- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome in to the one week until the midterms play
- 0:05Speaker 1: and buck spectacular. We appreciate all of you hanging out
- 0:09Speaker 1: with us. We particularly love those of you who have
- 0:12Speaker 1: already early voted as 33 million people nationwide have early voted.
- 0:18Speaker 1: And some of the numbers are coming out and they
- 0:22Speaker 1: are fantastic. And some of the numbers I'm talking about
- 0:25Speaker 1: in the States and some of the numbers are coming out.
- 0:28Speaker 1: And I'm thinking to myself, That ain't great. So we
- 0:31Speaker 1: need as many of you possible to get out and vote.
- 0:34Speaker 1: And if you said, okay, Clay, which states do you
- 0:36Speaker 1: think things are going particularly well in? I would point
- 0:41Speaker 1: and say, boy, there's actually a lot of them. Pennsylvania.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Republicans in Pennsylvania are doing fantastic in the early vote
- 0:49Speaker 1: compared to 2022. A lot of states are nearly identical.
- 0:55Speaker 1: For instance, Maine. is virtually identical to what happened in 2022.
- 1:01Speaker 1: 33 million early votes out there. Not a surprise. Floridians
- 1:06Speaker 1: are doing quite well. If you said to me, Clay,
- 1:09Speaker 1: where are you apprehensive? Where are you nervous about how...
- 1:13Speaker 1: By the way, Arizona, fantastically well compared to what has
- 1:18Speaker 1: happened in the past. If you said, Clay, where are
- 1:21Speaker 1: you really nervous? Man, I would say probably... probably North
- 1:27Speaker 1: Carolina buck. North Carolina is a, right now, we need
- 1:32Speaker 1: every North Carolinian to get out and vote. I would
- 1:36Speaker 1: say I am the most apprehensive, the most nervous based
- 1:39Speaker 1: on these numbers, what's going on in North Carolina. Maine
- 1:43Speaker 1: looks solid. Florida looks solid. There are really good, the
- 1:49Speaker 1: numbers in Iowa and Nebraska are very similar. to what
- 1:54Speaker 1: they have been in the past, suggesting that this whole
- 1:56Speaker 1: idea of a blue wave in red states is non-existent,
- 2:01Speaker 1: at least based on what the data is showing. And again, nationwide,
- 2:06Speaker 1: the numbers in 2022 compared to the numbers in 2026,
- 2:11Speaker 1: not very different at all. We are not seeing the
- 2:14Speaker 1: so-called blue wave in early votes. We need you guys
- 2:18Speaker 1: to get out and get your votes in. Now, Buck,
- 2:24Speaker 1: I wasn't expecting I yesterday I did a take on
- 2:27Speaker 1: the Cheesecake Factory and the fact that Obama is out
- 2:30Speaker 1: of touch over the way that he chose to insult
- 2:34Speaker 1: Trump by going after the Cheesecake Factory. And millions of
- 2:39Speaker 1: people now have watched my Cheesecake Factory take, which I
- 2:43Speaker 1: did not expect. Here's a question for you. You were
- 2:45Speaker 1: bragging about having finally gone to the Home Depot. Oh, no.
- 2:50Speaker 1: You're not cornering me on this on live radio. the
- 2:55Speaker 1: Cheesecake Factory in your life? Have you at any point
- 2:58Speaker 1: in time had a meal, had a piece of cheesecake?
- 3:02Speaker 1: Have you ever been Buck Sexton to the Cheesecake Factory?
- 3:07Speaker 2: Objection.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Badgering the witness, Your Honor. Irrelevant.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Erroneous.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I plead the fifth.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Okay.
- 3:14Speaker 3: I am.
- 3:15Speaker 1: So I expected that you probably. I have never been
- 3:18Speaker 1: to the Cheesecake Factory. You have never been to.
- 3:20Speaker 4: The Cheesecake Factory.
- 3:21Speaker 5: To Maggiano's Little Italy, which I feel like is just
- 3:24Speaker 5: the Cheesecake Factory with a longer name.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Okay, that's an interesting take. I am a chain restaurant expert.
- 3:33Speaker 1: I have eaten in– I'm not even– this is certainly
- 3:36Speaker 1: not a brag. I don't think people are like, oh,
- 3:38Speaker 1: that's so healthy of you, Clay. I think I have
- 3:41Speaker 1: eaten in every chain restaurant that has existed that is
- 3:44Speaker 1: popular in America at some point in time.
- 3:48Speaker 5: So since we're doing the call people out here, just
- 3:50Speaker 5: for a minute if I can, okay? You just finished
- 3:53Speaker 5: a nice, big, fancy house. I'm going to tell you,
- 3:55Speaker 5: I haven't seen a Mountain Dew in your hand in
- 3:56Speaker 5: a long time. Are you too good for the Dew now?
- 3:59Speaker 1: Well, this is my wife because she, at least in
- 4:04Speaker 1: this case, wants me to live longer. She said I
- 4:07Speaker 1: had to stop drinking soda. So I have largely replaced
- 4:11Speaker 1: all of my Coke products, all of my Pepsi products.
- 4:15Speaker 1: I occasionally have a Mountain Dew. I now drink Crockett coffee.
- 4:19Speaker 1: pretty much exclusively for my caffeine. I was not a
- 4:22Speaker 1: coffee guy. It's way healthier. I drink coffee straight black.
- 4:27Speaker 1: I don't put, like, all the fancy cream and fillings
- 4:30Speaker 1: and everything else in it. I only have two or
- 4:33Speaker 1: three cups of coffee a day, which I'm told is
- 4:35Speaker 1: a good number, and it's at CrockettCoffee.com. So I am
- 4:39Speaker 1: all in on coffee. I love coffee now. I largely
- 4:42Speaker 1: replaced sodas.
- 4:44Speaker 5: I don't know if I should be upset at your
- 4:46Speaker 5: jujitsu here for completely– turning that around or proud that
- 4:51Speaker 5: you managed to just give it a shout out for
- 4:53Speaker 5: America's best coffee, which is Crockett coffee.
- 4:54Speaker 1: You should go to coffee.com right now. And you should
- 4:57Speaker 1: sign up because it is America's only coffee that loves
- 5:00Speaker 1: American history as much as you do now. That is
- 5:02Speaker 1: a good pivot, but let me just say this. Are
- 5:04Speaker 1: we doing Obama?
- 5:05Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah.
- 5:06Speaker 1: I want to play. Do we have a short version?
- 5:08Speaker 1: I don't need like the full minute of Obama. Do
- 5:11Speaker 1: we just have the cheesecake factory line where he's making
- 5:14Speaker 1: fun of how Trump has remade the oval office? Do
- 5:17Speaker 1: we just have that? Thirty five seconds. OK, here it is.
- 5:22Speaker 1: This is Obama at his rally over the weekend, taking
- 5:26Speaker 1: a shot at Trump and his decorating style. Listen.
- 5:29Speaker 3: I don't know if you've noticed, but he seems very
- 5:33Speaker 3: focused on home renovations. He should be on HGTV. Guys
- 5:38Speaker 3: building a ballroom that's bigger than the White House. It's
- 5:41Speaker 3: paved over the Rose Garden. Put a helicopter pad.
- 5:45Speaker 2: On the South Lawn. And there's gold everywhere. What's up
- 5:48Speaker 2: with the gold? Everything.
- 5:51Speaker 3: More gold.
- 5:52Speaker 4: He's got the.
- 5:53Speaker 3: White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened a cheesecake factory.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Okay.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Just go.
- 6:01Speaker 1: OK, so, Buck, I am a fan of humor. And
- 6:07Speaker 1: so I don't begrudge people making fun of the choices
- 6:11Speaker 1: that different political parties have made. Here's where I think
- 6:14Speaker 1: Obama is particularly tone deaf here. And I think this
- 6:18Speaker 1: is actually a joke written for Obama. This is not
- 6:21Speaker 1: an off the cuff line. And the podcast bros, the
- 6:25Speaker 1: Obama Pod Save America podcast bros have all jumped in
- 6:29Speaker 1: my mentions after I made fun of Obama and said, actually,
- 6:35Speaker 1: and this is I'm going to look right into the
- 6:37Speaker 1: camera here. You can watch us on YouTube. Cheesecake Factory
- 6:40Speaker 1: is a high-end chain restaurant. Most people, as a chain
- 6:45Speaker 1: restaurant expert, most people go to Cheesecake Factory for celebratory occasions,
- 6:53Speaker 1: not a place that you go to all of the
- 6:55Speaker 1: time if you are a quote-unquote celebrity. Normal person in
- 6:58Speaker 1: America today. Right. And everybody out there listening, understand you
- 7:01Speaker 1: might go for a birthday. You might go for a graduation.
