- 0:24Speaker 6: Wake your ass up.
- 0:25Speaker 3: It's John T.
- 0:26Speaker 1: And Rich. It is Halloween week. Holy smokes.
- 0:28Speaker 7: How did we get here?
- 0:29Speaker 3: It is also National Pumpkin Day.
- 0:33Speaker 4: Yay!
- 0:33Speaker 3: We should do some fun stuff with pumpkins, gang.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Yeah, we do it all. It's so much fun.
- 0:38Speaker 3: It's also... Gourds. Yes, yes.
- 0:40Speaker 8: Gourds.
- 0:41Speaker 3: National Chicken Fried Steak Day, one of my favorite Southern breakfasts.
- 0:45Speaker 3: And we're going to need to all participate in this one.
- 0:48Speaker 3: It is National Howl at the Moon Day. So let's
- 0:53Speaker 3: get outside and howl.
- 0:54Speaker 4: Let's practice our health.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Speaking of howling and dogs, Love Pup Family Fest is
- 1:02Speaker 1: November 7th at Vertuccio Farms in Mesa, 4 p.m. to
- 1:05Speaker 1: 8 p.m. Free concert from Gavin DeGraw, the Rich Bear
- 1:09Speaker 1: Band also, and America's Got Talent runner-up magician Gino Plager
- 1:13Speaker 1: is going to be there. All right, so it's... 4 p.m.,
- 1:16Speaker 1: November 7th, on a Saturday. The weather's going to be great.
- 1:19Speaker 1: It's a huge adoption event, right? There's food trucks, vendors,
- 1:24Speaker 1: kids zones, so much stuff, petting zoos, so much stuff.
- 1:26Speaker 1: It's at Vertuccio Farms. It's totally free. And I bring
- 1:28Speaker 1: this up, one, because I want you to go, and two,
- 1:30Speaker 1: because my wife just texted me all excited this morning
- 1:34Speaker 1: that we're going to be doing Love Pup Family Fest,
- 1:37Speaker 1: because we already do it in Dallas. And now we're
- 1:39Speaker 1: doing it in Austin and San Antonio.
- 1:41Speaker 9: That's cool.
- 1:42Speaker 3: That's amazing.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Wow, these are two markets that we're not even on.
- 1:45Speaker 3: That's awesome. That's how powerful and awesome Love Pup is.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Yeah. They don't want John Jay and Rich, but they
- 1:51Speaker 1: want our dogs. Anyway.
- 1:53Speaker 3: You guys can have our show for free. No, no,
- 1:56Speaker 3: we're good.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Remember last week we had some fun talking about, like,
- 2:01Speaker 1: you describe your job in scary, mysterious ways in as
- 2:06Speaker 1: little words as possible. We're going to try to guess
- 2:08Speaker 1: what you do. Right. For example, Kyle, what was your
- 2:12Speaker 1: job that you described?
- 2:13Speaker 7: I said people paid me to lay in chambers of
- 2:17Speaker 7: light that slowly cooked their skin. It was a tanning salon.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Tanning salon. All right.
- 2:22Speaker 5: Candy.
- 2:23Speaker 6: You never see me. You give me some of your
- 2:26Speaker 6: most private information and I know exactly where you live.
- 2:30Speaker 1: You're a chachapiti.
- 2:35Speaker 10: I can maybe describe a few more words, but.
- 2:38Speaker 4: You're someone who works for Google maps.
- 2:42Speaker 7: No, I was gonna say you work at a doctor's office.
- 2:46Speaker 1: No.
- 2:48Speaker 11: Should I give you a little bit more?
- 2:49Speaker 1: Sure.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Okay.
- 2:52Speaker 6: So I know your education history.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Oh.
- 2:55Speaker 4: You're a professional stalker.
- 2:57Speaker 12: No.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Like, so she knows where you live was a big
- 3:00Speaker 3: part of it in your education. Do you provide grants
- 3:03Speaker 3: or something? Like, oh, you do job interviews.
- 3:05Speaker 1: No.
- 3:06Speaker 6: But I can just tell you guys if you want.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Yeah, tell us.
- 3:09Speaker 6: So I work for GCU.
- 3:11Speaker 13: I take the inbound calls, but they have to get through, like,
- 3:14Speaker 13: the FERPA verification, and so they have to tell me,
- 3:16Speaker 13: you know, their name, their email address, and their full
- 3:18Speaker 13: mailing address.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I was going to guess you work at GCU.
- 3:21Speaker 3: That was my next one.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Yes, that's the one.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Good job, Candy.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Hey, Candy, go say hi to my son. He's a
- 3:30Speaker 1: grad assistant for GCU men's basketball.
- 3:33Speaker 10: Oh, lovely.
- 3:34Speaker 14: Go Lopes.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Go Lopes. Thanks, Candy. Amanda, go ahead. Describe for us,
- 3:38Speaker 1: using as little words as possible, what makes it scary
- 3:41Speaker 1: and mysterious what you do for a living.
- 3:43Speaker 13: I make the elderly look good before they meet their maker.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Do you do makeup for corpses for their funerals?
- 3:54Speaker 1: No. You work in assisted living?
- 3:56Speaker 12: Close.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Oh, are you a nurse?
- 3:59Speaker 12: No.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Just a photographer?
- 4:02Speaker 7: Are you, like, in home care?
- 4:03Speaker 4: Negative.
- 4:04Speaker 12: No.
- 4:05Speaker 15: Okay, why?
- 4:06Speaker 13: I am a hairdresser at a senior living home. Oh.
- 4:10Speaker 3: But it's so sad that you said before they meet
- 4:12Speaker 3: their maker.
- 4:13Speaker 4: I know.
- 4:13Speaker 3: That's so sad. They're all going to go die. That
- 4:17Speaker 3: means you know they're going to die.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Oh, my God. That is sad.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Oh, that is so sad. Amanda, you want tickets?
- 4:24Speaker 1: I love that song. We want to set you up
- 4:25Speaker 1: with tickets to Wicked Ball.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh. Thank you.
- 4:28Speaker 13: Yes.
- 4:28Speaker 1: You got it. Good luck.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Hold on.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That's so scary. We got a couple text messages. Someone
- 4:32Speaker 1: says here, you know, I go into people's homes when
- 4:35Speaker 1: they're not home and sometimes when they're sleeping.
- 4:40Speaker 12: Ew.
- 4:40Speaker 4: Maybe like a house cleaner?
- 4:42Speaker 1: House cleaner is exactly right.
- 4:43Speaker 7: Oh, really?
- 4:44Speaker 3: Then they're sleeping.
- 4:45Speaker 13: I know.
- 4:46Speaker 7: Like, why wouldn't they sleep?
- 4:47Speaker 3: Maybe they start early in the morning.
- 4:49Speaker 1: I stab people with sharp objects. Surgeon.
- 4:52Speaker 7: An injector.
- 4:54Speaker 1: A phlebotomist.
- 4:55Speaker 7: Oh, so they take blood.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Here's my scary job description. This person says, I shoot
- 4:59Speaker 1: people's brains. Ooh, I shoot people's brains.
- 5:03Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Gosh, what is that? Oh, I know what they are.
- 5:07Speaker 3: MRI person.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Oh, they didn't give an answer.
- 5:09Speaker 7: Yeah, that's gotta be it, though. Like they take pictures?
- 5:12Speaker 4: Like shoot, as in like shoot a picture?
- 5:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna call him. Is my phone up? Hello? Hey,
- 5:28Speaker 1: it's John Jay and Rich. We're trying to answer your text.
- 5:30Speaker 1: We don't know what it is. You shoot people's brains.
- 5:36Speaker 17: I shoot people's brains. I am a medical photographer and cinematographer.
- 5:41Speaker 18: You're right, Rich.
- 5:42Speaker 3: I work in an operating room.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Is that different than an MRI person?
- 5:46Speaker 3: It is.
- 5:48Speaker 17: I use actual camera cameras. So I shoot on a Sony.
- 5:52Speaker 17: I'm in the operating room doing medical documentation.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Wow.
- 5:58Speaker 1: That's cool. That's very interesting.
- 6:00Speaker 3: All right.
- 6:01Speaker 1: That's very good. Thanks for texting.
- 6:02Speaker 7: We got some closure on that.
- 6:04Speaker 3: We did, yeah.
- 6:06Speaker 1: We might have to do this more often. Hey, what's
- 6:15Speaker 1: the vibe for Horsescope today?
- 6:16Speaker 4: Happy Hollow Week. I'm telling you exactly what you should
- 6:19Speaker 4: be for Halloween based on your Zodiac sign. We are
- 6:22Speaker 4: officially in Scorpio season. So if it's your birthday today,
- 6:25Speaker 4: you share a birthday with Seth MacFarlane, Keith Urban, Schoolboy Q,
- 6:30Speaker 4: and Pat Sajak, who I hear is fab.
- 6:34Speaker 1: He's the old host of Wheel of Fortune. Ryan Seacrest
- 6:37Speaker 1: took his job about a year ago.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Oh, did he now?
- 6:40Speaker 3: Okay.
- 6:40Speaker 4: So I feel like I should just read.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Do it.
- 6:42Speaker 4: Scorpio. Okay, so if you're a Scorpio today, Scorpios, you
- 6:46Speaker 4: are not dressing up as a witch. You are kind
- 6:49Speaker 4: of going to dress up as yourself because you kind
- 6:51Speaker 4: of give witchy vibes. So black lace, dark makeup, and
- 6:54Speaker 4: an attitude that makes people believe you actually know how
- 6:57Speaker 4: to cast spells. Rich was telling us that his wife
- 6:59Speaker 4: Stacy might be dressing up as a witch, and I
- 7:01Speaker 4: told her she needs to tell everyone that she is
- 7:03Speaker 4: that witch.
- 7:05Speaker 3: I'm that witch.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Let's say good morning to Kate. Hello, Kate. What's your sign?
- 7:11Speaker 1: I'm a Libra.
- 7:12Speaker 4: Oh, fabulous. Okay, Kyle is also a Libra. So what
- 7:15Speaker 4: you guys should be dressing up for Halloween this year
- 7:18Speaker 4: is a fashion icon. Libras, you're not wearing a costume either.
- 7:21Speaker 4: You are wearing a look. Think supermodel or like Anna Wintour. Basically,
- 7:26Speaker 4: Halloween is fashion week for you with a bunch of shots.
- 7:29Speaker 14: Makes sense.
- 7:30Speaker 11: My birthday is in October, October 3rd, so.
- 7:32Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 7:33Speaker 7: So you're here right there.
- 7:34Speaker 4: Yeah, happy belated.
- 7:34Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 7:35Speaker 7: Thanks, Kate.
- 7:36Speaker 1: How about Brianna? Brianna, what's your sign?
- 7:39Speaker 19: Good morning, everyone.
- 7:40Speaker 3: I'm a Leo. What are you going to be for Halloween?
- 7:43Speaker 8: Honestly, I'm not sure.
- 7:45Speaker 20: Me and my family are going to Disneyland for Halloween
- 7:48Speaker 20: night for Oogie Boogie Bash.
- 7:52Speaker 4: So jelly, you're going to have the best time. Right,
- 7:54Speaker 4: but you don't think you're going to dress up as
- 7:55Speaker 4: like a Disney character or something fun like that?
- 7:58Speaker 14: Probably not.
- 7:59Speaker 8: Both of my sons are going to be Jack Skellington
- 8:01Speaker 8: and Oogie Boogie.
- 8:02Speaker 6: Cute.
- 8:02Speaker 1: That's good.
- 8:02Speaker 4: That's going to be awesome.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Well, tell her what she should be, Peyton.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Well, you should be Brianna and me. I'm a Leo too.
- 8:08Speaker 4: What we should be dressing up as is famous icons
- 8:11Speaker 4: because Halloween is basically our second birthday. So think like Beyonce, Britney, Rihanna,
- 8:15Speaker 4: someone iconic. And if nobody recognized our costume immediately, we
- 8:19Speaker 4: will take it personally.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Well, if she's at Disneyland, you could be Snow White.
- 8:21Speaker 1: She's iconic.
- 8:22Speaker 4: She is iconic. I love it.
- 8:23Speaker 1: I wonder if Disneyland lets you come into costume as
- 8:27Speaker 1: a Disney character.
- 8:27Speaker 4: On Oogie Boogie Bash, they do.
- 8:29Speaker 1: They let you dress up.
- 8:30Speaker 7: That's like the only day.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Nick knows. Yes, Nick? Yeah, that's what I was going
- 8:33Speaker 1: to say. Any other day, adults cannot be in costume.
- 8:36Speaker 16: But if you're in Star Wars gear on.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Oogie Boogie Bash.
- 8:40Speaker 1: But can you go dress as Mickey Mouse?
- 8:43Speaker 15: I don't think you can wear a head.
- 8:45Speaker 1: That's what I meant.
- 8:46Speaker 4: You can Disney bound, which is where you dress up.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Well, thank you, Brianna. Have a great, great time on Halloween.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Thank you so much.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Bye, guys.
- 8:53Speaker 14: Bye.
- 8:54Speaker 1: How about Pisces?
- 8:55Speaker 4: Okay, Rich, what you need to be dressing up for
- 8:57Speaker 4: Halloween this year is a mermaid. You are giving full
- 9:01Speaker 4: mermaid fantasy. Glitter, seashells, flowing hair, and absolutely no consideration
- 9:05Speaker 4: for how you're supposed to walk in that costume. Reality
- 9:08Speaker 4: has never been your thing. You are going to be
- 9:09Speaker 4: flip-flopping around Wicked Ball.
- 9:11Speaker 3: First of all, Pisces, water sign, makes sense.
- 9:13Speaker 7: It does.
- 9:14Speaker 3: And you are not wrong when you say that I
- 9:16Speaker 3: don't have my feet stepped in reality.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:19Speaker 3: I think that's fair.
- 9:19Speaker 4: I'm rarely wrong, Rich.
- 9:21Speaker 1: How about Virgos?
- 9:22Speaker 4: John Jay for Virgos. What you guys need to dress
- 9:25Speaker 4: up as, you're going to hate this, but your wife
- 9:27Speaker 4: might love it, a book character. So Virgos, you guys
- 9:30Speaker 4: are dressing up as someone from a book. Like Sherlock Holmes,
- 9:33Speaker 4: maybe some obscure villain, like whatever. You have researched every
- 9:36Speaker 4: detail and you're annoyed and nobody appreciates the accuracy. I
- 9:40Speaker 4: think you should just go as... The Odyssey and dress
- 9:43Speaker 4: up as what's-his-face.
- 9:44Speaker 7: There's a lot of books that are movies that would
- 9:47Speaker 7: kind of cross over.
- 9:48Speaker 4: That's true.
- 9:49Speaker 1: I mean, technically. We just talked about Star Wars. Han
- 9:51Speaker 1: Solo's a cool character. Rich, can I borrow your Han
- 9:53Speaker 1: Solo pants?
- 9:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I still have them.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Alright, thank you. If we need to get your sign,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you want to know what you want to be for
- 9:58Speaker 1: Halloween this week, go to our website, johnjainrich.com. Man, this
- 10:12Speaker 1: meet cute thing we're doing is really big. We're trying
- 10:15Speaker 1: to get into how you meet somebody Now, without technology,
- 10:20Speaker 1: without dating apps, right? The old school way. Tammy, what's
- 10:25Speaker 1: your meet cute story?
- 10:25Speaker 21: Oh, it's so nice to talk to you. I listen
- 10:29Speaker 21: to you guys every day.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Oh, thank you, Tammy.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Thanks, Tam Tam, Tamarooni, Tim Tam.
- 10:35Speaker 14: That's what everybody calls me, Tam Tam.
- 10:37Speaker 1: What's your meet cute story?
- 10:39Speaker 21: So it was my birthday and I went out.
- 10:41Speaker 6: And got a pedicure.
- 10:42Speaker 14: And then I went to lunch at my favorite restaurant
- 10:44Speaker 14: with a friend.
- 10:45Speaker 21: And And this guy kept walking.
- 10:48Speaker 14: By the booth we were sitting in and he just.
- 10:50Speaker 6: Kept looking at me.
- 10:51Speaker 21: And I told my girlfriend, if he walks by one more.
- 10:55Speaker 14: Time, I was getting annoyed. And he did, but this
- 10:58Speaker 14: time he stopped and he says, I just want to know,
- 11:01Speaker 14: you have the most beautiful feet. Because they were dangling
- 11:04Speaker 14: outside the booth. And I said, I know.
- 11:09Speaker 21: And then it was just kind of started talking from there.
- 11:12Speaker 14: He was there with a friend, so he joined us
- 11:15Speaker 14: and He's like.
- 11:16Speaker 21: You know, are you from here? Did you go to
- 11:18Speaker 21: school here?
- 11:19Speaker 7: Blah, blah, blah.
- 11:20Speaker 21: I'm like, yeah, you too. And he's like, yeah, what
- 11:22Speaker 21: high school did you go to? And I'm like, Coronado,
- 11:25Speaker 21: me too. What year did you graduate? Do you know so-and-so?
