks like he might be going home or whatever his whatever his uh language was.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_03: I can't wait to get into this.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_03: But I remember I told y'all a month ago that they that they were, I think it was like a month ago, when they first announced it.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_03: Remember, I remember I told you that I felt like Diddy, like like they were gonna try something slick and we need to pay attention.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_03: Now that's not saying that it's gonna work or whatever, but I'm telling y'all the fix is in.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_03: They are trying, and we're gonna break all this mess down.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_03: But here's the link right here, y'all.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_03: Buy me a coffee to support the show so I can get my ass back here Monday morning for everybody, not just subscribers or whatever I have to do.

SPEAKER_03: But TMZ has no shame.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_03: Uh, if you want to support the show, if you want to keep the live show going and be back here on Monday, uh buy me a coffee.
• 7:08
  SPEAKER_03: Link is right here.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna leave it at the I'm gonna leave it up here as people come in.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_03: So if they ask, uh, this is the link.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_03: I definitely want to keep going and uh be live Monday.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_03: Uh let's get started with let's first start off with uh Harvey.
• 7:28
SPEAKER_03: Let's start off with uh what Harvey had to say.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_03: Uh let me pull it up.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_03: I I I I was like, I told y'all, and if y'all been following the show, y'all know I've already said that this was gonna be this is what they was trying to do.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: There is a good chance that Diddy could be eating dinner at his home tonight, a free man.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: And that's because uh an appeals court is now hearing the review.
• 8:00
  SPEAKER_03: Start that over.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_03: Do y'all hear what Harvey said?
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: There is a good chance that Diddy could be eating dinner at his home tonight, a free man.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: And that's because uh an appeals court is now hearing the review of the trial in which Diddy was convicted of violating the MAN Act.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: And his defense lawyers are making two arguments that could sway these judges and make them overturn the conviction.
• 8:31
  SPEAKER_00: Let me explain both.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_03: So the first is So you as you can see, Harvey opened up.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_03: Harvey opened up the show.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_03: Uh saying that it's a good chance that Diddy will be home tonight, paving the way for that for the for the Diddy coming home narrative.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_03: Now, like I said, I told you from the beginning, in my opinion, it's not happening.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_03: But what I did realize is before all this got started, I saw that there was gonna be a huge push from certain platforms, certain publications, uh, to put this narrative out.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_03: Maybe to influence the judges, uh, maybe to influence the public, and maybe getting behind Diddy.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_03: And uh, it really got me thinking.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_04: What are they trying to do?
• 9:58
SPEAKER_03: Uh exactly what we know they did do.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_03: So what I did was let's do let's use this breakdown of the uh I use the uh I use AI chat to see what with this narrative they push and how is this affecting the uh Diddy appeal?
• 10:21
SPEAKER_03: So we just heard what Harvey started off with.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_03: So we're gonna go, we're gonna break down what he's saying, and then I'm gonna go to this AI.
• 10:30
  SPEAKER_03: So Harvey TMZ.
• 10:33
  SPEAKER_03: Now I'm with y'all.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_03: Y'all know we don't, we, we, I don't see it happening, and I don't see any justification, but let's let's see what he's saying and let's let's break him down.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: Eating dinner at his home tonight, a free man knew of the trial in which Diddy was convicted of violating the man act, and his defense lawyers are making two arguments that could sway these judges and make them overturn the conviction.
• 11:03
  SPEAKER_00: Let me explain both.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_00: So the first is that the defense says that the violation of the Mann Act is to prohibit the transportation of prostitutes across state lines, and it's typically for commercial purposes.
• 11:23
  SPEAKER_00: That's where they've used it before.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: In this case, um the defense is saying this is nothing more than kinky porn.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_00: And kinky porn is protected by the First Amendment.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: Now, that may sound crazy, but I'm gonna read you something from their brief.
• 11:43
  SPEAKER_00: Listen to this.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: They say freak-ups and hotel nights were highly choreographed sexual performances involving the use of costumes, role play, and staged lighting, which were filmed so Combs and his girlfriends could watch this amateur pornography later.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: Pornography production and viewing of this sort is protected by the First Amendment and thus cannot constitutionally be prosecuted.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_03: So what there's okay, now they are saying that this pornography was constitutional.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_03: But this is but Diddy was convicted of prostitution by transportation.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_03: Uh so how do they just how are they skipping over the whole flying in and paying commercial sex workers paying them for sex?
• 12:59
SPEAKER_03: How does that how does that get completely skipped over?
• 13:03
SPEAKER_03: Is my question their focus is on the actual making of the movies that that's constitutional?