- 7:05Speaker 1: You might go for a significant family event. But when
- 7:11Speaker 1: Obama is making fun of Trump. by saying he's got
- 7:15Speaker 1: the Oval Office looking like a glitzed-out Cheesecake Factory, most
- 7:20Speaker 1: people walk into Cheesecake Factory and actually think this is
- 7:24Speaker 1: a high-end restaurant, and so it doesn't work because you're
- 7:28Speaker 1: attacking him for doing something that most normal Americans consider
- 7:32Speaker 1: to be high-end.
- 7:35Speaker 5: I think for the first time ever, I may be
- 7:39Speaker 5: in the position of, and I can hear the boos already,
- 7:44Speaker 5: somewhat defending Obama on this because he didn't say he's
- 7:52Speaker 5: making it look like a cheesecake factory. He said he's
- 7:55Speaker 5: making it look like Saddam Hussein opened up a cheesecake factory.
- 8:01Speaker 5: The modifier there, Clay, we got to be fair. He's
- 8:04Speaker 5: making a joke. You like jokes. I like jokes. He's
- 8:08Speaker 5: really not denigrating Cheesecake Factory.
- 8:10Speaker 1: No, but I see. I think if he had said
- 8:13Speaker 1: he's got Saddam Hussein looking like he's making, you know,
- 8:17Speaker 1: like a glitzed out joke. Jack in the Box, I
- 8:21Speaker 1: think people would have been like, oh, Jack in the
- 8:24Speaker 1: Box is a low end, not trying to take a shot,
- 8:26Speaker 1: because inevitably one of these guys is going to be like,
- 8:29Speaker 1: I own 748 Jack in the Boxes, and I love
- 8:32Speaker 1: Clay and Buck. There goes our Jack in the Box
- 8:35Speaker 1: sponsorship right there. Yeah, and we just lost him forever.
- 8:38Speaker 1: If you're going to a lot of fast food restaurants,
- 8:41Speaker 1: you're typically going there because it's a lower cost option
- 8:45Speaker 1: than a place like the Cheesecake Factory. If he had said,
- 8:48Speaker 1: I don't even know if they're still open. If he
- 8:50Speaker 1: had said he's making the Oval Office look like a
- 8:54Speaker 1: Saddam Hussein bedecked Shoney's, I think people out there would
- 8:58Speaker 1: have been like, oh, okay, Captain D's, Long John Silver's.
- 9:02Speaker 1: There's lots of places that I have eaten that I
- 9:05Speaker 1: could make a joke. where people would say, oh, that's low-end,
- 9:09Speaker 1: and he's trying to make a low-end place look high-end,
- 9:13Speaker 1: which actually looks trashier, right? That's the joke he's trying
- 9:17Speaker 1: to make. He whiffed. The joke whiffed. I think because
- 9:20Speaker 1: he thinks Cheesecake Factory doesn't know what the average American
- 9:24Speaker 1: thinks of Cheesecake Factory.
- 9:26Speaker 5: Well, now, I can't make fun of him for this
- 9:28Speaker 5: because I haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory. I believe,
- 9:30Speaker 5: by the way, there's a Cheesecake Factory near me in
- 9:33Speaker 5: Miami Beach. which is I have been told by people
- 9:36Speaker 5: in the restaurant game here, obscenely profitable.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Oh, I'm sure.
- 9:41Speaker 1: People love this place. They make money hand over fist.
- 9:45Speaker 1: This is a true story. The last time I was
- 9:48Speaker 1: in Miami with Laura, we ate at the Cheesecake Factory.
- 9:53Speaker 4: In Miami Beach.
- 9:54Speaker 1: It was open on that, what's it called, the promenade
- 9:57Speaker 1: there where you walk through. That's the one up there.
- 10:00Speaker 4: The one.
- 10:00Speaker 1: That's a well-known. That's what I'm talking about.
- 10:02Speaker 5: That is one of the most profitable per square foot restaurants,
- 10:05Speaker 5: I think.
- 10:05Speaker 1: In all of Miami. Warren and I ate at the
- 10:08Speaker 1: Miami Beach Cheesecake Factory on the patio. I was excited
- 10:12Speaker 1: to eat there. Now, what did you get? What did
- 10:15Speaker 1: you get, Chef Eric? I usually get because I. Well,
- 10:19Speaker 1: so first of all, the menu at Cheesecake Factory, for
- 10:21Speaker 1: those of you like Bach, who have never been. is
- 10:24Speaker 1: about 764 pages. I mean, they bring you the menu,
- 10:28Speaker 1: and it's like you're looking at the Bible, all right?
- 10:30Speaker 1: I mean, you're like flipping through and everything else. I
- 10:33Speaker 1: always try to eat. They have... Look, if you put
- 10:37Speaker 1: the calories on a menu, I love so many different
- 10:40Speaker 1: types of food that I will try to eat something
- 10:43Speaker 1: that doesn't have a tremendous amount of calories just because
- 10:46Speaker 1: I'm trying to avoid being super fat, right? So I
- 10:49Speaker 1: always get like the skewered medallions. I don't know what
- 10:52Speaker 1: the official order of it is, but it's like the healthy.
- 10:55Speaker 1: It's like 450 calories. It's really good. It's basically steak
- 10:59Speaker 1: medallions or whatever they call it on a skewer. with
- 11:03Speaker 1: a bunch of vegetables. I then sporge and usually get the,
- 11:08Speaker 1: I mean, this is very specific, but I'm telling you,
- 11:10Speaker 1: I eat the Cheesecake Factory. The raspberry, I think it's
- 11:13Speaker 1: the raspberry lemonade, which they just bedeck with sugar around
- 11:17Speaker 1: the rim of the drink, which probably cancels out the
- 11:21Speaker 1: healthy meal that I'm eating, but it's such a good drink.
- 11:24Speaker 1: So that's my specific order. Not a cheesecake guy. If
- 11:28Speaker 1: I were advising Trump, though, Buck, We know Besson went,
- 11:32Speaker 1: I would go to the Cheesecake Factory. If I were
- 11:35Speaker 1: Trump this week, because I think Obama put his foot
- 11:38Speaker 1: in his mouth a little bit here, Trump at fast
- 11:41Speaker 1: food restaurants is typically best Trump. I think Trump rolling
- 11:45Speaker 1: into a cheesecake factory in Texas today, for instance, would
- 11:49Speaker 1: be great opportunity to say, hey, unlike Obama, I want
- 11:55Speaker 1: to make an America that's so great that everybody can
- 11:57Speaker 1: afford to eat in the cheesecake factory. It's a great place,
- 12:02Speaker 1: not a cheap place at all to eat. I want
- 12:04Speaker 1: everybody to be able to go here with their families
- 12:06Speaker 1: for their birthdays, graduations, great American company. And I think
- 12:11Speaker 1: it looks great in here. I think the decor is fantastic.
- 12:16Speaker 1: I would do it if I were Trump.
- 12:18Speaker 5: I think the I agree with you on the political
- 12:21Speaker 5: move that it would look good. And it's and by
- 12:23Speaker 5: the way, anyone in the Trump base going after something
- 12:26Speaker 5: Obama said that MAGA will eat that up. Eat it
- 12:30Speaker 5: up like an Alfredo. Alfredo chicken from the Cheese Factory.
- 12:35Speaker 5: I can tell you, you know what you don't want
- 12:36Speaker 5: to know the calories for? Anything Alfredo. Just don't look, guys.
- 12:41Speaker 5: Just don't read the menu on that.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Do you ever look at calories on menus, or am
- 12:44Speaker 1: I the only person that actually does that? No, I'm
- 12:47Speaker 1: over 40. I have to look at calories on menus now.
- 12:50Speaker 1: I like so many different types of food that if
- 12:52Speaker 1: you tell me one is like 1,500-calorie dish and another
- 12:55Speaker 1: is a 600-calorie dish, I'll just pick the 600-calorie dish.
- 12:59Speaker 5: I actually think it's useful information. One of the sad
- 13:02Speaker 5: things you realize as you get older is that cream
- 13:05Speaker 5: sauce for pasta and anything with avocado or guacamole is
- 13:11Speaker 5: just going to be really calorie dense.
- 13:12Speaker 1: We wish it wasn't so, but it is so.
- 13:14Speaker 5: So you got to go with– you got to become
- 13:16Speaker 5: a salsa person and you got to become a like
- 13:21Speaker 5: marinara sauce. I was a cream sauce guy all growing up.
- 13:26Speaker 5: But now, Clay, I've entered my marinara phase. where I
- 13:29Speaker 5: can only have the squash, tomatoes, and veggies and things
- 13:31Speaker 5: because Alfredo is one of the most calorie-dense things you
- 13:36Speaker 5: can eat. It's like fettuccine Alfredo, which I'm sure does
- 13:39Speaker 5: very well at the Cheesecake Factory.