- 11:28Speaker 21: Do you know so-and-so?
- 11:29Speaker 14: And we're like, we knew all the same people, but.
- 11:31Speaker 6: We had never met in high school.
- 11:32Speaker 3: That's wild.
- 11:33Speaker 14: So then he had mentioned some other friend that was
- 11:36Speaker 14: a little older.
- 11:37Speaker 21: I said, I don't think I know that person.
- 11:39Speaker 14: But I think my older brother would have. And he's like, well,
- 11:42Speaker 14: who's your older brother? And I told him, and he's like.
- 11:45Speaker 21: I know your brother. He's one of my brother's very
- 11:47Speaker 21: good friends. He's been at my house all the time.
- 11:50Speaker 14: And I said, well, who's your brother?
- 11:52Speaker 6: And he told me.
- 11:54Speaker 21: And I go, I know your brother really well from
- 11:56Speaker 21: being at my.
- 11:57Speaker 14: House all the time. But both our brothers are deceased,
- 12:00Speaker 14: so we couldn't run to them and tell them that
- 12:02Speaker 14: we met. But, yeah, we never knew each other in
- 12:05Speaker 14: high school, and that's how we met.
- 12:08Speaker 1: I thought you had more feet story.
- 12:10Speaker 7: You got John Jay with the cute feet.
- 12:13Speaker 1: You're like, you know, and then I became a famous
- 12:15Speaker 1: foot model.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Yeah, Drew Doughty's a foot guy.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Yeah. All right, Tammy, thanks for listening, and thanks for
- 12:21Speaker 1: calling in.
- 12:22Speaker 21: You bet.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 12:23Speaker 3: Have a good day. Bring him.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Bring him.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Good morning.
- 12:26Speaker 1: You're on the air. What's your meet cute story?
- 12:28Speaker 18: My meet cute story, I met my wife swing dancing,
- 12:33Speaker 18: and she didn't want anything to do with me.
- 12:35Speaker 22: So we were just friends.
- 12:36Speaker 15: And then I kept being persistent, and she hosted me
- 12:40Speaker 15: for like a month.
- 12:41Speaker 3: And then we finally started dating.
- 12:44Speaker 18: And then we got married in January 2024, and now
- 12:47Speaker 18: we're having a baby.
- 12:48Speaker 3: Congratulations.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Congratulations, Brigham. Thanks for sharing that with us.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Just hang around long enough.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Kristen, what's your meet cute story?
- 12:57Speaker 14: Hi, guys.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Hi.
- 12:58Speaker 23: Okay, so this is going to sound weird, but I
- 13:02Speaker 23: had got a job as a bartender. And my first
- 13:07Speaker 23: day bartending, my first customer ever was my husband that
- 13:11Speaker 23: we just got married two years ago.
- 13:14Speaker 3: What did he order? He's like, I'd like to order
- 13:17Speaker 3: you as my bride.
- 13:19Speaker 24: He ordered an old-fashioned, and I was at a Mexican restaurant,
- 13:22Speaker 24: and I was misconfident. I can make you anything you want.
- 13:25Speaker 24: I just graduated bartending school. Like, oh, my God. And
- 13:28Speaker 24: this big guy.
- 13:29Speaker 23: With this beard orders a whiskey old-fashioned.
- 13:32Speaker 24: And I bought it. It was horrible. It was not good.
- 13:35Speaker 24: I tried to make like simple.
- 13:37Speaker 14: Simple syrup out of sugar.
- 13:38Speaker 1: It was horrible. So you married your first customer.
- 13:41Speaker 24: I married my first customer at my bar.
- 13:45Speaker 1: What did you do with your second customer?
- 13:47Speaker 24: I couldn't even tell you who it was. I was
- 13:48Speaker 24: so nervous and I fell.
- 13:50Speaker 6: In love and.
- 13:51Speaker 24: 15 years we've known.
- 13:52Speaker 11: Each other, but we just got married two years ago.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Congratulations.
- 13:55Speaker 5: That's cool.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I thought you were going to go, we married my
- 13:57Speaker 1: first customer. My second customer, we went on a bank
- 13:59Speaker 1: robbing spree. My third customer.
- 14:03Speaker 3: Was your signature wedding drink for him? Was his an old-fashioned?
- 14:07Speaker 5: It was, actually, and it.
- 14:08Speaker 24: Was an espresso martini. We got married in Vegas at
- 14:11Speaker 24: the Bellagio.
- 14:12Speaker 6: It was so beautiful.
- 14:13Speaker 3: I thought it was great.
- 14:14Speaker 24: Complete, complete, amazing. I'm so glad and grateful I took
- 14:19Speaker 24: that job. And that he is now my husband.
- 14:22Speaker 1: That's great. Thank you for sharing that, Kristen. Thanks for listening.
- 14:24Speaker 14: Thanks, guys.
- 14:25Speaker 24: I love you guys so much.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Thank you. Have a great day.
- 14:27Speaker 14: Bye.
- 14:29Speaker 4: Hello.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Good morning. John Jane Rich. Can I help you?
- 14:32Speaker 13: Hi.
- 14:32Speaker 24: Yes.
- 14:33Speaker 23: I'm calling in.
- 14:34Speaker 22: About how you met someone in a cute way.
- 14:37Speaker 23: I don't necessarily know if meeting my husband in the
- 14:40Speaker 23: way that I met him was cute, but I think
- 14:41Speaker 23: it's unique.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Oh, if it's not cute, it might even be better.
- 14:44Speaker 1: What is it?
- 14:46Speaker 22: So he actually crashed my 21st birthday party after I
- 14:51Speaker 22: had kicked everybody out because a fight broke out. And
- 14:55Speaker 22: he came with friends and I kind of just went
- 14:59Speaker 22: up to him and.
- 15:00Speaker 14: Told him I was cold.
- 15:01Speaker 23: And gave him a hug, and he threw his hands
- 15:03Speaker 23: up in.
- 15:04Speaker 22: The air and was like, who are you? Mind you,
- 15:07Speaker 22: he's at my house.
- 15:08Speaker 3: It's my 21st.
- 15:08Speaker 22: Birthday party, and I am just grilling him.
- 15:12Speaker 23: Like, how dare you be at my house?
- 15:14Speaker 2: Like, you don't even know who I am.
- 15:17Speaker 22: Um yeah and now we've been married 12 years.
- 15:19Speaker 4: That is cute like i love her feistiness i guarantee.
- 15:24Speaker 1: You when you said i'm trying to say when you
- 15:26Speaker 1: said you were cold you mean you were cold like
- 15:28Speaker 1: your personality or you were cold like you were freezing
- 15:31Speaker 1: i mean.
- 15:31Speaker 25: Maybe a little bit of both probably it.
- 15:34Speaker 22: Was january it was raining and i mean who has
- 15:38Speaker 22: an outside birthday party uh in january with like no
- 15:42Speaker 22: bonfire or anything.
- 15:43Speaker 6: So, um, it was pretty cold.
- 15:45Speaker 22: I mean, the alcohol would probably keep you warm, but, um, yeah,
- 15:48Speaker 22: that is.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I just kind of went up to him.
- 15:51Speaker 5: I thought he looked cute.
- 15:52Speaker 3: That works.
- 15:52Speaker 8: Keep me warm.
- 15:53Speaker 1: That is a cute meet cute story. And I'm glad
- 15:55Speaker 1: you called. Thanks for calling in.
- 15:56Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 15:57Speaker 19: Thanks.
- 15:57Speaker 22: Bye.
- 15:58Speaker 13: Hello.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Good morning. Do you have a meet cute story? I do.
- 16:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:02Speaker 3: What's your name? Elizabeth.
- 16:04Speaker 1: What's your story, Elizabeth?
- 16:06Speaker 8: Um, my husband and I met at the gym, which
- 16:09Speaker 8: is funny because they keep talking about, People not meeting
- 16:12Speaker 8: at the gym. But he kind of stopped me at
- 16:16Speaker 8: the water fountain and waited for me to take my
- 16:19Speaker 8: headphones off and asked me what my nationality was.
- 16:23Speaker 1: That's an interesting pickup line.
- 16:26Speaker 3: What nation are you from? What is your nationality? What
- 16:29Speaker 3: was your answer?
- 16:31Speaker 8: Well, I asked, I told him to guess what my
- 16:33Speaker 8: nationality was. And he guessed wrong. He thought it was
- 16:35Speaker 8: Middle Eastern. And I'm half Hispanic, half Caucasian.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Oh, so am I.
- 16:42Speaker 7: That's like John Jay.
- 16:43Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:43Speaker 4: Twins.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 16:45Speaker 3: So then what happened?
- 16:46Speaker 8: And then we talked.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:47Speaker 8: And then we talked for a little bit. And then
- 16:49Speaker 8: I kind of tried to walk away. And he is
- 16:52Speaker 8: extremely handsome, though. You guys said he's got to be
- 16:54Speaker 8: extremely handsome. And he was extremely. He is extremely handsome.
- 16:57Speaker 8: I walked over to the treadmill. And a few minutes later,
- 16:59Speaker 8: there he was right behind me. And I was like, oh,
- 17:01Speaker 8: my gosh, he's not going to leave me alone.
- 17:03Speaker 4: Not right.
- 17:03Speaker 7: Right behind you.
- 17:04Speaker 4: You weren't like, that's kind of creepy.
- 17:07Speaker 8: He walked up to my treadmill. I did think it
- 17:08Speaker 8: was creepy.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:10Speaker 8: And he kept talking to me, and he was very interesting.
- 17:13Speaker 8: And I asked him, because he is older than me,
- 17:16Speaker 8: and so we began to talk a little bit. And
- 17:18Speaker 8: the funny thing is, is after our conversation ended, he's like,
- 17:22Speaker 8: you've got to make sure you give me your number
- 17:23Speaker 8: before you leave. And I was like, yeah, haha, okay,
- 17:26Speaker 8: I will. And I left, and I giggled to myself
- 17:28Speaker 8: thinking that I, haha, I didn't give it to him.
- 17:31Speaker 8: And then I kept thinking about him nonstop and wondering
- 17:35Speaker 8: about him. And when I left that day, because he's Hispanic-
- 17:39Speaker 8: I left and I saw in the parking lot a
- 17:42Speaker 8: little red Audi and it said Sanchez on the license plate.
- 17:45Speaker 8: And I was like, oh, that's got to be his car.
- 17:47Speaker 8: That's totally his car. So then for like the next
- 17:50Speaker 8: week or two, I kept looking for the little red
- 17:52Speaker 8: Audi that said Sanchez.
- 17:54Speaker 5: On it in the parking lot.
- 17:56Speaker 8: And I never saw it. And then one day I
- 17:58Speaker 8: saw him in the gym and I didn't see the
- 18:00Speaker 8: Sanchez car and it wasn't his car at all.
- 18:06Speaker 3: And what happened? I love this story.
- 18:08Speaker 8: And then, and then, um, he's like, you never gave
- 18:12Speaker 8: me your number. And I was like, Oh yeah, I know. And, um,
- 18:16Speaker 8: so we talked for a minute and he went back
- 18:18Speaker 8: to working out and I went to go tan and
- 18:20Speaker 8: I'm like, I really want to hang out with him.
- 18:22Speaker 8: If he's still out there when I get out, I'm
- 18:24Speaker 8: going to, tell him we should hang out. And he
- 18:27Speaker 8: told me later he was thinking the same thing.
- 18:29Speaker 13: And so I came out of.
- 18:30Speaker 8: The tanning bed and we kind of met up and
- 18:32Speaker 8: he's like, let's go out tonight. Let's let's let's take
- 18:34Speaker 8: you on a date. And I was like, yeah, let's
- 18:36Speaker 8: do it. So we went out that night and he's
- 18:39Speaker 8: such a first class gentleman. He is so chivalrous.
- 18:44Speaker 11: And so, so sweet.
- 18:45Speaker 8: He just won me over. We spent that first date
- 18:47Speaker 8: talking for three hours. I didn't even realize how much
- 18:50Speaker 8: time had gone by. And I just Fell in love
- 18:53Speaker 8: with him.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Wow. How long have you guys been together?
- 18:57Speaker 8: So he proposed to me four months later in Paris,
- 19:00Speaker 8: and we got married the next September.
- 19:02Speaker 2: So we've been married for four years.
- 19:04Speaker 3: He took you to Paris? That's amazing.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Oh, four years. That's good. So you fit right in
- 19:07Speaker 1: the umbrella we were talking about with no technology. That's great.
- 19:10Speaker 3: And in one of the forbidden zones, the gym.
- 19:12Speaker 1: How much older is he than you? How much older
- 19:14Speaker 1: is he?
- 19:15Speaker 8: He's 20 years older than me.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Wow.
- 19:20Speaker 4: You would never know it.
- 19:21Speaker 8: You would never know it. People often think he is
- 19:24Speaker 8: at least 10 years younger than.
- 19:25Speaker 15: What he is.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Does he have a second? Are you his second wife?
- 19:29Speaker 8: I'm his third wife.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Oh, even more romantic.
- 19:32Speaker 3: He believes in love. Wow. He is a lover.
- 19:35Speaker 4: I feel like he.
- 19:37Speaker 8: He says this is the second chapter of his life.
- 19:39Speaker 8: He was a police officer for 27 years. He's now
- 19:42Speaker 8: retired and works out about five hours a day, every
- 19:44Speaker 8: day at the gym. He's this beautiful, large Hispanic man.
- 19:49Speaker 8: and he just loves me and he's just yeah he's
- 19:52Speaker 8: a good one.
- 19:53Speaker 1: I hope your nickname for each other is Sanchez.
- 19:58Speaker 20: He won't let me live that down.
- 19:59Speaker 3: He's like, do I look like I drive a red
- 20:01Speaker 3: Audi to you?
- 20:04Speaker 26: No, he doesn't at all.
- 20:05Speaker 8: Once you know him, he drives a Jeep and a
- 20:07Speaker 8: four runner. He doesn't drive a red Audi at all.
- 20:10Speaker 8: It's not him at all.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Well, that's a great story. And I'm so glad you
- 20:13Speaker 1: called in. Thanks for listening. Yeah.
- 20:15Speaker 8: Thank you guys.
- 20:22Speaker 3: Whoa.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Hey, it's time for stacks and hacks. I have stacks
- 20:26Speaker 1: of information. And Rich has life hacks. Dove soap. You
- 20:30Speaker 1: know Dove soap?
- 20:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Dove soap smells pretty dang good.
- 20:33Speaker 6: Yes, it does.
- 20:34Speaker 1: They're releasing a fragrance that smells like their original beauty
- 20:36Speaker 1: bar soap. One reviewer said it's like floating around as
- 20:40Speaker 1: an angel.
- 20:41Speaker 7: Whoa.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Enveloped in the fluffiest, most fabulous cloud imaginable. Like that
- 20:46Speaker 1: makes me want to get it. And it'll be available tomorrow.
- 20:49Speaker 1: So I'm pretty jacked about that. Big science story this week.
- 20:53Speaker 1: This is big. This is scary. Because you've heard about
- 20:55Speaker 1: the people that can do Rubik's Cube like in five
- 20:57Speaker 1: seconds or less, right? Four engineering students in New Zealand
- 21:00Speaker 1: built a robot that can solve a Rubik's Cube faster
- 21:03Speaker 1: than any human.
- 21:04Speaker 3: That's where it starts.
- 21:06Speaker 1: And those humans are doing it like in half a second.
- 21:08Speaker 7: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Anthropix AI chatbot can draft a speech in seconds, right?
- 21:14Speaker 1: We all know that, right? They can do a whole
- 21:15Speaker 1: speech in seconds. But the company, which is good. This
- 21:18Speaker 1: is a good science. They're hiring a human writer. The
- 21:21Speaker 1: job pays for between $ 295, 000 to $ 345, 000 a year. A
- 21:26Speaker 1: human writer. I don't know before that she just used Chachapiti.
- 21:30Speaker 1: What if the writer uses Chachapiti?
- 21:32Speaker 3: I'm sure he does.
- 21:33Speaker 7: A human writer.
- 21:34Speaker 3: You can tell if they put a lot of those
- 21:35Speaker 3: dashes in the middle of things. That's the chat.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Some coffee news, since I'm new to the coffee world.
- 21:41Speaker 1: A daily cup of coffee apparently looks exactly the same
- 21:43Speaker 1: as it did in 2003, yet apparently it carries.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Nearly 40% more calories than it did in 2003. We're
- 21:49Speaker 1: not drinking more coffee. The extra calories come from what
- 21:52Speaker 1: people were putting in it.
- 21:53Speaker 4: Yeah, all the chemicals.
- 21:55Speaker 7: For sure.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Speaking of breakfast food, we had this debate not that
- 21:59Speaker 1: long ago. But here, Kellogg's officially admits that every color
- 22:02Speaker 1: of Froot Loops is the same flavor.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:05Speaker 1: And the flavor is called fruit. F-R-O-O-T.
