- 0:05Speaker 3: In morning Megan, Good morning, Froggy, Good morning John, Morning Frog.
- 0:08Speaker 3: It is a cold start down. What's a thirty nine?
- 0:12Speaker 3: I think the lowest that's going to get is right now,
- 0:13Speaker 3: it's thirty nine. Okay, we're down to thirty nine. We'll
- 0:16Speaker 3: see fifty only fifty two today.
- 0:18Speaker 2: And breezy, oh yeah, and that breezy means breezy means
- 0:22Speaker 2: wind chill.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Yeah, it means it feels like won't get out of
- 0:24Speaker 1: the forties today.
- 0:24Speaker 4: For real, it's too cold.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Two days ago it was eighty six.
- 0:28Speaker 5: I know you're not mentally prepared for this. You guys
- 0:31Speaker 5: told me it was going to be cold. I was like, okay, whatever, No,
- 0:34Speaker 5: this morning, I can't do it.
- 0:36Speaker 3: It was hard to believe it was going to be
- 0:38Speaker 3: like this. So yesterday Saturday was gorgeous. I was outside
- 0:40Speaker 3: all day Saturday. I mean I did not want to
- 0:42Speaker 3: go in. And then even yesterday I thought it was
- 0:44Speaker 3: going to be kind of a miserable day.
- 0:45Speaker 1: It wasn't bad.
- 0:46Speaker 3: It was gorgeous until about John and I were talking
- 0:49Speaker 3: earlier off the air. I went for a walk earlier
- 0:52Speaker 3: in the day. It was great, and then I went
- 0:53Speaker 3: inside watching a little golf. Took a nap too, a
- 0:55Speaker 3: little golf nap, which is what you do on Saturday
- 0:57Speaker 3: Sunday afternoon.
- 0:58Speaker 4: Golf nap.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Yes, wake up in time to watch the end of it.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:02Speaker 3: I told the dog, I'm like, hey, we'll go on
- 1:04Speaker 3: another walk. I put his little harness on him, had
- 1:07Speaker 3: the leash open up the door. I'm like, what the
- 1:10Speaker 3: heck happened? It was forty two as the feels like,
- 1:12Speaker 3: I'm I got We're not going for a walk, buddy.
- 1:14Speaker 4: I'm surprised you could even get out the door if
- 1:16Speaker 4: you wanted to because the wind was so bad.
- 1:17Speaker 3: It was it was windy yesterday, it was, but it
- 1:20Speaker 3: couldn't be this way today Tomorrow even cooler in the morning,
- 1:23Speaker 3: I think in the thirty low thirties tomorrow morning. And
- 1:26Speaker 3: then by the Wednesday we're gonna start off cold. But
- 1:29Speaker 3: then by Wednesday we'll be back close to seventy again. Yeah,
- 1:31Speaker 3: mid seventies. That we gon wrap up the week in
- 1:33Speaker 3: the mid seventies. So welcome to February. Because what March
- 1:36Speaker 3: first starts next Sunday, Sunday. Sunday, Sunday, Sunday. You right, Sunday.
- 1:41Speaker 4: I can't believe it's right there, Like it's thirty March.
- 1:45Speaker 2: One more week. We got a full week, so make
- 1:46Speaker 2: the most of this. February week. January was slow. February
- 1:49Speaker 2: is doing like eighty. Yeah, it's like it's moving. It gone,
- 1:54Speaker 2: it's wild, it is. But I was gonna be How
- 1:56Speaker 2: was your weekend?
- 1:56Speaker 3: Mean?
- 1:56Speaker 1: It was busy.
- 1:57Speaker 4: It was really busy, but really good.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Yeah. I kept hearing you on the radio. I know
- 2:02Speaker 1: you're out all over the place.
- 2:03Speaker 4: I know on our w QYK Instagram.
- 2:06Speaker 5: I was like, I'm back.
- 2:11Speaker 1: You were out all over the place. What about you?
- 2:12Speaker 3: John?
- 2:13Speaker 1: Would you do?
- 2:13Speaker 2: We went to Tallahassee on Saturday Florida State Softball. My
- 2:16Speaker 2: wife loves softball. I do too, and we went and
- 2:19Speaker 2: spent and watched a few games out there, and it
- 2:21Speaker 2: was just a gorgeous day way out there in Tallahassee,
- 2:23Speaker 2: about the same temperature as it was here.
- 2:25Speaker 1: What did you do? My wife's out of town.
- 2:27Speaker 3: She was in Tampa Friday Saturday and then went to Miami.
- 2:31Speaker 3: She was there yesterday, she's there again today. But I'm
- 2:33Speaker 3: gonna tell you we I had a phenomenon at my house.
- 2:36Speaker 3: I yesterday turned golf on the TV. I laid down
- 2:41Speaker 3: on the couch and took a nap. When I woke up,
- 2:43Speaker 3: guess what, huh, it was still long. Get out.
- 2:46Speaker 1: It doesn't change itself. Wow, I thought it turned itself
- 2:49Speaker 1: off all those years.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Get out of here.
- 2:52Speaker 3: I had no idea you can, in fact lay down,
- 2:56Speaker 3: take a nap, wake up, and they're still golf on Teva.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I was. I was blown away.
- 3:01Speaker 3: That'll blow you away, man, the miracles of science. Buddy
- 3:04Speaker 3: of my my wife's had a town with He lives
- 3:06Speaker 3: in my neighborhood. He drove by yesterday and he stopped
- 3:09Speaker 3: and he waves his hand in front of his face.
- 3:11Speaker 3: He does you smell that? It's the sweet smell of freedom.
- 3:19Speaker 3: It was just a me by myself weekend. It was good,
- 3:23Speaker 3: very long. Excited.