• 13:18
SPEAKER_03: But how do they explain that you're not these these sex workers were not supposed to be you can't you can't just pay people to have sex like that's been illegal forever, as long as I know so to think I don't understand the logic behind thinking or or or trying to make it seem like Diddy saying that his Diddy saying that his his making of the films was constitutional, so now we're supposed to overturn the whole fucking case because you you are uh you feel like you are allowed to make homemade corn.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_03: Does that make sense to anybody in the chat?
• 14:23
  SPEAKER_03: Please let me know.
• 14:24
  SPEAKER_03: I I'm I'm I I feel like an alien right now.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_03: I feel like, you know, we've been talking about the aliens too, but I feel like an alien, I feel like I'm on another planet or something because I don't even understand how that is a logical explanation to overturn Diddy's conviction.
• 14:45
  SPEAKER_03: But let's continue.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: What I'm saying is, look, if you want to use the man, buddy, he the defense go quick to judge it that way.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: So we don't know what the prosecution uh is going to say beyond that in court, but these judges, as I'm recording right now, the judges are hearing these arguments.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: The second thing they're arguing is that the sentence was totally out of whack, that Diddy got 50 months for violating the MAN Act.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: Um, and typically for MAN Act prosecutions, the average is around 15 months.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: And what the defense is saying is that the trial judge in this case considered all sorts of evidence that he shouldn't have.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: That the judge, even though Diddy was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking, and there were a lot of there was a lot of evidence presented about coercion and force, and the Cassie video was uh introduced into evidence.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: Um the defense is saying none of that should be considered because the man heck has nothing to do with that.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: But they're saying the judge's the judge's sentence was colored by all of those things.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: And the judge threw the book at Diddy um when the judge should have just looked at the Mann Act violation and then sentenced appropriately, they're saying the appropriate sentence should have been around 15 months.
• 16:07
  SPEAKER_00: Well, guess what?
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: Diddy has already served 19 months.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: So if either of those arguments fly, if if the uh the appellate court believes that this is constitutionally protected porn, or if the appellate court believes that the sentence was out of whack, 15 months is more appropriate, either one of those, Diddy is a free man.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_03: So the oral argument, as I said, is I got a couple things I want to say on that.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_03: This it is it is it is it it is so crazy how they try to push these narratives and and and just say whatever.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_03: First of all, all of y'all in the in the chat, we've been following this, we followed this Diddy case, and we've been following this Diddy story like a freaking bloodhound.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_03: Now, first point I want to make is did they not send in the defense and the prosecution send in examples of the sentencing timelines.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_03: And I don't have the exact ones that the prosecution sent in, but they I mean uh time the time the the not the timeline, I'm sorry, the the the other cases of the man act where uh time was uh how much time was given.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_03: They did the judge had them do this.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_03: This was a big thing, like they had time to do it.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_03: The judge went over it.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_03: The prosecution saw many examples of people getting uh uh a large amount of time or time similar to Diddy's or even a little more for the man act.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_03: So, unless, like I said, they got somebody the fixes in and and diddy done paid some fucking back backstage money or something, how are you gonna argue what the uh exactly what they argued already in the court?
• 18:25
SPEAKER_03: They've already talked about the different time that people were given for the man act.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_03: They did this during the trial during sentencing.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_03: The judge specifically asked the prosecution to send in examples, and they did.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_03: So to say Diddy got more time than anybody from the man act, that's just not true.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_03: We went over this, Judge Aaron Subbermanian.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_03: Of all things, it was some things I didn't like the way he handled it.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_03: I just thought maybe some ways he might have been a little soft on Diddy and soft in the courtroom.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_03: I thought maybe he maybe may have let Diddy, you know, stare down too many jurors without acting soon enough.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_03: But one thing I can say is he was very thorough in his approach, and when he made decisions, he gathered a lot of information from both sides.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_03: And like I said, if they made such a big deal about turning in examples of cases of how much time people got being uh being convicted of the man act, that to come to the appeal and still raise the same exact argument that the defense tried to raise during sentencing when the prosecution showed many examples of people who got time similar to Diddy.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_03: Some got more than Diddy, some got a little less.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_03: It was all over, it was a spread out, spread out situation.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_03: It was it was uh different amounts of time, but they went over this.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_03: They went over this, so it's like this is an argument that was already talked about.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_03: I feel like they just taking Diddy's money.
• 20:18
  SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_03: Enoch brought up an example.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_03: The prosecutions, uh, the prosecutions brought the prosecutors, I'm sorry, uh, you said prosecution, but the prosecutor brought up a case where a guy got 10 years on the man, according to Enoch.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_03: I can't remember exactly, but I know Enoch has been following following closely, and I'm pretty sure she has the um correct info.