- 22:08Speaker 7: That's so wild because I really truly feel like the
- 22:10Speaker 7: yellow one tastes different than the red one.
- 22:12Speaker 3: We've talked about that on the show before, but we
- 22:14Speaker 3: haven't been able to figure it out for ourselves. That
- 22:17Speaker 3: means you eat with your eyeballs.
- 22:19Speaker 1: This is a fun little debate. There's a meme which
- 22:21Speaker 1: is making rounds again. about what color notebook is best
- 22:25Speaker 1: for each subject. It's going viral again. You know, like
- 22:28Speaker 1: whether math should be given red or a blue one.
- 22:31Speaker 1: What do you guys think?
- 22:32Speaker 3: I always think English should be yellow, and I don't
- 22:33Speaker 3: know why. Okay, hold on.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Let me go to English. I started off with math.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Let me go to English. English, English, English, English.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Blue.
- 22:42Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm blue too.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Blue is math, they say.
- 22:45Speaker 4: No, red is math.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I'm telling you what, let me read, blue is math
- 22:48Speaker 1: because the textbooks were blue and graph paper. Red is
- 22:52Speaker 1: English for the pun red. Science is green because most
- 22:56Speaker 1: of the early science classes in biology are plants and
- 22:59Speaker 1: history is yellow.
- 23:00Speaker 24: Yep.
- 23:01Speaker 3: History is yellow.
- 23:02Speaker 7: I go with that.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Another debate. Math is red for bricks, structure, and building.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Science is blue because it's sterile color for experiments. History
- 23:11Speaker 1: is green for maps, and English is yellow for the
- 23:13Speaker 1: color of old aging paper.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Okay, good. See?
- 23:17Speaker 4: I had red for math because I hate math.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Now, hold on. This person says it's Roy G. Biv
- 23:22Speaker 1: gets the scale. I did it easiest to hardest. Roy G.
- 23:26Speaker 12: Biv.
- 23:27Speaker 3: Makes sense.
- 23:28Speaker 7: What is the easier tasks? You know what I mean? Like,
- 23:33Speaker 7: do they think English is easier, so it's red?
- 23:34Speaker 1: I guess so. Whatever else, math is red because the
- 23:39Speaker 1: devil is also red.
- 23:41Speaker 4: That's where I'm at.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Anyway, someone tried to connect Trivial Pursuit, but it doesn't
- 23:48Speaker 1: line up. Anyway, the Trivial Pursuit callers. What do you
- 23:49Speaker 1: got for life hacks, Rich?
- 23:51Speaker 3: I don't care what you say. It's officially boot season now, right?
- 23:55Speaker 4: It's boot season.
- 23:57Speaker 1: It is boot season at University of Arizona every day.
- 24:00Speaker 3: That's a good point. Well, instead of doing the thing
- 24:03Speaker 3: like expensive waterproofing your shoes or your boots, let me
- 24:08Speaker 3: reintroduce my favorite life hack thing of all time. It's
- 24:10Speaker 3: not duct tape. It's not dryer sheets. It's WD-40. So
- 24:14Speaker 3: the WD-40. WD-40 stands for water displacement. So if you
- 24:21Speaker 3: spray a little bit on a cloth and you put
- 24:23Speaker 3: it on your boots, wipe it on the outside of
- 24:25Speaker 3: your boots, it's cheap and it's going to help water
- 24:27Speaker 3: beat up. So if you get in the rain or
- 24:29Speaker 3: more importantly, if you spill something on your boots, it'll.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Wipe right off.
- 24:32Speaker 3: Bonus hack, if your boots are squeaky when you walk,
- 24:34Speaker 3: a little spray of the WD-40 inside the boot helps
- 24:39Speaker 3: it stop squeaking. So those two WD-40 boot season life
- 24:43Speaker 3: hacks are yours to use and they can be found
- 24:45Speaker 3: at johnjandrich.com.
- 24:48Speaker 4: All right, you guys.
- 24:54Speaker 1: It's time for John Jay and Rich Love Courts. Cut
- 24:58Speaker 1: my life into pieces. This is my last resort. Hey,
- 25:02Speaker 1: I'm using the wrong song.
- 25:03Speaker 4: I know.
- 25:04Speaker 7: I was like, what's happening?
- 25:08Speaker 1: All right, guys, it's time for Love Court.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Raise your hand, take your oaths. Listeners, volume up, eyes
- 25:15Speaker 4: on the road.
- 25:16Speaker 1: It's John Jay and Rich with Love Court. We did
- 25:23Speaker 1: this last week, and now people want us to participate
- 25:25Speaker 1: in their lives and make decisions for their relationships. If
- 25:28Speaker 1: you want to participate in Love Court, shoot us a DM,
- 25:30Speaker 1: JohnJayandRich on Instagram. So we got Brandon and Melissa on
- 25:34Speaker 1: the line, husband and wife.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Good morning, you guys. Good morning.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Brandon is bringing his wife, Melissa, to Love Court because
- 25:41Speaker 1: she's threatening to spend Halloween weekend at her mother's house.
- 25:44Speaker 7: No, she is not.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Unless he takes down his Halloween decorations.
- 25:51Speaker 4: You better take those down.
- 25:52Speaker 3: You better take those down.
- 25:53Speaker 1: See, Brandon loves Halloween. Every October, he turns their home
- 25:57Speaker 1: into a full-blown haunted house. Fog machines, animatronics, creepy dolls,
- 26:01Speaker 1: the whole nine yards, right?
- 26:03Speaker 3: That sounds fun.
- 26:03Speaker 7: Yeah, sounds like a good time.
- 26:05Speaker 1: This year, he's taking things to another level. He installed
- 26:08Speaker 1: a motion-activated clown in their hallway that screams when someone
- 26:11Speaker 1: walks past.
- 26:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know.
- 26:13Speaker 1: He got so scared one night, she dropped an entire
- 26:16Speaker 1: pan of pasta.
- 26:17Speaker 14: Whoa.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Oh, what a waste. He's replaced her Alexa's morning alarm
- 26:22Speaker 1: with a recording of a woman whispering, I can see you.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Last week, Melissa woke up at 2 a.m.
- 26:29Speaker 1: To find a life-size mannequin standing next to the bed
- 26:32Speaker 1: wearing her wedding dress.
- 26:34Speaker 7: Oh, my gosh, no.
- 26:35Speaker 1: She's so terrified she called 911 because she thought someone
- 26:39Speaker 1: broke into their house. So Brandon thinks this is all hilarious.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Melissa says it's ruining his favorite holiday. Melissa says she's
- 26:45Speaker 1: tired of being afraid to walk around her own home.
- 26:48Speaker 1: So the debate is this. Is Melissa overreacting to some
- 26:52Speaker 1: harmless Halloween fun, or is Brandon taking his obsession way
- 26:55Speaker 1: too far?
- 26:57Speaker 3: Love Crime is officially in session. Okay, I've already decided.
- 27:00Speaker 3: I'm on Team Brandon. I've already decided.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Objection, Your Honor. This is where couples bring their relationship
- 27:04Speaker 1: drama to us. We decide who's right, who's wrong, who's
- 27:08Speaker 1: completely out of their mind. Today, we got Brandon and Melissa.
- 27:11Speaker 1: They've been married for four years. Brandon, you're the one
- 27:13Speaker 1: bringing this case to court. What's going on?
- 27:16Speaker 16: Okay, so Halloween is my favorite holiday. It always has been,
- 27:20Speaker 16: and my wife is trying to ruin it. Every year,
- 27:24Speaker 16: I go all out decorating the house. People will drive
- 27:27Speaker 16: by from other neighborhoods just to see what we've done
- 27:30Speaker 16: with the place. And this year, she has decided that
- 27:35Speaker 16: she's had enough, and she's threatening to move in with
- 27:37Speaker 16: her mom unless I take everything down. Hmm.
- 27:40Speaker 7: To move in?
- 27:41Speaker 27: Are you kidding?
- 27:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:43Speaker 21: Like, it's October.
- 27:45Speaker 3: She knew who I was when she married me.
- 27:46Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 27:47Speaker 16: And she knows how much I love Halloween, and she
- 27:49Speaker 16: knows that this month is supposed to be scary.
- 27:52Speaker 1: And now, now, out of the.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Blue, she's acting like I'm some kind of psychopath because.
- 27:56Speaker 16: I'm having a little fun with Halloween.
- 27:58Speaker 3: And, Brandon, if I may... Order!
- 28:00Speaker 13: Order!
- 28:00Speaker 4: Order!
- 28:01Speaker 26: You may not.
- 28:01Speaker 3: Not yet. You may not.
- 28:02Speaker 6: You may not.
- 28:03Speaker 7: You may not.
- 28:04Speaker 13: Go ahead.
- 28:08Speaker 16: Um, yeah, I mean, you know, I, I work hard
- 28:11Speaker 16: all year and, and this is, this is my, I
- 28:14Speaker 16: don't know.
- 28:15Speaker 2: It's not my Superbowl, but you know, it's, it's my Superbowl.
- 28:17Speaker 2: It's my, it's my Christmas.
- 28:18Speaker 16: It's, it's, it's every, it's every holiday rolled into one.
- 28:21Speaker 2: This is, this is my thing.
- 28:22Speaker 16: You know, it's what I look forward to. And I
- 28:24Speaker 16: think it is absolutely ridiculous that my wife is giving me, uh, uh,
- 28:30Speaker 16: an ultimatum over, over Halloween decorations.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Okay.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Melissa, the defense go on.
- 28:38Speaker 20: First of all, I have to say, I personally also
- 28:41Speaker 20: love Halloween. But there is a difference between decorating your
- 28:46Speaker 20: house for Halloween and psychologically torturing your wife. I mean,
- 28:53Speaker 20: I am a 29-year-old woman who is genuinely afraid to
- 28:58Speaker 20: be home alone because.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Of my own husband.
- 29:00Speaker 24: And what are you doing?
- 29:02Speaker 20: And the worst part is he knows how much this
- 29:04Speaker 20: stuff scares me. And it just gets worse every year.
- 29:07Speaker 20: And he literally, he waits for me to get home
- 29:10Speaker 20: from work just to see what my reaction is to
- 29:12Speaker 20: whatever new nightmare he's created. I've caught him watching the
- 29:17Speaker 20: security camera footage that we have for our house. He's
- 29:20Speaker 20: watching the footage of me screaming and laughing.
- 29:25Speaker 3: I'm sorry. Objection, you're wrong.
- 29:27Speaker 20: That's why emotional trauma is entertainment. You know, like.
- 29:33Speaker 13: It's torture.
- 29:34Speaker 20: And it's not just me. Like, my own mother refuses
- 29:38Speaker 20: also to come over. And our neighbors think that there was, like,
- 29:41Speaker 20: something seriously wrong with us. I haven't had a decent
- 29:44Speaker 20: night's sleep in weeks. It's like I have to mentally
- 29:50Speaker 20: prepare myself to walk into the bedroom. So I'm not
- 29:53Speaker 20: asking him to give up Halloween or stop decorating. I'm
- 29:57Speaker 20: just asking him to stop making me the main attraction
- 30:01Speaker 20: in his haunted house. It feels very personalized to me.
- 30:06Speaker 21: Can I jump in here?
- 30:08Speaker 1: Yes, please. Go ahead.
- 30:09Speaker 14: Okay.
- 30:09Speaker 2: So look, Mel, you have to admit that the wedding
- 30:12Speaker 2: dress thing, it was creative, right?
- 30:14Speaker 16: It was a ton of fun.
- 30:15Speaker 20: The wedding dress thing, Brandon, I thought I was about
- 30:17Speaker 20: to be murdered with that mannequin.
- 30:19Speaker 3: It was a mannequin.
- 30:20Speaker 9: It was a mannequin.
- 30:22Speaker 2: It didn't move.
- 30:22Speaker 21: It was just standing there.
- 30:24Speaker 20: Right, but why was it wearing my wedding dress?
- 30:26Speaker 1: Right?
- 30:26Speaker 20: My wedding dress.
- 30:28Speaker 16: Right, because it fits the haunted bride theme that we're
- 30:31Speaker 16: doing this year.
- 30:32Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh.
- 30:34Speaker 5: Am I haunted?
- 30:37Speaker 20: Me becoming your ex-wife would fit the theme of being haunted, right?
- 30:40Speaker 21: Oh, come on.
- 30:43Speaker 3: You don't like that.
- 30:45Speaker 16: It's just a few weeks.
- 30:47Speaker 20: Okay, so why did you order a coffin with my
- 30:51Speaker 20: name on it?
- 30:52Speaker 7: Oh my gosh, it's branded.
- 30:54Speaker 16: Because it was customizable and you get a discount.
- 30:57Speaker 2: If you do the customization, I'm saving money.
- 30:59Speaker 1: That's like a bonus.
- 31:02Speaker 3: And he's already ahead of the game for years down
- 31:03Speaker 3: the road when you actually die.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Right.
- 31:06Speaker 6: I get her a nicer coffin in the middle.
- 31:09Speaker 3: No, it's a prop.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Like, that's all it is.
- 31:12Speaker 2: It's just a prop.
- 31:13Speaker 25: Again, onto bride theme.
- 31:15Speaker 16: Coffin with your.
- 31:16Speaker 3: Name on it.
- 31:16Speaker 15: Okay, okay.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Order, order.
- 31:18Speaker 7: What the hell's going on here? Your mom just got served.
- 31:22Speaker 4: Served? I haven't even ordered yet. Order.
- 31:25Speaker 7: Cheeseburger, please.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Order. Okay, order in the court. We're going to go
- 31:29Speaker 1: around the room.
- 31:29Speaker 3: Order in the court.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Is Brandon entitled to go all out for his favorite holiday,
- 31:34Speaker 1: or is Melissa justified in demanding he take down the
- 31:38Speaker 1: decoration because he's gone too far? One at a time.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Rich Bear, I know you've been chomping at the bit.
- 31:42Speaker 3: Well, if I were the good King Solomon, the wise
- 31:45Speaker 3: King Solomon, I would have to say we have to
- 31:47Speaker 3: meet in the middle. And follow what Melissa says. Go
- 31:50Speaker 3: all out on Halloween since your favorite holiday. But I
- 31:53Speaker 3: am off limits for scaring now. You've had your fun.
- 31:56Speaker 3: You've used my dress. So we draw the line. It's
- 31:59Speaker 3: scaring the wife. But let him have his Halloween. And
- 32:02Speaker 3: then I would say stay scared. and not go over
- 32:04Speaker 3: to your mom's house. Your mom sounds like a party pooper.
- 32:06Speaker 1: What happened when you were all team branded in the beginning?
- 32:12Speaker 3: Most court cases, you hear the whole court case and you. Oh,
- 32:15Speaker 3: so you jumped in too soon.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Interesting.
- 32:18Speaker 15: Okay.
- 32:18Speaker 1: I wish I, I wish I had a legal term
- 32:20Speaker 1: for it.
- 32:20Speaker 3: The merit. But okay.
- 32:23Speaker 1: All right. You've stated your case. Go ahead. As far
- 32:26Speaker 1: as a juror goes. Peyton, go ahead.
- 32:28Speaker 4: I would like to rule in favor of Brandon. I
- 32:30Speaker 4: feel like it's only one time a year that you
- 32:33Speaker 4: got to be on your toes. And I would just say, hey,
- 32:35Speaker 4: post that video camera footage on the internet. You'll probably
- 32:38Speaker 4: go viral and maybe make a buck.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Off of it.
- 32:40Speaker 3: All right.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Juror Kyle on foot.
- 32:43Speaker 7: Okay, Brandon, you said something that really got me. You said,
- 32:48Speaker 7: she knew who I was when she married me, which
- 32:52Speaker 7: is a phrase my husband and I use a lot
- 32:54Speaker 7: with each other. However, what's happening now is not what
- 32:58Speaker 7: you were when she married you because she says you
- 33:01Speaker 7: up it every year. So if you want to scare,
- 33:03Speaker 7: you have to revert to four years ago, scaredge. If
- 33:08Speaker 7: it's fair, if she knew who you were. So I
- 33:11Speaker 7: am in favor of Melissa. You cannot use her as
- 33:15Speaker 7: your scaring punching bag because what's going to happen is
- 33:18Speaker 7: she is going to start hating you. And I know
- 33:20Speaker 7: you do not want that.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Okay. I agree. with Kyle and Rich. I think you
- 33:28Speaker 1: guys are both the same thing. You gotta compromise. You
- 33:30Speaker 1: can't do that. You can't do that to your wife.
- 33:32Speaker 1: And I say that, I speak from my own, you know,
- 33:34Speaker 1: it's like if I was a judge and they were
- 33:35Speaker 1: really investigating me, they'd know that my wife is, remember
- 33:37Speaker 1: you guys in my house with the chainsaw?
- 33:39Speaker 3: Very true.
- 33:39Speaker 7: Well, yeah, Suzette.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Yeah, no, but Grant came in with the chainsaw. Oh,
- 33:43Speaker 1: Grant came in with the chainsaw too.