- 13:40Speaker 1: The only thing more calorie-dense? Cheesecake. All of this is great,
- 13:46Speaker 1: by the way.
- 13:46Speaker 5: If you want to gain weight, just start eating cheesecake
- 13:48Speaker 5: every day. I promise you, you'll get super fat.
- 13:50Speaker 1: I just got a text from the Trump team asking
- 13:53Speaker 1: me to share some information that I'm about to tweet out,
- 13:55Speaker 1: which is the Most football specific request for a clarification
- 14:00Speaker 1: that probably has ever been given for a president. You're
- 14:03Speaker 1: going to love this. So the White House wants everybody
- 14:08Speaker 1: to know President Trump is traveling to Texas today. He
- 14:12Speaker 1: has a bunch of football players with him for these rallies.
- 14:17Speaker 1: He wants everyone to understand that Johnny Manziel, who is
- 14:21Speaker 1: a big time Texas A & M star, is appearing
- 14:25Speaker 1: in Corpus Christi. He is not traveling to Lubbock, which
- 14:30Speaker 1: is where Texas Tech is located. Danny Amendola, who is
- 14:34Speaker 1: a former Texas Tech player, will be with him in Lubbock.
- 14:38Speaker 1: They want you to know they aren't taking a Texas
- 14:41Speaker 1: A & M.
- 14:42Speaker 4: Aggie to Lubbock.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Lubbock, Texas. That is like, Buck, I might as well
- 14:45Speaker 1: have just read that entire thing in Sanskrit.
- 14:48Speaker 4: No idea.
- 14:49Speaker 1: But there are a lot of Texans who just heard that,
- 14:51Speaker 1: and they're like, okay, that's important to clarify. So I'm
- 14:56Speaker 1: going to tweet that out, but that is from the
- 14:58Speaker 1: Trump team that they wanted me to make clear. Well done. Oh,
- 15:03Speaker 1: and in the meantime, much more seriously than everything that
- 15:07Speaker 1: we have been talking about, elections going on right now
- 15:10Speaker 1: in Israel. And what we're seeing in France over the
- 15:14Speaker 1: past couple of weekends should serve as a wake-up call
- 15:16Speaker 1: to every American. Violence in the streets, synagogue ransacked in Paris,
- 15:20Speaker 1: families wondering whether their kids will be safe. Anti-Semitic attacks
- 15:25Speaker 1: are on the rise everywhere in the world. And the
- 15:29Speaker 1: fellowship is helping Jewish families in France move to Israel,
- 15:34Speaker 1: providing resettlement assistance, strengthening security at Jewish institutions. They've helped
- 15:41Speaker 1: more than 10,000 French Jews make the move to Israel
- 15:46Speaker 1: since 2015. The organization, International Fellowship of Christians and Jews,
- 15:51Speaker 1: based in New Jersey, bringing together Christians and Jews to
- 15:56Speaker 1: make sure that people in the Holy Land are safe
- 15:58Speaker 1: and people around the world are as well. If you
- 16:01Speaker 1: want to stand with Israel, you can go to giveifcj.org.
- 16:07Speaker 1: That's the word give. and the letters IFCJ.org. One more time,
- 16:13Speaker 1: give IFCJ.org. Looking for normal in a world of crazy?
- 16:20Speaker 1: Clay and Buck have your back.
- 16:22Speaker 5: Welcome back into Clay and Buck. We're going to bring
- 16:24Speaker 5: you to the front lines of... Battlefield, Kansas, my friends.
- 16:31Speaker 5: We are now joined by incumbent Republican senator and doctor
- 16:36Speaker 5: as an actual physician, M.D., etc., Roger Marshall. Senator Marshall,
- 16:41Speaker 5: thanks for joining us. We know you're on the road.
- 16:43Speaker 5: You are going around seeing the great people of your state.
- 16:47Speaker 5: Bring us right into the action. It's a week from
- 16:49Speaker 5: Election Day. What are you seeing?
- 16:51Speaker 1: What are you hearing? What are the closing arguments, sir?
- 16:55Speaker 2: Yeah, Clayton Buck, it's great to be with you.
- 16:56Speaker 6: This will turn out to be all about election turnout.
- 17:01Speaker 6: Right now, the Democrats are coming out early voting like
- 17:05Speaker 6: the president is on a ballot. We need those Trump
- 17:08Speaker 6: voters to come out as well. There's 175,000 people in
- 17:12Speaker 6: Kansas that only vote when President Trump is on the ticket,
- 17:16Speaker 6: and he's on the ticket. Look, if you're a person
- 17:19Speaker 6: out there that wants to make America great again, if
- 17:21Speaker 6: you want an American first agenda, we cannot turn over
- 17:25Speaker 6: the Senate to Chuck Schumer, to Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.
- 17:30Speaker 6: That's what this is all about. It's going to be
- 17:32Speaker 6: a really close on who keeps control of the Senate.
- 17:35Speaker 6: If we lose Kansas, we give Chuck Schumer control. That's
- 17:38Speaker 6: going to give us open.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Borders, higher taxes and a weak military. It's that simple.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Senator Marshall, we've been telling everybody to get out and
- 17:46Speaker 1: vote early. How commonplace is early voting in your state?
- 17:51Speaker 1: And what would you tell people they should know and
- 17:54Speaker 1: should do as we sit here one week from Election Day?
- 17:58Speaker 2: Well, again, the Democrats are out and voting.
- 18:00Speaker 6: There's a group of people, I don't know if it's 35%
- 18:04Speaker 6: or so, Democrats hate President Trump.
- 18:07Speaker 2: So those people have already voted. It's a protest vote.
- 18:10Speaker 6: It's equally as important that President Trump's people that support
- 18:14Speaker 6: his agenda, that support secure borders, a strong military, lower taxes,
- 18:19Speaker 6: those folks need to get out and vote. Otherwise, we
- 18:23Speaker 6: end up with open borders and amnesty.
- 18:25Speaker 2: My opponent openly supports all those things.
- 18:28Speaker 6: This is a guy who Barack Obama is his idol.
- 18:32Speaker 6: This is a guy who said he's in favor of
- 18:34Speaker 6: open borders, of amnesty, a guy that's out there protesting
- 18:38Speaker 6: against police. He's the person out there that cries when
- 18:42Speaker 6: President Trump took down Joe Biden's orders on transgender. So
- 18:47Speaker 6: most importantly, if we don't want to turn over control
- 18:50Speaker 6: of the Senate to Chuck Schumer, We need traditional Republicans,
- 18:54Speaker 6: Trump supporters to get out there and vote.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Senator Marshall, I know you are obviously laser focused on
- 19:00Speaker 1: your race, as you should be. And as we can see,
- 19:02Speaker 1: the lovely Kansas countryside there in the background. But I
- 19:08Speaker 1: wanted to get your opinion on something because you have
- 19:10Speaker 1: you were a practicing medical doctor, an M.D. I believe
- 19:14Speaker 1: you were an OBGYN. What do you think about the.
- 19:19Speaker 5: Muted media coverage, but it is out there, of Abdul
- 19:23Speaker 5: El-Sayed up in Michigan, who's also running as a Democrat
- 19:26Speaker 5: for the Senate seat. I'm sure you're well aware of
- 19:27Speaker 5: that race, a very tight one, calling himself a physician
- 19:31Speaker 5: all the time, but never actually doing a residency or
- 19:33Speaker 5: practicing medicine. What's your take on that? Well, it's an
- 19:37Speaker 5: insult to my profession is what it is.
- 19:39Speaker 6: What type of a person goes to med school and
- 19:42Speaker 6: then doesn't do a residency? It just doesn't make any
- 19:46Speaker 6: sense to me. Is he not smart enough to pass
- 19:48Speaker 6: his boards? Is that the problem? Is he not smart enough?
- 19:51Speaker 6: Doesn't want to work hard enough to go through a
- 19:53Speaker 6: four or five year residency like that? He certainly should
- 19:56Speaker 6: not be ever touching or seeing a patient.
- 19:59Speaker 2: I would even, maybe we should look to see if
- 20:00Speaker 2: he even has a license, but look, I'm really insulted.
- 20:03Speaker 6: But even more concerning to me, though, are his radical policies.
- 20:08Speaker 6: And that right now the Democrats have the tail wagging
- 20:11Speaker 6: the dog. On the best day, Democrats are what? Big
- 20:14Speaker 6: government socialists. But they're being ran by this far, far,
- 20:18Speaker 6: far left. You want to know what folks in Kansas
- 20:20Speaker 6: are concerned about?
- 20:21Speaker 2: It's radical Islam.