• 20:44
  SPEAKER_03: 10 years.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_03: So that's what I'm so so for Harvey, Mr.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_03: TMZ, to push this narrative that people like that that that and act like it's some it's justified to say that Diddy got more time than anybody for the man act is just flat out bullshit.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_03: Second of all, on top of that, his conviction carried a maximum of ten years per charge that he was convicted.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_03: He was convicted of two charges of transportation or prostitution.
• 21:42
  SPEAKER_03: That's twenty years.
• 21:48
SPEAKER_03: What the hell do we even have maximums if somebody can have be convicted of something that carries twenty years?
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_03: Max.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_03: Now, of course, they don't give them max most of the time, but 20 years max, and we're gonna argue that four years in two months is too much when the maximum was 20 years.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_03: So if that's the case, what the hell is the point of having maximums if they don't mean shit?
• 22:28
SPEAKER_03: To say that you could have got 20 years technically.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_03: Diddy could have got 20 years technically.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_03: We just being technically the maximum was 20 years.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_03: Now we're gonna allow somebody to hold an appeal, and they technically could have got 20 years, they ended up getting four years, and part of the argument is they got too much time.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_03: In other words, the guidelines and the maximums don't mean a damn thing if that's the case.
• 23:10
  SPEAKER_03: What?
• 23:10
SPEAKER_03: He's supposed to have a maximum of 20 years and get one year?
• 23:16
  SPEAKER_03: Two years?
• 23:17
  SPEAKER_03: Time served from a 20-year, a technically 20-year conviction?
• 23:24
  SPEAKER_03: Make it make sense.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_03: That shit don't even mean nothing.
• 23:39
  SPEAKER_03: Why even say it?
• 23:40
  SPEAKER_03: Why even have it?
• 23:45
SPEAKER_03: Why not why not just let the judge uh just have convictions and let the judge just willy-nilly it if we gonna sit up here and say 20 years technically is what he could have got, and now we arguing that four years was too much.
• 23:59
  SPEAKER_04: Was way too much.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_03: I was following this appeal hearing, just shaking my head.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_03: Shaking my head to the point where my fucking neck starts hurting, because I'm like, this is bullshit.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_03: And people are running around acting like he's saying something.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_03: Do you know this guy Diddy had spent a billion dollars on his legal team?
• 24:39
SPEAKER_03: They argued everything under the sun the entire time.
• 24:49
SPEAKER_03: You mean to tell me all of a sudden now they found something to of how this should get appealed?
• 25:01
  SPEAKER_03: Come on.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_03: Like let's just be let's just be honest.
• 25:04
SPEAKER_03: Let's use our our common sense.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_03: All of a sudden, after millions and billions of dollars spent, they've argued everything you could think of.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_03: They've had a hearing for everything you could think of.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_03: Now all of a sudden, they regurgitating the same shit and calling it appeal, just taking Diddy's money, and then you got people like Harvey Levin and some of these Diddyites, Diddyots running around talking about yeah, he got more time for the mannequin than you're supposed to get for the manak.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_03: And the poem was he could he made it for his own personal pleasure.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_03: That ain't what the fuck this whole case was about.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_03: But based on the narratives that's going around, let me break it down of real talk, what's going on and what's being said.
• 26:20
SPEAKER_03: I don't know when the decision is coming in.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_03: I don't know when the decision is coming in.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_03: Um, they have no exact timeline of when we're gonna find out uh whether uh Diddy is gonna win his appeal or lose his appeal.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_03: But what we do know is what they broke down.
• 26:47
SPEAKER_03: So breaking down the chances of Diddy's appeal based on what's being said, this is what this is what uh some people are saying.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_03: What the judges are signaling, they saying that they didn't shut him down.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_03: They saying that that is a good sign for Diddy.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_03: The judges engaged heavily with his lawyers.
• 27:13
SPEAKER_03: They asked serious questions about the sentencing, not just brushing it off.
• 27:20
  SPEAKER_03: Translation.
• 27:21
SPEAKER_03: This is not a dead on arrival appeal.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_03: He's still in the game.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_03: Now, I think he's getting a real ear only because it's high profile and the and the money and the and the and the money being spent and the lawyers that are that are bringing it to the table.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_03: Um from my past experience, judges seem to listen a little more on high profile big money attorneys when they're talking.
• 27:53
SPEAKER_03: If this was uh not Diddy and this was Paul down the street, these judges first of all, he wouldn't even be at an appeal.
• 28:01
SPEAKER_03: But if he did have an appeal, they would be shutting that shit down before he could take his first breath.
• 28:06
SPEAKER_03: Before the attorney could take their first breath, that appeal would be shut to hell, it was shut down.
• 28:11
SPEAKER_03: But I believe because these are high profile, a high profile case, high profile attorneys and big money being spent and big money watching it.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_03: These judge our judges are paying attention and looking hella engaged.