- 3:24Speaker 1: My son's coming home this weekend. So I'm excited. Very cool.
- 3:27Speaker 1: College spring breaks comings. He's coming home all weekend. That's great.
- 3:29Speaker 4: You ready?
- 3:30Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 3:30Speaker 2: Spring breaks? First week of Mark well once again, March's
- 3:33Speaker 2: rolling around again.
- 3:33Speaker 1: That's here.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Seems kind of hard spring though, bringing out It doesn't
- 3:37Speaker 3: feel springing outside right now.
- 3:39Speaker 1: No, but a big weekend in sports for our Olympic teams.
- 3:42Speaker 5: Yes, a very big weekend.
- 3:43Speaker 1: It's going on a Megan's three teams.
- 3:44Speaker 5: Well, the US men's hockey team won, the women's team.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Won, Yeah, they won Friday, and then the men when
- 3:50Speaker 1: gold yesterday.
- 3:52Speaker 5: Yeah, and what was really crazy? So after that they
- 3:55Speaker 5: won and they claimed their gold medal. One of the players,
- 3:58Speaker 5: his name is Jack Hughes, he had taken a hockey
- 4:00Speaker 5: stick to the mouth, so he was like, yeah, I
- 4:03Speaker 5: just looked down and saw.
- 4:04Speaker 4: My teeth are on the ice. So that's kind of crazy.
- 4:08Speaker 5: But I mean, I guess if you're gonna lose your teeth,
- 4:10Speaker 5: it might as well be at the.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Olympics went gold. You can put anything in there. That's
- 4:15Speaker 1: an even trade.
- 4:16Speaker 5: Yeah, and didn't Foggy, weren't you saying it's been like
- 4:18Speaker 5: forty something years since the men's hockeys won forty six
- 4:21Speaker 5: nineteen eighty.
- 4:21Speaker 2: And it was to the day that was the miracle
- 4:23Speaker 2: on ice. You ever heard of the Mara colon ice
- 4:25Speaker 2: when we beat Russia in nineteen eighty.
- 4:27Speaker 4: I think a movie about it.
- 4:28Speaker 2: There was a movie called Miracle. Yeah, they've called it
- 4:30Speaker 2: the miracle on ice because al Michael's at the.
- 4:32Speaker 1: End of the thing. Do you believe in miracles?
- 4:34Speaker 5: Oh?
- 4:35Speaker 2: He is from that And that was the exact same
- 4:37Speaker 2: day forty six years ago that we won the gold.
- 4:40Speaker 5: What a good story. If you have complaints after visiting
- 4:42Speaker 5: a Burger King, you're supposed to now call the president.
- 4:45Speaker 5: There's this new approach they're taking the handling customer service.
- 4:49Speaker 5: They just put the president of Burger King's on number
- 4:51Speaker 5: out there. He's gonna deal with it.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I love it.
- 4:54Speaker 4: I think too.
- 4:55Speaker 5: NASA's Giant Moon rocket needs some more work before it
- 4:58Speaker 5: can go on missions. So March six was supposed to
- 5:01Speaker 5: be when it blasted off. It's this big thing, but
- 5:04Speaker 5: now it's looking more like April. So okay, I guess
- 5:07Speaker 5: we'll wait and see I get it right.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I'm saying if I'm going to that thing
- 5:11Speaker 1: and get it right.
- 5:12Speaker 5: It's three things you need to know, all right.
- 5:14Speaker 3: We need first caller of the day. Start off this week,
- 5:16Speaker 3: just right, nine oh four, three, eight, eight thirty six
- 5:19Speaker 3: ninety nine, call us and tell us why are you uple?
- 5:22Speaker 3: It's gonna quick check on your Jacksonville roads on this listen.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Why are you up? Casey. I know you're on your
- 5:26Speaker 1: way to work. Where do you work?
- 5:28Speaker 5: I work for I'm a dispatcher at the Sheriff's office.
- 5:31Speaker 5: That's awesome.
- 5:33Speaker 1: How long you've been doing that?
- 5:34Speaker 3: Seventeen years?
- 5:35Speaker 1: Wow?
- 5:37Speaker 5: Very busy.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Well that's kind of a bad thing though.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:42Speaker 5: You know, it's good to help people.
- 5:44Speaker 1: That's what we're there for.
- 5:45Speaker 2: It is you're protecting and serving. But when you're really busy,
- 5:48Speaker 2: sometimes there's just dancing in the country just to keep
- 5:50Speaker 2: yourself warm. It's Tyler Hubbard in the Big Show. It's Froggy,
- 5:53Speaker 2: John and Megan. I'd like to tell you it's gonna
- 5:55Speaker 2: warm up today, but then I'd be lying to you. Yep,
- 5:57Speaker 2: it's not going to.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Get fifty twos or high feels like in the forties
- 6:00Speaker 3: all day today. Definitely day to stay inside, and tomorrow
- 6:03Speaker 3: is going to be even colder. And then I think Wednesday. Now,
- 6:06Speaker 3: I'm I'm not willing to quite yet.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Say this is the last cold snap. Are you willing
- 6:11Speaker 1: to say that.
- 6:11Speaker 3: I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this
- 6:13Speaker 3: is the last thirties we'll see. So Wednesday morning will
- 6:16Speaker 3: be the last thirties. This the last thirties. We'll see
- 6:18Speaker 3: this season, Okay.
- 6:19Speaker 4: I would, honestly, I would trust John. I would totally.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Trust me because I don't the weather's gonna just totally.
- 6:26Speaker 1: I want John to be right.
- 6:27Speaker 3: I do.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I want me to be right this time, big time.
- 6:29Speaker 5: So if you are right, that means you're the new groundhog,
- 6:33Speaker 5: because it said six more weeks of winter, and if
- 6:35Speaker 5: you're saying the opposite, then you're gonna be him.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I just want to top hat.
