- Prashanthi Nuthi: Hello ⁓ week I ⁓ something completely different I have never done in almost 22 years ⁓ I ⁓ five completely off no phone laptop no work work related nothing ⁓ got fully disconnected ⁓ to ⁓ my anniversary with my family and ⁓ And honestly, I expected something to break. An urgent phone call. A sudden production issue. ⁓ Or ⁓ something to prove that I indispensable. nothing like that happened. Everything went on smoothly. ⁓ No disruptions whatsoever. ⁓ That's when I realized all this while nobody was asking me to multitask. Not my employer, not my manager, nobody. But it was a choice I made. I had convinced myself that being constantly available meant being valuable. In reality, was dividing it between and family, ⁓ Between conversations and notifications. That's when I also realized the best teams that worked for me were those who were focused on a single priority ⁓ versus different priorities. Presence is a leadership skill. So here's the microbes you. ⁓ Think about a moment this week that requires your full attention. ⁓ conversation, ⁓ a dinner, a walk. ⁓ a meeting ⁓ And ensure there is no other distraction, no phone, no second screen, no multitasking. Not because somebody asked you to, but because you choose to. Remember small actions, big impact. Until we meet again next time, let's keep making impact. Thank you.