• 28:26
  SPEAKER_03: That's my opinion.
• 28:28
SPEAKER_03: Now, the big issue here, acquitted conduct.
• 28:32
SPEAKER_03: This is where things get spicy.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_03: Diddy's team is arguing the judge punished him based on things the jury did not convict him of.
• 28:42
  SPEAKER_03: That's called acquitted conduct.
• 28:44
SPEAKER_03: And even though it's technically allowed in some cases, a lot of judges hate how it feels.
• 28:50
SPEAKER_03: Now, key words right there.
• 28:52
  SPEAKER_03: It is allowed.
• 28:59
  SPEAKER_04: It is allowed.
• 29:02
SPEAKER_03: We can't be straddling the fence.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_03: Either it's allowed or it's not allowed.
• 29:10
SPEAKER_03: And then in this case, it was allowed.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_03: And the fact that you can do something on acquitted, you can make decisions or sentencing based on acquitted conduct, it is allowed.
• 29:23
  SPEAKER_03: So let's continue.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_03: During the hearing, at least one judge seemed very uncomfortable with that concept.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_03: So they're saying that one of the judges that is hearing this appeal didn't like, didn't like the idea.
• 29:43
  SPEAKER_03: Good morning, Island girl.
• 29:45
SPEAKER_03: Didn't like the idea that Diddy was uh that acquitted conduct was considered.
• 29:54
SPEAKER_03: Uh so so they pressed, they then pressed the government on how hard on government on how hard on how that was fair.
• 30:03
SPEAKER_03: They went hard at the government about why they felt that was fair.
• 30:09
SPEAKER_03: Many people believe this was Diddy's strongest argument.
• 30:14
SPEAKER_03: If anything saves them, it could be the acquitted conduct.
• 30:20
SPEAKER_04: But the judges weren't fully sold.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_03: Uh they weren't fully sold.
• 30:35
SPEAKER_03: Now here's the reality: some judges push back on Diddy's team.
• 30:40
SPEAKER_03: They questioned whether the sentence was actually within legal guidelines anyway.
• 30:45
SPEAKER_03: They didn't clearly signal we're overturning this.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_03: Translation This is not a slam dunk for Diddy, of course.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_03: But many people who are following this Harvey narrative believe it's a legitimate fighter on hand.
• 31:05
SPEAKER_03: Now, the First Amendment argument, which is the weakest part of the whole argument, his team tried to argue parts of the case involve free speech and free expression.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_03: Now, before I that that's what I said, like that part is just mumbo jumbo.
• 31:22
  SPEAKER_03: I don't even understand.
• 31:24
SPEAKER_03: You paying, you paying these attorneys big money to try to convince, and part of their uh argument is that it was this is freedom of speech and expression, this cornography.
• 31:48
SPEAKER_03: Judges basically didn't lean into this much at all, and they seem more focused on the sentencing issues.
• 32:00
SPEAKER_03: So overall, as I said earlier, and these ex quote unquote experts are saying the freedom of expression part, they could have kept that.
• 32:13
SPEAKER_03: That doesn't even hold any way.
• 32:21
SPEAKER_03: So at the end of the day, this is what they're saying the real uh real chance, this is the chances.
• 32:28
SPEAKER_03: What they what the experts are saying is an honest breakdown of Diddy's uh chances.
• 32:38
SPEAKER_03: So they say as a full overturn conviction, meaning fully overturning and conviction wiped, they are saying it's very unlikely.
• 32:53
SPEAKER_03: Sentence being reduced or having a real uh uh having a resentencing, they feel like that's a real possibility.
• 33:04
SPEAKER_03: And then also an appeal being denied completely is also a real possibility.
• 33:15
SPEAKER_03: So basically, if we were to put this in percentages, they looking at 50% appeal being denied, and 35 to 40 percent sentence gets reduced or sent back.
• 33:36
SPEAKER_03: 10 to 15 percent, he wins the appeal.
• 33:39
SPEAKER_03: Now, 50 on an appeal being denied, that seems very low.
• 33:50
SPEAKER_03: I think I forgot, I I I don't know the exact number, but I thought they said only matter of fact, let me check this before I say it, but I'm thinking federal appeals, what is the percentage of of victories or uh what are the percentage of appeals that are denied?
• 34:10
  SPEAKER_03: I looked this up.
• 34:11
SPEAKER_03: I just want to I don't want to get on here and say the wrong number, but uh appeals denied.
• 34:21
SPEAKER_03: 80 to 90 percent of all federal appeals are denied.
• 34:29
SPEAKER_03: Now they are saying Diddy has a 50 percent chance of being denied when it's normally 80 to 90 percent, even that right there gives me cause to pause.
• 34:55
SPEAKER_03: They went through this case with a fine-tooth comb.