- 6:40Speaker 3: We can read that Music City Minute.
- 6:45Speaker 1: What's going on on National Oh, a.
- 6:46Speaker 5: Lot of drama surrounding Meghan Maroni and Riley Green. I
- 6:50Speaker 5: thought we were past this, but it's getting honestly a
- 6:54Speaker 5: little like the teas Hot right. Very interesting because Meghan Morony,
- 6:59Speaker 5: she's got a new song on her album Cloud nine
- 7:02Speaker 5: that seems to be about Riley. She was doing interviews
- 7:05Speaker 5: and she said, like, I'm tired of getting asked about
- 7:08Speaker 5: a certain situation. This song hopefully will let me get
- 7:12Speaker 5: my peace out. I listened to it, I'm convinced. She
- 7:17Speaker 5: said the devil went down to Georgia and he crossed
- 7:19Speaker 5: over the Bama line. I said, oh my gosh, no, yeah,
- 7:23Speaker 5: So well, okay, so that's not too because Ella Langley
- 7:27Speaker 5: had a little little beef with Riley Green too, So yeah,
- 7:29Speaker 5: I think they're lining up to get and you too,
- 7:34Speaker 5: directly top two like successful beautiful women in country music.
- 7:39Speaker 5: You screw them both over. I would love an Ella
- 7:42Speaker 5: Meghan collab. I'm just saying that would be really good.
- 7:45Speaker 5: Respond Yeah, what do you think the odds are for that?
- 7:49Speaker 1: Probably not very good. I feel like Riley does his
- 7:51Speaker 1: thing and just dips.
- 7:52Speaker 5: Yep, I agree. Hardy fans thought that he shotgunned an
- 7:56Speaker 5: empty beer to make it look like he's a fast shotgunner,
- 7:58Speaker 5: and he was like, no, I have a beer for
- 8:00Speaker 5: a reason.
- 8:01Speaker 3: No, no.
- 8:02Speaker 5: And then Luke Combs and his wife Nicole, they welcome
- 8:04Speaker 5: baby number three, and now we know what the baby's
- 8:07Speaker 5: name is. It's Chet Wiley Combs. Very cute trip. That's
- 8:10Speaker 5: what's going on making music city minute.
- 8:12Speaker 3: It's gonna know the quot check on your Jacksonville Rose
- 8:14Speaker 3: to get you where you're going this early Froggy John
- 8:16Speaker 3: and Meghan, we are the big show.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Good morning John, Good morning, Frog, Good morning, Miss Megan.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Good morning. It is a chili stark, but gonna be
- 8:24Speaker 1: even chillier as.
- 8:25Speaker 3: The day goes on and uh as the wind blows
- 8:28Speaker 3: and whatever it's gonna it's just gonna be breezy all
- 8:30Speaker 3: day long.
- 8:31Speaker 1: So your feels like it's gonna be I think in
- 8:32Speaker 1: the forties. I don't think we'll get out of the
- 8:34Speaker 1: forties or feels like today by Wednesday. It'll warm up again.
- 8:37Speaker 5: Thank goodness, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
- 8:39Speaker 1: How much Olympics did you watch over the weekend?
- 8:42Speaker 5: I just I just watched whatever is on my timeline
- 8:44Speaker 5: on social media, right, What about you, John.
- 8:46Speaker 2: I would I caught up and I had to watch
- 8:48Speaker 2: the gold medal game. We were church during the game,
- 8:50Speaker 2: so we got home new they won, but we still
- 8:52Speaker 2: had to watch that third period.
- 8:53Speaker 1: That's the goalie say, I don't I know nothing about hockey.
- 8:56Speaker 2: I know there's a goal right there, sticks and there's fighting,
- 8:59Speaker 2: and I know that that goalie is incredible. I mean
- 9:02Speaker 2: that guy was blocking point blank shots and that was
- 9:05Speaker 2: just absolutely amazing. So I did watch that. That was
- 9:08Speaker 2: about the only Olympics I guess I saw some other stuff.
- 9:10Speaker 1: How about you.
- 9:11Speaker 3: I didn't watch a lot of that. I saw all
- 9:13Speaker 3: the hockey. I'm I'm with you. I know very little
- 9:15Speaker 3: about hockey, and I know that I know nothing about hockey.
- 9:18Speaker 3: So I'm not somebody that tries to pretend that want
- 9:21Speaker 3: to get into the hockey conversation because I don't know
- 9:23Speaker 3: what I'm talking about football and talk about all day
- 9:25Speaker 3: you got it. But I realized there's plenty of football
- 9:27Speaker 3: I don't know. But I do feel like over the weekend,
- 9:32Speaker 3: sports is a microcosm of life.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It really truly is. It is.
- 9:36Speaker 3: And we had two instances over the weekend where things
- 9:40Speaker 3: that you thought were never possible happened. Number One, the
- 9:44Speaker 3: US hockey team in forty six years. I mean, let's
- 9:47Speaker 3: be honest, We're not the biggest hockey place in the world. No, No,
- 9:50Speaker 3: yet we beat Canada. We beat Russia forty years ago.
- 9:55Speaker 3: Like we're beating hockey main stace. That's all Canada has, right,
- 9:59Speaker 3: That's what they are. No, Yeah, that's it, And for
- 10:01Speaker 3: us to do that is really truly incredible.
- 10:04Speaker 1: And then yesterday there was a golf tournament.
- 10:07Speaker 3: On yesterday they were playing at the Genesis in Los Angele,
- 10:11Speaker 3: Los Angeles at Riviera and there's a young guy was winning,
- 10:16Speaker 3: trying to win his very first golf tournament, was playing
- 10:19Speaker 3: in the final group on a Sunday against Rory McElroy.