- 20:22Speaker 6: And we don't want those open borders and his El-Said's
- 20:26Speaker 6: policies of radical Islam coming to rest in the state
- 20:28Speaker 6: of Kansas.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I think this is really important, and I know many
- 20:32Speaker 1: of our listeners know it already, but when these middle-of-the-road
- 20:38Speaker 1: guys claim that they're going to represent a state like
- 20:42Speaker 1: Kansas in an independent fashion, what they're really telling you
- 20:47Speaker 1: is not what they're going to do, which is they're
- 20:50Speaker 1: going to be far left and they're going to be
- 20:51Speaker 1: radical in the way that they represent. a state like Kansas.
- 20:56Speaker 1: How important is it for voters out there in your
- 20:59Speaker 1: state to understand, look, if this were an actual fight
- 21:02Speaker 1: that people were having where the Democrat says what the
- 21:05Speaker 1: Democrat truly believes and the Republican says what the Republican
- 21:09Speaker 1: truly believes, this is not a remotely close contest in Kansas.
- 21:14Speaker 1: People are getting snookered here. I think it's fair. I
- 21:17Speaker 1: want you to dive in and explain that as well.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Thanks so much.
- 21:21Speaker 4: Yes.
- 21:21Speaker 6: So my opponent is actually a radical liberal. All you
- 21:24Speaker 6: have to do is look at his track record. This
- 21:27Speaker 6: is a guy, the pastor of the biggest Methodist church
- 21:29Speaker 6: in the.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Country, but he split the church. He says he's a uniter,
- 21:33Speaker 2: but he divided.
- 21:34Speaker 6: One-fourth of the Methodist churches left the denomination because of
- 21:38Speaker 6: his woke ideology. This is a guy that won't let
- 21:41Speaker 6: you call children in church boys or girls. He has
- 21:44Speaker 6: a list of accepted nouns and pronouns for children. It's
- 21:49Speaker 6: because of him, the second biggest Methodist church in the
- 21:52Speaker 6: country just left that denomination, the church down on SMU
- 21:57Speaker 6: campus in that.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Area as well. But it is a skins and shirts
- 22:02Speaker 2: exercise eventually.
- 22:04Speaker 6: If he would win, Chuck Schumer becomes the majority leader,
- 22:07Speaker 6: and they set the stage.
- 22:09Speaker 2: They decide what we vote on, what we don't vote on.
- 22:12Speaker 6: And look, every Senate Democrat voted against voter ID. They
- 22:16Speaker 6: voted against a farm bill. They voted against– securing the border.
- 22:20Speaker 6: They voted against the military as well. They voted against
- 22:23Speaker 6: tax cuts. That's who the Democrats are. So they can
- 22:26Speaker 6: say one thing during the election. But when they get
- 22:29Speaker 6: up there, Chuck Schumer is going to cut their knees
- 22:31Speaker 6: off if they don't vote with them. They'll never be
- 22:34Speaker 6: on a committee of importance. He'll never help them again
- 22:37Speaker 6: financially as well. Chuck Schumer is funding this guy's election.
- 22:41Speaker 6: He's giving him $ 25 or $ 30 million.
- 22:43Speaker 2: We're trying to run a campaign on $ 5 million.
- 22:46Speaker 6: So this guy will be bought and paid for by
- 22:48Speaker 6: Chuck Schumer and the radical liberal Democrats.
- 22:51Speaker 5: That was my question for you. We're speaking to Senator Marshall,
- 22:53Speaker 5: by the way, and we have a robust Kansas audience, guys.
- 22:57Speaker 5: You've got to make sure you get out and vote. Very,
- 22:59Speaker 5: very important. You don't want Clay to have to shame
- 23:01Speaker 5: you for non-voting. You need to get out there and vote.
- 23:05Speaker 5: Clay is like Santa Claus. He knows who's been naughty
- 23:07Speaker 5: and nice or nice when it comes to voting time.
- 23:10Speaker 5: So you guys got to get out there and vote.
- 23:11Speaker 5: But on the money dynamic, because that's obviously something that,
- 23:15Speaker 5: as I've been following this race, Senator, really stands out.
- 23:17Speaker 5: I'm going to guess that the tens of millions of
- 23:20Speaker 5: dollars that your woke pastor opponent has raised have not
- 23:25Speaker 5: all come from Topeka.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Yeah, no, no.
- 23:30Speaker 6: The super majority of his funding will be outside dollars.
- 23:33Speaker 6: And they always are. I don't know how the Democrats
- 23:36Speaker 6: do it. We could talk about that someday. But they
- 23:38Speaker 6: can raise more in six months than I can raise
- 23:40Speaker 6: in six years. And we worked hard at raising the
- 23:43Speaker 6: $ 4 or $ 5 million that we did raise. But they're
- 23:46Speaker 6: able to raise that in a matter of 90 days.
- 23:49Speaker 6: We'll be outspent just like we were six years ago,
- 23:52Speaker 6: 5 to 1, 10 to 1, somewhere in there.
- 23:54Speaker 2: We'll spend $ 5 million.
- 23:56Speaker 6: They're going to spend $ 40 or $ 50 million.
- 23:58Speaker 2: We were expecting this.
- 24:00Speaker 6: But hardworking Kansans understand what's at stake, that if we
- 24:04Speaker 6: would elect Adam Hamilton, that would.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Put Chuck Schumer in control. That means open borders, higher taxes,
- 24:10Speaker 2: and a weak military.
- 24:12Speaker 1: I said that I am looking at the numbers, and Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska,
- 24:17Speaker 1: I'm very confident in. How confident are you as we
- 24:21Speaker 1: sit here one week out?
- 24:24Speaker 6: Well, look, I'm running like we're down three points. You know,
- 24:27Speaker 6: the polls haven't even. We're going to assume the polls
- 24:29Speaker 6: are right. I can't take anything for granted. And none
- 24:33Speaker 6: of your listeners can take anything for granted. Right now,
- 24:36Speaker 6: early voting, like I said, the Senate, excuse me, the
- 24:39Speaker 6: Democrats are out like it's a general election for a president.
- 24:44Speaker 6: And the Republicans are kind of dragging our feet here.
- 24:46Speaker 6: So I'm asking Republicans to get out there and vote.
- 24:50Speaker 2: You can vote early.
- 24:51Speaker 6: Every place across the state is open now. I love
- 24:54Speaker 6: in-person voting on Election Day. But if you're in town anyway,
- 24:57Speaker 6: you're a farmer and you happen to be in town
- 24:59Speaker 6: today or tomorrow, pop into the courthouse and go in.
- 25:03Speaker 2: There and vote.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Outstanding stuff. We encourage all of you get out there early,
- 25:09Speaker 1: get out there and vote for Roger Marshall in Kansas.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Keep up the good work on the campaign trail, Senator.
- 25:15Speaker 1: And good luck one week from today when everybody finds
- 25:19Speaker 1: out what exactly is going to happen on the midterms.
- 25:21Speaker 1: We're optimistic for you, but we need Kansans to be
- 25:23Speaker 1: aware this is a real battle and they need to
- 25:25Speaker 1: show up.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Thanks for playing back. Appreciate y'all. Everybody go vote.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Thanks, Doc. Bring home the W.
- 25:34Speaker 5: All right, look, we'll see plenty of new faces in D.C.
- 25:37Speaker 5: coming up here soon, hopefully a lot more Republicans and Democrats. But,
- 25:41Speaker 5: you know, no matter what, we're not going to have
- 25:44Speaker 5: a balanced budget. We're not going to have a reasonable
- 25:48Speaker 5: debt load. The country's got some problems on the fiscal front.
- 25:50Speaker 1: You know this. I know this.
- 25:52Speaker 5: National debt's going to keep going up. politicians are going
- 25:55Speaker 5: to spend borrow and flood the system with more dollars
- 25:57Speaker 5: so what does that do well look if you're 50
- 25:59Speaker 5: years or older you don't have another 30 years to
- 26:01Speaker 5: make up for a major financial mistake so ask yourself
- 26:04Speaker 5: this how much of your retirement is tied to purely
- 26:08Speaker 5: paper assets the dollar and decisions being made in washington
- 26:11Speaker 5: dc that you don't have any real control over this

- 27:01Speaker 1: encouraging all of you to get out an early vote.
- 27:04Speaker 1: I am in Nashville, Buck is in Miami, and we
- 27:06Speaker 1: are joined here in the Nashville area studio by a
- 27:10Speaker 1: man whose name I've been mispronouncing for a long time
- 27:13Speaker 1: until Buck told me that I had been mispronouncing it.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Ennis Cantor-Freedom. I've been saying Ennis, you never actually corrected
- 27:19Speaker 1: me because you're such a nice guy, but now I
- 27:23Speaker 1: am pronouncing your name correctly. Ennis Cantor-Freedom, the bravest... woman
- 27:27Speaker 1: that I know we'll get into the WNBA chaos here
- 27:31Speaker 1: in a moment. But let's begin with this. You are
- 27:36Speaker 1: here in town because Marsha Blackburn is running for governor
- 27:40Speaker 1: in one week. I am emceeing her election night party,
- 27:43Speaker 1: which I expect will lead to her becoming the governor.