• 34:58
  SPEAKER_03: He didn't get Rico.
• 35:03
SPEAKER_03: He wasn't charged with Rico.
• 35:05
SPEAKER_03: It was hella evidence he done blew up people's cars.
• 35:08
SPEAKER_03: Just show you how money worked and fame.
• 35:13
SPEAKER_03: Anybody with common sense with half a brain knows he blew up Kid Cuddy's car.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_03: He ran around with pistols.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_03: I totally believe the story that Capricorn Clark told because not only did I know what she said, but I know family member, a family member who told me the stories before the trial of what happened to Capricorn Clark, and it was a lot of back and forth.
• 35:45
SPEAKER_03: There were a lot of gang, because Capricorn Clark had a lot of gang cousins, like cousins and family members who were in gang, and they pressed Diddy.
• 35:54
SPEAKER_03: That's why Diddy ended up paying Capricorn Clark out that money after he put hands on her and did all that kidnapping shit.
• 36:01
SPEAKER_03: So I I strongly, from the information I have, I strongly believe Capricorn Clark.
• 36:08
SPEAKER_03: All of this wild shit.
• 36:14
SPEAKER_03: And he gets a measly four years, and now he's looking at a 50%, basically 50-50.
• 36:29
SPEAKER_03: If you listen to the experts or the narrative that's being projected, we are looking at a 50-50 chance on Diddy either getting denied or getting some type of sentence reduction or something to do with resentencing.
• 36:46
SPEAKER_03: Now, they are saying it's only about a 10% chance that he gets the whole thing re-re uh gets the whole thing overturned.
• 36:58
SPEAKER_03: But to even sit up here and look at the fact that Diddy, after all of this shit, has a 50% chance, only a 50% chance to be denied when normally it's 80 to 90 percent.
• 37:20
  SPEAKER_03: It's ridiculous.
• 37:29
  SPEAKER_03: What say y'all?
• 37:31
SPEAKER_03: And let me put the let me and also y'all, I'm I'm gonna announce whatever uh whatever donations come in, I will announce those at the end of the show to let y'all know if we will be back here on Monday.
• 37:44
SPEAKER_03: Uh, I'm gonna put the link for the buy me a coffee one more time in the chat.
• 37:50
SPEAKER_03: Um times is hard, but hey, look, we're gonna do what we gotta do to keep this keep this live show going.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_03: And when I say the live show, I don't want to be confused.
• 38:09
SPEAKER_03: The podcast is going strong, the audio version, so that has nothing to do with the audio version.
• 38:15
SPEAKER_03: Right now, we are trying to save the live version.
• 38:20
SPEAKER_03: So I just want to be clear on that.
• 38:22
SPEAKER_03: So people don't the the podcast, the audio version is going strong.
• 38:27
SPEAKER_03: I got good a good amount of subscribers, and like I said, the audio version is very supported, and I appreciate everybody on Apple and Spotify.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_03: I will uh I will definitely um uh I appreciate all my Apple and Spotify people responding to a to a to a community member right now.
• 39:05
SPEAKER_03: Um I appreciate all my Apple, Spotify, and all my other platforms uh who for supporting.
• 39:12
SPEAKER_03: So I just don't I just don't want nobody to get confused and think that we're talking about the actual audio podcast on Apple and Spotify.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_03: Y'all are have nothing to do with this.
• 39:21
SPEAKER_03: This is only concerning the live me, the live that I do at 8:30 Monday through Friday.
• 39:28
SPEAKER_03: Um, I didn't want to get all into it, but it's about a two to three hour commitment daily.
• 39:34
SPEAKER_03: And I do want to make sure I'm using my time wisely so that I can continue to grow and continue to uh grow into my content creating and my podcast and everything like that.
• 39:50
SPEAKER_03: Uh so I set a minimum goal of$250 a week, which is not a lot.
• 39:54
SPEAKER_03: Y'all, y'all got hey, look, anybody out there that's working a job or just working, period, know the work that I put in and the amount that I sacrifice to be here daily at 8 30.
• 40:04
  SPEAKER_03: $250 is very minimum.
• 40:08
SPEAKER_03: So I definitely like I understand the economy.
• 40:10
SPEAKER_03: So I'm not trying to gouge anybody, but I also, like I said, I got bills to pay, I got miles to feed, I got all types of shit to do.
• 40:19
SPEAKER_03: So I can't have to be uh mindful of my time and what I'm spending it doing versus what it is, what amount of food is able to put on the table.
• 40:32
SPEAKER_03: But back to this Diddy stuff.
• 40:33
SPEAKER_03: So oh shoot, I didn't even and let me let me put the uh let me put the chat the uh the uh buy me a coffee up here.