- 10:23Speaker 1: If you don't even know golf, you probably know who
- 10:25Speaker 1: Rory McElroy is.
- 10:26Speaker 3: And the host of the tournament was Tiger Woods, who
- 10:28Speaker 3: gives you the trophy? And this kid is coming down
- 10:31Speaker 3: the stretch and trying to win, and he said it.
- 10:34Speaker 3: They asked him the day before, like, hey, you're gonna
- 10:35Speaker 3: play tomorrow with Rory, have a sick shot lead, and
- 10:37Speaker 3: if you win, you get the trophy from Tiger.
- 10:39Speaker 1: He said, my dreams weren't this, weren't this big?
- 10:42Speaker 2: Yeah, wow, you can't put that. There's no bucket big
- 10:44Speaker 2: enough to have put in that bucket list in there.
- 10:46Speaker 1: And he pulled it off.
- 10:47Speaker 3: He had a three footer to win the tournament at
- 10:49Speaker 3: the end, after Rory had just made a big putt
- 10:51Speaker 3: he would have to go to a playoff.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Tiger Wood's standing there.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Watching him and he rolls a three footer in and
- 10:57Speaker 3: and they interviewed him after he was crying.
- 10:59Speaker 1: He couldn't even talk.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Yeah, it was just great to see people realize their dreams.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Is truly incredible. That hockey team. Do you see the
- 11:07Speaker 3: way those guys rd myself? Yeah, that's they've trained for
- 11:11Speaker 3: years and years and been playing hockey since they were
- 11:13Speaker 3: little boys, and and and the female hockey team on
- 11:16Speaker 3: Friday to win yep. I mean just truly incredible moments
- 11:20Speaker 3: in sports. That it just it's a microcosm of life.
- 11:25Speaker 3: It's it's it shows you you never quit, you never
- 11:28Speaker 3: give up, and sometimes dreams do come true, even better
- 11:32Speaker 3: than dreams.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I mean, it's incredible. It was, it was, it was,
- 11:36Speaker 1: And that's a great way to put it.
- 11:37Speaker 2: It's a microcosm because and plus we were living our
- 11:41Speaker 2: not the dreams of that, but knowing that whatever dream
- 11:43Speaker 2: you had and maybe you have seen one of it
- 11:45Speaker 2: come a little true. You know that that's their big dream,
- 11:49Speaker 2: and so you were living through them as well. And
- 11:51Speaker 2: chant's while we all cheer, and plus the USA chance,
- 11:54Speaker 2: you know, and then with the men winning, you know
- 11:57Speaker 2: what their theme song was?
- 11:58Speaker 1: Was it? Free Bird? Yeah? Made it into the Olympics again,
- 12:03Speaker 1: what I'm talking about that.
- 12:04Speaker 2: That's what was so great. It really was cool. And
- 12:06Speaker 2: they were all proud to be uh skating for the
- 12:09Speaker 2: United States. And I think that helped a little bit too.
- 12:11Speaker 1: It was great.
- 12:11Speaker 3: I know, we don't keep scoring in the Olympics but
- 12:13Speaker 3: this metal count things come up. We came in second place,
- 12:16Speaker 3: second place in gold and second place in overall metals,
- 12:19Speaker 3: the most.
- 12:19Speaker 2: We've ever read with Country ninety nine one w QYK.
- 12:25Speaker 2: We go not too far away, Ormond by the Sea
- 12:28Speaker 2: public's parking lot down there. Yep, this guy has been
- 12:32Speaker 2: arrested destroying a car in the parking lot. Well, it
- 12:35Speaker 2: was his ex girlfriend, so took a hammer to it. Well,
- 12:38Speaker 2: Kerrie Underwood action, Yes he did. Well, Yeah, he put
- 12:43Speaker 2: did a number on this suv. The only problem is
- 12:46Speaker 2: ian first doing that wasn't good right, And the other
- 12:49Speaker 2: problem was that wasn't his ex girlfriend's sus Shaboozy Jelly
- 12:54Speaker 2: Rowland Country ninety nine one WQYK. Good Morning the Big
- 12:57Speaker 2: Show with Froggie John and Meghan Hope. All is well
- 13:00Speaker 2: with you? Okay? Trip Advisors come out. You know it's
- 13:03Speaker 2: always the time around we start thinking about spring and
- 13:06Speaker 2: spring breaking things like that. The top ten beaches in
- 13:09Speaker 2: the United States. It's not wallet hub, it's not wallethub.
- 13:12Speaker 2: This is trip Advisor. So Orlando won't have the number
- 13:14Speaker 2: one beach in the country. I'll catch game somehow. Wallehub
- 13:17Speaker 2: makes finds a way for Orlando to be number one
- 13:19Speaker 2: and everything. Right, they don't even have a beach, right, Okay,
- 13:22Speaker 2: here we go, uh Hawaii, California packing, and so we
- 13:26Speaker 2: got La Joya Cove in California, which is down what sand?
- 13:29Speaker 1: San Diego? I think? I think?
- 13:32Speaker 2: Okay, number two Clearwater Beach in Florida. Oh, it is beautiful.
- 13:36Speaker 2: It is beautiful. Our our buddy, Katie, our co worker, Katie,
- 13:40Speaker 2: grew up in that area and she says it's a
- 13:42Speaker 2: little overrated. I think this because it became such a
- 13:44Speaker 2: touristy thing that's home that she hated it now. But
- 13:47Speaker 2: you think it's just gorgeous. And you grew up down
- 13:49Speaker 2: there too, I do. I was born in North Carolina,
- 13:51Speaker 2: moved to St. Pete Clipwater, grew up there. And there's
- 13:54Speaker 2: there's something about the sand, that's what it is. Yeah,
- 13:56Speaker 2: the sugar sand. They have a sugar sand festival. This
- 14:00Speaker 2: sand there's like powder. It's unbelievable.
