In today's episode I am joined Nick who has Crohn's disease, he is a Bodybuilder and a co host of The Chronic Power Podcast. Myself and Nick talk IBD and ask each other questions about our ongoing Journey's the tough times, and better times. Nick is from America he has his own business called White Dragon training, he talks to us about being a bodybuilder on top of having a Chronic Illness. Nick also takes Humira injections fortnightly.