• 44:27
  SPEAKER_03: It's been a wild week, y'all.

  SPEAKER_03: What a what a week.
• 44:29
SPEAKER_03: I don't know about y'all, but this is one of those weeks where I'm I now I understand the saying of thank God it's Friday.
• 44:38
  SPEAKER_03: I needed this Friday.
• 44:40
SPEAKER_03: You know, sometimes you work hard during the week, and shit, you just look up and say, Thank God it's a damn weekend.
• 44:51
SPEAKER_03: I can chill, relax, and get my mind right.
• 44:56
  SPEAKER_03: Monica, what's going on?
• 44:58
  SPEAKER_03: I see you.
• 45:01
SPEAKER_03: Tracy says, be safe, safe travels, see Tuck.
• 45:04
  SPEAKER_04: Michelle says, Safe travels.

SPEAKER_03: Uh let's see who else we got in there.
• 45:31
SPEAKER_03: Uh C Tuck said thank you to everybody and precious.
• 45:41
SPEAKER_03: We'll still do the uh we we hope C Tuck make it home.
• 45:45
SPEAKER_03: We don't we don't we we don't wanna we don't wanna have a uh be trying to figure out what'll happen to C Tuck on the road.
• 45:52
SPEAKER_03: Keep your eyes on the road, C Tuck.
• 45:54
  SPEAKER_03: You texting and driving.
• 46:15
SPEAKER_03: Let's see, traveling grace, lazy baby says gas prices, oh yeah, thank you for bringing that up, Tracy.
• 46:21
SPEAKER_03: Gas prices, she says they have gone down in uh in North Carolina by what two cents.
• 46:44
  SPEAKER_03: I don't know, I don't know if it's down in Cleveland.
• 46:46
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we gotta keep up with them damn gas prices, y'all.
• 46:50
SPEAKER_03: Definitely gotta keep up with the gas prices.
• 46:55
SPEAKER_03: Oh, something I just want to bring up.
• 46:57
SPEAKER_03: This is like a side note.
• 46:59
SPEAKER_03: This is like a little side quest, little personal podcast take that's really getting on my nerves.
• 47:04
SPEAKER_03: I don't know how many of y'all have been following.
• 47:13
SPEAKER_03: Um, I don't know how many of y'all have been following this Pooh Shaisty Gucci Man situation.
• 47:24
SPEAKER_03: But there's a bigger issue going on with this that I just want to speak on.
• 47:29
SPEAKER_03: So I don't know if y'all Pooh Shaisty is a rapper who was signed by Gucci Man.
• 47:34
SPEAKER_03: I'm sure a lot of y'all at least have heard of Gucci Man if you haven't heard of Pooh Shysti.
• 47:38
SPEAKER_03: But Gucci Man signed Pooh Shaisty, took him off the streets, um, bought him cars, all types of stuff.
• 47:47
  SPEAKER_03: Just showed him love.
• 47:48
SPEAKER_03: From what I know, I'm not in the inner circle, so I don't know everything that went on.
• 47:52
SPEAKER_03: But long story short, Gucci Man had Pooh Shaisty under contract, which all label owners, this is what they do.
• 48:01
SPEAKER_03: And uh uh recently, Pooh Shysti uh was in is was indicted, and Pooh Shisey's father and his people in his crew were all indicted for kidnapping and putting a gun to Gucci Man's head and forcing him to sign a release to let Poochysti out of his contract.
• 48:32
SPEAKER_03: And they got hella, hella evidence.
• 48:36
SPEAKER_03: Some people saying they got video recordings, some saying they don't, but they got hella evidence.
• 48:40
  SPEAKER_03: They got hella evidence.
• 48:43
SPEAKER_03: Even Gucci Man's cameraman was beat up and choked unconscious during this whole thing.
• 48:54
SPEAKER_03: So Gucci Man, they are saying uh Gucci man, they are saying that Gucci man quote unquote snitched, or he gave a statement and identified Pooh Shysti and the crew and you know told them what happened to him.
• 49:25
SPEAKER_03: First of all, when you got when you get your jury took and all type of stuff for insurance purposes, if you want to get your insurance money back and get your money back for your jewelry that you were robbed of, you need to make a statement anyway.
• 49:40
SPEAKER_03: But second of all, do y'all know that some assholes on the internet and including Bootsy?
• 49:48
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna have to just call him out by name.
• 49:50
SPEAKER_03: I some like I like Bootsy as far as entertainment-wise, I think he's funny, I think he has some good quality about him.
• 50:02
SPEAKER_03: But this street shit that he talks, amongst other things, do you know people have a problem in acting like Gucci man is wrong for identifying the motherfuckers who put guns to his head and robbed him over a business transaction?
• 50:22
SPEAKER_03: This is not the streets.