- 14:03Speaker 3: It just it kicks off your feet so quick, you
- 14:06Speaker 3: just tap your foot and falls off.
- 14:08Speaker 4: So is that the sugar sand? I don't what is that?
- 14:11Speaker 2: I mean, it's like pos It's like it's like rich
- 14:15Speaker 2: people's sands.
- 14:17Speaker 3: It's rich people saying okay, which we don't have it
- 14:19Speaker 3: here because we don't have enough rich people. Probably your beach,
- 14:22Speaker 3: I guess could afford it. They could probably get some in.
- 14:24Speaker 3: They coun probably afford it. It is the most incredible thing.
- 14:28Speaker 3: And it's even if your feet are wet. It's insane
- 14:31Speaker 3: how it just it's great sand.
- 14:33Speaker 1: It's crazy, it's great.
- 14:35Speaker 2: That's like saying something's got great salt, but really that
- 14:37Speaker 2: that's great sand.
- 14:38Speaker 3: It is great sand. But it is beautiful. The sunsets
- 14:41Speaker 3: over there. I always say, I love the sunrise on
- 14:44Speaker 3: Jack's Peach. It's gorgeous. But a there is nothing like us.
- 14:47Speaker 3: A ball like Kenny Chesney, big orange ball floating in
- 14:51Speaker 3: the water when that sun is going down. It is
- 14:54Speaker 3: the most gorgeous thing you've ever seen. And you don't
- 14:57Speaker 3: realize how fast the sun sets until the very bottom
- 15:00Speaker 3: of the sun hits the water and you see how
- 15:02Speaker 3: quick it goes down.
- 15:03Speaker 1: It's unbelievable.
- 15:04Speaker 3: It's gorgeous because it looks like a fireball just sinking
- 15:08Speaker 3: into the water.
- 15:09Speaker 2: It's so beautiful and everybody knows it now. So clearwater
- 15:12Speaker 2: beach is packed. It's always packed. The worst part is
- 15:15Speaker 2: getting there. Because there's that one little bridge that takes
- 15:17Speaker 2: you over the top of it, and you can just
- 15:19Speaker 2: give yourself an extra hour before you plan on getting there.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Oh wow, it's worth it when you get there. I said,
- 15:24Speaker 2: well we we both, my wife and I went and
- 15:26Speaker 2: it was just gorgeous.
- 15:28Speaker 3: There's there's actually my wife's Facebook picture. Oh my gosh,
- 15:33Speaker 3: that's a phone.
- 15:34Speaker 1: It's a picture she took with her iPhone.
- 15:35Speaker 5: Looks like a movie scene.
- 15:36Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a sailboat. But the sun is starting to set.
- 15:39Speaker 3: It's going down as she took that picture. She loves
- 15:42Speaker 3: to go watch the sunset.
- 15:43Speaker 1: That is very cool.
- 15:44Speaker 2: The rest of the beach is Hawaii Hawaii, Hawaii Siesta Beach,
- 15:47Speaker 2: which is down there too, right to the key.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Yes, that is on the that that's on the on
- 15:53Speaker 1: the west coast.
- 15:53Speaker 2: And then Hawaii Saint Andrew's Park which is up north
- 15:56Speaker 2: almost in the Panhandle in that area. Saint Andrew's Park, yep.
- 15:59Speaker 2: And then Honeymoon Island. Where's Honeymoon Island That is on
- 16:02Speaker 2: the west coast as well. That is so west coast
- 16:05Speaker 2: of Florida. They definitely have what super Advisor calls the
- 16:07Speaker 2: top ten beaches. They got one two, three, four of them.
- 16:10Speaker 3: It's those sunsets and it's the sand. I'm telling you
- 16:13Speaker 3: sand that's exactly what it is.
- 16:15Speaker 5: I want to see some rich people sand.
- 16:17Speaker 1: You know what. My wife's been spending a lot of
- 16:19Speaker 1: time over there for family reasons. Yeah. Yeah, I'll ever
- 16:21Speaker 1: bring some sandbag.
- 16:22Speaker 4: Wy, Yeah, a little jar.
- 16:23Speaker 5: Yes, And if your wife collects it, it's going to
- 16:25Speaker 5: be really cute. Than She's got such an eye for things.
- 16:29Speaker 1: That's something I'll tell you right now.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Let's set in the Megan's three things. What is going
- 16:33Speaker 3: on on this chili? Well, I won't call it cold.
- 16:36Speaker 3: It's in the thirties, Jacks Monday.
- 16:37Speaker 5: It is cold. There was an adoption event this weekend
- 16:40Speaker 5: for dogs at dog Topia on the Beach. It was
- 16:42Speaker 5: a huge success. Thirty dogs got matched with new families.
- 16:46Speaker 1: That's awesome.
- 16:47Speaker 5: Awesome. If you have complaints after visiting a Burger King
- 16:50Speaker 5: this week, you'll be able to call the President. It's
- 16:52Speaker 5: their new approach to handling customer service. They just posted
- 16:56Speaker 5: the President's phone number.
- 16:57Speaker 1: So I like it. What can go wrong?
- 17:00Speaker 4: What could go wrong there?
- 17:02Speaker 5: This weekend, the men's hockey team claimed their gold metal win. Yes, sure,
- 17:08Speaker 5: and the picture of one of the players. His name
- 17:10Speaker 5: is Jack Hughes. Afterwards is iconic. He's smiling, his teeth
- 17:14Speaker 5: are busted out.
- 17:14Speaker 4: He took a stick to the.
- 17:15Speaker 5: Base and it's just incredible to get to see this
- 17:19Speaker 5: happen in real time. A miracle two point zero.