- 27:47Speaker 1: And tonight there is an event going on just north
- 27:50Speaker 1: of town area called Hendersonville. You're going to be there.
- 27:54Speaker 1: I'm going to be there. Marsha Blackburn is going to
- 27:56Speaker 1: be there. other congressional candidates are going to be there.
- 28:00Speaker 1: What are you planning on doing and what do you
- 28:02Speaker 1: expect to see tonight?
- 28:03Speaker 4: So around five years ago, when I got kicked out
- 28:06Speaker 4: of the NBA because of China's Communist Party, she was
- 28:08Speaker 4: actually the first person that reached out to me. And
- 28:11Speaker 4: that meant a lot to me. When even my own
- 28:14Speaker 4: teammates just disappeared, she was the first person that reached
- 28:19Speaker 4: out and that meant a lot to me. And now
- 28:21Speaker 4: when she reached out and said, hey, would you like
- 28:23Speaker 4: to come to Tennessee and do a rally with me?
- 28:25Speaker 4: I'm like, I'm in. I mean, at this point, she's
- 28:27Speaker 4: like a family. And we definitely need a leader that
- 28:32Speaker 4: is going to keep men out of women's locker room,
- 28:36Speaker 4: women's shower, and women's bathroom.
- 28:38Speaker 1: That's a crazy thing that you need to say. But
- 28:40Speaker 1: I want to go back. Some of this audience may
- 28:42Speaker 1: not know your story and what happened as it pertains
- 28:45Speaker 1: to China. You're from Turkey. You are an NBA first-round
- 28:49Speaker 1: draft pick. And you did what that upset China, that
- 28:53Speaker 1: Marsha Blackburn, senator from Tennessee, reached out to you.
- 28:56Speaker 4: Right. So I started to talk about the human rights
- 28:59Speaker 4: violations in China. And literally less than 24 hours, they
- 29:06Speaker 4: stopped showing every Boston Celtics game on Chinese television.
- 29:09Speaker 1: You were playing for the Celtics at the time. You
- 29:11Speaker 1: call out the China human rights violations and China shuts
- 29:14Speaker 1: down the Boston Celtics.
- 29:15Speaker 4: Literally less than a day. And then obviously NBA started
- 29:18Speaker 4: to lose millions of dollars because Boston Celtics is one
- 29:20Speaker 4: of the biggest teams in NBA. And then many of
- 29:24Speaker 4: my teammates said, listen, this is your last year in NBA.
- 29:27Speaker 4: Have fun. Enjoy it. Let's hope that we win a
- 29:30Speaker 4: championship because you're not going to play basketball ever again.
- 29:34Speaker 4: And then a few months later, during the trade deadline,
- 29:36Speaker 4: they traded me to Houston Rockets and then released me
- 29:39Speaker 4: in less than three minutes. And after I got released,
- 29:43Speaker 4: none of my teammates or coaches, which I played 11
- 29:46Speaker 4: years in NBA, I had hundreds of teammates, they didn't
- 29:50Speaker 4: reach out. So I was sitting at home. I started
- 29:53Speaker 4: to question myself. I'm like, did I do something wrong? Right?
- 29:56Speaker 4: That's when Senator Marsha reached out to me and said, hey,
- 30:00Speaker 4: We know what you're doing. Would you like to come
- 30:02Speaker 4: on my show to talk about it so you can
- 30:04Speaker 4: bring more awareness? Even that five-minute phone call meant so
- 30:08Speaker 4: much to me. I'm like, wow, a senator now has
- 30:11Speaker 4: my back. In the last five years, she's been really
- 30:16Speaker 4: helping with many things, and I think it's time for
- 30:19Speaker 4: me to just pay that respect back.
- 30:24Speaker 5: Appreciate you being with us, Ennis. I've already told Clay
- 30:28Speaker 5: that My money is still on you if you guys
- 30:31Speaker 5: play horse at his house in the backyard, even if
- 30:34Speaker 5: you can only shoot jump shots left-handed. But I think
- 30:37Speaker 5: you'll probably still be able to come out on top
- 30:39Speaker 5: of that one.
- 30:39Speaker 4: I appreciate that.
- 30:40Speaker 5: But speaking about the basketball world, you have been very
- 30:46Speaker 5: open about the fact that you would be willing to,
- 30:49Speaker 5: I don't even know if you have any particular pay requirements,
- 30:52Speaker 5: but willing to be a WNBA player who would, just
- 30:58Speaker 5: do her absolute best to break all the scoring titles
- 31:01Speaker 5: and records and everything else. And yet somehow the WNBA
- 31:06Speaker 5: has decided you are ineligible.
- 31:09Speaker 1: We are curious here on the program. On what grounds
- 31:13Speaker 1: have you, a proud and outspoken self-declared woman, been denied
- 31:20Speaker 1: from the WNBA draft?
- 31:22Speaker 4: So congressional letters have been sent to WNBA. We were
- 31:26Speaker 4: just asking about, you know, what is a woman? We
- 31:30Speaker 4: finally heard back from them. They said, well, Enes cannot
- 31:34Speaker 4: play because he's a man. So we've been... Asking this
- 31:39Speaker 4: question to Commissioner Kathy Engelbert, what is a woman, right?
- 31:43Speaker 4: She's been hiding behind a task force, which we have
- 31:46Speaker 4: no idea who people are.
- 31:47Speaker 1: They have put together a task force to try to
- 31:50Speaker 1: determine what a woman is. For people out there who
- 31:52Speaker 1: don't know, this is real in the WNBA. Yet they
- 31:55Speaker 1: have been able to tell you. Yeah, but I can't
- 31:59Speaker 1: believe this is the world that we live in. That
- 32:00Speaker 1: can't be real. Yet they can tell you that you
- 32:03Speaker 1: are a man, but they can't tell us what a
- 32:06Speaker 1: woman is.
- 32:06Speaker 4: So my question is, she can. Identify what is a man,
- 32:10Speaker 4: but when we ask, hey, what is a woman? No answer.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:13Speaker 4: Which is a shame, you know? I'm just very shocked, man,
- 32:17Speaker 4: because if the NBA commissioner tomorrow comes out and say, hey,
- 32:21Speaker 4: we don't know what is a man, I promise there
- 32:23Speaker 4: will be an outrage. There will be a lockout the
- 32:25Speaker 4: next day. Yeah. I cannot believe these women, right, these
- 32:28Speaker 4: ladies are just not taking this personal and says, we
- 32:32Speaker 4: have a commissioner, we have a boss that cannot even
- 32:34Speaker 4: define what my gender is. And this is unacceptable. So- Um,
- 32:39Speaker 4: it's a shame, man, um, that she can say I'm
- 32:41Speaker 4: a man then, but she cannot define what is a woman.
- 32:44Speaker 1: And you are wearing for people who are not watching
- 32:46Speaker 1: the video, encourage you to go watch the YouTube channel,
- 32:50Speaker 1: a shirt that says define woman or let me play.
- 32:54Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 32:54Speaker 1: So you have declared for the WNBA draft. It is
- 32:57Speaker 1: in April. Are you prepared to sue, to argue that
- 33:01Speaker 1: you are eligible? What's, where do you see this going now?
- 33:04Speaker 4: So, um, The most simple thing, everything, all this madness
- 33:09Speaker 4: can end tomorrow.
- 33:10Speaker 1: If they would just say only women are allowed in
- 33:12Speaker 1: the WNBA, you would drop out.
- 33:14Speaker 4: All I'm asking is to add the word biological in
- 33:17Speaker 4: your collective bargain, and I promise you will not hear
- 33:19Speaker 4: from me ever again. But if not, I have every
- 33:21Speaker 4: right to pursue for the draft, which I already did.
- 33:25Speaker 4: And a lot of people are asking me, like, would
- 33:27Speaker 4: you sue them, right? I'm actually like a very nice guy.
- 33:30Speaker 4: They're already losing millions of dollars, right? I don't want
- 33:32Speaker 4: to bring a lawsuit and they're going to lose more money, everything.
- 33:37Speaker 4: But if it comes down to that, I think the
- 33:40Speaker 4: WMA should definitely be held accountable for their action.
- 33:44Speaker 5: Enes, what do you think is the real reason behind their,
- 33:51Speaker 5: because as you're pointing out, you're doing this for a purpose.
- 33:53Speaker 5: I mean, I have seen, especially because Clay retweets some
- 33:56Speaker 5: of the back and forth that you have and he
- 33:59Speaker 5: has with other people in the sports world about this.