- 33:44Speaker 7: Twice, we skewed you twice.
- 33:45Speaker 1: And I said, after twice being scared in my house,
- 33:47Speaker 1: I said, you know, this is my home. I said,
- 33:49Speaker 1: I need to be able to walk around peacefully and
- 33:51Speaker 1: not be worried.
- 33:52Speaker 3: That's true.
- 33:52Speaker 1: In my home. Because what if something bad happens?
- 33:54Speaker 3: That's right.
- 33:55Speaker 24: Right?
- 33:55Speaker 1: So I, if you go with me with the, what
- 33:58Speaker 1: is it called? Jury duty?
- 34:00Speaker 4: Your gavel.
- 34:00Speaker 7: The John J.
- 34:01Speaker 3: Rich Love Court.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Love Court. Exactly what Rich said. Word for word. So Rich,
- 34:07Speaker 1: you be the judge now. You say what you just said. Okay, Brandon.
- 34:10Speaker 3: So, outside of the house, scare the kids, ratchet it up,
- 34:14Speaker 3: buy all the things.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Awesome.
- 34:16Speaker 3: Inside of the house, Melissa's scares are now off limits.
- 34:18Speaker 1: Yeah. And if you do scare her, she gets to
- 34:21Speaker 1: sleep with your best friend.
- 34:22Speaker 16: What?
- 34:22Speaker 12: What?
- 34:22Speaker 13: Okay.
- 34:23Speaker 1: What did?
- 34:27Speaker 26: All right, you guys.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Do you agree to those terms, Melissa? Oh, my God.
- 34:44Speaker 14: Absolutely.
- 34:45Speaker 21: If we can if we can go back.
- 34:46Speaker 14: Like I said, I love Halloween.
- 34:48Speaker 20: So we can go back to just the decorations and
- 34:51Speaker 20: scaring like in a normal way.
- 34:54Speaker 6: That's great.
- 34:55Speaker 1: All right.
- 34:56Speaker 4: All right.
- 34:57Speaker 7: And Brandon will abide by said verdict.
- 35:00Speaker 1: We are in recess.
- 35:01Speaker 16: Well, I just I just want to make sure I
- 35:03Speaker 16: heard the verdict correctly and that I understand the technical
- 35:06Speaker 16: limitations of it. That what you said is that all
- 35:10Speaker 16: in-house scares are off limit.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Correct.
- 35:13Speaker 7: I think your wife should be off limits.
- 35:13Speaker 3: You know what I mean? Yeah.
- 35:14Speaker 1: No, no, no.
- 35:14Speaker 4: You're right.
- 35:15Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 35:15Speaker 3: No, I hear you.
- 35:22Speaker 2: But, you know, sometimes incidental scares happen outside.
- 35:25Speaker 22: There is no buts.
- 35:26Speaker 16: Brandon, just do it.
- 35:27Speaker 3: No buts.
- 35:28Speaker 1: Court is officially over. Court, this is in recess. And
- 35:33Speaker 1: then what they do at the end, it's recess, right? No,
- 35:34Speaker 1: it's court adjourned. Court adjourned, that's it.
- 35:36Speaker 3: Court adjourned, you guys.
- 35:38Speaker 1: And that is Love Court, you guys. Love Court with
- 35:40Speaker 1: Josh A.
- 35:40Speaker 15: Rich.
- 35:41Speaker 1: Again, shoot us a DM if you want to be
- 35:42Speaker 1: on Love Court.
- 35:46Speaker 9: It's John Jay and Richard Lovecraft.
- 36:05Speaker 1: All right, so last week we had some fun. We
- 36:06Speaker 1: wanted you to.
- 36:07Speaker 7: Describe your job using as few words as possible, but
- 36:09Speaker 7: being kind of mysterious and spooky.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Might be the biggest thing you've ever done. Michael, Michael,
- 36:12Speaker 1: what's yours?
- 36:13Speaker 16: Hey.
- 36:33Speaker 12: Good morning.
- 36:34Speaker 1: So here we go.
- 36:35Speaker 12: It says, I go where most people fear to step,
- 36:38Speaker 12: uncovering rotten remains and things that have been hiding for years.
- 36:43Speaker 1: You can't wait. Can you say it again?
- 36:45Speaker 8: I know.
- 36:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:49Speaker 12: I go where most people fear to step, uncovering rotten
- 36:53Speaker 12: remains and things that have been hiding for years.
- 36:57Speaker 7: Trash, a trash man. Oh, I was like, archaeologist?
- 37:00Speaker 4: You drive the trash cars.
- 37:01Speaker 3: I was thinking sewer cleaner, like septic tank cleaner.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Dead animal remover?
- 37:05Speaker 3: Close.
- 37:07Speaker 12: I have a second one that might help make it,
- 37:09Speaker 12: I don't know.
- 37:10Speaker 3: Yeah, because you used a lot of words. We said
- 37:12Speaker 3: as few words as possible.
- 37:14Speaker 12: It's hard to describe it as, yeah. So I spend
- 37:16Speaker 12: my days inches away from a deadly fall handling electrified glass.
- 37:22Speaker 3: Oh, I get it. You put in solar panels.
- 37:26Speaker 2: Close.
- 37:26Speaker 12: I birdproof solar panels and I clean them.
- 37:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Hey, so did you chat to BT that because you go,
- 37:32Speaker 1: it says?
- 37:35Speaker 2: Yes, because I, for the life of me, spent like
- 37:38Speaker 2: four hours trying to come up with one.
- 37:42Speaker 3: I just had that done in my house, the birdproof,
- 37:44Speaker 3: because we had pigeons living underneath the solar panels. It
- 37:48Speaker 3: was terrible.
- 37:50Speaker 2: Yep, that's exactly what I do.
- 37:51Speaker 3: I do that and I clean them. Well, that's a
- 37:54Speaker 3: tough job. Yes, I would not want to be up there.
- 37:56Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Okay, I'm going to put my name in Shajibiti. Describe
- 38:01Speaker 1: my job in a few words and make it scary.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Let's see. It's funny because when I did it originally,
- 38:09Speaker 1: it was just normal. I talk into a microphone for
- 38:12Speaker 1: a living while millions of dollars are spent trying to
- 38:14Speaker 1: figure out why no one's listening.
- 38:19Speaker 3: Boy, that is scary. They got that right. Jeez, Chad.
- 38:24Speaker 3: Run away. Run away. Quit being so brutal.
- 38:27Speaker 1: All right, Michael.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Thanks, dude. Matt, what's yours?
- 38:32Speaker 1: Go ahead. Your job description.
- 38:33Speaker 14: All right.
- 38:34Speaker 15: Mine's not nearly as creative as that one. I stick
- 38:39Speaker 15: people with a monthly payment, sometimes for thousands of dollars.
- 38:43Speaker 3: You sell cars?
- 38:45Speaker 1: No. Wait before you answer that. Mortgage. You do mortgages.
- 38:52Speaker 3: There you go.
- 38:53Speaker 15: In that same department, real estate. I actually do cars
- 38:58Speaker 15: also a little bit.
- 38:58Speaker 1: On the side.
- 38:59Speaker 3: We're both right.
- 39:00Speaker 1: What an interesting job. You sell cars at home.
- 39:02Speaker 15: I'm just thinking people with payments left and right. I
- 39:07Speaker 15: also have a story, a scariest thing that's ever happened.
- 39:10Speaker 15: If you guys have time.
- 39:12Speaker 1: Yeah, man. We got time. What do you got?
- 39:15Speaker 15: All right.
- 39:15Speaker 2: So this is back.
- 39:16Speaker 15: I was driving for Uber. And I picked this guy
- 39:20Speaker 15: up and he was in, he had an address, but
- 39:22Speaker 15: it was an abandoned area. So he gets into the
- 39:26Speaker 15: car and I noticed that he's got this like.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Bag with him.
- 39:29Speaker 3: All right.
- 39:30Speaker 15: So I just was getting this vibe and I said, well,
- 39:32Speaker 15: you know, what do you got in your bag there?
- 39:33Speaker 12: And he goes, oh, it's.
- 39:35Speaker 3: None of your business.
- 39:37Speaker 15: And it was kind of a weird response from him.
- 39:39Speaker 15: You know, it's kind of throwing up some sketchy vibes. So,
- 39:43Speaker 15: you know, I asked him one more time, you know,
- 39:44Speaker 15: what he had in the bag and he said, none
- 39:45Speaker 15: of your business. So I pulled over and I was like, listen,
- 39:48Speaker 15: you know, I, I don't like how this is going. Um,
- 39:51Speaker 15: you know, I'm going to ask you one more time,
- 39:53Speaker 15: what would you have in your bag? And otherwise I'm
- 39:56Speaker 15: going to ask you to get out of the car.
- 39:58Speaker 15: So he's like, dude, it's none of your business. So
- 40:00Speaker 15: as he's getting out, he starts like kind of yelling
- 40:02Speaker 15: at me and I grabbed the bag and I just
- 40:05Speaker 15: take off. And for a while he was like running
- 40:07Speaker 15: alongside the car and then eventually like tumbled and, and,
- 40:11Speaker 15: and let go of the bag and I drove off.
- 40:14Speaker 1: And what was in the bag?
- 40:16Speaker 15: None of your business.
- 40:17Speaker 12: Beautiful.
- 40:21Speaker 7: Beautiful.
- 40:23Speaker 3: We bit, bit, bit.
- 40:26Speaker 15: That's the trick to the trick or treat.
- 40:29Speaker 1: I was going to be like, tell the story. I
- 40:30Speaker 1: was like, boy, you were way out of line on
- 40:32Speaker 1: this guy.
- 40:32Speaker 3: Yeah. Give him a ride. I would never want to
- 40:35Speaker 3: be in your Uber driver.
- 40:36Speaker 1: Thanks, Matt. That's funny. Thanks, brother. Thank you. I'm Mark.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Go ahead. Describe your job.
- 40:44Speaker 13: Hey, gang.
- 40:44Speaker 19: I immortalize the dead.
- 40:46Speaker 5: Ooh.
- 40:48Speaker 3: Oh, oh. Do you sometimes make drawings of lost loved ones,
- 40:54Speaker 3: like portraits? Are you a painter?
- 40:57Speaker 10: I'm not a painter.
- 40:58Speaker 4: Okay, do you take the ashes and make jewelry.
- 41:02Speaker 28: Out of them?
- 41:03Speaker 13: Nope.
- 41:04Speaker 7: He said close with portraits, though. You're a photographer?
- 41:10Speaker 19: I am not a photographer.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Are you in the clergy? Nope.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Immortalize the dead.
- 41:17Speaker 1: You work in a cemetery? Nope.
- 41:21Speaker 3: History teacher?
- 41:22Speaker 19: We work for the cemeteries.
- 41:23Speaker 15: Oh.
- 41:24Speaker 3: Oh, you make headstones.
- 41:27Speaker 19: We make the portraits that go on the headstones.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Ah. You know, that's an interesting job. That's pretty, that's really.
- 41:33Speaker 19: Yeah, not a lot of us out here.
- 41:35Speaker 1: So what do you do that, like with a chisel
- 41:36Speaker 1: and a hammer?
- 41:39Speaker 19: Uh, no, no. Um, we, we process images that, um,
- 41:43Speaker 19: the family gets together with the cemeteries and pick out pictures.
- 41:45Speaker 19: They send them to us and we, um, through a
- 41:48Speaker 19: very laborious process, put them on, uh, on the porcelains.
- 41:53Speaker 3: Do you know, I gotta be honest. I've been to
- 41:55Speaker 3: a couple of graveyards. I don't think I've seen pictures
- 41:57Speaker 3: of the people on the next one. Okay. Maybe I
- 42:01Speaker 3: haven't been in a while.
- 42:02Speaker 1: There's one next to my mom and it's like, you
- 42:03Speaker 1: can see it's beautiful, but here's the thing though, Mark.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Your job, no matter how you describe it, is spooky.
- 42:10Speaker 3: It's true.
- 42:10Speaker 1: No matter how many words you use. Like, it's a
- 42:13Speaker 1: spooky job. I mean, I'd be afraid that one of
- 42:16Speaker 1: the spirits, like, they didn't like the picture you made
- 42:18Speaker 1: and they'd follow you for the rest of your life.
- 42:19Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 42:20Speaker 19: Hey, I didn't pick that picture.
- 42:23Speaker 1: All right, Mark, thanks for calling in. Wow, this is big.
- 42:26Speaker 1: There's more people calling.
- 42:26Speaker 3: Jill, go ahead.
- 42:27Speaker 1: What's your spooky job?
- 42:30Speaker 23: My spooky job is I listen to women scream as
- 42:33Speaker 23: loud as they can while helping them pull something from
- 42:36Speaker 23: their body.
- 42:36Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 42:37Speaker 3: Delivery nurse.
- 42:38Speaker 4: That's what I'm thinking. Dentist.
- 42:40Speaker 5: Delivery nurse, yeah.
- 42:41Speaker 3: That's good, Jill.
- 42:45Speaker 1: That's good. You're pulling humans from people.
- 42:49Speaker 3: Vanessa, go ahead.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Vanessa.
- 42:54Speaker 13: Oh, yes.
- 42:55Speaker 3: Hi. Hi.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Okay.
- 42:56Speaker 27: So I travel through the valley. Once I get you,
- 43:00Speaker 27: I put you in the dark and I inject you
- 43:03Speaker 27: with the poison and To shut you down forever.
- 43:10Speaker 1: The forever got me. I thought maybe you were an anesthesiologist.
- 43:13Speaker 3: Vanessa did that so good because she put the evil
- 43:15Speaker 3: laugh at the end of it.
- 43:16Speaker 1: Do you do euthanasia on pets?
- 43:20Speaker 2: I am.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Sorry, say that again. Euthanasia on pets?
- 43:24Speaker 12: No.
- 43:25Speaker 3: Put you in the dark to put you down forever.
- 43:29Speaker 3: To put you down forever. I know there's a clue
- 43:31Speaker 3: in there that isn't what it seems.
- 43:36Speaker 12: Gosh.
- 43:37Speaker 1: Just tell us, what are you?
- 43:39Speaker 20: I'm a sclerotherapy injector.
- 43:42Speaker 27: So I shut down spider veins and varicose veins in
- 43:47Speaker 27: your legs.
- 43:48Speaker 1: Okay, but they come back, you come back, you said
- 43:50Speaker 1: they put you down forever.
- 43:51Speaker 27: Well, the veins don't, they go away forever, so they
- 43:55Speaker 27: don't come back.
- 43:56Speaker 1: Well, that's an interesting thing to get rid of varicose veins.
- 44:00Speaker 1: Thank you, Vanessa.
- 44:01Speaker 27: Yeah, you're welcome.
- 44:03Speaker 1: Mark, you got a spooky job?
- 44:05Speaker 4: Hey, good morning, guys.
- 44:07Speaker 1: Good morning.
- 44:08Speaker 19: Yes, the state of Arizona has given me a license
- 44:11Speaker 19: to kill.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Dang.
- 44:13Speaker 3: Is he a hunter? Are you a sheriff? A fisherman?
- 44:18Speaker 1: No, none of those.
- 44:20Speaker 7: License to kill.
- 44:21Speaker 19: Now, if I go out of the state and do
- 44:22Speaker 19: the same thing, I can get arrested.
- 44:23Speaker 3: Oh, are you an exterminator, like a bug exterminator?
- 44:26Speaker 1: Are you a lawyer?
- 44:28Speaker 19: Bing, bing, bing, right on the money.
- 44:30Speaker 1: Which one? Exterminator.
- 44:32Speaker 9: Oh.
- 44:32Speaker 15: Exterminator.
- 44:33Speaker 1: You have to go. You can't go be exterminated somewhere else.
- 44:36Speaker 1: You have to take a test or something. It's different rules.
- 44:38Speaker 25: Yes.
- 44:39Speaker 3: These are Illinois spiders. You can't touch these.
- 44:41Speaker 25: That's interesting.
- 44:42Speaker 3: All right.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Thanks, Mark. Mariana, good morning.
- 44:46Speaker 13: Hi.
- 44:46Speaker 5: Good morning, you guys.

- 45:00Speaker 1: Check out your place.
- 45:03Speaker 5: No, I actually manage a colony of mice for research purposes.
- 45:09Speaker 7: Wow, that's unique.
- 45:10Speaker 1: How many mice are in a colony?
- 45:15Speaker 5: Well, the colony or the PI that I manage for,
- 45:19Speaker 5: we have over like 600 cages at the moment, but
- 45:23Speaker 5: there's like up to anywhere from like one to like
- 45:27Speaker 5: 12 in a cage. So it's a lot. It's for
- 45:30Speaker 5: the U of A.
- 45:31Speaker 1: Are they the white mice? They're all white?
- 45:36Speaker 5: Yeah, we have white. We used to have these really
- 45:39Speaker 5: cool gray ones, and then some other labs have the
- 45:42Speaker 5: black ones.