- 17:21Speaker 3: And congrats to the men and the women, the women
- 17:23Speaker 3: winning on Friday and the men winning the first time
- 17:26Speaker 3: ever men and women have won gold in ice hockey.
- 17:29Speaker 5: We are the best hockey players in the world. US
- 17:32Speaker 5: three things you need to know all right?
- 17:33Speaker 3: The city awesome? Call us for our pop quiz, Yes,
- 17:37Speaker 3: callus nine, callus ten, nine oh four, three eight, eight
- 17:40Speaker 3: thirty six at ninety nine.
- 17:42Speaker 1: What do we have to win today?
- 17:42Speaker 2: Yal Universal Orlando Week number two of that with Parking,
- 17:45Speaker 2: So good luck from Country ninety one. Good morning, It's
- 17:48Speaker 2: the Big Show Monday with Rocky, John and Megan's not
- 17:50Speaker 2: a little about your place of work. But here at
- 17:52Speaker 2: I work, we don't have a big, huge gossip problem
- 17:57Speaker 2: here at work. No, do you feel like we do?
- 17:59Speaker 5: No?
- 18:00Speaker 3: I mean, now, maybe I don't in the best because
- 18:02Speaker 3: people are I'm not the person they run to. I
- 18:04Speaker 3: don't know, but I know sometimes some workplaces have massive
- 18:08Speaker 3: gossip problems.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Yes, where everybody's talking about everybody. Maybe we could ask
- 18:12Speaker 2: our sales department. But I don't think that's true over
- 18:14Speaker 2: there either.
- 18:15Speaker 3: And I always say this if anytime, and maybe if
- 18:18Speaker 3: you're the gossiper at your work, just understand this. If
- 18:22Speaker 3: anytime you're always around somebody they're gossiping, realize that when
- 18:27Speaker 3: you're not around them, they're talking about you. Oh yeah,
- 18:29Speaker 3: just understand that that's what that person does. Yep. They
- 18:32Speaker 3: just do it to you when you're there and not
- 18:34Speaker 3: you when you're not there. But I do love this story.
- 18:36Speaker 3: A kindergarten teacher, I don't know where she's at. She
- 18:41Speaker 3: was so tired of the kids interrupting her to tattle
- 18:43Speaker 3: on other students. You know how the little kids do,
- 18:45Speaker 3: oh yeah, or gossip or whatever. And so did this, Yeah,
- 18:48Speaker 3: Billy's chewing gum. She put a tattle phone in her
- 18:52Speaker 3: uh in her classroom, And you can now go on
- 18:55Speaker 3: the tattle phone and leave a voicemail and you can
- 18:57Speaker 3: tell what you saw in the class and she listens
- 19:01Speaker 3: to them after the classroom accordingly.
- 19:04Speaker 1: So maybe your place of.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Business just have somebody set up like a little tattle
- 19:08Speaker 3: phone voicemail extra line.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you can go on there.
- 19:11Speaker 3: And drop the tea about people in your office, and
- 19:14Speaker 3: then somebody can go later and report, you know, get
- 19:17Speaker 3: the important things off.
- 19:18Speaker 5: Can you Could you imagine like at a company Christmas party, Yeah,
- 19:21Speaker 5: the plan.
- 19:22Speaker 1: And then they would play it all the year in
- 19:26Speaker 1: review from the tattle fell See what I mean? You
- 19:29Speaker 1: want people to come to the Christmas party? Do that?
- 19:31Speaker 1: It'll be pat to a mega music city minute. What
- 19:36Speaker 1: is going on at Nashville?
- 19:38Speaker 5: So Riley Green posted that there's a new addition to
- 19:41Speaker 5: his farm. It's a duck.
- 19:42Speaker 4: He says.
- 19:43Speaker 5: It looks like George Washington, and it kind of does.
- 19:45Speaker 5: It's got this wild, crazy hair. I didn't know ducks
- 19:47Speaker 5: could grow like a whole olden days wig.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Looking down a mullet on a duck.
- 19:53Speaker 5: But like, it's not just like business in the front,
- 19:55Speaker 5: party in the back. It's party the whole thing. I mean,
- 19:58Speaker 5: it looks absolutely crazy, mad scientists kind of look exactly.
- 20:02Speaker 5: Speaking of Riley Green, Meghan Maroney, it seems like a
- 20:06Speaker 5: new song on her new album might be about him
- 20:10Speaker 5: and her her Cloud nine album. The song calls out
- 20:15Speaker 5: a guy from Alabama doing her dirty basically with a
- 20:19Speaker 5: fake smile, and Riley Green has vinears, so people are
- 20:21Speaker 5: putting it together. Yeah yeah, hardy fans thought that he
- 20:26Speaker 5: was shotgunning an empty beer to make it look like
- 20:28Speaker 5: he's a really fast shotgunner like Luke Combs's. And he said, no,
- 20:32Speaker 5: I have a beer gut, and it did not come
- 20:33Speaker 5: from not drinking beer. That's Megan's music City Minute.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Nobody's as good as Luke Holmes.
- 20:38Speaker 4: I'll tell you right now, fastest man I've ever seen.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Sun of beer is not a drop. No, he does
- 20:43Speaker 1: not miss a drop.
- 20:45Speaker 4: And it's Miller light. When I saw him do it, it
- 20:47Speaker 4: was Miller lte. I was like, wow, you you're tough.
- 20:51Speaker 1: I couldn't do it.
- 20:52Speaker 5: No, it takes me a long time.
- 20:55Speaker 1: No, I couldn't do it now, I've been so long,
- 20:57Speaker 1: so out of practice.