- 34:01Speaker 5: I don't know if some of the people are just
- 34:03Speaker 5: too stupid, quite honestly, to understand what you're doing or
- 34:06Speaker 5: if they're pretending not to understand, but you are making
- 34:08Speaker 5: a principled point. You're not looking for a payday to
- 34:11Speaker 5: be the best, highest paid WNBA player. You're trying to
- 34:15Speaker 5: actually protect women's sports and yet It seems like there
- 34:21Speaker 5: is a willingness, I mean, you're already saying this, from
- 34:23Speaker 5: the WNBA to really dig in deep on this, not
- 34:28Speaker 5: just for the bad press, but maybe even to start
- 34:30Speaker 5: to hurt their bottom line and lose money, which they
- 34:32Speaker 5: can scarcely afford to do.
- 34:34Speaker 1: So why are they doing it? It's so easy to
- 34:36Speaker 1: fix this. Why can't they just say, yeah, obviously biological
- 34:40Speaker 1: women are all that we can have playing in the
- 34:43Speaker 1: Women's National Basketball Association.
- 34:46Speaker 4: Right. So I actually asked this question to some of
- 34:50Speaker 4: my former colleagues, NBA players. I was like, listen, why?
- 34:54Speaker 4: They said, well, there's so much money on the line,
- 34:57Speaker 4: and also they're scared of the cancel culture. Listen, of course,
- 35:01Speaker 4: these WNBA players, they don't want a male coming to
- 35:05Speaker 4: their league because they know they're going to take their minutes.
- 35:08Speaker 4: You're going to take their money, take their endorsement deals,
- 35:11Speaker 4: and take their dignity. They cannot compete against us, and
- 35:14Speaker 4: everyone knows that. But when it comes to the media,
- 35:17Speaker 4: they just cannot say it out loud because they know
- 35:19Speaker 4: they're going to face a lot of backlash. I mean,
- 35:24Speaker 4: cancel culture is really in America. They're going to face
- 35:26Speaker 4: that as well. So it's a shame, man. They're putting
- 35:29Speaker 4: their money and business over their morals, values, and principles,
- 35:35Speaker 4: and someone has to call them out.
- 35:38Speaker 1: How many points do you think you would score if
- 35:40Speaker 1: you got to play in a WNBA game?
- 35:43Speaker 4: I mean, I'm watching the finals, right? Which is, I mean,
- 35:47Speaker 4: two best teams in a WNBA. I promise you, man,
- 35:49Speaker 4: I'm going to go out there and try to break
- 35:51Speaker 4: Will Chamberlain's 100 points record.
- 35:53Speaker 1: You think you could score 100 points? 100% yes.
- 35:56Speaker 4: In a WNBA game.
- 35:58Speaker 1: Okay, now they won't let you watch the games. You
- 36:01Speaker 1: got kicked out of a regular season game. Then you
- 36:04Speaker 1: had tickets to go and sit and watch games. the, uh,
- 36:09Speaker 1: the additional play, the NBA, WNBA finals. What happened then
- 36:13Speaker 1: in Atlanta?
- 36:14Speaker 4: Oh my goodness. So first of all, I paid thousands
- 36:17Speaker 4: of dollars. I think I bought two courtside tickets. It
- 36:19Speaker 4: was close to $ 15, 000. And I'm like, I'm helping you all,
- 36:24Speaker 4: but I'm the one paying these.
- 36:26Speaker 1: $ 7, 500 per ticket for you to sit courtside. So you
- 36:29Speaker 1: bought two courtside tickets.
- 36:31Speaker 4: Courtside tickets, right? I walked in at the arena and
- 36:34Speaker 4: there was like the, The moment I walked in, I
- 36:36Speaker 4: see like the police officers was just waiting for me there.
- 36:40Speaker 4: I get close to the gate and I promise you
- 36:42Speaker 4: there was seven police officers just surrounded me. And I
- 36:45Speaker 4: turn around, I'm like, listen, guys, I have the ultimate
- 36:47Speaker 4: respect for you guys and thank you for your service.
- 36:49Speaker 4: But I have every right to enter the arena and
- 36:53Speaker 4: sit on the seat that I purchased.
- 36:54Speaker 1: You purchased yourself two tickets. You just want to go
- 36:57Speaker 1: watch the game.
- 36:58Speaker 4: They said, well, you are too big of a threat.
- 37:01Speaker 4: For that reason, we're going to put you up there
- 37:03Speaker 4: in the suite. And if you don't want that, you're
- 37:06Speaker 4: free to leave.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Wait, I'm sorry. I couldn't understand that, Ennis. You're a
- 37:11Speaker 1: public safety threat?
- 37:13Speaker 4: Yes. So I'm the one getting thousands of death threats, right?
- 37:16Speaker 4: But I promise you, they treated me like a criminal.
- 37:20Speaker 4: I looked around. I'm like, we have seven police officers
- 37:23Speaker 4: around me. And I'm like trying to see like, what
- 37:25Speaker 4: did I do wrong?
- 37:26Speaker 1: They wouldn't let you go to your seat. Nope.
- 37:28Speaker 4: They said, you're either going to go to suite that we–
- 37:30Speaker 4: and they said, we're going to put a police in
- 37:33Speaker 4: front of your door. So everywhere I go, I have
- 37:35Speaker 4: to be watched by the police and see where I'm–
- 37:37Speaker 4: where am I going? What am I doing? I'm like this–
- 37:40Speaker 4: at this.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Point– These are– just to clarify, these are actual police
- 37:44Speaker 1: or they're security guards.
- 37:45Speaker 4: In the arena? Actual police. Actual police. These are actual police, yes. Yeah.
- 37:48Speaker 4: So at that point, I'm like, listen, I didn't do
- 37:51Speaker 4: anything wrong. I would like to sit on my, I'm
- 37:53Speaker 4: not going to go in a prison box. You know,
- 37:54Speaker 4: you guys trying to put me in this like a
- 37:56Speaker 4: little box and you guys have to watch me and
- 37:58Speaker 4: put up police in front of my suite. I'm like,
- 38:00Speaker 4: this is unacceptable. I would like to go to my
- 38:02Speaker 4: seat and whatever. I'm like, they're like, listen, there's no
- 38:05Speaker 4: way you're going to enter the arena. You can't leave them.
- 38:09Speaker 4: And they escorted me out.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Who gave this order?
- 38:13Speaker 4: So 45 minutes before the game, we got a call
- 38:18Speaker 4: from the NBA security. Now the NBA is involved as well.
- 38:22Speaker 4: And they said, listen, you're not going to be able
- 38:25Speaker 4: to enter the arena. We have a suite for you.
- 38:28Speaker 4: So if you would like to just go to suite,
- 38:31Speaker 4: you're more welcome to come. If not, then you're not
- 38:35Speaker 4: allowed to be in the arena.
- 38:37Speaker 1: What happens to your tickets then?
- 38:39Speaker 4: So I don't know.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Nobody sat in those seats.
- 38:42Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 38:43Speaker 1: You spent $ 15, 000 on those seats and they would not
- 38:46Speaker 1: allow you.
- 38:46Speaker 4: To use them. And they didn't even return money back.
- 38:48Speaker 4: That's the crazy thing. No, it's been crazy, man. How
- 38:52Speaker 4: did they know you were coming? So we let the,
- 38:55Speaker 4: because I was getting a lot of death threats, we
- 38:58Speaker 4: let the FBI know. And also, I didn't want them to, like,
- 39:02Speaker 4: be surprised. I told them, like, listen, I'm just going
- 39:04Speaker 4: to come there. I would like to peacefully watch the game.
- 39:07Speaker 4: I don't want no drama. I don't want to cause
- 39:09Speaker 4: any trouble. So they knew I was coming. Because I
- 39:12Speaker 4: didn't want them to be like, well, he's doing it
- 39:15Speaker 4: on purpose.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Or he's trying to sneak in.
- 39:17Speaker 4: Exactly. Yeah. I told them, like, hey, man, I'm coming.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Can you believe this buck? This is outrageous, honestly. This
- 39:23Speaker 1: is even crazier than I thought it would be.
- 39:25Speaker 5: I'm also wondering, Ennis, if these death threats, which you've
- 39:29Speaker 5: been getting is it obviously these are very emotionally unstable
- 39:34Speaker 5: people who are doing something very wrong and very stupid.
- 39:37Speaker 5: But do they say that this is to protect trans rights?
- 39:42Speaker 5: On what basis are you getting? I assume it's all
- 39:44Speaker 5: about your stance on this WNBA issue. But is it
- 39:47Speaker 5: men who are really pro women saying they're men? Who
- 39:51Speaker 5: is doing this?
- 39:52Speaker 1: Who's threatening to kill you so far as you can tell?
- 39:55Speaker 4: I don't know if you can see this or not.