• 50:28
SPEAKER_03: I am sick of that narrative, man.
• 50:31
SPEAKER_03: What Gucci is supposed to now if Gucci kill him, then we be all mad at Gucci and his family be crying and they be having t-shirts with Pooch Ice on it.
• 50:43
SPEAKER_03: But Gucci does the right, he's not in the streets, he's damn near what 50 years old.
• 50:49
SPEAKER_03: At what point does that street mentality is at what point are we done with that?
• 50:57
SPEAKER_03: That is the most ignorant shit I've heard in a long time.
• 51:03
SPEAKER_03: And I've heard some ignorant shit.
• 51:05
  SPEAKER_03: We've been covering a Diddy case.
• 51:06
SPEAKER_03: So I've been hearing ignorant shit left and right.
• 51:09
SPEAKER_03: But you mean to tell me you got assholes who are mad or acting like Gucci is wrong for making a statement?
• 51:29
SPEAKER_03: Like, so he's supposed to Gucci man is supposed to get robbed at gunpoint, kidnapped, locked in a studio to sign this release.
• 51:39
SPEAKER_03: And because he's supposed to honor some fucked up street code that I don't even know what this has to do with regular business, but he's supposed to just sit back and let that happen.
• 51:51
SPEAKER_03: So then what is he supposed to do?
• 51:52
SPEAKER_03: Not make a statement and then go back and set up Pooch Dicey and put a gun in his head and make him sign back onto the label, and then this thing just keeps going back and forth.
• 52:06
  SPEAKER_03: Grow up, man.
• 52:09
SPEAKER_03: I'm starting to not even like rap no more, and I'm really sounding like an old man.
• 52:14
SPEAKER_03: And and and not just the art form of rap, but these it's some of this rapper street mentality shit, it gotta go, man.
• 52:26
SPEAKER_03: Gucci man made it out the streets, served his time, got his life on in order, married, handling real business, and he gotta sit back and and get robbed and guns pointed at his head.
• 52:41
SPEAKER_03: And then because he is questioned and identified who did it to him, you got people like Lil Bootsie and other people in the in online talking about they mad at Gucci.
• 53:02
SPEAKER_03: We gotta we gotta start calling that shit out, y'all.
• 53:08
SPEAKER_03: We gotta start like saying, like, shut up, Bootsy.
• 53:11
SPEAKER_03: What the f what is wrong with y'all?
• 53:16
SPEAKER_03: So somebody put a gun in my head, make me sign some stuff, take my jewelry, take my money, and then y'all ain't mad at him or them.
• 53:30
SPEAKER_03: Y'all mad at me because I say what they that that they just did this to me.
• 53:36
SPEAKER_03: But y'all not mad at the people who putting guns to people's head and kidnapping them and and and and and and and robbing them.
• 53:45
SPEAKER_03: They work Gucci worked hard and got his jury legally.
• 53:50
SPEAKER_03: You illegally rob them at gunpoint and take it from them, but you got some assholes that's more mad at Gucci and not even thinking about the people who did this shit.
• 54:09
SPEAKER_03: I just had to speak on that, y'all, because it's it's it's some toxic.
• 54:14
  SPEAKER_03: This is horrible.
• 54:15
  SPEAKER_03: I don't even like it.
• 54:16
SPEAKER_03: Frustrat me even watching this shit when people saying it like, are you that what grow up?
• 54:25
SPEAKER_03: And we've got young 20, 19, 18, 17, 16-year-olds looking up at us, and people my age and older, like Bootsy and all these other people are saying this retarded shit.
• 54:41
SPEAKER_03: Excuse me for saying retarded, no shout out to um mentally whatever.
• 54:47
SPEAKER_03: I didn't mean to even say it like that, but I'm it just pisses me off.
• 54:53
  SPEAKER_03: Grow up.
• 54:57

  SPEAKER_03: But let's let's give a special.
• 56:46
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna I'm gonna give everybody who donated today their flowers and their shout outs.
• 56:52
SPEAKER_03: Um, so first, before I get to the last but not least, one of the biggest supporters of this show, I'm gonna give her her flowers last.
• 57:01
SPEAKER_03: But today, y'all can thank Island Girl, Island 23.
• 57:07
SPEAKER_03: She donated$25 to keep this thing going.
• 57:13
  SPEAKER_03: Keep the lights on.
• 57:15
SPEAKER_03: Everybody shout out Island Girl in the comments for the$25 donation.
• 57:20
  SPEAKER_03: Next, Michelle.
• 57:24
  SPEAKER_03: Renice.
• 57:24
SPEAKER_03: I'm sorry if I Michelle, you know who you are, Michelle.
• 57:34
SPEAKER_03: Michelle, thank you for the$10 donation today.