- 45:44Speaker 1: The gray ones look too much like rat tattooing.
- 45:46Speaker 3: Are you guys testing what shampoo works best on them?
- 45:49Speaker 3: What are you doing?
- 45:50Speaker 1: Peptides. Peptides.

- 50:25Speaker 1: Is that Exorcist?
- 50:26Speaker 3: It's the Exorcist, yeah. So you got that one wrong.
- 50:28Speaker 6: Oh, no.
- 50:29Speaker 7: Seven right.
- 50:30Speaker 4: That was the highest that we've had in a minute.
- 50:32Speaker 7: So good job.
- 50:33Speaker 4: You rocked it.
- 50:33Speaker 3: On question number eight.
- 50:35Speaker 24: Thank you.
- 50:36Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh.
- 50:37Speaker 1: I got eight right, you guys.
- 50:38Speaker 3: I was on eight.
- 50:39Speaker 1: Nice job.
- 50:41Speaker 20: My kids have been begging me to try every day.
- 50:44Speaker 7: You did great.
- 50:45Speaker 1: Sarah, we're going to set you up with a Del
- 50:48Speaker 1: Taco gift card. Thanks for listening.
- 50:50Speaker 11: Thank you.
- 50:51Speaker 1: You know, as Rich mentioned earlier this morning, it is
- 50:54Speaker 1: National Pumpkin Day.
- 50:55Speaker 4: What a great day today.
- 50:56Speaker 9: What makes you say that?
- 50:58Speaker 1: In case you.
- 50:59Speaker 4: Missed it, today is National Pumpkin Day.
- 51:01Speaker 3: It's National Pumpkin Day. How do you celebrate?
- 51:04Speaker 1: What do you do? I'll tell you what I don't do.
- 51:06Speaker 1: What we don't do.
- 51:07Speaker 3: We don't throw our pumpkins.
- 51:08Speaker 4: In observance of National Pumpkin Day.
- 51:11Speaker 7: We paint our toenails to look like pumpkins.
- 51:13Speaker 3: Pumpkins, huh?
- 51:14Speaker 1: Sounds like food.
- 51:15Speaker 4: Great.
- 51:16Speaker 1: Let's do it.
- 51:16Speaker 5: Showtime.
- 51:18Speaker 1: National Pumpkin Day, so while you enjoy a pumpkin spice
- 51:20Speaker 1: latte and some smashing pumpkins, I have a list of
- 51:23Speaker 1: the 10 most famous pumpkins in movie and TV. Oh, interesting.
- 51:27Speaker 1: The 10 most famous.
- 51:28Speaker 4: Famous pumpkins.
- 51:29Speaker 7: The great pumpkin Charlie Brown.
- 51:31Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 51:31Speaker 4: Boom.
- 51:32Speaker 1: That is, believe it or not, not number one.
- 51:34Speaker 12: What?
- 51:34Speaker 1: It's number three.
- 51:35Speaker 4: Okay, what about the pumpkin from Halloween Town?
- 51:39Speaker 3: That's a great one.
- 51:39Speaker 1: Pumpkin from Halloween Town. Well, first we go, number 10
- 51:43Speaker 1: is Pumpkinhead from the Pumpkinhead series. Sure. Number nine is
- 51:47Speaker 1: David S. Pumpkins.
- 51:49Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, from SNL, Tom Hanks.
- 51:51Speaker 1: You've dressed like him before. Yes, I have. Number eight
- 51:53Speaker 1: is Spookly from Spookly the Square Pumpkin. Yep. Number seven
- 51:58Speaker 1: is the Headless Horseman, known for carrying the jack-o'-lantern. You
- 52:00Speaker 1: know that one visual, right?
- 52:02Speaker 4: He's cool.
- 52:02Speaker 1: He's also in The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad.
- 52:06Speaker 1: The Pumpkin Mask in Halloween 3, Season of the Witch.
- 52:10Speaker 1: The number five most famous pumpkin. When I tell you,
- 52:12Speaker 1: you're all going to go, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. The
- 52:15Speaker 1: pumpkin carriage from Cinderella.
- 52:17Speaker 3: Of course.
- 52:17Speaker 6: Of course.
- 52:19Speaker 1: Number four is the pumpkin king.
- 52:20Speaker 12: Yes.
- 52:21Speaker 3: Jack Skellington.
- 52:21Speaker 1: Number three, the great pumpkin. Number two is Sam from
- 52:24Speaker 1: Trick or Treat. You know what that is? I don't know.
- 52:27Speaker 1: I don't know what that is.
- 52:27Speaker 3: I don't know if they could be on the list
- 52:28Speaker 3: if none of us know.
- 52:30Speaker 1: Sam from Trick or Treat, he has an alien-like pumpkin head.
- 52:33Speaker 1: I don't know that.
- 52:34Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 52:34Speaker 7: It's creepy when you look him up.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Is it? The number one most famous pumpkin is the
- 52:38Speaker 1: jack-o'-lantern from the opening credits of the movie Halloween.
- 52:41Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 52:42Speaker 3: Of course.
- 52:43Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 52:44Speaker 4: No Halloween time.
- 52:45Speaker 12: What a shame.
- 52:45Speaker 7: Three pumpkins from there.
- 52:48Speaker 1: And I have more Halloween stuff. By the way, Daylight
- 52:51Speaker 1: Savings Time ends this Sunday. The clocks roll back an
- 52:55Speaker 1: hour at 2 a.m. Halloween's on Saturday. which means we
- 52:58Speaker 1: get an extra hour if you're staying up late. And
- 53:00Speaker 1: because of future leap years, Halloween won't fall on a
- 53:03Speaker 1: Saturday again until 2037. Oh, my God. But if you're
- 53:08Speaker 1: here in Phoenix, I don't think anything changes. Does it?
- 53:11Speaker 1: Nothing changes for us. Nope.
- 53:12Speaker 7: It's supposed to rain.
- 53:14Speaker 3: When you call your relatives, you've got to, like, do
- 53:16Speaker 3: the math if they're across the country. That's the only
- 53:19Speaker 3: thing that changes.
- 53:20Speaker 1: Also, someone posted a list online of Halloween rules they
- 53:23Speaker 1: think everyone should follow, and they're worth considering. Don't guess
- 53:29Speaker 1: what someone's costume is unless you know what it is.
- 53:32Speaker 1: You might offend them. So if you're not sure, just ask,
- 53:34Speaker 1: especially with kids.
- 53:35Speaker 5: Okay.
- 53:36Speaker 4: I feel like if you're getting offended when people are
- 53:37Speaker 4: guessing your Halloween costume, you're taking it too serious.
- 53:40Speaker 3: And you're not dressed to something we know.
- 53:42Speaker 7: I also kind of feel, yeah, I was going to
- 53:43Speaker 7: feel like you might be offended if someone asks what
- 53:46Speaker 7: you are. Like, isn't it obvious?
- 53:48Speaker 3: Right.
- 53:50Speaker 1: Don't bring bloody decorations into the office. If you decorate
- 53:53Speaker 1: your desk, try to keep it fairly PG. Not everyone
- 53:56Speaker 1: likes gore. Then it says, don't wear an offensive costume.
- 54:00Speaker 1: Even if it's a joke, it's risky. And Good Housekeeping
- 54:03Speaker 1: has a list of costumes you should avoid. And I
- 54:05Speaker 1: went to it and it's like, oh my God.
- 54:07Speaker 3: Are they super offended or like no big deal?
- 54:10Speaker 1: They're offensive and they have pictures of costumes. Like number
- 54:15Speaker 1: one is a Holocaust victim. Believe it or not, more
- 54:19Speaker 1: than one celebrity has thought of dressing up as a
- 54:21Speaker 1: Nazi for Halloween.
- 54:23Speaker 7: I remember that.
- 54:24Speaker 1: Don't dress in anything involving blackface.
- 54:26Speaker 6: Right.
- 54:27Speaker 7: Yeah, please.
- 54:28Speaker 4: The internet lives forever.
- 54:29Speaker 1: Transphobic costumes. They pulled a costume from Walmart that was
- 54:34Speaker 1: called Tranny Granny.
- 54:35Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 54:36Speaker 24: Wow.
- 54:37Speaker 1: I know. And there's a picture of it. You know,
- 54:39Speaker 1: don't dress as the COVID-19 pandemic. Body shaming. Stereotypes. Don't
- 54:46Speaker 1: dress as a terrorist. A zombie version of a recently
- 54:49Speaker 1: deceased celebrity. Whoa. Don't dress as an eating disorder, animal cruelty,
- 54:53Speaker 1: or a mentally ill person. And it has a picture
- 54:56Speaker 1: of someone in a straight jacket, which was a fun
- 54:58Speaker 1: costume a while ago, but now it's inappropriate.
- 55:00Speaker 4: And when you lay it out like that, it's like
- 55:01Speaker 4: we're like, obviously. But like people do that.
- 55:04Speaker 7: It's not obvious to everyone, I guess.
- 55:06Speaker 1: Well, when you go to a Halloween party like the
- 55:08Speaker 1: Wicked Ball, I think all bets are off. It's all
- 55:10Speaker 1: about creativity and craziness. Whether it's a $ 15, 000 prize, you know.
- 55:14Speaker 1: It says also getting back to the rules everyone should follow.
- 55:17Speaker 1: Not everything is private anymore. So if you do go
- 55:20Speaker 1: with an offensive costume, you can't act shocked when someone
- 55:23Speaker 1: posts photos of it on social media.
- 55:24Speaker 3: That's true.
- 55:25Speaker 1: Teach your kids to be polite trick-or-treaters. Make sure they
- 55:28Speaker 1: say thank you every time, even if it's candy they
- 55:30Speaker 1: don't like. And if you do choose to offer allergy-safe
- 55:33Speaker 1: treats or non-food options, you can use the teal-colored pumpkin.
- 55:37Speaker 1: Tell the trick-or-treaters with allergy-sensitive to know that there's another option.
- 55:40Speaker 1: That's good. Be classy with outdoor decorations. You can make
- 55:44Speaker 1: them scary and elaborate. But if you're expecting young trick-or-treaters,
- 55:47Speaker 1: don't go overboard with anything that will legitimately give them nightmares.
- 55:51Speaker 1: And if you're putting up fake tombstones outside, don't use
- 55:53Speaker 1: real names of the neighbors you dislike.
- 55:55Speaker 3: I think that's funny.
- 55:57Speaker 1: I think that's hilarious. Suzette, what's up? Good morning. You're
- 56:01Speaker 1: on the air.
- 56:02Speaker 6: Good morning. How are you guys?
- 56:04Speaker 3: Great.
- 56:04Speaker 1: How are you?
- 56:05Speaker 6: I'm good. Hey, I listen to you guys on our
- 56:09Speaker 6: iHeart app because we don't have a local station. Anyway,
- 56:14Speaker 6: so I was listening to you guys, and I'm a
- 56:15Speaker 6: couple weeks behind, and I was listening to the stupidest
- 56:19Speaker 6: ways that you've hurt yourself, and I have an incredibly
- 56:21Speaker 6: stupid and horrifying way that I hurt myself.
- 56:23Speaker 1: Okay, let's hear it.
- 56:26Speaker 6: So my husband and I, we went to Cabo back in,
- 56:29Speaker 6: I don't know, this spring, February or March, and he
- 56:32Speaker 6: was super sick, really, really sick the whole time we
- 56:34Speaker 6: were there. And he, of course, got better, and I
- 56:37Speaker 6: got super sick right before we were getting ready to leave.
- 56:40Speaker 6: And we were on the airplane, and I did not
- 56:43Speaker 6: have any decongestant to take. My ears were incredibly plugged up,
- 56:47Speaker 6: and my right ear kind of popped and started bleeding
- 56:50Speaker 6: a little bit.
- 56:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 56:52Speaker 6: And I was crazy sick. Like I was so dizzy.
- 56:55Speaker 6: I couldn't stand up. I was throwing up. It was
- 56:58Speaker 6: really bad. I wasn't like throwing up. I was like
- 57:00Speaker 6: gagging because I was incredibly dizzy. And so I was
- 57:03Speaker 6: the person that they made wait till everyone else got
- 57:05Speaker 6: off the plane because I couldn't walk and they brought
- 57:07Speaker 6: in the wheelchair to take me and everything. And so
- 57:11Speaker 6: we get to the escalators and they're trying to figure
- 57:13Speaker 6: out how to get me down the escalator. I'm like, look,
- 57:16Speaker 6: I can probably just stand up. My husband was there.
- 57:18Speaker 6: Like he can help me. I can probably just stand up.
- 57:21Speaker 6: And it's ride down this escalator. And so I stand
- 57:24Speaker 6: up and attempt to ride down the escalator and repetitively
- 57:27Speaker 6: fell on the escalator. And I kept trying to get
- 57:30Speaker 6: up because I was terrified that, hold on, I was
- 57:36Speaker 6: terrified that my hair was going to get stuck in
- 57:41Speaker 6: the escalator. So I kept trying to get up and
- 57:43Speaker 6: I just kept repetitively falling and I hurt my hip.
- 57:48Speaker 6: I tore my labrum and my shoulder. I had to
- 57:51Speaker 6: go to physical therapy for weeks. It was horrible. And
- 57:55Speaker 6: I am positive that somewhere out there, I'm just waiting
- 57:58Speaker 6: for this, is a stupid video of my butt falling
- 58:01Speaker 6: over and over down the escalator.
- 58:03Speaker 3: That must have been a long ride to fall down
- 58:05Speaker 3: multiple times.
- 58:07Speaker 6: Well, I kept trying to get up. I kept trying
- 58:09Speaker 6: to get up because I was terrified that my hair
- 58:11Speaker 6: was going to get caught in there and I was
- 58:12Speaker 6: going to be dead.
- 58:14Speaker 3: Ripped balls.
- 58:14Speaker 12: Yes.
- 58:15Speaker 3: Sucked under by the escalator.
- 58:18Speaker 1: What a miserable vacation.
- 58:20Speaker 19: It was horrible.
- 58:21Speaker 1: Well, I'm glad you called us. Thank you so much
- 58:25Speaker 1: for calling in. Thank you. Thank you. Tanya, you got
- 58:29Speaker 1: a spooky job. Tanya. Yes. What do you got?
- 58:35Speaker 18: Can you hear me?
- 58:35Speaker 1: Yeah, we got you. Okay.
- 58:38Speaker 6: So I invite strangers in. I asked them to reveal
- 58:41Speaker 6: their secrets. and decide their fate with a single message.
- 58:45Speaker 6: I can change the future, and when I'm done with them,
- 58:48Speaker 6: I move on to my next victim.
- 58:50Speaker 1: Are you a tarot card reader? Psychic?
- 58:53Speaker 3: No. I think you are like a nurse practitioner, and
- 58:57Speaker 3: you write prescriptions.
- 59:00Speaker 14: That would be horrible, no.
- 59:02Speaker 7: Like a judge?
- 59:03Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 59:05Speaker 13: No.
- 59:06Speaker 1: So what are you?
- 59:08Speaker 6: I'm talent acquisition, HR.
- 59:10Speaker 12: HR.
- 59:10Speaker 6: So I can get a job and change your future.
- 59:15Speaker 4: Oh, HR.
- 59:16Speaker 3: Good, Tanya, good.
- 59:17Speaker 1: Thanks, Tanya. That's good. Now we're going to get into curses.
- 59:20Speaker 1: So if you're cursed or you think you're cursed and
- 59:23Speaker 1: you want to put a curse on someone, 877-937-1047. We'll
- 59:26Speaker 1: talk to you next. This is John Jay and Richard.
- 59:52Speaker 1: Last week we talked to Wendy the Witch, right? And
- 59:55Speaker 1: she educated people on being cursed and how to uncurse
- 59:58Speaker 1: and get rid of a curse. And we thought we're
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: going to find someone who's cursed and see if Wendy
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: the Witch can get rid of the curse. Carmen, good morning.
- 1:00:07Speaker 14: Good morning.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: Are you cursed, Carmen?
- 1:00:11Speaker 8: I mean, maybe.
- 1:00:13Speaker 13: Look, my grandpa cheated this woman out of a whole
- 1:00:17Speaker 13: bunch of money. Okay, this was years ago. And apparently
- 1:00:21Speaker 13: she told him no woman in his family would ever
- 1:00:23Speaker 13: have a happy marriage. And I feel like she was
- 1:00:29Speaker 13: cursing us because my grandma got divorced three times. Both
- 1:00:33Speaker 13: my aunts had husbands who cheated.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: My mom's been.
- 1:00:36Speaker 13: Engaged four times, but has never made it down the aisle.
- 1:00:40Speaker 13: And I always thought it was just like bad luck.
- 1:00:43Speaker 13: And then last year I got engaged. And within a month,
- 1:00:46Speaker 13: I found out my fiance had a whole second girlfriend.
- 1:00:49Speaker 13: My grandma, I mean, she literally started crying and said,
- 1:00:52Speaker 13: I told you that woman meant what she said.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: She was crying for me.