- 20:58Speaker 5: I need at least fifteen seconds. Luke Combs needs a
- 21:01Speaker 5: blink of an eye. Oh gone, oh god, I mean
- 21:04Speaker 5: it is like and then it is. I mean then
- 21:06Speaker 5: he just crumbles the can and it's not words of
- 21:09Speaker 5: that question.
- 21:09Speaker 2: If we need a tiebreaker, we'll ask question either contestant
- 21:13Speaker 2: can answer.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Becky, we start with you.
- 21:14Speaker 2: YouTube the channel YouTube The website was officially founded on
- 21:20Speaker 2: Valentine's Day.
- 21:21Speaker 1: In what year?
- 21:22Speaker 4: Two fourteen?
- 21:24Speaker 2: Stephanie? Is that number higher or lower? Before or after?
- 21:31Speaker 4: Mercy?
- 21:32Speaker 1: I say, I've said before. You're right. You're right. It
- 21:37Speaker 1: is now legal drinking age twenty one years old? Wow
- 21:40Speaker 1: for YouTube?
- 21:41Speaker 5: Wow?
- 21:41Speaker 2: Yep, all right, we went and right direction, Stephanie gets step.
- 21:47Speaker 1: All right, Stephanie.
- 21:48Speaker 2: He's considered the greatest basketball player of all time and
- 21:50Speaker 2: now he's a winner. His co owned car at the
- 21:54Speaker 2: Daytona five hundred. Michael Jordan? How old is Michael Jordan?
- 21:57Speaker 1: Stephanie, I would say maybe sixty five? Becky? Older or younger?
- 22:07Speaker 4: What did he say?
- 22:08Speaker 1: I'm sorry? Sixty five.
- 22:11Speaker 5: Lower?
- 22:11Speaker 1: You're right, sixty three years old.
- 22:16Speaker 2: It's tied. It's time for a tide breaker. If you
- 22:19Speaker 2: know the answer to this question, shout your name please.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Who had the hit twenty years ago this week with
- 22:26Speaker 2: the song every Mile a Memory? Who had the country
- 22:30Speaker 2: hit twenty years ago with the song every Mile of Memory?
- 22:34Speaker 2: Was it Jason al Dean or Dirk Spentley, Frobby Becky
- 22:39Speaker 2: Becky sorry, Becky.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Spent Yes, you are correct, Stephanie. We appreciate you so much.
- 22:51Speaker 2: You don't eat darling with Chase Matthew as my grandson
- 22:53Speaker 2: calls it dar dar.
- 22:55Speaker 1: That's what I sing now when I'm talking you about
- 22:58Speaker 1: dar I do? I do?
- 23:00Speaker 3: So, Thanks, You're welcome. Camp says, you're welcome. Plesa hates
- 23:04Speaker 3: when I ruined songs for her. I'll change one word
- 23:07Speaker 3: or something and she's like, that's all I hear now, yes,
- 23:09Speaker 3: and so now when I hear Chase Matthew. We were
- 23:11Speaker 3: in Nashville last week and Chase Matthew came out and
- 23:13Speaker 3: performed his new song Yep, Holding it Down, I think
- 23:16Speaker 3: it's called and he did a little piece of darling.
- 23:19Speaker 3: And I was sitting there and I was the very
- 23:22Speaker 3: very front row on a couch, sitting next to a
- 23:24Speaker 3: couple other people. I was sitting next to Mark Chase Sorry,
- 23:27Speaker 3: our boss, and I'm saying, why does he call you dar?
- 23:30Speaker 1: And He's like, what did you just say that? I
- 23:32Speaker 1: had to explain it so that can happen. Man. Thanks Campon,
- 23:36Speaker 1: you got it. Appreciate your buddy.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Froggy, John and Meghan with The Big Show Country ninety
- 23:40Speaker 2: nine one WQIK.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Megan, would you pay to go to somebody's wedding?
- 23:44Speaker 5: No?
- 23:45Speaker 1: No matter who it is. Nope, John, would you no? Yes?
- 23:49Speaker 3: So I agree with you. So there's a story out
- 23:51Speaker 3: this morning. Somebody posted on Reddit a close friend of
- 23:54Speaker 3: theirs got a wedding invitation and it says the close
- 23:57Speaker 3: friends getting married. They sent out the invites the little
- 24:00Speaker 3: note inside that says to help with offset costs, guests
- 24:05Speaker 3: are kindly asked to pay seventy five dollars per person
- 24:09Speaker 3: for their meal at the reception. I just think that
- 24:13Speaker 3: is that a new trend?
- 24:15Speaker 2: Is that something that's happening now because of the exorbitant
- 24:18Speaker 2: cost to weddings. If that's the way things are going
- 24:20Speaker 2: to be, because normally we will buy a nice wedding
- 24:23Speaker 2: gift for them end up being that way, But you
- 24:25Speaker 2: like it to be your choice and all that, right,
- 24:28Speaker 2: But if it's ends up being mandatory, is it really
- 24:30Speaker 2: a gift?
- 24:31Speaker 3: And that's my question, do you then buy a gift?
- 24:33Speaker 3: Is that seventy five dollars your gift?
- 24:36Speaker 1: Fens on?
- 24:37Speaker 3: Hell?
- 24:37Speaker 1: Well, I know these people.
- 24:39Speaker 5: I think why not just ask for cash just to
- 24:43Speaker 5: contribute to a honeymoon und or something? And weddings. I'm
- 24:45Speaker 5: telling you, you know, when you're in a wedding how
- 24:48Speaker 5: expensive it is to be in the.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Wedding party just to get the dress or yes, rent
- 24:52Speaker 1: the tucks or whatever.
- 24:53Speaker 5: At the end of the day, like when you calculate
- 24:55Speaker 5: it all up, I've been a Mate of Honor twice
- 24:57Speaker 5: and it starts getting into the.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Four digit range and you're like, what that really the dress?