- 39:58Speaker 4: I don't know if we can zoom in on that. Okay,
- 40:00Speaker 4: so I'll read it to you. He said, I wish
- 40:05Speaker 4: he got Charlie Kirk during this video. So my DMs
- 40:08Speaker 4: are full of pictures and videos of the moment that
- 40:11Speaker 4: Charlie Kirk got shot. And they're saying that you're next.
- 40:14Speaker 1: So it's explicitly political trans.
- 40:16Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly.
- 40:17Speaker 7: Yes.
- 40:18Speaker 4: I mean, so this is unacceptable, man. And, you know,
- 40:20Speaker 4: from day one, I said this, listen, I am not anti-trans.
- 40:23Speaker 4: I'm not anti-LGBTQ. You have all these rights, right? But
- 40:29Speaker 4: I am just pro-woman. There's a huge difference between two things. But, no,
- 40:32Speaker 4: I've been getting a lot of threats, man. And I
- 40:35Speaker 4: fight against China. Right. Chinese Communist Party. This is nothing
- 40:40Speaker 4: compared to, you know, the threats that I'm getting from.
- 40:43Speaker 1: And you have I mean, just so people know, you
- 40:45Speaker 1: have you're in my studio right now. You've got armed security.
- 40:48Speaker 4: Yes.
- 40:49Speaker 1: Like you have to now travel with security because of
- 40:52Speaker 1: the threats that you're getting from the trans community for
- 40:55Speaker 1: simply saying men should not be able to compete in
- 40:58Speaker 1: women's sport.
- 40:59Speaker 4: No, everywhere we go. We had a conversation with the
- 41:01Speaker 4: FBI and everywhere I go, I have to let FBI
- 41:03Speaker 4: know where I'm going, everywhere I go, you know.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Just absolutely insane. Well, Ennis, you're a principled man as
- 41:12Speaker 1: well as a great athlete. So we appreciate you being
- 41:15Speaker 1: with us here. And it's great that you're spending some
- 41:18Speaker 1: time with Senator Blackburn. We're a big fan of hers.
- 41:21Speaker 5: And thank you and come back anytime and keep us
- 41:23Speaker 5: in the loop on how things are going and just
- 41:26Speaker 5: stay safe out there.
- 41:27Speaker 4: I appreciate that, man. That means a lot.
- 41:31Speaker 5: Okay, if you have life insurance, ask yourself, what's your
- 41:33Speaker 5: policy worth right now? It's a hard question to answer

- 41:37Speaker 5: be worth more than you think. Before you let that
- 41:39Speaker 5: policy lapse or cash it out for pennies, explore your options.

- 42:31Speaker 1: Smart, fun, sane.
- 42:33Speaker 3: You check all three when you listen to Clay and Buck.
- 42:37Speaker 1: Welcome in hour number three. We are headed out to
- 42:43Speaker 1: Israel where the election right now is taking place. It
- 42:48Speaker 1: is 8 p.m. just after 8 p.m.
- 42:51Speaker 4: In Israel.
- 42:53Speaker 1: And we are joined now by Yael Eckstein, who is
- 42:56Speaker 1: going to give us a live update on that election
- 43:00Speaker 1: process that is underway. Yael is the president, CEO of
- 43:04Speaker 1: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. OK, record high turnout.
- 43:10Speaker 1: It sounds like things are just in a frenzy there
- 43:15Speaker 1: in terms of the number of people headed to polls
- 43:17Speaker 1: for Americans who are not very well apprised of what
- 43:21Speaker 1: is taking place in Israel today. What should we know?
- 43:25Speaker 1: What are the stakes? Who are the candidates and what
- 43:28Speaker 1: are the expectations? Take us into the race.
- 43:32Speaker 7: OK, well, so nice to speak to you and appreciate
- 43:36Speaker 7: you having me with you today. Elections in Israel are
- 43:39Speaker 7: really interesting. It's actually the first time in over 35
- 43:43Speaker 7: years that the current government has served a full term,
- 43:47Speaker 7: which means that there hasn't been elections.
- 43:49Speaker 2: Since before October 7th. So these are really big elections.
- 43:52Speaker 7: There are lots of new parties on the right and
- 43:55Speaker 7: the left and the center. And Israel is, as you know,
- 44:00Speaker 7: a parliamentary system. And so in the Knesset, which is
- 44:03Speaker 7: our parliament, There are 120 seats, and whoever gets the
- 44:07Speaker 7: most votes today will try to put together a coalition.
- 44:10Speaker 7: If they're not able to, then we'll have either a
- 44:13Speaker 7: minority government or the opposition will have the opportunity to
- 44:16Speaker 7: put together a government. But according to all the polls,
- 44:20Speaker 7: no one's going to be able to put a coalition together,
- 44:23Speaker 7: which means we might be back at the voting station
- 44:26Speaker 7: in a few months. But I think we're going to
- 44:29Speaker 7: see some surprises.
- 44:31Speaker 1: Okay, so.
- 44:34Speaker 1: Take us into that for a moment. There are two
- 44:37Speaker 1: leading candidates that everybody is focused on. I was reading
- 44:41Speaker 1: this morning, trying to familiarize myself with this race, that
- 44:45Speaker 1: there is not that much difference necessarily in what the
- 44:50Speaker 1: plans would be as it pertains to Gaza, for instance,
- 44:55Speaker 1: with this race going on. Is that true, or do
- 44:59Speaker 1: you think that this is somewhat similar to the United States,
- 45:02Speaker 1: where Democrats rush towards the middle and claim that they
- 45:06Speaker 1: are not actually that different in the in the politics
- 45:12Speaker 1: and in the policies. But then they get into office
- 45:14Speaker 1: and they're very different. What do you expect? What do
- 45:17Speaker 1: Israeli voters think when it comes to the two major candidates?
- 45:22Speaker 7: It's a really good point. Outside of Israel, everyone's looking
- 45:24Speaker 7: at the security situation, which is a huge point of...
- 45:28Speaker 7: It's one of the most important things because for us
- 45:31Speaker 7: here in Israel, it is survival or God forbid, not.
- 45:35Speaker 7: We have many enemies who want to destroy us. We're
- 45:38Speaker 7: a tiny country the size of New Jersey surrounded by enemies.
- 45:41Speaker 7: So security is definitely top of mind for everyone here
- 45:44Speaker 7: in Israel. And like you said, both candidates are very
- 45:48Speaker 7: strong on security and recognize that. And so really what's
- 45:51Speaker 7: on the minds of Israelis as they vote today are
- 45:54Speaker 7: many other things like the education system in Israel that's
- 45:57Speaker 7: getting weaker and weaker. The ultra Orthodox that aren't necessarily
- 46:02Speaker 7: contributing to army service. And so those who aren't ultra
- 46:06Speaker 7: Orthodox are doing extra army service, extra miluim, which is
- 46:09Speaker 7: reserve duty. And the whole idea of strengthening the economy,
- 46:15Speaker 7: strengthening society is And I'll tell you what I see
- 46:18Speaker 7: on the ground in Israel actually is a brotherhood that
- 46:21Speaker 7: is unshakable. Everywhere I go and at the voting station,
- 46:26Speaker 7: even today as I waited in line for over half
- 46:28Speaker 7: an hour, you see people who are on the right,
- 46:31Speaker 7: who are on the left, who are religious or secular,
- 46:34Speaker 7: and everyone is just talking about the same thing that
- 46:37Speaker 7: they want, a good future for their child and their grandchildren.
- 46:40Speaker 7: And so what I really believe is that I have
- 46:43Speaker 7: to vote. I have to do my part. And I
- 46:45Speaker 7: think this is relevant in Israel and America, in Europe
- 46:48Speaker 7: and across the world. We have to do our part,
- 46:50Speaker 7: but we have to remember that God can work miracles
- 46:53Speaker 7: and wonders and bring blessings through anyone he wants. Sometimes
- 46:57Speaker 7: the blessings and the scriptures have come through the most
- 47:01Speaker 7: unexpected people. We remember that King David's lineage goes back.
- 47:04Speaker 2: To a prostitute.
- 47:06Speaker 7: You never would have thought that. So I'm just in
- 47:09Speaker 7: prayer that we'll have unity, in prayer that we'll have holiness, light, joy, and,
- 47:16Speaker 7: of course, peace that I believe is possible because God
- 47:20Speaker 7: promised it will happen.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Okay.
- 47:22Speaker 1: So is this– you said you might have to go
- 47:25Speaker 1: back and vote again. That's very different than what we're
- 47:27Speaker 1: used to in the United States when it comes to
- 47:31Speaker 1: our elections. I know when I was over there a
- 47:32Speaker 1: couple of years ago with you guys– I went to
- 47:35Speaker 1: the Knesset. I met with different people inside of that building.