- 1:00:55Speaker 7: Oh my gosh. Oh, that's terrible. It does actually sound
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: like you are crying.
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: It really does.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:01:02Speaker 12: Right?
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: Yeah, that's bad.
- 1:01:03Speaker 14: Ugh.
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: I'm like, maybe you guys just need to start dating women.
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: Just in a happy relationship though.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:01:14Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: That's true. It might not be, it might be worse
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: about it.
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: If you didn't have so much evidence that wasn't, that's
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: not circumstantial. That's every single case.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: You guys need to go do like a, etsy witch
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: or get windy the witch.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: Let me ask you when your grandpa cheated the woman
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: out a bunch of money was she something that had
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: the power to do a curse do you know what
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: i'm saying like like was she for like i have
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: this friend of mine from um oh my god why
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: am i thinking of it and his his mom was
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: a not a witch doctor oh my god what is.
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: It a voodoo queen.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: No um um no not something yeah what do you
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: the uh from what am i thinking from haiti He's
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: from Haiti and she was a doctor, but like that.
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: Something like that.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: And she would go, she could be up there and
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: go like, you know, touch your face and go thinner.
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: Oh, that's great.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: So like, but I don't think if you get cursed,
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: you just can't just go, you just can't be it.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: you just can't be kyle right here and just curse
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: somebody else in their life right it has to be.
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: Like madame like madame zarombe from.
- 1:02:15Speaker 7: Um holf there's got to be some power.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: Behind it yeah like you can't like who the woman
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: your your your grandfather cheated was she was she from
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: new orleans.
- 1:02:25Speaker 14: Well she was not i mean she wasn't from she
- 1:02:28Speaker 14: wasn't she was.
- 1:02:29Speaker 13: Born in the united states but she definitely had like cultural.
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: Backgrounds from, and that's what I'm talking about.
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: You know what I mean?
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:02:37Speaker 13: Sort of like ties. And so it's like seven degrees
- 1:02:39Speaker 13: of Kevin Bacon. Like I'm sure they could find people
- 1:02:42Speaker 13: that can do something.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: All right. And that's, that's, that's bad. Okay. Hold on.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: Hold on.
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: Paris.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Good morning. Are you cursed?
- 1:02:50Speaker 18: I am basically three years ago.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: I was at work.
- 1:02:55Speaker 18: And this girl was making me miserable. Like she was
- 1:02:58Speaker 18: spreading rumors about me. She was trying to get me fired.
- 1:03:01Speaker 18: And so my aunt, she does witchcraft and she told
- 1:03:05Speaker 18: me that there's this, she shared me this ritual. You
- 1:03:09Speaker 18: get a person's name, you write it down, and then
- 1:03:12Speaker 18: you wish everything that they've done to you goes back
- 1:03:16Speaker 18: to them. And so I did it and it worked.
- 1:03:19Speaker 18: Like she got fired.
- 1:03:20Speaker 6: Her husband left her.
- 1:03:22Speaker 18: And she got arrested too, but like on a totally
- 1:03:26Speaker 18: different charge of like not work related.
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: But all that happened to you first? Like you lost
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: your job and your husband?
- 1:03:33Speaker 18: Well, I didn't lose my job, but she was trying
- 1:03:35Speaker 18: to get me fired. And I'm not married, but she
- 1:03:37Speaker 18: was definitely trying to break up my relationship with my boyfriend.
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: So it bounced back on her harder than it sounds like.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:46Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: It did.
- 1:03:47Speaker 4: She's like so, so happy.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: I feel good about it.
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: Charis is bragging.
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: She doesn't feel cursed. She's bragging about her curse.
- 1:03:59Speaker 18: I do feel cursed now because there's supposed to be
- 1:04:02Speaker 18: something that I'm supposed to do to close it out
- 1:04:05Speaker 18: and I didn't do it. And so my aunt's freaking
- 1:04:08Speaker 18: out and, um, Actually, every day on that exact date
- 1:04:11Speaker 18: that I wrote down her name and did the ritual,
- 1:04:13Speaker 18: something bad happens to someone close to me. And now
- 1:04:17Speaker 18: my aunt thinks everything is going to start coming back
- 1:04:20Speaker 18: on me.
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: So I think I'm cursed.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: You know, I got to tell you something. I misheard
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: something you said. Now my hearing is bad. And in
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: the whole time I misheard it, I'm trying to create
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: a segment off of what I misheard.
- 1:04:34Speaker 13: Okay.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: Okay. She said witchcraft. I heard rich craft.
- 1:04:40Speaker 18: My aunt, she does rich craft.
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: Rich craft. And I wonder if we have a new
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: segment with rich. Our very own Rich Barra. What could
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: be rich craft? Rich, what can you do? Do you
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: get rid of curses?
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: No, no. Not rich craft. I'm just going to show
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: you how to carve pumpkins.
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: Oh, I was like, learn how to crochet.
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: Yeah, rich craft.
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: Learn how to sew.
- 1:04:59Speaker 13: I got some.
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: I'm going to make some.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: Paper mache dummies. While you're dressed in a Halloween costume.
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: Rich craft.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: Rich craft. Hey, man, it's time for some rich craft. Yeah,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: I was like, maybe. Or people can call up. They
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: say their family's cursed. You just go, we don't need
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: any of the witch. We got rich craft.
- 1:05:15Speaker 7: That's right.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: You're done.
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: Got a curse?
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: Ritchcraft take care of it.
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: Now you're going to make something.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: I got my prayers. I got my sound effect prayers.
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: We need a Ritchcraft prayer. When people call up and
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: are cursed, you get rid of the curse by a what, guys?
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: Like a loud whoosh?
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: It should be a clip of Gladys Knight.
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: Yeah. Gladys Knight. It should be. Midnight train to Georgia.
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: Midnight train to Georgia.
- 1:05:43Speaker 12: Oh, man.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: So call us if you're cursed. Rich will do his
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: rich craft and get rid of the curse. You can
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: do it right now to Paris. Get rid of her curse, Rich.
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: On the midnight train to Georgia. You're free.
- 1:05:54Speaker 7: You're free.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: Go get married.
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: Enjoy your life, Paris. If you want to stick, you
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: got to make some macaroni art. That is the rich craft.
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: Up to you. Thanks, Paris. Thanks for calling in.
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 1:06:03Speaker 4: I could be the twist, the one to make you
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: stop falling in love with me.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: Elena, good morning.
- 1:06:11Speaker 14: Good morning.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: Okay, guys, listen to this. She's got a ghost story,
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: and there's video to back it up. Whoa. She sent
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: me the video, and it's pretty damn impressive. Am I right, Elena?
- 1:06:24Speaker 17: Yeah, it's awesome.
- 1:06:25Speaker 25: Like, I have no idea what else it could be.
- 1:06:28Speaker 25: I've thought of, like... everything, but you can seriously like
- 1:06:32Speaker 25: see the legs like running. You can see each leg.
- 1:06:35Speaker 25: You can see everything. It's totally a ghost of a human.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: She sent us all the video or it's been sent
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: to all of you on your phones. If you look
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: at your phones. Okay. All right. We're taking like a
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: scan John test. You can now look at your phones.
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: Tell us the story.
- 1:06:48Speaker 21: Okay.
- 1:06:49Speaker 25: So I wake up like literally every night at three
- 1:06:52Speaker 25: in the morning. It does not fail. And so I
- 1:06:55Speaker 25: woke up But I like didn't check my notifications. Like
- 1:06:59Speaker 25: it was just I woke up and laid there, tried
- 1:07:01Speaker 25: falling back asleep.
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: Finally, I got back to sleep. But then when I.
- 1:07:05Speaker 25: Woke up and I was like driving to work and
- 1:07:07Speaker 25: I was in a hurry, I noticed that my security
- 1:07:10Speaker 25: camera notification said human. It's like human at three in
- 1:07:14Speaker 25: the morning.
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: Who is out there?
- 1:07:16Speaker 14: So I opened it and I watched it.
- 1:07:19Speaker 25: And I like my jaw dropped and I'm driving. I'm like,
- 1:07:22Speaker 25: what was this? So I sent it to all my
- 1:07:25Speaker 25: family and they were all shocked. And so we were
- 1:07:28Speaker 25: just like, there's no other explanation on what it could be.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: It has to be a ghost. You know what? When
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: you watch it, it's pretty freaky. Hey, Dylan, I think
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: you should, but instead of putting this in stories, I
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: think this should be posted on Instagram. People can watch
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: it and make comments on it. Cause it is crazy.
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: We almost need to slow motion it too, because it
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: goes by pretty quick.
- 1:07:46Speaker 14: Yes.
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: That's crazy. It like shows up out of nowhere.
- 1:07:50Speaker 7: It, like, just, like, appears.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: Yeah, it starts from nowhere and goes nowhere. It doesn't, like,
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: go totally across the screen. It's just, like, a blip
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: in the middle of the screen.
- 1:07:58Speaker 7: I wonder if your backyard is, like, some sort of
- 1:08:00Speaker 7: creepy portal.
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:08:02Speaker 10: Well, I don't know.
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: There's lots of evidence that portals are real. Huh.
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: Yeah, so I have another thing, too, is.
- 1:08:10Speaker 25: I used to live in Wetmore. And so we lived
- 1:08:13Speaker 25: on Indian burial grounds.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: And we did, like, me and my little cousin, or
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: my big cousin, I guess.
- 1:08:21Speaker 25: We were doing EVPs, so we were, like, recording stuff.
- 1:08:24Speaker 25: And we caught, like, talking. We caught, like, a guitar playing.
- 1:08:27Speaker 25: We caught all kinds of stuff. And so, like I said,
- 1:08:31Speaker 25: it was Indian burial grounds. And I feel like something got, like,
- 1:08:35Speaker 25: attached to me and has been, like, latched on to me,
- 1:08:38Speaker 25: following me around for, like, 20 years.
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: I would agree with you.
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: Because I feel it everywhere.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: All right. That's crazy, Elena. Well, thanks for sharing that
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: story and sending the video. We're posting it right now.
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: John Jay and Rich on Instagram. Thanks. Okay, great. Yeah.
- 1:08:52Speaker 14: Thank you guys.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: Have a good day.
- 1:08:54Speaker 10: You too.
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: Bye bye you can see the video on our instagram
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: um i've been watching nobody wants this season three.
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: On netflix really i'm like not hooked i'm on episode
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: three and i'm like why am i bored Oh, really?
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: What?
- 1:09:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I just am not hooked right now. I just
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: am not loving the separation storyline. I'm not really loving
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: the ex-next-door storyline.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: You recognize that guy?
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: Yeah, he's from Victorious. That's Beck.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: Right, but he was also from that show we saw
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: about the murderers. Remember, they were killing each other? He
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: was with Dove Cameron.
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, and he's with Halsey. He's dating Halsey.
- 1:09:30Speaker 12: Ivan.
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: Joe or Joe or something like that.
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: Well, well, so I've been watching it. I'm on episode
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: five or six. I think it's the thing about nobody
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: wants to season three is that I love the characters.
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: I love the storyline. Season one. There were very many,
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: several moments that were laugh out loud. Funny. This is,
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: this is, it's just really good. Um, I loved Brian's wedding, right?
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: You don't talk about love Brian's wedding. You're not there yet.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: Brian's wedding is fantastic.
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: But there's a scene that happens on the show. where
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: the sister Morgan goes to a tarot card reader and
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: is trying to get these tarot card read. And one
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: of the cards that flips is called two cups. I
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: think it's called two cups. And she goes, oh, you
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: got two cups. And then, oh, what is that?
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: Well, nevermind.
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: I'll just move on. Do you catch it when she's there?
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: I had to pause and go Google two cups and
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: see what the big deal is. What is the big deal?
- 1:10:24Speaker 7: It comes back up.
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: Oh, it does.
- 1:10:26Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: I'm not that far yet.
- 1:10:27Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:10:27Speaker 7: It comes back up in the show.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: Oh, okay. I'm kind of like, what? What do you mean?
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: Am I supposed to know what two cups mean? Is
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: Tarot card reading that mass appeal? I'm supposed to know it?
- 1:10:37Speaker 8: Good.
- 1:10:37Speaker 15: Okay.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: So I'm not going to Google it then.
- 1:10:39Speaker 7: Yeah. It does come back up.
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: Okay. Well then.
- 1:10:43Speaker 7: It drives a plot.
- 1:10:44Speaker 3: Oh, it does?
- 1:10:45Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: Well, how many episodes are there? Because I'm pretty far
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: down the line.
- 1:10:48Speaker 7: Eight or nine.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: Oh, I think I'm like six.
- 1:10:50Speaker 3: Better bring it around.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: Yeah. So, wow.
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: Do you know, I binge watched this because it's Halloween week.
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: I binge watched Carrie yesterday.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: Oh, and?
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: Oh, it is so good. Okay, first of all, I
- 1:11:00Speaker 3: didn't know it was Mike Flanagan, who's the guy who
- 1:11:02Speaker 3: did The Haunting of Hill House, which was excellent on Netflix.
- 1:11:06Speaker 3: If you haven't seen that, go back and watch that
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: because that's amazing. I'm not... Did you really watch that, Peyton,
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: all the way through?
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I sat there and watched it. I was locked in.
- 1:11:17Speaker 3: I don't know if you watched the same show as
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: I did because I feel like you said there was
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: like nothing really supernatural happening.
- 1:11:22Speaker 4: No, I said that it was supernatural. I said it
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: wasn't paranormal.
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: Oh, not paranormal.
- 1:11:26Speaker 4: Which is why I didn't feel like it was scary,
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: whereas I was watching Crystal Lake, and that is a
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: slasher TV show. That was based off of Friday the 13th.
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: It was a slasher movie.
- 1:11:34Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: But it's like, Carrie, I never really knew the storyline
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: of it, and I was really, really impressed. They modernized
- 1:11:39Speaker 4: it like no other.
- 1:11:40Speaker 6: They did.
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: They did a really good job. And I would say,
- 1:11:43Speaker 3: if you like The Haunting of Hill House or The
- 1:11:45Speaker 3: Sixth Sense, this is a good TV show for Halloween
- 1:11:49Speaker 3: week for you. And I found it really captivating. I
- 1:11:52Speaker 3: think the actors were great. I didn't really know many people.
- 1:11:54Speaker 4: Don't you hate Chris Hargensen?
- 1:11:56Speaker 3: Yeah, you do. But, you know, it's great. I binge-watched
- 1:12:00Speaker 3: the whole thing. I loved it.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: You're talking about Carrie.
- 1:12:02Speaker 3: Carrie on... Prime, yeah.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: And then Crystal Lake is on.
- 1:12:06Speaker 3: Peacock.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: Peacock. Okay. Okay. Emily, good morning. What's up?
- 1:12:13Speaker 13: Emily.
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: Emily.
- 1:12:16Speaker 12: Hello.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: Hi.
- 1:12:20Speaker 6: Hello.
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: What's up?
- 1:12:22Speaker 21: Wait, can you hear me?
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:12:25Speaker 5: Oh, hi.
- 1:12:25Speaker 11: I can barely hear you.
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:12:27Speaker 13: Sorry.
- 1:12:27Speaker 11: So I just texted earlier... Um, on the pumpkin little
- 1:12:32Speaker 11: pumpkin head topic you guys were talking about with like
- 1:12:35Speaker 11: the Halloween movie.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: Oh yeah. The pumpkin, the famous pumpkins. Yeah.
- 1:12:40Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 1:12:40Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 1:12:40Speaker 11: So I was just like kind of a dumb little
- 1:12:42Speaker 11: fun fact that I texted over, but a lot of
- 1:12:44Speaker 11: people don't know that there's actually a third Halloween movie
- 1:12:48Speaker 11: called season of the witch. And it is like completely
- 1:12:51Speaker 11: unrelated to the Michael Myers plot line. Um, and it's
- 1:12:55Speaker 11: like a totally different story. And then after that, it
- 1:12:58Speaker 11: goes like back to Michael Myers, like all Michael Myers movies. Like,
- 1:13:02Speaker 11: it's so weird. But in those movies, there's like three
- 1:13:05Speaker 11: famous masks that all these kids popularly wear at Halloween.
- 1:13:09Speaker 11: And one of them is like a pumpkin head. So
- 1:13:11Speaker 11: I was just like, oh, maybe I should call and
- 1:13:13Speaker 11: share that info.
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: That's one of the most famous pumpkins is that one.
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:13:19Speaker 11: And like, well, it's so weird because and I guess
- 1:13:21Speaker 11: John Carpenter, like the creator of Halloween, was going to
- 1:13:24Speaker 11: make it an anthology movie series. So after the second Halloween,
- 1:13:28Speaker 11: they like we're going to scrap that plot line and
- 1:13:30Speaker 11: start a new one. But then they just went back
- 1:13:32Speaker 11: to Michael Myers. So I guess the pumpkin head thing
- 1:13:34Speaker 11: didn't really take off.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: Didn't work out. Thanks, Emily. Thanks for that pumpkin information.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 1:13:39Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 1:13:40Speaker 11: Happy Halloween, guys.