• 57:38
SPEAKER_03: Lazy Baby, thank you for the$10 donation today.
• 57:45
SPEAKER_03: All of y'all contributed to getting us to this goal.
• 57:49
  SPEAKER_03: I'm happy.
• 57:50
SPEAKER_03: I'm looking forward to Monday.
• 57:52
SPEAKER_03: I love, I told y'all, I want to build the live stream revenue up because I want to go live two hours a day.
• 58:00
SPEAKER_03: I want to do, I want to take time away from my content creating and creating videos for social media.
• 58:06
SPEAKER_03: I would love to just stay on fucking live.
• 58:09
SPEAKER_03: And we all want a two-hour show.
• 58:11
SPEAKER_03: So I am going to make it a point to build the revenue up on this live so I can be on live more.
• 58:19
SPEAKER_03: I got C Tuck, uh uh, one of the best co-hosts I could ever ask for, who is down and committed.
• 58:26
SPEAKER_03: Love doing the show with him.
• 58:28
SPEAKER_03: It actually helps take a little load off of me to have another perspective and another person talking.
• 58:34
SPEAKER_03: So I'm looking forward to building this thing.
• 58:37
SPEAKER_03: And I told you, I put a lot of the accountability on me because a lot of the YouTubers and a lot of they actually do continuously stress the uh the importance of the donations and the shout-outs.
• 58:50
SPEAKER_03: I am just so much about the stories, I don't do that enough.
• 58:54
SPEAKER_03: But as you can see, this week it went the way we needed it to go.
• 58:59
SPEAKER_03: And I'm grateful, and I'm sure everybody who wakes up in the morning knowing that we got a place that we can come to and talk.
• 59:09
SPEAKER_03: Um, we want to keep that shit going and not only keep it going, but we want to uh uh make it more shit.
• 59:19
  SPEAKER_03: That's I don't want to do an hour.
• 59:20
SPEAKER_03: Only reason I'll do an hour because that hour takes me two or three hours between prepping and uploading and all that, and so I the more I can't I can't afford to do two hours right now.
• 59:32
SPEAKER_03: I have to do my other content and my other coaching and all of that.
• 59:35
SPEAKER_03: But if we can build this thing up, y'all, like I said, this I would love for this to be a two-hour show, two and a half hours.
• 59:42
SPEAKER_03: I see Nightcap goes two and a half hours.
• 59:46
SPEAKER_03: So I I I want to build it up to like Shannon Sharp and Ocho's show.
• 59:52
SPEAKER_03: They do two to two and a half hours on that show every day or whenever they come on.
• 59:57
SPEAKER_03: I want to be like that.
• 59:58
SPEAKER_03: So, with the help of y'all, and we're gonna slowly build this thing up, tell your friends about it, uh, get your friends and family members involved, whatever.
• 1:00:06
SPEAKER_03: We're gonna build this thing up so we can get on this thing and talk for two and a half hours, maybe three hours.
• 1:00:12
  SPEAKER_03: I don't give a damn.
• 1:00:13
SPEAKER_03: I like doing it, and I love the community that I built, like it's a great community.
• 1:00:18
SPEAKER_03: But I say all that to say, uh uh let me give a special, special shout out.
• 1:00:27
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, let me see.
• 1:00:27
SPEAKER_03: Grandma Kathy, I mean I want to see.

SPEAKER_03: But Michelle says she loved this community.
• 1:00:47
SPEAKER_03: Uh Lazy Baby says all the donors are amazing.
• 1:00:51
  SPEAKER_03: I agree.

• 1:01:09
SPEAKER_03: And I want everybody to give a special, special shout out to uh to uh our our girl Allison from Philly.
• 1:01:20
SPEAKER_03: Because Allison came in with$90 herself.
• 1:01:23
SPEAKER_03: And Allison, I don't know if I don't uh I don't never I don't see her much in the comments, but she does send the Apple Pays.
• 1:01:33

SPEAKER_03: And this is Allison from Philly.
• 1:01:46
SPEAKER_03: She said, I can't donate to the link, so I sent it to Apple Pay.
• 1:01:51
SPEAKER_03: And um, everybody, Allison, give Allison her flowers and um um let her know that we appreciate it and just flood the comments with everybody.

• 1:02:26
  SPEAKER_03: Shout out to everybody.
• 1:02:27
SPEAKER_03: And like I said, some some weeks somebody gonna have to pick up the slack.
• 1:02:32
SPEAKER_03: Some weeks, some people might not have it, some weeks others have it.
• 1:02:36
SPEAKER_03: Whatever we gotta do, this is why we're a community.
• 1:02:38
  SPEAKER_03: We're gonna come together.
• 1:02:39
  SPEAKER_03: And who got it?