- 25:02Speaker 5: The bachelorette parties, you know, the who's paying for the meal? Well,
- 25:06Speaker 5: the bride's not going to be paying for her drinks?
- 25:08Speaker 5: Like what are we going to do?
- 25:10Speaker 1: Oh wow?
- 25:10Speaker 5: And it's like how much more do you have to
- 25:13Speaker 5: pay for someone else's wedding? Like if you if you
- 25:15Speaker 5: can't afford it, you can't afford it, then do something different,
- 25:18Speaker 5: have a small wedding or wait, I'm.
- 25:20Speaker 2: All for can't we trend this thing back? Is it
- 25:23Speaker 2: ever going to turn back? I don't know where you
- 25:25Speaker 2: have simple weddings anymore.
- 25:26Speaker 3: But then you leave people out and people are mad
- 25:28Speaker 3: they didn't get invited to your wedding.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Now they're mad.
- 25:30Speaker 5: Asking them for seventy five bucks Like I agree, And
- 25:33Speaker 5: then you feel like you're just being invited, so you're
- 25:35Speaker 5: funding their wedding exactly.
- 25:38Speaker 4: You know, a big guest list seventy five bucks apiece.
- 25:41Speaker 2: What No, I don't expect an open any of that
- 25:43Speaker 2: kind of stuff. Have a cash bar, that's fine, don't
- 25:47Speaker 2: don't when you have to run up the tab so much,
- 25:49Speaker 2: just go ahead and keep it. Keep that money or
- 25:52Speaker 2: whoever's funding it, give it to the new family, the
- 25:54Speaker 2: new husband and wife.
- 25:56Speaker 1: I just think it's nuts. Don't even get me started
- 25:58Speaker 1: on that.
- 25:59Speaker 3: Yeah, call us nine, eight, eight, thirty six, and ninety nine.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Would like to know, would you number one? Would you
- 26:04Speaker 3: go to a wedding if you had to pay for
- 26:06Speaker 3: your meal? It does seem like it seems weird. At
- 26:09Speaker 3: a wedding at the end of the reception they walk
- 26:11Speaker 3: out and hand out the little folders. You got a
- 26:13Speaker 3: little tabin and you put your credit card. That seems
- 26:14Speaker 3: a little strange. Yeah, but is that in advance?
- 26:19Speaker 1: Is this the new norm? I don't know. Or does
- 26:21Speaker 1: a deduct from your gift? Are you? Like? Hey, you
- 26:24Speaker 1: know what, take this out. I had one hundred and I.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Was gonna buy you one hundred dollars gift seventy five
- 26:29Speaker 3: dollars eat dinner.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Here's a twenty five dollars Amazon gift card. Exactly.
- 26:33Speaker 5: I know not.
- 26:33Speaker 1: I mean people are on budgets.
- 26:35Speaker 2: I was going to get you at air fryar, but
- 26:36Speaker 2: here enjoy this ball point then exactly.
- 26:39Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, if you bring someone to the wedding,
- 26:41Speaker 4: seventy five.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Of pop seventy five per person for the meal at
- 26:45Speaker 1: the reception.
- 26:45Speaker 4: Oh, no, one hundred and forty bucks. Is that what
- 26:47Speaker 4: it has to?
- 26:48Speaker 1: Fifty dollars? Yeah?
- 26:49Speaker 3: No, nine, four to three, eight thirty six, ninety nine.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Call us while you call, Well, check Megan's three things.
- 26:54Speaker 3: What's going on on this Jack's Monday.
- 26:56Speaker 5: Well, the US hockey team claimed their gold medal and
- 26:59Speaker 5: it was It's so exciting to see this happen.
- 27:01Speaker 4: One of the players, Jack Ques, he got hit in the.
- 27:04Speaker 5: Mouth with a stick. His teeth were all broken up.
- 27:06Speaker 5: He's smiling. I mean it's the biggest smile you've ever seen.
- 27:10Speaker 4: His teeth were laying on the ice.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Just excellent, guys, A legend.
- 27:14Speaker 5: Yeah, We've done so good in the Olympics this year.
- 27:17Speaker 5: It's just so awesome to see an adoption event. This
- 27:20Speaker 5: weekend for dogs was super eccessful, successful. Thirty dogs now
- 27:26Speaker 5: have new families. That's a big number for adoption events.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Yes, it is.
- 27:29Speaker 5: It's amazing. And NASA's Giant Moon Rocket. It's going back
- 27:34Speaker 5: into the shop. It needs more work before it can
- 27:36Speaker 5: go out on missions, so it's been delayed. It was
- 27:38Speaker 5: looking like around next week or in the next two
- 27:41Speaker 5: weeks it was supposed to be able to blast off,
- 27:43Speaker 5: but now has to wait till April. And it's just
- 27:45Speaker 5: funny to think that rockets have to go into the shop,
- 27:48Speaker 5: just like we have to take our cars into the shop.
- 27:50Speaker 5: And there's three things you need to know.
- 27:52Speaker 1: I wonder if Sony stands there and watches like I
- 27:54Speaker 1: do when I get in a car. Worked, Tom, what
- 27:56Speaker 1: bet you do?
- 27:57Speaker 4: That is one of your old guy tendencies.
- 28:00Speaker 1: I'll warn them that way next time, maybe I'll do
- 28:02Speaker 1: it myself. You gotta bleed those breaks, still, you supervising.
- 28:08Speaker 3: I want to learn how to fix the rocket I
- 28:12Speaker 3: want to have to bring them back to the shop
- 28:13Speaker 3: next time. It's gonna check on your Jack's Mille traffic.
- 28:16Speaker 3: Call us right now nine oh four three and eight

- 31:19Speaker 3: so your organization will see where you're working from in
- 31:22Speaker 3: real time.