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: Happy Halloween. Mel, what's up? You're on the air.
- 1:13:44Speaker 25: Yeah, I'm sorry, but Rich says, yes, there's a lot
- 1:13:47Speaker 25: of evidence that portals exist and then no follow-up.
- 1:13:52Speaker 20: We hear this and we move on.
- 1:13:55Speaker 5: Rich, tell us.
- 1:13:56Speaker 3: Yeah, so a lot of people think, and I've been
- 1:13:59Speaker 3: seeing this all over my Instagram, probably not your Instagram feed.
- 1:14:02Speaker 3: Maybe it's because of the show that I host in
- 1:14:04Speaker 3: the middle of the night sometimes, Coast to Coast. But
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: they say a lot of things that you see that
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: are apparitions that kind of ghost on video, ring cameras.
- 1:14:11Speaker 3: They're popping in and out of dimensions. And they say
- 1:14:14Speaker 3: that there's a ton of them, mostly in wooded areas,
- 1:14:18Speaker 3: which is why instinctively we all hate the woods. So
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: I think that's very interesting. Don't you, Mel?
- 1:14:25Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:14:26Speaker 8: Well, me, very.
- 1:14:27Speaker 5: I guess my instinct, my instinct.
- 1:14:30Speaker 11: Algorithm is not.
- 1:14:31Speaker 14: As cool as yours.
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: Well, now that we've talked about it, watch the portal
- 1:14:34Speaker 3: thing show up on everybody's Insta.
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: First of all, we all don't hate the woods. The
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: woods are very nice.
- 1:14:39Speaker 11: Can my eight-year-old say hi to you guys really quick?
- 1:14:42Speaker 15: Sure.
- 1:14:43Speaker 5: All right, say hi. Hi. Hi.
- 1:14:45Speaker 22: Hi, kids.
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: Stay away from the woods. Stay away.
- 1:14:49Speaker 20: She will.
- 1:14:50Speaker 8: Have a good one, guys.
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: Thanks, Mel. So these portals are just ghosts, or can
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: people jump through these portals?
- 1:14:55Speaker 3: Apparently, lots of things can jump through these portals.
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: Right, and that's why they say you really should be
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: closing your closets at night, because closets are also portals
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: to whatever the heck is out there. I mean, we've
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: seen Narnia, but.
- 1:15:06Speaker 3: And monsters.
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: Apparently, it's really scary.
- 1:15:14Speaker 5: I need you to stay.
- 1:15:15Speaker 4: I need you to stay.
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: All right, Pete, Kyle, let's break down the entertainment news.
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: What do you guys got?
- 1:15:19Speaker 7: So apparently Drake went all out for his 40th birthday party.
- 1:15:23Speaker 7: It wasn't just one night. It was two nights with
- 1:15:25Speaker 7: 400 guests. He was giving out Chanel bags or Mez bags.
- 1:15:29Speaker 7: He had like some sort of like game show type
- 1:15:32Speaker 7: thing where guests could win anywhere from $ 10, 000 to a
- 1:15:35Speaker 7: million dollars.
- 1:15:36Speaker 13: Wow.
- 1:15:37Speaker 7: He had the Backstreet Boys perform and got up on
- 1:15:39Speaker 7: stage with them.
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: And I.
- 1:15:45Speaker 29: You guys just love that he is living his life
- 1:15:57Speaker 29: to the fullest right now so Happy birthday, Drake.
- 1:16:00Speaker 7: Harry Styles is giving fans something new today. He was
- 1:16:03Speaker 7: at Madison Square Garden casually like on the piano and
- 1:16:06Speaker 7: was like, oh yeah, I'm dropping my new music video
- 1:16:09Speaker 7: coming up on Monday. It's called for the song Coming
- 1:16:11Speaker 7: Up Roses. And I thought it was supposed to drop
- 1:16:13Speaker 7: at eight o'clock our time. So I'm like on his
- 1:16:16Speaker 7: YouTube channel. I'm like, it's got to drop. It's got
- 1:16:18Speaker 7: to drop. But there's a countdown and apparently it drops
- 1:16:20Speaker 7: at 9 a.m.
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: Our time.
- 1:16:22Speaker 7: So it should be pretty cool. The interesting thing about
- 1:16:25Speaker 7: the song is Harry originally started writing it as a
- 1:16:27Speaker 7: Christmas song before turning it into like an emotional love song.
- 1:16:31Speaker 4: I wonder how you go from there to there.
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: What a great song, man.
- 1:16:36Speaker 10: I love that song.
- 1:16:37Speaker 28: I can actually kind of feel Christmassy vibes.
- 1:16:42Speaker 3: Coming at Christmas. You know who has a Christmas album
- 1:16:47Speaker 3: coming out? It's Hilary Duff.
- 1:16:55Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: She's dropping like four EP songs. We talked about it
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: last week. I forget. There isn't a release date yet.
- 1:17:01Speaker 7: But it's coming. I love when artists like that drop
- 1:17:05Speaker 7: Christmas albums. I'm so excited. Hailee Steinfeld, she is bringing
- 1:17:09Speaker 7: a little bit of 80s nostalgia to Disney, so she
- 1:17:12Speaker 7: just released her own version of the Cars hit, Magic,
- 1:17:15Speaker 7: for the upcoming animated movie called Hex, where she voices
- 1:17:18Speaker 7: the main character. sounds like a question it's a Disney
- 1:17:29Speaker 7: movie so I and it comes out November 25th.
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: Okay this was so random I like saw this on
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: my Instagram and I was like wait what so Donald
- 1:17:37Speaker 4: Trump he was speaking and he randomly started talking about
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: Nicki Minaj and I quote he says by the way
- 1:17:46Speaker 4: I looked at one hell of a beautiful ass before
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: Nicki Minaj that's hard to miss.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: Like Hearing him say it was pretty wild. And then
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: she was there. She got up and spoke.
- 1:17:55Speaker 4: Yeah, he was just like, he was just like, I
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: hope you're not offended by it, Nikki. You know, you've
- 1:17:59Speaker 4: been with us for a long time. But I was like,
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: what is happening?
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: She should be the new press secretary for the White House.
- 1:18:04Speaker 3: Wouldn't that be cool?
- 1:18:06Speaker 7: That would be so wild.
- 1:18:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't either. I know.
- 1:18:10Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 1:18:10Speaker 4: Okay, cool things for SZA right now. Her S.O.S. album
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: has officially clawed its way back into the Billboard 200
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: top 10. Now, I think this happened because her Van
- 1:18:20Speaker 4: SZA shoes dropped and they.
- 1:18:23Speaker 7: Completely sold out.
- 1:18:24Speaker 4: So everyone is kind of on their SZA kick right now.
- 1:18:27Speaker 4: If you care, if anyone cares, I did cop mine
- 1:18:29Speaker 4: before they sold out.
- 1:18:30Speaker 7: So I'm really excited about them.
- 1:18:32Speaker 4: But I'm really happy for her. SZA's my GOAT. So
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: love that she's getting her flowers. Okay, you may have
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: seen it online as well. Zendaya, she was going viral
- 1:18:40Speaker 4: this weekend once again. But this time, she was actually
- 1:18:43Speaker 4: just at her nephew's football game. She was in Sacramento, California,
- 1:18:47Speaker 4: and she just was playing the supportive anti-roll. ended up
- 1:18:50Speaker 4: winning 42 to 41 so it was like a huge
- 1:18:52Speaker 4: game for them but I love getting to see like
- 1:18:55Speaker 4: celebrities like that of that caliber in their like natural habitat.
- 1:18:59Speaker 7: But like imagine being so famous that just doing like
- 1:19:01Speaker 7: a normal weekend activity is like headline I know yeah.
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: Remember like when Kanye and Kim went to their kids soccer.
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: Game yeah yeah I know my Favorite thing from this
- 1:19:11Speaker 4: Zendaya story, though, is all of the TikToks that the
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: students who were there were making. We're just having fun
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: recording her from a distance. It was really cute and fun. OK,
- 1:19:20Speaker 4: if you're excited about Love Island season eight, you're going
- 1:19:23Speaker 4: to be excited about Love Island applications opening. You can
- 1:19:26Speaker 4: go to Love Island dot casting crane dot com to
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: apply for the upcoming season. So I know that's going
- 1:19:32Speaker 4: to be huge. Chris Brown, he has officially avoided jail time.
- 1:19:36Speaker 4: A judge handed down a suspended prison sentence in the
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: UK following his like recent legal battle. So everyone's like,
- 1:19:42Speaker 4: are they going to have to cancel the rest of
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: the R & B tour? No, as long as he
- 1:19:46Speaker 4: just is a law abiding citizen, doesn't act up, he
- 1:19:49Speaker 4: can stay.
- 1:19:50Speaker 7: Out of jail for the next year. Do you think
- 1:19:52Speaker 7: that's going to be hard for Chris Brown or do
- 1:19:54Speaker 7: you think he'll be OK?
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: I don't think he would last. I think he would
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: not do well.
- 1:19:58Speaker 3: Suspended, meaning that after the tour, he might have to
- 1:20:01Speaker 3: go in for a few.
- 1:20:02Speaker 4: No, suspended meaning that if for the next year he
- 1:20:05Speaker 4: can be like be on his best behavior, he's done.
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: He doesn't have to serve any jail time. He has
- 1:20:10Speaker 4: he's off the hook. So what's going on?
- 1:20:14Speaker 7: Do you think he'll make it?
- 1:20:15Speaker 4: I hope so. I hope he has learned his lesson.
- 1:20:19Speaker 7: We'll cross our fingers for Chris Brown. Demi Lovato. She
- 1:20:22Speaker 7: has really turned her life around. She opened up and
- 1:20:24Speaker 7: just shared how much her life has changed since marrying Jutes.
- 1:20:29Speaker 28: He's brought so much joy into my life. I think
- 1:20:31Speaker 28: that I wouldn't have gotten to this place had I
- 1:20:33Speaker 28: not put in the work first. I wouldn't have been
- 1:20:36Speaker 28: able to appreciate the gift of having the love of
- 1:20:39Speaker 28: my life come into the picture had I still been
- 1:20:41Speaker 28: wrapped up in some of the issues that I'd had.
- 1:20:43Speaker 7: He brought so much peace and joy.
- 1:20:47Speaker 28: And serenity into my life that I do feel like
- 1:20:51Speaker 28: I've found my home in him.
- 1:20:53Speaker 4: That's so sweet.
- 1:20:54Speaker 7: She's talking about how like right now the relationships in
- 1:20:57Speaker 7: her life that she holds really dear and close to
- 1:20:59Speaker 7: her are more important than any award or any recognition
- 1:21:02Speaker 7: or any career achievement.
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: Kanye, we got tickets to Kanye. I saw footage of
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: Jay-Z's performance in L.A. and he was doing some songs
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: he does with Kanye by himself. And then they cut
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: to Destiny's Child up in the Skybox and Tina Knowles.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: And you see Tina Knowles had the camera on her
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: on a selfie mode.
- 1:21:21Speaker 3: No, I didn't.
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: And then I just thought it was really cool. And
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: then did you see Beyonce and Jay-Z were in Vegas
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: last night?
- 1:21:28Speaker 4: No, I just saw Rihanna was taking selfies with fans
- 1:21:30Speaker 4: at the stadium.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: They were celebrating their 20th, the 20th anniversary of his album. Oh,
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: that's wild. And they were just in Vegas chilling out.
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: And I was like, I can't imagine seeing them just
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: chilling out in Vegas.
- 1:21:39Speaker 7: No, that'd be so wild.
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: We're going to get you hooked up with Kanye tickets.
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: He'll be at State Farm Stadium next month. You can
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: be there for free. If you can win Impostor, we
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: need a contestant. 877-937-1047. We're going to play after T-Pain.
- 1:21:52Speaker 3: It's KISS FM.
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: John Jay Rich. We got tickets to Kanye. He'll be
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: here next month. State Farm Stadium. We're going to play Impostor.
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: And Alex is our contestant. Good morning, Alex.
- 1:22:05Speaker 6: Good morning.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: Peyton, how do you play imposter?
- 1:22:08Speaker 4: Yeah, so our producer, Nick, he has secretly picked one
- 1:22:11Speaker 4: person in the studio to be the imposter. The rest
- 1:22:15Speaker 4: of us have all gotten that same word or topic.
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: We are each going to describe that word or topic
- 1:22:20Speaker 4: without saying it, but the thing is, Alex, one of
- 1:22:22Speaker 4: us is lying, and you have to figure out who
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: the imposter is.
- 1:22:25Speaker 12: Okay.
- 1:22:28Speaker 19: Okay.
- 1:22:28Speaker 6: I'm ready.
- 1:22:28Speaker 8: Awesome.
- 1:22:29Speaker 4: You get to pick between John J. Rich, Kyle, or me, Peyton,
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: to start you off.
- 1:22:35Speaker 5: Let's start off with you, Peyton.
- 1:22:38Speaker 13: Okay.
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: I'm going to say Halloween.
- 1:22:42Speaker 7: Seasonal.
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: Pumpkin.
- 1:22:45Speaker 3: Patch.
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: Carving.
- 1:22:48Speaker 13: Round.
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: People.
- 1:22:51Speaker 3: Seeds.
- 1:22:53Speaker 7: Orange. Tradition.
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: Pie.
- 1:22:58Speaker 3: Spiced latte.
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: Dog food.
- 1:23:02Speaker 7: Festive.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: Free.
- 1:23:05Speaker 3: Smashing.
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: Okay, Alex, you have a chance to take your shot
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: right now. Out of the four of us, who do
- 1:23:11Speaker 4: you think is the imposter?
- 1:23:14Speaker 6: I want to say Rich.
- 1:23:17Speaker 3: I am not the imposter.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: Ooh, okay.
- 1:23:19Speaker 4: Let's go a couple more rounds. This might be tough.
- 1:23:21Speaker 3: Okay. Oh, same, same thing? Same topic.
- 1:23:24Speaker 4: Okay, I'll start.
- 1:23:24Speaker 3: But aren't I out because she guessed me?
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: Yeah, sure.
- 1:23:27Speaker 3: And I'm not the imposter?
- 1:23:28Speaker 17: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: Okay, it's me, Kyle, and John Jay. Okay, I'm going
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: to start.
- 1:23:31Speaker 7: Gross. Cinderella.
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: Cadillac.
- 1:23:35Speaker 6: Slimy.
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: Porch.
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: Aerodynamic.
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: Any guesses, Alex, on who could be the imposter in
- 1:23:42Speaker 4: the room?
- 1:23:43Speaker 7: Oh, my God.
- 1:23:43Speaker 5: This is so hard.
- 1:23:45Speaker 6: I'm going to go with.
- 1:23:49Speaker 11: Let's go with Peyton.
- 1:23:52Speaker 4: I am not the imposter. You got a 50-50 chance
- 1:23:57Speaker 4: between Jaja and Kyle for these tickets, babe.
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 1:24:00Speaker 6: Okay, okay, okay.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: Who goes first?
- 1:24:06Speaker 25: Are we going again?
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: Let's just go again so you can get it. Let's
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: go again so.
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: You can get it.
- 1:24:11Speaker 6: Why not?
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: Go ahead.
- 1:24:12Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:24:13Speaker 14: Seeds.
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: Microplastics.
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: Vine. Carpet.
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: Orange.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: Chlorine.
- 1:24:21Speaker 4: Okay, no more.
- 1:24:22Speaker 3: Okay, Alex.
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: Eddie, I know.
- 1:24:24Speaker 27: Is it John Jay?
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: Yeah. Oh, my gosh. Good job.
- 1:24:28Speaker 4: I knew it was John Jay when John Jay guessed
- 1:24:30Speaker 4: pumpkins because that was what the topic was.
- 1:24:32Speaker 3: That's kind of on the nose. Good job, Alex.
- 1:24:39Speaker 25: He followed it up with Patch, so I was like, oh,
- 1:24:41Speaker 25: he's just going to go with the flow.
- 1:24:43Speaker 3: Okay, interesting.
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: Hold on a line, Alex. Hold on. We'll set you
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: up with those Kanye things.
- 1:24:50Speaker 3: She was smart. She just got outsmarted.
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: We got Kanye tomorrow, too. I'm wearing this shirt this morning.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: I had this weird little philosophy. I have a wrinkled shirt.
- 1:25:02Speaker 3: Yes, it is very wrinkled.
- 1:25:04Speaker 7: I was like, did he just get that out of
- 1:25:05Speaker 7: his trunk?
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: Close.
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: It was in my garage. I, like, didn't want to
- 1:25:09Speaker 4: tell you, though, because I didn't want you to get, like,
- 1:25:10Speaker 4: insecure about it and think about it all day.
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: But I guess you do. You didn't want to tell
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: me that it was wrinkled? Yeah. I made a post
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: about it this morning.
- 1:25:16Speaker 12: Oh.