- 47:39Speaker 4: For people who do.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Not know how Israel's government is organized, can you give
- 47:45Speaker 1: us just a quick primer on that?
- 47:49Speaker 7: Yeah, well, I think there were over 30 parties that
- 47:52Speaker 7: were in the election now, and they have to get over,
- 47:55Speaker 7: I believe it's 3.8% of votes in order to enter
- 47:59Speaker 7: the Knesset. So we'll have probably... a maximum of 17
- 48:02Speaker 7: different parties who are part of the government that they
- 48:05Speaker 7: have to form the coalition and opposition. The idea of
- 48:09Speaker 7: this is that everyone is represented. Everyone in society has
- 48:13Speaker 7: representation in the government. And so in Israel, for example,
- 48:17Speaker 7: many people don't know this, but around 20% of our
- 48:20Speaker 7: population are Arab and they have full rights to vote,
- 48:24Speaker 7: full representation. And actually, they believe that the Arab party
- 48:28Speaker 7: in Israel that's going to be represented in the government
- 48:30Speaker 7: and always has might even be the kingmakers, meaning they
- 48:34Speaker 7: would be the difference if there's going to be able
- 48:36Speaker 7: to be a coalition formed or not. And so there
- 48:39Speaker 7: are many parties that the idea is that they have
- 48:43Speaker 7: to work together to represent everyone. And what I always
- 48:46Speaker 7: say that you see, especially in the elections here in Israel,
- 48:49Speaker 7: is Israel is good at a lot of things.
- 48:51Speaker 2: We're good at high tech.
- 48:52Speaker 7: We're good at life saving things.
- 48:54Speaker 2: Technology.
- 48:55Speaker 7: We're good at trip technology. We're not good at being
- 48:58Speaker 7: the apartheid that the world likes to accuse us of.
- 49:02Speaker 7: We have more Arabs here in Israel, tiny Israel, the
- 49:06Speaker 7: size of New Jersey, than there are Jews in the
- 49:09Speaker 7: entire Arab world. And they have full right to vote
- 49:12Speaker 7: in representation. So we are going to see, I believe,
- 49:17Speaker 7: a lot of surprises. And my prayer is is actually
- 49:20Speaker 7: that they'll all be able to sit together, the right
- 49:23Speaker 7: and the left, representing all the people and they'll be
- 49:26Speaker 7: able to find common bond in this larger idea that
- 49:32Speaker 7: and reality that we are in a war for our
- 49:34Speaker 7: survival right now. And when we are united, we're able
- 49:37Speaker 7: to see miracles and be a conduit for miracles and
- 49:40Speaker 7: blessings to come through. And when we're divided, even if
- 49:43Speaker 7: it's for legitimate reasons, it sets up the stage for
- 49:46Speaker 7: destruction and hardship.
- 49:48Speaker 1: Is President Trump more popular than any current Israeli politician
- 49:54Speaker 1: in the country?
- 49:57Speaker 7: Definitely. People in Israel love President Trump.
- 50:00Speaker 1: So if he were on the ballot, if President Trump
- 50:02Speaker 1: obviously endorsed Benjamin Netanyahu. But this is this is one
- 50:06Speaker 1: of the things that really kind of jumped out to
- 50:08Speaker 1: me was Democrats here, as you know, because you travel
- 50:11Speaker 1: back and forth quite a lot, have said, oh, President
- 50:14Speaker 1: Trump's a modern day Hitler. And you get to Israel
- 50:17Speaker 1: and Trump is more popular in Israel than he is
- 50:21Speaker 1: in Wyoming or West Virginia, which I think were the
- 50:24Speaker 1: two biggest Trump states in twenty twenty four. But just
- 50:27Speaker 1: kind of contextualize for people who might not know how
- 50:30Speaker 1: popular is President Trump among the people of Israel?
- 50:35Speaker 7: Well, President Trump is very popular among the people of Israel,
- 50:38Speaker 7: both right wing and left wing. And I'll tell you why.
- 50:41Speaker 7: The reason why is because he recognizes the same threats
- 50:44Speaker 7: Israel faces are the threats that America faces. And it
- 50:48Speaker 7: was said after October 7th, Prime Minister Netanyahu said to
- 50:51Speaker 7: the president of Paris, of France, he said, if we
- 50:54Speaker 7: don't fight these terrorists here, they're going to end up
- 50:57Speaker 7: on your doorstep. And we see what's happening there. And
- 51:00Speaker 7: President Trump realizes, thank God you don't feel it very
- 51:04Speaker 7: intensely in America. And I pray you never will. But
- 51:07Speaker 7: if we don't stop radical Islam from spreading in Israel
- 51:12Speaker 7: and across the Middle East and across Europe, it is
- 51:15Speaker 7: going to get to America. And it's already starting. And
- 51:18Speaker 7: so I think the people of Israel actually appreciate President
- 51:21Speaker 7: Trump because he recognizes that very real threat and is
- 51:26Speaker 7: willing to make very hard decisions in order to protect
- 51:33Speaker 7: not just Israel, but the American people from, God forbid,
- 51:36Speaker 7: being in a similar situation that Israel was after October 7th.
- 51:40Speaker 1: OK, so and we appreciate the time we're talking to
- 51:43Speaker 1: Yael Eckstein. She does fantastic work trying to help ensure
- 51:47Speaker 1: that people are safe and taken care of all throughout
- 51:50Speaker 1: Israel and frankly, around the world with the IFCJ. Let
- 51:54Speaker 1: me close with this for you. What is the feeling
- 51:58Speaker 1: on the ground in Israel? When I was there a
- 52:01Speaker 1: couple of years ago, great deal of trepidation. The war
- 52:03Speaker 1: really felt like it was still going on. How do
- 52:06Speaker 1: people feel today? We just had the three-year anniversary of
- 52:10Speaker 1: October 7th. I've been able to tour many of those
- 52:14Speaker 1: kibbutzes and the Nova Music Festival. It's a sobering, incredible
- 52:19Speaker 1: experience that I think, frankly, many people in America should
- 52:24Speaker 1: take the time to do because Israel is, in my opinion,
- 52:28Speaker 1: on the front-facing edge of Western civilization right now, standing
- 52:32Speaker 1: for basic Western civilization, as we are seeing a lot
- 52:36Speaker 1: of it under siege in Europe and certainly in the
- 52:38Speaker 1: United States, too. What's the feeling on the ground in
- 52:41Speaker 1: Israel now and how has it changed? Hostages are back
- 52:44Speaker 1: over the last three years. How would you assess it today?
- 52:48Speaker 7: Yeah, well, I could tell you that we are just
- 52:51Speaker 7: a few days after huge terror attacks that took place
- 52:54Speaker 7: both in Israel and in Jordan, both on Jews and
- 52:57Speaker 7: on Christians. Last Friday, there were two Jewish people that
- 53:01Speaker 7: were killed in a terror attack in Israel. And on
- 53:04Speaker 7: that very same day, seven Christians were killed in Jordan
- 53:07Speaker 7: by terrorists as they were attending a funeral in a church.
- 53:11Speaker 7: And so in Israel, we are always so aware that
- 53:15Speaker 7: this darkness, they say themselves, first they're going for the
- 53:19Speaker 7: Saturday people and then the Sunday people. And so The
- 53:22Speaker 7: fellowship is helping persecuted Christians in Syria, in Lebanon, in Jordan.
- 53:27Speaker 7: We're building and strengthening the Christian communities in Israel, in Jerusalem,
- 53:31Speaker 7: in Nazareth. And the people on the ground in Israel
- 53:34Speaker 7: are holding both of those realities. On one hand, a
- 53:37Speaker 7: real desire for peace, a real desire three years after
- 53:40Speaker 7: October 7th to rebuild, to be resilient, to be strong,
- 53:44Speaker 7: to make this country better than ever before. but also
- 53:47Speaker 7: recognizing we are facing a real global risk of Islamist extremists,
- 53:54Speaker 7: Christians and Jews. And the most important thing right now
- 53:57Speaker 7: is to stand together as brothers and sisters to recognize
- 54:00Speaker 7: the threat, to stand in love and brotherhood, and to
- 54:03Speaker 7: make sure that we are building and paving the way
- 54:06Speaker 7: for a better future for our children and grandchildren.
- 54:09Speaker 1: Thank you, Yael. Good luck with the election there. Hope
- 54:12Speaker 1: everyone stays safe. And we appreciate the report from On
- 54:16Speaker 1: the Ground in Israel.
- 54:18Speaker 7: Thanks so much.
- 54:19Speaker 2: God bless you.
- 54:20Speaker 1: That's Yael Eckstein of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
- 54:25Speaker 1: And look, those results are going to be coming out
- 54:27Speaker 1: in the next couple of hours. I'm sure we will
- 54:28Speaker 1: talk about them some tomorrow as well on this program.