- 1:25:16Speaker 3: So, my.
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: Well, we're getting... I think it's done. We got a
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: new roof on our house. And part of the new roof,
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: we had to park in the streets because we couldn't
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: park in the garage. And then my wife wanted to
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: clean the garage. And yesterday, she was like, got a
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: bug up her butt about cleaning the garage. I didn't
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: want to clean the garage.
- 1:25:30Speaker 3: I bet not.
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: I was like... You know what, man? It's the first day.
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: I have nothing to do. I don't want to do anything. Well,
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: I'm going to clean the garage. All right, clean the garage.
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: So she went and cleaned the garage, you know, trying
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: to make me feel guilty. But anyway, she found a
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: whole box of these Love Up shirts that I haven't
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: worn in 10 years. So I went through the Love
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: Up shirts, and I grabbed one this morning, and I'm like,
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: I'm going to wear this. And it's totally wrinkled. And
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: I thought, by the time I get to the studio,
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: it should be unwrinkled.
- 1:25:57Speaker 3: It might be more wrinkled.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: And I'm wearing these jeans I found in the garage, too.
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: They were in a box. And I was like, wow,
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: I put these jeans on. They were wrinkled. Everything I
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: have on is from the garage and wrinkled. But it
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: didn't unwrinkle. I thought that's what happens. You wear it
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: and it just unwrinkles.
- 1:26:09Speaker 3: I think there's a certain point where it gets squenched
- 1:26:12Speaker 3: up enough that it will not unsquench.
- 1:26:14Speaker 7: I also feel like if we had a little bit
- 1:26:16Speaker 7: more humidity, that might have helped you out.
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: I was just always wearing a wrinkled shirt and just
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: worn it out, and the wrinkles went away. But these
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: wrinkles have not gone away.
- 1:26:24Speaker 7: But you also said it's been in there for 10 years.
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: It has been in the box for 10 years.
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: Maybe next to your little treadmill over here, we should
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: put a little steamer for you in case you find
- 1:26:31Speaker 3: some more gems in your garage.
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: Speaking of my wife, I had my high school reunion
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: this year. We were with the Chandler High, and my
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: reunion was at a place called.
- 1:26:42Speaker 17: Courthouse.
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: Have you heard of Courthouse?
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: No. Oh, the little bar, the little tiny bar in Chandler?
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:26:47Speaker 24: Yeah.
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: I don't know if it was tiny. I mean, it
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: was pretty big. They even have a dog park. It's
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: part of the bar.
- 1:26:53Speaker 4: Called Courthouse?
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: Courthouse, like Q-U-A-R-T.
- 1:26:57Speaker 4: Oh, that's a clever name.
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I know. I thought it was really clever. And
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: they have a dog park there that's part of the bar,
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: and it's a pretty big thing. So it's my high
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: school reunion. My wife went with me. Who do you
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: think left first? Me or my wife?
- 1:27:09Speaker 3: You, 100%. Me.
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: My wife was talking to people I went to high
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: school with while I was in the car.
- 1:27:15Speaker 4: She loves that, though.
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: I'm calling her going, hey, I'm leaving. Are you coming
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: with me while I'm talking to someone?
- 1:27:22Speaker 16: I go, okay.
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: I didn't talk to those people. I talked to some
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: of them, but the people she was talking to, I
- 1:27:26Speaker 1: didn't even talk to.
- 1:27:27Speaker 3: I'm so impressed that you went to your high school reunion.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:27:30Speaker 3: Because normally you will go as far as maybe even
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: going to the parking lot and not going in.
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: I did that one year. This year I went to
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: the reunion. It was great people. It was beautiful seeing
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: these wonderful people that I grew up with.
- 1:27:39Speaker 4: Was it just at that one spot, though, or did
- 1:27:41Speaker 4: they move around?
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 1:27:43Speaker 4: Like, did they bar hop in downtown Chandler?
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: It was a whole weekend. Oh, okay. So I couldn't
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: go Friday. I had a charity event Friday night. And
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: I couldn't go Friday. Friday was the pub crawl. Oh, okay.
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: And a tour at Chandler High and then dinner at Elmer's.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: Dinner at Elmer's. And then Saturday night was at this
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: bar from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.
- 1:28:02Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: Or 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. And I got there
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: like at 9.30 and then I was so tired I
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: had to leave.
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: How long were you there total?
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: Oh, five minutes. Well, she was there 10 minutes.
- 1:28:13Speaker 4: They're planning my high school reunion right now. And it's
- 1:28:15Speaker 4: like a little Facebook group that we're all in and
- 1:28:18Speaker 4: they're feeling it out. And they're like, we want to
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: do like a, a bar crawl in downtown Chandler. And
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: that like completely uninterests me. Like a bar crawl in general,
- 1:28:25Speaker 4: isn't fun. Cause you got to wait in all those lines,
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: but then you add on it being a 10 year reunion.
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: I feel like we should just have one spot and
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: stay there.
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: You should do the bar crawl where you don't have
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: to wait in line. They work in advance. The school.
- 1:28:37Speaker 4: Oh, they like we get the front of line pass?
- 1:28:38Speaker 3: The president.
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: The president of the school. of your class.
- 1:28:41Speaker 4: Oh, like.
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: Ellie. Ellie Cat was our president.
- 1:28:43Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: And she worked it all out.
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: See, that's why I should have been. I should have
- 1:28:47Speaker 4: been president of student council. I should have ran because
- 1:28:48Speaker 4: I would have had this. Pop it. It would have
- 1:28:51Speaker 4: been done.
- 1:28:51Speaker 3: I don't know what they have going on right now.
- 1:28:53Speaker 7: You could still help them.
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: This woman at my reunion, her name is Flo. Flo,
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: I talked to my wife. My wife gets in the
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: car and goes, I talked to this girl, Flo. She
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: asked me to ask you how you knew her. Oh,
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: in sixth grade, she was a bully and she used
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: to beat me up.
- 1:29:07Speaker 3: Flo?
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: Yeah, Flo. She was chasing me around a car one
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: time in sixth grade and she spit a loogie and
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: I started to throw up. And I ran home crying
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: and throwing up. My mom goes, what happened? I go,
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: this girl spit a loogie. Oh, Flo. Shout out to
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: Flo who lives in Florida. No, she lives in Jersey.
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: I said, you should live in Florida. Her name's Flo.
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: Kyle was coming through danger in what we need to know.
- 1:29:33Speaker 7: There is something pretty rare happening in the sports world today.
- 1:29:36Speaker 7: I'm going to drop the knowledge on you so you
- 1:29:37Speaker 7: can share it with others. I'll tell you what you
- 1:29:39Speaker 7: need to know next with John Jay and Rich. Coffee
- 1:29:47Speaker 7: in hand, earbuds on John Jay and Rich.
- 1:29:50Speaker 3: Mornings.
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: Kyle, what do we need to know today?
- 1:29:53Speaker 7: Apple iPhone Duo. It's the foldable iPhone, right? It officially
- 1:29:57Speaker 7: went on sale on Friday. Lots of people went. They
- 1:29:59Speaker 7: got theirs. They brought it home so excited. They opened
- 1:30:02Speaker 7: it up only to hear it go and completely break.
- 1:30:06Speaker 7: The foldable screen completely cracked on a bunch of them.
- 1:30:10Speaker 7: Devastated people took to social media to be like, what
- 1:30:13Speaker 7: is this? I literally just opened it up. Repair experts
- 1:30:16Speaker 7: think the problem could have something to do with the hinge.
- 1:30:19Speaker 7: But here's the really painful part. Replacing the broken screen
- 1:30:21Speaker 7: could cost you another thousand dollars. So they might want
- 1:30:26Speaker 7: to go back to the drawing board on that one. Now,
- 1:30:27Speaker 7: if you are already stressing about how much Thanksgiving dinner
- 1:30:30Speaker 7: is going to cost this year, I've been sharing different
- 1:30:33Speaker 7: deals that have come out, and there's a new one
- 1:30:35Speaker 7: that's pretty amazing. Target is offering an entire Thanksgiving meal
- 1:30:39Speaker 7: for six people for just $ 30. That includes turkey, potatoes, stuffing, gravy,
- 1:30:44Speaker 7: green bean casserole ingredients, and even bread. That deal starts
- 1:30:47Speaker 7: November 8th, so you can feed everybody for about $ 5
- 1:30:50Speaker 7: a person.
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: Amazing.
- 1:30:52Speaker 7: That is unheard of.
- 1:30:52Speaker 9: Score.
- 1:30:53Speaker 7: Yeah, that's pretty awesome. Today is one of the biggest
- 1:30:57Speaker 7: sports days of the year. If you are a sports fan,
- 1:31:00Speaker 7: it is basically Christmas. It's what they call the sports equinox,
- 1:31:05Speaker 7: which means there are all four major American sports leagues
- 1:31:09Speaker 7: playing on the same day. So tonight, we've got Game
- 1:31:13Speaker 7: 3 of the World Series. The Brews are up 2-0.
- 1:31:15Speaker 7: We've got Monday Night Football and three NHL games all
- 1:31:19Speaker 7: happening on the same day and nine NBA games, including
- 1:31:22Speaker 7: the Suns. It's the sports equinox, everybody. So there's sports, sports, sports, sports, sports.
- 1:31:28Speaker 7: everywhere on TV. Speaking of the Suns, they're playing Oklahoma
- 1:31:31Speaker 7: City tonight, but the Thunder's dealing with a much bigger
- 1:31:34Speaker 7: than basketball problem right now. Their star player, former Perry Puma,
- 1:31:38Speaker 7: Jalen Williams, suffered a pretty terrifying leg injury.
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: Against the Clippers last night.
- 1:31:42Speaker 4: I literally, my husband kept trying to, I said, I
- 1:31:44Speaker 4: saw the after video, I said, I don't want to
- 1:31:46Speaker 4: watch that, because Paul, because Paul George's, when he broke
- 1:31:49Speaker 4: his leg in that, that visual is forever ingrained in
- 1:31:53Speaker 4: my mind, and for someone as close to home as
- 1:31:55Speaker 4: Jalen Williams at Perry, my heart is broken for him.
- 1:32:00Speaker 4: He's so young, though. I'm praying that he bounces right back.
- 1:32:03Speaker 10: I know.
- 1:32:03Speaker 7: He was carried off in a stretcher. His teammates looked, like,
- 1:32:05Speaker 7: visibly devastated. It's almost like as if they knew, like,
- 1:32:08Speaker 7: how terrible the injury was.
- 1:32:10Speaker 4: SGA was gagging, about to throw up.
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: When it happened to JL, he puts his hands over
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: his face, like, oh, my God, oh, my God.
- 1:32:16Speaker 4: But he didn't cry. Like, the picture of him on
- 1:32:19Speaker 4: the stretcher, he's just, like, looking around.
- 1:32:21Speaker 3: Probably in shock.
- 1:32:22Speaker 7: Oh, my gosh, that guy. His foot's literally.
- 1:32:25Speaker 4: 90 degrees the other way.
- 1:32:27Speaker 7: It's pretty brutal. Definitely sending some healing prayers his way
- 1:32:30Speaker 7: and for support for his family, too. But now, of course,
- 1:32:33Speaker 7: the Suns are getting ready to face this team that's
- 1:32:35Speaker 7: probably potentially missing one of its biggest stars. Looking good
- 1:32:38Speaker 7: for the sun. I don't want to celebrate that really
- 1:32:42Speaker 7: at all. You can now get around parts of Phoenix
- 1:32:45Speaker 7: for just two dollars. So I told you the city's
- 1:32:48Speaker 7: launching a new service called Phoenix Link and it starts today.
- 1:32:52Speaker 7: It's kind of like Uber, except you're sharing a van
- 1:32:55Speaker 7: with other people and meeting at designated pickup spots. It's
- 1:32:58Speaker 7: available in just certain parts of North Phoenix. west and
- 1:33:01Speaker 7: south phoenix but you can book a ride through an
- 1:33:03Speaker 7: app or over the phone and like i said it's
- 1:33:05Speaker 7: just two bucks so that's pretty awesome and that's what
- 1:33:07Speaker 7: you need.
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: To know hey speaking of sports i have a couple
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: sports things to bring up um saturday i was in
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: this wiffle ball thing right it was this uh home
- 1:33:15Speaker 1: run derby and i got to spend some time with
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: uh shane doan from the coyotes uh he is one
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: of the nicest people i've ever met in my entire
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: life what a kind guy spent his entire career with
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: the coyotes and let me tell you something I hope
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: the Coyotes have a great season.
- 1:33:31Speaker 3: They don't exist anymore.
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: They were great. He was great. I just think he's awesome,
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: and I hope they continue to win. My other thing,
- 1:33:41Speaker 1: this Jay Feeley character.
- 1:33:42Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: Stand down, sir. He keeps sending his people to my house.
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: They keep putting flyers on my doors. They keep knocking
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: on my doors, telling me to vote. I'm like, okay,
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: once is enough. Two or three times, enough. Yesterday was
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: like the fifth time someone came. I'm like, if you
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: come to my house now and are annoying like that, like,
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: I'm going to not vote for you. You know, you're
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: lucky I'm voting. But anyway, see what I'm saying? Like,
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: what is the concept? Is there research that says the
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: more annoying these people are, the more you're going to
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: vote for them? Like, I don't understand.
- 1:34:10Speaker 4: I think it's just to bring awareness, you know, so
- 1:34:12Speaker 4: now you can go and do your research or.
- 1:34:14Speaker 3: I want them off my phone because they always trick
- 1:34:16Speaker 3: me with the, have you heard this? And then it
- 1:34:18Speaker 3: sounds like a personal.
- 1:34:19Speaker 4: I'm getting a lot of texts.
- 1:34:20Speaker 3: Yeah, a lot of texts.
- 1:34:20Speaker 7: So many texts.
- 1:34:21Speaker 3: So many texts.
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: They keep coming to my house and I'm sick of it.
- 1:34:24Speaker 7: A lot of people vote for like the presidential election,
- 1:34:27Speaker 7: but a lot of people forget about this election and
- 1:34:29Speaker 7: it's still very important. So I think they're just trying
- 1:34:31Speaker 7: to hurt my life. Make notes.
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: We hit this neighborhood already. We don't need to hit
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: it again. So I have five dogs and when they
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: knock on my door, all hell breaks loose. And it's Sunday.
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: I'm watching frigging, I'm watching Nobody Wants This. And my
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: wife's in the sauna in the garage doing her thing.
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: My kids are out. And there's a knock at my door.
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: So I got to go out. My dogs go nuts.
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: So I got to go out another door to go
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: out to the front. And there's this dude. And I go, hey,
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: can I help you? Just reminding you to vote for
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: Jay Feeley. Like, yeah, you already did. I got your
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: flyer already. And then he goes and gets on a Segway.
- 1:35:02Speaker 14: Thanks, man.
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: He takes off.
- 1:35:04Speaker 3: And then I don't see it.
- 1:35:05Speaker 1: He doesn't go to my neighbor's house.
- 1:35:06Speaker 3: Why aren't you going door to door to door to door?
- 1:35:08Speaker 3: Why don't you start your campaign where you go hashtag really, Feely?
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: Really, Feely?
- 1:35:13Speaker 10: Really, Feely?
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: Stand down, Jay Feely. Be like Shane Doan.
- 1:35:17Speaker 3: Be kind. Yeah, his hockey team did real well.
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: I'm voting for Shane Doan. That's who I'm voting for.
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: And the Coyotes.
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: Anyway, for real, if you ever get a chance to
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: meet the guy, what a night. Like, I was just,
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: what a night. I worked out with him in town
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: like five, six years ago. And I thought back then,
- 1:35:32Speaker 1: what a nice guy. And then when I was with
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: him Saturday, I go, I'm going to test and see.
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: And he is a nice guy. Probably one of the
- 1:35:38Speaker 1: nicest guys I've ever met in my life.
- 1:35:39Speaker 3: Did he win the wiffle ball?
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: I kicked his ass.
- 1:35:42Speaker 3: Oh, right on.
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what? That's another thing. I put a
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: video of this wiffle ball thing I did. And I
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: almost won the whole thing.
- 1:35:50Speaker 3: It was crazy.
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: What?
- 1:35:52Speaker 4: I said, you were hitting dingers.
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: It was crazy. Like, I don't know how, I don't
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: know how that happened. I was sore as hell the
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: next day.
- 1:35:57Speaker 7: I was wondering if you were going to, do you
- 1:35:59Speaker 7: remember your last.
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: Injury when you played?
- 1:36:00Speaker 3: Yeah, it was very, oh yeah, that was, that was Buntzlaw.
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: And here's the thing too, you never know what's going to,
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: I put this video up on Instagram. I'm like 200,000
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: views already.
- 1:36:07Speaker 3: Oh, that's awesome.
- 1:36:07Speaker 22: What?
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: It's in this two minutes lines, a wiffle ball thing
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: is weird. You never know what's going to hit on
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: this Instagram stuff, these algorithms.
